- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Hi guys, welcome back to another episode of Nomas Yes Girls where we, your hosts, Vivian and Viennae, talk about our healing journey.
- 0:09SPEAKER_02: Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode.
- 0:14SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 0:16SPEAKER_02: Sister, it's crazy.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Just you and I today.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: Just you and I.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: And man oh man, if you guys have been following, you guys have been listening to a lot of stories and um a lot of what our guests have to or have and had to say um regarding pretty much everything.
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: I feel like we've been touching base with a lot of people on a little bit of everything, but it all leads down to healing and it all leads down to becoming better for yourself, wanting better for yourself, not just for yourself, but for everybody else around you as well, and growing and becoming who you truly are meant to become here.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: And it's just so inspiring.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: Like each each guest that we've have had is just it's just an inspiration each time.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: And every time I listen to these previous episodes too, I'm like, wow, like I can't believe that we've had the privilege to interview these people, people who we haven't met until recently.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: And it's like, wow, when there's a will, there's a way.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: Like the moment the moment we decided, you know what, let's see what happens, let's see what's what this journey is about, and let's start healing out loud, and let's see who joins us, and let's see who we inspire, motivate, or vice versa, who inspired us and motivated us as well.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: And I'm just so glad you guys have been getting all of these guests, and these people are they're normal people, they're people like you and I, people who live on a day-to-day basis, but just decided to take a leap of faith or take chance, and just decided to live things a little different than what we were taught to.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: So it's been it's been an amazing journey.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: It's been an amazing journey.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: It has taught me a lot about everything, about life, everything, everything.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: And it just inspires me to become better and becoming who I truly am here to become, and as well as the motivation to continue doing what we're supposed to be doing, continue to do this, which we absolutely love to do.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: What do you feel, Vivian?
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 2:38SPEAKER_02: I I feel blessed.
- 2:41SPEAKER_02: I feel blessed that that you know a lot of our guests also reached out, and um, we have not only guests, but we have listeners who have reached out as well.
- 2:51SPEAKER_02: And um we are truly honored that you know you guys feel safe enough to want to be on our on our podcast and also you know to talk to us and get to know us.
- 3:05SPEAKER_02: And um we at least me, I hope that our listeners also took a lot of golden nuggets from all our guests and you know could relate to each and every one of them in their own way.
- 3:20SPEAKER_02: So yeah, I know I I learned a lot of lessons.
- 3:23SPEAKER_02: Um, I did a lot of changes, and I was like, man, I never thought you know this was possible, or I never thought, you know, we're able to do this.
- 3:32SPEAKER_02: And so it's amazing and how much we've grown is is a big blessing and how much we're still growing.
- 3:39SPEAKER_02: Um, it's such a blessing.
- 3:41SPEAKER_02: It's just from where we've started now.
- 3:45SPEAKER_02: Um we just last week, right, sister?
- 3:49SPEAKER_02: It's been a year since we've been podcasting.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, that's yeah.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: We just turned a year.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: We've started our podcast, and man oh man, how we have grown, how we have grown, like the amount of listeners.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: Like, I was literally just telling Vivian, my sister, we can officially say we are reaching thousands of listeners each month.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: Like, what?
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, what thousands of people download our episodes, download just oh my gosh, our social medias are growing, like we're we have thousands of followers now on social media.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm just so happy.
- 4:37SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's it's it's quite a blessing.
- 4:39SPEAKER_02: And um, again, it the same.
- 4:42SPEAKER_02: We are still, you know, with the same how we started.
- 4:46SPEAKER_02: We don't plan anything that we're gonna do.
- 4:50SPEAKER_02: We just, hey, let's talk about this, or um, the same with our guest.
- 4:55SPEAKER_02: We've always said, hey, it's not an interview, it's always just let's, you know, have some coffee and have a conversation and get to know each other.
- 5:04SPEAKER_02: And I hope that that's how you guys also uh perceive it when you're listening to to our episodes.
- 5:12SPEAKER_02: Um, but yeah, so so I mean, I think it's it's been a while since you and I we we sat down, yeah, and and and talked just uh you and I.
- 5:23SPEAKER_02: And I think it's time for listeners to know, you know, what what we have been up to.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 5:29SPEAKER_02: So um, of course, we never stop learning, at least I don't.
- 5:34SPEAKER_02: I love learning.
- 5:35SPEAKER_02: I'm constantly reading, I'm constantly, you know, learning something new.
- 5:40SPEAKER_02: Um, but what about you, sister?
- 5:43SPEAKER_02: Where where are you at right now?
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: I did a whole 180 on my social media.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: If you guys follow me on social media, I started off as a cooking page in a way, but I never I'm not sure if I said this before on the podcast.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: I enjoy cooking, I enjoyed being in the kitchen.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: I've definitely enjoyed uploading and posting all these videos.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: I absolutely loved it, but I've always felt like something was missing.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: I've always felt like there's more to this.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: Like every time I would post a cooking video, yes, it would go viral.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: Yes, I would gain thousands of followers, yes, it was um I've grown so much, I've got brand deals, I've gotten paid through social media.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: Yes, it works.
- 6:34SPEAKER_00: It works.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: The only thing is that I was feeling a little empty inside.
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: I was posting, like I would see all the success, but it's like something's missing.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: It's just it's not, it's a part of me, but it's not all of me.
- 6:50SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: And so I'm like, you know what?
- 6:53SPEAKER_00: I'm just gonna start posting yapping videos and see, see where this goes because I wanted, I've always been a very deep person.
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: As you can tell, the podcast, as you can tell, I've always loved it talking about just going in deep and going in deeper and and um really talking about your feelings, your emotions, and and really talking about healing and growth and how we can become better.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: Like I've always that's always in my mind, how can I be a better person today than I was yesterday, the day before, last year, last week, last month, or whatever.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: So I started changing my social media, and I started putting more of my experience growing up, of my experience on how I would view things growing up, and it was always dismissed, or it was always like, no las que se nos hacen las cosas, or it's just why are you doing that?
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: Like some something, something totally not normal growing up for a lot of people, or I'm not saying let me rephrase.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: There were a lot of teachings growing up that I didn't really agree with, and um, I always felt like something was missing.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: So then when I started talking about this on my social media pages, where it's like, hey, you know what?
- 8:14SPEAKER_00: Yes, I would see a lot of my family work their butt off, living in survival, living in scarcity.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: I'm taking all of that and I'm learning all of that, and I'm changing it because now I have the privilege to stop it here.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: Whereas my mom, my abuelitas, the generation before, they didn't have that privilege, they didn't have that voice, they didn't have that courage.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: And now that I'm going through this and I'm living this, I'm literally their wildest dreams.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: So it's like, you know what?
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna start posting a lot of stuff, first gen related, obviously, and um talking about healing, like literally healing out loud, because not only is the podcast part of my life, but it's what truly fulfills me, it's what truly brings me joy, it brings me peace, it brings me happiness, it brings me everything, and it brings me purpose.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: And talking about all of this, so when I started moving away from cooking and um which I also did a post on social media that I'm gonna be sharing more of my personal experience and sharing more of my of the podcast.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: Um, yes, I lost hundreds of followers, thousands probably, but I'm making room for the people who are actually wanting to hear me out, actually wanting to see where this journey goes and hopefully inspiring somebody that um that they can too.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: Like if they see us, or if they see what I'm doing, what my sister is doing, it's like, hey, you know what?
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: If they can do it, I can do it too, or at least bring that awareness, or bring that awareness and poco poquito slowly but surely start um taking little small baby steps into learning how to set boundaries or learning how to say no, learning how to be okay with discomfort.
- 10:32SPEAKER_00: And I feel like in our culture, we're very we're people pleasers, unfortunately.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: We do what other what our parents tell us to do.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: We do what regardless of how we feel, regardless if we don't agree, regardless of um how how we were raised, and for them, they might take it as disrespect and dishonor, but in reality, it's it it's not, it's it's our us being our own individuals, right?
- 11:02SPEAKER_00: Right, it's us being our authentic self and them being whatever they chose or choosing to be, yeah.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: But how can we find that balance?
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: How can we find that middle ground?
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: How can we find that um that cordialness within learning to create boundaries for ourselves, for our peace, for our sake, but also continue loving our family, our friends, or whoever um is in your life, um, loving them unconditionally and giving them their space or their distance at the same time.
- 11:43SPEAKER_00: So that's where I'm at.
- 11:44SPEAKER_00: That's where what I've been talking about on social media, and uh we've been getting a lot of comments, we've been getting a lot of messages as well.
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: Like, wow, I never thought about it that thought about it this way.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: I actually read a read a comment earlier this morning.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: Somebody wrote, I just found out the root cause of why I've been doing all of this my whole life.
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: Just because I posted a video, yeah, of it, or yeah, I think it was a carousel or something, for her to actually get awareness, like it dawned on her on that moment.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: That's what motivates me.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: That's what brings me joy, that's what brings me comfort, that's what gives me much more purpose in life.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: It's like, listen, let's work on this together as a collective, as a community, and see where our life takes us.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: Who cares what other people say?
- 12:41SPEAKER_00: Who cares what what other people may do?
- 12:45SPEAKER_00: But at the same time, let's let's start overcoming our fears and our discomfort to live a much more purposeful life.
- 12:53SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 12:54SPEAKER_02: And I think it's more listening to ourselves than listening to the outside noise.
- 12:59SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 13:00SPEAKER_02: Because that's how you that's how you get to know yourself and you become more authentic.
- 13:05SPEAKER_02: You learn about yourself, you know, what you like, what you don't like, and and it's okay not to agree with other people.
- 13:14SPEAKER_02: You know, not we're not the same.
- 13:16SPEAKER_02: You and I are not the same, we're completely different, we're completely opposite, you know.
- 13:20SPEAKER_02: And um it's and and it's okay.
- 13:24SPEAKER_02: And I I I do love to, I've always I've seen your comments and I've seen um or the comments people leave you.
- 13:31SPEAKER_02: And um, it is amazing, you know, to to you know, look at your reels or your posts and be like, oh, because I mean I've also had I've looked at them and I'm like, oh I don't even think about it that way, you know.
- 13:43SPEAKER_02: So it's nice, you know, that you can you learn from it.
- 13:47SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 13:47SPEAKER_02: And you know, again, like I said earlier, we just never stop learning.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: And the and the funny part is I'm healing.
- 14:33SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: I'm healing, and I'm just showing, I'm just showing other people what I'm healing, what I'm doing, what I'm every time I talk about all of this, every time I talk about my healing journey, every time I talk about everything that um came from childhood.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: And when I talk about it, not only am I healing myself, but other people are also commenting or messaging, like, wow, I didn't think about it this way, or wow, this is so true.
- 14:59SPEAKER_00: Like, this is something that I've been dealing for myself, or this is something that I've I've always felt, but I never really knew how to put words to it.
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: So it's um it's amazing to see that that we're not alone overall, and that's the way I see it.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: Like, if I'm able to help, or if I'm able to share my story, maybe it might help somebody else um in the same situation or in a similar situation.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: Not every story is the same, I understand that, but at the same time, there's a lot of similarities to it.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: It's just amazing to see that there's like so many people who can relate or resonate into some um conversations or some posts that I may post and provides me much more purpose and motivation on continue what I'm what I'm doing, even though there's times where I'm like, man, I kind of do miss doing my little cooking videos and stuff.
- 15:54SPEAKER_00: And who knows, maybe later on I might I might post some, but for now I feel like this is what I'm what I'm doing.
- 16:02SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this is where it has yeah, it has led up to.
- 16:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 16:08SPEAKER_00: And yeah, like I said, who knows?
- 16:09SPEAKER_00: I'll I'll probably eventually get back, um, and maybe totally something different.
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: I also you were saying, Vivian, that you um didn't stop learning, that you don't you don't stop learning, you like to learn.
- 16:24SPEAKER_00: I also have been learning more about the universal laws of life.
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: So if you guys don't know what the universal laws of life are, it's a set of spiritual principles about how life and energy work.
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: And there's roughly about 12 of them, and I'll name them.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: It's um the first one, and I'll go by order.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: The first one is divine oneness, which means everything and everyone is connected.
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: What you do to others, you do to yourself.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: Second one is vibration, everything is an energy always moving.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: Your thoughts, feelings, they all have a frequency.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: Uh the third one is correspondence, so your outside world mirrors your inside world.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: So a messy mind often shows up as a messy life.
- 17:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 17:13SPEAKER_00: Um, number four is attraction.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: So you attract what matches your energy more than what you wish for.
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: And this podcast, these guests have definitely been an attraction.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: Inspired action, wanting isn't enough.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: You have to take the steps when something feels right.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: Again, yeah, podcasts for us.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: This is something, it's an inspired action for me, for my sister.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: We're taking the steps because, of course, wanting it isn't enough.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: We have to take action, especially when it feels right.
- 17:52SPEAKER_00: The sixth one is perpetual transmutation of energy.
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: So energy can always change.
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: You can turn low feelings into higher ones, you can turn pain into purpose.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: Hence, I started off as a cooking, as a cooking channel in my um on my Instagram, TikTok.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: Now it's more motivational.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: Now it's more um yapping reels.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: Now it's more going into a deeper purpose because cooking, even though cooking also made me happy, it was more in my lower feeling type way because I knew something was missing.
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: So when I changed it, when I changed my um content and when I pivoted a little, it turned a lot of my pain into purpose.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah, same thing with the podcast as well.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: Um, number seven, cause and effect, every action has a result, nothing happens by accident.
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I feel like all of these are like related to the podcast, and yeah, well, it's because it's universal, yeah.
- 18:58SPEAKER_02: So it's universal, so in reality, it's just how you live your life, and it's each and every one of those laws.
- 19:06SPEAKER_02: Yeah, the thing is that we are seeing it now because we're living it.
- 19:12SPEAKER_02: Correct.
- 19:13SPEAKER_02: That's why, yeah, that's true.
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: That's true.
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: We're experiencing it.
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: We are experiencing it for sure.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: Number eight, compensation.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: What you give comes back to you sometimes in a different person or in a different form.
- 19:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it always comes back to you.
- 19:31SPEAKER_02: So can that one be interpreted as well as what you give is what you receive?
- 19:36SPEAKER_02: If you give from an empty cup, you're gonna receive from an empty cup.
- 19:40SPEAKER_02: But if you give from a full-on cup, you're gonna receive a full-on cup.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: Number nine, relativity.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: Nothing good is nothing is good or bad until you compare it.
- 19:51SPEAKER_00: Your problems look different next to someone, someone else's.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 19:57SPEAKER_00: No life is the same.
- 19:58SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 19:59SPEAKER_00: No life is the same.
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: There might be similarities, there might be some um something that may resonate, there might be something that you can somewhat relate to, but no life is the same.
- 20:11SPEAKER_02: Yeah, for this one, I feel like um it what what comes to me is just like children and adults.
- 20:20SPEAKER_02: For a child, not being able to maybe tie his shoe is a big problem.
- 20:28SPEAKER_02: Where for an adult it's not, yeah, you know, so it's a there's a big difference there, you know.
- 20:34SPEAKER_02: For a child, you know, um, I don't know, falling is like, oh my goodness, the world's gonna end because you know, they hurt themselves or they scrape their knee.
- 20:44SPEAKER_02: When an adult is like, no, you're fine, you know, you're nothing's gonna happen, but they're two different worlds.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 20:52SPEAKER_00: Number 10, polarity.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: Everything has an opposite, and every hard thing has a lesson or a gift inside of it.
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: I mean, an experience that I can talk about is like when I quit my job, my full-time job.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: I was in the medical field for 10 plus years, and I just up and quit.
- 21:12SPEAKER_00: I just up and quit and said, I want to create a podcast and grow on social media and talk about my feelings ultimately.
- 21:22SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 21:23SPEAKER_00: Talk about experiencing everything that I've experienced.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: And yeah, that was like a whole 180, like a whole 180 shift.
- 21:32SPEAKER_02: And you notice, oh, sorry, sister, I don't mean to interrupt you, but you notice that um in that one, it doesn't say that it's um something good or bad, it just says it's a gift or a lesson.
- 21:45SPEAKER_02: So it just depends on how you look at it.
- 21:48SPEAKER_02: You can always look at the bad quote unquote situations more as a lesson instead of something bad.
- 21:57SPEAKER_02: It's like, okay, wait, what can I learn from this to make it better for myself in the future, and then be able to, you know, turn it into a gift.
- 22:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: Again, pain, pain to purpose, talking about your pain and to and creating a purpose out of it.
- 22:14SPEAKER_00: Like sometimes we don't like to talk about our pain, we don't like to talk about our traumas, our way of like anything that we've experienced that is hardship.
- 22:24SPEAKER_00: Like, we don't like to talk about our hardships.
- 22:26SPEAKER_00: We just don't, because it's easier, it's easier to be quiet, it's easier to not to um really talk about what makes you discomforting.
- 22:36SPEAKER_00: But that's where the real purpose of life is.
- 22:41SPEAKER_00: And that's something that I had to learn this past year.
- 22:44SPEAKER_00: Like I really had to learn to let go of a lot of things, to learn all these lessons, like all the failure that I thought I was doing.
- 22:53SPEAKER_00: It wasn't failure.
- 22:55SPEAKER_00: It was just a lesson that I had to experience and um grow from that.
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: And now it's now it's a gift because now I'm like, hey, you know what?
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah, exactly.
- 23:07SPEAKER_00: Even though we had to go through some hardships, let me tell you, it is it wasn't easy, but it's doable.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: It's doable, and you just feel a hundred times lighter, a hundred times better.
- 23:21SPEAKER_00: And now sharing it and talking about it doesn't come as difficult to talk about anymore.
- 23:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 23:29SPEAKER_00: As it was when I was going through that whole lesson in life.
- 23:33SPEAKER_00: Situation.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 23:35SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 23:38SPEAKER_00: Anyhow, number 11, rhythm.
- 23:41SPEAKER_00: Life moves in cycles and seasons.
- 23:44SPEAKER_00: Hard times pass and good times come back.
- 23:47SPEAKER_00: Again, going back into um polarity, where um every everything has a lesson or a gift inside of it.
- 23:56SPEAKER_00: It's literally, I feel like those two pretty much coexist because even though life is still moving, regardless of how you're feeling, a lot of those hard times pass.
- 24:08SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 24:09SPEAKER_00: A lot of those hard times pass and we'll remember the good times, but a lot more so a lot of the a lot of those good times will become much more purposeful.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: And I say purposeful because when a lot of those obstacles or those hard times are going through, and whenever that comes again, when there's another difficult situation or a hard time that is um coming your way, you see it more as like, all right, it's just a season.
- 24:42SPEAKER_00: We have to let it, we just have to ride the wave.
- 24:45SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 24:47SPEAKER_00: Whereas younger me would have been like destroyed completely.
- 24:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 24:54SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 24:55SPEAKER_00: But anyhow, again, life moves in cycles and seasons.
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: And it's it's true, it's true.
- 25:01SPEAKER_00: Like there's seasons that we that we are constantly working, and then there's seasons that we have to take a break, and we have to really enjoy life, and we have to enjoy our present moment.
- 25:13SPEAKER_02: It's just grounding ourselves, because I think sometimes, you know, it's like you just have to ground yourself and and live in in the now, in the present.
- 25:23SPEAKER_02: Um, because sometimes we can get carried away and you know, just keep going with the flow and with life and whatever bringing you, but we don't, you know, sit back and relax and say, okay, wait a minute, let's let's enjoy right now.
- 25:38SPEAKER_00: For sure.
- 25:39SPEAKER_02: But yeah, yeah, because there is seasons.
- 25:41SPEAKER_02: I mean, I I've had mine, and then though I I meditate and I grabbed myself a lot.
- 25:45SPEAKER_02: Um, but there is times where I'm like, dang, where did time go?
- 25:49SPEAKER_02: And so, you know, it's it's just it just happens like that.
- 25:53SPEAKER_02: This is you know, so I mean, it just I mean, going now back to the podcast, it's been a year, yeah, you know, it's like wow, so much has happened.
- 26:02SPEAKER_02: We've grown so much, like literally, not just in the podcast, but ourselves as well.
- 26:08SPEAKER_02: And um, we've learned so many lessons that you know.
- 26:12SPEAKER_02: I know I was very scared at the beginning, you know, now it's gotten a lot easier.
- 26:18SPEAKER_02: So it's just seasons of life, and I know that this is preparing me for whatever's coming for the future.
- 26:24SPEAKER_00: Yes, yes.
- 26:26SPEAKER_00: So the last one is gender.
- 26:29SPEAKER_00: I'm not talking about boy or girl gender, I'm talking about everything has masculine energy, so masculine energy meaning meaning the doing, the pushing, the structure, the um logistics, and the female energy meaning the receiving, the rescuing, the calmness, the soft life.
- 26:53SPEAKER_00: That we all need both.
- 26:55SPEAKER_00: We all need both.
- 26:58SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter who you are, we need both masculine and feminine and feminine energy.
- 27:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so I've been learning.
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: So these are the 12 universal laws of life.
- 27:08SPEAKER_00: So I've been learning this, and tell me why I started connecting this to a lot of um Spanish sayings, like Latin America sayings.
- 27:21SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 27:21SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh my gosh, like this is something that my abuelita would always say, or my dad or my mom, yeah, something where I'm like, oh my gosh, like so.
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: I started correlating them, and I'll give you an example.
- 27:33SPEAKER_00: El que siembra cosecha.
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: So, meaning um, what you plant today is what grows tomorrow, like the literal translation translation of it.
- 27:43SPEAKER_00: Um, every action comes back as a result.
- 27:46SPEAKER_00: So we always referenced it as like Maya Willow would always say it like it was something like a warning, like it was like just like a warning in a way.
- 27:57SPEAKER_00: That's the way I kind of interpret it growing up.
- 28:00SPEAKER_00: The universe law of cause and effect, that everything you do is a seed, literally.
- 28:06SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah, but um, I think because in our culture, um, it's it's kind of more like a warning.
- 28:13SPEAKER_02: Yeah, be careful.
- 28:15SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like be careful what what what you like a warning, you know, yeah, what you plant is what you're gonna harvest, and so um, but it it doesn't correlate and it is, you know, um cause and effect.
- 28:29SPEAKER_02: So um it's it basically is the same thing.
- 28:32SPEAKER_02: I mean, it just depends on whatever you do, whether you know good or bad, that's what you will harvest, that's what you're gonna get back.
- 28:43SPEAKER_02: So it was kind of more, it's kind of more like a warning, I think.
- 28:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, it was.
- 28:49SPEAKER_00: But now that I'm like actually seeing like these dichos and and the universal laws, it's like, oh my gosh.
- 28:56SPEAKER_00: Like here's another, here's another one.
- 28:58SPEAKER_00: Dime con quien andas y te diré con quien eres.
- 29:01SPEAKER_03: Yeah, how many times have we heard this?
- 29:03SPEAKER_00: How many times have we heard this growing up?
- 29:05SPEAKER_00: I know.
- 29:05SPEAKER_00: I use it a lot.
- 29:06SPEAKER_00: I use it a lot, yeah.
- 29:08SPEAKER_00: And um, I know my dad, I mean, I use it too sometimes, and now I see it more as like the universal law that everything has an energy, yeah.
- 29:20SPEAKER_00: Like um, the vibration, uh and energy matches energy, the people around you shape your energy.
- 29:29SPEAKER_00: So, of course, growing up, my dad used to always judge whoever was around or like friends.
- 29:36SPEAKER_00: So the literal the literal translation of this phrase is tell me who you walk with, and I'll tell you who you are.
- 29:45SPEAKER_00: So it can be friends, family, it can be whoever you're surrounding yourself with, or everything has an energy, and you start to match what's around you.
- 29:53SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so if you're around people who are complaining, you're gonna complain.
- 30:00SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's like you are who you hang around with, yeah, exactly.
- 30:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so when I started being around women who build things and started building things and are building things, it's like, oh my gosh, I'm surrounded with people who are becoming better for themselves and actually doing themselves.
- 30:18SPEAKER_00: So that's that's who I'm a matching.
- 30:21SPEAKER_00: I mean, the some of the friends that I have now who who I'm surrounding myself with, they're all builders, they're all doing stuff for themselves.
- 30:28SPEAKER_00: So it's like, wow, this is amazing.
- 30:31SPEAKER_02: This is so yeah, or like, or like going back to our podcast, all our guests are people who have healed, yeah, or currently healing, or currently healing, yeah, yeah, and making something out of themselves, and you know, um giving back that energy as well, and that's what you attract.
- 30:52SPEAKER_00: These past couple of days, that's all I've been doing.
- 30:55SPEAKER_00: Just reading the universal laws and actually matching them because we actually heard them our whole lives, but we never obviously they're not a myawella or like um our grandparents or our parents are not gonna say these are the universal laws, they're gonna they're gonna say them as they're gonna say them as something we grew up listening to, and it uh correlates into the universal laws, at least in my perspective.
- 31:24SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
- 31:25SPEAKER_02: And I think because back then, I mean, you just kind of know my sayings, like you don't, you don't, you don't, you don't know that there's something more to it.
- 31:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's just kind of like, oh, my my grandma used to say that, and my great grandma used to tell her that, and my great-great grandma used to tell her that.
- 31:40SPEAKER_02: And so you don't we just didn't understand.
- 31:44SPEAKER_02: I mean, now it's like we're learning all this, and I think that's what gets us very excited, and it's like, oh, okay, we can put two and two together, oh, this is where it comes from.
- 31:53SPEAKER_02: So it's kind of like we are starting now to understand where it comes from, as opposed to, oh well, my great grandma used to say it.
- 32:04SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like there's again going down to the deeper yeah, meanings of of things, everything.
- 32:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so that's where I'm at.
- 32:17SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so that's very exciting, and it's funny because I'll probably post some of this on social media too.
- 32:23SPEAKER_00: So yeah, so you guys can can listen, listen in, and I would love to hear your guys' thoughts on it too.
- 32:31SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and no, that's great because I mean there's a lot of people who didn't know that, you know, or didn't know that um that it it all correlates, yeah, yeah.
- 32:41SPEAKER_02: But it's crazy, and I've also been doing some learning myself.
- 32:44SPEAKER_02: Um, and it's also the same, and it's funny because it's all around kind of the same topics, but it's different branches.
- 32:55SPEAKER_02: Um, so me, for me, I've been going into biocoding.
- 33:00SPEAKER_02: So if you don't know what biocoding is, is how certain or how your body, your physical body responds um to emotion and uh or to your emotions, you know.
- 33:15SPEAKER_02: So anything that you know you haven't healed, any trauma that you've gone through, how your your physical body responds to it in forms of um, you know, like some cancers, diabetes, um, pain, headaches, you know, um things like that.
- 33:35SPEAKER_02: So that's been that's been very interesting.
- 33:37SPEAKER_02: And the reason why, because um I had gone, I had seen about biocoding, but I didn't know what it was.
- 33:47SPEAKER_02: Like I just saw, wait, why why are they saying that their head hurts and it's related to you know something that happened in their childhood?
- 33:57SPEAKER_02: How the heck does that relate to another thing?
- 34:00SPEAKER_02: Well, it's just unprocessed and unhealed trauma as well, so it just comes out physically.
- 34:09SPEAKER_02: And what really um got me into it was when I was going through my anxiety and my depression because I've I had a lot of people tell me, and I am not saying therapy doesn't work, therapy a hundred percent works, you know, people need therapy.
- 34:30SPEAKER_02: The thing is that I did study psychology.
- 34:34SPEAKER_02: So when I was going through that, as much as people were telling me, you need to go, you need to get medication, they you know, you need to get medicated for your anxiety and your depression because I was having panic attacks, I just knew deep down inside that it had nothing to do physically.
- 34:52SPEAKER_02: Medication was just a band date to what I was not ready to face.
- 34:57SPEAKER_02: And the moment where I faced everything, and I mean absolutely everything, you know, had the guts to face my parents, you know, um, some of my siblings and let them know how I felt and you know, people around me, it just started going away.
- 35:16SPEAKER_02: And I was scared and I was facing these, I was facing people with panic attacks.
- 35:21SPEAKER_02: Like I was just, but I was forcing myself literally to heal, and I healed myself facing everything that I I was holding in.
- 35:33SPEAKER_02: And um, even until now, that I'm still healing, like all of a sudden, you know, um my back's hurting.
- 35:41SPEAKER_02: Well, because of biocoding, I learned that I am caring so much from that little girl who had, you know, to carry the parents' divorce and you know, having to hold on to, you know, um being the oldest and and and caring for my siblings, making sure that they're okay, you know, that whatever was going on wasn't affecting them.
- 36:05SPEAKER_02: So I was carrying all that.
- 36:07SPEAKER_02: My back was physically carrying all that.
- 36:11SPEAKER_02: So I had to, you know, work on myself and start releasing things.
- 36:17SPEAKER_02: So it's what I've learned, diabetes.
- 36:20SPEAKER_02: Diabetes has a lot to do with your anger, a lot of anger that you're holding, a lot of pain of you know, certain situations that you lived, it's coming out as diabetes.
- 36:36SPEAKER_02: Um, so it's just a different form of therapy.
- 36:40SPEAKER_02: It's a different form of therapy.
- 36:42SPEAKER_02: Um, but I think it does for me make so much sense because it goes deep into the root cause, not physically, but emotionally, and how it comes, you know, how you block yourself.
- 36:55SPEAKER_02: When you are blocked, it it literally blocks you spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
- 37:03SPEAKER_02: So it's how it all correlates.
- 37:06SPEAKER_00: Interesting.
- 37:07SPEAKER_00: So tell tell me, so you just mentioned diabetes that it can correlate to anger and resentment or resentment too, I'm assuming.
- 37:18SPEAKER_02: How can you fix that per se?
- 37:22SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 37:23SPEAKER_02: So um, what would what you would do is kind of say affirmations to yourself.
- 37:30SPEAKER_02: It's just a release, like we talked about before, you know, you face what you are going through, what you're holding deep within.
- 37:39SPEAKER_02: You know, you meditate, you ask, okay, wait, what is it?
- 37:42SPEAKER_02: Remember how um a few episodes back we talked about, you know, writing letters to release, you know, burning, whatever makes you feel good.
- 37:52SPEAKER_02: But as long as you you take all that out, that's facing whatever you're holding within.
- 37:59SPEAKER_02: And then after that, it's kind of like affirmations, you know, um, it's okay.
- 38:05SPEAKER_02: I'm you know, letting things go, you know, just um making yourself feel safe again, but now on a deeper level, more conscious about what you know that you have already released that, and now you're no longer that person and you're no longer holding it.
- 38:24SPEAKER_02: So it it takes a lot.
- 38:26SPEAKER_02: I mean, it's it's a lot because it goes, I mean, there's like colds and headaches and tumors and cancers and you know, um Hashimoto, and you know, all these things had are a biocode.
- 38:45SPEAKER_02: So it's so much information, but it's um just in there and I'm just in awe of you know, everything that, you know, COPD, like anything you can think of, there's a reason for it.
- 38:59SPEAKER_02: What about for like people who have like lower back pain and so there's for sciatica, I was looking into sciatica.
- 39:06SPEAKER_02: Sciatica, there's if it's let's say it's uh on your left side.
- 39:13SPEAKER_02: So if you're having sciatica pain and it's on uh on your left leg, then that would be like you're scared to face or you're scared to disappoint people.
- 39:27SPEAKER_02: So you're that that's something that you're carrying through the more like sexually, like say maybe like in abuse, or you've had like really bad situations, but you're scared to talk about it or let it out because you're scared to disappoint.
- 39:47SPEAKER_02: So then that would be the pain on your left leg of sciatica.
- 39:52SPEAKER_02: But if you are having sciatica pain on your right leg, then that would be scared of losing what you have already gained.
- 40:03SPEAKER_02: And it's talking about materialistically, so you can have everything, but you're so scared of losing them, maybe because you were raised with you know being poor per se.
- 40:17SPEAKER_02: Oh, we didn't have, yeah.
- 40:19SPEAKER_02: We we didn't have any everything or what we wanted, and now that I have it, I don't want to lose it.
- 40:25SPEAKER_02: And it's also linked to having to make decisions and being scared of the unknown, of not knowing what would happen.
- 40:35SPEAKER_02: That could be in relationships or it could be, you know, um, again, and maybe you would lose something materialistic if you make this decision, you know, and that's just being scared.
- 40:47SPEAKER_02: So then you you get that, you have that pain, and that's when you're right, and you're right.
- 40:53SPEAKER_00: Like it's interesting.
- 40:54SPEAKER_02: So everything has, yeah, the the in Spanish we say el porque, you know, the why things are happening, and I I went in there full force, and I'm like, wow, this is crazy to me.
- 41:08SPEAKER_02: But because I went through it without knowing that's what it was, that's you know what grabbed my attention.
- 41:16SPEAKER_02: And again, it's a different form of therapy and healing.
- 41:21SPEAKER_02: It's I see it this way, like um also it correlates with the with uh the laws that you were talking about, because it also has a lot to do with when you don't talk about what you're feeling.
- 41:34SPEAKER_02: So for example, there's been situations where people have had cancers, right?
- 41:39SPEAKER_02: They've had the right people are like, okay, wait, but they're they're like the sweetest person ever.
- 41:45SPEAKER_02: Like, why would they be going through this?
- 41:47SPEAKER_02: But that's what we're looking at them as a now.
- 41:49SPEAKER_02: We don't know what they're holding within.
- 41:52SPEAKER_02: So we don't know the childhood, you know, they they had.
- 41:56SPEAKER_02: We don't know maybe traumas as adults that they went through that they never talked about.
- 42:02SPEAKER_02: And they could it they could be holding in without even saying anything because maybe afraid of judgment, maybe afraid of you know feeling making other people feel bad, or maybe just they just are people who hold in what they're feeling.
- 42:20SPEAKER_02: And you know, it's so much pain that it will come out eventually.
- 42:26SPEAKER_01: One way or the other.
- 42:27SPEAKER_02: Yeah, one way or the other.
- 42:29SPEAKER_02: Um, but then some people will hear that and they're like, no, that's not what I have, that's not what's happening, that's not what you know that uh I hear a lot of people say, well, the doctors can say one thing, but you know, it's whatever God says, and they get into that mindset, but also it's a learning process because, like, okay, wait a minute, and then you start seeing life in a whole different situation.
- 42:52SPEAKER_02: So you automatically start healing yourself, holding on to that faith as well.
- 42:58SPEAKER_02: So it's kind of like, okay, yeah, God is healing you, you're also doing the work by confronting your situation and changing the way you're living.
- 43:07SPEAKER_02: And then lo and behold, they don't have cancer anymore, or they're living more time than what you know it would what they were told.
- 43:16SPEAKER_02: So I think it all it all correlates, and I think it's just fascinating.
- 43:21SPEAKER_02: And you know, I'm I'm learning, I'm still learning, I'm still reading into it, I'm still, but it's it's it's amazing to be in a whole different, like, well, for me, I'm in a whole different mindset.
- 43:35SPEAKER_00: Oh, 100%.
- 43:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, 100%.
- 43:38SPEAKER_00: Like just listen to our very first episode to now, it's like yeah, very different.
- 43:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 43:45SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 43:45SPEAKER_02: And for me, like growing um, my I'm still learning how to grow my my personal um pages.
- 43:53SPEAKER_02: Um, I'm still in that in the baby step beginner process.
- 43:58SPEAKER_02: But um, but I'm out there.
- 44:00SPEAKER_02: I mean, I've I've I've put myself out there a few times and I've talked a few times, and it's it's different.
- 44:06SPEAKER_02: Um, but um I'm learning, I'm learning as I'm going.
- 44:10SPEAKER_02: I know that for me, I thrive talking with people one-on-one.
- 44:14SPEAKER_02: That's something that I love doing and I love getting to know people and listening to their stories.
- 44:18SPEAKER_02: And I know that that I thrive there.
- 44:20SPEAKER_02: So for me, I feel a little bit more difficult, you know, creating content.
- 44:26SPEAKER_02: But um, I I'm learning, I'm learning, guys.
- 44:29SPEAKER_02: I'm getting there slowly but surely.
- 44:33SPEAKER_00: It's a process, it really is.
- 44:35SPEAKER_00: Yes, you just Just try literally everything is just a trial, literally.
- 44:41SPEAKER_00: Every content, everything is just and you find what what works for you eventually.
- 44:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 44:48SPEAKER_00: And um, but again, you just you don't know unless you try.
- 44:52SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and my content is all in Spanish, most of it.
- 44:54SPEAKER_02: That's what I thrive in.
- 44:56SPEAKER_02: I love, you know, that's just what it is.
- 44:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 44:59SPEAKER_02: So yeah.
- 45:02SPEAKER_00: Wow, this is amazing.
- 45:04SPEAKER_00: I know it's been, I mean, we still have other guests coming up, so don't worry off.
- 45:08SPEAKER_00: This is just uh uh in-between an interim.
- 45:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this is just kind of like, hey, we're still here.
- 45:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's still us, and we just wanted to sit down, talk about everything that we've been going through and um learning.
- 45:24SPEAKER_00: Um, we actually just took a trip, a girls' trip to um Colombia, to Cartagena, which was amazing because it was, I know it was my mom's and Vivian's first time out of aside from Mexico, but out of um to a different country.
- 45:42SPEAKER_00: I should say North America, out of North America.
- 45:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 45:46SPEAKER_00: So it was an amazing experience to see their faces and to see how they were experiencing a different country.
- 45:54SPEAKER_00: Um, granted, I mean there's a lot of similarities with Latin America, so I feel like it was still kind of similar to um some places or like some um Mexican culture in a way.
- 46:07SPEAKER_00: So it's um it was nice to see and spend time with my mom, my sister, and we took one of our aunts with us as well.
- 46:16SPEAKER_00: So it was definitely a healing, I feel it was a healing, a healing experience um for some of us who needed it.
- 46:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah and um and it was an amazing thing to experience and just live the present moment.
- 46:33SPEAKER_00: And I don't know about you, Vivian, but I felt like time was just slow when we were over there, yeah.
- 46:40SPEAKER_00: Like it just we talk about how time is always moving so fast, but when we were over there, it was just like slow, yeah, like it was just it was crazy, it was a crazy experience, crazy, but at the same time, it was definitely much needed.
- 46:56SPEAKER_00: We all ended up getting sick, we all ended up getting the cold, yeah, on the on our way back, unfortunately.
- 47:03SPEAKER_00: Um, but then again, we noticed that a lot of people were sick, yeah.
- 47:08SPEAKER_00: The airport at the plane, on the planes, but overall it was it was a pretty fun trip, and it was definitely much needed for the people who needed it, yeah.
- 47:18SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah, and I think it was so at least for me something I had never imagined.
- 47:24SPEAKER_02: It was never on my bucket list, it was never something that I said, oh yes, I'm gonna go.
- 47:30SPEAKER_02: Like, no, for me was it's it's always been experiencing Mexico and all their wonders that they have, and then traveling here in the US, but never thought about, oh, let me go visit anywhere actually in South America.
- 47:44SPEAKER_02: Like I never even thought about it.
- 47:46SPEAKER_02: Yeah, um, so that is just a huge blessing that you know I I didn't know that was in store for me.
- 47:53SPEAKER_02: So that's one of the gifts, but um, it's it's amazing.
- 47:57SPEAKER_02: Colombia is it has amazing people.
- 48:00SPEAKER_02: Um, we did not have for being um for women alone uh traveling to Colombia wouldn't at least me never felt unsafe, never felt, you know, um disrespected in any way.
- 48:16SPEAKER_02: Um it was their people were amazing.
- 48:19SPEAKER_02: We had the best time, I think ever from the people um helping us at the airport to the Uber drivers to the restaurants that we visited to, you know, it's just it was amazing.
- 48:34SPEAKER_02: It's just amazing.
- 48:36SPEAKER_02: And um I I had so much fun and it's always great to ex to have these moments um with my sister and my mom um and my aunt this time, but um I am well aware that not everybody has you know or can make do these trips or or have this time with um their sisters and their mom.
- 49:06SPEAKER_02: Um so I am totally aware that is a privilege and that we are blessed to be able to make these memories um for us because you know we you know there was so much going on when we were younger, but now you know I don't take them for granted.
- 49:23SPEAKER_02: I love spending time with you guys and making memories and um it's just amazing.
- 49:29SPEAKER_02: It's just amazing.
- 49:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, hopefully later on we can do something similar with my dad.
- 49:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 49:35SPEAKER_00: I mean that's um we're somewhere wherever he wants to go.
- 49:39SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 49:39SPEAKER_00: We we shall see, but yes, I'm all for even though we can make some of these memories growing up, we have the privilege now to do them as we're older.
- 49:50SPEAKER_00: So why not create those memories now as we're older and getting to know them, them meaning our mom, our dad, parents in general.
- 49:59SPEAKER_00: Um, now as they're older, we're older, we're in a very different mindset, they're in a very different mindset as well, compared to how um they were younger.
- 50:09SPEAKER_00: And um and really just enjoy the present moment or the present time with them right there and then.
- 50:18SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so it's never too late, it's never too late to create that and and always so with no resentment, no grudges, no anything towards our parents.
- 50:30SPEAKER_02: And I think that that's even more amazing because you know we have healed from that, and uh in a way helping them without even having to say anything to heal.
- 50:44SPEAKER_02: Um, so I think it's just we're all in a whole different um, we all have a whole different mentality and you know, and we're all in our in a healing journey.
- 50:54SPEAKER_02: Some of us are more advanced than others, but um it's it's amazing to be able to without having to say a word or you know, um prompting them to heal, they've been taking action on their own.
- 51:09SPEAKER_02: And to be a part of that and watch that is is amazing because it helps us heal as well.
- 51:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 51:17SPEAKER_02: So shout out to our parents.
- 51:21SPEAKER_02: Shout out, mom.
- 51:22SPEAKER_02: Winter are now our biggest supporters, which they have been, but now, yeah.
- 51:28SPEAKER_02: They have been.
- 51:29SPEAKER_02: I mean, they were also scared like we were, but I think that um now with time, it's just it's been amazing.
- 51:36SPEAKER_02: And they've seen how much we've grown and how much healing we've done, and they support us fully.
- 51:43SPEAKER_02: Um, me personally, situational with my dad, it just every time it heals more and more and more, and that is amazing.
- 51:53SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'm not gonna keep talking because I will cry.
- 51:57SPEAKER_00: But um, I mean, I feel like that with my mom too.
- 52:00SPEAKER_00: Like I didn't have the best relationship with my mom growing up, right?
- 52:04SPEAKER_00: And now it's it's just very nice to see because even when we were in Colombia too, like we had a little time together, just us two.
- 52:12SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 52:12SPEAKER_00: And um, we were just talking about everything and and really creating a bond and creating a moment in life that we I knew, I know we both needed it.
- 52:24SPEAKER_00: And so it was it was definitely something something that I'll cherish forever, obviously.
- 52:31SPEAKER_00: But it's it's also something that I'm glad we're in this stage of life where we don't see each other with hurt or anger or resentment or um or any ill will.
- 52:47SPEAKER_00: On the contrary, it's all love, it's all love, it's all unconditional.
- 52:52SPEAKER_00: And um literally, like I can just tell them anything and everything, and there's not gonna be any more judgment or any more or any more anger.
- 53:04SPEAKER_00: Granted, I know I I can be a little a little crazy at times, and especially with my dad, because my dad is like this whole macho, like very strict, very traditional man.
- 53:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the way I talk to him is probably well, he was because I talk to him now, he's like one of my best friends, and it's it's just I just find it hilarious because yeah, because now it's I mean, even with my mom too, like we've got we're getting to that point as well.
- 53:40SPEAKER_00: But I mean, um, with my dad too, he's I don't know, it's just an amazing experience to have now with both parents and create a tighter bond and a loving bond.
- 53:57SPEAKER_00: They know they can tell us or me anything, and it's I'm not gonna judge them for it, and vice versa.
- 54:03SPEAKER_00: Like, I can tell them anything.
- 54:04SPEAKER_00: And at first it might sound crazy to them, but then they're like, you know what?
- 54:08SPEAKER_00: If that's what you want to do, go for it.
- 54:11SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and I think it's just because they're also they're also learning who we are as grown adult individuals.
- 54:20SPEAKER_00: True, yeah.
- 54:21SPEAKER_02: So, so yeah, I think that they have always seen us as those little girls that felt like they still needed to like protect us, I guess, at some point, but not understanding why we were taking certain routes or why were we doing certain things.
- 54:37SPEAKER_02: Um but I think now um in the present moment, they have you know, now have started to see who we are.
- 54:47SPEAKER_02: They're learning who we are as grown women living their their life and you know doing what they want to do as opposed to what they were expecting us to do, and then them seeing that it's okay.
- 55:02SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that it's okay.
- 55:04SPEAKER_02: We're not, you know, going through you know, bad situations or we're not going like it just because it's not what they thought, you know, we were supposed to go through, it's like, oh, okay, wait a minute, it's not that bad.
- 55:20SPEAKER_02: But in a different way, yeah.
- 55:22SPEAKER_02: So it's it's different for them, and it's probably taking a little time to get used to, but I think that they're doing amazing, and um, I think that it's okay because they're both willing to be open-minded.
- 55:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 55:36SPEAKER_02: So they're both willing to do it and both willing to see it through our our perspective and be okay with it.
- 55:43SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is and I know they listen to our podcast or watch our YouTube, listen to our podcasts, they tell other people, they share about it.
- 55:53SPEAKER_00: So it's it's they're our own little marketers in a way.
- 55:56SPEAKER_00: So it's so cute.
- 55:57SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 55:58SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it is, but it's amazing because that's their way of telling us that they're proud of us.
- 56:02SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 56:03SPEAKER_02: And um, and yeah, it's it's just amazing.
- 56:07SPEAKER_02: And and we're blessed, you know, to be able to live this.
- 56:10SPEAKER_02: And um again, it's I mean, if you have been listening to us, their divorce was really bad.
- 56:18SPEAKER_02: And I think that um we were always caught in the middle of it.
- 56:22SPEAKER_02: And right now, I think that that has uh have healed at least from uh my sister and I uh been doing the work and healing with us, and that has changed the relationship with our parents.
- 56:34SPEAKER_02: So um, yeah, it it has helped out that has nothing to do anymore with it before it was that was the excuse.
- 56:41SPEAKER_02: Now it's not um for them or for us.
- 56:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I never would have thought that would happen, honestly, until but again, it had to take us doing this in order for them to see and realize like hold on, wait a minute.
- 56:57SPEAKER_01: Yeah, cause and effect, right?
- 57:00SPEAKER_01: Exactly, exactly.
- 57:03SPEAKER_01: Cause and effect, yeah.
- 57:06SPEAKER_02: It's the gift, it's the gift of that learning situation back then.
- 57:10SPEAKER_00: So well, guys, thank you so much for being here.
