Buc-ee’s is making its North Carolina debut with a massive 74,000-square-foot store in Mebane, set to open by year’s end — a slight delay from its original May 2027 target. Spanning 34 acres, the site will feature 120 gas pumps and 24 EV chargers (no car wash), creating at least 200 full-time jobs with above-minimum-wage pay, 401k matching, and paid vacation.
