- 0:05Speaker 1: Launch Control, this is Houston.
- 0:06Speaker 2: We are going to launch. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
- 0:10Speaker 3: That's Chris X Radio.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Chris X Radio.
- 0:19Speaker 4: Chris X Radio.
- 0:20Speaker 5: What we need right now is a clear message to
- 0:23Speaker 5: the people of this country.
- 0:25Speaker 6: This message must be.
- 0:26Speaker 5: Read in every newspaper, heard on every radio, seen on
- 0:29Speaker 5: every television.
- 0:30Speaker 7: This message must resound throughout the entire intelligence.
- 0:34Speaker 4: And now, your host. I believe this is going to
- 0:36Speaker 4: be our finest hour. Chris X.
- 0:59Speaker 2: Oh man, is it another Monday? Somebody's got a case
- 1:03Speaker 2: of the Mondays.
- 1:05Speaker 8: I think if somebody said that to me, I'd whoop
- 1:07Speaker 8: somebody's ass. Bonus points for whoever guesses what movie that is. Anywho,
- 1:15Speaker 8: good afternoon. Welcome to Chris X Radio. I am the
- 1:19Speaker 8: aforementioned X-Man. Glad to have you here with us as
- 1:22Speaker 8: we have now assumed control of the airwaves, at least
- 1:26Speaker 8: as best we can.
- 1:27Speaker 2: There were some things going on earlier that was a
- 1:28Speaker 2: little insane.
- 1:30Speaker 8: But we are here. We are live on your Manic
- 1:32Speaker 8: Monday edition of the program. We have assumed control of
- 1:35Speaker 8: the broadcast. We're going to maintain control of this broadcast
- 1:38Speaker 8: here for the next two hours, if at all possible. Cash,
- 1:41Speaker 8: you got control of the wheel? You going to keep
- 1:44Speaker 8: us away from the curbs on the way?
- 1:45Speaker 2: Oh, you know it's a little choppy, but I got you.
- 1:48Speaker 8: A little choppy. Sometimes that happens. But nonetheless, we come
- 1:53Speaker 8: bearing that gift beyond price that is almost free. Ladies
- 1:57Speaker 8: and gentlemen, we bring you the spirit of talk radio
- 2:01Speaker 8: here on your manic Monday. Apparently the Texans lost to
- 2:04Speaker 8: the Cowboys yesterday.
- 2:06Speaker 2: They're 0-4. That's a great start.
- 2:10Speaker 8: After the Astros got bounced out of the playoffs in
- 2:13Speaker 8: the first round.
- 2:13Speaker 9: So there you go.
- 2:18Speaker 2: I got a lot going on today.
- 2:19Speaker 8: Uh, once again, my final interview that I recorded from
- 2:22Speaker 8: Texas values, faith vest, not Saturday, but the previous Saturday.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Uh, so I've got that.
- 2:29Speaker 8: This will be my final one. I'm going to play
- 2:30Speaker 8: that today. It's Julie Pickering. She's with the Texas state
- 2:34Speaker 8: board of education.
- 2:35Speaker 2: We talked with her. It was a good interview with Julie.
- 2:37Speaker 8: So we talked with Julie, um, We've got a lot
- 2:41Speaker 8: to talk about today. It is the last day to
- 2:43Speaker 8: register to vote in the midterms, by the way. I
- 2:46Speaker 8: don't know if you guys are aware of this, but
- 2:48Speaker 8: you better register today. You've only got a limited amount
- 2:50Speaker 8: of time. Early voting begins in two weeks on the 19th. Monday,
- 2:55Speaker 8: October 19th through Friday, October 30th. Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m.
- 3:00Speaker 8: to 7 p.m. Sunday, noon to 7. We've also got
- 3:04Speaker 8: a new political ad from Angela Paxton. I'll play that
- 3:07Speaker 8: here in a minute. It's so weird because they keep
- 3:13Speaker 8: saying the polls or they've got Tallarico up by one
- 3:16Speaker 8: or two, but they're even basically.
- 3:19Speaker 2: But they keep telling this guy's got a chance. And
- 3:21Speaker 2: every week, some new far leftist crazy thing that he
- 3:26Speaker 2: has said or done comes out every week, literally every week.
- 3:31Speaker 2: Yet so far, once again, you got to give Tallarico credit.
- 3:36Speaker 8: He has pinned everything on Ken Paxton, and he's labeled
- 3:40Speaker 8: him as a corrupt guy and all of this, and he's.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Running a campaign against himself.
- 3:46Speaker 8: He has literally done a 180 on everything that he
- 3:49Speaker 8: has campaigned and voted for in the Texas House for
- 3:51Speaker 8: the last eight years. He's pretending as though that doesn't exist.
- 3:55Speaker 8: There is no record.
- 3:56Speaker 2: I encourage all of.
- 3:57Speaker 8: You to go online and watch the debate back and
- 4:00Speaker 8: forth between him and Tom Oliverson, Dr.
- 4:03Speaker 2: Tom Oliverson, a.
- 4:04Speaker 8: Representative from our area, from my area, actually. As James
- 4:12Speaker 8: Tallarico was trying to stop him.
- 4:16Speaker 2: From pushing forward.
- 4:17Speaker 8: A bill that made it illegal for doctors to operate
- 4:21Speaker 8: here in Texas on minor children to give them genital
- 4:25Speaker 8: mutilating surgery to imitate the other sex. Because you can't
- 4:29Speaker 8: trans sexes, believe it or not. And the trans-obsessed weirdo
- 4:33Speaker 8: that claims he's not trans-obsessed is completely trans-obsessed.
- 4:38Speaker 2: So it's very bizarre. But he is now campaigning that
- 4:42Speaker 2: he's against all of that, that he is important.
- 4:44Speaker 8: He's got an AI commercial that just came out attacking
- 4:46Speaker 8: Ken Paxton for running an AI commercial.
- 4:49Speaker 6: Uh-huh.
- 4:51Speaker 8: Man, once again, when I said we live in a
- 4:54Speaker 8: time of universal deceit, folks, we do.
- 4:57Speaker 2: And now they're campaigning for office.
- 4:59Speaker 8: And unfortunately, all those independent-minded people, the people that are
- 5:03Speaker 8: too smart to listen to talk radio, well, you know,
- 5:08Speaker 8: they're too smart for us. They're being manipulated by these dirtbags.
- 5:16Speaker 8: And they will decide this election because, once again, the
- 5:18Speaker 8: conservatives are pretty well locked in, with the exception of
- 5:22Speaker 8: the few idiots that I see post on social media.
- 5:24Speaker 8: I'm still seeing idiot Republicans saying, Ken Paxton is corrupt.
- 5:28Speaker 8: Can't vote for him. I just can't vote for Ken Paxton.
- 5:31Speaker 10: He's corrupt.
- 5:32Speaker 2: Have you looked at the guy he's running against?
- 5:35Speaker 8: Listen, I know he's not Jesus Christ, but that other
- 5:38Speaker 8: guy isn't either.
- 5:42Speaker 2: It's insane. That other guy's a heretic, man.
- 5:46Speaker 8: This dude uses Jesus to try to push higher taxes
- 5:50Speaker 8: on everybody.
- 5:51Speaker 2: So Jesus would be behind abortion and just insane. Anyway, okay. Sorry,
- 5:57Speaker 2: that isn't what I want to talk about for the
- 5:59Speaker 2: whole show.
- 6:00Speaker 8: But now he's commenting he's very upset that Angela Paxton,
- 6:05Speaker 8: former wife of Ken Paxton, has released an ad, and
- 6:09Speaker 8: her ad sounds a little something like this, and James
- 6:12Speaker 8: Talafrico is not happy about it at all. I mean,
- 6:15Speaker 8: not one bit. In fact, he's quite upset by the ad.
- 6:19Speaker 11: I'm Texas Senator Angela Paxton. People have asked my thoughts about.
- 6:22Speaker 10: This election, and it turns out I have some. Let's
- 6:25Speaker 10: talk about the elephant in the room.
- 6:28Speaker 11: In a general election, it's not as much about the
- 6:30Speaker 11: individual players on the team.
- 6:32Speaker 10: It's about getting the whole team across the finish line.
- 6:35Speaker 11: Either we hold every Republican seat or we hand the future.
- 6:38Speaker 10: Of Texas to the other team.
- 6:40Speaker 11: That's why I'm voting for the Republican ticket on November 3rd.
- 6:44Speaker 10: Let's hold the line together.
- 6:46Speaker 12: Texas PAC is responsible for the content of this advertising.
- 6:50Speaker 8: So she's voting for her husband, ex-husband, which she gets it.
- 6:56Speaker 8: She's a Texas state.
- 6:57Speaker 2: Senator and understands that, hey, you know what? This means something.
- 7:03Speaker 8: This guy that is literally lying about everything that he
- 7:05Speaker 8: firmly believes in, that we already know as soon as
- 7:08Speaker 8: he gets elected, if in fact he does, is going
- 7:10Speaker 8: to do a 180 on every single thing that he
- 7:13Speaker 8: has voted for, campaigned for, and admitted on videotape, on television,
- 7:19Speaker 8: over and over and over and over and over. He's
- 7:22Speaker 8: going to go right back to it. If that is
- 7:26Speaker 8: somehow our Texas values now, it's a little weird. I
- 7:32Speaker 8: would say those who believe political ads are a little crazy,
- 7:35Speaker 8: they don't know what's going on, but unfortunately they tend
- 7:39Speaker 8: to be effective, especially if they're negative campaign ads. So
- 7:42Speaker 8: we shall see. Once again, early voting here starts in
- 7:45Speaker 8: a couple of weeks. On Monday, October 19th, runs through Friday,
- 7:48Speaker 8: October 30th, and then we have Election Day coming up
- 7:51Speaker 8: shortly thereafter. Man, it's going to be on November 3rd
- 7:55Speaker 8: is election day.
- 7:57Speaker 2: So. I just like said, you better be ready. That's a.
- 8:05Speaker 8: It's going to be a crazy one this time.
- 8:08Speaker 2: The weird thing is, I honestly, I don't know how
- 8:11Speaker 2: this one's going to play out. I really have no idea.
- 8:16Speaker 2: I really don't.
- 8:17Speaker 8: Okay, so, and part of it has something, speaking of
- 8:19Speaker 8: James Talafrico, they're running his commercials on television every five seconds.
- 8:24Speaker 8: Of course, he saved up some of his ads, so
- 8:26Speaker 8: now he's running them constantly. Ken Paxton, Epstein-style sweetheart deal,
- 8:32Speaker 8: impeached for bribery. Forget that he was acquitted. Oh, increased
- 8:36Speaker 8: his net worth.
- 8:37Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 8:39Speaker 8: Yeah, we need to vote for James Talafrico, a trans-obsessed
- 8:43Speaker 8: weirdo who is a weirdo.
- 8:47Speaker 2: He's probably gay, but then who cares? Nobody cares that
- 8:50Speaker 2: he's gay.
- 8:51Speaker 8: But we do know that black voters tend not to
- 8:55Speaker 8: vote for gay people. They tend to vote for Democrats,
- 8:58Speaker 8: but they tend not to vote for gay men. They
- 9:01Speaker 8: don't like gay men, especially black men, black male voters.
- 9:05Speaker 8: And it could come down to that in this election
- 9:07Speaker 8: between the independents, the low information voters, and then the
- 9:10Speaker 8: black demographic. That is what the Democrat Party is really
- 9:15Speaker 8: going after. And if anyone caught wind that James Talafrico
- 9:20Speaker 8: is cosplaying a heterosexual male, oh, that could hurt them
- 9:23Speaker 8: with the black vote. It's already bad enough that DJ
- 9:26Speaker 8: Jazzy Jasmine Crockett is not even remotely interested in supporting him,
- 9:31Speaker 8: and she's not.
- 9:34Speaker 2: She's supporting her candidates that she likes, not him. Not
- 9:37Speaker 2: a fan.
- 9:40Speaker 8: So we'll see how it all plays out. This is
- 9:42Speaker 8: the last-ditch effort, the last month before election. It's less
- 9:45Speaker 8: than a month away.
- 9:46Speaker 13: 28 days?
- 9:48Speaker 8: Coming up on November 3rd. Okay, so Iran is set
- 9:51Speaker 8: to have no oil at sea and no oil revenue
- 9:54Speaker 8: this week for the first time in history. As according
- 9:59Speaker 8: to Treasury Secretary... Scott Besant, he said this, Tehran's top
- 10:03Speaker 8: security official issued a rare warning over the country's deepening
- 10:08Speaker 8: economic crisis.
- 10:10Speaker 14: Operation Economic Fury. Donald Trump told us this. He said
- 10:15Speaker 14: this is the case. This is how it's going to be.
- 10:17Speaker 8: Operation Economic Fury. Over time, Trump's going to be proven
- 10:23Speaker 8: right because he always is. But nonetheless, Democrats are going
- 10:28Speaker 8: to use the higher gas prices. By the way, has
- 10:32Speaker 8: anyone besides me noticed that gas has dropped about 25
- 10:35Speaker 8: cents a gallon in the last week?
- 10:38Speaker 2: Anybody notice that?
- 10:40Speaker 8: I saw that now more oil is going through the
- 10:42Speaker 8: Strait of Hormuz than was before Operation Economic Fury started.
- 10:52Speaker 8: So now there's roughly 80-plus million barrels of oil going
- 10:55Speaker 8: through the Strait of Hormuz now.
- 10:56Speaker 15: The U.S.
- 10:57Speaker 2: Has assumed control of the Strait. And Iran has been.
- 11:03Speaker 8: So we'll see if there's enough to make a difference
- 11:05Speaker 8: in this election to get the prices down. Disgraced ex-Speaker
- 11:10Speaker 8: of the House, Dennis Hastert, they call him Denny Hastert,
- 11:14Speaker 8: has died at age 84. It's a common age. Illinois'
- 11:18Speaker 8: Kendall County Coroner, Jackie Purcell, Anybody remember Sarah Purcell from that?
- 11:23Speaker 2: What was that show called? Was it Real People?
- 11:27Speaker 8: Jackie Purcell confirmed that Hastert, who served in the state legislator,
- 11:30Speaker 8: represented Illinois for 20 years in Congress and later became
- 11:34Speaker 8: the longest serving Republican speaker in history, died at his
- 11:37Speaker 8: home over the weekend of natural causes, they say. A
- 11:41Speaker 8: lot of people remember he resigned in disgrace because it
- 11:45Speaker 8: turned out he was taking large withdrawals of money from
- 11:49Speaker 8: his bank and to pay off a teenage boy that
- 11:54Speaker 8: he apparently sexually abused. Apparently he was a serial sexual
- 11:58Speaker 8: abuser and he got caught and then got sentenced to,
- 12:02Speaker 8: what was it, 15 months in prison? Back in 2016,
- 12:05Speaker 8: it was a stunning fall from grace. But that was
- 12:10Speaker 8: related to the charges where his concealment of hush money
- 12:13Speaker 8: payments made to cover up his sexual abuse of teenage
- 12:16Speaker 8: boys as a wrestling coach.
- 12:21Speaker 2: I do remember he was a Republican.
- 12:27Speaker 4: God.
- 12:28Speaker 2: But anyway, so now he is facing his final judge
- 12:32Speaker 2: and juror. I guess he's already faced it. I guess
- 12:34Speaker 2: we can see.
- 12:35Speaker 8: And as I mentioned, every week we find out more
- 12:37Speaker 8: just how radical James Talafrico truly is. James Talafrico encouraged
- 12:43Speaker 8: Democrats to learn from Zoran Mamdani's electoral success in New
- 12:46Speaker 8: York City. and separately called for a broad coalition that
- 12:50Speaker 8: includes Democrat socialists and reaching voters on the far left.
- 12:55Speaker 8: It's from an August 5th, 2025 interview. It's funny how
- 13:00Speaker 8: much he's changed in a year. When on the Higher
- 13:04Speaker 8: Learning podcast, he described Mamdani as a template for Democrats
- 13:07Speaker 8: across the country and said, we need to adopt what
- 13:10Speaker 8: Mamdani did to win elections. Bomdani's platform included free public transportation,
- 13:19Speaker 8: a rent freeze, city operated grocery stores, a $ 30 minimum
- 13:24Speaker 8: wage and higher taxes on the upper class. How's that
- 13:29Speaker 8: going to play in Texas? Well, it just might if
- 13:33Speaker 8: we elect this dude as our next senator. Which, once again,
- 13:38Speaker 8: there are a lot of Democrats that are going to
- 13:40Speaker 8: ignore all of this and happily pull that lever. I
- 13:44Speaker 8: got to vote for James. He seems like a moderate.
- 13:47Speaker 8: He sounds like one now. Did you look at any
- 13:51Speaker 8: of his record on how he voted in the Texas House?
- 13:56Speaker 8: I guess you enjoy paying higher taxes. We get the
- 13:59Speaker 8: government we deserve. Tennessee Department of Correction Commissioner Frank Strada
- 14:03Speaker 8: has resigned from his post last Saturday, just a few
- 14:07Speaker 8: days after murderer Krista Pike survived two doses of lethal
- 14:12Speaker 8: injection and.
- 14:12Speaker 2: Is still alive at a hospital.
- 14:17Speaker 8: Governor Bill Lee announced Strada's resignation and called for a
- 14:20Speaker 8: full independent review to determine what caused Pike's lethal injection
- 14:24Speaker 8: to go wrong, as according to the New York Post.
- 14:29Speaker 2: So we can dig into that as well. And then
- 14:31Speaker 2: that thing.
- 14:32Speaker 8: That Democrats say never happens, it happened again. The Department
- 14:37Speaker 8: of Justice announced charges Monday against 16 foreign nationals across
- 14:42Speaker 8: the U.S. for election crimes, including illegally voting and fraudulently
- 14:46Speaker 8: registering to vote. You know, they say there's no illegals
- 14:50Speaker 8: voting in our elections. There's no foreign nationals voting in
- 14:53Speaker 8: our elections.
- 14:53Speaker 2: There's no.
- 14:55Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 14:57Speaker 8: Prosecutors similarly announced charges against 10 foreign nationals in Minnesota
- 15:01Speaker 8: for crimes such as falsely claiming to be American citizens
- 15:05Speaker 8: and illegally voting.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Just last month.
- 15:09Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 15:11Speaker 8: Okay, and a report from DHS Inspector General Joseph Kafari
- 15:15Speaker 8: details a clear lack of immigration enforcement within the Biden administration,
- 15:20Speaker 8: particularly regarding visa overstays from 21 to 24.
- 15:26Speaker 2: 2021, 2024.
- 15:29Speaker 8: ICE received more than 3.1 million leads on visa overstays,
- 15:33Speaker 8: about 104,000 of whom were classified as potential national security
- 15:38Speaker 8: or public safety threats. Fewer than 500 of those national
- 15:44Speaker 8: security public safety threats were ever investigated by the agency,
- 15:49Speaker 8: and just eight visa overstays were ultimately arrested. That's how
- 15:53Speaker 8: interested the Biden administration was when they were in charge.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Gee, I wonder why. No, there's no wonder. We know.
- 16:04Speaker 8: And then Javier Becerra is now running for governor of California.
- 16:08Speaker 8: And those morons in California may just elect him. That's
- 16:18Speaker 8: why when I say we get the government we deserve,
- 16:21Speaker 8: we get the government we deserve.
- 16:22Speaker 2: All right, let's take a break. We'll come back. Pick
- 16:26Speaker 2: up on the other side.
- 16:27Speaker 8: Looks like we got Ron in Belleville's jumped in early.
- 16:29Speaker 8: You want to join us? No, I'm not going to
- 16:32Speaker 8: give the phone number because I got an interview coming up.
- 16:34Speaker 8: So we'll take Ron's call in Belleville next.
- 16:35Speaker 2: Ron, hold on for me.
- 16:37Speaker 8: We'll take his phone call. Then I've got my interview
- 16:39Speaker 8: with Julie Pickering from Faith Fest. And then we'll open
- 16:43Speaker 8: up the phone lines after that. You're listening to Chris
- 16:45Speaker 8: X Radio. We're just getting started. No curbs detected so far. Lukasz,
- 16:52Speaker 8: did you put those curb feelers on the mothership before
- 16:54Speaker 8: the show today?
- 16:55Speaker 17: You know I did.
- 16:56Speaker 2: I knew it. Nice work. All right, you're listening to
- 17:00Speaker 2: Chris X Radio. We'll be right back.
- 17:01Speaker 4: Don't go away.
- 17:07Speaker 3: The resistance is futile. Chris X Radio. Chris X Radio.

- 17:42Speaker 20: Huzzah!
- 17:44Speaker 10: When it comes to garage doors, no one knows more.
- 17:48Speaker 9: Than the doctor.
- 17:48Speaker 10: Garage Door Doctor.
- 17:52Speaker 5: Hi, I'm Tommy Mello, CEO of Garage Door Doctor. Here's
- 17:55Speaker 5: a question for you. When was the last time you
- 17:57Speaker 5: thought about your garage door? Most people never do. The
- 18:00Speaker 5: problem is that your garage door may be the hardest
- 18:02Speaker 5: working appliance in your home. It opens and closes thousands
- 18:05Speaker 5: of times every year. lifting hundreds of pounds each and
- 18:09Speaker 5: every time. You change the oil in your car. You
- 18:12Speaker 5: service your air conditioner. Your garage door deserves the same attention.
- 18:16Speaker 5: A simple tune-up catches worn parts before they fail. A
- 18:19Speaker 5: tune-up keeps everything running quietly and can add years of
- 18:22Speaker 5: life to your system. And that's why preventative maintenance is
- 18:25Speaker 5: one of the smartest investments you can make for your
- 18:28Speaker 5: garage door. Garage doors usually warn you before they break.
- 18:32Speaker 5: We're here to help before that happens. Call today for
- 18:34Speaker 5: our $ 29. 95 tune-up special. From repairs to upgrades, call Garage
- 18:39Speaker 5: Door Doctor today.
- 18:39Speaker 9: Garage Door Doctor.
- 18:44Speaker 12: As a Texan, you deserve your court system to deliver
- 18:47Speaker 12: justice that is fair, understandable, and within reach. Chief Justice
- 18:52Speaker 12: Jimmy Blacklock says that starts with judges applying the law
- 18:55Speaker 12: as written so the rules don't change depending on who
- 18:57Speaker 12: walks into the courtroom. But fairness also means a court
- 19:01Speaker 12: system that works for the people it serves. Blacklock has
- 19:04Speaker 12: called for reducing unnecessary delays and expenses, simplifying court procedures,
- 19:09Speaker 12: and making legal services more affordable. Because a case should
- 19:13Speaker 12: be decided on the facts and the law, not on
- 19:15Speaker 12: who can afford the longest fight. Texas courts belong to
- 19:19Speaker 12: the people. That means judges should be accountable, rules should
- 19:22Speaker 12: be clear, and the system should be accessible to those
- 19:25Speaker 12: who rely on it.
- 19:26Speaker 19: For Blacklock, equal.
- 19:28Speaker 12: Justice means more than a principle. It means a court
- 19:30Speaker 12: system Texans can understand, trust, and afford to use.
- 19:35Speaker 19: Chief Justice Jimmy Blacklock. Clear rules. Accountable courts. Equal justice
- 19:40Speaker 19: under law.
- 19:41Speaker 2: Political ad paid for by the Jimmy Blacklock campaign.

- 20:33Speaker 8: We're trying to hold the line here a little. We'll
- 20:35Speaker 8: see how well it does. Welcome back to Chris X Radio.
- 20:38Speaker 8: I'm the aforementioned X-Man.
- 20:39Speaker 2: Glad to have you here with us. Coming up in
- 20:41Speaker 2: the next segment, we've.
- 20:42Speaker 8: Got our interview that I recorded, the final one that
- 20:44Speaker 8: I recorded from Texas Values Faith Fest last week. Not
- 20:47Speaker 8: this last Saturday, but the previous one. She's with the
- 20:51Speaker 8: Texas State Board of Education.
- 20:53Speaker 2: Good interview. I'm looking forward to that.
- 20:54Speaker 8: That's coming up in the next segment. But in this one,
- 20:57Speaker 8: I want to go ahead and jump to the phones.
- 20:58Speaker 8: Let's get to Ron listening in Belleville here before we
- 21:01Speaker 8: run out of time. Ron, thanks for hanging on. Welcome
- 21:03Speaker 8: to Chris X Radio.
- 21:04Speaker 16: Well, thank you for having me. Hey, last week when
- 21:07Speaker 16: we spoke, I hung up and I had the radio
- 21:10Speaker 16: off and then I got out of the car. But
- 21:12Speaker 16: a buddy of mine called me and said that he
- 21:15Speaker 16: had heard us talking and said after we hung up
- 21:19Speaker 16: that you had And halfway made the invite to have
- 21:22Speaker 16: an on-air AR-15 suppressor install 101 lesson.
- 21:31Speaker 2: I threw that out there last week. Yes, I did.
- 21:33Speaker 8: But I have had my– well, let me tell you
- 21:36Speaker 8: what happened. Okay, so after we talked, I went– I
- 21:38Speaker 8: don't have the proper tools, and I went to remove
- 21:41Speaker 8: the– what is the flame diffuser thing on the end
- 21:44Speaker 8: of the rifle?
- 21:44Speaker 2: I went to try and remove that.
- 21:47Speaker 16: The flash suppressor.
- 21:48Speaker 8: Okay, the flash suppressor. So I tried to remove that.
- 21:50Speaker 8: I couldn't get it removed. It was too tight. And
- 21:53Speaker 8: the more I tried, then I went and I got
- 21:55Speaker 8: smart and went on YouTube, saw people doing it. And
- 21:58Speaker 8: then I realized I've also found videos of people ruining
- 22:01Speaker 8: their barrel because of, you know, trying to twist it,
- 22:04Speaker 8: not having the proper... So I went, okay, I'm going
- 22:07Speaker 8: to stop this. So I ended up going and picking
- 22:10Speaker 8: up my suppressor.
- 22:10Speaker 2: It came in. I picked it up. Then I went
- 22:12Speaker 2: straight to give a shout out to what is it?
- 22:15Speaker 8: Underground Armory, Texas Underground Armory or whatever over at 290
- 22:18Speaker 8: and Jones Road. And they have a gunsmith there. So
- 22:23Speaker 8: I went there and I took it straight to them.
- 22:25Speaker 8: He popped it off, put the new one on in
- 22:27Speaker 8: about 30 seconds. So with the proper tools and the
- 22:30Speaker 8: proper talent, it can be done very quickly. But I
- 22:34Speaker 8: didn't have either. So I had it taken care of.
- 22:37Speaker 8: So you're off the hook, Ron. You don't have anything
- 22:39Speaker 8: you got to do.
- 22:41Speaker 15: All right. That sounds like a winner. Appreciate it, though.
- 22:44Speaker 21: Well, hold on, Ron.
- 22:44Speaker 2: Before you go, though, he gave me the advice, though.
- 22:48Speaker 8: He told me the exact opposite of what you and
- 22:51Speaker 8: other callers and also listeners that I received emails from
- 22:54Speaker 8: that when I said, hey, do you put a lubricant
- 22:58Speaker 8: or something on there before you do this? He said,
- 23:00Speaker 8: absolutely not. He said when he goes to put they
- 23:03Speaker 8: put a sealant on it to keep moisture out of it.
- 23:06Speaker 8: And that sealant almost works like a glue that when
- 23:09Speaker 8: you go to take it off, which I'm not going
- 23:10Speaker 8: to take it off myself. In fact, I don't ever
- 23:12Speaker 8: intend to remove this one. Unless for some reason, I
- 23:15Speaker 8: guess I get another one or something.
- 23:16Speaker 20: I don't know.
- 23:17Speaker 2: But he put it on there.
- 23:18Speaker 8: And he said, basically, he goes, if you want to
- 23:20Speaker 8: remove it, you can actually boil it and then do
- 23:23Speaker 8: it that way. And I said, no, no, no, I'm
- 23:24Speaker 8: not going to be sticking any water or doing anything
- 23:27Speaker 8: like that. I'm going to take it directly to him
- 23:29Speaker 8: because it cost me a whole $ 25 to have them remove.
- 23:32Speaker 2: The other one and put the new one on. So
- 23:34Speaker 2: I will continue to allow the pros to do it.
- 23:36Speaker 2: But yeah, but he said absolutely no. He said he
- 23:39Speaker 2: can't tell.
- 23:40Speaker 8: He said, I couldn't tell you how many different times
- 23:43Speaker 8: he's had people come in who put a lubricant on
- 23:45Speaker 8: theirs so they can swap it between rifles. And he
- 23:48Speaker 8: says little did they know while they're shooting the gun,
- 23:51Speaker 8: it gets loose and starts spinning and then causes problems.
- 23:54Speaker 2: So he said, you don't want that, especially if you're
- 23:56Speaker 2: not an expert. I'm like, oh, no, I'm definitely not.
- 23:58Speaker 2: So thank you very much.
- 24:02Speaker 4: I think I lost you.
- 24:04Speaker 8: Okay well sorry well thank you for the call we'll
- 24:06Speaker 8: go in to take a break but anyway but you're
- 24:08Speaker 8: off the hook I really appreciate you offering to do
- 24:11Speaker 8: that though maybe when I get the next one I'll
- 24:14Speaker 8: do a live remote from Ron out in Belleville we'll
- 24:17Speaker 8: go to one of the burger joints and have you
- 24:19Speaker 8: remove it and then put the new one on I
- 24:22Speaker 8: was very happy like I said the guy basically he
- 24:24Speaker 8: took my AR in there he took it apart took
- 24:27Speaker 8: the barrel off set it inside some machinery so it
- 24:30Speaker 8: kept the barrel straight and everything and then put the
- 24:31Speaker 8: bill on popped it right off It literally took the
- 24:35Speaker 8: guy less than a minute to get it off and
- 24:38Speaker 8: then grab the other one, put it on the longest.
- 24:40Speaker 8: The thing that took place was him putting the sealant
- 24:44Speaker 8: around it to make sure, I say the sealant, whatever
- 24:46Speaker 8: they put on it to keep the moisture out of it.
- 24:49Speaker 8: but he told me absolutely, you know, unless you know
- 24:52Speaker 8: what you're doing, don't, don't do anything crazy.
- 24:54Speaker 2: So I didn't buy any of the Lucas. Do you
- 24:57Speaker 2: remember what it was called?
- 24:58Speaker 8: The, uh, some sort of weird lubricant sound like something
- 25:01Speaker 8: James Tallarico would advocate.
- 25:03Speaker 4: I do not.
- 25:08Speaker 2: But, yeah, I didn't get any of that.
- 25:10Speaker 8: I'd mentioned it to him, and he said, no, you
- 25:13Speaker 8: don't want to do that. So I'm like, yeah, I
- 25:15Speaker 8: don't intend to be removing it.
- 25:16Speaker 2: Anyway, let's take a break.
- 25:17Speaker 8: We'll come back, catch up with Julie Pickren on the
- 25:19Speaker 8: other side.
- 25:19Speaker 2: Don't go away.
- 25:21Speaker 4: You're listening to Chris X Radio. Chris X Radio. On

- 26:31Speaker 25: Thank goodness our weather experts are providing us with hurricane
- 26:34Speaker 25: tracking charts and reminding us to be prepared for big storms.
- 26:38Speaker 25: But they overlook one very important thing, the damage and
- 26:40Speaker 25: destruction from broken limbs and uprooted trees. Call Louis Flory
- 26:44Speaker 25: at Ability Tree Experts today. My friend for nearly 40 years.
- 26:48Speaker 25: At 281-441-4179 and let him explain how this problem can
- 26:53Speaker 25: be minimized with professional pruning. You see, when the tree
- 26:56Speaker 25: canopy is too thick and dense, the tree can be
- 26:58Speaker 25: completely blown over and tree limbs broken, causing terrible damage
- 27:02Speaker 25: to the tree and maybe your home. Where tree limbs break,
- 27:06Speaker 25: sap will ooze and that attracts harmful insects. So you
- 27:09Speaker 25: need to call Louis Flory today. at 281-441-4179 and have
- 27:15Speaker 25: his experts come out and professionally prune your trees to
- 27:18Speaker 25: withstand sudden storms that are so frequent this time of year.
- 27:22Speaker 25: Visit their website at AbilityTrees.com. That's 281-441-4179. Ability Tree Experts,
- 27:29Speaker 25: Houston's leading tree care professional.
- 27:31Speaker 26: Houston Methodist Hospital has been named the best hospital in

- 27:40Speaker 26: are proud to be a top-ranked hospital in the country
- 27:43Speaker 26: and nationally ranked in 10 specialties. For more than 100 years,

- 28:01Speaker 21: From the KSEV Weather Center, tonight expect partly cloudy skies
- 28:04Speaker 21: with a low of 70 degrees. Tomorrow will bring a
- 28:07Speaker 21: mix of sun and clouds with a high reaching 89.
- 28:09Speaker 21: Tomorrow night skies will be partly cloudy once again with
- 28:12Speaker 21: a low around 70. Looking ahead to Wednesday, anticipate very
- 28:16Speaker 21: warm conditions with varying cloud cover and a high of 91.
- 28:20Speaker 21: Thursday will also be very warm with intervals of sunshine
- 28:23Speaker 21: breaking through the clouds at times and a high temperature
- 28:25Speaker 21: of 91. With the KSCV Weather Center forecast, I'm AccuWeather
- 28:29Speaker 21: meteorologist Jason Catarina.
- 28:36Speaker 4: Chris X Radio.
- 28:56Speaker 2: Welcome back to Chris X Radio. We're at the Texas
- 28:58Speaker 2: Faith Fest 2026 recording interviews for playback.
- 29:02Speaker 8: So you guys are hearing this the following week. Time
- 29:05Speaker 8: to catch up with somebody from the Texas State Board
- 29:07Speaker 8: of Education, Julie Pickren. It's good to catch up with
- 29:10Speaker 8: you and finally meet you.
- 29:11Speaker 2: Yes, sir.
- 29:12Speaker 9: Great to see you too and at a wonderful event.
- 29:14Speaker 2: Yeah, this is a great event.
- 29:15Speaker 8: The Texas Values events and, of course, the Texas Faith
- 29:19Speaker 8: Fest are incredible. They do such a great job, but
- 29:21Speaker 8: there's so many good, like-minded people here. This is my
- 29:24Speaker 8: fourth one, I do believe.
- 29:25Speaker 2: How many of you attended?
- 29:27Speaker 27: I'm probably right along there with you. I was a
- 29:29Speaker 27: guest speaker last year and coming back as a guest
- 29:31Speaker 27: speaker this year.
- 29:32Speaker 2: First of all, are you having a good time here
- 29:33Speaker 2: at the event?
- 29:34Speaker 9: Fantastic. No, we're in Texas. I'd rather be right now.
- 29:37Speaker 2: They bring us barbecue for lunch, so this is truly Texas.
- 29:40Speaker 27: Rock donuts oh man i didn't see those yes sir
- 29:43Speaker 27: this morning oh.
- 29:44Speaker 8: Man i've been here and i missed those that's okay
- 29:47Speaker 8: that's on me i missed out on the donut so
- 29:49Speaker 8: all right so the texas state board of education i
- 29:52Speaker 8: guess we can talk a little bit about it i
- 29:53Speaker 8: know i talked earlier in the program with aaron kenzie
- 29:57Speaker 8: what do you do with the texas board of education.
- 29:59Speaker 27: So I represent Southeast Texas. I represent about 10,000 square
- 30:03Speaker 27: miles of the state of Texas. I have about 2.5
- 30:05Speaker 27: million constituents. Fort Bend County is my most southern county,
- 30:09Speaker 27: and then it's all the counties bordering the Gulf of
- 30:11Speaker 27: America over to the Louisiana border, and then north about
- 30:14Speaker 27: 100 miles south of Lufkin. So really the heartbeat of
- 30:18Speaker 27: Southeast Texas is who I serve, the great people of
- 30:21Speaker 27: Southeast Texas. But I'm also vice chair of the Committee
- 30:24Speaker 27: on School Initiatives, And I was also very proudly the
- 30:27Speaker 27: chairwoman of the Parental Rights Committee for the state of
- 30:30Speaker 27: Texas that just delivered the best and the first parental
- 30:34Speaker 27: rights training for every school board trustee in the state,
- 30:37Speaker 27: mandatory in the nation. We're the leading on this. We're
- 30:39Speaker 27: the first to do it in the United States of America. Well,
- 30:42Speaker 27: Texas leads the nation, at least in my opinion, on
- 30:44Speaker 27: many levels.
- 30:46Speaker 8: So, you know, being a born and raised Houstonian, and
- 30:48Speaker 8: you're a Houstonian as well, once again, we tend to
- 30:52Speaker 8: look at things different.
- 30:52Speaker 2: Now, Houston itself tends.
- 30:53Speaker 8: To be a little bit more left-leaning, but if you
- 30:56Speaker 8: get it, like I said, once you start getting outside
- 30:57Speaker 8: of Harris County and in the Houston area, it's pretty red.
- 31:01Speaker 2: And pretty solidly conservative. And you serve, man, obviously you're
- 31:05Speaker 2: in Montgomery County, Fort Bend County, Harris County.
- 31:08Speaker 8: You cover a lot of counties. And you mentioned the
- 31:11Speaker 8: initiatives and things that are taking place. This is about
- 31:13Speaker 8: working with kids and educating them. I don't think this
- 31:16Speaker 8: could be more needed at a more important time because,
- 31:20Speaker 8: as when I was talking with Aaron earlier in the interviews,
- 31:24Speaker 8: one of the things that he talked about was people
- 31:27Speaker 8: sort of, as of 2020 rolled around, people started learning that, hey,
- 31:30Speaker 8: what's being taught in schools is not what we were
- 31:32Speaker 8: taught when we were kids going to school. It's a
- 31:35Speaker 8: whole different world out there. And there's a lot of DEI.
- 31:38Speaker 8: There's a lot of indoctrination instead of education. So I'm
- 31:41Speaker 8: assuming this is a battle, clearly, that you guys are
- 31:44Speaker 8: facing on a daily basis. It is.
- 31:46Speaker 27: You know, I've been elected to serve in public education
- 31:48Speaker 27: for more than 12 years now.
- 31:50Speaker 9: And so I've seen a lot change.
- 31:53Speaker 27: But, yes, what we saw over the last, you know,
- 31:55Speaker 27: over the last 20 years really changed. In the Obama administration,
- 31:59Speaker 27: we just saw it really switch over to indoctrination over education.
- 32:04Speaker 27: And so that's what we're fighting back because, you know,
- 32:07Speaker 27: when I put my hand on the Bible and took.
- 32:08Speaker 9: That oath of office to the U.S.
- 32:10Speaker 27: Constitution and Texas Constitution, the Texas Constitution says the whole
- 32:13Speaker 27: reason for a free and public education is to preserve
- 32:16Speaker 27: our liberties and preserve our freedoms. And if our public
- 32:19Speaker 27: education is not doing what the Texas Constitution mandates us
- 32:22Speaker 27: to do, then we are failing children, we're failing families.
- 32:25Speaker 27: Because then we are not creating a citizenship that understands that,
- 32:31Speaker 27: like Ronald Reagan says, that freedom wasn't handed down through
- 32:34Speaker 27: a bloodline. Freedom is a gift given to you by
- 32:36Speaker 27: the previous generation, and you've got to fight for it
- 32:38Speaker 27: to maintain it. And so right now we've had an
- 32:40Speaker 27: education system that has not been teaching our children to
- 32:43Speaker 27: love freedom.
- 32:44Speaker 8: Well, we have learned over the years that freedom is
- 32:46Speaker 8: far more than just another word for nothing left to lose,
- 32:49Speaker 8: as Janice Joplin, another good Texan.
- 32:52Speaker 2: Said many years ago. But that being said, you're absolutely right.
- 32:56Speaker 8: And when I mentioned the whole COVID thing, there was
- 32:58Speaker 8: a lot that happened with COVID, the shutting down of
- 33:00Speaker 8: the schools. Of course, now hindsight, we're looking back how
- 33:03Speaker 8: awful this was. Should have never happened. So it put
- 33:05Speaker 8: kids in many ways behind.
- 33:07Speaker 2: The eight ball.
- 33:08Speaker 8: And then you talk about what was already instituted with
- 33:10Speaker 8: these other aspects, which is how parents all of a
- 33:13Speaker 8: sudden found out their kids are learning about things that
- 33:16Speaker 8: they never should be learning about. Things that have nothing
- 33:19Speaker 8: to do with education, but more of indoctrination. I was
- 33:21Speaker 8: talking with Bonnie Wallace earlier, and she said the same thing.
- 33:24Speaker 8: These books and things that are being found in libraries
- 33:27Speaker 8: and school libraries that are too... perverse to be read
- 33:31Speaker 8: aloud in a public venue, but they're being presented to kids.
- 33:34Speaker 27: Well, it's not just not even allowed to be in
- 33:36Speaker 27: a public venue. We have books even today. We have
- 33:39Speaker 27: school districts that are absolutely refusing to follow our laws.
- 33:43Speaker 27: My committee, the Vice Chair of Committee on School Initiatives,
- 33:45Speaker 27: we're actually the ones who wrote and passed and implemented
- 33:49Speaker 27: the library standards that every school district in the state
- 33:52Speaker 27: of Texas has to abide by. That came from my committee.
- 33:55Speaker 27: And so we have school districts now that are still
- 33:57Speaker 27: refusing to abide by those library rules that we set
- 34:00Speaker 27: out for them. But it's worse than just reading them
- 34:02Speaker 27: in the public square. We have books right now in
- 34:04Speaker 27: school districts in Texas, I think in this area. This
- 34:06Speaker 27: is one of the big hot spots that we're sitting
- 34:08Speaker 27: in near Austin where they're refusing to comply because these
- 34:11Speaker 27: books are not even allowed in our Texas prisons. So
- 34:14Speaker 27: the state of Texas says that some of these books
- 34:16Speaker 27: are not even allowed around a convicted felon, but yet
- 34:20Speaker 27: it's okay for a little 7- or 8-year-old child in
- 34:23Speaker 27: an elementary school in Texas.
- 34:24Speaker 8: What's amazing, that is exactly what's happening. And when you
- 34:28Speaker 8: put it that way, it sounds so insane, but we
- 34:30Speaker 8: saw many of these board meetings where these board people
- 34:33Speaker 8: would just sit there and just have a clueless look
- 34:35Speaker 8: on their face and then want to continue doing what
- 34:37Speaker 8: they're doing.
- 34:38Speaker 2: And thankful parents were standing up and then.
- 34:40Speaker 10: Of course.
- 34:40Speaker 27: Oh, yeah, my Democrat opponent, this is one of the
- 34:42Speaker 27: key issues that she's campaigning on, is putting all these
- 34:44Speaker 27: books back into schools because she says it's a First
- 34:47Speaker 27: Amendment right, which, by the way, the United States Supreme
- 34:49Speaker 27: Court disagrees with her. The United States Supreme Court says
- 34:51Speaker 27: that obscenities and pornographies do not have a First Amendment right.
- 34:55Speaker 8: Yeah, you know, your First Amendment, you kind of got
- 34:57Speaker 8: to check it when it comes to perverse information around children.
- 35:00Speaker 2: There should be a limit. But then again, of course,
- 35:03Speaker 2: the guy running for state, well, U.S.
- 35:05Speaker 8: Senate, I guess, you know, now with James Tallarico, he
- 35:08Speaker 8: wants to trans children and do these other things. And
- 35:10Speaker 8: we have seen in some cases, maybe not as bad
- 35:13Speaker 8: here in Texas, but places like California, where they want
- 35:16Speaker 8: to be able to take access to your children online.
- 35:19Speaker 8: and make decisions that they don't allow children to smoke.
- 35:22Speaker 8: They don't allow children to vote. They don't allow children
- 35:25Speaker 8: to drink.
- 35:25Speaker 2: They don't allow children to drive or drink and drive.
- 35:28Speaker 2: So all of these things.
- 35:29Speaker 8: They don't allow, but they want to take people's children
- 35:32Speaker 8: and not even tell their parents that they want to
- 35:34Speaker 8: allow them to have body altering surgery.
- 35:36Speaker 9: That's right. Or change their gender without ever telling the parents.
- 35:39Speaker 27: And so that, that is at the fundamental core of
- 35:43Speaker 27: who does.
- 35:43Speaker 9: A child belong to?
- 35:44Speaker 27: You know, Psalm 127 in the Bible says that children
- 35:47Speaker 27: are a blessing from the Lord. The Lord was not
- 35:49Speaker 27: talking to the government. The Bible was not talking to government.
- 35:51Speaker 27: The Bible and the Lord was talking to parents and
- 35:54Speaker 27: to families. Children belong to their parents. Full stop, end
- 35:57Speaker 27: of story, period. Because whenever you get into a situation
- 36:01Speaker 27: where you have a local government school deciding what gender
- 36:04Speaker 27: your child's going to be, what their name's going to be, right,
- 36:06Speaker 27: changing their name, what their name's going to be, how
- 36:09Speaker 27: they're going to sexually identify, when you have a local
- 36:12Speaker 27: government school, welcome to Communism 101. Because now that is
- 36:16Speaker 27: the government saying, choosing your child, making life choices for
- 36:19Speaker 27: your child and taking it away from the parents. And, sir,
- 36:22Speaker 27: that's a slippery slope that Texas should never go down.
- 36:25Speaker 8: Well, I couldn't agree more. Once again, these are not
- 36:28Speaker 8: Texas values. So when you see this sort of stuff,
- 36:31Speaker 8: it drives you crazy. We're talking with a member, Julie Pickren.
- 36:34Speaker 8: Texas State Board of Education.
- 36:36Speaker 2: You mentioned the parents initiative that was going on. Let's
- 36:39Speaker 2: talk a little bit about that. You just talked about
- 36:41Speaker 2: the training.
- 36:41Speaker 27: That was a huge win because Texas is leading on this.
- 36:44Speaker 27: It's never happened before anywhere in our country. It's never
- 36:47Speaker 27: happened in Texas. I was so thankful that I was
- 36:50Speaker 27: made chairwoman of the Parental Rights Committee. And so we
- 36:53Speaker 27: delivered this two meetings ago.
- 36:57Speaker 9: So about six months ago.
- 36:58Speaker 27: Every school board trustee in the state of Texas, okay,
- 37:02Speaker 27: so about 8 to 9, 8,500 people, okay, elected school
- 37:06Speaker 27: board trustees in the state of Texas now have to
- 37:09Speaker 27: take a mandatory five-and-a-half-hour training on parents' rights. What does
- 37:13Speaker 27: the Supreme Court say about parental rights? What does the
- 37:15Speaker 27: federal law say, state laws? Because I think that we've
- 37:18Speaker 27: had a lot of people, a lot of good people,
- 37:20Speaker 27: elected to our local school boards, and they just don't know.
- 37:24Speaker 27: They don't understand how their decisions are trampling on parental rights.
- 37:28Speaker 27: So now the state of Texas is making sure that
- 37:30Speaker 27: they fully understand this is where your authority stops and
- 37:33Speaker 27: this is where parents' rights begin. And parents have a
- 37:36Speaker 27: whole heck of a lot more rights than the government.
- 37:39Speaker 8: You know, it's interesting watching these people who want to
- 37:41Speaker 8: subvert parents' rights. They want to make sure the parents
- 37:45Speaker 8: are responsible financially for their children until they're probably 26, 27, 28.
- 37:50Speaker 8: But they don't want them to have any responsibility over
- 37:52Speaker 8: the choices those kids make. are making or how to
- 37:54Speaker 8: live their lives or how someone else wants to live
- 37:57Speaker 8: their lives, which is a complete just contradiction in terms.
- 38:01Speaker 8: And that's, of course, like I said, one of the
- 38:02Speaker 8: battles that you guys are fighting. You know the old adage,
- 38:04Speaker 8: we don't want a California or Texas.
- 38:07Speaker 9: Amen, brother.
- 38:07Speaker 2: We want to keep that out of Texas.
- 38:09Speaker 8: We want Texas values, and we want that from across the,
- 38:12Speaker 8: from not only the, from Galveston all the way to Dallas,
- 38:15Speaker 8: to you name it, across the entire, the Great Plains
- 38:17Speaker 8: of Texas, because we've got a big state, and there's
- 38:19Speaker 8: a lot of people here.
- 38:20Speaker 2: But you know what? We don't want California or New
- 38:23Speaker 2: York values.
- 38:23Speaker 12: That's right.
- 38:23Speaker 27: When a child in Texas finishes their public education career,
- 38:26Speaker 27: when they walk across that stage in the 12th grade
- 38:29Speaker 27: and receive that high school diploma, Their values should not
- 38:32Speaker 27: look any different from their parents' and from their grandparents' values.
- 38:36Speaker 27: That is the culture of Texas, and that's what we're
- 38:38Speaker 27: going to work hard to make sure that we maintain.
- 38:41Speaker 8: You know, I graduated from high school back in 1986.
- 38:44Speaker 8: Seems like a really long time ago. Now, we're 40
- 38:47Speaker 8: years ago. We're literally 40 years ago. The world was
- 38:50Speaker 8: a very different place, but high school and the way
- 38:52Speaker 8: things were taught is very different now. How are kids
- 38:55Speaker 8: today adapting to this crazy new environment with these teachers
- 38:59Speaker 8: that come in with blue hair or purple hair or whatever,
- 39:03Speaker 8: and they're talking about their pronouns, and they want to
- 39:05Speaker 8: teach everything except education.
- 39:07Speaker 2: No reading, writing, and arithmetic.
- 39:09Speaker 8: They're busy focusing on pronouns and gender and whatever else.
- 39:13Speaker 2: It's a really different world.
- 39:16Speaker 24: Yes, sir.
- 39:16Speaker 27: So that's the great thing about where Texas has control
- 39:19Speaker 27: over our state standards. And this is where you see
- 39:21Speaker 27: like star testing, mandatory testing at the state level. That
- 39:26Speaker 27: mandatory testing, that testing is designed. to make sure that
- 39:31Speaker 27: school campuses and school districts are teaching our state standards.
- 39:35Speaker 27: That is the tool that we have that keeps control
- 39:37Speaker 27: on making sure that education happens in the classroom instead
- 39:40Speaker 27: of indoctrination.
- 39:42Speaker 9: But you're right, we have a problem.
- 39:43Speaker 27: You know, we have really great teachers in the state
- 39:45Speaker 27: of Texas, but then we have some teachers that, you know,
- 39:47Speaker 27: you see it on social media. You have teachers that
- 39:50Speaker 27: absolutely refuse to follow state law. But again, that's where
- 39:53Speaker 27: the local school district needs to really implement state law
- 39:56Speaker 27: and implement what the state has said, what governor signed
- 39:59Speaker 27: into law, and what happens in the classrooms. Because that's
- 40:02Speaker 27: where you see, you know, I hear it from parents
- 40:03Speaker 27: all the time. I'll hear from parents, Julie, how did
- 40:05Speaker 27: my son or how did my daughter fail the STAR test?
- 40:08Speaker 9: They're an honor roll student.
- 40:10Speaker 27: And so when I go back and look at the
- 40:11Speaker 27: instructional materials and I go back and analyze and say,
- 40:13Speaker 27: you're right, your child is very bright.
- 40:15Speaker 9: They're a smart child. They're brilliant.
- 40:18Speaker 27: The problem is they were never taught the state of
- 40:20Speaker 27: Texas education standards. So how do you pass a test
- 40:23Speaker 27: that's testing those standards when the child has never been
- 40:26Speaker 27: taught those standards? So that's where we're getting back to
- 40:28Speaker 27: the state of Texas because, you know, we control the textbooks,
- 40:32Speaker 27: instructional materials that happen in the state. And so the
- 40:34Speaker 27: Texas State Board of Education has a new tool called
- 40:36Speaker 27: the rejection list. And now if there is a woke ideology,
- 40:41Speaker 27: if there's an indoctrination textbook, you know, that's going to
- 40:44Speaker 27: teach something like a textbook we had come before us
- 40:46Speaker 27: that teaches command economy. Communism is the most benevolent form
- 40:50Speaker 27: of economic.
- 40:50Speaker 9: System, right?
- 40:51Speaker 27: You know, craziness like that. Then we can now put
- 40:54Speaker 27: those textbooks on a rejection list. And if we put
- 40:57Speaker 27: the State Board of Education puts that textbook on a
- 40:59Speaker 27: rejection list, a school district in the state of Texas
- 41:01Speaker 27: cannot use a tax dollar to purchase that textbook. So
- 41:05Speaker 27: as I said to Alamo, the line is now in
- 41:07Speaker 27: the sand and we're not playing anymore because we're not
- 41:09Speaker 27: going to lose Texas.
- 41:10Speaker 2: No, we're definitely not going to lose Texas.
- 41:12Speaker 8: We We're the shining light on the hill that was
- 41:15Speaker 8: once America, now it's Texas. And as Texas goes, often
- 41:18Speaker 8: the way the other country goes.
- 41:20Speaker 9: Yes, sir, that's absolutely correct.
- 41:21Speaker 2: So it's scary. All right, so now I do know
- 41:24Speaker 2: there are really great teachers. There are.
- 41:26Speaker 8: I have some in my family that are family members
- 41:28Speaker 8: that are, thank God, because I look at what they're
- 41:30Speaker 8: dealing with. How can people get involved and help people
- 41:33Speaker 8: like yourself? Julie Pickering, Texas State Board of Education.
- 41:36Speaker 2: How can the parents get involved, not only, I guess,
- 41:38Speaker 2: with your campaign, but what you're doing, but also to
- 41:40Speaker 2: help the state?
- 41:42Speaker 27: Well, I try to be fully transparent with people. I'm
- 41:45Speaker 27: very active on social media, and I put a lot
- 41:47Speaker 27: of information out. Because an informed public, that's what we need.
- 41:52Speaker 27: That's how you get involved. That's how you understand what's
- 41:54Speaker 27: happening and make your voice heard and make your vote heard.
- 41:56Speaker 27: So you can go to my website if you want
- 41:58Speaker 27: to stay up on a lot of these issues at JuliePickren.com, J-U-L-I-E-P-I-C-K-R-E-N, JuliePickren.com.
- 42:04Speaker 27: On Twitter, I'm at Julie4TX. On Facebook, I'm Julie for
- 42:08Speaker 27: Texas State Board of Education. But, you know, we had
- 42:11Speaker 27: another huge win on the State Board of Education. I
- 42:13Speaker 27: was very proud to lead the initiative on putting entrepreneurship
- 42:16Speaker 27: back in our vocational training.
- 42:18Speaker 9: This was a huge step.
- 42:19Speaker 27: Again, Texas leading the nation. Now if you take a
- 42:23Speaker 27: trade school training, a Texas high school vocational training, you're
- 42:26Speaker 27: also going to receive an education on how to start
- 42:29Speaker 27: and run your own business. Because what a lot of
- 42:31Speaker 27: people don't know in Texas, 99% of all businesses in
- 42:35Speaker 27: Texas are small businesses. If we don't teach this next
- 42:38Speaker 27: generation on how to start and own their own business,
- 42:41Speaker 27: we are going to cripple the Texas economy because small
- 42:43Speaker 27: business is the backbone of the Texas economy.
- 42:45Speaker 2: Boy, that could be more welcome.
- 42:47Speaker 8: And how many kids now, and I know it's a
- 42:50Speaker 8: different world we live in, we don't really have checkbooks
- 42:52Speaker 8: to balance anymore, but how many kids can't? budget what
- 42:55Speaker 8: they're doing, what's happening, because unfortunately we have a lot
- 42:57Speaker 8: of these woke teachers that are participating. They can tell
- 43:00Speaker 8: you their gender, but they can't tell you how to
- 43:02Speaker 8: balance a budget or to balance a checkbook, if you will.
- 43:06Speaker 27: Well, now I'm very proud on Promises Made, Promises Kept,
- 43:09Speaker 27: and that everything you just talked about is now firmly
- 43:12Speaker 27: in Texas public education. The personal financial literacy is firmly
- 43:16Speaker 27: embedded in our new social studies standards, and so we
- 43:20Speaker 27: are going to have a very well-educated population, not just
- 43:23Speaker 27: on patriotism and how Old Testament and New Testament scripture
- 43:27Speaker 27: relate to our country and Western civilization, but also on
- 43:30Speaker 27: personal financial literacy so that they can live financially free.
- 43:33Speaker 8: See, this is music to my ears, and of course
- 43:35Speaker 8: I'm sure a lot of parents... Agree the same way.
- 43:37Speaker 2: All right, Julie Pickering, thanks for being here today. Great
- 43:39Speaker 2: to catch up with you. Keep up the great work
- 43:41Speaker 2: and stay in touch. I'd definitely like to get you
- 43:42Speaker 2: back on the program.
- 43:43Speaker 24: Yes, sir.
- 43:43Speaker 9: God bless you. God bless Texas.
- 43:45Speaker 8: God bless Texas. All right, we're going to take a
- 43:47Speaker 8: short break. We'll come back and wrap up this first hour.
- 43:49Speaker 2: Don't you go anywhere. You're listening to Chris X Radio.
- 43:55Speaker 3: Chris X radio, Texas born, Texas raised the voice of Texas.
- 44:01Speaker 2: Hi y'all.
- 44:02Speaker 13: It's Kathy from Baker mortgage. You know, with all the
- 44:05Speaker 13: scary stuff we've been through, it's still true that timing
- 44:07Speaker 13: is everything. And the time to buy is now, but
- 44:11Speaker 13: don't go looking without a solid pre-approval in hand. And
- 44:14Speaker 13: this includes an application and a detailed discussion about property taxes.
- 44:18Speaker 13: If you didn't have the talk, You know, about property taxes,
- 44:22Speaker 13: you really don't know what you're pre-approved for. That should
- 44:25Speaker 13: make you wonder what else they may have left out.
- 44:27Speaker 13: Mortgages are personal. Let's face it, we're dealing with your
- 44:30Speaker 13: home and your money, and it doesn't get much more
- 44:32Speaker 13: personal than that. When it's the largest transaction that most
- 44:35Speaker 13: people will ever be involved in, imagine having someone on
- 44:38Speaker 13: your side looking out after you.
- 44:40Speaker 2: What a concept.
- 44:41Speaker 13: We audit your closing statement to make sure you're not
- 44:44Speaker 13: paying for things that you're not supposed to. Do you
- 44:46Speaker 13: think your big bank's going to do that? Probably not.
- 44:49Speaker 13: For all of your mortgage needs, call us at Baker Mortgage.
- 44:52Speaker 13: I promise you'll be glad you did. We're at 281-313-MOVE
- 44:56Speaker 13: or go directly to bakermortgage.com.
- 44:58Speaker 2: Equal housing lender.
- 44:59Speaker 4: License number 263213.
- 45:00Speaker 2: When it comes to garage stores.
- 45:02Speaker 27: No one knows more than the doctor.
- 45:06Speaker 10: Garage store doctor.
- 45:09Speaker 2: We got a call late New Year's Eve.
- 45:11Speaker 5: A father with big plans for his family the next
- 45:13Speaker 5: day said his garage door spring just snapped. He couldn't
- 45:16Speaker 5: get his car out and wouldn't be able to get
- 45:18Speaker 5: his family to where they needed to go. He felt
- 45:20Speaker 5: stuck and alone. So we showed up fast with the
- 45:23Speaker 5: right spring and the right parts to fix it right.
- 45:25Speaker 2: We didn't talk about the price. We didn't wait till
- 45:27Speaker 2: the morning. We fixed it right then.
- 45:29Speaker 5: Because at Garage Door Doctor, it's never just about the job.
- 45:33Speaker 5: It's about the person behind it. The dad, the veteran,
- 45:36Speaker 5: the grandpa, the neighbor. Hi, I'm Tommy Mello, owner of
- 45:39Speaker 5: Garage Door Doctor. When you need help, we're the.
- 45:41Speaker 2: Ones that show up.
- 45:42Speaker 5: Call Garage Door Doctor today or schedule online at garagedoordoctor.biz.
- 45:47Speaker 5: We fix garage doors fast with quality parts designed to
- 45:50Speaker 5: last a lifetime because we're proud to serve the people
- 45:52Speaker 5: who rely on us.
- 45:53Speaker 27: When it comes to garage doors, no one knows more
- 45:57Speaker 27: than the doctor.
- 45:58Speaker 28: Garage What kind of.
- 46:02Speaker 4: Home do you live in? We live in a two-bedroom
- 46:05Speaker 4: high-rise condo.
- 46:06Speaker 29: A three-bedroom family home in the suburbs.
- 46:09Speaker 3: A farmhouse on our family ranch passed down through generations.
- 46:14Speaker 28: It doesn't matter where you live or what kind of
- 46:16Speaker 28: home you have. You all have one thing in common.
- 46:19Speaker 28: Gina Hinojosa voted to increase your property taxes. Not once,
- 46:24Speaker 28: not twice, but 40 different times Gina Hinojosa voted to
- 46:28Speaker 28: raise your property taxes. If she has her way, you'll
- 46:32Speaker 28: be priced out of your own home. Gina Hinojosa is
- 46:35Speaker 28: too radical to be governor of Texas. Luckily, Governor Greg
- 46:40Speaker 28: Abbott has a better plan.
- 46:42Speaker 30: We have to stop the insanity and instead give you
- 46:46Speaker 30: a different property tax relief that will do more than
- 46:49Speaker 30: cut your property tax bill in half forever. You're going
- 46:53Speaker 30: to be able to live in your home for the
- 46:54Speaker 30: rest of your lives without being priced out of it.
- 46:57Speaker 4: Greg Abbott, governor.
- 46:59Speaker 2: Political ad paid for by Texans for Greg Abbott.
- 47:03Speaker 3: You can't stop him. You can only hope to contain him.
- 47:07Speaker 3: Chris X Radio.
- 47:20Speaker 2: You know, it was good to finally meet Julie at
- 47:23Speaker 2: Faith Fest.
- 47:25Speaker 8: Man, she was doing a lot of interviews, too. That
- 47:26Speaker 8: lady was busy. Of course, she stays busy with the
- 47:29Speaker 8: Texas State Board of Education as well. Julie Pickren, I
- 47:32Speaker 8: appreciate her sitting down for the interview. That was my
- 47:35Speaker 8: last interview that I recorded from Texas Values Faith Fest
- 47:39Speaker 8: last week.
- 47:40Speaker 2: Not this last Saturday, but the previous one. Had a
- 47:43Speaker 2: great time.
- 47:43Speaker 8: If you want more information, you should know a lot
- 47:46Speaker 8: about TexasValues.org. You can always go to their website, but
- 47:49Speaker 8: learn more about some of the things they're doing. They're
- 47:52Speaker 8: over there in Austin fighting the good fight literally every day.
- 47:56Speaker 8: You know, the one thing I was sad about this time, though,
- 47:58Speaker 8: is Dr.
- 47:59Speaker 2: Tom Oliverson was there, and I missed him. I saw
- 48:02Speaker 2: pictures of him, but I never saw him while I
- 48:04Speaker 2: was there.
- 48:05Speaker 8: And how I missed him, I don't know. But then again,
- 48:08Speaker 8: there was a lot going on, to say the least.
- 48:10Speaker 8: But anyway, that was my last interview with Julie Pickren,
- 48:13Speaker 8: the final interview from the event. I look forward to
- 48:15Speaker 8: that event every year because it's a lot of fun,
- 48:17Speaker 8: and they really do a good job of bringing in
- 48:20Speaker 8: good speakers. And Brandon Gill, I get to watch a
- 48:22Speaker 8: little bit of his speech. That was over the lunchtime area,
- 48:27Speaker 8: which I went and watched some of his speech, and
- 48:29Speaker 8: then I went and ate. It's funny because, man, he's
- 48:33Speaker 8: a rising star.
- 48:35Speaker 2: He really is.
- 48:37Speaker 8: And people were just dying. I wanted to interview him,
- 48:39Speaker 8: but I knew it wasn't going to happen. I was like, okay,
- 48:44Speaker 8: this guy's.
- 48:44Speaker 2: Way too busy.
- 48:45Speaker 8: Apparently they brought him in and then brought him out,
- 48:47Speaker 8: so he was shuffled in and out. But it was
- 48:50Speaker 8: a good event with a lot of good people. So
- 48:52Speaker 8: I'm going to have to reach out to Dr. Oliverson
- 48:54Speaker 8: and get them on here. In fact, maybe I'll reach
- 48:56Speaker 8: out and get them on this week. If you haven't
- 48:58Speaker 8: had an opportunity to watch James Tallarico question Dr. Oliverson
- 49:05Speaker 8: before James Tallarico voted against the bill that bans trans
- 49:09Speaker 8: surgery on minor children, you probably ought to check that
- 49:13Speaker 8: one out. That will tell you how James Tallarico truly is.
- 49:18Speaker 2: And what do they do? I said, they've paraded him
- 49:21Speaker 2: as moderate. He's not.
- 49:23Speaker 8: He's anything but. So, but anyway, I need to get Dr.
- 49:27Speaker 8: Oliverson on to talk about that. He's one of the
- 49:30Speaker 8: good ones. And the fact that he is a doctor,
- 49:33Speaker 8: maybe he knows a little bit more, but the fact
- 49:36Speaker 8: on how these, you know, the pediatric doctors You know,
- 49:39Speaker 8: stuff can be just completely politically manipulated, just like what
- 49:43Speaker 8: happened with the health care industry during COVID. Remember when
- 49:47Speaker 8: COVID first hit and all of the nurses and all
- 49:50Speaker 8: the hospitals were considered the heroes and they were the heroes, man.
- 49:53Speaker 8: They're fighting the good fight. And then by year two
- 49:56Speaker 8: of COVID, then what happened? Then they fired them all
- 50:00Speaker 8: for not getting the vaccine. You guys remember that?
- 50:03Speaker 2: You're our hero.
- 50:04Speaker 8: Sorry you won't take this experimental RNA vaccine, so you're fired.
- 50:10Speaker 8: You were a hero last week, but this week you
- 50:12Speaker 8: suck and you're fired.
- 50:14Speaker 2: What?
- 50:16Speaker 8: That's how quickly these organizations can get politicized, and that's
- 50:20Speaker 8: how people like James Tallarico get power. They step in
- 50:24Speaker 8: and do this and pressure these companies, and the companies
- 50:27Speaker 8: are so scared.
- 50:29Speaker 2: Of negative coverage or whatever.
- 50:31Speaker 8: Or they're run, once again, a lot of these HR departments.
- 50:33Speaker 2: Have you ever been to an HR department?
- 50:35Speaker 8: If you happen to go to an HR department in
- 50:37Speaker 8: a company and it's not a woke person, it's a miracle.
- 50:42Speaker 8: Some of the HR companies, people are really good in
- 50:44Speaker 8: the companies, but generally it's not the case. Anywho, I
- 50:49Speaker 8: wanted to thank Julie for coming back on the program
- 50:52Speaker 8: and getting her on the program. I look forward to
- 50:55Speaker 8: catching up with a lot of these people again here
- 50:57Speaker 8: in the coming days because they're just a lot of
- 51:00Speaker 8: really good interviews.
- 51:01Speaker 2: All right, it is our Manic Monday edition of the program.
- 51:04Speaker 8: You reach the final segment of the first hour, but
- 51:06Speaker 8: we're going to get you locked and loaded here for
- 51:08Speaker 8: hour number two. Today's the last day to register to
- 51:10Speaker 8: vote in the midterms. It's coming up on 5 o'clock.
- 51:13Speaker 8: I don't even know if you can still register. I
- 51:16Speaker 8: don't know how late that goes on, so you may
- 51:18Speaker 8: want to check because early voting starts.
- 51:20Speaker 2: Here in just two weeks. Can you believe that? On
- 51:24Speaker 2: the 19th. That is 14 days from now.
- 51:28Speaker 8: If you want to get more information, go to harrisvotes.com
- 51:31Speaker 8: if you're in Harris County. I know Montgomery County is,
- 51:34Speaker 8: they're getting their voter stuff ready, getting ready for the election,
- 51:37Speaker 8: as are all the counties. If you're in one of
- 51:39Speaker 8: the different counties, I know most of them have a
- 51:41Speaker 8: website that is similar to harrisvotes.com, so you can go see.
- 51:47Speaker 8: But early voting starts on Monday, October 19th through Friday,
- 51:51Speaker 8: October 30th. It'll be Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m.
- 51:54Speaker 5: To 7 p.m.
- 51:57Speaker 8: Sunday from noon to 7 p.m., so it opens a
- 51:59Speaker 8: little later on Sunday, and then November 3rd is Election Day.
- 52:04Speaker 2: Some people are Election Day voters. Some people like to
- 52:07Speaker 2: vote early. I'm an early voter.
- 52:09Speaker 8: I like to get out and go on my time
- 52:11Speaker 8: so I don't have to sit there on Election Day.
- 52:13Speaker 8: Then again, also understand I'm generally tied to a radio program.
- 52:17Speaker 8: I have to be available from 4 to 6, Monday
- 52:19Speaker 8: through Thursday generally. So it makes my time, you know, valuable.
- 52:24Speaker 8: Not that everybody's time is invaluable, but mine, like I said,
- 52:28Speaker 8: I'm on a timeline. It's very, I can't show up
- 52:31Speaker 8: to work every day late. Cash, are you an early voter,
- 52:35Speaker 8: a day of voter?
- 52:36Speaker 2: When do you like to vote?
- 52:38Speaker 15: Yes.
- 52:40Speaker 2: So you do both. Okay, I got it.
- 52:42Speaker 7: I mean, whenever I wake up and remember to do it,
- 52:45Speaker 7: which I do, but it just depends.
- 52:48Speaker 2: So are you like a Democrat voter? You vote early
- 52:50Speaker 2: and often?
- 52:50Speaker 4: No, not often.
- 52:54Speaker 2: Okay. Just checking. I don't know. No telling what you're
- 52:58Speaker 2: up to.
- 52:58Speaker 4: All right.
- 53:00Speaker 8: So, but the fact that we're two weeks away from
- 53:02Speaker 8: early voting, so I'll get out. I usually don't go
- 53:04Speaker 8: the first day of early voting. I'll go sometime between
- 53:07Speaker 8: the 19th and the 30th. And the other reason that
- 53:11Speaker 8: I go is I don't like standing in line waiting
- 53:13Speaker 8: to vote.
- 53:15Speaker 2: I like to get in there. The last couple of
- 53:18Speaker 2: elections that I voted early in, man, I showed up,
- 53:22Speaker 2: didn't stand in any line whatsoever, went straight to the deal.
- 53:25Speaker 2: They got my driver's license and all that because we
- 53:27Speaker 2: actually have voter ID here in Texas. By the way,
- 53:30Speaker 2: you know who's against voter ID in Texas? James Tallarico.
- 53:35Speaker 2: James Tallarico, the guy who daydreams about trans kids.
- 53:42Speaker 8: My God, I hope we don't get that guy sent.
- 53:44Speaker 2: All right, hour number two is up next. We'll be
- 53:48Speaker 2: right back.
- 53:48Speaker 24: AM 700, KSCV, Tomball, Houston, and streaming online at kscvradio.com,
- 53:54Speaker 24: the voice of Texas.
- 53:57Speaker 1: Breaking news this hour from Town Hall. I'm Ken Lorman
- 54:00Speaker 1: in Washington. President Trump is pointing to Arizona as he
- 54:05Speaker 1: renews concerns about mail-in ballots. More than 3,100 Maricopa County
- 54:09Speaker 1: ballots went out early because of a vending error. County
- 54:13Speaker 1: officials claim the ballots are safe and valid. The president
- 54:16Speaker 1: made his comments as he heads to Nebraska for a
- 54:20Speaker 1: rally tonight. Meantime, Vice President J.D.
- 54:23Speaker 2: Vance.
- 54:23Speaker 19: Is on his way to Alaska to campaign.
- 54:26Speaker 24: The vice president heading to a Republican rally in Fairbanks, Alaska.
- 54:30Speaker 9: In this final stretch ahead of the midterms, he tells reporters.
- 54:34Speaker 31: I think it's just a reality of the politics of
- 54:35Speaker 31: the state. They obviously have the kind of weird ranked
- 54:37Speaker 31: choice voting system that I don't fully understand. But, you know,
- 54:41Speaker 31: I think that whether this was going to be a
- 54:43Speaker 31: blue wave or a red wave year, you're going to
- 54:45Speaker 31: have a competitive Senate race in Alaska. That's been true historically,
- 54:49Speaker 31: and I suspect it's going to be true this year, too.
- 54:50Speaker 19: Laura Winters reporting.
- 54:52Speaker 1: Conservatives say President Trump was right and the media are
- 54:55Speaker 1: doing an about face on the Strait of Hormuz. They
- 54:58Speaker 1: argue that media outlets initially portrayed Iran as gaining control
- 55:02Speaker 1: over the Strait of Hormuz during the ongoing war, criticizing
- 55:06Speaker 1: President Trump's strategy. But recent reports show oil exports from
- 55:09Speaker 1: the Persian Gulf have rebounded to pre-war levels. while Iran's
- 55:13Speaker 1: exports have plummeted to zero due to U.S.
- 55:15Speaker 4: Blockades.
- 55:16Speaker 1: This shift validates the commander-in-chief's approach, crippling Iran's economy and leverage,
- 55:21Speaker 1: prompting a quiet media reversal without direct credit to the president.
- 55:25Speaker 4: Ron Taylor reporting.
- 55:27Speaker 1: That fly Dubai co-pilot accused of stabbing his captain was
- 55:31Speaker 1: reportedly planning to crash the passenger jet at Tel Aviv's
- 55:35Speaker 1: main airport. Reports say the co-pilot told UAE investigators that
- 55:40Speaker 1: After he subdued the pilot, he intended to hit the airport.
- 55:44Speaker 1: Good day on Wall Street, closing high across the board.
- 55:47Speaker 1: The Dow gained 91 points and the S & P
- 55:50Speaker 1: plus 51. More on these stories at townhall.com.
- 55:56Speaker 32: Okay, two words that can really set pulses racing, but
- 55:59Speaker 32: not in a good way. They are open enrollment because
- 56:03Speaker 32: health care costs just keep going up, and it's reasonable
- 56:05Speaker 32: to start wondering, is there another way?
- 56:08Speaker 2: Well, there is.
- 56:08Speaker 4: Yes.
- 56:09Speaker 32: And this could be a really good time to take
- 56:11Speaker 32: a look at MediShare because how about this? With MediShare,
- 56:14Speaker 32: many families save up to.
- 56:17Speaker 19: $ 500 a month.
- 56:18Speaker 2: That's $ 6, 000 a year.
- 56:20Speaker 32: And that is a difference maker. And you can trust
- 56:23Speaker 32: it too. MediShare is America's leading healthcare sharing ministry, and
- 56:26Speaker 32: it's been working great for over 30 years now. Hundreds
- 56:30Speaker 32: of thousands of American Christians have found financial freedom and
- 56:33Speaker 32: community with MediShare. So If you're like a lot of
- 56:36Speaker 32: people and you're just frustrated with watching healthcare costs eat
- 56:39Speaker 32: up more and more of your budget, this is so worth.

- 57:21Speaker 4: Call 281-441-4179.
- 57:25Speaker 3: From KSEV, here's political contributor Ben Strewsand.
- 57:29Speaker 34: Most polling shows that Republicans are going to have a
- 57:32Speaker 34: tough time winning majorities in both houses of Congress in November.
- 57:37Speaker 34: Voters blame Trump for inflation and believe that many of
- 57:41Speaker 34: the necessities they need to purchase have become unaffordable. Two
- 57:45Speaker 34: out of three voters don't believe that preventing Iran from
- 57:48Speaker 34: building a nuclear weapon is worth the higher gas prices
- 57:52Speaker 34: that they are paying. Voters never give a president credit
- 57:55Speaker 34: for preventing bad things like a nuclear war from happening.
- 57:59Speaker 34: President Trump should realize by now that the Islamic Republic
- 58:03Speaker 34: will never agree to a deal that results in a
- 58:06Speaker 34: Trump win. The mullahs read the polls and see the
- 58:09Speaker 34: domestic political pressure.
- 58:10Speaker 4: To end the war.
- 58:11Speaker 2: It's part of their strategy.
- 58:13Speaker 34: We should stop chasing a bad deal. This does not
- 58:16Speaker 34: mean that we should resume unlimited airstrikes, but rather targeted
- 58:20Speaker 34: decapitation strikes against their leadership, as the Israelis used effectively.
- 58:26Speaker 34: If Iranian leaders won't cut a deal, then let's.
- 58:29Speaker 2: Get new ones. The real leverage we.
- 58:32Speaker 34: Have against Iran is economics. We destroyed what Iran took
- 58:36Speaker 34: decades to build, their defense industrial base used to manufacture drones, missiles,
- 58:42Speaker 34: and nuclear weapons. Inflation in Iran is running at 40%.
- 58:47Speaker 34: The blockade collapsed the revenue stream used by the Revolutionary
- 58:52Speaker 34: Guard Corps, their security services, and all the government infrastructure.
- 58:57Speaker 34: If our blockade is allowed to continue and not stopped
- 59:01Speaker 34: by Democrats... and a few lame-duck Republicans in Congress, we
- 59:06Speaker 34: can eliminate.
- 59:07Speaker 2: The mullahs' leverage over its people.
- 59:09Speaker 34: We don't need regime change to pressure them into a
- 59:13Speaker 34: better deal for us.
- 59:15Speaker 2: Just perseverance.
- 59:16Speaker 34: Intercepting what leaks out via Iran's shadow tanker fleet.
- 59:20Speaker 2: Will speed the process.
- 59:22Speaker 34: The best guess is this pressure will take six months
- 59:26Speaker 34: to show results, right around.
- 59:28Speaker 2: The time of the elections.
- 59:30Speaker 34: I'm Ben Strewsand, and that's my view.
- 59:35Speaker 4: Ben Strewsand, only on AM700 KSEV.
- 59:41Speaker 25: Thank goodness our weather experts are providing us with hurricane
- 59:44Speaker 25: tracking charts and reminding us to.
- 59:45Speaker 2: Be prepared for big storms.
- 59:47Speaker 25: But they overlook one very important thing, the damage and
- 59:49Speaker 25: destruction from broken limbs and uprooted trees. Call Louis Flory
- 59:53Speaker 25: at Ability Tree Experts today. My friend for nearly 40 years.
- 59:57Speaker 25: At 281-441-4179 and let him explain how this problem can
- 1:00:02Speaker 25: be minimized with professional pruning. You see, when the tree
- 1:00:05Speaker 25: canopy is too thick and dense, the tree can be
- 1:00:07Speaker 25: completely blown over and tree limbs broken, causing terrible damage
- 1:00:11Speaker 25: to the tree and maybe your home. Where tree limbs break,
- 1:00:15Speaker 25: sap will ooze and that attracts harmful insects. So you
- 1:00:18Speaker 25: need to call Louis Flory today. at 281-441-4179 and have
- 1:00:24Speaker 25: his experts come out and professionally prune your trees to
- 1:00:28Speaker 25: withstand sudden storms that are so frequent this time of year.
- 1:00:31Speaker 25: Visit their website at AbilityTrees.com. That's 281-441-4179. Ability Tree Experts,
- 1:00:38Speaker 25: Houston's leading tree care professional.
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: Launch Control, this is Houston.
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: We are going to launch.
- 1:00:52Speaker 4: Five, four, three, two, one.
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: That's Chris X Radio.
- 1:01:02Speaker 4: Chris X Radio. What we need right.
- 1:01:05Speaker 5: Now is a clear message to the people of this country.
- 1:01:09Speaker 7: This message must be read in every newspaper, heard on
- 1:01:11Speaker 7: every radio, seen on every television.
- 1:01:14Speaker 34: This message must resound throughout the entire interlakeness.
- 1:01:18Speaker 4: And now, your host.
- 1:01:19Speaker 15: I believe this is going to be our finest hour.
- 1:01:21Speaker 4: Chris X.
- 1:01:40Speaker 8: Good evening and welcome to Chris X Radio, the second
- 1:01:42Speaker 8: hour of the program.
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: Glad to have you here with us as we're.
- 1:01:45Speaker 8: Rocking here for another hour. We go Monday through Thursday,
- 1:01:48Speaker 8: four to six, and then turn things over to the
- 1:01:50Speaker 8: Amigos each and every Friday from four to six.
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: So that's cool.
- 1:01:55Speaker 8: So glad to have you here with us as we
- 1:01:56Speaker 8: are rocking and rolling here through the program. It is
- 1:01:59Speaker 8: our Manic Monday edition of the show. So I'm glad
- 1:02:03Speaker 8: to have you here listening on a slightly cooler afternoon.
- 1:02:07Speaker 8: I noticed the high was like in the upper 70s,
- 1:02:11Speaker 8: low 80s yesterday. I'm looking at about, what is it,
- 1:02:14Speaker 8: 87 degrees over on my side of town right now.
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: So I'll take that. That is about.
- 1:02:20Speaker 8: 10 degrees cooler than it was last week or the
- 1:02:23Speaker 8: week before yesterday.
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: We're getting towards that. It's October.
- 1:02:28Speaker 8: Now, I know there's no guarantees in Texas that when
- 1:02:31Speaker 8: you get to October, it gets cooler. But the clouds
- 1:02:34Speaker 8: and the rain definitely cooled things down a bit. We
- 1:02:37Speaker 8: had that rain blow in last week. They got a
- 1:02:39Speaker 8: lot of rain up in Dallas, which they hadn't had
- 1:02:42Speaker 8: any rain in almost like 100 and something days. So
- 1:02:47Speaker 8: they got a lot of rain in Dallas and then
- 1:02:48Speaker 8: also up in the hill country. Thanks to that hurricane
- 1:02:51Speaker 8: on the other side of the ocean, didn't come through
- 1:02:53Speaker 8: the Gulf. It came across the Mexico here.
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: So wait a minute.
- 1:02:59Speaker 8: Not only do we have to watch for illegal immigrants
- 1:03:01Speaker 8: coming through Mexico, coming into our country. Now we got
- 1:03:04Speaker 8: to watch out for these damn hurricanes, which it literally,
- 1:03:07Speaker 8: by the time he got here, it was just some
- 1:03:09Speaker 8: little bit of wind and a whole lot of rain.
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: And it wasn't, like I said, we didn't get a,
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: they were the, of course the, The weather guys.
- 1:03:19Speaker 8: Always go and the meteorologists want to scare people so
- 1:03:21Speaker 8: they'll tune in.
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: But it was nowhere close to anything crazy.
- 1:03:26Speaker 8: I saw, by the way, on my Facebook memories, a
- 1:03:29Speaker 8: post popped.
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: Up from, was it how many, eight years ago now? No,
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: nine years ago. Sorry. Nine years ago.
- 1:03:42Speaker 8: On this date, after getting flooded with Hurricane Harvey, My
- 1:03:47Speaker 8: training buddy, Bob, you guys remember the training guys? It
- 1:03:50Speaker 8: was like $ 100 or whatever when I bought it initially.
- 1:03:53Speaker 8: Now they're like $ 300. It's ridiculous. Anyway, I bought one
- 1:03:57Speaker 8: and had it in my house. Well, of course, after
- 1:03:59Speaker 8: the flood, we moved everything else, and because of the
- 1:04:02Speaker 8: mold and everything.
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: I wasn't able to keep anything.
- 1:04:05Speaker 8: It was so funny because the cleanup crews that were
- 1:04:09Speaker 8: going through our neighborhood that looked like it was an
- 1:04:12Speaker 8: apocalyptic place, grabbed Bob and put a helmet on him
- 1:04:16Speaker 8: and put him out in front of my house because
- 1:04:18Speaker 8: I'd set him at the end of the road to
- 1:04:19Speaker 8: be picked up by the trash people. Well, they picked
- 1:04:21Speaker 8: him up and put him at the end of the
- 1:04:22Speaker 8: road and made him kind of slow traffic down, I guess,
- 1:04:25Speaker 8: through the area. And then it was less than a
- 1:04:29Speaker 8: month or a month or so later during the cleanup process,
- 1:04:32Speaker 8: I was going back.
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: Through the neighborhood.
- 1:04:33Speaker 8: They had moved Bob to a different part of the neighborhood,
- 1:04:36Speaker 8: put an orange jacket on him with a yellow tape
- 1:04:38Speaker 8: and a helmet and a sign and a cone in
- 1:04:40Speaker 8: front of him, and they gave him a full-time job.
- 1:04:43Speaker 8: So that was nine years ago. Speaking of hurricanes, boy,
- 1:04:49Speaker 8: don't miss that. What's weird is I still haven't fully
- 1:04:53Speaker 8: recovered from all of that. I'm still exhausted from Hurricane Harvey.
- 1:04:57Speaker 8: Still worn out. I know I should have recovered by now,
- 1:05:01Speaker 8: which I recovered mostly.
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: You can never.
- 1:05:04Speaker 8: Fully recover when you literally lose everything that you have.
- 1:05:08Speaker 8: Because as I mentioned, my house was flooded. Had six
- 1:05:11Speaker 8: feet of water for 10 days, but it wasn't just water.
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: It was the....
- 1:05:16Speaker 8: The water treatment facility in the area had failed, of course.
- 1:05:21Speaker 8: And it was filled with sewage. So that immediately... I mean,
- 1:05:25Speaker 8: the ceilings went black with black mold. And very quickly,
- 1:05:30Speaker 8: so that, you know, you weren't supposed to go in
- 1:05:32Speaker 8: the house without a mask on. And I couldn't keep anything.
- 1:05:37Speaker 8: So I had to rebuild the entire life. So it's
- 1:05:39Speaker 8: kind of... you don't realize how much stuff you got
- 1:05:42Speaker 8: first of all, but second of all, how much it
- 1:05:44Speaker 8: takes to rebuild.
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: So there were so many things that I never replaced
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: and never, you know, did.
- 1:05:48Speaker 8: I've told this story many times, but you realize you
- 1:05:52Speaker 8: never fully recover from it. And it's funny because anyone
- 1:05:55Speaker 8: who got hit pretty hard with Harvey and it wasn't
- 1:05:58Speaker 8: just me, I was lucky enough. I had insurance too,
- 1:06:01Speaker 8: but I didn't get all of it. Uh, by the way, my, uh,
- 1:06:05Speaker 8: it was a buddy of mine that I went to
- 1:06:07Speaker 8: college with. He was a contractor and he, uh, He
- 1:06:10Speaker 8: went through and helped.
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: I did a great job of clearing the stuff out
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: of the house.
- 1:06:14Speaker 8: And then had some, there's a chemical they spray that
- 1:06:17Speaker 8: gets rid of all the mold.
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: And it was incredible because it literally did. So got
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: rid of all the mold and did great.
- 1:06:24Speaker 8: But then he never finished as far as the paperwork
- 1:06:28Speaker 8: for the insurance. So I never got the full amount.
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: So.
- 1:06:34Speaker 8: that would have been nice to have gotten the full
- 1:06:35Speaker 8: amount of insurance. So, but once again, that still wouldn't
- 1:06:38Speaker 8: have covered everything I have to replace. So, but we
- 1:06:41Speaker 8: shall see, but that was nine years ago. I'm still
- 1:06:43Speaker 8: waiting on the, the government, the lawsuit, you know, the
- 1:06:46Speaker 8: inverse condemnation deal.
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: So we'll see how that goes.
- 1:06:50Speaker 8: Anyway, if you want to join us here now, we're
- 1:06:51Speaker 8: number two, two, eight, one five, five, eight KCV two, eight,
- 1:06:55Speaker 8: one five, five, eight, five, seven, three, eight.
- 1:06:57Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:06:58Speaker 4: I ran.
- 1:07:00Speaker 8: Is set to have no oil at sea and no
- 1:07:03Speaker 8: oil revenue this week for the first time in history.
- 1:07:06Speaker 8: Treasury Secretary Scott Besson said, as Tehran's top security official
- 1:07:12Speaker 8: issued a rare warning over the country's deepening economic crisis.
- 1:07:17Speaker 14: Operation Economic Fury is what Trump called it.
- 1:07:23Speaker 8: For the first time in history since they started pumping oil,
- 1:07:26Speaker 8: they will have no oil on the water this week.
- 1:07:29Speaker 8: Besson told the Axios show on Saturday, they will have
- 1:07:33Speaker 8: no revenues. This is debilitating them. This is why now
- 1:07:39Speaker 8: there's what was it over 80 million gallons of oil
- 1:07:43Speaker 8: is flowing through the Strait of Hormuz right in front
- 1:07:46Speaker 8: of them and they can't do anything about it.
- 1:07:49Speaker 2: So we now control that completely.
- 1:07:52Speaker 8: And there's more oil going through the Strait of Hormuz
- 1:07:54Speaker 8: now than what was going through it before the military
- 1:07:58Speaker 8: operation started. So Trump's iron wall seems to be working,
- 1:08:04Speaker 8: but is it too late? Gas prices, I've seen go
- 1:08:07Speaker 8: down about 25 cents in my area over the last
- 1:08:10Speaker 8: two weeks, probably. So we're seeing, in effect, will it
- 1:08:15Speaker 8: be enough to make a difference? If you want to
- 1:08:17Speaker 8: weigh in, 281-558-KSCV, 281-558-5738. A disgraced ex-speaker of the House,
- 1:08:18Speaker 8: Dennis Hastert, has passed away at age 84. He represented
- 1:08:30Speaker 8: Illinois for 20 years in Congress and then became the
- 1:08:33Speaker 8: longest serving Republican speaker in history. He died over the
- 1:08:37Speaker 8: weekend at his home of natural causes, they say. Now, remember,
- 1:08:42Speaker 8: he had to resign in disgrace back in 2016 when
- 1:08:47Speaker 8: he was sentenced to 15 months in prison on charges
- 1:08:50Speaker 8: related to his concealment of hush money payments made to
- 1:08:53Speaker 8: cover up his sexual abuse of teenage boys during his
- 1:08:57Speaker 8: time as a wrestling coach real quality guy.
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: Geez so he's dead good.
- 1:09:07Speaker 8: Riddance I can only imagine the conversation that was had
- 1:09:12Speaker 8: when he met his maker. James Tallarico is encouraging Democrats
- 1:09:15Speaker 8: to learn from Zoran Mamdani's electoral success in New York City.
- 1:09:20Speaker 8: And he's following those lines. He's lying to the people
- 1:09:23Speaker 8: to get elected. Very, very well, actually. He separately called
- 1:09:27Speaker 8: for a brand coalition that includes Democrat socialists and reaches
- 1:09:31Speaker 8: voters on the far left. So he's going to go
- 1:09:35Speaker 8: try to Mamdani Texas. Now you know why Angela Paxton
- 1:09:39Speaker 8: released her ad that came out over the weekend, I guess.
- 1:09:42Speaker 11: I'm Texas Senator Angela Paxton. People have asked my thoughts
- 1:09:45Speaker 11: about this election, and it turns.
- 1:09:46Speaker 10: Out I have some.
- 1:09:48Speaker 11: Let's talk about the elephant in the room. In a
- 1:09:51Speaker 11: general election, it's not as much about the individual.
- 1:09:53Speaker 10: Players on the team. It's about getting the whole team
- 1:09:56Speaker 10: across the finish line.
- 1:09:58Speaker 11: Either we hold every Republican seat or we hand the future.
- 1:10:01Speaker 10: Of Texas to the other team.
- 1:10:03Speaker 11: That's why I'm voting for the Republican ticket on November 3rd.
- 1:10:07Speaker 10: Let's hold the line together.
- 1:10:09Speaker 12: Texas PAC is responsible for the content of this advertising.
- 1:10:12Speaker 8: I agree with her 100%. It shows that she has
- 1:10:16Speaker 8: a bigger backbone. And once again, that's his Ken Paxton's ex-wife.
- 1:10:21Speaker 8: She filed for divorce last year.
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: She gets it.
- 1:10:26Speaker 8: Somebody could maybe tell John Cornyn to learn a thing
- 1:10:28Speaker 8: or two from her. Because for somebody who claims to
- 1:10:32Speaker 8: be for Texans and for Texas and for Republicans and
- 1:10:35Speaker 8: for conservatives, he's awfully myopic and thin skinned, isn't he?
- 1:10:40Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 1:10:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:10:44Speaker 8: The Tennessee Department of Correction Commissioner Frank Strada resigned on
- 1:10:50Speaker 8: Saturday after murderer Krista Pike survived two doses of lethal
- 1:10:55Speaker 8: injection and.
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: Is still alive at the hospital. The story, by the way,
- 1:10:59Speaker 2: is insane.
- 1:11:00Speaker 8: She was the first woman to be supposedly put to
- 1:11:03Speaker 8: death in over 200 years in Tennessee. Somehow they botched
- 1:11:09Speaker 8: both lethal injections and didn't kill her. Took her to
- 1:11:13Speaker 8: the hospital. Now she's on a ventilator, unconscious in a hospital.
- 1:11:18Speaker 8: So now they're performing life-saving measures.
- 1:11:22Speaker 4: What?
- 1:11:25Speaker 2: Anyway, he has resigned.
- 1:11:27Speaker 8: And the governor, Bill Lee, has announced for the resignation,
- 1:11:31Speaker 8: called for a full independent review to determine what actually
- 1:11:34Speaker 8: caused Pike's lethal injection to go wrong, according to the
- 1:11:37Speaker 8: New York Post.
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I think there was, me thinks there was hijinks.
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: In our midst. That's what I think.
- 1:11:47Speaker 8: Anyway, the governor has put a moratorium, I guess, on
- 1:11:51Speaker 8: the one final remaining execution for this year. So, but
- 1:11:56Speaker 8: the 50-year-old murderer on Wednesday survived two lethal doses of
- 1:12:00Speaker 8: penobarbital and was taken to the hospital where she is
- 1:12:03Speaker 8: alive but unconscious and on a ventilator. Pike was said
- 1:12:06Speaker 8: to become the first woman executed in the state for
- 1:12:08Speaker 8: over 200 years after she was sentenced to death for
- 1:12:11Speaker 8: killing her classmate, Colleen Slimmer. in a jealous rage when
- 1:12:16Speaker 8: she was 18 years old the the crime scene photos
- 1:12:19Speaker 8: are horrible what she did to this woman is unconscionable
- 1:12:22Speaker 8: she deserved 10 doses of lethal injection the fact that
- 1:12:26Speaker 8: they saved the woman's life after trying to kill her
- 1:12:28Speaker 8: makes no sense to me but once again it just
- 1:12:33Speaker 8: people are using this as political tools now and that's
- 1:12:37Speaker 8: what goes um Now, Pike's lawyer said that she had
- 1:12:40Speaker 8: requested an all-female lethal injection team, and that request was
- 1:12:44Speaker 8: granted prior to the injection going wrong.
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: Oddly enough, death row inmates.
- 1:12:48Speaker 8: Across the entire country are now requesting all-female lethal injection
- 1:12:52Speaker 8: teams for their executions as well.
- 1:13:01Speaker 2: You know what?
- 1:13:01Speaker 8: You don't need a team. All they needed is one
- 1:13:04Speaker 8: Hillary Clinton. She could have went in and took it
- 1:13:05Speaker 8: out in a matter of seconds. seconds or minutes. Just
- 1:13:09Speaker 8: say that, listen, Krista Pike has some information that will
- 1:13:12Speaker 8: lead to the arrest of Hillary Clinton, and then boom,
- 1:13:15Speaker 8: she'd have been dead. Or just say she was somehow
- 1:13:19Speaker 8: related to Jeffrey Epstein, boom, she'd have been, then it
- 1:13:21Speaker 8: brought back hanging, I guess. That thing that Democrats say
- 1:13:24Speaker 8: never happens happened again. The Department of Justice announced today
- 1:13:28Speaker 8: that 16 foreign nationals across the United States have have
- 1:13:32Speaker 8: now been arrested for election crimes, including illegally voting and
- 1:13:36Speaker 8: fraudulently registering to vote. They've charged more than a dozen
- 1:13:42Speaker 8: foreign nationals in Florida, Louisiana, Wisconsin, and Minnesota with election crimes.
- 1:13:47Speaker 8: They announced just last month charges against 10 foreign nationals
- 1:13:50Speaker 8: in Minnesota for crimes such as falsely claiming to be
- 1:13:53Speaker 8: American citizens and illegally voting.
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: But Democrats say this never happens. It never happens.
- 1:14:02Speaker 8: And a report from DHS Inspector General Joseph Kafari details
- 1:14:07Speaker 8: a clear lack of immigration enforcement within the Biden administration,
- 1:14:11Speaker 8: particularly regarding visa overstays. From 2021 to 2024, ICE received
- 1:14:17Speaker 8: more than 3.1 million leads on visa overstays, about 104,000
- 1:14:23Speaker 8: of whom were classified as potential national security or public threats.
- 1:14:28Speaker 8: Fewer than 500 of those national security and public threats
- 1:14:32Speaker 8: leads were actually investigated by the agency and just eight
- 1:14:36Speaker 8: visa overstays were ultimately arrested. In other words, the Biden
- 1:14:40Speaker 8: administration were completely derelict in their duty.
- 1:14:43Speaker 2: They didn't care.
- 1:14:44Speaker 8: They needlessly put American lives at risk and it's enraging.
- 1:14:48Speaker 8: DHS secretary Mark Wayne Mullen said in a statement, they
- 1:14:54Speaker 8: noted the, the inspector general of DHS noted that the
- 1:14:57Speaker 8: Biden administration issued an ice directive in September of 21
- 1:15:00Speaker 8: and that instructed agents to investigate only visa overstay leads
- 1:15:05Speaker 8: considered priority one, leaving millions ignored and unable to continue
- 1:15:10Speaker 8: living in the U.S. A fewer than 1,800 visa overstay
- 1:15:15Speaker 8: leads considered priority number one. Just 84 were investigated, which
- 1:15:20Speaker 8: led to only two arrests. Former Department of Homeland Security
- 1:15:26Speaker 8: Alejandro Mayorkas knowingly allowed millions of illegal aliens who overstayed
- 1:15:31Speaker 8: their visas to remain in the U.S., classified them as
- 1:15:35Speaker 8: non-priority aliens. That's what the Biden administration thought. And because
- 1:15:42Speaker 8: gas prices are high, we need to turn the government
- 1:15:44Speaker 8: back over to those people. Not on my watch, not
- 1:15:50Speaker 8: if I have anything to do with it. All right, 281-558-KSEV, 281-558-5738.
- 1:15:56Speaker 2: Let's take a short break. We'll come back. We've got
- 1:15:58Speaker 2: Joe out in Sugar Land. Joe, you're up next.
- 1:15:59Speaker 8: And we've got Tom Ball. We'll catch up with Steven.
- 1:16:04Speaker 8: So we've got at least another open.
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: Line, maybe two. 281-558-KSEV if you want to get in.
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: Hour number two is just getting started. We'll be right back.
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: Go right to the phones.

- 1:16:48Speaker 2: I kind of like the way it looks.

- 1:16:52Speaker 1: Why?

- 1:18:28Speaker 12: As a Texan, you deserve your court system to deliver
- 1:18:31Speaker 12: justice that is fair, understandable, and within reach. Chief Justice
- 1:18:35Speaker 12: Jimmy Blacklock says that starts with judges applying the law
- 1:18:38Speaker 12: as written. so the rules don't change depending on who
- 1:18:41Speaker 12: walks into the courtroom. But fairness also means a court system.
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: That works for the people it serves.
- 1:18:47Speaker 12: Blacklock has called for reducing unnecessary delays Texas courts belong
- 1:18:40Speaker 12: to the people. That means judges should be accountable, rules
- 1:19:05Speaker 12: should be clear, and the system should be accessible.
- 1:19:08Speaker 19: To those who rely on it. For Blacklock, equal justice
- 1:19:11Speaker 19: means more than a principle.
- 1:19:13Speaker 12: It means a court system Texans can understand, trust, and
- 1:19:17Speaker 12: afford to use.
- 1:19:18Speaker 19: Chief Justice Jimmy Blacklock. Clear rules. Accountable courts. Equal justice
- 1:19:23Speaker 19: under law.
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: Political ad paid for by the Jimmy Blacklock campaign.
- 1:19:27Speaker 3: And now, back to Chris X Radio on The Voice
- 1:19:30Speaker 3: of Texas.
- 1:19:45Speaker 4: I'm not big into.
- 1:19:46Speaker 2: Techno, but I like this.
- 1:19:47Speaker 8: You don't even know what this song is called, Cash?
- 1:19:53Speaker 2: I do not. All right, you need to look that up.
- 1:19:56Speaker 2: Send one of your pigeons out to go find out
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: the information.
- 1:19:59Speaker 5: Yes, sir.
- 1:20:00Speaker 2: This is kind of a cool one. All right, welcome
- 1:20:03Speaker 2: back to Chris X Radio. It is time to go
- 1:20:04Speaker 2: to the phones.
- 1:20:06Speaker 8: If you want to join us here on our Manic
- 1:20:07Speaker 8: Monday edition of the program, 281-558-KSEV. That is 281-558-5738. Let's
- 1:20:14Speaker 8: go out to Joe, who's been patiently holding in Sugar Land. Joe,
- 1:20:17Speaker 8: thank you for hanging on. Welcome to Chris X Radio.
- 1:20:23Speaker 15: Joe, hello.
- 1:20:26Speaker 36: I want to make a big order to spend my brokerage.
- 1:20:32Speaker 2: Have you seen the videos online of that Asian guy
- 1:20:36Speaker 2: that does literally that voice you're doing right now?
- 1:20:41Speaker 36: Because Vietnamese. I was at the Ohio and the Holy
- 1:20:47Speaker 36: Spirit came to Ohio and stopped messing up the oven.
- 1:20:51Speaker 36: I came back and steamed my brokery. And I told
- 1:20:54Speaker 36: you guys, steam the brokery. If you don't steam the brokery,
- 1:20:57Speaker 36: you have to eat a cold brokery.
- 1:21:00Speaker 2: I think you just committed a hate crime on the program, Joe.
- 1:21:02Speaker 2: I'm just saying. I'm just saying.
- 1:21:04Speaker 29: Well, while we're at it, I would like to say
- 1:21:06Speaker 29: that Chris Colonnais is a D-bag. And I would gladly
- 1:21:10Speaker 29: challenge him to chest, thumb wrestle, checkers, in the octagon,
- 1:21:17Speaker 29: whatever he wants to do.
- 1:21:18Speaker 15: Because that nasally little punk.
- 1:21:20Speaker 29: Can't do anything better than me. Just like to say that.
- 1:21:23Speaker 29: He got under my skin. I think he's a fake
- 1:21:25Speaker 29: conservative because only lives are as lame as that guy.
- 1:21:28Speaker 29: He cut me off. three or four times, actually two
- 1:21:31Speaker 29: or three times. I don't know if it's two or three.
- 1:21:34Speaker 29: I was trying to talk about.
- 1:21:35Speaker 37: He'd ask about Israel.
- 1:21:36Speaker 29: I call about Israel, cuts me off. Go, go again,
- 1:21:40Speaker 29: cut me off again. Didn't like, I'm on.
- 1:21:42Speaker 36: The side of Israel.
- 1:21:43Speaker 29: And I was just trying to lay down some facts
- 1:21:44Speaker 29: and the guy's getting all upset. Anyway, sorry to ruin
- 1:21:47Speaker 29: your airtime with that. We could talk about other things like, Hey, no,
- 1:21:50Speaker 29: that's it.
- 1:21:51Speaker 2: I'm cutting you off. You're gone. I'm just kidding. I
- 1:21:53Speaker 2: always let you talk.
- 1:21:54Speaker 29: I'm just kidding, Joe.
- 1:21:55Speaker 15: Go right ahead.
- 1:21:59Speaker 29: I know you let that other guy talk that doesn't
- 1:22:01Speaker 29: even have jokes forever.
- 1:22:02Speaker 16: But anyways, look, I.
- 1:22:05Speaker 13: Sound like him right now.
- 1:22:06Speaker 29: But listen, I just heard the festival, Renaissance Festival commercial.
- 1:22:12Speaker 29: It sounds like Barry Lincoln. Do you remember Barry Lincoln? Oh,
- 1:22:15Speaker 29: I am Barry Lincoln from Adam Sandler.
- 1:22:18Speaker 2: I don't remember that.
- 1:22:20Speaker 10: I need to look that up.
- 1:22:21Speaker 15: It's like with.
- 1:22:21Speaker 29: Tollbooth Willie and Tollbooth Willie and the goat and the colt.
- 1:22:26Speaker 29: Do you know the colt? Little Timmy's First Day of Kindergarten,
- 1:22:29Speaker 29: all that stuff.
- 1:22:31Speaker 2: What was this on? I don't remember what this is from.
- 1:22:33Speaker 29: It was Adam Sandler's audio.
- 1:22:38Speaker 2: Okay. Oh, was it from his album?
- 1:22:39Speaker 36: Yeah, he had.
- 1:22:43Speaker 29: An audio album, and he was like, I'm Barry Lincoln,
- 1:22:46Speaker 29: and we're here today to.
- 1:22:46Speaker 36: Find out if these people are Having sex or lifting weights.
- 1:22:52Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:22:52Speaker 8: Yeah, it was on his comedy album that he put out. Ben,
- 1:22:56Speaker 8: I have completely forgotten. It's been so long since I've
- 1:22:59Speaker 8: listened to that. So I'll have to go back and
- 1:23:01Speaker 8: check it out. Adam Sandler is a comedic genius, by
- 1:23:03Speaker 8: the way.
- 1:23:04Speaker 29: It's good stuff. It sounds like the guy that does the, hey,
- 1:23:07Speaker 29: a little Renaissance festival thing when he comes in.
- 1:23:11Speaker 2: He's doing a very Renaissance type of voice.
- 1:23:15Speaker 29: I would just like to challenge Chris Colonnade. First of all,
- 1:23:19Speaker 29: I think he might be like a secret lib like
- 1:23:21Speaker 29: Megyn Kelly, like going where the money is. But I
- 1:23:25Speaker 29: just don't believe that censoring nasally dweeb can handle anything
- 1:23:31Speaker 29: that I.
- 1:23:31Speaker 15: Have to offer.
- 1:23:32Speaker 29: So I clearly can't handle talking on the radio, and
- 1:23:36Speaker 29: I didn't appreciate it. So I know there's a lot
- 1:23:38Speaker 29: of your listeners that listen to that too, and they
- 1:23:39Speaker 29: probably didn't appreciate it either.
- 1:23:42Speaker 2: Well, you know, it is what it is. Well, thank
- 1:23:43Speaker 2: you for the call, Joe.
- 1:23:44Speaker 8: I don't know exactly what you're referring to, but sounds
- 1:23:48Speaker 8: like something you need to take up with that Chris guy.
- 1:23:50Speaker 8: So about that. As far as the Adam Sandler stuff,
- 1:23:54Speaker 8: I definitely agree. Adam Sandler was hilarious. That album of
- 1:23:57Speaker 8: his was hysterical. And some of the more funny stuff
- 1:24:00Speaker 8: was the stuff with David Spade that he had on there.
- 1:24:03Speaker 8: And they just had some really funny things on there.
- 1:24:05Speaker 8: And it's been so long since I've listened to it
- 1:24:07Speaker 8: because I lost all my CDs. nine years ago and
- 1:24:11Speaker 8: you know, hurricane Harvey. So I don't have any of those.
- 1:24:14Speaker 8: So now I have to go onto YouTube and find it.
- 1:24:16Speaker 8: Cause I used to have that CD. So that was
- 1:24:18Speaker 8: why I couldn't, it was sounded familiar, but I couldn't
- 1:24:21Speaker 8: remember it anyway.
- 1:24:23Speaker 24: All right.
- 1:24:23Speaker 2: Always good to hear from you, Joe and sugar land.
- 1:24:25Speaker 31: All right.
- 1:24:25Speaker 8: Two, eight, one five, five, eight KSEB. Let's go to
- 1:24:28Speaker 8: Steven listening in Tomball. Steven, thank you for hanging on.
- 1:24:30Speaker 8: Welcome to Chris X radio.
- 1:24:33Speaker 17: Hey Chris, thanks for taking my call. Hey, I haven't
- 1:24:36Speaker 17: heard a report. I've seen it in the news, but, uh,
- 1:24:39Speaker 17: There was a guy, I think it was Thursday night
- 1:24:42Speaker 17: or Friday night. He was drunk, got an EWI, ran
- 1:24:46Speaker 17: into a tree. But a bunch of papers flew out
- 1:24:49Speaker 17: of his car, and they were California mail-in ballots. I
- 1:24:53Speaker 17: don't know if you heard that on the news or anywhere.
- 1:24:56Speaker 17: I was trying to find it earlier today, and I
- 1:24:58Speaker 17: couldn't find it. But they were talking about it, the
- 1:25:03Speaker 17: police officers and stuff. But it wasn't much broadcasted, of course.
- 1:25:07Speaker 17: Have a good day.
- 1:25:09Speaker 8: Well, thank you for the call, Stephen. I haven't heard
- 1:25:12Speaker 8: anything about that. I've heard different stories about multiple vehicles.
- 1:25:16Speaker 8: There was a guy that was arrested that had a.
- 1:25:21Speaker 2: Bunch of ballots.
- 1:25:23Speaker 8: They weren't necessarily illegal ballots, but he was holding onto
- 1:25:25Speaker 8: them illegally, and he got arrested. And if I remember,
- 1:25:28Speaker 8: he was a, quote, Republican guy claiming that he had
- 1:25:32Speaker 8: these to prove voter fraud, but he was arrested. So
- 1:25:35Speaker 8: I heard about that, but I did not hear about
- 1:25:37Speaker 8: this crash. So I'll go look that up, see if
- 1:25:39Speaker 8: I can find anything on it. But if it happened
- 1:25:41Speaker 8: in California, well, there you go. There's that, which is
- 1:25:45Speaker 8: kind of crazy. But then again, California is ran by
- 1:25:48Speaker 8: the modern-day Nazi Party, which is the Democrat Party, which
- 1:25:52Speaker 8: is the party.
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: Of Democrat socialism.
- 1:25:55Speaker 12: So.
- 1:25:58Speaker 8: By the way, I've noticed I don't do nearly as
- 1:25:59Speaker 8: many of my impressions as I used to. Now, after
- 1:26:01Speaker 8: talking to Joe, I need to go back and do
- 1:26:03Speaker 8: more of my impressions. I used to do Bernie Sanders
- 1:26:06Speaker 8: all the time. And I don't imitate Bernie nearly as
- 1:26:10Speaker 8: often as I used to. Because he's not running for
- 1:26:13Speaker 8: president anymore. He's 140 years old.
- 1:26:18Speaker 2: He's an old commie.
- 1:26:20Speaker 8: And he looks tame compared to the new wave of Marxist...
- 1:26:25Speaker 8: radical Muslims that are now getting elected in today's Democrat party.
- 1:26:32Speaker 8: And once again, people are upset about gas prices. So
- 1:26:35Speaker 8: they're willing to turn over power to those people. That
- 1:26:38Speaker 8: will be the worst mistake America can make. If listen,
- 1:26:42Speaker 8: you're upset.
- 1:26:43Speaker 2: My gas costs too much money.
- 1:26:44Speaker 3: I agree.
- 1:26:45Speaker 8: I hate the gas costs too much money, but you
- 1:26:47Speaker 8: got to look at the bigger picture and it's coming down.
- 1:26:50Speaker 2: It's down. It was like $ 361 million.
- 1:26:51Speaker 8: 358, 358, I think, over in my area, which it's
- 1:26:57Speaker 8: been coming down steadily. They can kick it down about,
- 1:26:59Speaker 8: I don't know, about a dollar here in the next week.
- 1:27:02Speaker 8: That could really help out Republicans, which the other thing, too, is.
- 1:27:07Speaker 8: I would say that's part of a strategy, but that
- 1:27:09Speaker 8: would be a strategy that's a little too late.
- 1:27:12Speaker 2: I think the strategy would be far more effective, by
- 1:27:16Speaker 2: the way, during the break. Somebody, let's pull this up.
- 1:27:20Speaker 2: Let's take a listen. James Tallarico, what does he call Republicans? Well,
- 1:27:24Speaker 2: let's take a listen. Somebody posted this ad.
- 1:27:26Speaker 38: There was a feeling for a long time that everyone
- 1:27:29Speaker 38: secretly agreed with us. And if they didn't, they were
- 1:27:31Speaker 38: a bigot or a racist or a misogynist.
- 1:27:34Speaker 18: The Republicans are not the party of freedom, family and faith.
- 1:27:39Speaker 4: They are the party of bullies, bigots.
- 1:27:42Speaker 2: Bullies, bigots, bullies, bigots.
- 1:27:45Speaker 38: The Republican Party is pushing to pass these hateful, bigoted,
- 1:27:50Speaker 38: corrupt bills. So this map that they put out is
- 1:27:53Speaker 38: deeply racist. Deeply racist. And I say racist very intentionally.
- 1:27:57Speaker 38: This has always been about controlling women. controlling women, controlling women.
- 1:28:02Speaker 38: I mean, this is kind of like, you know, Handmaid's Tale, right?
- 1:28:05Speaker 33: Republicans as lawmakers and voters, what they want is a
- 1:28:10Speaker 33: kind of maybe a picket fence 1950s version of America
- 1:28:14Speaker 33: where the white man was supreme and, you know, women
- 1:28:17Speaker 33: didn't work and black people were in their own neighborhoods
- 1:28:20Speaker 33: and then never crossed into their district.
- 1:28:23Speaker 4: That's right. Bigots, bigots, bigots.
- 1:28:26Speaker 2: Well, he's a quality individual, isn't he?
- 1:28:29Speaker 8: That's the guy who's running around once again he's parading
- 1:28:32Speaker 8: as a oh no no he's moderate calls everybody who
- 1:28:38Speaker 8: disagrees with him a bigot a racist then again they've
- 1:28:43Speaker 8: been calling donald trump a racist since he came down
- 1:28:46Speaker 8: that golden elevator 2016 All right.
- 1:28:50Speaker 2: Let's take a break. If you want to join us, 281-558-KSCV, 281-558-5738.
- 1:28:54Speaker 8: We've only got, what, two more segments remaining.
- 1:29:00Speaker 5: Wow.
- 1:29:00Speaker 2: This Monday show is flying by quickly, so if you
- 1:29:02Speaker 2: want to get in, you better hurry.
- 1:29:04Speaker 12: 281-558-5738.
- 1:29:04Speaker 2: You're listening to Chris X Radio. We'll be right back.
- 1:29:13Speaker 3: The revolution continues after this. Chris X Radio.
- 1:29:18Speaker 4: Chris X.
- 1:29:20Speaker 35: When it's time to replace a roof, some people put
- 1:29:22Speaker 35: it off until an emergency arises. This is Deb Tejada
- 1:29:25Speaker 35: from Tejas Roofing, your Houston roofing company.
- 1:29:28Speaker 9: I understand.
- 1:29:29Speaker 35: People tell me it's way too complicated and too expensive.
- 1:29:32Speaker 6: Our customers tell us they wish they would have done
- 1:29:35Speaker 6: it sooner.
- 1:29:35Speaker 9: I hear it all the time.
- 1:29:36Speaker 35: Once the roof is replaced, they wonder why they waited
- 1:29:39Speaker 35: so long because it's really not that complicated. We show
- 1:29:42Speaker 35: up on time. We quote you a fair price. We
- 1:29:45Speaker 35: replace most roofs in just one day. At Tejas Roofing,
- 1:29:48Speaker 35: we take pride in making the process easy.
- 1:29:50Speaker 2: The cleanup is phenomenal. People always comment that it looks
- 1:29:53Speaker 2: like we were never there.
- 1:29:54Speaker 6: And now those customers sleep better at night knowing your
- 1:29:57Speaker 6: new roof has been installed correctly.
- 1:29:59Speaker 35: When you know you need a new roof, don't put
- 1:30:01Speaker 35: it off. Call me now, Dept. of Hata at Tejas Roofing, 281-251-0304.
- 1:30:04Speaker 35: Estimates are free.
- 1:30:08Speaker 12: 281-251-0304.
- 1:30:08Speaker 35: When you need roofing repairs, a new roof, or remodeling,
- 1:30:13Speaker 35: call us at Tejas Roofing.
- 1:30:16Speaker 2: 281-251-0304.
- 1:30:17Speaker 24: Call Deb today for Tejas Roofing's free beat to winter
- 1:30:20Speaker 24: weather roof inspection.
- 1:30:21Speaker 13: You know, where we go in life matters, and what
- 1:30:24Speaker 13: we do matters. And we know that taking the wrong
- 1:30:26Speaker 13: road won't produce the best outcomes. Hi, I'm Kathy with
- 1:30:30Speaker 13: Baker Mortgage. and we want you to take the right
- 1:30:33Speaker 13: path when it comes to your mortgage. You know, we
- 1:30:35Speaker 13: live in a world of information overload, but always consider
- 1:30:39Speaker 13: the source, and these are not generally going to be
- 1:30:41Speaker 13: from your big bank or a random offer that comes
- 1:30:44Speaker 13: across your screen. Remember, you're always going to get a
- 1:30:46Speaker 13: better deal on one that you go looking for than
- 1:30:49Speaker 13: one that comes looking for you. You need to deal
- 1:30:51Speaker 13: with somebody who gives a you-know-what, whether or not you're
- 1:30:54Speaker 13: happy in the end. At Baker Mortgage, we do it right.
- 1:30:58Speaker 13: We haven't been around for 68 years because we're lucky.
- 1:31:01Speaker 13: We don't sell CDs, insurance, or anything else. We just
- 1:31:05Speaker 13: provide a great mortgage experience. Isn't that what you're looking for?
- 1:31:09Speaker 13: Call us at Baker Mortgage. I promise you'll be glad
- 1:31:11Speaker 13: you did. We're at 281-313-MOVE or go directly to bakermortgage.com.
- 1:31:17Speaker 4: Equal Housing Lender.
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: License number 263213.
- 1:31:23Speaker 5: Hi, I'm Tommy Mello, CEO of Garage Door Doctor. If
- 1:31:26Speaker 5: there's just one piece of advice I could give every homeowner,
- 1:31:29Speaker 5: it's this. If your garage door spring breaks, don't try
- 1:31:32Speaker 5: to fix it. When they fail, they can be dangerous
- 1:31:35Speaker 5: without the right tools and the right training.
- 1:31:37Speaker 2: When it comes to springs, leave it to the professionals.
- 1:31:39Speaker 5: Save $ 100 on a new spring replacement today.
- 1:31:42Speaker 10: When it comes to garage doors, no one knows.
- 1:31:52Speaker 21: From the KSEV Weather Center, tonight expect partly cloudy skies
- 1:31:55Speaker 21: with a low of 70. Tomorrow will bring a mix
- 1:31:57Speaker 21: of sun and clouds with a high reaching 89. Tomorrow
- 1:32:00Speaker 21: night skies will be partly cloudy once again with a
- 1:32:03Speaker 21: low around 70. Looking ahead to Wednesday, anticipate very warm
- 1:32:07Speaker 21: conditions with varying cloud cover and a high of 91.
- 1:32:10Speaker 21: Thursday will also be very warm with intervals of sunshine
- 1:32:14Speaker 21: breaking through the clouds at times and a high temperature
- 1:32:16Speaker 21: of 91. With the KSCV Weather Center forecast, I'm AccuWeather
- 1:32:20Speaker 21: meteorologist Jason Catarina.
- 1:32:27Speaker 3: And now, we return you to your regularly scheduled dose
- 1:32:30Speaker 3: of common sense.
- 1:32:32Speaker 4: Chris X Radio.
- 1:32:33Speaker 3: Chris X Radio.
- 1:32:51Speaker 2: You know, heart has been breaking the glass ceiling since
- 1:32:54Speaker 2: before it existed. And Nancy Wilson.
- 1:32:58Speaker 8: I listened a few weeks ago to the Amigos and
- 1:33:02Speaker 8: they were talking about they could remember, I think, Nancy,
- 1:33:05Speaker 8: but they couldn't remember Ann Wilson, the singer, who, by
- 1:33:08Speaker 8: the way, hot take, hot take.
- 1:33:10Speaker 2: I think she is the best female. What was I
- 1:33:14Speaker 2: don't know about now. She's older now.
- 1:33:16Speaker 8: The best female vocalist in rock and roll. There's a
- 1:33:19Speaker 8: lot of good ones. A lot of people are going,
- 1:33:20Speaker 8: Pat Benatar. Pat Benatar is a great singer. She's amazing.
- 1:33:24Speaker 8: But that power that Ann Wilson had in her voice,
- 1:33:29Speaker 8: and she was so pitch perfect and just was a
- 1:33:33Speaker 8: legit rock star. Pat Benatar was kind of a rock star,
- 1:33:37Speaker 8: but also kind of a pop thing.
- 1:33:40Speaker 2: There's pop edge. And she was amazing.
- 1:33:43Speaker 8: She was a former, apparently, what they tell me, did
- 1:33:45Speaker 8: an opera performance. But no, I think, by personal preference,
- 1:33:52Speaker 8: Ann Wilson.
- 1:33:53Speaker 2: Which, by the way, I'm sure she's a complete lefty weirdo.
- 1:33:57Speaker 8: I think they came from Seattle back before the Seattle invasion.
- 1:34:00Speaker 8: But her sister, Nancy, is a great guitar player. They're
- 1:34:03Speaker 8: both great songwriters.
- 1:34:05Speaker 2: They were amazing in the 70s.
- 1:34:08Speaker 8: And then re-defined themselves in the 80s and became a
- 1:34:13Speaker 8: big pop. But it was always still rock-based. But Ann Wilson,
- 1:34:18Speaker 8: my God, she was incredible. And then you go listen
- 1:34:22Speaker 8: to the vocals on that song or anything from that album.
- 1:34:26Speaker 8: It was a dog and butterfly, and they're just so good.
- 1:34:31Speaker 8: You literally can't... Like I said, I think it's not
- 1:34:35Speaker 8: even close. Anyway, it was funny listening to the Migos.
- 1:34:38Speaker 8: By the way, I listen to the Migos just about
- 1:34:40Speaker 8: every week when I can. It's so funny because the video...
- 1:34:46Speaker 8: You can't hear them. You couldn't hear Barracuda just playing.
- 1:34:48Speaker 8: And on the video, we now stream the video of
- 1:34:51Speaker 8: the program on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter X, Rumble. And it
- 1:34:58Speaker 8: was funny because they were playing the judges segment, which should.
- 1:35:01Speaker 2: Be called somebody. Cash, can you tell me who came
- 1:35:04Speaker 2: up with a should be called the judges jukebox is
- 1:35:06Speaker 2: what it should be called. Do you know who came
- 1:35:08Speaker 2: up with that? I think it was the judge himself. Okay,
- 1:35:12Speaker 2: it should be called that.
- 1:35:13Speaker 8: Anyway, it's when the judge talks about people's birthdays and,
- 1:35:16Speaker 8: you know, in memoriam and they play little clips from
- 1:35:18Speaker 8: all the music, which, by the way, I think, honestly,
- 1:35:21Speaker 8: I think you can do that because you're literally talking
- 1:35:23Speaker 8: about the music and the artist. And legally, I think
- 1:35:26Speaker 8: you can actually play that. But nonetheless, when they do
- 1:35:28Speaker 8: their segment, they're all talking about the music.
- 1:35:30Speaker 2: This is great. This is so good. And you can't
- 1:35:32Speaker 2: hear anything. Only on the video.
- 1:35:36Speaker 8: So that's the video of the show. If you're listening
- 1:35:37Speaker 8: on our app, which our new app is fantastic. So
- 1:35:40Speaker 8: if you listen on the app, you can hear the music.
- 1:35:42Speaker 8: If you're listening at kscvradio.com, you can hear the music.
- 1:35:47Speaker 8: So I don't quite understand how this internet world works,
- 1:35:50Speaker 8: why we can hear the music there, but you can't
- 1:35:53Speaker 8: hear it when they're doing, and they're actually.
- 1:35:55Speaker 2: And we don't play the whole songs.
- 1:35:56Speaker 8: It makes no sense to crack down on AM talk
- 1:35:59Speaker 8: because we're not, no one's listening to AM talk for
- 1:36:02Speaker 8: just the music.
- 1:36:04Speaker 2: Let me ask you this, Cash.
- 1:36:06Speaker 8: When you're really ready to hear some good music and
- 1:36:08Speaker 8: you want to hear music, is the first thing you
- 1:36:10Speaker 8: do is turn on an AM radio?
- 1:36:12Speaker 24: Well, obviously.
- 1:36:17Speaker 2: Or maybe the last thing you do. By the way,
- 1:36:22Speaker 2: I haven't mentioned this. I forgot to mention this.
- 1:36:25Speaker 8: Ken, who emailed me a video of Rush, went to Rush,
- 1:36:28Speaker 8: who performed in Houston last week. I think it was
- 1:36:30Speaker 8: last Thursday night. Rush was in when the rainstorms blew in. Anyway,
- 1:36:34Speaker 8: still a good crowd. Sent me some videos from there,
- 1:36:36Speaker 8: and I've seen a bunch of others post them, so
- 1:36:38Speaker 8: thanks for sending me that.
- 1:36:40Speaker 2: But it was Rush performing.
- 1:36:41Speaker 8: They sound pretty darn good for their 50-somethingth tour.
- 1:36:46Speaker 2: It's incredible.
- 1:36:48Speaker 8: Both of their original drummers have long passed away. I
- 1:36:52Speaker 8: guess one of them passed away in 2020. Neil Peart,
- 1:36:56Speaker 8: the legend. Which, by the way, was so funny because
- 1:36:59Speaker 8: it went on YouTube and the next video popped up
- 1:37:01Speaker 8: was the guys from that movie, I.
- 1:37:03Speaker 2: Love You Man, with Paul Rudd and Cash.
- 1:37:08Speaker 8: Do you know who the other actor was in that movie?
- 1:37:11Speaker 2: Checking. Okay.
- 1:37:12Speaker 3: All right.
- 1:37:13Speaker 2: Find out for me. Let me know.
- 1:37:14Speaker 8: I like how I keep asking these questions and we
- 1:37:16Speaker 8: never get answers. Those pigeons are way too slow. We
- 1:37:19Speaker 8: need to upgrade them with drones. But anyway, the movie's hilarious,
- 1:37:23Speaker 8: and they play in a rush.
- 1:37:26Speaker 2: They jam to rush music.
- 1:37:27Speaker 8: There's a rush video where they're backstage when Rush isn't there,
- 1:37:31Speaker 8: and they're eating Rush's food, and they're doing stuff, and
- 1:37:34Speaker 8: then Rush comes in, and they kind of relay some
- 1:37:37Speaker 8: of the greatest. The slap of the bass man, which
- 1:37:40Speaker 8: is hilarious. So it's pretty funny. A pretty funny bit.
- 1:37:45Speaker 8: I love how Rush does that. Rush does some pretty
- 1:37:47Speaker 8: cool stuff. Anyway, they're touring. They just came to Houston,
- 1:37:50Speaker 8: and I don't know where they went to after. But
- 1:37:52Speaker 8: I appreciate the videos being sent. But once again, I
- 1:37:55Speaker 8: still don't understand why it just somehow violates copyright issues
- 1:38:03Speaker 8: if you play bump music for AM Talk Radio.
- 1:38:06Speaker 2: I don't get it. I'll never get it. Anyway, welcome
- 1:38:08Speaker 2: back to Chris X Radio.
- 1:38:10Speaker 8: You reach this segment, and then we have one other segment,
- 1:38:12Speaker 8: and then we're done. I'm going to jump to the phones,
- 1:38:14Speaker 8: try to get at least one or two calls in. 281-558-KSCV, 281-558-5738.
- 1:38:21Speaker 8: Let's go to Don listening in point blank. Don, thank
- 1:38:24Speaker 8: you for hanging on. Welcome to Chris X Radio.
- 1:38:28Speaker 15: Yeah, I'm sorry I missed most. of that interview. The
- 1:38:31Speaker 15: first hour with the lady about the Texas school board,
- 1:38:38Speaker 15: but brought back to mind back in 1980, 81, I
- 1:38:42Speaker 15: would went up to Austin and, did some protesting at
- 1:38:51Speaker 15: the textbook committee because that's, um, where they decide whether
- 1:38:58Speaker 15: to approve textbooks or not. It's kind of, I've worked
- 1:39:03Speaker 15: with this lady, Norma Gabler. I don't know if you
- 1:39:06Speaker 15: remember Mel and Norma Gabler from, um, Longview. They did
- 1:39:12Speaker 15: all this protesting. It started off in 1961 when, um,
- 1:39:19Speaker 15: Her son pointed out that her school board, I mean,
- 1:39:24Speaker 15: her school textbook, I remember having to memorize the Gettysburg
- 1:39:32Speaker 15: Address in junior high, but his textbook had the Gettysburg
- 1:39:40Speaker 15: Address with the phrase, One Nation Under God, missing from
- 1:39:47Speaker 15: the Gettysburg Address. And so that kind of got me, well,
- 1:39:55Speaker 15: not in 1961, but more like in 80 and 81
- 1:39:59Speaker 15: to start getting involved in that. My main area of
- 1:40:06Speaker 15: protest was all the science test books, which just the
- 1:40:12Speaker 15: fact that abiogenesis and evolution were how we got here
- 1:40:17Speaker 15: and They didn't say there was no God, but those
- 1:40:22Speaker 15: are pretty much totally atheistic theories.
- 1:40:27Speaker 8: You know, you're talking about a time back before China
- 1:40:34Speaker 8: and our adversaries started funding all of the protests in
- 1:40:37Speaker 8: our country. And like I said, you go back to
- 1:40:39Speaker 8: the 60s, there was the radical hippies, which you're not
- 1:40:42Speaker 8: one of those.
- 1:40:42Speaker 2: You're before them. Yeah, the radical hippies. And then you
- 1:40:44Speaker 2: mentioned some of the protests in the 80s. And I
- 1:40:47Speaker 2: remember those. And then there's some in the 90s.
- 1:40:49Speaker 8: But now virtually just about all of the protests from
- 1:40:52Speaker 8: the left are funded by.
- 1:40:55Speaker 19: China.
- 1:40:56Speaker 8: And then, of course, all of the leftists, the George
- 1:40:58Speaker 8: Soros operations and the really rich lefties here in our country.
- 1:41:03Speaker 2: So there's.
- 1:41:05Speaker 8: There's a lot of that going on. I appreciate the call, Don.
- 1:41:07Speaker 8: I want to jump because we're a little over.
- 1:41:08Speaker 2: I need to take a break. Bart in spring. Hold on, Bart.
- 1:41:10Speaker 8: We'll get to you here in the next segment. By
- 1:41:12Speaker 8: the way, the pigeon has returned. Jason Siegel is the actor.
- 1:41:16Speaker 2: All right. Good job, Cash. Which pigeon is this one?
- 1:41:20Speaker 2: Do you remember the name of the pigeon? Which one
- 1:41:22Speaker 2: brought us the answer?
- 1:41:23Speaker 19: Oddly named Jason.
- 1:41:26Speaker 2: I didn't even know we had a pigeon named Jason. Yeah,
- 1:41:31Speaker 2: it's funny. We went from 56K now back to pigeons.
- 1:41:34Speaker 2: I mean, I guess we can't regress any further, right?
- 1:41:37Speaker 2: Don't put that out there. Good point.
- 1:41:41Speaker 8: All right, you're listening to Chris X Radio. We'll take
- 1:41:43Speaker 8: a short break, come back, wrap up the show. We
- 1:41:45Speaker 8: got Barton Spring next.
- 1:41:46Speaker 2: If you want to get in, you better hurry.
- 1:41:47Speaker 17: 281-558-KSCB.
- 1:41:48Speaker 2: We'll be right back.
- 1:41:56Speaker 4: Call Chris X Radio now. 281-558-KSEV.
- 1:41:58Speaker 12: 281-558-KSEV.
- 1:42:06Speaker 10: Fall just got a whole lot more flavorful. The fall
- 1:42:08Speaker 10: sale is on now at Speck's.
- 1:42:11Speaker 39: Spice up the season with big savings on bold whiskey,
- 1:42:15Speaker 39: rich wines, crisp canned cocktails, and all your entertaining essentials
- 1:42:19Speaker 39: during Speck's fall sale. With Texas' largest selection at the
- 1:42:24Speaker 39: lowest prices, toasting to fall has never tasted better.
- 1:42:27Speaker 4: Celebrate everything fall.
- 1:42:29Speaker 10: At Speck's Wines, Spirits, and Finer Foods. Cheers to savings.
- 1:42:34Speaker 4: What kind of home do you live in? We live
- 1:42:36Speaker 4: in a two-bedroom high-rise condo.
- 1:42:38Speaker 10: A three-bedroom family home in the suburbs.
- 1:42:41Speaker 3: A farmhouse on our family ranch passed down through generations.
- 1:42:45Speaker 28: It doesn't matter where you live or what kind of
- 1:42:48Speaker 28: home you have. You all have one thing in common.
- 1:42:51Speaker 28: Gina Hinojosa voted to increase your property taxes. Not once,
- 1:42:56Speaker 28: not twice, but 40 different times Gina Hinojosa voted to
- 1:43:00Speaker 28: raise your property taxes.
- 1:43:02Speaker 9: If she has her way, you'll be priced out of
- 1:43:05Speaker 9: your own home.
- 1:43:06Speaker 28: Gina Hinojosa is too radical to be governor of Texas. Luckily,
- 1:43:11Speaker 28: Governor Greg Abbott has a better plan.
- 1:43:14Speaker 30: We have to stop the insanity and instead give you
- 1:43:18Speaker 30: a different property tax relief that will do more than
- 1:43:21Speaker 30: cut your property tax bill in half forever. You're going
- 1:43:24Speaker 30: to be able to live in your home for the
- 1:43:26Speaker 30: rest of your lives without being priced out of it.
- 1:43:34Speaker 2: Chris X here to tell you about Humble Amco Transmission

- 1:44:08Speaker 20: Hi, this is Michael Miller. Join me this weekend for
- 1:44:12Speaker 20: the Backyard Bay radio program presented by Miller Pools and
- 1:44:16Speaker 20: Texan Pools. now at our new time, every Saturday morning
- 1:44:20Speaker 20: at 9 a.m. And what we do here on the
- 1:44:23Speaker 20: Backyard Bay Radio program is talk about your backyard. And
- 1:44:28Speaker 20: this time of year, wow, it's so hard not to
- 1:44:31Speaker 20: just spend all your time out in the Backyard Bay.
- 1:44:35Speaker 20: And I know sometimes you have questions. That's why we
- 1:44:38Speaker 20: do the Backyard Bay Radio program, to get you good,
- 1:44:41Speaker 20: solid answers to any kind of questions that you may.
- 1:44:44Speaker 2: Have concerning your swimming pools.
- 1:44:47Speaker 20: Or I'm looking to build a.
- 1:44:48Speaker 4: New swimming pool.
- 1:44:52Speaker 20: Join me this weekend for the Backyard Bay radio program.
- 1:44:55Speaker 20: Now at our new time, every Saturday morning at 9 a.m.
- 1:45:00Speaker 20: Right here on The Voice.
- 1:45:03Speaker 4: And now, back to Chris X Radio. Chris X Radio.
- 1:45:07Speaker 4: On The Voice of Texas.
- 1:45:16Speaker 8: You dedicate this song for those listening on the radio
- 1:45:19Speaker 8: or the app or on the website, kzbradio.com.
- 1:45:24Speaker 2: Been caught stealing. We'll dedicate that one to Leslie Briones.
- 1:45:28Speaker 8: See, she got popped for spending over $ 200, 000 on these billboards,
- 1:45:33Speaker 8: tax dollar money on billboards promoting her as she runs
- 1:45:37Speaker 8: for reelection. Yeah, that's just terrific. So she's getting in
- 1:45:43Speaker 8: trouble for that. She just voted to raise your taxes
- 1:45:48Speaker 8: the highest ever in Harris County.
- 1:45:49Speaker 2: So that's good.
- 1:45:50Speaker 8: Yeah, you should definitely reelect her. If I lived in
- 1:45:54Speaker 8: her district, I'd be voting for her. I think Steve
- 1:45:55Speaker 8: Raddick is running against her. So definitely voting for Steve Raddick.
- 1:45:59Speaker 8: Vote against Adrian Garcia. And even though he's not up yet,
- 1:46:03Speaker 8: he'll be up later. The godfather of Houston politics. the
- 1:46:10Speaker 8: dude who had his Rodney art, wait, Rodney art collection.
- 1:46:15Speaker 8: Ellis is, uh, I think El Senador nicknamed him when
- 1:46:18Speaker 8: he had a multimillion dollar art collection hidden in a
- 1:46:21Speaker 8: warehouse paid for by tax dollars. And when asked about it,
- 1:46:25Speaker 8: his response was, Oh, I don't know. I need to
- 1:46:27Speaker 8: look into it.
- 1:46:27Speaker 2: And then removed everything and never answered questions regarding it.
- 1:46:32Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:46:33Speaker 8: Anyway, welcome back. This is the final segment of our
- 1:46:35Speaker 8: manic Monday edition. We'll be back tomorrow for our two
- 1:46:38Speaker 8: for or taco Tuesday edition. No guarantee I won't get
- 1:46:42Speaker 8: tacos for dinner tonight.
- 1:46:43Speaker 2: There's no guarantee. I don't know, man. I don't know
- 1:46:46Speaker 2: if I want tacos or burgers or pizza or... Does
- 1:46:49Speaker 2: there any... Lukash, do you know of any places that
- 1:46:51Speaker 2: serve all three?
- 1:46:53Speaker 19: There's got to be.
- 1:46:55Speaker 20: Chuck E.
- 1:46:56Speaker 15: Cheese?
- 1:46:58Speaker 2: Do they.
- 1:46:58Speaker 8: I thought they just served pizza. It's been a while
- 1:47:02Speaker 8: since I've been to a Chuck E. Cheese, as in
- 1:47:04Speaker 8: I've never been to.
- 1:47:05Speaker 2: A Chuck E. Cheese, so... Oh, man.
- 1:47:07Speaker 6: Never been.
- 1:47:08Speaker 2: Never been.
- 1:47:09Speaker 8: Like I said, I don't have any affinity to go
- 1:47:11Speaker 8: hang out with a bunch of screaming kids. But certain
- 1:47:18Speaker 8: people running for Congress would be interested if they were
- 1:47:20Speaker 8: trans children.
- 1:47:21Speaker 2: Anyway, all right.
- 1:47:22Speaker 8: So we've reached the final segment of the program. We'll
- 1:47:24Speaker 8: be back tomorrow for whichever.
- 1:47:25Speaker 2: I think it'll be a.
- 1:47:26Speaker 8: Two for Tuesday tomorrow. Maybe we'll do two for Tuesday
- 1:47:29Speaker 8: and then we'll do that. But let's go ahead and
- 1:47:30Speaker 8: go to the phones here before we run out of time.
- 1:47:32Speaker 8: Pick up with Bart patiently holding in spring. Bart, thank
- 1:47:34Speaker 8: you for hanging on. Welcome to Chris X Radio.
- 1:47:37Speaker 37: Hey, Chris, at least you got your name right. That
- 1:47:39Speaker 37: caller from Tomball apparently doesn't know Craig's name. Well, I
- 1:47:44Speaker 37: was going to call him Chris. I'm like, you guys
- 1:47:46Speaker 37: got to straighten your names out here. Anyhow, I got
- 1:47:49Speaker 37: a good name for Trump. I think you need to
- 1:47:52Speaker 37: call him the great liberator. Every time they talk about
- 1:47:55Speaker 37: free Palestine, he's going to free Palestine, or Gaza anyway,
- 1:47:59Speaker 37: from Hamas. Palestine doesn't even exist. Free Lebanon from Hezbollah.
- 1:48:04Speaker 37: I think he's going to free Yemen from the Houthis.
- 1:48:06Speaker 37: He's going to free Persia from the Ayatollahs, and he's
- 1:48:09Speaker 37: already freeing most of Western Hemisphere from the globalists.
- 1:48:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:48:15Speaker 8: What's amazing in watching history is going to be very
- 1:48:19Speaker 8: kind to Donald Trump. Trump, even though the Democrats, the Marxists,
- 1:48:23Speaker 8: the Trump derangement center people are going to do everything
- 1:48:25Speaker 8: they can to try to stop this from happening. But
- 1:48:29Speaker 8: history is going to look at the Abraham peace accords.
- 1:48:32Speaker 8: Look at all of the things that he has done.
- 1:48:34Speaker 8: He is clearly the America's best interest in mind, no
- 1:48:38Speaker 8: matter how much they say or how much they lie
- 1:48:40Speaker 8: about him or what they've done.
- 1:48:41Speaker 2: The guy has done an amazing job. He really has.
- 1:48:44Speaker 2: And you're right. He is a great liberator.
- 1:48:46Speaker 8: And they're going to try to do everything they can,
- 1:48:48Speaker 8: watching them lose their minds over him getting.
- 1:48:51Speaker 2: Credit for anything.
- 1:48:52Speaker 8: Now, he's going to be the first one that will
- 1:48:53Speaker 8: jump up and say he deserves credit for everything and
- 1:48:56Speaker 8: things that he didn't even do. But that being said,
- 1:48:59Speaker 8: he does deserve an actual lot of credit for a
- 1:49:01Speaker 8: lot of the things that he has done.
- 1:49:03Speaker 2: And I think you make a really good point. Back
- 1:49:05Speaker 2: to the names, though.
- 1:49:06Speaker 20: Hold on.
- 1:49:06Speaker 8: You got to remember that was I remember Paul calling. uh, Craig,
- 1:49:10Speaker 8: Chris before. And I remember that some boy Ben was
- 1:49:12Speaker 8: doing it, but then again, it was an easy mistake
- 1:49:14Speaker 8: to make. Cause we used to have Chris Salcedo here
- 1:49:17Speaker 8: in the mornings and Chris X in the afternoons. So
- 1:49:20Speaker 8: there were far too many Chris's. I'm glad we've, uh,
- 1:49:22Speaker 8: we've been able to kind of offset some of the
- 1:49:24Speaker 8: Chris's and get rid of at least one.
- 1:49:26Speaker 2: We didn't get rid of Chris Salcedo.
- 1:49:27Speaker 37: Remind me who was 56 K.
- 1:49:29Speaker 24: Who was that?
- 1:49:30Speaker 2: That was Steven 56 K. You don't remember Steven. That's
- 1:49:36Speaker 2: the greatest nickname of all time, by the way, we've
- 1:49:38Speaker 2: got a lot of good ones here.
- 1:49:39Speaker 37: I think the country Trump may save the most is Canada.
- 1:49:43Speaker 37: They were falling deep headlong into the whole globalist stuff.
- 1:49:46Speaker 37: And I think with this January 1st auto trade deadline,
- 1:49:50Speaker 37: he's going to save Canada from Carney, I think.
- 1:49:53Speaker 8: You know, it's– man, it's– thanks for the call, Bart.
- 1:49:56Speaker 8: We're almost out of time. Yeah, it's– I don't know
- 1:50:00Speaker 8: if he can. But when you're looking at the impact
- 1:50:04Speaker 8: he's having on the entire world, and a good example
- 1:50:07Speaker 8: is looking at the Strait of Hormuz right now. More
- 1:50:09Speaker 8: oil is going through the Strait of Hormuz now than
- 1:50:12Speaker 8: was before the military operation in Iran. Iran is set
- 1:50:17Speaker 8: for the first time in history to have no oil
- 1:50:20Speaker 8: at sea and no oil revenue for the first time ever.
- 1:50:26Speaker 8: It's called Operation Economic Fury. And I remember Trump before,
- 1:50:29Speaker 8: there's going to be fire and fury like you've never seen.
- 1:50:34Speaker 8: He's so full of bravado and so over the top,
- 1:50:36Speaker 8: which is one of the reasons I was never a
- 1:50:38Speaker 8: big fan of him before he ran for president. I
- 1:50:40Speaker 8: wasn't even a big fan of him when he ran
- 1:50:42Speaker 8: for president. But once he got the nomination, it was
- 1:50:45Speaker 8: a no-brainer for me. What he promised to deliver, I said,
- 1:50:49Speaker 8: if he delivers half of what he campaigned on, he'll
- 1:50:52Speaker 8: be the best president.
- 1:50:53Speaker 2: Of our lifetime.
- 1:50:55Speaker 8: He has not only delivered more than half of what
- 1:50:57Speaker 8: he campaigned on, he's delivered a lot. Has he delivered everything?
- 1:51:00Speaker 2: No.
- 1:51:02Speaker 8: But to expect that to be able to actually come
- 1:51:04Speaker 8: to fruition with the Trump derangement syndrome people, the Democrat Party,
- 1:51:09Speaker 8: that has literally made up everything in the world to
- 1:51:11Speaker 8: try to stop him on anything that he's doing. They
- 1:51:14Speaker 8: lie about him constantly. They do everything they can. They've
- 1:51:17Speaker 8: arrested him. They've mugshot him. They've used lawfare against him.
- 1:51:22Speaker 8: They've gone through and tried to silence him. They've tried
- 1:51:25Speaker 8: to murder him. These insane lefties. One shot him through
- 1:51:29Speaker 8: the ear in Butler, Pennsylvania. Another tried to murder him
- 1:51:32Speaker 8: on a golf course. Another tried to murder him at
- 1:51:34Speaker 8: the White House Correspondents Dinner with a bunch of lefty
- 1:51:37Speaker 8: dirtbags that run the White House Correspondents Dinner. And people
- 1:51:41Speaker 8: don't realize this guy has been. Some people can't get
- 1:51:46Speaker 8: past the pettiness of politics. Politics is very nasty. Donald
- 1:51:51Speaker 8: Trump did not bring nastiness to politics. What he brought
- 1:51:54Speaker 8: was the same amount of vitriol and hatred back to
- 1:51:58Speaker 8: the Democrats that they have been giving the Republicans for decades.
- 1:52:03Speaker 8: And the media, the propaganda outlet of the Democrat cult,
- 1:52:06Speaker 8: is furious about it. And Democrats are furious about it.
- 1:52:13Speaker 8: And Trump derangement syndrome people are furious about it. They
- 1:52:16Speaker 8: cannot handle, they can dish it out, but they cannot
- 1:52:22Speaker 8: take it at all. And he is, the old adage,
- 1:52:25Speaker 8: once again, he's like a pig in mud, man. He
- 1:52:28Speaker 8: gets down in the dirt with them.
- 1:52:30Speaker 2: He gets it.
- 1:52:31Speaker 8: And when you're all said and done, everybody's all covered
- 1:52:34Speaker 8: in mud and Trump is sitting there smiling like the
- 1:52:37Speaker 8: day is long because it's not personal to him.
- 1:52:39Speaker 2: He doesn't even care.
- 1:52:41Speaker 8: He's just giving them what they deserve and what they
- 1:52:43Speaker 8: have been dishing out for decades. That's why they love
- 1:52:46Speaker 8: people like George W. Bush or John Cornyn. Those people,
- 1:52:49Speaker 8: they would call you Adolf Hitler. For the last four
- 1:52:53Speaker 8: years of Bush's second term, they called the guy Adolf
- 1:52:56Speaker 8: Hitler for four years. And then now they moved it
- 1:52:59Speaker 8: over to Trump. Basically, anyone who disagrees with them, they
- 1:53:03Speaker 8: brand as Adolf Hitler. So what did Trump do? He
- 1:53:07Speaker 8: brought back the mud. He's not exactly what I'd call
- 1:53:11Speaker 8: a statesman.
- 1:53:12Speaker 2: Never been one.
- 1:53:13Speaker 8: One of the reasons why I wasn't a big fan
- 1:53:15Speaker 8: of him. But what he is, is our good friend,
- 1:53:18Speaker 8: I think Bill, or Buffalo Bill, we'll call him. Bill
- 1:53:23Speaker 8: from Brooklynville. Sorry, not Buffalo Bill.
- 1:53:25Speaker 2: Brooklynville. Called him a Brooklyn street fighter. That's how he works.
