- 0:00Speaker 1: You're listening to Bill Handle on demand from KFI AM
- 0:04Speaker 1: six forty.
- 0:11Speaker 2: And the way it works with the Supreme Leader.
- 0:13Speaker 3: I don't know if you knew that, but they've taken
- 0:15Speaker 3: a page out of the American Arbitration Association, where you
- 0:20Speaker 3: have Iran choosing one person, the Israel choosing another, and
- 0:24Speaker 3: then the United States choosing another, and the three of
- 0:26Speaker 3: them actually choose the Supreme Leader. No, those are the
- 0:29Speaker 3: rules of arbitration. I got that one wrong. Gotta get
- 0:31Speaker 3: everything confused so much. And now handle on the news,
- 0:36Speaker 3: ladies and gentlemen.
- 0:37Speaker 2: Here's Bill Handle. Good morning everybody.
- 0:42Speaker 3: It is Wednesday morning, March fourth, as we're marching fourth
- 0:47Speaker 3: word huh Now now that's just below medium. I would
- 0:56Speaker 3: say that may give you credit, it doesn't quite make
- 0:59Speaker 3: the grade. And now that's beginning there, all right, anyway,
- 1:02Speaker 3: I Neil, good morning.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Good morning, sir.
- 1:05Speaker 3: Yeah, there you are, Amy, there you are here, I
- 1:08Speaker 3: am yeah, there you are at Cono. Good morning, all right, Will,
- 1:15Speaker 3: Good morning Bill. Wearing shirts with horizontal stripes. We've talked
- 1:19Speaker 3: about this heaven. We will do you go out, you
- 1:23Speaker 3: go out of your way? Is that what we do?
- 1:26Speaker 4: Bill?
- 1:26Speaker 5: Large large stripes and small stripes are different. Yeah, small
- 1:31Speaker 5: stripes are swimming.
- 1:33Speaker 3: There you go see small stripes across one's chest is swimming.
- 1:38Speaker 2: It's my chest. It's supposed to be big. Yeah, good wow.
- 1:44Speaker 3: Oh yeah, okay, all right, I mean we can go
- 1:46Speaker 3: right into moves discussion. I don't mind doing that. And
- 1:50Speaker 3: that was gonna stay away from that, all right, And
- 1:53Speaker 3: good morning. You're wearing a park guy.
- 1:54Speaker 2: It's like forty degrees below zero where you are. It's
- 1:59Speaker 2: cold in here.
- 2:00Speaker 3: Yeah, it does keep that place pretty cold. Yeah yeah,
- 2:04Speaker 3: I wear flannel underwear and flannel clothing.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Lindsay likes it very very cold. She runs hot.
- 2:10Speaker 3: I run cold, and never the Twain shall meet. Okay,
- 2:17Speaker 3: what else is happening. We've got a lot to talk about.
- 2:19Speaker 3: The war continues on. Big election news last yesterday, some
- 2:25Speaker 3: Texas news, North Carolina news leading the way for some
- 2:29Speaker 3: primaries as well as the general election coming up in November.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Some California news. And one fun topic and that is
- 2:40Speaker 3: Donald Trump changing the elections, declaring a national emergency. And
- 2:46Speaker 3: I wanted to straighten this out because people who even
- 2:48Speaker 3: those who are in favor of Donald Trump declaring a
- 2:52Speaker 3: national emergency, somehow think that thinks that that translates into
- 2:57Speaker 3: him stopping the elections, and that's not true. It's simply
- 3:03Speaker 3: how the elections are going to be handled. So there's
- 3:06Speaker 3: a couple myths that I want to explode, and that's
- 3:10Speaker 3: basically it. All right, let's just go ahead and start.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Not much for me to talk about.
- 3:15Speaker 5: No, not a lot going on today.
- 3:19Speaker 3: No, I mean certainly not as last few days. Just
- 3:23Speaker 3: some war news and let's just do it. Okay, guys,
- 3:27Speaker 3: let's get right into it. It's time for handle on
- 3:29Speaker 3: the news with Amy Neil and me lead.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Sorry, train them, don't come all. The four of the.
- 3:37Speaker 3: Six US service members that were killed, they have been
- 3:41Speaker 3: identified and they were assigned out of the Army Reserve
- 3:47Speaker 3: Unit one hundred and third Sustainment Command, which is an
- 3:51Speaker 3: intelligence command, and they were killed I think it was
- 3:56Speaker 3: a Kuwait they were killed, Yes, I think so they
- 3:59Speaker 3: were killed in Kuwait.
- 4:00Speaker 2: And the the.
- 4:02Speaker 3: The argument there, and we're talking about the controversy, is
- 4:06Speaker 3: that their unit was not protected the way it should
- 4:10Speaker 3: have been. And the other thing that we're going to
- 4:12Speaker 3: talk about this too. Trump is getting nailed, as is
- 4:16Speaker 3: Marco Rubio, for not anticipating that Iran would have attacked
- 4:24Speaker 3: the rest of the other countries in the Persian Gulf,
- 4:27Speaker 3: and so the United States did not have at the
- 4:31Speaker 3: ready planes transportation out. So you got tens of thousands
- 4:37Speaker 3: of Americans that are stranded in the Mid East right now.
- 4:39Speaker 4: I'm absolutely gobsmacked, gobsmacked by their response saying, wow, we
- 4:44Speaker 4: didn't know what you know, which direction this was going
- 4:47Speaker 4: to go.
- 4:47Speaker 1: It's like to not cover every base.
- 4:52Speaker 4: Yeah, the basics, get the easy ones, right, you know.
- 4:56Speaker 3: On the you know, on the other hand, and you're right,
- 4:58Speaker 3: you have to plan for everything and anything. But it's
- 5:04Speaker 3: I agree with the President in the fact that this
- 5:08Speaker 3: happened very quickly with the retaliation of a Ran to
- 5:12Speaker 3: neighboring Gulf states with America targets, no straight civilian targets,
- 5:20Speaker 3: Dubai right into residential districts. Yeah, no, they're going balls
- 5:24Speaker 3: to the wall. And now the issue is are they
- 5:27Speaker 3: going to attack American basis in Turkey?
- 5:29Speaker 5: They tried, yeah, and NATO says they intercepted a messile
- 5:34Speaker 5: that was headed toward Turkey.
- 5:35Speaker 3: And if a missile hits Turkey, guess what Article five
- 5:40Speaker 3: kicks in and all of a sudden, Tehran is at war.
- 5:44Speaker 2: With twenty seven NATO countries. Why do they have to
- 5:48Speaker 2: hit That's a good point.
- 5:51Speaker 3: They could simply call it an attack because it doesn't
- 5:54Speaker 3: say it doesn't say there have to be injuries, doesn't
- 5:57Speaker 3: say there has to be damages. Simply an attack. And
- 6:00Speaker 3: to argue that flying in a drone or a missile
- 6:04Speaker 3: into Turkey in the Turkish airspace is not an attack,
- 6:07Speaker 3: you could certainly argue it. Well, they're gonna go, They're
- 6:10Speaker 3: gonna air on the side of caution, of course. But
- 6:12Speaker 3: it's like a Tipton murder. It's like, okay, so the
- 6:14Speaker 3: guy was bad, right, No, yeah, you know, you're right,
- 6:16Speaker 3: you're right. But it may look like a duck. Walk
- 6:20Speaker 3: like a duck, talk like a duck. But as of
- 6:23Speaker 3: right now, there's no there's no tuck. You know, there's
- 6:25Speaker 3: no duck. As of right now, there's no duck. Okay,
- 6:28Speaker 3: thank you, moving on, all right, tell Rico state you
- 6:33Speaker 3: missed me.
- 6:34Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:37Speaker 5: Like like son, the son of Ayatola Ali Hamaini apparently
- 6:44Speaker 5: is the leading contender to take over Iran. The second
- 6:47Speaker 5: son of the former Ayatola, who of course was killed
- 6:50Speaker 5: in that Israeli air strike last Saturday, is being considered
- 6:53Speaker 5: by the regime senior clerics to be the next supreme leader.
- 6:56Speaker 5: He's fifty six years old, he's a hardliner. He's been
- 6:59Speaker 5: managing his father's office and network for years, known for
- 7:03Speaker 5: having close ties to Iran's Revolutionary Guards. The IRGC and
- 7:09Speaker 5: insiders are saying his appointment would suggest that the guards
- 7:12Speaker 5: still have control of power in Iran.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I think, no surprise.
- 7:17Speaker 3: So he has actually been the assistant Grand Puba for
- 7:21Speaker 3: a bunch of years, and the fact that there's a
- 7:24Speaker 3: dynasty issue is pretty important. And it's hardliner aid, and
- 7:29Speaker 3: that's exactly what the fear is. It's much like what
- 7:32Speaker 3: happened in Venezuela. You get rid of the head and
- 7:35Speaker 3: the assistant head comes right in and takes over, although
- 7:38Speaker 3: Venezuela is a little different because oil is starting to flow.
- 7:41Speaker 3: So we're going to see basically the same the same.
- 7:46Speaker 5: Trump said yesterday, they were saying, what do you hope
- 7:49Speaker 5: or what would be the worst outcome, and he said
- 7:51Speaker 5: it would be that we go in and do all
- 7:53Speaker 5: of this in five years later, we're right back where
- 7:55Speaker 5: we started.
- 7:56Speaker 3: Yeah, And that is the fear. That is the fear,
- 7:58Speaker 3: and Trump has said four to five weeks. I think
- 8:01Speaker 3: George W. Bush said a real, real limited sense, as
- 8:05Speaker 3: did Joe Biden, as did almost every other president.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:11Speaker 5: But the difference is is that the the Trump administration
- 8:15Speaker 5: is saying we're not holding back, We're going in it,
- 8:17Speaker 5: We're going in it to win it, and not doing
- 8:19Speaker 5: any kind of a limited action.
- 8:22Speaker 2: We're going to see, We're going to see. But even
- 8:25Speaker 2: in it to win it.
- 8:25Speaker 3: Look, you know, Israel is in it to win it
- 8:28Speaker 3: and still hasn't been able to do what it wanted
- 8:31Speaker 3: to do. I think for the most part in Gaza
- 8:34Speaker 3: it has. But Lebanon they're still attacking because the husband
- 8:38Speaker 3: Lah is crazy. You know, they had nothing to do
- 8:40Speaker 3: with this war. This is Iran. But as Iran moves,
- 8:43Speaker 3: so does husband Lah. Okay, one more, then we'll take
- 8:46Speaker 3: a break, he rudely interrupted me.
- 8:50Speaker 2: I did not.
- 8:51Speaker 1: It was my turn, oh semantics.
- 8:55Speaker 4: State Representative James tell A Rico won the Texas State
- 8:59Speaker 4: Democratic primary, So this was going on. This was everybody's
- 9:02Speaker 4: watching this because it says a lot about much defeating
- 9:06Speaker 4: Representative Jasmine Crockett giving party leaders.
- 9:10Speaker 1: What they're saying is the candidate that they.
- 9:12Speaker 4: Quietly wanted because they think that he has a better
- 9:16Speaker 4: chance than Jasmine Crockett of turning that flipping that ruby
- 9:21Speaker 4: red state to something a little less red.
- 9:25Speaker 3: Yeah, we're going to see Trump supporters slash super conservative
- 9:30Speaker 3: slash MAGA supporters. How they're going to do the more
- 9:35Speaker 3: conservative and the MAGA supporters, I mean, really back up
- 9:39Speaker 3: their people. How is the populace going to vote? And
- 9:42Speaker 3: I tell you, Democrats are praying that the super right
- 9:45Speaker 3: wing candidates get on the ballot, giving them the best
- 9:48Speaker 3: chance of putting Democrats into the House and into the Senate.
- 9:52Speaker 5: Who's got eyes on Iran? Days before the US launched
- 9:57Speaker 5: a major military operation in Iran, FBI Director Cash Battel
- 10:01Speaker 5: fired a dozen agents and staff members from a counter
- 10:03Speaker 5: intelligence unit that task is to monitor threats from Iran.
- 10:09Speaker 5: They were ousted. The agents fired for their involvement in
- 10:13Speaker 5: the investigation of Trump's retention of classified documents at is
- 10:17Speaker 5: mar A Lago estate. Patel says. The counter intelligence unit
- 10:23Speaker 5: is known as c I twelve. Apparently it handle's cases
- 10:28Speaker 5: ranging from mishandling of classified documents to tracking for foreign spies,
- 10:33Speaker 5: not those overseas, those operating on US soil.
- 10:37Speaker 3: Yeah, a couple of points I want to make on
- 10:38Speaker 3: this one one. A lot of these FBI agents, I
- 10:43Speaker 3: would say most of them, they don't do policy. They're
- 10:45Speaker 3: ordered by their superiors to perform a certain task. For example,
- 10:51Speaker 3: you have to investigate this. They have to investigate it
- 10:53Speaker 3: because that's our job. It is a superior telling them
- 10:56Speaker 3: to do that. Cash battel in the entire Trump administration
- 10:59Speaker 3: is firing and has fired anybody remotely connected to anything
- 11:05Speaker 3: that was contrary to Donald Trump.
- 11:08Speaker 2: Here's the bottom line.
- 11:09Speaker 3: What are the credentials that are needed to work in
- 11:11Speaker 3: the Trump administration?
- 11:12Speaker 2: I mean, from the bottom to the very very top. Loyalty.
- 11:17Speaker 2: That's it. That's it, nothing more, nothing less loyalty.
- 11:21Speaker 3: I mean, look at the vast credentials that Christy nom has,
- 11:25Speaker 3: or Tom Holman has, or Pam Bondi has, or Pete
- 11:29Speaker 3: Hegsith has. Loyalty. It's all loyalty. I'm glad our government
- 11:35Speaker 3: is run.
- 11:36Speaker 1: It's different here, sir, you look great this morning.
- 11:38Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 11:41Speaker 4: Well, said Senator Tom Tillis. Threatened yesterday to use aggressive
- 11:49Speaker 4: procedural measures, which sounds boring, to bring Senate work to
- 11:53Speaker 4: a standstill. If Homeland Secretary Security Secretary Christy Nome fails
- 11:59Speaker 4: to respond to his offices inquiries. Now they have asked
- 12:03Speaker 4: about immigration crackdowns there in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Of course that's his concern and focus.
- 12:09Speaker 4: But he goes on to say, listen, if I don't
- 12:13Speaker 4: get an answer that you've had a month to respond
- 12:17Speaker 4: to and any of the remaining ones as of today,
- 12:21Speaker 4: then he's going to inform the leadership that he's putting
- 12:24Speaker 4: a hold on and going to block any nominations until
- 12:28Speaker 4: they get it.
- 12:28Speaker 3: He's pretty conservative, but he's one of the few that
- 12:31Speaker 3: could come out and call Trump on his Trump isn't
- 12:34Speaker 3: because he's retiring and he's got nothing to lose, and
- 12:38Speaker 3: therefore he's free.
- 12:39Speaker 2: And the.
- 12:41Speaker 4: Ones and that's just fearful about anything because they're ending there,
- 12:45Speaker 4: you know.
- 12:46Speaker 3: Right, I mean, that's just are the ones that are
- 12:48Speaker 3: able to say and do what they want. Also, the
- 12:50Speaker 3: law he's talking about of the procedures a single senator
- 12:53Speaker 3: can shut down under certain circumstances, votes certainly stop juditional
- 12:59Speaker 3: non nation, which is what a Senator Tuberville or Senator
- 13:04Speaker 3: Mayberry or whatever the hell his name was.
- 13:08Speaker 2: He did that with.
- 13:09Speaker 3: Joe Biden's judicial appointments, just shut him right down, and
- 13:13Speaker 3: I forget what the issue is. But a single senator
- 13:16Speaker 3: can do that, I think, force a vote on the
- 13:19Speaker 3: Senate floor where it doesn't goes beyond the committee anyway.
- 13:25Speaker 3: I'm not quite familiar with the rules, but he can
- 13:28Speaker 3: certainly throw a monkey wrench into this thing.
- 13:32Speaker 5: Measles can wait. An international meeting to determine the status
- 13:36Speaker 5: of measles elimination in the United States has been delayed
- 13:39Speaker 5: by seven months. Of course, measles had been considered eliminated
- 13:44Speaker 5: in the US since two thousand, but there have been
- 13:47Speaker 5: several large outbreaks last year led to a record number
- 13:51Speaker 5: of cases. Of course, it started in West Texas and
- 13:53Speaker 5: then spread from there. So now they've said we need
- 13:57Speaker 5: to we need more time. Side if measles has been eradicated.
- 14:02Speaker 2: Yeah, of course it has not.
- 14:03Speaker 3: You know, one of the side effects of measles is
- 14:06Speaker 3: your balls become as big as grapefruits. Not yours, Amy,
- 14:10Speaker 3: but certainly mine, and maybe Neil's and Will's and Konos possibly.
- 14:18Speaker 2: But that's one of the fun mump side effects.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Does it happen to just one or all three?
- 14:24Speaker 3: That's very good? You know what, I don't know. I
- 14:27Speaker 3: think it can happen to one. I think it can
- 14:28Speaker 3: happen to two. I mean those bell ringers really really
- 14:32Speaker 3: are affected in many, many cases. All right, moving on.
- 14:37Speaker 1: All right, you know, seeing more and more of this.
- 14:40Speaker 4: A Georgia man who gave his teenager son for Christmas
- 14:45Speaker 4: a gun is accused that and he was accused of
- 14:49Speaker 4: killing two students and two teachers there in that Georgia
- 14:54Speaker 4: school shooting. He's now been convicted of second degree murder
- 14:58Speaker 4: and involuntary man slaughter.
- 15:00Speaker 3: Yeah, the sun is the one that did the killing.
- 15:03Speaker 3: And yeah, but jurors took less than two hours hours
- 15:07Speaker 3: defense his defense.
- 15:08Speaker 2: I didn't know.
- 15:10Speaker 3: It never occurred to me that it would happen. And
- 15:12Speaker 3: he's crying, Yeah, you were told your kid was a risk.
- 15:16Speaker 3: It's on video where a body cam from a police
- 15:21Speaker 3: officer is telling him your kid has put some stuff
- 15:26Speaker 3: on the internet and there's something he's threatened schools, and
- 15:29Speaker 3: the guy just sort of nods and then buys his
- 15:31Speaker 3: son in.
- 15:32Speaker 2: Ar fifteen as a Christmas gift.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Yeah, lovely, damn right.
- 15:37Speaker 5: I'm curious, Bill, legally, how could he be actually charged
- 15:41Speaker 5: with murder? He didn't do he didn't do the murder.
- 15:44Speaker 5: He could be an accessory with murder.
- 15:45Speaker 2: Well, there's a couple of things.
- 15:47Speaker 3: Number one, you don't have to physically do a murder
- 15:49Speaker 3: under the Fellow any murder rule, which means all you
- 15:50Speaker 3: have to do is be part of the crime.
- 15:53Speaker 2: And this is in Georgia, and.
- 15:58Speaker 3: Miss Georgia law says second degree murder attaches if it
- 16:02Speaker 3: is causing the death of a child by committing the
- 16:05Speaker 3: crime of cruelty to children.
- 16:08Speaker 2: That's how they connected it that what he did.
- 16:11Speaker 3: Was cruelty to children and therefore that move right into
- 16:16Speaker 3: a second degree murder. He's going to do some serious
- 16:18Speaker 3: jail time, as he should tend to thirty years in prison.
- 16:23Speaker 3: We'll see how far the judge goes on this. I'm
- 16:25Speaker 3: only to bet the judge's going to go seriously long term.
- 16:29Speaker 3: For the simple reason is that they want to send
- 16:31Speaker 3: a message to parents, you will be responsible if your
- 16:34Speaker 3: kids go out and start blowing people apart. We're not
- 16:37Speaker 3: going to just let it stop right there. Oh, I
- 16:40Speaker 3: didn't know, I didn't know. Yeah, you should have known.
- 16:43Speaker 3: Even if you if you claim you didn't know, which
- 16:45Speaker 3: in this case was clearly the other way.
- 16:48Speaker 5: In praise of the president, just kidding a satirical website
- 16:54Speaker 5: has popped up. It's called Draftbaron trump dot Com. It
- 16:58Speaker 5: adopts a muck pagere out of tone, presenting exaggerated praise
- 17:02Speaker 5: of Trump and his family. It says America is strong
- 17:04Speaker 5: because his leaders are strong. That's on the landing page,
- 17:07Speaker 5: and says, naturally, his son Baron is more than ready
- 17:11Speaker 5: to defend the country his father so boldly commands services honors.
- 17:15Speaker 5: Strength is inherited, dog bless Baron.
- 17:19Speaker 2: That's sweet, isn't it.
- 17:21Speaker 3: Yeah, Now, legitimately he has been drafted by the Lakers.
- 17:25Speaker 2: See that was a joke. Referring to his height. He's
- 17:28Speaker 2: a tall kid, six foot eight, he's six eight.
- 17:32Speaker 1: I think he's six eight.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Yeah, I think he is. I think there's something wrong
- 17:36Speaker 2: with his feet, though, what do you think?
- 17:38Speaker 1: Well, they're probably you know.
- 17:40Speaker 2: The family.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Bad feet, bad feet?
- 17:45Speaker 2: How tall?
- 17:46Speaker 1: Is about a skin on his neck? How's that?
- 17:50Speaker 2: Oh? I was wrong? For nine? He's a freak. He's
- 17:54Speaker 2: six nine.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Why are you calling him.
- 17:57Speaker 5: A freak because he's tall.
- 18:00Speaker 2: He's just an odd looking person. I'll tell you. I'll
- 18:05Speaker 2: tell you something he is.
- 18:09Speaker 3: One of what he did is he convinced his dad
- 18:12Speaker 3: to start a social networking with young people. That was
- 18:16Speaker 3: not part of the campaign, and he's the one that
- 18:18Speaker 3: turned that around. He came in and said, you got
- 18:19Speaker 3: to go for this crowd. I tell you, he's far
- 18:22Speaker 3: from stupid.
- 18:23Speaker 4: And it's gonna get a short haircut, diet pink, and
- 18:26Speaker 4: get a nose ring.
- 18:27Speaker 1: You're that close, sister.
- 18:29Speaker 4: Yeah, all right, speaking of Trump God, finally a Trump's
- 18:34Speaker 4: story in here. President Donald Trump on Tuesday threatened to
- 18:38Speaker 4: end trade with Spain. He said, I'm taking my toys
- 18:42Speaker 4: and I'm leaving uh. He cites lack of support over
- 18:47Speaker 4: US and Israeli attacks on Iran Iran UH, and the
- 18:51Speaker 4: europe nation resistance to increasing its NATO spending. So we're
- 18:57Speaker 4: gonna cut off all trade with Spain. He says, not
- 18:59Speaker 4: even Terra.
- 19:00Speaker 2: No, no, this is Spain.
- 19:02Speaker 3: And the Prime Minister, who has not been very pro Trump,
- 19:05Speaker 3: he's sort of the leading of the world, leader of
- 19:07Speaker 3: the world, the world community anti Trump. And once again
- 19:13Speaker 3: and he has not let Trump used airspace or any
- 19:16Speaker 3: of the bases that Spain has. And so the President
- 19:20Speaker 3: has made it very clear once again, you're either with
- 19:23Speaker 3: me or you're my enemy. And since I'm the president,
- 19:26Speaker 3: i am now nailing you with tariffs, and I'm going
- 19:30Speaker 3: to make it as difficult for you to function because
- 19:34Speaker 3: you're not on my side.
- 19:37Speaker 2: I got to tell you.
- 19:37Speaker 3: When you know, the president wheelds a big stick, you know,
- 19:43Speaker 3: he swings his swaonts around and it it's.
- 19:46Speaker 2: Like a bull in a china shop. Yeah, yeah, moving on.
- 19:54Speaker 1: I think it's orange.
- 19:56Speaker 2: Yeah, of course it is. Do you think Let me
- 19:59Speaker 2: ask you, do you think you think Donald Do you think? Hey,
- 20:02Speaker 2: I have a question, you think Donald Trump is rashized?
- 20:05Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 20:06Speaker 3: Let me see if chat GPT tells us if Donald
- 20:08Speaker 3: Trump is circumcised.
- 20:09Speaker 2: That's a that's a good question.
- 20:10Speaker 3: Actually, no, no, is Donald Trumps circumcised.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Don't take anything off it.
- 20:17Speaker 2: It's perfect transcribing. Here's the question. This was chat GPT,
- 20:21Speaker 2: and I'm asking.
- 20:23Speaker 3: There was no confirmed, publicly available medical information.
- 20:29Speaker 2: Aren't most people what circumcised?
- 20:32Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 20:32Speaker 3: Not too many women are, that's for starters. Are most
- 20:35Speaker 3: men fifty right? Now? Used to be that almost everybody
- 20:40Speaker 3: was circumcised. Now it's come back to its circumcision is
- 20:46Speaker 3: declining in popularity because.
- 20:49Speaker 1: There's a mock turtles are out.
- 20:50Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly, there's a movement out there that you don't
- 20:53Speaker 3: want to mutilate men. And I don't understand why would
- 20:57Speaker 3: anybody want why would any guy want to spons to
- 21:00Speaker 3: look like an and eater? I mean, give me a break,
- 21:02Speaker 3: come on, I was pretty young when it happened. I
- 21:04Speaker 3: don't remember it.
- 21:05Speaker 2: I was eight days old.
- 21:06Speaker 3: Because that's very religious, as you know, that very religious
- 21:10Speaker 3: in the Jewish religion. That is a matter of fact,
- 21:12Speaker 3: that is probably one of the most significant events that
- 21:15Speaker 3: could happen, because that is the covenant between.
- 21:18Speaker 2: God and Abraham.
- 21:20Speaker 3: That is the contract between God and Abraham declaring monotheism.
- 21:24Speaker 2: That's true. And you know, I've always wondered, come on, guys,
- 21:27Speaker 2: you really get to.
- 21:28Speaker 3: Sign a contract with getting the head of your schwanz
- 21:32Speaker 3: got cut off?
- 21:33Speaker 2: Why don't you just put an X on a piece
- 21:35Speaker 2: of paper?
- 21:35Speaker 1: Wouldn't that be easier?
- 21:36Speaker 2: And getting it cut off?
- 21:38Speaker 4: Hero is reel the Lord our God, the Lord is won.
- 21:42Speaker 4: And he said, how do we make this a covenant?
- 21:45Speaker 4: You want us to do? What to our what?
- 21:49Speaker 2: All right?
- 21:50Speaker 5: Billions had eyes on Bad Bunny. Bad Bunny made music
- 21:56Speaker 5: history with the Super Bowl halftime show performance during Super
- 22:00Speaker 5: Bowl one hundred twenty eight point two million people in
- 22:02Speaker 5: the US watched it, but then it went global. Bad
- 22:06Speaker 5: Bunny's halftime performance brought in four point one five seven
- 22:10Speaker 5: billion views globally within twenty four hours of the performance.
- 22:14Speaker 3: And that's half the population of the planet. Yeah, that's
- 22:19Speaker 3: pretty impressive. So you know, I was never a Bad
- 22:24Speaker 3: Bunny fan. I didn't know much about Bad Bunny, but yeah,
- 22:29Speaker 3: you know, I've sort of come over to the Yeah,
- 22:32Speaker 3: this guy is really good at what he does.
- 22:36Speaker 1: Yeah, that's all one of those kind of magical performers.
- 22:39Speaker 2: Yeah he is, Yeah he is. I'm sure. Yeah, he
- 22:42Speaker 2: has the it He's got the it factor. All right,
- 22:47Speaker 2: that's it. It's all I wanted to tell you about that.
- 22:50Speaker 2: Moving on, this is right up your alley.
- 22:52Speaker 4: Bill twenty three Very Sad and Anguished Couples, if you will,
- 22:57Speaker 4: are filing a lawsuit against Orange County IVF clinic and
- 23:02Speaker 4: the doctor therein for reportedly transporting their embryos to an
- 23:06Speaker 4: unknown location without their consent, and you know, some went
- 23:12Speaker 4: missing and they're obviously upset about it, so they want
- 23:17Speaker 4: them to do the right thing. According to the lawsuit,
- 23:19Speaker 4: this doctor failed to pay rent for more than a
- 23:24Speaker 4: year at one of the Lagun and Negal facilities of
- 23:29Speaker 4: their cryogenic tanks holding the parents' embryos were housed, and
- 23:34Speaker 4: then patients started to find out what happened.
- 23:38Speaker 2: Oh yeah, this is a mess. Yeah, law, I law.
- 23:41Speaker 3: His accused of medical license suspended and he is accused
- 23:45Speaker 3: of straight out extortion. If you, patients, sign a waiver
- 23:51Speaker 3: saying I'm not being held responsible for anything. If you sign,
- 23:55Speaker 3: I'll give you back your embryos. If you don't sign,
- 23:58Speaker 3: not going to happen.
- 24:00Speaker 1: How could you? What do you mean?
- 24:02Speaker 3: I mean?
- 24:02Speaker 1: That's criminal, real simple.
- 24:04Speaker 3: You sign a waiver as to liability and I'll give
- 24:06Speaker 3: you back, I'll tell you where your embryos are, and
- 24:08Speaker 3: if not, I won't straight out of extortion. That alone
- 24:11Speaker 3: is a criminal act. And uh he uh, well he's
- 24:16Speaker 3: moved to uh to Bakersfield, and they think that's where
- 24:20Speaker 3: the embryos are. In Bakersfield. There's also another lawsuit. There's
- 24:25Speaker 3: another pending lawsuit on behalf of the embryos themselves because
- 24:29Speaker 3: he moved them to Bakersfield, and it's.
- 24:35Speaker 2: There's a lawsuit there.
- 24:36Speaker 3: Yeah, I would also sue under those circumstances. Yeah, Lancaster, Huh,
- 24:42Speaker 3: it's it's a god awful.
- 24:43Speaker 5: Mess calling for a little cleanup. Open AI is amending
- 24:50Speaker 5: its deal to supply artificial intelligence to the US Department
- 24:54Speaker 5: of War. The owner of chat GPT, Sam Altman or
- 24:59Speaker 5: his the chief executive, admitted that it looked opportunistic and sloppy.
- 25:04Speaker 5: Of course, open AI jumped in. Once Anthropic was dropped
- 25:10Speaker 5: by the Pentagon, there was in him ahead.
- 25:14Speaker 2: Yeah, within a matter of minutes, Anthropic didn't.
- 25:18Speaker 3: Well, Anthropic was dropped because it's AI program allowed the
- 25:24Speaker 3: Pentagon to do whatever it wants the surveillance and use
- 25:29Speaker 3: it for weapons against civilians, a.
- 25:31Speaker 2: Whole bunch of other things.
- 25:32Speaker 3: The Pentagon said no, and then chat GPT jumps right in,
- 25:36Speaker 3: and it looks sloppy as hell. Don't you think it
- 25:39Speaker 3: looks a little opportunistic amy, Well, isn't that what America
- 25:44Speaker 3: is all about? Yeah?
- 25:46Speaker 5: What do you think coming in and not having all
- 25:48Speaker 5: your ducks in a row? Probably not a good idea
- 25:49Speaker 5: because there's a lot at stake at this one, which
- 25:52Speaker 5: is the reason, you know, Anthropic said no, we don't
- 25:55Speaker 5: want you to have just unbridled control over the AI.
- 26:00Speaker 4: There's there's no I in AI for everyone. Wait, never mind,
- 26:06Speaker 4: all right, So the Xbox if you love video games.
- 26:08Speaker 4: This console has been the console for a long time,
- 26:13Speaker 4: coming out of Microsoft, of course, and one of the
- 26:16Speaker 4: co founders of Xbox now recently had signaled that the
- 26:21Speaker 4: end may be near for this console and people are
- 26:25Speaker 4: talking about it now. He just made a comment about
- 26:27Speaker 4: the new CEO of Microsoft Gaming that their job may
- 26:32Speaker 4: be to you know, usher this Xbox gently into the
- 26:38Speaker 4: good night. So now people are thinking that Microsoft is
- 26:42Speaker 4: not going to be focusing on gaming and that type
- 26:45Speaker 4: of thing anymore.
- 26:47Speaker 2: All right, I think we were done. Just one last one, Amy,
- 26:50Speaker 2: I'll do it instead of you. Sean Ditty Combs is
- 26:52Speaker 2: getting out of jail early.
- 26:54Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, I'm big deal, you know it's but still
- 26:59Speaker 3: it's month earlier, allowing him to do what he does
- 27:02Speaker 3: earlier then later.
- 27:04Speaker 2: Okay, that's it.
- 27:06Speaker 3: Now we are done with the news on this Wednesday morning,
- 27:10Speaker 3: and let's just jump right into coming up.
- 27:14Speaker 2: Jump.
- 27:15Speaker 3: We're gonna jump right into but we're not We're gonna
- 27:17Speaker 3: take a break, and so let me rephrase that.
- 27:19Speaker 1: Smooth.
- 27:21Speaker 2: Listen, I'm the best.
- 27:22Speaker 3: I am coming up one, yeah, one, that is correct,
- 27:27Speaker 3: coming up, coming up.
