- 0:00Tracy: Kiona and welcome to Constellations and all that.
- 0:03Tracy: I'm your host, Tracy Cartwright, and together we will be exploring the world of family constellations with facilitators for and clients from around the world, looking at different perspectives and experiences in the work, having a cup of tea, and just chatting with some friends around their experiences in constellations.
- 0:23Tracy: We'd love for you to join us.
- 0:25Tracy: I hope that you enjoy this series as much as I have loved making it.
- 0:33Tracy: Kiata, everyone.
- 0:34Tracy: Welcome to Constellations and all that.
- 0:37Tracy: Today I have the pleasure.
- 0:39Tracy: Oh, I'm so excited to be chatting with my, with my new friend, but someone who I've admired for a very long time.
- 0:46Tracy: Megan Kelly, welcome Megan.
- 0:48Meghan: Thank you, Tracy.
- 0:50Meghan: Thank you so much.
- 0:51Meghan: Really happy to be here.
- 0:52Tracy: It's so good to have you here.
- 0:54Tracy: Um, yes, as I said, I've admired you for a very long time and I've been on a number of your workshops and then we got to meet recently.
- 1:02Tracy: That was super exciting for me.
- 1:04Tracy: Yeah, it
- 1:04Meghan: was wonderful to finally meet and I know there will be another time.
- 1:07Tracy: Would you like to share a little bit about yourself with the listeners and the viewers?
- 1:12Meghan: Sure.
- 1:13Meghan: Hello everyone.
- 1:14Meghan: I am.
- 1:16Meghan: I always start with where I'm from 'cause I can't hide that in my accent, but I am from the US originally Colorado, but I live in Belgium and um, I'm an Irish citizen, so a dual citizen that's brought me back to Europe.
- 1:29Meghan: I am a constellation facilitator, trainer, an astrologer, and I am a somatic psychotherapist, so I use all those things together, working with clients.
- 1:42Tracy: Brilliant, brilliant somatic psychotherapist.
- 1:46Tracy: I'm just gonna jump straight in there.
- 1:47Tracy: Tell me a little bit about that.
- 1:49Meghan: Yes.
- 1:50Meghan: Well, I'm trained in something called Bioenergetics, which was the first body-based psychotherapy.
- 1:56Tracy: Mm-hmm.
- 1:57Meghan: And, and also somatic experience.
- 1:59Meghan: And it's very much about the body is part of therapy, it's the body is our unconscious, so it's valuing.
- 2:08Meghan: The little things that this mind would discount body sensations, a twitch a perception because when you're in therapy talking, your body's gonna respond, and trauma is stored in the body.
- 2:21Meghan: Trauma stays in our muscles, it stays in the nervous system.
- 2:24Meghan: And so if you're working directly with that.
- 2:27Meghan: You're going more to the source.
- 2:28Meghan: It's important to work in the mind and to understand, and we need that as humans, but it's really, it's not the full journey.
- 2:37Meghan: Mm. I kind of look at it as halfway.
- 2:40Tracy: Yeah.
- 2:40Tracy: Yeah.
- 2:40Tracy: Well, it's not the whole, is it?
- 2:42Tracy: It's definitely not the whole,
- 2:44Meghan: but it's like a mind you gotta get through.
- 2:46Tracy: Yeah.
- 2:46Meghan: And so if we can go more, include the body.
- 2:52Tracy: And so you've got an offering coming up.
- 2:54Tracy: I don't think it started yet, around the nervous system.
- 2:56Tracy: Is this part of it?
- 2:57Tracy: Is that something Yeah,
- 2:59Meghan: I have a, I feel really passionate about this because it was constellations that brought me to the body.
- 3:05Meghan: Honestly, it, it was, it was my, my first constellation, they said after, you know, you didn't respond in your body very much.
- 3:13Meghan: So I, I recommend you do this.
- 3:15Meghan: And it was a whole world.
- 3:17Meghan: That I could respond in my, in my body more.
- 3:20Meghan: Wow.
- 3:21Meghan: So it really opened something so important and, and I've always been fascinated with the representatives and what happens in the body.
- 3:30Meghan: Why, why are they shaking?
- 3:32Meghan: What is this?
- 3:32Meghan: And, and now I understand.
- 3:34Meghan: And so I have an offering coming up March 24th.
- 3:37Meghan: It's a trauma informed how to learn to be trauma informed and body oriented working with constellations.
- 3:44Tracy: Fantastic.
- 3:45Tracy: Fantastic.
- 3:46Tracy: And that's not the nervous system one though.
- 3:48Meghan: It is.
- 3:48Meghan: It, well, I have one right now.
- 3:50Meghan: It just started, that's for every eight people.
- 3:54Meghan: Eight, eight week nervous system.
- 3:57Meghan: And then right after that is the, it's a nervous system, but trauma informed course for facilitators.
- 4:02Tracy: Can you tell I've been like looking at it, it keeps coming up on my email on that, and I've been like, mm, okay.
- 4:10Meghan: It's super.
- 4:11Meghan: I've come to learn.
- 4:12Meghan: I'll do the eight week one again.
- 4:14Meghan: Tracy like.
- 4:15Meghan: So keep in touch about that.
- 4:16Tracy: Yeah.
- 4:17Tracy: Yeah.
- 4:17Meghan: I know it's hard to reach the time zones.
- 4:20Meghan: I get folks from Australia and New Zealand writing.
- 4:23Meghan: But anyhow, that's a detail.
- 4:25Meghan: Um, it's really informative and I've learned that it's inspired a lot of people to, to go on further with somatics, the nervous system.
- 4:34Meghan: I think it's gonna be just part of our everyday language.
- 4:38Tracy: Absolutely.
- 4:39Tracy: Absolutely.
- 4:39Meghan: And we all, I mean, I see it now.
- 4:41Meghan: We all talk about nervous system, the states that we're in, and this is, this is about consciousness in my mind, body consciousness, body awareness.
- 4:51Tracy: Yeah, absolutely.
- 4:52Tracy: I think my journey with cacao really emphasize the nerve, for me, the nervous system, because I realized it calmed my nervous system so much.
- 5:03Tracy: That I realized the depth of, of the complex PTSD that I was dealing with and yeah, and noticing that my body, 'cause I was, I was burning out every six to eight weeks, maybe, maybe 10 weeks, like some going these waves and then starting the cacao.
- 5:24Tracy: Soothing that part of it instead of me really starting to look at my nervous system in a different way as well.
- 5:29Tracy: So, um,
- 5:31Meghan: wow.
- 5:31Tracy: Yeah.
- 5:32Tracy: It's so important, important,
- 5:35Meghan: important.
- 5:36Meghan: It's with us in every moment.
- 5:38Tracy: Yeah.
- 5:38Tracy: And do you weave that in with constellations?
- 5:41Tracy: What does it
- 5:42Meghan: Yes.
- 5:43Meghan: Yes.
- 5:44Meghan: I absolutely do.
- 5:44Meghan: I'm, I'm very body oriented with the constellations.
- 5:48Meghan: My teachers were always body oriented and I. My main teacher, we, we weren't really allowed to talk during constellations.
- 5:57Meghan: It was all body.
- 5:59Meghan: Mm.
- 6:00Meghan: Her name is Maria Crico from Barcelona.
- 6:03Meghan: And at the time it was like a little, but I have some words, you know, I wanna say something and, but I'm so appreciative that of the body focus and now I, I just really get it.
- 6:16Meghan: And I allow speaking and that kind of thing.
- 6:17Meghan: I see the value in that too.
- 6:19Meghan: But really try even working online to, let's stand, let's see what the body shows.
- 6:25Meghan: You know, 80% of our language is nonverbal.
- 6:29Meghan: Just by people going like this, it shows a lot instead of having to say it.
- 6:35Meghan: So I definitely inco incorporate this and this understanding of what's happening in the group as well.
- 6:42Meghan: Where is the energy flow?
- 6:44Meghan: Where are the nervous systems of the group?
- 6:46Meghan: Yeah.
- 6:46Meghan: How can we calm it before we start the next constellation?
- 6:50Tracy: Everybody breathe.
- 6:51Tracy: You're all holding your breath.
- 6:53Meghan: Yeah.
- 6:54Meghan: It's a way of holding safe space.
- 6:56Tracy: Yeah.
- 6:57Meghan: And allowing this to be healing for everyone.
- 6:59Tracy: That's beautiful.
- 7:00Tracy: And I've witnessed your work and I know that that's how you hold it too.
- 7:04Tracy: So it's, it's fantastic.
- 7:05Tracy: How do constellations find you?
- 7:08Meghan: Yeah.
- 7:08Meghan: I love this question.
- 7:10Meghan: Well.
- 7:11Meghan: I was living in Argentina.
- 7:13Meghan: It's always, I love Spanish.
- 7:15Meghan: And I actually went there to finish my master's degree in Linguistics.
- 7:20Meghan: So I went in the student mind and shifting my work to be a teacher.
- 7:25Meghan: But life had other plans.
- 7:28Meghan: I had a, yeah, I had a crisis there and was really searching for what do I do now?
- 7:35Meghan: What do I do now?
- 7:36Meghan: And a friend said, you should do a constellation.
- 7:39Meghan: And I had never heard of such a thing.
- 7:41Meghan: I had been going to like a weekly psychotherapy for eight or nine months.
- 7:46Meghan: I don't recall now.
- 7:48Meghan: 'cause in Buenos Aires, I always say this, if you don't have a therapist, you are the strange one.
- 7:53Meghan: And so it's really a playground for personal development and there's a lot of options available.
- 8:00Meghan: So I had been going to, uh, weekly therapy for eight or nine months.
- 8:05Meghan: I do this constellation and it got me to the same point.
- 8:09Meghan: After eight or nine months and thought, how, how is this possible?
- 8:12Meghan: Wow.
- 8:13Meghan: And it really lit a spark.
- 8:16Meghan: And, um, my first official teacher that I learned from, but not officially in training, is named Annie Shuf in, in Buenos Aires.
- 8:24Meghan: And she was a student of Anguin.
- 8:26Meghan: I later learned and um, and so I started participating in.
- 8:32Meghan: Biweekly groups and just understood my life.
- 8:37Meghan: You know, you, you go to another country, but you learn more about your own country when you, and so I really, it helped unravel the crisis I was in and the crises that had happened before in life and just helped make sense of everything.
- 8:53Meghan: Yeah.
- 8:54Meghan: So I, I feel incredibly grateful that Constellations found me and in a way.
- 8:59Meghan: It felt familiar too at first.
- 9:02Tracy: Mm, yeah, same.
- 9:05Tracy: That's the same for me.
- 9:07Tracy: If I remember rightly, I think we had a little conversation in Mexico and I think, isn't that where you met someone special?
- 9:14Meghan: Well, um, so eventually I left, I left Spain and as in, or I'm sorry, I left Argentina.
- 9:21Meghan: I, I went to Europe.
- 9:24Meghan: That came after working with the ancestors.
- 9:27Meghan: So I was using passport, traveling around Europe to see if I wanted to indeed move here.
- 9:33Meghan: And I went to a Constellation workshop in Barcelona.
- 9:36Meghan: Joanne Garriga is another teacher, mine, and a, a really an important person in my life and in my husband's life.
- 9:44Meghan: And I met my now husband in a workshop.
- 9:48Meghan: In Barcelona.
- 9:49Meghan: Yeah,
- 9:49Tracy: that's, that's great.
- 9:52Tracy: I've, I've heard of a, I've heard of a number of people that have met through, through Family Constellations with, and Yeah.
- 9:58Meghan: Yeah.
- 9:59Meghan: It's been my compass, that's how I describe it.
- 10:02Meghan: After this time in, in Argentina.
- 10:05Meghan: It was really my compass, like, all I know is I need to learn this, and I feel called to learn more and learn more about my, my, where I come from.
- 10:13Meghan: And then it led me to meet someone important like, like my, yeah.
- 10:18Tracy: Fantastic.
- 10:19Tracy: How do you, in your own words, how do you describe Family Constellations to someone that has never heard of it before?
- 10:26Meghan: Yeah.
- 10:27Meghan: I like to use the explanation of the Morphic field.
- 10:31Meghan: I'll say there's the flock of birds in the sky, there's the School of Fish in the sea, and how are they all connected and they don't?
- 10:39Meghan: Hit each other or get out of sync because it's a field that connects them.
- 10:44Meghan: This field has intelligence and we as humans have a field with our families and with our ancestors, and it's, it's a morphic field and it's how we are in touch with our families despite the distance.
- 10:58Meghan: And so in a constellation, we are giving form to the field.
- 11:03Meghan: There's the empty space, but it's full.
- 11:06Meghan: Like if we think of quantum physics, the field, the space looks empty, but it's full of particles.
- 11:12Meghan: So we are giving form to that field by representing and mapping out what the person has inside.
- 11:20Tracy: Right?
- 11:21Tracy: There's a totally different explanation to what I've heard before.
- 11:25Meghan: Is it?
- 11:26Meghan: Yeah.
- 11:27Meghan: Okay.
- 11:28Meghan: There's so many ways, right?
- 11:29Meghan: There's so many ways we could, but I, I, I get the experience.
- 11:34Meghan: I have the experience that people can capture that.
- 11:37Tracy: Yeah.
- 11:39Meghan: But I try to say, just come to a workshop.
- 11:41Meghan: 'cause it's really hard to explain.
- 11:43Tracy: That's usually what I add onto the end of my conversation as well.
- 11:46Tracy: Just come along.
- 11:46Tracy: It's hard to describe.
- 11:47Tracy: So come along, come and experience
- 11:49Meghan: it.
- 11:49Meghan: Highly experiential.
- 11:52Tracy: Now I also know that you do, um, and I think it's something that you've developed yourself.
- 11:57Tracy: Astro constellations.
- 11:59Tracy: Astrology constellations.
- 12:00Meghan: Yeah.
- 12:00Meghan: Yeah.
- 12:01Meghan: And the way I do it is something I've created.
- 12:05Meghan: There are others who do this, but I haven't learned this from anyone.
- 12:09Meghan: Well, astrology is something I've always, I've always loved, and it was really more a hobby and something that's helped me a lot in my life to understand patterns and understand myself.
- 12:20Tracy: Yeah.
- 12:21Meghan: Astrology is a system, and you can look at it as the system inside of you where the planets represent parts of you.
- 12:28Meghan: You can look at astrology as the family system.
- 12:31Meghan: You can read it for that.
- 12:33Meghan: You can read it for your health.
- 12:35Meghan: So it's a system on many levels.
- 12:37Meghan: And I thought, well, constellations are systems.
- 12:41Meghan: It works with systems, family systems, the most complex system organizations, so why wouldn't this?
- 12:49Meghan: Why wouldn't this work?
- 12:51Meghan: And yeah, little by little I, I incorporated knowledge of a person's chart with their permission in therapy, and little by little started adding it to constellations.
- 13:03Meghan: And I have developed, I have now that incorporates the, the wisdom of the chart and the symbolism.
- 13:10Meghan: And it's, it's truly amazing things that show up.
- 13:13Meghan: Astrology is a language of fractals.
- 13:16Tracy: Fractals.
- 13:16Tracy: Yeah.
- 13:17Tracy: Yeah.
- 13:18Tracy: And we, we talk about fractals and constellations.
- 13:20Tracy: Can you give me an example so that, uh, the listeners and the viewers can understand that a little bit more?
- 13:26Meghan: Yes.
- 13:27Meghan: Now which part?
- 13:28Meghan: The fractal part?
- 13:29Tracy: Both.
- 13:30Meghan: Okay.
- 13:30Meghan: Yeah.
- 13:31Meghan: Well, you know, there's some, there's some of us who love astrology and we know our chart yet we know it on paper.
- 13:39Meghan: We know it in the left brain.
- 13:41Tracy: Yeah.
- 13:41Tracy: And
- 13:42Meghan: what would, what would these planets say if they could talk, or what experiences have shown up in this aspect pattern?
- 13:50Meghan: Like, I'm doing this thinking of a a square or something.
- 13:53Meghan: Yeah, so you can come at it from the astrology angle.
- 13:57Meghan: To dissect your chart a little bit more.
- 14:00Meghan: I've had people do that and it gives meaning to the symbol, but usually, usually it works just like a constellation where you come, you ask an issue and I'll look at the chart or the transits to get an idea of what could, where could this be coming from?
- 14:18Meghan: But really, I sometimes it's not obvious.
- 14:22Meghan: Sometimes it's obvious with the symbols and what they ask for.
- 14:26Meghan: And I can give an example of that one, but some, but it's usually not obvious right away.
- 14:31Meghan: And they'll pick certain, they'll pick certain symbols or let's say we start a constellation.
- 14:39Meghan: Let's pick some, pick someone for mom, pick someone for you, and we start the constellation like anything else.
- 14:46Meghan: And I'll use what they say.
- 14:49Meghan: Like, I remember once someone said, gosh, my kidneys, my kidneys are hurting.
- 14:54Meghan: Well, kidneys are ruled by Libra.
- 14:57Meghan: So I look in the chart, where's Libra?
- 14:59Meghan: Okay.
- 15:00Meghan: The moon sign is Libra.
- 15:01Meghan: Bingo.
- 15:02Meghan: There's mom.
- 15:02Meghan: So you see you're using information from the field?
- 15:05Meghan: Yeah.
- 15:07Meghan: And in the end it will show you, it's usually it's part of the chart that is coming out.
- 15:14Meghan: It's a constellation like anything else, but we can look where the experience is hidden in the chart.
- 15:20Meghan: So it brings awareness to, well, it's like any constellation, but it brings more depth of understanding of their own chart.
- 15:28Meghan: Does that explain?
- 15:30Tracy: Yeah, yeah, yeah, it does.
- 15:32Tracy: And does that explain the fractal part of it?
- 15:35Meghan: So the fractal part, I'll give an example.
- 15:38Meghan: A recent example was a girl who came and said.
- 15:43Meghan: Um, excuse me, it's a woman here in Brussels and she said, I don't feel like I'm living a very fulfilling life.
- 15:50Meghan: Mm-hmm.
- 15:51Meghan: I don't feel like I'm living my authentic life, you know, and I wanna feel fulfilled in my, in my life direction.
- 15:59Meghan: And so it ended up showing parts of, of the chart, let's say I believe it was Uranus in-house eight Square, her moon in-house.
- 16:12Meghan: Um, 11 in astrology terms, this, it wasn't Moon, it was Venus.
- 16:18Meghan: In astrology terms, this could mean, you know, getting her value by being different or.
- 16:25Meghan: Not showing herself enough because she's inherently different.
- 16:29Meghan: Uranus makes us different.
- 16:30Meghan: It makes us unique.
- 16:31Meghan: It makes us, uh, show, it may feel like the excluded one.
- 16:35Meghan: It comes out like that often.
- 16:37Meghan: And so as the Constellation went on, it showed that many women in the lion didn't live fulfilling lives.
- 16:44Meghan: So she was, her experience was a fractal.
- 16:48Meghan: Of the bigger experience of women in the line not feeling fulfilled and the symbolism could add up.
- 16:55Meghan: You know, astrology is a lot of interpretive language, but House eight is the house of deep experiences, the house of the house of trauma, the house of things that are, when we have planets there, it's something to, um, something for us to work out in our life.
- 17:14Tracy: Yeah.
- 17:14Meghan: On behalf of ancestors, because we are going to be a recipient of what happened.
- 17:21Meghan: The Constellation was similar to any constellation showing an inheritance from the women.
- 17:28Meghan: Yeah.
- 17:28Meghan: And that she was in line of the same thing.
- 17:30Meghan: She was in line of not living at the fulfilled life that she wanted, like not finding her authenticity was the issue, and the astrologist gave another layer, another, well, let's call it confirmation.
- 17:44Meghan: I call it that confirmation that this happens.
- 17:47Meghan: The
- 17:47Tracy: perspective Perspective,
- 17:49Meghan: it's, it's the same thing but on the chart really.
- 17:52Tracy: So in astrology, things are kind of destined, aren't they?
- 17:55Tracy: And set out.
- 17:56Tracy: So is it just that you look at it then differently because you're moving things in a constellation?
- 18:02Tracy: 'cause you can't really change the
- 18:04Meghan: Right, that's a good question.
- 18:06Tracy: The what shows
- 18:07Meghan: right.
- 18:08Meghan: The chart never changes.
- 18:09Meghan: If it's your natal chart, it never changes.
- 18:13Meghan: But I describe it like this.
- 18:15Meghan: How can it be?
- 18:16Meghan: It's your, it's your chart from your birth until the day you pass on.
- 18:20Meghan: It's layered with consciousness.
- 18:22Tracy: Right.
- 18:23Meghan: Okay.
- 18:24Meghan: Layered with awareness, because the younger self, this pattern, Venus, Uranus, could show up as feeling excluded from friends, maybe
- 18:35Tracy: being
- 18:36Meghan: the outsider of groups.
- 18:38Tracy: Yeah.
- 18:39Meghan: Being, being the different one or being bullied even.
- 18:43Meghan: It could show up in many ways, but that's her unique experience.
- 18:48Meghan: Then later in life, she becomes more aware.
- 18:51Meghan: Actually, it's beautiful to be different.
- 18:54Meghan: I'm finding more who I am.
- 18:56Meghan: I see it as it was painful in the younger self.
- 19:01Tracy: Yeah.
- 19:02Meghan: Especially 'cause I cared so much about friends and all, and my value was put there.
- 19:06Meghan: But the older I get.
- 19:08Meghan: My value is in me, so I value being different.
- 19:13Meghan: You see how that's the same symbol?
- 19:15Tracy: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 19:16Tracy: You can turn that into your superpower.
- 19:18Tracy: Right?
- 19:18Tracy: Okay.
- 19:19Tracy: I'm different.
- 19:19Tracy: I'm gonna, that's gonna be exactly my superpower rather than, yeah.
- 19:25Tracy: Part that if it makes me feel excluded.
- 19:27Meghan: Exactly.
- 19:28Meghan: That's the transformation of the symbol.
- 19:29Meghan: Yeah.
- 19:30Meghan: That's the consciousness of, of the chart.
- 19:32Meghan: So we are bringing more awareness to the chart on a personal level or and or ancestral with the constellations to see that what you're living is a fractal of what other others lived, and let's honor it.
- 19:48Meghan: Let's recognize it.
- 19:50Meghan: Let's go your way and find more freedom.
- 19:53Tracy: So if you were doing this in a workshop, they wouldn't just give you a date there and there and then you work it out there.
- 20:00Tracy: Is that right?
- 20:00Tracy: Or you, they would pre-book in to be the person in the hot seat or the seeker or something?
- 20:06Meghan: Well, it can, it can work where it's in the moment.
- 20:09Meghan: But you know, I, I can.
- 20:12Meghan: I would need to pause a little to put in the details and to start and be referring a little to the chart as we're going.
- 20:19Meghan: Like I do use the chart.
- 20:21Meghan: You don't have to have the chart to do this, but it's more meaningful I find.
- 20:26Meghan: And so, um, I have monthly circles and.
- 20:30Meghan: I ask people, do you give us permission to show your chart for learning?
- 20:34Meghan: And when they do and when it's meaningful, we'll look at the chart and look at that, and it's, it's just truly fascinating.
- 20:41Meghan: Almost every new moon, whatever the degree of the new moon is, it's almost always what's touching the person's chart.
- 20:49Tracy: Wow.
- 20:50Meghan: Last time someone came who didn't know astrology at all, and it was on a Capricorn New Moon and she was Capricorn Moon, and she didn't know.
- 20:59Meghan: And she didn't know what that meant.
- 21:01Meghan: Wow.
- 21:01Meghan: So it was so touching to show her what that means.
- 21:05Meghan: When we learn our moon sign, it's.
- 21:07Meghan: So informative, but at the same time it was the, the Loo Nation.
- 21:13Meghan: The degree of the new Moon was like shining a big light on her chart at that same place.
- 21:19Meghan: So it really is feeling in connection with the bigger field.
- 21:24Tracy: Fascinating.
- 21:25Tracy: Isn't it fascinating.
- 21:26Tracy: Yeah.
- 21:27Tracy: I had someone come to one of my workshops thinking if she was coming to an astrology workshop.
- 21:32Tracy: And at the beginning of the circle I said, remember, this is not about star signs.
- 21:37Tracy: And she went, oh.
- 21:38Tracy: And I just looked at her and she said, 'cause she was the first person who signed up for this workshop.
- 21:42Tracy: She said, I thought I was coming to an astrology one.
- 21:46Tracy: Because it's called constellations, right?
- 21:47Tracy: I, and so I said, yeah, explained a bit more and explained fully what it was, and, and that would've been in my description, but she's just sort, seen the word constellations.
- 21:58Tracy: And I invited, I asked her if she would like to leave, if that would be, you know, if this isn't what you were planning, would you like to leave and I'll refund you, blah, blah.
- 22:06Tracy: She says, no.
- 22:09Tracy: I trust that I'm here for a reason and she ended up being the first person in the hot seat and had an amazing experience.
- 22:16Tracy: But, you know, um, yeah, it can, people can put the two and two or think they're the same thing, but I love how you have been able to combine them together in your way.
- 22:29Tracy: And are there other people that are doing astrology ones in a different way?
- 22:34Meghan: Well, I see it around more and more.
- 22:37Tracy: Okay.
- 22:37Meghan: And this, this is why I trademarked the name for myself, just so it's clear.
- 22:43Meghan: This is what I've created.
- 22:45Tracy: Yeah.
- 22:46Meghan: You know, um, so I'm not really sure how others do it.
- 22:52Meghan: There was, there is a woman that I found some inspiration from.
- 22:56Meghan: Her name is Cecilia in Argent.
- 22:59Meghan: To, to, uh, to mention her here, but, but this also, you see, you can constellate collective matters.
- 23:08Meghan: We did, we did a constellation, a collective event about Pluto going to Aquarius in, uh, November, 2024.
- 23:17Meghan: So it was a collective constellation and bringing in the, these archetypes.
- 23:23Meghan: So that's a very different thing than these monthly circles.
- 23:27Meghan: Where we're bringing the chart.
- 23:29Meghan: And when I first started this, in fact, it was more, um, it wasn't exactly the astro constellation like I'm ex describing with the fractals.
- 23:39Meghan: It was more about, um, our moon sign for example.
- 23:45Meghan: Our moon is our inner world.
- 23:46Meghan: It's our connection with our mother.
- 23:48Meghan: It's how we mother ourselves, it's our needs.
- 23:51Tracy: So that's not our.
- 23:53Tracy: What we call our star sign.
- 23:55Meghan: Our star sign is our sun sign.
- 23:57Tracy: Sun sign.
- 23:58Tracy: Yeah.
- 23:58Meghan: The sun sign.
- 23:59Meghan: Yeah.
- 24:00Meghan: Mm-hmm.
- 24:00Meghan: And then the, the moon is the part that you don't see about a person unless you get to know them pretty well.
- 24:07Meghan: And, but that's the part that, that we operate from in relationships.
- 24:13Meghan: As well as as other parts.
- 24:15Meghan: All the parts we're all the parts.
- 24:16Meghan: You know, the chart is our wholeness, but there's many ways of doing it.
- 24:22Meghan: In other words, what I'm trying to say is there's many ways of working with astrology, with constellations.
- 24:28Meghan: There's so many types of astrology out there.
- 24:30Meghan: How is that?
- 24:31Meghan: How can there be medical astrology, ancestral and psychological and evolutionary?
- 24:38Meghan: And it's really fractals.
- 24:40Meghan: It's looking at.
- 24:42Meghan: It's the body is a fractal.
- 24:45Meghan: It's looking at all of it as fractals.
- 24:48Meghan: That's how I see it now.
- 24:49Tracy: Yeah.
- 24:50Tracy: I first heard that term from Anin probably about 10 years ago.
- 24:54Tracy: I'd never even heard the term fractals before, and it's like,
- 24:57Meghan: yeah, it's really anin I've learned from as well.
- 25:00Tracy: Hmm.
- 25:01Tracy: Fractals being the parts of us, or that we are all.
- 25:07Tracy: Fractal beings, aren't we?
- 25:08Tracy: And that, and there's time fractals and time, um, fractals in our lineage.
- 25:14Meghan: Yeah.
- 25:15Meghan: I look at it as like this repetition in the fabric of time that that replicates, you know?
- 25:21Meghan: Yeah.
- 25:21Meghan: Geometrically.
- 25:22Meghan: If you look at a fractal pattern, it just keeps going and going and going.
- 25:26Meghan: And so our story, like this example of this woman living in 2026.
- 25:33Meghan: With this experience of feeling unfulfilled or I'm not living, I'm not, I don't know.
- 25:38Meghan: My authenticity, I can't get to it, is reminiscent of other women in her system starting from something else even.
- 25:48Meghan: Yeah, right far back.
- 25:49Meghan: Do we go to reach the source of where all these patterns started?
- 25:54Meghan: So I look at it as really these repetitions in time, they come out in a certain frequency like.
- 26:02Meghan: We do a constellation, we recognize we honor and we create more ripples forward.
- 26:08Tracy: Yeah.
- 26:08Tracy: And do you notice, so I am just thinking if you went back to the source of the fragmentation, we'll say the source of the issue, where did it start?
- 26:20Tracy: In the family system?
- 26:21Tracy: Uh, and, and I'm assuming.
- 26:24Tracy: That maybe they, they feel different in different systems, but, or is there a, a for you, a theme of how it shows up, how it feels energetically, like you would like,
- 26:36Meghan: like that's the trauma,
- 26:38Tracy: you know?
- 26:38Tracy: Yeah, yeah.
- 26:39Meghan: That's the trauma.
- 26:40Meghan: And it, and it, it's not, it's doesn't flow.
- 26:43Meghan: It's not harmonious, you know?
- 26:44Tracy: Yeah.
- 26:45Meghan: It's like, where's my authenticity?
- 26:47Meghan: Ugh.
- 26:47Meghan: Ugh.
- 26:48Meghan: And those are the fractals that repeat.
- 26:50Tracy: Hmm.
- 26:51Meghan: Starting from some big, ugh, if we say it like this and it's the co, it's with this consciousness, this awareness of, wow, I am one of you women.
- 27:02Meghan: I am one of you.
- 27:04Meghan: I am part of this system.
- 27:06Meghan: I even feel this settling, saying that this, this acceptance, this inclusion of who we are, this acknowledging right, the power of acknowledging is, which is really presence as well.
- 27:20Meghan: Yeah.
- 27:21Meghan: Being present with what's happened because I see it now.
- 27:26Meghan: I understand.
- 27:28Meghan: And with that power of presence, with that, that new awareness.
- 27:33Meghan: With knowing that I never will not belong I, or never not be a part of this system, but because I'm gaining more awareness, giving the choice to do it differently.
- 27:46Tracy: Yeah, because you once you know you can't unknow it, can you?
- 27:49Meghan: That's it.
- 27:51Tracy: Yeah.
- 27:52Tracy: Fabulous.
- 27:53Meghan: It's like without knowing, we just repeat.
- 27:56Tracy: Yeah.
- 27:57Meghan: And that is our fate.
- 27:59Meghan: That's what I look at it as.
- 28:01Meghan: That's what we say.
- 28:02Meghan: We use this word fate in death in constellation work.
- 28:05Tracy: Mm-hmm.
- 28:07Meghan: So we just repeat not knowing that's the fate of the system.
- 28:11Meghan: That was the fate of many of the women.
- 28:14Meghan: I'm a woman there.
- 28:15Meghan: But when we consciously say and realize, wow, I can honor you, but I, I can do differently.
- 28:22Meghan: I live in a different time.
- 28:24Meghan: I do have more freedoms now.
- 28:26Tracy: Yeah.
- 28:28Meghan: Then we can open to destiny.
- 28:30Meghan: And make our life what we want.
- 28:32Tracy: Brilliant.
- 28:33Tracy: Yeah.
- 28:34Tracy: Oh, that's beautiful.
- 28:36Tracy: And so did you do, sorry,
- 28:38Meghan: just to say, really astrology that's giving me this understanding because we look at the chart as when we're just, you know, an autopilot, we're not really conscious of the symbol or how to work with it consciously.
- 28:51Tracy: Mm-hmm.
- 28:51Meghan: Like, like all of us, you know.
- 28:54Meghan: Then, oh, there we go again.
- 28:55Meghan: Oh, it's that part of the chart.
- 28:56Meghan: Oh, there we go again.
- 28:58Meghan: And eventually we may say, okay, I'm gonna respond differently.
- 29:02Meghan: I'm gonna consciously work with this to create a new outcome.
- 29:06Tracy: Yeah, yeah.
- 29:07Tracy: Well, we can't keep doing the same things and we're expecting a different outcome.
- 29:11Tracy: Can we, so do you still do classical constellations, or is it, are you favoring more to astrology?
- 29:17Tracy: Yeah.
- 29:18Meghan: Oh, I definitely do classical constellations.
- 29:21Meghan: Astrology focuses is not for everyone.
- 29:24Meghan: Yeah.
- 29:24Meghan: You know, everybody would be interested.
- 29:27Meghan: Um, it could be confusing and just not necessary for, for some folks, and so I definitely consider that I hold monthly circles in Brussels and online for regular constellations.
- 29:41Meghan: And then I have the astro circles separate.
- 29:43Meghan: For on the news, I have a, a moon membership.
- 29:47Meghan: Some people come, the members come every month.
- 29:50Meghan: We, we had a chart reading session last night, so there's a lot included in their membership and they are astrology focused, but they like the constellations too.
- 30:00Tracy: Fantastic.
- 30:01Tracy: That's very cool.
- 30:02Meghan: So I leave it up to the person like, would you like astrology?
- 30:05Meghan: Would you like to know about this?
- 30:08Tracy: Yeah.
- 30:08Meghan: I find more and more people say yes.
- 30:11Meghan: But I definitely, I, I am a big fan of constellations in all levels, so I, I stick with the traditional ones too.
- 30:19Tracy: And you do a little bit of shamanic work as well?
- 30:23Tracy: Or is that heavily influencing your constellations these days?
- 30:27Meghan: Yeah, no, that really, I would say my traditional constellations are influenced in that respect.
- 30:33Meghan: You know, Dan Van Comp's been a really important teacher in my life, and, uh, training with him, working with him over the years has influenced me a lot in my Constellation style.
- 30:45Meghan: So I use my drum regularly.
- 30:47Meghan: For example, I started using the Drum to really keep folks going, to not go to the mind to stay in the body.
- 30:55Meghan: To stay with the feeling.
- 30:56Meghan: Okay.
- 30:57Meghan: We start talking, okay, follow the drum.
- 30:59Meghan: Just listen to the drum.
- 31:01Meghan: And it's now just the way I do it and it keeps, it takes people back to the body.
- 31:08Tracy: It does,
- 31:08Meghan: yeah.
- 31:08Meghan: Back to where we started.
- 31:10Meghan: And um, and I know we met talking about voice.
- 31:15Meghan: I, I will open up in voice if.
- 31:19Meghan: If the, if the circumstances really, there's no words for it.
- 31:23Tracy: Yeah,
- 31:24Meghan: no words.
- 31:25Meghan: What can we say?
- 31:26Meghan: So it's been something that's just emerged on its own.
- 31:30Meghan: So I, I will sing, I invite the people to sing with me.
- 31:33Meghan: You know, let's honor what was lost here.
- 31:36Meghan: Honor it with some sound, with some voice, and keeping us all present as well.
- 31:42Meghan: You know, sometimes the big stories can be shaking for, for everyone.
- 31:47Meghan: So how do we just stay in the moment and stay present?
- 31:50Tracy: Well, when you go back to your, to our, to our clan or our tribe, or our, our communities, our, you know, original communities, our ancient communities, there was so much singing sounding song and, and that was weave weaving into daily life as well as I, I think in.
- 32:11Tracy: From my experience and what I've witnessed is, is in that, is there, it is almost like prayer.
- 32:16Meghan: Yeah.
- 32:17Tracy: But not in the way that we see prayer today.
- 32:20Meghan: Yes.
- 32:21Meghan: That's beautiful.
- 32:22Meghan: And what is prayer?
- 32:23Meghan: The unity, bringing to people together in something sacred?
- 32:27Meghan: Something in common.
- 32:29Tracy: Yeah, absolutely.
- 32:31Tracy: I found for me the, um, the drum, there's, I mean, I have a story about that and I've shared that many times on here about.
- 32:39Tracy: The way the drum came to me, but it really activates and supports my, my voice.
- 32:46Tracy: You know, when there was that part of me that still wasn't ready to ha be seen or heard fully in my, where I am now, um, then I could drum and then that would, was almost like, well that gave me the confidence to then start getting louder and let my voice out and Yeah, just to let the sounds out.
- 33:04Tracy: So yeah, we find our different ways, right.
- 33:08Tracy: Different ways to do this.
- 33:09Tracy: I don't, but I guess I do a lot of what would be termed Shamanic in at work.
- 33:16Meghan: Yes, I would say so.
- 33:17Meghan: Tracy, from what I see with, with your work, but yeah, I don't use the term so, so much either.
- 33:25Tracy: Yeah.
- 33:26Meghan: I, I really do look at a constellation more in terms of a ceremonial or.
- 33:31Meghan: Hmm.
- 33:32Meghan: Like a ritual that, that we are here, you know, and I, and I think some of that's because I am a therapist and so I kind of, I kind of cringe actually calling it family constellation therapy, even though that's one of the most Google terms.
- 33:47Meghan: If you find it, and it is therapy, I like to say it's therapeutic, but this is also a very spiritual practice, working with the soul, working with souls that are on the other side.
- 34:02Tracy: Yeah.
- 34:03Meghan: And a lot of it is just acknowledging and, and, and honoring what could be or what didn't happen, so.
- 34:15Meghan: That's how I frame it and, and explain it in the beginning of a circle as well.
- 34:21Tracy: Yeah.
- 34:22Tracy: Yeah.
- 34:22Tracy: And when you're, as you were saying that, I was thinking about, you know, the amount of times I've seen it where someone's representing someone and then the person's going, wow, that's just the way my mother would stand, or, that's exactly what my father would've said to me.
- 34:38Tracy: You don't like those words?
- 34:39Tracy: And, and yeah, we are bringing them through.
- 34:41Tracy: Yeah.
- 34:42Tracy: Do you have, um.
- 34:44Tracy: A favorite teacher or teachers, and if so, who and why?
- 34:49Meghan: Good question.
- 34:50Tracy: Questions.
- 34:51Tracy: There's a whole lot on that one.
- 34:52Tracy: No.
- 34:52Meghan: When you, when you learn something so sacred like this, our teachers are so precious, like I will be forever grateful to Annie Sch for what she opened for me, and she was really a inspiration in the, in the beginning of this, she has a center in Arjun, Buenos Aires.
- 35:14Meghan: She's a very gifted person.
- 35:17Meghan: And then I honor Maria in, in Barcelona and all she taught me and my teacher after that was Dan van au and he is a very precious teacher to me.
- 35:28Meghan: What happened with that?
- 35:29Meghan: You know, along the lines of shamanism I was living in, in Argentina.
- 35:35Meghan: And I started, it was during this time of crisis really.
- 35:39Meghan: I started having dreams with animals that were different than I had ever had.
- 35:45Meghan: Yeah.
- 35:46Meghan: And there was one where I was with a small group of people that were in my life at the time, and all of a sudden there was a tiger.
- 35:55Meghan: And the tiger came and it went straight to my neck, but it stopped and it was like this intense fear.
- 36:03Meghan: That I hadn't experienced in dreams before.
- 36:06Tracy: Yeah.
- 36:06Meghan: So I happened to be in a dream interpretation group at the time so I could talk to them about this.
- 36:12Meghan: And some of them knew these are the animal spirits.
- 36:15Meghan: And then there were other ones that weren't like that, but there were animals coming in the dreams and it opened this realm of Shama shamanism.
- 36:24Meghan: And, uh, spirits coming like this.
- 36:27Meghan: And so that was one track.
- 36:29Meghan: And then the constellations were happening.
- 36:32Meghan: And then later along the lines someone said, but there's a teacher who combines both.
- 36:37Meghan: And I just knew that I needed to meet that teacher that was Dan.
- 36:41Meghan: So he's been very precious to me and continues to be.
- 36:44Meghan: And, and an Gwen has been a very precious teacher to me.
- 36:48Meghan: Yeah.
- 36:49Meghan: She really has
- 36:50Tracy: and suggest, yeah.
- 36:51Meghan: Angu suggest, uh, the fact also that.
- 36:55Meghan: She worked in Argentina.
- 36:56Meghan: My first teacher was her, was her student.
- 36:59Meghan: She lived in Belgium where I live.
- 37:02Meghan: We have a lot of crossovers, so I've really learned a lot from her.
- 37:05Meghan: Continue to, and I'll also mention someone who's been a very, a very wise teacher, is named Pia Koff in Norway, and she works with Hellinger, the Spirit Mind Constellations, the final work of Helen.
- 37:20Meghan: Ah,
- 37:20Tracy: yes.
- 37:21Tracy: I think I'm, yeah, I'm going to be doing some work with her this weekend.
- 37:26Meghan: Oh, yes.
- 37:28Meghan: Really?
- 37:29Meghan: That's been highly transformative.
- 37:32Tracy: Yeah, and
- 37:32Meghan: she's a, a very, I would say a very important teacher as well.
- 37:37Meghan: I know there's others that I haven't listed.
- 37:40Meghan: You know, there's teachers outside of constellations that have been really precious in my life.
- 37:45Meghan: I think when you find someone who really feels like this person has something that could really, really add to my life and my own life experience, it's really precious.
- 37:57Tracy: Absolutely.
- 37:58Meghan: And to appreciate that and to honor our teachers and today's world.
- 38:02Meghan: Sadly, we don't do this enough in my opinion.
- 38:05Meghan: We just, we, we just take, we take it as our own.
- 38:09Meghan: We don't acknowledge or maybe even consider all the work that went in to what the teachers can offer us.
- 38:17Tracy: Do you think that's, um, something that's happened more and more over the years with technology opening up or that's just human nature?
- 38:27Meghan: I think it's a combination of things.
- 38:29Meghan: I think it is, things are more accessible with technology, so there's more stuff out there.
- 38:36Meghan: And I don't wanna go down a rabbit hole, but the way I look at it, Tracy, is there is something called the the, the Yuga cycle, which is how the ancient BS in India would count time.
- 38:50Meghan: And it's a big circle.
- 38:51Meghan: The top of the circle was the golden age.
- 38:54Meghan: As you went down where we are now, we just left the call.
- 38:58Meghan: You guys called and it's the lowest point of consciousness and I attribute to that,
- 39:04Tracy: right?
- 39:05Tracy: Yes.
- 39:06Meghan: We see it in the world today.
- 39:07Meghan: We see it all around.
- 39:10Meghan: Yeah.
- 39:10Meghan: But we are on the start of the ascension.
- 39:13Tracy: I was gonna say, when we're starting to rise again, aren't we?
- 39:17Tracy: Yeah,
- 39:18Meghan: I've
- 39:19Tracy: heard of it before.
- 39:20Meghan: Have you heard of it?
- 39:21Meghan: Yeah.
- 39:21Tracy: Yeah.
- 39:22Meghan: I don't have the book here on hand, I don't think, don't have it to show, but I, but I read a book recently about this and it talked about that in the Ali Yuga.
- 39:34Meghan: It's a time when people take from each other.
- 39:36Meghan: So I think about that.
- 39:38Tracy: Yeah,
- 39:39Meghan: and think about, you know, honoring our teachers and all that.
- 39:42Meghan: They learn.
- 39:44Meghan: It's wisdom through all their challenges that they knows.
- 39:53Tracy: Having a little giggle to myself.
- 39:54Tracy: I saw you go.
- 39:55Tracy: I think I've got the book here.
- 39:57Tracy: Are you a book Hoarder?
- 39:58Tracy: Oh yes.
- 39:59Tracy: Oh my gosh.
- 40:00Tracy: I'm like, oh, I need that book.
- 40:02Tracy: Oh, I like that book.
- 40:03Tracy: Oh, I know.
- 40:04Tracy: I'll read that someday.
- 40:05Tracy: I haven't read them all.
- 40:06Tracy: But it comes back to that, that what you just shared about, you know, the teachers and stuff, there's the wisdom and the knowledge that are in the books, and the people have though, as they've created it, right, they've put that wisdom into the.
- 40:20Tracy: Pages, but also into consciousness.
- 40:23Tracy: So my theory is that if I sleep with lots of books around me, it's going to infuse into me.
- 40:31Tracy: As much as reading them, and I do read them, but I, I also have lots of books and I had been known to create a circle of books, just go into all my books and go, which one wants to come with me now?
- 40:45Tracy: And I, and I might come out with a, you know.
- 40:48Tracy: A dozen or 15 or something books, I create a circle and I'll stand in the middle and that's where I might, uh, call in the energy of what is needed from the wisdom of these books.
- 40:57Tracy: And they might not all be constellation books.
- 40:59Tracy: They might gather things.
- 41:01Tracy: Um, yeah, yeah.
- 41:02Tracy: It's in the field.
- 41:04Tracy: It's where I'm
- 41:05Meghan: Well, I like your theory.
- 41:07Meghan: I can't say I read them all either.
- 41:08Meghan: No.
- 41:09Meghan: I'm one of those where that book touches me.
- 41:12Meghan: I know it has something that I will, that will inspire me.
- 41:17Meghan: I get it for the right moment and then when the moment opens, which book is it?
- 41:22Meghan: It's like this excitement of which one will I go to now?
- 41:26Meghan: But I also learned something coming back to astrology when it's Mercury retrograde.
- 41:31Meghan: It might be a time where you buy a lot of books and I thought, my gosh, maybe that's what happens to me.
- 41:37Meghan: That I buy a lot of books at Mercury Retrograde.
- 41:41Meghan: Truly.
- 41:42Tracy: I'll have to keep an eye out.
- 41:43Meghan: Keep an eye out, I think,
- 41:45Tracy: because it does come in little spats.
- 41:47Tracy: Oh yeah, I need, I need some, I haven't looked, haven't looked for books for so long, and then all of a sudden, oh, I need to buy some books.
- 41:54Tracy: Mm.
- 41:55Meghan: Yeah, if my husband heard our question, he would say, he would say something.
- 42:00Meghan: Another one, Megan, another one.
- 42:03Tracy: So much goodness.
- 42:05Tracy: In those books
- 42:06Meghan: so much.
- 42:06Tracy: And I would've, yeah.
- 42:08Tracy: Yeah.
- 42:08Tracy: Just
- 42:09Meghan: learning.
- 42:09Meghan: Know.
- 42:09Tracy: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 42:11Tracy: I, as a, as a young one, I, I didn't think I had much, uh, mouse much.
- 42:17Tracy: I wasn't, I didn't consider myself very clever.
- 42:20Tracy: Uh, I, 'cause I was struggled to focus, but, um.
- 42:25Tracy: As I've gotten older, I've just absorb and I love learning, and I'm a lifelong learner, so, yeah.
- 42:32Tracy: Yeah.
- 42:33Tracy: I love it.
- 42:34Tracy: Yeah.
- 42:35Meghan: Well, that's what is so great about this work that we're constantly learning about ourselves.
- 42:41Meghan: About where we come from, about what could be learning about others and what they've been through.
- 42:48Tracy: The beauty exactly.
- 42:49Tracy: You could witness someone else's constellation and all of a sudden you get another layer of appreciation for maybe what your grandparents have had to go through or where your parents
- 42:59Meghan: and the human spirit, you know, to see what people go through and they're, they're still standing.
- 43:05Meghan: They're still looking for answers forward.
- 43:07Meghan: It's really like a testament of the human spirit.
- 43:10Meghan: It's such human work.
- 43:11Meghan: That's what I love about it.
- 43:13Meghan: It's really about humanity.
- 43:15Meghan: We all have a family.
- 43:16Meghan: We all have a nervous system.
- 43:18Meghan: We're equal.
- 43:19Tracy: Yeah.
- 43:21Meghan: Yeah.
- 43:22Tracy: Yeah.
- 43:22Tracy: And knowing that we can, we inherit our mother's nervous system and our fathers to the point of, you know, particularly conception.
- 43:31Tracy: We inherit what has been running through our mother's nervous system.
- 43:34Tracy: So when we can find peace and ease and acknowledge what that is, then uh, we can, we can move, yeah.
- 43:42Meghan: Calmer, more aware, more alive.
- 43:46Tracy: Yeah.
- 43:47Meghan: Being more alive, more embodied.
- 43:50Meghan: We are not just two dimensional, you know, we are coming back to our first question about the body.
- 43:56Meghan: Hmm.
- 43:56Meghan: We live in this body and it's this body that I see as the primary instrument in a constellation.
- 44:04Tracy: Yeah.
- 44:05Meghan: And when we can be really present with that, we can heal in the representative role.
- 44:11Meghan: When we let the move through us, it's, it's us as well.
- 44:15Meghan: Right.
- 44:15Meghan: How can it be that?
- 44:17Meghan: This is someone else's story, but it's my story.
- 44:19Tracy: Mm-hmm.
- 44:20Meghan: It's tools as well of human experience.
- 44:24Tracy: Exactly.
- 44:25Tracy: Yeah.
- 44:25Tracy: I've, I've heard a number of people say, you know, I was representing and I thought I was not doing a good job because it was my story.
- 44:33Tracy: And, but that's often the case.
- 44:36Tracy: You know, the representatives are there, the perfect role for them and because it is part of their story as well without.
- 44:45Tracy: Having said that at the beginning, but it's Yeah.
- 44:49Tracy: Perfect.
- 44:49Tracy: Representatives come along, eh?
- 44:51Tracy: The teachers.
- 44:51Meghan: Yeah.
- 44:52Meghan: It's part of the mystery, isn't it?
- 44:53Meghan: Part of the mystery.
- 44:55Tracy: Did you, did you get to meet Birch Hellinger?
- 44:57Meghan: Never like shaking his hand, but I did see him live once in Spain and it was really a life changing weekend.
- 45:05Tracy: Yeah,
- 45:06Meghan: the weekend, the, uh, the awareness that came, it, it really was life changing.
- 45:12Meghan: It, it was all about the mother that weekend.
- 45:16Meghan: It's all about the, what they call in Spanish, el cam madre, the journey to mother.
- 45:23Tracy: Yeah.
- 45:23Meghan: And I don't know if the intention was to be that the whole weekend, but that's what it was.
- 45:28Meghan: And, um, I thought, gosh, if I was chosen to constellate with Heer, what, what would it be?
- 45:33Meghan: And, and I had in mind it would be this subject, but the understanding of the subject came as the weekend went on without needing to sit on stage with him.
- 45:45Tracy: Yeah.
- 45:46Meghan: But you know, really the, the power of, of what he transmitted and what he.
- 45:52Meghan: Brought into form.
- 45:53Meghan: Mm,
- 45:55Tracy: very grateful.
- 45:55Tracy: Very grateful that he was able to bring this work through in this time and space and history.
- 46:03Tracy: Yeah, and I believe, personally, I believe it's ancient work that has been brought through in a more modern understanding.
- 46:11Meghan: I agree with you.
- 46:13Meghan: I completely agree with you.
- 46:14Meghan: You know, indigenous ways.
- 46:17Meghan: Is is truly right in line with trauma healing.
- 46:21Meghan: It's so much the same.
- 46:24Meghan: Absolutely.
- 46:24Meghan: Working with, you know, as you put, as you said, using the voice, singing together in prayer and on a scientific level, it stimulates the vagus nerve.
- 46:35Meghan: So it calms you.
- 46:37Meghan: It is truly amazing.
- 46:39Meghan: The, the parallel.
- 46:40Meghan: Yeah.
- 46:41Meghan: And that's how I look at constellations as well, like this ancient wisdom.
- 46:45Meghan: In a, in a more modern application or another way of looking at something ancient.
- 46:52Tracy: Yeah.
- 46:53Tracy: Yeah.
- 46:55Tracy: I, I think, um, UNG is that his name Ung from China, he talks about, he has to describe constellations in a way as if he's talking about a computer.
- 47:07Tracy: Like that you're downloading and that you are, um, defragging your, all your, um, files and that, uh, you know that sometimes when, uh, our systems can have too many windows open for people to, because the younger generation understand the workings of computers so much that when he describes const, the constellation in, in the family system, in that way, they get it.
- 47:34Tracy: Yeah.
- 47:34Tracy: Wow.
- 47:35Tracy: So it's, it's bringing it through in a modern way, right.
- 47:38Tracy: For people to understand in,
- 47:40Meghan: in an understandable way.
- 47:42Tracy: Yeah.
- 47:43Tracy: Yeah.
- 47:43Tracy: It's
- 47:44Meghan: really fascinating.
- 47:45Meghan: You see, there are so many ways to, to explain this too.
- 47:49Meghan: It's always the question, how do you explain it to someone?
- 47:52Tracy: Hmm.
- 47:52Tracy: Yeah.
- 47:54Meghan: A big list of how to do that with all your interviews.
- 47:57Meghan: And thank
- 47:57Tracy: you for Yeah, yeah.
- 47:58Tracy: I should go back and do some, like, little snippets of it, of whatever I've asked that question.
- 48:04Tracy: Um, 'cause I'm mostly, I, I do, it's one of the questions I do ask.
- 48:07Tracy: There's, otherwise I try to leave it, um, organic.
- 48:10Tracy: But that is usually one of the questions that I do ask.
- 48:14Tracy: And so I'll have to do a little clip where it's just all the answers, people's answers.
- 48:19Tracy: That would be good.
- 48:20Meghan: That would be fascinating.
- 48:21Meghan: For this library that you are providing.
- 48:24Meghan: Really it's a library of, of experiences and knowledge that you're providing for all of our, for this community.
- 48:32Tracy: Yeah.
- 48:32Tracy: Thank you.
- 48:33Tracy: It really has grown much bigger and broader than I imagined, but I love it.
- 48:39Tracy: I kind of found like, oh, this is something I really love doing.
- 48:43Tracy: To the point where actually quite a few of my.
- 48:46Tracy: Uh, appointments each week are booked up with podcast interviews, so,
- 48:50Meghan: well, you're clearly very good at it, Tracy.
- 48:52Meghan: Thanks.
- 48:54Meghan: I remember you had something Gemini.
- 48:56Meghan: It's coming through.
- 48:57Meghan: I just remember briefly something Gemini in you and Gemini is the journalist, the one who, who knows how to gather information and distribute it in a meaningful way?
- 49:08Tracy: Yeah.
- 49:09Tracy: That makes sense.
- 49:10Tracy: It's been fascinating talking with you, Megan, and we could talk for, for even longer.
- 49:15Tracy: Um, and I know that people are gonna wanna know a lot more about these astro constellations and, and your nervous system, um, experiences and, and the somatic work.
- 49:26Tracy: So if someone wants to get a hold of you, how do they do that?
- 49:31Tracy: How do they find you?
- 49:32Meghan: Yeah, the, the website is get to the origin.com.
- 49:37Meghan: That's the the way to find me on Facebook or Instagram.
- 49:40Meghan: And if you don't remember that Megan, Kelly, Brussels, and you'll find me, or maybe Megan Kelly Constellations.
- 49:50Meghan: Just Google and find me there.
- 49:52Meghan: And so I, I work a lot online.
- 49:54Meghan: It's not easy to meet the time zone in Australia.
- 49:58Meghan: I get questions about the astrology.
- 50:00Meghan: Yeah.
- 50:01Meghan: And perhaps in time we can, we can do that.
- 50:04Meghan: If there was enough people to get interested.
- 50:06Meghan: I've had some people from New Zealand come to the.
- 50:09Meghan: C some circles, and they came to the, the collective constellation about Pluto in Aquarius.
- 50:15Meghan: So I always admire when you get up so early, and it touches my heart that you all would do that.
- 50:20Meghan: But I work a lot online.
- 50:22Meghan: There's a monthly, uh, constellation circle, traditional constellations every month.
- 50:27Meghan: There's the astro circles that are around the New Moon.
- 50:30Meghan: There's a, the New Moon membership if you're, if you wanna learn astrology and, and.
- 50:36Meghan: Combine it with constellations and then the nervous system cycles.
- 50:41Meghan: You know, there's this, this eight week that is for, for everyday people.
- 50:45Meghan: It's really to learn about self-regulation, nervous system, and there is an extended form for constellations, but it's on the website.
- 50:55Meghan: It's on the website.
- 50:56Meghan: And thank you for this chance to share that Tracy.
- 50:59Tracy: You're welcome and we will put the links in, but I always like people to just to talk to that as well.
- 51:03Tracy: So, yeah.
- 51:05Tracy: Oh, it's been an honor to have you here, Megan, and um, and like you and I both said, in Mexico there'll be more, there'll be more of you and I talking, doing something to,
- 51:17Meghan: I wanted ask you these questions.
- 51:19Meghan: How did Constellation find you?
- 51:21Meghan: I've heard a few things in your podcast, so I'm learning a bit about you too.
- 51:25Tracy: Yeah, I've, she usually share quite openly about things that are going on and, uh, or things that have happened to me too, because I think it's, it's good for others to understand where I've been, to where I am now, or that maybe there's someone who's been struggling with some of the things that I had experienced, that they've experienced them as well, and just know that there's life beyond that, you know, that we can, that we can move forward, and that there is.
- 51:52Meghan: That's right.
- 51:53Meghan: I love how you say that there's life beyond Constellations.
- 51:56Meghan: Help us see that astrology as well.
- 51:59Meghan: This is a moment.
- 52:00Meghan: This is a moment.
- 52:01Meghan: There's life beyond this.
- 52:02Tracy: Exactly.
- 52:03Meghan: And that's so reassuring.
- 52:04Tracy: Mm-hmm.
- 52:07Tracy: We get outta that.
- 52:08Tracy: We get outta that freeze.
- 52:08Tracy: Right.
- 52:09Tracy: Or that we can be stuck in that loop.
- 52:13Tracy: Yeah.
- 52:14Tracy: Of it coming back in.
- 52:16Tracy: And I just recently, I'll just share this 'cause this is just a big thing.
- 52:20Tracy: You were talking about the nervous system and that so.
- 52:23Tracy: Just the other day.
- 52:24Tracy: So I've been having some, there are some physical things going on for me, and it's been slowing me down a bit.
- 52:31Tracy: Um, and, and I'm waiting for some, uh, some surgery.
- 52:35Tracy: It has to happen to, to rectify.
- 52:38Tracy: And I found myself going deeper and deeper into this and just ignoring self-help and all that.
- 52:45Tracy: Anyway, one day I was, I was on the couch and.
- 52:50Tracy: It was almost like a part of me went outside of my body and looked back and I saw my mother and then I saw my grandmother in the exact same positions.
- 53:00Tracy: And I thought, oh, and then I realized I was in this, also this functional freeze part of myself as well.
- 53:08Tracy: And then I came back to my body and then something happened.
- 53:12Tracy: And since then I have been able to.
- 53:15Tracy: Move forward and not stay in that space and not, yeah.
- 53:20Tracy: Yeah.
- 53:20Tracy: 'cause it was like, I was probably 75% of my days I was in that space and now something, something shifted by just acknowledging, oh, that was bum, that was my grandmother as well.
- 53:34Tracy: Yeah.
- 53:34Tracy: They must have had, you know, like I, there was, it wasn't, it was a, it was a little bit of a process, obviously with my, and the skills that I had through Constellations, but it was, uh, acknowledging that it, it was there.
- 53:45Tracy: Yeah, and I didn't have to stay in that.
- 53:48Tracy: It was okay for me to move beyond it.
- 53:51Meghan: You know, the constellation work is very good for freeze because it deals with the soul.
- 53:57Tracy: Yeah.
- 53:58Meghan: Because I know I've been in freeze.
- 54:00Meghan: Right.
- 54:00Meghan: That's what they said in the first constellation.
- 54:02Meghan: Your body didn't respond well.
- 54:04Meghan: I now know there was freeze going on, but how has it worked for me?
- 54:08Meghan: It's been the soul.
- 54:10Meghan: So that's what I see.
- 54:13Meghan: Hmm.
- 54:13Meghan: In the story you share and what I see with people too, so it, it can be like, let that be encouraging for people.
- 54:22Meghan: Yeah.
- 54:22Meghan: This is a human thing.
- 54:24Meghan: It happens, you know?
- 54:26Tracy: Exactly.
- 54:27Tracy: And even, you know, encouraging and also a reminder that even when you've done lots of work, there's still more work to do.
- 54:34Meghan: That's right.
- 54:35Meghan: That's it.
- 54:38Meghan: I wish you well, everything.
- 54:40Tracy: Thank you.
- 54:41Tracy: It's, uh, yeah, I'm trusting.
- 54:43Tracy: All will be well.
