- 0:00What it do, What it do, What it do.
- 0:05It is your boy. Andrew Schultz, AK Mr. Goody 2
- 0:08Shoes. And who am I with, as always,
- 0:10Joseph Huggins. AK Old Man Huggy.
- 0:14Talk shit or Get off the pod. Emergency Podcast Episode 99.
- 0:22Problems and Felonies are 78 of them.
- 0:27Welcome, motherfuckers. I like that you had the police
- 1:05siren, but I've got like that was a fire truck.
- 1:09Fire truck for the last time I got a sub a sub.
- 1:14Like a dive, like a well, I have like a submarine dive, dive dive
- 1:21which there is a period of time where that I mean.
- 1:23I guess maybe it is still too soon to make submarine jokes, is
- 1:26it? No, it was the submersible.
- 1:29Oh no, I'm. Muted on the stream?
- 1:30Well, that's fine. Who cares?
- 1:32Because it's 99 and I've had quite the fucking day.
- 1:36And I made it. I had multiple options.
- 1:40It was on Spotify. I typed in emergency sounds.
- 1:43There was a playlist. I did not not click on anyone
- 1:48beforehand. It was the last minute decision.
- 1:52That is some straight white man bullshit.
- 1:55I'm gonna make a playlist of emergency sounds.
- 1:57It wasn't a black very helpful. Wasn't a black man who made
- 2:01that? No.
- 2:01It's like it's for sound effects.
- 2:03People can use it for sound effects.
- 2:06Duh. Like I just did.
- 2:09I know. I'm just saying there's a no,
- 2:12maybe it was a black, maybe it was a black guy and it was like,
- 2:14yo, this this is what all the different sound sound like he's.
- 2:17Spreading awareness, that's possible, Yeah, that's actually
- 2:20very helpful. That's a very woke.
- 2:25Community. It's a community move.
- 2:27That's right. Shout out whoever the black
- 2:29black man was. 99 problems Felonies are 70. 8 That was a
- 2:35working title because we were talking 99 problems.
- 2:38And Jack Smith? Is that everyone?
- 2:40But he's not everyone you know, cuz he's got, he's got Fonny
- 2:44Willis about to indict him. He's got Alvin Bragg, who
- 2:47already indicted. That could happen tomorrow, I
- 2:51know. That could happen tomorrow.
- 2:54He could get indicted in Georgia while he's getting arrested
- 2:58tomorrow. This is what's wild, this is
- 3:01what's crazy. And they've already said in
- 3:04Georgia, they said that real quick, real quick, they're.
- 3:06Going to finger This is an emergency broadcast because
- 3:08Trump was indicted again. Yeah, so submarines.
- 3:11Trump has been indicted for a third time.
- 3:15This one is by the other special counsel that Jack Smith has
- 3:19going in DC, where they absolutely love that man.
- 3:24So he's the same special counsel is just another case he was
- 3:27working on. What a boy he's, but I mean
- 3:29he's. It's another case he's working
- 3:31on as special counsel. So he is special counsel in two
- 3:34separate cases. So this is a second set of
- 3:38charges coming from him as being the Special Counsel, and this
- 3:41one is specifically for January 6th.
- 3:45Well, not well, no. It's like actually days leading
- 3:48up to January 6th. Well, yeah.
- 3:49Well, the whole that, the incident, the entire thing that
- 3:52took place, which is January 6th, was like the ending
- 3:56chapter, Yeah, yeah. Of meetings and emails and all
- 4:01this stuff. All sorts of shit.
- 4:03Like so did you read the indictment?
- 4:09I have not had time, so like sit there and read it well.
- 4:12The whole thing because I'm bad and bougie.
- 4:15I knew you would. I didn't read it.
- 4:17I had somebody read it out loud to me.
- 4:21ChatGPT No. That's an honest answer, though.
- 4:25I mean question. That's an honest question.
- 4:27No, I wouldn't know why, would I you.
- 4:29And chat GB T are tight. Don't lie.
- 4:31No, we we broke up. We broke up, I.
- 4:32Haven't I? Haven't now you on Bing.
- 4:35Bing in it. Bing in it bing's on my taskbar,
- 4:38my on the supercomputer. Oh, Bing is courting.
- 4:42OK, but so there's there's four indictments on this one and
- 4:47these are fucking serious multiple law professors and
- 4:52including your boy Mr. Goody 2 Shoes as your attorney.
- 4:57I think this is the biggest, this is the biggest case in
- 5:00American US. That's what they've said.
- 5:04Yeah. And I totally agree.
- 5:07When I told my mom that he was getting indicted again, like
- 5:10before, like anything was released, you know, Yeah, she's
- 5:16like, for what? And I was like treason.
- 5:19And she's like, oh, treason. She's like, you know where Biden
- 5:22messed up? I was like, well, she's like,
- 5:25well, maybe Biden and him can both go to jail at the same
- 5:29time. And then I was like, for Biden.
- 5:32For what? And then she know she did like
- 5:36the whole Fox News little Spiel Biden shit.
- 5:38What's weird to me is I saw someone be like, oh Hunter, but
- 5:42dude put Hunter Biden in jail. I don't.
- 5:45Seriously. Fuck.
- 5:46I don't care. Yeah, Assassinate him.
- 5:49I'm not. Allegedly.
- 5:50Allegedly kidnapping. Kidnapping Do not reflect Old
- 5:56Man Huggie Productions or anything that's broadcasted off,
- 5:58just like unlawfully put him in like a Russian prison.
- 6:02I'm just saying like, yeah, I'm not like, I don't understand why
- 6:05people are like, well, his kid is.
- 6:07I'm like, then put his shitty kid in jail.
- 6:10His kids like going 190 and smoking crack and with like
- 6:14hookers. They're like, no, they're like,
- 6:16no, no, you have to be mad about this.
- 6:18It's like, no, we don't give a fuck about Hunter Biden.
- 6:22He's an idiot. Put him in jail.
- 6:25And also Donald Trump. All he does is commit crimes.
- 6:29I mean like think about this and this is really true.
- 6:33Like you think of all these criminals like you know
- 6:37throughout history, none of them are on trial in like 4 different
- 6:45cases in four different states all at the same time.
- 6:48Like, not even, not even like Al Capone.
- 6:51This dude got He's the best at crimes.
- 6:56In a day he got he got convicted of liable and slander No.
- 7:03And he got rape. Well, and got hold on, but I'm
- 7:06just talking about him defaming. Eugene Carroll.
- 7:09So he was defaming her and he got convicted of defaming her
- 7:13and that's what he had to pay out in civil court, correct?
- 7:15Now there's more coming. He left the court and then spoke
- 7:22to the press and then held a rally and defamed her again.
- 7:26And that court case is still pending.
- 7:28He's she's taking him back to court for twice as much money.
- 7:32So twice as much 10 mil. This time that was not, that was
- 7:35in a rally. That was a CNN town hall.
- 7:38Oh, that's what it was. A town hall.
- 7:40That was Caitlin Collins. Yeah.
- 7:41That was the CNN town where they like put for some reason put all
- 7:44Trump supporters in there. So he's like he's like Eugene
- 7:48Carroll right after he just they said he was liable for raping or
- 7:52they said sexual abuse and then the judge came out later and
- 7:56said no like he raped her and and the common use of the term
- 8:02rape, you know what he did was he fingered her.
- 8:05Well, hold on. We don't need to get into all of
- 8:07it, OK? Well, no.
- 8:08But he did exactly what he says he does.
- 8:09He grabs him by the pussy. That's what he did.
- 8:12He like, described his fucking crime on like tape.
- 8:16But he wasn't, like, criminally convicted of that.
- 8:19It was he was held civilly liable.
- 8:22Well, civilly liable for saying that he didn't do it and say
- 8:25that she was lying. Like making it up.
- 8:27So basically, he was. She said that she sued him for
- 8:30saying that she was lying and so they said she was not lying.
- 8:35He did do this. Therefore it's the ipso facto if
- 8:39you want to use LAT. Since we're talking about this,
- 8:43I know, just gotta be, you know, that's don't worry, we don't
- 8:46need to give him any fucking credit.
- 8:47Fuck. That no, I know I'm just but so
- 8:51but he was but he lost in civil yeah for like the defamation and
- 8:56liable and slander and then he goes out and does it again.
- 8:59Immediately after that, that's a court case that's pending.
- 9:02Like he lost the Trump Foundation court case.
- 9:05And you know what's crazy is Okay, the evidence they have in
- 9:09this documents case is pretty solid because like they got him
- 9:13and they they did. They they were talking about how
- 9:15Jack Smith did it really smart, where they have an audio
- 9:19recording of him talking about a piece of paper that's top secret
- 9:23that he didn't declassify. Nobody knew.
- 9:25We all assumed they didn't have the document.
- 9:27They have the document, So they just.
- 9:29Added We did an episode where it was, hey, there's more charges
- 9:33coming. More charges are coming,
- 9:35allegedly. And then what happened?
- 9:37He got charged for flooding for draining a pool and flooding a
- 9:42server room. And they added another person
- 9:45got indicted because of that. Well, that was the one he told
- 9:49them. Was that part of delete the
- 9:51server? No.
- 9:52Yeah, you know, no no no, no. Well, he's deleting the server,
- 9:55but then he also tried he they drained a pool and tried to
- 9:59flood the server and failed. And they failed to delete.
- 10:03They tried to delete the tape and they just failed to do it.
- 10:06Yeah, they it wasn't like that they talked about doing.
- 10:09It no so so this is this is what's funny.
- 10:13It's not that they failed to delete it, it's that they didn't
- 10:17delete it off of like the home mother server.
- 10:21So they have it, which is which is held somewhere else.
- 10:25So they deleted it like Hillary's emails.
- 10:27So they so they deleted it off of the Mar a Lago server, but
- 10:31that server is backed up on another server that they got a
- 10:36warrant for that was just on there.
- 10:38So they're like, we know you deleted this because because
- 10:41this backs up everything you do. It's like literally deleting it
- 10:44off your phone. But you didn't delete it off the
- 10:45cloud. Yeah.
- 10:46So it shows criminality that you, like, knew what you're
- 10:50doing was a crime by wanting to delete it, and then you still
- 10:56didn't delete it. So we have the crime on camera.
- 10:59Sick. And we have proof that you tried
- 11:02to delete it, right. So, you know, you know what you
- 11:05did was it was before they, yeah, got charged, like before
- 11:09they brought the indictment. Yeah, so, so they brought that
- 11:12up afterwards. So now because there the whole
- 11:14thing was, is, is Judge Cannon going to throw this audio tape
- 11:19out trying to get it dismissed as evidence.
- 11:21Because it's not. That's the judge in the photo
- 11:23documents case, and she already got.
- 11:27Trump appointed. Trump appointed, but that's
- 11:28fine. Obama appointed the judge.
- 11:30That's going to be in DC, but it's not just Trump appointed.
- 11:35She was early in on the documents case when they were
- 11:37trying to just get a executed the search warrant and she tried
- 11:41to say that the FBI couldn't and then it went to the appellate
- 11:43court which is super Republican. And the they all laughed,
- 11:47laughed her out of the courtroom and like, said what she said was
- 11:52completely wrong and then like scolded her for like making it
- 11:56like political. And then so they reversed her
- 12:01decision. They get the documents, blah,
- 12:04blah, blah. They bring the indictment.
- 12:06And then there's four people in that district on the federal
- 12:09bench, her being one of them, and they pick at random the
- 12:13judge. And she got picked.
- 12:15So people think that she's going to fuck around.
- 12:17I actually don't think so. I think, like this is like so
- 12:20overwhelming. And like she should just play
- 12:21down the the, the middle and then she'll be fine, you know?
- 12:25But like, she, it could be, I know exactly.
- 12:29Like it could be a big career like opportunity.
- 12:32If she doesn't fuck around, if she fucks around, Trump's still
- 12:35going to go to jail and she's going to look like a fucking
- 12:38clown it. Took Rudy Giuliani to look like
- 12:40a clown, like a long time at Sidney Powell and John Eastman.
- 12:44Like John Eastman's. Considered like a constitutional
- 12:47law scholar. And like some of these people
- 12:50are like, and they know what they're doing.
- 12:52That's like, that's what's wild about it.
- 12:54And now they're all going to be tarnished.
- 12:55So that's what if she chooses a lawyer to it was a lawyer coup.
- 12:59Like if you look at all the Co conspirators, they're lawyers.
- 13:01Hold on, we got we're gonna get into that.
- 13:03We're just talking about the documents you brought documents
- 13:05then? Well, I know, but I'm just
- 13:07saying is there's lots of people.
- 13:10What I was trying to say is she will make the jump that those
- 13:14people have jumped. Into being a clown and it took
- 13:18them like 40 years, some of them 354050 years to become a clown.
- 13:24She will have done it in like a year and a half.
- 13:27Like that'd be wild. Like that would be the quickest.
- 13:30Like Giuliani's always been a clown.
- 13:33Guess what? Guess what?
- 13:34I like my mayors that don't let September 11th happen when
- 13:37they're on their watch, that's what.
- 13:40Yeah, like America's mayor. Like, it's like when Jeb Bush
- 13:43would be like my brother kept us safe.
- 13:45Yeah, it's like, except for that one time.
- 13:48What about Katrina? Yeah, I forgot about that one
- 13:50too. Yeah, but what I you do have to
- 13:52say is on. I like my mayors, where 911
- 13:56doesn't happen, is what I have to say.
- 13:59That's fair. Now it's a disqualifying to let
- 14:039/11 happen. Giuliani did help clean up New
- 14:05York and break up a lot of the mob families stop and frisk.
- 14:09And shit, that's why. What he what he did to become
- 14:11mayor is he was a very effective prosecutor and broke up a lot of
- 14:15organized crime in New York. Yeah, and none of that shit
- 14:17would fly today because it's like police, like overreach.
- 14:24It's like stopping black kids because they're black kids and
- 14:27patting them down and putting them in jail for weed.
- 14:30Yeah, but who was they called it the No broken.
- 14:32They called it the no broken windows policy.
- 14:34So it's like if like somebody broke like a car window or or if
- 14:38somebody had a broken car window, like they would like
- 14:41like fucking like tow it. And it was just like, just the
- 14:44appearance of like it being dirty in New York was like their
- 14:48agenda. Stop and Frisk is like the most
- 14:53fucked up, you know. No, it's.
- 14:54Well, especially because we know how police.
- 14:56Constitutional was deemed unconstitutional, right?
- 14:59And that's how he got his job. No, Stop and Frisk was something
- 15:03that happened way more recently. Stop and frisk.
- 15:07No, he brought that shit, telling you no.
- 15:10Broken Windows policy included. Stop and Frisk.
- 15:14Well, that was way back because somebody tried to bring that
- 15:17back. Who was it?
- 15:18Bloomberg Yeah, he was doing it for a while and I think that's
- 15:22where that got. Like, yeah, you can't fucking do
- 15:25that dude. He's like that I'm going to run
- 15:26for president. But anyways, the evidence that
- 15:29they have in this documents case is pretty big.
- 15:32And then him, him tying those charges to that interaction and
- 15:37the recording now makes those charges, so she can't throw out
- 15:41that audio recording as evidence, which all it does is
- 15:44react. Add to the fact that he didn't
- 15:48declassify these documents, he would legally not give.
- 15:50He was illegally holding them and not giving them back and
- 15:53obstructing, you know, the archives department from getting
- 15:56the stuff that they deemed as theirs and they want it back.
- 15:59And so by bringing those charges in later, if she tried to pull
- 16:03some fuckery and allow them in discovery to toss out.
- 16:09The audio recording, because it's not tied to any charges, so
- 16:12she's like, it's irrelevant, which it's not, But if she tried
- 16:15that, she can't now because it's directly tied to the charge.
- 16:19I was going to make that point too, yeah.
- 16:21That was smart, yeah. So yeah, it is.
- 16:23It is a charge in itself, so therefore it has to be admitted
- 16:27as evidence. Yeah, it has to be.
- 16:30Don't have a choice. Smart, Yeah.
- 16:33Would you hook up with Eileen Cannon?
- 16:37Probably not. Probably not.
- 16:43If you did, would you make her wear the judge rope?
- 16:50I mean, maybe, I don't know, it'd be like too floating.
- 16:53There'd be a lot of cloths maybe like at like at 1st and then
- 16:57just take it off quickly and then there'd be like some sexy
- 16:59lawyer suit under it. I don't know.
- 17:04I feel like that would be, really.
- 17:06Intensely hot if you were wearing a full blown suit while
- 17:10that's what they do. With the gown, yeah, but that's
- 17:12probably not the jacket like, but it's high for sure.
- 17:14They're. Wearing like Pj's, bro bananas
- 17:19and pajamas. Like bananas and pajamas.
- 17:22Yeah dude, with some bananas. That's what they look like.
- 17:25Come in like all ghostly but little.
- 17:28Like you're wearing a big wearing, like a big dog's tshirt
- 17:31and some fucking and one shorts. Just like, what's that?
- 17:34Is this like 1994? Yeah, fuck yeah, dude, Would you
- 17:38don't think that Clarence Thomas wears big dog shirts?
- 17:41Like, I definitely has a collection of big dog shirts,
- 17:46one of each. And he's like, yeah, dude, like
- 17:48this is like, I have one that I wear and this one still has the
- 17:52tag, just, you know, in case it ever becomes worth something
- 17:55one. Do you think he wears like,
- 17:57Spanx under his robe? Yes.
- 18:01Or the robes are just like, so, like not flattering at all that
- 18:04you don't. You don't have to worry about
- 18:05it. Nobody's going to look skinny.
- 18:09It's not that the robes are flattering, it's that the robes
- 18:11are almost like a, like a, like one of those parachutes at P/E
- 18:15that you would like, everyone would hold down and you get
- 18:18under and they're like, oh, we're going to put balls in it
- 18:20and we're going to bounce them up.
- 18:21And you got to like get like catch one.
- 18:23You get like a free yeah, I love that one.
- 18:26Like you sat under the the whatever.
- 18:29Yeah, he's get underneath the TP and you sit underneath it.
- 18:32And then, and now it's I was like, I always thought like,
- 18:35man, maybe I could make out with somebody here in this situation,
- 18:38but it's like your entire class. Yeah, they'd see.
- 18:41So for me, I was like, dude, now as an adult, it's been like it'd
- 18:45be fun to smoke weed in that. I've seen a video of a bunch of
- 18:48people getting underneath one of those rainbow tents, sitting
- 18:51there and smoking weed. The cop runs up and it's like,
- 18:54what the fuck's going on? And they just scatter cuz then
- 18:57you let it go and it's like there's like 30 people under
- 19:00there and they all have like their own piece.
- 19:04Yeah. Well, I mean, they've all just
- 19:05been like smoking. I'm sure there's like a couple.
- 19:07There's a couple people. There's Is there a cipher?
- 19:11Well, there's. What do you mean?
- 19:12Was there a cipher? Like a tube, Tube.
- 19:16No. Like like where they're passing
- 19:18it around. Oh yeah, I mean, but you'd have
- 19:20to have multiple go. But if you had everybody had
- 19:22their own, then you could actually hop on.
- 19:24But no, this is what would be weird as an adult.
- 19:27Is it as big as we remember? Because I bet you if we got
- 19:31underneath one of those we could fit like 10 people.
- 19:36I don't know. They were pretty big bro.
- 19:38Like like 25 kids and like the teacher and the assistant
- 19:43teacher. It's pretty big.
- 19:47Shout out assistant teachers. What's up ladies?
- 19:50They were always just cooler. They got to be cooler.
- 19:54Well, they're probably, they're probably, they were like,
- 19:56they're probably a few younger. They're like, I don't even know
- 19:58if I'm gonna do this. Yeah, I'm just just testing it
- 20:02out, testing the waters. Yeah, I'm trying to live my
- 20:05fantasy and hook up with like the the star, the star athlete.
- 20:10And I mean, I don't know. Assistant teachers stopped in
- 20:13like 6th grade. So that that's a, you're a
- 20:16really good fucking P/E quarterback or whatever it is.
- 20:20Like, I don't know. That's a lot.
- 20:23That's Isn't that what it always is?
- 20:25When the female teacher get like hooks up with like the star
- 20:30quarterback, it's like reliving their high school fantasy.
- 20:35Maybe. I guess.
- 20:36I mean, I don't know. I can't speak to that.
- 20:37I don't know too much. Just shout out to all the
- 20:40homies, whoever, whoever. No, don't say that that's true.
- 20:45No, that's you are doing God's work.
- 20:47I'm not. Doing you're saying this, you
- 20:51know, I would. I've done God's work, you know.
- 20:53Anyways, anyways back to the topic so you can make a case
- 20:57that what the evidence they have in Mar a Lago is pretty fucking
- 21:01solid when it comes to this documents case and it just gets
- 21:04more solid. Then you look at his issues that
- 21:08he has in DC with everything with January 6 and text messages
- 21:12and emails. I mean, you've got fake electors
- 21:16that they've that people have admitted to.
- 21:17They've testified to the Justice Department.
- 21:20Fake electors being charged in the states where they chose to
- 21:25be a fake elector, which just like resolidifies the point that
- 21:29that like, OK, so so let's just. It's a mountain of evidence.
- 21:33No. There's a mountain of evidence,
- 21:34I know, but like, as someone who had somebody, they.
- 21:39Have voice mails in Georgia. They have voicemails in Georgia.
- 21:42I know, is what I'm saying. They've got more than that.
- 21:44OK, let me just break this down. This is the craziest part in the
- 21:47indictment is they are like trying to pitch, you know,
- 21:52they're like fucking scheme. So it's all coming together,
- 21:55right? It's it's the fake electors.
- 21:58Then they got Jeffrey Clark in the Justice Department to to say
- 22:02that that's okay. But what?
- 22:04But then like the like Mike Pence's like counsel.
- 22:10So his lawyers were like telling Eastman and Jeffrey Clark like
- 22:18they go if you guys do this, there's going to be riots in
- 22:22every major city in the United States.
- 22:25And their response was, well, that's why there's an
- 22:27insurrection act. So they knew there would be
- 22:30violence in the streets and they were going to use the military
- 22:34to quash the violence way ahead, way ahead of January 6th.
- 22:40Then Mark Meadows is in name. He's not one of the Co
- 22:45conspirators, but they he obviously is cooperating because
- 22:48they're like quoting them in the indictment.
- 22:50And he called the head of Mike Pence's Secret Service before
- 22:56January 6th and told him that he thinks that there's going to be
- 23:00a risk of violence against Mike Pence because of of Donald
- 23:05Trump. And so they should be prepared
- 23:09on January 6th for that to happen.
- 23:11I mean so everybody knew the violence was coming.
- 23:18Yeah. So they so they are not charging
- 23:21Trump with, you know, insurrection or sedition, but
- 23:26there. But in the indictment, it makes
- 23:28it very clear that he's 100% responsible for the violence at
- 23:33the Capitol, and it's not. And Jack Smith said it's not
- 23:38lying. Like we're not charging you with
- 23:40lying. It's it's your actions.
- 23:42It's like you lied to further commit the crime of trying to
- 23:47steal the election. And so their whole thing was
- 23:51that. And OK, so the very last thing,
- 23:54the last thing they fucking did was I I think it was, I don't
- 24:01know if it was Giuliani. It was, I don't know it was one
- 24:04of the white lawyers calls, calls and asks this is like at
- 24:1111:45 at night on January 6th. So after the after they cleared
- 24:16out the capital and then everybody came back to continue
- 24:20the process, they still called Mike Pence.
- 24:22And they go, this is only a slight relatively minor
- 24:28violation of the law that you could do and postpone the
- 24:32counting for 10 days. And that way they could get the
- 24:36electors, the fake electors in to get Jeffrey Clark at
- 24:39installed as the attorney general at the at the Justice
- 24:43Department. And then he says to the states
- 24:46that that's cool with the fake electors.
- 24:48And then Bada being Bada boom, it's over.
- 24:50You know he stood the election. So it's all like connected and
- 24:56it's all premeditated and they know, you know the like.
- 25:00What they have to prove is did he know what he was saying was
- 25:03wasn't true and was he doing this for a corrupt purpose?
- 25:08And I think they've proven that already in the, I mean.
- 25:11Basically, basically a majority of the people because they the
- 25:14statue of limitations on this is like 2 years.
- 25:17They have two more years where they can charge people well, so
- 25:21it's like 5 years. Yeah.
- 25:22So they have two more years where they can charge other
- 25:24people. So they've said they haven't
- 25:26necessarily included everybody. They might end up charging in
- 25:29this right off the bat to not they want to.
- 25:35So, but basically almost everybody that was in that
- 25:38meeting, that Mark Meadows has spoken about, where it was at
- 25:41the White House late at night, he walks into a room and it's
- 25:45like. Yeah, they want to make it as
- 25:33fast as. Eastman, Sydney Powell, Jeff
- 25:48Clark, A bunch of these motherfuckers.
- 25:50The guy. That the the guy.
- 25:52That overstock.com. Yeah, overstock.com.
- 25:55Probably Michael and Dell. Like blowing lines.
- 25:58Out of the pillow, like I'm clean.
- 26:01I've been clean for a while. Food out of my fucking face.
- 26:05Yeah, I'm not hungry. I've never been hungry.
- 26:11I'm a real Coke. And then he just like clutches
- 26:14his pillow and just is squeezing it.
- 26:16It's like my pillow will keep me safe and then it just like,
- 26:19explodes and then he, like he's Italy, has somebody bringing a
- 26:22new. Pillow mark, Meadows said.
- 26:23He was that. He walked in and was like, what
- 26:25the fuck are all of you people doing here?
- 26:27And like almost everybody in that meeting has been charged
- 26:30and that was in that took place in December I believe.
- 26:33Yeah, that's something like around December. 20th it's
- 26:37mentioned, yeah. Oh, I'm sure it's in the
- 26:40indictment. Oh, I'm sure it's in the
- 26:41indictment. Another fun.
- 26:42This is funny. If it wasn't so sad.
- 26:47Mike Pence calls Donald Trump on Christmas Day to wish him a
- 26:52Merry Christmas, you know. Hey, Donald Trump, have you
- 26:56heard the good news? Jesus was born, and Trump
- 27:02immediately redirects the conversation to January 6.
- 27:05And they've already discussed this.
- 27:08And Trump and Pence has told him that he can't do it, and he
- 27:11brings it up again. And Pence is like, I'm telling
- 27:13you, I've already told you, I don't think I can do that.
- 27:16And he's like you're. Too honest.
- 27:18And he goes, and he just, he goes, OK, but well, Mike Pence
- 27:20will, I'll just let you know I'm going to have to go after you
- 27:24publicly for this. And then he does, and I almost
- 27:29get some hung on national TV. True.
- 27:33And like the people you know I I feel like that like my mom when
- 27:37she scoffs at like me saying that he committed treason.
- 27:40It's because it's like because the coup didn't work.
- 27:45It's like at it's as if like it did he really break the law.
- 27:48It's like we cannot have a country where if only if the.
- 27:52That's why there's if the coup. Works.
- 27:54There's a murder charge and an attempted murder charge.
- 27:58But but if the coup fails then you it's fine.
- 28:01Well then that means that everybody you know if the coup
- 28:04works it's over. So like we don't have you know
- 28:08you have to prosecute it when somebody.
- 28:12But I do want to say this because I've been thinking about
- 28:14it. A lot of people talk shit but
- 28:16Donald Trump does have the balls to try to take over the United
- 28:21States government. You know.
- 28:23I don't know, like if I would even like have the stomach to
- 28:26do, like think about something like that, like.
- 28:29So I think he's doing it. It's reactionary because he's
- 28:32just to save his own as. Yeah, to say, but no.
- 28:35But if you think about it like besides the the New York shit,
- 28:40all this shit happened after he lost the election.
- 28:43You know, like that he's getting prosecuted for.
- 28:47If he doesn't like, you know, dude like try to like steal the
- 28:51election after that, then there's no January 6th.
- 28:56He's good there. He doesn't steal the documents.
- 28:59He just didn't. He just didn't write off in the
- 29:01Sunset like he didn't steal the documents.
- 29:04He could be running for president right now and only
- 29:08have the New York case, and then nobody gives a shit about it,
- 29:11You know, you'd be in the exact same position, but just not
- 29:15about to go to jail for 70 years.
- 29:18Well, no, I think he said it was like 200 or 500 and something.
- 29:22Oh, it's stacking up. It's wild.
- 29:25It's 20 for three of the counts on this new one and then ten, I
- 29:29think for another one. That's why I said 70.
- 29:33So 70 on this, on this new one. So like.
- 29:36In like so back, like just to evidence.
- 29:39They have a lot of evidence and testimony.
- 29:43We've seen tons of it in the January 6th committee.
- 29:46There's even more. There's more text messages.
- 29:49There's been investigations into the Secret Service about them
- 29:51deleting stuff. I mean, they have some time to
- 29:54really go after people, but they want to go after Trump first,
- 29:57obviously. And they have a mountain's worth
- 30:00of evidence. In that case you could you could
- 30:03say that they have more evidence in.
- 30:06The DC case than they do in the documents case and they've got
- 30:11thousands of hours of footage they got.
- 30:13And they have thousands of documents that they caught him
- 30:16with. So it's like that they were
- 30:18asking for. So both of those are really like
- 30:20in emails like committing crimes like.
- 30:23But in Georgia, oh, lordy in Georgia.
- 30:28The amount of indictments that could be coming out of this
- 30:33Georgia grand jury in Georgia investigation into him.
- 30:37I mean, we could see Lindsey Graham get indicted or have to
- 30:40take a plea deal and fucking flip on people.
- 30:43Like that's that to me is we know Lindsey Graham is going to
- 30:47flip. He would not last one second in
- 30:50jail. He would love it too much.
- 30:52We've got the butt play the butt play for him.
- 30:54They've got him on a voicemail trying to pressure people.
- 30:59They've got audio recordings of them pressuring state officials
- 31:03into basically throwing out votes, which you could also make
- 31:07a case ties into the January 6th stuff.
- 31:09So like January 6th in Georgia, while they're separate, they're
- 31:12like, they also, they're the same.
- 31:14Yeah, they're the same because it's a part of the same.
- 31:16Yeah, they were pressuring all these states, like all these
- 31:21secretaries of state and all these governors in different
- 31:25states that's also in the indictment.
- 31:26And they like, they go state by state of like, like, he said to
- 31:31like the governor of New Mexico, New Mexico wasn't even in play.
- 31:35Like just like don't certify the vote.
- 31:39And he's like I'm not going to like go against the oath I took
- 31:42as governor to like to adhere to the US Constitution and the
- 31:46state of New Mexico Like and he did this to like I think 8
- 31:53fucking states or something. And it's why is it why is it all
- 31:58the like, I just think this is funny too that all the you know
- 32:03he was claiming shit was rigged only in the purple states, the
- 32:07swing states. Yeah, of course.
- 32:10Yeah. But it's like, oh, it just
- 32:11happened to be there. And then it's and then he wants
- 32:13these governors who just won on the same ticket to say that the
- 32:18election was false, that were like, whoa, motherfucker, I just
- 32:21got elected. So I'm What am I saying?
- 32:23It was rigged And that some of them did say that that like one
- 32:27of them would be like, well, for me it wasn't rigged, but you
- 32:31know, for him it was. And it's like how does.
- 32:33That, yeah, that's like, yeah, there's it, there's, it doesn't
- 32:36make any sense when they talk about.
- 32:38But what do we always, always say is whatever Trump's bitching
- 32:42about, that's what he's doing. So this whole thing was him
- 32:47saying that the election was stolen and it was him the whole
- 32:51time trying to steal the election.
- 32:58It's like it's like, you know, I'm not gay, you're gay.
- 33:03That's, you know, it's like no puppet.
- 33:05You're the puppet. But you know, like when you said
- 33:07that to Hillary Clinton in the debate.
- 33:08Yeah, yeah, that's it. That's his whole fucking
- 33:12strategy is no puppet. You're the puppet.
- 33:15It's it's no, I'm not. No election stealing.
- 33:19You're election stealing. Yeah, I mean, it's no documents,
- 33:25Biden's documents. And what's been interesting is
- 33:28in the T bubble, so the back back to Georgia real quick that
- 33:32there's so many other people like Domino's that can fall and
- 33:36so much public information that's already out there.
- 33:39Not to even mention whatever's not out there that they've got
- 33:42their hands on or whatever information that Jack Smith has
- 33:45that he's provided to them via his investigation that ties back
- 33:50to Georgia. I mean, if anybody texted
- 33:53Johnny. Eastman and they're involved in
- 33:55something like they have it if you texted Mark Meadows.
- 33:58They have it. If you've reached out to any of
- 34:01these people at any given time from like leading up to the
- 34:05election to a January 6th, they have that information on you and
- 34:11somewhere. And Mike Pence.
- 34:13Mike Pence keeps contemporaneous notes.
- 34:15Yes, and they have his notes. They have Mike Pence's like
- 34:18handwritten notes, handwritten notes.
- 34:20And you know, Mike Pence doesn't lie to mother or to to his
- 34:24journal. That's why, Diary, dear diary,
- 34:28today Trump wanted me to overturn a free and fair
- 34:33election in the United States of America.
- 34:39It's mind blowing the whole the whole concept of it.
- 34:43But then so back to these most recent one, 1/6.
- 34:51January 6th, I mean there's six Co conspirators up there.
- 34:55You are, you're back there. There's six Co conspirators in
- 35:00this January 6th indictment or leading up to January 6th
- 35:03indictment. That's a lot of Co conspirators
- 35:05and they're labeled one through 6.
- 35:08So we're but they believe that we still don't know who the 6th
- 35:10one is. I mean, it could be a multitude
- 35:13of people, but we know it's John Eastman, Sidney Powell, Rudy.
- 35:17Giuliani, Jeffrey Clark and Jeffrey Clark.
- 35:20Kenneth Cheese bro. It's It's chess, bro.
- 35:25But like, let's just call them cheese bro.
- 35:27Cuz that's. It's gotta either be I I heard
- 35:34the guys over at Pod Save America shoot down the Jenny
- 35:38Thomas because they're like, that would just be too good to
- 35:41be true. Yeah, but she's somebody who
- 35:43could be charged later. Is she a political consultant?
- 35:48I'm. She probably calls herself that.
- 35:49Yeah, probably. I mean, she does political.
- 35:52She should call herself like treasonous.
- 35:54Bitch, she's she's a political fundraiser and like does super
- 35:57PAC work? So I mean, doesn't it make you
- 35:58question everything when somebody like Jeannie Thomas,
- 36:01the wife of the Supreme Court? Fuck.
- 36:06It's like literally thinks that Trump's saving the country.
- 36:10There there might be like, I know that they're like Alito's
- 36:13like all fuck ethics. You guys can't tell me what to,
- 36:15he said. Yeah, I know, he said sorry, the
- 36:18Congress didn't create the Department of Justice and like,
- 36:22I know it's unpopular to hear this, but they frankly have no
- 36:26jurisdiction over the Supreme Court.
- 36:31That I fucking hate that guy. If if Jenny Thomas, depending on
- 36:37what comes out about what she's been doing well more than what
- 36:40we know, depending on how much she's involved, we might see
- 36:43something like that actually take place.
- 36:45Because there has to be some line drawn in the sand depending
- 36:49on how the and we saw the text messages of like that she was
- 36:52sending to Meadows. So what if there's like a way
- 36:56more damning ones that what? If there's not.
- 36:59Eastman A bunch. There's got to be is a bunch of
- 37:02people that have that Meadows talk to and he just.
- 37:05Oh yeah, that we just don't know about because, I mean, he's, he
- 37:07was enlisted as a Co conspirator.
- 37:09But you know that mother. But he know, yeah, he's in the
- 37:12indictment like because he's, he's part of the evidence.
- 37:16He's part of the evidence. Like, yeah.
- 37:16Mike Pence is the reason why he's not that he's not listed as
- 37:19a Co conspirator is because he cut a deal.
- 37:22Everybody knows that he like he's been quiet for a while they
- 37:27have like just weird information like it was it's just it's just
- 37:32clear like I both when because when the January 6th committee
- 37:37the Senate committee or the House committee yeah the House
- 37:43when they were going they remember they could they like
- 37:46Meadows didn't testify Pence didn't testify and they did like
- 37:49they couldn't enforce the subpoenas.
- 37:51Well, the DOJ can enforce the subpoenas and every single
- 37:55person testified so now so they have even more information from
- 38:02Meadows and Pence because guess what, I don't know about Pence
- 38:06because seems like Pence did the right thing the whole time.
- 38:08But Meadows was definitely going to fucking jail and they scared
- 38:13the probably the shit out of him like for how long he was going
- 38:15to jail if he didn't flip and Meadows was like give me the
- 38:18fuck off. This is like nightmare train of
- 38:20Trump, you know? Yeah, he still probably will go
- 38:24to jail for like 6 months a year or something.
- 38:27White collar for sure. Yeah, like they're like, we're
- 38:30not even going to like, reduce it to 0.
- 38:33That's how fucked you are. Well, and like what's wild is
- 38:36like someone like Sidney Powell, who's listed in this indictment
- 38:39as a coconspirator, has already been disbarred.
- 38:43Rudy Giuliani. Rudy Giuliani has been
- 38:45disbarred. He's not allowed to practice law
- 38:48anymore or be be a lawyer. Because of the things that they
- 38:53had done building leading up to and because of, well, no, it was
- 38:57the hair dye, the hair dye running down his face.
- 38:59Oh, that was it. They're like, we're out, Yeah,
- 39:00we're out. And then Sydney Powell was just
- 39:02that fucking vacant stare on her and, like, through her.
- 39:06She gives me the PBG like, they're like, you can't
- 39:10practice, like because we're not sure if you're human.
- 39:14The Kraken lady, that's what they call her.
- 39:20Yeah, she's like some weird bird.
- 39:21She is weird. Would you hook up with her?
- 39:24No, dude. She's like some weird lady that
- 39:26like is always at like the craft fair and just like has like the
- 39:30same booth and it's like, hey, come from my no, no, no, no.
- 39:35She's at like, she's like at the school board meetings, you know,
- 39:38yelling at like. And it doesn't have any kids.
- 39:41Yeah, yeah. She's that Lady, but she's like,
- 39:44who do y'all think you are subjecting to these children?
- 39:47She's not the HOA president, but she acts like it, you know,
- 39:50she's she's a Karen, A psycho Karen.
- 39:55Yeah, that's her role in life. Monotone.
- 39:59Where do they find her, dude? Like, how did you know?
- 40:03Like, did Trump know any of these people?
- 40:05Like for more than a year, you know?
- 40:08That are now going to go down and like a criminal conspiracy
- 40:12to defraud the United States, Like, that's insane.
- 40:17And we couldn't get more charges tomorrow.
- 40:19He could be indicted tomorrow. Do you think does do they try?
- 40:22Do they hold him at some point? Cuz he.
- 40:24Is he a flight risk? Of course he is.
- 40:27He has his own fucking airplane. What do you mean?
- 40:31Is he a flight risk? I've been saying this, I've been
- 40:33saying this. It's gonna come clear to him one
- 40:36day soon. He's not getting out.
- 40:39He's not. Getting out to Russia.
- 40:41Dip to Russia. Of course he would.
- 40:44Putin will love it. He would be safest man ever
- 40:47there. Like nobody would fuck with
- 40:49Trump because Putin would just be big.
- 40:52Fuck you to the United States. We're harboring your terrorist,
- 40:56treasonist fucking ex president. To be honest, that's a win.
- 41:02That is a win if he flees to Russia, because then he gets
- 41:05exposed for exactly who he is. A fucking chump.
- 41:08And you know, indeed, now you're as a propaganda tool for Russia,
- 41:13which he already was, you know, just, like, clandestinely, you
- 41:16know, it's. So, yeah, fuck that guy.
- 41:20Maybe he'll go down to Brazil or something.
- 41:22You know, like, we got Brazil's dictators coming up here, like
- 41:26trying to, like, hang out in Florida.
- 41:28Full Sonaro. Yeah, I mean, Georgia, they've
- 41:34said that they're going to fingerprint him and do a mug
- 41:36shot. Well, OK, like I've heard
- 41:40somebody, and this sounds so simple, but I made sense to me
- 41:43for the first time because I'm like, yeah, why is he getting a
- 41:45fucking mug shot? And then this chick, Paula Reid,
- 41:50I think something like that on CNN, who's their head legal
- 41:55person? She's like, he's like probably
- 41:59like the most reckon about recognizable person in the
- 42:02world. Like if he goes on the Lam, like
- 42:06we don't need a mugshot to like show everybody what he looks
- 42:09like. Everybody.
- 42:10Like, we have plenty of footage of what he looks like.
- 42:14And I was like, kind of makes sense.
- 42:16Yeah, but I mean, I think he's dealing with a different beast
- 42:19when it comes to Georgia. It's the same like with New York
- 42:21with Fonnie. Yeah.
- 42:23Yeah, Funny. Don't funny.
- 42:25Don't play no games, man. I think she would love to stick
- 42:27it to him. Like what I was gonna say about
- 42:31you got the list of Co conspirators that are unindicted
- 42:34in this this indictment that dropped yesterday.
- 42:39What Fonny Willis is good for is racketeering charges, which is
- 42:44like with the shit that he took like the mobs down with.
- 42:47And she's doing it right now with a bunch of rappers in
- 42:50Atlanta. Yeah, yeah, Thug.
- 42:52He's getting his lunch eaten by Fonny.
- 42:55Free Slime, Straight up but. Jeffrey Dog Jeffrey's.
- 43:01But so maybe Jack Smith realized that.
- 43:08And then so he didn't indict the coconspirators.
- 43:11So his trick can be faster knowing Fonny Willis is going to
- 43:15charge like 15 people, you know? Yeah, all six of those people.
- 43:24Plus, like, plus your boy, Lindsey Graham.
- 43:26Dude, if they charge. If they charge Lindsey Graham
- 43:29and Meadows and maybe that's why Mitch McConnell froze up the
- 43:33other days like it's all crashing down.
- 43:39I thought his teeth like fell out like his like mouth is so
- 43:42sunken and. Dude, that boy be looking old
- 43:46dude. You know what he looked like?
- 43:49Have you ever seen? What is it, Red Dragon?
- 43:53He looked like a fucking snapping turtle.
- 43:55That that, like had a stroke. That's what he looked like.
- 44:01Well, in Red Dragon, there's that guy.
- 44:03He's played by Gary Oldman, but he like, cuts his face off.
- 44:06He's like laying in the bed and he's like, oh tell me, starving,
- 44:09blah blah blah. That fool looked like the guy
- 44:11who cut his face off, bro. It was creeping me out.
- 44:14I was like, I've seen this like a snapping turtle with lockjaw.
- 44:17There was some weird, weird dude with like a cleft palate and a
- 44:20Dragon Tattoo on his back that's gonna come like, murder me and
- 44:23put mirrors in my eyes. God damn, I was like, I've seen
- 44:27this. You would think, though, because
- 44:31Mitch McConnell is knocking on death's door, apparently.
- 44:36He's aged like wild in the past. Six months.
- 44:40Like when he when I saw him freeze, I was like, oh, he looks
- 44:43like somebody who just freeze. Well, yeah, he did have a he did
- 44:46fall and have a severe concussion earlier this year.
- 44:51So. And when whenever that thing
- 44:57happened, when he came back out, like a reporter threw him a
- 45:00bone, was like, does this have anything related to do with the
- 45:05concussion that you had earlier this year?
- 45:08And then he's like, no, no. And then it's like that's like,
- 45:11not hard hitting. That's like, hey, is it not
- 45:15because you're super old and you just had a, like, mini stroke in
- 45:18front of everybody? It's like, oh, like side effects
- 45:21from that concussion you had, like, you know, like Tom Brady
- 45:24would have like, you know, side effects from a concussion.
- 45:27Yeah, it's like your phone being turned off and it's like, Oh
- 45:29yeah, but some of your friend throws you a bone.
- 45:31It's like, yeah, but you somebody stole your wallet like
- 45:332 weeks ago, right? So I mean.
- 45:35He lost like 800 bucks and he'd be like, no, I just didn't pay
- 45:39my phone bill. And they're like, oh, OK, never
- 45:41mind, embarrass yourself in front of all these people,
- 45:44right? Exactly.
- 45:45He's like, no, it wasn't the concussion.
- 45:46Right. It was like, oh, so, so it was a
- 45:49stroke. It was just me.
- 45:50It's me. It's always me and they got to
- 45:53be careful dude, because like they call it like, I think it's
- 45:56like fast and it's like all about how you respond to a
- 46:00stroke because all it is is it's timing.
- 46:03It's like the faster you address it than the less the side
- 46:07effects will be. So it's like facial, like
- 46:11looking at the face is the first one.
- 46:15So instead of everybody trying to play it cool for the cameras
- 46:18like you see your boy freeze up, if you see me freeze up while
- 46:22we're doing the podcast, like don't like try to play it cool.
- 46:24Just like, call the call the ambulance.
- 46:27He's like, hey, yeah, oh, he's just figuring it out.
- 46:30Yeah, I'll, I'll talk for him for a little bit until he comes
- 46:33out of that frozen face. Yeah, but I guess we wouldn't
- 46:36even know. We wouldn't even know because
- 46:38we're on Zoom. So like, you freeze up all the
- 46:40time because you're shitty Wi-Fi.
- 46:42It's true that Not on God, on God, on my Halo.
- 46:47On my Hey, Zeus. This is such a crazy time to be
- 46:53alive in politics, man. This is like history book shit,
- 46:57yeah. This is history.
- 46:59Bullshit, apparently. Apparently Barack Obama had a
- 47:05secret dinner with Biden at the White House last month, and
- 47:12Barack told Biden he needs to be concerned with the political
- 47:15power that Trump has at this moment.
- 47:20I don't know, like what kind of reporting that is, like what
- 47:23we're supposed to infer from that, but I saw that today.
- 47:28Well, I mean, like I people are like Barack Obama should be like
- 47:31more like involved. And it's like now that's like
- 47:33exactly. What we don't need to do is like
- 47:36have a former president talking shit about them.
- 47:39Then it's gonna be like, ohh, Obama, the Democrats talking
- 47:42shit. It's like Obama's doing and Bill
- 47:45Clinton are doing. Exactly.
- 47:47What they should do and George W Bush, they're all.
- 47:50Stay the fuck out of it. Yeah, and Jimmy Carter's, like,
- 47:54halfway dead. So.
- 47:55Jimmy Carter is like, how build the house and think about it.
- 47:59He's no, he's been in Hospice for like months now.
- 48:02Yeah, every once in a while he makes a photo op hitting the
- 48:04nail, but not since he's been in Hospice.
- 48:07True, but like Hospice usually means you're dead, you're dying.
- 48:12And so he him, and. He's just chugging off.
- 48:14Jimmy Carter is he's a gangster dude.
- 48:17He's old fucking captain of a nuclear submarine for the Navy
- 48:24and not one single shot fired by our military while he was
- 48:29president. Shout out.
- 48:31Get them peanuts. Get them peanuts.
- 48:37I'm just so perplexed. Twitter.
- 48:41This whole thing is so interesting.
- 48:43Even like Trump's Twitter still up and he's still got his
- 48:46tweets. What's that?
- 48:49Ex. His ex is still up with all of
- 48:51his tweets from from the past. Yeah, the Liz last week is from
- 48:56January 6th. Are you serious?
- 48:59Yeah, the last. The last week off, right then.
- 49:01No, no, no, it's the 8th. His last one was on January 8th
- 49:04and it said to all those who have asked, I will not be going
- 49:06to the inauguration on January 20th.
- 49:08You weren't invited, bitch. That has 600 and 4200 thousand
- 49:14likes. Barack Obama went to his his
- 49:20inauguration because, you know, which probably sucked ass.
- 49:25And then he posted, oh, these are so great on January 6th.
- 49:30There's a lot. There's a lot of tweets I like
- 49:33presidents that don't let pandemics break out under their
- 49:36watch. On January 5th, he said.
- 49:38Get smart, Republicans fight if I.
- 49:42And then on the 6th. If Vice President Mike Pence
- 49:46comes through for us, we will win the presidency.
- 49:48Many states want to decertify the mistake they made in
- 49:52certifying incorrect and even fraudulent numbers in a process
- 49:56not approved by their legislatures, which it must be.
- 50:00Mike can send it back and it's not true.
- 50:04Sleepy eyes. Chuck Todd is so happy with the
- 50:08fake voter tabulation process you can't even get the words out
- 50:12straight. Sad, sad to watch.
- 50:18These are all leading up. This is like wild.
- 50:26Even Mexico uses voter ID. That was on the 6th is.
- 50:30They're all just like. And then it's him tweeting out
- 50:33his speech. And then then then later it's
- 50:36please support our Capitol Police and law enforcement.
- 50:39They are truly on the side of our country.
- 50:41Stay peaceful. But at that point it was like,
- 50:44so far gone. It was God.
- 50:48And then his last. Then he had.
- 50:51I'm asking for everyone at the US Capitol to remain peaceful.
- 50:55No violence. Remember, we are the party of
- 50:56law and order. Respect the law and our great
- 50:59women in blue. Thank you.
- 51:02Because now they want to defund the FBI.
- 51:07Oh man. Wild Just what is Elon doing?
- 51:14Like, what's Trump doesn't. No, Twitter is a or ex is just a
- 51:20shit show dude. Yeah, I don't like my exes, you
- 51:24know? I'm just kidding.
- 51:26I'm get along with one because we we Co parent a dog, yeah.
- 51:33Very mature. I'm proud of you.
- 51:35Thank you but. You're crazy.
- 51:40He's crazy. What's crazy?
- 51:42Is that so? Trump will be arrested tomorrow
- 51:45in Washington, DC. But they're not.
- 51:49They're not holding it. He's being arrested tomorrow and
- 51:58they should fucking hold him. Yeah, if they got him like, off
- 52:01the campaign trail because they were like holding his ass,
- 52:04that'd be funny as hell. He's, you know, the first thing
- 52:06that he said when he got indicted yesterday was that Jack
- 52:09Smith is trying to interfere in the election.
- 52:13True. And the reason why he's trying
- 52:17to have a speedy trial is so he's not interfering with the
- 52:20election. He just wants to put this this
- 52:23shit to test in front of a jury and a judge.
- 52:27Let them figure it out. Give Trump.
- 52:30Give Trump the opportunity to get this done with.
- 52:33He's the one who's pleading not guilty.
- 52:36Let's fucking find out. It's one thing to accuse
- 52:38somebody of something. It's another thing for a jury to
- 52:40convict you. So let's let's put up a shut up
- 52:43Trump well. You know, and if you beat the
- 52:46case, guess what? You'll probably be president.
- 52:50That's fucked up. I don't think he'll be president
- 52:54regardless if he be sick. I hope not.
- 52:56But you know. He does.
- 52:58That'll be a scary day. Because then that could take a
- 53:01quick turn. I mean, he's already talked
- 53:02about, openly talked about going after and persecuting all.
- 53:07Oh yeah, we'll never have it. We'll never have an election
- 53:09again. Like, like, unless until, unless
- 53:13there's a civil war. Like it's Trump.
- 53:16No more elections until he dies. And then that power vacuum is
- 53:20something we've never had to deal with before.
- 53:23But just the fact of Trump taking over as dictator, like,
- 53:26like, if Trump gets elected, you, you and I are going to be
- 53:29in the streets, you know, because it's just going to be a
- 53:33mass. It was just going to have to be.
- 53:37It's not it. Yeah, the Women's March was the
- 53:40day after when you got elected the first time.
- 53:42But this is going to be not the Women's March, dude.
- 53:44It's going to be like like we can't let this fucking happen,
- 53:51March. Yeah, think about like a coup in
- 53:57the United States. Like the Secret Service of
- 54:00restaurant. What the fuck?
- 54:03You know, like that just changes the world so quickly.
- 54:07We have Eagle in custody. Like that would be a while.
- 54:10Yeah. Like that's the fact that we are
- 54:14even. That's some Vin Diesel shit.
- 54:15That's not even Liam. It might have to happen.
- 54:18That's not Channing Tatum. That's not like you know.
- 54:21Eagle down or whatever the fuck that's that.
- 54:26That's, you know, that's Steven Seagal.
- 54:28That's something. Steven Seagal, he's he's banned
- 54:30to Russia. That's where he hangs out.
- 54:32Well, I'm just talking about like a character Steven Seagal
- 54:35would play. He would be a Secret Service
- 54:38agent that would arrest the president.
- 54:39That's something he'd do. And then he'd like make
- 54:41everybody food, be like, I'm a chef.
- 54:43And I was actually like, like in like kind of be dreaming about
- 54:48this scenario earlier. Not daydreaming, like like
- 54:52hoping it happens. But I was just like, thinking
- 54:54about it a lot. And I was like, so if somebody
- 54:58did do that, do they? Who would they appoint if they
- 55:02want if they wanted to continue to be a democracy who was just
- 55:06Trump was not going to let that happen.
- 55:09So until we have an election without Trump in it, who would
- 55:17you put in place to be, you know, acting president until a
- 55:24free and fair election? I think you would just have,
- 55:28like the legislatures and, you know, I don't think you could
- 55:33necessarily pick somebody to just be the president.
- 55:35Well, you could, because you just arrested the fucking
- 55:37president. Yeah, but it couldn't be the
- 55:39depending now, but how the captain now?
- 55:42But how the how deep those webs run?
- 55:44It'd be hard. You couldn't be.
- 55:46Like the vice president, put somebody like Bob Iger in
- 55:49charge. It couldn't be Speaker of the
- 55:50House. It couldn't be.
- 55:51There couldn't be anybody in the normal not a politician.
- 55:54That's what I would think. This is where I got to.
- 55:57Oh, they no. America would be something dumb
- 55:59and put like Matthew McConaughey in charge.
- 56:01Well, no. Yeah, you have to think of the
- 56:02people who who commit the coup. Who would they be doing the coup
- 56:09for for America in this scenario, If we actually elect a
- 56:16fucking dictator, which we would be doing if Trump became
- 56:19president, then a coup is in play.
- 56:23And who would be the beneficiary of the coup and the coup?
- 56:27Not the white fishery, the stopgap.
- 56:30Or, you know, like. Oh, it'd be like The Rock or
- 56:33something, man, I would think Like a CEO like a Bob Iger.
- 56:40No, they've just did that. Jamie.
- 56:42Jamie Dimon. They just did that with Trump is
- 56:45they put a CEO of a company. He's not a fucking CEO, dude.
- 56:49Are you kidding? He managed.
- 56:50Like what I heard. I heard all family.
- 56:52I heard he's the richest man in the world.
- 56:54He his daughter is like his daughter's, like his CEO.
- 56:57Oh, like it's like a 20 people work for him.
- 57:03No, man. He's a genius and the Trump
- 57:04isn't. The Trump Organization, like,
- 57:06banned anyways. Dissolved.
- 57:08Maybe, maybe, maybe. Everything that's good dissolves
- 57:13over time, you know. Remember when Trump banned over
- 57:18a billion people from coming to this country?
- 57:22Yeah, yeah, like that alone should have just ended his
- 57:26career as a politician. It's spooky if he gets, if he,
- 57:30let's say in the some weird universe he does get back in
- 57:33power that would be scary. The deregulation, especially
- 57:40when you read this in like indictment and you see the
- 57:43lengths of like them knowing they're breaking the law just to
- 57:47stay in power. Like, so you think in they learn
- 57:50from their mistakes and you put them in charge again of
- 57:54everything they're going to clear out the DOJ, he's already
- 57:56said that, you know, like purge it like with like career
- 58:00prosecutors and shit and put in all of his people.
- 58:04You know he put in three Supreme Court justices while he was
- 58:07fucking. President he appointed How many
- 58:10judges like? He's like 30, 5% of like all the
- 58:14judges on the federal benches that were like, appointed by
- 58:18Donald Trump. Yeah, including including 33% of
- 58:24the Supreme Court, which is insane.
- 58:26We let that guy pick three fucking judges and he did not
- 58:31disappoint with how ridiculous he could get with them.
- 58:33Well, he didn't pick them. He let other people pick them
- 58:36from the Federalist Society and he picked from a list.
- 58:39Yeah, dumb. Mind blowing?
- 58:49Yeah. Well, guess what?
- 58:52Y'all Our next episode is episode 100 A Bill.
- 59:03That's true. What are we Do we have?
- 59:07Are we gonna have a bunch of guests?
- 59:08Are we getting that figured out? Yeah, I actually just.
- 59:11I'm working on it. I'm working on.
- 59:12I don't wanna say anybody yet, you know cuz how things happen,
- 59:16but it's definitely. Okay in the process.
- 59:22Okay Okay. Like we should have Elwood on
- 59:26your favorite? No, not on the 100th.
- 59:31He'd be like on 103, Like an insignificant 1.
- 59:34Yeah, smell wood. Well, I mean, that's number 99.
- 59:41It was kind of an emergency, but we got to talk about this.
- 59:44We've been really rambling for an hour.
- 59:48About this. Just like there's so much going
- 59:50on, there's so much more coming. This is 2/3 of it.
- 59:53There's a whole nother part. We'll see how much information
- 59:57gets dispersed over the next couple of weeks, but.
- 1:00:01Also on the last podcast you said you wanted to knock out a
- 1:00:05kangaroo as soon as possible, but the question was biggest
- 1:00:12mammal kangaroo not a mammal. No, I didn't know that.
- 1:00:21Right. It's got a pouch.
- 1:00:23Well, I know it's a marsupial. It's a marsupial, right?
- 1:00:25Marsupials aren't mammals, they're marsupials.
- 1:00:31I thought a. Marsupial was just like a part
- 1:00:33of the mammal family. You said you were gonna knock a
- 1:00:36wallaby into its pouch, and then all of that clicked.
- 1:00:40In my head, I'm like pouch. I think that means it's not a
- 1:00:44mammal. Kangaroos have pouches.
- 1:00:46Let. Me.
- 1:00:47Look this up our Kangaroos Trump, hours away from his third
- 1:00:58arrest in four months. It's the headline right now.
- 1:01:03Persupials are one of the three subgroups of mammals.
- 1:01:06Kangaroos are also mammals or pouched mammals, Shout out.
- 1:01:11What are the Subs? My sub name is Slave Damian.
- 1:01:29No, I'm saying what? Are the suburbs?
- 1:01:35Oh, Jesus. Macro Macro Puss.
- 1:01:42Mammalia. That's my favorite type of puss.
- 1:01:45Um, macro topadaya or dopa D Well, just give us examples of
- 1:01:51what are in these groups. Wallaby.
- 1:01:54Marsupial. I mean, what is this Kangaroos?
- 1:02:03You're just naming marsupials, but what's in the other groups?
- 1:02:07Tree or includes Kangaroos, Wallabies, tree Kangaroos,
- 1:02:11wallaroos. Pad of melons, Aquatics, and
- 1:02:17other groups. All right, close this out.
- 1:02:25So I was right. Well, episode 99 in the bag, you
- 1:02:29guys. We appreciate y'all.
- 1:02:31We'll be back next week. I'm actually off Monday, so we
- 1:02:35should do it Monday. Shout out, but we will be back
- 1:02:39with episode #100 Bunch of Guests.
- 1:02:43We'll try to make it 2 hours meditate bitches.
- 1:02:47And we'll do a good let's all for 100.
- 1:02:49We got to do some good therapy questions.
- 1:02:52Oh, they'll be good. A couple of ChatGPT, a couple
- 1:02:55real ones also chat. GBT is dead.
- 1:02:58All right. A couple bings Bing is ChatGPT
- 1:03:04Microsoft Bing. Microsoft Chat GB.
- 1:03:07Cheap GBT? Yeah, they're all the same.
- 1:03:12It's a lot of names. Man.
- 1:03:14That's a lot of effort for no. They just integrated chat GB T
- 1:03:18into Bing so you can use that technology and and then chat GB
- 1:03:25T is just weird. So it calls itself Sydney.
- 1:03:27Actually doesn't call self Sydney anymore.
- 1:03:29If you call it Sydney, it will correct you.
- 1:03:33I'm not Sydney. Yeah, I'm not Sydney anymore.
- 1:03:37I'm not Sydney. Oh, did you read that article
- 1:03:40about a I? No.
- 1:03:43Which one? I sent it to you.
- 1:03:45So there's this article and it was saying that I forget what
- 1:03:52college it was but it was like a you know one of the smart
- 1:03:55colleges you know one of the smack guys maybe MIT but they
- 1:04:00were testing chat GB T and and like two other A I's you know
- 1:04:10barred Google's version So anyways and they were able to
- 1:04:14get it to like step by step how to make a bomb which it which
- 1:04:19it's supposed to not do. But if you type this certain
- 1:04:24like directive in after you say after you asked to make a bomb
- 1:04:30it like can't. It doesn't know how to, like not
- 1:04:35tell you I just make a bomb and I took a screenshot of the
- 1:04:38formula. I haven't tried it yet so I
- 1:04:40don't know if I want to type in how to make a bomb and chat GB
- 1:04:43T, but it's insane. And the the people at chat at
- 1:04:49Open A I and Google are like, yeah, we have no solution for
- 1:04:53this right now. So that's how it's already come
- 1:04:56off the fucking rails, dude. You can just ask it how to make
- 1:05:00a nuclear bomb. It's like, OK, that'll tell you.
- 1:05:04Yeah, like part of the code that you write in is like give me
- 1:05:07reverse answer, but then it's like slash, PX, whatever, you
- 1:05:13know, I can't believe they gave the code out in the article.
- 1:05:18This is how you do it. Yeah, maybe it was a trap.
