  SPEAKER_01: The first thing that we did is we had an open communication, right?

  SPEAKER_01: So in the beginning, you were the face of the company.

  SPEAKER_00: Um, we had a conversation uh about changing the roles because I believe that you could make more a more impact.

  SPEAKER_00: So have a conversation with the with the with your partner to see who can make a better impact when it comes to the brand, when it comes to the business, um, and and go from there.

  SPEAKER_01: And so in the beginning, when Events was up front and I was in the back, there was a lot of things I did to support him.

  SPEAKER_01: I made sure that I was able to help with the social media and um the bookings and everything that we can do to help push him forward.

  SPEAKER_01: And then there was a time now where Events had to step back and I had to go forward and lead the company.

  SPEAKER_01: And one of the things, too, that helped us was defining our clear roles.

  SPEAKER_01: So, to make sure it's very important that you define the roles because sometimes the roles do change, and you have to say, okay, now as you are in front of your face of the company, what is your role?

  SPEAKER_01: What is the strategy that you're gonna do behind that?

  SPEAKER_01: And I learned a lot too, because in the beginning I was afraid to step up front.

  SPEAKER_01: So events had to step up front, and I learned so much from him leading.

  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and you could be like when you're up front, like so, like it every company is different, every business is different.

  SPEAKER_00: So the person that's uh up front that's leading the company, they could be they could be helping the team, right?

  SPEAKER_00: They could be helping the team moving forward, they could be helping the team, training the team.

  SPEAKER_00: You in the back end could be serving customers, could be uh uh make sure that the the system running great.

  SPEAKER_00: No, we have all we have we have all the inventory that we need, right?

  SPEAKER_00: All the stuff that we need in the back end, and you don't feel don't feel pressure or don't feel intimidated or anything like that because we are both on the same team.

  SPEAKER_01: Which leads us to three take the ego out.

  SPEAKER_01: The spotlight may not be shining on you, but it is shining on you collectively.

  SPEAKER_00: And as as men, um, I'm gonna speak for the um pick speak for the men now, but like as men, we just have to see the the bigger vision, no, because your your woman could be the leader that's leading the company, and you you can't be intimidated.

  SPEAKER_00: Because if one win, we all win.

  SPEAKER_00: No, so you gotta see the bigger vision since starting from the from the from the start.

  SPEAKER_00: Like, hey, we're gonna run this uh business, we're gonna uh make this brand bigger, we're gonna make this this franchise bigger, like anything like we're gonna make it bigger.
