- 1:27Speaker 1: Some of the trending news headlines. I got birthdays coming
- 1:31Speaker 1: up for you. We'll get into a little bit of that.
- 1:36Speaker 1: This is kind of fun. The question was are there
- 1:39Speaker 1: any things that are called American in other countries like
- 1:42Speaker 1: you know, when you go like here, we have like
- 1:45Speaker 1: French dressing, Russian dress, you know, things like that. So
- 1:50Speaker 1: foreigners asked that question.
- 1:52Speaker 5: There's gotta be a ton of examples, right, yeah, American football, we.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Have French fries, Belgian waffles, French onions, Greek yogurt, Russian roulette,
- 2:02Speaker 1: Chinese finger traps. Formally know it's Chinese handcuffs, Chinese checkers,
- 2:06Speaker 1: Chinese checkers. So these are some things that people mentioned.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Which is which is kind of funny, American cheese maybe
- 2:13Speaker 1: in hungry. An American kitchen means it's not walled off
- 2:18Speaker 1: from the living room, so it's like an open, open concept.
- 2:22Speaker 6: I didn't know that we were famous for that.
- 2:24Speaker 1: But when we watch I don't watch it much because
- 2:27Speaker 1: I don't really like it. The International House Hunters, I
- 2:29Speaker 1: hate it. There's certain countries they go to and they go, oh,
- 2:33Speaker 1: they show the kitchen. I mean there's no cabinets, no countertipes,
- 2:36Speaker 1: the fridge is there's not even a fridge. It's an
- 2:38Speaker 1: open space. And then you're responsible for putting the entire
- 2:42Speaker 1: kitchen in there.
- 2:43Speaker 7: Wow.
- 2:44Speaker 5: And they also don't get the small fridges when they
- 2:46Speaker 5: do have them. They're tiny.
- 2:47Speaker 1: It's like, oh, don't need a refrigerator. There was actually
- 2:51Speaker 1: something about that American fridge is what they call those
- 2:54Speaker 1: giant double sized refrigerators.
- 2:57Speaker 6: Rule Yeah, well probably I'm thinking like in a lot
- 2:59Speaker 6: of places if they buy organic, like you leave eggs
- 3:01Speaker 6: on the counter. We would never do that.
- 3:03Speaker 8: You know.
- 3:03Speaker 9: Maybe they also eat way less than we do in America.
- 3:08Speaker 1: A lot it outside dairy.
- 3:10Speaker 6: And eggs and stuff you just leave out.
- 3:12Speaker 1: So in Norway they've got bags of frozen vegetables that
- 3:15Speaker 1: have like the dice, carrots, to peas, the corn. They
- 3:17Speaker 1: call that American mix.
- 3:19Speaker 6: We're sorry.
- 3:21Speaker 1: You do.
- 3:22Speaker 6: I hate the Medleys, the med It just reminds me
- 3:27Speaker 6: of like being force fed that in childhood.
- 3:29Speaker 1: When I was like properly going to my going out
- 3:32Speaker 1: of my way to eat properly. I would just get
- 3:33Speaker 1: like a frozen bag of that stuff and eat and
- 3:35Speaker 1: that's all I would eat.
- 3:36Speaker 5: I've had that for lunch lately, like just throwing a
- 3:39Speaker 5: bag of vegetables.
- 3:39Speaker 1: The Medley.
- 3:40Speaker 5: Yeah, Memley is great, versatile generic good.
- 3:46Speaker 1: In the Netherlands, they've got a popular bread topping called
- 3:50Speaker 1: filet American and it's basically like a steak tartar. So
- 3:54Speaker 1: like a raw beef mixed with a mayo based sauce
- 3:58Speaker 1: with spices and some condiments.
- 4:00Speaker 6: What world is that because it has mayo?
- 4:02Speaker 1: Yeah maybe I have no idea. I never heard anything
- 4:05Speaker 1: about that. And the Czech Republic potato wedges are called
- 4:09Speaker 1: American branbrie, which translates to American potatoes.
- 4:13Speaker 6: Oh yeah, I believe that's us.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Yeah, take credit for that. Ranch dressing is known as
- 4:18Speaker 1: American dressing in many countries. Cool Ranch Doritos. They're marketed
- 4:22Speaker 1: as cool American yeah again brand. Once in Thailand, this
- 4:28Speaker 1: person found a full English breakfast on a menu listed
- 4:31Speaker 1: as eggs, bacon, beans, tomatoes, hash browns, and American food,
- 4:36Speaker 1: even though it's.
- 4:37Speaker 6: English hardcore backpacked a billion years ago. And the tourist
- 4:41Speaker 6: spots they offer American breakfast, it's the one you wanted.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Bacon's and American foods. They ordered to find out what
- 4:48Speaker 1: American food was, and it was hot dogs cut up
- 4:50Speaker 1: a little fancy.
- 4:51Speaker 6: Oh never mind.
- 4:52Speaker 9: So I was in Venice, Italy and they had a store.
- 4:57Speaker 9: I said, American food, right, And I walk in there
- 5:00Speaker 9: and it's all this candy garbage like American cereals, like
- 5:05Speaker 9: you know, count chocola type stuff.
- 5:07Speaker 1: It was just like Sugar City. Also in Hungary, to
- 5:10Speaker 1: celebrate American Independence Day, they serve things like hot dogs
- 5:13Speaker 1: and the drinks come in red solo cups which they
- 5:15Speaker 1: call American party cups American party cups. Someone saw a
- 5:21Speaker 1: pumpkin spice latte called Yankee spice all right. And the
- 5:25Speaker 1: Netherlands and another one from Thailand. We have American fried rice,
- 5:30Speaker 1: which is fried rice mixed with ketchup, served with fried
- 5:33Speaker 1: chicken ham or bacon, fried egg and some sausages.
- 5:36Speaker 6: I can't even begin to comprehend that it sounds gross,
- 5:40Speaker 6: but I.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Would try it.
- 5:41Speaker 5: Not bad.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Yeah, Sweden has a salad dressing called Rhode Island instead
- 5:46Speaker 1: of Thousand Islands. They called Rhode Island. That's cute. And
- 5:50Speaker 1: in Spain they called duct tape American tape. They're abducts
- 5:55Speaker 1: the America, I guess. So you know they say if
- 5:58Speaker 1: you can't duct it it, yes. Yeah. All the people
- 6:02Speaker 1: say duck tape. That's another See, that's another thing that
- 6:04Speaker 1: people mispronounce all the time.
- 6:06Speaker 6: It's not a quack quack tape.
- 6:07Speaker 1: It's not duck tape, although I think there is a
- 6:09Speaker 1: brand yes, yeah, it has a duck.
- 6:10Speaker 10: It has a little duck logo because.
- 6:12Speaker 1: They just leaned into it.
- 6:12Speaker 11: They're like, and then one brand said, you know what's
- 6:15Speaker 11: stronger than ducks gorillas.
- 6:17Speaker 5: And they said, well we failed at that because our
- 6:21Speaker 5: tape blows.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Yeah. Greg was like the only person the gorilla taped.
- 6:24Speaker 5: Because I didn't because I didn't know how to use it.
- 6:26Speaker 10: Is that the same as Gorilla blue.
- 6:32Speaker 6: I've been meaning to tell you. I bought gorilla tape
- 6:35Speaker 6: to tape something super tacking. It didn't work, and I
- 6:37Speaker 6: learned but a little lighting fixture because I was I
- 6:40Speaker 6: was lazy, and I was like, I'll just tape it
- 6:41Speaker 6: to the ceiling.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Fell off immediately because the tape sucks.
- 6:44Speaker 11: That's not what I know, but I really hoped it works.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Show Hi, welcome back. You get to the birthdays and
- 6:56Speaker 1: the porno birthday here in just a moment, I'm trying
- 7:00Speaker 1: to think Greg, he got the the gorilla tape, like
- 7:05Speaker 1: from the gorilla glue company, and it didn't didn't work
- 7:08Speaker 1: for Greg. If something's not gonna work for somebody, it's
- 7:11Speaker 1: not gonna work for Greg. Greg is the other person
- 7:14Speaker 1: who I know the only other person I know who
- 7:16Speaker 1: doesn't matter what type of cold medication is. He says
- 7:19Speaker 1: that none of it.
- 7:20Speaker 5: Works, especially cough medicine. But yeah, I've had eight thousand
- 7:25Speaker 5: colds in my lifetime. The medicine doesn't do anything.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, I swear menace. I know you're the
- 7:29Speaker 1: same musin x D the best D and then day
- 7:34Speaker 1: quill ni quill that actually does help me. That stuff's good.
- 7:37Speaker 1: I'll say that am x x D the one that
- 7:41Speaker 1: you have to go show your ID for. No, just
- 7:43Speaker 1: the D like because that that's that. Yeah, you can
- 7:46Speaker 1: get regular mus and X anything. It's the D, the
- 7:50Speaker 1: D X or whatever. That's the stuff that's got the
- 7:52Speaker 1: stuff that people make meth with. Dude, it rules what
- 7:57Speaker 1: else doesn't work for you? Greg, there's a there's a
- 8:00Speaker 1: there's a ton of things. The list is in the
- 8:01Speaker 1: other room that I've made.
- 8:03Speaker 5: Those not all that. Those things are things that don't
- 8:06Speaker 5: work for me.
- 8:07Speaker 1: You can't like, you don't so you don't buy. You
- 8:10Speaker 1: don't buy those medications because they don't want know they're
- 8:12Speaker 1: in the house because Mario has them in the house.
- 8:14Speaker 1: But like gorilla glue or gorilla to buy because it
- 8:18Speaker 1: didn't work for.
- 8:18Speaker 5: You, didn't work.
- 8:19Speaker 1: So what else is on that dice? In vacuums, I
- 8:21Speaker 1: think they're terrible. People love because they're animal is because
- 8:27Speaker 1: they're so expensive.
- 8:28Speaker 5: People think, well, it's got to be good. It's like
- 8:29Speaker 5: the Rolls Royce of vacuums. The shark is a thousand
- 8:33Speaker 5: times better.
- 8:34Speaker 10: What the shark do you have that you're saying?
- 8:37Speaker 1: Is that?
- 8:37Speaker 5: I think it's called the shark duo or something like that.
- 8:40Speaker 1: It's awesome. I don't think I've ever thought a minute
- 8:43Speaker 1: about vacuum cleaners.
- 8:45Speaker 5: I think about them.
- 8:45Speaker 1: At vacuum time.
- 8:48Speaker 10: You try to dice in.
- 8:49Speaker 5: I have one currently, hold, I don't know. I don't
- 8:53Speaker 5: have the year of the car.
- 8:55Speaker 1: What is it? It's just the suction, right, it's the suction. Yeah.
- 8:58Speaker 5: I've gone over stuff where I have to like lean over,
- 9:00Speaker 5: pick up a piece of lint or whatever, redrop it
- 9:02Speaker 5: on the floor and then suck it up. Whereas the
- 9:04Speaker 5: shark is just like gone done easy, and the dice
- 9:08Speaker 5: in weighs nine pounds. It's so unruly it sucks.
- 9:12Speaker 12: Okay, it sounds like you have the standard dice in
- 9:13Speaker 12: though with the ball on it. Yeah, okay, so that's
- 9:17Speaker 12: the standard original one. But the newer Dice so much.
- 9:22Speaker 12: Dyson has a new one where it lights up the
- 9:25Speaker 12: floor so you.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Can see it.
- 9:28Speaker 5: So you can see everything you're not picking up.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Do you pick it up?
- 9:31Speaker 6: Cat Burglars can vacuum.
- 9:33Speaker 5: I'm happy that you've been blessed with good Dice in products.
- 9:37Speaker 12: You can take all the pieces of part two and
- 9:38Speaker 12: then it turns into a handback and you can vacuum them.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Since you're talking about domestic things, do people like the
- 9:44Speaker 1: the roombas meaning it? Do they really do a good job?
- 9:49Speaker 1: Do they get everything? So I can't imagine that they would.
- 9:52Speaker 6: They have one spoiler.
- 9:53Speaker 12: I have like four vacuums, so I have the roomba,
- 9:57Speaker 12: and yes I use it because sometimes because it's I
- 10:00Speaker 12: used to just like not worry about it for a
- 10:02Speaker 12: quick sweep around. But it bounces all over the place,
- 10:05Speaker 12: so it might not hit every spot, or it takes
- 10:08Speaker 12: a really long time to hit all the areas that
- 10:10Speaker 12: you need, and it'll go over its same spot like
- 10:12Speaker 12: four times because it's just bouncing back and forth versus
- 10:15Speaker 12: really getting the whole room in a smooth way.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Right, I'm thinking remember those old screen savers that you
- 10:20Speaker 1: would see on computers where the ball was like it
- 10:22Speaker 1: hit yeah, and you're like waiting for it to get
- 10:27Speaker 1: to the corner, right yeah, It's like it would never
- 10:29Speaker 1: get there. Like that's how I imagine a room. So
- 10:31Speaker 1: how how long does the room but need to roll
- 10:33Speaker 1: before it gets everything?
- 10:35Speaker 10: It depends on the size of the room.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Does it get in the corners? How's it get it doesn't?
- 10:39Speaker 5: I thought of another product that doesn't work, and I
- 10:42Speaker 5: totally there's a million of them. I totally fell victim to.
- 10:45Speaker 5: This was several years ago. It was making the rounds
- 10:48Speaker 5: on social media and everywhere. It's this like goofy type
- 10:51Speaker 5: cleaner called the Pink Stuff, and you're supposed to use
- 10:55Speaker 5: in your oven or your shower or whatever. It it's
- 10:57Speaker 5: like smearing on cream cheese and then wiping it off.
- 11:00Speaker 5: It does literally nothing. Sucks If it's on sale for
- 11:06Speaker 5: four cents, don't waste your money, you know.
- 11:08Speaker 1: I asked a question of the room at one point
- 11:11Speaker 1: because man, I kept like, it doesn't matter what it was.
- 11:14Speaker 9: You know.
- 11:14Speaker 1: How like when you're working with super glue, it feels
- 11:18Speaker 1: like no matter how careful you are, you will still
- 11:20Speaker 1: get even if it's a tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny little
- 11:23Speaker 1: spot it'll somehow still get on your skin and you'll
- 11:25Speaker 1: feel it because it's like impossible to you just gotta
- 11:27Speaker 1: wait for it to wear off, breakoff. I kept if
- 11:32Speaker 1: it doesn't matter if it was a salad dressing, or
- 11:35Speaker 1: you'd be having a sandwich and there'd be a little
- 11:37Speaker 1: piece of whatever. So the olive oil from the oil
- 11:40Speaker 1: and vinegar stuff from your Jersey Mike sandwich, I get
- 11:43Speaker 1: like a little drop of it on my shirt. Son
- 11:45Speaker 1: of a bitch, I'm like, And I would spray, spray
- 11:48Speaker 1: and wash and all kinds of nothing. I would do
- 11:50Speaker 1: the thing with the dawn dish detergent. They say, you know,
- 11:54Speaker 1: soak it down, rub some of this on there and
- 11:56Speaker 1: let it sit and then rinse it out the hottest
- 11:58Speaker 1: water possible. That didn't do anything, but you know, it
- 12:01Speaker 1: worked what Sammy suggested.
- 12:04Speaker 10: Oxy clean.
- 12:05Speaker 1: It's an oxy clean pre washed spray. But it's like
- 12:08Speaker 1: the maximum strength one. Yes that works, Yes it does.
- 12:12Speaker 12: Oxy does is incredible, and it's right there on the shelf,
- 12:15Speaker 12: but people just overlook it and throw stuff away because
- 12:17Speaker 12: they think it's stained.
- 12:18Speaker 10: Oxy Clean.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Because I remember the if there's anybody who's going to
- 12:21Speaker 1: tell us about laundry it's Sammy who does laundry every
- 12:23Speaker 1: single day. But I remember the old infomercials was a
- 12:28Speaker 1: Billy Mays with the oxy Clean and he had that
- 12:31Speaker 1: like ball of like big dirty water water and he
- 12:33Speaker 1: just pour a little cup of this in and spin around.
- 12:35Speaker 1: The next thing, you're a clear pool or something.
- 12:38Speaker 5: And I tried as a shrine.
- 12:40Speaker 1: I tried other oxy products over time, and I never
- 12:45Speaker 1: found them to work. This stuff, though, works.
- 12:47Speaker 5: So it's like the spray that you put on a
- 12:49Speaker 5: stain like right away.
- 12:50Speaker 1: But it's not the regular oxy clean spray. It's like
- 12:53Speaker 1: the maximum strength I want to say. It's got like
- 12:55Speaker 1: a like a dark red top to it, and you
- 12:58Speaker 1: have to do.
- 12:59Speaker 6: It like right away, Like what if it's been washed
- 13:00Speaker 6: a million times. I'm like, well, I'm ready to try it.
- 13:02Speaker 12: Okay, So you do have to do it right away
- 13:04Speaker 12: because any stain that you have needs to stay wet
- 13:08Speaker 12: in general. So if you stain something, get water on it,
- 13:11Speaker 12: anything that you can to keep it wet, and then
- 13:13Speaker 12: you'll put the oxy clean on it. You wet it
- 13:15Speaker 12: first and then you put the oxy clean on it
- 13:16Speaker 12: and let it sit for however long it needs to.
- 13:18Speaker 1: It will tell you it will tell you on the
- 13:20Speaker 1: thing that up to seven days. What yeah, oxy clean
- 13:24Speaker 1: max force. It's got the red max. That's like, this
- 13:28Speaker 1: stuff works all right.
- 13:29Speaker 12: And so in general, if you wash something after putting
- 13:32Speaker 12: ox oxy clean on it and you look at it
- 13:34Speaker 12: and the stain is still there, put oxy clean on
- 13:37Speaker 12: it again, let it sit for even longer, and then
- 13:39Speaker 12: wash it again.
- 13:40Speaker 6: Do not dry it.
- 13:41Speaker 10: Drying it makes stains set.
- 13:43Speaker 1: It says, uh, spray now and wash up to seven
- 13:46Speaker 1: days later. Whoa yeah for stubborn stains, grease, blood grass.
- 13:52Speaker 11: See what this is how wives should be talking about
- 13:56Speaker 11: vacuums and oxy clean.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Is what you should be hearing.
- 14:03Speaker 9: I'm kind of like like she she's practicing, she's clapping
- 14:06Speaker 9: and pooping everywhere. Like why are you cleaning so much?
- 14:09Speaker 9: I mean you live alone? Like so how do you
- 14:11Speaker 9: know so much about cleaning? Like how is it so messy?
- 14:14Speaker 10: I'm the only person cleaning everything.
- 14:16Speaker 1: I don't know how.
- 14:16Speaker 12: You guys don't all know this just from taking care
- 14:19Speaker 12: of yourselves.
- 14:20Speaker 1: I know how to do all that stuff. Guys do
- 14:22Speaker 1: all that stuff, like the this stuff. I've never tried
- 14:25Speaker 1: this before.
- 14:26Speaker 10: It's exciting.
- 14:29Speaker 1: That works. Actually, that's a that's at least it's useful.
- 14:35Speaker 6: You're welcome.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Yeah, and if you have any suggestions for Greg and
- 14:38Speaker 1: some of this other stuff that just doesn't work.
- 14:40Speaker 13: Work you want to send send things all right time
- 14:45Speaker 13: for your birthdays and you.

- 16:39Speaker 1: And that's a little uh Monday around the room about
- 16:43Speaker 1: some amazing you know I was I was thinking about
- 16:45Speaker 1: because somebody can hit us up on the text Greg
- 16:47Speaker 1: about they went and bought the electric box cutter thing
- 16:52Speaker 1: that you brought in that I told you about. Yes,
- 16:55Speaker 1: And there's so many of these items that maybe on
- 16:58Speaker 1: a on a somewhat regular basis, we can do like
- 17:01Speaker 1: a segment like is it worth an ish? That's a
- 17:05Speaker 1: great idea on TV.
- 17:06Speaker 6: You remember what that used to be used to be
- 17:08Speaker 6: my favorite store.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Right, But like you know, one of us gets one
- 17:11Speaker 1: of these things that we see on Instagram or.
- 17:13Speaker 5: That I would love to bring to the two and.
- 17:15Speaker 1: Then we can we get a miracle that we saw this,
- 17:18Speaker 1: we tried it, it works, we saw this, we bought it.
- 17:22Speaker 6: It sucks, we can say if it doesn't.
- 17:24Speaker 1: It's like we're a TV twenty.
- 17:26Speaker 5: I love to do that because I have one that
- 17:28Speaker 5: I wasn't even going to bring up. But if we
- 17:30Speaker 5: have the segment, I will.
- 17:32Speaker 1: So much fun. Yeah, but did that Did they have
- 17:34Speaker 1: something that actually had people trying them out to see
- 17:37Speaker 1: if it worked?
- 17:38Speaker 11: They would do that for years. I'm not saying it's
- 17:40Speaker 11: a bad idea. It's a good idea.
- 17:41Speaker 1: No, I didn't know that. I remember seeing the as
- 17:43Speaker 1: scene on TV. Section like at Walmart they have a
- 17:46Speaker 1: couple by the registers, they would have a couple of
- 17:48Speaker 1: shelves or I think it's an interesting thing. I remember.
- 17:51Speaker 1: And I remember infomercials you know, you know on TV
- 17:54Speaker 1: for the whatever hose and.
- 17:57Speaker 5: They're so good the garden they make me believe all
- 17:59Speaker 5: of it. Yeah, the car wax that you can set
- 18:02Speaker 5: your car and fire.
- 18:03Speaker 6: Got about the garden wheel?
- 18:04Speaker 1: All right, does anybody know of this really works? Have
- 18:07Speaker 1: you seen the product for it's supposed to be like
- 18:10Speaker 1: if you have an older car and for your headlights
- 18:13Speaker 1: when they start to get that kind of fogged over
- 18:15Speaker 1: frosted look, it looks like by the infomercially it takes
- 18:18Speaker 1: some stuff. They wipe it on a sponge. They put
- 18:21Speaker 1: it on there almost like a car wax, and then
- 18:23Speaker 1: wipe it off and they look brand new. There's no
- 18:26Speaker 1: way that works.
- 18:27Speaker 6: You've been thinking about this for a while. This is
- 18:30Speaker 6: the one that looks kind of like toothpaste.
- 18:32Speaker 11: Yeah, a car, you can use toothpaste to do a
- 18:35Speaker 11: car keeper's friend. Anything with a a any kind of
- 18:39Speaker 11: grit in it, wouldn't that scratched the plastic If it's
- 18:42Speaker 11: a fine enough grit. That's why you get like Comet
- 18:44Speaker 11: cleanser or something.
- 18:44Speaker 8: You know.
- 18:45Speaker 12: So I can't confirm that that specifically works because I
- 18:49Speaker 12: didn't do it myself, but I had brought my car
- 18:51Speaker 12: to a dealership it was getting stuff done. They cleaned
- 18:53Speaker 12: it really well. When it was done, and they had
- 18:55Speaker 12: they showed me how they cleaned the.
- 18:57Speaker 10: Headlights on it and they were.
- 18:59Speaker 12: They were incredible clean, and I could see kind of
- 19:01Speaker 12: like the white grit stuff left a little bit.
- 19:04Speaker 10: On top, so I know they used something like that.
- 19:07Speaker 11: Okay, you probably already have it in your house.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Wind makes everything worse. Hot, uncomfortable, hot, but windy. Worse. Rain, okay, rain,
- 19:18Speaker 1: but win your face. Yeah, snow worse the show. All right.
- 19:27Speaker 1: Phones are up at eight seven seven forty four Wooding
- 19:29Speaker 1: for whatever you got. You can text whatever you got
- 19:33Speaker 1: or whatever you like to tell us over to two
- 19:35Speaker 1: two nine eight seven. Check in. Tell us who you
- 19:37Speaker 1: are where around the town. You're listening to the Woody Show.
- 19:40Speaker 1: All right, So here you go, Greg, Yes, this woman
- 19:43Speaker 1: is an illegal battle. Oh I'm just thinking about you
- 19:45Speaker 1: and your neighbor, like the neighbor that had the sign
- 19:47Speaker 1: in the window, and oh yeah, you were going to
- 19:49Speaker 1: go to the homeowners association meeting and complain about this
- 19:52Speaker 1: woman who had the signs in the window. Well, this woman,
- 19:55Speaker 1: she's an illegal battle thanks to something that she keeps
- 19:58Speaker 1: outside of her house. She's got a four foot tall
- 20:02Speaker 1: gorilla statue that has been sitting outside of her home
- 20:06Speaker 1: since twenty twenty four. Well not just sitting outside, Greg,
- 20:09Speaker 1: it's on like alledged looking. She built a platform for it.
- 20:12Speaker 1: Oh god, it's like a gargoyle.
- 20:16Speaker 5: It's not even a house. It's more like an apartment building.
- 20:18Speaker 11: It's like all those British houses that are like that
- 20:20Speaker 11: red house.
- 20:22Speaker 5: And some janky lumber platform.
- 20:25Speaker 1: She says. The neighbors love it. Oh, sure they do. Now, Greg,
- 20:29Speaker 1: this is your neighbor.
- 20:29Speaker 5: I would like wait for nightfall and rig some sort
- 20:34Speaker 5: of weights to a row, take care of that, yank
- 20:37Speaker 5: it down.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Well, if everybody loves it so much, you gotta wonder
- 20:41Speaker 1: why she's fighting the twenty seven thousand dollars fine from
- 20:44Speaker 1: the city council. They say that the gorilla is out
- 20:48Speaker 1: of character with the surrounding area. I don't know, like
- 20:50Speaker 1: where were that like the zoo? The interest of where
- 20:54Speaker 1: would that fit the character the Rainforest Cafe restaurant. So
- 20:58Speaker 1: she appealed the decision, arguing that because she owns the house,
- 21:02Speaker 1: she can put whatever she wants to decorate it. Okay,
- 21:04Speaker 1: now you support that, great.
- 21:05Speaker 5: Well, if there's not an hoa that clearly spells out
- 21:09Speaker 5: the rules. But no, I mean there's rules, and then
- 21:15Speaker 5: they're just common knowledge, common decency, common sense.
- 21:20Speaker 11: What Greg is saying is we wouldn't have to make
- 21:21Speaker 11: these rules of people like this would use their effing brains, right, Like.
- 21:25Speaker 5: If you had curtains that were you know, instead of curtains,
- 21:28Speaker 5: you had tinfoil. Anybody with half a brain could say,
- 21:31Speaker 5: you know what, that is tackyaf and nobody wants to
- 21:34Speaker 5: look at that.
- 21:34Speaker 8: You know what?
- 21:35Speaker 1: You know what? The problem with the HOA is. The
- 21:38Speaker 1: problem is I'd be fine with it if I felt
- 21:40Speaker 1: like it was all equally applied across the board to everybody.
- 21:44Speaker 1: So you live in the same neighborhood that I do, Gina,
- 21:47Speaker 1: and we have an HOA. Okay, fine. So when I
- 21:50Speaker 1: wanted to do things at the house, paint the house, fine,
- 21:54Speaker 1: how to submit who's going to do the work, the
- 21:56Speaker 1: name of the company, what kind of color, what kind
- 21:59Speaker 1: of paint, what brand of paint they were going to use?
- 22:02Speaker 1: Uh uh sample of the color?
- 22:04Speaker 5: How many color choices do you guys?
- 22:05Speaker 1: Get that's not true, Clue that's not true. So but
- 22:12Speaker 1: you submit, You submit the thing to them and they
- 22:16Speaker 1: go over. Okay. So I'm willing to do all that,
- 22:18Speaker 1: But I look around the neighborhood and I go, there's
- 22:20Speaker 1: no way they got to approve for that because they're
- 22:23Speaker 1: giving me a hard time about I'll give another example.
- 22:26Speaker 1: The house needs a new roof, and so I got
- 22:29Speaker 1: some bids I have. It's gonna look the same, But
- 22:32Speaker 1: even to make it look exactly the same, nothing's changing.
- 22:35Speaker 1: The same color, same type of roofing materials, the whole
- 22:39Speaker 1: thing jumping through so many hooves. Meanwhile, I see some
- 22:43Speaker 1: other things, like there's no way for.
- 22:44Speaker 5: The people that park in front of your mailboxes.
- 22:46Speaker 1: Correct, there's no way the people have the illegal apartment.
- 22:51Speaker 5: Like Sea Bass and call people and report them because
- 22:55Speaker 5: I asked you, have you told the choice? No, I'm
- 22:59Speaker 5: not doing that either, snitch like I would call them
- 23:02Speaker 5: seven days a week until that car moved.
- 23:04Speaker 9: Well, I just I think I'm with woodies, Like why
- 23:08Speaker 9: can't they just take care of this?
- 23:09Speaker 1: Why do I have to call?
- 23:11Speaker 9: Right?
- 23:11Speaker 1: You beat the narc about.
- 23:12Speaker 6: It, you know, because somebody's gonna do it.
- 23:14Speaker 1: It sucks.
- 23:15Speaker 9: It's like, we pay for this HOA, right, just do
- 23:19Speaker 9: the job so we don't even Like.
- 23:21Speaker 1: I like the idea of the HOA because I like
- 23:23Speaker 1: things to be presentable and kept nice. But make sure like, Okay,
- 23:27Speaker 1: there's another house that's you know street over and they're
- 23:30Speaker 1: doing some kind of work, but I think it's in
- 23:32Speaker 1: the backyard. So they have this construction dumpster thing in
- 23:36Speaker 1: the in the driveway. Fine, I got no problem with that.
- 23:39Speaker 1: But because you're doing work in the backyard, that means
- 23:41Speaker 1: that nobody cuts the front yard. It's like out of control,
- 23:45Speaker 1: just neglected, just neglected. That's not okay, that's not okay.
- 23:49Speaker 1: I wouldn't mind the HOA coming down on that because
- 23:51Speaker 1: it looks dumpy. I always feel bad. You see those
- 23:53Speaker 1: houses where you drive down the street and everybody get
- 23:55Speaker 1: you know, keeps their yard really nice, cut, manicured lawn.
- 23:58Speaker 1: Everything looks cool, and then at one house that just
- 24:01Speaker 1: get they don't do anything. But on either side it's
- 24:05Speaker 1: it's kept lovely.
- 24:06Speaker 5: You guys live in a massive neighborhood. Do they have
- 24:09Speaker 5: h oas like on patrol going around to that.
- 24:13Speaker 1: I know it's a company. They hired a company that
- 24:18Speaker 1: manages all the stuff.
- 24:20Speaker 6: So like, oh, you can't like vote yourself in to
- 24:22Speaker 6: be like a neighbor.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Yeah, they have a board, okay, but there's a company
- 24:27Speaker 1: that oversees the whole thing and they collect all.
- 24:29Speaker 9: The HOA dudes and they do all that stuff because
- 24:33Speaker 9: like my family and stuff, I have access to three hoas.
- 24:37Speaker 9: And there's one one of the guys that's ahead of
- 24:41Speaker 9: the HA Like he's patrolling the neighborhood.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Like all the time. You see those guys in movies
- 24:45Speaker 1: and TV shows. They always have a golf cart.
- 24:47Speaker 9: Yeah, but you know what, I kinda, I kind of
- 24:50Speaker 9: support it, even though he tried to come after me
- 24:52Speaker 9: once for my trees. But yeah, he's always patrolling the neighborhood.
- 24:56Speaker 9: And then there's one of them, one of the hys
- 24:59Speaker 9: like are doing nothing right, nothing, and like they're paying
- 25:03Speaker 9: all this money and they're like not patrolling anything.
- 25:05Speaker 1: Well, you know, the hoa's kind of operate the way
- 25:07Speaker 1: that you know kind of cities and sometimes the police do.
- 25:11Speaker 1: It's the tax paying, law abiding people that get the
- 25:14Speaker 1: most hassle, and it's the scumbags who don't follow the
- 25:18Speaker 1: HOA rules or whatever. And also people who break the law,
- 25:21Speaker 1: they seem to get the most breaks.
- 25:22Speaker 6: Absolutely like oh you're willing to play, okay, I'll come
- 25:25Speaker 6: talk to you. The people who just don't participate and
- 25:27Speaker 6: screw everything up, they get left alone for some reason.
- 25:30Speaker 1: So this just applies to me, correct, I see that
- 25:33Speaker 1: makes sense. So anyway, this woman with the gorilla outside
- 25:37Speaker 1: of her house the twenty seven thousand dollars fine, she
- 25:39Speaker 1: appealed the decision again. She argued that because she owns
- 25:42Speaker 1: the house, she could put whatever she wants to decorate it. Well,
- 25:44Speaker 1: the appeal was tossed and she has until next month
- 25:47Speaker 1: to take the statue down or pay the twenty seven thousand.
- 25:50Speaker 5: Gomes triple the fine. I hope she falls out that window.
- 25:56Speaker 1: There was a guy on on social media. He was
- 25:59Speaker 1: having a thing there. I guess there was a dead
- 26:01Speaker 1: plant or tree, like one of the little evergreen trees
- 26:04Speaker 1: right next to his garage, and he kept getting these
- 26:06Speaker 1: letters from the HOA about replacing that or removing that
- 26:09Speaker 1: tree because it was unsightly because it was kind of
- 26:11Speaker 1: brown and dead. So he went out and he bought
- 26:13Speaker 1: green spray paint. Spray painted, and it looks dope, It
- 26:18Speaker 1: looks really good. It goes all right. How about this
- 26:20Speaker 1: for an HOA.
- 26:23Speaker 6: Okay, I've actually considered that. Is that an option? Because
- 26:26Speaker 6: we have some dead patches in the grass. I think
- 26:28Speaker 6: you can get spray paint.
- 26:29Speaker 1: No, but I think you can get it there. I
- 26:30Speaker 1: think there is a paint that you can get for
- 26:32Speaker 1: spots in your yards. Yeah, kind of they use for
- 26:34Speaker 1: athletic fields.
- 26:35Speaker 14: And things like that.
- 26:36Speaker 1: I love It's imagine. Allright, We're gonna take a quick
- 26:38Speaker 1: break more Woody shows. Next Hang on to a Woody
- 26:41Speaker 1: Show will be right back show And we are into
- 26:48Speaker 1: another new hour here on the Woody Show, Insensitivity Training
- 26:54Speaker 1: for a politically correct World. My name is what he
- 26:56Speaker 1: that is Greg Goryo. Gina phones are open wood text
- 27:04Speaker 1: us to nine to eighty seven. I hope you guys
- 27:06Speaker 1: had a great weekend. Weekend cheers and jeers. I'll start
- 27:11Speaker 1: with my uh my, cheers and cheers to an old
- 27:17Speaker 1: friend of mine who I've known for a long time
- 27:20Speaker 1: and just what he has made of himself. His name
- 27:26Speaker 1: is Andy Frissella, and I know a lot of people
- 27:29Speaker 1: know who he is. He's got a huge president on
- 27:31Speaker 1: social presence on social media. He owns a company called
- 27:34Speaker 1: First Form, along with a number of other companies. He's
- 27:39Speaker 1: he's in the weed business. He's in the personal security business.
- 27:42Speaker 1: He's in the energy drink business.
- 27:44Speaker 6: They got to making money business.
- 27:45Speaker 1: He and Dana White are teamed up on an energy
- 27:48Speaker 1: drink called Form Energy he's got he's got all these
- 27:52Speaker 1: things going. He has these chain of stores you know,
- 27:55Speaker 1: for like proteins and supplements and stuff called Supplements Superstore,
- 27:58Speaker 1: which is where it all started. He and his business
- 28:01Speaker 1: partner Chris started the business on a couple of credit
- 28:05Speaker 1: cards everything, and literally we're living in the back of
- 28:09Speaker 1: the store, sleeping on the floor on mattresses in the
- 28:12Speaker 1: back of the store to start this thing. And this guy,
- 28:15Speaker 1: look look him up on on Instagram and just I mean,
- 28:19Speaker 1: I'm telling you it's to see.
- 28:21Speaker 8: It's crazy.
- 28:22Speaker 1: The empire that he built medics and I spent some
- 28:24Speaker 1: time with them on Friday.
- 28:26Speaker 9: Yeah, we went to the campus and it's basically like
- 28:29Speaker 9: three Amazon warehouses and we went to one of them,
- 28:33Speaker 9: one of them almost like a nfl HQ slash UFC
- 28:39Speaker 9: HQ mixed together.
- 28:40Speaker 1: It's it's it's incredible. And again just from a perspective
- 28:44Speaker 1: of knowing this guy before he became this guy and
- 28:48Speaker 1: then sitting down and hearing I mean the stories. I'm
- 28:50Speaker 1: not going to repeat them, but like there's so many
- 28:52Speaker 1: crazy stories. Like he was telling these stories about hanging
- 28:55Speaker 1: out with Dana White in Vegas when when they ball,
- 29:00Speaker 1: when they first became you know, friends or not not
- 29:03Speaker 1: even friends. They were talking about maybe doing some business together,
- 29:06Speaker 1: and Dane's like, we want't you come out to the
- 29:07Speaker 1: UFC fight and just what happened. But he does say
- 29:10Speaker 1: that Dana is the most generous person he's ever met
- 29:14Speaker 1: in his life, the most generous person that he knows.
- 29:18Speaker 1: He's the best gift giver anybody. And he showt us
- 29:22Speaker 1: some of the gifts that Dana has sent over to
- 29:24Speaker 1: him because they own again together their partners with Anheuser
- 29:27Speaker 1: bush On an energy drink called Form Energy, and so
- 29:32Speaker 1: Dana sent over He goes, dude, Gus see this. He
- 29:34Speaker 1: pulled out this military case and he sits it down.
- 29:37Speaker 1: He opens it up the big latches that screw down
- 29:40Speaker 1: on the side and opens it up. Inside there's like
- 29:42Speaker 1: three cans of the Form Energy and different colors because
- 29:45Speaker 1: they're different flavors. But then Dana had custom made glocks
- 29:50Speaker 1: rap that have like the first Form like logo on
- 29:53Speaker 1: them in the colors of the cans. Yeah, there's a
- 29:57Speaker 1: block to Matchey, I believe one of one night all
- 30:01Speaker 1: these different things. Yeah, anyway, told a great story about
- 30:04Speaker 1: because he won a bunch of money and so he
- 30:06Speaker 1: gave everybody that was within like fifty grand because he
- 30:09Speaker 1: believes in my believer in karma, so he's like, when
- 30:12Speaker 1: I win, everybody wins. And it was he told some
- 30:15Speaker 1: great stories. But just listening to him and talking about
- 30:18Speaker 1: these different things that he's doing and again watching and how.
- 30:21Speaker 9: He operates was really cool. Like yeah, sharing those stories, yeah,
- 30:26Speaker 9: really really awesome. Cheers to uh to my homie Andy Furcella.
- 30:29Speaker 9: I like it was weird.
- 30:31Speaker 1: Man. I got somewhat emotional because and I thought about
- 30:34Speaker 1: it for the rest of the weekend. I'm like, dude,
- 30:36Speaker 1: it's it's so unbelievable what he's built and what he's done.
- 30:40Speaker 6: And how many years would you say? This span from
- 30:42Speaker 6: like the mattresses to.
- 30:43Speaker 1: Now, I mean back when he was in college, so
- 30:46Speaker 1: I mean the the supplement Superstar stuff started, you know
- 30:48Speaker 1: in college, and I remember meeting him for the first time.
- 30:51Speaker 1: They only had like two stores, and you know, because
- 30:54Speaker 1: he was gonna do some advertising advertising with us, and
- 30:58Speaker 1: I was going to be like doing these you know,
- 31:00Speaker 1: commercials like hey, it's whatdy for something at superstores and
- 31:02Speaker 1: blah blah blah. That's when I first met man. That
- 31:04Speaker 1: was the early two thousands damn over the course of
- 31:07Speaker 1: let's just call it, let's just call it twenty six
- 31:09Speaker 1: years just to write a journey. Yeah, and I think.
- 31:11Speaker 5: If somebody on one story even pressed. He built a customire.
- 31:15Speaker 1: He built a custom garage at his house, Greg that
- 31:18Speaker 1: houses forty cars and they're all Lambeau's Ferraris classic Mustang. Yeah,
- 31:23Speaker 1: I'll know this stuff. Motorcycle. It's insane.
- 31:26Speaker 9: Bobby of the HQ is one of the lamb Lamborghini
- 31:30Speaker 9: race cars like in The Lost.
- 31:34Speaker 1: Walk in. Yeah, it's really really cool. Uh yeah.
- 31:38Speaker 9: And just again like how he shared how he operated
- 31:41Speaker 9: everything and like how he treats his workers and everything
- 31:44Speaker 9: was just like really cool, really inspiring.
- 31:46Speaker 8: Yep.
- 31:47Speaker 1: Does a lot a lot of charity stuff, a lot
- 31:49Speaker 1: of like just again just watching watching somebody that you
- 31:53Speaker 1: know build something to this level insane. So hell yeah,
- 31:58Speaker 1: cheers to uh Andy for Ella Jeers. I can't believe
- 32:04Speaker 1: in twenty twenty six bands are still doing encores.
- 32:08Speaker 5: The whole charade, the charade of Yeah, I'm sure back
- 32:13Speaker 5: in the day, right, like the first Encore I'm sure
- 32:16Speaker 5: was really cool, right.
- 32:17Speaker 1: Because yeah because yeah, because yeah, because like the show
- 32:23Speaker 1: is over and then you know, everyone's just in such
- 32:27Speaker 1: like a like a heightened you know, cheer, and and
- 32:31Speaker 1: then the band's like, come on, guys, let's do one more.
- 32:33Speaker 1: And they went back out there and just shocked everybody. No,
- 32:36Speaker 1: but when it's orchestrated because and and you know it,
- 32:39Speaker 1: the lights stay down. But usually when the show's over,
- 32:42Speaker 1: the house lights come up so everybody can get out,
- 32:44Speaker 1: you know, when the house lights stayed down, and so
- 32:46Speaker 1: like where're supposed to go until they come back and
- 32:52Speaker 1: play their biggest song. Yeah, okay, so jeers to Encore
- 32:57Speaker 1: in twenty twenty six, play, play your your set list
- 33:02Speaker 1: and then turn the house sights on. Everybody go home,
- 33:04Speaker 1: or to.
- 33:04Speaker 9: Say or keep it real, Hey we're gonna do a
- 33:06Speaker 9: bathroom break, be right.
- 33:07Speaker 1: Back something something right.
- 33:10Speaker 14: So, but now I'm so expected that you think they
- 33:13Speaker 14: would end it and no Encore and people will be upset.
- 33:15Speaker 6: So exactly, that's exactly what they just left.
- 33:20Speaker 1: If you play all the if you play all the
- 33:21Speaker 1: songs that you're expected to play, you gotta play your
- 33:23Speaker 1: big hit, you know, whatever the song is, and they
- 33:26Speaker 1: always leave that one for last. Yeah, you know, but yeah,
- 33:30Speaker 1: cheers cheers to the Encore.
- 33:31Speaker 5: I hate it when bands do the big hit, the
- 33:33Speaker 5: big song, but they tweak it so it's not right.
- 33:36Speaker 1: You can't sing along. It's like a different pace and
- 33:39Speaker 1: you get paid for exactly. Gina grad weekend cheers and jeers.
- 33:43Speaker 6: Yeah, well, obviously cheers to my puppy. That just goes
- 33:46Speaker 6: without saying, but real cheers to Euphoria. I have binged
- 33:50Speaker 6: the entire season so far. It is so entertaining. It
- 33:54Speaker 6: is so intense. Every episode is so crazy intense, always
- 33:59Speaker 6: on a cliffhanger. I know we've talked about it, but
- 34:01Speaker 6: just an overview if you know the characters. This is
- 34:03Speaker 6: all after high school now. Sidney Sweeney, Who's Cassie, she's
- 34:06Speaker 6: you know, an OnlyFans trying to make it rich, you know,
- 34:08Speaker 6: selling her bud Rue. That's Zendeya. She works for a
- 34:12Speaker 6: strip club and I'll leave it at that. And Nate
- 34:14Speaker 6: that's everybody's favorite actor. Jacob A lord, he's amazing, just kidding.
- 34:19Speaker 6: He's trying to take over his dad's construction business. He's failing,
- 34:22Speaker 6: and it's it's so intense, Like Morgan, I don't know
- 34:25Speaker 6: they could come up with things that were that mind boggling.
- 34:29Speaker 6: Every episode.
- 34:30Speaker 14: Sam Levinson, the guy that writes My God, he's got issues.
- 34:33Speaker 14: I think.
- 34:35Speaker 1: The writers do.
- 34:36Speaker 14: Yeah, and there's rumors that he doesn't let people collab
- 34:39Speaker 14: with him like he writes it and what he says.
- 34:41Speaker 14: So that's why it's very sexual.
- 34:43Speaker 9: He also like change his stuff in the moment as
- 34:46Speaker 9: they're shooting, right, and he's like, oh, never mind. And
- 34:48Speaker 9: then so that's why one of the actresses quit after
- 34:51Speaker 9: the first season, because yeah, because they'll be there all
- 34:54Speaker 9: day because he's just constantly changing.
- 34:57Speaker 14: But it's a great show. It's crazy.
- 34:59Speaker 6: It's it's like I'm in a fever dream. It's so good.
- 35:02Speaker 6: So cheers to Euphoria and jeers. And I'm sorry that
- 35:07Speaker 6: My Gears is going to bring jeers upon a lot
- 35:09Speaker 6: of people because if you haven't heard this now, I apologize.
- 35:12Speaker 6: But there's this new stupid trend. It's it's something that
- 35:17Speaker 6: your daughter is doing. What it's something my son I've
- 35:21Speaker 6: you know, I've seen or drop to the floor and
- 35:23Speaker 6: do it you're talking about.
- 35:24Speaker 1: Okay, I've seen this drop to the floor.
- 35:27Speaker 6: This is called the Sea Lion dance.
- 35:30Speaker 1: I've not seen this.
- 35:30Speaker 6: And not only is it annoying to see kids like
- 35:33Speaker 6: they'll drop to the floor and they'll like they'll they'll
- 35:36Speaker 6: be on their stomachs and then they go back behind
- 35:38Speaker 6: them and grab their feet with their arms, like rocking
- 35:41Speaker 6: back and forth, the rocking horse, and they go it's
- 35:43Speaker 6: the Sea Lion Dance. This is the song that inspired.
- 35:47Speaker 1: It, when we hit the Sea Lions, When we hit
- 35:55Speaker 1: the Sea Lions. I've heard this yet. You saw one
- 35:59Speaker 1: of my.
- 36:02Speaker 6: On my floor.
- 36:08Speaker 9: Yeah, I don't hate it as.
- 36:14Speaker 6: It's so stupid. It's so annoying. All the kids are
- 36:17Speaker 6: doing it, and all of a sudden, it's like you
- 36:18Speaker 6: think they're having like an epileptic like they're like what
- 36:21Speaker 6: they get on the I can't take it. It's got
- 36:25Speaker 6: to end.
- 36:25Speaker 1: Physically, do it, okay, So just get on the floor.
- 36:29Speaker 5: Gun just thinking out loud here, Gina, you like whimsy
- 36:32Speaker 5: and at least this is a harmless thing doing. Wouldn't
- 36:38Speaker 5: you rather have this be popular and then let's try huffing?
- 36:41Speaker 6: Yeah, I will admit seeing Wood's daughter then dropped the
- 36:45Speaker 6: floor too. It was pretty funny. But the fact that
- 36:48Speaker 6: they just do it all the time, and it's that
- 36:50Speaker 6: song that inspired it, I can't take it anymore.
- 36:53Speaker 1: Today version like all the kids were breaking in the
- 36:55Speaker 1: fortnight dances for the longest time. It's the same dark thing.
- 36:59Speaker 1: They play the song or they just do the thing
- 37:00Speaker 1: on the floor. Everybody hit the sea like.
- 37:05Speaker 12: So is it like a game, like if somebody says
- 37:07Speaker 12: that everyone drops down there?
- 37:09Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, that's my cheer.
- 37:13Speaker 1: Great glory weekend cheers and jeers, just an overall general
- 37:16Speaker 1: cheers to having a really social weekend seeing friends on
- 37:19Speaker 1: Friday night and then again on Saturday night, a different
- 37:22Speaker 1: set of friends.
- 37:23Speaker 5: Normally, you know, the weekends are super mellow. This was
- 37:25Speaker 5: super social and I didn't turn on the TV one time.
- 37:30Speaker 5: It was really great. Loved it. Sushi in the mix
- 37:33Speaker 5: always good. Just a great weekend. My jeers is my
- 37:37Speaker 5: wardrobe is so old. It's probably older than Morgan. Oh wow,
- 37:41Speaker 5: So I thought, you know, I'm gonna get a couple
- 37:43Speaker 5: of new shirts here and there kind of replenish.
- 37:47Speaker 1: On a regular basis. Will wear a station promotional shirt
- 37:50Speaker 1: that is I.
- 37:51Speaker 6: Don't know from years old like that anymore.
- 37:55Speaker 1: Yeah shirts I forgot that we did. Yeah, totally archives
- 37:59Speaker 1: I do. And that's most of my wardrobe.
- 38:01Speaker 5: So, you know, I go on to Amazon my addiction
- 38:05Speaker 5: and it says if you buy this, you'll get it
- 38:07Speaker 5: tomorrow morning between four am and eight am. And I'm like, okay, rip,
- 38:10Speaker 5: I'll have a few new shirts to wear this week.
- 38:12Speaker 5: That'll be nice. And then four eight am comes around,
- 38:16Speaker 5: still waiting, wait and wait and wait and waiting, and
- 38:18Speaker 5: then it says, this is taking longer than we expected.
- 38:21Speaker 5: Now it's going to be days away. It's total bait
- 38:23Speaker 5: and switch.
- 38:24Speaker 6: It is. They do that a lot. They do that
- 38:28Speaker 6: you're delayed.
- 38:29Speaker 1: Never was that way.
- 38:30Speaker 9: I thought it's actually gotten better really, like at least
- 38:33Speaker 9: where dude, they deliver stuff overnight.
- 38:37Speaker 1: So Greg, what I'll do is there's that little switch
- 38:39Speaker 1: at the top of the account that just shows you
- 38:42Speaker 1: the prime stuff. Only yeah, it's like, you know, switch
- 38:44Speaker 1: on Amazon Prime. Oh okay, I see what you're saying. Yeah,
- 38:47Speaker 1: because you'll get a lot of stuff that will say,
- 38:49Speaker 1: you know tomorrow, it's not necessarily prime, you know. And
- 38:53Speaker 1: so yeah, there's there's a little toggle switch. It's a
- 38:56Speaker 1: toggle switch at the top of the like when you're
- 38:59Speaker 1: on the app, and you'll see and then you it'll
- 39:01Speaker 1: sort everything by prime issues. But I've had way better
- 39:07Speaker 1: luck with that than I have.
- 39:09Speaker 9: He just shared that story, and I I didn't realize
- 39:12Speaker 9: he wasn't doing that for the delivery, but he's such
- 39:16Speaker 9: an Amazon expert, there would just be a given that he.
- 39:20Speaker 1: Was doing that.
- 39:20Speaker 6: Greg, I'm assuming the stuff that you're clicking on that
- 39:22Speaker 6: says it will be there by tomorrow is a prime
- 39:25Speaker 6: is a Prime check mark?
- 39:26Speaker 5: I think I believe, so I'm gonna I'm gonna check
- 39:28Speaker 5: right now.
- 39:28Speaker 6: I only I do what what he does. I only
- 39:30Speaker 6: look at Prime stuff and it's still like, oh, you're
- 39:32Speaker 6: going to be delayed three weeks. But to pick something else.
- 39:35Speaker 9: You think of the same thing like he was just
- 39:37Speaker 9: I already had it, explain the little to at the top.
- 39:40Speaker 12: Yeah, but if you can already click on things, that's
- 39:42Speaker 12: you know, you're right, and I'll just cancel it if
- 39:45Speaker 12: it ends up saying it's going to be three weeks
- 39:46Speaker 12: after I order it and.
- 39:48Speaker 14: I cancel her.
- 39:49Speaker 1: Yeah, you can do that and cancel it and go
- 39:51Speaker 1: find the thing that you like. You know, your second
- 39:52Speaker 1: best it was on your list, Greg, there's the homepage.
- 39:57Speaker 14: It's going to change.
- 39:58Speaker 1: It's like at the top left. It's like at the
- 40:00Speaker 1: top left of the of the screen you'll see Prime,
- 40:02Speaker 1: like where all the filters and stuff. Are I just
- 40:05Speaker 1: freaking filter?
- 40:06Speaker 14: You can put like four stars and up they see it.
- 40:10Speaker 1: Yeah, you just boot a little toggle there and you're done. Yeah,
- 40:13Speaker 1: there's a story. ABC had a story that this family
- 40:17Speaker 1: bought an urn and they ordered it on Amazon and
- 40:21Speaker 1: it arrived they already had ashes in it, like from
- 40:23Speaker 1: somebody else.
- 40:25Speaker 6: Free ash.
- 40:26Speaker 1: You get a picture frame and it has that fake right,
- 40:31Speaker 1: and so you know they're they're looking for answers, but
- 40:35Speaker 1: they had to go. It was one of those like
- 40:36Speaker 1: they they turned to ABC seven to investigate how does
- 40:41Speaker 1: this happen because they weren't getting any answers. Are these
- 40:46Speaker 1: ashes belonging to somebody?
- 40:48Speaker 5: Just dump them at the sea, right, wipe it out?
- 40:51Speaker 1: Yeah? Still Sammy weekend cheers and jeers.
- 40:55Speaker 12: My cheers is to the new Trader Joe's branded prosecco.
- 41:01Speaker 10: That's right. Trader Joe's has their own prosecco now and
- 41:05Speaker 10: it is so good and it's only nine dollars a bottle.
- 41:10Speaker 10: That's good, no hangover, no anything. It tastes good.
- 41:13Speaker 12: And they have little splits that you can get for
- 41:16Speaker 12: like three dollars.
- 41:18Speaker 6: The little bottles oh that like models drink with a straw.
- 41:24Speaker 12: Really Okay, well, yeah, I highly recommend because I saw
- 41:27Speaker 12: it and I was like, hmm, Trader Joe's Brain and Prosecco.
- 41:30Speaker 10: Like, how is this going to be?
- 41:31Speaker 12: I was a little worried, but for nine dollars a bottle,
- 41:33Speaker 12: I was really hoping it was going to work out,
- 41:35Speaker 12: and it did. So if you're curious about it, get it.
- 41:38Speaker 6: How can something as sweet as prosecco and not give
- 41:40Speaker 6: you a hangover?
- 41:41Speaker 1: Oh?
- 41:42Speaker 10: It never does for me though.
- 41:43Speaker 14: It's one of the things that I drink. Ok.
- 41:45Speaker 10: Yeah, So if you're a person who likes.
- 41:48Speaker 1: Proscco, Trader Joe's Prosecco, cheers.
- 41:53Speaker 12: To my gears is to the wasp nest that's on
- 41:57Speaker 12: my front door.
- 41:58Speaker 10: Oh's right.
- 42:00Speaker 12: So I haven't really known what to do about it,
- 42:05Speaker 12: because like wasps, if they feel threatened, they'll sting you
- 42:08Speaker 12: and they don't lose their stinger.
- 42:10Speaker 14: And so I hear that if you just.
- 42:12Speaker 12: Kind of leave it and just wait until they're done
- 42:15Speaker 12: and eventually fly away and leave. I don't know the
- 42:18Speaker 12: money I'm going to end up with. There's two right now.
- 42:21Speaker 12: It's not a huge nest, and I've just been waiting
- 42:23Speaker 12: it out, but I don't know what because I don't.
- 42:25Speaker 1: Know what to do.
- 42:25Speaker 6: That's the landlord's problem.
- 42:26Speaker 14: I'm supposed to go hit it with the brooms, knock
- 42:28Speaker 14: it down.
- 42:29Speaker 1: I'm not supposed to do that.
- 42:30Speaker 6: Have you seen the viral thing where they take like
- 42:32Speaker 6: a ball of gasoline and put it over it? But
- 42:35Speaker 6: don't see that yourself?
- 42:36Speaker 1: Do you call your boyfriend to take care of it?
- 42:38Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 42:38Speaker 6: Exactly, They put the cat down and come over.
- 42:40Speaker 1: I know, but but he is it? Is it on
- 42:43Speaker 1: the side, was kind of hanging on the top. It is?
- 42:46Speaker 10: It is on the door, on the door I open it.
- 42:50Speaker 1: I mean in your house, Gros, that'd be more difficult
- 42:53Speaker 1: for the gasoleen trick. The gasoleen trick is the one
- 42:55Speaker 1: where it's kind of hanging from like a like a ceiling. Yeah,
- 42:58Speaker 1: like an awning or something like that. And so they
- 43:00Speaker 1: take a bowl and they put you put the regular
- 43:02Speaker 1: gas in there, and you push it up against like
- 43:04Speaker 1: the ceiling, and it has They all fall in, and
- 43:06Speaker 1: so the fumes from the from the fuel penetrate the
- 43:11Speaker 1: wasp and then and then all of a sudden you
- 43:14Speaker 1: start dropping dead into the into the gas Morgan.
- 43:19Speaker 12: I can't is it a it's a bad idea to
- 43:23Speaker 12: wait it out. Am I going to end up with bigger?
- 43:25Speaker 12: It does get bigger?
- 43:26Speaker 5: I agree, Greg Raid, Oh yeah, your favorite of raids.
- 43:32Speaker 1: Just get some raid machine gun spray because the wasp
- 43:35Speaker 1: raid you could spray from hell a far.
- 43:37Speaker 6: Here's the question. If you're renting, is this the landlord's problem?
- 43:42Speaker 6: But really, can you please deal with this?
- 43:46Speaker 5: Knock it down?
- 43:47Speaker 10: I would Oh really, yeah, that did not even occur.
- 43:50Speaker 6: To Sammy when you're a renter. This is a perk.
- 43:53Speaker 15: Oh all right, yeah, I will take a break, right God.
- 44:09Speaker 1: News headlines next on the Woody Show. Hang on, Pickled
- 44:12Speaker 1: pischel S, Pickled peniss No Woody Show. All right, g
- 44:21Speaker 1: Grad tell us all about the trending news headlines.
- 44:24Speaker 6: Yeah, Well, things got really scary at the Gunfighter Sky's
- 44:27Speaker 6: air show near Boise, Idaho, yesterday when two US Navy
- 44:31Speaker 6: EA eighteen G Growler jets collided in mid air.
- 44:34Speaker 1: So it looks like they got like stuck together, almost
- 44:37Speaker 1: like a mating thing. It was so weird. That was
- 44:39Speaker 1: really weird.
- 44:39Speaker 6: Yeah, a lot of people caught it on videos, so
- 44:42Speaker 6: lots of videos out there, and the collision caused explosions
- 44:45Speaker 6: even put the base on lockdown. Of course, the show
- 44:47Speaker 6: was canceled, thankfully, all four crew members safely ejected and
- 44:52Speaker 6: parachuted to the ground and official say they're in stable conditions.
- 44:55Speaker 6: So that's amazing.
- 44:56Speaker 1: Yeah, this air show, it was the first time they've
- 44:58Speaker 1: done the air show since twenty eighteen, because back in
- 45:00Speaker 1: twenty eighteen the last air show, somebody died.
- 45:02Speaker 5: Oh.
- 45:03Speaker 6: It was like, so, I guess this is an upgrade.
- 45:04Speaker 1: It was like some uh, I forget it was a
- 45:06Speaker 1: hang glider thing or something something. So they all, right, guys,
- 45:10Speaker 1: air show's back up.
- 45:11Speaker 6: Yeah, how many more times do we know?
- 45:13Speaker 1: Is there is on TV right there? But there's the
- 45:15Speaker 1: guys right there, all.
- 45:16Speaker 6: Four incredibles coming out. I'll survive.
- 45:19Speaker 5: So getting ejected that can seriously injury you, right, Yeah,
- 45:23Speaker 5: incredibly difficult.
- 45:24Speaker 9: Yeah, of course everybody's googling how much these things cost.
- 45:27Speaker 9: I think at the time when they were released there
- 45:30Speaker 9: were sixty seven to eighty million dollars, and now they
- 45:34Speaker 9: said for a replacement is one hundred and fifty million.
- 45:37Speaker 1: Well, everything's more expensive the grocery store generation.
- 45:41Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 45:42Speaker 6: Well, a New York judge is going to decide today
- 45:44Speaker 6: whether police evidence from Luigi Mangioni's backpack can be used
- 45:47Speaker 6: in his state trial. We'd all remember that when that
- 45:50Speaker 6: big debate was going on, and it's finally here, and
- 45:52Speaker 6: I'm sure everybody knows by now. He's the one accused
- 45:56Speaker 6: of killing United CEO United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson and
- 46:00Speaker 6: a twenty twenty four shooting and has pleaded not guilty
- 46:03Speaker 6: Woody to both state and federal charges.
- 46:05Speaker 1: Yeah, don't let them use the actual murder weapon.
- 46:09Speaker 6: Oh, come on, we're not going to show it.
- 46:12Speaker 1: Here's why.
- 46:13Speaker 6: His lawyers say cops searched his bag without a warrant
- 46:16Speaker 6: after arresting him at McDonald's in Pennsylvania and argue that
- 46:19Speaker 6: it wasn't legal because the backpack wasn't on him at
- 46:22Speaker 6: the time, and prosecutors say the search was fine because
- 46:25Speaker 6: he reportedly gave officers a fake name, so it's standard procedure.
- 46:28Speaker 6: The backpack allegedly had things like three D printed guns,
- 46:32Speaker 6: a silencer, a notebook that could point to motive, which
- 46:35Speaker 6: is a big deal for the case. So both his
- 46:38Speaker 6: state and federal trials have been pushed back, partly because
- 46:41Speaker 6: his defense team is handling other big cases right now.
- 46:43Speaker 6: Someone you may have heard of, like Harvey Weinstein. So
- 46:46Speaker 6: they're busy.
- 46:47Speaker 5: Most people have that stuff in their backpacks.
- 46:49Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean check mine right now. Well, Ronda Rousey
- 46:53Speaker 6: made quick work of Gina Carano in their highly anticipated
- 46:57Speaker 6: comeback fight, winning by her signature arm our submission in
- 47:01Speaker 6: just seventeen seconds.
- 47:02Speaker 14: And Morgan were there yeah, yeah, awesome.
- 47:04Speaker 1: Yeah. And the other fight, the one earlier fight was
- 47:08Speaker 1: like mega bloody. Yeah, dude, yeah that was.
- 47:13Speaker 14: And it was yeah, I mean, all of the fights
- 47:16Speaker 14: were so good. So when it got to rond and
- 47:18Speaker 14: it was seventeen seconds, I mean, what else did you
- 47:20Speaker 14: expect if you thought she was not going to do that?
- 47:22Speaker 14: It's dumb. I know, that's how she wins things.
- 47:25Speaker 1: Yeah, it's an all day event.
- 47:27Speaker 9: Yeah, I know, like some people might be upset, like, oh,
- 47:29Speaker 9: it was only seventeen seconds, but there were so many
- 47:31Speaker 9: good fights.
- 47:33Speaker 1: You want to hear the entire fight, Yes, the schedule
- 47:37Speaker 1: five rounds. Immediately rows he.
- 47:42Speaker 16: Takes Corono down, but Coronto looking for the guillantine and
- 47:46Speaker 16: Rowdy popped her head out and full mount ground.
- 47:48Speaker 8: And ground, Rowdy looking for the arm and already.
- 47:51Speaker 16: The arm that's over you, over me, almost incredible come
- 47:57Speaker 16: most devastating finish, ain't am I main history and Rondo
- 48:03Speaker 16: just like that?
- 48:05Speaker 14: Okay, terrific, most devastating finished.
- 48:08Speaker 1: I don't know about that. I don't know why people
- 48:09Speaker 1: are geta upset.
- 48:10Speaker 9: I mean that used to be celebrated with Mike Tyson.
- 48:12Speaker 6: Yeah, that's what I was gonna too.
- 48:13Speaker 1: Was it celebrated. I remember everybody being pissed when those
- 48:16Speaker 1: Titan fights would happen and they'd be so short. I
- 48:18Speaker 1: paid fifty Yeah, by the way, nobody cares about no,
- 48:22Speaker 1: sorry Morgan, but no, nobody really when it comes to
- 48:24Speaker 1: these big fights like that, very few people. UFC maybe
- 48:26Speaker 1: a little bit different, but when there was like a
- 48:28Speaker 1: holy Field Fighter, a Tyson Fighter, whatever, the undercard, nobody
- 48:31Speaker 1: really cared about. People were getting the pay per view
- 48:33Speaker 1: for the Tyson Yeah. Last, So when it was thirty
- 48:36Speaker 1: seconds or you know, if you bought the whole thing
- 48:38Speaker 1: or whatever, you tuned in right Netflix for this thing
- 48:41Speaker 1: and it's seventeen seconds.
- 48:42Speaker 14: It's like, but people forget back. When Rondo was an
- 48:45Speaker 14: active UFC fighter, she finished people in thirty seconds, twenty seconds.
- 48:49Speaker 6: Yeah, that's what she does.
- 48:50Speaker 14: So if she's going out to win of course that's
- 48:53Speaker 14: her game.
- 48:53Speaker 1: Thame hellweight man, what she is?
- 48:59Speaker 14: Dude, I didn't not know much about her before this,
- 49:01Speaker 14: so shout out to Gina. I think that's the hottest
- 49:04Speaker 14: girl in MMA. Oh yeah, I get so hot and
- 49:07Speaker 14: like so well spoken, what a battie like. She's the
- 49:09Speaker 14: definition of battie.
- 49:10Speaker 6: Will you just do me a favorite and say again,
- 49:12Speaker 6: Gina's the hottest woman you've.
- 49:13Speaker 14: Ever Geena, all Right, Gina is the hottest woman I've
- 49:17Speaker 14: ever seen in my life. She's so well put together.
- 49:20Speaker 6: Okay, I just wanted to hear you say that.
- 49:21Speaker 9: Things.
- 49:22Speaker 1: Also, here's the part you like clam slamming, like honestly
- 49:26Speaker 1: hot like.
- 49:27Speaker 14: You on her? For sure? I think she's perfect.
- 49:30Speaker 1: You should explore that. Let Greg know all about it,
- 49:34Speaker 1: Peter Greg. Yeah, Greg, up to date, we have a
- 49:38Speaker 1: little slumber party. But time though, and you met a
- 49:43Speaker 1: bunch of celebrities, dude.
- 49:44Speaker 14: Yeah, I've met so many people like I have great seats.
- 49:47Speaker 14: You traded hats with who Michael to say?
- 49:49Speaker 5: Okay?
- 49:50Speaker 8: Well.
- 49:51Speaker 6: Meanwhile, Connor McGregor is officially set to return to the
- 49:53Speaker 6: UFC for the first time in about five years, with
- 49:56Speaker 6: a comeback fight scheduled for July eleventh, at UFC three
- 49:59Speaker 6: twenty nine in Vegas. He will face Max Holloway in
- 50:03Speaker 6: a rematch nearly thirteen years after McGregor beat Holloway in
- 50:07Speaker 6: their first meeting in twenty thirteen, and the fight will
- 50:10Speaker 6: headline International Fight Week at the Tmobile Arena and Marx
- 50:13Speaker 6: McGregor's return after his twenty twenty one leg injury and
- 50:16Speaker 6: a long layoff that included cancel comeback attempts. So we'll
- 50:20Speaker 6: see how that goes, all right.
- 50:21Speaker 1: So another fun fact, ron A Rowsey's introduction was longer
- 50:25Speaker 1: than the actual fight. That's the was. It was one
- 50:28Speaker 1: minute in six seconds.
- 50:29Speaker 6: It was a lot longer.
- 50:30Speaker 1: Ron A Rowsey got two point two million for that
- 50:33Speaker 1: seventeen seconds and got one point zero five million for
- 50:38Speaker 1: the seventeen.
- 50:39Speaker 6: Sets for a million dollars. Yeah, not bad, no problem.
- 50:42Speaker 9: Yeah, the McGregor fight though, I can already see that
- 50:45Speaker 9: our listeners are trying to book for that.
- 50:46Speaker 1: That's gonna be for sure.
- 50:47Speaker 14: I hope it happens.
- 50:49Speaker 4: Well.
- 50:49Speaker 6: That tourist, you know, the one accused of throwing a
- 50:51Speaker 6: rock at an endangered Hawaiian monk seal and Maui. He's
- 50:54Speaker 6: now claiming he did it to protect some turtles? You guys,
- 50:57Speaker 6: Oh yeah, this is good. Igor lid Vinchuk was caught
- 51:02Speaker 6: on video hurling the rock at the seal named Lonnie
- 51:05Speaker 6: at Lahina Beach earlier this month, and the video pissed
- 51:08Speaker 6: off a lot of people, but according to his attorney,
- 51:11Speaker 6: Igor says he thought the seal was acting aggressively towards
- 51:13Speaker 6: two turtles and he wanted to scare it away. His
- 51:16Speaker 6: lawyer says that one turtle had already been knocked off
- 51:18Speaker 6: a rock by the seal and claimed Igor thought he
- 51:20Speaker 6: was helping.
- 51:21Speaker 1: Okay, so if that was the case and people start
- 51:23Speaker 1: yelling at you, wouldn't turn around. Go dude, it was
- 51:25Speaker 1: about to go hurt a turtle. The turtle turt you know,
- 51:28Speaker 1: I see the turtle like you would, you would have
- 51:30Speaker 1: like said that right away. Instead he would just turned
- 51:32Speaker 1: around ignored, pretending like you didn't even hear them yelling
- 51:35Speaker 1: at him.
- 51:35Speaker 6: And instead said when witnesses saw him, he brushed it
- 51:38Speaker 6: off by saying, it's fine. I'm rich, I can afford
- 51:40Speaker 6: the ticket, right So I'm pretty sure he's lying. And
- 51:43Speaker 6: after two weeks in second place. The Michael Jackson biopic
- 51:46Speaker 6: Michael jumped back to number one at the box office.
- 51:49Speaker 6: It made twenty six million dollars over the weekend, pushed
- 51:52Speaker 6: it worldwide to seven hundred and three million in second place.
- 51:56Speaker 6: Devilwaar's Product two with eighteen million and Fire five hundred
- 52:00Speaker 6: and forty six million worldwide. The new thriller Obsession, which
- 52:03Speaker 6: I really want to see, came in third with a
- 52:05Speaker 6: strong sixteen million. Have you heard about that, Greg, I
- 52:07Speaker 6: have not. It's like nobody I can remember. But it's
- 52:10Speaker 6: a horror movie about this guy who's like really in
- 52:13Speaker 6: love with this girl and like does some sort of
- 52:16Speaker 6: you know, voodoo wish, like I just wish she loved me,
- 52:19Speaker 6: and then she becomes obsessed with him. Okay, pretty fun
- 52:22Speaker 6: premise and it's getting a lot of good reviews. And
- 52:25Speaker 6: Mortal Kombat two dropped to fourth with thirteen and a
- 52:28Speaker 6: half million in its second weekend, rounding out the top five.
- 52:31Speaker 6: Sheep Detectives People's sheep critics really loving this thing.
- 52:36Speaker 1: I'm like, did very money? Yeah, because I have money
- 52:40Speaker 1: for sheep Detectives. Where's my money? Isn't it paid? Okay? Yeah?
- 52:46Speaker 8: First off, your money. You'll hear in the studio you have.
- 52:50Speaker 1: Money for sheep detectives.
- 52:51Speaker 8: I have the AMC stubs passed, so I thought more
- 52:54Speaker 8: movies for free a week, so I might as well
- 52:56Speaker 8: just go.
- 52:56Speaker 5: Weeks and and for free for free.
- 53:00Speaker 8: Yah.
- 53:00Speaker 1: I saw the It's included with your past. We're like,
- 53:03Speaker 1: what is this thing? He's like, Oh, I'm gonna go
- 53:04Speaker 1: see it. It's like tomatoes.
- 53:07Speaker 8: So everyone I said, or everyone I know that salt
- 53:10Speaker 8: said it was really good salt for myself, everyone I know,
- 53:13Speaker 8: it's actually pretty good.
- 53:14Speaker 1: Those are the best arguments.
- 53:15Speaker 6: It's about I keep company with.
- 53:17Speaker 8: Yeah, it's about sheep who tried to find h Hugh
- 53:20Speaker 8: Jackman's murderer.
- 53:21Speaker 6: Is it for kids?
- 53:22Speaker 8: It's it's four kids, but it does have like a
- 53:26Speaker 8: lot of like adult like themes to it. So it's
- 53:28Speaker 8: it's like kind of like a mix of the two.
- 53:30Speaker 1: Neat, where's my money, It's it's right here in the studio. Yeah,
- 53:36Speaker 1: thank you for it. Oh that's what's going on.
- 53:40Speaker 14: I sold a pair of my dirty workout socks to
- 53:42Speaker 14: a foot create.
- 53:49Speaker 1: Now you consider selling others.
- 53:50Speaker 14: Wars Sammy, No, I'm just serious.
- 54:00Speaker 1: All right, welcome back, everybody. Is that my money?
- 54:03Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 54:04Speaker 1: I fronted the thousand bucks that that he said he
- 54:09Speaker 1: was going to give Morgan when he moved out with
- 54:10Speaker 1: no notice, so she wouldn't be left hanging, and then
- 54:13Speaker 1: he would make the agreement to pay me two hundred
- 54:15Speaker 1: fifty bucks a week for the next four weeks. Make
- 54:17Speaker 1: you number three, right.
- 54:19Speaker 8: This is number three, So like seven fifty three double check.
- 54:24Speaker 1: I've been bringing these white envelopes home with cash and
- 54:26Speaker 1: the rof goes, what is it's Tyler cash? That's kind
- 54:32Speaker 1: of They're all in the right, Tyler cash, crisp sequential order,
- 54:37Speaker 1: sequal order.
- 54:38Speaker 6: Yeah, are they like, do they look new and crispy
- 54:42Speaker 6: or are they.
- 54:44Speaker 1: Nice to mature? Whatever? Wells Fargo decided to spit out.
- 54:47Speaker 1: Gotcha sweaty?
- 54:48Speaker 6: Yeah, let me get your What does he get back?
- 54:51Speaker 6: We'll see?
- 54:52Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you get a card back.
- 54:55Speaker 6: This has been a really good what I do with
- 54:57Speaker 6: the kid.
- 54:58Speaker 1: Then he gave us some collateral. Yeah, uh, you know
- 55:01Speaker 1: that we could turn around. So because he's got all
- 55:03Speaker 1: this collectible cards and stuff like that. All right, let's see,
- 55:07Speaker 1: we got the Randy Johnson All Aces twenty twenty three tops,
- 55:12Speaker 1: there's the Michael Jordan Olympic card, Connor Griffin and Paul
- 55:17Speaker 1: skemesa hold on to those just because I'm a Pittsburgh guy. Alright,
- 55:22Speaker 1: choose yeah, uh man, I'll give you back the Randy
- 55:27Speaker 1: Johnson Okay, that works. Yeah, there you go, Randy Johnson. Hey,
- 55:31Speaker 1: next week you get them all back?
- 55:33Speaker 8: Well, no, we're gonna do. We're gonna end it on Friday.
- 55:36Speaker 8: That's that's when that's gonna happen. But give you the
- 55:38Speaker 8: last of it on Friday because that was the original
- 55:40Speaker 8: I believe that was the original agreement.
- 55:42Speaker 1: Day was it? I don't know. Hey, whatever, that's fine
- 55:45Speaker 1: as long as I get my money back.
- 55:46Speaker 8: I'm slightly screwed up where I had it in the
- 55:49Speaker 8: studio and I forgot to give it to him, so
- 55:51Speaker 8: that screwed up the days.
- 55:52Speaker 1: But yeah, all right, well whatever, that's fine.
- 55:55Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 55:55Speaker 1: But he's been a man of his words so far.
- 55:57Speaker 1: I think he's got more money than we think. Are
- 56:01Speaker 1: you getting money from your parents? No, nothing going on.
- 56:05Speaker 1: Somebody sent me a picture of a baseball game that
- 56:07Speaker 1: he went to because he was posting and he had
- 56:09Speaker 1: all this stuff.
- 56:10Speaker 9: Oh yeah, but I saw that too, but that no
- 56:13Speaker 9: one goes to those games, so it's super chafy to
- 56:15Speaker 9: go to Yeah.
- 56:16Speaker 1: Okay, that stadium and it's got multiple jobs, Sammy. A
- 56:20Speaker 1: lot of people on your wasp nest that you have
- 56:25Speaker 1: that was your gear, ye, the weekend gear on the door.
- 56:28Speaker 1: Somebody said, crochet your own wasp nest to confuse them.
- 56:32Speaker 1: But they say google it. So I can't tell if
- 56:34Speaker 1: that's a joke or not, or maybe it is, or
- 56:37Speaker 1: maybe it is one of those things where they think
- 56:39Speaker 1: like it's a real thing. I don't know, so google that.
- 56:41Speaker 1: Why rein, Sammy for the nest. The longer you leave
- 56:45Speaker 1: it there, the bigger it's gonna get. That's also true
- 56:48Speaker 1: for your hand on my crotch. Three two three, Sammy.
- 56:53Speaker 1: They sell wasp net. I'm saying wasp sprays at home
- 56:58Speaker 1: depot and you're supposed to them early in the morning
- 57:01Speaker 1: or late at night. They don't do well in the cold, right.
- 57:03Speaker 10: Yeah, that's what a lot of people have been saying.
- 57:05Speaker 1: Another one said, we had some under our front porch
- 57:07Speaker 1: and I sprayed the ish out of it and they
- 57:10Speaker 1: were all jacked up, and then I got to smash
- 57:12Speaker 1: them in the high super satisfying. Just make sure that
- 57:16Speaker 1: you spray the hell out of that beyond.
- 57:18Speaker 9: Now you never finished this sentence, though, we said, why
- 57:20Speaker 9: doesn't the boyfriend just take care of this for you?
- 57:23Speaker 6: Okay?
- 57:23Speaker 12: So he also has a wasp best on his door
- 57:27Speaker 12: right now on one and no, it has a lot
- 57:31Speaker 12: more than mine has. He has like six or seven
- 57:33Speaker 12: of them on all the time. And his theory was
- 57:38Speaker 12: to wait it out and then they would have bigger
- 57:43Speaker 12: like they as if they like had you like go aways?
- 57:46Speaker 6: Wrong about that, Okay, it'll get bigger. And by the way,
- 57:48Speaker 6: I just looked it up. A crochet wasp nest is
- 57:51Speaker 6: a handmade decoy used to naturally deter wasps.
- 57:54Speaker 10: And I'm looking at it right now it sounds like
- 57:57Speaker 10: it's too late.
- 57:57Speaker 1: You can make it one of those forehands keeping them
- 58:00Speaker 1: in the future. You can kill the nest with hot
- 58:04Speaker 1: soapy water, use a spray bottle and step on them
- 58:07Speaker 1: when they hit the floor. The soapy water is too
- 58:09Speaker 1: heavy for them to fly with.
- 58:10Speaker 9: Y stomp them out, Sammy.
- 58:11Speaker 1: Yeah. Weapons a lot of people saying, you know, do
- 58:14Speaker 1: this set at night because that's that's when they sleep,
- 58:18Speaker 1: and spray the nest thoroughly and go inside. It kills them.
- 58:22Speaker 1: And if you don't see flying wasp, then the next
- 58:25Speaker 1: day you can knock it.
- 58:26Speaker 12: Down idea I And it's weird because I like bugs,
- 58:32Speaker 12: and I understand that wasps are an issue and I
- 58:34Speaker 12: need them to not be on my door. I feel
- 58:37Speaker 12: bad just killing wasps.
- 58:41Speaker 6: Hornets, yellow jackets can all go straight back to hell
- 58:43Speaker 6: where they can.
- 58:44Speaker 1: It's not just like how people have this like soft
- 58:46Speaker 1: spot for bees. It's different, totally different.
- 58:49Speaker 8: Do you own hair spray? Yes?
- 59:00Speaker 7: The Woodie Show.
- 59:02Speaker 1: And we're into another new hour Woodie, Greg Menace and
- 59:07Speaker 1: a Grad Phones open eight seven seven forty four Wooding.
- 59:10Speaker 1: You can send us a text over to two two
- 59:12Speaker 1: nine eight seven. So this dude decided that his super
- 59:18Speaker 1: sweet cyber truck needed to be on the sand. He
- 59:21Speaker 1: was having a beach day. Hell yeah. But despite being
- 59:25Speaker 1: such a cool truck, it didn't make it very far
- 59:28Speaker 1: and it got stuck right on the edge of the sand.
- 59:31Speaker 1: So the guy tries to hit the gas adjusting, even
- 59:35Speaker 1: got some fence posts to try to you know, put
- 59:37Speaker 1: under the tires to get some traction, but nothing worked.
- 59:41Speaker 1: And then somebody stepped in and helped him. A hero
- 59:45Speaker 1: some would say, they hooked up a rope from their
- 59:48Speaker 1: vehicle to the cyber truck and they pulled it out
- 59:50Speaker 1: of the sand. Oh babe, the hero's vehicle that saved
- 59:54Speaker 1: the cyber truck a Toyota Siena minivan. Yeah, the cyber
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: truck had to get rescued by a mini day to
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: see some photos or video of this. There is video.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: The whole rescue took about thirty seconds. It's viral online.
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: The comments are loaded with people saying how this is
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: such a bad look for people like sea beasts and
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: the cyber truck. But dude, happen to have your cyber
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: truck pulled out of the sand by a mini Vanuh?
- 1:00:21Speaker 11: Okay, this is Uh, we're missing some very big facts
- 1:00:25Speaker 11: here because there's a video. Well, I said we're missing
- 1:00:27Speaker 11: some facts here. I didn't say video. I think there's
- 1:00:32Speaker 11: easily he doesn't know what the hell he's doing because
- 1:00:33Speaker 11: you can see video. There's cyber trucks are doing rock crawls.
- 1:00:36Speaker 11: They have like they each wheel has its own motor.
- 1:00:39Speaker 11: A lot of cases like there's no reason that which
- 1:00:41Speaker 11: you get stuck in sand.
- 1:00:43Speaker 9: To be fair, that's it's definitely not in the sand
- 1:00:45Speaker 9: pulling it out.
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: No, this is it's got to rescue the cyber truck.
- 1:00:50Speaker 11: It's clearly user error.
- 1:00:52Speaker 9: But the Siena dude. People go hard for the Sienna dude.
- 1:00:57Speaker 9: He bought two of them so much.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: Forget how many cup holders he said, it's.
- 1:01:01Speaker 9: Gone eup holders the reason.
- 1:01:03Speaker 11: Yeah, this just goes to prove my point. Anytime you
- 1:01:06Speaker 11: got a ruly asked thing like right, or a cyber truck,
- 1:01:10Speaker 11: any chance you can.
- 1:01:12Speaker 5: Get to take a shot, you know.
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: And it's pretty funny though, like when you have to
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: have a truck rescued by a minivan, that like, that
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: doesn't matter what truck it is. If the truck gets
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: rescued by a minivan, that's pretty entertaining. Weekend cheers and jeers.
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: Best will start with you say cheers to Nashville.
- 1:01:29Speaker 6: We got the super Bowl coming up here in a
- 1:01:31Speaker 6: few years, so good for us.
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: Yeah us, he's from Nashville. Originally mean that would be nice.
- 1:01:37Speaker 11: Although I'll say this, Nashville in mid February it's not pleasant.
- 1:01:42Speaker 11: It's not a fun time. It's cold as it sucks. Yeah,
- 1:01:46Speaker 11: so you know you get like, oh no.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: Yeah, they've posted in New Jersey, right, but it's been
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: another cold weather.
- 1:01:53Speaker 11: But in Minnesota also sucks. Minnesota to the one in Minnesota.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: Right, Oh god, brutal.
- 1:01:59Speaker 9: I slipped me when I got off the shuttle and
- 1:02:02Speaker 9: I fell on my way to go buy some shoes.
- 1:02:04Speaker 9: I'm like, oh, it's kind of icy.
- 1:02:05Speaker 11: And I would ask my parents who live in Nashville,
- 1:02:07Speaker 11: how it isn't going to affect them, and they will
- 1:02:09Speaker 11: say not at all because they don't go anywhere near
- 1:02:11Speaker 11: downtown and never have so. But still it's nice to have,
- 1:02:13Speaker 11: you know. I guess the prestige.
- 1:02:15Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:02:15Speaker 9: I went to the Minnesota when I went to one
- 1:02:18Speaker 9: of the after parties and it's just like it's minus
- 1:02:21Speaker 9: like ten degrees. It was so freaking cold.
- 1:02:23Speaker 11: It won't be that bad, but it'll be a good
- 1:02:24Speaker 11: chance to go to all the bars. They're all owned
- 1:02:28Speaker 11: by country stars. Sammy Yes, I know Moran has one,
- 1:02:32Speaker 11: right they all yeah everybody? Yeah, uh so, cheers to
- 1:02:37Speaker 11: Nashville for that. Jeers too and said something Menis has
- 1:02:41Speaker 11: been saying for years. Nate Diaz and all the punkass
- 1:02:44Speaker 11: bitches from Stockton.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: Yea, okay, I would never say that about stock because
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: he knows you're all trash.
- 1:02:51Speaker 9: And it'll come to fight ape of cart and Arch.
- 1:02:55Speaker 11: If you didn't watch the Netflix fight, which was the
- 1:02:59Speaker 11: I won't even mention the Gina Carano round round Roundy
- 1:03:03Speaker 11: Rosey Ronda Rousey fight because that was just an insane
- 1:03:05Speaker 11: waste of time. But uh, Nate Diaz got keyed up,
- 1:03:09Speaker 11: tuned up, fully bloody, and and it's just tind of.
- 1:03:13Speaker 6: It's time time to hang it up, dude. I know
- 1:03:14Speaker 6: you could say, well he.
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: Got a paycheck, yeah, but at what costs. He can
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: barely talk.
- 1:03:19Speaker 11: He's got like I mean, I don't I mean like
- 1:03:21Speaker 11: mena says everyone from Stockton's in our word.
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: But so he started, he's starting.
- 1:03:25Speaker 11: He started low, but then he's gotten beaten in the
- 1:03:27Speaker 11: head for fifteen twenty years and he's he's he's almost
- 1:03:30Speaker 11: subverbal at this point. You know, he the fight was okay,
- 1:03:34Speaker 11: but he just got like his face was just covered
- 1:03:37Speaker 11: drenched in blood.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: It visually looked cool. I mean it was cool for that.
- 1:03:42Speaker 11: Yeah, it's it kind of saved the car that it
- 1:03:44Speaker 11: was an exciting fight from like a just a gore perspective.
- 1:03:48Speaker 11: But uh yeah, you know, jeers to the well both
- 1:03:51Speaker 11: Das Brothers asn't as Menace has always said, yeah right.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, it's not cool, like trying to put
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: Menace on death row. You know.
- 1:04:00Speaker 9: The two or nine out the pixie Woods.
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: If you're reference.
- 1:04:10Speaker 11: Woods, pixie Woods' four. This is a it's a fun detour.
- 1:04:13Speaker 11: Just google image pixie Woods.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: Yep.
- 1:04:15Speaker 9: It's it's a hood as the park, a hood as
- 1:04:19Speaker 9: the part.
- 1:04:20Speaker 11: It's kind of like it's not really it's not really
- 1:04:22Speaker 11: branded with the characters or anything.
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: It's just like, yeah, what if fairies lived in a dump?
- 1:04:29Speaker 9: You can rent the whole part. I want a deal
- 1:04:32Speaker 9: one time for four hundred bucks.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: We gotta do it. Damn. This a nice little segue
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: over to Morgan Morgan weekend cheers and jeers.
- 1:04:42Speaker 14: So cheers to just getting to go to the fight.
- 1:04:44Speaker 14: And I had four seats rotense. Oh I was, you know,
- 1:04:48Speaker 14: brushing shoulders with John Jones and Marshawn Lynch and all
- 1:04:51Speaker 14: these people.
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: How did you score those seats?
- 1:04:54Speaker 14: From iHeart?
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: So wow, thank you so much.
- 1:04:57Speaker 14: I'm going to go thank you the woman that got
- 1:04:59Speaker 14: it for me to today. So yeah, just great time
- 1:05:02Speaker 14: in general. But my cheers goes to one of the
- 1:05:05Speaker 14: people I met is I'm not going to name drop yet.
- 1:05:08Speaker 14: My heart's beating fast already. My favorite UFC fighter, his coach.
- 1:05:15Speaker 14: I met him briefly, and I could tell in the
- 1:05:18Speaker 14: moment like he looked at me a certain way. I
- 1:05:21Speaker 14: couldn't tell. I could tell, but you know, yeah, you
- 1:05:26Speaker 14: know to say that, so yeah, but then you know
- 1:05:33Speaker 14: things are happening, people are walking by whatever like that
- 1:05:36Speaker 14: was nice. Guess who slid in my d M the
- 1:05:39Speaker 14: next day? I guess he wants to fly me out.
- 1:05:45Speaker 14: I'm not giving any more information. You guys will find
- 1:05:49Speaker 14: out when you see me post him from there. I
- 1:05:52Speaker 14: don't want to speak too soon, right, but.
- 1:05:55Speaker 6: One question you may not.
- 1:05:56Speaker 14: My heart's going crazy.
- 1:05:57Speaker 6: Did you was he posted in any of your possibly?
- 1:06:00Speaker 14: Okay?
- 1:06:01Speaker 6: I know which guy? Okay, So how does I was
- 1:06:03Speaker 6: gonna ask? How did they find your dms?
- 1:06:06Speaker 14: I think I'm telling you Sea Bass. The way he
- 1:06:08Speaker 14: looked at me, so I think after the next day
- 1:06:10Speaker 14: he looked at the things he was tagged in and
- 1:06:13Speaker 14: was looking for me.
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: Yes, marry me.
- 1:06:16Speaker 14: You know, with these guys, they can do what they want.
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: So he's like, oh, take, and this is the coach
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: of a UFC fighter.
- 1:06:22Speaker 14: Yes?
- 1:06:23Speaker 11: And was he is he a former fighter himself?
- 1:06:25Speaker 14: Possibly?
- 1:06:26Speaker 3: Yes?
- 1:06:28Speaker 14: Fly out money anyways, So that's my cheers. So I'll keep.
- 1:06:31Speaker 10: Mellustated on that that's a huge here my tears.
- 1:06:34Speaker 14: This is so embarrassing. I did not want to bring
- 1:06:36Speaker 14: it up, but I will just love her laughs.
- 1:06:38Speaker 9: Right.
- 1:06:39Speaker 14: Part of meeting people, and you know, being around all
- 1:06:42Speaker 14: these celebrities, right, I'm seeing all these people and I'm like,
- 1:06:45Speaker 14: I think I know who that is, but maybe not
- 1:06:46Speaker 14: like and then you see people taking pictures with them,
- 1:06:48Speaker 14: so you're like, I know that's a celebrity. I went
- 1:06:51Speaker 14: up to this guy. Thank god, I didn't say his name.
- 1:06:54Speaker 14: At first I thought it was Anderson Silva. Then I
- 1:06:56Speaker 14: thought it was Spike Lee, and.
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: I just knew.
- 1:06:59Speaker 14: I knew this is exactly what I said to him.
- 1:07:03Speaker 14: Oh it's so bad. I walked up and he's like
- 1:07:05Speaker 14: walking to go get a drink, the bathroom whatever. I'm like,
- 1:07:08Speaker 14: why is nobody stopping you right now? Like to get
- 1:07:10Speaker 14: a picture. That's crazy, right, And then he just kind
- 1:07:13Speaker 14: of laughed it off, and I'm like, oh, we don't
- 1:07:14Speaker 14: have to cause a scene. Like can I get a
- 1:07:16Speaker 14: picture with you? Though? And then like took a quick selfie.
- 1:07:19Speaker 14: I think this is just some random man at the fight.
- 1:07:23Speaker 14: Look at this picture.
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: I'll show you all. Oh Silva is like six two.
- 1:07:29Speaker 14: And Anderson he was there later.
- 1:07:32Speaker 6: For anyone who's ever seen Spike Lee before, this looks
- 1:07:35Speaker 6: more like Rue Paul than Spike Lee.
- 1:07:38Speaker 14: Is it Rue Paul?
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: I know?
- 1:07:40Speaker 14: But how embarrassing. I just totally approached this random.
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: Are you one of those white people that think that
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: all black people look the same.
- 1:07:48Speaker 14: I didn't want to bring it up because it sounds
- 1:07:49Speaker 14: mega racist, right, I just thought some tall black.
- 1:07:53Speaker 6: Guy was you know what Adam Carolla calls that, you
- 1:07:56Speaker 6: thought it was a black similar?
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: Oh he tears to me more REI he looks more
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: like he looks more like the dude from This is Us.
- 1:08:08Speaker 6: The bit sterling.
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: Yeah, he looks more more like that, but not even
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: but not even. I'm just saying, if I had, if
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: I had to try to find a celebrity, which celebrity
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: does this look like? It would never be Spike Lee.
- 1:08:23Speaker 3: Not.
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: It's like you've never seen.
- 1:08:25Speaker 6: That looks nothing like not in person.
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: This is what Spike Lee looks like to somebody who's
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: never seen Spikela. I'll tell you that he's not six
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: inches taller than you more.
- 1:08:32Speaker 10: Can we do the Google image and.
- 1:08:36Speaker 14: He has credentials on so I know.
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: He was a star. That's so good when you approach
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: it because all the blood was in your boner and
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: not in your brain being the fighting, the fight, and
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: you know this guy sliding into your DM.
- 1:08:53Speaker 14: I knew the way he looked at me. We had
- 1:08:54Speaker 14: a moment.
- 1:08:55Speaker 6: I just yeah, just I spike Lee's five five.
- 1:08:59Speaker 14: Okay, good to know.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: That menace weekend cheers and cheers.
- 1:09:03Speaker 9: Cheers of just like, you know, hanging out with all
- 1:09:05Speaker 9: of our co workers for a big music fest, point
- 1:09:08Speaker 9: Fest that was awesome, and just you know, our buddy
- 1:09:11Speaker 9: Riz and spending time with him and going to dinner,
- 1:09:13Speaker 9: and then also just being at the concert and hanging
- 1:09:15Speaker 9: out with people and just you know, a lot of
- 1:09:18Speaker 9: commonality of working in radio for a very long time,
- 1:09:21Speaker 9: so a lot of fun discussions. So it was just
- 1:09:24Speaker 9: overall good times. Seems like all the listeners enjoyed themselves.
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: Sorry, yeah, reminded me. One of the people that we
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: hung out with is our buddy Tim Virgin Fun. Tim goes, Dude,
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: I want to beat girls on your show. The Fights
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: would love him, he would.
- 1:09:40Speaker 6: Be best friends. He's no amazing.
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: I think he has a romantic interest. How do you
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: feel about that? Fine? No, I get it fifty five.
- 1:09:49Speaker 6: I love him, I love but be crazy. But Morgan,
- 1:09:53Speaker 6: how do you feel about that?
- 1:09:54Speaker 14: I think it'd be fine, Okay, I do love him.
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: He's cute, he's pretty tall.
- 1:09:58Speaker 8: Yeah, I wonder it's not.
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: I think he's taller metcycles. Oh he's hilarious social. Yeah
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: we were. We were talking back to the h for
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: a minute about you. Yeah.
- 1:10:11Speaker 9: He was like, you're into all that stuff?
- 1:10:15Speaker 14: Is it's called swaning up?
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: Yeah? Maybe, but yeah.
- 1:10:19Speaker 9: It was just a good time just hanging out with everybody.
- 1:10:21Speaker 9: My only I mean, the weekend was so much fun,
- 1:10:24Speaker 9: you know again talking to Andy Furcella and talking about
- 1:10:27Speaker 9: his business and like how he came up. That was awesome,
- 1:10:31Speaker 9: and just just seeing their facility again, it's like a
- 1:10:34Speaker 9: mixed more than you We went to the UFC facility,
- 1:10:37Speaker 9: it was like a mix of that with an NFL
- 1:10:40Speaker 9: h Q and and then that was just one of
- 1:10:42Speaker 9: the buildings that we were in, and there was multiple
- 1:10:45Speaker 9: buildings a size of Amazon warehouses.
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: It was crazy.
- 1:10:49Speaker 9: But I guess my only Jeers was this morning trying
- 1:10:52Speaker 9: to go to work and I left work and my
- 1:10:56Speaker 9: wallet I didn't have it, and I was like, I'll
- 1:10:58Speaker 9: just go to work and I go, oh, no, it's
- 1:11:00Speaker 9: much of a pain to try to get around. So
- 1:11:02Speaker 9: then I had to drive back home and like search
- 1:11:04Speaker 9: through my house to try to find it, and we're
- 1:11:07Speaker 9: calling somebody. So Benton really high on these calls. Yeah,
- 1:11:17Speaker 9: so then I guess it fell in my laundry basket.
- 1:11:21Speaker 9: I found it.
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: So I think I might.
- 1:11:22Speaker 9: Get one of those like credit card versions of the
- 1:11:27Speaker 9: the what's the air tag? Yeah, because they work with
- 1:11:31Speaker 9: they work with the air tag technology, but they're the
- 1:11:34Speaker 9: size of a credit card. Just get a chain a
- 1:11:37Speaker 9: chain wallet, Yeah, that'd be cool. Yeah, chain wallet, those
- 1:11:42Speaker 9: are back.
- 1:11:43Speaker 5: Yeah, I loved my chain wallet.
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:11:45Speaker 14: When did they leave? Borts wearing those for years?
- 1:11:47Speaker 5: I know they left twenty five years ago, long time ago.
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: This is going back to the Toyota Siena. So Gabriel
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: Iglacias and he was on Club Shah and he was
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: going off about how much he loves his Siena.
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: Yeah favorite car is It blows people's mind. Toyota Siena.
- 1:12:07Speaker 4: A mini van is my favorite car to drive. It's
- 1:12:09Speaker 4: my I drove it here today.
- 1:12:11Speaker 6: Yeah, that's all a mini van.
- 1:12:13Speaker 4: You know what I love about that car has eighteen
- 1:12:15Speaker 4: cup holders. It gets like five hundred miles every time
- 1:12:18Speaker 4: you fill it up. It's hybrid. It has never failed me.
- 1:12:21Speaker 4: It never breaks down. The maintenance on it is minimal.
- 1:12:25Speaker 4: I love I love practicality. Okay, because of the amount
- 1:12:29Speaker 4: of times I've been left on the side of the road.
- 1:12:31Speaker 4: That freaking Sienna is clutch.
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: Yeah. It can also rescue your friend who drives a
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: cyber truck video.
- 1:12:37Speaker 11: And you said it and you lied about it. Of course,
- 1:12:39Speaker 11: he didn't just get onto the sand. He was really
- 1:12:41Speaker 11: way out there, deep into like that thick soft sand.
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: So he was on the edge of the sand.
- 1:12:45Speaker 11: It's not the edge at all.
- 1:12:47Speaker 6: You're of course, Wait, the edge of the sand means
- 1:12:50Speaker 6: what you're saying.
- 1:12:51Speaker 11: Nothing, No, No, he was out deep, thick into like
- 1:12:53Speaker 11: that big, soft, like doney hilly stuff.
- 1:12:55Speaker 6: Yeahddy, you you really sold a bill of goods.
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: Uh huh, all right, yep, that's what we did.
- 1:13:01Speaker 11: And the CNA, of course, was yeah, I was back
- 1:13:02Speaker 11: up on like the very thing, so makes it.
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: That to me makes it because okay, that makes it
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: even worse for the cyber truck that still got rescued
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: by a mini van. Even that deeper then.
- 1:13:14Speaker 11: Into the end of the same stuff that the minivan
- 1:13:16Speaker 11: wasn't in the fixed stuff with it.
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: No, but the fact that you had to have it
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: rescued by a minivan. You can't make this story be
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: good for a cyber truck. I just make it better.
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: Actually I don't.
- 1:13:26Speaker 5: I don't think the cyber truck was any further out
- 1:13:28Speaker 5: than a lifeguard truck would be. If anything, it was
- 1:13:31Speaker 5: like right next to the main driveway.
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: There, very very sick.
- 1:13:34Speaker 6: I'm seeing it.
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: Thank you, thank you. Still say it's getting choked by
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: his cape for the cyber truck. You guys are getting
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: choked by your hate cyber truck. Watch the video. Don't
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: feeling we're doing it. We're doing it.
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: I show.
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: That's just so we could be clear here the cyber
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: truck was on the edge of the sand. It was
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: and had to be rescued by the sand ten inches
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: I had I had some.
- 1:14:09Speaker 11: Other independent reviews independent was the sand not thick and
- 1:14:13Speaker 11: deep and fluffy.
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: I was out in the middle it right off the path.
- 1:14:18Speaker 17: Pointing any truck that's that You said, no, no, no, no,
- 1:14:23Speaker 17: you said it's not being any Any truck in that
- 1:14:26Speaker 17: thick and soft sand would probably get stuck.
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: But the lifeguard trucks do it because they are.
- 1:14:32Speaker 6: Out, because they have because they have different tires.
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: These tires look pretty big.
- 1:14:37Speaker 11: Those are those are standard. That's not it's not big,
- 1:14:40Speaker 11: it's about the tread. Uh, those are standard cyber truck
- 1:14:43Speaker 11: street tires.
- 1:14:44Speaker 5: Way out of the sand about you watch up like
- 1:14:49Speaker 5: maybe eight to ten inches from the maine.
- 1:14:52Speaker 11: Out into the thick and soft sand where any truck
- 1:14:55Speaker 11: would possibly get stuck.
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: And again, beside truck does have foot away.
- 1:14:59Speaker 6: Yeah, right next to side.
- 1:15:01Speaker 11: Cyber truck does have a sand bug, which is probably
- 1:15:04Speaker 11: wasn't employee properly. Again, but low information dummies key on
- 1:15:07Speaker 11: it because they see cyber truck.
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: And then you watch the video and you're like, wow, yeah,
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: that sounds really thick and soft. And because it's so
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: far out, let's not gloss let's not gloss over. The
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: headline is that it got pulled out by a minivan,
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: which is pretty funny.
- 1:15:20Speaker 11: Which was on the hard packed surface.
- 1:15:22Speaker 5: Pretty funny, which is how far from where this truck was,
- 1:15:25Speaker 5: oh feet and feet.
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: Feet and feet Okay, what could go wrong here? Guys?
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: You can now share your financial data with chatchepts O
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: awesome and should what could go wrong? And then people
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: wonder like, well, how did that happen? How do I
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: get my information stolen? Yeah? How do I have all
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: these like unexplained charges? So this is chatchpt. The announced
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: that select users will now be able to connect their
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: accounts to more than twelve thousand financial institutions to the
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: chatbot to view financial dashboards of their recent financial activity.
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: And they get a partnership with into It, which would
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: be able to schedule sessions with local tax experts through
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: chat GPT. But we're all we're all just assuming and
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: when they say, oh, well, we don't really hold on
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: to your your information is not stored even with chat
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: GPT when you could set it up where it doesn't.
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: It doesn't store any of your questions as quote memory
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: or anything that you ask it to look at as memory.
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: I still don't necessarily believe that, because isn't that the
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: way that these things learn? Well, yeah, they need they
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: need all that stuff in order to.
- 1:16:40Speaker 6: Get And isn't the whole thing, like what wasn't everyone
- 1:16:44Speaker 6: freaking out that all this chat GPT stuff is being
- 1:16:47Speaker 6: given to the government anyway? That's if you're like I'm
- 1:16:49Speaker 6: off board, I do claude.
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: Whatever whatever the AI thing is, like, I just don't
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: see how it's a really good idea. They say, don't
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: upload your if you're trying to people are using that
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: for medical stuff. Don't upload your medical record into.
- 1:17:03Speaker 9: But do you even trust that whatever hospital you're going
- 1:17:07Speaker 9: to has a solid like server that has all your
- 1:17:10Speaker 9: medical records anyways?
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: You know, So that's the difference somebody getting hacked and
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: there's you know, then somebody uploading all their stuff, their
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: financial stuff to chat GPT. Yeah, I'm you're voluntarily putting
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: it in there.
- 1:17:23Speaker 6: I also though, on the other hand, I'm just wondering
- 1:17:26Speaker 6: what could go wrong? What doesn't matter?
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: All your financial accounts, who are you?
- 1:17:30Speaker 6: Who are you?
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: What could go every Give.
- 1:17:35Speaker 6: Me give me an example. So somebody, yeah, you're not
- 1:17:37Speaker 6: putting actual I mean there's no You're giving all your
- 1:17:40Speaker 6: information and then somebody hacks in and takes everything.
- 1:17:44Speaker 9: You put all your information because then they know what
- 1:17:48Speaker 9: banks that you have. Also, I mean, I'm sure now
- 1:17:51Speaker 9: they have count numbers or email address and you're but we're.
- 1:17:55Speaker 6: Talking specifically about hackers, not about the AI itself.
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: The A itself, because it's all there and so if
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: it's using this information like eventually like can't you as
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: it learns and you go, oh, tell me about Gina Grats.
- 1:18:10Speaker 6: Yeah, that's my question. Is it is it coming? Is
- 1:18:12Speaker 6: the call coming from inside the house? Are we talking
- 1:18:13Speaker 6: about hackers? But that I mean, yeah, the.
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: Guy I forget man, who was it? There was a
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: guy LifeLock? Was it LifeLock? Oh yeah you started? Yeah,
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: the guy who started LifeLock. And he was so confident
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: that your stuff was saved, you know, even if somebody
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: got your social security number and he publicized his and
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: so he put his out there in his ads, and
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: then he got destroyed like a challenge. It's a legendary story.
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: I mean, there was all this stuff that I mean,
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: they they they took this guy, you know, and just
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: they used his social Security number for everything.
- 1:18:50Speaker 9: But I know this is a little extreme, but when
- 1:18:53Speaker 9: it comes to the AI stuff, I've made a separate
- 1:18:56Speaker 9: a separate email account and a separate account and phone
- 1:19:01Speaker 9: number everything, just to when I use AI.
- 1:19:04Speaker 10: Oh you have some phone number and everything.
- 1:19:06Speaker 12: Yes, everything usually it ends up getting linked, even if
- 1:19:08Speaker 12: you create a new email.
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: Yeah, and everything's totally separated. A menace. Finally, how Greg
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: finally came around on Amazon. Oh god, but Menace, being
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: the tech guy that he is, the tech forward guy
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: that he is, he just came around on Apple pay.
- 1:19:22Speaker 9: Yeah recently, Yeah, just recently.
- 1:19:24Speaker 5: Yeah, that would be like the first adopter of it.
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: Yeah, he didn't trust him for the longest and long time.
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: But then you still don't even do face ID doesna
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: I never did the thing where you know, you have
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: your your use your thumb, unlock.
- 1:19:39Speaker 9: Your phone doing that, yeah, passwords, Yeah, I just I
- 1:19:43Speaker 9: don't know.
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: I wasn't about it.
- 1:19:44Speaker 9: But then uh, when I traveled, like, the tap just
- 1:19:48Speaker 9: became so much easier. So then I adopted it, and
- 1:19:52Speaker 9: then that's what I use all the time now, and
- 1:19:55Speaker 9: then I hate places that don't have tap.
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: One more story under the headline what could go wrong
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: and new physical wave of physical ID pushing robots beyond
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: rigid programming in towards systems that can learn, adapt, and
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: problem solve on their own in the real world, being
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: a pre program So instead of that having be oh well,
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: this robot does this pre programmed task, these next generation
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: robots quote are being trained with AI models that let
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: them learn through experience like watching trial and error and
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: combining skills they already know. That means a robot that
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: has a learned task like handling objects, making drinks or
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: cleaning could eventually, you know, recombine those abilities to do
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: more complex work that it wasn't explicitly taught. It just
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: learns it through experience. So you're letting these robots then
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: become completely like thinking their own, Yeah, thinking for themselves,
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: like why okay, why would we teach them how to
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: do that? It's fine to have them too much for
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: doing a specific task like I'll fold my lawn through
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: the dishes.
- 1:20:56Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: Cool. There's a video this week.
- 1:20:59Speaker 5: Don't you want your about to be a go getter?
- 1:21:01Speaker 6: And is there a department where somebody focuses on like
- 1:21:05Speaker 6: don't let them get too smart?
- 1:21:07Speaker 9: Yeah, there's a video this week that's super popular about
- 1:21:10Speaker 9: a humanoid robot that's just separating packages and they're doing
- 1:21:14Speaker 9: it versus a human and the human was able to
- 1:21:18Speaker 9: separate probably one hundred more packages than the robot. But
- 1:21:22Speaker 9: then they didn't take in consideration like this robot never
- 1:21:25Speaker 9: went to take a lunch break.
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: It never goes on vacation. Yeah, and I'm going to
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: go on pregnancy Yeah.
- 1:21:33Speaker 11: Let's say your little robots there making tea for your
- 1:21:36Speaker 11: grandma or whatever, and your grandma falls.
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: You watch your robots say sorry, I cannot pick up Grandma.
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: I don't know what to do.
- 1:21:41Speaker 6: I can only pick up sugar cubes.
- 1:21:43Speaker 5: Yeah, it would be a pleasant surprise exactly. Oh, I
- 1:21:46Speaker 5: made your bed for you.
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: The big claim here is that this could, you know,
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: make robots dramatically more capable and potentially outperform humans in
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: certain physical jobs within the next few years. But it's
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: also raising concerns about how much autonomy machines should have,
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: all of them.
- 1:22:02Speaker 10: Yeah, well, because it depends on who has this robot.
- 1:22:05Speaker 12: Right, somebody could theoretically build an army and teach them
- 1:22:08Speaker 12: to do anything that they want. That's negative, not just like, oh,
- 1:22:12Speaker 12: we have robots to clean our house, stealing.
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: Whatever, right robot.
- 1:22:18Speaker 9: I coincidentally, I got to email this morning about my
- 1:22:21Speaker 9: robot and they say that it's on the way one
- 1:22:25Speaker 9: of those What's technologies one technologies.
- 1:22:29Speaker 11: They look they look like they're like in left sex.
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, the face kind of looks like like a
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: like one of those little Amazon speakers. It looks like
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: a magic eight ball. No, no, no, No, that's a
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: different one. That's the cheap ass one.
- 1:22:43Speaker 5: Yeah okay, yeah, ye squid games.
- 1:22:46Speaker 9: That's the wall like legit, the one that you just
- 1:22:48Speaker 9: mentioned again Legit, that's the one that you can buy
- 1:22:51Speaker 9: on Walmart dot com for like eight grand.
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: Oh, that's it. That's the one that just dances.
- 1:22:59Speaker 5: Oh that's right, walks around no real purpose, right.
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: So when they say on the way, that's pretty vague.
- 1:23:05Speaker 9: Yeah, all they said this year, we'll see and I
- 1:23:08Speaker 9: already saw people that have them.
- 1:23:09Speaker 6: So what color did you get?
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: I got like a tan one.
- 1:23:13Speaker 6: Yeah, okay, there's tan, blue and black.
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: Yeah, I got tan.
- 1:23:16Speaker 9: And then again, we'll play around with it here. If
- 1:23:19Speaker 9: we get bored, I'll just send it to my dad. Here,
- 1:23:22Speaker 9: do is h Molla's lawn or something.
- 1:23:25Speaker 14: Just let it out on the street and see.
- 1:23:27Speaker 9: Oh it'll be killed. I mean, I would love for
- 1:23:29Speaker 9: it to like go down the street and like pick
- 1:23:31Speaker 9: up some racin cans for us or something. But somebody
- 1:23:34Speaker 9: is gonna knock that thing over.
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: So Medis is waiting to see if this thing ever
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: shows up. I'm winning to see if something shows up
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: that I brought up on the air. And now I
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: went ahead and Night has bought it to see bump
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: box that big. Oh yeah, but it's a Kickstarter thing. Yeah. Now,
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: the thing with Kickstarter is that you can put money
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: into it and then you never get you never get
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: the actual product. Although this thing, and people pointed out
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: to me, has been around a long time and it's
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: already like been produced, and so they're they're selling the
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: Kickstarter is kind of fake, right, they're just using Kickstarter
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: as the as the shop so to speak, for these things. Now,
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: it told me that I'm not going to get it
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: until July, you know, all right, that's not too far
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: which is not too far away, but for something that's
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: already up and run, I thought.
- 1:24:19Speaker 11: Hmm, okay, send it to me.
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: Yeah, and if and if and if I never ended
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: up getting it, I think it was like seven hundred
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: bucks or something.
- 1:24:27Speaker 5: You know.
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: Now, this thing looks pretty cool.
- 1:24:29Speaker 6: Change what do you you like?
- 1:24:30Speaker 14: Put it on your shoulder, walk around.
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: You could look really cool. Then put some cardboard down,
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: do some breakdance.
- 1:24:35Speaker 14: Santastic.
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: But if you have old tapes and things like that,
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: that's cool. Cassette CD uh. It does all the Bluetooth stuff,
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: but it looks like an old school eighties boombox. So
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: esthetically it's very cool, you know, but.
- 1:24:47Speaker 5: Then it's put it in your office or something.
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: Right, Because I have all this old media from like
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: all these like days of being in radio. I have
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: a couple of things that are only on CD that
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: I haven't digitized. I have cassettes on cassettes from all
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: these different shows that I did from radio station thirty
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: years ago. It'd be cool to be able to just
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: pop in this.
- 1:25:06Speaker 9: Do you thing I keep on seeing online for all
- 1:25:08Speaker 9: your old video cassettes. It's like the size of an
- 1:25:11Speaker 9: iPhone and then you just plug in the cars into
- 1:25:13Speaker 9: it and you can just it'll put it like on
- 1:25:15Speaker 9: a little uh SD card for you.
- 1:25:18Speaker 5: Right if any card, Greg, that's the little teeny tiny
- 1:25:23Speaker 5: little card inside.
- 1:25:24Speaker 9: Your phone, the micro st or this that regular regular
- 1:25:27Speaker 9: one Okay, also pretty small.
- 1:25:30Speaker 5: Yeah, they're both pretty small school.
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: Jeff Hey, good morning, Jeff g Good morning.
- 1:25:40Speaker 8: What show?
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: Happy Monday, everybody? You know.
- 1:25:42Speaker 18: The Dodgers have one five in a row, and this
- 1:25:44Speaker 18: play right here kind of sums up the weekend for
- 1:25:47Speaker 18: the Dodgers and the Angels. It's an old tiny little
- 1:25:49Speaker 18: league inside the park home runs.
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: To the right field corner. It's a fair one. See
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: you soon gets the green line well Tubby the third
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: day two run triple.
- 1:26:07Speaker 18: Starting tonight, it's the battle for first place against the
- 1:26:10Speaker 18: Padres down in San Diego.
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: Dodgers lead in the n West is one game.
- 1:26:14Speaker 18: Angels have lost eight out of nine and they're trying
- 1:26:16Speaker 18: to get things right down in Orange County against the.
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: A's NBA Shay Gilgess.
- 1:26:21Speaker 18: Alexander wins the MVP again game number one of the
- 1:26:23Speaker 18: Western Conference Finals Spurs and ok seat tonight at five thirty.
- 1:26:27Speaker 18: Also yesterday in the NBA, the Cavs beat the Pistons
- 1:26:29Speaker 18: by thirty in Game seven on the road. By the way,
- 1:26:32Speaker 18: Cleveland is now going to face the Knicks in the
- 1:26:34Speaker 18: Eastern Conference Finals starting tomorrow. And of course, the big
- 1:26:38Speaker 18: sports news of the weekend both had to do with MMA.
- 1:26:41Speaker 18: There was that big seventeen second main event between Ronda
- 1:26:44Speaker 18: Rousey and Gina Carno. The undercart of that bill was great, though,
- 1:26:47Speaker 18: but the main event. And at the same time that
- 1:26:51Speaker 18: MVP's MMA event was happening. On Saturday night, Dana White
- 1:26:54Speaker 18: and UFC announced that Connor McGregor will be fighting Max
- 1:26:57Speaker 18: Holloway coming up this summer. And here's Jake All reacting
- 1:27:00Speaker 18: to that news breaking during his MVP MMA event.
- 1:27:04Speaker 4: I love the coke head is back. Yeah that's cool,
- 1:27:10Speaker 4: bro cool Yeah, drop it, drop it during our event,
- 1:27:13Speaker 4: doesn't matter.
- 1:27:14Speaker 1: That just shows how pressed they are. Not the cocaine
- 1:27:17Speaker 1: Connor McGregor. Jake Paul knows how to troll.
- 1:27:20Speaker 8: He built a career on it.
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: I'm Jeff G.
- 1:27:22Speaker 8: And that's your so Cal Sports Jeff G.
- 1:27:26Speaker 3: Wow.
- 1:27:27Speaker 14: No, I feel like an idiot asking me all these
- 1:27:30Speaker 14: questions when I'm Homer is not there.
- 1:27:37Speaker 1: Anybody got the weddings on their schedule to go to? Yes, yeah,
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: yours your own?
- 1:27:43Speaker 10: No, my cousin in September.
- 1:27:46Speaker 1: Oh I have September as well, but Mexico City.
- 1:27:49Speaker 10: Oh yeah, I have another one in Massachusetts in July.
- 1:27:51Speaker 1: My cousin's getting married in July. I thought June was
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: the big.
- 1:27:56Speaker 6: Idea.
- 1:27:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:27:58Speaker 9: Yeah, I'm kind of like aging out of weddings though,
- 1:28:01Speaker 9: where it's more like, you know, divorced parties are still
- 1:28:05Speaker 9: some like kids birthdays and stuff.
- 1:28:07Speaker 1: Yeah, we're kind of past the whole baby shower thing.
- 1:28:09Speaker 6: Yeah, we're certainly past the first wedding, the first.
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: Yeah, so it's like younger cousins and stuff. Now, like
- 1:28:16Speaker 1: my other cousin just got married, you know last October,
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: went to that one. Yeah, this one coming up in July.
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: But anyway, Gina saw this thing this couple. Weddings are
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: a little bit different now like the newer, younger, you know,
- 1:28:32Speaker 1: wedding younger people in the newer, newer wedding trends are
- 1:28:35Speaker 1: are a little bit different than the traditional stuff, which
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: which is fine. But let's see if this sounds any
- 1:28:42Speaker 1: good to you, because this couple had a list of
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: things that they're not going to do at their wedding.
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: So just listen to this and tell me, is will
- 1:28:50Speaker 1: this be the worst wedding ever? Here? Here we alcohol
- 1:28:53Speaker 1: and so so Greg's already out, Yeah, yeah, alcohol, Greg's
- 1:29:00Speaker 1: already done. No alcohol, and so now I don't even
- 1:29:03Speaker 1: drink alcohol. It really makes no sounds to have alcohol there.
- 1:29:07Speaker 1: We don't drink, and we.
- 1:29:08Speaker 2: Honestly just don't want anybody else drinking there either, and
- 1:29:10Speaker 2: we don't want to pay for it.
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: We actually just want people to remember the night, probably
- 1:29:14Speaker 1: only going to have vegan option. Why would you want
- 1:29:17Speaker 1: everybody else to remember the night? The night is supposed
- 1:29:19Speaker 1: to be for you, and you want people there to
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: be supportive of you. It's not like they're gonna be like, ah, man,
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: you know what, I really want to see your wedding album, right,
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: let's relive all the pictures and people break those things
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: out and they want to show them to please you.
- 1:29:33Speaker 5: Don't drink.
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: I won't drink because it's our wedding.
- 1:29:36Speaker 2: I want it to feel like a celebration of us.
- 1:29:38Speaker 2: I want people to like have a glimpse into our life.
- 1:29:40Speaker 2: And I just feel like having food that we like
- 1:29:42Speaker 2: and we eat there just makes the most sense. Also,
- 1:29:45Speaker 2: not going to have our wedding on a weekend, because
- 1:29:47Speaker 2: it's so much more expensive to book on a weekend,
- 1:29:50Speaker 2: and because we don't work traditional.
- 1:29:52Speaker 1: Ninety five jobs, and it's so much easier for me
- 1:29:54Speaker 1: to get out of going to your wedding when you
- 1:29:55Speaker 1: have it during the weeks. I go, sorry, I gotta work.
- 1:29:57Speaker 6: I'm back on board, And I sketched like the most
- 1:29:59Speaker 6: annoying Brooklyn couple, all right, both the man and the woman.
- 1:30:06Speaker 6: The reason why it sounds kind of like the acoustics
- 1:30:07Speaker 6: are weird because they're both doing their skincare in the bathroom.
- 1:30:11Speaker 1: Oh wow, cool and she is marrying her yes for now, yes, okay,
- 1:30:16Speaker 1: we don't need to do it on the weekend.
- 1:30:18Speaker 2: We definitely want to unplugged ceremony. I feel like that
- 1:30:20Speaker 2: one's kind of obvious.
- 1:30:21Speaker 1: But I don't want to be walking on the island
- 1:30:23Speaker 1: people having their films though. But yeah, we want to day.
- 1:30:25Speaker 3: That's a celebration of us. Our goal is to not
- 1:30:28Speaker 3: throw the best party ever. It's to literally just celebrate
- 1:30:31Speaker 3: who we are and who we are as a couple.
- 1:30:32Speaker 3: Because they were like, if you have a problem with
- 1:30:33Speaker 3: it and you don't want to come, then you're not
- 1:30:35Speaker 3: a real one anyway. But yeah, that's everything we're not
- 1:30:36Speaker 3: going to do on our wedding byye.
- 1:30:38Speaker 1: Okay, so go down to the courthouse exactly.
- 1:30:41Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 1:30:41Speaker 9: This is so easy because I want to have an
- 1:30:43Speaker 9: issue about if I'm going to go to their wedding
- 1:30:45Speaker 9: or not, because these are people I want to be friends.
- 1:30:47Speaker 1: With, right right, But what if you're related to them?
- 1:30:52Speaker 9: There's people, there's plenty you Just because you're related to
- 1:30:56Speaker 9: people doesn't mean you have to like interact with them.
- 1:31:00Speaker 1: But if it's your favorite, I don't know it's your
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: would it be my favorite?
- 1:31:03Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:31:04Speaker 1: But yeah, this is your sisters because your sister, you
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: and your sister are really tight. That's her son and
- 1:31:10Speaker 1: they're getting married to skip her wedding. Yeah, your your
- 1:31:13Speaker 1: nephew is getting married. And while you don't necessarily think
- 1:31:16Speaker 1: that he's all that cool man, you and your sister
- 1:31:17Speaker 1: are really tight man. As you know you're going to
- 1:31:19Speaker 1: that boring ass wedding.
- 1:31:22Speaker 9: Okay, you kind of got me there. Yeah, I would definitely.
- 1:31:25Speaker 9: I've gone to like dry weddings before and I still
- 1:31:27Speaker 9: brought alcohol, like oh yeah, and I'll still have my phone.
- 1:31:30Speaker 1: So this couple then kicked me out eight seven seven
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: forty four. Text over to two two nine eight seven.
- 1:31:37Speaker 1: They show we'll be back in a sec. Phones they're
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: ringing like crazy because it's top gas wheel gas car.
- 1:31:51Speaker 1: So today, Tomorrow and Wednesday, somebody gets to spin the
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: wheels is gonna land anywhere from three hundred bucks where
- 1:31:57Speaker 1: it's a free gas up to and including gas for
- 1:32:01Speaker 1: a year. On Thursday and Friday. This week, we're gonna
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: do it different. There is no wheel. Whoever wins just
- 1:32:09Speaker 1: gets gas for a year. That's both Thursday and Friday.
- 1:32:13Speaker 1: But today, Tomorrow and Wednesday it's up the chance and
- 1:32:16Speaker 1: the wheel, and we go to the phones and say
- 1:32:18Speaker 1: hi to caller number ninety eight. That would be Wendy
- 1:32:22Speaker 1: and Artesia. Hi, Wendy. Hey, all right, so Wendy, you're
- 1:32:28Speaker 1: calling number ninety eight. You get the wheel of gas
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: card opportunity today. Now you just have to tell us
- 1:32:33Speaker 1: who would you like to spin on your behalf Woody, Gina,
- 1:32:36Speaker 1: Greg or Menace. I'm gonna go with Greg. All right,
- 1:32:41Speaker 1: all right, just remember Greg, it spins toward you, same
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: janky ass wheel. Watch you. Now, there's all different spots
- 1:32:50Speaker 1: on it, including there's money where it's a spin again
- 1:32:52Speaker 1: just in case big money.
- 1:32:53Speaker 9: Come on, all right, come on here weekend start off.
- 1:32:57Speaker 6: So that's a big fingers crawl.
- 1:33:03Speaker 1: This is actually had pretty good momentum on that end
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: up going all the way. Dude, all right, it's gonna
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: be all right. Four hundred dollars. Yeah, yeah, you's got
- 1:33:16Speaker 1: yourself four hundred dollars of free gas. Congratulations to you, Wendy,
- 1:33:22Speaker 1: Thank you so much. All right, hey, give me a favorite.
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: Hang on one second, we'll get all your information. Did
- 1:33:28Speaker 1: you know that we're number one in our T shirts?
- 1:33:30Speaker 7: You know?
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: Yeah, it's true. That's a fact, Wendy hang On and
- 1:33:36Speaker 1: everybody else. Tomorrow morning singing deal between eight and eight fifteen,
- 1:33:39Speaker 1: we'll take you to call in and spend the WOODI
- 1:33:42Speaker 1: Show Wheel of gift cards. And then Thursday and Friday
- 1:33:45Speaker 1: someone will win. Both days, someone's gonna win a year's
- 1:33:49Speaker 1: worth of gas and we're hooking up.
- 1:33:54Speaker 8: Now.
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: I feel like an idiot. All right, Well, people were
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: asked and these are former spoiled kids. Oh okay, former
- 1:34:05Speaker 1: spoiled kids who were asked, what was the moment that
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: finally made you realize that you were spoiled? And I
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: thought some of the answers were really funny. This one said,
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: getting my first job and seeing how much effort it
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: takes just to earn what I used to take for
- 1:34:20Speaker 1: granted you, Yeah, that's that's usually a wake up call.
- 1:34:24Speaker 1: Like when you're first out there on your own, you're like, oh,
- 1:34:26Speaker 1: I didn't even realize that people had to pay for that.
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: Oh there's a bill for that.
- 1:34:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:34:29Speaker 5: I think that's probably universal too. You don't have to
- 1:34:31Speaker 5: be spoiled to realize that, Oh wait, I have to
- 1:34:34Speaker 5: pay for electricity.
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: Right, water just go through the air. But even the
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: things that you just kind of you really took for granted,
- 1:34:43Speaker 1: and then you're like, oh, I didn't realize it costs
- 1:34:44Speaker 1: that much, or because your parents just your parents love
- 1:34:48Speaker 1: a certain lifestyle. None of that is yours, because yours
- 1:34:51Speaker 1: while you live there and you're a child. But then
- 1:34:53Speaker 1: you get out there. Yeah, it's not like that lifestyle
- 1:34:55Speaker 1: for you continues once you move out of the house.
- 1:34:57Speaker 1: It's up to you to make that on your own.
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: First time flying economy, I asked the flight attendant where
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: the button was to make the seat recline all the
- 1:35:06Speaker 1: way down, and she just stared at me. My friend
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: next to me whispered, that's not a thing in economy.
- 1:35:11Speaker 1: I was nineteen and genuinely didn't know that planes had
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: different classes of service. I thought business class was just
- 1:35:17Speaker 1: a term for people traveling for work.
- 1:35:22Speaker 11: I could see that because you never, if you ever
- 1:35:23Speaker 11: walked that far back in the plane, you those seats exist.
- 1:35:26Speaker 1: Yeah, so I'm not even super clear first class and
- 1:35:29Speaker 1: business class. What's what's the difference.
- 1:35:31Speaker 9: So like when we went on Emirates and we flew
- 1:35:35Speaker 9: to Dubai, obviously we were in first class Mega and
- 1:35:39Speaker 9: then remember when we walked by the business class.
- 1:35:43Speaker 1: On the way to the lounge in the back. Yeah, no,
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: way to the bar. The business class it was like smaller,
- 1:35:51Speaker 1: like laid down. They were still lay flasts. Okay, so
- 1:35:53Speaker 1: that was business class. That was business okay, because on
- 1:35:56Speaker 1: most planes, so we basically had like a suite. But
- 1:35:59Speaker 1: most planes that just like on a regular no, on
- 1:36:02Speaker 1: a regular American Airlines flight from say New York to
- 1:36:05Speaker 1: Los Angeles or whatever, they kind of they kind of
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: it's all together because they're the same. Business class and
- 1:36:10Speaker 1: first class are the same seats.
- 1:36:11Speaker 9: I think, Yeah, but no, no, no, like the first
- 1:36:15Speaker 9: class you can pretty much like almost lay flat. In
- 1:36:17Speaker 9: the business class you kind of like recline more.
- 1:36:20Speaker 6: They're not the same seats. First Class and business class
- 1:36:23Speaker 6: seats are not the same.
- 1:36:23Speaker 5: No, they're not.
- 1:36:24Speaker 6: They're slight, they're in the middle. They're slightly bigger, trust man,
- 1:36:27Speaker 6: they're slightly bigger than economy.
- 1:36:29Speaker 1: Okay, but on planes that only have you see the
- 1:36:31Speaker 1: first class seats and then from there it maybe goes
- 1:36:33Speaker 1: to like economy plus. Yeah, but like, but none of
- 1:36:36Speaker 1: those are called are considered business class. You have all
- 1:36:40Speaker 1: the first, first class and business class passengers in the
- 1:36:43Speaker 1: same cabin on a lot of those.
- 1:36:44Speaker 12: Planes, I think it's all considered business class. Like what
- 1:36:47Speaker 12: we know is first class here in America is business
- 1:36:50Speaker 12: class on like all the airlines that we have, But
- 1:36:53Speaker 12: something like Emirates is what is actually considered first break
- 1:36:56Speaker 12: it out, but we just call it. We call business
- 1:36:58Speaker 12: class first class as like the same thing because we
- 1:37:01Speaker 12: don't know the real first class.
- 1:37:03Speaker 6: We're just like whoever's in front.
- 1:37:05Speaker 11: It depends on the side of the plane.
- 1:37:07Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, So again spoiled kids. Former spoiled kids were
- 1:37:11Speaker 1: asked the question, what's the moment that finally made you
- 1:37:13Speaker 1: realize that you were spoiled? For a while, I didn't
- 1:37:16Speaker 1: realize that private school meant my parents would pay thirty
- 1:37:18Speaker 1: thousand dollars a year for me to go to a
- 1:37:20Speaker 1: fancy high school. Had no idea you had to pay
- 1:37:23Speaker 1: for it. I thought you just had to be smart
- 1:37:24Speaker 1: enough to get in and then everything was free.
- 1:37:27Speaker 6: Oh honey.
- 1:37:27Speaker 1: I pretty quickly figured out this wasn't the case once
- 1:37:30Speaker 1: I got to high school, made friends from several normal
- 1:37:33Speaker 1: schools and realized that some of the dumbest people I've
- 1:37:36Speaker 1: ever met went exclusively to private school their whole lives.
- 1:37:39Speaker 1: Super embarrassing.
- 1:37:40Speaker 6: It's kind of the opposite. It's not like I'm so
- 1:37:42Speaker 6: smart I got into private school.
- 1:37:43Speaker 1: No, your parents have money, and you know when they
- 1:37:46Speaker 1: have fundraisers, they write nice checks paying that kind of
- 1:37:51Speaker 1: money for your kid to go to second correct.
- 1:37:53Speaker 6: I can't imagine I know people to do it.
- 1:37:56Speaker 5: This time.
- 1:37:57Speaker 1: And let's see, when I went to college, Suddenly I
- 1:37:59Speaker 1: realized that not everyone got their own car at eighteen
- 1:38:02Speaker 1: and went on vacations twice a year. Almost everyone had
- 1:38:05Speaker 1: taken out student loans or had to work part time.
- 1:38:08Speaker 1: It was a real eye opener. Yeah, former spoiled kids
- 1:38:12Speaker 1: asked the question, what's the moment that you finally realized
- 1:38:15Speaker 1: that you were spoiled. I had my first epiphany of
- 1:38:18Speaker 1: how privileged I was when I had to write college
- 1:38:20Speaker 1: application essays about something I had to overcome in my life,
- 1:38:23Speaker 1: and I realized I'd never really struggled before.
- 1:38:25Speaker 5: Wow, a life.
- 1:38:27Speaker 6: Yeah that's a watershed moment. Yeah, life, that's what you
- 1:38:29Speaker 6: should write about.
- 1:38:30Speaker 1: Like wow, I had no Yeah, weird. For my sixteenth birthday,
- 1:38:36Speaker 1: my parents give to me a red convertible, but I
- 1:38:39Speaker 1: legit threw a fit over it because the car was
- 1:38:42Speaker 1: red and not blue. They kept the car for themselves
- 1:38:45Speaker 1: and got me a new one. A year or so later.
- 1:38:48Speaker 1: I needed to volunteer hours for various college applications, et cetera,
- 1:38:51Speaker 1: et cetera. There was an eight week summer camp that
- 1:38:54Speaker 1: was perfect. This summer camp served the underprivileged in my
- 1:38:57Speaker 1: area for free if the family couldn't afford it, or
- 1:39:01Speaker 1: for something like twenty five bucks a week if they
- 1:39:03Speaker 1: could and I could. All I could think about was
- 1:39:06Speaker 1: my hissy fit over the car at least. Yeah, but
- 1:39:09Speaker 1: that was their that was their eye opener.
- 1:39:11Speaker 11: But just like Greg free car and freak convertible right yeah, yeah, convertible.
- 1:39:16Speaker 1: No, you know he got he got the he got
- 1:39:17Speaker 1: the sixty five Mustang. Yeah, that's what he got. It
- 1:39:21Speaker 1: was a classic car.
- 1:39:21Speaker 9: There's a sixty five Mustang that he got, those ones
- 1:39:24Speaker 9: you see at car shows.
- 1:39:25Speaker 5: Yeah, you guys paint an accurate We all got, we.
- 1:39:29Speaker 1: All give the classic cars are Oh no, I bought
- 1:39:33Speaker 1: my car right now.
- 1:39:34Speaker 5: You didn't have a car with a broken floor, No, breaks, didn't.
- 1:39:38Speaker 1: Drive you know, sixty five Mustang. Yeah, it makes it true.
- 1:39:45Speaker 1: I just like getting you work done. It's dude, I
- 1:39:49Speaker 1: knew this. It wasn't sixty five must it was it
- 1:39:51Speaker 1: wasn't in great shape.
- 1:39:52Speaker 8: It was.
- 1:39:53Speaker 1: It was a absolute beater, he stored.
- 1:39:57Speaker 11: I liked it.
- 1:39:58Speaker 9: I I did know this this family and there was
- 1:40:01Speaker 9: two brothers and one of the brothers he got a
- 1:40:05Speaker 9: Mustang say Leen Cobra like drop top, like sick. This
- 1:40:08Speaker 9: is like nineties. You know, he's a he's a junior
- 1:40:12Speaker 9: in high school. And then the other one, the guy
- 1:40:14Speaker 9: got in trouble for he got in a fight, so
- 1:40:17Speaker 9: he only got a Honda Civic. So his brother got
- 1:40:21Speaker 9: to drive this badass, you know, Mustang everywhere. But the brother,
- 1:40:25Speaker 9: since you know, he got in a fight, he only
- 1:40:27Speaker 9: got a Honda Civic.
- 1:40:28Speaker 1: I was just talking to this couple. I hadn't seen
- 1:40:31Speaker 1: him in a long time. And their kids now driving.
- 1:40:33Speaker 1: I'm like, oh wow, I can't believe they're driving. Now
- 1:40:34Speaker 1: cool they get a car. Yeah, they bought him a
- 1:40:37Speaker 1: Tesla like what nice. And the dad is like a
- 1:40:42Speaker 1: super research guy, so he like did all this research
- 1:40:45Speaker 1: and determined that it was the safest available car and
- 1:40:49Speaker 1: wanted something that was fully electric because he didn't want
- 1:40:52Speaker 1: the kid that had to pay for gas. Oh wow, dude.
- 1:40:55Speaker 1: So he was like, I was just more concerned about
- 1:40:57Speaker 1: the safety. But then also from a financial standpoint, I'm like,
- 1:40:59Speaker 1: but you, I'm a Tesla. That's crazy as a first car.
- 1:41:04Speaker 9: To be honest, though it did cause a little animosity,
- 1:41:07Speaker 9: and now looking back at it, it's so dumb and
- 1:41:10Speaker 9: I've I've learned from it. Is I was upset that
- 1:41:14Speaker 9: I didn't buy a car. I didn't get a car
- 1:41:16Speaker 9: until I was eighteen, and I had to buy it
- 1:41:18Speaker 9: on my own because my parents were given cars.
- 1:41:20Speaker 1: I'm like, my sister was given a car. Yeah, I
- 1:41:23Speaker 1: wasn't given And I'm like, dude, like both my sisters
- 1:41:26Speaker 1: were given cars.
- 1:41:26Speaker 9: You were given cars, your parents helped you buy houses,
- 1:41:30Speaker 9: all this stuff, But when it came.
- 1:41:31Speaker 1: To me, nothing right.
- 1:41:32Speaker 6: Thank you Sam's dad.
- 1:41:34Speaker 1: Yeah, but you know what, it's fine, but I have
- 1:41:36Speaker 1: to figure it out like that. But you know what
- 1:41:37Speaker 1: I did get that free trip to boarding school. Yeah,
- 1:41:41Speaker 1: a couple of men program. That was cool. Thanks for that. Yeah,
- 1:41:48Speaker 1: we were talking about they were asking these former spoiled kids,
- 1:41:53Speaker 1: what was the moment that finally made you realize that
- 1:41:56Speaker 1: you were spoiled? I told you about I told you
- 1:41:59Speaker 1: about that. Uh, that guy that I know and this
- 1:42:02Speaker 1: this dude, he is super wealthy, he's got his own ultimate.
- 1:42:08Speaker 1: He's got he's got his own jet. And I asked him,
- 1:42:11Speaker 1: I said, when's the last time you ever that, when's
- 1:42:13Speaker 1: the last time you flew commercial? And he said, oh god,
- 1:42:15Speaker 1: it's got him, been had him in the eighties. Yeah,
- 1:42:18Speaker 1: like damn. And then, uh, he was trying to give
- 1:42:21Speaker 1: me some advice on how to kid how to keep
- 1:42:24Speaker 1: your kids humble. Okay, And so we're at dinner with him,
- 1:42:27Speaker 1: My wife and I are at dinner with this guy,
- 1:42:29Speaker 1: and uh, you know, he's he's giving me this advice
- 1:42:33Speaker 1: on Hey, you know, look, you guys, you guys have
- 1:42:36Speaker 1: the ability to do some pretty nice things and have
- 1:42:39Speaker 1: some great experiences and live a certain lifestyle and stuff
- 1:42:41Speaker 1: like that. But it's really important that you keep your
- 1:42:43Speaker 1: kids grounded and humble. Let me give you an example
- 1:42:47Speaker 1: what I'm talking about. And he says, you know, my
- 1:42:50Speaker 1: kids they've they've never flown commercial. They've only flown private
- 1:42:54Speaker 1: because we've always had a plane.
- 1:42:56Speaker 9: M hm.
- 1:42:56Speaker 1: And so we're on the plane and the kids are
- 1:43:00Speaker 1: looking out the window and they see all the other
- 1:43:03Speaker 1: big airliners from Delta and American and all those big planes.
- 1:43:07Speaker 1: They go, wow, those people have big planes. We just
- 1:43:10Speaker 1: have this little pert and he realized. He looked at
- 1:43:15Speaker 1: his wife and he goes, man, so you know what
- 1:43:18Speaker 1: we did, That's what he said. He said it with
- 1:43:20Speaker 1: a straight face. You know what we did. Now, my
- 1:43:23Speaker 1: plane is big enough. We should have a cabin attendant.
- 1:43:25Speaker 1: It's big enough that we should have basically their own
- 1:43:28Speaker 1: private flight attendant. It's really necessary because we should have one,
- 1:43:32Speaker 1: but we don't. If they want something, they have to
- 1:43:34Speaker 1: get up and get it themselves on their private jet.
- 1:43:37Speaker 1: They're going to keep the kids. Yeah, and he goes,
- 1:43:41Speaker 1: we took all the china off the plane, so there
- 1:43:43Speaker 1: are no actual plates or silverware. It's paper plates, plastic
- 1:43:47Speaker 1: and you know, forks and knives.
- 1:43:49Speaker 10: Yeah, because that's what kids care about.
- 1:43:51Speaker 1: Oh my god, but see this is this now when
- 1:43:56Speaker 1: you've lived his life, I mean, that's like mega rich
- 1:44:00Speaker 1: guy stuff, right, Like when you've lived his life, that's
- 1:44:03Speaker 1: that's his perception or idea of humble right china, Yeah right, yeah,
- 1:44:13Speaker 1: like oh you got to you gotta get up and
- 1:44:14Speaker 1: get your own stuff on your small plane. But like
- 1:44:18Speaker 1: so he doesn't he in other words, he is missing
- 1:44:22Speaker 1: that perspective.
- 1:44:24Speaker 5: Right because he thinks that's a punishment.
- 1:44:27Speaker 1: Right, and so it's just it's different. It's different for
- 1:44:31Speaker 1: for everybody.
- 1:44:33Speaker 6: I have one that's a little more more humble.
- 1:44:36Speaker 1: But I should I should add as he's telling us
- 1:44:39Speaker 1: the story again, my wife and I are sitting on
- 1:44:42Speaker 1: one side of the table. He's on the other side.
- 1:44:44Speaker 1: She has her hand on the table. She's like smacking
- 1:44:47Speaker 1: me on a leg, like, oh my god, that's a
- 1:44:50Speaker 1: wake up.
- 1:44:50Speaker 11: Is he serious?
- 1:44:54Speaker 1: And he was trying to be helpful. He was trying
- 1:44:58Speaker 1: to help. This is somebody that's been flying private since.
- 1:45:01Speaker 6: The damn Yeah. Well, when I was growing up and
- 1:45:05Speaker 6: even into high school, my mom would wake me up
- 1:45:07Speaker 6: in the morning for school, and so i'd never really
- 1:45:10Speaker 6: set my alarm or whatever. I'd said it late, and
- 1:45:13Speaker 6: I just knew she was going to wake me up.
- 1:45:14Speaker 6: That's just what she did. So I'll never forget. I
- 1:45:17Speaker 6: was a junior in high school and I overslept and
- 1:45:20Speaker 6: I was furious, and I was in a blind rage,
- 1:45:24Speaker 6: and I walked into her room without thinking, and I'll
- 1:45:28Speaker 6: never forget I said to my mother, why the hell
- 1:45:31Speaker 6: didn't you wake me up? And I, after it had
- 1:45:36Speaker 6: escaped my mouth, I was so sorry, and she tore
- 1:45:42Speaker 6: my ass up. I felt so guilty. I couldn't and
- 1:45:45Speaker 6: she was a single mom and like, my parents are
- 1:45:48Speaker 6: divorced and she's, you know, doing her thing and struggling,
- 1:45:51Speaker 6: and I was I was so ashamed, and she verbally
- 1:45:56Speaker 6: beat my ass and then I set my alarm from
- 1:45:59Speaker 6: that day.
- 1:46:00Speaker 1: Uh, seveone for texting over during the summer, I take
- 1:46:02Speaker 1: my son to work. I do very well for myself,
- 1:46:05Speaker 1: but he sees how how hard I have to work
- 1:46:07Speaker 1: for it.
- 1:46:08Speaker 6: Oh that's good, Yeah, that's really good.
- 1:46:10Speaker 1: See what it takes? Yeah, yeah, and it takes yeah, Like, okay,
- 1:46:13Speaker 1: there's nothing wrong with you know, being successful and having
- 1:46:16Speaker 1: things and doing things and you know, forty nice trips
- 1:46:19Speaker 1: or whatever it is, but do you know what it
- 1:46:21Speaker 1: took to get that well?
- 1:46:22Speaker 6: And it's like Shack says to his kids, you're not rich,
- 1:46:25Speaker 6: I'm rich, right exactly. That could be taken for you
- 1:46:28Speaker 6: anytime I say so.
- 1:46:30Speaker 9: I remember when I took Randy, who used to work
- 1:46:32Speaker 9: on the show, Like a lot of people complain about
- 1:46:35Speaker 9: our facilities, right, and I go, do you know what, dude,
- 1:46:37Speaker 9: I'm gonna take you to one of our other sessions.
- 1:46:40Speaker 9: I'll just show you, oh yeah, how they do it?
- 1:46:43Speaker 9: And what they have to work with. And we went
- 1:46:46Speaker 9: there and he's like, this is it.
- 1:46:48Speaker 1: This is the whole place.
- 1:46:50Speaker 6: Yeah, like eye opening experiences.
- 1:46:52Speaker 1: Yeah, like they had in one of their rooms.
- 1:46:55Speaker 9: This is like very old school, like when you turn
- 1:46:58Speaker 9: out the volume, you put it up ward words and
- 1:47:01Speaker 9: downwards on our like audio boards. Here they had the
- 1:47:04Speaker 9: ones where you still turned it to the side, like
- 1:47:06Speaker 9: you're turning on knobs, knobs like a radio, like.
- 1:47:09Speaker 1: Doorknobs, like seventies.
- 1:47:11Speaker 10: He's like, what is that?
- 1:47:13Speaker 9: Yeah, like I this is where like the most of
- 1:47:17Speaker 9: the country, it's like this like very U. I want
- 1:47:20Speaker 9: to say hatchtag blessed, but.
- 1:47:22Speaker 1: You get spoiled, spoiled, spoiled suyeahright, so we can open
- 1:47:26Speaker 1: up the phone. You want to do a brag leg
- 1:47:28Speaker 1: sea bass. So this is where we ask you, like
- 1:47:32Speaker 1: if there's something like you're really proud of or really
- 1:47:34Speaker 1: excited about that, you know, something that an accomplishment or
- 1:47:39Speaker 1: something that you that you got to do. And a
- 1:47:41Speaker 1: lot of times now people don't like to share that
- 1:47:44Speaker 1: stuff because people will come down on them. Not everybody,
- 1:47:48Speaker 1: you know, right, Yeah, it's like your teacher used to
- 1:47:51Speaker 1: say in school, well, unless you have something for the
- 1:47:53Speaker 1: entire class. But now that is just a lot of
- 1:47:56Speaker 1: so uh, it's it's looked at. Even if it's just
- 1:47:59Speaker 1: something that you're proud of and you want to share,
- 1:48:01Speaker 1: people see it as quote bragging, But we're asking you
- 1:48:04Speaker 1: to brag.
- 1:48:05Speaker 11: Do it, Yeah, do that.
- 1:48:07Speaker 14: Something is something celebrate you something that you've.
- 1:48:10Speaker 1: Done, or that you bought, or that whatever that you
- 1:48:12Speaker 1: know you're you're you're dying to screaming from the mountaintop,
- 1:48:16Speaker 1: but you know you felt you felt awkward maybe doing it,
- 1:48:20Speaker 1: or maybe you don't care and you just want to
- 1:48:21Speaker 1: add this to your list of all the things that
- 1:48:22Speaker 1: you're using to brag about your accomplishment or whatever you've done.
- 1:48:25Speaker 1: We got the phones open eight seven seven forty four, Woody.
- 1:48:28Speaker 1: That's eight seven seven forty four, Woody. Greg's got one.
- 1:48:32Speaker 1: He did something for the very first time that he's
- 1:48:36Speaker 1: never done before, and he was talking about it here
- 1:48:38Speaker 1: in the studio last week. You know, he he's always
- 1:48:43Speaker 1: kind of said about like, oh, I'm gonna go out,
- 1:48:45Speaker 1: I'm gonna cut my own grass, and I'm gonna do
- 1:48:47Speaker 1: my own blah blah blah blah blah. He actually hired
- 1:48:50Speaker 1: somebody to come over and.
- 1:48:52Speaker 5: And do a massive yard project that I normally would
- 1:48:55Speaker 5: have done by myself. Yeah, and it would have taken
- 1:48:57Speaker 5: me a month to do it.
- 1:49:00Speaker 1: So I said, screw it.
- 1:49:01Speaker 5: I'm going to hire a crew to trim literally every
- 1:49:04Speaker 5: single thing in my yard. And but it's not so
- 1:49:08Speaker 5: much a brag, because do you guys get this when
- 1:49:10Speaker 5: you hire somebody to do a project. I get what
- 1:49:13Speaker 5: i'll call it boss guilty because they're walking by my window.
- 1:49:17Speaker 5: I'm sitting there watching TV. They're working their asses off
- 1:49:22Speaker 5: all day, and I think, like, oh man, I so
- 1:49:24Speaker 5: I kind of hide from them there, but.
- 1:49:28Speaker 1: Like, you're paying them to do the job A lot.
- 1:49:31Speaker 5: To do this job, because it was a job I
- 1:49:32Speaker 5: couldn't even handle, and so I knew I was paying them,
- 1:49:35Speaker 5: but I get so guilty, you know, like, oh man,
- 1:49:39Speaker 5: you're out there. So I'm like offering them food and water.
- 1:49:41Speaker 6: I always do that.
- 1:49:43Speaker 1: Well, that's that's just a nice thing to do. Like that.
- 1:49:45Speaker 1: That part's fine, but no, I mean they feel like
- 1:49:47Speaker 1: a jersey. It's like they're doing you a favor, Like
- 1:49:49Speaker 1: they crew it was a service. You're paying them for
- 1:49:53Speaker 1: the service.
- 1:49:53Speaker 5: It's definitely not a favor. And for me to hire
- 1:49:55Speaker 5: anybody to do anything yard related incredibly rare. Yeah, so
- 1:49:59Speaker 5: this is your opportunity. Sea Bass does it just on
- 1:50:01Speaker 5: the regular yeah, facts. So, but your chance to brag
- 1:50:04Speaker 5: like Sea Bass. We got the phones open for you.
- 1:50:09Speaker 1: And since it is a brag like Sea Bass segment,
- 1:50:11Speaker 1: I figured we should maybe start with sea baths, you know,
- 1:50:14Speaker 1: I mean, maybe there's nothing left in the chamber.
- 1:50:17Speaker 11: There's a little thing. Little things are sometimes so special.
- 1:50:19Speaker 11: Like I got a text recently from a lady. She
- 1:50:22Speaker 11: took a photo of a cloud and she said, this
- 1:50:24Speaker 11: cloud reminded me of you. It looked like the cloud
- 1:50:27Speaker 11: was in the shape of a big wiener.
- 1:50:28Speaker 1: Oh sweet nice is that real? Just dark you? I
- 1:50:35Speaker 1: mean it'd be a white cloud. Yeah, just well not
- 1:50:40Speaker 1: so little gesture just thinking of you.
- 1:50:41Speaker 9: Bage have a double meaning. Though she could be calling
- 1:50:46Speaker 9: you a dick.
- 1:50:48Speaker 1: Let's just say this lady doesn't have any reason to.
- 1:50:50Speaker 7: Be doing that.
- 1:50:55Speaker 1: So if you want to, if you want to brag
- 1:50:56Speaker 1: like Sea Bass eight seven seven forty four Woodie, that's
- 1:50:59Speaker 1: eight seven heavan uh. Let's see. Yeah, we'll go to
- 1:51:03Speaker 1: the phones. We got the text people in the text, man,
- 1:51:05Speaker 1: they got some really good stuff here. They just went
- 1:51:08Speaker 1: on vacation Spain and Barcelona.
- 1:51:10Speaker 11: So fast, Barcelona, Barcelona, Barcelona.
- 1:51:14Speaker 1: We both both did. Everybody say hi to Lynn? What's
- 1:51:18Speaker 1: going on? Lynn?
- 1:51:19Speaker 7: Hi?
- 1:51:20Speaker 14: Hi?
- 1:51:21Speaker 1: All right? So braglike sea bass? What do you got?
- 1:51:23Speaker 7: All right? So I took a trainer Joe's pineapple, cut
- 1:51:27Speaker 7: off the crown, replanted it on my second floor balcony
- 1:51:30Speaker 7: patio and more fruit for me.
- 1:51:34Speaker 1: What you grew your own pineapple? Wow, that's awesome. I'm
- 1:51:39Speaker 1: so proud of it.
- 1:51:41Speaker 8: How long does that?
- 1:51:42Speaker 5: How long does that take? I heard they take years
- 1:51:45Speaker 5: to come.
- 1:51:45Speaker 7: In, right, so wild? So this one I thought it
- 1:51:48Speaker 7: actually died, but I just kept on watering it and
- 1:51:52Speaker 7: eventually I think it took about two years that started
- 1:51:55Speaker 7: growing through. And I'm from the fruit. I think it
- 1:51:58Speaker 7: took about night lunch too, fully harvested and kind it
- 1:52:03Speaker 7: open and everybody.
- 1:52:05Speaker 1: That's the long play man for sure. Awesome. Yeah, all right,
- 1:52:08Speaker 1: well then, thank you for the call. Congratulations on the pineapple.
- 1:52:13Speaker 9: I have a great day.
- 1:52:14Speaker 1: Thanks people. Yeah, pretchi to listen the Woody Show. She's
- 1:52:16Speaker 1: saving pineapple. Yeah, dumb pineapple.
- 1:52:20Speaker 5: I've seen people do that.
- 1:52:21Speaker 11: I want to do it.
- 1:52:22Speaker 1: It looks it looks like fun bragleg Sea Bass Gina grad.
- 1:52:25Speaker 6: Well, I okay, I will say, I know there's been
- 1:52:28Speaker 6: a lot of puppy talk, but in a record amount
- 1:52:31Speaker 6: of time three days, we have potty trained this little girl.
- 1:52:35Speaker 6: I have potty trained this little girl. So that is
- 1:52:37Speaker 6: my big brag.
- 1:52:38Speaker 1: Is there no more in the house?
- 1:52:39Speaker 6: Okay, here's the thing. I've potty trained her to pee
- 1:52:43Speaker 6: where she's supposed to pee poop, but she's still crap
- 1:52:52Speaker 6: and why she can't do both in the same place.
- 1:52:55Speaker 6: But she will walk herself to the little grass and
- 1:52:58Speaker 6: she'll pee, and then she gets a tree. It's a
- 1:53:00Speaker 6: big thing. But then she'll be like, all right, we're done,
- 1:53:03Speaker 6: and then like ten minutes later, off on the proof somewhere.
- 1:53:06Speaker 6: But I'm still impressed that she found she because there
- 1:53:09Speaker 6: was p all over the house.
- 1:53:10Speaker 1: So she's getting the hang of it.
- 1:53:11Speaker 6: Now there's only pe where the p's supposed to go.
- 1:53:13Speaker 1: Yeah, that's good.
- 1:53:14Speaker 6: Any any idea to start how we get the poop
- 1:53:16Speaker 6: where it's supposed to go?
- 1:53:18Speaker 1: More time, I guess never had a plenty.
- 1:53:20Speaker 6: Yeah, okay, but so far, so good. That's that was
- 1:53:23Speaker 6: actually a big task.
- 1:53:24Speaker 1: Dog acclimated so quickly, so quick she is home, all right,
- 1:53:28Speaker 1: brag legcy Mass Greg Gory.
- 1:53:30Speaker 5: We have this mutual friend I'll tell you off there,
- 1:53:32Speaker 5: But he and I used to have these discussions where, wow,
- 1:53:34Speaker 5: we got to do what we do now while we
- 1:53:37Speaker 5: can because our jobs are fun and cool. And I
- 1:53:40Speaker 5: felt that way, like everything's temporary, everything's temporary. I feel
- 1:53:43Speaker 5: like I've finally passed the threshold where it's temporary because
- 1:53:46Speaker 5: I'm been doing this for so long that I'm like,
- 1:53:49Speaker 5: I don't think I've ever worked a day in my life. Oh,
- 1:53:53Speaker 5: you know, it's pretty awesome. And now I'm I've finally
- 1:53:56Speaker 5: accepted it decades later, like yeah, this is my job
- 1:54:00Speaker 5: of not having a job. Really, how does that feel?
- 1:54:02Speaker 5: It's pretty awesome? Like because I told you I was
- 1:54:06Speaker 5: real social the last few days and everybody worked so.
- 1:54:08Speaker 6: Hard and I thought, I don't really my fart into
- 1:54:14Speaker 6: my phone.
- 1:54:14Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean there's good, there's a good bad about everything, right,
- 1:54:19Speaker 1: But like when you when you have the big picture
- 1:54:21Speaker 1: in the whole new perspective absolutely right.
- 1:54:24Speaker 5: And when you finally accept it, like, yeah, I guess
- 1:54:27Speaker 5: this is my life.
- 1:54:28Speaker 1: I think Greg for a long time spent like focused
- 1:54:32Speaker 1: on the bad parts, like you like you know, like, Okay,
- 1:54:35Speaker 1: yeah I have this, but here's what I don't have.
- 1:54:38Speaker 1: Give this. But here's why I don't get the do
- 1:54:41Speaker 1: oh for sure life. It was I did a one
- 1:54:44Speaker 1: eighty like several years ago. Yeah, I get it.
- 1:54:47Speaker 5: You know, it's just it's pretty awesome, and especially now
- 1:54:50Speaker 5: that I'm of a certain age where it's like I'm
- 1:54:53Speaker 5: not going to leave this and go get a different job.
- 1:54:56Speaker 11: Just not Goo gratitude Greg. But if you look, God forbid,
- 1:55:00Speaker 11: didn't have this job tomorrow? Could is there another one
- 1:55:02Speaker 11: you get?
- 1:55:02Speaker 8: You?
- 1:55:03Speaker 6: What are you qualified for?
- 1:55:05Speaker 5: I mean insanely unqualified for everything?
- 1:55:07Speaker 1: Are other jobs in this industry? I couldn't get another
- 1:55:11Speaker 1: job in this industry.
- 1:55:12Speaker 5: I don't think so.
- 1:55:13Speaker 1: You could. I could get like a Morgan level job,
- 1:55:15Speaker 1: because you can get another job in the industry.
- 1:55:18Speaker 6: Right you're talking about like management.
- 1:55:20Speaker 1: No, everybody in this room could. But those they're going away.
- 1:55:23Speaker 5: Yeah they're going I don't know anyway, we're I mean,
- 1:55:26Speaker 5: I'm not gonna say we. I am very fortunate and yeah,
- 1:55:29Speaker 5: I feel like I've crossed this hurdle where I can
- 1:55:33Speaker 5: accept like, Okay, this has been my career and the
- 1:55:35Speaker 5: mutual friend I'm talking about doesn't work in this industry anymore. Yeah,
- 1:55:38Speaker 5: so he enjoyed it while he could, and then it
- 1:55:40Speaker 5: ended and now I'm like, wow, we're still here.
- 1:55:44Speaker 1: Yeah, it's pretty crazy, like it's pretty as a miracle.
- 1:55:49Speaker 1: What about u Mena spragglike Sea Bass?
- 1:55:52Speaker 9: I just confirmed like a lot of trips that I'm
- 1:55:55Speaker 9: gonna go on go to. So I'm gonna do Montreal, Canada,
- 1:56:00Speaker 9: And I heard they only speak French.
- 1:56:01Speaker 1: There is that true?
- 1:56:02Speaker 11: Yes, but I mean it's like that's yeah, you'll get
- 1:56:05Speaker 11: some jerks who won't speak English.
- 1:56:06Speaker 4: No.
- 1:56:07Speaker 6: I have a friend and her entire family doesn't understand English.
- 1:56:09Speaker 6: So some people have Two of my kids live there
- 1:56:11Speaker 6: and they do not speak Every time you say something
- 1:56:14Speaker 6: like that, I always had to.
- 1:56:15Speaker 1: Remind oh, yeah he does.
- 1:56:17Speaker 9: Yeah, so going there, And then I confirmed going to
- 1:56:20Speaker 9: Austria and then London, which I.
- 1:56:23Speaker 1: Love, and then Paris. So and this is all happening when.
- 1:56:28Speaker 9: Montreal this weekend and then Austria like when we go
- 1:56:33Speaker 9: on vacation.
- 1:56:33Speaker 1: But all those places you just mentioned are this year.
- 1:56:37Speaker 9: Yeah, because you always forget, like those places are so
- 1:56:39Speaker 9: close to each other.
- 1:56:40Speaker 11: That's a week right there.
- 1:56:42Speaker 9: You understand like all the like Austria, London, all that, Paris,
- 1:56:46Speaker 9: they're like super close.
- 1:56:48Speaker 6: No, I know, say like Phoenix to.
- 1:56:52Speaker 1: It's easy, it's not like right, But again I'm going
- 1:56:56Speaker 1: back to just the idea of the perspective, you know,
- 1:56:58Speaker 1: thing about like you know, one of those things like
- 1:57:00Speaker 1: going to Montreal by itself would be like okay, right,
- 1:57:04Speaker 1: at some point I'm gonna like, but then you're doing
- 1:57:06Speaker 1: this and all the things you've already done. You went
- 1:57:09Speaker 1: to Miami for F one.
- 1:57:10Speaker 6: And you and Menace are the You are the whole
- 1:57:14Speaker 6: spectrum of travel.
- 1:57:15Speaker 1: Yeah, for the most part. I mean I travel a
- 1:57:17Speaker 1: lot for work.
- 1:57:17Speaker 6: State, but for vacation, you're the whole spectrum.
- 1:57:20Speaker 1: Yeah. Or like taking the kids to go visit family.
- 1:57:23Speaker 6: Yeah, not the same things like that. Not a lot
- 1:57:24Speaker 6: of like setting for fun.
- 1:57:26Speaker 1: No sight seeing trips. Yeah, that's for sure.
- 1:57:29Speaker 5: I would never want to go to Paris, and I've
- 1:57:30Speaker 5: said that a million times, but I would really never
- 1:57:33Speaker 5: want to go to Austria, Like it's never even.
- 1:57:35Speaker 1: My thought process.
- 1:57:37Speaker 6: Well, Sammy would tell you a lot of the Disney
- 1:57:39Speaker 6: castles are based on Castle.
- 1:57:41Speaker 1: Yeah, Old Mass. I make one hundred and five thousand
- 1:57:50Speaker 1: dollars with no Bacheler's degree. All right, that's good. Oh yeah,
- 1:57:54Speaker 1: so didn't go to college. Somebody said you'd be living
- 1:57:56Speaker 1: under a bridge, but here you are. Uh three one six?
- 1:57:59Speaker 1: Say what he showed my Bragle like Sea Bass is
- 1:58:01Speaker 1: my girlfriend. I just bought a twenty twenty three Toyota
- 1:58:03Speaker 1: gr Corolla. Nice only had seventy eight hundred miles on
- 1:58:07Speaker 1: at me love that's from Benji. Oh, here we go.
- 1:58:10Speaker 1: Another car one. This one says we finally paid off
- 1:58:13Speaker 1: our family car. Feels great, but my credit score dropped
- 1:58:15Speaker 1: by forty points. Another car one I can't call what
- 1:58:21Speaker 1: a show. I got promoted to construction crew lead recently
- 1:58:24Speaker 1: and just bought a just bought my dream truck, a
- 1:58:27Speaker 1: twenty twenty three Ford Raptor. We've heard a lot about
- 1:58:30Speaker 1: these raptors people let those Yeah, let's see. I would
- 1:58:34Speaker 1: never call him because I'm too embarrassed to be on
- 1:58:36Speaker 1: the radio. But my brag, like Sea Bass is I
- 1:58:39Speaker 1: have paid off my house by the age of thirty nine.
- 1:58:44Speaker 1: Oh Jason, how damn Sammy Bragle like Sea Bass?
- 1:58:49Speaker 5: Yes, well, I.
- 1:58:49Speaker 10: Put my sewing skills to work over the weekend.
- 1:58:53Speaker 12: There's a spot on seamboat Willy's couch that has ripped,
- 1:58:56Speaker 12: but like at the seam, and it's my favorite spot
- 1:58:59Speaker 12: to sit on.
- 1:58:59Speaker 10: And every time he gets worried that it's going to
- 1:59:01Speaker 10: rip more, and I've.
- 1:59:01Speaker 1: Been telling him because I know exactly I'm.
- 1:59:04Speaker 10: Enormous, and I kept saying, I'll don't worry.
- 1:59:06Speaker 14: I will fix it. I will fix it.
- 1:59:08Speaker 10: And over the weekend I did fix it, and it's
- 1:59:11Speaker 10: all so backed up and you would have never even
- 1:59:13Speaker 10: known that it had been ripped.
- 1:59:14Speaker 1: Wow, because it's not well, it's not that easy on a.
- 1:59:19Speaker 12: Couch because I have to do it on the inside
- 1:59:21Speaker 12: of the couch so you don't see it. Right, It
- 1:59:23Speaker 12: was a whole thing, and I did a great job.
- 1:59:26Speaker 11: I've got a robe and one of the little one
- 1:59:29Speaker 11: of the little belt loops has got gotten unstitched.
- 1:59:33Speaker 1: I brought it in here.
- 1:59:34Speaker 14: I could probably, yes, fix it.
- 1:59:38Speaker 5: I couldn't sew a button onto a shirt if my
- 1:59:41Speaker 5: life depends.
- 1:59:41Speaker 6: Oh, yes you can.
- 1:59:42Speaker 1: So I'm impressed.
- 1:59:43Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 1:59:44Speaker 1: I have a hoodie that you can maybe so, oh
- 1:59:46Speaker 1: I can't. Great, this is fun for you. Pile it
