  Speaker 1: up.
• 0:00
Speaker 1: Wake up, it's the flow show no filter.
• 0:05
Speaker 1: We got to get updated on.
• 0:09
Speaker 1: Diddy trial is set to begin today.
• 0:12
Speaker 1: A lot to talk about, a lot going on.
• 0:17
Speaker 1: The defense is trying to get evidence removed.
• 0:21
Speaker 1: The prosecution is trying to make sure uh, certain evidence doesn't get talked about.
• 0:29
Speaker 1: We're gonna talk about both of those things on this taco tuesday.
• 0:33
Speaker 1: But first let me cover my ass.
• 0:35
  Speaker 1: No diddy.
• 0:38
Speaker 1: The thoughts, views and opinions shared on the Flow Show no Filter are for educational and entertainment purposes only.
• 0:48
Speaker 1: I am not a professional, I am just good, happy, happy Taco Tuesday.
• 1:09
Speaker 1: You know I'm going to get me some tacos today.
• 1:13
Speaker 1: What is going on with everybody in the building?
• 1:15
Speaker 1: I see Angie, I see Bo, I see Tuck, megan.
• 1:21
  Speaker 1: What's up?
• 1:22
Speaker 1: Good to see everybody, drew Robb this morning.
• 1:26
Speaker 1: A lot going on.
• 1:28
Speaker 1: This is a big week in the Diddy Trial.
• 1:30
Speaker 1: This is the follow-up to Hell Week, meaning there's about to be more Hell.
• 1:36
  Speaker 1: What's up, monique?
• 1:38
Speaker 1: Last week was even worse than I thought it would be, despite all the spin that TMZ and the rest of them trying to do.
• 1:49
Speaker 1: But, like I said, we're going to get right into it.
• 1:56
Speaker 1: I am over here tripping because if you want to know if some evidence is damning.
• 2:05
Speaker 1: Forget what you're hearing about on all these different blogs and different stations, different TV stations, different people saying different things.
• 2:15
Speaker 1: Forget about all of that, because if you want to know if some evidence is damaging, all you got to do is look at what the hell the defense is trying to get thrown out.
• 2:26
Speaker 1: They're not going to waste time and motions on evidence that don't mean anything.
• 2:34
Speaker 1: And the reason why I brought that up is because the defense, as y'all should know, is trying to get the Kid Cudi evidence thrown out, which lets you know it's damning evidence.
• 2:56
Speaker 1: But they say they want it thrown out for lack of evidence.
• 3:01
Speaker 1: And this is crazy because y'all realize they're still calling people to testify, they're still in the middle of developing this whole Kid Cudi incident.
• 3:16
Speaker 1: But y'all know I read through the tea leaves that thirsty ass motion to get it thrown out.
• 3:24
Speaker 1: Do y'all know I read through the tea leaves that thirsty ass motion to get it thrown out.
• 3:27
Speaker 1: Do y'all understand why they want to get it thrown out before Capricorn Clarks takes the stand today?
• 3:36
Speaker 1: Because they know she about to bring the fucking roof down.
• 3:41
  Speaker 1: Good morning Toby.
• 3:43
  Speaker 1: Good morning Rachelle.
• 3:46
Speaker 1: The fucking roof down.
• 3:46
  Speaker 1: Good morning toby.
• 3:47
Speaker 1: Good morning ray shella, ray shell, um.
• 3:49
Speaker 1: So it's another desperation attempt.
• 3:51
Speaker 1: And I say again does this sound like something that ain't?
• 3:57
Speaker 1: They don't have any evidence.
• 3:58
Speaker 1: They trying to get stuff thrown out left and right.
• 4:00
Speaker 1: And another thing I told you they have pissed the judge off with all these frivolous motions.
• 4:07
Speaker 1: Uh, you getting one of the main parts of the indictment.
• 4:12
  Speaker 1: They have evidence.
• 4:13
Speaker 1: Before they even had people taking the stand, they had hella evidence just from the indictment.
• 4:21
Speaker 1: And I told you no, nobody likes busy work.
• 4:25
Speaker 1: And for the defense to file a motion to have kid cuddy's whole um situation thrown out, having kid cuddy's whole testimony thrown out just shows they're scared and shaking in their boots.
• 4:48
Speaker 1: The man had his car blown up.
• 4:53
Speaker 1: Cassie told him Diddy was going to blow his car up.
• 4:57
Speaker 1: Capricorn Clark, who worked for Diddy, called him, called him, said Diddy's around your house, but they want Kid Cudi's testimony about his car blown, being blown up, thrown out ridiculous.
• 5:17
Speaker 1: Also, today we're going to talk about, uh, jordan, uh, diddy's former chef.
• 5:25
Speaker 1: She is set to test take the stand this week.
• 5:30
Speaker 1: I don't know if it'll be today, because she was supposed to take the stand last week, but I guess they ran over and we're gonna talk a little bit about jordan matter of fact.
• 5:40
Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, we've been beating this kid cududdy stuff to death.
• 5:46
Speaker 1: Just to switch it up a little bit, I'm going to come back to the kid Cuddy and let's go to Jordan the chef, because we haven't talked about her at all and I have to let everybody know what's going on with her.
• 5:59
Speaker 1: Yeah, we'll come back.
• 6:00
Speaker 1: Yanni says great point, flo, the defense knows this.
• 6:02
Speaker 1: Yeah, they're trying desperately to throw that out because this is going to be damaging and if they could get Kid Cudi's whole testimony thrown out, that would help them in muddy in the waters per se when we're talking about the whole kid cuddy getting blown up incident.
• 6:25
Speaker 1: But we'll come back to that because I want to start with the new, something new that y'all haven't heard about um did he put his hands on the chef and the chef, jordan?
• 6:39
Speaker 1: Her name is jordan, she is set to testify.
• 6:42
Speaker 1: But I got a little article that I want to go over with y'all that details what the chef, some of the things she went through.
• 6:49
Speaker 1: Who knows what she's going to say on the stand, because, as we all know, a lot of people lived in fear of Diddy and may not even spoke out to everything that was going on.
• 7:04
Speaker 1: But now you know now that Diddy's behind bars, and when you get on that stand, it's like a moment for you to say things you wanted to say before, or tell and expose truths that you may have been afraid to tell.
• 7:24
Speaker 1: So I've taken this article from HNHH.
• 7:26
Speaker 1: I'm not sure which one that is, but it's written by Caroline Fisher.
• 7:32
Speaker 1: The title of the article is Diddy Once Shoved Female Personal Chef Out of His Home, ex-bodyguard Alleges.
• 7:42
Speaker 1: So the bodyguard told this story and basically said I'm gonna get into the article.
• 7:47
Speaker 1: But basically said did he throw her out like you remember you should watch fresh prince of bel-air?
• 7:52
Speaker 1: And, um, he would.
• 7:55
Speaker 1: Uh, the the dad would throw a jazzy jeff which is fresh prince's boy, would throw him out the front door.
• 8:01
Speaker 1: Uh, every time he acted up or said something stupid, it was like ah, boom, and you just hear him crash like literally.
• 8:10
Speaker 1: I heard this story before and and they said he literally threw her out like that.
• 8:16
Speaker 1: So let's get into this.
• 8:19
Speaker 1: Allegedly, diddy has a rocky history with chefs.
• 8:23
Speaker 1: The article starts off.
• 8:26
Speaker 1: Diddy has faced no Shortage of allegations in recent Months from former partners, peers and employees.
• 8:32
Speaker 1: Many of the accusations Made against him suggest an Alleged pattern of violence Towards women.
• 8:39
Speaker 1: His former partner, cassie, sued him in November of last year.
• 8:45
Speaker 1: Uh, and they settled.
• 8:48
Speaker 1: She accused him of sexual assault, abuse and more footage corroborating Some of her allegations went public last month and quickly went viral.
• 8:58
Speaker 1: We all know that's the Cassie situation with the hotel and we're past all that.
• 9:04
  Speaker 1: So let's continue.
• 9:07
Speaker 1: Uh, amid the bad boys, records, founders, legal issues, social media users have been digging into his past and seeking clarity.
• 9:20
Speaker 1: For those who have been a part of his close circle his ex bodyguard ro who, by the way, I haven't heard anything about Roger Bonds testifying, but if he does look out he knows everything almost.
• 9:43
Speaker 1: I've watched Roger Bonds.
• 9:44
Speaker 1: He has about a two-hour interview I think he did, yeah with Vlad, about two hours and 20 minutes, and he tells so many stories about what Diddy did It'll make your jaw drop.
• 9:58
Speaker 1: So continuing this is something Roger Bonds said.
• 10:03
Speaker 1: He was in security with Diddy for a long time.
• 10:05
Speaker 1: For example, he has a lot to say about the time he was working with him.
• 10:11
Speaker 1: During a recent interview with Vlad TV, bonds claimed that Diddy's alleged violence isn't limited to his partners.
• 10:19
Speaker 1: He goes on to say Diddy once had a personal chef named Jordan.
• 10:27
Speaker 1: Jordan worked for Diddy for about three years altogether.
• 10:33
Speaker 1: And at one point he says that Jordan was supposed to let some housekeepers in Diddy's home but she didn't.
• 10:41
Speaker 1: He claims that she had forgotten and got confused because the people who showed up weren't their usual staff.
• 10:52
Speaker 1: So she's supposed to let some housekeepers in, but when the people show up, they're not the housekeepers that they normally use.
• 11:04
Speaker 1: But when the people show up, they're not the housekeepers that they normally use.
• 11:07
Speaker 1: You know she's there.
• 11:07
Speaker 1: I imagine she was by herself and she didn't want to let in strangers.
• 11:13
Speaker 1: Can you blame her?
• 11:16
Speaker 1: I mean, you're working for somebody like Diddy Random.
• 11:19
Speaker 1: People show up at the door.
• 11:20
Speaker 1: You don't just want to be opening up and letting everybody in and this next thing, you know yo ass getting kidnapped and robbed or whatever.
• 11:27
  Speaker 1: So I can't blame her.
• 11:29
  Speaker 1: Who wouldn't who?
• 11:31
  Speaker 1: Who wouldn't be?
• 11:39
Speaker 1: Uh, better safe than sorry.
• 11:40
Speaker 1: If you show up at my door and I didn't, and I didn't expect you and I'm expecting a whole nother person that does your same job I'm not fucking letting the.
• 11:43
Speaker 1: I'm not opening the door period and I'm going.
• 11:44
Speaker 1: And I'm not fucking letting the.
• 11:44
Speaker 1: I'm not opening the door period and I'm going and I'm going back in my room and watch tv while you sit outside.
• 11:50
Speaker 1: So I don't blame her on that.
• 11:51
Speaker 1: So she got confused because it wasn't the usual staff and on top of that she was trying to keep the children um of the house out of harm's way.
• 12:04
Speaker 1: There were children there.
• 12:05
Speaker 1: This is a normal.
• 12:08
Speaker 1: You don't know who it is, you don't open the door.
• 12:11
Speaker 1: I mean, who would have a problem with that Mohawk?
• 12:16
Speaker 1: Diddy would have a problem with it.
• 12:18
Speaker 1: Shortly after she was asked to make a nanny coffee but insisted that she didn't know how.
• 12:28
Speaker 1: Bond says this is when Diddy allegedly went off.
• 12:31
Speaker 1: He accused him of pushing her back by her forehead and shoving her out of the door.
• 12:39
Speaker 1: Working for Diddy is some shit, ain't it?
• 12:43
Speaker 1: But he never puts his hands on Roger Bonds.
• 12:48
Speaker 1: He never put his hands on Gene Deal.
• 12:51
Speaker 1: He never put his hands on anybody that can put their hands back on him and meet his force and then add some force to it.
• 13:00
  Speaker 1: I've noticed that.
• 13:01
Speaker 1: I've noticed that it's always some meek female that he has no business touching.
• 13:10
Speaker 1: But anyway, this is when Diddy went off, pushed her back on her forehead and threw her out of the door.
• 13:19
  Speaker 1: Allegedly.
• 13:21
  Speaker 1: This landed this.
• 13:22
Speaker 1: Actually, he actually tossed her to the ground.
• 13:26
Speaker 1: Now you're just supposed to be cooking food for diddy.
• 13:30
Speaker 1: He got you letting in housekeepers and shit.
• 13:34
Speaker 1: You're just supposed to be cooking food and next thing you know he's throwing your ass out the front door.
• 13:39
Speaker 1: Roger bonds goes on to add that jordan reached out to him as the other accusations diddy they're facing were making their rounds.
• 13:52
Speaker 1: She said that all those accusations just brought back more trauma about her alleged assault, not to mention how embarrassing that was.
• 14:03
Speaker 1: I'm sure you know Diddy is.
• 14:08
Speaker 1: He is like I said you can't give everybody no damn mohawk man.
• 14:15
Speaker 1: What do you think of Diddy's ex-bodyguard accusing him of pushing the chef?
• 14:22
Speaker 1: Can you imagine what she's's gonna say on the stand today?
• 14:28
Speaker 1: This is roger bonds telling what happened um to her.
• 14:41
Speaker 1: This isn't her telling it.
• 14:43
Speaker 1: Her telling it is going to be a hundred times worse, I'm sure, like you know, I'm sure she's going to be.
• 14:50
Speaker 1: I'm sure she's going to be emotional and I'm sure she has more things to add that maybe Roger bonds either didn't want to share, wasn't comfortable with Shannon, or just didn't know about.
• 15:03
Speaker 1: But rest assured, she's gonna get on that stand and, like I said, it could be today, but from what I'm hearing it will be this week for sure.
• 15:18
Speaker 1: So looking forward to hearing her testimony.
• 15:21
Speaker 1: You know who else we're hearing from.
• 15:22
Speaker 1: Uh, we'll also be hearing from the law enforcement guy who showed up on the scene for the cuddy stuff.
• 15:32
Speaker 1: So, uh, look out for jordan, the chef, who was thrown out the front door amongst who knows what else happened to her at her time.
• 15:42
Speaker 1: Uh, working with the mohawkster, or working for the mohawkster who knows what she went through.
• 15:48
Speaker 1: I feel bad for all of those employees.
• 15:52
Speaker 1: To be honest, you working with a literal monster who putting his hands on every female in all kind of stupid ways, and not only that, he threatening to fire you every five minutes.
• 16:05
  Speaker 1: I don't understand.
• 16:06
Speaker 1: Why would somebody even work, why would you even work for him?
• 16:09
Speaker 1: I wouldn't have lasted five minutes with Diddy the first time.
• 16:16
Speaker 1: I didn't even like the tone of his voice.
• 16:18
Speaker 1: I would have told him to kick rocks rocks.
• 16:32
Speaker 1: But this uh law enforcement, just like diddy's defense team.
• 16:34
Speaker 1: The prosecution has also filed a motion, uh, regarding the uh investigator, lance jiminez that's, who pulled up on the scene to uh to check on the blown up car and the, and the prosecution wants to make sure that the defense isn't asking him things that he knows nothing about.
• 16:55
Speaker 1: What are some of those things.
• 16:57
Speaker 1: Yeah, five minutes, not even five minutes, probably two minutes I would have lasted, uh, with Diddy, no Diddy, um Diddy, um diddy, diddy, no diddy, itty bitty diddy, whatever you want to call them mohawk diddy the ditler or just an asshole and even saying even the word asshole, sound nasty when you, when you, when you're talking about Diddy Diddy is just has turned, has went from the industry's darling to the industry's devil Overnight, it seems as though.
• 17:35
Speaker 1: So what does the prosecution not want Lance to talk about?
• 17:42
Speaker 1: They filed a motion saying that they request that the defense is not a able to ask this law enforcement guy that showed up in at the la home when, uh, did he's uh when kid cudi's car was blown up, but he was not the one who, uh, collected the dna evidence, or you know, he's not an expert on dna evidence and they know that the defense is so thirsty to say that there's a woman's dna at the scene.
• 18:13
Speaker 1: So they request the.
• 18:16
Speaker 1: The prosecution put in a file of motion.
• 18:18
Speaker 1: I'm gonna read a little bit of it.
• 18:19
Speaker 1: This motion is long so and I don't want I know you don't want, I don't want to read the whole thing.
• 18:21
  Speaker 1: It's too long.
• 18:22
Speaker 1: But, um, they're gonna call this guy, but they don't want.
• 18:23
Speaker 1: I know you don't want, I don't want to read the whole thing, it's too long, but, um, they're gonna call this guy, but they don't want the defense uh, to bring up to invent the, uh, the fact that the dna evidence was collected, or whatever.
• 18:39
Speaker 1: And then another thing why are we talking about that?
• 18:41
  Speaker 1: The?
• 18:46
Speaker 1: The fact that there's woman dna at the scene means absolutely nothing when you're talking about a rico case.
• 19:00
Speaker 1: All of a sudden, when we get to diddy's case, all of a sudden, all these experts don't know what the fuck rico is.
• 19:11
Speaker 1: Rico is in place because people like diddy don't get their hands dirty.
• 19:21
Speaker 1: That's the whole fucking point of Rico.
• 19:25
Speaker 1: So when everybody's jumping up and down and talking about yeah, there's no evidence, they should throw it out and there's no evidence that Diddy had anything to do with the blowing up, I just like had to count to 10.
• 19:39
Speaker 1: I had to take a deep breath, gather myself, stay poised and say do you, do you fuckers know what the hell Rico is?
• 19:51
Speaker 1: Rico charges Is exactly for the people who don't get their hands dirty and you don't need no hardcore evidence of conspiracy, recall?
• 20:07
Speaker 1: I'm tired of saying that over and over again, but they keep saying this dumb shit over and over again.
• 20:14
Speaker 1: Conspiracy charges in general are about people coming together and conspiring to do shit.
• 20:22
Speaker 1: That's all the evidence you need.
• 20:24
Speaker 1: What do you think the word conspiracy means?
• 20:28
Speaker 1: These dumbasses act like you're supposed to have footage of Diddy and his comrades pulling up on the scene and ring camera footage of them blowing up Cuddy's car.
• 20:45
Speaker 1: That's the type of evidence they're looking for.
• 20:47
  Speaker 1: That's not conspiracy.
• 20:51
Speaker 1: Conspiracy is two or three of your employees talking and snitching on you and saying, hey, telling the court, this guy made me do this.
• 21:05
Speaker 1: This guy made me kidnap this person.
• 21:07
Speaker 1: This guy put out a plan for us to blow up the car.
• 21:14
Speaker 1: This guy bought the materials.
• 21:17
Speaker 1: This guy sent us the.
• 21:18
  Speaker 1: That's enough.
• 21:19
Speaker 1: That's enough evidence for conspiracy.
• 21:24
Speaker 1: That's enough evidence for conspiracy.
• 21:26
Speaker 1: Just like, for example, you have a murder charge where most of the time you pulled the trigger or you did the stabbing or whatever the hell method you did, but then you also have conspiracy to commit murder, which is just as fucking bad.
• 21:54
  Speaker 1: Follow me Now.
• 21:57
Speaker 1: Conspiracy to commit murder, you don't need to be seen or have no evidence hardcore evidence of you doing nothing.
• 22:09
Speaker 1: But if person A and person B let's say the conspiracy to murder charges on person C.
• 22:19
Speaker 1: If person A and person B both get on the stand and they were a part of this whole thing and they get on the stand and say person C put the order out, then guess what?
• 22:35
Speaker 1: Person C is looking at a fucking conspiracy charge now.
• 22:50
Speaker 1: Did I say person c was caught on camera buying the supplies?
• 22:52
Speaker 1: Or caught on audio saying this?
• 22:52
Speaker 1: No, because the government and the system that we have in place understand that if you have enough money and power, you can wreak havoc on this fucking world and not bat an eye.
• 23:09
Speaker 1: So as this case moves forward, they got the Capricorn Clark.
• 23:17
Speaker 1: It's set to testify about the car being blown up.
• 23:21
Speaker 1: The law enforcement guy Jimenez is set to come on and explain what he saw, what he think happened.
• 23:35
Speaker 1: I don't know what he's going to talk about.
• 23:36
  Speaker 1: It's his testimony.
• 23:38
Speaker 1: We'll see what he says, but it's an awful lot of people testifying about Cuddy's car to try to throw out the actual man who actually had his car blown up.
• 23:54
Speaker 1: You want to throw his testimony out.
• 23:56
Speaker 1: Tell me you're desperate without telling me you're desperate.
• 24:03
Speaker 1: You're desperate without telling me you're desperate.
• 24:08
Speaker 1: Mohawk Diddy that's why I call him Mohawk Diddy.
• 24:10
Speaker 1: He just do crazy shit.
• 24:13
Speaker 1: He is a Mohawk in human form.
• 24:15
Speaker 1: I don't know why would you give a Mohawk to a Mohawk?
• 24:26
Speaker 1: So we got the chef coming up.
• 24:30
Speaker 1: She's been shoved out the door.
• 24:31
Speaker 1: Who knows what else she's gonna say.
• 24:32
Speaker 1: But now we gotta talk about.
• 24:34
Speaker 1: Let's go back to what we originally were about to talk about.
• 24:37
Speaker 1: Um, we'll get into some more about what, what, what, what the New York post is saying about Capricorn Clark's, what she's expected to reveal, but let's see what the hell this defense talking about getting kid Cuddy's testimony thrown out after he flew all the way there and he sunk their ass.
• 24:59
Speaker 1: That's how you know.
• 24:59
  Speaker 1: I don't care.
• 25:00
Speaker 1: You can listen to all the people saying, oh, this don't mean nothing, that don't care.
• 25:05
Speaker 1: You can listen to all the people saying, oh, this don't mean nothing, that don't mean nothing.
• 25:07
Speaker 1: Why are they trying to spin it?
• 25:08
Speaker 1: Well, if Cuddy's testimony, if Brian still did so well against Cuddy's testimony, like, like the fucking Diddy supported all the little Mohawk Diddy's out out there, even Harvey Levin from TMZ, he's a little Mohawk Diddy.
• 25:27
Speaker 1: Now, if Brian still did so well, why the fuck would they want to remove his testimony?
• 25:35
Speaker 1: Y'all tell me that.
• 25:38
  Speaker 1: Why would you?
• 25:39
Speaker 1: And especially when y'all haven't done too well on too many cross examinations.
• 25:44
Speaker 1: Why would you want to remove this one if you did so well?
• 25:48
Speaker 1: Why would you want to remove this if there's no evidence?
• 25:51
Speaker 1: It would be a good look for the defense If Cuddy provided nothing and Brian Steele did such an outstanding job on the cross-examination.
• 26:06
Speaker 1: He did such a great job that y'all want the whole testimony thrown out on one of the major parts of the indictment.
• 26:14
Speaker 1: See, you can't sell ice to me and I'm in Eskimo and I'm an Eskimo in Alaska.
• 26:21
Speaker 1: You can't sell me heat when I'm in a sauna already.
• 26:27
  Speaker 1: I'm in a sauna already.
• 26:28
Speaker 1: I don't want to buy your heat, and what I mean by that is you can't piss on me and tell me it's raining.
• 26:34
Speaker 1: You can't get me with that shit, because I don't listen to people's words, I listen to their actions and everybody with common sense knows the defense is not wasting motions and wasting time on evidence that ain't damaging.
• 26:49
Speaker 1: They literally go after because it's almost like hey, what the hell?
• 26:55
Speaker 1: What can we lose?
• 26:56
Speaker 1: This evidence, uh, is has us dead to rights.
• 27:01
Speaker 1: Ain't nothing we could do about it, but we can't throw a Hail Mary.
• 27:05
Speaker 1: We could throw a Hail Mary pass and try to get it removed.
• 27:09
Speaker 1: So I don't give a fuck what TMZ saying.
• 27:12
Speaker 1: I don't give a fuck what the shade room saying.
• 27:14
Speaker 1: I don't give a fuck what none of them saying.
• 27:16
Speaker 1: Obviously Diddy knows his evidence because he hiring a lawyer every fucking day.
• 27:23
Speaker 1: Why would you hire a lawyer every fucking day if you didn't think there was no case?
• 27:29
Speaker 1: Why would you even confuse your own defense team with hiring all these different lawyers every day if you think it's no evidence?
• 27:37
Speaker 1: Why are you trying to get Kid Cudi's testimony thrown out if you think you did such a great job and Cuddy didn't?
• 27:45
Speaker 1: They won't have me on their show because I eat their ass alive.
• 27:51
Speaker 1: No, did he, and they know it.
• 27:53
Speaker 1: It will be straight facts.
• 27:57
Speaker 1: I don't just throw around stupid ass.
• 28:00
Speaker 1: Like Harvey said the nerve to say arson, this, this is an arson, this is just a jealous boyfriend.
• 28:05
Speaker 1: So we should just let all the jealous boyfriends out of prison, huh?
• 28:10
  Speaker 1: Or just did?
• 28:12
Speaker 1: He gets away with that?
• 28:13
Speaker 1: That will be my next question, because the prisons are filled with jealous boyfriends.
• 28:19
Speaker 1: You don't get to just do dumb shit because you're a jealous boyfriend.
• 28:23
Speaker 1: We've all been there.
• 28:24
Speaker 1: You can be a jealous boyfriend.
• 28:26
Speaker 1: We've all been there.
• 28:27
Speaker 1: You can be a jealous boyfriend, but if you do some bullshit, you're going to be a locked up, jealous boyfriend.
• 28:33
Speaker 1: So you know, it's almost to the point where, once I expose them, it got worse because, like, everybody is noticing it and I'm seeing, like people who don't even necessarily follow me, but you know, my videos have such reach.
• 28:47
Speaker 1: They are in the comments saying exactly what I said in my in my video about tmz, which I know they got it from me, which I'm so proud of.
• 28:55
Speaker 1: I like that because once you put the mirror up to somebody like tmz, all the public, y'all are smart.
• 29:04
Speaker 1: All y'all need is a little piece of what the hell going on.
• 29:10
Speaker 1: And y'all got it.
• 29:11
Speaker 1: And when I said TMZ, harvey Levin has a podcast with Mark Garagos, who is Tina Garagos' father, who, tina Garagos, is the lead attorney of the Diddy defense.
• 29:33
Speaker 1: Not only that, mark Garagos is a longtime friend of Diddy, longtime attorney of Diddy that has done borderline shady things for Diddy and went on record as far as as recent as two weeks ago with Harvey on the show saying that Diddy is a longtime friend and he shouldn't be left behind.
• 29:57
Speaker 1: I dropped all those tidbits and it caught on fire.
• 30:02
Speaker 1: Everybody said I knew and could feel that TMZ was on some bullshit, but they couldn't put their finger on it until Flo put them facts out there.
• 30:12
Speaker 1: Like I said, I don't run up here with a pen.
• 30:15
Speaker 1: When I give you my opinion, it's my opinion, but when I'm talking about some serious shit or letting y'all know how foul somebody's been, oh, I'm coming with receipts every time and then I let you decide.
• 30:28
Speaker 1: Do you think it's a conflict of interest to fucking have a podcast with the defense team?
• 30:37
Speaker 1: And now I'm supposed to believe that you're going to give me unbiased news.
• 30:43
Speaker 1: And it's like, once that train got going, they got to the point where they don't even care how foul they look.
• 30:49
Speaker 1: All of a sudden, ain't no case.
• 30:52
Speaker 1: All of a sudden, ain't no witness know what the hell they talking about?
• 30:57
Speaker 1: All of a sudden we have Cassie saying that Diddy was going to blow up Kid Cudi's truck.
• 31:08
Speaker 1: Then his truck gets blown up, cameras get removed from his home, all of this, and even that they figure out a way to spin and and and act like that's nothing.
• 31:26
Speaker 1: But it's so much of a nothing, burger, that the defense is trying to get the victim, which would cuddy, trying to get his whole fucking testimony thrown out, a testimony where, if you listen to shade room and all the rest of the people who met with diddy's Publicist in that cafeteria.
• 31:45
Speaker 1: See, luckily we have YouTubers on site and I'll be on site soon.
• 31:51
Speaker 1: But luckily we have YouTubers on site.
• 31:53
Speaker 1: We would have never known that.
• 31:55
Speaker 1: Shout out to Tisa Tales.
• 31:56
Speaker 1: Everybody told me I didn't hear.
• 31:58
Speaker 1: I didn't hear from Tisa Tales myself.
• 32:01
Speaker 1: I didn't see the show where she said it.
• 32:03
Speaker 1: But I've had numerous people reach out to me and dm me and tell me about tisa tails.
• 32:10
Speaker 1: Tisa tails spilled that information about seeing for herself that diddy's publicist was meeting with tmz, shade room and the breakfast club people.
• 32:23
Speaker 1: See, we didn't have youtube, we didn't have podcasts like this, we wouldn't have known TMZ, shade Room and the Breakfast Club people.
• 32:27
Speaker 1: See, if we didn't have YouTube, we didn't have podcasts like this, we wouldn't have known that information.
• 32:31
Speaker 1: But it makes a lot of sense.
• 32:35
Speaker 1: It makes a lot of sense.
• 32:36
Speaker 1: And let me be fair, breakfast Club, shade Room, all that, especially Breakfast Club, they are based out of New York and I'm sure they part of it is fear.
• 32:49
Speaker 1: Let's just be honest.
• 32:50
Speaker 1: They are in the middle of New York covering a case with somebody who is the biggest person in New York damn near ever and has been known to be violent and intimidate motherfuckers.
• 33:06
Speaker 1: I'm not making excuses for them, but I'm just saying it all makes sense Because they had one tone when the case first started.
• 33:21
Speaker 1: But then once I don't know when this switch came.
• 33:23
Speaker 1: I don't know when the wire hit.
• 33:24
  Speaker 1: I don't know when.
• 33:24
Speaker 1: I don't know when this switch came.
• 33:26
Speaker 1: I don't know when the wire hit, I don't know what was said, but all of a sudden they went from talking about how how much trouble did he's into, all of a sudden.
• 33:41
  Speaker 1: It's no case.
• 33:43
Speaker 1: And we hear all type of when, when.
• 33:45
Speaker 1: What type of evidence do you want?
• 33:47
Speaker 1: Do you want, do you need evidence of diddy on film, uh, laying out all the plan to all his workers, or what they're gonna do?
• 33:54
  Speaker 1: Y'all need a 4k film of that.
• 33:56
Speaker 1: Is that what y'all think rico evidence is?
• 33:59
Speaker 1: So let's get into this people magazine article.
• 34:05
Speaker 1: People magazine says sean diddy combs defense team asked for kid cuddy's testimony about the porsche exploding to be struck from the record.
• 34:14
Speaker 1: The person whose vehicle was literally destroyed and blown up you want his testimony removed.
• 34:24
Speaker 1: As I say again, even though y'all try to act like Brian Steele, was Johnny Cochran up there, which this motion shows?
• 34:33
Speaker 1: He was not, because if he did chew up Kid Cudi, you wouldn't want the shit removed.
• 34:39
Speaker 1: Come on, we got common sense.
• 34:40
  Speaker 1: Sean Diddy.
• 34:44
Speaker 1: Combsbs defense team is asking for Cuddy's testimony to be excluded.
• 34:50
Speaker 1: The car was set on fire by Molotov Molotov cocktail in 2012, according to police reports.
• 34:57
Speaker 1: The police reports were actually obtained by Rolling Stone and, remember, we're going to hear from the law enforcement guy, jimenez.
• 35:03
Speaker 1: I only want to see what he has to say by rolling stone.
• 35:04
Speaker 1: And remember, we're gonna hear from the law enforcement guy, jimmy neds.
• 35:05
Speaker 1: I only want to see what he has to say.
• 35:06
Speaker 1: Um, well, on may 22nd, the ninth day of combs ongoing sex trafficking trial, uh, scott muscati, aka kid cuddy, testified about how his how his Porsche got destroyed.
• 35:33
Speaker 1: Kid Cudi said that on the day of the explosion, he got a call from his dog sitter saying that his car was on fire.
• 35:35
Speaker 1: While on his way back home, he got a picture of the burnt vehicle from a friend.
• 35:39
Speaker 1: That friend was Chip the Ripper.
• 35:44
Speaker 1: If you know him, he's from Cleveland, where I'm from.
• 35:45
Speaker 1: That's one of my homies from back in the day.
• 35:45
Speaker 1: Shout out, chip the Ripper.
• 35:45
Speaker 1: If you know him, he's from Cleveland, where I'm from.
• 35:45
Speaker 1: That's one of my homies from back in the day.
• 35:47
Speaker 1: Shout out Chip the Ripper.
• 35:48
Speaker 1: Him and Cudi have been friends since way, way, way, way, way back early in his career.
• 35:54
Speaker 1: The rapper said his car was beyond repair by the time he got home, noting the top of my Porsche was cut open and that and that's where they inserted the Molotov cocktail.
• 36:10
Speaker 1: The incident came after Cassandra, cassie, ventura and Cuddy dated on and off again, while she and Combs also dated Until 2018.
• 36:22
  Speaker 1: Until 2018.
• 36:27
  Speaker 1: She says.
• 36:28
Speaker 1: Of course, combs became jealous after he found out about Kid Cudi and her and threatened to have Cudi's car blown up.
• 36:33
Speaker 1: Now, what did Cudi testify about?
• 36:36
Speaker 1: Cudi testified that he believed a music mogul was lying when Diddy claimed not to know what he was talking about.
• 36:48
Speaker 1: When he asked him hey, what happened with my car explosion During a meeting at Soho House in Los Angeles with Ventura.
• 36:57
Speaker 1: So they met Diddy, cassie and Kid Cudi, and Kid Cudi asked him to his face what about my car?
• 37:05
Speaker 1: Cudi recalled, allegedly asking Combs, to which the bad boy records founder reportedly answered I don't know what you're talking about.
• 37:14
Speaker 1: According to Kid Cudi, however, the two allegedly encountered each other again at the Soho House a few years later, during which Combs reportedly said he wanted to apologize for everything.
• 37:26
Speaker 1: Kid Cudi said he found peace with that and just went about his life.
• 37:35
Speaker 1: Now Combs defense is asking for his testimony.
• 37:39
Speaker 1: I don't know, guys got pop-ups going on.
• 37:43
Speaker 1: I don't know, guys got pop-ups going on.
• 37:49
Speaker 1: They're asking for the testimony, of course, to be removed.
• 37:52
Speaker 1: What are their reasons?
• 37:57
Speaker 1: What reasons would you have to remove testimony from the actual victim who says their car was removed?
• 38:08
Speaker 1: They are claiming this is speculation.
• 38:16
Speaker 1: They're claiming all of Kid Cudi's testimony is speculation.
• 38:24
Speaker 1: Claiming all of Kid Cudi's testimony is speculation.
• 38:31
  Speaker 1: That's the reason.
• 38:33
Speaker 1: If somebody's not at the home, somebody's not at the home when their car blown up and they arrive on the scene're getting pictures sent and all that.
• 38:49
Speaker 1: What the fuck would they have besides speculation?
• 38:54
Speaker 1: What evidence would they have if you went and removed it can.
• 39:00
Speaker 1: So, according to the defense, if you go to someone's home even though you said you were gonna blow it up, you said you were gonna blow it up then someone goes to the home and removes his cameras, removes everything that he could have some type of source, a source to see what the hell happened.
• 39:17
Speaker 1: You remove all that and now you want his testimony thrown out.
• 39:21
Speaker 1: Talking about it's all speculation.
• 39:22
Speaker 1: So as long as you remove all the cameras and keep your hands from getting dirty.
• 39:26
Speaker 1: You don't have to go to jail, according to the defense.
• 39:30
Speaker 1: Just make sure nobody sees it, make sure you remove all the cameras and you can go in somebody's house and do whatever the fuck you want.
• 39:39
Speaker 1: According to these people, people testimony.
• 39:46
Speaker 1: For the most part, if you are a victim of something that happened when you weren't around, it's gonna be speculation.
• 39:56
Speaker 1: That's why we're all here in the fucking court of law, because this is all speculation until somebody's held accountable or set free.
• 40:07
Speaker 1: If Kid Cudi's testimony wasn't speculation, then Diddy would be fried already, for the most part Because they may have did something at the time.
• 40:27
Speaker 1: But now, when you're good at committing crimes and you're good at, uh, keep keeping your hands from getting dirty and you're good at all these things, well, that's why we have a thing called conspiracy.
• 40:44
Speaker 1: So, yeah, congratulations, you didn't get your hands dirty, you had somebody else do it.
• 40:49
Speaker 1: You didn't talk on the phone, you didn't show up on camera, you did all that, but we got this little thing called conspiracy.
• 40:56
Speaker 1: So that way we can get people to say what the hell that happened and point the finger at you.
• 41:00
Speaker 1: And enough people point the finger at you.
• 41:02
Speaker 1: Your ass still got a case.
• 41:03
Speaker 1: So they're saying witness generally cannot testify.
• 41:12
Speaker 1: That that is in his opinion.
• 41:14
Speaker 1: They are saying that in their opinion, combs defense claims that Kid Cudi's testimony was pure, was mere speculation and poses significant dangers of unfair prejudice against him.
• 41:28
Speaker 1: I'm trying to understand the defense, have a job to do, but this they're getting annoying.
• 41:38
Speaker 1: According to the motions they are filing, we shouldn't even have court.
• 41:45
Speaker 1: We shouldn't even have court Unless you got film or video of the person shooting the person.
• 41:55
Speaker 1: Ain't no case according to this defense team.
• 41:59
Speaker 1: We should just throw the whole system out.
• 42:04
Speaker 1: And if you ain't got nobody caught red handed, then why should they face any consequences?
• 42:09
Speaker 1: According to this defense, the man that got his car blown up he wasn't there.
• 42:15
Speaker 1: Y'all fucking removed his cameras and now you're saying his testimony should be thrown out because it's speculation.
• 42:21
Speaker 1: Sometimes I wish the lawyers had to do half the time.
• 42:28
Speaker 1: If they defend the person and they lose, they should have to do like 10% of the time themselves, and then we see how quick they are to sign up for these cases.
• 42:38
Speaker 1: If they had to do 10% of the of the time that did he uh ended up receiving with none of these lawyers be on this team because they're moving Like they noticed the open and shut case and they're going to just keep throwing shit at the wall until something sticks.
• 42:56
Speaker 1: They're talking about removing the fucking victim who had his car blown up when he wasn't there.
• 43:01
Speaker 1: What is he going to have, besides speculation?
• 43:05
Speaker 1: Y'all removed his cameras, he wasn't there.
• 43:09
Speaker 1: What the fuck else?
• 43:10
  Speaker 1: What you expect?
• 43:11
Speaker 1: You expect him to have DNA.
• 43:18
Speaker 1: What do you expect?
• 43:23
Speaker 1: And now they're talking about it's going to cause unfair prejudice.
• 43:31
Speaker 1: Saying that, and I quote Kid Cudi's speculation about Combs' involvement had minimal value, whereas the danger of unfair prejudice, particularly since he open about the ultimate issues as to which he was the alleged victim whether Combs was guilty of arson, one of the charged racketeering acts was great.
• 44:10
Speaker 1: They are trying anything.
• 44:16
Speaker 1: They don't even know what they're saying at this point Was great.
• 44:17
Speaker 1: They are trying anything.
• 44:18
Speaker 1: They don't even know what they're saying at this point.
• 44:21
Speaker 1: But one thing you can read in this statement they know arson is one of the charged racketeering acts, racketeering slash Rico.
• 44:34
Speaker 1: And they know, like I said, on top of this, capricorn Clark is going to get on the stand and, if she testifies, being held at gunpoint and and and forced to be um, taken to, uh, taken to the scene which is kidnapping, which is another RICO act.
• 44:58
Speaker 1: This one incident could take Diddy down and we still got four more weeks to go.
• 45:03
  Speaker 1: Think about that.
• 45:06
Speaker 1: We could have two solid racketeering acts with four weeks to go and the prosecution hasn't even put on their best evidence yet.
• 45:19
Speaker 1: No prosecution puts on their best evidence.
• 45:23
Speaker 1: So this early, because we all know human nature, you're going to remember the last thing you heard.
• 45:30
Speaker 1: So imagine having at least two, not to mention a possible three.
• 45:36
  Speaker 1: It's like spades.
• 45:37
Speaker 1: You got two in a possible, you got two kidnapping and arson, with this kid, cuddy blowing up shit, uh, the truck, um.
• 45:45
Speaker 1: And then you have possible extortion with, uh, cassie's mom With the $20,000 when Diddy said hey, you got to send me 20 grand, or I'm putting out this freak off tape.
• 46:01
Speaker 1: You could have two impossible three in the bag already with four weeks to go and you haven't even entered in your best evidence yet.
• 46:10
Speaker 1: And you got these fuckers talking about, ain't no case?
• 46:13
Speaker 1: Well, what the hell we all here for?
• 46:15
Speaker 1: All of a sudden, now the feds, who have a 92 I believe 92 conviction rate, all of a sudden now the feds just don't know what the hell they doing according to harvey and them.
• 46:28
Speaker 1: All of a sudden they got a 92 conviction rate.
• 46:31
Speaker 1: But all of a sudden they got a 92% conviction rate.
• 46:34
Speaker 1: But all of a sudden they don't know shit they done brought Rico charges and they don't even know what Rico charges are.
• 46:40
Speaker 1: Again, I challenge you to ask anybody talking that shit Well, explain to me.
• 46:49
Speaker 1: And this is how you stump them.
• 46:50
Speaker 1: Every time I haven't got an answer yet.
• 46:52
Speaker 1: What makes R Kelly's case Rico but not Diddy's?
• 47:01
Speaker 1: Nobody has been able to answer that question yet.
• 47:05
Speaker 1: Every time I ask somebody that question, whether it's in the comments, whether it's in a DM, wherever I haven't got an answer yet.
• 47:17
  Speaker 1: You know why?
• 47:19
Speaker 1: Because it ain't no answer.
• 47:37
  Speaker 1: R Kelly's Rico makes Diddy's Rico or I should say, diddy's Rico makes R Kelly's Rico look like child's play.
• 47:40
Speaker 1: If Diddy's Rico is the NFL, we all love the NFL, right?
• 47:45
Speaker 1: We all love football.
• 47:46
Speaker 1: If Diddy's Rico is the NFL, r Kelly's Rico is flag football on a Sunday night, on a Sunday evening, with a bunch of has-beens and old farts like me playing.
• 48:00
Speaker 1: That's how much more of a Rico.
• 48:07
Speaker 1: Diddy has done 10 times as many acts that fall under Rico than R Kelly could have ever done Yet, and still, r Kelly got 30 years in the same damn city, new York, not too long ago.
• 48:25
  Speaker 1: What was it?
• 48:25
  Speaker 1: 2021.
• 48:26
Speaker 1: Thank you for the super stickers, steph, steph, steph always look out for me and I've been eating good food.
• 48:36
Speaker 1: Ever since y'all been giving me all these super stickers, I've been stepping up my eating a little bit.
• 48:41
Speaker 1: I've been spending a little more, getting a little bit better, a little bit better vittles.
• 48:47
Speaker 1: So thank you, steph, for the super chat.
• 48:48
Speaker 1: But yeah, back to Back to this Rico.
• 49:13
Speaker 1: If Diddy's Rico would be filet mignon, if Diddy's Rico is filet mignon, r Kelly's Rico was Steakums.
• 49:21
  Speaker 1: Y'all know Steakums.
• 49:22
  Speaker 1: Steakums ain't, steakums, ain't.
• 49:23
Speaker 1: I don't even what the hell Steakums made out of.
• 49:27
Speaker 1: It ain't no damn filet mignon, though I don't even think it's real meat.
• 49:30
Speaker 1: The bottom line is what I'm trying to paint to y'all is R Kelly.
• 49:34
Speaker 1: His Rico was literally just because and I'm not saying just because, because I'm just comparing it to Diddy's Rico R Kelly's Rico was because his team used his celebrity status to coerce females into engaging in sex acts and getting with R Kelly.
• 49:58
Speaker 1: And another thing they did was they bribed people to keep people's mouths shut, and they also used their resources to get these girls and would intimidate people without even no acts, just intimidating by words.
• 50:21
Speaker 1: And just that alone got R Kelly Rico.
• 50:29
Speaker 1: Now fast forward to Diddy's Rico, and what we've heard just in the first two weeks and you're going to tell me are Kelly's Rico, his was Rico, but Diddy's is no case.
• 50:46
Speaker 1: I smell bullshit and I don't like it.
• 50:55
Speaker 1: Quit trying to feed me this trash about.
• 51:03
  Speaker 1: This.
• 51:04
  Speaker 1: Ain't no case.
• 51:05
Speaker 1: Now, like I said, even though I think even the sex trafficking is apparent and obvious.
• 51:11
Speaker 1: Apparent is apparent and obvious.
• 51:22
Speaker 1: What is this person saying?
• 51:23
Speaker 1: Someone said legal analysis have noted that the diddy case does echo r kelly's in his novel application of rico to a single individual who allegedly used their power and fame to commit and cover up crimes.
• 51:35
Speaker 1: Thank you for sharing that.
• 51:37
Speaker 1: Chef Diaz of Alex's Fresh Kitchen.
• 51:40
  Speaker 1: I appreciate that.
• 51:44
Speaker 1: And yes, and let's talk about that too while we're on this subject, thanks, angie for the super sticker.
• 51:52
Speaker 1: Angie is also so supportive.
• 51:55
Speaker 1: I appreciate you much.
• 51:56
Speaker 1: Love to you, angie, love you, love you, love you.
• 51:58
Speaker 1: Remember that song love to love, to love you.
• 52:01
Speaker 1: But, um, just another stupid thing that people be have been saying, and I just want to some of this shit I don't even be wanting to say because it's so obvious, but it ain't always obvious, so let me just say it out loud why does Diddy have?
• 52:18
Speaker 1: Why does Diddy have?
• 52:20
Speaker 1: Why is he the only one on this Rico?
• 52:22
Speaker 1: Diddy is the only one.
• 52:28
Speaker 1: They say it as if the feds don't know what they're doing.
• 52:32
Speaker 1: People say like, well, if it's a Rico rico, you can't have a rico with one person.
• 52:37
Speaker 1: The feds don't know what they're doing, like.
• 52:39
Speaker 1: So the feds then put this whole fucking case together all this raids, all the raids, all of this, and they don't.
• 52:47
Speaker 1: And the feds listen to this.
• 52:51
Speaker 1: Y'all the feds don't know that you can't have a Rico with one person.
• 52:58
Speaker 1: These video game playing Cheeto eating motherfuckers sitting on their couch swear they know more than the feds.
• 53:06
Speaker 1: A bunch of people who have went to school for this shit, who try cases all day long.
• 53:11
  Speaker 1: They think this.
• 53:12
Speaker 1: And then the judge so many people gotta sign off for this shit to get to court.
• 53:17
Speaker 1: This cheeto eating video game, if I can think.
• 53:22
Speaker 1: They know more than all these people.
• 53:23
Speaker 1: And you think all of these people got together and the judge signed off on it and the prosecutor, everybody got together and didn't realize oh y'all, we forgot.
• 53:36
Speaker 1: This can't be a Rico because it's only one person.
• 53:43
  Speaker 1: Good thing.
• 53:46
Speaker 1: That person sitting on the couch scratching his behind no more than us, with his Twitter fingers on Instagram and in Flo's comment section saying dumb shit.
• 53:52
Speaker 1: Listen, he is the only one on this, rico, because all his co-conspirators which, if you read the indictment, if you put the video game down and quit with your 40 and 50-year old ass playing video games with my son as I listened to him call y'all old heads, hurt my feelings when I heard my son called him old heads because I said, damn, if they old heads, what the hell am I?
• 54:29
Speaker 1: I was in the other room.
• 54:31
Speaker 1: That was the first time I heard my son talk like that.
• 54:33
Speaker 1: He was playing basketball, basketball.
• 54:35
Speaker 1: He was playing some video game, basketball.
• 54:37
Speaker 1: He was telling his friends, you know, they talk to everybody on these headphones.
• 54:40
Speaker 1: He said, hey, y'all, y'all got a dip on these old heads.
• 54:43
Speaker 1: They be passing, bro.
• 54:44
Speaker 1: I was cracking up.
• 54:46
Speaker 1: I said, damn, I'm an old head.
• 54:48
Speaker 1: Anyway, who do you think these co-conspirators are in the indictment?
• 54:55
Speaker 1: If you read it, these co-conspirators, they would have been the co-defendants.
• 55:01
Speaker 1: But the minute the feds came to them and said you either tell us everything you know, before they could finish that, they said I'm telling you every fucking thing you know about diddy.
• 55:10
Speaker 1: Diddy is an asshole and I ain't going down for him.
• 55:12
Speaker 1: That's how it went.
• 55:15
Speaker 1: See the difference between this Rico and the Rico.
• 55:20
Speaker 1: You may have seen where you got like 10 defendants, let's say, like the Young Thug trial.
• 55:25
Speaker 1: Perfect example because a lot of people tuned in to the Young Thug trial.
• 55:29
Speaker 1: The Young Thug coverage I did was actually one of the most downloaded podcasts.
• 55:34
Speaker 1: Um, since we've been podcasting on the Flow Show, no Filter, every day at 730 am, but listen Monday through Friday.
• 55:42
Speaker 1: This is a good example for everybody because most people followed the Young Thug trial and it was a recall, right, and they didn't have much quote, unquote, hardcore evidence on on your thug.
• 55:56
Speaker 1: But you see, it's a complete deal.
• 55:57
Speaker 1: See, when you talk about conspiracy and rico, it's just once people say get together and say you did it, you gonna, you got, you got hell to pay.
• 56:06
Speaker 1: But anyway, these are street people who live by a street code.
• 56:13
Speaker 1: The street code is no snitching and most of these people live in the streets and live in neighborhoods where if you caught snitching, that could be a death wish, follow me.
• 56:26
Speaker 1: So when you have, let's say, 10 people involved in this recall with Young Thug.
• 56:33
Speaker 1: Let's say young thug would be comparable to diddy.
• 56:36
Speaker 1: But young thug was surrounded by real criminals who had, who lived by a cold, most of them we all know woody ended up snitching, but he and he got away with it.
• 56:48
  Speaker 1: But anyway.
• 56:49
Speaker 1: So when the feds came to them and said, either you tell us everything you need to know or you're gonna be, or you're gonna be a co-defendant, guess what?
• 56:59
Speaker 1: Most of them said kiss my ass, feds, I ain't telling shit, I ain't no snitch, I'm taking it to trial.
• 57:06
Speaker 1: Remember, these are street guys, criminals, this how they live.
• 57:10
Speaker 1: And they went to the next guy.
• 57:12
Speaker 1: They said hey, tell us everything you know about young thug and this and this criminal operation and we'll let you and we'll let you go, and you just going to need to be a witness on the stand.
• 57:22
Speaker 1: They say go to hell, I'm taking it to trial.
• 57:26
Speaker 1: Next thing you know you got 10 co-defendants in a Rico.
• 57:32
Speaker 1: But see, diddy wasn't dealing with street guys.
• 57:34
Speaker 1: These are regular, everyday working people.
• 57:37
Speaker 1: They are snitching on your ass before the fans could even finish asking the question.
• 57:44
Speaker 1: Same thing with R Kelly.
• 57:49
Speaker 1: He didn't have a bunch of street people around him, he had real workers, real employees.
• 57:57
Speaker 1: They don't live by no street code and no snitches get stitches.
• 58:04
Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, what they're called is civilians.
• 58:08
Speaker 1: I'm giving you all a little street knowledge today.
• 58:11
Speaker 1: When you're a civilian, that means you don't engage in criminal acts, that means you're just an everyday regular.
• 58:21
Speaker 1: What we say square, I'm a square.
• 58:23
Speaker 1: So ain't nobody talking shit about nobody.
• 58:26
Speaker 1: I'm a square, happy to be a square.
• 58:28
Speaker 1: Fuck the criminal world.
• 58:30
Speaker 1: Fuck the criminal world.
• 58:35
Speaker 1: So a civilian is not looked at or expected to not snitch.
• 58:44
Speaker 1: So R Kelly and Diddy surrounded themselves with average everyday working people.
• 58:48
Speaker 1: So when the feds come or when law enforcement come, they are turning and flipping on you before you can say the word flip Soon, as the feds say hey, tell us everything.
• 59:00
Speaker 1: I got it right here.
• 59:02
Speaker 1: They're already writing Did he did this?
• 59:04
Speaker 1: Did he did that?
• 59:05
Speaker 1: Did he did this?
• 59:06
Speaker 1: He got an itty bitty diddy.
• 59:07
Speaker 1: His dick is the size of a Tootsie Roll.
• 59:09
Speaker 1: What else you need to know?
• 59:10
Speaker 1: He had a mohawk.
• 59:14
Speaker 1: It was kind of nappy.
• 59:15
Speaker 1: Back in the day, flow calls a mohawk diddy.
• 59:20
Speaker 1: Um, he threw the chef out.
• 59:22
Speaker 1: Uh, he don't wash his hands after you use the bathroom.
• 59:26
  Speaker 1: They telling everything.
• 59:27
Speaker 1: This is how you get a Rico by yourself.
• 59:38
Speaker 1: Do criminal acts with a bunch of people who ain't criminals, who ain't living the street life, who are civilians with families, and you gonna have a Rico by yourself.
• 59:49
Speaker 1: But for those that were talking about why did he have a Rico?
• 59:55
Speaker 1: I mean, how did he have a Rico by himself?
• 59:57
Speaker 1: If you read the indictment paperwork you'll know he wasn't by himself.
• 1:00:02
Speaker 1: He had things that people they call co-conspirators, and those co-conspirators signed what are called proffers, which means hey, feds, I don't want to go down.
• 1:00:13
Speaker 1: I'm not doing a fucking no time for Diddy.
• 1:00:16
Speaker 1: What do you need to know?
• 1:00:17
Speaker 1: I'm telling you everything.
• 1:00:19
Speaker 1: Next thing you know you're out of the woods and now you're snitching and telling on Diddy.
• 1:00:25
Speaker 1: Now you're looking around, matter of fact, oh, because I'm teaching today, y'all need to send me some more super stickers or some more.
• 1:00:37
Speaker 1: Send me some uh cash app or apple pay.
• 1:00:41
Speaker 1: Y'all see the apple pay information, um, under the uh in this little orange box.
• 1:00:46
Speaker 1: But uh, this is a good one today.
• 1:00:50
Speaker 1: A matter of fact, I would even go as far as to say, and somebody said, sylvia said I'm sick of this cocky motherfucker, can't wait until he he's giving life.
• 1:01:02
Speaker 1: Go ahead, sylvia, sylvia, hey look, sylvia has a way with words I got look, look, see, is this what happens?
• 1:01:10
Speaker 1: I try to remain calm and then it's like, once I get turned up, my whole chat get turned up.
• 1:01:16
Speaker 1: You know, we all like.
• 1:01:17
Speaker 1: We all like on the same wavelength.
• 1:01:20
Speaker 1: So that's why I try to stay calm, because then the more animated and turnt up I get, then it like piss, like y'all get pissed off too and I feel like it's my fault Because that's if that ain't a flow line right there, something about.
• 1:01:34
Speaker 1: I'm sick of this cocky motherfucker.
• 1:01:35
Speaker 1: But anyway, let me get back on topic.
• 1:01:39
Speaker 1: I would go on to say, after the R Kelly trial and then after this Diddy trial, if you're in a Rico case and you by yourself, that's a bad fucking sign.
• 1:01:55
  Speaker 1: It's not a good sign.
• 1:01:57
Speaker 1: It's actually a bad sign because, yes, all the little video game plan Cheeto eating a dollar menu, buddies, they're right with you.
• 1:02:14
Speaker 1: Can't have a Rico with one person.
• 1:02:16
Speaker 1: Yeah, you're right with you.
• 1:02:19
Speaker 1: Can't have a Rico with one person, yeah, you're right.
• 1:02:21
Speaker 1: But if you got a Rico with one person, that means all your employees and everybody involved is telling on your ass.
• 1:02:26
Speaker 1: So if you see a Rico and there's only one person on that Rico 10 times out of 10, his ass is grass.
• 1:02:45
Speaker 1: 10 out of 10 times his ass is grass.
• 1:02:46
Speaker 1: That means everybody telling on him you done dug up Kid Cudi.
• 1:02:55
Speaker 1: Kid Cudi been in his own world for 15 years.
• 1:02:59
Speaker 1: Kid Cudi has a cult following.
• 1:03:01
Speaker 1: When people just to put it out there, when people be talking about I didn't even know, cudi still rapped, ha ha ha, he broke.
• 1:03:09
Speaker 1: I think he's broke trying to shit on Diddy.
• 1:03:13
Speaker 1: No, cudi is very good, very well off and Cudi has a cult following.
• 1:03:21
Speaker 1: Like I said, I feel like he has very supportive group and he doesn't need to be running around in the limelight and running around and being seen.
• 1:03:34
Speaker 1: His fans take care of him and they love the shit out of Cudi.
• 1:03:39
Speaker 1: If you don't know that, next time you see Cudi because he still performs next time he perform, check out the footage.
• 1:03:47
Speaker 1: Hey, look, you'll know that Whatever shit you're talking about Cudi, you better not go in.
• 1:03:53
Speaker 1: Whatever shit you're talking about Cudi, you better not take your ass in that concert and say it.
• 1:03:57
Speaker 1: Cudi's fans will tear your ass from limb to limb.
• 1:04:00
  Speaker 1: They love Cudi.
• 1:04:02
Speaker 1: So in this world, if you ain't running around trying to be seen and being toxic and trying to be in the news every day they think you ain't popping.
• 1:04:11
Speaker 1: Well, I just wanted to clear the air on that For people that don't know.
• 1:04:15
Speaker 1: Just because Cudi ain't in the mainstream world, no more.
• 1:04:18
Speaker 1: Cudi has millions of fans who love.
• 1:04:24
Speaker 1: If Cudi breathe online, it's the best they feel, it's the best breath they ever saw or heard of.
• 1:04:32
Speaker 1: So let me put that to bed about Cuddy needing anything Cuddy don't even care about the limelight.
• 1:04:38
  Speaker 1: No more.
• 1:04:39
Speaker 1: Cuddy could just perform and make music for his core fans and he a millionaire the rest of his life.
• 1:04:46
Speaker 1: Let's just be clear.
• 1:04:48
Speaker 1: He didn't need anything.
• 1:04:49
Speaker 1: He just stood up there and I believe he represented for his dog, because I don't know what the hell did he did to that dog.
• 1:04:56
Speaker 1: But Mr Baby Oil Astro Glide Diddler, who knows?
• 1:05:04
Speaker 1: I don't even want to think about it.
• 1:05:05
Speaker 1: People keep asking me what I think he did to the dog.
• 1:05:08
Speaker 1: I'm not even saying I don't even want to say that I don't know.
• 1:05:11
Speaker 1: I just I will say I don't know what the hell he did to that dog.
• 1:05:15
Speaker 1: I know he didn't pick up the dog and gently put him in the bathroom and gently locked the door.
• 1:05:22
Speaker 1: I know he didn't do that.
• 1:05:23
Speaker 1: So a lot of emotions, steph says.
• 1:05:33
Speaker 1: People have so much hate for those who are successful and self-made?
• 1:05:36
  Speaker 1: They sure do.
• 1:05:37
Speaker 1: They need to see you on mainstream, trying to be seen, trying to be heard.
• 1:05:44
Speaker 1: That's how they recognize fame or fortune or success.
• 1:05:49
Speaker 1: But if you have to do a little digging to know how how lit somebody is, or you had to do a little research that may take about two, three minutes, oh, they don't got time for that.
• 1:06:01
Speaker 1: They don't got time for that.
• 1:06:07
Speaker 1: I mean, kid Cudi, I would love to be in.
• 1:06:11
Speaker 1: If this flow community can build, we can build this to just half of the community that Kid Cudi has, I would be happy as hell.
• 1:06:24
Speaker 1: And you know we got a big community and you know we tearing shit up online.
• 1:06:31
Speaker 1: We had we had a million to two million viewers every day, y'all viewing flow content, our little mighty community.
• 1:06:42
Speaker 1: So imagine cuddy, while people talking about he broke or he this or he that shit.
• 1:06:48
Speaker 1: We all should be that broke.
• 1:06:50
Speaker 1: We all should have that kind of community.
• 1:06:53
Speaker 1: I mean it is amazing.
• 1:06:55
Speaker 1: Shout out to him.
• 1:06:56
  Speaker 1: I'm.
• 1:06:56
Speaker 1: I feel proud because we both went to the same high school.
• 1:06:59
Speaker 1: Like I told you, when Kid Cudi first blew up, he invited me.
• 1:07:04
Speaker 1: I was with Chip at the time, um, and they invited me to the house of blues and for me to see that star power up close and personal, it was amazing.
• 1:07:14
Speaker 1: So, uh, what we gotta look forward to today.
• 1:07:19
  Speaker 1: I am excited.
• 1:07:21
Speaker 1: Um, cash is excited.
• 1:07:25
Speaker 1: He just so excited right now.
• 1:07:27
Speaker 1: He just fucking passed out.
• 1:07:28
Speaker 1: He's so excited he can't even wake up.
• 1:07:32
Speaker 1: Uh, we we getting, we getting our trip together.
• 1:07:37
Speaker 1: I'm so excited about to, uh, to see what the hell capricorn clark is gonna say today.
• 1:07:42
Speaker 1: I'm gonna be honest.
• 1:07:43
Speaker 1: Those law enforcements, I know they gotta do their job and I know they are like very important to the case.
• 1:07:49
Speaker 1: But the law enforcements, I know they got to do their job and I know they are like very important to the case.
• 1:07:51
Speaker 1: But the law enforcements, when they get on the stand, it's just boring.
• 1:07:55
Speaker 1: But I understand that they have information and we need all the information.
• 1:08:00
Speaker 1: But I'm just being honest.
• 1:08:01
Speaker 1: You know I'm always honest with y'all.
• 1:08:02
Speaker 1: I'm not going to sit up here and act like I'm excited about every fucking thing, because that will be phony, and you know I don excited about every fucking thing because that will be phony, and you know I don't have a phony bone in my body.
• 1:08:12
Speaker 1: I'm one of the few people that I will tell you I'm excited about Capricorn Clark and the fucking law enforcement.
• 1:08:17
Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure that's going to be a snooze fest, but I'm going to tune in anyway because it's my job and I'm bringing out effects.
• 1:08:24
Speaker 1: Now I say all that and then who knows Fucking law bring y'all the facts.
• 1:08:30
Speaker 1: Now I say all that, and then who knows fucking law enforcement guy could be explosive.
• 1:08:32
Speaker 1: I don't know, I'm just being honest about what I'm excited about.
• 1:08:35
Speaker 1: But if they are able to get to the chef today, if they can do capricorn clark, and then we gotta get through the snooze fest with the law enforcement guy.
• 1:08:43
Speaker 1: I don't know what the hell he gonna say, but after him, if they can get to the chef today too, oh my god, this would be a fucking horrible day for diddy, and we all would like that, I'm pretty sure.
• 1:08:57
Speaker 1: But, um, yeah, so.
• 1:09:00
Speaker 1: So we got, though we got the law enforcement guy.
• 1:09:02
Speaker 1: Let me do some last minute checking for you guys to see if anything has hit the wire concerning the case right now.
• 1:09:11
Speaker 1: Um, before we get out of here, let me look it up right now, my trusty phone, see if anything, because sometimes, right when I get off, they like break some new news for the morning.
• 1:09:24
Speaker 1: I'll be like, damn, I would have liked to touched on that.
• 1:09:27
Speaker 1: No, diddy, I know 50 cent been trolling the hell out of diddy, but uh, let's see what they're saying.
• 1:09:35
Speaker 1: Third week okay, so let's say live update.
• 1:09:37
Speaker 1: This is from eyewitness news.
• 1:09:38
Speaker 1: Third week of the trial of sean diddy combs will resume today.
• 1:09:44
Speaker 1: Witness uh testimony set to continue.
• 1:09:48
Speaker 1: When court resumes, the prosecutors plan to call Capricorn Clark and representatives from Los Angeles Fire and Police Department.
• 1:09:59
Speaker 1: So maybe they're calling more than one person.
• 1:10:01
Speaker 1: From what I read, it was a guy named Jimenez or something like Jimenez, but I, oh, jiminez or something like jiminey or jiminez, but uh, I, uh, oh.
• 1:10:13
Speaker 1: And everybody on youtube, uh, ticket tv has an interview with the uh dexter, uh, pitman, who is the guy who claims, um, he claims that uh, fonsworth, bentley and diddydy drugged him and some of the youngins which were, you know, when we say youngins, we mean under the age of 18 and far, far under the age of 18.
• 1:10:38
Speaker 1: Ticket TV actually interviewed.
• 1:10:41
  Speaker 1: Do y'all know?
• 1:10:42
  Speaker 1: The guy's a white guy.
• 1:10:43
Speaker 1: I did not know the guy was a white guy.
• 1:10:45
Speaker 1: I just thought that I don't know what, I just assumed he was a black guy, but, um, I didn't get a chance to watch the interview, but I think it, I think it's gonna be a lot of it should be a lot of explosive information in there.
• 1:10:59
Speaker 1: So I would encourage y'all, or even apple and spotify, if you go to youtube, go to ticket tv.
• 1:11:04
Speaker 1: I told you that's ticket tv and tisa tales are.
• 1:11:07
Speaker 1: The two are pretty much the only other two people covering this that I engage and watch and believe in.
• 1:11:14
Speaker 1: So check out Ticket TV, who actually has an interview with the guy who because we all got questions about why would the guy bring the girl around, bring those young girls around, diddy and Farnsworth Bentley and if you watch the episode, remember they were allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted and all that.
• 1:11:35
Speaker 1: Like I said, ticket TV actually interviewed Mr Pittman.
• 1:11:39
Speaker 1: I think y'all should go check it out.
• 1:11:43
  Speaker 1: Um, I was.
• 1:11:43
Speaker 1: I was quite surprised that he was a white man.
• 1:11:47
Speaker 1: I don't know, I just assumed it was in Atlanta.
• 1:11:49
Speaker 1: I just assumed he was a white man.
• 1:11:50
Speaker 1: I don't know, I just assumed it was in atlanta.
• 1:11:51
Speaker 1: I just assumed he was black, which doesn't matter black or white, but uh, I just thought that was interesting.
• 1:11:56
Speaker 1: I'm interested to watch the uh interview after.
• 1:11:58
Speaker 1: If I have some time today.
• 1:12:00
Speaker 1: I'm gonna watch it, but I don't know.
• 1:12:01
Speaker 1: Today I gotta do a lot of planning.
• 1:12:02
Speaker 1: I'm trying to figure this new york shit out and um all of so I might not have time today, but I would encourage y'all to go ahead and watch it out.
• 1:12:13
Speaker 1: People are even saying Oprah could get drug into this.
• 1:12:16
Speaker 1: I don't know, that could be fake news, but this is what they're saying about Capricorn Clark.
• 1:12:22
Speaker 1: They're saying she is the longest employee who rose to ranks with Diddy.
• 1:12:30
Speaker 1: So, outside of Cassie, they believe that Capricorn Clark is going to be one of the biggest damaging as far as uh, eyewitness or witness close to the camp she witnessed.
• 1:12:47
  Speaker 1: She actually witnessed.
• 1:12:48
Speaker 1: Guess what else she witnessed?
• 1:12:49
  Speaker 1: She actually witnessed.
• 1:12:50
Speaker 1: Guess what else she witnessed?
• 1:12:51
Speaker 1: Capricorn clark witnessed the twenty thousand dollar extortion shit.
• 1:12:57
  Speaker 1: I didn't even realize that.
• 1:13:01
Speaker 1: She also witnessed violence incident in 2010 at a dinner in West Hollywood, and at the dinner, this is where Diddy punched Cassie In front of other guests.
• 1:13:23
Speaker 1: Remember Don Richards or Don Richard I don't know which one it is, but Don said she saw that and said Usher, neo, big Daddy Kane was there for some reason.
• 1:13:36
Speaker 1: Shout out to Big Daddy Kane for still being around.
• 1:13:39
Speaker 1: Um, big Daddy Kane, neo.
• 1:13:42
Speaker 1: And, I believe, did she say Jimmy Iovine?
• 1:13:44
Speaker 1: I know somebody from Interscope was there I don't have the story in front of me right now, but Capricorn Clark was there.
• 1:13:59
Speaker 1: Harv Pierre, bad boy records president, was there.
• 1:14:00
Speaker 1: And if he gets on the stand and starts snitching and flipping on Diddy, that's going to be another damning.
• 1:14:05
Speaker 1: That's what I say y'all For them to be, what I'm interested, interested in, and let me tell y'all this right now, because y'all know I like to.
• 1:14:11
Speaker 1: I like to predict a lot of shit.
• 1:14:15
Speaker 1: This case is going to get worse and worse and worse for diddy as we go.
• 1:14:20
Speaker 1: It's like it says, like a pair of vice grips the tighter you turn it, the tighter it get, and it just just don't loosen up.
• 1:14:27
Speaker 1: I am so interested to see as this gets worse and worse, to the point where you're going to look stupid as hell trying to act like ain't no case going.
• 1:14:40
Speaker 1: I want to see clark is going to uh, name a lot more names.
• 1:14:54
Speaker 1: Remember I told you, every time somebody gets on the witness stand, stand and names other names, you can bet your bottom dollar that that person may show up on the witness stand.
• 1:15:06
Speaker 1: For the most part, 99% chance.
• 1:15:09
Speaker 1: So if Harv Pierre, which he has been knee deep in all of this Diddy stuff from the beginning.
• 1:15:15
Speaker 1: If he gets on that stand and has to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help him.
• 1:15:19
  Speaker 1: God.
• 1:15:19
  Speaker 1: It's a wrap.
• 1:15:22
  Speaker 1: Remember that situation.
• 1:15:25
  Speaker 1: Everybody is around.
• 1:15:26
Speaker 1: Dawn said Diddy punched Cassie in the stomach In front of big execs, celebrities and all kind of men and I'm using men in quote, because any men, any man who sat around and let Diddy punch Cassie in the stomach and didn't do anything about it didn't say anything.
• 1:15:47
Speaker 1: You ain't no man.
• 1:15:50
Speaker 1: Now Clark successfully corroborates even this punching of the stomach story On top of everything else.
• 1:16:01
Speaker 1: She knows Diddy gonna be fucked up, even though he's already messed up.
• 1:16:13
Speaker 1: But, like I said, I am excited and you should be too, of course.
• 1:16:17
Speaker 1: You know I'm gonna have an update today.
• 1:16:19
Speaker 1: I'm gonna have an update as soon as it happens.
• 1:16:22
Speaker 1: Let's see what we got in here.
• 1:16:24
Speaker 1: We got in the chat Harpier.
• 1:16:28
Speaker 1: They talking about Harpier.
• 1:16:29
Speaker 1: Yeah, millenniums are old heads now, like damn, my son called it when he called.
• 1:16:37
Speaker 1: They called them old heads.
• 1:16:38
Speaker 1: I said damn, what the fuck am I if they old heads?
• 1:16:42
Speaker 1: But um, welcome in everybody who came in here.
• 1:16:48
Speaker 1: This is going to be an explosive day, but welcome in everybody who came in here.
• 1:16:51
Speaker 1: This is going to be an explosive day.
• 1:16:54
Speaker 1: Yeah, somebody said notice, did these white workers all quit fast?
• 1:16:57
Speaker 1: Yeah, they got the hell out of there.
• 1:16:59
Speaker 1: They got the hell out of there.
• 1:17:01
Speaker 1: Somebody said that in the chat.
• 1:17:03
Speaker 1: Me too, big square, and I love it.
• 1:17:07
Speaker 1: Yeah, people say the same thing, we are.
• 1:17:09
  Speaker 1: I'm telling y'all, tune in.
• 1:17:10
Speaker 1: I may have to even bring.
• 1:17:12
Speaker 1: It depends if capricorn clark uh, if her testimony is as explosive as I think it's gonna be, my, my update, my, my daily update, may come earlier than six o'clock, seven o'clock.
• 1:17:26
Speaker 1: Today it may come at about two or three, because I'm gonna have to update right after um.
• 1:17:34
Speaker 1: I'm gonna have to update the um, I'm gonna have to update the trial.
• 1:17:42
Speaker 1: Like I can't wait till seven o'clock because I'm, I'm pretty sure, because, let me tell you, I got some background on capricorn clock.
• 1:17:48
Speaker 1: I don't want to reveal too much to after her testimony, but when I tell y'all, I am like connected in a lot of this shit, just by chance, I have a friend, an industry friend, who's actually that's his family.
• 1:18:05
Speaker 1: So I've got a lot of background on Capricorn Clark, actually, that's his family.
• 1:18:09
Speaker 1: So I've got a lot of background on Capricorn Clark Actually it's, I'm just going to say his family.
• 1:18:13
Speaker 1: I don't want to put too much information out there.
• 1:18:16
Speaker 1: Have him all pissed at me, but anyway.
• 1:18:19
Speaker 1: And he told me, capricorn Clark ain't no joke, meaning like she's very tough, feisty and uh, so who knows, once she get on that stand.
• 1:18:39
Speaker 1: And one thing I can say about a female versus a male we can be a lot like, even cuddy.
• 1:18:45
Speaker 1: We tend to be a lot, a lot more calculated a little bit and thinking a lot what we say, and more or less like females won't get up there and tell you all the fucking details, just like cassie did, because that's how females tend to communicate.
• 1:18:59
Speaker 1: Us guys we barely.
• 1:19:01
Speaker 1: We just gonna say, hey, well, uh, how was last night a guy, the guy we just be like, was last night A guy to guy we just be like, oh, last night was nice or I liked it, and that's about the extent of what we'll say Women.
• 1:19:14
Speaker 1: You ask those how was last night?
• 1:19:16
Speaker 1: They're going to tell you how the music was, how the food was, what they didn't like, what smells they smelled.
• 1:19:21
Speaker 1: That's just different ways we communicate.
• 1:19:23
Speaker 1: And I'm saying that to say with me, knowing that Capricorn Clark ain't no joke and I know this from a family member who.
• 1:19:33
Speaker 1: This family member I've known a long time.
• 1:19:36
Speaker 1: This is a good person.
• 1:19:38
Speaker 1: I got a lot of faith in whatever they tell me and the funny thing was I told them that I believed Capricorn Clark was going to testify, before they even knew Capricorn Clark was testifying and they are a family.
• 1:19:55
Speaker 1: But that's what made him.
• 1:19:58
Speaker 1: You know, we talk about all this stuff anyway.
• 1:20:00
Speaker 1: But he called me like that's my cousin, you saying my cousin going to testify?
• 1:20:05
  Speaker 1: I said I think so.
• 1:20:07
Speaker 1: And damn it, I was.
• 1:20:10
Speaker 1: Mr Told you so.
• 1:20:11
Speaker 1: Right again, I know more than the damn family members know.
• 1:20:14
Speaker 1: I let the family members know that who's testifying.
• 1:20:18
Speaker 1: But anyway, he told me she ain't no joke, she come from a tough family and she is very feisty.
• 1:20:27
Speaker 1: I just say it like that.
• 1:20:29
Speaker 1: So, with that information and knowing what she was around for 11 years and she has even dropped little subliminal tweets and stuff when all this was going on, I read them to y'all.
• 1:20:44
Speaker 1: I'm not gonna read them again, but basically the gist of them was she was saying things about how they will skin you, baby girl, and and then forget that they actually act like they never wanted to skin and she even had something that was eerie when she said something about unlocked doors, something, something, something and it was, and to me it might have been pertaining to kid cuddy's door being unlocked.
• 1:21:09
Speaker 1: She said something about unlocked doors will do something.
• 1:21:13
Speaker 1: I don't know, man, I don't have it in front of me.
• 1:21:15
Speaker 1: And then she said something else which made me tell y'all the story about how I think Diddy made Cassie and her do things, her do things.
• 1:21:32
Speaker 1: Because she said, and she made an emphatic, she made an emphatic statement saying that kim porter was the only one who didn't switch up.
• 1:21:36
Speaker 1: I thought that was telling because capricorn clark and cassie were pretty cool at a real cool at this time and for her to, after the fact, for Capricorn Clark to say Kim Porter, which was Diddy's ex and the mother of his children, for them to say Kim Porter, for her to say Kim Porter is the only one who never switched up.
• 1:22:00
Speaker 1: To me that was a bold statement.
• 1:22:03
Speaker 1: That was literally to let people know everybody switched up and she not taking nobody off the list.
• 1:22:09
Speaker 1: She said everybody was basically coddling to the devil, but when she was dropping these tweets she still was under an NDA and by her being under that NDA, she couldn't say much and she still was, I'm sure, towing the line of that NDA by even saying what she said.
• 1:22:35
Speaker 1: Now, why am I saying all that?
• 1:22:39
Speaker 1: Because in my mind, if she was willing to go that hard, speaking about women and black women and the treatment, and knowing she was under an NDA and couldn't say much, but she said a lot, if she was willing to do that at that time and I think this was maybe a couple of years ago or something, it wasn't recent, but it was a little while ago.
• 1:23:06
Speaker 1: It wasn't recent, but it was a little while ago If she was willing to do all of that, then under an NDA, without even no type of protection, can you imagine what she's going to say on this trial, on this stand today?
• 1:23:21
  Speaker 1: She gets this.
• 1:23:26
Speaker 1: Did he beat the crap out of her?
• 1:23:27
Speaker 1: So much so that Diddy and Interscope had to stroke a check because the wolves was going to be on Diddy's ass, because Capricorn Clark come from a real-ass family in a real-ass neighborhood and, without me saying too much, they was about to eat Diddy's ass.
• 1:23:48
Speaker 1: No, diddy, they was about to tear him up and Diddy paid a large sum of money.
• 1:23:56
Speaker 1: But think about it.
• 1:23:58
Speaker 1: I don't care how much money and that money probably gone or who cares about the money when you get to go on the stand and potentially sink somebody who you've despised, who treated you like crap, who beat the hell out of you.
• 1:24:14
Speaker 1: I believe Capricorn Clark going to bring it.
• 1:24:19
Speaker 1: I believe Capricorn Clark is going to set the court on fire today.
• 1:24:29
Speaker 1: I believe she's going to lay out the plan.
• 1:24:35
Speaker 1: I think she's even going to implicate Cassie more in what more Cassie may have told besides the address.
• 1:24:43
Speaker 1: Did Cassie tell where the cameras were All by Diddy's direction?
• 1:24:49
Speaker 1: Was it all a plot?
• 1:24:53
Speaker 1: See, capricorn Clark knows.
• 1:24:56
Speaker 1: You got to remember.
• 1:25:00
Speaker 1: Capricorn Clark was with Diddy from like 2001 to like 2011.
• 1:25:04
Speaker 1: You remember a lot of that.
• 1:25:07
Speaker 1: Half of that was the Mohawk Diddy era, and I always say she never gave Diddy a Mohawk.
• 1:25:16
Speaker 1: But think about she knows what.
• 1:25:18
Speaker 1: She knows where Mohawk Diddy's bones are buried, where he buried somebody.
• 1:25:22
Speaker 1: She was around for a decade as one of his most trusted assistants.
• 1:25:32
Speaker 1: Not only do I believe she's going to sink his ass and talk about the Cuddy stuff and talk about different instances with Cassie, but I believe she's going to share more stuff that happened to her that we don't even know about.
• 1:25:47
Speaker 1: But I believe she's going to share more stuff that happened to her that we don't even know about Because somebody like Diddy if he beat the hell out of Capricorn Clark when he found out about Kid Cudi, then old Tootsie Roll Diddy you can guarantee he put his hands on her before, whether it was a straight beating or whether it was just grabbing her, berating her.
• 1:26:17
Speaker 1: I'm sure there were many other instances like that in a 10-year period.
• 1:26:22
Speaker 1: Tootsie Roll Diddy the itty-bitty Tootsie Roll Diddy the itty bitty Tootsie Roll that could.
• 1:26:28
Speaker 1: He has laid out Every stereotype that you can imagine.
• 1:26:37
Speaker 1: Diddy has brought truth to it.
• 1:26:41
Speaker 1: He running around Raging the world, Mad at the world.
• 1:26:48
Speaker 1: He could be mad at the world.
• 1:26:51
Speaker 1: He could be mad at the world because he itty bitty diddy, itty bitty diddy with the little Tootsie Roll.
• 1:26:59
Speaker 1: He could be mad at the world because of that Very insecure man you're looking at, very, extremely insecure, and these are things I heard about him before I knew all the wild shit.
• 1:27:13
Speaker 1: Even his friends who we think his friends in the industry they all told me how insecure did he was.
• 1:27:18
Speaker 1: That was known when I was in the industry running around, that this is when I didn't even know about all this wild, crazy, freaky shit and at mr astroglide, mr baby oil himself.
• 1:27:31
Speaker 1: I didn't know a lot of this stuff, but I did know his peers would tell me how insecure he was, for example.
• 1:27:38
Speaker 1: This is a small little thing, but it's just some.
• 1:27:41
  Speaker 1: Some bring context.
• 1:27:43
Speaker 1: When him and keisha cole were on fire with that song last night and I don't know, you could probably pull up the performance, but they performed, I believe it was on BET and this was the height of that song last night I couldn't even get a message or I couldn't even get no answer, whatever the hell he said, him and Keisha co.
• 1:28:11
Speaker 1: So when they performed at the end, I believe they were both on these platforms, like diddy was on one and I believe either keisha was on one or she was on the ground, I can't remember.
• 1:28:24
Speaker 1: But the whole point of the story is, at the end of the song they like lifted up and instead of both of the platforms lifting up to the same level, diddy had to have his, like his platform.
• 1:28:38
Speaker 1: He had to instruct them to lift him all the way up to the fucking ceiling, while keisha cole down low, even though keisha Cole was the star of that song.
• 1:28:48
Speaker 1: Keisha Cole was the reason that song was a hit.
• 1:28:51
Speaker 1: But Diddy, itty Bitty.
• 1:28:53
Speaker 1: Diddy is so insecure that he had to make.
• 1:28:57
  Speaker 1: He had to.
• 1:28:57
Speaker 1: He had to make sure that they lifted his ass to the moon and and and.
• 1:29:02
Speaker 1: If you, if you're just watching it and you don't know, like the context of people behind the scenes telling you how insecure diddy is and how he made sure to tell bt to lift his shit up higher than keisha cole, if you just watching it, you'll think like, oh, that's just how it happened.
• 1:29:19
Speaker 1: But I was around his peers who would remain nameless because I don't want to get nobody in trouble, because I ain't worried about me getting in trouble.
• 1:29:26
Speaker 1: You know I don't give a fuck nobody in trouble Cause I ain't worried about me getting in trouble.
• 1:29:28
  Speaker 1: You know I don't give a fuck.
• 1:29:29
Speaker 1: But when I'm talking about shit, other people told me, unless they want me to say their name, I'm not going to say that name.
• 1:29:35
  Speaker 1: I don't.
• 1:29:36
  Speaker 1: I don't do people like that Y'all.
• 1:29:38
Speaker 1: The story is is is enough information.
• 1:29:44
Speaker 1: So at the end of the like, you know the little grand finale they, they got the keisha calls on one thing and diddy's on another and like they, they lift up keisha call like maybe three feet, and then diddy's platform thing goes up like 50 feet.
• 1:30:01
Speaker 1: It was just like I said it.
• 1:30:03
Speaker 1: Thank you, we about to get out of here y'all.
