- 0:47Speaker 1: We've got a job to do. We'll be naughty during
- 0:49Speaker 1: the show. Don't worry, Donnie, this is our naughtiest day
- 0:52Speaker 1: of the week. Wednesday is when we get a little love,
- 0:54Speaker 1: a little drunk with our own stupidity. Right world, Okay,
- 0:59Speaker 1: let's you've been What time is it? My friends? And
- 1:02Speaker 1: nales tea time breaking news at the top of the show.
- 1:04Speaker 1: This isn't even in the script. Dannie Celindion is going
- 1:07Speaker 1: to be performing at the Paris Olympics on Friday. I
- 1:11Speaker 1: believe they start on Friday. The opening ceremony Celine Dion. Yes,
- 1:16Speaker 1: I see you there, clasping your pearls. She's going to perform.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Let me tell you what we know. So on Friday
- 1:24Speaker 1: is the opening of the Olympics in Paris, and organizers
- 1:28Speaker 1: have let it be known unofficially at the moment, but
- 1:31Speaker 1: it might be official by the time you listen to
- 1:32Speaker 1: this podcast that Celinion will be there. Now the icon
- 1:36Speaker 1: has already touched down in Paris where there is a
- 1:38Speaker 1: sight in of her. She arrived on Monday, so she's
- 1:42Speaker 1: there in Paris. And get this, she's going to be
- 1:45Speaker 1: paid two million dollars to do this. Two million dollars.
- 1:50Speaker 1: That's for one song. One song. I don't think there
- 1:53Speaker 1: is anybody better now. Because she is French Canadian, that's
- 1:58Speaker 1: a good fit. Because of every think that's happened with
- 2:00Speaker 1: her health, that's a good fit. And because she's Celandian
- 2:05Speaker 1: that's a good fit too. I love this. I think
- 2:08Speaker 1: it's great. I'm certainly gonna be watching one about you.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Yeah. Also, let's not forget it's a good fit because
- 2:13Speaker 2: you're on the Olympics. You want somebody who can sing,
- 2:17Speaker 2: you want somebody who sings live. You're gonna go, oh,
- 2:23Speaker 2: maybe we'll put Katie Perry.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Maybe she'll no, no, no, no, no, no, arefa Franklin
- 2:30Speaker 1: is not with us anymore. Can't be a refa. No,
- 2:32Speaker 1: what is she gonna sing?
- 2:35Speaker 2: Her will go on? That's the question.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Oh what is this? I like the power of love
- 2:39Speaker 1: because I am your lady when you I love that
- 2:44Speaker 1: song Beauty and the Beast. I love that too, tale
- 2:47Speaker 1: as old as time?
- 2:50Speaker 2: Who would be the beauty?
- 2:51Speaker 1: Sweetheart? Sweeticulous question? Of course it would be me. I mean,
- 2:56Speaker 1: are you ridiculous? Who would be the beast? Who would
- 2:59Speaker 1: be the beauty? Noughties? I mean, come on, okay, back
- 3:04Speaker 1: to the show. Very exciting, Selene, we can not wait now.
- 3:09Speaker 1: We almost knew about this because Selene did in an
- 3:11Speaker 1: interview with Hoder copy and during the walk and talk
- 3:14Speaker 1: she almost told Hoder and then loose lips Holder told
- 3:18Speaker 1: everybody that she's working on something yea, and she got
- 3:20Speaker 1: this close to telling Hoder what it was, but she
- 3:23Speaker 1: her manager jumped in, no, no, no, don't say it
- 3:26Speaker 1: was the Olympics. Yes, that's what she's working on. I'm
- 3:28Speaker 1: so excited. Back to our planned show. So Pregnant, Hailey
- 3:33Speaker 1: Bieber has dropped a bombshell saying she's no longer close
- 3:37Speaker 1: to the Baldwin clan. So her dad, Stephen Baldwin. He
- 3:40Speaker 1: has loose lips too, though he talks to the press
- 3:42Speaker 1: too much. So Hailey has said that she's no longer
- 3:45Speaker 1: that close with her family. She likes to think of
- 3:49Speaker 1: herself as very independent and she has an individual life
- 3:52Speaker 1: now and that she's built her own family. This is
- 3:55Speaker 1: something that gay people talk about a lot, not because
- 3:59Speaker 1: it's something we want to brag, but a lot of
- 4:00Speaker 1: guy people are disowned by their families, so they have
- 4:03Speaker 1: to create their own family. Thankfully, that seems to be
- 4:06Speaker 1: changing someone, not totally, not fast enough, but it is
- 4:09Speaker 1: difficult coming out to your family, and so often in
- 4:12Speaker 1: life you have to develop your own friends and they
- 4:14Speaker 1: become family. What do you think about this? Is this
- 4:17Speaker 1: a dig to the Baldwins.
- 4:19Speaker 2: I mean the Baldwins though they have a tricky past.
- 4:23Speaker 2: They are known for being a little you know, eccentric,
- 4:26Speaker 2: a little interesting, but also Alec was just on trial
- 4:30Speaker 2: for you know, manslaughter, and so it's like, you know,
- 4:34Speaker 2: and you're married to Justin Bieber. I think this is
- 4:36Speaker 2: a problem with that level of celebrity, is it's hard
- 4:40Speaker 2: to be close to anybody. I think we hear that
- 4:43Speaker 2: about Miley Cyrus. How we know Miley just has such
- 4:46Speaker 2: a fear of letting people in that she just sits
- 4:48Speaker 2: at home in her Malibu mansion all day by herself,
- 4:51Speaker 2: just hanging out. And it's like, that is sad, but
- 4:55Speaker 2: that's the reality that happens when you are married to
- 4:59Speaker 2: Justin Hailey Bieber. Sure she's famous in her own right,
- 5:03Speaker 2: but she's not Justin and just everybody would want to
- 5:06Speaker 2: be close in. I think they're just fearing of everything
- 5:11Speaker 2: we say could get out.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Yeah, there's no way to live your life. Though. A
- 5:15Speaker 1: few famous people that I know do the same thing.
- 5:17Speaker 1: They push everybody away because they're so scared that you
- 5:20Speaker 1: will reveal something. But then what you end up with
- 5:23Speaker 1: is no leaks but no friends. It's hard, It's really hard.
- 5:28Speaker 1: We are by nature gossipy gooses. We are. We're interested
- 5:33Speaker 1: in people. Because we're not famous, doesn't mean we don't
- 5:36Speaker 1: gossip about all our friends, our family members, us just
- 5:39Speaker 1: on the phone with my mom gossiping up a storm. Now.
- 5:42Speaker 1: The difference is that will not appear on the cover
- 5:44Speaker 1: of the New York Post or the London Sun. It
- 5:48Speaker 1: does for Justin, and so it puts him in and
- 5:51Speaker 1: Haley in this really awkward position, which is who do
- 5:55Speaker 1: they allowy in? Who do they not allowing? That's actually
- 5:57Speaker 1: easier than kicking people out. Family. You're born into that
- 6:02Speaker 1: and so you have to exclude them. And that's what
- 6:04Speaker 1: Haley has done here. Her dad has not helped himself.
- 6:07Speaker 1: He's often tweeted stuff. He's often tried to get it,
- 6:10Speaker 1: show off a little bit, like he know it's a secret,
- 6:13Speaker 1: big news coming soon. No, don't do that. The best
- 6:18Speaker 1: way you can be in your daughter's life and in
- 6:21Speaker 1: her husband's life, just in Bieber, is just to stop
- 6:24Speaker 1: talking about them. I'm pretty good at this as gossipy
- 6:27Speaker 1: as I am. The reason I've been in this business
- 6:29Speaker 1: for so long and I'm so good at it is
- 6:31Speaker 1: I can actually keep a secret. Yes, Sonny, how are
- 6:33Speaker 1: you on secrets? Can you keep a secret? Oh? See?
- 6:35Speaker 2: The thing is is I have too many secrets of
- 6:38Speaker 2: my own to spill yours because I would be afraid
- 6:42Speaker 2: then you'd spill mind if I spilled yours. Oh, but
- 6:46Speaker 2: the thing is about knowing the right thing is you
- 6:49Speaker 2: know what is a real secret to get?
- 6:52Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 6:52Speaker 2: And I think you know that with friends and stuff,
- 6:54Speaker 2: because there's times where it's like, Oh, your friend will
- 6:56Speaker 2: tell you something, you'd be like, oh, I'm gonna tell
- 6:58Speaker 2: everybody I know about it. It's honey, because this isn't
- 7:00Speaker 2: that serious. It's not deep. And if they found out
- 7:03Speaker 2: you told herybody, they'd be like, but.
- 7:06Speaker 1: They pretend the cross, but they're not that. You know that.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Yes, that's just part of human life and that's part
- 7:12Speaker 2: about respecting people, you know what, not have to tell.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Yeah, feel the room, I feel the temperature of the room.
- 7:18Speaker 1: You know what. They're not gonna want out there, and
- 7:20Speaker 1: you know what, they're not going to care about it.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Sometimes friends tell you stuff because they do want it
- 7:24Speaker 1: out there. They don't want it to gossip about it.
- 7:26Speaker 1: But it seems interesting here. The Baldwins have not read
- 7:29Speaker 1: this very well at all, which brings us to our
- 7:31Speaker 1: whole question of the day. Hailey Bieber, who's pregnant, has
- 7:35Speaker 1: dropped a bombshell saying she's not super close with the
- 7:38Speaker 1: Baldwin clan. Is this understandable or is this just ruded?
- 7:43Speaker 1: They did bring her up? Hey, go vote on our
- 7:45Speaker 1: Twitter page. I had a nice are about facebook pages
- 7:48Speaker 1: naughty gossip and be sure to check back tomorrow to
- 7:51Speaker 1: hear your results. Hey Donnie, what are you working on?
- 7:54Speaker 2: Oh well, it's a tricky road right now for maybe
- 8:00Speaker 2: soon to be president Kamala Harris. And Beyonce has supported
- 8:05Speaker 2: Kamala my bed Kamala Harris presidential bid with for Freedom
- 8:09Speaker 2: and a powerful show of support. Beyonce has given Vice
- 8:13Speaker 2: President Kamala Harris the green light to use her song
- 8:16Speaker 2: Freedom for her presidential campaign. You know, she made her
- 8:21Speaker 2: first stop at the campaign headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, and yes,
- 8:27Speaker 2: she played the song and people were excited to see
- 8:31Speaker 2: that Beyonce allowed her to use the song. I think,
- 8:35Speaker 2: you know, if you know, Kamala does get the nomination,
- 8:39Speaker 2: I think we will see more of this. I definitely
- 8:41Speaker 2: think Beyonce will be out there because not only is
- 8:45Speaker 2: you know, a woman, but a black woman, and so
- 8:48Speaker 2: I think this is a very monumental you know, time
- 8:52Speaker 2: in American monumental time in the world. And you know,
- 8:57Speaker 2: I think now more than ever, people like Beyonce, and
- 9:01Speaker 2: I think even to surprise you, I think if Kamala
- 9:05Speaker 2: does get the nomination, Taylor Swift will that's pect time
- 9:10Speaker 2: use her voice, will first time get out there and
- 9:13Speaker 2: show signs of support. I think that. You know, we
- 9:17Speaker 2: will see a lot more of this moving forward.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the big one. Taylor Swift, isn't it now.
- 9:21Speaker 1: She did come out and support Biden four years ago,
- 9:24Speaker 1: so I think she's going to do this for Kamela.
- 9:26Speaker 1: The question is when there were some rumors that she
- 9:28Speaker 1: would turn up at the convention, and can imagine if
- 9:29Speaker 1: Taylor Swift came out and performed. Oh she can't. She's
- 9:32Speaker 1: in London. I checked her schedule, so she's doing sold
- 9:34Speaker 1: out shows at Wemberley in London. So she can't do that,
- 9:37Speaker 1: but I would expect you would soon. I also like
- 9:39Speaker 1: here that some politicians don't even ask for permission. They
- 9:43Speaker 1: just play songs. It's not allowed, and you've got to
- 9:45Speaker 1: get permission for this, So I do like that Kamala's
- 9:47Speaker 1: team went to Beyonce. Beyonce does not normally allow the
- 9:50Speaker 1: rights for this. She's very, very protective about her music.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Outside of her own concerts and her own celebrity, she
- 9:56Speaker 1: does not let people sing her songs, play her music,
- 10:00Speaker 1: so this is a big deal for her too. We're
- 10:02Speaker 1: not a political show, don't worry. We're not gonna go
- 10:04Speaker 1: down that road here. But Beyonce allowing somebody to use
- 10:07Speaker 1: her music is a massive deal. Beyonce has done this
- 10:10Speaker 1: there before. Let's remember she did endorse president of Barack Obama,
- 10:14Speaker 1: and I think she even performed the national anthem at
- 10:17Speaker 1: his inauguration to remember that. So who will they get?
- 10:22Speaker 1: The Hollywood's going to open up. George Clooney now has
- 10:25Speaker 1: come forward and endorsed Camela also too, Barbara Streisan, I
- 10:28Speaker 1: think you're right down and we're going to see many,
- 10:29Speaker 1: many more. But the only pop star, the only celebrity
- 10:32Speaker 1: that I think could make a difference is maybe Oprah.
- 10:35Speaker 1: She made a difference for Barack Obama, but certainly Taylor Swift.
- 10:39Speaker 1: If Taylor Swift can mobilize her army of young fans,
- 10:46Speaker 1: then that could really make a difference. When you think
- 10:49Speaker 1: the last election was won by twenty thirty forty sixty
- 10:53Speaker 1: thousand votes, like not that many votes you think about it,
- 10:56Speaker 1: seventy thousand those that's a Taylor Swift concert. That's just
- 10:59Speaker 1: one smart concept. That's a small Delasabith concept. So we'll
- 11:03Speaker 1: keep tracking this as we move forward, but I promise you,
- 11:06Speaker 1: as we get closer and closer to the election, we're
- 11:08Speaker 1: not going to become a political show. Okay, moving along,
- 11:12Speaker 1: Pete Davidson oh shocking revelation the one drug that he
- 11:15Speaker 1: can't quit after ditching cocaine and kedymin So. In a
- 11:19Speaker 1: new confession, Pete revealed that the one substance that he
- 11:23Speaker 1: just cannot get rid of is weird. He was doing
- 11:26Speaker 1: a show and he said he got rid of cocaine,
- 11:28Speaker 1: Kennemy and pills. He used some colorful language too, which
- 11:32Speaker 1: we're not going to use, and then he said, all
- 11:34Speaker 1: I'm left with is weed, and I'm holding on a
- 11:38Speaker 1: little bit longer. Pete's been really honest about his struggles before.
- 11:42Speaker 1: He's been in and out of rehab. He also has
- 11:44Speaker 1: been working through PTSD and borderline personality disorder. Mindside has
- 11:51Speaker 1: telling me this was part of the reason that him
- 11:53Speaker 1: and Kim Kardashian didn't make it. The drug use was
- 11:56Speaker 1: just too much. Kim is a machine. She runs that
- 11:59Speaker 1: lifelike it's a fortune five hundred company, which it really is.
- 12:02Speaker 1: They make a lot of money, it is, and so
- 12:04Speaker 1: you don't get to run a company that big and
- 12:07Speaker 1: that successful if you're not totally dedicated. So I understand that,
- 12:10Speaker 1: what do you think about this? Some people have argued
- 12:12Speaker 1: that weed is a slippery slope, Donnie, and that you
- 12:15Speaker 1: should be sober from everything here.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Put it in a list of cocaine, ketamine, and pills.
- 12:24Speaker 2: It's like, we just seems it's like it seems a
- 12:27Speaker 2: little less like it's like, you know what, Pete, If
- 12:29Speaker 2: this is what you need in order to not be
- 12:34Speaker 2: addicted to the other things, we smoke it up, you know,
- 12:39Speaker 2: thinking edible, do what you need to do. I mean,
- 12:41Speaker 2: weed is legal in a lot of states around the country.
- 12:45Speaker 2: Now it's legal here in California. I could literally go
- 12:48Speaker 2: in your street to the storm and buy it.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Oh you could. How much you say, joint if I
- 12:54Speaker 1: went to your store. I don't smoke marijuana. So is
- 12:57Speaker 1: it ten pounds ten dollars? Sorry? In America? Is ten ten? Ten?
- 13:03Speaker 2: It's probably like you can bear them for like ten
- 13:04Speaker 2: bucks or ten bucks. But then with taxes, that's where
- 13:08Speaker 2: they get you. That's why they legalized it. It's ten dollars,
- 13:11Speaker 2: you pay forty two dollars worth of taxes, it's fifty.
- 13:16Speaker 1: That's where they get you. It's nice that everybody's going
- 13:18Speaker 1: somewhere good, Pete. Honestly, we wish you the best, We
- 13:21Speaker 1: really really do. Moving along, Nicole Kippens made a very
- 13:25Speaker 1: rare statement about Tom Cruise, sort of don't get too
- 13:28Speaker 1: excited here. She's not revealing what it was like to
- 13:30Speaker 1: be married to him. She's talking basically about a film
- 13:32Speaker 1: they worked on together. But he is unusual for her
- 13:34Speaker 1: to talk about Tom.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Yes, so, Nicole gimmons, you made a rare comment about
- 13:38Speaker 2: her ex husband, Tom Cruise. Now we forget They worked
- 13:42Speaker 2: on the film in nineteen ninety nine Eyes Wide Shut
- 13:46Speaker 2: in celebrating his twenty fifth anniversary, and you know. She
- 13:51Speaker 2: recounted how Kubrick's approach involved exploring, which is producer and director,
- 13:58Speaker 2: exploring complex ideas, and often probing into their personal lives.
- 14:02Speaker 2: There were ideas that Kubrick was interested in. He has
- 14:05Speaker 2: a lot of questions, made his strong sense of the
- 14:07Speaker 2: story he was telling, and despite working closely with both actors,
- 14:11Speaker 2: Kubrick maintained different relationships with Nicole and Tom. He goes
- 14:17Speaker 2: he had a different relationship with Tom. They worked more
- 14:19Speaker 2: closely together on his character. And the crazy thing is
- 14:23Speaker 2: is due do budget constraints. She goes that she and
- 14:27Speaker 2: Tom actually shared a trailer during filming. We had home
- 14:31Speaker 2: ten minutes away, but we lived in that trailer and
- 14:35Speaker 2: she recalled how Tom would play video games like Mine
- 14:37Speaker 2: Sweeper and their shared space, which that I get. It's
- 14:41Speaker 2: interesting to think that you know your Tom Cruise. And
- 14:44Speaker 2: granted this is nineteen ninety nine, so he was, you know,
- 14:47Speaker 2: not a huge star like he is now. And yet
- 14:50Speaker 2: he's just sitting in the trailer with Nicole Kidman, Mine sweet.
- 14:54Speaker 1: I still love it. A friend of mine worked on
- 14:56Speaker 1: the Michael Jackson too, at Michael's Peak. I think it
- 14:59Speaker 1: was The Bad but or maybe Thriller, and they said,
- 15:01Speaker 1: all Michael Deane will sit backstage and play video games,
- 15:04Speaker 1: which is the Saturn's dressing room, playing video games and
- 15:07Speaker 1: watching cartoons. It's interesting, isn't it.
- 15:09Speaker 2: I know?
- 15:09Speaker 1: I love these little details about it. Nicole tellmore, come on,
- 15:12Speaker 1: you know everything. She knows everything everything.
- 15:16Speaker 2: Where did he have a store when he has to
- 15:19Speaker 2: talk to you? Is it?
- 15:22Speaker 1: Where is it? She knows? Okay, we're going to take
- 15:24Speaker 1: a quick break while we look for that. And we
- 15:26Speaker 1: were being right back. Welcome back to the Naughty but
- 15:31Speaker 1: nice sham Rubb shoot him with her diar friend Donnie
- 15:33Speaker 1: meet him, Hey, Donnie, let's get to the polls I
- 15:37Speaker 1: show we talked about Adidas or Adidas that that's what
- 15:40Speaker 1: they're called in Britain. Adidas has apologized to Bella Herded
- 15:44Speaker 1: over this ridiculous, disgusting, controversial Munich Olympics ad Of all
- 15:49Speaker 1: the Olympics, you're going to pick that one where athletes
- 15:51Speaker 1: from Israel were slaughtered? Come on, is the apology enough?
- 15:55Speaker 1: What do you think? Yes?
- 15:56Speaker 2: Or no?
- 15:56Speaker 1: Ooh? Fifty seven percent said no, it's it's not enough.
- 16:00Speaker 1: I'm with you, it's not enough. How did this happen?
- 16:04Speaker 1: Don't forget to vote on today's Paul. We'll get a
- 16:06Speaker 1: Twitter page at Naughty Nice rom at Facebook pages Naughty Gossip.
- 16:10Speaker 1: I'd be sure to check back tomorrow. I hear your results.
- 16:12Speaker 1: And now it's time for a Nisest of the Day.
- 16:19Speaker 2: The nicest other day is Hugh Jackman. And this just
- 16:24Speaker 2: makes me giggle because you think Hugh Jackman, Hugh Jackman
- 16:27Speaker 2: walks into a room, he is, It's Hugh Jackman, it's Wolverine,
- 16:32Speaker 2: it's you know, the Massive Star. Well, he says he
- 16:35Speaker 2: was very humbled by Taylor Swift and in Kansas City
- 16:40Speaker 2: Chiefs game, he was like, you know, if you ever
- 16:44Speaker 2: really want to kind of not feel great about your career.
- 16:46Speaker 2: Go to an NFL game with Taylor Swift and Blake Lively,
- 16:50Speaker 2: and then your Blake Lively, Taylor Swift and others at
- 16:55Speaker 2: the gabe, he said, at the Deadpool and Wolverine premiere,
- 17:00Speaker 2: which is hilarious because I mean it's sad but true.
- 17:05Speaker 2: You think about it, Hugh Jackman, what you're at a
- 17:06Speaker 2: room you were a beatinos. Hugh Jackman walks in, Oh
- 17:10Speaker 2: my god, it's you, Jackarb, Taylor's with Taylor's here. You
- 17:16Speaker 2: know what would happen, which.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Is it's fabulous. That's what it's like. Where you go
- 17:21Speaker 1: to the big award shows. People on the carpet, you
- 17:24Speaker 1: feel like you're looking at a big star, and then
- 17:26Speaker 1: somebody else, bigger turns up and you're like, dump them immediately.
- 17:29Speaker 1: If if ever you've worked a red carpet, if ever
