  said to me about resistance because I

  know it's going to bless you. Amen. So,

  put on your spiritual ears. Here's what

  I heard the Lord say. The resistance
• 1:20
  will only make you stronger. Press in.
• 1:24
  I'm your strength and your shield. You
• 1:26
  will push back what is pushing against
• 1:28
  you if you don't let up. The kingdom of
• 1:31
  God suffers violence, and the violent
• 1:34
  take it by force. It takes energy to
• 1:37
  press past what is trying to hold you
• 1:39
  back, says God. But the power that
• 1:41
  raised Christ from the dead dwells in
• 1:45
  you. I dwell in you, says the Lord. I
• 1:49
  abide in you. Abide in me and you will
• 1:52
  begin to notice the strength that's in
• 1:55
  your inner man. Abide in me and you will
• 1:58
  find that you are strong, says the Lord.

  You will find that you move in mighty
• 2:03
  power to break through what's trying to
• 2:06
  break you, says the spirit of the living
• 2:09
  God. That is so, so good. Listen,

  resistance does make you stronger. Think
• 2:14
  about it in the natural when you're
• 2:15
  lifting weights. You're not going to
• 2:17
  build muscle by lifting five pound
• 2:20
  weights five times. You might build
• 2:23
  muscle by weight lifting those five
• 2:25
  pound weights 50 times or a 50 lb weight
• 2:28
  five times. There's got to be some
• 2:30
  resistance.
• 2:33
  Well, why does there have to be
• 2:34
  resistance? Because there's an enemy.
• 2:36
  He's the little gd of this world and he
• 2:39
  has uh he's roaming about like a roaring
• 2:43
  lion seeking someone to devour. and he
• 2:44
  has the right to do that. But you have
• 2:47
  the right to enforce the law of liberty
• 2:50
  in your life. You have the right to use
• 2:52
  the name of Jesus. So when the
• 2:53
  resistance comes up, don't just throw up
• 2:54
  your hands and get frustrated and say,
• 2:56
  "Ah, it's just not worth it. What's the
• 2:58
  point?
• 3:01
  Stand your ground. Speak the word. Make
• 3:06
  that resistance flee." Amen. And with
• 3:09
  that jumping off point, I want to pray

  today about your number one enemy
• 3:16
  in your battle. The biggest enemy that
• 3:19
  you're going to have to deal with. I
• 3:21
  want to pray through all that and more

  number one enemy? Is it Jezebel? Is it

  Leviathan? Is it a spirit of fear? What

  is it? Well, what if I told you that
• 5:13
  you're fighting
• 5:15
  on the wrong battleground or you're
• 5:16
  fighting Some of you are fighting the
• 5:17
  wrong battle. Well, what do you mean? Uh
• 5:20
  what what are you talking about? Well,
• 5:22
  some of you have been rebuking devils,
• 5:25
  [clears throat] binding demons,
• 5:27
  declaring warfare. You know, God's, you
• 5:30
  know, just I bind you. And not and none
• 5:33
  of that's wrong. There there's a time
• 5:34
  for that. But listen, there's something
• 5:36
  closer to home the enemy has been
• 5:37
  exploiting the whole time. Something you
• 5:40
  carry with you everywhere you go.
• 5:42
  Something you cannot leave at home. You
• 5:44
  can't outrun. And you can't out out
• 5:46
  ignore. And you're like, "Well, what is
• 5:48
  it?" Well, it's your mind.
• 5:50
  It's your mind. Many times your mind is
• 5:53
  the open door that needs to get shut to
• 5:55
  the lies of the enemy. And you know,
• 5:57
  even before this broadcast started, I
• 6:00
  caught the enemy trying to get me just
• 6:01
  to quit because there was a problem with
• 6:04
  the graphic. There was a problem that,
• 6:07
  you know, the designer used some picture
• 6:09
  that I don't know where she got it from.
• 6:10
  The I'm like, "This is aggravating." You
• 6:13
  know, the enemy will try to get you
• 6:14
  frustrated to get you to back up off
• 6:17
  your assignment. And then the the the
• 6:19
  the live stream software didn't want to
• 6:21
  work. And I'm like 601. And I'm like, oh
• 6:24
  my goodness. And I'm like, you know
• 6:25
  what? No. I thank you, Lord, that you
• 6:27
  are with me. And you don't have my
• 6:29
  wisdom. See, but I had the opportunity
• 6:31
  to let the devil get in my mind. And I
• 6:34
  chose not to. And that's why I'm here
• 6:36
  talking to you right now. I could have
• 6:37
  gone back to bed. I could have gone to
• 6:39
  work. But no, because I'm I'm getting
• 6:42
  more and more skillful at catching the
• 6:45
  enemy's attempts to frustrate me, to
• 6:48
  derail me, and you need to as well.
• 6:51
  Listen, Watchman knee, he was a a
• 6:54
  profound Christian thinker in the 20th
• 6:57
  century. He made a declaration that
• 6:59
  really should stop every believer cold.
• 7:01
  He said the number one enemy of a
• 7:03
  Christian, you know, it's the it's it's
• 7:06
  the mind. So, what is he saying?
• 7:08
  Essentially, it's not the devil. It's
• 7:11
  your unguarded mind. I in, you know, he
• 7:15
  talked about in his work, the spiritual
• 7:17
  man, the human mind is a stronghold, a
• 7:19
  bastion the enemy uses to plant doubt
• 7:21
  and fear and lies so subtle that you're
• 7:25
  swear they're your own thoughts. And
• 7:26
  I've seen this with so many people so
• 7:28
  many times. And that warfare, you know,
• 7:31
  this is this is warfare. Most believers
• 7:33
  don't even catch it. They don't catch
• 7:35
  it. And so they're running around
• 7:37
  defeated, frustrated, you know,
• 7:40
  overwhelmed, angry, upset, no peace
• 7:44
  because of what we're letting in our
• 7:47
  mind. And you know, the devil can't
• 7:49
  access your bornagain spirit. You are
• 7:52
  sealed by the Holy Ghost. And and and
• 7:54
  but the enemy, so he looks for another
• 7:57
  way. He goes around it. He targets your
• 7:59
  soul, specifically your mind, your will,
• 8:02
  your emotions, your intellect, your
• 8:03
  reasonings. Because the mind is the
• 8:05
  bridge between your spirit and your
• 8:07
  body. If you can get your if your mind
• 8:09
  is agreeing with the devil, well, he's
• 8:11
  got you because your body's already off
• 8:13
  off center. Your your your flesh is
• 8:16
  emnity with God. Listen, I want to start
• 8:18
  praying. We're going to go aggressively
• 8:20
  against these mind issues today because
• 8:23
  everybody has them. I said everybody has
• 8:27
  them. the deal the everybody has the
• 8:29
  opportunity to um uh allow the enemy in
• 8:33
  their head. I had the opportunity this
• 8:35
  morning several times and I chose not
• 8:39
  to. I chose to be here and I'm going to
• 8:42
  punch the devil right in the mouth
• 8:44
  metaphorically right now. So, Father,
• 8:47
  begin to praise the the Lord. Begin to
• 8:49
  lift up his name. Father, we praise you
• 8:51
  today. You are good. There's no one like
• 8:54
  you, Jesus. No one as awesome as you.
• 8:57
  You are holy. You are mighty. You are
• 9:00
  awesome. I thank you, Father, that you
• 9:02
  help me to pray today for your people
• 9:04
  because they need your grace. We all
• 9:08
  need your grace. So, I thank you,
• 9:10
  Father. We repent
• 9:12
  for every moment when we allowed our
• 9:15
  mind to drift without guarding it. Lord,
• 9:19
  your word tells us to gird up the loins
• 9:22
  of our mind. And many times we are lax
• 9:25
  in that area. We just let our mind drift
• 9:28
  and we just let anything come in. Lord
• 9:29
  forgive us. We repent for entertaining
• 9:32
  thoughts that we knew were contrary to
• 9:34
  your word and we just dwelled on it and
• 9:36
  dwelled on it. Dwelled on it till we got
• 9:39
  ourselves all worked up. God forgive us.
• 9:41
  We repent for agreeing with fear and
• 9:44
  doubt and unbelief. Like instead of just
• 9:47
  standing on your truth, God, we repent
• 9:49
  for passivity in our thought life, for
• 9:52
  letting our minds just wander into
• 9:54
  spiritually dangerous territory, just
• 9:57
  just letting our mind lead the way
• 9:59
  instead of our spirit. Lord, we repent
• 10:01
  for every lie that we accepted about
• 10:03
  ourselves or about you or about our
• 10:06
  circumstances and we didn't even consult
• 10:08
  the word. Father, help us. We we repent
• 10:11
  for not bringing our thoughts captive
• 10:13
  and allowing the enemy to just to just
• 10:15
  to operate freely in our mind. Oh Jesus.
• 10:19
  Oh Jesus. So we renounce every agreement
• 10:22
  that we made with the spirit of doubt
• 10:24
  that targeted our mind. We renounce
• 10:27
  every fearful thought that we partnered
• 10:30
  with and treated as though it were
• 10:32
  wisdom. It was the oh this just seems
• 10:34
  like the right thing to do. No, it's the
• 10:35
  scared thing to do. We renounce that in
• 10:38
  the name of Jesus. We renounce every
• 10:40
  mental stronghold built through just
• 10:42
  years of ungodly thinking patterns. We
• 10:45
  renounce it in the name of Jesus. We
• 10:48
  renounce the lie that our thoughts are
• 10:50
  just, you know, all our thoughts are our
• 10:52
  own and there's no spiritual dimension
• 10:54
  to our thought life. There's no
• 10:56
  opportunity. There's no possibility that
• 10:58
  it's the devil whispering to us. No,
• 11:00
  that's my thought. No, we renounce that
• 11:01
  lie. We renounce that lie and we
• 11:03
  renounce passivity of mind in the name
• 11:06
  of Jesus. and we declare that it has no
• 11:08
  place in us. I thank you, Father. I
• 11:11
  thank you, Lord. We renounce every
• 11:13
  assignment of the enemy that was
• 11:15
  launched against our mind in childhood,
• 11:17
  in trauma, in seasons of spiritual
• 11:20
  weakness. We renounce that agreement we
• 11:22
  made with what the enemy was doing in
• 11:24
  our minds or launching at our minds
• 11:26
  during those times. And we thank you
• 11:28
  Lord. We receive your forgiveness. And
• 11:30
  we thank you Lord for a fresh start
• 11:32
  today. today today in Jesus name.

  Thank you Lord. I come against every
• 11:44
  stronghold built in your mind through
• 11:47
  repeated agreement with the enemy's lies
• 11:50
  in the name of Jesus. In the name of
• 11:52
  Jesus, I thank you Lord that you help
• 11:55
  your people right now to pull down every
• 11:57
  argument and every high thing that has
• 12:00
  exalted itself against the knowledge of
• 12:02
  God in their thought lives. God, help
• 12:04
  them to see it. Help them to deal with
• 12:06
  it. Help them to get aggressive about it
• 12:09
  in the name of Jesus. I declare that no
• 12:12
  mental fortress built by the wicked one
• 12:16
  is going to stand against the power of
• 12:19
  the word of God. So we are going to
• 12:22
  speak the word. God help us to get in
• 12:24
  the habit of reacting with the word. Not
• 12:27
  reacting with the flesh, not reacting
• 12:29
  through the wounds, but to respond in
• 12:32
  confidence with the word of God that
• 12:34
  never fails. I thank you Lord. I tear
• 12:37
  down all the strongholds of rejection
• 12:39
  that shaped how you think about yourself
• 12:42
  in the name of Jesus. I tear down
• 12:44
  strongholds of abandonment that have
• 12:47
  distorted your perception of God's
• 12:49
  faithfulness. I demolish strongholds of
• 12:52
  unworthiness that have kept you from
• 12:54
  receiving what God has freely given to
• 12:58
  you. Hallelujah. I pull down strongholds
• 13:01
  of shame that have silenced your voice
• 13:04
  and paralyzed your faith in the name of
• 13:06
  Jesus. I tear down strongholds of
• 13:09
  control and anxiety that have held your
• 13:12
  mind captive through the fear of the
• 13:14
  unknown in the name of Jesus. I I just
• 13:18
  demolish
• 13:20
  strongholds of of religious performance
• 13:23
  that told you that you had to earn God's
• 13:25
  attention or earn God's affection. I
• 13:28
  thank you Lord that you shed your love
• 13:30
  abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost.
• 13:33
  We love you because you first loved us
• 13:36
  while we were sinners. You died for us.
• 13:38
  Everything is available to us that you
• 13:41
  did by grace when we just believe it and
• 13:44
  receive it. So I thank you Lord. It's
• 13:46
  not a performance. It's not a
• 13:48
  performance. It's not a performance.
• 13:49
  It's not an act. It's a relationship. I
• 13:52
  thank you father. I come against every
• 13:55
  stronghold of comparison the enemy used
• 13:58
  to breed jealousy and insecurity in your
• 14:02
  mind in the name of Jesus. And I thank

  you Lord that our weapons, the weapons
• 14:07
  of our warfare, they're not carnal, but
• 14:10
  they're mighty in God to the pulling
• 14:12
  down of strongholds. I thank you, Lord.

  I I release the fire of God against
• 14:18
  those mental strongholds. I thank you,
• 14:20
  Lord. The word is like a fire. The word
• 14:23
  is like a hammer. I thank you, Lord. I
• 14:25
  declare the blood of Jesus dismantles
• 14:29
  every fortified lie constructed in your
• 14:33
  minds even over years, even over
• 14:36
  decades. In the name of Jesus, we pull
• 14:39
  down strongholds of hopelessness that
• 14:42
  said your situation would never change.
• 14:44
  No, God is the God of all hope and we
• 14:47
  thank you, Lord. Our hope is in you. So
• 14:50
  I demolish every mental prison the enemy
• 14:54
  erected to keep you from walking in your
• 14:56
  Godgiven destiny. I say let every
• 14:59
  stronghold fall now and let the truth of
• 15:02
  God's word take its place to take root.
• 15:05
  We plant the seed. We water with our
• 15:07
  words and it will bring forth a harvest.

  I thank you Lord. I thank you Lord. I

  thank you Lord. I thank you Lord. And

  Father we refuse this passivity of mind.

  We declare that our mind is alert,
• 15:22
  active, and engaged in the name of
• 15:24
  Jesus. We will be sober. We will be

  vigilant. Hallelujah. I thank you, Lord.

  I come against every spirit that targets
• 15:33
  believers through through this this
• 15:35
  passive unguarded minds. Lord, teach
• 15:38
  your people how to how to how to how to
• 15:40
  gird the loins of their minds. Teach
• 15:41
  your people how to resist uh the enemy's
• 15:44
  lies. Teach your people, God. Give them
• 15:46
  grace to do it. I thank you, Lord. I

  our minds will not be a vacant lot for
• 15:53
  the enemy to occupy. Lord stir up uh
• 15:56
  just a a watchfulness in us so that we

  never allow our mind to become

  spiritually idle. Help us to set our
• 16:04
  mind on you so you can keep us in
• 16:06
  perfect peace. Help us keep our mind on
• 16:09
  the word so that we can renew it. Help
• 16:11
  us Lord to keep our eyes on you God to
• 16:14
  to keep our attention on the author and
• 16:16
  the finisher of our faith. I thank you
• 16:18
  Lord. Help us to resist God every
• 16:21
  assignment of spiritual sleepiness sent
• 16:25
  to uh to to to dull our mind and make us
• 16:28
  less responsive to the Holy Spirit. We
• 16:31
  thank you Lord. I come against every
• 16:33
  spirit of heaviness that tries to press
• 16:35
  down on your mind and make it passive.
• 16:38
  And I declare that we will not be
• 16:42
  spiritually asleep unconscious. No, we
• 16:44
  are awake. We are sober. We are
• 16:48
  viligent. So, Father, I thank you that
• 16:49
  you will alert us. Holy Spirit shows us,
• 16:52
  warns us every time our mind begins to
• 16:55
  drift into passive territory where that
• 16:58
  enemy of ours, the devil has access. We
• 17:01
  don't want to give him any access. So I
• 17:04
  bind every evil spirit that attempts to
• 17:07
  introduce foreign thoughts into our
• 17:09
  minds. Even if it's unguarded, even if
• 17:12
  we drop our guard, I bind it. I thank
• 17:14
  you, Lord. I thank you, Lord, that you
• 17:16
  help us. I declare that a that a passive
• 17:18
  mind is not our portion. Our minds are
• 17:21
  renewed. Our minds, that is our
• 17:23
  confession. It's a lifelong journey, but
• 17:26
  day by day, we are we are declaring our
• 17:29
  minds are renewed. Our minds are
• 17:31
  transformed. So let the fire of the Holy
• 17:33
  Spirit burn away every tendency toward
• 17:36
  this mental passivity where we're just
• 17:38
  not even thinking about what we're
• 17:40
  thinking about. We're just letting our
• 17:41
  mind wander and we're not challenging
• 17:43
  the thoughts that are appearing in our
• 17:45
  mind. We're just taking it as gospel
• 17:47
  truth. What is demonic lies? Father,
• 17:50
  help us. Help us. Teach us to engage our
• 17:52
  mind even actively while we're praying
• 17:55
  while we're praying to watch and pray. I
• 17:58
  thank you, Father. I rebuke every spirit
• 18:00
  of of distraction sent to scatter our
• 18:03
  thoughts and make our minds vulnerable
• 18:05
  to enemy access. And I declare that our
• 18:08
  minds are occupied by the word of God,
• 18:11
  not demonic lies, by the presence of the
• 18:14
  Holy Spirit. He's in us. We are filled
• 18:16
  with him. And there is no room for the
• 18:19
  enemy in the name of Jesus. Help us,
• 18:22
  Lord. Help us, Lord. Help us to be
• 18:24
  disciplined guardians of our own thought
• 18:27
  lives. God, nobody can do it for us. We
• 18:30
  have to do our part. You given us the
• 18:32
  authority, the strategy. So I thank you,
• 18:34
  Father. And I take every every I take
• 18:37
  captive every thought.
• 18:40
  I thank you, Lord. You have to do this
• 18:41
  as well. Help us, Lord, to teach us,
• 18:44
  remind us, help us get skillful in
• 18:46
  taking every thought that does not align
• 18:49
  with your word, taking it captive in the
• 18:51
  name of Jesus, bringing it into
• 18:53
  submission. all these vain imaginations
• 18:57
  that exalt themselves above your truth,
• 18:59
  God. We've got to we've got to punish
• 19:01
  them. We've got to bring it under under
• 19:02
  the rule of Christ. And so we say we
• 19:05
  refuse to entertain thoughts of fear.
• 19:08
  And and we take them prisoner before
• 19:11
  they take root. We refuse to entertain
• 19:14
  thoughts of failure. A and we cast them
• 19:16
  down before they become a a stronghold.
• 19:20
  I thank you, Lord. We take captive every
• 19:22
  thought of inadequacy and we replace it
• 19:25
  with the truth that we can do all things
• 19:27
  through Christ who strengthens us. I
• 19:29
  thank you Lord. We take captive every
• 19:31
  thought of condemnation and we declare
• 19:33
  there is therefore now no condemnation
• 19:36
  to those who are in Christ. I thank you
• 19:40
  Lord. We take captive every thought that
• 19:43
  questions God's goodness and we replace
• 19:46
  it with with thoughts of his proven
• 19:48
  faithfulness. Praise Jesus. We take we
• 19:52
  take captive every anxious thought and
• 19:54
  we cast our cares upon the Lord because
• 19:57
  he cares for us. I thank you Lord. We

  refuse to process thoughts of
• 20:02
  bitterness. We take them captive and we
• 20:05
  choose forgiveness. Praise God. We take
• 20:07
  captive every thought of comparison and
• 20:10
  we declare that our calling and
• 20:12
  assignment are unique before God. I

  thank you Lord. We take captive every
• 20:16
  thought of unworthiness and we declare
• 20:19
  we are the righteousness of God in
• 20:21
  Christ Jesus. Hallelujah. We refuse to

  rehearse past failures in our minds. We

  take those thoughts captive and declare

  we are new creations. Hallelujah. Lord,

  help us. Help us to just swiftly

  recognize these thoughts and be slow to

  entertain anything that doesn't align
• 20:40
  with your word. to test the thoughts

  like we test the spirits because many
• 20:45
  times it's those spirits that are
• 20:47
  releasing those thoughts. Help us Lord.

  We declare that the obedience of Christ

  governs our thought life and every
• 20:54
  thought must bow to his lordship

  in the name of Jesus. In the name of
