  Speaker 1: over nations. It is a higher level of authority. So

  Speaker 1: you're not talking of having money. You're not talking of

  Speaker 1: having cars and houses. That is a very elementary spiritual level.

  Speaker 1: The highest level of authority God can give a man

  Speaker 1: is authority over his program that God can try still,
