Driver Charged in Fatal Construction Crash | Lansing News
A 24-year-old driver, Tyler Cameron Reck, faces four felony charges—including two counts of reckless driving and two of moving violation causing death—after fatally striking two construction workers on U.S. 127 in May. Both victims, Bruce Wagner and Steve Spenle, were killed while working on the northbound side of the freeway. Reck, who suffered critical injuries in the crash, was arraigned with a $25,000 bond and had legal representation present. Each charge carries up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
