- 2:34Ladies and gentlemen, you'll once again welcome to the

- 2:42very interesting and special guest and big welcome fighting
- 2:47out of my Abby United States of America by way of Dubai and
- 2:52Napoli, Italy. Big welcome, Jacobo Las Yellow.
- 2:58How are you? King, really thank you to
- 3:01inviting me to this called the guest and how I shared before.
- 3:04Like the main goal over here, King is to add the value to your
- 3:08audience. We are over here to ensure this
- 3:10moment at the value. Definitely, you know, value,
- 3:13value, value. Life is all about adding value.
- 3:17But you know, a lot of people do not see that value system.
- 3:20And I always say when the use of something is unknown, abuse is
- 3:25inevitable, you know? How do you leave?
- 3:28Healthy, rich and happy, it's all about your mindset.
- 3:34Everything, everything starting from from mindset, you know no,
- 3:38no other way. It means if you don't create
- 3:41your correct mindset that you don't create a method work for
- 3:44you. You are in the ocean of thinking
- 3:48and in the ocean of emotion. What it means you are don't have
- 3:51direction. You know, like your own journey
- 3:55as a person is, you know, pretty interesting and your, your
- 3:59energy as a person is, I would say, very positive, very
- 4:06charismatic, very energetic. You have this drive, you know,
- 4:11even when the cameras are off, you know, to achieve results,
- 4:16you know, to be happy to to to move forward, to make progress.
- 4:21And you know, one thing with you is that you do not just, you
- 4:25know, do things for yourself. You tried to make sure that your
- 4:29people are carried along with you and your people are happy as
- 4:33well. You made a very bold move from
- 4:35Naples, Italy to Florida, you know, Miami and the United
- 4:40States. And of of course, it's safe to
- 4:42say you're chasing the American dream now, right?
- 4:45So. So what's that leap of faith
- 4:47that you know? What does starting over again in
- 4:50a new country look like for you? King is everything because like
- 4:54you are, we are similar, you and me with similar emotion.
- 4:57Wherever we coming from, you coming, we spoke before you
- 5:01coming from Nigeria to go to London, I coming from Napoli to
- 5:05go to United States. Story of an immigrant is never
- 5:08easy. Never is, you know, is no other
- 5:11thing, but you know my situation, it will be a little
- 5:15bit different and I will share with you why because my story
- 5:19coming from Napoli where I create already a really big
- 5:23business in jewellery space and why I'm moving from United
- 5:27States. The main reason is because you
- 5:29know, I won't create more. I already created my country in
- 5:33Italy. The business started to lose
- 5:35revenue in the jewellery space where I come in from zero and to
- 5:39make this company really big success.
- 5:42Zero to hero. Zero to hero, hero where where
- 5:46we go through the wall, you know, after we go to the wall we
- 5:50have the hero part and you know it is the hero part.
- 5:53And after I arrived at one point started to invest in in Italy
- 5:57real estate at 22 years old when the market started to lose
- 6:01revenue in my business and in real estate where everything is
- 6:05freezing in Italy, I have two options reduce my.
- 6:09I expect that if what this means, I have already create
- 6:13good wealth for myself from zero, from nothing or or find
- 6:19some other opportunity. Because I am creative human
- 6:22being with a lot of energy every time I am on the something to
- 6:26create. Your head is constantly spinning
- 6:28ideas and ideas rule the world. You know what does it mean?
- 6:33You know, it means like it's something where you need to do
- 6:35something because we have two. We are two humankind, human
- 6:40beings, women and men. Men is great to create.
- 6:44Women is great to support, to give love in general to the men
- 6:49to to to create. But great.
- 6:52I seen another vision in another way.
- 6:56I feel like it's so important have near you.
- 7:00Some kind of women will support you, give you love.
- 7:03And two, if they have a dream, bring their dream to reality.
- 7:07But you know, it's so unique, so important, like have creativity
- 7:12to women and men. And for me, it's starting really
- 7:15a young age and I'm moving to Florida because I want to create
- 7:19more after I read one article only one where I see the
- 7:24opportunity in the supreme supreme mortgage over here.
- 7:28What's happening with market crash real estate take one fly
- 7:31coming from the other part of the world started to understand
- 7:35those speak English start to understand how it's working in
- 7:37in Miami in Florida. And I go back the first couple
- 7:41of year, three-year, 4 year Italy to United States because I
- 7:44have my business over there where I have now to, but my
- 7:47father take care. And then what's happening, you
- 7:51know, starting and really a lot of cry, a lot of pain, a lot of
- 7:55difficulty, like every emigrant feel.
- 7:58But after, you know, because I am light, I receive and now I am
- 8:03in the part of contribution where I want to share with more
- 8:06people is possible. My knowledge, my experience and
- 8:09really the book is something that is coming from
- 8:11contribution. You know, contribution life.
- 8:15In life, most people are actually selfish.
- 8:19Think about just themselves. And I always say that it takes a
- 8:23higher level of individual to go above that selfishness because,
- 8:29you know, human beings are animals.
- 8:34It's what separates us from, you know, the wild animals, the
- 8:38other animals is that we are higher animals.
- 8:43We are the animals with the highest level of IQ and that is
- 8:48why we dominate, you know, the ecosystem, right?
- 8:52We're not the strongest or we're the smartest.
- 8:55And think about it, what's the rule of the jungle?
- 8:57Self preservation, survival of the foetus, Everyone looking out
- 9:03for themselves. But when you're able to go above
- 9:08that and look out for other people, that is when you're a
- 9:12blessing. Of course you are a blessing.
- 9:16You faced a lot of challenges. You know the language where we
- 9:20has the financial pressure, the limited support.
- 9:22Most people would have quit. Or what was it inside of you,
- 9:26that inner drive that kept pushing you forward?
- 9:30You know, looking the reality is this one.
- 9:32You know when you grow up in a nice family with Lovejoy
- 9:37supporting and everything, you have already something inside
- 9:41you, you have like really something more.
- 9:45Or if you grow up in a family where you don't have love and
- 9:49you're searching for the love, you have more.
- 9:53The normality is what is no create, especially human being
- 9:57or different kind of human being.
- 9:59And I will explain better what is driving me reality from
- 10:03really young age is to create more 11 years old.
- 10:07I already have this interest intention to read story of
- 10:11entrepreneur and people and my journey starting from something
- 10:16we spoke before you know where I try to becoming professional
- 10:21soccer like a lot of Italian, a lot of people in the all the
- 10:25continent to in in Africa to, you know, moving forward in
- 10:30something better in my life, not because I coming for a poor
- 10:34family from normal family, but because I want more for my life.
- 10:38And what I feel inside me from really young age is the war
- 10:44create through the people I met during my journey, my people,
- 10:49the people where I play soccer, my mother.
- 10:53This world is resilient. I'm really resilient.
- 10:56What does it mean? Is this one all my story of my
- 10:59life, starting from moment where I have really big drop in my
- 11:05life. What is mean I from 7 years old
- 11:08until seven years old, I try to become a professional soccer.
- 11:12I leave my city Napoli at 14 years old to play around in
- 11:16different team in Italy. And after I have this big
- 11:19injury, well, I don't know anymore what I need to do.
- 11:23I don't have any clarity and my mother because my mother, my and
- 11:27my father in particular, is my hero.
- 11:29He saved my life. How she saved my life with small
- 11:33world. Sometimes small world, a small
- 11:36action give you the direction and the clarity where you me to
- 11:40go where you are. In phase of confusion, my mother
- 11:43put the head over here in my head, the hand over here in my
- 11:48head and told me you will succeed whatever you will do.
- 11:52And from all day I attach all my energy, my mind, everything to
- 11:57this couple of words. And I started to create from
- 12:01zero with really a lot of different change.
- 12:08What this means I need to first of all convince my family to I
- 12:14want to becoming an A serial entrepreneur and after I
- 12:17becoming an investor. And because they have other idea
- 12:21other direction for my life, because they want to study take
- 12:24a PhD and I take my PhD. But I am really human being with
- 12:29win win creation of situation and what's happening, what I
- 12:34tell them at the time, OK, I will take my PhD and I will
- 12:39agree with you. I take my PhD in business
- 12:42management, international business management.
- 12:45And at the same time I started to work at 18 years old, when I
- 12:50take money from government from Italy, open my first shop, make
- 12:55a big mistake, slept on the second floor of the shop.
- 12:58And after thanks to my father, where I asked for small amount
- 13:02of money to moving the shop in another position, I started to
- 13:06create everything. And from over there I started to
- 13:10create a couple of business in the same space of jewellery.
- 13:14And in a 22 I starting in auction in Italy through one
- 13:20book. The book changed my life in real
- 13:22estate. Rich, dead.
- 13:24Poor dead. Thanks Robert Kiyosaki.
- 13:27Wow. Robert Kiyosaki.
- 13:29Guess what? Robert Kiyosaki and myself, we
- 13:31share the same birthday. Wow, nice.
- 13:35Like, good thing, good thing, good thing, you know he's a
- 13:38he's. A great guy.
- 13:39For you and really, really, really like like word and
- 13:44actions possible change other people life and because I
- 13:48received, you know, we really young age good word for my
- 13:53family, for my near family, but really hard to during my process
- 14:01when I grow up like a businessman, entrepreneur, I
- 14:05want to becoming the opposite of the people they are close mind
- 14:11that they don't want to share because I know when you share,
- 14:15you become so powerful. The majority of people, they're
- 14:20becoming powerful in the way where touch other human being
- 14:23and when other human being, they realise their dream and they're
- 14:28becoming part of this dream. Exactly, you know a lot of
- 14:32people are closed minded and but they don't realise that in order
- 14:36for you to receive you need to open your hands right?
- 14:41But a lot of people work with a scarcity mindset.
- 14:46They don't realise that the sky is big enough for for the stars.
- 14:49You know, the stars don't collide, they don't fight for
- 14:51space, right? So why hate when you can't
- 14:54collaborate, you know? So having a fixed mindset will
- 15:00not let you grow. And that's why I always talk
- 15:03about two different mindsets, a fixed mindset and the growth
- 15:06mindset. People with the group mindset
- 15:09are the ones that are open to learning and learning is going
- 15:13to open you to earning. Learning is what opens you to
- 15:17success in life. Successful people do not hold
- 15:19back information, but people that end up being unsuccessful
- 15:24have a scarcity mindset, thinking information is limited
- 15:27and that if they share information with another person,
- 15:31the person will become more successful than them.
- 15:34Why not build somebody that has a potential to become more
- 15:36successful than you? Why are you feeling inferior?
- 15:40Build other people up. If they become more successful
- 15:43than you, you are a blessing, right?
- 15:46We rise by lifting others. Rising tides lifts all boats,
- 15:51right? So I always love to meet people
- 15:53like yourself with that, you know, selfless mentality.
- 15:57You know, there is no success without a successor.
- 16:00And we all are alive to be a blessing unto other people.
- 16:05And until you start to be a blessing unto other people,
- 16:09until you're resourceful to other people, then you should be
- 16:12questioning your existence, right?
- 16:15And everybody has something to give.
- 16:18Everybody always has something to give.
- 16:21You talked about your your, your God giving talents, right?
- 16:24You talked about your philosophy of win win.
- 16:27You know in business and in life, the only way to achieve
- 16:33sustained business success is to achieve a win win situation.
- 16:38You have been in business, you've, you know, consummated
- 16:41over 350 plus, you know, major transactions, you know, from
- 16:47your first deal till you know, all of these major deals.
- 16:51Are you doing the real estate which has helped you to achieve
- 16:55financial independence? But what would you say is the
- 16:58common myth about real estate investment that holds people
- 17:01back? Because a lot of people shy away
- 17:04from investing in in in real estate.
- 17:06Yeah, the main is only one. I don't have money.
- 17:10This is what people they starting to create in their
- 17:14mind. I don't have money where I need
- 17:15the starting and all these let me speak with French word
- 17:21bullshit, you know is reality is really something we have in our
- 17:25mind and I will explain. I will really share why for
- 17:30example in country like United States where I am right now, you
- 17:35have the possibility to create possibility to create wealth for
- 17:42if you have your bank account 3,000,000 under or 5 million
- 17:46under, you are good to create. And now I will explain why and
- 17:51how you possible do this in the United States.
- 17:55And I talking about what I know my market is United States.
- 17:59I know market in real estate in Italy and in Dubai.
- 18:02But United States is the best one.
- 18:04Why? Because what you need to do over
- 18:07here is create add value to other human being in real
- 18:12estate. Now if you don't have money OK
- 18:15your only value is time plus find opportunity.
- 18:20Now if you coming to me like I am a serial save investor and
- 18:26you ask me to teach you to mentoring you, but you don't
- 18:29bring me at me value, why I will do something like immediately
- 18:35when I met. Now the strategy to networking
- 18:38to create real estate opportunity is this one.
- 18:41First of all, add the value to the other human being in real
- 18:45estate like in life. And second of all, find
- 18:48opportunity for them initially and after the door of the world
- 18:53is open for you year how it's working When you find
- 18:58opportunity, if you don't have money, you have two category of
- 19:02people. They lend the money investor
- 19:05like me private people or private lender where you
- 19:11possible have an A deal. You have really small amount of
- 19:15money to put on the deposit and in some case you have the
- 19:19possibility to have two-part of the deposit.
- 19:23When you when you do invest in material estate, you have three
- 19:27fees. The first one deposit if you buy
- 19:30in the regular market to try to do an offer.
- 19:33The second one close the deal. The third one when you do
- 19:37flipping because market real estate is dividing different
- 19:40kind of submarket is renovation now in United States only what
- 19:47you need to do if you don't have the money find the deal.
- 19:51After you have all three phase of money deposit close the deed
- 19:57and renovation means technically you have everything available to
- 20:03starting from less in your bank account and moving forward.
- 20:09The thing you need to find opportunity, how you find
- 20:12opportunity through four phase research, grow action and
- 20:17finally. Do the contribution.
- 20:20This is the fourth phase in every business in real estate,
- 20:24in everything is not adding anything more means like
- 20:27everybody, they want to start to invest in real estate is
- 20:31possible is the most beautiful business in the world.
- 20:35In particular, I repeat, because rules is similar, but in some
- 20:40kind the country is more complicated bureaucratic.
- 20:44Italy is 1 in United States is the opportunity of the market
- 20:48and have think about you have the opportunity to in United
- 20:52States to war from another part of the world.
- 20:57Find opportunities in this country you call united it bless
- 21:02the you know United States God of.
- 21:05The free and who are the brave? God Bless America.
- 21:09And what's happening, you know, you possible sell the contract
- 21:14to somebody like me investor, they will do the you know, the
- 21:18other part. It's like meat of don't moving
- 21:21real estate is only something in the in the mind because
- 21:26everything is ready to moving forward in real estate.
- 21:30You know, if you are in some kind of country like United
- 21:33States, you know. Very interesting.
- 21:35So Speaking of paying it forward, I do have a group of
- 21:40common and fast rising podcasters in the ecosystem,
- 21:45right. I do have a new podcasters in
- 21:47the podcast and ecosystem that I currently mentor and one of them
- 21:52is Steph. She just started a new podcast
- 21:56and it's a real estate podcaster interestingly.
- 21:59So I like you to speak with her. That is one of my procedures in
- 22:04the podcast in that industry. So the name of the of the
- 22:07podcast is Bricks and Banks with Steph.
- 22:10So you guys will have a really, really fantastic conversation
- 22:15deep diving into the real estate business.
- 22:18You know, real estate business is something that has proven
- 22:22from time immemorial to be continuously and sustainably
- 22:27profitable over time because you know, it speaks to one of the
- 22:32what I say in the needs of man. You know the main needs of man
- 22:36are food, clothing and shelter. So real estate actually covers
- 22:41the basic needs of man. So you know, your book actually
- 22:45explores building multi generational wealth right with
- 22:49timeless principles. Principles should families adopt
- 22:52today to create lasting legacy? Yeah, I think so.
- 22:56Like to create legacy and I have the fortune to have a
- 23:01billionaire friend and multimillionaire friend.
- 23:04One in particular is my best friend.
- 23:06I try to learn from everybody, from people they have, you know,
- 23:11big success financially and people they have big success
- 23:15emotionally. And what I understand in
- 23:17reality, legacy is something completely different for the
- 23:22majority of human being they think about legacy is create
- 23:26first of all something in the mind of your child where they
- 23:32understand how it's important create step by step process to
- 23:37work and generate money. And I will explain better what
- 23:40doesn't mean. I read and I see one interview
- 23:43with one billionaire, the owner of Biomeo Biome is 1 company.
- 23:48They are specialising. And I will interview, I will be,
- 23:52you know, in a meeting soon with these people where he told
- 23:57something so important. He create, he's a billionaire,
- 24:00he created multiple really big company.
- 24:04He normally creation legacy and generation wealth.
- 24:07You know, he explained 1 concept the first time in my life I lost
- 24:11him. And he talked about how is
- 24:14important if you ever you know, you want to bring your mind,
- 24:19your body, your energy to the next generation in your family
- 24:23or to the next generation in life is to show what you tell.
- 24:28And now I go deeply what's happening, the beautiful story
- 24:32is this 1 he becoming a billionaire really a young age
- 24:35like I think so 4344 years, that's all I don't remember.
- 24:39And what's happening when you receive a billionaire, I ask to
- 24:43the billionaire, you have all this money and technically you
- 24:47don't know anymore what is your life.
- 24:49It's like like similar to people, they don't have a job
- 24:54with only the difference. One have a lot of money the
- 24:57other one no. Now why I share with you because
- 25:01he stay in the couch and the daughter and the son, if I
- 25:05remember correctly, coming to the father and he told hey you
- 25:09guys, you need to do this that and you know he's explain
- 25:12everything and the daughter tells something to him that why
- 25:16you are in the couch at 3:00 PM in the afternoon.
- 25:19And he realised at that moment the most important part to
- 25:23create legacy to create the generation.
- 25:26Well, is this 1 So to people what you do and he restarted to
- 25:33create something big a recreate, continue to create, continue to
- 25:37create big company, not because he need the money, but because
- 25:41he love what he do and he share with the you know, family and
- 25:46people like me. See the video Something
- 25:50important you know. Legacy is a process mind process
- 25:53and is a process where you do action everyday to build
- 25:57something you know. You know, you know, it, it
- 26:00actually feels like you went to deep dive into, you know, a few
- 26:04of my previous podcast episodes because there's something I
- 26:07always say, what is important is not the example of your power,
- 26:11but the power of your example. You know, you always have to be
- 26:15a good example. You know, we have very little
- 26:17time left. And of course, I hope well, we
- 26:20would have you on a Part 2 episode.
- 26:23But you know, they say where there should always be a method
- 26:27to the madness because if there's no method to the
- 26:29madness, the madness would would make them take you to the
- 26:33psychiatric hospital. They're talking of method.
- 26:36You talk about the MDPE, right? That is the method behind the
- 26:40mindset. So could you quickly explain the
- 26:44method behind the mindset and you know, give our audience any
- 26:48brief advice that you can possibly give them before you
- 26:52run away? First of all, I want to share
- 26:56with your audience, you are the mentor of your life personally,
- 27:03everybody we have the mentor of our life.
- 27:05What this means this one is something important to starting
- 27:09something you need to ask the correct question and what this
- 27:14means is this one. The method I assembly is called
- 27:17MPB meditation, morning pray, bio walking and exercise.
- 27:22This 4 pillars that is the metal generate everyday my energy to
- 27:27moving forward in the direction where I want to go in my life in
- 27:32order to help aspect of my life not only in business.
- 27:35Now what's happening is this one before do anything you need to
- 27:41try and ask the correct question.
- 27:44What is means every people they need to started to ask some kind
- 27:48of question for what they are grateful for what they are they
- 27:52have a joy. But this is for question I asked
- 27:55for myself every day in the morning for what give me passion
- 27:59and what give me serenity. After you respond to this
- 28:02question, you need to starting to try something work in your
- 28:06life. This method changed completely
- 28:08in my life starting from when I been in the dark moment of my
- 28:14life where I'm moving from Italy to United States, where I need
- 28:19to find friend, speak English, I don't speak English, where I
- 28:23need to understand the business real estate in United States.
- 28:28I feel empathy inside how I arrive.
- 28:32I create this because I see one person, the name is Dominico,
- 28:36who is 1. My friend is an engineer.
- 28:38We do some kind business together in Italy.
- 28:41And what's happening? You have all the time this
- 28:43energy from over there. I asked one question, the
- 28:46important question, what do you do to have this energy?
- 28:49And he told me two words, meditation, transcendent.
- 28:52From over there I started to meditate and I create this
- 28:57method where I understand precisiously when I am powerful
- 29:02in my day in the morning, I wake up 4:30 in the morning until 2
- 29:06PMI am super energetic. I have clarity in my mind, body
- 29:10and and mind. Is there a line?
- 29:14And after, you know, I discovered first of all, I I
- 29:19went to in Finland in a fair of bio walking and after I find the
- 29:26father of bio walking United States called Dave Asprey and I
- 29:31learned everything is possible. Today I will have a beautiful
- 29:34interview with him where I, you know, soon I will be in his
- 29:38event in Austin in May in bio walking.
- 29:42And I learned all the things from this guy and you know, the
- 29:46exercise, this is the four pillar part of this method bring
- 29:51me so much energy. But this method is not the, you
- 29:57know, the gold for everybody. You need to adapt to yourself
- 30:02for me, wake up at 4:30 in the morning, but for you, you need
- 30:08to try for one month. Lester, this is not working for
- 30:11sure because it's not if you don't have cost, you are not
- 30:15constant every day in what you do.
- 30:17You don't achieve any kind of a salty life.
- 30:20What it means you need to try you try in the morning to start
- 30:24it to meditate, to start it, to do bio working and exercises.
- 30:29See how it's going for your life.
- 30:31If it's working means you find your phototype of human being.
- 30:36If it's not, you choose other part of the day to start in this
- 30:40process. But you know for me I find this
- 30:44is my rock, is my everything because nobody or everybody or
- 30:51not stay for no other people, they possible take this method
- 30:56from my heart, from my body for my man and I utilise every day
- 31:01until I will die because bring me energy.
- 31:04And this is part of the book where I study university because
- 31:09I wanna first of all something actionable in my life.
- 31:13Remember I am investor, pragmatic, sensible investor.
- 31:17What it means I utilise this I see is working.
- 31:20I study from university, I go deeply and I see why this
- 31:25working at university. Tell why and after you know I
- 31:29put everything together inside the book because we are no send
- 31:34people like we want to something concrete.
- 31:36You know we need to move forward in the external part.
- 31:41But first of all, I creating internal and external is my
- 31:45vehicle to create external abundance.
- 31:47So important is an obligation to everybody is through real estate
- 31:52and real estate bringing abundance the possibility to
- 31:55create a generate the possibility to share with the
- 31:59people I love the most important and I hope so soon to be a
- 32:04philanthropic investor where I possible help more people is
- 32:08possible, but already I do with SAN association where I devil.
- 32:12I give all the money from this book plus I give them one of my
- 32:18one of Moro of my real estate portfolio where they help
- 32:24homeless people to have any another time dignity.
- 32:28This is giving me love inside my heart.
- 32:30The most important part, you know.
- 32:33Wow, wow, it's it's always great to see you be a blessing and of
- 32:36course pay you forward. And of course we we all know
- 32:40that you are a busy man and would have to let you go pretty
- 32:44soon. Where can the audience get your
- 32:46book? Looking the possible not the
- 32:50possible I ask to buy really why not for me for them for help
- 32:55This association the possible finding Amazon is a best seller
- 32:59in Amazon healthy richandhappy.com is the other
- 33:02part where the possible find the book and I am sure what I tell
- 33:07your audience please read this book because it's not coming
- 33:10from it's coming from what I receive in my life and to
- 33:14support and have a support from three really powerful people.
- 33:19This means 1 is a billionaire. He create one the most
- 33:23university important company a support to the book key to the
- 33:26endorsement. The other two multi millionaires
- 33:29means this book misdemeanour real estate.
- 33:32This means this book have really value to other people because

- 34:43when you spend time to knowledge other people means in another
- 34:48way your life, which I am sure you will receive something
- 34:51beautiful. You know, because your main
- 34:53goal, I know it's put your face out like everybody, but the main
- 34:58reason when this podcast is great, I seen a lot of people,
