  Speaker 2: Man, boy boy boy boy man. God has been good

  Speaker 2: to me. I can't even I can't even put it

  Speaker 2: into words, man, But I try, though, I try, I try,

  Speaker 2: I try. God does things for me just right on time.

  Speaker 2: He's so cool with it. And I happened to run

  Speaker 2: across Joel Oldstein on television like I often do all
• 0:43
  Speaker 2: the time, and I was sitting there and he had
• 0:49
  Speaker 2: such a timely message for me. A part of it
• 0:52
  Speaker 2: was something that I've said oftentimes about if you really
• 0:58
  Speaker 2: really want to be success, if you really really want
• 1:02
  Speaker 2: to change, if you really really want to prosper, if
• 1:05
  Speaker 2: you really really want to achieve greatness, if you really
• 1:08
  Speaker 2: really want to have something in life that's worth having,
• 1:11
  Speaker 2: if you really really want to accomplish your goals, you
• 1:14
  Speaker 2: got to push through all of it. He said that
• 1:19
  Speaker 2: when you get closer to it, the more difficult it becomes.

  Speaker 2: Did you hear me? He said, the closer you get
• 1:29
  Speaker 2: to what it is you want or you need, or
• 1:32
  Speaker 2: you have to have, or you would love to be.
• 1:36
  Speaker 2: It gets a little bit more difficult when you get closer.

  Speaker 2: He told this story that's in the Bible that I
• 1:46
  Speaker 2: never heard before. This is what he said. He said,

  Speaker 2: there was a man who was paralyzed and he had
• 1:57
  Speaker 2: heard that Jesus was speaking at a house, and so
• 2:02
  Speaker 2: he wanted to get there. So he convinced four of
• 2:05
  Speaker 2: his friends to put him on a stretcher and carry
• 2:11
  Speaker 2: him for hours to get to this house where Jesus
• 2:17
  Speaker 2: was speaking. He said that along the way, these friends
• 2:24
  Speaker 2: said that they went along because he had so much
• 2:28
  Speaker 2: faith that if he could just get to him, it
• 2:31
  Speaker 2: could be better that he could if he could just
• 2:34
  Speaker 2: get over there and he could see him, that he
• 2:37
  Speaker 2: might have a shot at getting here. And so he said,
• 2:40
  Speaker 2: they took out along the way and they walked and
• 2:42
  Speaker 2: they walked and they walked for hours. And then when
• 2:46
  Speaker 2: they got there, the house was completely filled with people.

  Speaker 2: That was absolutely it was packed wall to wall. There
• 2:54
  Speaker 2: was absolutely no way for the men to get him
• 2:58
  Speaker 2: on that stretcher in to see Jesus. This is a
• 3:02
  Speaker 2: story that uh Joe Losting said is in the Bible.
• 3:05
  Speaker 2: And he was telling it now. I'm just repeating the
• 3:08
  Speaker 2: parts of it I gathered and so he said. They
• 3:12
  Speaker 2: sat there and they went, wow, man, we walked all
• 3:14
  Speaker 2: this weight and it's full and and and and and
• 3:18
  Speaker 2: and and we can't get that, he said. And then
• 3:22
  Speaker 2: the guy with the affliction told the four men, if
• 3:27
  Speaker 2: you get up on the roof and cut a hole
• 3:31
  Speaker 2: in it and lower me down, I bet I could
• 3:35
  Speaker 2: see him then, and I bet it to be all
• 3:37
  Speaker 2: right now. He then said, you must imagined how these
• 3:43
  Speaker 2: four men must have felt when you carry somebody for hours.

  Speaker 1: On on on on on on on the way.

  Speaker 2: They had to carry some cloth connected by a couple
• 3:53
  Speaker 2: of sticks, said the me and shoulders had to be bruised,
• 3:57
  Speaker 2: had to have deep gouges and I'm not cut, but
• 4:00
  Speaker 2: just indentations where they had carried the weight of this
• 4:03
  Speaker 2: grown man for so many hours. And they looked at
• 4:06
  Speaker 2: him in disbelief, like, man, what are you talking about?
• 4:08
  Speaker 2: We done walked all this far? He said, yeah, But
• 4:11
  Speaker 2: if you get up on that roof and you cut
• 4:13
  Speaker 2: a hole in it and lower me down, I can
• 4:17
  Speaker 2: see him, and when he see me, it'll be all right.

  Speaker 2: After sitting there and imploring the men they went up
• 4:25
  Speaker 2: and did just that, and then the story that Joe
• 4:30
  Speaker 2: Los Dean said, the man was healed.
• 4:33
  Speaker 1: But the point he was making was he was saying.
• 4:36
  Speaker 2: That the closer you get to what it is you
• 4:40
  Speaker 2: really want, the more difficult it's going to become. But
• 4:44
  Speaker 2: you've got to push through. See, if you don't push through,
• 4:47
  Speaker 2: you never know. See, you can't get right to the answer.

  Speaker 2: And because it gets really difficult, started creating those little
• 4:54
  Speaker 2: saying that we got as people. Well, I guess it
• 4:58
  Speaker 2: wasn't meant to be. I guess it wasn't the Lord's will. Now, man,

  Speaker 2: I guess you should not give up right now. I
• 5:06
  Speaker 2: guess you should keep pressing. I guess you should do
• 5:09
  Speaker 2: more because see, in all of us, in all of us,
• 5:13
  Speaker 2: when you've had enough.

  Speaker 1: I want you to know something. You do have a
• 5:17
  Speaker 1: little bit more in all of us. You can do
• 5:21
  Speaker 1: one more. You know.

  Speaker 2: That's one of my favorite things that I heard, Joel

  Speaker 2: Oldstein said, and it kind of made me feel good.

  Speaker 2: He said, I always feel like I can do one

  Speaker 2: more anything, And I tell my friends all the time,
• 5:35
  Speaker 2: I can do one more, man, I could do one

  Speaker 2: more day. I can do one more anything. Now Here

  Speaker 2: was the jewel that I never really knew that Joel
• 5:47
  Speaker 2: Oldstein and God sent to me I needed to hear.

  Speaker 2: He said that no matter what you're going through, no
• 5:57
  Speaker 2: matter how long the challenge is you've been, God has
• 6:02
  Speaker 2: an end date for it all.

  Speaker 1: Did you hear me?

  Speaker 2: No matter what you're going through, no matter what challenge
• 6:09
  Speaker 2: you're facing, no matter what situation you've gotten yourself into,

  Speaker 2: God has an ending date. All you got to do
• 6:17
  Speaker 2: is keep pressing forward. All you got to do is
• 6:21
  Speaker 2: hang in there. All you got to do is don't
• 6:24
  Speaker 2: give up. All you have to do is.
• 6:26
  Speaker 1: Don't turn back.
• 6:28
  Speaker 2: There is an end date for all of it, even
• 6:33
  Speaker 2: when you think you've had enough. And boy, have I
• 6:38
  Speaker 2: had this conversation with God on several things that I've
• 6:43
  Speaker 2: been going through, and I've even told him, look, I
• 6:46
  Speaker 2: got it, man. He said, just keep hanging on. There
• 6:51
  Speaker 2: is an end date to whatever it is you're going through.
• 6:55
  Speaker 2: There's an end date to your illness, your sickness, your
• 6:59
  Speaker 2: time of being tired. There's an in date to this
• 7:04
  Speaker 2: relationship that you can't seem to get through, beyond over
• 7:12
  Speaker 2: that's like a cancer to you. There's an end date,
• 7:16
  Speaker 2: But you've got to hang in there. You've got to
• 7:20
  Speaker 2: keep pushing forward. You cannot turn around. You must not
• 7:24
  Speaker 2: go back, because when God gets you through this and
• 7:29
  Speaker 2: you break through to the other side, the reward and
• 7:33
  Speaker 2: the benefit is far greater than the struggle. I oftentimes
• 7:40
  Speaker 2: look at some of the things that God has brought
• 7:43
  Speaker 2: me through in my worst times, and when He brought
• 7:46
  Speaker 2: me through, I went, Wow, Man, now that I understand that,
• 7:50
  Speaker 2: Now that I'm on the other side and I have
• 7:52
  Speaker 2: the benefit of the reward for it, would you do
• 7:55
  Speaker 2: it all again to get that.
