- 0:02>> Speaker A: In the aftermath of the Dino Quest park
- 0:04catastrophe, a, mysterious message found its
- 0:07way to four individuals, each a
- 0:10specialist in their field. This message
- 0:13outlined a dangerous mission of
- 0:15unimaginable reward, which would send each of
- 0:18these agents to the abandoned island
- 0:20overrun with the ancient reptiles for which it
- 0:23got its name. Their goal? Reach the
- 0:26dinoQuest headquarters at the center of the island
- 0:29and safely abscond with the coveted
- 0:31dinosaur DNA from its forsaken
- 0:34laboratory. As the echoes of this
- 0:37journey reverberates through our intrepid
- 0:39team, one fact remains true.
- 0:43We are all about to take our
- 0:46first steps onto
- 0:48Dino island.
- 0:54All right, everybody, welcome to the first episode of our escape
- 0:57from Dino island. One shot.
- 1:00joining me today, we have Nate, who's playing the kid.
- 1:03We have Aaron, who's playing the soldier. We have Cameron, who's
- 1:06playing the doctor. And we have Michaela, who is playing the
- 1:09paleontologist. If you did not listen to our episode
- 1:12zero, please go check that out, because they discuss who they are
- 1:14and what their character does, and then you also
- 1:17get a little bit of an introduction to the story. But with that being said, I am going
- 1:20to go into the official written,
- 1:23version of the intro. So,
- 1:26several years ago, news got out that a group of
- 1:29scientists had managed to bring back the ancient reptilian
- 1:32monsters, commonly known as dinosaurs, from their
- 1:35extinctive state. Shortly after, it was announced that
- 1:38construction had begun on a theme park centered around the same
- 1:41creatures. Meant to be a safari like place of
- 1:43excitement, fun, and even research, the park
- 1:46would be situated on the island of Port DiNozzo
- 1:49and feature a resort, water park, and a variety of
- 1:52vacation activities that spanned across the entire
- 1:55island. A few years later, the park was
- 1:57allegedly finished. The island hosted a soft
- 2:00opening, inviting a variety of celebrities, high ranking society
- 2:03members, and hyper wealthy individuals to come to the island
- 2:06and experience firsthand the incredible creation they had
- 2:09titled Dino quest. Rumors vary on
- 2:12what exactly happened during this soft opening, but what is
- 2:15agreed on is that everything went to crap. An
- 2:17announcement went out that the park and any further
- 2:20development had been shut down, and the controlling government was
- 2:23not allowing anyone onto the island. That
- 2:26was two weeks ago. Since that day, rumors and
- 2:29opinions have flooded the media and every online
- 2:32forum. Everything from Dino escapes to aliens were
- 2:35free game. As far as ideas on what went down on the
- 2:37island, many of the celebrities and wealthy individuals that
- 2:40went during the soft opening are supposedly still trapped
- 2:43there with no current expectations of rescue.
- 2:46The whole world is in chaos, as everyone wants to know
- 2:49what happened on Dino island
- 2:51shortly after the Dino Quest catastrophe. You received
- 2:54a message you, the players, from an unidentified
- 2:57individual requesting your help. As a leading figure
- 3:00within your field, you were qualified for a special mission. This
- 3:03figure needed fulfilled. Go to Port Dinozo,
- 3:06travel to the Dino quest headquarters, and steal the
- 3:08dinosaur DNA from the lab there. If you complete this
- 3:11mission, you'll. You'll be made wealthy beyond your wildest
- 3:14dreams. Plus, you'll get some closure on
- 3:16what happened at DinoQuest and get to see living
- 3:19dinosaurs, something no human has laid eyes on for
- 3:22millions of years. To get you past security
- 3:25and onto the island, your benefactor has used their
- 3:28connections to make a deal with the local government, disguising you
- 3:31as a documentary film crew doing a story on the
- 3:34island and what was accomplished there. While having prior
- 3:37review on everything you record and the final cut. To ensure
- 3:40that their narrative is maintained and hopefully hush
- 3:43the public on their talk about the island, the local
- 3:46military has sent a general familiar with the island to
- 3:49guide and police you during this time on the island.
- 3:52Admiral Asman, who has already shown himself to
- 3:55be, for lack of better words, a hard ass, unwilling
- 3:58to put up with any insubordination. He has a
- 4:00radio which he's expected to use twice a day to contact a
- 4:03mainland and let them know everything is okay. If he were
- 4:06unable to contact him, you'd be considered in violation
- 4:09of the no entry ordinance and be deemed
- 4:11hostile. We open on the scene of
- 4:14the U boat that you are all on as it reaches the
- 4:17sandy edges of the island, your heart filled with
- 4:20excitement because things have gone well so far. The
- 4:23thought of the riches awaiting your account when you return home
- 4:25floods the imagination with all sorts of lavish vacations
- 4:28and high end living possibilities. Your heart
- 4:31flutters as you hop out of the boat and your boots hit the sand
- 4:34below. You have taken your first steps
- 4:37on Dino island. All
- 4:39right, everybody, so welcome to Dino island. Welcome to
- 4:42Dino Quest port, DiNozzo. Those
- 4:45are pretty much all the names that people have kind of come up with for
- 4:48it. out of curiosity, as you guys are kind of
- 4:51taking these first steps. First of all, I want to talk
- 4:53about what position you
- 4:56are pretending to be in for this film. Documentary
- 4:59crew.
- 5:01>> Aaron: I don't know how I would hide my
- 5:03weapons.
- 5:05>> Speaker A: You've got, like, fancy cases. Kind of like what?
- 5:07>> Aaron: I had my camera.
- 5:10>> Cameron: You're gonna inside the
- 5:13camera.
- 5:13>> Speaker A: I like that. All right, so we'll put you on camera,
- 5:16man. All right, so we got camera
- 5:19operator, other options. We've got the director
- 5:22host. We got a boom mic operator. We got the lighting
- 5:25guy. We got the director's assistant.
- 5:28the fact that you're a kid is gonna be kind of interesting, Nate. But,
- 5:30hey, they're gonna say that you probably are
- 5:33interning. You're a young
- 5:36film professional.
- 5:39Anyone have any other preferences as far as positions?
- 5:42Anyone want anything in particular?
- 5:43>> Cameron: I can have the boom mic, but it's not out. It's in
- 5:46its case here, but it's just my
- 5:49first aid kit disguised to.
- 5:51>> Speaker A: Look like a boom Mike case. Okay. All right,
- 5:54sounds good. who wants to be director? Ho.
- 5:57I feel like, yeah, fit really well for that as the
- 5:59paleontologist, it kind of makes sense. All
- 6:02right, kid, what do you want to take
- 6:05on? Director? Assistant?
- 6:08Lightning?
- 6:08>> Cameron: I'm just here to be the intern. I'm
- 6:11the Gopher. Awesome.
- 6:13>> Speaker A: Do, you guys have a name for your film company?
- 6:16>> Cameron: Totally real film company.
- 6:17>> Speaker A: Totally real film company. All right,
- 6:20so you guys are the totally allegedly the phony.
- 6:23Totally real film company.
- 6:24>> Cameron: We didn't say phony. It was saying
- 6:27phony.
- 6:28>> Aaron: I'll put words in our mouth.
- 6:30>> Speaker A: Oh, sorry. Sorry. You're right. You're right. okay, and then each one
- 6:33of you, I'm going to ask you a rumor question. So I've
- 6:36got four different rumor questions. and basically, this
- 6:38is going to be something related to the island that's kind of
- 6:41going to come into play here later. So, first of all, I'll start
- 6:44with Nate, who's playing the kid. as an avid,
- 6:47like, TikTok, social media kid, I
- 6:50imagine you've heard reports that a celebrity managed
- 6:53to convince government officials to look the other way so they could get a
- 6:56tour of the island, but has since gone missing. Who is this
- 6:58celebrity, and do you believe that they're still alive?
- 7:02Like a real celebrity? Oh, no, just whatever you want. It could
- 7:05be a parody on a real celebrity. I guess it could be a real.
- 7:07>> Aaron: Celebrity off the top of our heads.
- 7:09>> Speaker A: Yeah.
- 7:12>> Cameron: It'S like my favorite wrestler
- 7:14and actor. The rack.
- 7:17>> Speaker A: The rack.
- 7:21Awesome.
- 7:21>> Cameron: Is he big dino fan or something?
- 7:26He wants to punch some TikTok. Told me he wanted a
- 7:28video of him wrestling dinosaur.
- 7:31Oh, that's good.
- 7:33>> Speaker A: I'm gonna go down to the island, and I'm gonna wrestle myself.
- 7:36Raptor. And you guys are gonna see it firsthand.
- 7:39That's what I'm gonna go with.
- 7:40>> Speaker D: Do you think he's still alive?
- 7:41>> Cameron: Of course. He's the rat. He's the rat.
- 7:44>> Speaker A: Nobody takes down the rack. Okay, awesome.
- 7:47>> Cameron: A ten year old kid on watching TikToks.
- 7:48>> Speaker A: Of course.
- 7:49>> Cameron: I think my favorite. Heck, yeah.
- 7:50>> Speaker A: I love it. I love it. That's fantastic. Okay, Aaron,
- 7:53as the soldier, I have one for
- 7:56you.
- 7:59>> Aaron: I can come up with something.
- 8:01>> Speaker A: Okay. Yeah. Okay. So when the park first opened,
- 8:04there was a rumor growing around that it doubled as an intense
- 8:06hunting experience for the rich and famous to hunt the
- 8:09next level of game. Guys that have been hunting
- 8:12lions and elephants and, you know, kind
- 8:15of questionable, you know, stuff like that. And so, of course,
- 8:18they heard dinosaurs. Well, I've never shot myself a dinosaur
- 8:21before. I could use a big old T. Rex head hanging over my
- 8:24mantle in my big, fancy mansion. Whatever the
- 8:27case, when the park faltered and everything went to crap, several
- 8:30public figures of these, you know, rich and famous,
- 8:33seemingly disappeared, increasing belief in the
- 8:35conspiracy. Who have you heard that went missing on the
- 8:38island? And do you believe that they are still alive? It's kind of a
- 8:41similar question.
- 8:42>> Aaron: Well, I heard Jimmy Fallon was out
- 8:44there hunting
- 8:47dinos, but I doubt he's.
- 8:49>> Cameron: Still alive at this moment. He's still alive.
- 8:53>> Speaker A: Jimmy Fallon. All right. I don't know.
- 8:55>> Aaron: It'll be very surprising.
- 8:56>> Speaker A: Let's see if I get a good Jimmy Fallon impersonation. If he
- 8:59shows up, turns out to not be dead.
- 9:02>> Cameron: Hey, guys, just a lot of laughing. Special
- 9:05guest star, Jimmy Fallon.
- 9:06>> Speaker A: Jimmy Fallon. All right, let me call him up real quick.
- 9:09>> Speaker D: The ratings are going to go up.
- 9:10>> Speaker A: fly down to south Sioux city real quick.
- 9:13All right, perfect. Okay. Jumping over to Cameron with
- 9:16the doctor. All right, so
- 9:20this is going to be interesting. So a subsect of
- 9:23PETA, the well known animal rights
- 9:26organization, calling themselves pet cop, which
- 9:29stands for people, for the ethical treatment of creatures
- 9:32originating prehistorically, have
- 9:35supposedly gotten onto the island and set up camp to
- 9:38ensure that the government and others don't harm the beasts
- 9:41on the island in any way. What have you heard about this group
- 9:44of hippies and what are they
- 9:47doing? Oh, and what do you think they're doing on the island? How
- 9:50do you feel about their whole.
- 9:52>> Cameron: Cause I think, they're. They're wasting
- 9:55their time.
- 9:55>> Speaker A: Okay.
- 9:56>> Cameron: They could be utilizing their resources
- 9:59a much better ways.
- 10:01>> Speaker A: Sure.
- 10:02>> Cameron: like going straight for
- 10:04the. You know, they should
- 10:07be, I'm blanking on the word. Not rioting, but, like,
- 10:10protesting in front of the main place of the
- 10:13thing. Sure. Looking for dinosaurs and trying to catch them
- 10:16or whatnot. Should they just go stand somewhere and just protest,
- 10:19you know? Okay, so you good use of their time, especially in
- 10:22chairs.
- 10:22>> Speaker A: So you believe that they're trying to, like, catch the dinosaur and, like,
- 10:25get.
- 10:26>> Cameron: I believe they're trying to catch the dinosaurs and, like, steal them.
- 10:29>> Speaker A: Okay.
- 10:29>> Cameron: But I'm like, that's a waste of time, because chasing after
- 10:32dinosaurs, they're quick.
- 10:33>> Speaker A: They are quick.
- 10:34>> Cameron: So it's a lot. It's a lot easier to sit in front of
- 10:37a place and just hold.
- 10:38>> Speaker A: A sign and just be angry.
- 10:40>> Cameron: Yeah, that's easy.
- 10:41>> Speaker A: Oh, okay. So a little bit of your laziness as a, character kind of
- 10:44coming out.
- 10:45>> Cameron: Exactly. They're wasting good energy.
- 10:47>> Speaker A: Sure. Okay. All right. Sounds good. And then finally,
- 10:50Mikayla, who's playing the doctor, here's yours.
- 10:53>> Cameron: Or.
- 10:53>> Speaker A: Sorry, you're playing the paleontologist. My bad. so
- 10:56park documents were leaked online
- 10:59by an alleged ex employee before being
- 11:02quickly taken down by the government. Although the documents
- 11:05have been labeled as quote unquote phony, rumors
- 11:07claim that the island was doing additional genetic
- 11:10studies and developing other creatures
- 11:13or creature creations. Which include
- 11:15what? Monstrosity? Maybe it's a
- 11:18mix of dino DNA with something else. Maybe
- 11:21it's just some monster altogether that when
- 11:24they figured out they could play with Dino DNA, they said, well, what else
- 11:27can we make? You're doing great.
- 11:36I can do that. I can do that. I'm
- 11:39knowledgeable enough to do Pokemon.
- 11:44Dude, if they made Pokemon real, and then they made a whole
- 11:46theme park centered around it, I literally
- 11:50shot fire.
- 11:51>> Aaron: What happens when Dinos start to get stale?
- 11:54Yeah, you gotta go next one.
- 11:55>> Speaker D: Right, right.
- 11:56>> Speaker A: Maybe they were developing Dino, balls.
- 12:00>> Cameron: But anyway.
- 12:00>> Speaker A: Sorry.
- 12:01>> Cameron: I'm sure they were.
- 12:03>> Speaker A: Yes, but capture
- 12:05devices, you could go out and instead of killing the dino.
- 12:08But then what? You're gonna take them home and then you're gonna what?
- 12:11Unleash your T rex on the city?
- 12:15>> Cameron: That's true. That's true.
- 12:16>> Speaker A: That's right up the kids alley on the school bully.
- 12:19>> Cameron: Yeah.
- 12:23I'll never be alone again with you.
- 12:28>> Speaker A: Awesome. All right, sounds good. So that
- 12:31takes care of all the rumors. We'll see how those kind
- 12:33of pop out along the way.
- 12:36Anyways, jumping to back to where we were. So
- 12:39you've all just hopped off this U boat.
- 12:42You're on the island. Officially, you have stepped into the
- 12:45sandy beaches. Right. in the distance, you can kind
- 12:48of see sort of a cluster of jungle trees.
- 12:51And as you guys are kind of starting to unload, something
- 12:54happens, something really exciting. You get your first
- 12:57sighting of dinosaurs as a small
- 13:00group of herbivores esque, just, like, a
- 13:03small herd of these dinosaurs. I don't know
- 13:06if I even came up with, like, what they. Yeah,
- 13:08exactly. Come stepping out from the
- 13:11forest. let's call them, the iguanodons. They're
- 13:13iguanodons. A small family of iguanodons
- 13:16steps out from the forest and just kind of starts making their
- 13:19way across the beaches. And you have officially
- 13:22seen real life living
- 13:25dinosaurs right in front of your eyes. What are you
- 13:27thinking? What's going through you guys minds?
- 13:30>> Aaron: Money.
- 13:34>> Cameron: I'm already running towards the dinosaurs,
- 13:37dude.
- 13:40>> Speaker A: What about the others? you see this child? Just start running toward
- 13:43the child that's with you just starts running towards these
- 13:46dinosaurs.
- 13:48>> Speaker D: Let's go film this.
- 13:50>> Speaker A: You start taking the camera out of its case.
- 13:52>> Cameron: You're like, oh, this is perfect.
- 13:53>> Aaron: I already have the camera.
- 13:54>> Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, the camera out and everything. admiral
- 13:57Aspen's like, hey, stop right there. Don't
- 14:00touch the dinosaurs. Do not get close to the
- 14:03dinosaurs. Those are dangerous creatures.
- 14:05>> Cameron: I just want to look at them.
- 14:06>> Speaker D: They literally eat plants. It's fine.
- 14:10>> Speaker A: You don't need to worry about these dinosaurs. And, so he kind of
- 14:13comes running up just to make sure that you're not going to get too close. But he just
- 14:16stands there with you as you watch. And sure enough, yeah, they're just very
- 14:19peaceful creatures. They walk by, maybe they stop
- 14:22kind of on the edge of the, the forest and they eat some
- 14:25plants. And you watch as this happens and you guys
- 14:28get the camera and the other equipment out and you start filming this, which
- 14:31is allowed. You're allowed to. The people know that the dinosaurs are
- 14:34alive and have been spawned on this island. So
- 14:36it's not a secret. So that. Yeah, that's, I
- 14:39mean, basic gist of what happens there. You guys are able to, get
- 14:42some cool footage of your first dinosaurs. But,
- 14:45you know that your secret objective that was given
- 14:48to you, not your individual ones, but as a group, your
- 14:51secret objective is to get to the headquarters,
- 14:54find DNA and steal it, and then leave the island.
- 14:57So what is your guys plan going forward?
- 15:00>> Cameron: Hey, ass man.
- 15:02>> Speaker A: What do you want?
- 15:03>> Cameron: You hold this for me. And I just
- 15:06hand him my, my, boom. mic
- 15:09box. Okay, thanks. And I just
- 15:12start walking off.
- 15:16>> Speaker A: Wait a minute.
- 15:18>> Cameron: Hey, where's the,
- 15:21the headquarters?
- 15:23>> Speaker A: Oh, yes, we should be, we should start there. Well,
- 15:25yes, we, we can head there, certainly. it's about a
- 15:28day's travel without a vehicle. so let's.
- 15:31Yeah, we can start heading in that direction. Please keep a
- 15:34close perimeter. don't forget that I'm in charge here. Stay
- 15:37close to me. I'll keep you guys safe. There are
- 15:39dinosaurs that are on the loose, as you can see
- 15:42from the iguanodon here. So, you know,
- 15:45be cautious.
- 15:46>> Cameron: Sir. Why didn't we bring a vehicle?
- 15:48>> Speaker A: Well, we brought a U boat, and it's really hard to get
- 15:51anything, a, vehicle of any kind.
- 15:52>> Cameron: Why did you bring a bigger boat? I thought you were an admiral.
- 15:55>> Speaker A: look, there's only so many resources that have been afforded to
- 15:58your team. This is on you guys, not on me.
- 16:01>> Cameron: So they'll send an admiral, but not a jeep?
- 16:05>> Speaker A: All right, enough of this attitude. It's
- 16:08kids like you that made me want to join the army.
- 16:11>> Speaker D: I don't know what that is.
- 16:12>> Cameron: I thought you were in the navy.
- 16:15Just the military as a whole.
- 16:19>> Speaker A: All right, fantastic. So you guys start to head
- 16:22off into the forest, and as you guys
- 16:25are kind of making your way into the forest,
- 16:27as you guys start making your way into the forest, you do find a
- 16:30clearing. Some of the trees in this area have kind of
- 16:33looked like they've been snapped and fallen
- 16:36over. And in the center of this small clearing, you find
- 16:39the remains of a dead triceratops. In the middle
- 16:42of the. Well, in the middle of the clearing, you find
- 16:44yourself a bit amazed at the opportunity to maybe
- 16:47scavenge some dinosaur bones,
- 16:49potentially, maybe to show a
- 16:52certain rival in your
- 16:54paleontology.
- 16:56>> Speaker D: Yeah, sure.
- 16:57>> Speaker A: Potentially. Totally up to you. But just kind of pitching
- 17:00that as an opportunity.
- 17:02>> Speaker D: Yeah, we'll get. Thanks.
- 17:04>> Speaker A: Okay. All right, sounds good. Do a scavenge
- 17:07check. That is your safety move. It'll be
- 17:10on your basic moves sheet there. You
- 17:13are gonna be rolling with
- 17:22eight. All right. So that is a soft
- 17:25success. So on a seven to nine, you will find something
- 17:28handy, but you make a lot of noise in the process.
- 17:32>> Speaker D: You can pretend no dinosaurs heard if you want.
- 17:36>> Speaker A: So, you kind of, like, climb into
- 17:39this carcass of this dead dinosaur.
- 17:43Yeah. Get your own tauntaun.
- 17:47Get your own triceratops. Yes. You climb into the carcass. The
- 17:50rest of you guys are watching. I'm sure the camera is probably
- 17:53fixated. Admiral Asman is kind
- 17:56of standing there, like, looking at this box,
- 17:59unsure if he's supposed to be
- 18:02holding. You said audio you might guide.
- 18:05>> Cameron: You're doing a great job, admiral.
- 18:06>> Speaker A: He's. I haven't even opened it yet.
- 18:08>> Cameron: Exactly.
- 18:09>> Speaker A: Do you want me m to do. I need to do something
- 18:11here.
- 18:12>> Aaron: Ah.
- 18:13>> Speaker A: Oh, okay. This is no audio. All right, sounds
- 18:15good. So cameras rolling. As you climb
- 18:18into this dino. are you saying anything? Since you're kind of the host,
- 18:21per se? as you climb into this dinosaur.
- 18:24>> Speaker D: What dinosaur was it?
- 18:25>> Speaker A: triceratops. Oh, with the
- 18:28horns?
- 18:29>> Speaker D: Yeah. I was thinking you said something.
- 18:32>> Speaker A: Oh, no, no, you're good.
- 18:34>> Speaker D: no. Not gonna say nothing.
- 18:36>> Speaker A: Oh, okay. All right, so the camera follows you. As you climb in,
- 18:39you start kind of picking through the carcass. You've got maybe some
- 18:41gloves on. You find a couple of good bones on the
- 18:44ground. but suddenly you start to hear all of you in
- 18:47the distance. You start to hear heavy footsteps that
- 18:50start to shake the ground around you and rattle the
- 18:53bones on the carcass. You could stick
- 18:56around to get some more bones or
- 18:59choose something else.
- 19:02>> Cameron: It's hilarious. Who's
- 19:05taking my dino bones?
- 19:09>> Speaker D: I am going to jump up.
- 19:12>> Speaker A: Okay.
- 19:13>> Speaker D: Just because I'm excited to see potentially another
- 19:15dinosaur.
- 19:16>> Speaker A: Okay.
- 19:16>> Speaker D: So I'm gonna. I don't know, maybe I hit my head on some of the
- 19:19dino in the dinosaur.
- 19:22>> Speaker A: All right, sounds good. But covered in.
- 19:25Yeah. So you jump up. You're excited to see
- 19:28this dinosaur. But what about the rest of you guys? As you guys start to hear these.
- 19:31>> Aaron: Is there a giant bush that I can hop?
- 19:34>> Speaker D: Sure.
- 19:34>> Cameron: Yeah, you can take that.
- 19:35>> Speaker A: I believe that's an action here. Yep. So you can definitely choose
- 19:38to hide.
- 19:39>> Cameron: Yeah.
- 19:40>> Speaker A: Roll me a, plus. Clever.
- 19:42>> Aaron: So do I have two d six? Two d six?
- 19:44>> Speaker A: Yep.
- 19:44>> Aaron: I need one more. Someone can
- 19:511010.
- 19:52>> Speaker A: All right, so on a ten plus, you succeed. I mean,
- 19:55you are well hidden as you. You and your
- 19:58cameras just leap into a nearby bush. I
- 20:00like to think that you poke.
- 20:01>> Cameron: The camera, the
- 20:04scope. I do have a
- 20:07real, real question. This camera is
- 20:10hiding his rifle. Is it a working
- 20:12camera or have you just been saying he's recording stuff
- 20:15this whole time that's never been recorded?
- 20:17>> Aaron: Oh, it's got like, a little gopro on it.
- 20:20Don't you worry.
- 20:21>> Cameron: Is this dude just tracking a child with a rifle?
- 20:25>> Speaker D: Don't worry, the safety's on.
- 20:27>> Speaker A: I have a working gun in here. Yeah, there's a camera attached to it.
- 20:30>> Cameron: But I mean, right there. Jimmy. That's ok. You look
- 20:33great.
- 20:35>> Speaker A: Look at the flowers, Jimmy.
- 20:38>> Cameron: Oh, no.
- 20:40>> Speaker D: You could have the safety on. Just flip the
- 20:43switch to turn it off, you know.
- 20:48>> Cameron: All times. There is no safety here.
- 20:50>> Aaron: Oh, no, I tripped.
- 20:54>> Speaker A: doctor, what are you doing? As you hear, feel
- 20:57these foot against a tree.
- 21:00>> Cameron: Having a major cramp
- 21:04in the recording booth. what I would
- 21:06do is I would walk over
- 21:09to, the paleontologist, Mackenzie,
- 21:12after she hopped out of this thing. And I'm going to hand her a single
- 21:15baby wipe and be like,
- 21:18yeah, you.
- 21:21Yeah, clean. Clean yourself up.
- 21:23>> Speaker D: I'm not even paying attention.
- 21:25>> Cameron: I'm just looking around your head.
- 21:28>> Speaker D: Okay.
- 21:29>> Speaker A: and then. Kid, what are you. What are you doing? As you
- 21:32feel these giant footsteps, I.
- 21:35>> Cameron: Feel like you guys don't understand the gravity,
- 21:38so I'm going to, I
- 21:41believe, look over here would be an appropriate, move.
- 21:44>> Speaker A: or.
- 21:44>> Cameron: No, I. Take my hand. I'm trying to get you guys to get the heck
- 21:47out and get hidden. Oh, okay. You're just. Standing in the middle of a
- 21:50corpse is something that, you know. I'm a dinosaur,
- 21:53kid, this is smarter than
- 21:55the. We need to go higher.
- 21:58>> Speaker D: I just didn't.
- 21:59>> Speaker A: Aw.
- 21:59>> Cameron: Okay, we need to get
- 22:02away from here now.
- 22:04>> Speaker A: I'm gonna have you roll. So it says to roll with an applicable thing.
- 22:07I think maybe clever would probably be the closest thing
- 22:10here.
- 22:11>> Cameron: Sounds good. That's
- 22:14not good. That's a five oh. A five oh, wait. With the kid
- 22:16thing, Do I just succeed? Oh.
- 22:19>> Speaker D: I mean, I would say, like, hey, come with me. I'm scared.
- 22:22>> Speaker A: Yeah, sure, sure.
- 22:24>> Cameron: Yeah, I guess that's my. As the kid, you can generally do the kind of kid like,
- 22:27kid runs up to you. Can we go away? I'm scared. Right.
- 22:29>> Speaker A: No, I think you're right. I think you're right. are you running up to someone
- 22:32particular? Yes.
- 22:33>> Cameron: Because you're still, like, in the dinosaur. Right? Okay.
- 22:36>> Speaker A: So you're running up to the village.
- 22:37>> Speaker D: He's like, you idiot. You're gonna get eaten.
- 22:39>> Speaker A: You see that this child is really scared
- 22:42and, you know, about to wet himself.
- 22:45And there's a part you didn't say that.
- 22:52>> Speaker D: I'm not really paying attention to him. However, I'll
- 22:55allow him to take my hand. I'll kind of stumble along with
- 22:57him as I'm trying to search for where this noise is coming
- 23:00from.
- 23:01>> Speaker A: Sounds good. So he pulled. I would probably say that you maybe, like, pull
- 23:03her behind a tree, at the very least to try to, like, get out of right in the
- 23:06open.
- 23:07>> Speaker A: Admiral Asmund kind of follows your guys's lead. He also just jumps into
- 23:10a bush as well. you can see that he has a bit of a look of
- 23:13fear on his face. He's. He's seen things on this island
- 23:16for sure, so.
- 23:17>> Cameron: Really glad military professionals have just abandoned
- 23:21and then.
- 23:23>> Speaker D: Nice covered bush to shoot
- 23:26his shot. Yes.
- 23:28>> Speaker A: And then where? Sorry, where was the doctor?
- 23:30>> Cameron: The doctor. I was kind of falling everyone. Oh,
- 23:32okay.
- 23:34>> Speaker D: He put a baby wipe on my head, so I assume.
- 23:36>> Cameron: I gotta assume you were both. Yeah, I was. I put a baby wipe on her,
- 23:39and I see them just kind of running off, and I'm like, okay, I guess
- 23:43because you were, like, inside the thing.
- 23:53>> Speaker A: So as you. Just as you guys kind of clamber behind the
- 23:56trees, all of a sudden, this massive,
- 23:59hulking allosaur, which is sort of like a
- 24:01t. Rex, very similar, comes stomping
- 24:04out through the trees, and it kind of looks
- 24:07around, it sniffs a couple times. It
- 24:10nudges this, corpse of this dead
- 24:13triceratops that you wonder if maybe it was the one feeding on
- 24:15it shortly before. But the key thing here is that as
- 24:18you guys watch, as it kind of does this and
- 24:21eventually walks away, this thing is
- 24:24massive. This thing is big enough to eat you in
- 24:27one bite. In reference to the kid,
- 24:29maybe half.
- 24:30>> Cameron: Maybe half.
- 24:34>> Speaker D: It just swallows.
- 24:35>> Speaker A: And the reality of the possible
- 24:38dangers as you guys make your way across this island kind
- 24:40of hits home at this point. There are
- 24:43giant monsters on this island
- 24:46that could and would eat
- 24:49you. So.
- 25:05>> Skylar: Hey, everyone.
- 25:06>> Speaker A: Skylar here.
- 25:07>> Skylar: Are you a fan of session zero heroes and the shows we produce or
- 25:10the characters involved? Then you should check out our epic merch we
- 25:13have available online, from shirts.

- 25:19your favorite characters on those products as well. Whether you're looking

- 25:37you can get. Now back to the show.
- 25:50>> Speaker A: As you guys watch, as it walks away, you all take it.
- 25:53>> Speaker D: Didn't get you, right, right.
- 25:55>> Speaker A: You all take a deep sigh of relief as it leaves
- 25:58and disappears into the tree or the
- 26:00forests. You guys just have that kind
- 26:03of fear because before you saw dinosaurs and you were
- 26:06excited, right? But now you kind of get that
- 26:08slam of the reality of the situation, and now you have kind
- 26:11of that conflicting. This is exciting, but it's also
- 26:14dangerous. So just. Just a little kind of like
- 26:17lead up into things as you guys kind of start to start
- 26:20to come out from bushes and behind
- 26:23trees and so on and so forth.
- 26:25>> Cameron: So, ass man.
- 26:26>> Speaker A: Yeah.
- 26:28>> Cameron: You said you've made, you've traveled on this
- 26:31island a bunch in the past, right?
- 26:34>> Speaker A: I did. When, all the dinosaurs were in, you know,
- 26:36cages and habitats and eggs.
- 26:39>> Cameron: And when you travel this island, did you take a
- 26:41car? Yeah. Okay, sure.
- 26:44>> Speaker A: There's there were jeeps all over the place.
- 26:45>> Cameron: How many times have you walked it?
- 26:48>> Speaker A: it wasn't for a long distance.
- 26:50>> Cameron: So you thought it was the best
- 26:53idea to have us walk
- 26:56to the headquarters? Have you not
- 26:59done that before?
- 27:00>> Speaker A: no. I mean, I've never taken a direct. Just walk
- 27:03from beach to headquarters.
- 27:07This is gonna be fun.
- 27:08>> Speaker D: You've never taken a direct walk?
- 27:10>> Speaker A: No.
- 27:10>> Speaker D: Why?
- 27:11>> Speaker A: Cause we had jeeps.
- 27:12>> Aaron: I mean, he said there's jeeps lying around. We might get lucky
- 27:15enough to find a working one around. I
- 27:18don't know.
- 27:18>> Speaker D: Well, you'd think that he would know if he's been
- 27:21around.
- 27:22>> Cameron: Did you just think we'd find a car?
- 27:25>> Speaker A: You know, if I'm being completely honest with you guys, I kind of did hope that we
- 27:28would just find a jeep.
- 27:29>> Speaker D: Well, like, have you seen any on your jeep? Direct
- 27:32drive to the headquarters.
- 27:34>> Speaker A: I was sitting in one.
- 27:36>> Aaron: That's when the island was working.
- 27:38>> Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, it was when things were, like, in function or
- 27:41leading up to in function.
- 27:42>> Speaker D: What do you know where, like, they house some
- 27:45dupes, usually
- 27:48any of.
- 27:49>> Speaker A: Oh, yeah, I do have a map. He
- 27:52turned, he opens up a map, and on the
- 27:54map, just for you.
- 27:57>> Cameron: Guys, this is where you landed,
- 28:00right.
- 28:00>> Speaker A: Here in this little peninsula that's over in the bottom corner. If you
- 28:03are, interested in escape from Dino island, you can find
- 28:06it online. but the map is actually included as part of
- 28:09the package that you get. So you guys are down here at this peninsula, the
- 28:12headquarters, the kind of main section of Dino
- 28:15Quest is up, right? Pretty much dead center of the map, just at
- 28:18the base of the volcano. in between, he
- 28:20mentions foreshadowing.
- 28:23>> Cameron: Why did they build on a volcano?
- 28:26>> Speaker A: Hot springs.
- 28:27>> Cameron: Yeah, big hot springs.
- 28:29>> Speaker A: They wanted to, you know, put kind of a spa set up over there. But anyways,
- 28:32yeah, as far as jeeps go, I mean, if we're gonna find any working,
- 28:35running jeeps, best bet, there's an
- 28:37electricity, slash radio tower over kind
- 28:40of not too far from here. If we can get there, I have
- 28:43a few.
- 28:44>> Speaker D: Like, what about the amusement park?
- 28:45>> Cameron: Oh, that sounds.
- 28:47>> Speaker A: If you really want to go to the amusement park, I guess we
- 28:50could, but it's kind of out of the way. I'm just thinking, like, this is on the
- 28:53way. Get a jeep and then make it to the headquarters
- 28:56before nightfall.
- 28:56>> Cameron: I kind of wouldn't mind going to an amusement park. That
- 28:59sounds sick.
- 29:00>> Speaker A: Okay, well, as fun as it sounds, there's not really.
- 29:03>> Cameron: You sound, like, malfunctioning. You brought to an amusement
- 29:06park.
- 29:09>> Speaker D: This is the reason why he's here
- 29:12as man.
- 29:13>> Speaker A: Yeah.
- 29:13>> Aaron: Is there still power on the island at all?
- 29:16>> Speaker A: I think you could. So,
- 29:19>> Cameron: Sick.
- 29:19>> Speaker A: Yeah, I think it's possible to re spark some things. So
- 29:22there's multiple different power stations on the island. They power kind of
- 29:25different regions. Right. So if you go to the docks, there's
- 29:28power there. You gotta re turn that on. But that would spark
- 29:31up everything in the dock area. You know, it's like all. It's on
- 29:33localized grids, basically. Right. So if we get to
- 29:36this station, this one mostly m just powers kind of the
- 29:39mid island. it kind of shoots a little bit of
- 29:42electricity towards the headquarters. But otherwise, it's
- 29:45mostly just for the radio tower because we have to make sure that we keep
- 29:48those at a, reasonable proximity to ensure communication
- 29:51throughout the island. So, yeah, if we get there, we can turn
- 29:53some electricity.
- 29:54>> Cameron: Have you. Have you gotten any communications from there,
- 29:57from the island, from the communication center?
- 30:00>> Speaker A: not recently. Not recently. In fact,
- 30:03that was a part of why things kind of went wrong on
- 30:06that opening day. Was it? Seemed like somebody cut the
- 30:09communication at a few of the key
- 30:11spots.
- 30:12>> Cameron: Were you there?
- 30:13>> Speaker A: I was off shore. I was in a boat, kind
- 30:16of just maintaining. Yeah.
- 30:18>> Aaron: It was Jimmy Fallon.
- 30:22>> Speaker A: He said, oh, man, what happens if I, you know, cut these
- 30:24cords? That's gonna be my Jimmy Fallon, I.
- 30:27>> Cameron: Guess that's a great.
- 30:30>> Speaker A: But, yeah, I mean, if we follow.
- 30:34He joined Petcock.
- 30:36>> Cameron: He was a member of Petcock.
- 30:37>> Aaron: He went to hunt Dinos instead. He created
- 30:39sabotage on the island.
- 30:41>> Speaker A: He said, cut some wires at the connection.
- 30:45Just started making a song like the roots were there.
- 30:48>> Cameron: How about this for an idea? Just thinking out loud, you know,
- 30:51what if we went. Got a car at this radio
- 30:54station and then went straight to the amusement park?
- 30:57>> Aaron: There might be a car at the amusement park.
- 31:00>> Speaker A: All right, well, as a documentary, bumper.
- 31:02>> Aaron: Cars, golf cart, maybe. Golf course.
- 31:05There was a golf course.
- 31:07>> Speaker D: You think that they'd have, like.
- 31:08>> Speaker A: That's actually a bit north of the island.
- 31:10>> Speaker D: Utility vehicle.
- 31:12>> Speaker A: What? The golf course.
- 31:14>> Speaker D: They'd have, like, utility vehicles at the amusement
- 31:17park?
- 31:18>> Speaker A: Yeah, probably. I mean, yeah.
- 31:19>> Aaron: I mean, in a standpoint, we could turn the
- 31:22power on in the amusement.
- 31:24>> Speaker D: Park at the very least.
- 31:26>> Aaron: Sort of sound, distraction. Yeah,
- 31:29so we can head to the.
- 31:30>> Cameron: I like it.
- 31:31>> Speaker A: Yeah, that's kind of what I was thinking too.
- 31:33>> Cameron: I.
- 31:37>> Speaker D: Just go
- 31:40walking in that direction.
- 31:43>> Speaker A: Oh, okay. Sounds good. You guys are walking to the radio
- 31:46station to hopefully find it.
- 31:47>> Speaker D: No, you're going straight to the dino amusement
- 31:50park.
- 31:50>> Aaron: I have else, would we? I have a follow up question.
- 31:53>> Speaker A: Sure.
- 31:54>> Aaron: The dino amusement park, is that where the cages were for
- 31:57all the animals, or was that just roller coasters and stuff?
- 32:00>> Speaker A: Oh, it's like roller coasters and stuff. So the cages and the kind of
- 32:02habitats for the dinosaurs. And as you guys are
- 32:05walking, you actually see, like, there's some, like, legitimate
- 32:08metal wire gates and things, like that giant
- 32:11zoo. Yeah, it's like a big zoo. Yeah, exactly. So, like, they were kind
- 32:14of in habitat spread across the island. So
- 32:17if you were doing the full tour, I mean, it would take you like a
- 32:20whole day.
- 32:21>> Aaron: So what do you know
- 32:23offhand what dinos were closest to
- 32:26the amusement park lock, though?
- 32:29>> Speaker A: sure. Some of the big stuff.
- 32:31>> Cameron: Some of the big, scarier stuff. Because
- 32:34it sounds like you're trying to.
- 32:35>> Speaker D: It makes the roller coasters more thrilling.
- 32:37>> Aaron: It's kind of sounding.
- 32:39>> Speaker A: I mean, does it even matter anymore? I mean, look at this. And as
- 32:42you guys are walking past one of the gates, I mean, it has just
- 32:44deteriorated, very similar to Jurassic park. You
- 32:47know, once the electricity kind of started going out, there wasn't
- 32:50anything keeping the dinosaurs from just kind of pushing through the fence. There's
- 32:53no, like, electrical fence. And so they just
- 32:56broke it down, and now they're kind of free roaming.
- 32:57>> Speaker D: I mean, it does kind of mean something. Cause this is their home. They probably
- 33:00had nests. Like, they're not gonna wander off too far. It's only been two weeks.
- 33:03>> Speaker A: That's a good point. That is a good point. We all saw as a paleontologist. That was
- 33:06very good.
- 33:07>> Cameron: Thank you.
- 33:08>> Aaron: You also have to consider that there
- 33:10might still be a bunch of civilians over in the
- 33:13amusement park just because that was where
- 33:16I'm guessing a lot of people were
- 33:19stationed.
- 33:20>> Cameron: I don't want to go to the basement park anymore.
- 33:22>> Speaker D: This will make for a great documentary.
- 33:23>> Aaron: That's kind of cool.
- 33:24>> Speaker D: We'll get all of the celebrities.
- 33:27>> Cameron: It's like being on an airplane. They're like, hey, is there a doctor here? And
- 33:30then they're all going to think, I'm going to help them. All these injured
- 33:32people at the amusement park. I don't want to go there anymore. Actually. Let's
- 33:35go.
- 33:36>> Speaker D: Just take off your lab coat if you don't want to be that kind of a doctor.
- 33:39Jeez.
- 33:39>> Cameron: Comfy?
- 33:41>> Aaron: I can respect that.
- 33:42>> Cameron: I'm a little cold.
- 33:44>> Aaron: Well, I was more thinking on the matter
- 33:46of, live bait. Oh,
- 33:49what?
- 33:50>> Speaker D: You want to use the celebrities as live
- 33:52bait?
- 33:54>> Speaker A: I'm not sure I can agree with the idea of
- 33:57feeding human beings to dinosaurs. For this
- 34:00documentary you guys are putting together.
- 34:01>> Aaron: You're right.
- 34:04>> Speaker A: Just to clear.
- 34:07>> Aaron: Sorry, I let my inner voice get out.
- 34:11>> Speaker A: You keep that pin up from now on.
- 34:15All right, so you guys start heading kind of around the
- 34:17coast towards dino quest amusement park. And it is
- 34:20not super far. I'd say maybe like an hour to
- 34:232 hours of walking. And you can see
- 34:26in the distance there's sort of a gate that goes around
- 34:29it. but otherwise you see kind of this very big amusement park.
- 34:32You see roller coasters, there's, Ferris wheel,
- 34:35there's, you know, just everything that you would kind of.
- 34:37>> Cameron: We hear the sounds of people screaming, and having
- 34:40lots of fun.
- 34:42>> Speaker A: Screaming.
- 34:43>> Aaron: Lots of fun and very different.
- 34:46>> Speaker A: But you do arrive to the front gates of
- 34:49the Dino quest amusement park
- 34:52and there's nobody there to stop you and get
- 34:55tickets. Cause there's nobody there, so.
- 34:57>> Aaron: Well, you guys wanna get tickets?
- 34:59>> Speaker D: Let's just walk in.
- 35:00>> Cameron: I mean, you're already
- 35:03us just trying to keep up with jet.
- 35:07Oh boy. Oh boy. That's why they call me the jet.
- 35:12>> Speaker A: what are you gunning it for? What ride are you going for?
- 35:14>> Cameron: What do I see? I'm through the ticket booth and I'm running
- 35:17into the main area concords.
- 35:20What am I seeing?
- 35:21>> Speaker A: So right off the bat, you've got your carousel.
- 35:24Yeah. T Rex just standing there. Chompsy,
- 35:26right? No, carousel dead center. there's
- 35:29kind of some like toy shop. You know, they keep all kind of like,
- 35:32before you leave, you can get all your, What's the word I'm looking
- 35:35for here? The goodies, you know, gift shop. The gift
- 35:38shop. Thank you. Yes.
- 35:39>> Cameron: I grab a velociraptor, squish them all. Oh, absolutely.
- 35:43>> Speaker A: Absolutely.
- 35:44>> Aaron: It's adorable.
- 35:45>> Speaker A: Yes, he does. So you got this
- 35:47velociraptor. Did you say the squishmallow or
- 35:50squish malo?
- 35:50>> Cameron: Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know, I actually
- 35:53put it in my backpack with just a head popping.
- 35:57It's adorable.
- 35:58>> Speaker A: That's awesome.
- 35:58>> Speaker D: I'm gonna look at. I'm sure they have some kind of like
- 36:01fossils and dinosaur teeth or something.
- 36:03>> Cameron: Oh, wait, I guess.
- 36:05>> Speaker A: Are the lights on?
- 36:06>> Cameron: Is everything like.
- 36:07>> Speaker A: No. Yeah, nothing's running. I mean, it's daylight, so it's not like
- 36:10it's dark or anything. But yeah, there's. I mean, nothing's running currently, so
- 36:13there's that.
- 36:13>> Cameron: Okay, so even if I wanted to jump onto a roller coaster, it's like,
- 36:16whee, right?
- 36:17>> Speaker A: Wee.
- 36:20>> Cameron: Machine.
- 36:21>> Speaker A: Oh, yeah, dude.
- 36:22>> Cameron: All things crusty, bro.
- 36:24>> Speaker A: It's just liquid at this point.
- 36:26>> Cameron: Liquid slurpee.
- 36:27>> Speaker A: And obviously you'll have to manually. Sugar, you won't be
- 36:30able to pull the little. Well, you could probably pull the. I think
- 36:33that would work at the very least. It's just, it's not spinning.
- 36:35>> Aaron: And just like that icky
- 36:38liliquid that they haven't turned on.
- 36:43>> Cameron: Probably fermenting by now. I'll grab
- 36:46some dino chips.
- 36:47>> Speaker A: Okay. Yeah, those are bagged.
- 36:49>> Cameron: Sure. Munching.
- 36:50>> Speaker A: They're shaped like various dinosaurs.
- 36:52>> Aaron: Awesome.
- 36:52>> Speaker A: Yep. Absolutely.
- 36:53>> Speaker D: are they cheesy?
- 36:55>> Cameron: What?
- 36:55>> Speaker A: Cheesy or ranch? Yeah. What flavor are
- 36:58malt and vinegar?
- 36:59>> Speaker D: Oh, jeez.
- 37:00>> Cameron: That's a typical doctor.
- 37:03>> Speaker A: Typical doctor chip. fantastic.
- 37:06as you guys are kind of like, kind of running around, Admiral
- 37:08Aspen's like, aren't we supposed to be shooting
- 37:11this?
- 37:11>> Aaron: Oh, I am.
- 37:12>> Speaker A: Oh, okay.
- 37:14>> Speaker D: Yeah.
- 37:15>> Speaker A: He says, well, okay. All right, all right. Give me a second here.
- 37:18And you see, as you guys kind of make your way through the park, see a few more of the
- 37:20rides, there's eventually come to a really,
- 37:23small kind of almost like a shed space. And he opens up the front
- 37:26door and there's an electricity panel in there. And he says,
- 37:29I don't know if there's anything still running here, but I suppose it would make
- 37:32for, some good footage for you guys to show what was
- 37:35included in the park. Let's see what happens. He pulls a big old
- 37:38lever in there. Sure enough, everything starts to spark
- 37:41up and music begins playing off of some
- 37:44of the rides. The carousel starts
- 37:47to spin, the ferris wheel starts to
- 37:49spin. and you hear all sorts of just kind of
- 37:52carnival, classic carnival noises.
- 37:55>> Cameron: Have we seen any evidence of other people?
- 37:58>> Speaker A: well, it's funny you say that because as you kind, of
- 38:01start to gear up to go over to one of the
- 38:03rides, all of a sudden, two
- 38:06individuals wearing sort of very makeshift
- 38:09clothing, probably stuff
- 38:12that was from the gift shop. So like
- 38:14my other kid is a raptor or something like that, you
- 38:17know. but it's all like kind of torn up and stuff like that. Two
- 38:20individuals leap out from one of the, probably one of
- 38:23the games. and, they are both holding some like
- 38:26makeshift spears that are made out of like a piece of glass
- 38:29and like a stick or some kind of bottle rocket.
- 38:31Yeah, it's like dead
- 38:34rising. and
- 38:37they both like come ah, up to you guys and they're like,
- 38:40what?
- 38:41>> Speaker F: Who are you all and what are you doing here?
- 38:44>> Speaker A: There's a man and a woman. And as
- 38:47you guys are staring at them, you suddenly recognize
- 38:49them. these are celebrities. These are people that you've
- 38:52probably seen on tv. Maybe. Possibly. One of
- 38:55them is Thad Thunderjaw. He's a
- 38:58washed up action movie star with a penchant for
- 39:01exaggerated bravado.
- 39:04Said that. Funny bravado and a dwindling
- 39:06fan base. And then the other one is Tiffany
- 39:09Terracotta. She's a former pop sensation turned
- 39:12reality tv has been. Tiffany is
- 39:15desperate to reclaim her fame and fortune by any means. I
- 39:18don't know why I'm telling you. Well, you probably would have gotten horrified.
- 39:20>> Speaker D: She sees that. Cameron starts.
- 39:21>> Speaker A: She's like, actually, I think you're right. I think. I
- 39:24think they both see the camera.
- 39:26>> Speaker F: Whoa. No way. We actually
- 39:28managed to catch the camera crew.
- 39:31>> Aaron: Of course, it's the has.
- 39:34>> Speaker A: And they lower their weapons and they're.
- 39:37>> Speaker F: Like, you guys must be here for the one on
- 39:40one interviews. The behind the scenes ones where
- 39:43we talk about the other players. that's why
- 39:46you guys are here, right?
- 39:48>> Speaker D: Players? What are you talking about? Dissidents of what?
- 39:51>> Speaker F: What are you talking about? We're a part of this
- 39:53whole survivor Dino island show.
- 39:56>> Cameron: That's what we're here for, right?
- 39:57>> Speaker D: Like Dino survivor?
- 39:59>> Speaker F: Yeah, survivor, Jurassic
- 40:02edition. Dinosaur edition, whatever
- 40:05you're calling it, you're from the film crew, right?
- 40:08>> Aaron: So let me get this straight. You
- 40:11think with all the people here, that the
- 40:14dino attacks, that everyone that
- 40:16died died?
- 40:18>> Speaker F: Nobody has died.
- 40:20>> Aaron: Just con. We're. We're just
- 40:22contestants?
- 40:24>> Speaker G: Yeah, nobody dies. They're
- 40:27just voted off. We're all just
- 40:29contestants. What are you talking about?
- 40:32>> Cameron: Yeah, they got. They got. They got
- 40:35voted off. Haven't you seen survivor?
- 40:38>> Aaron: It's an animatronic dino that just picks them up and
- 40:41shoots. Shoots him off the island. Like total drama island.
- 40:44>> Cameron: I'd watch that.
- 40:46>> Speaker G: Oh, my gosh. I get it. This is part of
- 40:49the interview right now. Okay, so
- 40:51where do you want us to sit? Or do
- 40:54you want us to stand for this?
- 40:56>> Speaker D: What do you mean? You're supposed to pretend it's real. You've seen
- 40:59people be eaten by dinosaurs and be like, oh, that's
- 41:02fake.
- 41:03>> Speaker G: Oh, yeah, sure. They
- 41:06got eaten.
- 41:08>> Aaron: The camera's getting a little clicky.
- 41:12>> Speaker G: Seriously, though, let's get these interviews
- 41:15going. Where do you want us?
- 41:17Let's go.
- 41:19>> Cameron: is that thad thunderjaw? My dad said
- 41:22he used to be good.
- 41:25Yeah, he was.
- 41:27>> Speaker F: excuse me, kid. I am still good.
- 41:30Best action star that ever lived. Now, where do you want
- 41:33us for these interviews, we got a challenge to
- 41:35complete.
- 41:36>> Speaker D: like, I don't know. Probably back there in the
- 41:39corner.
- 41:40>> Speaker F: Oh, all right.
- 41:41>> Speaker A: All right.
- 41:41>> Speaker F: So. So back over here further. Do you
- 41:44want us one at a time? I assume further
- 41:47back.
- 41:48>> Cameron: Further in the shadows, please.
- 41:51>> Speaker F: Isn't that gonna affect the lighting, or
- 41:54are we going for sort of a silhouette sort of
- 41:56shot?
- 41:57>> Cameron: Perfect. Okay, guys, so I was thinking that
- 42:00roller coaster looked real nice right now.
- 42:04>> Speaker D: Can we have, like, a hot wheel situation where we go on the
- 42:06roller coaster and just.
- 42:12>> Cameron: Say roller coaster? And I'm already moving that way.
- 42:16>> Aaron: Have you seen any other survivors?
- 42:19>> Cameron: Oh, is it you're. Yeah.
- 42:20>> Speaker A: All right, so you turn to Tiffany terracotta. She kind
- 42:23of, like, sits on a, bench or something like that.
- 42:26>> Aaron: She starts singing. I, swear to
- 42:29God, I don't.
- 42:31>> Speaker A: Plan on doing that. All right, so
- 42:33you're talking to her.
- 42:34>> Cameron: What are you asking her?
- 42:35>> Aaron: I'm just wondering if, father, if she knows if
- 42:38there's any other survivors on the island.
- 42:40>> Speaker G: Well, obviously there's plenty of
- 42:43other survivors. Who do you think we're competing
- 42:46against?
- 42:46>> Aaron: Are there any more in the amusement. Amusement park that we don't know of?
- 42:49>> Speaker G: Oh, absolutely not. The amusement
- 42:52park is our territory. We won
- 42:55it last week during the challenge.
- 42:57>> Cameron: What was the challenge?
- 42:58>> Speaker G: we had to swing across those trees. Tarzan
- 43:01stout, trying to hold on for dear life.
- 43:04I've been doing a lot of work on my deltoids
- 43:07lately, and it's a good thing I did
- 43:10because I really had to carry my team.
- 43:13>> Aaron: This one who's giving you these
- 43:15challenges?
- 43:16>> Speaker G: Yeah, it's the new name of the game. Participants
- 43:19submitted challenges originally. When
- 43:22this whole thing started, we were
- 43:25expecting Jeff probes to be here.
- 43:27>> Speaker D: He wasn't invited to Dino island. Come on.
- 43:30>> Speaker G: But when he didn't show, we
- 43:33realized it was a whole new format to
- 43:35survivor, where we submit the
- 43:38challenges, and one is drawn at
- 43:41random that we have to do for that week.
- 43:44>> Aaron: So who's all left? for players,
- 43:46let's see.
- 43:47>> Speaker G: There's crystal Clearwater,
- 43:51Carla Chong,
- 43:53Ricks Rogers,
- 43:55Rebecca Roundhouse, Luna
- 43:58Lashana, Leah Ployd,
- 44:02and Dustin dirt
- 44:04floor.
- 44:05>> Aaron: The rack.
- 44:07>> Speaker G: Wait, did you just say the wreck
- 44:10is here?
- 44:11>> Aaron: That's what we heard. I don't know if he's still on there.
- 44:13>> Cameron: Kid said it, but he's kind of run off.
- 44:16>> Speaker D: I thought you reinvented.
- 44:21>> Speaker G: I haven't seen him, so he must not be
- 44:24participating. Oh, my gosh. Is he the guest
- 44:27host this season?
- 44:28>> Aaron: is Jimmy Fallon, please?
- 44:30>> Speaker G: Oh, yeah. We saw him over on the
- 44:33north beach. We originally thought he was
- 44:36part of all of this, but then he and
- 44:39a bunch of crazy people chased us away from
- 44:41that area. So we pretty much just
- 44:44avoided them for the rest of the game. They must
- 44:47be filming something else over there.
- 44:49>> Speaker D: Wait, who invited you on this island?
- 44:52>> Speaker G: Well, I assumed it was the
- 44:55producers of the show that invited us.
- 44:57>> Speaker D: You came to this island knowing you're gonna be in a
- 44:59survivor dino hunt?
- 45:01>> Speaker G: Yeah. I mean, my producer has been looking for
- 45:04all sorts of ways to get me back into the
- 45:07spotlight. And so when I
- 45:09came here and things started
- 45:12going crazy with the dinosaurs and such,
- 45:15I just assumed this season of survivor was
- 45:18how she was going to accomplish that for me.
- 45:22So I've just been rolling with the punches
- 45:25ever since.
- 45:26>> Cameron: You guys fine?
- 45:27>> Speaker G: Yeah, we're okay.
- 45:29>> Speaker D: How can you be so desperate?
- 45:30>> Cameron: I'm walking to the roller coaster now.
- 45:32>> Aaron: Okay, you got the ice cold drinking soldier crack
- 45:35in the gut right now.
- 45:37>> Speaker G: I mean, after all, we're still
- 45:40here. We haven't been voted off, so,
- 45:43yeah, we're doing pretty good.
- 45:45>> Speaker D: You mean eating?
- 45:47>> Speaker G: What? No, obviously we
- 45:50haven't been eaten by the dinosaurs.
- 45:53Why do you keep saying that anyways,
- 45:56do I need to start smack talking to other contestants
- 45:59now?
- 46:00>> Speaker D: no, I think we're done.
- 46:02>> Speaker G: Really?
- 46:03>> Speaker D: Yeah.
- 46:04>> Speaker F: And Thad's like, whoa, whoa, whoa. What about
- 46:07my turn?
- 46:08>> Aaron: You're. You're not as important.
- 46:11>> Speaker A: Aw.
- 46:12>> Aaron: Just that it's straight.
- 46:13>> Speaker A: And she looks at him and she.
- 46:15>> Speaker G: Says, see, this is
- 46:18what happens when you underperform.
- 46:20In the last challenge, I made it through three
- 46:23ropes. Yeah. And then I had to swing
- 46:26across the other seven.
- 46:28>> Speaker D: Shoot.
- 46:29>> Cameron: It's actually pretty impressive.
- 46:34>> Speaker A: He just kind of walks off. He's a little depressed now.
- 46:36>> Speaker D: Okay, I'm gonna go to. I'm gonna go find the kid, I guess.
- 46:39>> Speaker A: Okay. He's on the roller coaster.
- 46:41>> Cameron: Yeah, he is on the roller coaster. I said, hey, get on the
- 46:44roller coaster. I'm gonna shoot this big start button here.
- 46:46Okay, you strapped in? I'm in the front
- 46:49seat maybe. Strapped in?
- 46:50>> Speaker D: Wait, wait, you can't. You can't. You can't just send him
- 46:53by himself.
- 46:54>> Cameron: Yes, I'm strapped in. He's strapped in. He's
- 46:57strapped in. He's fine. Why'd you wanna hop on?
- 47:00>> Speaker D: Well, like you don't know.
- 47:01>> Cameron: Come on, come on, come on.
- 47:02>> Speaker D: You don't know if the roller coaster is still intact.
- 47:04>> Cameron: Big green button says start. I'm, like,
- 47:07waving you over to get on the roller coaster. If the roller coaster was
- 47:09broken, this wouldn't be glowing. Just
- 47:12saying exactly yeah, I can't argue
- 47:15with my. I'm a doctor. Are you
- 47:18gonna let a child go on a roller coaster?
- 47:19>> Speaker D: I know. I'm gonna go with him because I. I don't know
- 47:22if I really want to if it's broken. But at the same
- 47:25time. Same time, I'm concerned for his
- 47:27safety. I'm gonna, like, pull
- 47:30on his, make sure they're buckled.
- 47:34>> Speaker A: You walk over and you do the classic
- 47:36tightening.
- 47:38>> Cameron: Yeah, he's.
- 47:39>> Speaker A: He's in pretty secure.
- 47:40>> Speaker D: Okay, I'm gonna. Yeah, I'm sitting next to him.
- 47:44>> Speaker A: No, that's probably for the best. All right, so you get, the footage.
- 47:47All right, so you're going on. You're going on. This is admiral aspect
- 47:50why you do.
- 47:51>> Cameron: Where the directors here.
- 47:53>> Speaker A: Oh, sorry. Yeah, don't let me step.
- 47:55>> Cameron: Hold the boom mic. I'm not leaving.
- 47:58I'm not waving at him.
- 48:01Yeah, he doesn't go. You guys ready?
- 48:04>> Speaker D: I guess.
- 48:06>> Cameron: Jimmy, you ready? I've been ready. I'm gonna
- 48:09slam my fist on the green go button.
- 48:11>> Speaker A: Push the green go button, and it starts to. The
- 48:13thingies come down over top of you. The little padding.
- 48:16>> Cameron: They weren't down already?
- 48:17>> Speaker A: No, no, they just had, like, seat belts. But then these keep you
- 48:20in place, right? So those come down, and then
- 48:23slowly it starts to take off. But
- 48:25otherwise, it's a smooth, exciting ride with a couple of big
- 48:28drops, maybe a loop de loop or two, and then
- 48:31eventually comes to an end as you guys slide back
- 48:34in, feeling exhilarated and
- 48:36anticlimactic, actually.
- 48:39>> Cameron: Who says that after going on a roller coaster with loops,
- 48:42you know?
- 48:42>> Speaker D: Well, you would think that, you know, like, there'd be, like,
- 48:45dinosaur themes, you know, like, there's some that, like, blow fire
- 48:48at you.
- 48:48>> Speaker A: Oh, yeah, you're right.
- 48:49>> Speaker D: There was. There's none of that.
- 48:51>> Speaker A: Be honest. I didn't even know you guys were going to end up in the amusement park. I
- 48:54just kind of put it on.
- 48:54>> Cameron: You put an amusement park at the entrance of our.
- 48:57It's pretty close. You let a ten year old.
- 49:02You're 100% let me choose the child. And you didn't
- 49:05flesh out the amusement park.
- 49:08>> Speaker A: But what I will say. What I will say is that the two of you that were
- 49:10on when you guys got to the top, you know how it always slows
- 49:13down right at the top? You did get a really nice look,
- 49:16like pretty much the entire island. It's not a huge
- 49:19island. what you saw was, a few
- 49:22different things. over. Obviously, you saw in the center of the island,
- 49:25there's the headquarters for the dino
- 49:28quest kind of park in general, right on the
- 49:30sort of far, western shores. You kind of
- 49:33see what looks like just kind of like a swampland over in
- 49:36that sort of area. you obviously see the
- 49:38volcano. interestingly enough, something that kind
- 49:41of catches your eye is just kind of to the north of the
- 49:44volcano. You see another beach and you see what looks
- 49:47like some, sort of makeshift cabins
- 49:50and structures. Like people are living there. And you could
- 49:53swear that you saw little tiny people.
- 49:55Not little, tiny, little tiny to you from a distance,
- 49:58obviously that, looked like they were moving around on that.
- 50:00>> Cameron: Where would that be at?
- 50:01>> Speaker A: that would be way up in the north. Okay, I have the
- 50:04map right here. This is the bay. Yes,
- 50:07exactly.
- 50:07>> Cameron: So it wouldn't be that far away if we had a vehicle.
- 50:10>> Speaker A: Yeah, nothing would really be that far away if you had a
- 50:12vehicle.
- 50:14>> Speaker D: Did we see any like, vehicle?
- 50:17>> Speaker A: I think we're looking more out towards the expanse of the island
- 50:20versus like, what could be right here at the theme park.
- 50:22>> Cameron: And for anyone looking at the map at home, I mean, are these
- 50:25lines like the roads that we would be able to drive on?
- 50:28>> Speaker A: actually there are lines, but yeah, they're, they're actually a little bit different than what
- 50:31this map, map shows. But yeah, there's definitely lines that kind of have roads that
- 50:34go between all of the facilities. All that
- 50:37kind of makes sense.
- 50:37>> Speaker D: So these are just like different sectors for each
- 50:40dinosaur habitat.
- 50:41>> Speaker A: these are sort of just, ah, kind of, kind
- 50:44of. There's a mix within each one of these. But yeah, there's kind
- 50:47of a sector, on the eastern side, just before you get to the swamps,
- 50:50you see this massive glass dome, that you
- 50:53might recognize from some of the pictures as being the aviary. So if it's some
- 50:56of the flying dinosaurs, of course.
- 51:00No cracks in this dome. Surprisingly, you don't see any
- 51:03holes or anything like that.
- 51:04>> Speaker D: Exactly.
- 51:08>> Speaker A: On the southeastern section of the corner, you see what looks like a
- 51:11docks and you do see a massive, boat, like
- 51:14for deliveries and things along those lines. In the.
- 51:17It's on the north side of the aviation eastern side.
- 51:20You see what looks like platform for
- 51:22helicopters to land on. And you do remember, for those of you that
- 51:25have kind of been assigned this mission, that's supposed to be
- 51:28your escape point. That's where you are going to get picked up once you get
- 51:31the Dino DNA and you guys allegedly
- 51:34finish your film, right, filming. And then that's
- 51:37where the person that's paying you is going to pick you up,
- 51:40rather than having you go through the government
- 51:43processing where they're going to search you, and they're going
- 51:46to take the camera, and they're going to look through the footage and everything like that. He's gonna
- 51:49send a helicopter to pick you guys up.
- 51:51That's the plan. So you know where that
- 51:54is? Yeah.
- 51:56>> Aaron: All right.
- 51:56>> Speaker A: And that's. That's what you guys see before you get dropped
- 51:59down at 100 miles an hour, however fast it is that
- 52:02roller coasters usually go and have a good, high
- 52:05old time with, the ride
- 52:09as you guys come. That was okay. It was okay.
- 52:12It could have been better. as you guys kind of finish
- 52:14up, you do manage to find, as you guys kind of
- 52:17explore the rest of this theme park, you do manage
- 52:20to find, a couple of golf carts.
- 52:23They're not fast by any means. They are.
- 52:26>> Aaron: Did I tell you, or did I tell you?
- 52:29>> Speaker A: but they are accessible to you. actually, there is
- 52:32a go kart track. So they're like go
- 52:35karts, essentially.
- 52:37>> Aaron: Faster than walking.
- 52:38>> Speaker A: Yeah, that's true.
- 52:42>> Cameron: For sure.
- 52:44>> Speaker A: You're only able to find enough fuel to probably
- 52:47fill, let's say three. So that way,
- 52:49everybody.
- 52:50>> Aaron: Well, two person golf carts.
- 52:53>> Speaker A: It'll have to be.
- 52:54>> Aaron: Or could we squeeze three on one?
- 52:57>> Cameron: well, you have three, so I.
- 52:58>> Aaron: Think between everybody getting, we could siphon the
- 53:01gas.
- 53:03>> Speaker A: Well, so the gas that you find, I mean, it's like
- 53:06you find a couple of gas cans, you fill them up, and then
- 53:08Thad and Tiffany are standing there, and
- 53:11thad's like, oh, yeah.
- 53:12>> Speaker F: You guys can take those. They were part of the challenge a
- 53:15couple weeks ago, so we won't be needing them again.
- 53:18>> Speaker D: Who's explaining these challenges to you, or are you just making them up?
- 53:21>> Speaker F: Well, it's like Tiffany was saying. So
- 53:24basically, every week, we meet up after the
- 53:27challenge, and we all sit around the big floor, and
- 53:30we have to write two things. One is our vote
- 53:33for who should get kicked off the island. The other is an
- 53:35idea for a challenge for next week.
- 53:38>> Cameron: Just make up their own survivor.
- 53:40>> Speaker A: Yeah, they're just making m up their own survivor.
- 53:42>> Speaker F: So, yeah, we basically just draw one at
- 53:45random from the ones that have been submitted, and that's the
- 53:48challenge. It's pretty simple, really.
- 53:50>> Speaker D: It beats dealing with the actual reality.
- 53:53>> Cameron: For actually being found by.
- 53:55>> Speaker A: Yeah.
- 53:55>> Cameron: Dinosaurs.
- 53:56>> Speaker A: Yeah, exactly.
- 53:57>> Speaker F: So that's basically how that all works.
- 53:59>> Cameron: yeah.
- 53:59>> Speaker A: Sick.
- 54:00>> Speaker F: So that's why the carts aren't filled up,
- 54:03because we used them for a challenge recently.
- 54:05>> Speaker A: So that's why you guys only get three.
- 54:07>> Speaker D: Oh, and they're not coming with us because they have to finish your challenge.
- 54:10>> Speaker F: Oh, no, we're not going anywhere. We've
- 54:13got a challenge later tonight.
- 54:15>> Speaker D: Okay.
- 54:15>> Aaron: All right, well, this is part of it. You can't tell
- 54:18anyone else we were.
- 54:20>> Speaker F: Well, of course not. Honestly, we figure they
- 54:23must have just hidden cameras all across the island, because
- 54:26you guys are the only production crew members we've seen.
- 54:29>> Cameron: Yeah, we're bad at our camera.
- 54:30>> Speaker D: Yeah, 100%. There's hidden cameras everywhere.
- 54:32>> Speaker F: We just assumed you guys must have been here for
- 54:35interviews. Yeah, because we hadn't done one yet,
- 54:38so we were starting to get worried.
- 54:40>> Cameron: Yeah.
- 54:40>> Aaron: So we were talking to the other people beforehand.
- 54:43>> Speaker F: Oh, okay. So did they, did they
- 54:46say anything about us?
- 54:47>> Aaron: They said you're getting carried by, what's her name?
- 54:50>> Speaker A: Oh, Tiffany.
- 54:51>> Aaron: Tiffany.
- 54:52>> Speaker A: She just pumps her fish.
- 54:53>> Speaker G: Yeah, that's right.
- 54:55>> Speaker F: Crap. I need some alliances,
- 54:58otherwise I'm gonna end up getting voted
- 55:00off.
- 55:01>> Cameron: I got $10 on you.
- 55:02>> Speaker A: You do?
- 55:03>> Cameron: Yeah. Ah, wow.
- 55:04>> Speaker F: That really means a lot to have your support.
- 55:06>> Cameron: Thanks.
- 55:07>> Speaker F: I didn't know the crew of the show was allowed to take
- 55:10bets, but. Right on.
- 55:12>> Cameron: We're not. You really
- 55:15are.
- 55:18>> Speaker A: All right. All right, so you guys grab, go karts. you
- 55:21load up, and you head out. And you guys are headed to
- 55:24the headquarters, I assume the center of the
- 55:27island. I mean, I'm just.
- 55:29>> Aaron: There's that electric box right towards the middle of it.
- 55:32>> Speaker A: Yeah.
- 55:34>> Cameron: Probably we'd buy there first. It's on the way.
- 55:37>> Speaker D: Yeah, there might be more gas or.
- 55:38>> Cameron: Whatever, you know, turn the electricity on the rest of the.
- 55:41>> Aaron: Maybe a jeep.
- 55:42>> Speaker A: Maybe a jeep. Who knows?
- 55:44>> Cameron: So, m who's in my vehicle?
- 55:47>> Speaker D: Yeah, who's.
- 55:48>> Speaker A: Who's gonna be, like, two of who?
- 55:49>> Cameron: Because I was gonna make some small talk with whoever is in my
- 55:52vehicle.
- 55:53>> Speaker A: Okay. Who did anybody want who chose to.
- 55:55>> Cameron: Ride with the child? I guess it's a better way.
- 55:58Part of me thought we just took two, and the child just hopped on the back
- 56:01of the back. Yeah,
- 56:04that's a fun way to ride golf carts.
- 56:06>> Speaker A: That's true.
- 56:07>> Speaker D: I would assume that I was in the car with a challenge because I went on the roller
- 56:10coaster with him.
- 56:11>> Speaker A: Oh, okay. Yeah.
- 56:12>> Cameron: Okay.
- 56:12>> Speaker A: So, Mikayla, Doctor Mackenzie, you're in
- 56:15the car with little Jimmy. Who are you
- 56:18riding with? Doctor? Other doctor?
- 56:20Lazarus, you're with
- 56:23asthma?
- 56:25>> Cameron: Yeah. So you be with the military guys? I beat the. Well, all
- 56:28three of us are in one. Would you be with them? Because Jimmy.
- 56:31>> Aaron: Ah, well, I have to. I have to record the director.
- 56:34But I feel like I'm going for the wide action shots.
- 56:36>> Speaker A: Yeah, so you'd be on the same one with the doctor so you could get
- 56:39shots of, them. Well, maybe you got your well, or.
- 56:41>> Cameron: Maybe you're on the back of one. The one in front shooting backwards.
- 56:45>> Speaker D: Aspen has his own. Nobody want me to sue.
- 56:49He don't want to destroy him.
- 56:51>> Cameron: Okay.
- 56:52>> Speaker A: So as it takes, cart number three by himself
- 56:55kind of just looks sad, but he's just keeping an eye on you guys.
- 57:07>> Cameron: Barely. I'm doing none of my job. So you're trying to shoot and
- 57:10drive better than me?
- 57:13Honestly,
- 57:15driving, he's trained for this. It's not a
- 57:18strange activity.
- 57:19>> Speaker A: Sure, sure.
- 57:20>> Cameron: You know, and I'm a doctor, so I probably would be a better driver
- 57:23than doctor after all.
- 57:25>> Speaker D: So I'm assuming it's aspen in front because
- 57:28he's leading the way. Then it's me and Jimmy, and then
- 57:31it's you guys.
- 57:32>> Speaker A: Yeah, I think that's sounds good.
- 57:34>> Cameron: So while I'm driving with, I go, hey,
- 57:37Tim. You go by Tim?
- 57:40>> Aaron: Technically, m my first name, sergeant.
- 57:44>> Cameron: Ah, that's pretty things we learned. It's pretty dope,
- 57:47man. I'm a cool doctor, by the way. That's why I
- 57:50say cool things like dope and chill and
- 57:53chillax.
- 57:55>> Speaker D: Anyways, are you one of those doctors who just, like, is
- 57:57high all the time here?
- 57:59>> Aaron: There's some medical marijuana for your aching
- 58:01shoulder.
- 58:02>> Speaker A: The soldier.
- 58:04>> Cameron: I would never. Is
- 58:06that legal here? I was just wondering. International
- 58:09waters. Is that legal here,
- 58:12sergeant? Anyway, country.
- 58:15I'm a little shaky on our plan, and, I was just wondering,
- 58:18like, how are we supposed to communicate with
- 58:21helicopter?
- 58:22>> Aaron: I am guessing that.
- 58:25>> Cameron: Do you have a radio? I don't got a
- 58:28radio. Did anyone get a
- 58:30radio? I'm guessing the kid don't got one.
- 58:33>> Aaron: I don't know. Plug in. Plug your ear.
- 58:37>> Speaker A: I would say you.
- 58:39Ah, you have a phone. You have
- 58:42a cell phone, and it's like a burner phone
- 58:45for a very specific purpose.
- 58:47>> Aaron: Yeah. So.
- 58:51>> Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, you don't have to be honest.
- 58:54>> Aaron: I have a one time
- 58:57emergency call. Phone number.
- 59:00>> Cameron: Is that for the helicopter, or is that just because
- 59:03you're little scaredy pants?
- 59:05Whoa, whoa. That was a joke.
- 59:08Sorry to hit. Calm down. I make jokes.
- 59:11I'm a cool doctor.
- 59:13>> Aaron: Points.
- 59:14>> Cameron: Camera. Hey, man, that's it. You're
- 59:16missing the shot. Look, we're gonna go over a
- 59:19pothole. Oh, gosh.
- 59:25whoa. That camera's got some sparks.
- 59:28>> Aaron: It's more for a one time time exit type
- 59:30deal.
- 59:31>> Cameron: For the helicopter?
- 59:32>> Aaron: Yeah, for the helicopter.
- 59:33>> Cameron: Perfect. And you've got the radio.
- 59:35>> Aaron: I've got the emergency. Get the heck out.
- 59:38>> Cameron: So did we need to go to this communication tower
- 59:41to get this radio working? Or maybe they have
- 59:44more radios. Then we won't need a one time. We could just have
- 59:47unlimited radio.
- 59:49>> Aaron: In my opinion, it would be more beneficial
- 59:52for all of us to have a radio in case of some sort of
- 59:54separation.
- 59:56>> Cameron: True that. Little Jimmy likes to run off a lot.
- 59:58>> Aaron: Well, yeah. And then on top of that,
- 1:00:01we might be able to find out more
- 1:00:04survivors and find, out more information of what
- 1:00:07happened, which would better help us in our. I just
- 1:00:10attempt at getting what we're trying to do.
- 1:00:12>> Cameron: I just really hope these survivors aren't injured, that's for
- 1:00:15sure. Or else you might have to, you
- 1:00:18know, help them.
- 1:00:20>> Aaron: I don't know how I can help them.
- 1:00:22>> Cameron: Oh, you do a great job.
- 1:00:23>> Aaron: I'm not trained in basic first aid.
- 1:00:26>> Cameron: You and me both.
- 1:00:29oh. So anyways. Oh, look,
- 1:00:32I think I see a, satellite dish or something up in the
- 1:00:34distance.
- 1:00:35>> Speaker A: And you do you do you, as you guys start
- 1:00:38to approach the radio, tower, you guys
- 1:00:41can see there's a radio tower, and then there's kind of
- 1:00:43a shed, very similar to the electricity one that you saw before,
- 1:00:46but this one's a little bit bigger. Someone could go inside of it.
- 1:00:49there might be some storage or something along those. Those
- 1:00:52lines in there. or at the very least, some communication supplies. But
- 1:00:55whatever the case, as you guys pull your go
- 1:00:58karts up to this, facility,
- 1:01:01that is where we're going to close out episode one.
