- 0:42Speaker 1: It is all Willie Wednesday. We thank you for being
- 0:44Speaker 1: with us.
- 0:44Speaker 3: This portion of the program brought to you by Central
- 0:47Speaker 3: Texas Sports Medicine. Coming out, I started to say, we're
- 0:52Speaker 3: gonna hear from one of the New age basketball players,
- 0:55Speaker 3: but there's fifteen of them. We're gonna hear from one
- 0:57Speaker 3: of them these pop isaacs. Scott Colin Dinnon is here.
- 1:01Speaker 3: Mallory is here with some entertainment. So sit back, relax,
- 1:07Speaker 3: and let us do our best to entertain you to
- 1:10Speaker 3: the victors. Go the accolades. Mike Elko, one of twenty.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Eight coaches named to the Bear Bryant Coach of the
- 1:17Speaker 1: Year watch list. Today, the Aggie's of course.
- 1:21Speaker 3: Off to the six and oh start going into fayet
- 1:25Speaker 3: Nam on Saturday afternoon, where the weather, by the way, forecast.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Is still a little iffy.
- 1:33Speaker 3: The Big Twelve has fined Texas Tech and Kansas twenty
- 1:38Speaker 3: five thousand dollars for what happened at the football game Saturday.
- 1:44Speaker 3: I mean, I don't know what they're gonna do. My
- 1:45Speaker 3: guess is they're going to have to pass the hat
- 1:47Speaker 3: around in the stands. Tech was fined for not taking
- 1:52Speaker 3: sufficient steps to prevent and deter the repeated throwing of
- 1:59Speaker 3: objects onto the field and team bench areas aka tortillas.
- 2:06Speaker 3: Tech was issued Yeah, now, in fairness, there were other
- 2:10Speaker 3: stupid things that could have hurt people that were thrown
- 2:12Speaker 3: on the field.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Because this is loving, Okay, The tortilla thing is funny.
- 2:18Speaker 3: I'm fine with tortillas, okay, But of course there's idiots
- 2:24Speaker 3: around and they think it's funny to throw batteries and
- 2:27Speaker 3: cans and you know, other things at the players.
- 2:30Speaker 1: That's not okay.
- 2:31Speaker 3: I don't think twenty five thousand dollars is going to
- 2:34Speaker 3: deter anybody.
- 2:36Speaker 1: They did get penalized twice.
- 2:39Speaker 3: Lance Leipold, the Kansas coach, and his postgame press conference
- 2:42Speaker 3: that a pocket knife was thrown at one of his staffers.
- 2:46Speaker 3: Now he didn't say if that knife was open. I
- 2:49Speaker 3: mean that would be a huge, big deal. Brett yor
- 2:54Speaker 3: Mark Messer said Lightphole and Kansas were fine for quote
- 2:58Speaker 3: disparaging common about the conference at a member institution and
- 3:04Speaker 3: quote an inaccurate statement regarding a pocket knife.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Now, I would.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Suspect that if they knew, if that was the complaint
- 3:19Speaker 3: that Lfephold told a Big twelve official, a security official
- 3:27Speaker 3: that a pocket knife was thrown at us, and unless
- 3:33Speaker 3: a Tech security person picked it up and put his
- 3:35Speaker 3: pocket walked away, which could have happened otherwise it would
- 3:38Speaker 3: be easy to find a pocket knife in the bench area.
- 3:41Speaker 3: I would think Kansas released a statement. I accept their
- 3:46Speaker 3: findings in ultimate ruling. I had an emotional reaction in
- 3:49Speaker 3: the aftermath of the game, acknowledge I needed to be better.
- 3:53Speaker 3: Texas Tech associate ad Robert Giavanetti told the Lubbock Avalanche
- 4:00Speaker 3: he was handed a pocket knife on the Kansas sideline
- 4:05Speaker 3: and turned it over to local law enforcement. So look,
- 4:14Speaker 3: could it have dropped out of a trainer's pocketed ors?
- 4:17Speaker 3: You know, I mean there's other things that could have happened,
- 4:20Speaker 3: but that's unacceptable.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Tortillas. I'm fine, that's okay.
- 4:27Speaker 3: I think it's pretty cool personally, but again, there's too
- 4:31Speaker 3: many stupid people to let anybody throw anything on the field.
- 4:36Speaker 3: And I like penalizing the team, but apparently they love
- 4:39Speaker 3: We already knew that, but the Texas Tech fans are
- 4:41Speaker 3: so stupid they just kept doing it. Got penalized second time.
- 4:45Speaker 3: Jamaiir Brown Country's top you knew this was coming. Top
- 4:50Speaker 3: Wide Receiver class for twenty twenty seven is the centerpiece
- 4:57Speaker 3: of a lawsuit filed in state court in Ohio that
- 5:00Speaker 3: seeks to allow him to benefit from his name, image,
- 5:03Speaker 3: and likeness while in high school. The complaint names the
- 5:08Speaker 3: Ohio High School Athletic Association, which prohibits its athletes from
- 5:14Speaker 3: profiting off nil. Brown, committed to play at Ohio State,
- 5:19Speaker 3: has earning power of more than one hundred thousand a year,
- 5:22Speaker 3: according to the complaint. The lawsuit filed by his mother, Jasmine.
- 5:31Speaker 3: The blanket band not only singles out Ohio's high school
- 5:34Speaker 3: student athletes for unequal treatment. It unlawfully suppresses their economic liberties,
- 5:38Speaker 3: freedom of expression.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Look, we know where that's at. It. I can't see
- 5:45Speaker 1: them saying, now you can't make money. I know it's
- 5:49Speaker 1: high school, and then it's gonna be junior high, right,
- 5:52Speaker 1: and it's gonna be peewee football, and then it's going
- 5:56Speaker 1: to be flag football. It appears this.
- 6:02Speaker 3: Is the world that they're all growing up in. So
- 6:05Speaker 3: it appears Dan Mullen has no interest in the penn
- 6:10Speaker 3: State job. I don't even know if he was asked.
- 6:14Speaker 3: Dan's jumping up and down in Las Vegas, going, Hey,
- 6:17Speaker 3: remember me, I'm undefeated, but I'm not going to penn State.
- 6:21Speaker 3: Don't ask me if I'm going to Penn State. Oh no,
- 6:25Speaker 3: I'm staying right here. I'm not going anywhere. Mullen's a
- 6:30Speaker 3: native of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, played small college football in Pennsylvania,
- 6:41Speaker 3: but said he addressed the coaching search with his team.
- 6:46Speaker 3: I mean, why, Dan, why, It's like, okay, guys, you
- 6:53Speaker 3: may have heard some things and I'm just telling you,
- 6:57Speaker 3: as of today, they're not true. Baseball Blue Jays Mariners.
- 7:05Speaker 3: The M's are home for three in Seattle, where they
- 7:08Speaker 3: had a really good home record.
- 7:11Speaker 1: They're up two games to none. I mean, there's a
- 7:15Speaker 1: lot of must wins. This isn't a must win, but
- 7:19Speaker 1: it's pretty dang close for the Blue Jays tonight and
- 7:23Speaker 1: the Dodgers.
- 7:25Speaker 3: The Dodgers go home same as the Ems, with a
- 7:29Speaker 3: two game to none lead.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Look, I don't know who has the World Series? Is
- 7:36Speaker 1: Fox have it this year? I don't know who has it.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Fox has it. They're praying the Dodgers win.
- 7:41Speaker 3: I mean, they don't really care between Toronto and Seattle,
- 7:44Speaker 3: but I guarantee if they want anybody to watch the series,
- 7:48Speaker 3: they want the Dodgers in show. Heyotani in that series
- 7:51Speaker 3: and Freddie Freeman and players people have heard of.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Right. They do not want the Milwaukee Brewers playing the
- 7:57Speaker 1: Seattle Mariners for the World Series, or Milwaukee and Toronto.
- 8:02Speaker 1: They don't want that either. The owners why so, so
- 8:09Speaker 1: they get extra no.
- 8:10Speaker 4: So they can yell and try to impose a salary cap.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Yeah, they're not getting a salary cap. Uh. That's communist,
- 8:19Speaker 1: just like the NFL is. Veteran infielder Alex Bregman opting
- 8:24Speaker 1: out of his contract with the Red Sox and becoming
- 8:27Speaker 1: a free agent. The thirty one.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Year old at a good year, slashed two seventy three
- 8:33Speaker 3: three sixty four sixty two obs, eighteen homers, twenty eight doubles.
- 8:39Speaker 1: He only played one hundred and fourteen games. He's had
- 8:42Speaker 1: some injuries, but had a war of three and a half,
- 8:45Speaker 1: which is really good. Earned an All Star selection last winter.
- 8:53Speaker 3: Bregman turned down a higher offer from the Tigers in
- 8:55Speaker 3: order to sign a shorter term deal with Boston that
- 8:58Speaker 3: paid him thirty six and thirty six point six million dollars.
- 9:05Speaker 3: That includes forty one point six million salaries for twenty
- 9:10Speaker 3: six and twenty seven. But he had opt outs for
- 9:12Speaker 3: both seasons. So if he doesn't get someone to pay
- 9:18Speaker 3: him more than forty one million dollars for this coming season,
- 9:23Speaker 3: then he made a bad decision. We'll see what happens.
- 9:28Speaker 3: Maybe he just doesn't like playing in Boston. You know
- 9:34Speaker 3: they're bringing NHL ors back into Olympic Hockey this year.
- 9:39Speaker 3: I don't know if you knew that, but the games
- 9:43Speaker 3: are in Rome. Actually hockey is going to be in Milan,
- 9:49Speaker 3: which is good ways from Rome. Local organizers confirming that
- 9:53Speaker 3: the main test event for the new sixteen thousand seat
- 9:59Speaker 3: arena that was schedule for December.
- 10:03Speaker 1: They won't be ready. The issue raises the prospect that
- 10:07Speaker 1: their night might not be a game held on that
- 10:10Speaker 1: main arena ice until round one of the women's competition
- 10:15Speaker 1: February fifth, one day before the opening ceremony, the Local
- 10:19Speaker 1: Organizing Committee CEO Andrea van Nier said, it's going to
- 10:24Speaker 1: be very close to the start of the games. That
- 10:28Speaker 1: timeline is very tight, but we knew that. Could you
- 10:34Speaker 1: see like big chunks of ice in the Olympics. Never mind.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Rory McElroy not happy with the story post Rider Cup.
- 10:49Speaker 1: The Europeans beat the Americans fifteen to thirteen, but all
- 10:53Speaker 1: anyone wants to talk about is the unruly fan behavior.
- 10:57Speaker 1: McElroy says, Europe's performances take a back seat. It's been
- 11:01Speaker 1: two weeks.
- 11:03Speaker 3: I've been following this sort of narrative coming out of
- 11:05Speaker 3: the Ryder Cup like everyone else. Unfortunately, it takes away
- 11:08Speaker 3: what we focused on, which is what an incredible performance
- 11:12Speaker 3: it was by European tea. McElroy was subjected to severe heckling.
- 11:19Speaker 3: Somebody threw a beer at his wife. The Euro's won
- 11:24Speaker 3: the Cup for the first consecutive cops for the first
- 11:27Speaker 3: time in a decade. Roy earned three and a half
- 11:32Speaker 3: of the fifteen European points for his tea Rory, just
- 11:38Speaker 3: shut up and look at the cop every day.
- 11:41Speaker 1: What difference does it make? Like you're going to get
- 11:44Speaker 1: credit here in America for the euro trashes coming over
- 11:50Speaker 1: and beating the Americans. Nobody's gonna give you credit. Okay,
- 11:56Speaker 1: we're going to take a break. We're going to come
- 11:59Speaker 1: back talk a little bit of basketball. By the way,
- 12:03Speaker 1: A and M was represented this afternoon at the Media Days. Yeah,
- 12:09Speaker 1: I know, you didn't even know it was media days.
- 12:11Speaker 1: This ain't football, folks in the SEC. It's basketball. And
- 12:16Speaker 1: that's why I'm telling you there were media Days. So
- 12:24Speaker 1: next week on the show, either Monday or Tuesday, author
- 12:29Speaker 1: Dan Beck is going to join me. He has written
- 12:33Speaker 1: a book called You've Got Michael Living Through His Story,
- 12:39Speaker 1: which was the name of his album. It's really you know,
- 12:46Speaker 1: we've had other Michael Jackson people on before. This guy
- 12:50Speaker 1: was on the inside for about five years, so he
- 12:53Speaker 1: has some pretty good insights on the King of Pop.
- 12:57Speaker 1: All right, So that is next week tomorrow our Clark
- 13:03Speaker 1: Eisenhower Outdoor Show on Friday, Ryan at Will are in
- 13:08Speaker 1: I'll visit with Tony Catalina and Kirk Boles on Friday's show.

- 13:16Speaker 5: Enco Insurance is now a part of Hub International, bringing

- 13:38Speaker 5: behind us, more resources, more solutions, still your team and
- 13:42Speaker 5: co Insurance a Hub International company, So you're ready for tomorrow?
- 13:48Speaker 6: Christopher bells on and when do drivers start thinking about
- 13:51Speaker 6: the points in the playoffs? Once again, it's race by
- 13:55Speaker 6: race in the way that this format works. You know,
- 13:57Speaker 6: race one and you're not really talking about points. Race two,
- 14:01Speaker 6: the chatter maybe comes up a little bit, but certainly
- 14:03Speaker 6: Race three that that's what that's what it's all about.
- 14:06Speaker 6: And you know, I go back to Martinsville my predicament
- 14:08Speaker 6: last year. I think at one point I got told,
- 14:11Speaker 6: uh late in the race that I needed a point,
- 14:14Speaker 6: but it the communication certainly wasn't as clear as I
- 14:19Speaker 6: would have liked it to have been. And I remember
- 14:21Speaker 6: like crossing the finish line not knowing what my point
- 14:24Speaker 6: situation was, and then you know, Adam said, well, I
- 14:26Speaker 6: think we're in because we tied and so forth. So, uh,
- 14:30Speaker 6: I would have liked a little bit more communication last
- 14:32Speaker 6: year at Martinsville. Yeah, I mean it's it's uh, I
- 14:36Speaker 6: don't know. Most of the drivers are are out there,
- 14:39Speaker 6: you know, are are blind to what's going on unless
- 14:42Speaker 6: unless someone speaks up. And I know that's very sensitive
- 14:45Speaker 6: right now with people talking on the radio about it.
- 14:49Speaker 4: It's just, uh, I don't know.
- 14:50Speaker 6: I just it kind of feels a little bit gross,
- 14:54Speaker 6: Like I would I would love to just you know,
- 14:56Speaker 6: be able to race and and you know, not have
- 14:58Speaker 6: to worry about this race manipulation stuff. Just feeling like
- 15:02Speaker 6: you can't talk about something on the radio like it.
- 15:05Speaker 6: You just you would rather not have have to worry about,
- 15:08Speaker 6: you know, doing that. You just want to go out
- 15:09Speaker 6: there and race. And I think that that's what all
- 15:11Speaker 6: of us want. We just want to go out there
- 15:12Speaker 6: and lay it all on the line. All the time
- 15:14Speaker 6: you are on the final app.
- 15:19Speaker 7: You're still glowing, flirting, grooving. You still got it, but
- 15:23Speaker 7: your immune system weakens as you age, making it harder

- 17:12Speaker 10: And you'll feed you for down.
- 17:18Speaker 11: I knew someday you would fly away.
- 17:26Speaker 3: That's for the movie Honeysuckle Roads, that was quite at
- 17:31Speaker 3: quite a while ago. By the way, will He's got
- 17:34Speaker 3: a new album coming out next month singing Merle Haggard,
- 17:39Speaker 3: so we're looking forward to that, Okay. I talked about
- 17:44Speaker 3: Pop Isaac's that we were going to hear from him.
- 17:47Speaker 3: I believe he is one of the n M player
- 17:48Speaker 3: representatives today, but yesterday he met with local media before
- 17:52Speaker 3: they flew up this afternoon for the outing. Pop was
- 17:56Speaker 3: really good at Texas Tech went to Craigton, got hurt, decided.
- 18:05Speaker 1: Not to play, took care of the injuries.
- 18:07Speaker 3: He played a few games early I believe last season,
- 18:12Speaker 3: but sat out. They have been very careful with him
- 18:16Speaker 3: coming back from the injury. He has been cleared to
- 18:23Speaker 3: do everything and if he's healthy. This is a big
- 18:29Speaker 3: get for Bucky because this guy can play and he's
- 18:33Speaker 3: played at the highest level against the highest competition.
- 18:36Speaker 12: Here's pop isaacsp just one hundred first few months been
- 18:40Speaker 12: here at A and M.
- 18:42Speaker 4: They've been great.
- 18:44Speaker 14: Aguilanda is a dope place to be, College Station's dope
- 18:46Speaker 14: to be. Bucky's a great person to be around on
- 18:49Speaker 14: a daily basis.
- 18:50Speaker 4: So College Station has been great so far. For sure.
- 18:53Speaker 12: Are you feeling one hundred percent after.
- 18:55Speaker 14: Yeah, I'm basically one hundred percent moving well, practicing well.
- 19:00Speaker 14: Uh still got to get all the way in shape,
- 19:02Speaker 14: but that uh that of com as we keep doing
- 19:04Speaker 14: as I keep practicing, I keep getting my legs under me.
- 19:06Speaker 4: But I feel good. So we went into your decision
- 19:10Speaker 4: to come to an M. I just thought it made
- 19:12Speaker 4: the most sense.
- 19:13Speaker 15: Uh.
- 19:14Speaker 14: Had a great relationship with coach Frank Pith. Uh known
- 19:17Speaker 14: me forever, so I've known him forever. He has a
- 19:20Speaker 14: great relationship with my dad. So when everything was kind
- 19:24Speaker 14: of going on, uh, some decisions had to be made.
- 19:27Speaker 14: We just thought that, and you know, it was the
- 19:29Speaker 14: perfect spot for me to be at.
- 19:31Speaker 4: People I trusted here, so it just made sense. Frank
- 19:33Speaker 4: recruited high school. Yeah, a little bit, a little bit.
- 19:37Speaker 8: What was it?
- 19:38Speaker 4: What about the system?
- 19:40Speaker 14: Dream should just a fast paced uh style of play? Uh,
- 19:44Speaker 14: you know, get a lot of threes up. Obviously it
- 19:47Speaker 14: fits me perfectly in a way, just the you know,
- 19:49Speaker 14: the freedom we have on offense, the amount of threes
- 19:53Speaker 14: we shoot and how fast we play, and I'll do
- 19:55Speaker 14: nothing but benefit me.
- 19:57Speaker 4: Obviously.
- 19:58Speaker 14: You got the full court presson component, which is something
- 20:01Speaker 14: I'm excited to do and it's really gonna work well.
- 20:04Speaker 14: So the style of play definitely was a factor in
- 20:06Speaker 14: me coming here and this was doing great so far.
- 20:09Speaker 16: So has everybody messed together a lot of new pieces here?
- 20:12Speaker 14: How you guys coming together great. Everybody's getting along well.
- 20:15Speaker 14: Off the court, we're doing a bunch of things together.
- 20:18Speaker 14: So at locker rooms, great vibe. So everybody's doing good.
- 20:21Speaker 14: Obviously it could be a bit. I mean, it's kind
- 20:24Speaker 14: of normal now at the age we live in with
- 20:25Speaker 14: the transport on stuff that you have to get to
- 20:27Speaker 14: know new players every year just because that new guys
- 20:30Speaker 14: are coming and leaving every year. So but so far
- 20:33Speaker 14: has been good, especially being that it's a group of
- 20:35Speaker 14: brand new people.
- 20:36Speaker 17: So after suffering the injury, what kind of what did
- 20:40Speaker 17: you learn during the season watching your teammates and did
- 20:44Speaker 17: it give even more of the love for the game?
- 20:46Speaker 4: A thousand percent.
- 20:48Speaker 14: I had never sat out that long before in my life,
- 20:50Speaker 14: so it was kind of just a just kind of
- 20:53Speaker 14: took me back a bit. Wasn't something I was too
- 20:56Speaker 14: fond of, but just taught me resilient in the way. Uh,
- 21:00Speaker 14: for sure, got to you know, really obviously I knew
- 21:03Speaker 14: I loved the game, but you got to really see
- 21:05Speaker 14: how much you love a game, especially how long.
- 21:07Speaker 1: I was out for.
- 21:08Speaker 14: So but my teammates hach crating me for sure, They're
- 21:11Speaker 14: for me, all great guys. Coaching staff was there for me.
- 21:13Speaker 14: Coach mc dermott was great about it. So great people
- 21:16Speaker 14: over there for sure, and they helped me get through it.
- 21:17Speaker 14: So when did you feel like you were one hundred
- 21:20Speaker 14: percent again? When then I feel like I was one
- 21:23Speaker 14: hundred percent again? Shoot, I probably felt like I could
- 21:26Speaker 14: have been going for a little bit. I mean, I
- 21:30Speaker 14: felt good for a while now, So I just I'll
- 21:32Speaker 14: say it like that, just kind of making sure you know,
- 21:34Speaker 14: we crossed our teas and dotted our eyes.
- 21:36Speaker 4: So but I feel good. I'm glad I'm back out there.
- 21:39Speaker 4: You had a great game against an M last year.
- 21:42Speaker 14: Uh, do you ever kind of think about that when
- 21:44Speaker 14: when you came here and we remember about that game.
- 21:48Speaker 4: I've had two great games against them in the past
- 21:50Speaker 4: two years. I'm just playing. No, I didn't think about
- 21:54Speaker 4: none at all.
- 21:55Speaker 14: Obviously, some brand new coaching staff, brand new people around here.
- 22:00Speaker 14: I have nothing but respect for that last coaching staff.
- 22:02Speaker 14: Like I know coach Buzz, great dude. So I know
- 22:06Speaker 14: some guys on the team, you know, just don't know
- 22:08Speaker 14: him too well. But you know, I know Wade and
- 22:10Speaker 14: stuff like that, and you tell me a little bit
- 22:12Speaker 14: about it here. So I didn't really think about it
- 22:15Speaker 14: too much. But it's for sure something fun to talk about.
- 22:18Speaker 4: What is Rashaan brought to the program so far?
- 22:22Speaker 14: Energy, talks a lot. Uh, Just a great person to
- 22:24Speaker 14: be around on a daily Basi's on a daily basis.
- 22:27Speaker 14: He's consistent in his approach every day, consistent with his work.
- 22:31Speaker 4: Just a great leader.
- 22:32Speaker 18: Man.
- 22:32Speaker 4: He talks.
- 22:32Speaker 14: Uh, you could tell he's older, you know, he's real
- 22:35Speaker 14: wise with his words, knows how to get to different people.
- 22:38Speaker 4: So he's brought a whole lot for sure.
- 22:40Speaker 14: We're you know, we're glad yesterday that that kind of
- 22:42Speaker 14: got cleared up. So we're excited to have him for sure,
- 22:45Speaker 14: and he's going to be a huge part to our team.
- 22:47Speaker 1: So what does it.
- 22:48Speaker 12: Mean to be selected to represent A and M later
- 22:51Speaker 12: this week in Birmingham at media days?
- 22:53Speaker 4: Oh yeah, it's super cool.
- 22:55Speaker 14: I haven't done the media day yet in college, so,
- 22:58Speaker 14: uh being able to go to Burmah him is pretty cool.
- 23:01Speaker 14: Get out of college station for a little bit. It's
- 23:03Speaker 14: kind of been a grind in the past month, so
- 23:05Speaker 14: uh now it's just super cool.
- 23:07Speaker 4: I'm excited.
- 23:08Speaker 14: Uh me and McKenzie go there and represent us with
- 23:11Speaker 14: the you know, with everything we got.
- 23:12Speaker 12: So but are you gonna take you anywhere in Birmingham
- 23:15Speaker 12: with him being the hometown?
- 23:16Speaker 4: See, hopefully he does should be better.
- 23:20Speaker 13: Guys.
- 23:20Speaker 12: Guys have talked about having kind of versatile roles within
- 23:23Speaker 12: this system. So I'm just curious what you may kind
- 23:26Speaker 12: of expect your role to be within this system.
- 23:28Speaker 14: My role just to make plays, Uh make plays, Uh,
- 23:33Speaker 14: be a leader, Uh be at the right place at
- 23:36Speaker 14: the right time, you know. Bucky kind of keeps as
- 23:39Speaker 14: simple what he asks you to do, especially what he's
- 23:41Speaker 14: asking me to do, is you know, we we have
- 23:43Speaker 14: great conversations with what he's expecting to me and what
- 23:46Speaker 14: I'm expecting of myself.
- 23:47Speaker 4: So just really going out there being myself and just
- 23:50Speaker 4: to be a playmaker and to be a leader.
- 23:52Speaker 12: So, hey, Pop, how do you think your game is mature?
- 23:55Speaker 14: The most? I think everything's just slowed down, Like I mean,
- 24:01Speaker 14: I kind of, you know, felt it last year, like
- 24:04Speaker 14: playing for coach mc dermott, like it was the most
- 24:08Speaker 14: of it was probably the easiest offense I've ever played
- 24:11Speaker 14: it in my life last year, and that kind of
- 24:12Speaker 14: helped me a lot with everything slowing down, just reading
- 24:16Speaker 14: the game different, like I could always pass and I
- 24:18Speaker 14: can always see the next play and stuff. But just
- 24:20Speaker 14: you know, everything feels like it's moving in slow motion
- 24:22Speaker 14: and that's always a great thing.
- 24:23Speaker 12: So any similarities between that offensive creating and what you guys.
- 24:27Speaker 14: Are, uh, probably, I mean in ways, like just the
- 24:31Speaker 14: flow of things, the kind of that obviously you want
- 24:36Speaker 14: to get up a lot of threes, is very similar,
- 24:38Speaker 14: but I mean not not too much. As obviously we
- 24:41Speaker 14: were very free flowing and creating and we're very free,
- 24:43Speaker 14: free flowing here, But I wouldn't say it's too much.
- 24:46Speaker 4: It's not. It's not the same kind of we're set
- 24:49Speaker 4: heavy with creating at the same time too.
- 24:51Speaker 17: So about a month ago Alex Crucive got to come
- 24:54Speaker 17: in here and and address the team and and he
- 24:57Speaker 17: talked about.
- 24:58Speaker 4: His love for text saying M and the self sacrifice
- 25:03Speaker 4: that it's going to require.
- 25:04Speaker 17: What kind of what What did you take from him
- 25:06Speaker 17: addressing the team and and what's something that you think
- 25:09Speaker 17: you can use during the season.
- 25:11Speaker 14: Yeah, that was a great experience to just have him
- 25:15Speaker 14: come in here and talk to us. He gave us
- 25:17Speaker 14: a lot of lessons just talking about, you know, what
- 25:19Speaker 14: life is like in the NBA, kind of took us
- 25:22Speaker 14: on his journey to get to the NBA from A
- 25:24Speaker 14: and M and the things he had to do and
- 25:26Speaker 14: the things he had to sacrifice. Uh, he just told us,
- 25:29Speaker 14: you know, at the next level, you know you're gonna
- 25:31Speaker 14: have to play a certain role and you kind of
- 25:33Speaker 14: you know you could you could start doing that now.
- 25:35Speaker 14: It's all about sacrificing for the team.
- 25:38Speaker 4: You always get something better, you know, individually out of that.
- 25:41Speaker 14: So it was just dope to have him, you know, around,
- 25:43Speaker 14: and for him to explain to us, like what really
- 25:46Speaker 14: having a role means on the team and how valuable
- 25:49Speaker 14: that is.
- 25:49Speaker 4: It was super cool.
- 25:50Speaker 14: So I was it was it was kind of a
- 25:53Speaker 14: dope experience just because he literally just won the NBA
- 25:55Speaker 14: Championship too, so we were kind of, you know, excited
- 25:58Speaker 14: about that.
- 25:58Speaker 4: So it was it was cool for sure that we
- 26:00Speaker 4: were happy to have him.
- 26:01Speaker 12: We're gonna talk to McKenzie here in a few minutes
- 26:04Speaker 12: just I know he's been sidelined a little bit lately,
- 26:06Speaker 12: but before that, just what what had you been seeing
- 26:08Speaker 12: from him leading up to this season.
- 26:10Speaker 14: Yeah, he had a really great He got a really
- 26:12Speaker 14: good summer. Kensey shot like over fifty percent from three
- 26:15Speaker 14: in the summertime. You know, he was making shots at
- 26:18Speaker 14: the high level. He was you know, you could tell
- 26:20Speaker 14: he had just been you.
- 26:21Speaker 4: Know, at the NBA combine.
- 26:25Speaker 14: You know, he's a real disciplined dude, like when the
- 26:27Speaker 14: concert just approach and work at the kind of how
- 26:30Speaker 14: Sean is. He's more quiet than Sean, but he's real
- 26:34Speaker 14: dialed in on the work on what it takes to
- 26:36Speaker 14: be great. So he was doing great before you know
- 26:40Speaker 14: that injury occurred, and with his work ethic and the
- 26:43Speaker 14: way he approaches things, I'm sure he won't miss a
- 26:45Speaker 14: step when he says back on the court.
- 26:46Speaker 12: So, how much time have you taken to break down
- 26:49Speaker 12: your film?
- 26:50Speaker 1: Me?
- 26:51Speaker 4: A bunch.
- 26:52Speaker 14: I mean when I met with Bucky when I first
- 26:54Speaker 14: got the campus, that's the first thing we did was
- 26:56Speaker 14: break down my film. So as I've kind of got
- 27:00Speaker 14: in the practicing being on the court more, not as
- 27:03Speaker 14: much just because, like I don't know, it was just
- 27:06Speaker 14: great to be back on the court playing basketball, kind
- 27:08Speaker 14: of trying not to look back a little bit, just
- 27:09Speaker 14: trying to get my legs under me.
- 27:11Speaker 4: But I'm sure.
- 27:12Speaker 14: I'll get back into breaking it down more. Obviously, the
- 27:15Speaker 14: biggest thing me and Bucky broke down was probably just
- 27:18Speaker 14: my turnovers and just having to take it better care
- 27:21Speaker 14: of the ball, especially being you know how much I
- 27:23Speaker 14: had the ball in my hands last year and how
- 27:25Speaker 14: much I am going to have the ball in my
- 27:26Speaker 14: hands again, So.
- 27:28Speaker 4: Just making sound decisions as.
- 27:30Speaker 13: A as a leader of the offense, you have these
- 27:33Speaker 13: many guys.
- 27:34Speaker 4: Who can shoot, how do you how do you make.
- 27:37Speaker 12: Sure you get the ball everywhere and make sure everybody
- 27:40Speaker 12: gets enough shots.
- 27:42Speaker 4: Just play the right way. It's really not too hard. Yeah,
- 27:46Speaker 4: you draw two people and you kick the ball out.
- 27:48Speaker 14: You know when when you get the ball, when you
- 27:49Speaker 14: get two feet in the pain, you do your job
- 27:51Speaker 14: as an offensive player.
- 27:52Speaker 4: And at that point, it's just all about making the
- 27:54Speaker 4: right play, whether that's for yourself or for the next person.
- 27:58Speaker 4: So really just playing the right way, uh, making.
- 28:01Speaker 14: Extra passes and knowing that you know, we got really
- 28:04Speaker 14: good shooters on the team, and why not let them shoot,
- 28:07Speaker 14: you know what I mean. So it's really not too complicated.
- 28:09Speaker 14: I think it all just goes back to playing the
- 28:11Speaker 14: right way. You play the right way, good things are.
- 28:12Speaker 4: Going to happen. So you talked about the off the
- 28:15Speaker 4: you talked about your off the court mesh.
- 28:17Speaker 3: But the cohesion on the floor with new system, new guys,
- 28:20Speaker 3: how does that look in practice?
- 28:23Speaker 4: It's starting to come together better now.
- 28:27Speaker 14: Obviously, Like I wasn't practicing for a while there, so
- 28:30Speaker 14: like I was never out there. Then Mackenzie got hurt,
- 28:33Speaker 14: Rashaan wasn't practicing for a little bit. He was kind
- 28:35Speaker 14: of in and out just with the waiver stuff. So
- 28:39Speaker 14: I mean it's coming together really good. I think the
- 28:42Speaker 14: fact that, you know where we talked to each other
- 28:45Speaker 14: a lot. We're super cool off the court. In the
- 28:46Speaker 14: locker room helps a lot, but I think it'll just
- 28:49Speaker 14: keep getting better as we keep playing games.
- 28:51Speaker 12: So with Rashwan, how did you personally find out the
- 28:55Speaker 12: news yesterday?
- 28:57Speaker 4: And were you guys all kind of waiting together pens
- 28:59Speaker 4: and needles? Uh?
- 29:01Speaker 14: Nah, We were honestly kind of calm about it. Were
- 29:05Speaker 14: trying to We tried not to talk to it too much.
- 29:07Speaker 14: With Sean about it, He's just putting extra pressure on
- 29:11Speaker 14: him and make him think more about it. So we
- 29:12Speaker 14: were kind of being quiet about it. We talked about
- 29:14Speaker 14: it a little bit. But should I found out on Twitter?
- 29:17Speaker 4: Probably how the rest of you guys found out.
- 29:19Speaker 14: So then he sent us a little text in the
- 29:21Speaker 14: group chat and said, you know.
- 29:23Speaker 4: He was happy and it's time to do it and
- 29:24Speaker 4: stuff like that. So you know, it was pretty dope.
- 29:27Speaker 4: I'm happy for him. I know that was a burden
- 29:29Speaker 4: on him.
- 29:29Speaker 1: So it's pop Isaacs.
- 29:32Speaker 9: Uh.
- 29:33Speaker 1: He can give the Aggies a lot this year.
- 29:37Speaker 3: He's I'm telling you, he is an All American caliber player. Okay,
- 29:46Speaker 3: coming off an injury, hadn't played, but as I mentioned,
- 29:52Speaker 3: he has played and won at the highest levels and
- 29:58Speaker 3: anxious to He's one of the guys I'm really anxious
- 30:01Speaker 3: to see play. As was alluded to, Aggie fans have
- 30:05Speaker 3: probably seen enough of him in a foreign uniform. Hey,

- 35:38Speaker 3: He's pretty good at it. These are the ten games
- 35:41Speaker 3: this week. Go online, make your picks. I think it's

- 35:51Speaker 3: Hold on, I got to get out of This Friday's
- 35:53Speaker 3: Fearless Football Forecast contest is brought to you by Swerdemann

- 36:09Speaker 1: Probably mistake, but that's fine.
- 36:11Speaker 13: Which is fine.
- 36:11Speaker 16: Okay, Yeah, how are you and him doing in the
- 36:16Speaker 16: proc He didn't know the exact standing.
- 36:19Speaker 13: He said, you had made a significant.
- 36:21Speaker 3: I made it come back last the week before. Okay,
- 36:24Speaker 3: this week not so much. Oh well, actually I'm pretty
- 36:29Speaker 3: much where I was last week. There's a lot of
- 36:32Speaker 3: bunched up players. Like if I can out pick by
- 36:35Speaker 3: two picks one week, I'll jump up into the front row.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Probably Okay, you were on the front row. I had no,
- 36:42Speaker 1: I have not.
- 36:43Speaker 13: I'm saying previously the week before, you had.
- 36:45Speaker 1: Been on the front row. No, no, no, he said
- 36:47Speaker 1: publicly you were the good I'll let then you need
- 36:50Speaker 1: to have him back on the air.
- 36:51Speaker 13: You just said I shouldn't have anymore.
- 36:53Speaker 3: I know, but that was before you said he he
- 36:55Speaker 3: he told people I was on the front row. Okay, No,
- 36:58Speaker 3: I hadn't been close to sniffing. I was on the
- 37:00Speaker 3: third row for a lot of it, jumped up to middle,
- 37:03Speaker 3: second row and am not that far behind.
- 37:08Speaker 1: But my gosh, Sessan is just killing us with these picks.
- 37:12Speaker 3: He's got like Division three games, and he only put
- 37:17Speaker 3: three high school games on because you know, a, yeah,
- 37:21Speaker 3: they're Thursday games and there's so many teams that are
- 37:24Speaker 3: are way far apart, you know, uh competing, and uh
- 37:29Speaker 3: so could if I.
- 37:30Speaker 13: Just put Chooses Franklin, no matter what or why.
- 37:33Speaker 3: He put three high school games on in an extra
- 37:36Speaker 3: college game, which I did not need.
- 37:40Speaker 13: Well with your contest last week, these are the four.
- 37:42Speaker 1: Games I missed, man, I haven't even looked.
- 37:45Speaker 13: And let's see if they sound familiar. Okay, I picked Oregon.
- 37:49Speaker 1: Me too. Everybody picked Oregon. Buck picked Oregon he was
- 37:52Speaker 1: nine and one.
- 37:52Speaker 13: I picked Oklahoma.
- 37:54Speaker 1: I picked Oklahoma.
- 37:55Speaker 13: Yeah, we had that conversation, we did. I picked Arizona State.
- 37:59Speaker 1: Who are they playing Utah?
- 38:03Speaker 11: No?
- 38:03Speaker 1: I picked Utah?
- 38:04Speaker 13: Okay, and I picked the Cowboys.
- 38:06Speaker 1: Yeah, what were we thinking?
- 38:08Speaker 13: You know what?
- 38:09Speaker 16: The reason why? On my fantasy football team, I've got
- 38:12Speaker 16: the running backack.
- 38:13Speaker 1: No, oh, Dubell, Yes, Rico, I have Rico Dowell. Oh,
- 38:17Speaker 1: you had a good week.
- 38:18Speaker 13: I didn't play against Cowboys.
- 38:21Speaker 1: What are you thinking I have?
- 38:22Speaker 13: I have other good backs, I hope so, I mean
- 38:25Speaker 13: I have Gibbs.
- 38:26Speaker 1: Did they do better than Rico?
- 38:27Speaker 13: Of course not?
- 38:28Speaker 1: Well, what were you thinking? It's the Cowboys defense?
- 38:32Speaker 13: Well, the Cowboys had actually stopped the run.
- 38:34Speaker 1: I don't know anything about the NFL, and I wouldn't
- 38:37Speaker 1: have done that.
- 38:37Speaker 13: No, they had.
- 38:38Speaker 16: If you sneezed and threw a pass forward, it was
- 38:41Speaker 16: caught for a touchdown.
- 38:42Speaker 13: They had actually been stopping the run.
- 38:45Speaker 1: Well, guess what failed?
- 38:47Speaker 13: Well guess what rico'dowell did. I'm not good enough for you.
- 38:52Speaker 3: I don't know his exact stats, but he was close
- 38:54Speaker 3: to two hundred yards right.
- 38:56Speaker 13: Yeah, yeah, well I'm not good enough for you.
- 38:59Speaker 1: I'll show you.
- 39:00Speaker 13: I'll show you he had.
- 39:02Speaker 16: Do you think the first athlete that ever had the
- 39:05Speaker 16: chip on the shoulder was in the Olympics in Greece?
- 39:09Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 39:09Speaker 16: Probably and twenty b C or whatever it is, Okay, yeah,
- 39:15Speaker 16: never should we never underestimate that?
- 39:19Speaker 1: Yeah? I mean yeah, probably probably not.
- 39:23Speaker 13: I mean, is it had been it's been that since
- 39:25Speaker 13: the beginning of con.
- 39:28Speaker 3: In the words of Willie, it's been that way since
- 39:32Speaker 3: the get go.
- 39:33Speaker 13: Okay, I have the athletic the way would you pull
- 39:36Speaker 13: that song up?
- 39:36Speaker 1: Please? Get go?
- 39:38Speaker 16: I have the athletic director of Texas A and M
- 39:40Speaker 16: Trev Alberts on my show.
- 39:42Speaker 1: Okay, he's from Iowa, right.
- 39:45Speaker 13: They told him it wasn't good enough.
- 39:47Speaker 1: Okay, And so.
- 39:50Speaker 13: Everybody Nebraska said, oh, no, you're good enough. Well okay,
- 39:55Speaker 13: Lance Tickleman.
- 39:57Speaker 1: Yeah, from Austin.
- 39:57Speaker 16: There's there's handfuls from Austin comes over here after not
- 40:02Speaker 16: mac Brown, who.
- 40:03Speaker 13: Who was who went to Tech? McWilliams, Dave McWilliams says
- 40:07Speaker 13: you're not good enough.
- 40:08Speaker 16: Yeah, and he's told you know, and he's Toldurick in Caldwell,
- 40:12Speaker 16: you're not good enough.
- 40:13Speaker 13: You went to Tech. That's what he did for four years.
- 40:16Speaker 3: I would never say that in recruiting, never why, especially
- 40:21Speaker 3: like an in state person and you're in your zip code.
- 40:25Speaker 3: I would never say that. It's just like, hey, you know,
- 40:29Speaker 3: we like you. It's just the wrong year, right, I
- 40:32Speaker 3: mean something not now you can't play.
- 40:36Speaker 1: Go ahead me take let me tell you something. Spike
- 40:39Speaker 1: Dykes made an entire career in love a recruiting guys
- 40:45Speaker 1: who were told you're not good enough. He built his
- 40:50Speaker 1: career on those from Cowell was just start naming people
- 40:56Speaker 1: that were all Americans and all pros. They were on me.
- 41:00Speaker 13: A linebacker that Zach Thomas.
- 41:02Speaker 1: He was pretty good.
- 41:03Speaker 13: But but he was told by somebody, Yeah, he's short.
- 41:06Speaker 1: You're too short.
- 41:06Speaker 13: You can't play.
- 41:07Speaker 1: Can't play too short, Billy Joe Tolliver, can't play, fat,
- 41:12Speaker 1: can't play.
- 41:12Speaker 13: Don't care that you can sling it?
- 41:16Speaker 1: So middle linebacker Baylor, why am I missing my singletary
- 41:21Speaker 1: was told about the Cowboys. Oh, you're too short, You're
- 41:24Speaker 1: not a lot, You're not good enough.
- 41:27Speaker 16: Frandy Moss, your bat, your your trouble. You're not going
- 41:31Speaker 16: to make it in the league for very long.
- 41:32Speaker 1: Go down the list, right.
- 41:33Speaker 3: But if I'm a recruiter and then look, I know
- 41:36Speaker 3: all these guys, listen to me. I'm just telling you, guys,
- 41:39Speaker 3: when you go out there and especially in this state,
- 41:42Speaker 3: you don't ever look a kid in the eye and
- 41:45Speaker 3: say I'm sorry, you're not good enough for us.
- 41:48Speaker 1: That is not how you tear was told he wasn't
- 41:51Speaker 1: good enough. Yeah, well so is Baker Mayfield. So is.
- 41:56Speaker 1: I mean, you know, go down the lists quarterback especially
- 41:59Speaker 1: right everyone is on quarterbacks. True, although that's a whole
- 42:03Speaker 1: nother story. Matier good thumb, bad thumb. Whatever.
- 42:10Speaker 13: Uh talk to me, you were there.
- 42:12Speaker 1: What if I said about.
- 42:13Speaker 3: Matier from day one and Louis accused me of just
- 42:16Speaker 3: being a flat ou hater and that's not what it
- 42:19Speaker 3: was about. Ever, I never thought, I said, I never
- 42:23Speaker 3: know why he was in the Heisman conversation the first
- 42:26Speaker 3: show of the year.
- 42:27Speaker 13: I said I didn't know if Ty Simpson or Matier could.
- 42:30Speaker 1: Play, right, Okay, one of them can.
- 42:33Speaker 16: Yes, I said I didn't think that Arch could play
- 42:36Speaker 16: because I had actually seen him, and now all of
- 42:39Speaker 16: a sudden, you're not gonna get a brain transplant.
- 42:41Speaker 13: Okay, he had a good he could.
- 42:45Speaker 16: There was a driver where he completed like four passes
- 42:47Speaker 16: over ten yards on a drive chip for the first
- 42:49Speaker 16: time this year.
- 42:50Speaker 3: So I will say this about Arch in that game.
- 42:54Speaker 3: No turnovers, right, I mean that's defensive line. They got
- 42:59Speaker 3: blocked this game. I don't care what people say after
- 43:03Speaker 3: one hundred years. It's like every other big game. It
- 43:09Speaker 3: is a line of scrimmage game, no matter what who
- 43:12Speaker 3: has who, how many Heismans.
- 43:14Speaker 1: Are on the field.
- 43:15Speaker 3: It is always a line of scrimmage game, and when
- 43:18Speaker 3: the upsets have happened, it's been a line of scrimmage games.
- 43:23Speaker 16: So you're telling me that Florida's line is better than No,
- 43:26Speaker 16: That's not how football works.
- 43:27Speaker 1: You know that that's not how football works. I'm telling
- 43:30Speaker 1: you that Texas is offensive line.
- 43:32Speaker 16: Texas' offensive line, get up for Florida, No, which is
- 43:35Speaker 16: full of NFL guys.
- 43:36Speaker 3: I'm glad you brought this up because you said something
- 43:39Speaker 3: last week.
- 43:39Speaker 1: I got my truck and I said, did I hear
- 43:41Speaker 1: that right?
- 43:42Speaker 13: You probably did?
- 43:43Speaker 3: Okay, you said that the games that Texas has won
- 43:48Speaker 3: over over Sark's tenure were because the players decided they
- 43:53Speaker 3: wanted to play, and the games that they've lost was
- 43:55Speaker 3: because the coach screwed it up.
- 43:57Speaker 1: Did I get that right?
- 43:58Speaker 11: No?
- 43:58Speaker 13: I said motivate.
- 44:00Speaker 16: So if you want to take it for that, I
- 44:02Speaker 16: think a lot like Dennis Franchoni, the games that the
- 44:05Speaker 16: team is self motivated and can get up, they're they're
- 44:09Speaker 16: doing that. It's you. You don't have to motivate Texas
- 44:13Speaker 16: for O.
- 44:13Speaker 3: I don't agree on that motivation stuff. I think it's overrated.
- 44:16Speaker 3: You had Tom Landry guy, Yes I was, okay, but
- 44:20Speaker 3: I just think all that craps.
- 44:21Speaker 13: Remember coach Jimmy Johnson.
- 44:24Speaker 1: Remember coach Boom? How motivating? Well you can name Look,
- 44:28Speaker 1: name all the Jimmy Johnson's and I'm name all the
- 44:30Speaker 1: Tom Landrys who've had success. Okay.
- 44:32Speaker 3: I mean it's done different ways by people. And there's
- 44:36Speaker 3: no question every team from junior high up takes on
- 44:42Speaker 3: the personality of its head coach. Right, you don't think
- 44:46Speaker 3: the Detroit Lions take on the personality.
- 44:49Speaker 16: I also think that the personal that you saw from
- 44:52Speaker 16: the Cowboys on Sunday wasn't the personality the Cowboys had
- 44:56Speaker 16: on Friday and Saturday nights, I think.
- 45:00Speaker 1: Okay, So look, there's sometimes teams are so uber talented
- 45:03Speaker 1: they overcome coaching. What happens all the time.
- 45:06Speaker 16: I'm not saying what Tom they did. I'm just saying
- 45:09Speaker 16: Roger had Tom's personality.
- 45:12Speaker 1: Dandy did not.
- 45:13Speaker 13: Dandy did not. Did they both win?
- 45:16Speaker 6: Yes?
- 45:16Speaker 1: They did? All right?
- 45:17Speaker 13: A wide receiver in North dawnas forty. Dandy's a quarterback who's.
- 45:21Speaker 1: The water sock crap, the tight end. He wrote the book.
- 45:24Speaker 13: Okay, so he'll have to look that up. That wash
- 45:28Speaker 13: that was he was that was his own character.
- 45:30Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, I mean he didn't he wasn't the actor,
- 45:33Speaker 3: but yes, that that was the right.
- 45:36Speaker 1: He was the tight end he got.
- 45:38Speaker 3: Okay, wait, need to break Texans reports brought you by
- 45:41Speaker 3: Oscar and Sons and Citizens State Bank.
- 45:44Speaker 15: So you didn't see the trailer, other car fence, and
- 45:51Speaker 15: now your vehicle needs body work, so you need Oscar
- 45:54Speaker 15: and Son's body shop. The family business has spent over

- 46:15Speaker 20: In Houston, Texans will go fifteen days without playing a
- 46:17Speaker 20: football game.
- 46:18Speaker 21: The way the schedule fell with the early bye week
- 46:20Speaker 21: in Week six combined with a week seven Monday night
- 46:23Speaker 21: football matchup in Seattle, but the Texans will.
- 46:26Speaker 20: Be greeeded back to the grid iron by a crowd
- 46:28Speaker 20: known for bringing the noise, the twelves, as they're referred
- 46:31Speaker 20: to in Seattle, one of the loudest environments in the
- 46:34Speaker 20: NFL Texans head coach Tamiko Ryans.
- 46:36Speaker 10: I'm playing in Seattle.
- 46:38Speaker 22: It's a fun place to play because of the environment.
- 46:40Speaker 22: I think when you think about football environments in different stadiums,
- 46:44Speaker 22: Seattle is one of those stadiums that ranks pretty high
- 46:47Speaker 22: to me when it comes to Jess. You talk about
- 46:50Speaker 22: a rowdy bunch is going to be loud, The crowd
- 46:53Speaker 22: noise is going to be there, and the fans are
- 46:55Speaker 22: going to be into it. Their players do a good
- 46:57Speaker 22: job of, you know, making play and feeding into the crowd,
- 47:01Speaker 22: getting the crow hyped up. So it's always a fun
- 47:04Speaker 22: place to play.
- 47:05Speaker 21: It's a later kickoff Monday night this week, nine o'clock
- 47:08Speaker 21: Central time. Texans and Seahawks Way at the Houston Texans Report.

- 50:38Speaker 3: clin Dinnon is here.
- 50:40Speaker 14: Uh.
- 50:41Speaker 1: Just we've got about four minutes.
- 50:42Speaker 3: That's probably enough for baseball since mea All West Coast
- 50:45Speaker 3: World Series. It appears Dodgers mayrit do you think so?
- 50:51Speaker 1: They haven't looked like it. I know they can. Like
- 50:53Speaker 1: Game two what we're here last week? Right, I think
- 50:56Speaker 1: it was, and Seattle gets off three nothing stars you're
- 51:00Speaker 1: gohingd holy crap. But but here comes you know, they
- 51:03Speaker 1: score three, right, and I'm going, Okay, they're hitting now, No,
- 51:06Speaker 1: they're not hitting. I mean it's the pitching has been.
- 51:10Speaker 13: Are you telling me the Rangers? I mean, the Yankees
- 51:12Speaker 13: just suck.
- 51:14Speaker 1: They must just suck. Well, so they don't have the
- 51:17Speaker 1: pitching these teams.
- 51:19Speaker 16: But I'm saying, uh, Toronto set a record for most
- 51:23Speaker 16: runs scored.
- 51:23Speaker 13: And okay, so what you're telling me is which really hitting.
- 51:29Speaker 16: What you're telling me is that, and it's not gonna
- 51:32Speaker 16: upset me that the Yankee suck.
- 51:34Speaker 1: Yeah, the Yankee suck. Yeah.
- 51:37Speaker 3: So I mean yeah, I mean but the pitching, the
- 51:42Speaker 3: pitching has been unreal from for these two teams.
- 51:44Speaker 1: That are head right now? How do you how do
- 51:48Speaker 1: you continue this? Right? Is Oani starting? Did we determine that?
- 51:53Speaker 1: Is he going to start one of these games in
- 51:55Speaker 1: l A?
- 51:56Speaker 13: I think we are going to find the outfield if
- 51:57Speaker 13: he didn't start?
- 51:58Speaker 1: Really yeah, why would they do that?
- 52:01Speaker 13: Save a roster spot? But now they don't have to, right?
- 52:05Speaker 1: H is he scheduled? Caleb? Do you see the pitching schedule?
- 52:11Speaker 1: We're working on it.
- 52:13Speaker 13: Yeah, all West Coast.
- 52:15Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean I don't care of any of the
- 52:20Speaker 1: four teams. It doesn't matter to me.
- 52:22Speaker 3: I have been watching some games. So Friday night, Game four,
- 52:28Speaker 3: he's slated to start, okay, and you know he hadn't hit.
- 52:32Speaker 3: I mean, he got he drove in a couple of
- 52:34Speaker 3: runs like night before was it or last night?
- 52:37Speaker 1: Anyway, he hadn't hit yet. I mean, if he hits,
- 52:41Speaker 1: that's like, oh my gosh, it's like, okay, we're all
- 52:46Speaker 1: We're done.
- 52:49Speaker 3: Freddy Freeman's pretty good, by the way. Still, I just
- 52:52Speaker 3: thought i'd throw that out there. He's pretty good. Uh,
- 52:54Speaker 3: it's fun watching these guys that you don't you know,
- 52:57Speaker 3: get to watch a lot.
- 52:58Speaker 1: I don't make a point to watch.
- 53:00Speaker 13: But the Dodgers, you don't you watch it?
- 53:01Speaker 1: Why?
- 53:03Speaker 13: That's it?
- 53:04Speaker 1: Yeah? Pretty much. Yeah. I don't turn on games in
- 53:06Speaker 1: the week or any of that.
- 53:07Speaker 13: Dodgers Yankees game.
- 53:08Speaker 3: No, No, I don't care about any of that. Okay,
- 53:11Speaker 3: not nothing. I mean I'll watch one hundred and fifty
- 53:15Speaker 3: Ranger games a season, you know. I don't watch the
- 53:17Speaker 3: games of the week or any of that other stuff.
- 53:19Speaker 3: So I do see teams of Rangers play. I get
- 53:22Speaker 3: to watch them for a series, which you need to
- 53:24Speaker 3: do and not just one game. Right when you watch
- 53:26Speaker 3: players for a series.
- 53:28Speaker 13: So when they're playing in LA, it's usually.
- 53:30Speaker 1: Late correct, correct.
- 53:33Speaker 16: Because the Rangers are playing during the week, Yes, against
- 53:36Speaker 16: the Dodgers. Yes, they're saving the weekend for the rivals.
- 53:40Speaker 3: Yes, exactly. So, Yeah, I saw them a little bit.
- 53:44Speaker 3: I know they're good. I mean they they I saw that.
