- 0:03Speaker 1: All right, all right, yo yo yoo yo, Life from Philly.
- 0:08Speaker 1: It's the number one rated boy and Tony Fosco Yah
- 0:11Speaker 1: yo yo yo. Always Polly Foolsco here with Tony Fosco
- 0:17Speaker 1: and Tony Yo. You know, we have a reputation in
- 0:20Speaker 1: this business for being honest and truthful with our audience,
- 0:24Speaker 1: you know, and that's why they know. We do one
- 0:26Speaker 1: thing on this show. We inform and we educate. Yeah,
- 0:30Speaker 1: we do classes in session. Yeah. And let me tell
- 0:34Speaker 1: your people, we have a real problem in this country
- 0:37Speaker 1: where the mainstream media wants to distract you from the
- 0:40Speaker 1: real stories going on, you know, the lying, dishonest media.
- 0:44Speaker 1: They just want to move on. But you know, we
- 0:46Speaker 1: will not budge the events of Sunday, February twelfth, a
- 0:51Speaker 1: day that will go down in infamy as the integrity
- 0:54Speaker 1: of the Super Bowl was forever breached with that terrible
- 0:58Speaker 1: holding call. Yep, and now will hold in everyone accountable.
- 1:03Speaker 1: So well put Tony and you know, last week we
- 1:05Speaker 1: really took it to our guests Joy Taylor and Dean Blandino.
- 1:09Speaker 1: This week we are taking it straight to the league itself.
- 1:13Speaker 1: In just a few minutes, people, we are announcing something
- 1:16Speaker 1: on this show that will undoubtedly send shockwaves through the
- 1:19Speaker 1: league offices and the rest of the football world, aren't we, Tony. Absolutely,
- 1:24Speaker 1: it's gonna register on the Andy Richter scale. Yeah, it is.
- 1:28Speaker 1: But you know, first, our guest today, you know, we
- 1:30Speaker 1: told our booker at Fox Sports Radio to get us
- 1:33Speaker 1: an expert at football, and you got to see what
- 1:37Speaker 1: this clown came back to predict total miss. In fact,
- 1:40Speaker 1: we've already kicked this guy off the show before. He's
- 1:42Speaker 1: one of those quote unquote football analyst researchers nerds that
- 1:46Speaker 1: you see nowadays. He used to work at Pro Football Focus.
- 1:50Speaker 1: Now he's at Suma Sports, which on their Twitter says
- 1:54Speaker 1: quote they provide best in class quantitative analysis aimed at
- 1:59Speaker 1: creating precision in player acquisition and roster management in the NFL,
- 2:05Speaker 1: So basically nerd stuff. Yeah. Anyway, his name is Eric Eager. Yeah,
- 2:11Speaker 1: and we are certainly not eager to have him on
- 2:14Speaker 1: the show. Absolutely not. But before we get to that,
- 2:18Speaker 1: we do have some business up top to take care of.
- 2:20Speaker 1: You know, when a company wants to pay top dollar
- 2:23Speaker 1: for ads face on our show, as so many big
- 2:25Speaker 1: name corporations do, we never refuse them, do we, Tony
- 2:29Speaker 1: because when you put businessmen through and through, and that's
- 2:33Speaker 1: why right now we're going to do an ad for
- 2:35Speaker 1: our good friends at Tampacs. Ladies, when you're shopping for dampons,
- 2:41Speaker 1: you want comfort, don't you? So? Don't you want the
- 2:44Speaker 1: comfort of knowing you use the brand chosen by the
- 2:47Speaker 1: world's number one golfer, Tiger Woods. Of course you do.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Nobody knows women better than Tiger Woods. He's a true
- 2:54Speaker 1: ladies man. That's why all women should follow Tiger's lead
- 2:58Speaker 1: and use the most trusted brand and women's hygiene tam Backs,
- 3:03Speaker 1: the official tampon of the PGA door tam Banks. All right, well,
- 3:09Speaker 1: we got so much to get to on the show today, Tony,
- 3:12Speaker 1: so let's waste no more time and get right into
- 3:14Speaker 1: our top story to story. Alright, first out of the game.
- 3:20Speaker 1: You know, most shows right now they tell you that
- 3:22Speaker 1: the top story is some bullshit topic like Daniel Jones
- 3:27Speaker 1: franchise tag talk or NBA second half preview, some nonsense,
- 3:32Speaker 1: some nonsense like that. Yeah, that's because they're they're trying
- 3:34Speaker 1: to distract you from the revelations that continue to come
- 3:38Speaker 1: out of Super Bowl fifty seven. We just saw this
- 3:41Speaker 1: one come out from the very reputable website Total pro
- 3:45Speaker 1: sports dot com, one of the great sites, by the way,
- 3:48Speaker 1: Gate is a sports contact. Yep. Yeah. They posted in
- 3:51Speaker 1: an article the other day with the headline super Bowl
- 3:54Speaker 1: fifty seven referee on the massive scrutiny as interesting fact
- 4:00Speaker 1: comes to light. The interesting fact people get this ref
- 4:05Speaker 1: crews run by Super Bowl ref called Cheffers, went five
- 4:10Speaker 1: hundred and seventy six consecutive snaps without calling defensive holding.
- 4:16Speaker 1: It hadn't been called since December twenty fourth, and then
- 4:20Speaker 1: they called it at the end of the Super Bowl.
- 4:22Speaker 1: But Tony, that's not the only strange occurrence uncovered, or
- 4:27Speaker 1: is it. No. Unlike the rest of the media, I
- 4:30Speaker 1: actually bothered to do some digging on this Super Bowl
- 4:33Speaker 1: ref called Cheffers, and it didn't take long for me
- 4:36Speaker 1: to uncover some very fishy coincidences. First of all, just
- 4:41Speaker 1: look at his name. Cheffers. Sounds an awful lot like Chiefs,
- 4:45Speaker 1: doesn't it. Yeah, but that's not all. I went to
- 4:48Speaker 1: Wikipedia and looked up the year called Chiefers was born
- 4:52Speaker 1: nineteen sixty and guess what year the Kansas City Chiefs
- 4:56Speaker 1: were born. You guessed it, nineteen sixty. Chiefs and chief
- 5:01Speaker 1: is born in the same year with virtually the same name.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Reeks of conspiracy to me head to toe. Just terrific
- 5:11Speaker 1: investigative journalism. That Tony, thank you well. You know, on
- 5:14Speaker 1: this show we're known for more than just talking. We
- 5:17Speaker 1: take action, and that's why we have a huge announcement
- 5:22Speaker 1: right now. So we are launching our petition against the NFL.
- 5:27Speaker 1: The petition states tell the NFL to declare no winner
- 5:32Speaker 1: in Super Bowl fifty seven, just vacate the title and
- 5:36Speaker 1: for all bodies involved. Now that's clearly you're listening right now.
- 5:40Speaker 1: You're probably wondering how you can go sign this petition
- 5:42Speaker 1: all the people. Is how you do it. You go
- 5:44Speaker 1: to change dot org and you can do that by
- 5:47Speaker 1: visiting the site. The link is in the description to
- 5:50Speaker 1: this podcast, to this Utah click the link, sign your
- 5:54Speaker 1: name together. We can write this egregious wrong. And it's
- 5:59Speaker 1: just a February twelfth, yep. You know this time, Tony,
- 6:03Speaker 1: We're gonna do the holding, aren't we. Yeah, holding people accountable.
- 6:08Speaker 1: And we don't want to give too much of up
- 6:10Speaker 1: behind the scenes action away, but let's just say we
- 6:14Speaker 1: also may be developing a movie about this Super Bowl conspiracy.
- 6:18Speaker 1: You ever heard of Oliver Stone? Well, unbelievable. Yeah, well
- 6:23Speaker 1: we let's just say we've been in talks with his
- 6:25Speaker 1: former lighting guy, so we'll keep you posted on that one. Right,
- 6:29Speaker 1: Huge developments over here all around. In the meantime, Tony,
- 6:32Speaker 1: I wish I could say this was the only way
- 6:35Speaker 1: the NFL is trying to stop the Eagles. But it
- 6:38Speaker 1: gets worse. People believes like the league is going to
- 6:42Speaker 1: try to ban the push move involving Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts,
- 6:47Speaker 1: where the offensive line brilliantly and totally fairly ye pushes.
- 6:52Speaker 1: They're using their body weight to push him over the line.
- 6:55Speaker 1: For phrase Johns and Tony, it would be absolutely wrong
- 7:00Speaker 1: to ban this move, wouldn't it. It would be shameful.
- 7:04Speaker 1: Whatever happened to the concept of teamwork, man helping his
- 7:08Speaker 1: fellow man. This is why our society is so broken.
- 7:11Speaker 1: When we see one man helping another man, or in
- 7:14Speaker 1: this case, seven men helping another man, we try to
- 7:18Speaker 1: outlaw it. But what are you gonna do next? What
- 7:20Speaker 1: are you going to outlaw next? Charity for the poor,
- 7:23Speaker 1: medicine for the sick. It's a very slippery slope. Great point, Tony. Now,
- 7:30Speaker 1: on the subject of journalism, we do have to do
- 7:32Speaker 1: our journalistic duty and cover some other stories around the
- 7:36Speaker 1: sports world. So we're moved to another developing NFL story.
- 7:40Speaker 1: The New York Jets reportedly met with former Raiders quarterback
- 7:44Speaker 1: Derek Carr, and following the meeting, inside sources say they
- 7:49Speaker 1: were very impressed with the QB and that he'll be
- 7:52Speaker 1: a great fit with the team. Tony, what is your
- 7:56Speaker 1: analysis of this situation? From what I gather, this means
- 8:00Speaker 1: that the Jets feel that they looked at the tape
- 8:03Speaker 1: and determined that Derek Carr has the right amount of
- 8:06Speaker 1: inaccuracy and poor decision making that will make him a
- 8:10Speaker 1: perfect fit for the Jets. A few weeks ago, I
- 8:13Speaker 1: presented the scientific chart which shows which qbes fit best
- 8:18Speaker 1: with the Jets. The line going up represents fit, while
- 8:21Speaker 1: the line going to the right represents shyness. And after
- 8:25Speaker 1: Derek car finished last season twenty fourth in passerating and
- 8:29Speaker 1: thirtieth in completion percentage, he is now perfectly shitty enough
- 8:33Speaker 1: to be the starting quarterback for the New York Jets.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Just terrific analysis there again, Tony, and you now moved
- 8:42Speaker 1: to one big story out of the NBA. A great story,
- 8:45Speaker 1: of course. The six is calling up dunking Phenom mac
- 8:49Speaker 1: mcglong from the railing ball for the Slam Dunk Contest,
- 8:53Speaker 1: which he won. Going it was incredible, incredible, Yeah, But unfortunately, Tony,
- 8:59Speaker 1: the con test was overshadowed once again by the absence
- 9:04Speaker 1: of Lebron James, who has ducked the contest for his
- 9:08Speaker 1: entire sicken career. And you know, we heard just a
- 9:11Speaker 1: fantastic take on this from one of the wisest voices
- 9:15Speaker 1: in sports talk. Of course, I'm talking about the great
- 9:19Speaker 1: Stephen A. Smith, who took Lebron to task for ruining
- 9:23Speaker 1: the dunk contest. Just play that, play that clip. There's
- 9:26Speaker 1: one blemish that should be on Lebron james career. He
- 9:30Speaker 1: has ruined the slam Dunk contest. He is personally responsible.
- 9:35Speaker 1: That's right, I'm saying it. Wow, spot on, just the
- 9:39Speaker 1: spot on. Take that, Tony, and you know, totally one
- 9:43Speaker 1: agree with Stevens. You know, when Tom Brady retired, I
- 9:47Speaker 1: was shocked that nobody mentioned how he skipped the Pro
- 9:50Speaker 1: Bowl a disgusting twelve times. He ruined the Pro Bowl. Now,
- 9:55Speaker 1: when you see quarterbacks throwing footballs into garbage cans. You
- 9:59Speaker 1: can thank Tom for that. Well, I'd love to discuss
- 10:02Speaker 1: this more, Tony, but unfortunately I see our guess coming
- 10:05Speaker 1: on the line, one of these NFL research nerds you
- 10:08Speaker 1: see these days, please, probably broadcasting live from his mother's basement. Anyway. Yeah,
- 10:13Speaker 1: let's just bring him on the FUSCO satellite network. Well,
- 10:19Speaker 1: would you look at this, Tony? So disrespectful? Our viewers
- 10:24Speaker 1: on the youtope can see this. Eric Ega has shown
- 10:28Speaker 1: up wearing a Kansas City chief's hat and pointing to
- 10:34Speaker 1: the super Bowl logo. Uh, you know you're supposed to
- 10:37Speaker 1: be a vice president. It says on your bio of
- 10:40Speaker 1: research and development. That bio seems a little biosed biased. Yeah,
- 10:46Speaker 1: how can we trust that data? Yeah? How can we
- 10:49Speaker 1: trust your so called data if you got a chief's
- 10:52Speaker 1: hat on? Yeah, I mean it's you know, when they
- 10:55Speaker 1: win the super Bowl two times in four years. I
- 10:57Speaker 1: don't think it's like being biased. I think it's just
- 10:59Speaker 1: telling the truth, isn't it fellas telling the truth? Telling
- 11:02Speaker 1: the truth. We're gonna uncover the truth, Yes, exactly. We
- 11:06Speaker 1: went to the very reputable site Total pro sports dot com.
- 11:09Speaker 1: You read that site totally totally pro sports dot Com.
- 11:14Speaker 1: I read that site. It's called total pro sports dot
- 11:17Speaker 1: Com clearly is. But all right, super Bowl ref called
- 11:20Speaker 1: cheff Is. His crew of refs hadn't called holding in
- 11:23Speaker 1: five hundred and thirty consecutive plays, okay, five thirty seven
- 11:27Speaker 1: to be exact, Then they suddenly call holding at the
- 11:30Speaker 1: end of the Super Bowl. Now it sounds like you
- 11:32Speaker 1: nerds over there at SUMA Sports analyzed game film like
- 11:35Speaker 1: it's cinemas Saturday Night special. Tell us, don't you think
- 11:39Speaker 1: that's a little odd to you? I don't know. I
- 11:42Speaker 1: think the last time Cheffer's ref the Chiefs game, everybody
- 11:46Speaker 1: in the Chiefs Kingdom thought that Cheffers was trying to
- 11:48Speaker 1: throw a game. Everybody had all their shekels on Chiefs.
- 11:51Speaker 1: I think they were against the Texans. Everybody had Chiefs
- 11:54Speaker 1: minus fourteen. Game goes into overtime, Cheffer's called a bunch
- 11:57Speaker 1: of holding penalties in that game. Now, are you guys
- 12:01Speaker 1: suggesting he turns coat in this game? And how you
- 12:07Speaker 1: supposedly an NFL research and notice this and didn't mention
- 12:10Speaker 1: it through anybody. That sounds a little suspicious to us. Yes,
- 12:16Speaker 1: so he hates the chiefs, but then he loves the
- 12:18Speaker 1: Chiefs or does he just hate the Eagles more? There's
- 12:21Speaker 1: an anti eagle's bias in the whole whole. You guys
- 12:25Speaker 1: are going to grease some poles and like throw him
- 12:27Speaker 1: down one if if you if, if he spurns you
- 12:30Speaker 1: in the biggest game ever, he'd be lucky. If that's
- 12:33Speaker 1: the least. That's exactly that's getting off easy, don't You'll think?
- 12:37Speaker 1: You know, Carl Cheff is that it's a mishandling of
- 12:39Speaker 1: the rules. Right, Like, let me give you an example.
- 12:43Speaker 1: You live with your mom in a basement, right, yeah,
- 12:46Speaker 1: three hundred sixty five days a year. Yeah, so you'll
- 12:48Speaker 1: you'll get this analogy. Okay, Let's say your mom said
- 12:52Speaker 1: you can't eat dessert until you finish your dinner, right,
- 12:55Speaker 1: But then she keeps letting you have dessert when there's
- 12:57Speaker 1: still food on your plate. Then one day she turned
- 13:00Speaker 1: around and says, what are you doing eating all this dessert? Eric,
- 13:03Speaker 1: wouldn't you tell your mom that's an unfair miss application
- 13:06Speaker 1: of the rules. I yeah, that's a good point. Um,
- 13:11Speaker 1: that's a good point. I do think, though, I mean
- 13:14Speaker 1: the problem is did they did I mean, did Bradbury
- 13:18Speaker 1: not hold him. Are you conceding the fact that Bradbury,
- 13:21Speaker 1: who admitted himself that he held Juju Smith Schuster. Are
- 13:25Speaker 1: you just saying that the rules should be thrown out
- 13:27Speaker 1: or are you saying, hey didn't call holding the whole game?
- 13:32Speaker 1: Is he a bad official? Is he ninety nine percent
- 13:35Speaker 1: of a bad official and then the one percent he
- 13:37Speaker 1: was a good official screwed you guys? Or was he
- 13:40Speaker 1: a ninety nine percent good official for letting it go
- 13:43Speaker 1: for so long and then a one percent bad official
- 13:46Speaker 1: for You've got to be consistent. You have to be consistent, Yeah,
- 13:52Speaker 1: like just to show you like your your mother has
- 13:55Speaker 1: let you live in a basement for you know what,
- 13:57Speaker 1: are you forty three now? So that's that can assistency
- 14:00Speaker 1: that you've relied on from your mother. That's what matters, right,
- 14:05Speaker 1: I think I think your cornerback needs to move his speed. Also,
- 14:09Speaker 1: that pass was way overthrown too, but nobody wants to
- 14:12Speaker 1: bring that it was thrown to a fan in the
- 14:14Speaker 1: fourth row of the state exact. Don't bring that up,
- 14:16Speaker 1: chiefs fan, all right? You know, hold on, there isn't
- 14:19Speaker 1: anti Ego's bias which you did hit upon, right, yes,
- 14:21Speaker 1: you did. At first, it started with that call in
- 14:23Speaker 1: the in the game, right, But now the league is
- 14:26Speaker 1: actually trying the ban the Jalen Hurts push technique. You
- 14:29Speaker 1: know the push technique. You've seen it and as Tony
- 14:32Speaker 1: so elegantly, Okay, that's a little odd, and yeah that's
- 14:38Speaker 1: what they're calling it. I don't you know that that.
- 14:41Speaker 1: I didn't make up the rule. They're trying to put
- 14:43Speaker 1: a negative. It's a positive thing. We call it teamwork. Yeah,
- 14:48Speaker 1: what happened to teamwork? Man helping man? Exactly right. I
- 14:53Speaker 1: mean that's the thing. It's like it must it must
- 14:55Speaker 1: pain you to watch one quarterback put an entire team
- 14:58Speaker 1: on his back. And when the Super Bowl in Arizona,
- 15:01Speaker 1: where the league's trying to outlaw the the you know,
- 15:05Speaker 1: a quarterback being carried by his team across the Oh
- 15:07Speaker 1: I carried are you kid in me? The Chiefs were
- 15:10Speaker 1: carried by Patrick Mahones doctor. Yeah, exactly. Also when Reggie
- 15:14Speaker 1: Bush does it to Matt Lyone, Oh it's the Bush Bush. Oh,
- 15:17Speaker 1: that's fantastic. When we do it and execute it perfectly, Oh,
- 15:21Speaker 1: we got a bandit. You're telling me there is not
- 15:23Speaker 1: a bias. Yeah, I certainly remember them false starting on
- 15:28Speaker 1: one and then Jalen Hurts fumbling the next play, but
- 15:30Speaker 1: like they've executed it perfectly, nine and at ten times again,
- 15:35Speaker 1: remind me maybe you've told me and I just forgot.
- 15:37Speaker 1: What makes you think you know anything about football? I mean,
- 15:40Speaker 1: come on, yeah, nothing really, I mean other than you
- 15:44Speaker 1: can you can look at the truth does come out
- 15:46Speaker 1: at Eric Eager underscore on my podcast the podcast, I
- 15:53Speaker 1: predicted the Eagles would would would play the Super Bowl
- 15:56Speaker 1: against the Chiefs. I predict they would lose to them.
- 15:58Speaker 1: But in September I thought the Eagles would be a wagon.
- 16:01Speaker 1: Now of course they lose a game, and you know,
- 16:04Speaker 1: everybody thinks I'm biased against him. I love the Eagles.
- 16:07Speaker 1: I made a lot of money this year. Up the Eagles.
- 16:08Speaker 1: I'm a happy I'm a happy camper for the Eagles.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Listen to him. I'm trying to tell the truth, the
- 16:13Speaker 1: real truth, the truth that doesn't need a federal investigation.
- 16:17Speaker 1: That James, We're gonna stop you right there, Tony, Tony,
- 16:22Speaker 1: Tony did real research. Let let us show you what
- 16:25Speaker 1: real research looks like. Ego. Yeah, listen to Tony found
- 16:29Speaker 1: in his analysis. Yeah, the Super Bowl I researched the
- 16:32Speaker 1: ref who was responsible for the Super Bowl again. His
- 16:35Speaker 1: name is Carl chef Is, which sounds an awfully lot
- 16:40Speaker 1: like chief Is. Also, Carl chief was born in nineteen sixty, Eric,
- 16:46Speaker 1: just like the Chiefs were born in nineteen sixty. That's
- 16:50Speaker 1: when the franchise started. Doesn't that seem a little suspicious
- 16:53Speaker 1: to you? I think you just should have gone the
- 16:57Speaker 1: whole way and call them Carl Cheeters. Yeah you go.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Now you're finally, Eric, you're talking sense here. Yeah. I
- 17:08Speaker 1: every once in a while, I hit the I hit
- 17:09Speaker 1: the ball on the barrel of the the bat. You know,
- 17:12Speaker 1: Hoskins over here, you know, you know, Tony, maybe we
- 17:14Speaker 1: miss underestimated. This guy comes on. He's saying, hey, Carl
- 17:18Speaker 1: cheff is a cheat, which we can agree, which we agree.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Ye right, he did say he likes the Eagles. Hey,
- 17:24Speaker 1: maybe from cold ground here, Eric, yea. So we'd like
- 17:28Speaker 1: to tell you about something a great opportunity for you. Uh.
- 17:32Speaker 1: We've started a petition online at change dot org. The
- 17:36Speaker 1: title is tell the NFL to declare no contest for
- 17:39Speaker 1: Super Bowl fifty seven. And well, now that you've just
- 17:42Speaker 1: admitted that Carl cheffer Is is a cheatah, and the
- 17:45Speaker 1: whole game is suspect. We would like you to be
- 17:48Speaker 1: one of the first people to put his name, you know.
- 17:51Speaker 1: And if you want to ask your mom to do
- 17:52Speaker 1: it though, put that put it on the you know
- 17:55Speaker 1: you're using her computer. Just go ahead and put You
- 17:58Speaker 1: can only ask my mother for so many things to
- 17:59Speaker 1: day breakfast, lunch, dinner, a ride to work, a ride
- 18:04Speaker 1: home from work. You want me to ask you to write?
- 18:07Speaker 1: To write her signatron? Yeah, this is more important than
- 18:10Speaker 1: all those things. So Eagles fans would rather have no
- 18:13Speaker 1: one within the super Bowl because that's really what's gonna happen.
- 18:15Speaker 1: You guys, would have rather no one with the justice.
- 18:18Speaker 1: It's called justice. Like in your life, there are no winners.
- 18:21Speaker 1: It's called justice. Are you going to sign the petition
- 18:23Speaker 1: and not? Just stop talking around it? So you're you're
- 18:27Speaker 1: so you're so petty that you don't want the chief
- 18:30Speaker 1: because you're not. Are you kidding me? You know what's petty? Yeah,
- 18:35Speaker 1: I'll tell you what's petty. Getting on an Eagle show, Yeah,
- 18:38Speaker 1: coming on as a researcher. We're in a chief set. Well,
- 18:41Speaker 1: guess what, Eric eaga, Yeah, I'm ego right now to
- 18:44Speaker 1: get you off off the show, because that's where you're going.
- 18:48Speaker 1: You're this show. Go tell your mom to getty you
- 18:52Speaker 1: have some macaronian and you go eat some mec and
