- 0:11entertain and inspire you to live a more positive life three hundred and sixty five
- 0:15days a year. We hope you enjoy this message. Several years ago,
- 0:25Andy was sentenced to prison. During his stay, he got along well with
- 0:31the guards and all his fellow inmates. The warrant warden saw that deep down,
- 0:37Andy was a good person, and he made arrangements for Andy to learn
- 0:42a trade while he was doing his time. After three years, Andy was
- 0:47recognized as one of the best carpenters in the local area. Often he would
- 0:53be given a week in past to do odd jobs for the citizens of the
- 0:57community, and he always reported back to the prison before Sunday night was over.
- 1:03The warden was thinking about remodeling his kitchen, and in fact he had
- 1:07done much of the work himself, but he lacked the skills to build a
- 1:11set of kitchen cupboards and a large countertop, which he had promised his wife.
- 1:18So he called Andy into his office and asked him to complete the job
- 1:22for him, but alas Andy refused. He said to the warden, Gosh,
- 1:30I'd really like to help you, but counterfeiting is what got me into
- 1:34prison in the first place. Do you ever stop and think that every great
- 1:49thing has small, humble beginnings. We should not avoid the small and simple,
- 1:57because within that are the seeds of greatness. We will talk about this
- 2:01in this week's episode of Positively three sixty five, but first we have our
- 2:07trivia question of the day. Are you ready for it? Here? It
- 2:10is how many legs does a crab have? We will have the answer when

- 3:20otherwise. Do you know the answer to this week's trivia question? The question
- 3:32was how many legs do crabs have? The answer ten? Yes, crabs
- 3:42are crustaceans with ten legs. However, they are often seen with only eight
- 3:49legs because two of their legs are modified into claws. So how many legs
- 3:54do crabs really have? The answer, of course, is ten. Now
- 4:01you know there is a real power in starting small. There is a power
- 4:18of humble beginnings in achieving greatness. In a world that often glorifies overnight success
- 4:26and rapid growth, the concept of starting small may seem counterintuitive. However,
- 4:32it is precisely in the realm of humble beginnings that profound transformations and extraordinary achievements
- 4:41often take root. Whether we're talking about business, personal endeavors, or creative
- 4:47pursuits, the journey of starting small holds the potential to lead us to the
- 4:54greatest of heights. There is a small stream, a tiny outlet from Lake
- 5:13Itasca in northern Minnesota. You can wade across this stream from here, though
- 5:20it gets deeper and wider, it travels some twenty five hundred miles from this
- 5:28humble beginning the mighty Mississippi River becomes part of the lifeblood of the United States.
- 5:36There is an important lesson here. It's not about how or where you
- 5:43start. It's about the journey to what you become. Even humble beginnings and
- 5:50little things can lead to greatness. Thank you for joining us today. Please
