- 0:01Hello, everyone. Welcome back to iOpener Society. Gosh, it's been a little while.
- 0:07There's been so much going on behind the scenes now recently.
- 0:12It's been a little bit harder getting in touch with Lizzie, with her schedule
- 0:16and the two hour time zone.
- 0:17And if you haven't known by now, I am in the process of moving.
- 0:22Once I move and I get my studio once again, it's going to be so much easier
- 0:27and I could provide content whenever I want, however I want, but now it's on and off.
- 0:32And because of that, this little bonus episode that you are going to hear is
- 0:37introducing someone else that I found on TikTok. If you can imagine,
- 0:41I'm finding so many wonderful people on TikTok that I want them to have a voice.
- 0:46And our guest today is going to be no different. She's going to be standing
- 0:49in for the times when I need somebody to talk to, when Lizzie's not available,
- 0:53and I need that extra co-host.
- 0:56Because like I said, I always wanted to have somebody on standby anyway that's
- 1:01part of this collective that has the same thought process and who could just
- 1:05flow with a conversation.
- 1:06So I want to introduce to you, Ciara.
- 1:09Ciara, say hello to Eye Opener Society.
- 1:13Hi, thank you so much for having me. Yeah, absolutely. We were sitting and we
- 1:17were actually just having a conversation off air.
- 1:20That was great. I was just doing to, you know, kind of loosen us up.
- 1:24And I found it quite amazing just how much you think like I do.
- 1:29You got those same types of beliefs and all.
- 1:32And I was really flown with it. I could definitely talk to you for days and days with that.
- 1:37But I wanted to give people a little taste of just what you are about and just what it is.
- 1:43I think we are all trying to convey Because we speak The truth basically And
- 1:50we try to get that out to people But some people, they don't listen,
- 1:54And I know you fall into that same exact category as well.
- 1:58And we had some good conversations. We covered aliens. We covered relationships. We covered religion.
- 2:04We actually had like probably eight or nine different podcasts in our relationship.
- 2:11What is the one thing that really bothers you the most when we're talking about
- 2:17how people are in the matrix and they just don't realize it?
- 2:21I think what bothers me the most about that is what you were saying before is
- 2:28someone can sit there and watch like something like Fox News for hours and hours
- 2:34on end and just get so consumed in propaganda.
- 2:37But the second that someone starts talking about calcified penile glands,
- 2:42they're like, what's that?
- 2:44What's the pineal gland i don't know what
- 2:47you're talking about can you just put on the football game just like of
- 2:50that nature that part really annoys me and it and i know that that's probably
- 2:55something i need to reflect on like i have to understand that a lot of people
- 2:59do live in that box and it's not their fault so i shouldn't get annoyed but
- 3:04i think that piece itself um frustrates me. It can frustrate me. Yes.
- 3:10Yeah. And it is, it is frustrating because once you have your eyes open and
- 3:16I know you had mentioned that and you don't go back, you see things now in a
- 3:20way where it's all open and it's so much more clearer to you.
- 3:26And you're trying to explain it to other people that are trapped still in their box.
- 3:33And it's not like you're trying to convert. I hate that myself.
- 3:36I don't want to push anything on people myself. I don't want to tell them,
- 3:39well, this is the way it is, the way it has to be.
- 3:41But knowledge goes a long way.
- 3:45And even if it's something you don't normally listen to, even if it is the pineal
- 3:52gland or whatever it may be, why not take a moment to ask the questions and say, what is it?
- 4:00What are you trying to tell me? people get so shut
- 4:03off with this and it makes it
- 4:05difficult for us it is ego for sure
- 4:08and but it does it hurts us because
- 4:11we now have to go and seek out those
- 4:15that are on the same wavelength as us just to have a conversation and then you're
- 4:20stuck every day dealing with people who just see the world as the matrix and
- 4:27are just living off the propaganda and the mainstream and that's all They want to live off of
- 4:32So I get you on that Um,
- 4:35But I know, when did you have your awakening? What was it that actually opened up your third eye?
- 4:42Oh, man. So what started it ultimately was a breakup, a betrayal.
- 4:50Last November, I was with someone for nine years, and I got cheated on.
- 4:54And that was probably the worst pain I've ever been through in my entire life,
- 4:57aside from other things that I've been through.
- 4:59And when I went through that,
- 5:03I started a programming, a 12-step programming called Adult Children of Alcoholics,
- 5:10and I just hyper-focused on that for, I don't know, like six months.
- 5:14I went to a meeting every single day, sometimes two meetings a day.
- 5:19And that program, it's really about reflecting on what's wrong inside of you.
- 5:24Because when you grow up in a dysfunctional or alcoholic home,
- 5:27you really focus on what everyone else around you is doing, and you're very
- 5:32hyper critical of yourself and others.
- 5:34You tend to attract people that have substance abuse problems.
- 5:37You tend to have a victim mentality, and then you attract people that need to
- 5:42be saved or rescued, and you confuse love and pity.
- 5:46So I was really focused on, why am I attracting people like that?
- 5:50Why do I have this victim mentality? Why do I feel like I can never be wrong
- 5:55and I'm so just in this state of mind to where I feel so isolated,
- 6:02but I want closeness so bad, but I'm so isolated.
- 6:05So that was kind of what started the shadow work.
- 6:09And once I started doing the shadow work.
- 6:13I started like doing research on the spiritual side of things because ACA,
- 6:18you kind of have to get in contact with a higher power.
- 6:21And me as a, as the person that I am, I was not going to go with Christianity
- 6:26or like those type of mainstream religions.
- 6:29Cause I had known that, um, there is something else outside of this because
- 6:37of other things that have happened to me in the past.
- 6:39And so I started doing research on that. You know, a few more months go by.
- 6:44I start seeing stuff about the pineal gland on my feed because I was researching spiritual stuff.
- 6:53And Joe Desposito, I believe his name was, I watched Rewired by him.
- 7:00And that's all about taking our mind and being conscious of our subconscious
- 7:07mind and doing research on that.
- 7:09So the manifestations of actually like believing that you can do something and
- 7:14already like acting and presenting that you're doing something will make it happen in real life.
- 7:19So then obviously that transmutes into third eye.
- 7:23So I get into the third eye type thing. I'm like, okay, like how do I open this
- 7:28third eye if it exists or whatever?
- 7:30So I stopped drinking fluoride. I bought a reverse osmosis filter.
- 7:33I stopped eating nasty processed food.
- 7:37So I'm eating like really healthy and drinking a
- 7:40lot of water and then I started going boxing too so
- 7:43I'm getting mentally well physically well
- 7:47and now on top of that that extra layer of spirituality so now I'm embodying
- 7:52this this truth and I'm walking I'm thinking feeling and then acting out everything
- 7:58in alignment so my thinking feeling and doing are all in alignment like I'm
- 8:03not thinking one thing and saying another. I'm not feeling one thing and doing another.
- 8:07So then I realized that that's basically Buddhism. So I'm a Buddhist at this
- 8:12point because I'm at my third eye chakra because I've already worked on the
- 8:17three other chakras through ACA.
- 8:20The root, solar plexus, those chakras are about trust and learning to trust
- 8:26your intuition. So that's all that shadow work bullshit, right?
- 8:30And then you go up more, and you get your heart chakra. That's another story,
- 8:35how I opened that one. That happened without me knowing.
- 8:40And then you go up and up and up, and here I am.
- 8:43And here I am. Yeah, you are. You're here. You're here.
- 8:47And you mentioned, yeah, you are embodying mind, body, soul.
- 8:52I always talk about that. We can't be healthy with just a healthy body.
- 8:56We can't be healthy with just a healthy mind. We need all three in alignment
- 9:00in order to truly be healthy.
- 9:03And then that healthiness helps us to think much clearer and see things in a
- 9:08way that we would have never really focused on before.
- 9:12And that's why we start to wake up and we start looking more at spirituality,
- 9:16what it means to us and how it guides us.
- 9:20It's different than religion where religion, we're on a script,
- 9:24you know, and that's what we're doing every single time. Absolutely.
- 9:28We're following this script.
- 9:29Spirituality, we're concerned more about ourselves and what's going to make us better in life.
- 9:35And I see that you've done that. And I know you have a complex life.
- 9:39And I've seen all your content on TikTok.
- 9:43So why don't you tell me what your TikTok handle is so everybody knows?
- 9:46Oh man, I went with a niche of spirituality at first, like a lot of Alan Watts
- 9:52content. That's kind of what I was going for.
- 9:55But I have a lot of hobbies and I really like to do a lot of different things.
- 9:59So I don't really necessarily want to have a niche.
- 10:03I guess my niche is spirituality and adult children of alcoholics programming.
- 10:07That's a very not common niche. So I kind of incorporate it in such a way.
- 10:11But I also play guitar. I like to draw. I like to read.
- 10:16I like to make people laugh. That's something I'm oddly really good at.
- 10:21I just like being funny and like I think of things throughout my day that.
- 10:28I feel, oh my God, that'd be so funny to post. Let me record some content real quick.
- 10:34So yeah, I think it's a good mix of things I like to do. And then the Buddhism
- 10:40and spirituality gets a lot of traction.
- 10:42It gets a lot, a lot of traction. And with that traction, I can also promote
- 10:46the things that I like to do as well.
- 10:49So like the guitar playing and the drawing and the humor that I have,
- 10:54the music that I like, all that stuff.
- 10:56It's all kind of just blending together without me really realizing it.
- 10:59Like last night, I was playing Fable on the Xbox.
- 11:03I am not like my content is not gaming, but because I'm playing Fable,
- 11:09like that's my favorite video game.
- 11:10I'm waiting for Fable 4 like a kid at Christmas right now because I've waited
- 11:16for that sequel to come out for 10 years.
- 11:18Fable 3 was released in 2010 and we're still waiting for Fable 4.
- 11:24So, okay, so let me roll in my Fable content to prep for Fable 4 now.
- 11:27So I'm going to start, I'm going to replay all these games and like record snippets of that.
- 11:33So it's just kind of like, it's all coming naturally.
- 11:36It's weird. Like once you mind, body and soul, like you said,
- 11:40and you are your authentic self, we are able to create and we just naturally
- 11:47know what we should be creating for humanity to see if that makes sense.
- 11:53It is and what is your um
- 11:56tiktok handle uh so people can find you uh
- 11:59it's sierra earth 26 sierra earth
- 12:0226 um so go on
- 12:05tiktok find sierra follower um because like
- 12:08i said you're gonna hear more from her and uh i i would love to have you like
- 12:13i said as a co-host that you know fits in when we need to and at some point
- 12:18i would love for you to have your own podcast you know when you're comfortable
- 12:22because I jump, you know, I jump at people really quick.
- 12:25I said, wow, somebody's got something to say. I'm feeling it.
- 12:28And then I make that offer out there, but you were not ready to do an actual podcast show yet.
- 12:33But you, I said, that's fine. You know.
- 12:37The more we do it, the more we start having these little conversations,
- 12:40I can almost guarantee you're going to probably wind up wanting to jump into
- 12:43the whole thing because at some point you're going to say, I really want to
- 12:46say something and you're going to have your own show to do it.
- 12:49And I have the whole platform ready for you.
- 12:53I know I it's it's not something I've ever been like I want to do it.
- 12:58But I think naturally, when you start getting like online and comfortable and stuff,
- 13:04you know, content creators, they typically do get at least the ones that have
- 13:08something to say that have things that they want to get out to people.
- 13:14They eventually do do the podcast i
- 13:18with tiktok it was weird because i've always
- 13:22really been against social media like my entire life
- 13:25i did not get back on social media until my breakup so i would periodically
- 13:31go on facebook and then i deactivate it for like six months at a time because
- 13:36back then i was very like that shit's bad for your brain that is tracking me
- 13:41i am not going to be miserable.
- 13:43I'm not going to be depressed. I'm not going to fit into this norm where I'm glued to my phone.
- 13:47So like once my breakup happened, I was like, okay, I'm living alone.
- 13:53I need to be able to connect with people and not isolate.
- 13:56So I got all of my social media back.
- 13:59And then with the TikTok thing, I was always against TikTok because of the attention
- 14:05span thing. I was like, that is crazy.
- 14:07Like, I'm not going to sit there and scroll through videos.
- 14:10But TikTok is a completely different type of social media platform because it's
- 14:15basically like Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, and Google all in one platform.
- 14:21So you have shopping a
- 14:25search engine optimization pictures videos and
- 14:30you can keep up with what people are doing right there so it's
- 14:33like all of these social media platforms condensed into
- 14:37one which is why it's doing the best and
- 14:40why ultimately it probably will gas out all the other social
- 14:43media platforms because people aren't even on instagram anymore i
- 14:46mean they are but it's just everybody's on tiktok now
- 14:49that's all it is yes and i
- 14:53enjoy it because like i said i find so many people on
- 14:56there that have very similar ideas it does the algorithms do match you up with
- 15:01the things that you're actually searching for and i've become accustomed to
- 15:06it and like i said i keep finding decent people and i hey every time i do i
- 15:11want to bring them onto my platform and i'm glad Glad I found you.
- 15:15I'm glad that you're doing this work. Thanks for having me.
- 15:19You're very welcome. And like I said, we'll try and get you on a few more episodes,
- 15:24start to build up, you know, since you haven't done any kind of podcasting before.
- 15:29And like I said, we just have conversations here. That's basically what it is.
- 15:33But I wanted the world to hear you, to give you that little bit of a,
- 15:38your first little shine out to, you know, the podcast world.
- 15:41I do appreciate that. I really do.
- 15:43It was nice to have someone like, like I've had a few people reach out.
- 15:49But sometimes I get a feeling where I'm like, no, but with you,
- 15:53I just felt natural. It felt like there was a connection.
- 15:56There was a intellectual connection. So like I said, yes, right away.
- 16:00I appreciate that. The intuition was like, yes, with you, with some people.
- 16:06I'm like, I don't really know if I want you in my bubble.
- 16:09I don't really want you in my vicinity.
- 16:13I get it. And that's how I work. I do. I work with just simply using my intuition
- 16:18and saying, hey, this person really has something to say.
- 16:22And that's when I reach out. I have to be 100% comfortable before doing it as well.
- 16:27And I'm looking forward to you coming on, too, with Lizzie and I.
- 16:31And maybe have a three-way conversation, too, as well in the future with certain topics.
- 16:36And that's the whole thing. Sometimes there's topics that you may feel,
- 16:39or even we may feel, you would have more input in.
- 16:43And then we'll get you on to the show, and we could have some really,
- 16:46really good talks. And I'm looking forward to that.
- 16:49So I want everybody, again, to go see Sierra at Sierra Earth 26 on TikTok.
- 16:55Follow her and look out for more shows with her. And in the meantime,
- 16:59don't forget, every Monday we have our full episodes with Lizzie and I,
- 17:04and also the Shorter Attention Span podcast that I do.
- 17:07I hope you're all enjoying those as well.
- 17:10Sierra, I want to thank you once again, and I really appreciate you coming on with us.
- 17:14Thank you so much for having me. I look forward to working with you in the future. Thanks.
