The writer to Ecclesiastes tells us "it is better to go the house of mourning than to go the house of feasting." His rationale is that when we consider the end of life, we will give greater consideration to how we live life. This is truth is reflected in Moses prayer in Psalm 90. Most of us do not like to think about, much less contemplate, death especially not our own.
