  people were hurt. Well, now we're learning a little bit

  more about Jeffrey Epstein's activities in New Mexico, and that

  also includes his ex girlfriend Chrinnia Shuliac applying for a

  dental license for a dental practice in New Mexico. And

  get this, the name of the practice Zoro Smiles. And
• 0:50
  where would this practice be located, Well, you guessed it,
• 0:54
  on the property of Zoro Ranch. Now, this dental practice
• 0:59
  was never put into play, but the fact that it
• 1:01
  was even a thought just shows you how deeply entrench
• 1:06
  Jeffrey Epstein was in the state of New Mexico and
• 1:11
  he really thought that he'd be able to get away
• 1:13
  with setting up a dental office right on the property
• 1:16
  of Zorro Ranch. And that's because nobody in the whole
• 1:19
  last state really cared what Epstein was up to. And
• 1:22
  that's because some of the most powerful people in the
• 1:25
  state were friends with them. I mean, the Kings, the Richardson's, sheriffs,
• 1:34
  you name it. So of course people are willing to
• 1:37
  look the other way. And that's been the mo with
• 1:40
  Epstein for how long and how many cities, how many states?
• 1:45
  He ingratiates himself to powerful people, and then those powerful
• 1:49
  people get caught up in his orbit, and before you
• 1:52
  know it, he's being protected. And we've seen it so
• 1:55
  many times, and down here in New Mexico it was
• 1:58
  obviously happening. Now the question is will this truth Commission

  be able to get to the bottom of it? And

  today we have an article from the Santa Fe, New
• 2:07
  Mexican talking about this very topic, headline Zoro Smiles. Epstein's
• 2:13
  girlfriend was a licensed dentist in New Mexico. This article

  was authored by Clara Bates. Jeffrey Epstein wrote to his
• 2:22
  girlfriend an assistant in twenty sixteen with a request, please
• 2:26
  get oxygen for dental office New York and New Mexico.

  He wrote in an email, one of millions of documents
• 2:33
  the US Justice Department has released on the sex offender
• 2:36
  and financier. He also instructed her to travel with anesthetic.
• 2:41
  And one of the main reasons that Epstein had a
• 2:43
  dentist on hand and all these doctors in his orbit
• 2:47
  was because a lot of these girls were being trafficked
• 2:49
  and everything had to be done on the hush hush,
• 2:52
  you know, like in a TV show when somebody gets
• 2:54
  shot and they take him to a veterinarian because they
• 2:57
  can't risk you know, the authorities knowing what's happening, same shit.

  So they have all these other people in play that
• 3:04
  can take care of the needs of the girls without
• 3:06
  raising any alarms or suspicions. And Crinni Ashuliac certainly was
• 3:11
  one of those. She was a dentist. And how many
• 3:15
  of these girls did she treat, and how many of
• 3:19
  those girls might have reported something or a doctor might
• 3:23
  have seen something if they went to somebody a medical
• 3:26
  provider that wasn't provided by Epstein. The message was directed

  to Critiashuliac, who graduated from dental school in twenty fifteen
• 3:37
  and promptly applied for licensure in New Mexico and the
• 3:40
  US Virgin Islands, both sites of Epstein's major properties. Yeah,

  she wanted to have that leg up, right. Epstein needed
• 3:48
  to have a dentist, needed to have somebody to take
• 3:51
  care of the girl's teeth, and somebody that's not going
• 3:54
  to ask questions. So who better than somebody that's in
• 3:57
  on it. I mean, if you're trying to catch a rat,
• 4:00
  you might as well get a rat catcher. In our
• 4:03
  application to become licensed in New Mexico, obtained by the
• 4:06
  New Mexican under a public records request, Shuliac proposed that
• 4:10
  she would practice dentistry from Epstein's southern Santa Fe County
• 4:14
  ranch at forty nine Zoro Ranch Road. All these people,
• 4:18
  with all these businesses, everything tied back to Jeffrey Epstein.

  And still you know what I'm gonna say, right, No, Rico,
• 4:26
  why not? This is obviously a predicate. This is obviously
• 4:32
  some kind of front operation, maybe not as far as
• 4:35
  to launder money, but a front as far as people's
• 4:39
  health and the way to make sure that the girls
• 4:42
  that are in Epstein's clutches don't have any medical professionals
• 4:46
  that aren't on the dime taking a look at them.

  It's really not that difficult to follow. The name of

  the proposed venture, Shuliac wrote, Zoro Smiles. There's no no

  evidence that Zoro Smiles or any dental practice was formally
• 5:03
  established at the ranch with Santa Fe County, which requires
• 5:07
  medical businesses to abide by certain regulations. He had. Did
• 5:11
  that stop Epstein down in the USVII where he had
• 5:14
  the dental chair? Do you really think, Jeffrey Epstein, of
• 5:17
  all people, cared about your regulations? But a handful of
• 5:23
  emails released by the Justice Department suggest there was dentistry
• 5:27
  equipment at Zoro Ranch. Later in twenty fifteen, Epstein instructed
• 5:32
  the ranch manager to unplug a dental chair pump. Look,
• 5:35
  he was obviously having the girl's teeth fixed, and whether
• 5:40
  it was Corinia Shuliac or somebody else, somebody was doing it.

  So before Shuliac became a dentist, I'm sure somebody else
• 5:48
  was involved as far as keeping the girls teeth clean.

  We know that he sent girls to Frederick Fakai to

  get their hair done, and then we hear from Sarah

  Kellen about what she says Frederick Fakai I did to her.

  So you see the loop here. Epstein had like a

  closed circuit of people that he could send these girls

  to that would keep quiet, and he knew they would

  keep quiet, and that's why he sent them there. Shuliac

  was licensed as a New Mexico dentist from August twenty
• 6:17
  fifteen around to around twenty twenty one, according to public
• 6:21
  records provided by the New Mexico Board of Dental Health Care.

  US Justice Department files and public licensure information show she

  became licensed in the US Virgin Islands and Florida in

  late twenty fifteen. Like as if things aren't bad enough,

  if you're in the clutches of Epstein, now he's like,

  and look at all these weird ass masks. That has

  to be reassharing while you're getting your teeth drilled done.

  House Oversight Committee, the photo came out of the US

  Virgin Islands government investigation, and that was the SECO case

  that they had against the estate, and the estate ended

  up settling with the USBI. Zoro Ranch was not searched

  by law enforcement in the aftermath of Epstein's arrest, even

  as several of his other properties were I wonder why.

  I'm sure it was just an oversight, right, you see?

  What had happened was we meant to raid Zoro Ranch,

  but we just couldn't find the time. Like, there's no

  plausible explanation or excuse. If you're going after somebody like

  Epstein and you're raiding all of his other mansions, probably

  a good idea to raid this one too, right, or

  maybe the place in Colorado. But I guess that would

  be too much work for the federal government. We can't

  have the case expanding, now, can we. A new Mexico

  Legislative Truth Commission investigating Epstein on Friday published a subpoena

  to the state Regulation and Licensing Department seeking records related
• 8:06
  to oversight of medical, dental, and ambulance services at the Ranch.

  Commission chair Andrea Romero, Democrat from Santa Fe, said in
• 8:16
  an interview on Friday that it was the first she
• 8:18
  was hearing about Juliac's license. Yeah, I never heard that before.

  I knew she was a dentist, but I didn't know
• 8:25
  that she was licensed in New Mexico. I had heard
• 8:31
  about the Virgin Islands, but not New Mexico. And again,
• 8:36
  look that's all by design. All of this secrecy, all

  these shadows, all the obfuscation, everything in New Mexico is

  by design. We heard about allegations of different medical procedures

  being done there. People waking up around. Medical equipment has

  been alleged quite a bit. And so in any information

  that we can have, and it sounds like you have
• 8:57
  some more information than we do, would be a really

  interesting to try to pull together what really was going

  on there. Romero said, well, look, there's a lot of reports, right,

  We've heard from a lot of people that they woke

  up and exactly like miss Romero says, here there was

  medical equipment around. It's like waking up in a fucking

  alien movie. You're on some kind of table, You're getting

  Bad enough that Jeffrey Epstein was abusing people physically to

  think that there was some kind of medical nonsense going

  but it's something that we know Jeffrey Epstein was into.

  He was into a lot of weird stuff, and I

  think as more as revealed, we're gonna find even weirder

  up to. Shuliac was listed as the primary beneficiary of

  Epstein's trust and was his last call from jail before
• 9:59
  his death. He planned to give her one hundred million

  dollars and his home, including the ranch. Why Epstein wanted

  private dental offices at his properties remains unclear. Well only
• 10:10
  for people that don't know what they're talking about. I'll

  just explained that the idea was to keep everything on

  the hush, no medical records, nobody in the system, so
• 10:20
  they could have their girls that they brought in from
• 10:22
  Eastern Europe or wherever hidden. That way they can continue

  to control them. Can't have a medical professional getting in

  the way, can we? The New York Times report earlier

  this year found Epstein sought medical care for himself and
• 10:38
  women around him outside established channels, including from doctors who
• 10:42
  broke the ethical rules of their professions. In one case,

  the doctor performed surgery on a girl on Epstein's dining
• 10:49
  room table, like I said, and look, all you have

  to do is follow along with the story and you

  realize this is what Epstein was up to. Epstein frequently

  arranged dental cleanings for the young women he surrounded himself
• 11:03
  with the Justice Department email show although those were at
• 11:07
  professional dentist office, Yeah, there were for the assistance people
• 11:10
  that were already Americans, not the girls that were being
• 11:13
  smuggled in under the shroud of them being some kind
• 11:16
  of model. Then they get here and there's no modeling
• 11:19
  job for them, only abuse and misery. Many of the
• 11:25
  girls Epstein was accused of abusing were from overseas. In

  one twenty thirteen email, a woman thanked Epstein for sending
• 11:32
  her to the dentist, saying she had never gotten a
• 11:34
  teeth cleaning in Lithuania. Shuliac's New Mexico license with the
• 11:39
  Board of Dental Healthcare was approved in a one line
• 11:42
  email grant K. Sulika General Dentistry license for the State
• 11:47
  of New Mexico. Then board chair doctor Burrell Tucker wrote
• 11:51
  August twelfth, twenty fifteen, misspelling Shoelac's name. The New Mexico
• 11:57
  Regulation and Licensing Department had no record of complaints against Shuliac.

  Look I doubt that she was like practicing practicing. The

  whole entire point and idea was to do this for Epstein.

  Andrea Brown, a spokesperson for the Regulation Board, said it's
• 12:17
  not on the board's per view to oversee practice locations.

  The statute does not include provision to regulate the establishment
• 12:24
  of a practice location. Various county regulations would apply if
• 12:29
  Epstein was trying to operate a dental practice out of
• 12:31
  his property, even if it took up just one room.

  Santa Fe County spokesperson Shawn A. Grave said, well, that
• 12:39
  would mean that you'd think that Epstein cared about your regulations.

  He did not. Epstein did what he wanted when he
• 12:45
  wanted to do it. Graves said the owner would have
• 12:50
  been required to submit various material for approval to the county,
• 12:53
  including a home occupation license, if a limited area in
• 12:57
  the home was being used for a dental practice. County

  records show no application for a dental business license or
• 13:04
  any reference to a dental practice at the property in
• 13:07
  a development or a business license application She said there's
• 13:11
  no record of Zorro Smiles or that it was ever
• 13:13
  registered as a company with the Secretary of State's office.

  A spokesperson confirmed, Yeah, Look, it was all for Epstein

  and to keep the girls off the radar. That's what
• 13:23
  it comes down to. The Truth Commission has so far
• 13:27
  published twenty subpoenas it's issued to public and private institutions,
• 13:31
  including the one to a regulation agency, which requests documents
• 13:35
  related to regulatory oversight of medical services, dental services, and
• 13:40
  ambulance services, along with permits and related files. The subpoenas
• 13:45
  don't name Shuliac. Emails released by the Justice Department earlier
• 13:49
  this year show Epstein's interest in medical self sufficiency extended
• 13:53
  to purchasing a private ambulance for the ranch. On June
• 13:57
  twenty fifteen, he began seeking ination on two fully equipped
• 14:02
  ambulances for the island and ranch. According to an email
• 14:05
  written by Shuliac, who served as one of Epstein's assistants,
• 14:10
  he paid fifty thousand, six hundred and eighty four dollars
• 14:13
  for an ambulance in early twenty sixteen. An invoice in
• 14:17
  the Justice Department file shows, which included a medical cot
• 14:20
  defibrillator and a one hundred pound oxygen tank. Ambulance will
• 14:25
  read zoro ambulance on all three sides Epstein's account and
• 14:29
  wrote to him finalizing the purchase. Epstein also purchased an
• 14:34
  ambulance for the US Virgin Islands Property Record show. Well

  that's not weird. The fuck do you need an ambulance for, unless,

  of course you're up to no good, And as we

  all know, Jeffrey Epstein was certainly up to no good.

  So it's going to be really interesting to see what

  this commission comes up with and if they find anything
