- 0:14[SPEAKER_00]: There are a lot of people now are posting in France.

- 0:28[SPEAKER_01]: At TV on this work, oh, oh, I haven't passed this syndrome.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_00]: People are afraid to shine their light, but you chose not to go, come on.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_00]: Because if you were afraid of being seen, when that is actually your purpose, it's to be seen so that those ships can find you and help navigate them to a place of safety.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_01]: Selfish.
- 0:44[SPEAKER_00]: isn't about just taking selfishness also not giving a lot of people who have never done a webinar here's the good news you know how to run a zoom meeting guess what you know how to run a webinar no more show in tellers like I want to fire train one two three four four seconds why when I help other people get what they want I get to have everything that I want

- 2:11[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so welcome to another awesome episode of Inside the Vault with Ashcast, the greatest money mindset show on the planet.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_01]: Listen, what if the reason you're not making money isn't because you need another business, another degree or another hustle?
- 2:25[SPEAKER_01]: What if it's because you don't know how to communicate value at scale?
- 2:30[SPEAKER_01]: Today's guest is spent years helping entrepreneurs turn their knowledge into income, their message into movement, and their expertise into millions through one of the most powerful wealth-building vehicles of the digital age webinars, but here's what makes this conversation different.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_01]: He doesn't just teach money, he teaches the spiritual side of wealth, the mental side of wealth, and the communication side of wealth.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_01]: From helping entrepreneurs generate over 20 million dollars through webinars to build this successful, real estate investments, writing multiple books, delivering TED talks, and leading a moment, focus on making the righteous rich.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_01]: He's helping people break through financial ceilings, they didn't even know they had.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_01]: Today, we're talking about money, manifestation, faith, sales, influence, digital leverage and why the future belongs to people who know how to turn their message into wealth.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_01]: And somewhere in this conversation, you may discover that the biggest thing standing between you and financial freedom isn't a lack of opportunity.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_01]: It is a lack of alignment, ladies and gentlemen, my brother like my mother's kid.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_01]: Julie, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it's good, it
- 4:10[SPEAKER_01]: author that I've worked with, where Rich and Rich has sold over 10,000 copies, generating hundreds of thousands of dollars.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_01]: But for a certain, and we, you know, I got this plaque right here showing, we just crossed the major mouse zone.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_01]: So there might be people on the channel right now who don't know.
- 4:28[SPEAKER_01]: Who don't know who Julian Gordon is.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_01]: But for those who don't know who is Julian Gordon.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_00]: Man, that's a big question.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_00]: I always start off with a matcha of the guy first, right?
- 4:37[SPEAKER_00]: That is my identity that never shifts.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_00]: But as I stay in alignment with what the creator created me for, I've been an interest in journey.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_00]: Many people out in the world, those who might have been on the channel the last time, they know me as Mr.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_00]: Multifamily and for all the amazing work that I've done in Multifamily real estate investing over 950 people have closed on their first Multifamily home quarter, no half a billion dollars worth of Multifamily real estate acquired by my students.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_00]: But, you know, as I'm in this evolution and as real estate is in this particular cycle right now where it's kind of on hold and on the pause.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_00]: we have to actually shift the type of real estate in real estate is not just physical it is also digital and when you combine physical real estate with digital real estate that's actually the cycle to create real wealth digital real estate can produce cash quickly right but then you take that cash and you put it into physical real estate which is long term that can last because even in digital real estate trends happen and you can make money one month or even in the season but that's not a forever thing and so
- 5:38[SPEAKER_00]: knowing how to make cash quickly via digital real estate and then put that into long term assets like physical real estate is really the formula for wealth and so now I want to share with people while real estate is where it's at.
- 5:50[SPEAKER_00]: I want to share with people the digital real estate side which they can access in is available to us all at all times because of the internet.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and I love that you're in this space, right?
- 6:00[SPEAKER_01]: Because personally, you've helped me with webinars, right?
- 6:04[SPEAKER_01]: I remember flying over the New Orleans, spending three days hours just really going over your friend, we're going over how to sell via webinars.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_01]: So again, you were my first webinar coach.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_01]: I've watched you live, right?
- 6:21[SPEAKER_01]: Even when you talk about the multifamily movement,
- 6:25[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, majority of those students that have been able to have the success, they were introduced to you through a webinar.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_01]: They were on a webinar.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_01]: You gave them value.
- 6:37[SPEAKER_01]: They were able to join your community and they got results from that.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_01]: Talk a little bit about why is
- 6:46[SPEAKER_01]: webinars, right?
- 6:47[SPEAKER_01]: Why is that one of the most powerful tools that someone can get or use when they have a message?
- 6:54[SPEAKER_01]: But specifically, talk about it from a perspective of, you know, again, rich and righteous, right?
- 7:00[SPEAKER_01]: Good people have to make money.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_01]: I also see a trend where good people are afraid to put themselves out there.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_01]: You talk a little bit about, you know, about why webinars, but then also why is it incumbent on,
- 7:12[SPEAKER_01]: people who have a message like righteous people to use this as a tool.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, well, you know, God created us all for a purpose.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_00]: And what I think that purpose is we're all here to be a solution for somebody else.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_00]: And by solution, I mean a solution.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_00]: There's a solution that came from you.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_00]: And it's only coming through you.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_00]: But what has happened, Ash, is that a lot of people who have made these discoveries, they are now waiting to be discovered.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_00]: And that's just as bad as not making the discovery because nobody can find you.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_00]: And those who have done it, some of them are making a little bit of money because of the word of mouth because you're great at it.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_00]: Like something unique came through you and you make a little money via word of mouth.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_00]: But in order to reach all the people that you are meant to reach, to have all the territory that you are meant to have, you have to find a marketing mechanism that's going to get you out there.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_00]: And for a season, we were able to use social media, right?
- 8:03[SPEAKER_00]: The algorithms weren't working against us.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_00]: They were working in our favor when we opposed something.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_00]: It would go out to everybody who was following us and everybody's eyes would see it.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_00]: But the algorithm has changed.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_00]: And so a lot of people now are posting and praying.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_00]: and hoping that all of a sudden they're getting PayPal messages hitting their email box and posting and praying is not effective, but it feels free, but it's costing you time, right?
- 8:28[SPEAKER_00]: And your message isn't reaching all those who need it.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_00]: We have to get beyond just getting our message out to our friends and family.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_00]: People get mad.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, my friends and family are buying from me.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_00]: They're not your customers, so you have to get beyond just your own social circle.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_00]: And you have to actually get to call traffic.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_00]: You have to put your solution in front of other people.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_00]: If I said, Ash, I have the curator cancer, right?
- 8:49[SPEAKER_00]: Then if I have the curator cancer, I'm going to be on every TV station, every mountaintop, make it sure that everybody who has cancer, right, is aware that I have the cure.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_00]: But guess what?
- 8:58[SPEAKER_00]: You do have the cure to somebody's cancer.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_00]: It may be a cancer around procrastination, financial mismanagement.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_00]: People have cancers in their marriages.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_00]: Cancer is in terms of health, wealth and relationships.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_00]: We all have cures to somebody's cancer, but we are waiting to be discovered by them.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_00]: And like I said, that suggests as bad as discovery never happening because you're in hiding.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_00]: I'm actually an introvert, people don't know me as such because I was able to get out of my own way through webinars and say my solution that I'm going to bring to the world is actually more important than my shyness or my introvertedness and I have a moral obligation.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_00]: If I have something that I know can help people get to their goals faster, safer and easier, I have a moral obligation to share that with other people otherwise I'm actually being selfish.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_01]: And I love that because I think that again, people don't realize that, right?
- 9:44[SPEAKER_01]: They don't realize that selfish isn't about just taking, right?
- 9:51[SPEAKER_01]: Selfish is also not giving, hiding, right?
- 9:53[SPEAKER_01]: It's hiding, it's fake humility.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_01]: Can you talk a little bit about that because I think that that's one of the big things that I hear as well.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_01]: And one of the reasons why, you know, I kind of want to start with the identity shift.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_01]: I know you got a lot of game and so I want you to give us some practical game on webinars, your frameworks, things at that nature, but I just feel like from an identity standpoint, if somebody doesn't, I keep hearing this work.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, in past, I haven't passed a syndrome, and people are afraid to shine their light.
- 10:29[SPEAKER_01]: But I, and I call it a false humility, right, because, you know, like you said, you started off, you said, I'm a child of God.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_01]: Regardless of what your religion is, what scriptures you read, they all say that we're made in the image and likeness of God.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_01]: So it made in the image and likeness of God, then that truly means that you are infinite possibilities.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_01]: And so, so how can you,
- 10:51[SPEAKER_01]: How can you not shine your light?
- 10:53[SPEAKER_01]: But can you talk a little bit about that a little bit about your light?
- 10:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, let's go with this.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_00]: So let's go with the metaphor of shining your light.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_00]: The purpose of a lighthouse is to help ship that are navigating the sea, navigate darkness, right?
- 11:05[SPEAKER_00]: And so imagine that you have a lighthouse because Yeshua said you are the light of the world.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_00]: So imagine that you are a light, but you chose not to go come on because you were afraid of being seen when that is actually your purpose is to be seen so that those ships can find you and help navigate them to place of safety.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_00]: That is the whole point.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_00]: And so we are actually dimming our own lights.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_00]: I believe that every problem that exists in the world, God has put here as a solution in somebody else.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_00]: But if that person chooses the hide and not actually share their solution, not only are they robbing all the people who can benefit from their solution, but they're robbing themselves of the actual income that they could be making.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_00]: Nobody actually wants money ash.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_00]: Nobody wants cash because you can't eat it.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_00]: You can't drink it.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_00]: It can't really do anything for you.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_00]: People want what money can get them.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_00]: People want less problems in their lives.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_00]: And this is why people are always willing to happily exchange their money for a solution to a problem that they're having in their lives.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_00]: and so the reason a lot of people are lacking in terms of their wealth is because they're not giving and you have to give your solution to the world and then it gets returned to you as income which you can then use to get everything you want.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_00]: And Richard Wright just we talk about the vision board and why vision boards are often selfish and vision board is everything that I want.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_00]: Right?
- 12:17[SPEAKER_00]: But what I've found is that when I help other people get what they want, yeah, I get to have everything that I want.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: So, I stop focusing on myself, which is selfish, and I start focusing on the needs of the community, and the people that I'm here to serve, and what I find is that when I do that, and I serve first, I get to receive, I give, and you shall receive.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_00]: That is the universal law, and so I live by that law and has been proven true.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_00]: If I chose not to show up.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_00]: then 953 people would not have closed.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_00]: That may be a hundred, maybe 200 may have closed on their own, right?
- 12:48[SPEAKER_00]: But I've been able to help 953 people create a half a billion dollars worth of assets.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_00]: Top, top line, because I decided to show up.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_00]: And so this is why it's really, really important.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_00]: And so there's this reciprocity that has baked into the universal law that governs and you will receive back to the degree to what you give.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_00]: If you don't give, then you cannot receive.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and I love that.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_01]: Now let's talk about a little bit about the mechanics of a webinar, right?
- 13:17[SPEAKER_01]: Because like I said, you know, you help me with my first webinar, which I've made, you know, probably multiple six figures off of when I was selling my six-figure off the blueprint.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_01]: It took us hours to put together
- 13:33[SPEAKER_01]: How has AI simplified the process or made the process better, right?
- 13:40[SPEAKER_01]: Because again, from, I mean, you had a framework, and I'm going to talk about your framework, but how has AI help, if it, if it helped?
- 13:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, you came down in New Orleans.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_00]: I've had all kinds of one-one coaching clients that I do it privately for.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_00]: Um, come down and spend time with me.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_00]: And this is what it used to take you to take about 40 hours to put together a webinar because a webinar is not just a slide.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of people think the webinar is just the slide.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's what you're going to say how you're going to say it when you're going to say it.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_00]: It's everything that you do before the webinar.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_00]: How do you get people to the webinar?
- 14:10[SPEAKER_00]: how do you get people to sign up, right?
- 14:11[SPEAKER_00]: So they have to be able to find the webinar.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_00]: Then once they register, you have to be able to fill the webinar.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_00]: Then you have to be able to facilitate the webinar.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_00]: And then you have to know how to follow up the webinar.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_00]: And so that's a lot of email sequences.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_00]: That's a lot of text messages.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_00]: That's about a six to 10 page funnel, whether you're going to direct a cart or you're going to direct a call.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_00]: So there's a lot of moving pieces to do a webinar beyond just the deck and to put that all together It's right all of that.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_00]: It was pretty equivalent to writing a book right and so that's the process We had to go through because that was several years ago that you came down to New Orleans and actually worked with me But now with AI I've actually been able to create a builder not only for every webinar that I do But it's actually available to the public so that people can get their webinars literally up in less than an hour
- 14:57[SPEAKER_00]: You can get your webinar script and slides written in less than an hour, less than an hour, less than an hour.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_00]: And people like, well, can I just tell chat to design me a webinar?
- 15:09[SPEAKER_00]: Well, no, this is what I've created with the builder and we'll actually do a demonstration.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_00]: I'll redo your book-rich webinar on the here-live.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_00]: It's baked into my framework called slide-cology.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_00]: slide college.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_00]: And slide college is everything that I've learned after creating $20 million of webinar revenue generated sales, right?
- 15:30[SPEAKER_00]: And so, um, slide college is the practice of engineering every single slide with psychological triggers like formal loss of version, proof,
- 15:39[SPEAKER_00]: proof of reciprocity in order to move somebody from just browsing to actually buying.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_00]: It's really about knowing what to say when to say it and how to say it, not just having a nicely designed deck because if you do not have the slide college, it's actually going to hurt your conversion rates.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_00]: That's the underlying foundation, and that's my study of me generating over $10 million to do one single webinar.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_00]: The most high family master plan webinar, which I ran for six years, every single week.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_00]: I've done that webinar almost 300 times, and then of course, it went to Evergreen after that.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_00]: And that's ultimately where you want your webinar to get to.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_00]: You do it live first.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_00]: And then you get to Evergreen and then there's also something called a hybrid which is like live.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_00]: So there's three ways to actually deliver your webinar.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_00]: But before we go forward, we need to define what webinar is because webinar is not even in the dictionary.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_00]: And so I've defined a webinar based on my experience of it.
- 16:33[SPEAKER_00]: And this is the best definition that I could come up with.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_00]: A webinar is a one-to-many sales experience, right?
- 16:40[SPEAKER_00]: A one-to-many sales experience that you use to increase somebody's belief in their ability to reach their goals, right?
- 16:50[SPEAKER_00]: And an exchange for actually helping them on the webinar.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_00]: Guess what you get to do?
- 16:55[SPEAKER_00]: You get to offer them more help.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_00]: if they want to get to their desired dreams and goals, faster, safer, easier and cheaper.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_00]: Faster having to do a speed, easier having to do with difficulty, safer having to do with risk, and then cheaper having to do with costs.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_00]: And so on the webinar, it's not just information.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_00]: A webinar is not just a PowerPoint with a pitch, it's not just a TED talk with a price tag at the end.
- 17:18[SPEAKER_00]: a webinar is actually a structured decision making environment that you use to help get people to know like and trust you faster than anything else out there.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody can't know like and trust you in a 60 second reel.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe a series of them.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_00]: but the webinar creates the environment where you are positioned as the authority.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_00]: This is your stage.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_00]: This is your house that they're coming into.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_00]: And you get to perform and demonstrate who you are and how you can help them.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_00]: And there's no faster mechanism that can happen in 90 minutes for somebody to say, you know what?
- 17:49[SPEAKER_00]: I believe in him.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_00]: I believe in her.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_00]: Let me take out my credit card and actually join this movement or take up this offer because I really believe that this
- 17:58[SPEAKER_00]: tool and this person can help me.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_00]: And at the end of your webinar, there's three things that people have to believe.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_00]: One, actually, four things.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_00]: They have to believe in themselves.
- 18:05[SPEAKER_00]: First and foremost, that's more than anything.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_00]: But they have to believe in the message, which is the what?
- 18:09[SPEAKER_00]: They have to believe in the method, which is the how, and they have to believe in the mentor, which is the who.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_00]: And if you get them to believe those four things, including themselves, then you will have high conversions on your webinar.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and I love that you broke it down in that way.
- 18:25[SPEAKER_01]: And this is probably like a hot moment, but like webinar is a web seminar.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_01]: right, so it's a seven hour, you have to give in, but you're giving it on the web, right?
- 18:37[SPEAKER_01]: You're giving it online, which is hence the word webinar because we said the definition wasn't in the dictionary.
- 18:43[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, so so where did the word come from?
- 18:45[SPEAKER_01]: And it just just kind of hit me.
- 18:48[SPEAKER_01]: But what would you say is the biggest misconception?
- 18:53[SPEAKER_01]: for those who are running webinars, right?
- 18:55[SPEAKER_01]: Because I see a lot of people who run webinars who don't have success, right?
- 19:03[SPEAKER_01]: Again, I've sat with you.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_01]: I know the psychology around some of this stuff, but what would you say is the biggest mistake or the biggest misconception that people have as a release of webinars?
- 19:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so a lot of, oh, webinar don't work, right, because you ran one, but you didn't have the proper slide ecology, which is the underlying infrastructure to actually make it actually work.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_00]: There's actually 21 segments, but I'll talk about the four segments here.
- 19:27[SPEAKER_00]: So the number one thing, and this is what I used to think too.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_00]: So if you've tried a webinar and didn't work, this is not just you, I went through this experience too, and I had to learn.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_00]: I used to think a webinar was like making a sandwich.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_00]: Like you had an opening piece of bread,
- 19:41[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, what's up, everybody?
- 19:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's me, I'm Julian Gordon.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_00]: Then you have 80% meat, right?
- 19:46[SPEAKER_00]: All this teaching, teaching, teaching, teaching, and then you close off with another bun as your clothes.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_00]: And I have a teacher's heart.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_00]: And I know you do too, absolutely.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_00]: And I just, you said, I used to just like, take this fire hose and just pour it all people.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_00]: And what I came to learn is why I'm giving all this game, why aren't sales coming through on the back end?
- 20:06[SPEAKER_00]: And the reality is when you,
- 20:08[SPEAKER_00]: Push out information like a fire hose is too overwhelming.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_00]: It's too much.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_00]: They can't digest it.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_00]: And so that's when I learn that a webinar is less about the information and it's not a presentation.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_00]: You're actually trying to create transformation in terms of their belief and their ability to achieve their goals, right?
- 20:25[SPEAKER_00]: And so when that change happened for me, then my entire webinar structure shifted to these four parts.
- 20:31[SPEAKER_00]: So, instead of it being opening 10%, meet 80% closed 10%, now the way my webinar is structured is in four parts.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_00]: It's your belief reset.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_00]: It's your core teaching.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's proof and writing is, and then it's a clear close.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_00]: And that's a 40, 30, 20, 10.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_00]: 40, 30, 20, 10.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_00]: I'll be halfway through my webinar just getting through the belief reset.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_00]: Because if they do not believe that they can do it, then they can't receive any information that you drop.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_00]: And we go to Yesh when we go to the parable of the sewer, there was seed that fell on the path, right?
- 21:03[SPEAKER_00]: There's seed that fell on the rocks, there's seed that did not penetrate.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_00]: And this means that it did not take root, and therefore it's not going to bear any fruit.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_00]: And so we have to spend a lot of time upfront actually getting them to a place of belief.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_00]: Then from there, we go into the core teaching and in the core teaching, it's not just information.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_00]: You're actually trying to create transformation, not just give information.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_00]: Then from there, we go into proof from process and what I've come to find out, especially in this market, where it takes longer to build trust, proof is truth.
- 21:33[SPEAKER_00]: And here's how you prove.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_00]: You actually help them on the actual webinar.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_00]: And when you've helped somebody guess what you get to do, as I said in the definition, you get the opportunity to offer them more help because you just help me and people cannot deny that you actually help them.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_00]: I can say, oh, what he's saying is not true.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_00]: What she's saying is not true.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_00]: I can't say that.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, no, he helped me.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you said, you said something there that I want to cut on like dive into because I think that you know, like so I do I do weekly webinars right and one of the things I mean, I'll come versus a pretty decent.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_01]: But one of the things that I do notice that we do, we do teach a lot, right?
- 22:15[SPEAKER_01]: And we do, you know, we, again, we have, you know, good, good conversions, but one of the things that we don't do that you said is help them on the webinar, right?
- 22:26[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's a lot of like, hey, here's what we've done.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's here's this framework that you could use.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_01]: And then here's our different frameworks.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_01]: And then if you want us to help you with those frameworks going forward, here it is.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_01]: If I'm hearing you correctly, you're saying, actually do something on the webinar that can do, like bring that down for me.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_00]: So I remember when I was in high school, there was a teacher that allowed us to start our homework while we were in class.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_00]: So I actually got some momentum and that actually increased all of our likelihoods of actually completing the homework because we started it in class, right?
- 23:03[SPEAKER_00]: I'm already making momentum.
- 23:04[SPEAKER_00]: I'm already making progress.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_00]: I got a quick win.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I got a quick win.
- 23:09[SPEAKER_00]: I'm further along than I was when I got on this webinar.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_00]: And now we know that every solution creates what new problems.
- 23:16[SPEAKER_00]: So what if on your webinar, we now get them their book title, their subtitle, and we get them their chapter outlines.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_00]: Now, they have a new problem.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, now I need to write this thing, but guess what?
- 23:26[SPEAKER_00]: Who are going to look to to help me write this thing?
- 23:27[SPEAKER_00]: The people who helped me come up with the title, the subtitle, and the outline, right?
- 23:31[SPEAKER_00]: And so this is going also back to elementary school, show and tell.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_00]: Remember, show and tell that you had to bring in a toy?
- 23:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_00]: Imagine if it was your turn right and you wanted to bring your fire truck But you left it in your mom's car and now is your turn and there's like Asked tell us about your fire truck.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you're like, I don't have it But it's about this long and the latter goes this high and it's red like this chair Like you don't have to stay All right, right, right, right.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_00]: He's supposed to show and tell Right and what most people's webinars do is all they do is tell
- 24:03[SPEAKER_00]: They don't actually show and demonstrate, right?
- 24:06[SPEAKER_00]: And so this is what we want to get to.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_00]: And you have to find the fine line.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_00]: And if we go back to like Costco or BJs, you know, the people at the end of the aisle with the appetizers, right?
- 24:15[SPEAKER_00]: You go there and they never give you the full red tray.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_00]: they give you enough to wet your appetite.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_00]: And if you like it, then guess what?
- 24:24[SPEAKER_00]: You can go down this aisle and grab more.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_00]: Right?
- 24:27[SPEAKER_00]: And we know that on our webinars, we're only looking for five to 10% in order to make the numbers actually work in terms of what we put out in terms of ads and things of that nature.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_00]: That's the only conversion that we need.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_00]: So we know that 80 to 90% of the people there are not going to buy, but we're looking for those people who said, I actually like this, and I actually want more.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_00]: Your webinar is the bridge between your Theline and your freeline.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_00]: Between your Theline and your freeline, right?
- 24:53[SPEAKER_00]: And when you build a bridge across over a river, guess what you also get to build.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_00]: A tall booth on the other side.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_00]: So your webinar is the opportunity for them to experience you, not just from an intellectual space of, oh, I heard his framework are heard his bio.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_00]: I actually experienced his coaching.
- 25:11[SPEAKER_00]: I actually made progress on my book on the actual webinar.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_00]: And therefore, I'm actually going to choose him or her to help me move forward on this project.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_00]: So that's the difference.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_00]: And then the fourth step that I did mention in your previous question was you have to have a clear offer.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_00]: And your clear offer has to feel like a gift, not a gift.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_00]: it has to feel like a gift like oh my goodness they are offering me a gift right now I've been looking for this if it feels like a griff they're thinking oh this person's trying to get over on me and you won't get sales that way
- 25:49[SPEAKER_01]: I'm ready to get the fire truck.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_01]: I want to get the fire truck, right?
- 25:52[SPEAKER_01]: No more show and tell it like I want the fire truck And so so you have you know, you you you you got my information And you are going to yeah, what what what we do this what we do there?
- 26:06[SPEAKER_00]: So obviously, I know a little bit about you already and just to save time, this process just to get your first webinar deck.
- 26:12[SPEAKER_00]: It literally takes about 15 minutes, but I was able to pre-fill some information because I already know you, of course, because I help you design your first webinar.
- 26:19[SPEAKER_00]: And so when you first come in, you just come into the dashboard.
- 26:22[SPEAKER_00]: This is the step-by-step process to keep you on track.
- 26:24[SPEAKER_00]: but then we go into our positioning profile and this is really trying to understand who you are.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_00]: So obviously we have your name, abundance is your birthright, is the brand, your industry is publishing, your great at helping people write books and making them best sellers.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_00]: And then we know that your credibility is 17 years of being in the game since you publish your first book, you've written 40 books, you've helped 50 authors publish and launch their best sellers.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_00]: I'm one of your best success stories with rich and righteous selling over $200,000 worth.
- 26:50[SPEAKER_00]: and then I was able to ask you to just text me your bio and put that in.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_00]: Now, from here, what we need to do is we need to start crafting your webinar.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm going to go down to unique solution.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_00]: And literally, I'm able to tap into my brain, which is the underlying aspect of the AI, right, based on $20 million worth of webinar driven revenue.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_00]: And literally, I just click Auto-Fill Ash and watch this, bro.
- 27:16[SPEAKER_00]: And I know you can see it on the big screen.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_00]: your book which framework comes up right so this is your unique solution it is the point A to point B that you move people from to point A is an authors and aspiring authors with powerful stories and skills but lacking the knowledge strategy to amplify their voice is point B for them point B is authors who have successfully amplified their voice as published best sellers like Julian
- 27:38[SPEAKER_00]: establish a lasting legacy in generated significant additional income by turning their stories and their expertise into six and seven figure brands, right?
- 27:45[SPEAKER_00]: So then it's your step by step process and all of that is there.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_00]: Now we want to move into your webinar, right?
- 27:51[SPEAKER_00]: And literally all I have to do is click a button.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_00]: Simple as that one.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_00]: Two, two seconds.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_00]: We have your webinar title, which is going to be bestseller blueprint and makes 100% sense, right?
- 28:01[SPEAKER_00]: And how to turn your unique story and expertise into a six figure brand.
- 28:05[SPEAKER_00]: And then the product at the end of the webinar is going to be your book rich program.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_00]: And we're going to go to a membership.
- 28:11[SPEAKER_00]: You can do book a call.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_00]: You can do a membership or you can do a DIY product.
- 28:15[SPEAKER_00]: Now we need your webinar copy.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_00]: This is going to be like your three bullet points for the webinar.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_00]: I literally click this button.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_00]: 1, 2, 3.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_00]: Now we have your subtitle, and we have your three takeaways.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_00]: The three-step book rich framework, the astrategic publishing and launch blueprint, and proven monetization strategies.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_00]: In fact, I know you have 15, so I'm going to actually just add that number 15 proven monetization strategies because I've worked with you before.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_00]: So now that's all I need it.
- 28:40[SPEAKER_00]: That's all I need it, okay?
- 28:42[SPEAKER_00]: So the next step we go into.
- 28:44[SPEAKER_00]: is we're going to go into your audience analyzer.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_00]: And I interviewed you literally earlier for one minute.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_00]: I could have filled this in, but I just wanted to verify where you were with your target market today, who your ideal client is.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_00]: And you said corporate professionals, leader CEOs, small business owners that make five to six figures a month, and want to be the authority in their space.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_00]: You said no age range, no gender, but 100,000 is your target, your ideal client, of course, you help people with less, et cetera.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_00]: Now, as from there, all I have to do is click the AI to generate their top five problems and frustrations, their daily frustrations and their deepest fears and relationship to publishing and writing their book.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_00]: Difficfully translating their expertise into being recognized, authoritative, personal brand,
- 29:28[SPEAKER_00]: struggling to effectively articulate unique value proposition to stand out in a competitive market and filling overwhelmed by the demands of leadership and business growth, right?
- 29:36[SPEAKER_00]: Their daily frustrations lack time to focus on personal branding and their deepest fear is being seen as just another expert, right?
- 29:43[SPEAKER_00]: Now from there, that also gave me the false police that they have.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_00]: They have false belief that my work ethic and results alone should be enough to establish my authority.
- 29:50[SPEAKER_00]: We know it takes more than that, unfortunately.
- 29:52[SPEAKER_00]: Unfortunately, the best person doesn't rise to the top unless they do something about it.
- 29:55[SPEAKER_00]: And this is why they need a book.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_00]: Number two, becoming an authority means sacrifice and authenticity and becoming overly self-promoting.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_00]: These are their fears.
- 30:03[SPEAKER_00]: And then false belief number three, I need more certification degrees and years of experience.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_00]: Not true, okay?
- 30:08[SPEAKER_00]: They've already tried attending various marketing and branding workshops.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_00]: They've hired a junior social media manager, a VA, et cetera, still not working for them, right?
- 30:17[SPEAKER_00]: And so they also give you some statistics in terms of what they're facing.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_00]: So now what we do ask is I can literally go over to your webinar scripture.
- 30:32[SPEAKER_00]: I'm already ready.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_00]: Actually, I'm going to frame your framework for my first.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_00]: So, I know you have a framework and it's going to be interesting to see how closely this framework ends up to your existing framework, right?
- 30:44[SPEAKER_00]: This is how you know the accuracy of what is coming out of here.
- 30:48[SPEAKER_00]: So, here's the framework that it just created for you in three seconds.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_00]: Story Spark on Earth and your unique narrative.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_00]: blueprint breakthrough, designing your bestseller, module 3, publishing powerhouse, navigating the publishing landscape, module 4, monetization mastery, turning pages into profit, module 5, legacy launch pad, building a lasting empire with your book.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, all ready creative for you.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so from there the last thing we do is we go create your webinar script And it's gonna generate about a 80 plus page webinar script for now all right, and it's gonna and
- 31:26[SPEAKER_00]: It will create it in the sections that I've created.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_00]: So there's 21 sections and literally all I have to do is generate, generate, generate, generate and I'll let you know exactly how long your webinar is going to be and how many slides is going to be.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_00]: And we're doing this live family.
- 31:44[SPEAKER_00]: There are no cuts here.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_00]: This is live right now.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_00]: Should've put his time right there.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_00]: Actually, we can't still.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_00]: So right now, what you'll see it's doing, is it generating your script?
- 31:58[SPEAKER_00]: literally you rehearse this script and because it's not just a slide it's what you say how you say it and when you say it and so the script actually captures all of that and so I created a 79 slide webinar deck for you That's about an hour and 17 minutes just like that.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_00]: I did that in three minutes.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so lastly what I'm going to do for you is I'm going to actually create your slides while we're right here
- 32:22[SPEAKER_00]: Do you want to say that?
- 32:24[SPEAKER_00]: Not yet.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be integrated still.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_00]: We have a reliable resource that we use to do this.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_00]: And so all I have to do is paste in your script ash, right?
- 32:35[SPEAKER_00]: We've already designed it in the way that they like to receive the information.
- 32:39[SPEAKER_00]: And so all I do is paste in your script, just like that, summarize the long text.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to do minimal, do you have branding colors?
- 32:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, navy blue.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_00]: Navy blue, navy blue, always a bunny blue.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_00]: It was a bunny blue.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, that's what we do.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_00]: It's a, all right.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm going to look for a bunny blue.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_00]: I think I got it right here.
- 33:04[SPEAKER_00]: Selecting.
- 33:05[SPEAKER_00]: That's kind of purpleish.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to look for a bunny blue right now.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_00]: Here we go.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_00]: Found it.
- 33:12[SPEAKER_00]: A bunny blue.
- 33:15[SPEAKER_00]: Generate.
- 33:19[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, your webinar deck is being built as we speak.
- 33:28[SPEAKER_01]: Or... Wow.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_01]: You got your best on success.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_01]: Who's this for?
- 33:42[SPEAKER_01]: Right?
- 33:44[SPEAKER_01]: So it's giving me who's it for?
- 33:45[SPEAKER_01]: So it's giving me everything that I need.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_01]: So to run that webinar, wow.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_00]: So literally we can put this over here for about five minutes.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_00]: And your whole deck will be done.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, just like that.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, wow, wow.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_01]: Man, how much of a game changer is this, right?
- 34:05[SPEAKER_01]: For people, because I be honest with you, like even for myself, like when, when, you know, when I went over and I, you know, kind of learned a lot of stuff from you, it took me a while to get it together, right?
- 34:18[SPEAKER_01]: Cause I realized that I had ADHD, so I was the reason.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_01]: And so,
- 34:23[SPEAKER_01]: my ability to focus and to have to really look at each deck and try to figure out the psychology because one of the things you did do was, you provided me a template and so I was able to look at the template and say, all right, I understand he taught me this psychology.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_01]: He taught me how to, you know, why this is this way, all right?
- 34:42[SPEAKER_01]: So how do I switch that?
- 34:44[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, I had to think about ways to do that.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_01]: You're saying that this does that all for you.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_00]: everything for you also um a lot of people who have never done a webinar here's what I say here's the good news good news is if you know how to run a zoom meeting guess what you know how to run a webinar the only thing that I need from you to execute on this funnel is a few videos for your landing pages your whole landing page your full funnel six to ten pages is done your email sequences are done your text messages are done wow all of that is done all you have to do is show up in your expertise
- 35:17[SPEAKER_00]: That's all I need you to do and rehearse the script because again many of us are teachers at heart And we just want to teach and we want to give everything we're like I may never see these people here's how You should think I may never see these people again So I'm gonna give them everything I possibly have but again that led to overwhelm when you use the structure that I've created Right rooted in slide college What it'll do it it'll wet their appetite and it'll get them excited to work for you work with you
- 35:39[SPEAKER_00]: Because here's the thing, most people will actually end up, most aspiring authors will actually end up being more successful if they go with you than if they don't go with you.
- 35:50[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to help them get their faster, safer, easier and cheaper, even if they have to make an investment in you.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_00]: Because if they don't go with you, they're going to waste a whole bunch of time.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_00]: They're going to miss all kinds of financial opportunities.
- 36:01[SPEAKER_00]: They're going to go to deal with some publisher who rob them cold, right?
- 36:05[SPEAKER_00]: Because they don't know what they're doing.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_00]: And
- 36:09[SPEAKER_00]: I find, is that when you give somebody too much information, they think they're dangerous when they're actually in danger.
- 36:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_00]: So, somebody reads Rich that poor dad for the first time.
- 36:19[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I'm ready to invest in real estate.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_00]: No, you're not, but guess what?
- 36:23[SPEAKER_00]: Because they're new to it, that little feels like a lot.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_00]: And they feel like, oh, I know what Robert Kiyosaki knows about real estate.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_00]: No, you don't.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_00]: And if we've ever seen the chart, there's the things that you know.
- 36:34[SPEAKER_00]: There's the things that you know, you don't know.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_00]: And then there's what you don't know you don't know right that's the danger zone and that's where a lot of people end up when they think they have Enough information to go DIY and do it on their own.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's where they end up getting in danger And then they bump into you in the airport five years later and they still haven't written their book right.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_01]: That's a fact Yeah, and one of the things uh, you know, uh, you know You know, I appreciate you said earlier also was that a webinar is the fastest way to get people to that trust I know like I say
- 37:01[SPEAKER_01]: trust you.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_01]: And I think that one of the important parts of this space, if you will, is the ability to say, hey, come join me, right, spend some time on me, get to know me.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_01]: Right, right, before you invest your money with me because a lot of times people are.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_01]: You know, they're bad actors out there.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_01]: So people are asking to invest money, but they haven't given you anything too, right?
- 37:25[SPEAKER_01]: You know, a reason to invest your money.
- 37:28[SPEAKER_01]: But by doing the webinar, it's kind of, you know, it's displaying what you know, like you say, they know like in trust you now, they wanna, you know, you present in the problem, so that they wanna go further with the problem.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_01]: And so I love that, that part of it,
- 37:46[SPEAKER_01]: this, you know, the one-to-many model, right?
- 37:49[SPEAKER_01]: Because a lot, you know, you mentioned your introvert, a lot of people who are, I think majority of people who are in the space, and like, oh, I'm an introvert or whatever it can be, what, you know, you know, why is it important, like, like, what is this psychology around?
- 38:07[SPEAKER_01]: doing the ones and many instead of introverts saying, hey, I'm just going to sell to one person that I thought.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, well selling to one person at a time via phone sales is going to take you a long, long time, right?
- 38:20[SPEAKER_00]: Why do 40 hours of phone sales when I can do two hour webinar, speak to 40 people, right?
- 38:25[SPEAKER_00]: And if you're truly an introvert in a webinar, you're on camera and you actually aren't engaging
- 38:30[SPEAKER_00]: an actual person.
- 38:31[SPEAKER_00]: So it's actually safer for you as an introvert and if you're shy to engage via webinar, even though quantitatively the number is bigger, you're not actually in person with somebody.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_00]: Introvert is probably going to have more issues having a one-on-one conversation with somebody than speaking to a camera lens.
- 38:47[SPEAKER_00]: And so that's really how I think about it.
- 38:51[SPEAKER_00]: And again, there is a point in your journey where you have to get out of your own way.
- 38:55[SPEAKER_00]: And we look at
- 38:58[SPEAKER_00]: I use Christ as my example and in my template there was a point where he said take this cup from me but he said not my will but that will
- 39:08[SPEAKER_00]: like I submit I have to get out of my own way in order for my purpose to be fulfilled and and this is a question and a challenge that comes to everybody who is trying to step into the abundance that is their birthright.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_00]: They have to make that call and actually say I have to die to self in order for my seed to expand and for me to be able to bear the financial food that I meant to bear.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, can you talk a little bit also about FOMO, right?
- 39:33[SPEAKER_01]: Because one of the things that I've realized as it relates to doing webinars is like when people are taking your offer, when people are seeing that solution, how does FOMO work when you do like group sales?
- 39:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so there are various slide colleges techniques, I've actually documented 94 of them.
- 39:54[SPEAKER_00]: And the human brain has not changed since we were created, despite the industrial revolution information age, the human brain is still the same and it still operates.
- 40:02[SPEAKER_00]: It's the same things that motivated in the past, still motivated today.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_00]: And fear of missing out is one of those things.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_00]: And so one of the psychological triggers is scarcity.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I don't like to use some of the negative psychological triggers like scarcity, enemy fear of missing out, but if they're real scarcity, like the say you only take four one-on-one clients at a time, that's real scarcity.
- 40:27[SPEAKER_00]: And that makes somebody to make a decision, like he only has two spots available right now.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_00]: I need to act.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_00]: There are times where people use fall scarcity.
- 40:35[SPEAKER_00]: It's not really there, but they'll say that there's only 10 available when it's a whole closet full back there, right?
- 40:41[SPEAKER_00]: So we want to be as authentic as possible when we are selling.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_00]: But one of my favorite slide college you techniques is pre-framing.
- 40:49[SPEAKER_00]: pre-framing.
- 40:50[SPEAKER_00]: And I learned this from Steve Jobs.
- 40:52[SPEAKER_00]: I actually studied his 2007 iPhone presentation, which is guess what?
- 40:57[SPEAKER_00]: A webinar.
- 40:59[SPEAKER_00]: Probably the best webinar of all time.
- 41:01[SPEAKER_00]: And I've actually studied it.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_00]: And the way pre-framing works, I'll give you an example from art.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_00]: If we have a piece of art, right, and I say ash, it has three colors on it and you can't really tell what it is.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_00]: How much is this worth?
- 41:15[SPEAKER_00]: You might say, I don't know, maybe I'll pay $10 for it.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_00]: But then if I frame it, if I put it in a nice frame that looks expensive all of a sudden, ash, how much is it worth?
- 41:26[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_00]: Now, if I say a high school student painted this, that change is your perception of the value.
- 41:33[SPEAKER_00]: But then if I put it up in grandma's house, that changes your perception of the value.
- 41:38[SPEAKER_00]: But then if I put it in a rich person's house, all of a sudden the same exact piece is having increased value.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_00]: And then if I put it next to the Mona Lisa and the Louvre,
- 41:48[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my goodness, so the frame, the frame actually dictates the value and so what you're ultimately trying to frame is your offer and so when you are doing a webinar you actually start with your offer first and then reverse engineer the slides.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of people try to do the slides, and then stick a offer on the back end.
- 42:07[SPEAKER_00]: Like I said, a webinar is not a PowerPoint with a pitch.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_00]: It's not a TED talk with a price tag at the end.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_00]: You actually start with where you're taking them, and everything is reverse engineered, all your slides, all your stories, all your metaphors, every data point that you bring in is actually moving them towards this one singular direction.
- 42:24[SPEAKER_00]: And so the offer is here.
- 42:26[SPEAKER_00]: It is the piece of art.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_00]: Free frame it with everything else in the webinar so that people recognize the actual value of it when it is time to make the offer down for me, though, you say reverse engineer, give me an example.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_01]: Let's just say in my example, uh, you know, I'm offering, um, you know, my offer is joining my community, some type of done for you book service.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_00]: Correct.
- 42:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so great.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_00]: If you're it is joining your community then that's the offer.
- 42:57[SPEAKER_00]: Then I need to get them to believe that doing this alone Is not good for them That this community is gonna offer you feedback.
- 43:06[SPEAKER_00]: You won't have to pay for an editor because there will be people in this community who will read your book for you, et cetera At your own devices how far has that got you all of those language patterns will be
- 43:16[SPEAKER_00]: in the actual webinar, because ultimately, at the end, I'm selling community.
- 43:21[SPEAKER_00]: If I'm selling done for you, at the end, then a lot of the things in my webinar are going to be about time, procrastination, getting in your own way, and I could just do it for you.
- 43:30[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to be talking about ease, right?
- 43:32[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to be talking about the power of using your extra resources because you are making over $100,000 to actually make that money work and actually by investing in things.
- 43:40[SPEAKER_00]: You pay for a gardener.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_00]: right you pay for a dentist you don't try to figure these things out on your own you pay for oil changes and so you can actually pay for somebody's right your book so that's reverse engineering to the specific offer even though those offers are very similar one is a community base and one is done for you it changes what's actually in the webinar oh yeah yeah so I get I get it then so it's like based on your offer will determine how you reconstruct your you know how you
- 44:12[SPEAKER_01]: Um, the, you know, why they need what you're only free set.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, believe set.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_00]: Relief.
- 44:18[SPEAKER_01]: Break, break down, um, break down, 40, 30, 2010.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_00]: So the belief reset is.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_00]: 40%, right?
- 44:28[SPEAKER_00]: I used to think that it was insignificant and I just did go and teach, right?
- 44:32[SPEAKER_00]: But it is actually 40%.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_00]: So on a two hour webinar, I actually might spend 50 minutes, actually focusing on belief reset.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_00]: So an example is a lot of people think, oh, I'm just a lawyer.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just a real estate agent.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_00]: One of the belief resets I have is that, no, I'm a markerter.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_00]: that practice is law.
- 44:51[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a markerter that sells real estate.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_00]: So that's a belief reset.
- 44:56[SPEAKER_00]: And what I tell them is that look, if you put the cart before the horse, then it won't go anywhere.
- 45:01[SPEAKER_00]: And so some of you have built businesses where you are actually the best at what you do.
- 45:06[SPEAKER_00]: But if nobody knows, then you don't get to practice and actually demonstrate that you're actually the best.
- 45:11[SPEAKER_00]: and then another story that I integrate into my webinar to facilitate that belief reset is that what's the difference between grandma's fried chicken and colonel Sanders?
- 45:22[SPEAKER_00]: What's the one where different?
- 45:24[SPEAKER_00]: Marketing.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_00]: Marketing.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 45:27[SPEAKER_00]: Grandma Ruth's fried chicken is ten times better than colonel Sanders.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_01]: That's facts.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_01]: It's facts.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_01]: But, and probably healthy of it.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_00]: And healthy.
- 45:35[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe not.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_00]: but he is a better marketer, right?
- 45:40[SPEAKER_00]: And so this is really helping them see that, oh, I'm not just a doctor, I'm not just a lawyer, I'm not just a realtor, I actually have to be a marketer because if I'm not a marketer, then I don't get to practice law, I don't get to practice medicine, I don't get to be a therapist, right?
- 45:53[SPEAKER_00]: I can have the title, I can have the degree, but I don't actually get to do the work if I haven't figured out marketing.
- 45:58[SPEAKER_00]: And so marketing actually comes before.
- 46:00[SPEAKER_00]: So a lot of people end up starting businesses, right?
- 46:02[SPEAKER_00]: Because they're good at something, not aware that it's not only important to have the solution, but you also have the way to share that solution with the world.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_00]: Again, you can't just have a discovery without having a mechanism to be discovered.
- 46:15[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, I love that and that's, and that's really, really good because I think that just freed a lot of people, you know, who's watching right now, who might be skeptical or or even afraid even to, you know, to start their webinars because they don't understand the value and how much that how much it can help them, it would, would you, would you say what does this work for any type of business or their specific types of businesses that can benefit from webinars?
- 46:44[SPEAKER_00]: Um, a lot of service-based businesses, so if you are a chiropractor, I would say, if you're a chiropractor, I would say, how to crack your back.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_00]: five ways to improve or alleviate pain in your back, right?
- 47:02[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm going to because chiropractors are local.
- 47:05[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to send out ads locally to get anybody in my area that is having back issues.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_00]: Then they're going to come to my webinar.
- 47:14[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to educate them.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to help them by giving them some exercises to alleviate the pain in their back.
- 47:20[SPEAKER_00]: And then guess what?
- 47:21[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to offer at the end.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_00]: If you're still having pain,
- 47:25[SPEAKER_00]: I'm down here on Main Street.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_00]: Come visit me here.
- 47:28[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_00]: So for a lot of service based businesses, Rilter, Rilter, I would have a couple angles as a Rilter.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_00]: Rilter doesn't actually have to sell anything on the back end because once they sell the property, I get three percent.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_00]: So they've sell the 400,000 dollars.
- 47:41[SPEAKER_00]: property.
- 47:42[SPEAKER_00]: They get 3% of that, which is $12,000.
- 47:44[SPEAKER_00]: So that's really, they can be really generous on that webinar.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_00]: So if I'm a realtor, especially in this market, I'm continuing to educate people to get them ready to buy so that when they are ready to buy, guess who they think of, they think of me.
- 47:56[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm going to do a financing angle.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_00]: property to prosperity.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_00]: How to buy a $1 million triplex in Brooklyn on $80,000 in income.
- 48:06[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to do Williamsburg wealth.
- 48:08[SPEAKER_00]: What's going on in the Williamsburg neighborhood and how to get in before you lose out?
- 48:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah.
- 48:11[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to do an asset type angle, um, triplex treasure.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_00]: How to buy multi-family or a poem with only 3.5% down.
- 48:20[SPEAKER_00]: So, a realtor can stay doing
- 48:23[SPEAKER_00]: webinars that are education that are helping people learn about an asset type, a neighborhood, or financing to get them ready, and then the moment that person signs an exclusive agreement, that's what they're really offering at the end, sign an exclusive agreement with me, and I will help you close on your home when you're ready.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_00]: I'll help you get finance, et cetera, and then they get to eat on the back end.
- 48:43[SPEAKER_00]: So,
- 48:44[SPEAKER_00]: We can figure out ways to use webinars.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_00]: One of the best formats of webinars that many people don't know, guess what?
- 48:51[SPEAKER_00]: It's QVC.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_00]: Mm.
- 48:53[SPEAKER_00]: Based on the definition that I gave you, watch this.
- 48:55[SPEAKER_00]: A QVC ad.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_00]: You know, the ozone is corroding.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_00]: It's been happening for so many years.
- 49:00[SPEAKER_00]: And now UV rays are coming through.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_00]: And this is causing a lot of cancer, especially with a certain demographic in the United States.
- 49:06[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to go midget.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_00]: And so if you don't, if you're not aware of this, there you have to know what kind of sunscreen to wear.
- 49:15[SPEAKER_00]: But we have something that's going to solve all that for you.
- 49:17[SPEAKER_00]: Especially this summer, as we are to in summer, 2026, this is really going to help you.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_00]: We've introduced to you this new visor.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_00]: And this visor reflects the UV rays back away from you, but it also sunbays you at the same time.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_00]: So the educated you on your skin, skin cancer, and the dangers of it, and then they offered you a solution.
- 49:37[SPEAKER_00]: This is why QVC bought the home shopping network for $2 billion, is because it is just a series of webinars.
- 49:45[SPEAKER_00]: You get to know like and trust the person that's presenting.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_00]: They're giving you information about the product.
- 49:50[SPEAKER_00]: If you agree with the message in the method, then people are pulling their credit cards to buy.
- 49:54[SPEAKER_00]: So that is an example of it working on a product-based business and then of course Steve Jobs was selling a product.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_00]: He wasn't selling anything beyond a product.
- 50:01[SPEAKER_00]: They're using the best webinar probably of all time.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_01]: What would you say to somebody right now who watches episode, they hear you, they're like, oh, webinars webinar webinar.
- 50:12[SPEAKER_01]: But they're like, you know what, now I'm not going to do a webinar.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to, um, you know, I'm going to pitch on Instagram.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to pitch on TikTok.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_01]: You know, could social media, them going out and putting content on social media, help them more than help them than a webinar could.
- 50:33[SPEAKER_00]: likes and comments do not pay the bills yeah they feel good right and you get the double mean hit but we're looking for leads and clients not likes and comments and so here's what I would do I would say go ahead go hard on social media for 30 days and see how many people click the link in your bio how many calls you get and how many clients you get then after that turn it off right and do a webinar once a week for 30 days using social media to push to the webinar
- 51:01[SPEAKER_00]: instead of just hoping and praying, push to the webinar, let's see how many leads you get and how many clients you get.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_00]: Just run a test because you can feel good on social media and we know of people who have large social media following still don't know how to monetize you.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_00]: Right?
- 51:15[SPEAKER_00]: So we get this high off of these likes and this engagement, but at the end of the time at the end of the day, I'd rather have 10 buyers on a webinar than a thousand likes.
- 51:25[SPEAKER_00]: That's the fact.
- 51:26[SPEAKER_01]: That's a fact, that's a fact.
- 51:28[SPEAKER_01]: You've helped entrepreneurs generate millions to webinars.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_01]: What are the psychological triggers that cause people to buy?
- 51:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so like we talked about their scarcity, there's phomo, there's reciprocity, there's framing.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_00]: These are some of the 94 psychological triggers that work that's proof, there's client testimonials, there's identity shift, these are the things that you integrate.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_00]: And like I said, the human brain has not shifted that much.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_00]: And so the same things that move us and motivate us in the past is what moves us and motivates us today.
- 52:04[SPEAKER_00]: people in your chat saying, I bought, I'm an etc.
- 52:07[SPEAKER_00]: Guess what that does.
- 52:08[SPEAKER_00]: It creates the group think and they, they want to buy too.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_00]: Oh man, I'm missing out, etc.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_00]: I want to get in on this, and so these are some of the psychological triggers, and I've been able to not only do this for myself, but I've also been able to do it for others.
- 52:22[SPEAKER_00]: There's even some names that I can't mention that I've helped do major numbers of webinars, for instance, some of you know the money needs
- 52:31[SPEAKER_00]: And literally in six months, I was able to help her leave the good government job on the IRS and actually generate $934,000.
- 52:39[SPEAKER_00]: That's my number one client to date.
- 52:43[SPEAKER_00]: Actually my number two client to date.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_00]: I can't mention the first one beyond myself.
- 52:46[SPEAKER_00]: I was able to help Andre Hatchett, who teaches the notary business, able to help him do two over 200,000 in five days.
- 52:54[SPEAKER_00]: He came to me in emergency situation, said, let's do this.
- 52:57[SPEAKER_00]: And we locked in, launched a webinar over 200,000.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_00]: And then Anthony Kimbo, who's doing real estate development out in Baton Rouge, I was able to help him take the knowledge out of his head and do a webinar called How to Buy the Block in over about two years.
- 53:10[SPEAKER_00]: He made about a quarter million dollars just on the side.
- 53:12[SPEAKER_00]: Real estate development is his primary.
- 53:14[SPEAKER_00]: But this was just,
- 53:15[SPEAKER_00]: on the side.
- 53:16[SPEAKER_00]: So, again, it's not the same presentation that they might have done if they went to the Chamber of Commerce or to their church.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_00]: Webinar is not just your traditional presentation or TED talk.
- 53:29[SPEAKER_00]: There's specific psychological triggers that are baked into the sequencing of the webinar and your language patterns that actually determine your success rate.
- 53:38[SPEAKER_00]: Like Steve Jobs with the iPhone, he didn't just say, hey everybody, we have a new iPhone.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_00]: He didn't mention the iPhone until 14 minutes and 20 seconds in.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_00]: Why?
- 53:47[SPEAKER_00]: Because he spent all of that time pre-frame me.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_00]: Here's what Apple has done in the computer industry with the Mac.
- 53:53[SPEAKER_00]: Here's what we've done in the music industry with the iPod.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_00]: And today we have something that is going to change the world in the same exact way.
- 54:01[SPEAKER_00]: So all of this was pre-framing before I actually introduced which then uplist the value of what I ultimately offer on the back end.
- 54:08[SPEAKER_00]: And so when I looked at my slide college,
- 54:12[SPEAKER_00]: looked at how Steve Jobs did that in 2007.
- 54:15[SPEAKER_00]: He was executing.
- 54:16[SPEAKER_00]: He used about 14 of the 94 techniques that are in the psychology framework.
- 54:20[SPEAKER_01]: And I love that you're saying it's 94 strategies, right?
- 54:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, because a lot of people just, again, they watch others or they might see something and they may think, oh, it's easy.
- 54:34[SPEAKER_01]: Let me do this.
- 54:35[SPEAKER_01]: But it's a whole, it's science, not art, right?
- 54:38[SPEAKER_01]: Because I think
- 54:40[SPEAKER_01]: is subjective, right?
- 54:42[SPEAKER_01]: You might say, oh, this is beautiful.
- 54:44[SPEAKER_01]: Like you said before in your example, this cost this call, you know what I mean?
- 54:48[SPEAKER_01]: Like it's subjective, but science is objective.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_01]: Like it is what it is, and there's data around it and there's psychology, things to that nature, so kind of having something that does that.
- 55:01[SPEAKER_01]: So I know you have an actual webinar teaching people how to do webinars.
- 55:09[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 55:10[SPEAKER_00]: And so speaking of science, you know with science because when you actually get your best webinar and you're able to turn it evergreen, you realize that week after week to cold traffic, it does the same exact numbers.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_00]: And now you have predictable revenue and income every single week, because
- 55:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's science at the end of the day, right?
- 55:26[SPEAKER_00]: You're doing experimentation until you get to the actual one, and then now it is just predictable, right?
- 55:34[SPEAKER_00]: That's ultimately what you want, and I want to say this really quickly before I explain the how to get involved is because You know, a lot of people deal with fear failure.
- 55:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, this is one of the main reasons why people don't start.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_00]: But here's what freed me from fear failure.
- 55:49[SPEAKER_00]: Thinking of every webinar as an experiment.
- 55:53[SPEAKER_00]: You know what experiments don't do?
- 55:55[SPEAKER_00]: They don't fail.
- 55:57[SPEAKER_00]: All they do is give you data and feedback.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_00]: And you take that data and feedback and you make adjustments.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_00]: And so when you're going on this journey to get from your live webinar to your ever-green webinar, which is really where you're able to scale because you're able to run that thing every single day, three times a day, seven days a week, et cetera, you look at every webinar.
- 56:17[SPEAKER_00]: as an experiment.
- 56:18[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, this is what I learned.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_00]: People were dropping off here, this was my conversion rate.
- 56:22[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe I need to shorten this and you keep making these little tweaks in adjustments just like pharmaceutical companies.
- 56:27[SPEAKER_00]: If I'm a suitable company's trial, thousands of thousands of drugs.
- 56:30[SPEAKER_00]: And every now and again, they get a title at all.
- 56:32[SPEAKER_00]: They get an ad bill.
- 56:33[SPEAKER_00]: And once they get those things, they forget the names of all the other drugs that they try to help.
- 56:37[SPEAKER_00]: And so when you look at life as experimentation and your webinar as experimentation, you're not, you didn't fail.
- 56:43[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_00]: You just got feedback and you make adjustments based on that feedback because you know that the guy given solution that is put inside of you is meant for somebody.
- 56:51[SPEAKER_00]: It is now your job to actually go find those somebody's.
- 56:54[SPEAKER_00]: right.
- 56:55[SPEAKER_00]: And so for those who are interested in learning how to build a webinar and do it quickly so that they can create a predictable and profitable webinar.

- 58:14[SPEAKER_00]: I got something I want everybody to know is not about the slides at the end of the day you are the PowerPoint.
- 58:27[SPEAKER_00]: It is the God-given energy and power that is inside of you that really compels somebody to say, yes, to their desired future and you being the bridge to help them get there, you are the PowerPoint.
- 58:39[SPEAKER_00]: I can give you the slides, the script, the funnels, all of that, but then in the day it is your belief.
- 58:44[SPEAKER_00]: in your purpose and the God-given solution inside of you that is actually going to get somebody to say yes to help.
- 58:51[SPEAKER_00]: When I look at the definition of sales, this is what opened up the flood gates for me, ash, right?
- 58:57[SPEAKER_00]: Because again, I was shy, I was introvert, I didn't like selling, because I thought of it being sleazy and persuasion and things of that nature.
- 59:04[SPEAKER_00]: Here's the definition of sales that I got to divine download about that open up the flood gates for me and made me comfortable selling.
- 59:10[SPEAKER_00]: Sales is simply the process of getting someone to accept help.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_01]: Ooh, say that again, yes.
- 59:19[SPEAKER_00]: Sales is simply the process of getting someone to accept help, because you know that when they go with you, they're going to get to their desired destination faster, safer, easier and cheaper.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_00]: And so, this is why we must sell because we know if we have something that works.
- 59:40[SPEAKER_00]: I cannot help you if you do not help people.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_00]: I do not want to help you.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_00]: If you do not actually help people.
- 59:45[SPEAKER_00]: If you just want to use tactics and things in nature to put more money in your pocket, and you don't care about the results and the transformation that your people get, please do not show up.
- 59:53[SPEAKER_00]: But if you actually have something that helps people, then I can help you.
