  Speaker 1: the hurt is so deep, or the pain hurts so bad,

  Speaker 1: is so sharp, or we're just so spent that we

  Speaker 1: don't have the words to verbalize what we need, and

  Speaker 1: all we can do is just say, Lord, Help Lord,

  Speaker 1: you know, Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ,

  Speaker 1: we come before you right now, not with polished words, God,

  Speaker 1: not with long explanations, but with heavy hearts and open hands. Lord.

  Speaker 1: You know you know the things we can't verbalize. You

  Speaker 1: know the burdens we don't know how to name. You

  Speaker 1: our breath. God, You know the tears we cry in secret.

  Speaker 1: the herd we've learned to hide behind the smiles and strength.

  Speaker 1: diagnosis we didn't expect, the relationships that fall apart, the

  Speaker 1: doors that close without warning, the seasons that changed everything.

  Speaker 1: You know, the grief that lingers. You know, the fear

  Speaker 1: that whispers, and the exhaustion that comes from trying to

  Speaker 1: be strong for too long. Father, when the words fail us,

  Speaker 1: can say is, Lord, help you already understand. Help us God.

  Speaker 1: we lead into your nearness. Wrap us in your peace,

  Speaker 1: Cover us, God, Oh, we need you to cover us. God,

  Speaker 1: in your presence, hold us together. When we feel like God,

  Speaker 1: we're falling apart. Lord, we release to you what we

  Speaker 1: can't afford. Lord, God, to lose, we release to you
