  Speaker 1: If you want a masculine partner, be comfortable in your femininity.

  Speaker 1: look at your lists. Take the time to get really

  Speaker 1: clear about what you want and a partner and what

  Speaker 1: you want in a relationship. So if you want a

  Speaker 1: partner who communicates in a way that resonates with you,

  Speaker 1: then you need to ask spirit for that. So revisit

  Speaker 1: your list, if you've already made them, make sure they

  Speaker 1: are accurate and they are specific to who you are

  Speaker 1: right now. Especially if you've been dating and you've got

  Speaker 1: some new data about what you want, make sure your

  Speaker 1: list is updated. We make these lists, and we set

  Speaker 1: them and forget them. That's wonderful, but come back to it.

  Speaker 1: If you are ready for love now, keep that list

  Speaker 1: in the forefront of your mind, and be crystal clear

  Speaker 1: about what you do not want. Again, if you have

  Speaker 1: had some challenges with dating, if you've maybe been struggling

  Speaker 1: up until this point around dating or romantic relationship, really

  Speaker 1: get clear about what you do not want. Spend more

  Speaker 1: time with your do not want list or your red

  Speaker 1: flags lift and clearly state to the universe. Clearly state

  Speaker 1: to the universe what will work for you, and be

  Speaker 1: firm about that. Really be firm about that. To hold

  Speaker 1: to your boundaries, and if you need to go and

  Speaker 1: learn boundaries, go learn boundaries. And then last week, release

  Speaker 1: the past. Stop looking backwards. Trust that you've learned everything

  Speaker 1: you needed to learn from your previous relationships or your
• 6:30
  Speaker 1: lack of relationships, and stop the habit of projecting your
• 6:36
  Speaker 1: past onto your present and your future. Lock in and
• 6:40
  Speaker 1: believe that you will receive the exact romantic relationship you desire.

  Speaker 1: This is one of my favorite areas to talk about.

  Speaker 1: I could go on about romantic love from a lot
• 6:52
  Speaker 1: of different directions, but just ignore. This is one that
• 6:58
  Speaker 1: came up in session a couple of weeks ago. It

  Speaker 1: was a woman who just has if someone in her
• 7:06
  Speaker 1: feed talking about dating and from this kind of cynical,
• 7:11
  Speaker 1: snarky place, and here it is that she wants love
• 7:15
  Speaker 1: and she's starting to question the dating process or am
• 7:20
  Speaker 1: I doing it wrong? Or am I going to attract this?
• 7:22
  Speaker 1: And so I would say, unsubscribed to the feeds about
• 7:27
  Speaker 1: dating if it's setting you up to be cynical about it,
• 7:32
  Speaker 1: you know, I even say my saguate, slash it. Stop
• 7:35
  Speaker 1: watching even comedians that are talking about their dating disasters.
• 7:39
  Speaker 1: Surround yourself with people and situations that feel like true
• 7:44
  Speaker 1: love and relationships that feel like true love. We all
• 7:48
  Speaker 1: know someone who's in a really spectacular relationship. Just go
• 7:53
  Speaker 1: tunnel vision and focus on that. Focus on that relationship.

  Speaker 1: There is a relationship I saw in my twenties that
• 8:04
  Speaker 1: anytime that I want to get cynical about dating, I
• 8:09
  Speaker 1: remember that relationship and I say, no, that's where my
• 8:11
  Speaker 1: focus needs to be. That connection between that couple is
• 8:15
  Speaker 1: just I mean, it still touches my heart twenty five
• 8:18
  Speaker 1: years later, you know. And so just be focused on
• 8:23
  Speaker 1: healthy love, good love, lasting love. Listen to people's stories
• 8:29
  Speaker 1: who are doing it right, and really avoid the naysayers,
• 8:33
  Speaker 1: the complainers, the people who are having problems. Yes, that
• 8:36
  Speaker 1: is a reality, but right now that does not need
• 8:39
  Speaker 1: to be your reality. So focus on good love. There
• 8:43
  Speaker 1: is lots of negative information about romantic love circulating around you,
• 8:50
  Speaker 1: and so you're going to have to shut that out.
• 8:53
  Speaker 1: Other people's experiences do not need to be your experience.
• 8:56
  Speaker 1: And I know you get that, but it's very easy
• 8:59
  Speaker 1: to think that we're being smart to pay attention to
• 9:04
  Speaker 1: the lower vibrational energies as it relates to romantic love.
• 9:11
  Speaker 1: All right, speaking of energy, let's talk about the energy message.

  Speaker 1: And so I've said this in the previous shows. Maybe
• 9:19
  Speaker 1: you didn't listen to those That's fine. There is always
• 9:23
  Speaker 1: an energy that you can hold that will lead to
• 9:27
  Speaker 1: the manifestation of your desire. And I have crafted an

  Speaker 1: I need to hold to get what I want, And

  Speaker 1: romantic relationship is surrender, and that seems to be the

  Speaker 1: thing right now. A surrender came up in a previous

  Speaker 1: recording in this series, So it's really saying you stop
• 10:05
  Speaker 1: trying to control. And as I was putting the notes together,

  Speaker 1: I could see your hands all up in it. I
• 10:11
  Speaker 1: can see it, little hands all up in the situation.

  Speaker 1: So really pull your hand back. Stop trying to puppet
• 10:18
  Speaker 1: master your romantic life. Stop getting pissed off because things
• 10:22
  Speaker 1: haven't come together. Stop making God prove to you, my love,
• 10:27
  Speaker 1: that you can have the type of dating, romantic life
• 10:31
  Speaker 1: that you desire. So if you really want God to
• 10:35
  Speaker 1: prove it to you, then you have to be willing
• 10:39
  Speaker 1: to fully and completely believe yourself. You believe first, and
• 10:44
  Speaker 1: then Spirit will show up and there's no way around that.

  Speaker 1: You believe, you believe, give it over to Spirit and
• 10:52
  Speaker 1: watch the romantic life you desire come into form. So again, believe, believe, believe,

  Speaker 1: believe You're meant to be in the right place. Romantic

  Speaker 1: relationship for you. Believe you're right. Partners out there. If

  Speaker 1: you're in a relationship, believe your partner is going to
• 11:06
  Speaker 1: get on board. Believe, bullieve, believe, and love true love,

  Speaker 1: romantic love, amazing love, committed love, not friend love, because
• 11:17
  Speaker 1: it can be easy to get distracted by trying to
• 11:22
  Speaker 1: turn a friend or an associate into a romantic relationship.

  Speaker 1: But stay really grounded in romantic love. You're looking for
• 11:31
  Speaker 1: somebody who's looking for the type of relationship you're looking for,
• 11:36
  Speaker 1: and then show up for it. Show up as your
• 11:38
  Speaker 1: best self. Show up, confident, show up, authentic, show up loving.

  Speaker 1: Ask for what you want, Ask for what you want.

  Speaker 1: There's no reason to settle, So ask for it and

  Speaker 1: believe that you're going to get it, and then stay

  Speaker 1: committed to the desire and then take your hands off.

  Speaker 1: You still keep showing up and doing your part, and

  Speaker 1: take your hands off. All relationships require commitment, and you

  Speaker 1: can activate that energy by being committed to spirit helping

  Speaker 1: you with this. So ask for the help, take your

  Speaker 1: hands off, do your part, trust, show up, stay optimistic,

  Speaker 1: follow your intuition. Intuition is a very unsung hero in

  Speaker 1: the surrender game. We're still being given guidance even as

  Speaker 1: we surrender, and the way we move forward is by
• 12:40
  Speaker 1: following that guidance. So follow your intuition because you will.

  Speaker 1: You will be guided to the right love for you

  Speaker 1: and the moment to seek that love. It could be,

  Speaker 1: you know, something as simple as you're standing in the

  Speaker 1: grocery store and you see this really great couple in

  Speaker 1: front of you, and then all of a sudden you're like, huh,

  Speaker 1: let me check my dating app, and you check, and

  Speaker 1: then there's a message from somebody really great. Right. That

  Speaker 1: is how your intuition speaks to you. So take your

  Speaker 1: hands off the situation, give it fully to God, use

  Speaker 1: your intuition to know when to take action, believe it's

  Speaker 1: all going to work out for you, and still be

  Speaker 1: in it. Surrender doesn't mean you're just like, ah, I'm

  Speaker 1: waiting on the sidelines. Not at all. You're still moving forward.

  Speaker 1: You're just present, You're just open, You're just centered. That's it.

  Speaker 1: You're showing up as your bright, beautiful, amazing self. That's it.
