- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the program. Alan
- 0:04Speaker 1: Dershowitz has come out and said that he is suing
- 0:08Speaker 1: Donald Trump's ex-lawyer Michael Cohen for his claims that Alan
- 0:13Speaker 1: Dershowitz took part in the abuse of girls while hanging
- 0:17Speaker 1: out with and associating with Jeffrey Epstein. And I'm sure
- 0:21Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz is feeling himself, no pun intended, ever since
- 0:26Speaker 1: Him and Virginia dropped their competing lawsuits. Ever since then,
- 0:30Speaker 1: Dershowitz has been bolstered by the fact that that lawsuit
- 0:33Speaker 1: was dropped, and he's been making the rounds and basically
- 0:37Speaker 1: doing a victory lap. Well, now he's decided that he's
- 0:41Speaker 1: going to take it the next step, and he's going
- 0:43Speaker 1: to sue Michael Cohen. Talk about a battle of the undesirables, huh?
- 0:48Speaker 1: All right, so let's get to this article from the
- 0:50Speaker 1: Daily Beast, and let's get caught up real quick. Headline?
- 0:54Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz says he's suing Michael Cohen over Epstein claims.
- 0:58Speaker 1: This article was authored by Justin Baragona. Passionate defender of
- 1:05Speaker 1: former President Donald Trump and famed attorney Alan Dershowitz threatened
- 1:09Speaker 1: former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen with a defamation lawsuit on
- 1:13Speaker 1: Thursday night after Cohen referenced Dershowitz's relationship with deceased pedophile
- 1:19Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. So nobody can even comment on your relationship?
- 1:23Speaker 1: With Jeffrey Epstein at this point, you're just going to
- 1:26Speaker 1: sue everybody? At some point, Alan Dershowitz has to run
- 1:29Speaker 1: out of money as well, right? He doesn't have an
- 1:31Speaker 1: infinite supply of dough. So how's he going to sue
- 1:35Speaker 1: everybody who talks about his and Epstein's relationship? I'm so
- 1:39Speaker 1: sick of the rich and the powerful using the fact
- 1:42Speaker 1: that they have more dough than the rest of us
- 1:44Speaker 1: as some kind of lever. Oh, don't say anything. I'll
- 1:47Speaker 1: sue you into oblivion. I have more dough than you,
- 1:50Speaker 1: better lawyers than you, and you have no chance. And
- 1:53Speaker 1: that's how they all live, right? Go about their lives
- 1:56Speaker 1: doing whatever the hell they want, abusing people, having them
- 2:00Speaker 1: sign NDAs and shit like that. And it's all designed
- 2:04Speaker 1: to protect the rich and the powerful. And it's also designed,
- 2:08Speaker 1: and I hate to be the bearer of bad news,
- 2:10Speaker 1: but to make your children, your friends, your sisters, disposable
- 2:15Speaker 1: to people like this. Appearing on Fox News host and
- 2:19Speaker 1: longtime Trump confidant Sean Hannity's show Thursday Evening, Dershowitz was
- 2:25Speaker 1: ostensibly tapped to discuss the criminal indictments against Trump, which
- 2:30Speaker 1: center on the ex-president's hush money scheme to silence a
- 2:33Speaker 1: porn star during his successful 2016 presidential campaign. So for
- 2:40Speaker 1: all of the things they threw at Trump, all of
- 2:42Speaker 1: the different indictments, all of the different accusations, this is
- 2:46Speaker 1: the one that they get to stick? And it's funny,
- 2:50Speaker 1: when Trump was first elected and all of the craziness
- 2:53Speaker 1: was going on about the fact that he was a criminal,
- 2:56Speaker 1: he was a crook, he was in bed with the Russians,
- 2:59Speaker 1: all of that. What did I say at the time,
- 3:01Speaker 1: if you remember? If you ever want to go after somebody,
- 3:05Speaker 1: go after their money. And if you go after their
- 3:08Speaker 1: money and the way they spend it, especially when you're
- 3:11Speaker 1: talking about people that are rolling in the circles that
- 3:13Speaker 1: Trump was rolling in, you're going to be able to
- 3:15Speaker 1: find something. All of these dudes are crooked. Every single
- 3:19Speaker 1: one of these rich people who play the game on
- 3:21Speaker 1: Wall Street, they're all up to no good. Now, I'm
- 3:24Speaker 1: not saying they're all raping people or they're molesting people,
- 3:27Speaker 1: but they're certainly playing games. Just take a look at
- 3:29Speaker 1: all of these hedge fund managers. All of them have
- 3:32Speaker 1: been clipped by the SEC at some point. So it's
- 3:35Speaker 1: always about the money. And if you can follow the
- 3:37Speaker 1: money and establish that that money comes from an ill-gotten source, well,
- 3:43Speaker 1: you can really wrap things up nice and put a
- 3:45Speaker 1: bow on it. And that's why I think that this
- 3:47Speaker 1: charge that they're sticking Trump with is a bit BS
- 3:50Speaker 1: and a bit flimsy. And honestly, it smacks of performative politics.
- 3:55Speaker 1: And that's no good for anybody. After claiming the New
- 3:58Speaker 1: York prosecutor deliberately violated the statute of limitations with its
- 4:02Speaker 1: Trump indictments, Dershowitz then claimed the prosecutor's office had additional
- 4:07Speaker 1: problems by relying on Cohen's testimony due to the ex-Trump
- 4:11Speaker 1: lawyer's credibility issues. Then the Harvard Law professor personally laid
- 4:15Speaker 1: into Cohen. Let me tell you something about Michael Cohen,
- 4:19Speaker 1: Dershowitz exclaimed. He's not through with his problems. He just
- 4:23Speaker 1: tweeted about me saying because I had attacked his credibility
- 4:26Speaker 1: that I was involved with underage girls on Epstein's Island.
- 4:30Speaker 1: I'm about to sue him for defamation. And he's not
- 4:33Speaker 1: even playing around. Dershowitz is a sue-happy son of a bitch.
- 4:36Speaker 1: This dude's going to get out there and definitely sue
- 4:39Speaker 1: Michael Cohen. And you want to talk about celebrity deathmatch
- 4:42Speaker 1: waiting to happen? Where's MTV when you need them? He continued,
- 4:47Speaker 1: as you know, the woman who falsely accused me acknowledged
- 4:50Speaker 1: that she may have made a mistake in misidentifying me.
- 4:55Speaker 1: And there's no doubt that the whole entire situation with
- 4:58Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz And Virginia recanting her initial claims bolsters what
- 5:04Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz has to say. And it also creates inroads
- 5:08Speaker 1: for people to question what she has said in the past.
- 5:11Speaker 1: And as we can see, Prince Andrew is already trying
- 5:13Speaker 1: to utilize all of that. Because in their mind, they're saying, well,
- 5:17Speaker 1: if she misremembered here, where else did she misremember? Now,
- 5:21Speaker 1: I would normally not sue someone for writing that kind
- 5:24Speaker 1: of nonsense, but this is Michael Cohen, who is about
- 5:27Speaker 1: to prevent Donald Trump from running for president of the
- 5:30Speaker 1: United States, and I'm going to sue him for defamation.
- 5:34Speaker 1: When we read articles like this, where it pits somebody
- 5:36Speaker 1: like Alan Dershowitz against another scumbag like Michael Cohen... I
- 5:40Speaker 1: feel like I'm rooting for like the Taliban against Al
- 5:43Speaker 1: Qaeda over here. There's no winner here. Both dudes are
- 5:47Speaker 1: scummy and everything they're involved in is just as scummy
- 5:51Speaker 1: as they are. Dershowitz went on to say that his
- 5:54Speaker 1: lawsuit against Cohen will prove the former Trump attorneys repeated
- 5:58Speaker 1: lies because Cohen will be unable to refuse to testify
- 6:02Speaker 1: in a civil case. His problems are just beginning. I
- 6:06Speaker 1: will make it easier for Joe Takapina to cross-examine him,
- 6:10Speaker 1: Dershowitz concluded, invoking Trump's current defense attorney. Earlier on Thursday, Cohen,
- 6:16Speaker 1: who was sentenced to three years in prison over his
- 6:19Speaker 1: role in the illegal hush money scheme, accused Dershowitz of
- 6:22Speaker 1: taking part in Epstein's alleged sexual assaults. Says the guy
- 6:27Speaker 1: who spent time with Jeffrey Epstein on underage sex island,
- 6:31Speaker 1: At Alan Dershowitz, like, Rudy Kaloudi has become a complete
- 6:35Speaker 1: joke representing a bigger joke, Cohen tweeted, linking to a
- 6:39Speaker 1: Newsmax segment featuring Dershowitz criticizing the ex-Trump attorney. A victim
- 6:45Speaker 1: of Epstein, who purportedly committed suicide while awaiting trial over
- 6:49Speaker 1: allegations of sexual abuse of minors, settled a lawsuit against
- 6:52Speaker 1: Dershowitz last November over claims the Harvard professor sexually assaulted her.
- 6:58Speaker 1: In a statement, Virginia Roberts said she may have made
- 7:01Speaker 1: a mistake in identifying Mr. Dershowitz as one of her abusers.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Shortly after the suit was settled, though, Roberts said that
- 7:09Speaker 1: Dershowitz was not exonerated, regardless of his claims otherwise. Well,
- 7:14Speaker 1: maybe not exonerated in the sphere of the public opinion,
- 7:18Speaker 1: but I highly doubt anyone's ever going to do anything
- 7:21Speaker 1: legally to Alan Dershowitz. Nobody's been arrested as far as
- 7:25Speaker 1: people super close to Jeffrey Epstein, people pulling the levers,
- 7:29Speaker 1: people like Sarah Kellen Vickers haven't even been arrested. And
- 7:33Speaker 1: people think Alan Dershowitz is going to get busted? Yeah, right.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Whether or not Mr. Dershowitz's admissions undermine his previous denials
- 7:41Speaker 1: of the charges made against him is for others to say,
- 7:45Speaker 1: she asserted. The settlement agreement limits what I can say,
- 7:49Speaker 1: and I will abide by it unless and until I
- 7:52Speaker 1: am released from it. However, those admissions are not consistent
- 7:56Speaker 1: with exoneration. And I highly doubt there was exoneration, right?
- 8:00Speaker 1: But the closest thing you can get to that is
- 8:03Speaker 1: settling with your accuser both ways with no money being exchanged. Remember,
- 8:08Speaker 1: this was settled by Virginia and Dirty Dersh and not
- 8:13Speaker 1: one single dollar was exchanged. Roberts added, stopping the false
- 8:17Speaker 1: charges against me. And securing Mr. Dershowitz's public acknowledgement of
- 8:21Speaker 1: my good faith was important to me and my family. However,
- 8:25Speaker 1: I did not and would never exonerate Mr. Dershowitz in return. Additionally,
- 8:31Speaker 1: another Epstein survivor insisted in a 2017 deposition that the
- 8:36Speaker 1: multimillionaire sex trafficker forced her to take part in a
- 8:39Speaker 1: threesome with Dershowitz, an allegation that the celebrated attorney has
- 8:45Speaker 1: adamantly denied. Well, he's denied all of it, right? and
- 8:48Speaker 1: according to him, his wife was aware of everything he
- 8:51Speaker 1: was doing, and he never took his underpants off when
- 8:54Speaker 1: he was getting a massage. So, there's that. But I
- 8:57Speaker 1: continue to ask myself, and the universe, what the hell's
- 9:01Speaker 1: a grown-ass man doing over at his buddy's house getting
- 9:04Speaker 1: a massage from some foreign woman who probably didn't even
- 9:08Speaker 1: speak English? What about that seems normal to you? And
- 9:12Speaker 1: if it does seem normal to you, you're obviously hanging
- 9:15Speaker 1: out with fellow travelers, people like Epstein, And you're all
- 9:19Speaker 1: down with the same shit. Because if I walked into
- 9:21Speaker 1: one of my boys' houses and there was a bunch
- 9:23Speaker 1: of girls there and there was massages going on and shit,
- 9:27Speaker 1: if it wasn't a bachelor party, I'd be real concerned
- 9:30Speaker 1: about what the hell was going on right now. And
- 9:32Speaker 1: I certainly wouldn't be derobing myself in the living room
- 9:36Speaker 1: to catch a massage from some broad when I'm over
- 9:39Speaker 1: at Vin's house to watch the ball game. So this
- 9:41Speaker 1: isn't normal behavior. This isn't the kind of shit normal
- 9:45Speaker 1: dudes do when they're hanging out. But in Jeffrey Epstein's circle,
- 9:49Speaker 1: if you were chilling with him, this was the norm.
- 9:52Speaker 1: This is the way of life. And all of these
- 9:55Speaker 1: people that were with him all the time, they can
- 9:57Speaker 1: say whatever they want. But the facts are the facts.
- 10:00Speaker 1: you were rolling around with this scumbag and at the
- 10:03Speaker 1: very least You were riding the coattails of one of
- 10:06Speaker 1: the biggest human traffickers in history. So for all of
- 10:09Speaker 1: Dershowitz's claims and his denials, there's no denying the fact
- 10:13Speaker 1: that him and Epstein were boys, and the fact that
- 10:15Speaker 1: he's also admitted that he got a massage at Epstein's house,
- 10:19Speaker 1: though he says it was obviously someone who was of age,
- 10:22Speaker 1: his wife was there, and of course, he didn't take
- 10:24Speaker 1: his underpants off. And as the days go by and
- 10:28Speaker 1: things heat up with Donald Trump's indictment, I would expect
- 10:31Speaker 1: more rants from Alan Dershowitz. And guess what? We'll be
- 10:35Speaker 1: here for every last one of them. All right, folks,
- 10:38Speaker 1: that's going to do it for this one. All of
- 10:40Speaker 1: the information that goes with the episode can be found
- 10:43Speaker 1: in the description box. Alan, I kept my underpants on.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Dershowitz is so unhinged and so shook by the pressure
- 10:52Speaker 1: put on him over... his ties to Jeffrey Epstein, that
- 10:57Speaker 1: he's even threatening to sue a TV show now. CBS
- 11:02Speaker 1: has some sort of TV show that portrayed Alan Dershowitz
- 11:07Speaker 1: or spoke about Alan Dershowitz and in his mind it
- 11:11Speaker 1: was in a negative light and he is so unhinged,
- 11:14Speaker 1: so frazzled right now that he is even lashing out
- 11:18Speaker 1: at CBS threatening to sue them. This is a man
- 11:23Speaker 1: who who is completely and utterly up against it. And
- 11:29Speaker 1: his actions speak much louder than his words. The ranting,
- 11:33Speaker 1: the raving, the wild-ass Doc Brown-looking hair on the Tucker
- 11:38Speaker 1: Carlson interview. This guy's whole entire narrative is imploding on
- 11:44Speaker 1: its face. And the more ridiculous lawsuits he threatens or
- 11:50Speaker 1: puts forth into the court, the more he looks... like
- 11:54Speaker 1: a jackass. And that is exactly what you look like, Mr. Dershowitz.
- 11:59Speaker 1: An absolute underpants-kept-on jerk-off. Your whole entire story is utterly reprehensible, okay?
- 12:12Speaker 1: You're a reprehensible human being, in my opinion, and it's
- 12:16Speaker 1: not because of who you have defended. It's not because
- 12:19Speaker 1: you were Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer, okay? It's because you are
- 12:22Speaker 1: being credibly accused of taking part in the sex trafficking
- 12:27Speaker 1: ring that Jeffrey Epstein was running. And then to double
- 12:32Speaker 1: down on your gross ass behavior, you go and get
- 12:37Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, that NPA, that non-prosecution agreement that covers other
- 12:43Speaker 1: parties that might not even have been named. And then
- 12:46Speaker 1: you expect nobody to question what you were up to.
- 12:50Speaker 1: You expect nobody to call you out for your nonsense. Well, Mr. I-kept-my-underpants-on,
- 13:00Speaker 1: I have news for you. Those days are over. You
- 13:04Speaker 1: better stick to Newsmax. Stick to your echo chambers. Because
- 13:10Speaker 1: actual society, you know, the people that you scorn and
- 13:14Speaker 1: look down your nose upon, well, we're on to your nonsense.
- 13:18Speaker 1: We know exactly who you were hanging out with. We
- 13:21Speaker 1: know what the charges are against you and what the
- 13:23Speaker 1: allegations are against you. And we know that you have
- 13:26Speaker 1: not brought any sort of evidence to the table that
- 13:31Speaker 1: would prove your side of the story. But yet, at
- 13:34Speaker 1: the same time, you continue to trash talk, demean, and
- 13:39Speaker 1: bully these survivors every chance you get. And you get
- 13:43Speaker 1: away with it because these limp-wristed, Charming hearted. So called journalists.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Let you. And it's tiresome. It's sickening. And it's gross.
- 13:57Speaker 1: That you're given a platform. To continue to run your yap. Unchallenged.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Now I don't think you should be shut up. I'm
- 14:04Speaker 1: not part of the whole cancel culture situation. I think
- 14:08Speaker 1: that you should be able to speak. But you shouldn't
- 14:11Speaker 1: be given a forum. Where you can trash these girls.
- 14:14Speaker 1: And defame them. and talk shit about them to a
- 14:17Speaker 1: people who probably don't even know much about the story.
- 14:21Speaker 1: That is not acceptable. You can tell your story, but
- 14:25Speaker 1: it must be challenged. Both sides must be presented. And
- 14:29Speaker 1: for too long, only... Alan, I kept my underpants on,
- 14:33Speaker 1: Dershowitz's side of the story was represented in the media.
- 14:38Speaker 1: And now that that narrative has been snatched, now that
- 14:41Speaker 1: these girls have come forward and they're standing tall... and
- 14:45Speaker 1: they're standing together in unity against Alan Dershowitz, him and
- 14:51Speaker 1: his goofy-ass hair are absolutely frazzled and shook. And you'll
- 14:57Speaker 1: see another example of that by the article we're about
- 15:01Speaker 1: to read. Tonight's article is from AboveTheLaw.com. The headline, Alan
- 15:08Speaker 1: Dershowitz claims he was defamed by a TV character and
- 15:12Speaker 1: threatens a real-life lawsuit. The author of this article is
- 15:16Speaker 1: Elizabeth Dye. If you can't take getting your chops broke
- 15:21Speaker 1: by a TV show and you're a public figure and
- 15:24Speaker 1: you're always wading into these controversy-filled cases, then there's something
- 15:31Speaker 1: wrong with you, okay? Because you put yourself out there, Mr. Dershowitz,
- 15:37Speaker 1: and then you expect nobody to question what you have
- 15:39Speaker 1: going on? You expect nobody to question your past behavior
- 15:44Speaker 1: and your past statements of wanting to lower the age
- 15:46Speaker 1: of consent? And then, when someone breaks your chops on
- 15:52Speaker 1: a TV show, you threaten to sue them. You are
- 15:56Speaker 1: straight up bitch made. This article was authored by Elizabeth Dye.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Who wants to talk some more about Alan Dershowitz getting
- 16:08Speaker 1: a massage in his underpants at billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's house?
- 16:13Speaker 1: Let's go with nobody. No one on earth needs the
- 16:17Speaker 1: visual of Dershowitz and his skivvies getting rubbed down by an,
- 16:21Speaker 1: in quotes, old Russian lady, and we don't want to
- 16:23Speaker 1: think about his perfect, perfect sex life either. Hardest of passes.
- 16:29Speaker 1: And I think I have to agree with Elizabeth Dye here.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Thinking about this old. Crypt keeper looking MF. In his skivvies.
- 16:38Speaker 1: Getting a massage by anyone. An old Russian lady. A
- 16:41Speaker 1: young Russian lady. Half a Russian lady. Three Polish ladies.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Whatever it might be. Is an absolute disgusting thought. This
- 16:52Speaker 1: is a gross ass looking man. And the only thing
- 16:55Speaker 1: that's grosser. Than his exterior. Is what is on the inside.
- 17:01Speaker 1: And yet. The distinguished law professor will not shut up
- 17:04Speaker 1: about it. So, here we are. Again. Currently, he's got
- 17:09Speaker 1: his knickers in a twist. Shut up, he wears them
- 17:12Speaker 1: all the time. Because of an episode of CBS's The
- 17:15Speaker 1: Good Fight, in which a fictional attorney who is supposed
- 17:18Speaker 1: to have previously represented Epstein refers to Professor Dershowitz as
- 17:23Speaker 1: a shyster. Oh no, he was called a shyster. This
- 17:29Speaker 1: dude is accused... Of partaking in a sex trafficking ring.
- 17:33Speaker 1: And he's worried about suing CBS. Because a fictional lawyer.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Called him a shyster. In the TV show mind you.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz. Is completely unhinged. He is shook. And he
- 17:47Speaker 1: is being gotten to. Keep up the pressure. Probably about
- 17:55Speaker 1: the time. He ditched me for Dershowitz. Says the character.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Played by actor David Alford. At least I didn't get
- 18:01Speaker 1: a massage like that, Shyster. And for the purposes of
- 18:04Speaker 1: any potential lawsuit, Shyster is just my opinion, not a
- 18:08Speaker 1: statement of fact. And again, this is Alan Dershowitz for
- 18:11Speaker 1: you in all of his glory. He talks about the
- 18:14Speaker 1: First Amendment and how he's a big champion of it.
- 18:18Speaker 1: But anytime anybody loads up their cannon and fires off
- 18:23Speaker 1: an assault, a verbal assault on Alan Dershowitz, it's a
- 18:26Speaker 1: whole new ballgame. He's going to flex his law muscles.
- 18:29Speaker 1: I'll take you to court. Man, shut up. Nobody cares, okay?
- 18:34Speaker 1: Nobody gives a damn about you, Alan Dershowitz. Nobody cares
- 18:38Speaker 1: about your connections. Nobody cares about your so-called esteemed career
- 18:42Speaker 1: at Harvard. It's all tired. And frankly, none of it
- 18:48Speaker 1: matters considering what you are being accused of. The idea
- 18:55Speaker 1: that a fictional character can get away with defaming somebody
- 18:59Speaker 1: is really a new one, Dershowitz told Variety, which printed
- 19:02Speaker 1: his letter and CBS's response in full. You either have
- 19:05Speaker 1: to have an entirely fictional account in which they make
- 19:09Speaker 1: up the names of everybody, or a truthful account. You
- 19:12Speaker 1: can't mix the genres. When you do mix the genres,
- 19:15Speaker 1: the law of defamation applies. What an absolute, limp-wristed, charming-hearted...
- 19:24Speaker 1: bitch made, underwear, tighty whitey wearing, scuzzball. Your ego is
- 19:33Speaker 1: so fragile that you're worried about being called a shyster
- 19:38Speaker 1: on a fake ass TV show that I doubt anybody
- 19:41Speaker 1: even watches? You sorry-ass scumbag. Or, as his lawyer, Imran H.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Ansari put in his demand that CBS retract the episode
- 19:54Speaker 1: and issue a public apology for defaming his client. Clearly,
- 19:59Speaker 1: The dialogue and the context in which it is made
- 20:02Speaker 1: with words loaded with innuendo, such as massage. Did he
- 20:06Speaker 1: get a massage? Yes or no, sir? Yes, he did.
- 20:09Speaker 1: He's admitted to it. All right. Epstein. Was he Epstein's
- 20:13Speaker 1: lawyer or not, sir? Yes, he was. Did he hang
- 20:15Speaker 1: out with Epstein in his private time? Yes, he did.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Did he borrow one of Epstein's houses? Yes, he did, sir.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Next one. He's just an absolute... moron, this guy, okay?
- 20:32Speaker 1: An absolute moron. The Virgin Islands, in combination with the
- 20:36Speaker 1: word shyster, falsely suggests that Professor Dershowitz engaged in sexual conduct, i.e.
- 20:43Speaker 1: a massage, with an underage girl associated with Epstein, and
- 20:48Speaker 1: is a crooked, unscrupulous, and lying about it, a shyster. Well, yeah,
- 20:53Speaker 1: that is what the court of public opinion believes. That
- 20:57Speaker 1: is where the evidence has led everybody, okay? Guess what?
- 21:00Speaker 1: That's how this works. What, is the public not supposed
- 21:03Speaker 1: to have an opinion? Should the public just shut their
- 21:05Speaker 1: mouths and keep quiet and let this travesty continue? You
- 21:10Speaker 1: had your decades to run around like everything was going
- 21:13Speaker 1: to be okay, Dershowitz. You thought you had your past.
- 21:16Speaker 1: You thought that you outsmarted everybody. You had this whole
- 21:20Speaker 1: entire plan and plot hatched with your boy Jeffrey and
- 21:24Speaker 1: everything has been turned up on its end. The whole
- 21:28Speaker 1: house of cards has has been tilted over, and it's
- 21:31Speaker 1: coming down on top of you. From the one-liner about
- 21:36Speaker 1: just my opinion, Ansari infers consciousness of guilt, calling it
- 21:41Speaker 1: indicative that CBS knew the statements were defamatory, yet sought,
- 21:46Speaker 1: albeit weakly, to skirt liability. Because, sure, why not, right? Again, that's,
- 21:53Speaker 1: you know what? That's an opinion. The First Amendment protects
- 21:57Speaker 1: speech in America, and... If he does try and bring
- 22:00Speaker 1: this case, he's going to be laughed at by the judge,
- 22:03Speaker 1: in my opinion. The same way Preska's been laughing at
- 22:06Speaker 1: him and smacking his attorneys around, the same shit's going
- 22:09Speaker 1: to occur if he brings this ridiculous lawsuit against CBS.
- 22:14Speaker 1: Because CBS isn't going to back down. They have a
- 22:16Speaker 1: lot of money as well, and I'm sure that they
- 22:19Speaker 1: still have a bad taste in their mouth over Epstein
- 22:22Speaker 1: and his ties to Trump. I mean, Dershowitz and his
- 22:25Speaker 1: ties to Trump. So you know CBS is looking for
- 22:27Speaker 1: a hatchet job as it is. and I highly doubt
- 22:30Speaker 1: that CBS will back down in a situation like this.
- 22:35Speaker 1: We can only imagine that Jonathan Anshel, ViacomCBS Media Network's
- 22:40Speaker 1: Executive VP and General Counsel, was delighted to have this
- 22:44Speaker 1: one land on his desk. It's not every day you
- 22:47Speaker 1: get to defend a television character from charges of defaming
- 22:51Speaker 1: a world-famous nudist law professor. If we understand your letter correctly...
- 22:57Speaker 1: you are complaining about a line spoken by a fictional
- 23:00Speaker 1: character in an episode of the fictional series The Good Fight.
- 23:05Speaker 1: You make this complaint on behalf of Professor Alan Dershowitz,
- 23:09Speaker 1: a public figure who has long been associated with Jeffrey Epstein,
- 23:13Speaker 1: and who has admitted on television to receiving a massage
- 23:17Speaker 1: from a woman at Epstein's mansion, the same thing I
- 23:20Speaker 1: mentioned a second ago. The whole entire thing is ludicrous
- 23:24Speaker 1: on its face, that Dershowitz would actually even try and
- 23:27Speaker 1: challenge this. Is this guy for real? In the non-fictional world,
- 23:33Speaker 1: these factors require us to decline your request that we
- 23:36Speaker 1: withdraw the episode, and our correspondence could end right here. Nevertheless,
- 23:42Speaker 1: out of respect for Professor Dershowitz, we explain more fully below.
- 23:47Speaker 1: noting that the very precedents cited in Ansari's letter affirm
- 23:50Speaker 1: there is no liability for expressions of opinion and that
- 23:54Speaker 1: viewers are generally familiar with dramatized shows in which scenes, conversations,
- 24:00Speaker 1: and even characters are fictionalized and imagined, Anshel concludes. In
- 24:05Speaker 1: other words, as one might explain to a small child,
- 24:09Speaker 1: the series, its characters, and the things that they say, well,
- 24:13Speaker 1: they're all make-believe. And this is the sort of thing
- 24:18Speaker 1: you see from people who are grasping at straws, who
- 24:21Speaker 1: will do anything at this point to try and stem
- 24:25Speaker 1: the tide of bad publicity and worse, coming down the
- 24:30Speaker 1: pipe and staring at them, their nude-ass body, And their
- 24:36Speaker 1: gross ass face directly in the eyes. Because folks, this
- 24:41Speaker 1: is only the beginning for Dershowitz. Wait until these other
- 24:46Speaker 1: documents start to roll out. Wait until we start to
- 24:49Speaker 1: see more receipts. Look at the pressure he's facing now
- 24:53Speaker 1: when we just got the documentation unsealed recently. Even though
- 24:59Speaker 1: most of us knew about that stuff. Look at the
- 25:02Speaker 1: pressure that Dirty Dersh is under now. By everybody. He's
- 25:07Speaker 1: being assaulted from all quarters. And he should be. This
- 25:12Speaker 1: is a man who needs to answer for these allegations
- 25:16Speaker 1: under oath. Needless to say, CBS will not be apologizing
- 25:23Speaker 1: or yanking the episode anytime soon. Will Dersh make good
- 25:27Speaker 1: on his threat to sue to avenge his honor? Well...
- 25:30Speaker 1: We are talking about the same guy who has engaged
- 25:33Speaker 1: in protracted defamation litigation to remind America once again of
- 25:37Speaker 1: his association with a known pedophile. So, odds are good.
- 25:42Speaker 1: And look, the author of this article, I like the
- 25:46Speaker 1: sarcasm she tossed in. Elizabeth Dye, very, very well, a
- 25:50Speaker 1: job well done here. I like the bit of comedy
- 25:53Speaker 1: thrown in here to bring some levity to a serious situation.
- 25:56Speaker 1: But at the end of the day, It is all
- 26:00Speaker 1: so ridiculous on its face, the whole Alan Dershowitz suing fest.
- 26:04Speaker 1: He's such an absolute jackass. He thinks he's defending his
- 26:11Speaker 1: name here, but in reality what he's doing is just
- 26:13Speaker 1: digging his hole deeper. And I don't know about you folks,
- 26:17Speaker 1: but I cannot wait to see it start to get
- 26:20Speaker 1: filled in. If you'd like to contact me, you can
- 26:24Speaker 1: do that at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com.
- 26:33Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I.
- 26:39Speaker 1: All of the links that pertain to this episode can
- 26:41Speaker 1: be found in the description box. All right. With that said,
- 26:45Speaker 1: I'm going to jump into tonight's article. And tonight's article
- 26:49Speaker 1: is from the Washington Examiner. And the headline of this
- 26:52Speaker 1: article is Dershowitz defends Epstein connection. I represent people I
- 26:57Speaker 1: don't like sometimes. And the article is by John Gage. Well, folks,
- 27:03Speaker 1: we all know how I feel about creepy old ass
- 27:06Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz. The most... Bullying mofo in the history of
- 27:11Speaker 1: bullying mofos, he's gonna sue everybody, he's gonna use his
- 27:16Speaker 1: significant power to bring everybody down, etc., etc. Meanwhile, meanwhile,
- 27:22Speaker 1: this guy has never, never supplied a legitimate answer to
- 27:26Speaker 1: the charges that have been brought at him, okay? He
- 27:29Speaker 1: has never, ever, ever given us a quality answer. He always,
- 27:36Speaker 1: oh yeah, you'll see. I'm going to have answers for you.
- 27:38Speaker 1: And yet we have nothing from him. I don't believe
- 27:40Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz, okay? We all know on this podcast that
- 27:44Speaker 1: I believe Virginia Roberts. Everything that she says about these people,
- 27:48Speaker 1: I believe. All right? She has the proof. She has
- 27:52Speaker 1: the evidence. And not only that, their own behavior tells
- 27:57Speaker 1: the story, folks. Alan Dershowitz, a constitutional law professor, defended
- 28:03Speaker 1: himself for joining President Trump's impeachment defense team despite his
- 28:07Speaker 1: connection to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Well, look, I
- 28:11Speaker 1: also defended OJ Simpson and Klaus von Bulow, Dershowitz said
- 28:15Speaker 1: Sunday on CNN's State of the Union when pressed about
- 28:18Speaker 1: his connection to Epstein. I have defended some of the
- 28:21Speaker 1: most controversial people in American history. See, this is the
- 28:24Speaker 1: line he's trying to run with, and nobody questions him
- 28:26Speaker 1: on this line, right? It's not about being a lawyer
- 28:29Speaker 1: and defending Jeffrey Epstein. I get it. That would be
- 28:32Speaker 1: your job. If that was all you were doing and
- 28:34Speaker 1: you weren't friends with the man... It wouldn't be halfway
- 28:37Speaker 1: near as reprehensible to me. But not only are you
- 28:40Speaker 1: friends with him, were friends with him, not only are
- 28:42Speaker 1: you his lawyer, but you're also being accused of taking
- 28:47Speaker 1: part in the abuse of these girls. You are disgusting, sir.
- 28:52Speaker 1: You are disgusting to try and move the narrative to
- 28:57Speaker 1: make it seem like people are criticizing you because you
- 28:59Speaker 1: just defended Jeffrey Epstein. Give me a break, okay? That
- 29:04Speaker 1: is not the case. All right. The fact of the
- 29:07Speaker 1: matter is you are credibly accused and you have never.
- 29:12Speaker 1: ever provided one iota of credible evidence, sir. All right?
- 29:17Speaker 1: And I know everybody else lets you get off the hook,
- 29:20Speaker 1: and these CNN announcer, uh, so-called journalists are scared to
- 29:24Speaker 1: question you, and everybody's scared of Mr. Allen. I kept
- 29:29Speaker 1: my underwear on Dershowitz. Well, I have news for you, Mr. Dershowitz.
- 29:34Speaker 1: I am not scared of you. I have zero fear
- 29:38Speaker 1: of somebody like you, sir I have never ever feared
- 29:43Speaker 1: bullies ever in my life and I do not plan
- 29:46Speaker 1: to start fearing them now because that's what you are
- 29:48Speaker 1: sir you are a bully okay and not only are
- 29:52Speaker 1: you a bully you're a reprehensible human being and it's
- 29:56Speaker 1: not because you defended Jeffrey Epstein okay It is because
- 30:00Speaker 1: of your actions within his ring of disgustingness. That is
- 30:06Speaker 1: why you're a reprehensible human being, sir. And I will
- 30:09Speaker 1: continue to call you out for your actions, for your behavior,
- 30:13Speaker 1: until the cows come home. Until I have no platform left.
- 30:17Speaker 1: Until nobody is ever tuning in. And then if that
- 30:20Speaker 1: ever occurs, I will take a bullhorn and I will
- 30:23Speaker 1: go stand on Las Vegas Boulevard and scream it out
- 30:26Speaker 1: to anybody who walks by like a maniac because everybody
- 30:30Speaker 1: needs to know exactly who you are, sir. The 81-year-old
- 30:36Speaker 1: lawyer called it pure McCarthyism to hold lawyers responsible for
- 30:39Speaker 1: defending controversial clients. Again, not the case. And the media
- 30:43Speaker 1: lets him get away with it because that's the line
- 30:45Speaker 1: of questioning they come with. Well, sir, you defended Jeffrey Epstein.
- 30:49Speaker 1: Doesn't that make... When in reality, what they should be
- 30:52Speaker 1: asking you is, well, sir, what about the allegations by
- 30:55Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts? He's a very credible accuser, sir. What do
- 30:58Speaker 1: you think about that? Nobody has the courage to say
- 31:01Speaker 1: that to this man, and I don't understand why. Why
- 31:04Speaker 1: are people so afraid of the Crypt Keeper? I have
- 31:08Speaker 1: zero fear in my heart of this man, okay? This
- 31:11Speaker 1: guy is an absolutely reprehensible human being, and he needs
- 31:15Speaker 1: to answer for the things that he has allegedly done.
- 31:19Speaker 1: I did nothing wrong in any of those cases, and
- 31:21Speaker 1: I will proceed to make my argument in this case
- 31:23Speaker 1: without concern for what people think about who I represented
- 31:26Speaker 1: in the past. That is who I am, and who
- 31:30Speaker 1: I have always been, and who I will continue to
- 31:33Speaker 1: be as long as the good Lord gives me strength
- 31:35Speaker 1: to defend people who you don't like and don't like sometimes,
- 31:39Speaker 1: he added. What does that even mean? Alright? It's one
- 31:41Speaker 1: thing to defend people, and it's another thing to get
- 31:44Speaker 1: them sweetheart deals to cover your own ass. Alright, Mr. Dershowitz?
- 31:50Speaker 1: Because don't think for a minute, folks, if the screws
- 31:53Speaker 1: were really put to Epstein, if Epstein was not being
- 31:57Speaker 1: protected by the intelligence community, if the screws were put
- 32:01Speaker 1: to Epstein, my man's mouth would be moving a hundred
- 32:06Speaker 1: miles per minute. This man ain't ready to stand up
- 32:10Speaker 1: to the rigors of a full-on interrogation. Are you kidding me?
- 32:16Speaker 1: Look at the way he was reacting in jail, worried
- 32:18Speaker 1: that he was going to get beat up by the
- 32:19Speaker 1: other inmates and already putting money on other people's books,
- 32:22Speaker 1: the big old punk ass. It ain't so hard now,
- 32:25Speaker 1: are you, Mr. Epstein? Dershowitz said he would be responsible
- 32:33Speaker 1: for making a constitutional argument in front of the Senate
- 32:36Speaker 1: that the impeachment charges brought forth do not constitute high
- 32:40Speaker 1: crimes and misdemeanors. He said that his argument would bring
- 32:44Speaker 1: a swift end to Trump's impeachment trial if the senators
- 32:46Speaker 1: were on board with it. The lawyer noted in his
- 32:49Speaker 1: statement announcing his intention to join the legal team that
- 32:52Speaker 1: he is nonpartisan when it comes to the Constitution. He
- 32:55Speaker 1: opposed the impeachment of President Bill Clinton and voted for
- 32:58Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton. Oh, who cares? All right, it doesn't shock
- 33:01Speaker 1: me that you'd be running around with Hillary and Bill either, sir.
- 33:04Speaker 1: All right, the company you choose to keep? Less. Less than, okay?
- 33:11Speaker 1: Less than. It is absolutely reprehensible that this guy is
- 33:17Speaker 1: defending the President of the United States. And the poor
- 33:20Speaker 1: judgment shown by the Trump team in this regard is
- 33:23Speaker 1: absolutely mind-boggling. And if you think I'm letting them off
- 33:27Speaker 1: the hook for it, you're at the wrong podcast. You
- 33:30Speaker 1: made a wrong turn somewhere, folks. Because like I've said
- 33:34Speaker 1: from the very beginning... I do not care who enabled
- 33:38Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, who that person is, who those people are.
- 33:41Speaker 1: They will be called to account. They will be held
- 33:44Speaker 1: responsible on this podcast, and we will discuss their transgressions.
- 33:49Speaker 1: And this right here by Trump, this is a horrible
- 33:52Speaker 1: move by a man that should be very aware of
- 33:55Speaker 1: the optics of a move like this, okay? But again,
- 33:58Speaker 1: obviously he's not. It's either that or he does not care.
- 34:02Speaker 1: And do you really think that he needed Alan Dershowitz
- 34:06Speaker 1: and Ken Starr to defend him? Come on, folks. The impeachment... papers,
- 34:13Speaker 1: the impeachment articles are thin at best. He could have
- 34:17Speaker 1: got any number of lawyers to defend him and get
- 34:20Speaker 1: those articles tossed out with the Senate being controlled by
- 34:22Speaker 1: the Republicans the way it is. But yet he still
- 34:25Speaker 1: brought in Dershowitz and Starr. Something don't sit right with me, folks.
- 34:30Speaker 1: Something does not sit with me right. Several of Epstein's
- 34:36Speaker 1: victims have accused Dershowitz of having sex with them when
- 34:38Speaker 1: they were minors. He has denied the allegations, claiming to
- 34:41Speaker 1: have a perfect sex life. A perfect sex life? What
- 34:44Speaker 1: does that even mean? Perfect for who? Perfect for you?
- 34:48Speaker 1: Perfect for Epstein? Perfect for... a nun? I don't understand.
- 34:52Speaker 1: What does that mean, a perfect sex life? You don't
- 34:55Speaker 1: have a perfect anything, I'm sure, Mr. Dershowitz. Maybe a
- 34:58Speaker 1: perfect record of screwing around the victims. Maybe that. But
- 35:01Speaker 1: as far as a perfect sex life? Please, dude. Please.
- 35:05Speaker 1: You're like 375 years old. Perfect sex life. Okay, Crypt Keeper.
- 35:11Speaker 1: Dershowitz represented Epstein in a 2008 plea deal that resulted
- 35:15Speaker 1: in only 13 months in prison and allowed the sex
- 35:18Speaker 1: offender to leave jail to go to work. Epstein, 66,
- 35:22Speaker 1: was arrested on federal charges last summer following a bevy
- 35:26Speaker 1: of new allegations by dozens of women. He was found
- 35:29Speaker 1: dead in his New York prison cell in August of
- 35:31Speaker 1: an apparent suicide. Well, at least they said apparent in
- 35:36Speaker 1: this article, right? But I'm honestly mortified, folks, by this
- 35:40Speaker 1: whole Dershowitz thing. I still can't kick it. It's one
- 35:43Speaker 1: of the things that has made me the most agitated
- 35:45Speaker 1: in this whole entire case. And the fact... And I know...
- 35:48Speaker 1: I know for a fact that Dershowitz and these others
- 35:53Speaker 1: are still bullying these girls, okay? Still behind the scenes
- 35:57Speaker 1: bullying these girls. When is enough enough? When is enough enough?
- 36:02Speaker 1: When are we as a society going to stand up
- 36:05Speaker 1: and say, this is the end of your reign of terror,
- 36:09Speaker 1: all right? Your corporate monarchy run by the robber barons
- 36:13Speaker 1: is over, folks, okay? We're done. We are absolutely, positively
- 36:19Speaker 1: done with your bullshit. All right? You're going to be
- 36:22Speaker 1: held to account if it takes forever and a day
- 36:25Speaker 1: for us to get there. You're going to be held
- 36:28Speaker 1: to account. At the very least, at the very least,
- 36:31Speaker 1: your name is going to be tarnished in the public
- 36:34Speaker 1: sphere for your connections to this disgusting man. And no
- 36:39Speaker 1: argument you can ever make will change that, Mr. Dershowitz.
- 36:43Speaker 1: Do you understand? All right. You might be able to
- 36:46Speaker 1: persuade these people on TV and you might be able
- 36:50Speaker 1: to persuade these news anchors because they want to have
- 36:53Speaker 1: you on the show some more. You will never, ever,
- 36:57Speaker 1: ever persuade me. All right. And I will never, ever
- 37:01Speaker 1: stop talking about you and your involvement in the case.
- 37:04Speaker 1: Not your defense of Jeffrey Epstein. OK. That's a whole
- 37:08Speaker 1: different story, all right? There's an argument to be made
- 37:11Speaker 1: that you were doing your job. You're a lawyer. Everybody
- 37:14Speaker 1: in this country is entitled to a defense. That is
- 37:19Speaker 1: a staple in this country, and I will defend that
- 37:23Speaker 1: until I am put in the grave. All right. But
- 37:25Speaker 1: what I will not defend is you trying to use
- 37:28Speaker 1: that as the basis of what the criticism is, where
- 37:32Speaker 1: the where the criticism is coming from. And from anybody
- 37:35Speaker 1: who's really following the case, the criticism has nothing to
- 37:38Speaker 1: do with the fact that you defended Epstein, sir. It
- 37:42Speaker 1: has to do that you are credibly accused by multiple
- 37:45Speaker 1: girls of being involved. All right. You have no place
- 37:51Speaker 1: sitting up there in front of the Senate and defending
- 37:54Speaker 1: the presidency of the United States. Never mind the man
- 37:58Speaker 1: that is holding the office, folks. Suspend that for a minute.
- 38:00Speaker 1: But the office of the president of the United States
- 38:04Speaker 1: is now going to be tarnished by this disgusting man?
- 38:08Speaker 1: As if the office of the United States, after the
- 38:11Speaker 1: presidents we've had, can even go with a little bit
- 38:14Speaker 1: more tarnishing? It needs more of that? Really? So look, folks, again,
- 38:19Speaker 1: I am super disgusted by this whole entire Dershowitz situation.
- 38:24Speaker 1: And believe me when I tell you, Dershowitz is certainly
- 38:27Speaker 1: on my radar. He is not going to squirm out
- 38:29Speaker 1: of this one, folks. We're going to make sure that
- 38:32Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz answers the questions that all of these other
- 38:35Speaker 1: enablers have to answer. And also, if and when Alan
- 38:40Speaker 1: Dershowitz is ever charged for his crimes, we're going to
- 38:43Speaker 1: make sure that he faces justice. All right? And I
- 38:47Speaker 1: don't mean us as the podcast. I'm talking about all
- 38:50Speaker 1: of us collectively. Everybody involved from the survivors to their
- 38:54Speaker 1: lawyers to everybody listening to these podcasts and the content
- 38:58Speaker 1: creators and the actual journalists from outlets like the Daily
- 39:01Speaker 1: Beast that are actually following the case and doing the
- 39:04Speaker 1: right thing. We're going to demand that justice. And if
- 39:07Speaker 1: we don't get that justice, there's going to be hell
- 39:10Speaker 1: to pay, folks. I am telling you right now. Nobody
- 39:13Speaker 1: is ever going to believe another thing any of these
- 39:16Speaker 1: people ever have to say. Well, we're already borderline there, right?
- 39:20Speaker 1: I don't believe the Justice Department at all. But a
- 39:23Speaker 1: good way for them to start making inroads back into
- 39:27Speaker 1: our trust as a society is to do the right thing.
- 39:30Speaker 1: in this Jeffrey Epstein case. Give these surviving women, the
- 39:35Speaker 1: girls who survived this reign of terror, this horrifying reign
- 39:38Speaker 1: of terror by this man, the justice they deserve. Not
- 39:45Speaker 1: very difficult, folks, okay? Not very difficult. The resources are there.
- 39:51Speaker 1: It's just going to take the will of the people
- 39:53Speaker 1: in charge to do it. And I'll tell you. I
- 39:58Speaker 1: will tell you what, if you look back to where
- 40:00Speaker 1: we were, to where we have come, and to who
- 40:02Speaker 1: has been outed, to what has happened to Prince Andrew,
- 40:06Speaker 1: and I know the progress is slow, folks, and we
- 40:08Speaker 1: want to see people like Ghislaine Maxwell arrested. But the
- 40:12Speaker 1: gears of justice and the long arm of the law
- 40:15Speaker 1: move very slowly. And until they make their move, we're
- 40:19Speaker 1: going to fill the gap. We're going to be here
- 40:21Speaker 1: day in, day out, reporting on this story, bringing it
- 40:25Speaker 1: to you raw. Because that is the only way we're
- 40:30Speaker 1: ever going to get to the bottom of it. We
- 40:32Speaker 1: don't need it processed. We don't need it curated. We
- 40:35Speaker 1: don't need it chopped up into nice little pretty pieces
- 40:37Speaker 1: for us, all right? Give us the facts. And believe me, folks,
- 40:42Speaker 1: that is exactly what I'm working on behind the scenes
- 40:44Speaker 1: right now. I have something very significant brewing, okay? And
- 40:51Speaker 1: it's going to be very informative to you folks today.
- 40:54Speaker 1: when everything comes out because there's so much more going
- 40:57Speaker 1: on behind the scenes now that I wasn't even aware
- 40:59Speaker 1: of 24 hours ago. So just know folks, things are
- 41:04Speaker 1: in motion, things are happening and there is movement in
- 41:07Speaker 1: this case. So take, take some heart in that and
- 41:10Speaker 1: don't lose faith and do not, whatever you do, do
- 41:15Speaker 1: not get frustrated because That's what they want. They're counting
- 41:18Speaker 1: on us to lose focus on this case. They're counting
- 41:21Speaker 1: on this case to go away. And then they can
- 41:24Speaker 1: just completely sweep it under the rug. But we're not
- 41:27Speaker 1: going to let that occur. Not this time. Not at
- 41:29Speaker 1: this point in time in our society. It's very important
- 41:34Speaker 1: that justice is served here. And that is exactly where
- 41:38Speaker 1: we're aiming to go, right? Down that route to make
- 41:41Speaker 1: sure that everybody who is involved in this is brought
- 41:45Speaker 1: to justice. All right, folks, if you'd like to contact me,
