- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, it's Phil Hendry.
- 0:00Speaker 2: Here's another Radio Archive Hour for you on this Wednesday,
- 0:03Speaker 2: and this is Bobbi Dooley. Bobbi is here with us
- 0:06Speaker 2: from March of 2000. Her son, Seth, apparently was recently
- 0:11Speaker 2: suspended from school after drawing inappropriate pictures of male genitalia.
- 0:15Speaker 2: So that's why she and her husband, Steve, are, quote, well,
- 0:18Speaker 2: I don't want to use the word, they're F-proofing their home,
- 0:22Speaker 2: as Bobbi will very graphically explain here.
- 0:24Speaker 1: Coming up, homophobic Bobbi Dooley is... And her husband, Steve.
- 0:28Speaker 2: The Western Estates Homeowners Association and Western Estates Parent Teachers
- 0:31Speaker 2: Organization announces a meeting coming up on Sunday night increasing
- 0:37Speaker 2: the education level of our children. They're also going to
- 0:39Speaker 2: have their Western Estates Homeowners Association barbecue. And all of
- 0:43Speaker 2: the funds from that barbecue will go to an organization
- 0:46Speaker 2: called Straight to the Lord.
- 0:48Speaker 1: It's an organization I don't know much about.
- 0:49Speaker 2: We do want to have on the president of the
- 0:52Speaker 2: Western Estates Homeowners Association, Bobby Dooley.
- 0:55Speaker 3: Uh.
- 0:55Speaker 2: to talk about this and uh... good evening bobby good
- 0:59Speaker 2: how is your husband.
- 1:02Speaker 4: Very well and uh... we're all kind of looking forward
- 1:04Speaker 4: to uh... summer months we're certainly looking forward to our
- 1:07Speaker 4: barbecue coming up uh... this weekend we think we're going
- 1:10Speaker 4: to have a good turnout and uh... we think it's
- 1:13Speaker 4: a wonderful wonderful wonderful.
- 1:15Speaker 2: Cause tell us about straight to the lord and i
- 1:17Speaker 2: know that there is a personal a personal connection for you.
- 1:24Speaker 4: I don't know how really to start this, but I
- 1:26Speaker 4: think it's just a godsend. Straight to the Lord is
- 1:29Speaker 4: a godsend to every parent that has this decision to make,
- 1:35Speaker 4: and that is whether or not their child is a homosexual.
- 1:41Speaker 4: And what do you do, even as an adult, when
- 1:45Speaker 4: you find that you have come down with this? Straight
- 1:50Speaker 4: to the Lord is a group of wonderfully committed Christians
- 1:54Speaker 4: who are helping homosexuals cure themselves and return to some
- 1:57Speaker 4: level of normalcy, Phil.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Okay, all right, Bobby. Now, I want to interrupt you.
- 2:01Speaker 4: Phil, please. I'm a mother. I know what's best for
- 2:04Speaker 4: my children.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Yeah, but every time I hear about these things.
- 2:07Speaker 4: Phil, this hits very close to home, okay? So you
- 2:11Speaker 4: need to listen to what I'm saying, and then I
- 2:13Speaker 4: think the audience would be happy to hear what you
- 2:17Speaker 4: have to say.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Bobby, it is an organization... Phil.
- 2:20Speaker 4: This is something that is very close to me as
- 2:23Speaker 4: a mother.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Is it not an organization that says that homosexuals need
- 2:28Speaker 2: to be cured?
- 2:29Speaker 4: Phil, I am a mother. And I know what's best
- 2:32Speaker 4: for my child.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Who are we talking about here, Seth?
- 2:36Speaker 4: We're talking about my 12-year-old, yes. And this hits very
- 2:40Speaker 4: close to home.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Take a deep breath.
- 2:49Speaker 4: Seth was put on suspension Tuesday.
- 2:51Speaker 1: He was what? Okay. Do you need to take a
- 2:57Speaker 1: moment or something?
- 2:58Speaker 4: No.
- 3:00Speaker 1: I apologize, Bobby, for getting a little strident there.
- 3:05Speaker 4: That's all right. Seth was put on suspension on Tuesday
- 3:10Speaker 4: by his school.
- 3:12Speaker 1: How old is he?
- 3:13Speaker 4: He is 12. The teacher... who is a teacher's assistant,
- 3:19Speaker 4: her name is Miss Banning, confiscated some drawings from four
- 3:24Speaker 4: boys in the seventh grade study hall. Seth was one
- 3:29Speaker 4: of those boys.
- 3:32Speaker 1: He was suspended because of the drawings? Yes, he was.
- 3:36Speaker 1: What were they?
- 3:37Speaker 4: They were drawing, and I don't know any other word
- 3:40Speaker 4: to use, but Seth, along with these four boys, were
- 3:44Speaker 4: drawing some inappropriate pictures.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Can you tell us, because I know this ties in.
- 3:51Speaker 4: They were drawing pictures of, I don't know how else
- 3:53Speaker 4: to put it, the male Tinkleberry.
- 3:58Speaker 1: When you say Tinkleberry, what do you mean?
- 4:03Speaker 4: You know, Phil, I don't know that I'm comfortable using
- 4:07Speaker 4: certain language.
- 4:08Speaker 1: All right, I understand, dear, but we're talking about the
- 4:10Speaker 1: male reproductive organ.
- 4:13Speaker 4: Hold on for a minute.
- 4:16Speaker 3: Let's see. Tell them what they did.
- 4:19Speaker 4: I'm telling him. That's my husband, Steve. It's what we call,
- 4:23Speaker 4: what I've taught the boys to call their Tinkleberry. And
- 4:31Speaker 4: he was suspended. Yeah. And I talked with my husband, Steve,
- 4:37Speaker 4: who you know.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Yes, I do.
- 4:40Speaker 4: And I talked with my husband, and he says that
- 4:42Speaker 4: this is the beginning stages of homosexuality.
- 4:45Speaker 3: Tell them what I told you.
- 4:48Speaker 4: I'm sorry?
- 4:48Speaker 3: Tell him what I told you.
- 4:50Speaker 4: Steve wants me to... He wants me to fag-proof our house.
- 4:57Speaker 1: You know, I'm really offended by this.
- 4:59Speaker 3: Well, um.
- 5:00Speaker 5: Hold on for a minute.
- 5:00Speaker 3: Tell him why.
- 5:02Speaker 4: My husband says that... Wait, wait, wait, wait.
- 5:04Speaker 1: Just tell him to be quiet in the background, okay? Look,
- 5:07Speaker 1: I know that you're upset.
- 5:08Speaker 4: Phil, my husband believes that we have to get this
- 5:12Speaker 4: under control. I have raised Seth. I almost died in
- 5:16Speaker 4: childbirth giving birth to that boy. He wants me to
- 5:19Speaker 4: fag-proof the house.
- 5:21Speaker 3: Tell him I want you to fag-proof the house.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Would you tell him that I don't want to hear him?
- 5:25Speaker 4: He doesn't want you talking.
- 5:26Speaker 5: What?
- 5:26Speaker 4: He doesn't want you talking. I'm here, Phil.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Yeah, tell him, number one, I don't want to hear him.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Number two, I don't like the term fag-proof the house.
- 5:36Speaker 4: He doesn't want me to say that. I don't know.
- 5:38Speaker 3: Tell him I want to keep the gay away.
- 5:40Speaker 4: He wants to keep the gay out or whatever.
- 5:42Speaker 1: All right, so in other words... You believe your son
- 5:45Speaker 1: is a homosexual.
- 5:48Speaker 4: We are fairly certain of that, Phil. Straight to the
- 5:51Speaker 4: Lord is a camp of committed Christians who will help
- 5:56Speaker 4: the homosexual cure himself. And they do have... And what
- 6:00Speaker 4: we're simply trying to do is stop Seth from going
- 6:04Speaker 4: down that slippery slope. God, I'm sorry, Steve.
- 6:08Speaker 3: Why did you do that? Why did you say that?
- 6:10Speaker 4: I'm sorry, Doug.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Why did you do it?
- 6:12Speaker 1: What is he saying?
- 6:13Speaker 4: I said something. We're trying to not use terms that
- 6:17Speaker 4: we think will be inflammatory.
- 6:18Speaker 1: What did you say?
- 6:19Speaker 4: I said slippery slope.
- 6:21Speaker 3: I told you not to say that.
- 6:25Speaker 4: I'm sorry.
- 6:26Speaker 3: All right.
- 6:27Speaker 1: If he doesn't stop.
- 6:28Speaker 4: He doesn't want you talking. I'm here, Phil.
- 6:31Speaker 3: All right.
- 6:31Speaker 1: I can't listen to him.
- 6:33Speaker 2: So in keeping your house heterosexual friendly, can we call
- 6:37Speaker 2: it that instead of fag-proofing?
- 6:39Speaker 4: Yes.
- 6:40Speaker 2: Okay.
- 6:40Speaker 3: Okay.
- 6:41Speaker 2: In keeping your house heterosexual friendly, your husband wants you
- 6:44Speaker 2: using no terms.
- 6:46Speaker 4: That are gay friendly. Or that he considers to be.
- 6:49Speaker 1: That are gay friendly.
- 6:50Speaker 3: Yes.
- 6:52Speaker 1: So you can't use the word backslide.
- 6:54Speaker 4: No, I can't. What we're trying to do....
- 6:58Speaker 3: Call it hetero and happy. What? Call it hetero and happy.
- 7:01Speaker 4: My husband wants me to call it hetero and happy,
- 7:04Speaker 4: our home.
- 7:04Speaker 1: Okay, hetero and happy. Look it. Your boy was caught
- 7:09Speaker 1: with what?
- 7:09Speaker 4: My son, Seth, was caught with drawings.
- 7:12Speaker 1: Hold the line for a minute here. Hold on for
- 7:15Speaker 1: just a second. I need to get.
- 7:18Speaker 2: That husband's really making me angry, Mike. Whatever you can do,
- 7:21Speaker 2: get on the line with her and tell her, I
- 7:23Speaker 2: don't want to hear that guy. If he wants to talk,
- 7:25Speaker 2: then he can come on an extension or something. But
- 7:29Speaker 2: fag proof in the house ain't what I had in
- 7:31Speaker 2: mind when I booked this interview.
- 7:35Speaker 3: 1-800-449-8686. 1-800-449-8686.
- 7:35Speaker 2: We're talking with Bobbi Dooley. She's the president of the
- 7:41Speaker 2: Western States Homeowners Association. Her son was suspended from his
- 7:45Speaker 2: seventh grade middle school class. Some inappropriate drawings of male
- 7:50Speaker 2: genitalia were being passed around. And as a result, Bobbi
- 7:55Speaker 2: and her husband, Steve, have contacted a camp called Straight
- 7:59Speaker 2: to the Lord. Now, I've heard of these organizations. These
- 8:02Speaker 2: are groups that will quote, cure the homosexual, end quote.
- 8:08Speaker 2: She calls them a committed group of Christians who help
- 8:11Speaker 2: homosexuals cure themselves and return to some level of normalcy.
- 8:15Speaker 2: I've heard about these organizations. I do not approve of them.
- 8:18Speaker 2: I do not think that they are legitimate. I think
- 8:21Speaker 2: they are quack. I think they're about as quack as
- 8:24Speaker 2: the old eugenics science so-called was. And I'm just trying
- 8:28Speaker 2: to calm myself down here. Now, I know we're dealing
- 8:33Speaker 2: with a mother who's distraught, so I'm going to try
- 8:34Speaker 2: to have some sensitivity.
- 8:36Speaker 3: Bobby?
- 8:37Speaker 5: Bobby?
- 8:38Speaker 4: Yes, sir.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Okay.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Let me get to the beginning here. Your son was
- 8:42Speaker 2: caught with inappropriate pictures.
- 8:44Speaker 5: Yes.
- 8:45Speaker 1: And you feel that you need to contact this straight
- 8:47Speaker 1: to the Lord?
- 8:48Speaker 4: We have contacted them.
- 8:50Speaker 1: You have contacted them why?
- 8:53Speaker 4: Because we are afraid of my son's homosexuality and that
- 8:57Speaker 4: it can get worse. He's come down with a severe case.
- 9:01Speaker 4: And if there is some way that we can treat
- 9:03Speaker 4: him now.
- 9:04Speaker 1: He's come down with a severe case of what?
- 9:07Speaker 4: He's come down with homosexuality. I don't know.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Okay.
- 9:11Speaker 4: And if we can treat him now.
- 9:13Speaker 2: What does this Straight to the Lord, this group of
- 9:15Speaker 2: Christians who think they can cure homosexuals, what.
- 9:18Speaker 1: Do they do?
- 9:19Speaker 4: They have intensive Bible study. They have heterosexual activities, conversational
- 9:25Speaker 4: skills with the opposite sex. They teach... The lifestyle of
- 9:31Speaker 4: the heterosexual, living with tension and anxiety, putting homophobia in
- 9:35Speaker 4: a good light. It is good to fear the homosexual
- 9:40Speaker 4: because if you fear the homosexual, you won't become, and again,
- 9:44Speaker 4: here is another one of those words, backslider.
- 9:46Speaker 3: I don't want to hear the word.
- 9:48Speaker 4: I'm sorry, honey.
- 9:49Speaker 3: I don't want to hear it.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Is that your husband again?
- 9:52Speaker 4: He doesn't want to hear the word. I'm sorry, honey.
- 9:54Speaker 1: What, because you used the word backslide?
- 9:56Speaker 4: Yes.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Well, tell him that that is not a gay word. okay?
- 10:00Speaker 1: You want me to tell him?
- 10:02Speaker 4: Honey, the man in the.
- 10:03Speaker 3: I don't want to hear backslide.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Get him on the phone.
- 10:08Speaker 2: Backslide has got nothing whatsoever to do with gay people, and.
- 10:12Speaker 1: I don't want to hear you anymore talking in the background.
- 10:14Speaker 1: You understand me?
- 10:15Speaker 6: Sure.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Give the phone back to your wife, please.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Phil?
- 10:20Speaker 1: Yeah. Okay. What else?
- 10:24Speaker 4: Strength of the Lord also has, there's a wonderful workshop
- 10:28Speaker 4: that teaches people who are coming down with homosexuality how
- 10:33Speaker 4: to say no to Vaseline, how to say no to lubricants,
- 10:36Speaker 4: that kind of thing. They teach you that cucumbers can
- 10:43Speaker 4: be cut up and eaten in a salad, that they
- 10:46Speaker 4: don't have to be used for anything else. It's a
- 10:48Speaker 4: healthy respect for vegetables. just different things that I think
- 10:51Speaker 4: are going to help Seth understand that he doesn't have
- 10:56Speaker 4: to come down with it, that we can cure him.
- 10:59Speaker 1: All right.
- 11:00Speaker 2: So you think you can cure him by sending him
- 11:02Speaker 2: to this Straight to the Lord camp where they have
- 11:04Speaker 2: a workshop on saying no to Vaseline?
- 11:07Speaker 4: Yes, sir.
- 11:08Speaker 3: All right.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Our number is 1-800-449. I've got to tell you something, Bobby.
- 11:12Speaker 1: I've known you for a while.
- 11:13Speaker 4: Yes, sir.
- 11:15Speaker 1: I'm really just angry that your husband's putting you through this.
- 11:18Speaker 4: Still, my husband... He loves my boy very much.
- 11:20Speaker 1: I know that he loves him very much, but I
- 11:23Speaker 1: think that your husband is behind this, okay?
- 11:25Speaker 4: Please don't.
- 11:26Speaker 3: Wait, wait, he just said it again. I told the
- 11:28Speaker 3: man not to do that.
- 11:29Speaker 4: Please don't.
- 11:30Speaker 1: What did I do?
- 11:31Speaker 4: You said behind this. All of these phrases, all of
- 11:34Speaker 4: these terms, backsliding, your husband's behind this, all of this
- 11:38Speaker 4: amounts to a moving toward the homosexual disease.
- 11:43Speaker 2: All right, hold on for a second. Find out from
- 11:46Speaker 2: her what we're allowed to say and what we can't say.
- 11:48Speaker 2: backslide or your husband's behind this. 1-800-449-8686. Bobby Dooley from
- 11:56Speaker 2: the Western Estates Parent Teachers Organization. She's been in contact
- 11:59Speaker 2: with a group called Straight to the Lord, a group
- 12:01Speaker 2: of Christians who cure, quote, homosexuals, end quote. Their camp
- 12:06Speaker 2: is in the Santa Monica Mountains, and she thinks her
- 12:08Speaker 2: son is needs their help because he was caught with
- 12:11Speaker 2: inappropriate pictures at school.
- 12:13Speaker 1: So Phil Henry Showix. 1-800-449-8686, 1-800-449-8686.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Phil Hendry Show with Bobbi Dooley from the Western Estates
- 12:29Speaker 2: Homeowners Association. She has guested on our program before on
- 12:32Speaker 2: parental matters. And we are talking now, and I want
- 12:36Speaker 2: to be as sensitive as I can, Bobbi, to your
- 12:38Speaker 2: family's plight, that you think, you and your husband, Steve,
- 12:41Speaker 2: believe that your son may.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Be a homosexual.
- 12:45Speaker 4: No, we think he may be coming down with it.
- 12:49Speaker 2: That he may be coming down with homosexuality as a
- 12:51Speaker 2: result of him being caught in class with some inappropriate pictures.
- 12:54Speaker 1: He was suspended for how long, by the way?
- 12:56Speaker 4: He was suspended through the remainder of the week. So
- 12:59Speaker 4: he was suspended through Friday, through today.
- 13:02Speaker 2: And now you've contacted a camp, straight to the Lord,
- 13:04Speaker 2: a Christian camp, which cures, quote, cures homosexuals or helps homosexuals.
- 13:09Speaker 4: It helps homosexuals cure themselves and return to a level
- 13:13Speaker 4: of normalcy.
- 13:14Speaker 1: And you think this is what your boy needs?
- 13:17Speaker 4: Phil, we're doing the very best.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Is this what your boy needs, yes or no?
- 13:21Speaker 4: We're doing the best we can, yes.
- 13:25Speaker 1: All right, here is San Marcos on the Phil Henry Show.
- 13:27Speaker 3: Hello.
- 13:28Speaker 6: Hello.
- 13:28Speaker 3: Yes.
- 13:29Speaker 6: Yeah, I'd like to say something to Bobby and to
- 13:31Speaker 6: her husband. I mean, I feel your pain. I see
- 13:36Speaker 6: how distraught you are, but your child is your child.
- 13:40Speaker 6: First of all, I don't think homosexuality is a disease.
- 13:43Speaker 6: I was talking about him like he has leprosy or something.
- 13:45Speaker 3: Well, the boy's got homosexuality.
- 13:47Speaker 1: I don't want the... Hold on for a minute. I
- 13:49Speaker 1: don't want your husband... He doesn't.
- 13:50Speaker 4: Want you saying anything, Steve.
- 13:51Speaker 6: Yeah, I don't want him saying anything.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Yeah, I keep hearing him in the background, okay?
- 13:54Speaker 3: I don't want to use him backsliding.
- 13:57Speaker 6: Well, I haven't said anything about backsliding, but first of all,
- 14:00Speaker 6: I can imagine how this is making your child feel,
- 14:02Speaker 6: because if you're talking like this on the radio, your
- 14:05Speaker 6: child has got to just feel terrible.
- 14:07Speaker 4: I mean... Oh, my God. I have racked my brains
- 14:11Speaker 4: as to what to do. What can we do for him?
- 14:12Speaker 6: You should love your child. You should love your child.
- 14:15Speaker 4: Of course I love my boy. I love him very much.
- 14:17Speaker 6: Oh, I know you do, but you're saying that he's,
- 14:19Speaker 6: you know, that he's diseased or something.
- 14:21Speaker 4: Maybe if he hears this, it'll help him cure himself
- 14:25Speaker 4: of the gay disease.
- 14:27Speaker 6: This isn't something that can be cured and cannot be cured.
- 14:30Speaker 6: I mean, it's not a disease. And first of all,
- 14:32Speaker 6: let's back up a little bit. I don't think being
- 14:34Speaker 6: caught with a few... inappropriate pictures is a sign that
- 14:38Speaker 6: this child needs to be sent away to camp.
- 14:40Speaker 3: There are pictures of a guy's wiener.
- 14:41Speaker 6: I can't help what it.
- 14:42Speaker 1: Was a picture of. Would you tell the guy? I told... Bobby,
- 14:46Speaker 1: I can't have this conversation.
- 14:48Speaker 4: Steve, he doesn't want you to say anything.
- 14:50Speaker 3: There are pictures of a man's wiener.
- 14:51Speaker 6: I don't care what they're a picture of. I mean,
- 14:53Speaker 6: children are children, and yes, they do these things occasionally.
- 14:56Speaker 6: I don't think it's a sign that he's a homosexual.
- 14:58Speaker 6: And even if he were a homosexual, it's not curable.
- 15:01Speaker 6: It's not a disease.
- 15:02Speaker 4: Well, the camp has proven techniques. They've cured dozens.
- 15:06Speaker 3: They've cured a lot of fags over there.
- 15:08Speaker 6: A lot of... Well, this is.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Okay, this is so... You know what, man? Tell that
- 15:12Speaker 2: ignoramus of a husband to shut up.
- 15:15Speaker 3: Well, they've cured a lot of the queers.
- 15:16Speaker 6: You know, all I can say is that you just
- 15:18Speaker 6: need to love your child the way he is. If
- 15:21Speaker 6: he did have leprosy, you would love him anyway.
- 15:23Speaker 4: I love him very much.
- 15:24Speaker 6: And accept him for the way he is, if he
- 15:26Speaker 6: is a homosexual.
- 15:28Speaker 1: Well, you said that you were going to make your
- 15:29Speaker 1: house more hetero-friendly.
- 15:32Speaker 4: Well, Phil, what we've done is... I don't know what
- 15:35Speaker 4: to do. We've locked up all of my clothes in
- 15:37Speaker 4: case he wants to cross-dress or something like that. We've
- 15:40Speaker 4: tried to put locks on the doors to my closet.
- 15:46Speaker 4: We've put combination locks.
- 15:48Speaker 1: You've put combination locks on your closet?
- 15:51Speaker 6: Has he ever tried to cross-dress before?
- 15:53Speaker 3: If he's drawing pictures of a man's wiener.
- 15:56Speaker 6: No, that's not cross-dressing. Has he ever worn.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Right. Does he like.
- 16:01Speaker 6: To go and dress up in your clothes?
- 16:04Speaker 4: On Halloween, he got into a dress. I don't know
- 16:07Speaker 4: if that means anything. No, I have an eight-year-old.
- 16:10Speaker 6: Son who puts my clothes on all the time. But
- 16:12Speaker 6: he's playing.
- 16:13Speaker 3: Oh, God.
- 16:14Speaker 6: He is playing. He is very much heterosexual. He's eight
- 16:17Speaker 6: years old.
- 16:19Speaker 4: My husband thinks that. Do you want the number of this, Kim?
- 16:21Speaker 6: No, ma'am, I do not.
- 16:23Speaker 3: Oh, God.
- 16:23Speaker 6: Even if my child grew up to be homosexual.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Hey, here's a flash for you and Steve, Bobby. My
- 16:28Speaker 2: sisters used to put me into a dress when I
- 16:30Speaker 2: was a little kid, okay?
- 16:31Speaker 3: Yeah. Oh, God.
- 16:33Speaker 6: How many times have I put on my dad's shoes
- 16:35Speaker 6: and my dad's pants? And I have three children, and
- 16:37Speaker 6: I'm completely heterosexual. I have a homosexual bone in my body.
- 16:43Speaker 4: Do you ever ducktail your hair at all or anything?
- 16:45Speaker 6: No, no, no, no. I'm very feminine. I mean, I'm very,
- 16:48Speaker 6: very feminine.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Look, Bobby, it's a thing.
- 16:50Speaker 2: All kids like to do that because it's a part
- 16:53Speaker 2: of an experimentation with gender and everything, okay?
- 16:56Speaker 4: I'm so worried. I'm just so....
- 16:59Speaker 6: I think you're very prematurely worrying, first of all.
- 17:02Speaker 1: Absolutely.
- 17:03Speaker 6: I think that this child just needs to experience being
- 17:05Speaker 6: a child.
- 17:06Speaker 3: Don't let him talk you out of it, Bobby.
- 17:08Speaker 4: My husband says that you're trying to talk me out
- 17:09Speaker 4: of something.
- 17:10Speaker 6: I'm not trying to talk you out of anything.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Bobby, we don't want you to come into this state
- 17:13Speaker 1: of panic that you don't need.
- 17:14Speaker 2: It's a beautiful weekend. We don't want you worrying about this, okay?
- 17:17Speaker 2: The little guy got suspended. Little boys draw pictures, okay?
- 17:21Speaker 3: A lot of wieners, they don't.
- 17:22Speaker 6: Yes, they do. Yes, they do, and they dress up
- 17:26Speaker 6: in their mother's clothes, too.
- 17:27Speaker 3: Mr.
- 17:27Speaker 6: Dooley?
- 17:28Speaker 3: Steve? Yes, sir.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Shut up.
- 17:32Speaker 3: I was drawing war pictures and war scenes.
- 17:34Speaker 1: Shut up.
- 17:35Speaker 6: So you're not the only person out there, Steve. I mean,
- 17:38Speaker 6: because your child is a little different than you, that's
- 17:39Speaker 6: not bad.
- 17:40Speaker 3: I had pictures of men dying when I was his age.
- 17:43Speaker 6: Well, maybe you should have gone and received help for that.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Absolutely.
- 17:47Speaker 6: Did you grow up and kill people?
- 17:49Speaker 3: No, I did not. I have a landscaping business.
- 17:50Speaker 6: Okay, well, good for you, Steve. This doesn't mean your
- 17:52Speaker 6: son's going to grow up and be a homosexual either.
- 17:55Speaker 3: Different is bad. We don't like different.
- 17:57Speaker 6: No, different is not bad.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Different is not bad.
- 17:59Speaker 2: And you're starting to sound like those people that, you know,
- 18:01Speaker 2: Thomas Edison, they thought he was retarded.
- 18:02Speaker 4: Did they really?
- 18:04Speaker 3: Yes.
- 18:04Speaker 2: They thought Thomas Edison was retarded. That's how far advanced
- 18:07Speaker 2: he was. He was a brilliant man.
- 18:10Speaker 4: But what did he do?
- 18:11Speaker 6: The most successful people in this world have been individuals.
- 18:14Speaker 1: And they were outcasts as kids.
- 18:16Speaker 7: That's exactly right.
- 18:17Speaker 4: Was Thomas Edison a retard?
- 18:20Speaker 1: No, he wasn't a retard. Thomas Edison... Phil, I need.
- 18:24Speaker 4: Did Thomas Edison drop penises or anything? I just need
- 18:28Speaker 4: to know.
- 18:31Speaker 6: What you need to know is that your child is
- 18:32Speaker 6: perfectly normal, would be my take on this, and that
- 18:36Speaker 6: you just love him for being a kid. Guys, I
- 18:39Speaker 6: need to get off the phone.
- 18:40Speaker 1: Thank you very much. I appreciate your call, ma'am. What
- 18:42Speaker 1: is it?
- 18:43Speaker 3: What are you telling my wife? What? What are you
- 18:45Speaker 3: telling my wife Thomas Edison drew penises?
- 18:47Speaker 1: No, I didn't say Thomas Edison drew penises.
- 18:49Speaker 2: I said that he was an outcast as a young man,
- 18:52Speaker 2: and therefore many outcasts become some of our most remarkable
- 18:56Speaker 2: and amazing citizens.
- 18:58Speaker 3: He sat around with kids drawing wieners.
- 19:01Speaker 1: You get that husband of yours.
- 19:02Speaker 4: Steve, he wants you off the line.
- 19:04Speaker 2: Because he's being stupid now. You're messing with the emotional
- 19:07Speaker 2: life of a little boy, and I'm going to tell
- 19:09Speaker 2: you something. It'll come back to haunt you.
- 19:11Speaker 4: Phil, I want my boy to be cured of the homosexuality.
- 19:19Speaker 1: He's not a homosexual.
- 19:20Speaker 4: Are you sure? You said Thomas Edison was.
- 19:24Speaker 1: No, I didn't. No, I didn't.
- 19:47Speaker 5: Phil Henry.
- 19:50Speaker 3: 1-800-449-8686.
- 19:53Speaker 2: With Bobbi Dooley, president of the Western Estates Homeowners Association,
- 19:56Speaker 2: talking about her son Seth, who was suspended from school
- 19:59Speaker 2: for four days because he was drawing male genitalia or something.
- 20:03Speaker 2: They were just drawing pictures in class. Bobby and her husband, Steve,
- 20:07Speaker 2: have contacted a group called Straight to the Lord, a
- 20:09Speaker 2: group of, quote, wonderfully committed Christians who help homosexuals cure
- 20:13Speaker 2: themselves and return to some kind of normalcy.
- 20:17Speaker 1: We are, at least my opinion is, that Bobby is overreacting.
- 20:20Speaker 2: This Straight to the Lord is recommended that they, quote,
- 20:24Speaker 2: fag-proof their.
- 20:25Speaker 1: You.
- 20:29Speaker 4: Think it's funny, don't you?
- 20:31Speaker 1: No, I don't think it's funny.
- 20:33Speaker 4: You're laughing at the term, though.
- 20:35Speaker 1: Yeah, I think the term is inappropriate, fag-proof your house.
- 20:39Speaker 1: I think that's inappropriate.
- 20:40Speaker 4: But you're laughing at it.
- 20:43Speaker 1: In any event, you want to make.
- 20:44Speaker 2: The house more hetero-friendly by putting a combination lock on
- 20:49Speaker 2: your closet so he's not tempted to get into your clothes.
- 20:52Speaker 1: You have what? What else have you done to the house?
- 20:56Speaker 4: Phil, what we are trying to do, we are trying
- 21:00Speaker 4: to make our home something that is more heterosexual-friendly. To
- 21:04Speaker 4: that end.
- 21:05Speaker 1: So what are you doing?
- 21:06Speaker 4: We've gotten rid of his dolls, his G.I. Joe dolls.
- 21:10Speaker 1: What is wrong with a G.I. Joe doll?
- 21:11Speaker 4: Because playing with any kind of a doll is something
- 21:14Speaker 4: that many, research tells us, many homosexuals do.
- 21:18Speaker 1: Even a G.I. Joe?
- 21:19Speaker 4: Especially a G.I. Joe doll. Because there is an imprinting,
- 21:25Speaker 4: there is a masculine imprinting that is sexual. We took
- 21:29Speaker 4: off his closet doors. So he can't come out of
- 21:32Speaker 4: that closet, Phil, figuratively speaking.
- 21:34Speaker 3: All right.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Let's go to Gainesville on the Phil Hendry Show.
- 21:36Speaker 3: Hello.
- 21:37Speaker 7: Hello.
- 21:38Speaker 1: Yes, sir.
- 21:40Speaker 7: Well, I don't think I agree with what the lady
- 21:43Speaker 7: is saying. I think homosexuality is, if in fact they're
- 21:48Speaker 7: born with it like I hear all the time, I
- 21:50Speaker 7: think it's probably a birth defect or something.
- 21:53Speaker 4: A birth defect in what?
- 21:55Speaker 7: I don't think necessarily that you can cure it, and
- 21:57Speaker 7: I think sending this kid off to camp is going
- 21:59Speaker 7: to cause more damage than it's going to help.
- 22:01Speaker 4: Why do you say that? They have a wonderful workshop.
- 22:04Speaker 7: Well, I'm a religious person, and I'm not a homosexual.
- 22:07Speaker 7: My brother, on the other hand, is a homosexual.
- 22:09Speaker 4: Wait a second. You're religious, correct? Yes.
- 22:12Speaker 7: Yes, I'm a religious person.
- 22:13Speaker 4: And yet your brother is a homosexual?
- 22:15Speaker 7: Yes, my brother is a homosexual.
- 22:16Speaker 4: How did that happen?
- 22:17Speaker 7: That doesn't cast.
- 22:18Speaker 8: Disparities on me, you understand.
- 22:19Speaker 4: No, wait a second. How did that happen?
- 22:21Speaker 8: How did that happen? I guess he was born that way.
- 22:23Speaker 8: That's what he told me. I mean, he's always been
- 22:26Speaker 8: a feminine person.
- 22:27Speaker 4: No, but is there something that is going to rub
- 22:29Speaker 4: off on you?
- 22:30Speaker 8: No, it's not something that's going to rub off on me.
- 22:32Speaker 4: You are a Christian. Yes, I am. Steve, he says
- 22:35Speaker 4: he's Christian.
- 22:36Speaker 7: I'm of the Nazarene religion.
- 22:39Speaker 4: But can't the gay... homosexuality rub off?
- 22:43Speaker 3: No.
- 22:43Speaker 7: Homosexuality can't rub off. You can't talk someone into being gay.
- 22:47Speaker 4: Has your brother tried to talk you into it?
- 22:49Speaker 5: No.
- 22:51Speaker 7: In fact... Well, what would.
- 22:52Speaker 4: You do if he did try to bring you over
- 22:54Speaker 4: to the gay side?
- 22:56Speaker 8: But they don't do that. You don't understand. I've been
- 22:59Speaker 8: around my brother and a lot of his friends, and
- 23:01Speaker 8: I've had homosexuals hit on me before, and the whole
- 23:05Speaker 8: thing is, if you let a homosexual know that you're
- 23:08Speaker 8: not a homosexual, they don't want nothing to do with you.
- 23:10Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.
- 23:12Speaker 8: They don't want to sleep with you.
- 23:14Speaker 7: It's not like somebody having.
- 23:17Speaker 8: AIDS and, you know, it just rubs off.
- 23:20Speaker 7: It doesn't work that way. It doesn't work that way.
- 23:22Speaker 3: It's never rubbed off on you? No.
- 23:24Speaker 7: No, it's never rubbed off on me.
- 23:25Speaker 8: In fact, my brother lives as a woman.
- 23:27Speaker 7: He is a transsexual.
- 23:29Speaker 4: Oh, my God. Oh, my God.
- 23:32Speaker 7: It's nothing that's going to rub off on me.
- 23:34Speaker 4: Oh, my God.
- 23:35Speaker 2: Well, wait a second. His brother's a transsexual. That may
- 23:38Speaker 2: not necessarily mean that he's a homosexual. He's a transsexual.
- 23:41Speaker 2: A woman living in a man's body.
- 23:44Speaker 4: You mean you can't catch... No, you can't catch it.
- 23:48Speaker 4: Can you get transsexuality?
- 23:50Speaker 7: In fact, me and my brother lived for many years
- 23:52Speaker 7: with my aunt, who was dying, and we both lived
- 23:55Speaker 7: together in the same house with my aunt, and.
- 23:59Speaker 8: for years, and I've.
- 24:00Speaker 7: Never caught his homosexuality.
- 24:02Speaker 4: Oh, my God. You know, it's not like I bring
- 24:06Speaker 4: this to him, Aaron.
- 24:07Speaker 7: I'm not going to catch tuberculosis or something from him.
- 24:12Speaker 4: Are you a Christian, though?
- 24:13Speaker 7: Yes, I am a Christian.
- 24:14Speaker 4: Oh, thank God, because this camp is run by Christians.
- 24:17Speaker 7: Well, I understand that, but even Christians can be misled.
- 24:20Speaker 4: Well, why are they misled?
- 24:22Speaker 7: Well, the thought of curing a homosexual.
- 24:25Speaker 8: It's not going to happen.
- 24:26Speaker 4: Well, they have wonderful workshops.
- 24:28Speaker 8: I heard you speak of.
- 24:29Speaker 7: The Vaseline workshop. I don't see how that would help anything. Homosexuals...
- 24:34Speaker 7: I'm sorry, which one? The Vaseline workshop, that's not necessarily
- 24:39Speaker 7: going to help anything.
- 24:41Speaker 5: I don't see.
- 24:41Speaker 7: See, these workshops that you're speaking of, all they're going
- 24:47Speaker 7: to do is scare somebody. And to a 12-year-old boy
- 24:50Speaker 7: who doesn't fully understand sex to begin with, you're going
- 24:52Speaker 7: to do more harm than good.
- 24:54Speaker 4: What about the... I don't know what to do. They
- 24:57Speaker 4: have a workshop... All you can do. where you don't...
- 25:01Speaker 4: A cucumber is something you eat, obviously.
- 25:02Speaker 8: I understand that, ma'am, but that shouldn't... That's something I've
- 25:05Speaker 8: heard all my.
- 25:06Speaker 7: Life that boys.
- 25:06Speaker 8: Don't think about so much as girls.
- 25:08Speaker 4: What's that? The cucumber?
- 25:10Speaker 7: The cucumbers, yes. But all of that aside.
- 25:13Speaker 4: Well, but if you have come down with homosexuality, don't
- 25:17Speaker 4: you see it as something more than... No.
- 25:20Speaker 8: Homosexuals don't look at.
- 25:22Speaker 9: Homosexuals are people just like us.
- 25:24Speaker 7: They're not... the brother of the wild freaks.
- 25:26Speaker 3: Yes.
- 25:27Speaker 8: I mean, believe me, I am anti-homosexual.
- 25:29Speaker 9: I believe fully with all my heart that homosexuality is
- 25:32Speaker 9: a sin.
- 25:32Speaker 4: But wait a second, you said your brother is.
- 25:35Speaker 9: I understand that, but there's nothing I.
- 25:36Speaker 4: Can do to change him.
- 25:37Speaker 9: Even sending him off to this camp, it's not going.
- 25:39Speaker 4: To change him. You can't cure him from that?
- 25:41Speaker 9: No, you cannot cure. You're not going to cure my brother.
- 25:44Speaker 9: You're not going to cure any homosexual. First of all,
- 25:46Speaker 9: I don't believe your son is a homosexual.
- 25:48Speaker 7: When I was a kid in school, I.
- 25:49Speaker 4: Had pictures of all kinds of things. But a healthy
- 25:51Speaker 4: respect for a vegetable so that you don't look on it.
- 25:53Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying?
- 25:54Speaker 9: Yeah, I understand what you're saying about vegetables.
- 25:56Speaker 1: What are you looking at, Bobby? Homosexuals aren't positive free.
- 26:00Speaker 1: You have a brochure?
- 26:02Speaker 4: Yeah, the Just Say No to Vaseline workshop. Oh, you
- 26:06Speaker 4: think that's funny?
- 26:07Speaker 9: Yes, I think that's funny because how is that going
- 26:09Speaker 9: to help anyone?
- 26:10Speaker 5: Just Say No to Vaseline.
- 26:11Speaker 9: Vaseline is used for many things.
- 26:13Speaker 7: You're going to make this.
- 26:13Speaker 9: Child scared of Vaseline. Even if he does grow up
- 26:17Speaker 9: to be a normal, healthy, heterosexual person, he's going to
- 26:20Speaker 9: be afraid of Vaseline because of this workshop. Come on,
- 26:23Speaker 9: this poor kid does not know what he's going to
- 26:25Speaker 9: be put through.
- 26:26Speaker 4: Oh, gosh, I don't know. But he's gay. He drew
- 26:28Speaker 4: a picture of a man's tinkle, Barry.
- 26:30Speaker 9: That does not make him gay. Just because he drew
- 26:33Speaker 9: a picture of a man's penis, that doesn't make him gay.
- 26:36Speaker 4: I don't know. I don't know what to say.
- 26:38Speaker 3: Well, how come he's drawing pictures of a tinkle?
- 26:40Speaker 1: Would you tell your husband to get out of here?
- 26:42Speaker 4: Steve.
- 26:43Speaker 1: I think you've been very, sir, I think you've been
- 26:45Speaker 1: very helpful and you've been very patient. And I'm with you.
- 26:48Speaker 2: I think a workshop that's called Just Say No to
- 26:50Speaker 2: Vaseline is nuts.
- 26:52Speaker 9: I think it's going to hurt this poor kid.
- 26:53Speaker 1: Absolutely.
- 26:54Speaker 7: You're going to have your kid growing up.
- 26:56Speaker 9: There's a reason people are in therapy the way.
- 27:00Speaker 7: They are these days.
- 27:01Speaker 5: And the reason they are is because people are acting.
- 27:03Speaker 7: Before they think. They treated children like idiots.
- 27:08Speaker 9: You have to treat children like adults in order to
- 27:10Speaker 9: understand them.
- 27:11Speaker 4: Oh, you make a lot of sense. What is your name?
- 27:14Speaker 7: My name is Sam.
- 27:15Speaker 4: Sam, I'm Bobby. You make a lot of sense.
- 27:17Speaker 8: I appreciate that, Bobby.
- 27:20Speaker 4: Would you believe that I was going to serve a
- 27:21Speaker 4: salad tonight to my wonderful family, and I was afraid
- 27:24Speaker 4: to put a cucumber in it? Ma'am, no.
- 27:28Speaker 9: Homosexuals do not look at fruit as if it's some
- 27:31Speaker 9: sort of sexual toy. It doesn't work that way.
- 27:33Speaker 7: Homosexuals, they're the same as you and I.
- 27:37Speaker 9: The only difference is their attraction.
- 27:39Speaker 4: Well, you said fruit, but what about vegetables?
- 27:42Speaker 9: Well, fruit or vegetables.
- 27:43Speaker 7: And fruits and vegetables are.
- 27:44Speaker 8: Pretty much in the same group as far as I'm concerned.
- 27:46Speaker 4: Okay, all right.
- 27:46Speaker 1: All right, so you've been... Sam, thank you very much.
- 27:48Speaker 1: We've got to move on, but thank you for your call.
- 27:49Speaker 7: I appreciate it.
- 27:50Speaker 2: Okay, because you are in a panic that I think
- 27:52Speaker 2: has been engendered by some really, really crazy people, Bobby.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Here is Newhall on The Phil Henry Show.
- 27:58Speaker 4: Hello.
- 27:59Speaker 10: Hi there.
- 27:59Speaker 3: Yes, ma'am.
- 28:00Speaker 5: Hi, ma'am. I have two sons myself. I have to
- 28:05Speaker 5: tell you, you're frightening me. You know, however my kids...
- 28:10Speaker 5: grow up, end up, I will love them always and
- 28:13Speaker 5: accept whatever they are and.
- 28:14Speaker 7: Who they are.
- 28:15Speaker 5: I have many gay friends.
- 28:17Speaker 4: Oh, my God.
- 28:18Speaker 5: I mean, this is.
- 28:19Speaker 4: Oh, my God.
- 28:20Speaker 5: This frightens me.
- 28:21Speaker 4: Well, what do you mean you have gay friends? I
- 28:23Speaker 4: don't know what that means.
- 28:24Speaker 5: You know, I have friends who are homosexual. Well, what
- 28:27Speaker 5: does that mean?
- 28:28Speaker 8: Never have they, you know, tried to....
- 28:32Speaker 4: To turn anyone, you know.
- 28:33Speaker 5: Forgive me, I'm on a cell phone, so it's a
- 28:35Speaker 5: little hard to hear.
- 28:35Speaker 4: Do you have sex with these people or no?
- 28:37Speaker 5: Have I had sex with my homosexual friends?
- 28:40Speaker 4: Well, you said they were friends. I don't know what
- 28:42Speaker 4: kind of friends they are.
- 28:42Speaker 7: No, no, no, no.
- 28:43Speaker 5: They are purely friends. I have many, many men friends
- 28:46Speaker 5: who are in relationships with each other. They are probably,
- 28:51Speaker 5: you know, I mean, you're coming.
- 28:53Speaker 10: It's really frightening.
- 28:54Speaker 5: I don't mean to offend you.
- 28:55Speaker 4: Well, I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I
- 28:57Speaker 4: lock my clothes up. I mean, you're going to extremes here.
- 29:01Speaker 5: You're going to terrify your son.
- 29:02Speaker 4: Well, I don't want him getting into it. Do your
- 29:04Speaker 4: sons play with any of the vegetables or bananas or.
- 29:06Speaker 5: Things like that? I mean, you saying that frightens me.
- 29:09Speaker 4: Why does that frighten you? I'm trying to help.
- 29:11Speaker 5: You sound like you're coming from the dark ages here.
- 29:14Speaker 4: Because I don't want my son using a banana. This
- 29:16Speaker 4: is what perpetuates.
- 29:17Speaker 5: Racism and oh my god fear of oh my god
- 29:21Speaker 5: that's different.

- 29:51Speaker 4: I'm talking about my son's tinkleberry. What's wrong with that?
- 29:54Speaker 10: It's not a tinkleberry. It's a penis, just like your

- 30:09Speaker 4: Think the word is appropriate for the airwaves. I think
- 30:12Speaker 4: tinkle or tinkleberry.
- 30:14Speaker 10: Honey, you listen to TV, you hear it all the time.
- 30:17Speaker 4: What's wrong with tinkle?

- 30:20Speaker 4: That's what it is. That's... No, it isn't.
- 30:23Speaker 10: I want to tell you something. My son is grown up,
- 30:26Speaker 10: and he drew pictures.
- 30:27Speaker 6: I found him.
- 30:29Speaker 10: Are you listening? I found him and his friend copying
- 30:31Speaker 10: pictures from the only Playboy that ever entered my home.
- 30:34Speaker 4: Oh, my God.
- 30:34Speaker 10: Oh, my God. Quit calling on God.
- 30:36Speaker 5: He's not going to help.
- 30:37Speaker 8: You right now if you don't have the sense.
- 30:38Speaker 4: Oh, my God. They were trying. Oh, God.
- 30:39Speaker 10: Listen to me.
- 30:40Speaker 1: I walked out. Bobby, hang on and listen to this lady.
- 30:43Speaker 5: Bobby, listen a minute.
- 30:44Speaker 10: I walked out, and I quietly surprised him, and I said,
- 30:48Speaker 10: when you get through, be sure you put that magazine up. Oh,
- 30:51Speaker 10: my God. I never had any trouble with him again.
- 30:53Speaker 10: Guess what? He's not a homosexual.
- 30:55Speaker 1: She didn't shock him? You didn't humiliate the boy?
- 30:57Speaker 7: No, I didn't shock him.
- 30:58Speaker 10: God did not make the humans dirty. We're made in
- 31:01Speaker 10: the images of God, okay?
- 31:03Speaker 4: Can I ask you a question?
- 31:04Speaker 10: No, wait a minute, wait a minute.
- 31:06Speaker 4: I suppose that you stand around eating bananas in front
- 31:09Speaker 4: of your son, don't you?
- 31:11Speaker 10: What's wrong with that?
- 31:12Speaker 4: Oh, my God.
- 31:13Speaker 10: What religion are you?
- 31:14Speaker 4: I'm a Christian, thank you very much. No, no, no.
- 31:17Speaker 10: What is a Christian? What Christian religion are you?
- 31:19Speaker 4: The Prolonged Christian Church.
- 31:21Speaker 10: Which one?
- 31:21Speaker 4: The Fleming.
- 31:23Speaker 10: You know, you need to go back and read some...
- 31:26Speaker 10: If my son hadn't read the books he did, which
- 31:28Speaker 10: has absolute illustrations of penises... Oh, my God.
- 31:32Speaker 4: Oh, my God.
- 31:33Speaker 1: Will you stop with the oh, my God? The lady
- 31:35Speaker 1: is telling you something adult, okay?
- 31:37Speaker 10: Bobby, my son is in medical school. He's going to
- 31:40Speaker 10: be a doctor and help people.
- 31:41Speaker 4: A gay doctor. A gay doctor. Huh? A gay doctor.
- 31:44Speaker 10: Hell no, he's married.
- 31:47Speaker 4: Married to a man or a woman?
- 31:49Speaker 1: A woman.
- 31:50Speaker 4: Is he married to a man or a woman, Phil?
- 31:52Speaker 10: And another thing, you're talking about duck tail. I have
- 31:55Speaker 10: a daughter that's 50 who had a duck tail on
- 31:58Speaker 10: her hair. She's married, she's got two children, and she's
- 32:01Speaker 10: a doctor.
- 32:02Speaker 4: She's got a duck ass on her hair, and you're
- 32:03Speaker 4: telling me that she's straight.
- 32:06Speaker 10: Absolutely. She's got two children. She's got a wonderful husband.
- 32:09Speaker 3: Ask her if she eats bananas in front of her son.
- 32:11Speaker 4: I asked her. You won't answer my question, though, will you?
- 32:13Speaker 10: What is the question?
- 32:14Speaker 4: Do you eat bananas in front of your son?
- 32:16Speaker 10: I eat everything in front of my son.
- 32:19Speaker 3: Oh, my Christ.
- 32:21Speaker 10: Did the devil make bananas? Do you read the Bible?
- 32:24Speaker 4: Eating it in front of your son, you think that's appropriate? Oh,
- 32:26Speaker 4: my God.
- 32:27Speaker 10: A banana?
- 32:27Speaker 3: Oh, my God.
- 32:28Speaker 10: What's wrong with it? You know, Bobby, there's something wrong
- 32:31Speaker 10: with you. I can't believe you are.
- 32:34Speaker 1: Bobby, you need to go to a doctor, all right?
- 32:36Speaker 10: Bobby, you need to go to a doctor.
- 32:37Speaker 1: Absolutely, okay?
- 32:38Speaker 4: I am getting sick and tired of people telling me
- 32:40Speaker 4: that I need to go to a doctor just because
- 32:41Speaker 4: I believe in a Vaseline workshop.
- 32:43Speaker 10: You do. You're crippling your son.
- 32:44Speaker 4: And you don't believe in the Vaseline workshop, I suppose.
- 32:47Speaker 1: No, we do not. No, we do not believe in
- 32:49Speaker 1: the Vaseline workshop.
- 32:50Speaker 3: I do not.
- 32:51Speaker 1: I'm going to put her on hold. Ma'am, thank you
- 32:52Speaker 1: very much for your call.
- 32:53Speaker 4: Okay, bye-bye.
- 32:54Speaker 1: Very enlightening. Thank you.
- 32:56Speaker 2: Do you stand around and eat bananas in front of
- 32:58Speaker 2: your son? Tell Bobby Dooley and that husband of hers.
- 33:01Speaker 1: Steve, that.
- 33:02Speaker 3: Are we off the air now?
