- 0:05Drama, Darling, Drama, Darling, drama, Darling. Hey, everybody,
- 0:20welcome back. It's drama, Darling. It's Tuesday. It's a doubleheader.
- 0:24I'm with Emily Desis, who is still just fresh off the heels of
- 0:29her Bruce Springsteen concert going experience this weekend. How are you feeling today,
- 0:34Emily. Great to show banger in La. Got some world premiere, some
- 0:41tour premieres. Very excited. I mean, Patty came out and did fire
- 0:46open Show one with boom boom, I mean, wow, open All Night,
- 0:52Show two, opener. Any New Jersey Housewives teasers scenes in it anything
- 0:58like that? No, I mean maybe there was something subtle and unspoken there.
- 1:03Drama. There was a little drama among the East Street Wives at the
- 1:07beginning of the tour of this tour, and like the Street Real House,
- 1:12Yeah yeah, there Wives of East Street. What happened? Well, the
- 1:18tour opened in gosh twenty twenty three, but there were still some leftover residuals
- 1:26of COVID. You know, obviously big events and all that, but you
- 1:33know, some of the wives were more protective in terms of their ideas of
- 1:38what their husbands should be doing and not socializing and others weren't, and some
- 1:42of them said these things on Twitter at each other. It was pretty hilarious.
- 1:49Oh my god, Patty was not one of them. Patty's part of
- 1:53the band, but she was not touring at that point. But yeah,
- 1:57it was pretty great. Maureen van stant and Amy Lofgren, I know,
- 2:00it at each other a little nice. Can we get them over on some
- 2:05I don't know, Jersey Housewives, I mean the Real Housewives of Ea Street.
- 2:09I would love to see, love to see it, love to see
- 2:13it was just a little sneak peek into a serving dish. But I just
- 2:22have to remind you what we're doing today before I talk about the news.
- 2:25So today we're going to be talking about below Deck, and then we're going
- 2:29to get into episode six and seven of Buying Beverly Hills. We're doing these
- 2:35like two at a time. I mean, I think that's the way to
- 2:38peel this banana, you know, for Buying Beverly Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
- 2:43I mean we don't want to just binge the whole thing like we did
- 2:46Traders UK and then do like a full on recap. You know, that
- 2:52was good for Traders, but with this, we really need to, like
- 2:54get through these episodes and point out the details. So I'm excited to do
- 2:59that till the two day. Emily, Yes, Yes, me too.
- 3:04So we got a lot of work to do. We got to jump in
- 3:07in news. You know, we were talking about the Real Housewives of EA
- 3:10Street. But you know who might be joining the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,
- 3:16which is a rumor that's swirling about, and that is Ilaria Baldwin.
- 3:22Ilaria. Okay, so I heard that Kyle had said that would be like
- 3:29her one of her dream Yeah, but I haven't made but hear anything after
- 3:35that. Oh well, things are popping off the last twenty four hours.
- 3:38I've seen it a couple places. I'm looking at Bravo Housewives account and it
- 3:42says that she you know, she lives in New York, but she was
- 3:46spotted in Los Angeles with her kids, you know, all twenty of them.
- 3:53And sources are saying that she met with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills execs
- 3:58about joining And these are just rumors, but these are like flying around.
- 4:04Obviously, she lives in New York, but you know, I mean,
- 4:10I mean, she is she has that syndrome and the spoken word I mean
- 4:15to have if they bring on Ilaria, they cannot let Duret go because that
- 4:21will be one of the most hilarious Hilaria Is conversations that we've seen yet on
- 4:29Housewives. Now, this is so shady because in this article it says that
- 4:35they were floating the idea of doing a reality series based on their family last
- 4:39year, Hilaria and Alec And but that was before he got word he's going
- 4:46to be retired for involuntary manslaughter of rust cinematographer Hutchins. But retired. Yeah,
- 4:53that he's going to be retired because he's got he you know, he
- 4:59may be charged, yeah, voluntary manslaughter. I mean, and if he
- 5:02goes away, you know, away, then Ilaria has gotta like do something.
- 5:11So hmmm what oh, I I guess I'm a little behind on the
- 5:16Russ charges stuff. Mhm. And and his involved I mean, I mean,
- 5:23there's like a lot of layers and I used to more. He's pending
- 5:27the person who the armor being sentenced, I believe, and they're waiting for
- 5:33Alex uh Alex Alex apostrophe, yes hearing That's what I'm trying to say.
- 5:44It's impossible. It's like literally at least that's how I imagine it to be,
- 5:50so we'll see. I mean, that would be pretty epic. From
- 5:54an absurd point of view, I think that she's going to be one of
- 5:58those people that, like you love to hate. She threw her hat.
- 6:04That's right, she did, bet Midler. I would love that. It
- 6:09would just be her waxing poetic to the ladies all the time. God,
- 6:13it'd be so good. I mean, that would be next level that you
- 6:16couldn't get any better than that, you know. Yeah. In other news,
- 6:21Lala Kent did a reveal of what she's having and she's having a girl.
- 6:29Congratulations. Congratulations. Yeah, so that's exciting. We have so much
- 6:34to cover, so I'm gonna have to just go ahead and start talking about
- 6:41the shapewear company that I absolutely love, because support for today's show comes from
- 6:47Honeylove. You guys have heard me talk about Honeylove. They have seen it
- 6:51and they've done it, and they've revolutionized this whole bra game. And see
- 6:57you later underwire if you don't want it. You know a lot of people
- 7:00are into like wearing the sports bras lately and wearing them more like you know,
- 7:04casual bras well. These are so incredible because you don't have to sacrifice
- 7:11feeling uncomfortable anymore with a great looking bra. It's sexy and I personally love
- 7:16the crossover bra that's their biggest seller, and it's really really pretty and you
- 7:21get the support that you need. You've got some mesh detailing, so you
- 7:27get a little touch of sexy and I just absolutely love it. Then for
- 7:30another reason, which is you ever heard of the good old back bulge,
- 7:34you know, the through your T shirt. Well, guess what, Emily,
- 7:39they have come up with a design that smooths that that area down with
- 7:45that fabric to prevent that back bulge. So thank you very much for that.
- 7:48Honey Love. I absolutely love it. And it doesn't stop at Bras
- 7:53you can get all kinds of shapewear to round out your wardrobe. So check

- 8:22from me. Okay, okay, honeys, you gotta get it. You
- 8:26gotta get it, and I will put the link in my you know,
- 8:30my podcast notes so you can see it there. Now let's get into We're
- 8:35gonna start with below Deck first because there's you know, there's a lot of
- 8:39drama going on there. Oh but duh, goodness, gracious we are We're
- 8:46still on Saint David. Okay, we still have Captain Carrey. We have
- 8:50a very tired and exhausted phraser. He is not happy with Barbie right now,
- 9:01and it's really taking a toll. I'm curious, Emily, is Barbie
- 9:05giving him the this like clap back that he is like building it up to
- 9:11be, because okay, yeah, it seems a little exaggerated on his I
- 9:15think he's tired. I think he's so incorrect. I think there's something about
- 9:20him, and I've said it before, he gravitates towards these wounded doves and
- 9:26tries to like nurse them back to health. Sump. Yeah, Barbie was
- 9:33never looking for that. She was doing her job and rather than like Barbie
- 9:39wasn't willing to take on the project of cat earlier in the season, and
- 9:43that pissed Fraser off. And then like, you know, I was so
- 9:48on Barbie's side about like the you know, we're a student. Why is
- 9:54Zandy off on this you know, beach excursion? And and I get that
- 10:01maybe Barbie runs up the stairs two times more than she has to on a
- 10:05task to look she's I think that's part of her feeling busy. But she
- 10:11seems to do a great job. Are you saying that she like she's not
- 10:16utilizing her time wisely where it's like she brings one thing up and then she
- 10:20goes back down to get the other thing, when if she could have just
- 10:22gone to two places and gotten those two things, she would have run up
- 10:24one time. Perhaps, I mean Sandy has said something about that. And
- 10:28I noticed that Barbie is always running, and so I'm wondering if she has
- 10:33to be in that motion to feel busy, right, she's all just completely
- 10:41just here she here comes Barbie, Yeah, running around that vessel. I
- 10:48need a tampon. Look, you gotta get your tampon when you need your
- 10:54tampon. I'm sorry, you gotta you know what, I'm sorry. I
- 10:58don't care what's going on behind doors you know, I agree, and she
- 11:03was polite about it. Yeah, but I would think that Fraser's gonna watch
- 11:07this season back and be like, Okay, I think I think there's a
- 11:13reason why I'm always in this position where I'm always wanting to fire somebody,
- 11:18like maybe it's about me. Mommy's a hard girl. It does seem like
- 11:24he's just hitting the wall. I think he's just tired and he's lashing out
- 11:28at her. I will say this, she does need to just shut the
- 11:35fuck up and work. I mean, she is giving a lot of tude
- 11:37where tude doesn't need to be do you know what I'm saying. He'll be
- 11:43like, I think, oh my, Bobby, Like they're not even having
- 11:45a real conversation, and she's like, uh huh, so she's putting off
- 11:50these vibes when she'd hit it that yeah, right, But I mean after
- 11:54the fact, after an entire charter of her doing that, that is annoying.
- 12:01That's annoying. It's annoying, but it's if you notice, the only
- 12:07time Fraser actually gave her a solid compliment during her working was in the middle
- 12:13of that, when she was becoming a wounded bird herself and he's like,
- 12:18you're doing an excellent job, like he said it, and I think the
- 12:22Captain and somebody was there and it was just like, how is she supposed
- 12:26to receive that you have criticized her at every point when she was doing ten
- 12:30times more than Kat was. Yeah. Yeah, And so I don't think
- 12:33that Fraser is bad at his job. I just don't think he's taking in
- 12:39like how I don't know if she's doing yeah, yeah, And I don't
- 12:41know if he knows how to have two people that are really good at their
- 12:48job working for him. It feels like he had He's just going for Barbie
- 12:52for no reason. Yeah, And it's almost like he's assuming that she should
- 12:56be doing all this with like I mean, I mean, really, at
- 12:58the end of the day, you should be doing all that with a smile
- 13:01on your face, ideally if you want to be the perfect stew And she
- 13:03was doing all that but without this smile on her face or it seemed totally
- 13:09inorganic. But she wasn't doing a good job at faking it until she makes
- 13:13it, you know what I mean. And I think that's Frasier's point,
- 13:16Like you know you're doing a great job, why are you kind of bringing
- 13:18in this vibe when it doesn't need to be there. I don't know if
- 13:24the editing was off on this or whatever, but obviously she was doing something
- 13:30pretty bad to irritate him. But again, I really felt like him as
- 13:35a leader, he shouldn't be spouting back at her the way that he does.
- 13:41He's like, no, you fucking don't. If you did, you'd
- 13:43be doing this. It's like, whoa, You're making it personal now,
- 13:46you know. It just got weird. Like on their day off he was
- 13:52talking to her in a very strange way. You know, Oh that was
- 13:54all weird. I mean, the thing is like after that charter before it
- 14:00ended, and Chef was like, I am going to get really drunk tomorrow,
- 14:03and I was just like, man, the last thing anybody on this
- 14:05boat needs is like alcohol, because they are all so at their brink.
- 14:11And I was like, this day off is going to be so messy.
- 14:13I know it was. I mean, we're still in it, but like,
- 14:16yeah, well yeah, Barbie's crying and calling her mom mine to quit.
- 14:22And then we have this new gal Paris that comes in and she's just
- 14:28Fraser is unloading on her and she's just like, WHOA I just got here.
- 14:33I only know you from the phone, can we not? So that
- 14:37was a little unprofessional, I'd say, yeah. I was a little nervous
- 14:41at first about her in terms of like how she presented herself in the interview,
- 14:46and uh, yeah, that was weird. Yeah, because then she
- 14:50kind of seemed to be the opposite when she was interacting with people. When
- 14:54I saw her interacting, I was like, oh, I really like her.
- 14:56Yeah, she seemed totally n He's fine. And then she got into
- 15:01the interview when she's like, I'll burn this place down because I'm bored,
- 15:03and I'm like, what, I'm just kidding, all right, what do
- 15:09we warn you with here? What are you doing? I'm scared. I'm
- 15:15really scared. And then Ben, he's such a little hoe like Honestly,
- 15:22the second that this new gal arrived, he's touching her on the arm.
- 15:28Yeah, gros, he is a piece of work, and and that that
- 15:33like seeing how far he can get with the touching is not cool and some
- 15:41grooming, seeing seeing what he can get away with. And what's so fucked
- 15:46up about it is we're seeing in real time that he's evaluating Sonny or fucking
- 15:54Balki. The new guy Dylan from Perfect Strangers, Like, can't stop seeing
- 16:00that when I see him for the lead position. And because only because Sonny
- 16:07and Ben are together, is he not going to put her maybe in charge
- 16:10because she seems like the obvious choice? Oh he better? Oh yeah,
- 16:18but I mean like he's like, I can he do that though, because
- 16:21he was already stepping in from some for somebody else? Can he do that?
- 16:26Who? Ben? Ben? No? He remember he was talking to
- 16:29Fraser and he's trying to weigh his options because Dylan's really qualified. Oh and
- 16:34Sonny is also qualified and been there longer, but they have a fling.
- 16:40I mean it was just like, this is why, Yeah, you can't
- 16:44do it. That's why you can't do it. By the way, that
- 16:45Dylan guy, he was sitting next to Katie Maloney. Yeah, yeah,
- 16:51I've seen that a bunch of places when Brock was was calling her out for
- 16:57sleeping with Max and you know, but I never Eva, Eva would have
- 17:03noticed that had people sent that to me. So thank you darlings. And
- 17:07I don't know how that happened, but I guess it's just one big,
- 17:10happy Bravo family. Yeah, and he seems like the kind of guy Katie
- 17:15would have rebounded or like he seems like in that category of yeah you're Satchel's
- 17:22Dylan's your BALKI these these nameless, faceless people's like people you know, these
- 17:30people that you know, these peoples on talking about, Like I can't quite
- 17:34remember what Dylan looks like or what Satchel looks like, but I know they
- 17:40look like something. But it's but it's more their personalities. It's more they're
- 17:45weird quirks. Right, It's like, is that Joe, No, it's
- 17:49not. It's Dylan. It's Dylan. It's more like they're weird things that
- 17:56they think are cool. It's like a like a uh weird like not completed
- 18:03Schwartz's personality wise, Yes, yes, because they were talking about Steve Irwin
- 18:08and how you know. He was like, do you like Steve Irwin's of
- 18:11course, like that is just a stupid question to begin with, like you
- 18:17know everybody loves Steve Irwin. I mean well, I mean especially if you're
- 18:23I guess right. Yes, Also, like the push ups into the licking
- 18:30your fingers to pull your calm your eyebrows move is your opener, Yeah,
- 18:36it's not. It's not going to get anywhere. He's not going to get
- 18:40there. Also, I think I said Balkie barishna cough instead of Balki Bartakamos.
- 18:52And also fans of ballet from the eighties. I mean, now that
- 18:59would be perfect. Can you imagine I need andy and a camera stat Yeah.
- 19:07But getting back to Fraser, towards the end there on the speech,
- 19:10He's like, guess what, I'm chief Stew. I'm like, you are
- 19:14getting so sassy for your bridges, sir, yeah, and you could have
- 19:21a great running crew if you would just chill out on Barbie. Are they
- 19:25going to get another Stew? I mean, what's going on? That's Paris?
- 19:29Oh, that's oh I'm sorry, yeah, Oh my god, I
- 19:34don't know what's going on. The eclipse I think did something to me and
- 19:40to my Like yesterday I couldn't upload the video because the video was it's too
- 19:44much to explain. Nobody needs to know that. But just like all these
- 19:47little weird things are happening and I'm like, what and including my mind anyway,
- 19:53Yes, Fraser, he I mean to say to Barbie, you're such
- 19:57a horrible person and you don't want to speak to somebody. I mean,
- 20:02yes, it's probably true, but as a leader, you know, that's
- 20:07what you say to like your best friend, Yeah, maybe even like your
- 20:11co stew. But if you are the chief STU and the leader, you
- 20:15don't want to call the person working for you a horrible person. Yeah,
- 20:22especially after that charter. I mean, it just was like, I don't
- 20:27know, he cannot let Barbie in as he has let Zandy in, And
- 20:32I don't know what that is I think, but anytime Barbie is kind to
- 20:36him, he's like takes that as an opening to give her, like a
- 20:40note she didn't need, So I get why she's got the walls up with
- 20:45him, right, all right, Well, I'm glad that Paris is there
- 20:51and she loves laundry, so that's great. It's gonna be agay. Yeah,
- 20:53they all say that, but they want to get up there and work
- 20:56service. Yeah, but trust me, I've heard it before because I've been
- 21:00like, oh, that's an option. I can just full close all day
- 21:03in and then you got to deal with You want to deal with people,
- 21:07so you want to You wouldn't want to, you'd want to stay down there
- 21:11though. I That's what I'm saying. I thought I had a kindred spirit
- 21:14in Zandy who was all about laundry and never wanting to talk to the guests.
- 21:18And then and now it's all over, it's like I need to get
- 21:22up there and talk to people. Yeah, because you start to go lose
- 21:26your mind. You know, you're on this charter. You be fine,
- 21:30fine, I'd be fine in the open on the in the open seas with
- 21:34no windows in the basement. Be let me add it. Oh my god,
- 21:40that would be intense. Just cut to Emily staring at the wall singing
- 21:45Bruce Songs lyrics over and over again. Yeah, okay, So Anthony,
- 21:55chef Anthony, he had a rough go of it this time. Yeah,
- 22:00I mean he's but compared to other chefs, I still say he's in the
- 22:07top. I mean he's had a great one. Bad. I don't even
- 22:12think it was a bad charter. It was like a bad lunch that Barbie
- 22:18did take responsibility for batching it because she didn't write down any orders and it
- 22:22was so specific, right those burgers. Oh yeah, and then the dinner
- 22:29coming after that was bad. So he had I'll even say two bad ones,
- 22:33but for the most part, so then this would be three. Was
- 22:37what was the third? Are you saying the dinner being this one. Yeah,
- 22:41okay, so the dinner, the lunch, gotcha, the burgers and
- 22:45then the bad tie and the curry. Yeah okay. Yeah, I mean
- 22:48I agree, And honestly, I think that it was a representation of what
- 22:52was going on on the ship with how difficult Jill was being. I mean
- 22:56I think that that completely was a domino effect on everybody. Yeah, it
- 23:02threw everyone for a loop. I mean, like you're coming and she's like,
- 23:04you know, we want to sit at this table, at the table
- 23:07at eight thirty. You know, we'll get we decided we want to do
- 23:10that now, all right. And it's like, oh my god, Like
- 23:11she was just coming out of every corner just and every single time they would
- 23:17isolate talking to the primary, she would still stop there. I know,
- 23:22I know, let's start with the primary. I'm sorry, I think that
- 23:26the primary wants this. I'm just saying, you know, it's like,
- 23:27oh my god, we're setting. She literally just said we want to talk
- 23:32to the primary. Yeah. I felt like again, I'll say I said
- 23:38it last time. I think that she's not I mean, she comes off
- 23:42terribly. I would never want to be on this vacation with her ever,
- 23:48and I would never want to work for her. Ever. I don't think
- 23:52that she is as like. I think her bark is worse than her bite.
- 23:59I know, I said that. I stand by that she's not a
- 24:02mean person. Yeah, she's very demanding, but and I think that comes
- 24:07off and it rubs people, most people the wrong way. But you know,
- 24:12I had done that video recently and if you haven't seen it, please
- 24:15watch my impression of Baby Daughter, Baby Daughter's debut Bravo video on meeting Me
- 24:22Phillips Instagram. And I was Jill on the yacht and Baby Daughter is playing
- 24:26the role of Barbie. But you know, Jill commented, and she's like,
- 24:30look, they gave me it. They gave me an option for the
- 24:33ice. But you didn't see that in the in the edit they took it
- 24:36out. I'm sorry, what can I say? So it's just funny how
- 24:37she's like tried, you know, to try to explain. Obviously you didn't
- 24:41see that she wasn't being as demanding as we thought because they gave her an
- 24:45option about the nugget ies, you know. So that being said, the
- 24:49chef really biffed it. I mean, everything was cold and Jill's like,
- 24:55you know, the dishes didn't come out right. I don't know, something
- 24:56happened. Yeah, but they had a lot of dietary restrictions and that's always
- 25:03tough. You know that that's a challenge. But man, Captain Carrie was
- 25:08passed. I mean, he was so passed. The dessert. The desserts
- 25:14were a huge hit, and that was great. I did think. I
- 25:18did smile and laugh when Fraser at the end was like, I mean if
- 25:22I have to take my tit out and breastfeed Captain, I will like what
- 25:26too far? Like what are you talking about? He just sometimes just shock
- 25:33value just throws everything at the wall. And then he was like I hate
- 25:40everyone on this charter. No, just I hate Jill. Oh my god.
- 25:48It was so funny. Oh and then he goes back down there and
- 25:52he's like, do you can you make a veggie sushi? And he's like,
- 25:56hell can that? Because well, let's cut to the chase since you
- 26:03have no more rice, I guess it's not happening. That was rough.
- 26:08Their tip was not good. Their tip was not good. Well, you
- 26:12know, but I did appreciate Kyle being grateful for it because it was like,
- 26:18you know, maybe that was good for that charter guest. We at
- 26:22home had our thoughts because we're seeing how hard this crew is working. But
- 26:26I did appreciate that. Kyle was like, hey, man, I'll take
- 26:30it. You know Kyle, the one who's going to Montana. Yeah,
- 26:33Scottish Kyle. So I thought I was sometimes when those tips aren't great and
- 26:38they should be better to them because we see their faces. I'm always I
- 26:45kind of always been thinking like what if that was like the most that charter
- 26:51guests could do and now they've got to get this like weird shame on the
- 26:55show about it about money, but it was it's still like a decent tip,
- 27:00right, Yeah, I'm going to disagree. I mean, I think
- 27:03they didn't screw up. They were working so hard, and if you are
- 27:07going to go on that extravagant of a charter, then yeah, then you'd
- 27:12better be giving the top dollar as far as a tip, because it sounded
- 27:18like is I don't know what the percentage of this tip is, but to
- 27:22me, it sounds like it might be like fifteen percent, where I would
- 27:26like, you need to go the full amount or what are you doing there?
- 27:30You know what I mean? Like, but what is the full That's
- 27:33the other thing I always wonder, like what are they told is the full
- 27:37amount? Like are they because they're probably working with like some kind of like
- 27:41a booking agent or a travel agent of some kind. There's some kind of
- 27:45negotiation for this, so somebody's telling them. So if they if they go
- 27:51in thinking it's fifteen percent and they did fifteen percent, but we know,
- 27:56obviously Jill has seen the show. Everyone who's been on that show, Yeah
- 28:02has seen that show. Yeah, so they're going to walk away with not
- 28:06giving a good tip. It's really there's no excuse, you know, yeah,
- 28:11yeah, yeah, So I mean that being said, uh, you
- 28:15know, blame Maderna because they were the primary. And this is where Jill
- 28:19like maybe maybe Jill should have stepped up and been like, you know,
- 28:22how much he giving for a tip? That's not enough. I'll give him
- 28:25more, you know what I mean? Like, yeah, yeah, but
- 28:26that's not if she's at the primary, she's not involved with the money aspect
- 28:30of it. But she could have given a tip on her own since she
- 28:33was getting weighted on. I mean, I don't know, or maybe they
- 28:36all put together money. Who knows, Yeah, who knows. But that's
- 28:42always a bummer because you don't like to see that. But uh, what
- 28:48am I talking about? Like here I am feeling bad for the charter guest
- 28:52when they've gotten the Durnam money, they've got Madernam money, like that's pharmaceutical
- 28:56money. Yeah. Yeah. You don't go on a charter and not give
- 29:00a good tip. You know, you have no business going on an exclusive
- 29:06like high end experience if you can't back it up on the on the back
- 29:10end. You know. I would love follow ups with the various charter guests
- 29:15to know why they tipped what they tipped. Mm hmm. That would be
- 29:18interesting to me. That would be if you could just pull them aside right
- 29:22before they actually leave wherever they are the island and pull them into one of
- 29:27those rooms, put them in a confessional and be like, explain what your
- 29:32tip is and why you gave this. Yeah, I agree? So all
- 29:40right, well, uh yeah, is there anything else we need to talk
- 29:44about? Like? Is that pretty much it? I think? Yeah,
- 29:48because we were just gonna wait and see how this thing falls out with Paris.
- 29:52Yeah yeah, all right, great, So now we need to talk
- 29:56about oh my god, Buying Beverly Hill episodes six and seven. Yeah,
- 30:06well, I mean I'm glad Adam's got some common sense. I mean,
- 30:10not that the ladies don't, but I mean like for him to be like,
- 30:12I'm not gonna continue to hook up with Sophia, yeah, and or
- 30:21Melissa, but specifically Sophia, right, And he was just like call me
- 30:26in twenty years and all the girls sitting there like, what when are you
- 30:30mane twenty years? And I know they took it all serious. I mean
- 30:33I did like that they were able to wrap up that storyline if you will.
- 30:38I mean I did feel pretty bad for Melissa later on, you know,
- 30:45with the Fiah stuff. Oh right, but she delivered the greatest Melissa
- 30:51delivered the greatest apology in reality show television history. Yes, I couldn't believe
- 30:57how genuine it was. And it was not only admitting that you're wrong.
- 31:03You know, beating yourself up in front of the other person's always a good
- 31:07move because you if it really works, if you genuinely feel bad. She
- 31:11genuinely feel bad. Yeah, yeah, and you're immediately it's so disarming.
- 31:18You're like, oh God, you screwed up. Like it's fine, it's
- 31:22you know. Even Farah was like I'm starting to feel bad, but she
- 31:26totally articulated why how she kind of lost her thoughts and then she kind of
- 31:32got lost in the sauce with being on a reality show, which is what
- 31:37she didn't say, but she was like, shit, shit, I realized,
- 31:40like I kind of got caught in this web and I was just expressing
- 31:41and I want what's best for you. So everything about it I thought was
- 31:45great. Yeah, and I was glad they got there. But Farah,
- 31:49she was very you know, getting to know her, you know now being
- 31:52up on episode six and seven, she's extremely assertive. She very much speaks
- 31:56her mind. And when she said that she a boss bitch. You don't
- 32:00have to be this loud boss bitch and put everyone in their place to be,
- 32:07you know, a commanding person, yeah, or take command. Yeah,
- 32:12calculated right, And I think she's got a lot of strength, and
- 32:15it's really nice to see, I mean, this whole business with Michelle from
- 32:21the Valley oh so much, so much Valley. She just comes in really,
- 32:29really strongly, and nobody was looking for muscle at any point. No,
- 32:35no, certainly not. And you can tell like her staff there,
- 32:39anytime we see them, they are just like they've been pushing so hard.
- 32:45Yeah, they just have this. They all have this edge to them that
- 32:49I'm like, I don't even want to like be on a charter with them
- 32:54in the middle of Granada. I'd let alone in this right or wherever.
- 33:00Yeah. Yeah, I just think it just doesn't seem like a fun place
- 33:06to work. She seems so toxic. I just I don't get it.
- 33:09I am just wondering, you know, in the day and age of reality
- 33:13and stuff like that, she is really putting on a show for us,
- 33:16She's but it doesn't seem like she's doing it. I think that's her I
- 33:22do too, which is shocking, and she's not really proud of it.
- 33:28I think she's really proud of where she has, where she is in terms
- 33:31of the real estate market, in terms of what she has accomplished, and
- 33:37I think that she thinks that she got there by being just full of rage
- 33:44and piss And it's like, I don't want this in my life. I
- 33:49mean, I'm all here for female empowerment and taking, you know, in
- 33:53her point being like I deserve a seat at the table, I'm all for
- 33:58that. But what she's doing is she's shitting on other women at breaking all
- 34:04the other chairs on everybody else's back, so she has the only chair at
- 34:08the table. It doesn't make sense. I mean when she comes into the
- 34:12agency, I mean, obviously she's going to come in and be like,
- 34:15it's me, Michelle, the valley is thriving. Oh god, he's Michelle.
- 34:22I'd go back to the valley. And she just sits down and she's
- 34:27like, with age comes wisdom. From the beginning, you know, Mauricio
- 34:30wanted to step back and be the face of the agency and get all the
- 34:35sales would go to us. And then she's like, but that is not
- 34:37the case. That did not trickle down to the valley Valley, and so
- 34:45I just and then she pivots into this whole takedown of the girls of being
- 34:50yeah and not for nothing. I mean, these girls, I love them,
- 34:54but I just do not see them having what it takes to lead this
- 35:00company. I mean, they are not dying to take it over like me.
- 35:06I am dying to take this sover I they have. They have silver
- 35:14platter, and they don't know what it's like to work as hard as me.
- 35:20And I'm like, are you my grandfather? Where You're like I walk
- 35:22to school uphill both ways in the snow and then then talking about like they
- 35:29don't know what it's like to walk into our room off suits, you know.
- 35:31And I'm like, are you Joan Crawford? Now you're like grew up
- 35:36in a room of suits, I mean and farah, farah. Like she
- 35:40wanted to have a family, like Mauricio has a family. You have a
- 35:45family. What is the problem here? So I yeah, everything she said
- 35:51had and I know nothing about her. I only know what I've seen in
- 35:53this show. And I'm like, well, now you've contradicted yourself in every
- 35:58sentence. Have you been to the Ally? I have? Then, you
- 36:01know Michelle ever heard of it? Well I have now she really put it
- 36:12on the map. Put it on the map. No, no one knew,
- 36:16but yeah, it was kind of it reminded me of almost like she
- 36:21was trying to do what Joan Crawford did in that boardroom. Uh like with
- 36:27PEPSI. I'm sorry, PEPSI, yeah, PEPSI to hear you. I
- 36:30know. Sorry, Well I'm a cooke person, but you know what I
- 36:32mean. She was don't fuck with me boys, I'm from the valley,
- 36:42you know, Like that was the best the vibe I'm getting from And I
- 36:45kind of am here for it, quite frankly, because's you know, every
- 36:49show kind of needs a ridiculous villain, and oh she's great on the show.
- 36:53But yeah, she's like, Jill's Aaron, I don't want I just
- 36:55want to watch it from afar. But yeah, she was like, if
- 37:01they take over, it's gonna be business suicide. And then of course when
- 37:06she's confronted there and Farah's like, I mean you literally said business suicide and
- 37:09she's like, I said, no, such thing. I would never say.
- 37:15Was the word valley suicide in there? And Farah's like no, She's
- 37:21like, then I didn't say it. If the valley wasn't in it,
- 37:23I didn't say it. I end everything with the valley. So clearly they
- 37:30heard incorrectly. Yeah, I mean you're dead wrong, so and you know,
- 37:36and then the funniest part was at the end of her speech where she's
- 37:40like, yeah, you don't get to take over a company just because you
- 37:44have the same last name. You have to earn it. Like me,
- 37:49if anyone has shown hustle and grit like Streak Gangsters, it's me. I'm
- 37:58like, okay, a little bit of a turn in the Gangster, but
- 38:04gosh, I don't even understand how Mauricio's friends with this person, and like,
- 38:09I guess they don't. I guess he just doesn't really know her.
- 38:13I don't understand she's a well, I mean, if you look at it,
- 38:16she's a pit bowl in sales obviously. Yeah, so they had a
- 38:21connection when they were at Hilton and Highland. Look, she was willing,
- 38:24She's willing to do what it takes to get where she wants to go.
- 38:28She was willing to leave with Mauricio, and that's pretty controversial at that time,
- 38:32right, right, they have this connection. She's she's also Mexican Jewish,
- 38:37and they have this you know. I mean, they probably built up
- 38:40a very strong report. They probably worked together very well back at Hilton Highland.
- 38:45So now she's been in the valley, he has no He's like,
- 38:52let's just let's tuck her over the yeah, you know, like see her
- 38:54in day. She doesn't need to deal with it, you know. And
- 38:58now he's like, come on this show, I want everyone to come into
- 39:04the office of the agency and tell me why they should be in charge of
- 39:07the agency. Honestly, I feel like they are kind of there's no reason
- 39:12for anybody to be talking about Mauricio leaving the agency, but when they were
- 39:16filming this, succession was top of mind for all these Like succession was such
- 39:23a huge It was the final season, and I feel like when Netflix was
- 39:28filming this, I wonder if the producers were kind of leaning into that idea,
- 39:31like who's gonna take over? And because there's so much talk, it's
- 39:36like Mauricio is not going anywhere. They are creating this narrative like that he's
- 39:42thinking about one day and like what does that mean to everybody? But so
- 39:46yeah, they're just building a succession dynamic, right, Yeah, you know
- 39:52it made me really wonder what the conversation was before she stormed in there.
- 39:58Yeah, and then did this whole spiel to Ben and Joey with no like
- 40:06nothing, there was no catalyst for her to talk about that. And Ben
- 40:09was like, oh, shut this door. You know. It was weird.
- 40:14It was weird. Yeah, And the best was Mauricia walking by and
- 40:17like waving like he was gone fishing. Everybody like had no idea what was
- 40:22going on in there. But you know what I thought was interesting. One
- 40:25thing that Michelle said, which was that at the beginning, it was supposed
- 40:30to be that Mauricia was just the face and he was gonna step back and
- 40:34like let the agency kind of run itself, which doesn't obviously make sense from
- 40:37a business standpoint, So to me, that doesn't align. However, if
- 40:44that is true, isn't it interesting that it went the complete opposite direction.
- 40:49He's opening up an agency in every corner. I mean, move over Starbucks,
- 40:52because there's going to be a Starbucks agency collab on every street corner right
- 40:59right? And how long has agency been open? Do I forget? Because
- 41:06what does that even mean? Like at the beginning, maybe probably like yeah,
- 41:12but I'm saying like we're still early on, like in terms of like
- 41:16I could see him in twenty years, you know what I mean. But
- 41:21like I don't know, I don't know what that means. Like then he
- 41:25was just going to step back, like yeah, one day. I just
- 41:29don't know what that even meant when she said that, but it was pretty
- 41:32funny. And then of course Parah everybody finds out that she's talking all this
- 41:38smack because Ben is like, oh, by the way, you know,
- 41:42louse lifts Lucy over there. Oh I know, because he's like the number
- 41:46one thing is, don't be assholes, and I'm like, bitch, you
- 41:50are at an open house. The number one thing is to sell houses,
- 41:53so don't do this at the open house. And Ben and Joe are like,
- 41:58we need to tell him right now. At this open house, round
- 42:01up the girls because number one, don't be assholes. Now sell the house.
- 42:12Well that was clear with Oh that was a different house though, wasn't
- 42:15it. No, that was the mid century modern house the that was at
- 42:19the open mille. Alexei gave the tour and Michelle was following her. Yeah,
- 42:23well that was interesting because when they first started and they had that like
- 42:28opening hellos to all the brokers there and Alexi is like, yeah, we
- 42:32just love bling a party and it's like riding game, like brokers party and
- 42:37everyone's like yeah, Alexia, take over, promote, You're the one who's
- 42:42got it. And then Michelle's like, this is not a party. We
- 42:49are here to sell houses. And then she's like can we get the burlesque
- 42:53dancers in? You know, and it was just like you're such a buzzkill.
- 42:58But also, why are you bringing dancers in if it's not a party.
- 43:01I know, I think I think Michelle. Really it's weird too because
- 43:07like the way she was treating Alexia was I mean, I don't know how
- 43:12to sell house, but it seemed like she was telling her some real basic
- 43:15shit and it seemed insulting to Alexia. So I just I think part of
- 43:22me is like, was Michelle brought in because she is this personality and maybe
- 43:25told something other than what was real, but she could see how much Alexia
- 43:30is selling to tell her, like to put toilet seat lids down, I
- 43:35mean that was a helpful hint or a helpful whatever, But I don't know.
- 43:39I was like, does Michelle. Did they hide Michelle in a cave
- 43:45from all the agency meetings and then just pull her out for the series kind
- 43:49of? I think they wanted to get rid of her from the joke.
- 43:54I don't know, because to me, it was like, you're you want
- 43:59her to prove herself to you? Who are you for her to prove herself
- 44:02too? Yeah, there's no reason for her to prove herself to you.
- 44:07Yeah, it's strange. And also, I mean, it was nice for
- 44:10her to see her at work because Alexi is amazing, like she already knows
- 44:15what she's doing. That was very, very strange. I didn't like There's
- 44:23one aspect of us that I don't like, which is it feels like it's
- 44:25a little selling sunset with the how much of this is really obviously produced on
- 44:32this level, which is a little bit annoying, but I'll take I'll still
- 44:36take it. It's fine. The only time it feels produced is when Mauricio,
- 44:40when it's Mauricio talking, because he always is just recapping the show for
- 44:47whoever he's talking to, and we're like, we got it. Like when
- 44:51Mauricio came and picked those guys up on the boat, he was like,
- 44:54so last night we went out and had some drinks and we went to this
- 44:59penhouse yesterday and then I was like, yeah, dude, we saw episode
- 45:04five and these guys lived it. What are you doing? Yeah? Like
- 45:08when he Sarah comes into the office and he's like, so, how's I
- 45:14hear you're having some problems with your relationship and you know your mom and I
- 45:17and I'm like, yeah, dude, you're just recapping. I don't know
- 45:22what's like. Tell me is real? Yeah, I feel like you're produced?
- 45:25Or yeah it's weird. Oh but Farah confronted Ben about calling Alex Aboso.
- 45:36Oh yeah, yeah, it's always funny, but like you called my
- 45:40fiance a boso to have that conversation, you know, and then Ben is
- 45:47just like I would have married you years ago. It's like, whoa easy
- 45:51buddy like you can. Ben and Zach are obsessed with Sarah and you cannot
- 45:55argue otherwise and talk about like touchy, you know, very touchy. Zach
- 46:00is very touchy. He's kind of touchy with Farah. And I did think
- 46:05it was inappropriate for them to be saying. For Ben to say, like,
- 46:07Zach and Farah have more chemistry than Alex and Farah, I mean,
- 46:10I understand the point, but for that to get back to Farah and he's
- 46:15married and she's engaged, that is totally weird and like she said, completely
- 46:21inappropriate, you know, very in a workplace. Well, especially coming on
- 46:24the heels of Zach making the joke about Ben in a fast rebound and Ben
- 46:30being like, it's not about me, it's about Jade being upset about it,
- 46:35right, Yes, that's right. So yeah, maybe it was like
- 46:38getting him back. Yeah, but yeah, for him to just like side
- 46:44check Zach's wife, I'm like, calm down then that, by the way,
- 46:52that Green Meadow Drive property where they had the last party. The Broker's
- 46:59party was not so bad, you know, I mean it wasn't It was
- 47:05okay. It was an okay house, I will say that. And then
- 47:08I wanted to mention a little too black, Yeah, iven like all the
- 47:13black and the trim snake. Yeah, but I mean that's stuff you call
- 47:16paper snake. That was so funny that Tyler was like, Wow, this
- 47:20is like the second snake wallpaper I've seen today. Michelle's like, what were
- 47:24you in the valley? If you were in the valley, I didn't see
- 47:27it where in the valley. It was not in the valley. Oh okay,
- 47:30all right, fine, we're fine. So but the other place,
- 47:35Korea way, the twenty nine to five place that Sante Santiago showed to Joey
- 47:40and Ben. Yes, that was pretty extraordinary. I have to say,
- 47:47I'm not as we've talked about these boxy, you know, modern houses,
- 47:53I am not a fan of. From beginning to end, you're talking about
- 47:59the beije on beige. Yes, the limestone, the like the three kinds
- 48:04of I want to say. They had all these different limestones and it looked
- 48:06like almost it had a pink hue to it. But it was beige and
- 48:09very white. The stairs were Roman clay. The fight. Yeah, there
- 48:15was limestone on the fireplace. See. The thing is there was warmth to
- 48:20that place that there usually isn't, And I think it was because the lighter
- 48:22wood there were a lot of There was a lot of wood furniture, and
- 48:28the limestone made it feel warm for some reason. So I actually really liked
- 48:31that place. Not that not for me personally, but of all the places
- 48:36that we've seen, I really like that. What you like? That better
- 48:40than the ranches and stuff? No, not bread, No, not better
- 48:44than any of them, of all the hotel lobby hood. Yes, yes,
- 48:50that one was passable to me. That's about as close as I'll get
- 48:54to liking one of those places. See. The most passable for me was
- 49:00the one in Venice that oh yeah, I love that one. But see
- 49:05yeah, because the other one smaller. Yeah, but it still had that
- 49:08cold vibe to me. But I was like, I like the idea of
- 49:14it, but that place was terrible. That you like good, it still
- 49:21was terrible. Like I will agree with you one hundred percent on that.
- 49:23It was better than the last maybe three or four we've seen in the past.
- 49:29Episodes, I will put it in a different category, and it's not
- 49:32the worst. I got the vibe that it was maybe nicer to be in
- 49:38in terms of like the earthy tones, and I like the trees, like
- 49:44the tops of the top of the kitchen was bordered with panel windows and it
- 49:49was green and it gave it a cool pop of color. But I was
- 49:52like, I don't want to live here, no, God, no.
- 49:54Yeah, but that Venice one was really interesting. Those walkable st or whatever
- 50:00or those just like the walking Yeah, that was interesting. It was cool
- 50:04because I've we have not I feel like, we've not seen a house in
- 50:07that area on any of these property shows. Yeah, it's usually you're getting
- 50:13like like something on the Malibu or something right, right, So that was
- 50:19really interesting and I loved seeing that side of things. I liked the client
- 50:23that Tyler brought in and I was like, Oh, I really want this
- 50:29home for her because it's like, it seems like a really cool young Hollywood
- 50:32stars bachelorette pad and I just thought and that chakra shower was ridiculous and amazing
- 50:40at the same time. I was like, this is so perfect for La,
- 50:45you know, Like I mean, yeah, whoever designed it was like
- 50:49we got to put hey, Bobby, go put in three different lights.
- 50:52We'll call it a chakra shower. Cever Bob Boby. Yeah, that was
- 51:00nuts. That was nuts. Too bad she didn't get it, you know,
- 51:06she wasn't willing to go over the four point four point And if you
- 51:09want a yard, you want a yard, I mean, I mean I
- 51:13would. I would, Yeah, me too. M Let's see what else.
- 51:20Tyler, Brandon, and Farah have a lunch and they're all talking about
- 51:25Adam, and Brandon is like, oh, yeah, Adam's son into Melissa.
- 51:31Melissa tried that last year, and I was like, oh, yeusier.
- 51:36It goes back to my point. And maybe I didn't understand that she
- 51:38had really forfeited it, forfeited Adam to Sophia in some way, but like
- 51:45I just thought Michelle had her hooks into that, and Parah would know that,
- 51:50and so it was just a weird, Like I maybe I missed how
- 51:54how much the torch was passed. But I was also like, what,
- 52:00no one should be hooking up with Adam and in terms of the dynamic is
- 52:06too weird. But anyway, HI just me I agree. But and I
- 52:09was confused because I was like, well, if everybody knew, because so
- 52:14the way that Sophia was talking about it was like everyone was encouraging me to
- 52:17go for Adam, and it kind of seemed like Melissa was co signing that
- 52:22too. So then for her to be talking to him for such a long
- 52:25time, and she did actually admit out loud, She's like, well,
- 52:30when you were kissing him and you guys, when when you were like dancing
- 52:34on him, is what she said. I thought, oh she won.
- 52:37So I'm like, okay, so then you you were aware, so then
- 52:40you did try to like, you know, corner. We go back to
- 52:45the we are co workers, So my co worker is sitting down and talking
- 52:50to me for a long time, and then it kind of changes that dynamic
- 52:55like that's where it gets weird. I don't know, and it Adam really
- 53:02all that because I can't. I'm not attracted to him at all. He's
- 53:07not my thing. Does Melissa work for Umanski? Okay? I just wanted.
- 53:13I couldn't remember which one she was with. Yeah, okay, I
- 53:21know she's not with busy Bee. Busy Bee is like showing up being shown
- 53:27houses but doing shit, nothing like I mean when he rolled in at first
- 53:31with Santiago in a three piece. I didn't recognize him. Santiago all dressed
- 53:37up. No Joey, Yeah, Joey coming in like hey, I'm here
- 53:42to cut the grass. But I was like, Joey, if you're like,
- 53:45what are you wearing right now? But then the other guy showed up
- 53:49pretty casual too, but Joey was the most casual, and I was just
- 53:52like, we get it, dude, You're the the vibe. That is
- 53:54the vibe. I mean, truly have I loved it when they were the
- 54:00agency and Ben was like, had all those numbers up on the dry erase
- 54:02board and John Joey came in and was like, so this is what it
- 54:07looks like to be doing fake business. Okay. I was like, oh
- 54:08my god, slate slate it, cause it really did. I was like,
- 54:15this is bullshit, bullshit, bullshit, bullshit all day, Like this
- 54:19is really what you're doing, you know? And oh on else's team,
- 54:22Appointments, conversations leading appointments and appointents lead to closing. You gotta be prospect.
- 54:25You men always be closing. Always been making calls. You gotta make
- 54:29calls. If they answer, you got to talk to them. If they
- 54:30don't, then you call back. Wait they to profit prospect. It doesn't
- 54:36really rhyme, dude, That's what I'm saying. And that's why you gotta
- 54:38get out there this way. You need another dry erase board for some of
- 54:40these things to work out. This is the numbers dry erase board. This
- 54:44beirdy words on the other ones. What you need? All right, fair
- 54:47enough. I did love that Santiago read Zach for filth. Was like,
- 54:52yeah, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 54:55no no, you're making me sick. I'm looking at you. Sick
- 55:01to my stomach. Okay, sick something. How long? How long is
- 55:07that going to deliberate on this? I mean, this is just all sing.
- 55:12Yeah, he's got to it's got to be the finale where it's like
- 55:14he's like, I'm going to stay and then he does eight impressions of people
- 55:19being like, you know, I'm going to build a wall, like he's
- 55:22gonna do his whole gamut, or or it's gonna be the cliffhanger. Well
- 55:28I don't know it's already out yet. People already know. Yeah yeah,
- 55:32if we're just looking stupid right now, but anyway, or he'll be like
- 55:37I'm going back to my roots, you know, I'm going back with Rick.
- 55:40I'm gonna do it. I can't pass it up. Yeah, I
- 55:45would be afraid. I would be way more afraid of Santiago than I would
- 55:47be of Mauricio hundred Yeah, and that's of farah than I would of even
- 55:54Santiago. Now, I Sarah doesn't scare me that way. Santiago looks like
- 55:59he knows some shit. He knows people. Yeah, he knows Ben Affleck
- 56:06and he knows how to get the dunkin Donuts deals. Yeah, that was
- 56:13amazing. He's like, you disgusting me. I only wanted to look in
- 56:15your face goodbye. And Zach's like oh and he just he just is like,
- 56:22look, I'm this is what I'm doing. And but yeah, should
- 56:24have get off the pot, buddy. Yeah, as they say m hm,
- 56:30and France says that yes, so yeah, oh yeah. They were
- 56:37in Miami. They ended up leaving there. But it was funny because they
- 56:39were like on a boat and then they were there was like a lunch,
- 56:44and then they got back on a boat and then it was like nightfall on
- 56:46a boat and I was like, I can't with these boat scenes. We
- 56:51need to get off this boat. I'm starting to get a little claustrophobic.
- 56:53I can't, you know. Really, I was like, we're still on
- 56:59a boat. And another time time of day, I was confused. I
- 57:02don't get at sunset. I hear you. Thank you. I appreciate that,
- 57:07you know, I mean, I know it's Miami, but we just
- 57:10gotta like, where's Crockett and Sunny? Anyway? Yeah, I guess,
- 57:24like what did we I know, I'm jumping around, But would you like
- 57:29it? Did you like that that house that opened up episode seven with the
- 57:34the Nemes street that would look like with Zach where Pharah met him, and
- 57:40it kind of looked like that house in The Godfather in Italy, that Tuscan
- 57:45house. Do you remember I liked that? That was like that, Yeah,
- 57:50the one with the cool outdoor stove, and I mean it just looked
- 57:57like the view was really cool. And it was like, oh, yes,
- 58:00and I like that, Yes, I did, like yeah, actually,
- 58:04and that's the one where he's like saying, Pharah, I want you
- 58:08to sell this, like I know you can do it right right, But
- 58:15and then he said something about it's across the street from Judy Garland's house,
- 58:20a huge house is talking about, because I wondered if it was that house
- 58:23that just sold for eleven to five. Oh oh, that's right, because
- 58:28that was the house that was up for sale. Oh my god, you're
- 58:30so right, it is it? Because I think but she did have a
- 58:36well yeah, I mean I guess she probably had more than one home.
- 58:39So Judy Garland, Elizabeth Taylor, Ronald Reagan all lived in that area.
- 58:44Yeah. Yeah, And the house that just sold was the house that Judy
- 58:50Garland bought when she was like when Liza Minnelli was young. Oh this house,
- 58:55Okay, the house that just sold was the house that was her child
- 58:59quote unquot childhood home in Hollywood. That was the eleven five one. Oh,
- 59:05and I was wondering the same one then, Okay, yeah, this
- 59:07is the one that she had later than that they're talking about. I know,
- 59:10I think I know that house then, Okay, oh wow, that's
- 59:13cool. I mean only because I just recently read that article about her how
- 59:17her childhood home being for sale. When I say childhood home, I mean
- 59:22like after her family had moved here and she was making, you know,
- 59:25working for MGM kind of money, she was full on paying for that house.
- 59:29I mean it was probably her first home. She was eight years fifty
- 59:34years, yeah, she was thirteen, but she was like that was her
- 59:37house right right in full, like she had a deed. It was no
- 59:40doubt about that. Yeah, uh huh. Well is there anything else?
- 59:46Oh Ben had to concede on that Sierra mar property. Yeah, it was.
- 59:52It was good to see. Yeah. I was ready for the mister
- 59:58act of like it's never going to happen. When it happened, well,
- 1:00:00that's what would happen on selling Sunset and and you know, they would make
- 1:00:05it so that it looks like it's sold, but it never did. There's
- 1:00:07some bullshit story. Yeah. So I liked I liked the realness of that,
- 1:00:15even though it probably sucked for him. I mean, the market shifted
- 1:00:17and he was It also proved his point about knowing about what's going on because
- 1:00:22he said to them, we should price this at twelve, yes, straight
- 1:00:29out of the gate, and they were like no, they refused. They
- 1:00:30wanted it at sixteen and it was just too late, you know, to
- 1:00:36change it. So there you have it. And then there was a David
- 1:00:38Yeerman party like at the jewelry store. Yeah yeah, yeah, it was
- 1:00:43random, but yeah, that's nice to see. We have David Yerman back
- 1:00:45on the map some pieces. Yeah, and Brandon's just about ready to get
- 1:00:53messy. He's going to I'm loving hell. I like here for it.
- 1:01:00Yeah, I mean, I do think Joey was absolutely joking, but it
- 1:01:05has legs, so go ahead, go for it, go for it.
- 1:01:07I mean, yeah, of course, like, yeah, that was that
- 1:01:12was interesting that he was like, oh yeah, what did he say?
- 1:01:15What was the phrase that he used to bag her again? Yeah? Or
- 1:01:20kick it again, kick it or something? Yeah, yeah, forget Alexia.
- 1:01:27I mean, all these gals they're great. I love watching them,
- 1:01:30and it is just such a little mind teaser to watch them act so much
- 1:01:36like Kyle. There's mannerisms and they're you know, the inflections and their voice.
- 1:01:42It's like, fine, it's cute. I love it. Yeah,
- 1:01:45And and also it's just interesting. I do feel like Kyle must really be
- 1:01:52going through it because you realize how much time most bends with the girls,
- 1:01:58and you know how much Kyle loves the girls. It must it must be
- 1:02:01a little tough to watch them have this whole world together and Kyle's not part
- 1:02:08of that. Oh wow, you know like the Netflix series. Also on
- 1:02:15top of that, like that, it's just a very like I bet that's
- 1:02:19kind of hard. But at the end of the day, I think it's
- 1:02:22really great that Kyle's not in it because they do probably want a safe space
- 1:02:28that's not part of work, you know, in terms of like real estate
- 1:02:31and stuff. Cut to another episode and Kyle's in the whole thing. I
- 1:02:37know, I know, right, but I'm saying, like, she's not
- 1:02:39a mean. If the show goes away, they still have the stress of
- 1:02:44the real estate market, and it might be nice to just have somebody in
- 1:02:46the fan that's not part of the family business to go hang with, right,
- 1:02:51Yeah, I agree. Great. Well. I love seeing the gals
- 1:02:55stand up to Michelle at the end and Michelle's just like, well, you
- 1:03:00know, you can run the Yumansky team. I mean, I can run
- 1:03:02a business, which is what I do in my office in the valley every
- 1:03:08day. They were so like sassy with each other because Sarah's like, why
- 1:03:19would you why would you say something like that? She's like, I will
- 1:03:22tell you. If I could just tell you, I will share with you.
- 1:03:25And She's like, please go ahead, I will I will tell you
- 1:03:28right now. Okay, we're waiting, I will I will begin. You
- 1:03:32know. It was just like and then Alexi is like, well you don't
- 1:03:37you don't basically lead by talking shit. And she's like, oh, well
- 1:03:40I wasn't, Yes, you were just they were very like. It was
- 1:03:44interesting because this is an older woman and they're obviously not, you know,
- 1:03:47age wise. I liked that, you know, they were stepping up to
- 1:03:53her immaturity because she was really Michelle was the one who's being immature and not
- 1:03:58the younger girls, which you think it would be the opposite way around.
- 1:04:01Yeah, and they they both were so chill about it because they know,
- 1:04:08like, we we have we have the upper hand here. So yeah,
- 1:04:14like we could actually you know, go to sleep right now and you can
- 1:04:17just scream in our faces and we will still win. We'll still win.
- 1:04:21She's like, I don't care. I'll always have a valley. Cut to
- 1:04:30Michelle shows up on the valley tomorrow night and or tonight. Actually it's just
- 1:04:36like selling and selling houses to all of them who have to sell their houses,
- 1:04:43selling Kristen's house, selling Jack's and Britney's house. Then, but you
- 1:04:47know, Laala's buying, so she's selling it to La La Sina anyway,
- 1:04:56Okay, well that was super fun, looking forward to more of that.
