- 0:54Speaker 1: Hello and happy Monday. I hope everyone watching this and
- 1:00Speaker 1: those that watch it later had a safe and relaxing weekend.
- 1:05Speaker 1: I am Terry True Crime and welcome to Midday Missing,
- 1:10Speaker 1: where I cover missing person cases. Now. Currently, True Crime
- 1:16Speaker 1: and Wine Time Productions produces the podcast True Crime and
- 1:20Speaker 1: Wine Time, the Hey host show the investigation into the
- 1:24Speaker 1: disappearance of Chase Slackey, Night Court which is on hiatus,
- 1:29Speaker 1: doing some reprogramming there, and of course Midday Missing, so
- 1:33Speaker 1: we stream lives several days a week, so be sure
- 1:36Speaker 1: to subscribe to our page so that you don't miss anything. Okay. Also,
- 1:41Speaker 1: the podcast is released in an edited professional form on
- 1:45Speaker 1: the podcast apps. We were releasing it as live and
- 1:50Speaker 1: after feedback we decided we will go back to editing it.
- 1:55Speaker 1: So thank you all again for being here. Now, this
- 2:00Speaker 1: next missing person case has me confused, and I'll be honest, guys,
- 2:06Speaker 1: it has left me with a lot of questions, so
- 2:09Speaker 1: many so that I almost didn't cover it due to
- 2:12Speaker 1: the amount of questions. But I decided that all my
- 2:16Speaker 1: unanswered questions kind of makes it even more important to share,
- 2:21Speaker 1: in my opinion. So Savannah Reims was last seen on
- 2:26Speaker 1: April twenty fifth, twenty twenty four in Baltimore, Maryland. Now
- 2:31Speaker 1: she is thirteen years old, and it's described as a
- 2:34Speaker 1: black female five foot four, weighs one hundred and fifteen pounds,
- 2:38Speaker 1: and she was last seen wearing a black kidjib. Now, guys,
- 2:45Speaker 1: April twenty fifth wasn't that long ago. And my confusion
- 2:50Speaker 1: is that there is very little in the media about
- 2:52Speaker 1: this case. There is no Facebook page or group looking
- 2:56Speaker 1: for her. Now. I found one person with the same
- 3:00Speaker 1: last name in Baltimore on Facebook and I reached out
- 3:03Speaker 1: to them, hoping they're a family member. Having heard back,
- 3:07Speaker 1: I also called Baltimore Police Department spoke with a man
- 3:11Speaker 1: and said I wanted to know if she's still missing,
- 3:13Speaker 1: and he goes, well, I can't tell you that, but
- 3:16Speaker 1: you can leave a message for the detective, which I did,
- 3:19Speaker 1: and as of now, I have not heard back. Now
- 3:23Speaker 1: this morning, right before I went live, I googled Savannah
- 3:28Speaker 1: Rheims again to see if there was any update or
- 3:31Speaker 1: any more media and there's not. So I don't understand
- 3:36Speaker 1: why there is not more information about a missing thirteen
- 3:40Speaker 1: year old And guys, I'll be honest, I can't help,
- 3:44Speaker 1: but wonder does it has to do with her religion
- 3:47Speaker 1: since she was last seeing the black kitjib. Because if
- 3:51Speaker 1: that's a case, I want to know what in the hell.
- 3:54Speaker 1: She's a thirteen year old child, and guys, I don't
- 3:57Speaker 1: give a shit if she thinks Santa Claus is God. Okay,
- 4:00Speaker 1: I don't care. I care about the fact that a
- 4:03Speaker 1: thirteen year old girl is missing and there's not more
- 4:08Speaker 1: out there about people looking for her. Now, in all
- 4:12Speaker 1: the postings I found online, they share her picture and
- 4:16Speaker 1: she say she is missing, and they give a description
- 4:19Speaker 1: that is it. I have no clue if she was
- 4:23Speaker 1: taken from her home, was she last seen walking to
- 4:26Speaker 1: the store, walking to a friend's house, was she out
- 4:30Speaker 1: and about? There is nothing just says this street this day,
- 4:36Speaker 1: wearing this. So I want to say, give us some
- 4:39Speaker 1: more information, and police do your job and spread the
- 4:43Speaker 1: word that a thirteen year old girl is missing. Now
- 4:47Speaker 1: I'm going to speculate that they think she's a runaway
- 4:50Speaker 1: based on the fact that two of the largest newspapers
- 4:53Speaker 1: in Maryland did not have articles about her disappearance, and
- 4:59Speaker 1: I did not see that an amber alert was issued
- 5:03Speaker 1: for her. Now that bothers me because I can't find
- 5:09Speaker 1: any updates, but she is solicid is missing. And I
- 5:15Speaker 1: personally believe any child or person or child especially that
- 5:20Speaker 1: runs away, they are at a greater risk for something
- 5:24Speaker 1: to happen to them because they're not a good mental state.
- 5:27Speaker 1: They're wanting to get away from home. They're more susceptible
- 5:30Speaker 1: to things. So I have a problem that we don't
- 5:32Speaker 1: have more information about a thirteen year old girl because
- 5:36Speaker 1: we know that there are bad people out there, and
- 5:39Speaker 1: they pray upon these people, you know, they prey upon
- 5:44Speaker 1: these young people who have problems and maybe ran away.
- 5:49Speaker 1: I don't know that she ran away. It could be more,
- 5:52Speaker 1: but it bothers me. She is thirteen. Even if she
- 5:55Speaker 1: ran away, there should be hell of a lot more
- 5:58Speaker 1: information on her. Now. If anyone knows where Savannah is,
- 6:03Speaker 1: call four four three ninety eight four seven three eight five,
- 6:09Speaker 1: And guys, I am going to keep looking and see
- 6:13Speaker 1: if something happens, because this drives me insane, because, like
- 6:18Speaker 1: I said, even if she's a runaway, she is in danger. Okay,
- 6:22Speaker 1: she has been gone since April. It is now July
- 6:25Speaker 1: twenty ninth, Okay May June, that's three months. If she
- 6:29Speaker 1: had just run away in a stand at a friend's house.
- 6:31Speaker 1: I think you would have found her. So this bothers me.
- 6:36Speaker 1: So if anybody does know more about this case, I
- 6:39Speaker 1: would love for you to reach out and tell me
- 6:41Speaker 1: because I tried to go down rabbit holes and there
- 6:44Speaker 1: were no rabbit holes. So, Savannah Reems, if you are
- 6:48Speaker 1: out there, if you ran away, please call somebody and
- 6:51Speaker 1: let them know that you're okay. If you ran away
- 6:54Speaker 1: because of problems at home, I am going to ask
- 6:57Speaker 1: you to please call the police, tell them what's going on.
- 7:01Speaker 1: They will get CPS involved, and they will help you
- 7:06Speaker 1: get you to a place that you can be safe.
- 7:08Speaker 1: And if somebody's taken you and done something to you,
- 7:12Speaker 1: please know just because there's not a lot of media
- 7:15Speaker 1: out there, there are people who still care. Okay, because
- 7:19Speaker 1: I care, and I set up a Google alert because
- 7:21Speaker 1: I want to know that you're okay. Yeah, guys, it
- 7:27Speaker 1: really disturbs me. So next case. It was December twentieth,
- 7:33Speaker 1: twenty twenty one. Guys. It was a chilly day in
- 7:37Speaker 1: San Antonio, Texas, and as you can imagine, like most cities,
- 7:41Speaker 1: the city was adorned with festive decorations and all of
- 7:45Speaker 1: the streets were alive with Holajh here. I mean, you're
- 7:48Speaker 1: just several days away from Christmas and everybody's out last
- 7:52Speaker 1: minute's shopping going to Christmas parties. But however, there is
- 7:57Speaker 1: one quiet corner of the city inside of family's apartment
- 8:02Speaker 1: that it was about to become the epicenter of a
- 8:05Speaker 1: heartbreaking mystery. Okay, guys, I'm going to warn you this
- 8:11Speaker 1: one is kind of disturbing. So the Kill family relocated
- 8:16Speaker 1: to the United States in twenty nineteen, seeking a safer
- 8:20Speaker 1: and more stable life away from the turmoil in Afghanistan. Now,
- 8:26Speaker 1: the father in this case helped the US military when
- 8:31Speaker 1: they were in Afghanistan, so they came over as refugees. Now,
- 8:35Speaker 1: the complex they lived in was home to many refugees
- 8:38Speaker 1: like them, and it fostered a close knit community and guys,
- 8:43Speaker 1: the children played together daily out in the playgrounds. It
- 8:48Speaker 1: was a safe place. But Lena Sadar Kill was a
- 8:53Speaker 1: bright eyed three year old refugee who was playing in
- 8:58Speaker 1: the playground the Villa's Del Cabo apartment complex. Now, this
- 9:05Speaker 1: playground was typically a place of laughter enjoyed, filled with
- 9:10Speaker 1: children's voices and the watchful eyes of parents. Lena's mother
- 9:15Speaker 1: was nearby keeping a close eye on her daughter as
- 9:19Speaker 1: she played. Now, around five PM, her mom briefly left
- 9:24Speaker 1: the playground playground to fetch something from their apartment. Now,
- 9:29Speaker 1: her brother was out there with her, there was other kids.
- 9:32Speaker 1: They knew these families, so she just did a quick trip.
- 9:36Speaker 1: But when she returned, Lina was nowhere to be seen. Okay, guys,
- 9:43Speaker 1: so you can imagine panic quickly set in and she
- 9:47Speaker 1: frantically searched the playground and called out for her daughter,
- 9:52Speaker 1: but there was no response. My voice is very dry today.
- 9:59Speaker 1: I'm going to say it's probably from all of the
- 10:01Speaker 1: wine this weekend with my bestie. So now, the San
- 10:06Speaker 1: Antonio Police Department was alerted. Immediately officers arrived at the scene,
- 10:11Speaker 1: and they jumped right in and began a thorough search
- 10:15Speaker 1: of the apartment complex and the surrounding areas, and amber
- 10:19Speaker 1: alert was issued, so they spread Lena's description across the state.
- 10:25Speaker 1: It said a small girl with brown hair, brown eyes,
- 10:28Speaker 1: last scene, wearing a black jacket, red yr ass and
- 10:32Speaker 1: black shoes. Guys, she was dressed for the holidays. I mean,
- 10:36Speaker 1: come on now. The days that followed were filled with
- 10:40Speaker 1: you can imagine desperate searches as police and hundreds of
- 10:45Speaker 1: volunteers and so many of their community scoured the area
- 10:50Speaker 1: hoping to find any clue that might lead to Lena's whereabouts.
- 10:56Speaker 1: They instantly jumped on distributing flyers, Lina's face appeared on
- 11:01Speaker 1: news broadcasts, social media. They got billboards up urging anyone
- 11:06Speaker 1: with information to come forward. The guys. Despite the widespread
- 11:11Speaker 1: attention and exhaustive search efforts, no substantial leads have emerged
- 11:16Speaker 1: to date. Now, investigators have interviewed residents, They've reviewed surveillance footage,
- 11:24Speaker 1: they followed up on numerous tips. The guys nothing. Nothing. Now,
- 11:32Speaker 1: their disappearance of little Lena has cast a shadow over
- 11:35Speaker 1: that community. I mean they are still holding candlelight vigils
- 11:40Speaker 1: and they are saying support has poured in from all
- 11:44Speaker 1: over Texas because this is a story of a young
- 11:50Speaker 1: camera refugee girl who touched the hearts because her family
- 11:55Speaker 1: moved here to the US, the land of opportunity, the
- 12:00Speaker 1: land of things to be better, and she's gone missing
- 12:04Speaker 1: and no one has any clue about her fate. Now,
- 12:10Speaker 1: as months have turned into years, Lina's case remains open,
- 12:15Speaker 1: with detectives revisiting old leads and exploring new ones and
- 12:20Speaker 1: the community's determination to find Lena. Guys, it has never wavered,
- 12:26Speaker 1: and her family continues to hold onto the hope that
- 12:29Speaker 1: one day they can be reunited with Lena. Now, Lena's
- 12:34Speaker 1: father has asked that a newly detective be assigned to
- 12:37Speaker 1: the case, as the current detective is not updating the
- 12:41Speaker 1: family and communication has been very poor. Guys. Sadly they
- 12:46Speaker 1: were denied, with police saying they communicate with the family
- 12:51Speaker 1: when there's something to communicate and that's it. You guys,
- 12:56Speaker 1: I have a problem with I mean, I know that
- 12:59Speaker 1: all are busy and oh but damn how hard would
- 13:04Speaker 1: it be to return family's phone calls or to call
- 13:08Speaker 1: them once a month or once a quarter to just
- 13:11Speaker 1: let them know that you haven't forgotten their child, their
- 13:15Speaker 1: loved one, and that the case is still open and
- 13:19Speaker 1: if tips come in, they will investigate. I mean, really,
- 13:25Speaker 1: is that too much to expect? I mean, think about it.
- 13:29Speaker 1: If the police call us and leave a message, I
- 13:32Speaker 1: think they expect a return call, right, So if a
- 13:36Speaker 1: family member of a missing calls, they damn all expect
- 13:41Speaker 1: and they should get a return phone call. Now, there
- 13:45Speaker 1: are several theories out there about Lena and I wanted
- 13:48Speaker 1: to share a couple with you. Some people in the
- 13:52Speaker 1: public think Lena was sold as a child bride. Now, guys,
- 13:57Speaker 1: that right there pissed me off because I personally think
- 14:02Speaker 1: that is a very racial comment to say and is
- 14:05Speaker 1: downright unacceptable for anyone to say this. And I do
- 14:10Speaker 1: not believe that this is a viable theory because Lenda
- 14:14Speaker 1: was out playing at the playground with her sibling and
- 14:17Speaker 1: her mom had been watching her before stepping back into
- 14:19Speaker 1: the apartment real quick. Doesn't lead you to think the
- 14:23Speaker 1: family sold her. Come on, now. The other theory is
- 14:27Speaker 1: that someone kidnapped Lena due to the fact her father
- 14:31Speaker 1: worked with the US military when they lived in Afghanistan. Afghanistan. Now,
- 14:38Speaker 1: I think this is a decent theory, but without knowing
- 14:41Speaker 1: all of the evidence the police have, I don't know
- 14:45Speaker 1: because my first thought is, how would people here in
- 14:50Speaker 1: Texas know that he did that unless it was widespread.
- 14:53Speaker 1: I didn't find anything saying that. So the third is
- 14:58Speaker 1: that she was kidnapped and that she's been killed or trafficked,
- 15:03Speaker 1: And sadly, I think we all know that this is
- 15:06Speaker 1: a reality in our country, and people are taken and
- 15:09Speaker 1: then trafficked especially sweet innocent children. And you can see
- 15:16Speaker 1: the picture of Lena with the missing person flyer on
- 15:19Speaker 1: our social media. I'm going to ask you to share it.
- 15:23Speaker 1: She is a sweet and precious looking little girl. Now,
- 15:28Speaker 1: the disappearance of Lena sadar Kill still haunts San Antonio
- 15:32Speaker 1: to this day. Guys. As of today, there are two
- 15:36Speaker 1: rewards being offered. One is the Islamic Center of San Antonio.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Currently the offers two hundred thousand dollars, and then there's
- 15:47Speaker 1: a crime Stoppers offering fifty thousand dollars for information. So, guys,
- 15:53Speaker 1: that's two hundred and fifty thousand dollars. That is a
- 15:57Speaker 1: lot of money. And this is going to sound horrible
- 16:00Speaker 1: of me, but whoever did this to her, I hope
- 16:06Speaker 1: you told somebody who needs money, because I hope they
- 16:10Speaker 1: turn you in and get that money. You can ask
- 16:13Speaker 1: to be kept anonymous. They won't say where the tip
- 16:17Speaker 1: come from, so that you can still get the tip.
- 16:20Speaker 1: You can call crime stoppers. I don't know exactly how
- 16:23Speaker 1: that works. I'm going to look into that one day
- 16:25Speaker 1: when I have all of those times. But I really
- 16:30Speaker 1: hope you need money or that somebody needs money. Two
- 16:34Speaker 1: hundred and fifty thousand dollars is a life changing amount
- 16:37Speaker 1: of money. So if you have any information regarding the
- 16:40Speaker 1: disappearance of Lena, please contact the San Antonio Police Department
- 16:45Speaker 1: at two one zero two oh seven seven six six zero,
- 16:50Speaker 1: or you can go to tips dot FBI dot gov,
- 16:56Speaker 1: backslash home and Guys, this case really breaks my heart.
- 17:01Speaker 1: I mean all of them do, but extra breaks my
- 17:05Speaker 1: heart because she's such a cute little girl. And they
- 17:08Speaker 1: left their home and moved to the US to be safe.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Safe guys, and their sweet little girl was taken. So
- 17:17Speaker 1: once again, please share the missing poster, flywer this on
- 17:20Speaker 1: our Facebook page, and let's help get the word out
- 17:23Speaker 1: and bring Lena back to her family, because, like I said,
- 17:27Speaker 1: two hundred and fifty thousand dollars is a lot of money.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Somebody knows something, So do the right thing in this
- 17:34Speaker 1: family suffering. Okay, now, before we go, I know I
- 17:40Speaker 1: like to end with telling us something uplifting and positive,
- 17:44Speaker 1: but today I wanted to share an interesting article I
- 17:48Speaker 1: found online at the Department of Justice. The DJ the
- 17:52Speaker 1: US Marshal Service, along with other federal and state agencies,
- 17:57Speaker 1: performed a six week operation called Operation We Will Find
- 18:02Speaker 1: You two across the US. This just recently happened. They
- 18:06Speaker 1: just concluded in July, during this operation they found two
- 18:12Speaker 1: hundred missing children. Okay, but during this operation they also
- 18:17Speaker 1: removed one hundred and twenty three children from dangerous conditions. Guys,
- 18:24Speaker 1: this type of operation gives me hope, and I think
- 18:28Speaker 1: more operations like this need to happen. I am sure
- 18:32Speaker 1: it is a huge undertaking, that is a lot of
- 18:35Speaker 1: data gathering, that is a lot of different jurisdictions, different
- 18:40Speaker 1: alphabet agencies working together. But we need to do more
- 18:45Speaker 1: of that. And the other thing it gives me hope
- 18:47Speaker 1: is that I believe by sharing these stories and by
- 18:51Speaker 1: all of us sharing the missing pursing fires, it's spreading
- 18:55Speaker 1: the word on social media that more of the missing
- 18:58Speaker 1: can't be found in return home. Now, I'm not naive
- 19:02Speaker 1: enough to think that the majority of missing are going
- 19:07Speaker 1: to be found alive. Some are going to be found alive,
- 19:10Speaker 1: Some are gonna be found that have been tortured in
- 19:15Speaker 1: horrific things have happened to them, and they're gonna have
- 19:18Speaker 1: a lot to deal with and to get through. And
- 19:21Speaker 1: then of course we know we have those that are
- 19:23Speaker 1: going to be found deceased, and then we're gonna have
- 19:26Speaker 1: those that are never found. It's that never found that
- 19:31Speaker 1: we need to fix. No one can go missing without
- 19:36Speaker 1: somebody knowing something. It is just impossible. Okay, somebody knows something. Okay,
- 19:46Speaker 1: somebody sees it. You may not know what you saw.
- 19:49Speaker 1: And these people talk, so you know they've said something. So,
- 19:54Speaker 1: like I said, these type of operations give me hope.
- 19:57Speaker 1: So does social So I want to ask all of you,
- 20:03Speaker 1: so on Mondays, be let me see what it's called
- 20:08Speaker 1: Light the Way organization. They do missing Poster Monday. So
- 20:12Speaker 1: I'm going to ask anytime you see a missing poster flat,
- 20:15Speaker 1: if you post it, repost it on Monday, do the
- 20:18Speaker 1: hashtag missing poster Monday. Let's get the word out there
- 20:21Speaker 1: because even if they are found where they have a
- 20:26Speaker 1: lot to deal with to get through because they have
- 20:28Speaker 1: been tortured and they have been held, at least the
- 20:31Speaker 1: family members have them home and can get them help.
- 20:34Speaker 1: And if they are found to ceased, at least the
- 20:37Speaker 1: family can bury them. And I'm not going to say
- 20:41Speaker 1: it's closure because I can't imagine it's closure, but at
- 20:44Speaker 1: least they would have the peace of going to bed
- 20:48Speaker 1: knowing their family member and loved one is not missing.
- 20:51Speaker 1: So I'm going to ask all of you to do that,
- 20:55Speaker 1: And I want to thank you all for joining me today,
- 20:58Speaker 1: and I want to tell you that on Wednesday, we
- 21:01Speaker 1: will be talking to Kaylee Goodwin's mom. She will be
- 21:05Speaker 1: here live with us on Wednesday. Talked about her case
- 21:09Speaker 1: last week, but her mom is going to come on
- 21:12Speaker 1: and give us more information, more insight to what it's
- 21:16Speaker 1: been like, what she's gone through, what she's still going through.
- 21:21Speaker 1: So I'm going to ask you all, like subscribe, you're
- 21:26Speaker 1: going to want to join us on Wednesday for Casey
- 21:30Speaker 1: Richardson's going to be on here to talk about Kaylee. So,
- 21:34Speaker 1: like I said, thank you all again, I look forward
- 21:37Speaker 1: to seeing you on Wednesday, and don't forget you can
- 21:40Speaker 1: catch all of our productions here on our YouTube channel
- 21:43Speaker 1: and our podcasts wherever you listen to your podcast. So
- 21:47Speaker 1: I'm going to say until next time, stay safe, enjoy
- 21:54Speaker 1: your wine time, and be diligent and an advocate for them,
- 22:00Speaker 1: and please share the missing posts in flyers, but also
- 22:05Speaker 1: make sure that you look at what we posted last
- 22:08Speaker 1: week to know when it's a scam. A lot of
- 22:10Speaker 1: scammers out there, Stay safe, guys,
