  SPEAKER_00: Hello everyone.
• 0:00
SPEAKER_00: Welcome back to the Unity Code podcast.
• 0:03
SPEAKER_00: As always, I am your host, Nicole, and today I wanted to talk about this weird phenomena that happens in circles, in metaphysical groups, and that is how those groups change and impact your connection to spirit.
• 0:18
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is a wild one, and this has come up a few times this week.
• 0:21
SPEAKER_00: So I know it's something I need to talk about with all of you because this is not talked about a lot on any sort of metaphysical stage.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: And this is this weird thing that happens that you tend to have more spiritual connection in groups than you typically will have on your own.
• 0:42
SPEAKER_00: So let me back up and kind of explain what I mean, what that feels like, what that looks like for all of you.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: And then I'll start to dive into the why and how that happens and then like how you can benefit from it, which is also really cool.
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: So, way back in my little baby medium stages when I had a mentor quite a while ago, um, what I would find at that stage in my journey was I was pretty solidly connected to spirit.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_00: I was already running my own business.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_00: I already had my clients.
• 1:14
SPEAKER_00: Um, but I was still, you know, relatively new to this work.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_00: And so as I went about my time, I would do readings and I would find that my connection to spirit slowly got quieter, slowly got disconnected, slowly got a little more muddy or difficult to read.
• 1:35
SPEAKER_00: And right on time, every single month, no, it was not my period, it was my mentor.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_00: Everybody, I would meet with my mentor once a month.
• 1:43
SPEAKER_00: And what I would find is that she would help me recharge my spiritual connection battery.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_00: So as soon as I would be in this one-on-one session with her for literally an hour, I would find that I could hear spirit again.
• 1:59
SPEAKER_00: I was more connected to spirit again.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_00: And I would walk away from those sessions feeling on top of the world, like everything was right again, everything was in order again.
• 2:09
SPEAKER_00: And I would go back and do an amazing job for my readings and clients.
• 2:15
SPEAKER_00: And then, as expected, I would go through the month.
• 2:19
SPEAKER_00: I would, things would get quieter, things would get muddier, and then I would need to have another session with her, and everything got connected again.
• 2:26
SPEAKER_00: And this was probably a nine-month cycle.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_00: I'm not kidding at all.
• 2:31
  SPEAKER_00: And I didn't really understand it.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_00: But all I knew was she was slowly becoming like a drug for me, where I did not understand why or how.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: But when I, whenever I was connected in her space, I would, it's like everything got fixed.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_00: My connection to spirit was better again.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_00: And it was the answer to all my prayers.
• 2:54
  SPEAKER_00: How interesting.
• 2:55
  SPEAKER_00: How interesting, right?
• 2:56
  SPEAKER_00: Didn't understand it.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_00: And as I started becoming more um sovereign in my own energy, I started to realize that there were things that I could do to increase my connection with spirit.
• 3:12
SPEAKER_00: And I worked pretty hardly on that to get to where I am today.
• 3:14
  SPEAKER_00: Very long story short.
• 3:16
SPEAKER_00: And then more recently in a lot of my classes, this topic has come up as well.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_00: Um, most importantly in my circle, I'm finding that women who are coming to the circle group, the amazing group that I have, they are having wild fucking readings in these sessions.
• 3:35
SPEAKER_00: And also they're finding that their connection is much deeper to spirit when we get into these groups.
• 3:41
SPEAKER_00: Likewise, in some of the other containers I have, it's generally the same thing.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_00: People who maybe are not trained in mediumship are finding that they're able to connect easier to their higher self, their soul, their guides when we're doing guided meditations, even though they're not necessarily trained specifically in this.
• 4:00
SPEAKER_00: And by the way, you don't have to be trained in it.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_00: That's not what I'm saying, but I am saying, like you can learn the why and how and the steps of the modality.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: And also you can just do a guided meditation to meet your guide.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_00: Both of those are absolutely fine.
• 4:12
SPEAKER_00: But this group of ladies that I'm working with separately in these additional containers are not formally trained, can still connect, and find that they have much better connection to spirit and their higher selves, et cetera, when they're in these group containers.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_00: And they are walking away, scratching their head, asking, why is it when I leave this container, I have a much harder time connecting to spirit?
• 4:39
  SPEAKER_00: And it's a great question.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: And this even came up in my shamanic training yesterday.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_00: And the reality is that working in group containers with other metaphysical practitioners allows you a deeper connection to spirit.
• 4:59
SPEAKER_00: And the reason is vibrational coherence.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_00: So what happened way back with me and my mentor is my mentor had a higher vibrational level than me.
• 5:12
SPEAKER_00: She had a deeper connection to spirit than me.
• 5:14
  SPEAKER_00: I would hope so.
• 5:15
  SPEAKER_00: She was my mentor.
• 5:17
SPEAKER_00: And so whenever I would get in contact with her, I would almost like plug into her energy and her connection to spirit, and it would recharge mine, recharge my belief in my connection to spirit, recharge the depth in my connection to spirit.
• 5:32
SPEAKER_00: And I would ride on her energy frequencies to almost like give mine a kickstart again that allowed me to trust and believe in my deep connection to spirit again.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: So it's almost like she was the plug that, you know, jumpstarted, jumpstarted my connection.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_00: And I was able to ride that for a few weeks until I needed that jumpstart again.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: Likewise, in these groups, what is happening because I'm I'm in there, I'm leading a lot of these spaces, is that those students are coming in and they're plugging into my energy as well.
• 6:05
SPEAKER_00: They're using essentially my connection to spirit and allowing themselves to ride on my connection, my vibration, my frequency, which allows them a much easier connection to spirit.
• 6:17
SPEAKER_00: Now, like I don't, is this an ego-centered thing to say?
• 6:20
  SPEAKER_00: I'm not sure.
• 6:21
SPEAKER_00: I don't completely 100% undergen understand the energetics of this.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_00: And I would be the first person to admit that.
• 6:27
SPEAKER_00: But I do find personally, when I'm in these group containers, I know that I'm holding the energetic space of these containers.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_00: I'm holding the energetic frequencies of these classes, which are allowing you, as the participant of these classes, to be able to like connect to spirit within the frequency of my spirit, within my connection to spirit, which allows you a much clearer connection because it's almost like I'm lifting you up vibrationally and allowing you to connect with your team more easily and more readily than you can on your own.
• 7:02
SPEAKER_00: So I guess the easiest way to kind of talk about this is there's two ways.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_00: You can either think about it, and I'm not sure what the right way is.
• 7:10
SPEAKER_00: So take whichever of these or none of these if it doesn't resonate for you.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_00: But I think number one is either I'm supplementing your energetic connection.
• 7:20
SPEAKER_00: Um I once had somebody talk about my connection to spirit with my students as in, have we seen Game of Thrones?
• 7:29
SPEAKER_00: Hopefully you've seen Game of Thrones.
• 7:30
SPEAKER_00: And you know how there is, you know, the wall in the north.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: And there's that tunnel that goes through to connect, um, to connect to the north, right?
• 7:43
  SPEAKER_00: I can't remember.
• 7:43
SPEAKER_00: It's been a very long time since since I've watched that show.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: So people have told me I'm like that tunnel.
• 7:48
SPEAKER_00: I'm like the tunnel to spirit that that I allow people to go through my tunnel.
• 7:53
  SPEAKER_00: That's what she said.
• 7:58
SPEAKER_00: Um, and connect to spirit using essentially my connection, my tunnel that I've that I've already built with spirit.
• 8:04
SPEAKER_00: So so you can think about it either as a supplementary um connection to spirit, andor if it's more convenient for you or if this is more uh more of your truth.
• 8:14
SPEAKER_00: You can also think about it as you are aligning to my vibrational frequency, which allows you to connect to spirit a little bit better.
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: So it's like I so again, I'm lifting you up.
• 8:24
SPEAKER_00: I'm not supplementing your energy, but you're taking a look at my energy and attuning to my energy, which is which is deeper connected to spirit than yours, just because, you know, I'm the teacher.
• 8:34
SPEAKER_00: I'm not saying you have a deeper connection, I have a deeper connection to spirit, not at all.
• 8:38
SPEAKER_00: Um, because I think we are all spirit.
• 8:40
SPEAKER_00: I think we are all deeply connected to spirit, and you might not know it yet, and you might need to understand it a little more and you might need to practice it a little more.
• 8:48
SPEAKER_00: But that connection to spirit is uh is in fact a right, not a privilege.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: Does that make sense, everybody?
• 8:53
  SPEAKER_00: It's a right.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_00: And so that's how I think about these group containers as as you come, as people come into them, is essentially you're in my vibrational frequency in way, way one way or another.
• 9:06
SPEAKER_00: And that increases your capacity and access to spirit.
• 9:10
SPEAKER_00: And what you will find, or what you may find, if in your you're in these circles, is when you leave my space, when you leave the Zoom room, it is much harder to connect to spirit on your own.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_00: And that is absolutely true.
• 9:24
SPEAKER_00: And I absolutely found that to be true in my journey when I was starting this work as well.
• 9:28
SPEAKER_00: I would find that I have would have very deep meditations when I was in the space with other metaphysical practitioners that allowed me access and connection to it.
• 9:38
SPEAKER_00: Now, I'm gonna pause here for a second because um I don't think it's just me in these containers either.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_00: I don't because I know for a fact that with my circle group of women who are unbelievably fucking talented in every single way, and every single one of them is so unique in their energy and their frequency and their connection to spirit, and they're all deeply connected to spirit in very different ways.
• 10:05
SPEAKER_00: I think, for example, within that container, we are all building off of each other's energy.
• 10:10
SPEAKER_00: And the way spirit has always shown me that is not it's not a one for one.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_00: It's not like you and I get in a room together and it's one for one as you add our two vibrations together, and that's our connection to spirit.
• 10:20
  SPEAKER_00: Oh no, it's exponential.
• 10:23
SPEAKER_00: With each person, it adds like times 10, times 100, times a thousand in terms of the connection to spirit.
• 10:30
SPEAKER_00: So that's why when you are connected to very likewise vibrational souls here in this physical world, the stuff that you can do is absolutely fucking mind blowing because you're, let's say you're both at, you know, a level 100, you're gonna multiply a hundred times a hundred, right?
• 10:51
SPEAKER_00: Like your scale of depth of connection to spirit is gonna be a hundred times, a thousand, ten thousand times greater because of your two unique high high vibrational connections.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_00: And so the size of the container does not even necessarily matter because it's all about the vibrations that are within it, including the teachers.
• 11:14
  SPEAKER_00: Including the teachers.
• 11:15
SPEAKER_00: And it's really interesting for me to state this out loud and process out loud with all of you, because that is absolutely true in some of the classes I've been in where the vibration of the teachers of the class um has not been as high as the circle ladies.
• 11:34
SPEAKER_00: I don't think I've ever been in a class where the vibration is as high as the circle ladies.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_00: Gotta be honest with all of you.
• 11:40
SPEAKER_00: Um, but the vibration frequency was lower.
• 11:43
SPEAKER_00: And I was one of the higher vibrational people in this class.
• 11:46
  SPEAKER_00: Not bragging.
• 11:47
  SPEAKER_00: It was a fact.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_00: Um, and there were there were a few other people that were, I'm gonna say, more connected to spirit, um, overtly in the class.
• 11:57
SPEAKER_00: But for the most part, that was like a miserable fucking experience.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_00: And there, even though I was in the space, the collective energy of everybody else in the space was lower.
• 12:11
SPEAKER_00: And so the vibration of the space was very low.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_00: And it was like it was a fine class.
• 12:16
  SPEAKER_00: That's okay.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_00: Um, I got what I needed to out of it, but one person cannot save a room full of lower vibrational frequencies.
• 12:28
SPEAKER_00: And I guess the opposite is true as well.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_00: One low vibration person can't impact a room of very high vibrational frequency individuals.
• 12:36
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's so interesting.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_00: Um and so wow, that just went off a tangent there.
• 12:44
  SPEAKER_00: That was interesting.
• 12:45
SPEAKER_00: And so, like this is why, oh, I see why we're going down this rabbit hole.
• 12:52
SPEAKER_00: I have um a free class that's coming up.
• 12:55
SPEAKER_00: I haven't announced it yet because it's on my new website, which I haven't launched yet, hopefully very soon, which is gonna, it's called the energetic yes.
• 13:04
SPEAKER_00: And this is all about understanding the frequencies of programs, teachers, coaching containers, et cetera, before you sign up for them.
• 13:12
SPEAKER_00: So you can energetically identify is this a yes or is this not a yes?
• 13:15
SPEAKER_00: So stay tuned for that.
• 13:16
SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be really cool.
• 13:17
SPEAKER_00: And that one's gonna be free.
• 13:18
SPEAKER_00: I want everybody to have this because I'm so sick of the bullshit that's out there.
• 13:22
SPEAKER_00: Um, and I think I literally say that on the website copy.
• 13:25
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I'm sick of the bullshit that is out there.
• 13:29
SPEAKER_00: So this class is for free, so you don't go wasting your money on the bullshit so that you can identify alignment when it's meant for you versus the sales tactics that are meant to not be in alignment with you.
• 13:42
SPEAKER_00: Um I digress, but this is part of the this is part of the journey is to really understand the vibrational frequency of the spaces that you're putting yourself into.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: Um, and understanding how that vibrational frequency is going to impact your vibrational frequency as well.
• 13:58
SPEAKER_00: And this isn't just obviously in a metaphysical space, this can happen in every space, right?
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: Because if it's me, I'm gonna give some examples of me and I want you to do the same and think about examples for you.
• 14:09
SPEAKER_00: But if I were going into a church, which to me, being a former Catholic, not that traumatized, just slightly, I would be able to really go into churches and love and have a great connection because it is a very high vibrational, generally for the most part, space, especially as you start to travel and go to Italy and go to the Vatican, right?
• 14:31
SPEAKER_00: And I know there's not great things there too, but for the most part, the people that go there are tend to be higher vibrational.
• 14:37
SPEAKER_00: The, the, the prayers, the intentions tend to be very high vibrational.
• 14:41
SPEAKER_00: And so I would walk into a church and have a great connection to spirit, for example.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_00: Uh, if I went into a graveyard, let's say a haunted graveyard, let's just go there first, a haunted house, whatever have you, uh, probably lower vibrational frequencies.
• 14:56
SPEAKER_00: Only because people are walking into those spaces expecting low vibration, expecting maybe troublemaker spirits, maybe maybe um not expecting, you know, sadness and grief, which are lower vibrations.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_00: So my connection to spirit might be a little bit lower, even though maybe there's a couple more spirits there than normal.
• 15:16
SPEAKER_00: Um, likewise, going into a public space, going into a mall.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_00: Do we even have malls nowadays?
• 15:22
SPEAKER_00: Uh, going into a concert, right?
• 15:25
SPEAKER_00: What kind of a concert is it?
• 15:26
SPEAKER_00: Is it a, you know, we'll just we'll just leave that one there.
• 15:33
SPEAKER_00: Because the concert experience can be very different depending on where you go, right?
• 15:37
  SPEAKER_00: Are we talking orchestra?
• 15:38
  SPEAKER_00: Are we talking rave?
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: Are we talking uh live punk rock band?
• 15:42
SPEAKER_00: Are we talking, you know, like all of these different things?
• 15:45
SPEAKER_00: I think spirit just got me on the forehead, by the way.
• 15:48
SPEAKER_00: I physically felt spirit on my forehead.
• 15:50
  SPEAKER_00: That's fun.
• 15:51
SPEAKER_00: That one's that spirit is having a rave moment.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_00: And so this is kind of what I'm talking about as you go and enter all these different spaces, you can notice how your energy, your connection to spirit differs based on the energy that's around you.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_00: And and the psychic protection, that's a whole other conversation.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna go down that that loophole because there might be other spirits, other souls there, but it's more about understanding how your frequency is impacted by the frequencies around you, especially in the metaphysical circle space.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_00: Um, and so how you use that, I was gonna use the word abuse, but it's not abuse.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: How you use that is actually can be very strategic in terms of your connection to spirit.
• 16:40
SPEAKER_00: So, number one, if your connection to spirit is low, stop fucking judging it.
• 16:45
SPEAKER_00: I mean, we are we are meant to not have a constant high connection to spirit.
• 16:51
  SPEAKER_00: We're not.
• 16:52
SPEAKER_00: Like we're, and I can get into that on a whole other podcast episode.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_00: Our connection to spirit wavers, it wanes, it has highs, it has lows.
• 17:00
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes spirit steps away because they want us to learn a lesson on our own.
• 17:03
  SPEAKER_00: That absolutely happens.
• 17:04
SPEAKER_00: And so stop judging your connection to spirit.
• 17:07
SPEAKER_00: But also, if your connection to spirit is low and you know that it's you, take a moment to maybe load up a class that you were part of that you felt really good in.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_00: Maybe you bring up a guided meditation from a practitioner that you absolutely fucking adore, and you listen to that guided meditation because what happens when you are in the space with the energy is you are gonna take on the energy of the space.
• 17:33
SPEAKER_00: So if you like this practitioner, if they're high vibe and you're listening to their meditation, you bet your ass you're gonna absorb again the energies and frequencies of that practitioner of the person giving the meditation.
• 17:43
SPEAKER_00: Likewise, if you have a class that is recorded from a practitioner that you liked in a space where you had a deep connection of the spirit to, as you enter the Zoom room, as you enter the Zoom recording, you are still entering the same energetic space, the same energetic container of that moment in time.
• 18:03
SPEAKER_00: And so those energetic vibrational frequencies are still in that video.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_00: Every time you look at, every time you look at it, every time.
• 18:14
SPEAKER_00: If you were a client of mine, your recordings, every time you look at it, you're going back to the same energetic frequencies as we were in in that moment.
• 18:23
SPEAKER_00: It's you are doing your own thing to get your energetic refresher.
• 18:29
SPEAKER_00: And so if you know your connection to spirit is not as good as it is and it's a pattern, it's not like a point-in-time thing, it's a pattern, and you're like, I'm really struggling over the course of a few days.
• 18:39
SPEAKER_00: Go and pop up a meditation, go and pop up a recorded video that you have, go and pop up an old session that you had with somebody where you know you felt really fucking good after.
• 18:48
SPEAKER_00: That is going to help.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_00: But the difference is don't listen to the words because your intention is to absorb the frequency.
• 18:59
SPEAKER_00: So you're not just gonna open that and listen to the same thing again with your brain and logic kicking in.
• 19:03
SPEAKER_00: No, no, no, no, no.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna go in and load that video and ask the energetic frequencies to come in your body.
• 19:12
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna ask the energetic frequencies to balance in your your system, in your energy.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna ask for an energetic reset based on the frequencies of the video.
• 19:24
SPEAKER_00: And you're gonna feel it instead of know it.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_00: Instead of witness it in your head, you're gonna feel it in your body.
• 19:35
SPEAKER_00: And that is the top fucking secret that I do when I don't feel like I'm having a great spirit connection day.
• 19:44
  SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
• 19:46
  SPEAKER_00: There you go.
• 19:46
  SPEAKER_00: There's my secret, everybody.
• 19:47
  SPEAKER_00: It's out, everybody, it's out.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_00: If I'm not having a good connection day, I will just pop on a meditation video.
• 19:53
SPEAKER_00: I will listen to guided channeling, anything because as soon as I have a whiff of like a solid connection to spirit, I go right back up.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_00: And yeah, I'm being totally transparent with you.
• 20:07
SPEAKER_00: I have days where I have a shitty connection with spirit.
• 20:10
  SPEAKER_00: Everyone does.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_00: Don't let those metaphysical practitioners tell you otherwise.
• 20:14
SPEAKER_00: No one is connected 100% of the time, at least consciously.
• 20:19
  SPEAKER_00: No one.
• 20:22
  SPEAKER_00: Nor should we be.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_00: We have human lives to live, everybody.
• 20:26
SPEAKER_00: Oh God, I could rant on that one as well.
• 20:28
SPEAKER_00: So I hope this was helpful for all of you.
• 20:30
SPEAKER_00: I hope now you understand that there is purpose and intention behind being in containers and having a greater connection to spirit, it does not mean that your connection to spirit with busted is busted at all.
• 20:44
  SPEAKER_00: Absolutely not.
• 20:45
SPEAKER_00: But your goal is to long term continue to raise your vibration as such that you don't need containers to connect to spirit.
• 20:56
SPEAKER_00: And that's part of the journey, that's part of the expansion.
• 20:58
SPEAKER_00: And the more that you are in these group containers with these higher vibration frequencies, the more that you are expanding your energetic container within you to take on more energetic frequencies with spirit.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_00: And so, like it is the training ground in which you are expanding your energetic space, expanding your energetic body to allow you a deeper and fuller connection with spirit.
• 21:20
