We were all outsiders except for the children born or those who grew up here. Today, I visited my neighbors. They've been here for 15 years, and some other neighbors have been here for about 8 years. A bit further down the street, a couple has been here for less than a year. We were complete strangers when Rhonda and I first visited Hot Springs Village in September 2018.
