- 0:24Today we are discussing balanced forces and excess potential.
- 0:30Quote of the day, the destructive pendulum sways even higher when you are suffering emotionally.
- 0:36Finally, when you hate something, you create excess potential.
- 0:41Balanced forces are then directed against you because it is easier for them to eliminate one opponent than to change a world that does not suit one individual who would've thought there could be so many harmful aspects to a negative attitude in life.
- 0:59Vadim Zeland Reality Transurfing When I was in high school, I had a wonderful Sunday school teacher.
- 1:07His name was Mr.
- 1:08Fry.
- 1:09He was actually a green beret in the Marine Corps and fought in the Korean war.
- 1:15The green Berets include elite members of one of the highest ranked military services.
- 1:22Mr.
- 1:23Fry, exuded confidence and everyone respected him.
- 1:27Especially as high school students, he was an excellent teacher of life in general.
- 1:33And one thing he taught us that I will never forget is not to ever under any circumstances, say the word hate.
- 1:44If he caught us using that word, he would call us out to this day.
- 1:48I remember this lesson and when I catch myself using the word, I stopped dead in my tracks and reframe this word.
- 1:55I do this in my self talk to, I think Mr.
- 1:59Fry was on something here because Vadim says, when you hate something, you create excess potential.
- 2:07Having a negative attitude can be harmful, especially when you create excess potential and balanced forces can and will come into play.
- 2:17Think of the seven deadly sins, also known as the capital vices or Cardinal sins, which are a grouping vices or sins within Christian teaching.
- 2:30Behaviors or habits are classified under this category.
- 2:34If they directly give rise to a negative attitude towards life and they can be harmful.
- 2:41The seven deadly sins are pride, greed, wrath, envy, lust, gluttony, and laziness.
- 2:49each of these sins can wreak havoc on your life and bring in the destructive pendulum.
- 2:55Notice how each of these is listed in the levels of force, in the levels of consciousness by Dr.
- 3:02David Hawkins and his book power versus force.
- 3:06Yeah, they're all in force.
- 3:09I did an episode on this and you can find the link in the post that is linked with today's episode and it'll be in the show notes.
- 3:18Destructive pendulums.
- 3:20A pendulum is a thought structure that everyone thinks and only wants to hook your energy.
- 3:26There are constructive and destructive.
- 3:28Pendulums negativity is a destructive pendulum.
- 3:33In most cases, how does one handle a destructive pendulum?
- 3:38Well, first we must become aware of the exact pendulum that are causing problems in our lives.
- 3:45Also known as taking our energy.
- 3:49You know, I created a guide on pendulums.
- 3:51Not all pendulums are bad and knowing which ones are destructive is key to understanding how to interact with them.
- 3:58You can download that guide at www.kathieowen.com/reality-transurfing so one big sign that you are caught in a destructive pendulum is becoming aware.
- 4:13Of what you hate, where you are caught in the trap of one of those seven deadly sins.
- 4:23Have you ever found yourself saying, but I don't want to, I hate it.
- 4:28Or why does this always happen to me?
- 4:31It is difficult to accept the fact that even though you do not want something to happen, there is nothing you can do about it.
- 4:39And if you hate something, it will follow you around wherever you go.
- 4:45You can Harbor a hate for poverty, your work, your physical flaws, your neighbors, alcoholics drug addicts, dogs.
- 4:54Who would hate dogs?
- 4:56I don't know, thieves, criminals, the government escalating prices, and the list goes on and on and on.
- 5:05The more, you love to hate something.
- 5:07The more likely you are to experience it in your life.
- 5:11The reason for this is clear when something gets to you, you think about it, which means you radiate the energy at that frequency of a lifeline where that thing exists in abundance.
- 5:27It does not matter which polarity you embody, liking or not liking.
- 5:32The second is of greater benefit to the pendulum because emotions associated with not liking are more powerful than emotions associated with liking.
- 5:45Remember that insult that stuck with you for too long, the bad news you can't quite shake off or the mistake that you fixate on.
- 5:55As it turns out, we are evolutionary wired to give greater weight to negative experiences.
- 6:02Instead of positive ones.
- 6:04We automatically respond faster and stronger to the bad, easily dismissing the good.
- 6:12Neuropsychologists call this the brain's negativity bias, and you can blame our ancestors for such a negative nature.
- 6:23Here's why.
- 6:24From an evolutionary standpoint, our survival depended on this negativity bias.
- 6:30It was a way for our ancestors to be cautious of all environmental dangers around us being constantly so alert to threats and worst case scenarios is what helped our ancestors survive.
- 6:45It is automatic.
- 6:48But there is a way to change the brain's negativity bias.
- 6:52It is a matter of training our brains for positivity to actively become more attuned to positive emotions, such as joy, interest, creativity, and love.
- 7:03Science claims that for a positive experience to get into our long-term memory, we should hold it in our field of attention for at least 10 to 20 seconds.
- 7:15If not, it disappears.
- 7:18Abraham Hicks was onto something when they mentioned the 17 second rule, the 17 second rule states that when you focus on a thought for 17 seconds, you activate the vibration of the thought.
- 7:32A quick note here.
- 7:33Abraham Hicks is the name of a nonphysical entity that is channeled by Esther Hicks and Esther describes them as a group of nonphysical entities who present themselves as Abraham and who speaks through a process known as channeling.
- 7:52Remember the brain sees what it expects to see.
- 7:55What it becomes primed for.
- 7:58Here's an example.
- 7:59Think about buying a new car and you are looking at a white range Rover, and suddenly you keep seeing those white range rovers everywhere.
- 8:11Actively build up on the positive.
- 8:14Look for the good and turn them into positive experiences.
- 8:19Try to do this at least half a dozen times a day.
- 8:23Each time for half a minute, the longer we hold our awareness of it, the more emotionally stimulating it is, the stronger the trace and the memory.
- 8:35So the taste of good coffee, a lovely sunset or an unexpected compliment, try to turn it into a good experience, notice it and savor it, train your brain to do so.
- 8:49So let's go back to Mr.
- 8:50Fry.
- 8:51He was onto something when he brought our attention to the use of the word hate.
- 8:57I would add to that use of any of the seven deadly sins as Vadim states.
- 9:03When you hate something, you create excess potential who would've thought there could be so many harmful aspects to a negative attitude towards life.
