- 0:00I'm Abby and I'm Anna and this is serious beef.
- 0:03Welcome, welcome. That was a that was a little
- 0:06aggressive on my part. I didn't realize you had started
- 0:08it. And then I leaned further away
- 0:09and yelled out I'm Anna. Then I'm Anna.
- 0:15I was like, oh shit, she's starting.
- 0:18OK, sorry, sorry. That was supposed to be that
- 0:19aggressive. I'm just, I'm just saying I'm
- 0:22not I'm not that aggressive. I'm not feeling that aggressive
- 0:24this morning. Well, we're, we're running
- 0:25behind because we're trying to get all this in.
- 0:29We have so many things to do today because we want to hit the
- 0:31flea market. We want to do our plea.
- 0:32List party later today. It was funny because I was
- 0:34trying to to throw a load of laundry into the washing.
- 0:38Machine. No mistake.
- 0:40Well, I had to be done. I mean, you know, sometimes you
- 0:41need clean towels, you know, and things, a few towels and, you
- 0:44know, so I don't know what I was doing, but I was kind of running
- 0:47around like a chicken with a head cut off.
- 0:48And Liv was like, what are you doing?
- 0:49And I'm like I only have 10 million things I have to do
- 0:51today and I'm not going to get anywhere near think to the the
- 0:56accomplishing 10 million things. Agreed.
- 0:58Agreed. And so it's funny that you say
- 1:00that we have a lot of things to do today.
- 1:01Yes, I have a lot of things on my list of things to do.
- 1:03Today it is a three day weekend for us at least it is
- 1:06Hallelujah. Hallelujah indeed.
- 1:08Because I need that third day because I'm, I'm busy.
- 1:12I got things I got to do. I hear you, I hear you, I hear
- 1:15you and agree with you and agree with you.
- 1:18Well, what's the beef? What's the beef?
- 1:20Well, that sort of brings us to our beef because one of the
- 1:22things we do today is a playlist party.
- 1:23We are excited and we're finally doing another playlist.
- 1:26It's been a while. Been a while.
- 1:27It's been a little while. It's been since August.
- 1:29I was going to ask you when we did the last one, OK, because it
- 1:31was the road trip. It was the road trip one and
- 1:34you're right. And I and I was like, I only
- 1:36just now put it in yesterday and what was, you know, it was wild
- 1:44to me. I'm like, I'm doing this in
- 1:45January of 2026 when the playlist party technically
- 1:49occurred in August. Like the.
- 1:51First week of August 2025, Abby slacked.
- 1:54Imagine that. It's not usually Abby that's a
- 1:57slacker. It's usually.
- 1:58Me. Now admittedly I did say
- 2:00yesterday when I was looking through the stuff that I was
- 2:02like I was feeling bad because I had not put the playlist.
- 2:06In I know because I was actually.
- 2:08Doing what I'm supposed to do and checking and referring to
- 2:11the spreadsheet so that I don't double up.
- 2:13But then I was like, actually, I don't feel that bad because I
- 2:18couldn't have put them in because three of the six people
- 2:21did not actually send their playlists, so I couldn't have
- 2:24put it in even if I wanted. To I know we totally let you
- 2:27down. So you any kidding?
- 2:29Abby was indeed not the slacker. Once again, it was me.
- 2:32It was, it was everybody else. So I I felt pretty.
- 2:35I think I I think I sent it to you last.
- 2:39You were 'cause I called you, you had like 2 missed calls for
- 2:42me, 'cause I was like yeah, send me that damn playlist.
- 2:44I I, I got all kinds of abuse from my children.
- 2:48That's true. Because I guess you asked
- 2:50where's Anna? And Liv turns around and yells
- 2:53at me. Mom, look at your phone.
- 2:55Look at your phone. I'm like, I'm sorry.
- 2:59I got a. I got a question.
- 3:00I was actually being productive. I was trying to clean up my
- 3:02house and get things a little organized after, you know, you
- 3:04don't have to Christmas. You got the Christmas
- 3:07decorations are obviously put away, but you still kind of got
- 3:10some clutter and like gifts and whatever things.
- 3:13And it's like, can we put our put everybody put things away?
- 3:16It's true. I needed the dust and vacuum,
- 3:18you know, that kind of that kind of stuff.
- 3:20Yeah. But this is my beef.
- 3:21None of that is the beef. I was like, I was like, I don't
- 3:23think we've even said the beef. This playlist party.
- 3:26Yeah. What's the theme?
- 3:27The theme is like your dream concert lineup or your dream
- 3:32music festival, right. So pick a song from from any
- 3:37artist that you you really want to see basically in concert,
- 3:42whether it's at a festival or, or on their own, whatever.
- 3:45Make a make a list. And it's 12 songs.
- 3:48And we always throw in one on the so it's a, it's a Baker's
- 3:51doe. It's. 13 it's 13 because we love
- 3:53Taylor Swift and. It's what some of us do.
- 3:56Yes, we can only include 13. Artists, artists.
- 4:01And we had said this is your dream.
- 4:04Anybody. Yeah, right.
- 4:05You want to go see a concert? Do you want to see Hannah
- 4:08Montana? She was cut for mine.
- 4:10OK. OK.
- 4:12Well, that's a shame. That's a shame.
- 4:13It's a shame. But like Queen was.
- 4:16Also cut. Well, that's what we said.
- 4:18You could go so many different directions with this.
- 4:21So it's actually this, this was Liz's idea and I think it's been
- 4:24an excellent, this is an excellent and I've had a lot of
- 4:27fun with it. But but then here's the beef.
- 4:30How do you get it down to? 13 How do you like get it down
- 4:33to 13? That is the struggle.
- 4:35I almost texted and said can we go more this time?
- 4:38And I was like, no, we'll be there.
- 4:39We'll be sitting, we'll be sitting.
- 4:40Listeners play this for two days, so.
- 4:42I don't think anybody would be upset about.
- 4:44Not at all. So, but I it's something, it's
- 4:48something that I'm, I'm. Considering going back, I have
- 4:53two artists online that I have actually seen in concert.
- 4:56Well seen. That's just it.
- 4:58That's what I was talking about. So you could go so many
- 5:00different directions with this. Do you go with the ultimate line
- 5:03up of of people that you've seen artists you've already seen and
- 5:07you've loved it And so you put a song on there like that you
- 5:11loved that you saw them them perform or do you go artist you
- 5:16want to see that are on your bucket list yet you haven't seen
- 5:19right? Or do you go like ultimate crazy
- 5:23bucket list of could I see if I could in some miraculous way go
- 5:28either go back in time or whatever it is concert in
- 5:31heaven, take your pick somebody that you know you can never see
- 5:35which we said top of our list was was Queen with Freddie
- 5:37Mercury. But do you do something like
- 5:40that line up of concerts that you that you wish you could
- 5:43somehow have seen? Yes.
- 5:46What do you do? There's so many different
- 5:48different options. And so I agree, I went with.
- 5:55Groups you haven't. Who's who groups I have not seen
- 5:57yet that I I want to see the interesting that are on my list
- 6:01of maybe someday. Some are some are maybe a pipe
- 6:04dream, but it could happen. I think Sam did include some
- 6:09that are definitely could could not happen, but that's OK.
- 6:12That's the whole thing. I've got you generate your list
- 6:15how you want. That's the fun of it.
- 6:17Let me go back to my thing. I also need to come up with a
- 6:19new name because mine's just called dream concert right now
- 6:21and I that's not very good. That's pretty lame.
- 6:23Abby. It is some of the I've got some
- 6:25groups on here that I cannot see for one reason or the other, and
- 6:28that's true. And I think I have.
- 6:30I actually started my list with no, I called mine.
- 6:34Don't steal my name. I called mine one night only.
- 6:36I think it should. Should it be 4 one night?
- 6:38Only I was thinking. It should be one night only.
- 6:40I feel like I should maybe put a four.
- 6:41In I I think it would have changed mine to Festivus for the
- 6:44rest of us. Oh, that's a good one.
- 6:45Yeah, yeah, that's a good one because it's like a music
- 6:47festival actually. Gotcha.
- 6:49And I was considering as I was putting these the lineup, right,
- 6:57because I'm like, OK, on this stage would be this.
- 7:00Then I then I was like no no no, these are going to be 1 after
- 7:03another on the same stage on. The same stage and so I they're
- 7:06all going to just use the same instruments, don't worry about
- 7:08it. Don't worry about it.
- 7:09We're not going to switch over and.
- 7:10Take maybe we're here for a few days, that's fine, who knows,
- 7:13who knows? But yeah, so I, I did mine in a,
- 7:16in a like, OK, this person would open for them and then I think
- 7:19they could reasonably open for these people and that way.
- 7:23Well, and then which is and not just not just opener, but like
- 7:26this one would be on 1st. These.
- 7:27Whoever the. These.
- 7:30Have Spain a wide variety of genres because I we love so much
- 7:33different types. Yeah music.
- 7:35So it's like it's going to be hard to have some of these
- 7:38people realistically, or were they really doing the same
- 7:42festival? Yes, they fucking are.
- 7:44Absolutely. Why not?
- 7:45But I think I've got it in a smooth transition.
- 7:49Lollapalooza had all kinds of different genres.
- 7:54It wasn't. They had anywhere from K pop to
- 7:56like hard heavy, like American rap to country music stars, hip
- 8:03hop, like mainstream, like just pop, like everything and
- 8:06everything. Yeah.
- 8:08So something for everybody. Yes.
- 8:11It's not just one type of music there.
- 8:13And it's so. Yeah.
- 8:15You. You could happen.
- 8:16I think so. Could happen well.
- 8:17And and again, it's your dream, you know, list so it could
- 8:20happen however you want. I agree.
- 8:23And and so, but I that's how I kind of organized mine was
- 8:28trying. To sort of transition you're
- 8:32you're pretty. Good at the transition.
- 8:33I think when we do. Our players, you're pretty good
- 8:35at the transition because the song you're pretty good at like
- 8:40making sure it flows really well.
- 8:41I am not good at that and I've stopped trying because I just I
- 8:45have admit and have to just admit that I have a problem, I
- 8:49guess, and I don't think I'm good at that.
- 8:51But so I started to do So what I have is I started to do people
- 8:58that I know I could, I could absolutely have a chance at
- 9:00seeing. I know that they're still
- 9:02putting up music. They're still they're like these
- 9:03groups are still touring or whatever and and whatnot.
- 9:06And so I could still see these people or these these artists to
- 9:11down to like the last like 3 or 4 that I'm like, my chances of
- 9:15seeing them are pretty slim, disbanded or anything, or, you
- 9:20know, retired or anything. But there's just some that I
- 9:24think it would be harder for me to see than others.
- 9:27And so I kind of went in that order, I guess.
- 9:30I guess it doesn't really matter.
- 9:32Again, it's my it's my dream lineup.
- 9:33So I can do what I want, but I'm still between two songs and I
- 9:37think I've, I think I made my decision to which one it is.
- 9:41So I think I'm finally at the required 13 because I was at
- 9:4714-1 playlist. I screwed up and I had 14.
- 9:49I was playing my songs and you guys were like, wait a minute,
- 9:55this is a 14 song. And I was like, oh, I'm so
- 9:59sorry. I'm terribly sorry.
- 10:02I totally messed up and blanked on that and I had 14 songs and
- 10:05so you guys were giving me hell for that.
- 10:07But then it turned out that one of the songs, the last that
- 10:11actually, I think it was that last song, the 14th song was on
- 10:14Mayer's playlist. And so I was like, you know
- 10:16what? Problem solved.
- 10:17Delete. I just deleted off mine.
- 10:19Got it down to 13th. Mayer went and played it on
- 10:21hers. So it was all good.
- 10:22Yeah. Yeah, I said problem solved.
- 10:24But yeah, that it's kind of a good beef.
- 10:26Let's let's put it this way. I agree.
- 10:28It's a good beef to hide, right, That we have.
- 10:31So there's so much excellent music out there in the world and
- 10:34so many fun artists and there's nothing like a live show.
- 10:38And I highly recommend if you can get to 1, get to 1.
- 10:41But anybody, you know, go see somebody and have a good time
- 10:45and let loose. And when you find, but you know,
- 10:47if you can go see the artist that you really, really love,
- 10:49like we went to one of them. One of them that you and I went
- 10:52to was Dan and Shay. Yeah.
- 10:54And that was just beyond fun. It was so much.
- 10:59Fun. That whole trip was was so fun
- 11:01from the minute we. Got in the cars when we got
- 11:03back. Yeah, super, super fun.
- 11:05But when you it an artist like that from for us, when you know
- 11:08every song and you know the words every song and you're
- 11:11standing there and you can sing along to every song and you're
- 11:15just in heaven. Like what a what a what a fun
- 11:18concert, right, yes, I I totally agree.
- 11:21Just a blast. It's like go to that, go to that
- 11:23concert, that person that you love and you can and you know
- 11:25every song and you can stand there and sing along and it's so
- 11:27great. I've been to some where I didn't
- 11:31know the artist that well. I just went along for say Sam,
- 11:34say she wanted somebody to go with right, which is fine.
- 11:37Still had a blast, still had a great time, found some music
- 11:41found then what a way, a great way to find new music, you know,
- 11:44so, so that's that's cool too. Do do whatever.
- 11:48Works but well and I and I tried to get a a a good mix on mine
- 11:57that was like I, I mean, and I think I I don't think some of
- 12:02these I don't think most of these will be say surprises
- 12:05maybe maybe surprises in terms of like that really that person
- 12:10would be on your dream. That'll be exciting, but I think
- 12:13mine will be a surprise at all. Well, I don't, it'll be
- 12:17surprised to me, even though I know, I know the genre that
- 12:20they're in. I I won't know the groups.
- 12:21So that's. True, that's true.
- 12:23These are these should be some new groups because I'm going
- 12:27with people who I haven't seen. So right.
- 12:30So that'll be fun, right? I think and I think they'll be
- 12:33good. For sure.
- 12:36All right. Well, cool.
- 12:38That's our beef. A long.
- 12:40What show is this? I was like, what show are we?
- 12:42It was a long, convoluted beef, but we got there and that's OK.
- 12:47So all right, what's up next? Ash and I have been recently
- 12:51watching this show on drop out called I'm Actually, and it's
- 12:57basically a like, almost like a Jeopardy style a, a trivia show,
- 13:01but it's specifically about nerdy facts.
- 13:04And so the the host will say the host will say a fact about some
- 13:15nerdy thing, whether it is it is dungeons and Dragons or, you
- 13:21know, other, you know, video games, movies, books, etcetera,
- 13:25etcetera, etcetera. And the something in the
- 13:29statement is is incorrect, OK. And then the contestants will
- 13:34say actually, and then say the. Correction because they love to
- 13:37correct them and we love them. It's.
- 13:39Hilarious because because nerds love nothing more than to
- 13:42correct people. OK, so that's that's a hoot as
- 13:46an example. As a quick example, one of the
- 13:50things was so the statement was Bowser's children.
- 13:53The Koopa Lings first appear in Super Mario Brothers 3.
- 13:57That's the statement. OK, and the corrections.
- 14:01Actually the Koopa Lings were originally Bowser's children,
- 14:03but they were later retcon to not be Bowser's children.
- 14:06Bowser's only child is now Bowser Junior.
- 14:10I would never have known. Any of that correct?
- 14:13So some of them are very, some of them are very specific and
- 14:18things that I would never know. I actually was watching last
- 14:20night that you had three people on who are self-proclaimed
- 14:27Simpsons experts. And some of the things that they
- 14:32were saying were it was insane, like they all knew all of the
- 14:38answers to like all of the questions, the things, and it
- 14:40was the most obscure. So one of them they'll do,
- 14:44they'll call them shiny questions, shiny questions, kind
- 14:47of like shiny Pokémon. They're worth the exact same
- 14:49amount of of, of points one, but they are done a little
- 14:54differently. So for that one, they had
- 14:57Simpsons had a million celebrity guest stars, you know what I
- 15:01mean? They've had tons of tons.
- 15:02They have. I believe they actually hold the
- 15:04record for the most celebrity guest appearances.
- 15:06I actually love this show and I got away from watching.
- 15:09I remember watching the very first episode of The Simpsons.
- 15:12I love The Simpsons. My friend's college dorm room.
- 15:15Yes, we all gathered around to watch this.
- 15:17What is this show? What is this cartoon show for
- 15:20adults? What?
- 15:21Like that was just unheard of. And of course loved it and I've
- 15:24loved it ever since. But I've got away from watching
- 15:27it because, you know, it's it's a commitment, like to make sure
- 15:31that your butt is in front of the, you know, the TV on a
- 15:33certain day at a certain time. And with streaming things now,
- 15:37it's just like, I don't know, it's weird, Like you get away
- 15:40from that show that's on at that time and make sure you watch it.
- 15:45We still faithfully watch the Treehouse of horrors every year
- 15:47because those are the absolute best episodes ever.
- 15:51But yes, I love, I love The Simpsons.
- 15:53I love the is it I'm I'm not using sure if I'm using this
- 15:55word right, the satire of it all, like no one's safe from the
- 15:59symptoms. No, they may correct.
- 16:00They will poke fun at everyone. Yes, and as they should
- 16:05absolutely. They call everybody on their
- 16:08shit and I love it. I think it's awesome.
- 16:10They they should. No one, no one is safe.
- 16:12If you're going to do something stupid, act like a moron.
- 16:14They're going to call you on it. And I love it.
- 16:16They're going to make fun of you on their show.
- 16:17So good for good for those writers.
- 16:19So their their thing was they had for the shiny questions they
- 16:22had 9 images of celebrities. One of the 9 did not actually
- 16:28voice anything, did not actually lend their voice to the show.
- 16:32Ever, ever, ever. OK, but everybody else had been
- 16:34somehow on the show in some way, shape or form.
- 16:37A voice acting correct. OK, now I don't know who all the
- 16:42guests were. Some of them were like, you
- 16:44know, they were guessing. People like did so and so so and
- 16:47so actually on there. And it was like, yeah, they
- 16:49they, they really were. The answer was Quentin Tarantino
- 16:52has never actually voiced a character on their.
- 16:54But they use him. Yeah, in in a thing.
- 16:58And. So like, wait a minute, I know
- 16:59for a fact they've they've used it.
- 17:00Oh, that's hilarious. The trick question was, yeah, it
- 17:02was that Quentin Tarantino was was excellent trade on Simpsons,
- 17:08yes, but his it was not actually.
- 17:10Quentinian voicing that's an that's an that's an excellent
- 17:14trick question. And I probably would have got
- 17:15that wrong because I would have assumed that he had voiced
- 17:17himself. They so that's that's hilarious.
- 17:19They knowingly admit that it's all very pedantic.
- 17:25That's awesome. That's actually awesome.
- 17:29That's hilarious. That cracks me up.
- 17:31OK, so, OK, well, that was good. That was a really good trick
- 17:33question. So I, I have a few things I was
- 17:36going to ask you about and then I also was considering maybe
- 17:41giving you some, some playlist spreadsheet fun facts as well
- 17:45and seeing if you could correct those as well.
- 17:47Well, I'll give it my best shot and I'll probably be wrong, but
- 17:50that's OK. So this first question is about
- 17:53the Chronicles of Darnia, which you've read.
- 17:55All of these I have read all of that.
- 17:56Now wait, let me first say go ahead that.
- 17:59Yes, I have read all of those. It's been a while.
- 18:02It's been a while, OK? It's been a hot minute.
- 18:04That's OK. So don't judge me harshly, OK?
- 18:07All right. In The Chronicles of Narnia, the
- 18:09human visitors to Narnia are also united by their death, a
- 18:13train wreck that kills every human visitor to Narnia
- 18:15simultaneously, including Diggory Kirk and Polly Plummer.
- 18:19Jill Pohl, the four Pevency siblings and their cousin used
- 18:23to scrub. That's false.
- 18:27Boom apart. I thought Susan didn't die.
- 18:31Oh, that's correct. I'm actually.
- 18:32You didn't say. I'm actually, I'm just kidding.
- 18:34Oh, I'm. Actually.
- 18:35You don't have to say. Susan doesn't die.
- 18:38Susan is not killed in the train wreck as she is in America at
- 18:41the time. Yeah.
- 18:41Damn. OK, I actually remember that.
- 18:43Yes. OK, Yes.
- 18:45But Can you imagine poor Susan or everybody else?
- 18:48Susan has been killed better. Oh my God.
- 18:51But then. But then here I can even give
- 18:53you some more nerdy facts. OK, she.
- 18:56They all go to Narnia, like go to like the Narnia heaven and
- 19:01they see. Do you want me to still boil?
- 19:03This. Yeah.
- 19:03Should I spoil this? Yeah, sorry.
- 19:05OK, Well spoiler, we've already done spoil.
- 19:08The big part? But it's spoilers for more, even
- 19:10more if you're more so I will hear the.
- 19:15Like Aslan the the tiger. Sorry, the.
- 19:18Oh my gosh, actually, Aslan the Lion.
- 19:21Actually, Aslan the lion, where did tiger come from?
- 19:26Aslan Lion, who's kind of the the symbolism as like Jesus.
- 19:32He is. He's a yeah.
- 19:33He's a very Yeah Jesus metaphor. They they finally meet him again
- 19:37in this last book, and because they they've died and now
- 19:41they're back and Arnia and they're with him.
- 19:43Wow. And she's the one that doesn't
- 19:45go, doesn't get there. She never gets.
- 19:47There that's series ends, but it was like my what I remember this
- 19:53is a long time ago since I've read this.
- 19:55It was like she was the one that stopped believing like she
- 19:58didn't believe that was real. She.
- 20:00It was like no that has that was us just playing around.
- 20:04That really didn't never happen and did it and I'm shook.
- 20:07That's why all of them get to go.
- 20:10Well I believe that Susan eventually comes around.
- 20:12She gets to go. I I think she's I hope she's
- 20:14reading that CS Lewis I think has passed away.
- 20:17So he can't he can't come on the show and and and disagree with
- 20:21me. Yes.
- 20:22So yeah, that's, yeah, I can remember reading that and
- 20:27thinking that that was such a beautiful ending for the for all
- 20:32them. But then poor Susan kicked to
- 20:35the curb. I was actually quite sad for her
- 20:37I I think. That Susan was then reunited.
- 20:39Later. So I hope so.
- 20:40I'll go with you. I'll go along with you.
- 20:41All right, I got another one. There's another actually
- 20:43children's series. OK Charlie and the Chocolate
- 20:46Factory is a is a beloved story about a group of children who
- 20:50are gradually maimed and deformed by a loner in a candy
- 20:54factory. A Gustus bloop is sucked through
- 20:57a tube in a chocolate river. Violet Beauregard turns into a
- 21:00blueberry after eating experimental gum.
- 21:02Veruga Salt is sent down a trash chute after demanding a goose
- 21:05that lays golden eggs, and my TV is shrunk by.
- 21:08Television. Chocolate technology.
- 21:11So now I'm supposed to pick the one that's false?
- 21:12You need to figure out what is wrong in that.
- 21:15Well, actually, Veruga Salt does not.
- 21:20There's nothing about goose gooses.
- 21:23Geese. It's squirrels.
- 21:25She's a bad nut. Correct.
- 21:29I'll take give you one further. These just all of those describe
- 21:32events from the movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
- 21:34In the book Charlie Chocolate Factory, Veruca Salt demands a
- 21:37squirrel that can sort nuts. Yes, the squirrels are.
- 21:39It's a whole heart of these squirrels.
- 21:41So like I said, sorting the nuts, they crack them and see if
- 21:45they're good or bad or they like knock on them or whatever.
- 21:48And so she, of course, Daddy, I went to Squirrel, you know, she
- 21:51wants to. And he tells her, Wonka tells
- 21:55her no, you can't have. One yeah, go fuck yourself.
- 21:58And so she, he, she goes in and he tells her, I'm telling you,
- 22:01don't go in there. And so sure enough, they all
- 22:05swarm on her and hold her down. And then they wrap, they knock
- 22:08her head with their little fist, don't they?
- 22:11They knock on her head. She's a bad nut, bad nut.
- 22:13So off she goes into the trash chute.
- 22:15So she does go down the trash chute, yes, but it's squirrels,
- 22:18not geese. Indeed.
- 22:19And and she's she's a bad nut one.
- 22:22Further further, we you guys once saw the musical.
- 22:26Yes, they tear her limb from limb.
- 22:29Girl, it is that musical takes it even one further because at
- 22:35the end of the book, the children all survive.
- 22:38Yeah, OK. If you've ever heard the book,
- 22:40they they, there's actually I've seen even though they have
- 22:44there's like little pencil drawings in the in the book.
- 22:48And they come, they all walk out and she's covered in trash and
- 22:51she's just throws. Of course my TV gets stretched
- 22:55in the taffy machine so he can get like back to being a normal
- 22:59size, but they stretch him too far.
- 23:01So he's like super tall. He goes walking out and he's
- 23:05just like crazy, crazy tall. So he, you know, he's going to
- 23:07be fine. He's going to go play for the
- 23:09NBA. And then Augustus Gloop is like
- 23:13skinnier or whatever because he was like in the tube, but he's
- 23:16fine. Like they're all fine.
- 23:18You know, 1 by 1 they're they all come out.
- 23:20They've they've squeezed the juice out of what's her what's
- 23:25her face? The blueberry girl.
- 23:27Help me Violet. Duh.
- 23:29And she's like flexible, but she stays.
- 23:31No, she. Oh, that's neat.
- 23:33That's in that new. That's in that good movie.
- 23:35I can't. She stays purple, though yes.
- 23:39They can't do anything about the skin color.
- 23:40Yes, but they get the juice out of her and so she's not like
- 23:43big. She's not huge like a blueberry
- 23:44anymore yes, but around whatever.
- 23:46But she's she's going to stay purple like forever.
- 23:49She's Yeah. So.
- 23:52Yeah. So in the book they don't die,
- 23:54you know, but the musical. They they kill some of them, I
- 23:57don't know. I can't.
- 23:58I was like, did they actually kill them or not?
- 24:00But but at least one of them, I think they do.
- 24:03The musical is absolutely hilarious.
- 24:04I love it. If you ever get a chance to see
- 24:06that musical, you have to go. I thought it was hilarious.
- 24:10I the songs are fantastic. It it was absolute surprise
- 24:15absolute surprise. I never thought it would be that
- 24:17good, so I thought it was great. I really enjoyed it.
- 24:20OK, moving on. Well, I would.
- 24:22Ask you a a question about the Playlist party now.
- 24:29OK. Mayor has overlapped with the
- 24:32most people really, but has never overlapped with herself.
- 24:37Oh, OK, OK. For the for the playlist.
- 24:40So she's never overlaps played her played a song that she
- 24:43already did before right. Overlaps.
- 24:45Yeah, are are songs that somebody else has already
- 24:47previously included on a playlist.
- 24:50We tried to have all unique songs.
- 24:54But when we're when we're currently working on a playlist,
- 24:56well, that's why you started the spreadsheet, because that's why
- 24:58this spreadsheet was we were doubling up and it was like
- 25:01somebody already used that song, you know, kind of thing.
- 25:02Not like there's any consequences.
- 25:04It's not like sorry, murder, you know, like everyone escapes out,
- 25:07it comes out alive. But but this, this is hopefully
- 25:11avoids it. But when we're working on a
- 25:12current playlist, we try not to tell.
- 25:15We don't tell each other what's on our playlist because it's
- 25:17supposed to be like the reveal. So sometimes we double up then
- 25:22because we don't know what's on your current playlist.
- 25:25I know when we did our like summer, we did a summer playlist
- 25:28one time just like a fun summer songs Mayor and I had the same
- 25:32song on one of those. This is not a incorrect fact.
- 25:35That is the. Playlist theme that has the most
- 25:41times that we have all chosen the same songs and it's not that
- 25:45many, it's only like maybe 3 or 4, but the fact that it.
- 25:48Happened 3 or 4 times, all of us choosing on the same theme, but
- 25:51to me at the same time that was kind of our most limiting
- 25:56playlist theme. Yes, because it's like.
- 26:02I agree. Otherwise, most of the time it's
- 26:03pretty broad. There wasn't a lot of them are
- 26:06we kind of pick themes that are sort of up to interpretation
- 26:10like like this one, your dream concert could be, you could go
- 26:13in different ways and whatnot. So trying to keep it general and
- 26:16more fun. Yeah.
- 26:18But so the statement that I said mayor has overlapped with the
- 26:21most people but has never overlapped with herself.
- 26:26What there something about that is incorrect?
- 26:30Really, really, really. Mayor has overlapped with the
- 26:34most people, but never with herself.
- 26:36Correct. Incorrect.
- 26:38But yes, the statement is incorrect, but that was what I
- 26:41said. So one or the other is not true.
- 26:45That's the way the game works. OK, so then I'll say she's never
- 26:49overlapped with herself is incorrect.
- 26:51Yes, Mayor has. Overlapped with herself.
- 26:54Twice. OK, I know Liv.
- 26:56I think she's the biggest culprit.
- 26:58She is love overlapping with herself.
- 27:00She is still uses the same song. She is.
- 27:03This is just a a furthering of that fact.
- 27:06Olivia is tied with Mare for the most overlapping songs at 9.
- 27:10They've both overlapped 9 times, but if you removed self repeats
- 27:16where you times you've overlapped with yourself.
- 27:18Mare would have 7. So she's so with all of us 7
- 27:23times. OK Olivia would only have 4.
- 27:26She's overlapped with herself five times.
- 27:29I I actually. Noticed that because Abby has
- 27:32put highlighted things on the list.
- 27:35And then the fun. I'm buying the fun take.
- 27:36Yes, and I was looking at, I was actually looking at the list
- 27:39yesterday like a good little playlist party participator.
- 27:41Yes and most people don't go to the second page where there's
- 27:45also more fun that I don't look over there now.
- 27:48I didn't go to the second page. I just double checked and do you
- 27:50know what happened yesterday when I was double checking my
- 27:53playlist, I had to remove 3 songs from my list, not
- 27:58necessarily because I had used them, but because Liv had used
- 28:02the two of them and Sam had used 1 and I was like dog got it.
- 28:06So I had to go back and rethink my my life choices yes, because
- 28:13I had to remove 3 songs. That was a lot.
- 28:15I feel like that was a lot yes. So I was bummed and then I went
- 28:18home and gave them both this a big talking to How dare you so
- 28:24which they promptly ignored and said we don't care.
- 28:28So that's where I'm at. Here's our next thing.
- 28:30A part of this is incorrect. OK?
- 28:34Taylor Swift is the only artist to be included by every person.
- 28:38Olivia was the first person to include her and Ashley was the
- 28:41last, and she is also the artist that has been included the most
- 28:47times overall. I'm gonna disagree on the last
- 28:51one that she's the artist that's been included the most times.
- 28:53Correct. All of that was correct.
- 28:55Can I guess yes is Stray Kids the most?
- 28:59It is Stray kids. Stray Kids has been included 17
- 29:01times. Taylor Swift's been included 14
- 29:04times. OK, it's very close.
- 29:06Now this is going to be interesting because with this
- 29:08new. Playlist party of the of the
- 29:11concert line. It depends on how I I think and.
- 29:14Go and Stray Kids will both be included on multiple people.
- 29:17'S lists and can tell you right now I am not including Stray
- 29:20Kids on my list because I've already seen them.
- 29:22I'm and I went with artists I have not seen.
- 29:25I'm waiting. For the girl power one, because
- 29:28then I feel like there might be a chance for sure.
- 29:30We'll find out now. No Tay.
- 29:32Tay is going to be included just because I know you will.
- 29:35It's Well, of course I haven't seen her and I love her.
- 29:38Absolutely. She's actually on my bucket list
- 29:40of people to see you as well. Stray Kids OK has been included
- 29:45like we said the most times. Yes, they have been included by
- 29:49only three people, you, Sam and Olivia.
- 29:55Sam 9 times, you 7 times and Olivia once.
- 30:02False. Olivia's include them more than
- 30:05once. You are correct that Olivia's
- 30:08number is incorrect, but it is. But I think Mayor's also
- 30:10included them. No?
- 30:13Only they have the most inclusions at 17.
- 30:16Only you and Sam have ever included the straight kids on
- 30:18the playlist. Liv's never included straight
- 30:20kids on a playlist ever. Nor Mayor.
- 30:22You've included them seven times.
- 30:23Sam has included them 10. What Sam including Stray Kids 10
- 30:28times across the playlist is the most times.
- 30:31Any artist is included by one by by any person.
- 30:35It's her ultimate group. It's her ultimate, yes.
- 30:37And honestly, they're my old group too, so I've included
- 30:40Taylor Swift on 8/8 times. Oh, so, so right behind her,
- 30:46right behind her with eight. OK, now.
- 30:48The difference is this is not a. This is not a incorrect fact.
- 30:54OK, Sam. Included Stray Kids multiple
- 30:58times on the single playlist. I think Stray Kids included
- 31:01three times on one. You're right, because I went,
- 31:05when I went in to look at the spreadsheet, it was organized by
- 31:10playlist, yes. And I went down which, once you
- 31:15switched it to be organized by artists, it was much easier.
- 31:18Yes I did. I usually as I went.
- 31:20Through looking at it that way and I had no idea you could
- 31:23switch it. So that was kind of cool because
- 31:25this is a Google Doc, right? Correct.
- 31:26So it's kind of neat. I don't usually work in that in
- 31:29Google Docs, so I don't know that much.
- 31:30I also turned off editing, I think for everybody so that no
- 31:33one can fuck up my playlist, which is smart.
- 31:34That's right. Absolutely.
- 31:35Because knowing me, I'm like, my God, I've just deleted
- 31:38everything and then I would call you crying.
- 31:41So that's probably smarter. That's not not probably.
- 31:43It is 100% smart on your part. So I was going scrolling through
- 31:48initially by playlist and I saw plays where Sam, like Sam put
- 31:52two Stray Kid songs on the same playlist.
- 31:55What? So I thought that was funny.
- 31:58Not like there's anything wrong with that.
- 32:00You could do that if you want, but it was just fun.
- 32:03This is just kind of a fun fact, Sam and everyone actually, I'll
- 32:11just rephrase this instead. OK, so this is your next fun
- 32:15fact. OK, cool.
- 32:16Everyone has repeated an artist on the same playlist at least
- 32:22once. So really this is.
- 32:24This is the question, this is the thing, right?
- 32:26So sorry. For example, Sam included Lizzo
- 32:32twice on her Bobbitt twisted. This is an example.
- 32:36OK, all right, so every everyone has included an artist twice.
- 32:42On the same. Playlist at least once.
- 32:47False, that is correct. Do you know what why it is?
- 32:52False. No, I don't know why it's false.
- 32:56You tell me. Why?
- 32:57Why don't you sponge? You spit a.
- 32:59Actually, I have never done that.
- 33:01Actually you have and because I put, I knew that that was going
- 33:08to be something of contention. And so I because I put in the
- 33:12fun fact, I put Abby is the only person to never repeat an artist
- 33:15on a playlist. Everyone else has done so, at
- 33:17least we. Should have known to guess.
- 33:18You and I put a freaking little Expo, little one.
- 33:22And then down below there is a disclaimer.
- 33:24You included Stray Kids twice on Cool Moms Feel Good list.
- 33:27Damn. It I, I didn't know and it was
- 33:31just a pure guess cuz I'm like it's definitely something I
- 33:33could have done. I should have known it was you,
- 33:35yes. I'm the only person that's
- 33:37managed to never have done it and then that never did it,
- 33:41going out to a point when I started tracking it and then has
- 33:44continued going forward, never done it.
- 33:46OK, All right, I gotcha. I.
- 33:52After I OK, this is your next question.
- 33:54OK, I'm ready. After I put the spreadsheet
- 33:56together, everybody got their shit together and there were no
- 33:59more overlaps. Moving forward no, absolutely
- 34:02not You're correct Sometimes we just didn't even we completely
- 34:05disregarded the spreadsheet and then we got a lecture from Abby.
- 34:08Hello. There's a spreadsheet yes I
- 34:11don't know maybe I can check and so now we're all much better
- 34:14about it. I should check we're much better
- 34:15about the spreadsheet fun facts, but I.
- 34:19I believe that we have not had any repeats in the last like 3
- 34:24or 4. Yeah, we've been a much better
- 34:25bot, yes, Yeah. Because I was giving you all a
- 34:28lot of shit because we tried to not have the thing now.
- 34:33So I have here's the thing, I have some things These aren't
- 34:39these are questions or anything to correct.
- 34:41I haven't updated my fund takeaways and I haven't updated
- 34:45my stuff at the top for the total songs and things like
- 34:51that, total runtime, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera of all of the
- 34:55songs and and so on and so forth.
- 34:58For example, like the I know everybody's all of your
- 35:07playlists. Yes, I know that like the the
- 35:12the longest. Nope, sorry.
- 35:14I know that your average song runtime of all of your playlist
- 35:19thus far, OK, is 3 minutes and 42 seconds.
- 35:24Average runtime per song per song.
- 35:26OK, OK, so things like that. I know that your longest song to
- 35:30date is 8 minutes and 55 seconds.
- 35:35I don't know what it is, but so I, I have marked of, you know,
- 35:42some of these things across the board, OK, I haven't updated all
- 35:47of these to include the newest one.
- 35:54I've put everybody's stuff in, but I have to update my little
- 35:57formulas so that I know I say yes, 'cause you were hurrying up
- 36:00first putting it in last night. I know of all things.
- 36:05But you know, what are you going to do?
- 36:06Sue me. Right.
- 36:08I won't sue me. I won't sue you.
- 36:09It's fine. I would never do it.
- 36:11OK. OK.
- 36:12But I do know, I can tell you that the total runtime of every
- 36:16playlist we have done so far OK is 64 hours, 27 minutes and 59
- 36:21seconds. Wow, that's.
- 36:22When we were doing like 24 songs or something.
- 36:25Well, yeah. Well, and we've done so many, I
- 36:27mean at first no playlist was running under an hour, there
- 36:32weren't any playlists because we had like 20 something songs per
- 36:36playlist. But then we switched our formula
- 36:38to be about 13 songs and now they average probably around 45
- 36:43ish minutes or so. But the shortest song?
- 36:56Do you know what the shortest song is?
- 36:58Supertuna. It is Supertuna.
- 37:01Yes. By 11, I did know that it only
- 37:03is one minute and eight seconds. I have exciting news for you.
- 37:06OK. About Supertuna.
- 37:07I don't know if you know this. I heard that there was a sequel,
- 37:10wasn't there? There is so Super 2 TWA.
- 37:13So our boy Gin. I don't think that's true.
- 37:14Our boy Gin from BTS Worldwide Handsome is his nickname, which
- 37:18we love it. He's adorable.
- 37:20OK. Did his military service
- 37:22required military service in South Korea?
- 37:24And when he was discharged, he did a fun fan meet with all the
- 37:28fans in in in sucker, which was really nice.
- 37:30And it's fun. Very jealous.
- 37:32And it was like, I'm back, you know, da da da back bitch.
- 37:35Yep. And I just seen the last of meme
- 37:37and he and The thing is, Super Tuna was not supposed to be a
- 37:40thing. OK, I don't know even why he's
- 37:43saying this little little ditty. There's a little video, There's
- 37:46a little ditty, there's a little video that goes within
- 37:48everything. Check it out.
- 37:49Look up Super Tuna on YouTube. It's ridiculous.
- 37:51Don't look up super tuna on. YouTube it's ridiculous, but
- 37:53it's hilarious. And Liv, Liv zings us with super
- 37:57tuna at every opportunity that she gets.
- 38:00She'll just like play it out of the blue and we'll be like, God
- 38:02damn it, Olivia. God.
- 38:04Damn it, Mr. Noodle Super. Tuna is playing again anyway.
- 38:09And so at this little family, he's he's saying Super Tuna.
- 38:13He performed, he's performing Super Tuna because of course the
- 38:16fans love it because it's become this thing now.
- 38:19I don't even know what you call it.
- 38:21And but he surprised the fans with like verse 2 because it's
- 38:26only one little thing, right? He's surprised by extending it
- 38:31and adding to the song. And the place went nuts and it's
- 38:35hilarious. Well, all of the gentlemen from
- 38:38BTS are now. They've all completed their
- 38:42military service and going on tour.
- 38:46That's it, I'm going on the tour.
- 38:47And we cannot wait and get this one.
- 38:50OK, I'm interrupting you. I know.
- 38:52No, but I got to tell you, the tickets go on sale next week.
- 38:59And do you know what day they're going to go on sale?
- 39:02Hold on Tuesday. No.
- 39:06Wednesday. No.
- 39:07Monday. No.
- 39:09Thursday. All right.
- 39:12There's a reason why. Thursday is that this isn't I'm
- 39:14adding a second beef. This is unprecedented.
- 39:16I'm adding a second beef to this podcast is.
- 39:18This a minor beef. No, this is a major.
- 39:21This is not a good beef to have minor.
- 39:23Beefs Minor beefs should now be. Referred to as sliders going
- 39:26forward. It's true.
- 39:27I just had this is this is 1/4 pounder.
- 39:30Wow, with cheese sure Royale, but she sure you can add cheese
- 39:35as a cheese I. Don't know why I.
- 39:40Was like not important. I felt like it was important to
- 39:44to cheese on a burger. It's important.
- 39:46I'll never disagree with you on that it.
- 39:48Ain't easy being cheesy. It ain't easy being cheesy.
- 39:49I don't know where the hell we're going with this, but
- 39:51anyway, OK, I'm not sure if, unless you've been living under
- 39:55a rock, OK, you have to have heard about BTS, but maybe,
- 40:00maybe not. I don't know.
- 40:01But if you haven't, they're like the biggest.
- 40:06Group globally, it's massive. It's insane.
- 40:09They're they they're I would equate them to to Taylor Swift
- 40:13as far as popularity, Sure, they are huge.
- 40:16They the new album. They dropped the new album
- 40:18yesterday. It was sold out in 20 minutes.
- 40:21Wow. Around the world.
- 40:24OK, that's crazy. It's insane.
- 40:26I was not trying to get an album.
- 40:29It's fine. I but they are on my bucket list
- 40:31of groups to see. Yeah, OK.
- 40:33I cannot wait to see them. Haven't seen them yet.
- 40:36So Sam, Lidmare and I are like, OK, we know the tour's coming.
- 40:40We know it's coming. The album's dropped, they're
- 40:42back from their military service.
- 40:43Here it comes. Sure enough, album drops.
- 40:47I've joined the membership so I can get the pre sale code.
- 40:50Because if you don't get pre sale code for tickets, you're
- 40:52not getting tickets to this show, right?
- 40:55We find out, tickets go on sale next Thursday.
- 40:57Guess who can't help me get the tickets?
- 41:00Sam and live because they have to be.
- 41:05They work from home, but both of them have to go into the office
- 41:08on Thursday gas. Guess who's left to struggle on
- 41:12her own to buy tickets? And again, we're going to equate
- 41:15this to the same ticket buying as Tay Tay and Air Store I who's
- 41:20left? Are you asking me who's left
- 41:22home alone to buy the tickets? Ashley, I'm coming over.
- 41:27Ashley just walked in. Ashley just walked in.
- 41:28She just found out. Ashley just came in at the most
- 41:31opportune time. Ashley just found out.
- 41:33She's going to have to help buy BTS tickets.
- 41:35Actually, my everything, anything but Ash.
- 41:42They go on sale next Thursday. Both those bitches are in
- 41:44office. I'm dying.
- 41:47How can I ever? Abby, you got to take a sick day
- 41:50that day. What?
- 41:52Somebody's got to help me. How am I going to buy BTS
- 41:55tickets by myself? That's almost as bad as Hot
- 42:01Tricks. Legit, it's as bad as Hot
- 42:02Tricks. It's it's going to.
- 42:05Be hard. The album sold out last night in
- 42:0820 minutes. Gone.
- 42:10These tickets are going to go. Can you hear the tears at my
- 42:13voice? They're going to go so fast and
- 42:17they left me responsible for getting them yes, thank you.
- 42:22I love you, thank you. Like everything I'm like, what
- 42:25am I going to do? But then rumor on the street is,
- 42:28oh, you can only buy three, uh 03/3.
- 42:33That is the stupidest number I've ever heard in my life.
- 42:36Who makes it an odd number? Who?
- 42:38Makes it an odd. Number we need 4.
- 42:39Most groups are going to be groups of four.
- 42:41You're going to buy 2 or you're going to buy 4, right?
- 42:44I, I it's going to be groups. Of 6/6.
- 42:48Which is what we had to do for straight kids, if you recall.
- 42:50But four and then bought 2 and then we weren't together, which
- 42:54sucks. So I'm like, so we're like,
- 42:58who's not going? Can only get three.
- 43:01Yeah. So that we have to figure that
- 43:04one out. But I'm like, I'm going to cry.
- 43:06How is it me? Well, how am I the one
- 43:08responsible once again to buy the tickets?
- 43:10So this is a major beef. It's 1/4 pounder beef with and
- 43:13yes, with cheese with that. Those two are going to abandon
- 43:17me to get to get these tickets. Yeah.
- 43:20Anyway, All right, Sorry for the interruption.
- 43:22No, no, I I was thanks to the regularly scheduled.
- 43:25Program as you were. Doing that, I was finishing.
- 43:27I was finishing filling out. Oh, well, there you go,
- 43:30Spreadsheet. There you go.
- 43:32No, I do have a hilarious story that I have to tell you.
- 43:34I've been holding on to the story.
- 43:36OK, well, I've got one more. I'm actually.
- 43:38Doing the Playlist Party has been going on since 2021 and
- 43:45Mayor's song Puppy Love killed Abby's.
- 43:49Like multiple decade old speakers?
- 43:52Like 15 year old speakers. Yes, and it did.
- 43:55The playlist party consists of the individuals consists of
- 44:00Abby, Anna, Ashley, Mayer, Olivia and Sam.
- 44:03One, we do have one random person that did a playlist with
- 44:06us, Skyler. Yes, that is the correction
- 44:09every the rest of that is all correct, but Skyler did do one
- 44:12time she was going to be there and she'll we invited her to do
- 44:16a playlist with us. I do.
- 44:18Exclude her from total runtime. Yeah, 'cause it.
- 44:22Was a one off? It was a one off, yes.
- 44:24Yeah. So that's all good.
- 44:26I will say on on average, Ashley has like the longest runtime for
- 44:32playlist song Her like her shortest playlist is the is the.
- 44:41Oh, just kidding. Hold on, hold on.
- 44:48We've got an update. She no longer has the shortest
- 44:54overall playlist. It's me.
- 44:58I have the shortest playlist overall now at 38 minutes, 5
- 45:02seconds after our 38 minutes. Wow, That's that is a short one.
- 45:06Our it's gotta be the most recent one.
- 45:09Wow. Or maybe it's not.
- 45:10Maybe I'm just it was our Reebok.
- 45:12To the top, it's our redo playlist.
- 45:14OK, that was a short. One.
- 45:15Yeah, barely. Now I need to.
- 45:17I need to double check. I need to double check.
- 45:20But I think that Sam has never had the shortest nor the longest
- 45:25playlist. She jokes that she is perfectly
- 45:27average. That's awesome.
- 45:31Everybody else has done the longest or the shortest at least
- 45:33once. Wow.
- 45:34That's OK. OK.
- 45:35All right. Now my nerdy facts.
- 45:36My nerdy fact. OK, give me your nerdy fact.
- 45:38OK, there are OK 12 movies in the air bud.
- 45:43Franchise. Oh my God.
- 45:45And they are creating a new one legit.
- 45:49And they had a call for for auditions for auditions for the
- 45:54new Air Bud. OK.
- 45:56Did you take Dipper? No, because Air Bud's a golden
- 45:59retriever. I know.
- 46:00And so they cast 2 golden retrievers and then they did the
- 46:05reveal and the golden retrievers don't look anything alike.
- 46:09And John Oliver is obsessed with this air bud of John Oliver with
- 46:14the Airbud series. OK.
- 46:16And he had to. Obsess with it because he makes
- 46:20fun of it? Or is he obsessed because he
- 46:21really likes it? That's not part of the question.
- 46:25Oh, sorry. I was just curious.
- 46:27I was curious because what is the obsession with the Airbud?
- 46:30But that's OK. That's OK.
- 46:31All right, so go ahead. What's the question?
- 46:34So I said that there were 12 movies in the Airbud franchise.
- 46:38Yeah. And.
- 46:41The dog, Bud or Buddy, has played seven different sports in
- 46:44total. Actually, he's only played 6.
- 46:49I don't know. I don't know anything.
- 46:51I literally know nothing about the Air Bud movies.
- 46:54This was this was a 2 for a trick question because one,
- 46:58there are actually 14 movies in the Air Bud franchise.
- 47:01I had no idea. And the original Air Bud films
- 47:04there's 5. There is air bud, air bud golden
- 47:08receiver, air bud world pup, Air bud 7th inning fetch and air bud
- 47:12spikes back. He plays basketball, football,
- 47:16soccer, baseball and volleyball. Legit.
- 47:18Five different ones. I thought he only played
- 47:19basketball, so that's news to me.
- 47:21And then we begin the Air Buddies franchise, where it's
- 47:25the puppies. The pups.
- 47:26Yeah, OK. And I said seven different
- 47:30sports. Technically Air Buds only ever
- 47:32played five, but if you count dog sled racing, technically I
- 47:38think the snow buddies do participate that in.
- 47:41I believe the Air buddies participate that in snow
- 47:43buddies. OK.
- 47:45And that could be a six, yes, OK, gotcha.
- 47:47I would. I would be OK with that.
- 47:48Right, but otherwise the other Air buddies moves are Air
- 47:52Buddies, snow buddies, space buddies, Santa buddies, spooky
- 47:55buddies, treasure buddies, Santa paws to the Santa Pups, and
- 47:59Super Buddies. Oh, and I'm so sorry, I skipped
- 48:02over the search for Santa Paws features, the pups, but also new
- 48:05characters. OK, so that is that's the Airbud
- 48:10series. Yeah.
- 48:11No, John Oliver is obsessed with the Airbud series.
- 48:15I don't know if it's because he loves it or what not.
- 48:20There was Eric. Erica, listen to Erica was
- 48:23telling me about this. And so I had to tell you, that's
- 48:25hilarious. She said we need to look up the
- 48:27John Oliver bit that he goes. Off of.
- 48:29Obviously I need to look that up because now I'm curious as to
- 48:32why he's so. Obsessed with it, but so in the
- 48:36newest movie The they hired 2 dogs to play here but and they
- 48:39don't look anything a lie. Yes, that's true.
- 48:42That's true. They're both bone retrievers.
- 48:45But one I I I described them when Erica showed me the
- 48:49picture. That one looked like a like it
- 48:52was raw and the other one looked extra crispy.
- 48:57OK. OK, so I, I was, I was cracking
- 49:02up with that. It was.
- 49:03So this is. These are the dogs that were
- 49:05cast. Those don't look any.
- 49:06No, they don't. Those don't look anything like
- 49:09is darker than the other. And I said extra.
- 49:11I guess they'll just well, they'll just change it.
- 49:13They'll just digitally I guess fix them.
- 49:16Well, Jean Oliver has always wanted to be in an Air Bud film.
- 49:20That's hilarious is what it says.
- 49:22This is so funny to me. Now here's the thing, he's
- 49:24obsessed with this in franchise. In the most recent one, they
- 49:27invited him to have a short cameo and then like the next day
- 49:32they wrapped filming. So he did not actually.
- 49:34Appear in the he didn't make it. The idea of like inviting
- 49:40someone and then immediately wrapping.
- 49:42Why would they invite him and then say Oh well never mind.
- 49:46Actually kidding. So he's never actually been.
- 49:50That's like so. Rude.
- 49:51My favorite part of this is that they did a call for auditions to
- 49:56have, you know, you could bring your golden retriever in to do,
- 49:59you know, to to audition to be the next air bud.
- 50:02And then when they announced, OK, these are our dogs, then
- 50:05they had a call for investors. And so I said, I said, so they
- 50:09went into this, no. Dog no money, no dog and no
- 50:12money like the true. Thing is, you really need for an
- 50:16air bud moving. That's hilarious.
- 50:18So we're just, you know what, boys?
- 50:20We're just going to go for it. We're just going to go.
- 50:22For it, that's what the people want.
- 50:24And you know what, we're going to find the dog first, because
- 50:26once these investors see these dogs, they're going to be like,
- 50:30yes, here is my $100,000 that you need.
- 50:34Oh, the. Millions to make a move, but
- 50:36each investor maybe gives 100 who knows right, Who knows
- 50:39right? I don't right.
- 50:40I didn't even know they're but franchise.
- 50:41So I don't you know, it is. I don't know how much money
- 50:44they're giving. I I find it, I just find it very
- 50:47that's hilarious, very funny. I love it.
- 50:51But yeah, no, it started with a, a guy he just had, he had a dog
- 50:58whose name was Bud Buddy. Yeah.
- 51:00And he, he brought him in there. Like we can make a movie out of
- 51:04this. And that's why they made the
- 51:05first air, Bud. And that's literally how they
- 51:07made the first one. And I believe it's it's.
- 51:10Somebody just wrote this script based on the dog because the
- 51:13dog's name was Buddy. That's wild, yeah.
- 51:17Air Bud received mixed reviews but was a commercial success,
- 51:19grossing $4 million in its opening weekend and totaling
- 51:2227.8, and it's run against an estimated $3 million budget.
- 51:26Is this a Disney owned movie? Yes.
- 51:28OK this reminds me of Air Bud of your youth is like Disney.
- 51:37Disney makes, Disney has two tiers, I think maybe even 3 of
- 51:41movies. You have your amazing, we poured
- 51:46a ton of money into these beautiful animated, you know,
- 51:52movies. You got your Beauty and the
- 51:54Beast and your Mulan and your lad and you know, you've got
- 51:57these awesome movies that they've made, you know, and then
- 52:00they partner with Pixar. That's another kind of a level
- 52:03where now we've got in, we're into the computer.
- 52:05Yep. You know, animated movies,
- 52:09whatever that's called. It can be your.
- 52:11Animation, OK, so actually I heard that was you were you were
- 52:13on it. And so typically those have been
- 52:15very, very good as well. And your Toy Stories, your
- 52:19Incredibles, your, you know, well, take your pick, Monsters
- 52:22Inc, those are all awesome, you know, and then they somebody, I
- 52:27don't know who is making these decisions, but you've got some
- 52:30person or a group of people who was like, let's make these
- 52:34terrible movies that I guess kids might like, but the parents
- 52:40are going to want to shoot themselves to go see like you
- 52:43got your Herbie, the love bugs. So that whole they, they made
- 52:46one of those and then just ran with that.
- 52:48They made a ton of those. I mean, you have, you have.
- 52:53And I think Air Bud falls into that category. 100% your air
- 52:56buddies 100% there was nine of those things.
- 52:59I think you really are looking at, you know, say Walt Disney
- 53:03Pictures is saying, OK, we're going to put budget into these
- 53:07movies, right? We're going to make these like
- 53:08good movies and they're going to get cinematic releases, of
- 53:11course. And then you have your these are
- 53:13just cash grab. They're cheap to make and people
- 53:17will buy them. Because kids are gonna, they're
- 53:18gonna be so goofy and stupid. And those are your direct you're
- 53:22gonna. Laugh and be think they're gonna
- 53:23be, think they're great, right? And then they're gonna become
- 53:25adults and be like, why did I ever like that movie?
- 53:28Well, and back in the day those have been your direct to VHS,
- 53:30direct to DVD. But nowadays people don't really
- 53:32buy movies. No.
- 53:34So it's it's streaming tougher. Yeah, a lot of things now will
- 53:38do. They'll do spin offs in the form
- 53:40of, say, ATV show, TV series. Yes, because people will.
- 53:45Watch that on the. Stream or whatever yeah right or
- 53:48on Disney, the Disney so it is interesting.
- 53:51There's not a lot of it's there's you don't see the like
- 53:54return of Jafar's in the you know what I mean the direct to
- 53:57the VHS sequels anything you should as much anymore anyway.
- 54:00So right, because they're I don't know.
- 54:02I personally liked Jafar Goes to the Optometrist.
- 54:05I thought, I thought that was pretty high.
- 54:06Yeah, that's pretty good. But it's just like, like you
- 54:09said, I hate the movies. Like if one movie has miles to
- 54:14make, nine more. Yeah.
- 54:16And it's just like, give it a rest.
- 54:18Yes. But yeah, OK, can I tell you my
- 54:21funny? Story.
- 54:22Yeah, absolutely. I was watching the Today show
- 54:25like I do. Like you do.
- 54:27And you know who Mandy Patinkin is?
- 54:30No, you do know who Mandy Patinkin is?
- 54:32He is an ego Montoya. Oh, you killed Mandy.
- 54:36His name is Mandy Patinkin. OK, yes, Mandy Patinkin.
- 54:41Good to know. He played Inigo Montoya.
- 54:44He's been in many, many things. He's actually in ATV series.
- 54:50I think it's like a crime. Type.
- 54:52TV series plays. He plays like, you know, someone
- 54:55helping to solve the crime kind of thing.
- 54:56Sure, sure, sure. So he's in a movie called The
- 55:00Artist. I don't really know this movie.
- 55:02I have to. I'm going to have to check,
- 55:03check it out 'cause I love Mandy Patinkin.
- 55:05He's an excellent actor, right? So he's and, you know, and he's
- 55:08older now. You know, this is interesting.
- 55:11Let's look up. Let's look up how old Manny
- 55:13Patinkin is. You know what?
- 55:14We never said our sauce. Oh my God.
- 55:17I don't think we ever said our sauce and I found.
- 55:19You found it, that's why I didn't I.
- 55:20Wanted to find a new sauce I know we've never used and so I
- 55:23found something called brown sugar heat sauce.
- 55:26All right, Thank God. Yeah, So it's a rich brown sugar
- 55:30base, black pepper, garlic, smoky chilies offering a
- 55:34balanced flavor profile with mild heat.
- 55:37Often used on wings or chicken tenders.
- 55:39Why was this pertinent to the playlist?
- 55:42Party. It has nothing to do with
- 55:43anything. You just told me to find a
- 55:45sauce. And so I did.
- 55:46Well, I OK, you didn't. Say you didn't say find a sauce
- 55:53that has a connection to anything.
- 55:56You just said find a sauce. That's really funny.
- 56:01So I went and found a sauce called brown sugar heat sauce.
- 56:05Actually sounds kind of good. Anyway, Yeah.
- 56:08How old is Manny Patinkin? I got to find I got to look this
- 56:10up because how old is a Princess Bride?
- 56:13You know that when he was young, when he played a a while that
- 56:17role. I actually have a little fun
- 56:19fact about The Princess Bride. But well, I looked this up.
- 56:21Yeah. Oh.
- 56:23So I was really confused. I read the book The Princess
- 56:27Bride and I was extremely confused and I thought that I
- 56:31had read like the wrong book. Seriously.
- 56:34Yes, I've never read this book. And then we were watching
- 56:38actually, and Erica Ishi, who I don't know if you've ever seen
- 56:41her on anything, but she shows up on Dropout a lot.
- 56:44OK, very funny. She does a lot of voice acting,
- 56:47so. I might have seen that because
- 56:48I've watched some stuff on Dropout with Sam.
- 56:49Yes, she's very funny and she loves The Princess Bride.
- 56:55She adores it. OK And she gave some context and
- 57:00I was like, OK, I read the right book.
- 57:04Although like this is years ago, I think I was still living at
- 57:06home. I was working at the the PT
- 57:08place and whatnot. So the book is written as if it
- 57:14is a, a guy recounting a story that like, I believe his, like,
- 57:20father or grandfather read to him a long time ago.
- 57:25And as he's doing it, he's like, yeah.
- 57:28And then we. And then there's like a whole
- 57:29bunch of stuff about like the history of this.
- 57:31But I'm not, I'm just gonna cut that out.
- 57:32He says these things in the book.
- 57:34And so I thought that I was like reading like an abridged version
- 57:38of The Princess Bride. But no, that's just how the book
- 57:40is written. He's telling the story as if
- 57:43he's heard the story before. And he's like, I'm just gonna
- 57:46give you all the good bits. Basically a of and that's why
- 57:51like it really is just kind of like action, you know, that's
- 57:55why blah, blah, blah, blah. There's really not a slow part
- 57:57of The Princess Bride because as he's, you know, as you're like
- 58:01reading it or when you're reading it, it does read as if
- 58:05he's like, I'm just like, yeah, there's some stuff about like
- 58:08the history of, you know, wherever I forget the where
- 58:11they're from, but you know, the history of whatever.
- 58:13But like we're not, I'm not going to go into all that right
- 58:15now. And then they just skip straight
- 58:17to the cliffs of of insanity or whatever, you know.
- 58:20And so so I like she gave me some context.
- 58:23I didn't know that that was in like how the just the story was.
- 58:28I like had read it and was like, this is still good and I liked
- 58:32it a lot and it's it's very good.
- 58:34But she was like, no, I love it for that reason because it's
- 58:37sort of like almost like an experiment with like
- 58:39storytelling and how different ways to tell stories.
- 58:41Yeah, that's actually. Incredibly cool.
- 58:43I, I thought that was really fun.
- 58:44And so I didn't I didn't know that either, but I, I read The
- 58:47Prince's Bride. It's good.
- 58:48It's good. Let's see.
- 58:49Well, well, let me. Give you some background on
- 58:51Mandy Batikan. I actually his his real name,
- 58:53not real name. Mandy is a nickname, OK, His
- 58:56name is Mandel. Like Mandel, he born in Chicago,
- 59:01born and raised in Chicago, OK Jewish family, they immigrants
- 59:08from Poland, OK, the Polish Jewish immigrants OK.
- 59:13He actually played, He has had some really big.
- 59:17He's famous for playing in Inigo Montoya in Princess Bride, yes,
- 59:21but he also was in the movie Yentl with Barbara Sharisand and
- 59:24he's very Jewish. So that is he absolutely about
- 59:27being. Yeah.
- 59:28Yeah, he plays, I think. I'm sorry, is he actually
- 59:30interesting? I did not know that.
- 59:32And it's kind of funny because I always thought he was kind of
- 59:34like some type of Hispanic at the scene because he.
- 59:38He plays Inigo. Montoya, but he's not, so it's
- 59:41kind of funny. But anyways, he is actually 73
- 59:44years old. Now.
- 59:46Yeah, wow. So he's like quite, quite a bit
- 59:47older than me. I didn't think he was that much
- 59:49older than me. But anyway, he goes on the
- 59:52station when they're talking about this movie, the artist
- 59:54that he's going to be, that he is in.
- 59:56I don't know if it's out yet or not.
- 59:57I have no idea. Oh, OK.
- 59:58Anyway, so we talked about filming his experience while
- 1:00:04filming the Artist. OK, OK, OK.
- 1:00:06And so he's like, yeah, he was on set.
- 1:00:08He was on site to film wherever they were filming it.
- 1:00:12OK. And he was just like, I really
- 1:00:14just like, it gets kind of annoying when you have to stay
- 1:00:16in a hotel and sometimes you can only, you know, if I'm on, if
- 1:00:20I'm on site for a month or a couple months or whatever.
- 1:00:23He's like, he's like, I guess he had a big enough role in this
- 1:00:25that he was going to be there for a while, OK.
- 1:00:28And he didn't want to have to keep moving to different places.
- 1:00:31He wanted to just find somewhere to stay and be able to stay
- 1:00:34there the whole time he was while he was filming.
- 1:00:35OK, Yeah. And sometimes it's like, yeah,
- 1:00:37sometimes you book into this place and you can only stay
- 1:00:40there for a week. And then, you know, it's just
- 1:00:41kind of it's kind of a hassle. And I don't want to bop around.
- 1:00:44I want to stay somewhere. And so he was talking to
- 1:00:48whoever, you know, and was like, can you find me somewhere that I
- 1:00:52can stay and stay there the whole time, you know, while
- 1:00:57we're shooting here? Sure.
- 1:00:58And they were like, sure. And they.
- 1:00:59So they recommend this place and he's like, OK, cool.
- 1:01:03So he's like, I've set up a time.
- 1:01:04You can go and see the place and talk to the management, you
- 1:01:08know, who's running this? Yes.
- 1:01:09And he's like, oh, that even better.
- 1:01:10That's awesome. So he goes and he kind of has
- 1:01:12this little visit with these people and they show them
- 1:01:16around. Yeah.
- 1:01:17And he has this. He's asking them a lot of
- 1:01:21questions about it and kind of how long can you stay and what's
- 1:01:23it going to cost? And and so, you know, he gets
- 1:01:26all the information and he's like, this is a great place.
- 1:01:29Yeah. And I can stay for like 2-3
- 1:01:31months. And they're like, oh,
- 1:01:32absolutely. And it's like, wow.
- 1:01:35It's like a little apartment. This is incredible.
- 1:01:37Like, OK, sold. This is even better.
- 1:01:39Yeah, definitely better than staying at a hotel.
- 1:01:41And he's, he loved it. He's like, this is awesome.
- 1:01:45Checks in, gets this little living space, you know, And then
- 1:01:49he all of a sudden, then it he realized he had signed up for
- 1:01:54assisted living. Oh my God.
- 1:02:02Oh my God, it took. Him like forever to figure out
- 1:02:07that he was in an assisted living home.
- 1:02:10That. Is so.
- 1:02:12Funny. You know what I was if I.
- 1:02:18Had the money. My God, I'd be.
- 1:02:20I'd be there in an instant. He's telling me someone's going
- 1:02:22to help me live. I need it.
- 1:02:24You're going to make all my meals.
- 1:02:26Oh hell. Yeah, sign me up.
- 1:02:28I just the money, hey? You whatever the your outrageous
- 1:02:32fee is, and you'll take care of my bills.
- 1:02:35I got to take care. Oh.
- 1:02:36My God, he's like, he's like, yeah, they're going to cook all
- 1:02:39my meals. They're going to clean the
- 1:02:40apartment like there's there's a pool and there's like fun
- 1:02:45activities. Oh.
- 1:02:50There was a, there was a library.
- 1:02:53He's like, I made so many. Friends I I 100%. 100% he's
- 1:02:59writing about this place. I mean, this place was so great.
- 1:03:02I made so many friends. I still am friends with these
- 1:03:04people to this day. I need AI.
- 1:03:09Mean like assisted living for millennials.
- 1:03:11It's legit so bad. Disposable income like Mandy
- 1:03:14Patinkins, but. Too.
- 1:03:16I need disposable income. Yeah.
- 1:03:18Oh I was talking to listener Mandy and she had said she told
- 1:03:22me that she actually had a video go viral years ago and I was on
- 1:03:28her her TikTok that she is now locked out of set.
- 1:03:30Oh yeah, yeah, and. I was like.
- 1:03:32Oh, you got your. Venmo on here.
- 1:03:34I was like. Bold of you to put your little
- 1:03:36Venmo on here so people can spend you money.
- 1:03:37And I was. Like we got to do.
- 1:03:40That we got to do that. Ain't nobody going to ever send
- 1:03:42us money if you go viral though. Put your Venmo on.
- 1:03:45You'd be surprised how many people just send you shit.
- 1:03:47That's hilarious. Well, I don't want shit.
- 1:03:50Please don't send me your shit Viral.
- 1:03:53I don't know, Rachel. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:03:56What video? What video?
- 1:03:58There was a video that I think it went like she has like 90,000
- 1:04:01views on it or something like that.
- 1:04:03Put their Venmo in there, someone Venmo them like 300
- 1:04:06bucks. Just add the blue bean.
- 1:04:08Like keep creating content. I think we need to get on
- 1:04:11TikTok. I'm on TikTok, I've posted.
- 1:04:15A series video. We need a series beef TikTok.
- 1:04:17I've posted one video did you really on my TikTok and it's
- 1:04:20it's yes, it's Sam. It's the you hear the song.
- 1:04:23I'm just a girl, you know that one.
- 1:04:25And it is Sam when she got shanghaied into serving that
- 1:04:30mask. Well, it's got.
- 1:04:35Like no views on hilarious. Every single time she sees, she
- 1:04:41sees me. Filming.
- 1:04:42Oh yeah, and she's out of the. View.
- 1:04:43She's like set up. Fuck you because.
- 1:04:47It's like, like middle schoolers.
- 1:04:51Middle. Schoolers are who are the
- 1:04:53servers at Mass and Sam was like 29.
- 1:04:59Yeah, 29 years old. You're right.
- 1:05:01We did. We did talk about this on the
- 1:05:03podcast, actually. But I had to tell you that
- 1:05:06because he said he literally, I said it was such a great
- 1:05:08experience at this assisted living place that if he ever
- 1:05:11goes stars in another movie where he has to be on side for
- 1:05:14months like that, he will absolutely go find another
- 1:05:16assisted living place and stay there.
- 1:05:18So I. Funny.
- 1:05:20It took him, it took him like a couple of weeks to figure out
- 1:05:23like that. He was an assisted living place.
- 1:05:25I thought that's amazing, that. Is not where I thought you were
- 1:05:28going with that at all. I thought that no one else.
- 1:05:30Did either and the he's telling the story to the to the anchors,
- 1:05:33whatever at the at the station. Craig Mellman, I don't know if
- 1:05:36you didn't know anything, but but Craig Mellman is one of the
- 1:05:38the daily anchors whatever. He laughed so hard he almost
- 1:05:41fell off the couch. He was like it was because no
- 1:05:44one expected him to say he stayed.
- 1:05:48I thought you were going, we watched.
- 1:05:51So this documentary that was on, I don't know if it's
- 1:05:53documentary, whatever series that was on Disney Plus that
- 1:05:56kind of went into like the making of various movies and
- 1:05:59things like that. And the behind the scenes.
- 1:06:01And one episode was focused primarily on Pirates of the
- 1:06:04Caribbean, which we love and we watch every year at least once.
- 1:06:08And they talked about, I think actually, if you can remember,
- 1:06:12correct me if I'm wrong, I think that the casting director, the
- 1:06:19woman who was, who was hired as a casting director, they, they
- 1:06:23are filming in, you know, the, the Caribbean and at whatever
- 1:06:30these places are. And it's that you, you know, in
- 1:06:33the first one, they kind of come around this Cove and there's
- 1:06:36this like very unique rock formation.
- 1:06:38They have like the pirates that are hanging there that are dead
- 1:06:40or whatever. Like it's just the skeletons or
- 1:06:42yes, it's that island where that is filmed at.
- 1:06:46She loved the place so much. She bought a house and she moved
- 1:06:49there. She lives there to this day, she
- 1:06:51still lives on this island. Who is this?
- 1:06:53I believe it's the casting director for the Pirates.
- 1:06:55Casting director Who is that scene?
- 1:06:57That archway, yes, yeah, it's a very famous.
- 1:07:01Like rock formation, and I think it was like 3 years ago, four
- 1:07:06people climbed on top of it and broke the arch.
- 1:07:08Broke the arch, not the arch. Shame.
- 1:07:12On that, no longer. Connects to the.
- 1:07:15Other rock. That's a shame.
- 1:07:16That's such a cool scene. It's such a cool scene in
- 1:07:19Pirates when they come around and you see that it isn't.
- 1:07:21But now, and now they broke. It and they broke it, but I
- 1:07:24thought you were going something like that or like Vigo, Vigo
- 1:07:26Borensen, you know, and he's he's Aragorn for those right.
- 1:07:31He has loved Vigo. He has he's.
- 1:07:33In the green book, Have you ever seen the green book?
- 1:07:35No, because he's much older now. Obviously the moment when did
- 1:07:38Lord of the Rings come out? It's been a it's been a while,
- 1:07:40been a while. And but he's in the green book,
- 1:07:42which is that came out a few a couple years ago. 3-4 who knows?
- 1:07:46Well, he's in, he's been in a bunch of stuff.
- 1:07:49He it's so the Green Book is so good.
- 1:07:52It's such a such a wonderful book, a movie.
- 1:07:55You guys will love it. He is in.
- 1:07:58I'm trying to find what the other one is.
- 1:08:00He's in, of course. Oh, the Lord of the Rings.
- 1:08:03He'd all, he'd all go. He'd all go.
- 1:08:05I don't know how it's pronounced, but OK.
- 1:08:06Nico Moronson has adopted many of the horses that he has acted
- 1:08:13with in these movies. He'd all go is a a big one
- 1:08:16'cause that's like a horse racing kind of movie sort of
- 1:08:19ish. He adopted the horse that he
- 1:08:21rode and he'd all go and he also adopted the horse that he rode
- 1:08:27through most of the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
- 1:08:30Oh yeah, yeah. He's got, he owns like a big
- 1:08:32horse farm and he's adopted many of the horses that he cuz he's
- 1:08:35like I'm bonded with them. Like, you know, you work
- 1:08:37together with these horses like everyday.
- 1:08:39I don't want to give them back. I want to keep on such and he
- 1:08:44also. That's actually really sweet.
- 1:08:46We may have all or I may have already given this fun fact, and
- 1:08:48I don't and I have forgotten, but he, Liv Tyler's stunt
- 1:08:56double. OK.
- 1:08:57In The Lord of the Rings, who rides the horse in the scenes
- 1:09:02where you're seeing Arwen riding the horse and whatnot, it's not
- 1:09:05Liv Tyler. Shocking, right?
- 1:09:07Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's not Liv Tyler.
- 1:09:09But her stunt double, like, fell in love with this horse.
- 1:09:12Was like bonded to this horse. Could not.
- 1:09:15I get it. Couldn't adopt.
- 1:09:17I think I wouldn't feel the same, right?
- 1:09:18Couldn't adopt it, though. She didn't have the money.
- 1:09:20She couldn't buy it because this, I mean, of course, these
- 1:09:22horses, I can't imagine what they cost.
- 1:09:24Well, about 40,000, right? Probably more because you know,
- 1:09:28especially. Some are, some are more, some
- 1:09:29are well. Arwen's horse, I think, is like
- 1:09:31pure white. It's like this gorgeous, you
- 1:09:33know, horse and whatnot. And she couldn't afford it, but
- 1:09:37she loved this horse and was going to be devastated as like
- 1:09:39filming was coming to an end that she was going to have to,
- 1:09:41like, say goodbye to this horse. And Viggo Mortensen bought it
- 1:09:45for her, and so that she could just have it.
- 1:09:49Oh my God, he did. Yeah, he just.
- 1:09:52That makes me love him more. That's so.
- 1:09:55Sweet. Yeah, yeah.
- 1:09:57Well, he, he, he is, you know, I don't know.
- 1:10:03I just I think he's amazing in Lord of the Rings.
- 1:10:05So we love him. But then, you know, obviously
- 1:10:06he's done some other stuff, but he's in this movie that your dad
- 1:10:09watched one time and I happened to come in the room when he was
- 1:10:11watching it and and Vigo's playing somebody in like the
- 1:10:14Russian mafia and that's scared the God.
- 1:10:16He's so fucking that movie. He's in that movie.
- 1:10:20Serious thing, Lister, we don't actually know what this movie
- 1:10:22is. So I don't know.
- 1:10:23You don't want to know. I don't want to know we.
- 1:10:25Don't know what the movie is, we just know that we're scared of
- 1:10:27it. I saw one scene.
- 1:10:30He plays a good guy, of course. And I sure.
- 1:10:33Yeah, it scared me. And I said I'm out.
- 1:10:36I left the room and I don't want to talk about the Russian mafia
- 1:10:39anymore. Which is so funny because we
- 1:10:41were just. We just.
- 1:10:42Listened to a story that involved the Russian mafia.
- 1:10:46If the book is Finley Donovan is killing it.
- 1:10:49It's great. Great.
- 1:10:50It's really funny. Highly recommend.
- 1:10:52We're running out of time in this episode, so we're going to
- 1:10:54have to talk about this. Later about another day, but but
- 1:10:56he does talk about the Russian mafia in that in that one, which
- 1:10:59also scared me and so I was nervous the Russian mafia is is
- 1:11:03a big fear of mine. But anyway.
- 1:11:05But then he's. Actually gives you a lot of hell
- 1:11:07about being afraid of the Russian mafia.
- 1:11:09I'm scared I I don't give you. Sometimes we have irrational
- 1:11:14fears that happen. Think.
- 1:11:16Of myself, as this is what other people think when I say I'm
- 1:11:18afraid. Of you.
- 1:11:19There you go. You're right.
- 1:11:20So but then he ended up and I didn't see him in anything for a
- 1:11:24long time. Yeah, I saw him in the Green
- 1:11:26Book and I'm like, Oh my God. He's so.
- 1:11:28Great. So you're going to have to give
- 1:11:30that movie, give that. Movie we're going to have to
- 1:11:32we're. Going to have to so good.
- 1:11:34All right, well, you got. Anything else, we're already 18
- 1:11:37minutes. Oh yeah, we got to go.
- 1:11:38We got to go. We got, remember we got a 10
- 1:11:40million. I've already done 1.
- 1:11:42Over I got one I. Don't know but you guys but this
- 1:11:44I'm gonna need some serious beef, maybe even 1/4 pounder.
- 1:11:47And some serious. Cheese the cheese.
- 1:11:49Bye bye.
