- Daniel Monroe: All right, Clint, let's jump into it. ⁓ Talking Dogs is here. It feels like home. It feels like return to Clint: Ooh. You know that you know that friend that you like, you you meet at the airport and you're at the airport, so you know they're actually a friend. Otherwise you would have said, Take the Uber, you more Daniel Monroe: I can't imagine a friend so close that I'd drive ⁓ to an airport that's like nine cities over. I'll tell you that right now. Not that that applies to anyone in this in this stream. Clint: Not that that's exactly dead on the nose about this, ⁓ where you like embrace it it is it it is an embrace, it is a just like going home, it's all the same things you know. The store is still the same, the biscuits and gravy are still made the same way at your favorite place, like all of it's here and it's the talking dogs. Glad to be here with you all. Daniel Monroe: Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's great. It feels good. listen, you know what this place is about. It's about the banter. It's about you. It's about ⁓ the community. And so, ⁓ let's just right off the jump. Right before before we get into anything, we're Clint: It is. Daniel Monroe: We want it we want this channel to be whatever you want it to be, ⁓ this platform. So whatever makes sense to you, whatever you want to hear more of, we want your input. ⁓ there's no restrictions. There's no rules, Clinton. There's no there's no guidelines. We're we're free men. Clint: Yes. D do you see what we're saying? People, we Daniel and I are are there's no rail to be off of. Daniel Monroe: Right. Which means when you've seen us in the third segment, that was still on the rail, technically. It was riding the edge, maybe, but it was still on the rail. And at this point, there's nothing. There's nothing there's nothing between him and us except a thin piece of nylon. ⁓ We're out there, is what we're trying to say, and we're loving every minute of it. Clint: We're out we're out there and I'm loving it. Daniel Monroe: every minute of it. Alright, alright, today Clint, we're going all Kirby smart teams. We're gonna draft. It's you versus me. It's gonna be put to a vote. Clint: Mm. ⁓ Daniel Monroe: Or do you want to do one team? Should we do a should we do a one all star team? Clint: That's what I'm asking. That's I I was curious about that. When you said you versus me, we've already, by the way, we've already done this. We've already done the you versus me. We've done it every year for like ten years in a row. And we did it with Michael W. Smith. And I've won seven out of the ten, and I won the fantasy draft definitively. I did Daniel Monroe: Yeah, you're right. Yeah. He's ⁓ you made up you just made those numbers up. There's no documentation of that. Find me the proof. Show me that farm. Show me that farm with Phyllis's and Stanley's right for the plucking. Show me that farm. Gro no. Clint: I will find you the proof. It's literally on the shared Google Drive in which I have You can't just you think Stanley's just grow on trees anywhere? Daniel Monroe: He ain't gonna be messing with my chillin'. I was trying to remember the next line there. This is a family. ⁓ alright. Let's do let's do the All Star team then. Okay? It's gonna be much easier. It's gonna be much easier. Sho we should we start with quarterback? Who do you think is the best quarterback in the Kirby Smart era, Clint? Clint: I think so. It's the best quarterback to ever have played college football based on ⁓ yes, the thing that college football is about winning championships, getting individual accolades in every game that you play that is meaningful against the top tier competition. And I I ain't talking about no twelve team, sixteen team, twenty-four team watered down tournament. Daniel Monroe: Yeah. So Jacob Eason then. It's Jacob Eason. Clint: Stead Remember when Jacob Eason remember when people saw him not be able to step into a throw and throw it kind of sidearm, kind of like Matthew Stafford, a little bit, and it went eight yards ahead ⁓ above the head of the receiver on the sideline. And people lost their mind out of excitement, like, he's the next bet. Look at that arm strength. And I'm like, he he missed he missed the receiver. Daniel Monroe: Yeah, they lost their dagger minds. Lost their minds. He missed him by a lot. To be fair, I remember when Matt Stafford missed Georgia wide receivers by a lot. Like he in the early days, he wasn't that great. He won that great at Georgia. But ⁓ yeah. It's it's Stetson Fleming Bennett, the fourth. It's it's obvious. There really are no contenders. My question to you, Clint, is right now Clint: Early days it was not great. No, was not. Daniel Monroe: Gun to head who is the second best Georgia quarterback in the Kirby Smart era. Clint: How is this a conversation? Daniel Monroe: I don't know. Depends on who it depends on what name you say right now. I guarantee you there are listeners right now who are saying a name that you're not about to say and therefore it's a conversation. Clint: You're telling me there's a conversation about this? Okay. Well Daniel Monroe: Go on Clint: You know what? Actually you're right. I I thought that there could be no argument to this. Daniel Monroe: Yeah. On this point there can be no debate. Clint: But the Jake Fromm versus Gunnar Stockton debate. Daniel Monroe: I was just waiting to hear which one of the names you were gonna say because I promise you there are people saying the other one. Did you just talk yourself out of your original position and into the other one? Okay. Alright. Stick to your guns, Clint. Clint: No. No. It's Gunnar Stockton, and you could all shove it up the brownstone with your Jake From. Daniel Monroe: Yikes. Yikes. Clint: I love Jake Fromm. He's a damn good dog. I'm glad he was here. We've never been out of a game because of Gunnar Stockton. We were out of plenty of games because of Jake Fromm. Daniel Monroe: Yeah, sure. Hmm. Yeah. Okay. Clint: That that that's my argument. My argument is that that SEC championship I y okay. Almost won a natty with him. Okay, sure, sure, sure, sure, sure. We didn't. I Gunnar Stockton has kept last year, last year especially. Daniel Monroe: Yeah. Clint: kept kept us in games where we didn't have a business being that Tennessee overtime throw was electric. Jake Fromm had incredible wide receivers, incredible defense around him, incredible offensive line. Gunner Stockton had less of that. The talent drop off was less for Gunnar Stockton. And he did he was not a liability. Daniel Monroe: Mm-hmm. Yeah. You're you're not wrong. You're correct, in fact. But there are people out there who disagree with you. And it is wild. But and I will say too their in their defense Gunnar Stockton can win a college football playoff game and then he can come chat. Right? Like he can win a game in the college football playoff. The watered down college football playoff that you just alluded to, Gunnar Stockton's still 0-2. Clint: Okay. Great. I know, that's wild. Daniel Monroe: in that business. Meanwhile, Jake Fromm did lead the dogs to a win in Pasadena over Oklahoma. Got them into the national championship game. Really positioned them to win that game as well. If you want an honest like Jake Fromm didn't lose that game. We know who did. Clint, do you want to say it? Okay. ⁓ Jake Fromm didn't lose that game. Clint: ⁓ I I can't say his name. He did not. Daniel Monroe: And he did win the game in Pasadena and so I I think there's an argument to be made for Jake From. Clint: He did. There is. Okay. Okay. All right. Daniel Monroe: Maybe cars it back. But I but what I I digress. Clint: Look, remember when remember remember when JT Daniels, the Red Sea, parted for him on that QB scamper run for the touchdown and everybody said he gonna be the one of the greatest ever at Georgia? Daniel Monroe: Yeah. It'll e one of the greatest ever to do it in a red and black. okay. Run I mean we're not gonna Clint: ⁓ no. Can there is is there a more ludicrous way to try to introduce people to UGA fandom than quarterback controversy at UGA? Like literally, it's it's like it's like did we Daniel Monroe: Yeah. We didn't even talk about Justin Fields among the elite quarterbacks at in the Kirby Smart era. Clint: I So a throwback to talking I when we were doing the all time roster composition draft, I was the last one to pick a quarterback. Daniel Monroe: Yeah. He was. He claims he win he won this, folks. He claims he won this. I demand a recount. I demand a recount. Clint: And I I was literally I did. It was voted it was voted upon. It was voted upon and the No hanging Chads. This isn't Florida, okay? I was two seconds away from drastic. Daniel Monroe: Freaking hanging chad on that thing if I've The fact that we both made a hanging chad joke just now. We may as well shut this thing down. It's been fun, y'all. Talking dogs is officially off the air. We're we're done. It can Clint: I was two seconds away from drafting Justin Fields as my quarter starting quarterback for my all time U GA team. Daniel Monroe: Yeah. Alright. We're not we're not gonna spend nearly as much time here because how many running backs do you want on the team? I will take them all off the twenty seventeen team, thank you. and we'll move on. ⁓ Nick Chubb is the greatest Georgia football player of all time. ⁓ he is my favorite Georgia football player of all time. And Clint: No, sorry. And we're done. Daniel Monroe: Were it not for injury, I think he would be the greatest Georgia running back of all time. In more people's opinion. ⁓ it's Nick Chubb one and then I I think it's I think it's Sony Michelle too. Like it's I think Sony Michelle is the second best running back in the Kirby Smart era. Do you disagree? Do you have a different opinion? Clint: Okay, say say that statement ver very sus Daniel Monroe: I think Sony Michel is the second best running back in the Kirby Smart Era. Clint: Okay. There's no controversy with that state. Daniel Monroe: Which is ironic because he was the second best running back on every Georgia team he was on. Clint: The best running backs in Kirby Smart era played for the same team, same time as each other. Same everything. Yeah. Sona Michelle and Nicholas Chubb were the one two of Kirby Smart. And and the next closest DeAndre Swift, I I'm an I'm a DeAndre Swift apologist. I love me some DeAndre Swift. It's a steep dep, steep step down from Sony Michelle. Daniel Monroe: Yeah. Same recruiting class. Yeah. I also do too. I would put him third as well. Yeah. Yes, and it's a steep step down from DeAndre Swift to the next guy. Clint: To DeAndre Swift. Anybody you say. Daniel Monroe: All of the rest of the pool. I just don't have a lot. I mean again, Georgia's been in a bit of a running back drought lately. I'm sure we'll talk more about it as we go. Hopefully Nate Frazier can kind of solidify himself. But you know, it was supposed to be Zamir White. Zamir White was supposed to be the guy. ⁓ James Cook is a great pro running back. But and he was good at Georgia. Had a big catch. Had a big catch in the national championship game. 2021. But Clint: James Cook James Cook King Boo Boo on skates. Big catch. Daniel Monroe: ⁓ or a big carry actually. But neither of those guys are anything compared to what DeAndre Schwift was. Alright. wide receivers, Clint. In the Kirby smart era. Is there a unanimous do we have a clear one? Okay. George Pickens is the clear one for me. George Pickens is the clear one. Jorge. Yeah. I do think things get interesting after one. Clint: I do. It's not Branch. It's George Pickens. It's Jorge. It's Jorge. So he's so. At two. Yeah. Daniel Monroe: At two and three. I say we I mean we'll put probably put three wide receivers on this team. So I do think things get interesting at two and three. I'll I'll hear nominations from the floor at this point. Clint: Yeah, yeah, no we will. I would like to consider branch at two and three. I d he's he's in the conversation. Daniel Monroe: Which is wild, friends. Like that's wild that we're considering Zachariah Branch. But I think you have to. He was that good. Clint: You have to. You have to. ⁓ you have ⁓ lad McConkie. Daniel Monroe: Uh-huh. I think Lad McConkey is a clear I think he is a clear must consider. Clint: He's Have to. Have to. Nicole Hardman. Daniel Monroe: Thank you. Clint: Has to be considered. Daniel Monroe: Has to be. Clint: Don't don't don't dismiss it as no, there's no way No no no. Go back and watch and just look at stat lines from when he was at Georgia in key moments in key games. He was otherworldly while at Georgia. Daniel. Like otherworldly. Daniel Monroe: There's Clint. Clint's back. I lost you completely. It's all right, I'm sure you said something insightful. Clint: Yeah. Yeah, I'm back. Yeah. No, it's fine. Well, I I was just saying go back and look at Micole Hardman. He y the statistical progress that he made and the most impactful games that he made was something that was otherworldly for U GA. Daniel Monroe: Yeah. That catch in the twenty seventeen National Championship game is still etched in my memory. Unbelievable. Throw, first of all, and then catch in that game. I think I think you have to consider Javon Wims. And I know it's not a popular I know it's not a popular take. I know he didn't put up a billion yards. I know he's not a legendary NFL wide receiver. But what Javon Wims did for Georgia, I think Maybe it's because it was so early in the Kirby Smart administration, but ⁓ I think it helped set the tone. I think it was I think he was a really solid player. You want to go back to those early days. I think you could make a case for Isaiah McKenzie. 2016. Isaiah McKenzie was a really talented wide receiver and also, by the way, had a had a really good NFL career. You don't like to go to a guy that transferred out. Clint: Yeah Yep. Daniel Monroe: But if we're being honest, Clint, A. D. Mitchell is probably he probably should be on this list. Clint: ⁓ without him, I fam, without him we don't win a national championship. Daniel Monroe: I I think he should probably be on this list. Alright, so if we're going three if we're going three. I think we're definitely going George Pickens. Clint: He should. In consideration. It's number one. Daniel Monroe: Can you talk me out of Lad McConkie and Zachariah Branch as as two and three? Clint: Well, for the sake of doing it, I can try. Ladd McConkey didn't often injured at UGA. Very impactful, but injured while at UGA. ⁓ no, I I look, I can't even do this. I can't half heartedly try to fake my way through this. No, it's those those are the three wide receivers. Thank you, Micole Hardeman. Thank you, Isaiah, thank you, ⁓ Wims. Daniel Monroe: Okay. Yeah. Clint: I appreciate you. Chris Conley, you know, back in the day, kind of like another wide receiver that's unheralded at UGA. Like, but no, there's no there's no one like those three. Daniel Monroe: ⁓ sure. There's not. There's not. Okay. we're taking two tight ends. Because if we didn't we wouldn't have a conversation. But I do think it's an interesting conversation at tight end two. Right? On this roster. Obviously we're gonna take the greatest. It's like a Nick Chubb argument. Like we're gonna take it's the Stetson Bennett, Nick Chubb. Boy, George's filling up the depth chart with the greatest to ever play that position in college ever. Clint: About number two. Huh no Daniel Monroe: Wait till we go to the defensive side of the ball and get to the middle linebacker spot. You think you think we're gonna think we're gonna be adding to you think we're gonna be adding to that list? Good lord. A fax machine, he said. Clint: A damn fax machine. Daniel Monroe: Okay, so we got we got we got tight end one locked up, right? Brock Bowers, the greatest to ever do it. So for the second position, obviously there's guys like Darnell Washington. Obviously guys like Oscar Delp recently, Charlie Warner before that. You have Isaac Notta going all the way back to Clint: Yep. Yep. Daniel Monroe: twenty six that twenty sixteen team. Isaac Nauta was on that team. He's ultra talented, really solid player. I'm sure there's guys I'm forgetting even now as I walk through that list. There's a there's been a lot of really talented tight ends at Georgia. Who's who are you making a case for at number two? Clint: I think people forget. I think Big O gets people's attention immediately. You're gonna say, look at the physical traits, look at what he's doing in the NFL and yeah, and how impactful he was. You can't escape that, okay? Daniel Monroe: I promise you he gets people's attention in the dog walk. I can tell you that right now. When he gets off the bus, he gets people's attention. Clint: That's exactly right. ⁓ Oscar Delp needs to be considered a number two. Again, statistically, like you talk about, but i I'd here, I'll I'll I'd rather have Oscar Delp than Isaac Notta. I'd rather I I mean, Charlie Warner parlayed his time at UGA because he was a technically sound tight end through and through. Just the man didn't make mistakes. Parlay that into being a a a very good ⁓ number two tight end in the league. Daniel Monroe: For sure. Hmm. Right. Clint: ⁓ and you can't knock him because he was sh overshadowed by other guys on that team. ⁓ but there's the impact on the offense and what Big O did in formations, I just he takes the cake for me, Daniel. Daniel Monroe: Yeah. See I I think it would be Oscar Delt for me. And here's why, because I think when you're comparing Big O to Oscar Delp, let's look at let's look at the three criteria that matter the most for tight ends, shall we? Clint: Okay, great. ⁓ Daniel Monroe: Pass catching. Oscar Delp's a better pass catcher than Bago. Period. Clint: ⁓ yeah. He is. Daniel Monroe: Inline blocking. Big O is probably the best non-offensive line inline blocker that has ever played at the University of Georgia. Perimeter blocking. Yeah. Yeah. Right. But then you go to perimeter blocking, Clint. Clint: Ever, ever play. There was conversation about the Steelers ch changing him to a tackle in the league. Daniel Monroe: And unquestionably the best perimeter blocker to ever play at Georgia, no offense, Heinz Ward, is Oscar Delp. And so two of those three categories are going to my man Oscar Delp. I do think if you throw in the red zone threat, and maybe maybe Big O would get a slight advantage. I'm still going to go Oscar Delp. I don't think you could go wrong either way, let's be honest. Clint: It's Oscar Delp. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. You can't Daniel Monroe: Whoever's on the field is gonna be wide open because the defense is collapsing on Brock Bowers and spoiler alert, it it's not gonna matter. We're still gonna throw him the ball. He's gonna be fine. Clint: ball's coming his way and he will outcatch your three best pass defenders. Daniel Monroe: Yeah. When Stetson Bennett and ⁓ Brock Bowers share a football field together, do good things happen for Georgia football or bad things? Clint: Lots of good things happen, Daniel. Daniel Monroe: Alright, ⁓ Clint, let's into the offensive line. ⁓ all that's it's fun games until you st ⁓ drafting offensive Clint: But but it doesn't do anything unless you can actually. Uh-huh. Huh? This is this is, and just so you're fully aware, we've said this before, we'll say it again. As a fan, as a casual, you want to show yourself as a casual real quick, then then you go ahead and talk about Branch on the screens and how electric he is, which is true. He's insanely electric. But if you're not talking about the perimeter blocking of Oscar Delp. Daniel Monroe: Mm-hmm. Very true. Clint: If you're not talking about Monroe Freeling getting out off of his tackle position, throwing a defensive lineman down and then getting up on a linebacker to spring him so that he can't go ahead and catch him from behind. If offensive line play and the the the the zoom in on the camera doesn't get you if you're not talking about a thick lower half of a young man, then I don't know I don't know what you're doing in your college football fandom. Daniel Monroe: ⁓ you're not doing it right. I I promise you that. You're not you're not doing it correctly. ⁓ okay, Clint. Where do you want to start? Do you want to start with like in your mind, what are the like some obvious you have to include this guy. We gotta get five guys. Or do you wanna go position by position and do it that way? Or do you wanna start with like a Clint: Have to give five. Daniel Monroe: This guy's a no-brainer. Or I should ask, are there any no-brainers for you? Clint: There is one there is mm hold on, hold on. Let me let me I think there are two no-brainer for Daniel Monroe: Two No Brainers. Clint: Two no-brainers for me. Where you and I could fight about other people, we could talk about other people, but there are two Georgia football offensive linemen that if you said in your list they're not anywhere near where ⁓ I don't know, if if if you're like, ⁓ they're good and I'll take them, for me there are two clearly defined guys. Daniel Monroe: See, to me, there's only one. And so I am I'm wildly curious about your second. Okay. To me, the one guy in the Kirby Smart era that right now I would absolutely go to bat for being on the UGA offensive line Mount Rushmore, meaning one of the four best of all time. Clint: ⁓ Okay let's start let's start with the one. Let's start with the one that we know it is. He is. Yep. It it's Andrew Thomas. Daniel Monroe: The one guy is Andrew Thomas. Andrew Thomas is, to me, one of the greatest to ever do it at Georgia. He is your starting left tackle on this team. Period. But you have two. Clint: I have two, and I know Sishcom's name, where it is. I I get it. I understand. Andrew Thomas is the best tackle to ever play at Georgia. In the I I am there. I'm holding down the committee and I am holding court to throw all of you other people away. Because it's ridiculous that it would say otherwise. For me, the second Daniel Monroe: I I think you could go there easily. Clint: In the Kirby Smart era, that's definitively you have to have him, you can't be without him. And and look. Huh he was not exciting. for people. Okay. But when he was out of the lineup, our team was nowhere near its top ability. And he dominated people at every phase of the game. Daniel Monroe: Okay. Okay. Okay. Clint: Okay. All right. I I think Jamari Sawyer has to be number two on this list because of the importance he played in twenty one. Has to. I will hear nothing to the contrary, Daniel. Daniel Monroe: Yes. No. Clint: You t you tell me a player that was Yes. Daniel Monroe: Jamari Sawyer. Okay. I I'm in. I'm in. I'll I'll I'll agree with it. I will agree with it. Clint: Yes. Great. Yeah. Because look he went from guard to tackle. He took on every single person there was. Anybody that was elite that he played against. I day in, day out. Again, this was like the non-sexy version, but he never got beat by elite talent. He never got stood up and pushed back against the top draft picks of the class. He took the fight to them every single time. And he was a crucial element. Again, when he was out. Daniel Monroe: Yeah. Yeah. Clint: on snaps, it was an ⁓ no, hold on to the to the to the handles around the car 'cause we're rolling down a cliff. Daniel Monroe: Yep. Yeah, yeah. I I love Jamaris Sawyer. And I and I I don't know that I would put him in the no doubt category, but I definitely want him on my team. Let me make a Clint: Okay, good. Daniel Monroe: Let me w let me make a strong suggestion. We're gonna put Jamari Sawyer at right guard on this team because he ain't gonna be playing right tackle. ⁓ he's a very good tackle at Georgia. But he ain't gonna be playing right tackle. And so now what we have done is we have left ourselves in a position where you could expand this list if you want. Clint: ⁓ he's not. Daniel Monroe: I will listen to you if you would like to expand it. But t I am only going to give you two names at right tackle. We got Andrew Thomas at left tackle, we know that. I'm gonna give you two names at right tackle. Clint: We're debating against these two names, is what you're saying. Daniel Monroe: Yeah, if you want to throw other names into the mix, let's throw other names into the mix. There are other names you could say. I am only going to say that I am looking at Broderick Jones and Isaiah Wynne. Those are my two guys that I'm looking at at right tackle. Which means I'm not looking at Monroe Freeling. I'm not looking at Isaiah Wilson. I'm not looking at any of the other great tackles to play at UGA in the last ten years, and there have been many. But Isaiah Wynn and Broderick Jones. And I think Clint: Nope. Nope. Daniel Monroe: I know who I would go with, but I am curious your thoughts on those two guys. Clint: Those are the two names that you could list. So I'm glad you listed the correct two names. McClendon, great like cool tackle, loved it, but we're not we're not playing that game. Okay. ⁓ Broderick Jones is a physical specimen, very strong, very capable, great, really good pro career, just got an extension, all those things. Ladies and gentlemen, ⁓ for me, it's Isaiah Wynn because I watched him be the most stable tackle I could ever hope for at UGA. And I mean like He was the Cal Ripkin and you're like, ⁓ Cal Ripkin just was famous because he played a lot. No, no, no, no, no. You have to be very good to play that long. Very good. ⁓ Isaiah Wynne, for me, is who I'd put at right tackle for Kirby Smart's era. And and Broderick Jones. Glad you're here, buddy. Gl glad you have the legacy, but it's Isaiah Wynn. Daniel Monroe: Broderick Jones might be the most athletic player to ever play at Georgia in any position. It might be Boss Bailey, Broderick Jones, 1 2. He blocked every hit that year. ⁓ But I'm still going Isaiah Wynne. That's the name I would have said. So now our offensive line is coming together. We got Isaiah Wynn at right tackle. Clint: He he blocked every game. Daniel Monroe: We got Jamar Sawyer at right guard, good God in heaven. We got Andrew Thomas at left tackle. Can we zero in on the middle, Clint? Clint: We can. Daniel Monroe: Do you have any other names to throw into the mix other than Cedric Van Pram? Clint: It's Cedric Van Pran. It's SVP. Talk about Isaiah when Daniel Monroe: Yeah. Because there were some good ones there were some good ones. But it's Cedric Grandbrand to me. Clint: But like you might even convince me Drew Bobo could be in the discussion of this because of how stable he's been, okay? But no, Cedric Van Brand was something he was revolutionary as a center at UGA. Daniel Monroe: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I I think it's Cedric Van Pran. Absolutely, a hundred percent. And so now we get to the last position. We need one more guard on this team, Clint. I kick it over to I kick it over to you. Where do you want to go? Clint: Hundred percent. Yeah. Yeah. I I know who you're gonna go with, Daniel. I know what word No. This is this is your victory lap, Daniel. This is your coup d'etat. Let me put the cherry on top of the ice cream Sunday of offensive line. I I see the Florida representative of Tennessee, the name you want to say. Daniel Monroe: L listen, it's not that he was the best to ever do it. Okay? Clint: No. He he was one of the most productive to ever he could be one of the most productive offensive linemen ever to play at UGA. Daniel Monroe: Sure, he was quite productive. He didn't have a mullet and a podcast though. And so people are going to be upset that I'm not gonna say throw Tate Ratledge in there. I get it. I get it. But Solomon Kenley was twice as good at Georgia as Tate Ratledge was. Full stop. Full stop. Clint: It's it's not debatable. He Tate Ratledge may wind up being one of the best offensive linemen to ever play for Detroit in the history of its franchise. While at Georgia. Daniel Monroe: While at Georgia. Clint: Solomon King the Sali out shone him by a million miles. Daniel Monroe: Solomon Kinley's my favorite George offensive lineman of all time. He is he's everything that you want. He's everything that you want in an offensive lineman. and if you're telling me Andrew Thomas, Solomon Kinley, good God, Cedric Van Pran, Jamari Sawyer, Isaiah win. Clint: Yes. Daniel Monroe: ⁓ by the way, we're handing it off to Nick Chubb. Clint: Dib Daniel Monroe: Alright. Well Stetson Bennett's never gonna throw the ball. So the hate is gonna just keep going. It's gonna keep coming because my man ain't gonna throw it. He why would you throw it? Clint: It's time. Why? Why would you? George Pickens is tossing smaller defensive backs into brick walls. Lad McConkie is he's bored. Daniel Monroe: 'Cause he's bored. Yeah. Yeah. He's just out there doing nothing. Just hanging out. Clint: You notice, by the way, Ben Cleveland was instrumental in the recruiting at Georgia and shifted culture while at UGA. I'm okay. Ben Cleveland has no business being inside any conversation of best offensive linemen during Kirby Smart's Daniel Monroe: Yeah. Love Ben Cleveland. Not on the list. Juan Gaston currently better than the best version of Ben Cleveland. And he was disappointing last year because of injuries. I don't know I don't know what else to tell ya. Clint: Yes. It's so true. That that offense. Daniel Monroe: That offense just run the damn ball, Bobo. And we're gonna be Clint: Just yeah, you could you choose the offensive coordinator at that point. I don't care. Daniel Monroe: We know who the offensive if we wanted to go coaching staff, we know we know who the offensive coordinator would be. And as much as you and I have been Bobo stands in this podcast, it definitely would not be Mike Bobo. It would be Todd Munkin. it would be Todd Munkin Todd Hartley. And other than that, yeah, it doesn't matter. You just as long Yeah. Everyone else Clint: It not even a You can you can turn in your fobs immediately. If you're if you don't have Todd as your first name Daniel Monroe: Yeah, yeah, that's correct. We're only looking for more todds here. Sorry. Sorry about that. ⁓ Alright. Next time, Clint, I guess we want to do the defense. So be studying up and ⁓ try to not just draft the 2021 Georgia defense. That's what we're gonna try to do. Clint: Cod plus one. Yeah. Daniel Monroe: The twenty twenty-one defense plus Roquan Smith on the next episode of the Talking Dogs. Clint: Yeah. ⁓ my gosh.
