- 0:03Speaker 1: Hey there, pull.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Up a chair Rob's got a question to share.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Started with a light red rod and an old note
- 0:34Speaker 3: in the margin thinning.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Then a side road turned to three.
- 0:38Speaker 4: More roads and here we go again.
- 0:41Speaker 2: A photograph, a witness, a date that doesn't quite align.
- 0:45Speaker 3: One small fact becomes a winding track by a quarter
- 0:49Speaker 3: after nine.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Random research, ramblings with a rock.
- 0:58Speaker 4: From odd little facts to the big what ifs We'll
- 1:03Speaker 4: follow every tangent till the evidence slips Random research ramblings.
- 1:09Speaker 1: With Rob Bring your questions, bring your curious thoughts.
- 1:16Speaker 2: Was it the grassy note or a file misfiled?
- 1:20Speaker 3: Rob's got a theory but he's checking them out.
- 1:24Speaker 1: No final answers, just a notebook.
- 1:27Speaker 5: And a grin Tooling for the question And the rabbit
- 1:34Speaker 5: hole within.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Random research ramblings with Rob Where the side note is
- 1:42Speaker 2: where we begin.
- 2:08Speaker 6: What's up, everybody? It's your favorite time of the week again.
- 2:12Speaker 6: It's some random research ramblings with Rob, a.k.a. Big Bad Bob.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Man. Man.
- 2:23Speaker 6: It seems like I cannot get out from in front
- 2:26Speaker 6: of this camera. Again, I apologize for the audio issues
- 2:32Speaker 6: in the live stream this week. It was brutal doing
- 2:36Speaker 6: the entire show again, but I felt it needed to
- 2:39Speaker 6: be done. For those of you who appreciate it, you're welcome.
- 2:47Speaker 6: Thank you guys for sticking with it, watching it, and
- 2:51Speaker 6: all of the great feedback Now, let's get into some
- 2:59Speaker 6: random research ramblings. So, a couple months ago, I was
- 3:09Speaker 6: a little hypercritical of Paul Blow and his Murder, Inc. articles.
- 3:21Speaker 6: over on Kennedy's and King and his appearance on Ciphered Past.
- 3:26Speaker 6: And let's just say I was approached by a researcher
- 3:32Speaker 6: who I respect immensely, who I think has done fantastic
- 3:39Speaker 6: work on the case, and asked to kind of mend fences,
- 3:45Speaker 6: if you will, that maybe I've Pop this guy's balloon
- 3:50Speaker 6: a little bit. And you know, I'm not an asshole
- 4:00Speaker 6: until you push me there. So I reached out. I
- 4:06Speaker 6: sent a very nice email to Paul. Not necessarily apologizing
- 4:12Speaker 6: for what I said, but more of an explainer. As
- 4:17Speaker 6: to why I said what I said... And maybe... How
- 4:22Speaker 6: he could approach the subject... A little differently... The email
- 4:28Speaker 6: I got back... Was kind of a... Nonchalant shrug off.
- 4:36Speaker 6: I was thinking... Alright, whatever... Screw this guy... You know, whatever... Um.
- 4:46Speaker 6: And then all the drama with Cyphered Past, you know,
- 4:53Speaker 6: because I point out that they pay for subscribers. I'm
- 4:59Speaker 6: the asshole, right? And by the way, if you're wondering
- 5:09Speaker 6: why I haven't dropped the subject yet and why I
- 5:12Speaker 6: continue to point it out, it's because Tim Gardner has
- 5:17Speaker 6: yet to do a mea culpa, and he has yet
- 5:21Speaker 6: to admit to paying for subscribers. I'm sorry, but when
- 5:28Speaker 6: you get over 30,000 subscribers in three months, and it's
- 5:34Speaker 6: not because of what you're doing, it's quite obvious to
- 5:39Speaker 6: me you're paying for subscribers. So just admit it, dude.
- 5:44Speaker 6: Be honest with your audience. It's time for you to
- 5:49Speaker 6: mea culpa and go ahead and admit what you're doing.
- 5:59Speaker 6: And everybody sees what you're doing. I mean, I don't know.
- 6:02Speaker 6: I mean, do you even have a job? Tim, you
- 6:07Speaker 6: say you have two kids and a job. How in
- 6:11Speaker 6: the hell do you find time To put a podcast out.
- 6:16Speaker 6: Every other day.
- 6:23Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 6:23Speaker 6: I mean it feels like you're trying to catch up.
- 6:28Speaker 6: Like you desperately want to. Pad those numbers. Those video numbers.
- 6:35Speaker 6: Those episode numbers. I don't know. Maybe that's just me
- 6:42Speaker 6: being an asshole.
- 6:43Speaker 5: But.
- 6:44Speaker 6: I digress. So anyway, because both of these MFers are
- 6:49Speaker 6: still on my radar, and, oh, Paul Blow was just
- 6:54Speaker 6: on that show again, I swear to God, you could
- 7:00Speaker 6: play a drinking game. If you want to play a
- 7:02Speaker 6: drinking game with yourself, go listen to Cyphered Past, episode 100,
- 7:09Speaker 6: with Paul Blow on there, and take a drink every
- 7:12Speaker 6: time you hear the words, org chart and regime change specialists. Okay?
- 7:23Speaker 6: You will be fucked up by the time that show
- 7:26Speaker 6: is over. I'm just telling you. Unbelievable. Unbelievable how many
- 7:35Speaker 6: times he says that. And again, my criticisms are fair. Look,
- 7:44Speaker 6: The CIA as an organization existed long before the Kennedy assassination,
- 7:49Speaker 6: and they've been around long after the Kennedy assassination. They
- 7:54Speaker 6: serve some kind of purpose and intelligence for this country.
- 8:02Speaker 6: Are they evil because they're secret? I don't know. That's
- 8:09Speaker 6: the mantra put on them. Is it a deserved title? Maybe.
- 8:23Speaker 6: But just because an organization who is based on doing
- 8:31Speaker 6: things clandestinely in the intelligence world, in secret, away from
- 8:40Speaker 6: the prying eyes of the public and foreign entities, does
- 8:46Speaker 6: not inherently make them an evil organization. Certainly they can
- 8:54Speaker 6: look suspect in some things, yes. But just because you
- 9:02Speaker 6: have a bunch of names on a chart of people
- 9:04Speaker 6: that had jobs, like legit jobs, doesn't make them culpable
- 9:13Speaker 6: in the Kennedy assassination. And I don't care how many
- 9:18Speaker 6: org charts you want to show me. Or how many
- 9:24Speaker 6: regime change specialists you want to point out to me.
- 9:30Speaker 6: And how many of these guys knew each other and
- 9:33Speaker 6: worked together. It's a job. You know how many guys
- 9:37Speaker 6: I know and work with together at my job? Does
- 9:41Speaker 6: that make us evil conspirators? I don't know. Maybe. But anyway,
- 9:52Speaker 6: I was listening to Paul's most recent appearance. And I
- 9:58Speaker 6: heard something. that greatly troubled me. Not really greatly troubled me,
- 10:11Speaker 6: but made me pause for a second. Because I had
- 10:21Speaker 6: an epiphany around that moment. And I've come to the
- 10:29Speaker 6: conclusion about what exactly Paul Blow is. It seems to me,
- 10:39Speaker 6: and I could be totally wrong, this is just my
- 10:43Speaker 6: personal opinion. Everybody has an opinion. And I've seen these
- 10:53Speaker 6: type of guys before. They're co-opters of other people's research.
- 11:02Speaker 6: They'll find something that appeals to them. And then they'll
- 11:07Speaker 6: go shout it to the rooftops like they done found
- 11:10Speaker 6: something out. However, it's something that's been out in the
- 11:18Speaker 6: community if you were to actually go and do a
- 11:21Speaker 6: little research and look. But Paul doesn't want to let
- 11:25Speaker 6: people do that. He feels it's his duty to bring
- 11:31Speaker 6: exposure to certain aspects of other people's research. And you
- 11:38Speaker 6: can kind of see it in an arc from the
- 11:41Speaker 6: time he came on the scene and aligned himself with
- 11:44Speaker 6: Jim DiEugenio and Black Op Radio where his big thing
- 11:53Speaker 6: was he had gone through all of Leno Sanic's Garrison
- 11:56Speaker 6: files and he put out all this stuff that had
- 12:01Speaker 6: already been out there for God knows how long and
- 12:07Speaker 6: all of that and then you see him kind of
- 12:12Speaker 6: arc towards Bill Simpich and his work State Secret and
- 12:17Speaker 6: the 12 who built the Oswald Legend and try to
- 12:27Speaker 6: write about the things in there from kind of his perspective. Again,
- 12:40Speaker 6: Simpich does great work. It's stuff that's been out there
- 12:42Speaker 6: for a while. And, you know, if somebody new to
- 12:46Speaker 6: the case stumbles across it, yeah, their minds are going
- 12:49Speaker 6: to be blown. They're going to have questions. They're going
- 12:54Speaker 6: to want to do research. And then you see him
- 13:00Speaker 6: hop on the Jefferson Morley train. And the Joe Anides thing.
- 13:04Speaker 6: And the Bill Harvey thing. And then he hops on
- 13:09Speaker 6: the Pepe letters thing. The black letters. The Pedro Charles letters.
- 13:17Speaker 6: That Simpich and Doug had done work on before. You
- 13:22Speaker 6: see what I'm getting at here, folks? In all of
- 13:26Speaker 6: the work that he's spouting out now, I would say
- 13:29Speaker 6: a lot of it belongs squarely to David Boylan. Now,
- 13:37Speaker 6: David's a good guy. I've had him on the show. Um,
- 13:43Speaker 6: and I'm sure he doesn't mind if Paul goes out
- 13:47Speaker 6: there and puts his stuff out there because, um, David
- 13:53Speaker 6: just doesn't care.
- 13:54Speaker 1: Right.
- 13:56Speaker 6: Um, He does his thing and he stays in his
- 13:58Speaker 6: lane and he keeps on driving down the road. It's when,
- 14:04Speaker 6: you know, he starts blowing people's minds because he's very
- 14:08Speaker 6: good at finding documents. He's very good at analyzing documents
- 14:12Speaker 6: when it comes to the Cuba stuff, the exiles and
- 14:14Speaker 6: the CIA. And then I heard Paul Blow say something.
- 14:26Speaker 6: On Cyphered Pass. And I'm going to play it for
- 14:27Speaker 6: you right now. Here you go. Allegedly. Maybe.
- 14:42Speaker 8: Hold on.
- 14:54Speaker 6: Let's try this again. Here we go. Take two. Pablo.
- 14:59Speaker 8: I'll give you a little heads up on something. The
- 15:04Speaker 8: Emerald had access to a boat. The boat was called
- 15:08Speaker 8: the Joanne. We have documents showing that the Joanne left
- 15:17Speaker 8: the Baltimore Harbor a week after the assassination with a
- 15:22Speaker 8: secret passenger list. that were kept under in the hall,
- 15:27Speaker 8: hidden from everyone. They included 10 people. And the Johan
- 15:33Speaker 8: ended up heading up.
- 15:35Speaker 6: And the word.
- 15:36Speaker 7: Exfiltration is used in describing. Think of it, exfiltration. Usually
- 15:43Speaker 7: you exfiltrate someone from an enemy territory. In this case,
- 15:48Speaker 7: CIA people are referring to exfiltration from the U.S.
- 15:53Speaker 6: Using the Johan. Was that a getaway for some of them?
- 15:59Speaker 6: It sounds like that. I heard that and I was like, boy,
- 16:07Speaker 6: I know I've heard that before. And I've heard it
- 16:11Speaker 6: on Doug's show when David Boylan was on there.
- 16:19Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 16:19Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 16:24Speaker 6: And that's fine if Paul wants to come out and
- 16:26Speaker 6: say that and try to blow people's minds. I'm going
- 16:28Speaker 6: to blow your mind, Tim. Did you know? Not one citation.
- 16:38Speaker 6: Not one reference. Given to Doug or David. This dude's
- 16:47Speaker 6: spouting shit out like he done found something. And he's
- 16:52Speaker 6: all too eager. To blow people's minds. So I let
- 17:02Speaker 6: Doug know about it. Because it's only right. So Doug
- 17:10Speaker 6: sends me an email exchange that he had with Paul
- 17:12Speaker 6: back in August of this year. And he says, I
- 17:16Speaker 6: think the point made in that episode regarding the way
- 17:18Speaker 6: documents are worded and that they are worded very deliberately.
- 17:22Speaker 6: The word exfiltration was scrutinized here. is a really good
- 17:26Speaker 6: point that could be applied analytically to documents across the board.
- 17:30Speaker 6: By the United States government's own definition, the word exfiltration
- 17:33Speaker 6: defines personnel being moved secretly from hostile territory after an operation.
- 17:39Speaker 6: And on November 22, 1963, they are describing this as
- 17:42Speaker 6: a black exfiltration. That it is described as such more
- 17:49Speaker 6: than once always gives me chills when I read the documents.
- 17:55Speaker 6: Paul answers, this interview that Doug had with David Boylan,
- 17:58Speaker 6: I am halfway through, shows a lot of depth, detail,
- 18:03Speaker 6: and thoughtful analysis. In 2019, my word, I am now
- 18:09Speaker 6: even more convinced that Fitzgerald was a bad guy and
- 18:12Speaker 6: helped fill some of the void caused by Harvey's departure
- 18:16Speaker 6: to Rome. Involved in memos about the exfiltration, there is
- 18:22Speaker 6: no way there is an am world involvement in the
- 18:26Speaker 6: assassination without him being involved at the very least he
- 18:31Speaker 6: could have easily figured things out one small comment they
- 18:35Speaker 6: are spoken of in the collective exfil trees i tend
- 18:41Speaker 6: to think that all nine were involved the other point
- 18:44Speaker 6: i would make is the first wave of pepe letters
- 18:46Speaker 6: this crucial find Has not reached the wider audience of researchers.
- 18:51Speaker 6: It deserves stand-alone exposure, in my opinion. Good job, guys.
- 18:59Speaker 6: Good job, guys. Yes. Good job, guys. So you see here,
- 19:11Speaker 6: even in Paul Blow's own words and his own email,
- 19:14Speaker 6: he says this crucial find has not reached the wider
- 19:17Speaker 6: audience of researchers. At some point, at some point, JFK
- 19:34Speaker 6: researchers who want to know things are going to expand
- 19:42Speaker 6: their horizons a little bit and start paying attention to
- 19:47Speaker 6: podcasts like the Dallas Action, like Quick Hits, like The
- 19:50Speaker 6: Lone Gunman to find out information. It's not like we
- 19:59Speaker 6: haven't talked about it before. It's not like it's out
- 20:02Speaker 6: there for free for anybody to go find and listen to.
- 20:08Speaker 6: It's your fault. That you haven't or you don't. That
- 20:15Speaker 6: means you're not doing your due diligence. Even when it
- 20:20Speaker 6: comes to the assassination. Even if you don't agree with
- 20:22Speaker 6: anything that I say or Doug says or anything like that.
- 20:27Speaker 6: You should always want to hear other people's viewpoints and
- 20:33Speaker 6: opinions first. and scenarios and presentations on documentary evidence. You know,
- 20:44Speaker 6: we're not some bullshit ciphered past show that comes out
- 20:48Speaker 6: here and tries to talk our way through an hour
- 20:52Speaker 6: and a half or two hours of nonsense. Both the
- 20:57Speaker 6: Dallas Action and the Lone Gumman and Quick Hits are
- 21:00Speaker 6: all document-based research podcasts. Which means that most of the
- 21:08Speaker 6: things that we present here to you guys come from
- 21:13Speaker 6: the documents, which are hard to refute because they never
- 21:20Speaker 6: thought that we would ever see them. Now, you can
- 21:25Speaker 6: sit here and say, well, those documents have been faked.
- 21:28Speaker 6: They've burned documents. They've thrown documents away.
- 21:30Speaker 5: Sure.
- 21:32Speaker 6: I'm sure they have. I'm sure they've destroyed documents. I'm
- 21:35Speaker 6: sure there's some that they're keeping from us. I'm sure
- 21:38Speaker 6: there's some that's been released but never digitized and aren't
- 21:41Speaker 6: online and nobody's ever found. Still sitting in the basement
- 21:45Speaker 6: of those archives at NARA. I'm sure of it. So
- 21:57Speaker 6: let's continue here. Let's pull that one down. And go here.
- 22:19Speaker 6: Paul Blow, one of the points discussed during our think
- 22:22Speaker 6: tanks that I am only beginning to fully grasp is
- 22:25Speaker 6: these strange movements of Lee Joanne. Good job on this.
- 22:30Speaker 6: And Doug says, welcome to the party, Paul. David and
- 22:34Speaker 6: I have been blowing that trumpet for seven years, trying
- 22:37Speaker 6: to get some awareness of MV Joanne stirred up. Back
- 22:42Speaker 6: when we did this episode, I found a Joanne that
- 22:45Speaker 6: was listed as burned and sank in 61, and we
- 22:49Speaker 6: wondered if it was the same boat. And then Doug
- 22:51Speaker 6: gives him the speaker link of the David Boylan interview
- 22:56Speaker 6: in which the Joanne was discussed. Great stuff, really. blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 23:08Speaker 6: So you see, it's not like Paul is not aware
- 23:12Speaker 6: where information comes from. He's fully aware. Yet he doesn't cite.
- 23:23Speaker 6: He doesn't reference. He doesn't give credit to those that
- 23:29Speaker 6: found Which he should be doing. I agree. It's important information.
- 23:46Speaker 6: It's interesting information. And it's your fault you don't listen
- 23:52Speaker 6: to the Dallas Action. Okay? I've been telling y'all for
- 23:55Speaker 6: years to listen to the Dallas Action. Because Doug does
- 24:01Speaker 6: fantastic work over there. And he only showcases the most
- 24:05Speaker 6: interesting guests. So.
- 24:11Speaker 6: I've done my due diligence. I've pointed y'all in the
- 24:13Speaker 6: right direction. If y'all choose not to listen to me
- 24:17Speaker 6: or not to listen to Doug, then that's your bad.
- 24:23Speaker 6: Your bad. Again, whether you agree or disagree with us
- 24:27Speaker 6: or our perspectives or our opinions, you can't argue with
- 24:33Speaker 6: the documents. Can't argue with the documents. Alright, so let's
- 24:43Speaker 6: continue with the drama from Cypher Past. Oh yeah, there's more. Apparently,
- 24:49Speaker 6: in episode 103, Tim had on a JFK Facebooker named
- 24:59Speaker 6: Will F. O'Halloran. A young man I've seen him around
- 25:10Speaker 6: Facebook for many years now. And when he came into
- 25:16Speaker 6: the JFK group scene some 10 years ago, you know,
- 25:21Speaker 6: he was young in high school and a lone nutter. Yep,
- 25:29Speaker 6: he was one of them. He was one of them.
- 25:32Speaker 6: But much like Matt Douthit, his buddy, who was a
- 25:37Speaker 6: lone nutter as well, has finally come around from the
- 25:40Speaker 6: dark side and seen the light. At some point in
- 25:45Speaker 6: their research journey, they had an epiphany. And they maybe
- 25:50Speaker 6: have heard one too many things that didn't quite make
- 25:53Speaker 6: sense to them. And they decided to dig a little
- 25:56Speaker 6: deeper than what they have been told and taught all
- 26:00Speaker 6: these years. And that's good. That's a good thing. That's
- 26:06Speaker 6: a good thing. But apparently he went on Cyphered Past
- 26:13Speaker 6: and called Fred Litwin mentally challenged. Now, he stopped short
- 26:18Speaker 6: of calling him retarded, which I'm guessing is a good thing.
- 26:23Speaker 6: But mentally challenged is still pretty brutal. And oh, don't
- 26:34Speaker 6: you know, Fred definitely had something to say about it.
- 26:40Speaker 6: So let's see what Fred had to say about it.
- 26:44Speaker 6: So over on his blog, onthetrailofdelusion.com, Fred said, I guess
- 26:51Speaker 6: I am mentally challenged. In the latest edition of Ciphered Past,
- 26:56Speaker 6: a conspiracy podcast, has a guest claiming that I am
- 26:59Speaker 6: mentally challenged. Then the host accused both Gerald Posner and
- 27:03Speaker 6: me of doing what we do for money. And he
- 27:08Speaker 6: goes through here and list all the things. Let's see.
- 27:19Speaker 6: Right here. Conspiracy theorists just cannot accept that some people
- 27:23Speaker 6: believe that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone gunman. In
- 27:26Speaker 6: this case, it's my ignorance or the fact that I
- 27:28Speaker 6: may be mentally challenged. The other reason often used is money.
- 27:34Speaker 6: Here's the second excerpt. And he gives the excerpts. One
- 27:39Speaker 6: thing I can say about Fred is he has receipts. Now,
- 27:45Speaker 6: one thing I didn't see because Tim's a pussy and
- 27:50Speaker 6: blocked me on X because I called him out for
- 27:54Speaker 6: paying for subscribers. But I'm the bad guy. So he
- 27:58Speaker 6: blocks me. So I can't see what he talks about
- 28:01Speaker 6: on there. So Fred was nice enough to post it
- 28:05Speaker 6: from their discussion on X. Now this does go back
- 28:08Speaker 6: to April. Full disclosure here. And basically, Fred says, I
- 28:15Speaker 6: will do it if you give me one episode on
- 28:17Speaker 6: your podcast dedicated to me. He's had one in the past,
- 28:24Speaker 6: and so let me be your guest for a full podcast,
- 28:26Speaker 6: and then we can debate. Sure, let's do it, but
- 28:29Speaker 6: don't attack me or Eli for having a different opinion.
- 28:33Speaker 6: If your job is to slander us because we don't
- 28:35Speaker 6: agree with your belief, then we won't have you on.
- 28:39Speaker 6: Fred says, already ground rules before I appear. I'm happy
- 28:42Speaker 6: to appear, but with no ground rules. You just have
- 28:46Speaker 6: to be respectful to others, Tim says. And Fred says,
- 28:49Speaker 6: I'm always respectful. Yes, you are, Tim says, and well-respected.
- 28:55Speaker 6: I don't think it's necessary for you to come on
- 28:57Speaker 6: a solo show before you talk with David Josephs, though.
- 29:01Speaker 6: You already said prior that you'd be willing to come on,
- 29:04Speaker 6: so there should be no issues. Fred says, I won't
- 29:07Speaker 6: debate unless I have a dedicated show. Joseph's had one
- 29:10Speaker 6: to express to his views. Once we do that, we
- 29:13Speaker 6: can schedule a debate. Still waiting. Fred, if you aren't
- 29:18Speaker 6: willing to come on and do an open forum with
- 29:21Speaker 6: us and respected researcher David Joseph's JFK, then I don't
- 29:24Speaker 6: think that we should have you on for a standalone episode.
- 29:28Speaker 6: What's the point? It's our show, not yours, and you
- 29:31Speaker 6: don't call any shots. Fred said, well, it's up to you.
- 29:36Speaker 6: You've had him on an earlier show, and so your
- 29:37Speaker 6: viewers already know what he's about. If you want. me
- 29:40Speaker 6: to debate, then show me the same courtesy and do
- 29:43Speaker 6: a standalone show with me. It's your call. If you
- 29:47Speaker 6: do this episode with David, we'll get you a standalone
- 29:49Speaker 6: episode afterwards. Scout's honor. Scout's honor. No one is out
- 29:56Speaker 6: to attack you. It's a healthy debate. Fred says, nope, sorry.
- 30:02Speaker 6: And he says, as you can see, he had first
- 30:04Speaker 6: agreed to my proposition, then he backed out. Then he
- 30:07Speaker 6: tweeted this. If you can't go on a show to
- 30:10Speaker 6: debate your stance, what does that say about you? You
- 30:13Speaker 6: aren't a critical thinker. Well, one can say the same
- 30:17Speaker 6: thing about.
- 30:18Speaker 9: You, Tim.
- 30:19Speaker 6: Because I guarantee you, I guarantee you, if you had
- 30:24Speaker 6: Fred on your show with just you, He would eat
- 30:30Speaker 6: you for lunch. He would send you running back to
- 30:35Speaker 6: your bedroom crying because he would expose you for the
- 30:44Speaker 6: JFK researcher you think you are. And I'm not speaking
- 30:54Speaker 6: out of school here, folks, because no. I wouldn't do that.
- 31:02Speaker 6: Tim describes himself in exactly that way. Have a listen.
- 31:14Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 31:15Speaker 10: I really don't know everything when it comes to this case.
- 31:17Speaker 10: As a matter of fact, I don't claim to really
- 31:19Speaker 10: know anything. I just know what I've been told from
- 31:22Speaker 10: different researchers, the stuff that I've... He just told you.
- 31:28Speaker 6: I don't really know anything. I just know what I've
- 31:31Speaker 6: been told by other researchers, and I read a book.
- 31:39Speaker 6: I mean, you just had a guy on your show
- 31:41Speaker 6: who's in some Facebook groups. Hey, anybody out there that's
- 31:49Speaker 6: read a book on JFK, or if you've commented in
- 31:54Speaker 6: a Facebook group, We'd love to have you as a
- 31:58Speaker 6: guest on the show. What the actual fuck is that?
- 32:08Speaker 6: And I like Willie. But listening to that 55-minute interview,
- 32:14Speaker 6: I didn't come away with anything that I didn't already
- 32:21Speaker 6: believe or know or raise an eyebrow at, as it
- 32:26Speaker 6: was said But back to this, because Tim says something else.
- 32:39Speaker 6: There we have it, people. The great Fred Litwin won't
- 32:41Speaker 6: come on because he can't debate David Josephs. That's what
- 32:45Speaker 6: we have with the lone gunman leaders. You would think
- 32:47Speaker 6: if you were confident in your argument, you would do
- 32:50Speaker 6: any for him. Tim doesn't want to have Fred Litwin
- 32:59Speaker 6: on the show by himself because he knows that Litwin
- 33:08Speaker 6: would eat him for lunch and spit him out for dinner.
- 33:12Speaker 6: He needs to have David Josephs there to actually do
- 33:18Speaker 6: the dirty work and go head-to-head with Litwin on things.
- 33:21Speaker 6: Because Tim doesn't have the facilities... Or the articulation to
- 33:26Speaker 6: be able to even try to argue with Fred about anything.
- 33:33Speaker 6: Now what he says next really pissed me off. My
- 33:37Speaker 6: mission as a content creator is to humiliate those who
- 33:41Speaker 6: feel that they are bigger than our show. If that
- 33:48Speaker 6: doesn't tell you all you need to know about Tim Gardner...
- 33:52Speaker 6: of the Cyphered Past podcast, then I don't know what
- 33:56Speaker 6: to tell you. My mission as a content creator is
- 34:00Speaker 6: to humiliate those who feel that they're bigger than our show.
- 34:05Speaker 6: I guess I'm on that list too. Good luck. Good luck.
- 34:15Speaker 6: You can't make this shit up, folks. But I'm the
- 34:17Speaker 6: bad guy. Right?
- 34:19Speaker 1: Right?
- 34:21Speaker 6: That would be like me getting on here and saying,
- 34:22Speaker 6: the only reason I do the Lone Government Podcast is
- 34:25Speaker 6: just to humiliate those who don't like the show. Unbelievable. Un-effin-believable.
- 34:46Speaker 6: But back to Willie for a second. Good old Willie.
- 34:52Speaker 6: Let me add this in here. And then I'm going
- 34:55Speaker 6: to drop it. I promise. Uh-oh. There we go. Here
- 35:10Speaker 6: is young Willie.
- 35:12Speaker 9: I think the obvious answer for that is Kennedy's political enemies,
- 35:16Speaker 9: you know, domestically entirely. I don't think there was any,
- 35:19Speaker 9: and I don't think there is any evidence of, you know,
- 35:22Speaker 9: involvement from Cuba or Russia or Israel or any of
- 35:25Speaker 9: that because I don't think they had any motivation or means.
- 35:35Speaker 6: Cuba didn't have a motive to want Kennedy dead. Is
- 35:39Speaker 6: that what you're saying, Willie? I think that's what I
- 35:42Speaker 6: heard him say. Could have swore that's what he said.
- 35:47Speaker 6: I mean, forget the whole Bay of Pig thing. Forget
- 35:52Speaker 6: the whole Cuban Missile Crisis. Forget the whole trying to
- 35:56Speaker 6: kill Castro. But they didn't have a reason to want
- 36:01Speaker 6: Kennedy dead. Yeah, that's cute. That's cute. Oh, what the hell?
- 36:15Speaker 3: One more.
- 36:17Speaker 6: I did work so hard to clip all this shit.
- 36:23Speaker 6: One more, I promise, and then I'll stop. Because, you know,
- 36:28Speaker 6: it's the only reason I have this rambling is to
- 36:31Speaker 6: just humiliate those who feel that they are bigger than
- 36:35Speaker 6: my show. What's going on here? All right, well, we're
- 36:52Speaker 6: not going to hear that one. For some reason, that
- 36:54Speaker 6: file is extremely large. That's what she said. Maybe we
- 37:06Speaker 6: can do it another way. Let's see. For the first
- 37:20Speaker 6: couple of years, Okay, here we go. We'll do it
- 37:26Speaker 6: another way, folks. Share screen. With audio. Here's Young Willie
- 37:42Speaker 6: opining some more.
- 37:49Speaker 9: My research, I was in that camp, you know, the
- 37:52Speaker 9: kinds of people who believe some of the more out
- 37:54Speaker 9: there crazy theories, but that's because when I started my research,
- 37:57Speaker 9: I was kind of, you know, immature in my teen
- 37:59Speaker 9: years and kind of just blindly went along with some
- 38:02Speaker 9: of those. But now after doing it for over a decade,
- 38:06Speaker 9: I've kind of started to take a step back and
- 38:09Speaker 9: look at the case a little bit more objectively, you know, with,
- 38:13Speaker 9: with a sense of logic and Yeah, that side of
- 38:17Speaker 9: the fence I don't really agree with. Unfortunately, the problem
- 38:21Speaker 9: with those kinds of people is that the media and
- 38:25Speaker 9: the loaners kind of lump us in with those kinds
- 38:29Speaker 9: of people. And my problem with them is that they
- 38:31Speaker 9: don't really look at the evidence of the facts with
- 38:34Speaker 9: a sense of rationality and objectivity. You know, they kind
- 38:37Speaker 9: of just go with whatever they hear and passively accept it,
- 38:41Speaker 9: as do the lone nutters. I think that's the number
- 38:44Speaker 9: one trait that both of them have in common.
- 38:56Speaker 6: Sure. Some are guilty of that. Sure. But I guarantee you,
- 39:06Speaker 6: The one that you won't debate is not guilty of that.
- 39:11Speaker 6: Fred is very document-based in his research. Fred has been
- 39:19Speaker 6: to NARA. Several times, actually. As has Sean DeGrillo. As
- 39:31Speaker 6: has Bill Brown. A lot of these lone nutters just
- 39:39Speaker 6: have a different way of interpreting and looking at the evidence.
- 39:43Speaker 6: We can all agree that the documents say what they say.
- 39:46Speaker 6: We can all agree on certain things. It's just our
- 39:51Speaker 6: analysis of the evidence is different. And that's okay. It's okay.
- 40:01Speaker 6: But I digress. I guarantee you Tim will never have
- 40:10Speaker 6: Fred Lipman on his show. Ever. Because he's too scared.
- 40:18Speaker 6: There's just no way. Poor Willie, man. I mean, there
- 40:31Speaker 6: was some kickback about what he said calling Fred Litwin
- 40:36Speaker 6: mentally challenged. So, old Willie had to get on Facebook
- 40:42Speaker 6: and do a mea culpa. Here you go. We're not
- 40:48Speaker 6: going to listen to the whole 11 and 11 minute
- 40:51Speaker 6: and 50 second apology but at least we'll get a
- 40:55Speaker 6: little uh oh where's the audio alright.
- 41:05Speaker 9: Here we go so as some of you probably saw
- 41:08Speaker 9: earlier this week I appeared on Tim Gardner's podcast Cyphered
- 41:12Speaker 9: Past to talk about the assassination and the current state
- 41:16Speaker 9: of it particularly with the pro and anti-conspiracy people and
- 41:22Speaker 9: how both of them on both sides are guilty of
- 41:28Speaker 9: ignorance and misinformation especially the anti-conspiracy or lone nutter side
- 41:36Speaker 9: and how they just refuse to accept and continue to
- 41:41Speaker 9: deny the issues with the official story and don't acknowledge
- 41:47Speaker 9: the problems with it whenever we, on the pro-conspiracy side,
- 41:52Speaker 9: debate them. And I said that it makes one wonder
- 41:57Speaker 9: if it's willful ignorance on their part or them being
- 42:00Speaker 9: mentally challenged. And just yesterday, anti-conspiracy author Fred Litwin decided
- 42:10Speaker 9: to write a brief post on his website attacking me
- 42:15Speaker 9: and essentially calling me you know, immature for using that word,
- 42:22Speaker 9: and unfortunately, yes, and yes, I admit I should not
- 42:31Speaker 9: have used that term. It was definitely immature of me,
- 42:36Speaker 9: and obviously, it's, you know, offensive, derogatory term, and particularly,
- 42:43Speaker 9: you know.
- 42:51Speaker 6: So there you have it the mea culpa the mea
- 42:56Speaker 6: culpa moment from young Will and like I said dude
- 42:59Speaker 6: I like Will but that that was a wasted hour
- 43:06Speaker 6: of your time Will to go on that show is
- 43:09Speaker 6: all I'm saying wasted it's an hour you never get
- 43:13Speaker 6: back it's an hour I'll never get back and uh
- 43:17Speaker 6: people out there don't bother either All right. Let's take
- 43:32Speaker 6: a look at something else here. Let's talk about some
- 43:35Speaker 6: actual research. Document-based research. It's hard to argue with, folks.
- 43:45Speaker 6: And again, I think.
- 43:49Speaker 6: Will's a young guy. He'll eventually realize that it's not
- 43:56Speaker 6: a disease to be a lone nutter. He just doesn't
- 44:01Speaker 6: understand why some people think this way yet. Now there's
- 44:11Speaker 6: a reason that he thought this way because he was
- 44:14Speaker 6: young and naive. He doesn't understand how grown-ass people still
- 44:19Speaker 6: believe in the lone nut theory, or the Oswald did
- 44:26Speaker 6: it theory, or the Warren Commission got it right theory.
- 44:30Speaker 6: There's a lot of subsects, if you will, to a
- 44:34Speaker 6: lot of theories. And Willie himself even makes the proclamation
- 44:41Speaker 6: that he thinks Oswald was involved in a conspiracy. He
- 44:48Speaker 6: made that admission on the show. He says Oswald wasn't
- 44:53Speaker 6: up on the sixth floor pulling a trigger, but he
- 44:57Speaker 6: was involved in a conspiracy to kill Kennedy. You can
- 45:04Speaker 6: have it both ways. There are folks, conspiracy theorists, who
- 45:08Speaker 6: believe that Oswald wasn't guilty at all. He had no
- 45:15Speaker 6: culpability whatsoever in it. He was a dupe. He was
- 45:17Speaker 6: set up. He was a patsy. He was what he
- 45:20Speaker 6: says he was. And that's it. There are some people
- 45:25Speaker 6: out there that said, well, maybe Oswald had some foreknowledge
- 45:28Speaker 6: that something was going to happen. Didn't do anything to
- 45:31Speaker 6: stop it. Or maybe he knew about the conspiracy, pretended
- 45:36Speaker 6: to go along with it. or actually went along with it,
- 45:39Speaker 6: and maybe his part wasn't to be up on the
- 45:41Speaker 6: sixth floor shooting, but maybe his part was to plant
- 45:44Speaker 6: evidence pointing at a pro-Castro imaginary guy that he had created.
- 45:54Speaker 6: You know, I think it's pretty naive, and most loan
- 45:57Speaker 6: nutters you talk to will tell you that the Warren
- 46:00Speaker 6: Commission didn't get it all right.
- 46:02Speaker 10: Okay?
- 46:02Speaker 1: Okay.
- 46:06Speaker 6: They came up with many conclusions. It wasn't just one
- 46:09Speaker 6: that Oswald was guilty of the crime, but there was
- 46:12Speaker 6: a lot of conclusions made along the way to ultimately
- 46:17Speaker 6: get to that conclusion that Oswald was culpable and guilty
- 46:20Speaker 6: of the crime. And if you actually take the time
- 46:25Speaker 6: to talk to some of these lone nutters, like I do,
- 46:31Speaker 6: because I love to be challenged on my belief in
- 46:34Speaker 6: the evidence. That is how you grow as a researcher.
- 46:41Speaker 6: I want to have to stop and think twice about things.
- 46:45Speaker 6: Have I been believing something wrong all these years? Because
- 46:49Speaker 6: it can influence how you ultimately come to your end
- 46:53Speaker 6: conclusion about what happened in this case. It's not just
- 46:57Speaker 6: a one thing and that's it type of conclusion. You
- 47:03Speaker 6: have to take in a plethora of information and evidence
- 47:11Speaker 6: and somehow figure out in your mind what makes sense
- 47:14Speaker 6: to you. What's the most logical thing? What's Occam's razor here?
- 47:20Speaker 6: What's obviously wrong here? What's obviously right here? And go
- 47:28Speaker 6: through all the scenarios and come to a conclusion. based
- 47:35Speaker 6: on everything that you know, not just part of what
- 47:38Speaker 6: you know, everything that you know. Because if one thing
- 47:43Speaker 6: interferes or directly contradicts your beliefs on something else, then
- 47:52Speaker 6: that one thing is enough to throw everything else off,
- 47:58Speaker 6: to challenge every other belief that you may hold. And
- 48:05Speaker 6: that is what we try and do. The lone nutters
- 48:10Speaker 6: try to do it to us. We try to do
- 48:11Speaker 6: it to the lone nutters. You know, you think you
- 48:15Speaker 6: have some bulletproof, airtight evidence of Oswald's innocence or guilt.
- 48:23Speaker 6: And you say, look, based on this, this makes the
- 48:27Speaker 6: most sense. And this is where we can either agree
- 48:32Speaker 6: or disagree. It's not rocket science. Oops. Although some people
- 48:40Speaker 6: think it is. And you don't have to be dicks
- 48:44Speaker 6: about it. You know? You don't have to be dicks
- 48:47Speaker 6: about it. What is this? Canvas. I don't know what
- 48:56Speaker 6: that is. Well, let's take a look at this. So
- 49:07Speaker 6: I came across a document that I hadn't seen before
- 49:09Speaker 6: in a file of about 250 documents. And it's just called.
- 49:21Speaker 6: What is it called? Lots of Miscellaneous PDF. I don't
- 49:24Speaker 6: know where I got it. Or why I have it.
- 49:28Speaker 6: But I have it. And I was looking through it. And...
- 49:36Speaker 6: This is a memo to the director of the FBI
- 49:39Speaker 6: from the special agent in charge of Dallas pertaining to
- 49:42Speaker 6: the assassination of President Kennedy. Now, this information didn't come
- 49:50Speaker 6: out in the 60s. It came out in the 70s.
- 49:57Speaker 6: Enclosed herewith for the Bureau is an original and three
- 50:00Speaker 6: copies of an LHM dated and captioned as above. Enclosed
- 50:05Speaker 6: for New Orleans are two copies of the same. New
- 50:10Speaker 6: Orleans will review indices concerning Max Allen Long, a.k.a. Maxie Long,
- 50:16Speaker 6: a white male, January 25, 1919. Identifiable files and references
- 50:22Speaker 6: should be summarized and submitted for the information of the
- 50:25Speaker 6: Bureau and Dallas by LHM. So, We're in the middle
- 50:36Speaker 6: of the HSCA investigation. This is an FBI document dated
- 50:41Speaker 6: August 24th, 1977 concerning the assassination of John F. Kennedy.
- 50:47Speaker 6: On August 24th, Lieutenant James Hobbs, old Jimmy Hobbs, Intelligence
- 50:53Speaker 6: Division of Dallas, Texas Police Department furnished a copy of
- 50:56Speaker 6: the attached intelligence report dated August 10th to Special Agent
- 51:01Speaker 6: Udo Specht. FBI, Dallas, Texas. I like that name. Udo Specht.
- 51:08Speaker 6: Lieutenant Hobbs authorized the dissemination of the report as well
- 51:13Speaker 6: as the information he is furnishing to the DOJ or
- 51:16Speaker 6: to any other appropriate investigative agency. Lieutenant Hobbs advised the
- 51:21Speaker 6: information contained in the intelligence report concerning Max Allen Long
- 51:24Speaker 6: came from a police department source who he did not identify.
- 51:30Speaker 6: Lieutenant Hobbs advised that the source also stated that Long
- 51:33Speaker 6: told the source that Lee Harvey Oswald was on his
- 51:37Speaker 6: way to 324 East 10th Street after the assassination of
- 51:42Speaker 6: President Kennedy. Long told the source that 324 East 10th
- 51:48Speaker 6: Street was supposed to have been a safe house for
- 51:51Speaker 6: Oswald to go to. Long advised the source that by
- 51:55Speaker 6: letting Oswald come to this house located at 324 East
- 51:57Speaker 6: 10th Street, In Dallas, this was supposed to wipe out
- 52:02Speaker 6: an unspecific debt that Long had with some people in
- 52:06Speaker 6: New Orleans. Not named. Lieutenant Hobbs pointed out that Dallas
- 52:13Speaker 6: police officer Tippett was killed in the 400 block of
- 52:16Speaker 6: East 10th Street. Hobbs advised that he has reviewed the
- 52:20Speaker 6: Dallas Police Department offense report concerning the officer Tippett killing.
- 52:26Speaker 6: And the offense report reflects... Redacted. This document contains neither
- 52:34Speaker 6: recommendations nor conclusions of the FBI. It is the property
- 52:37Speaker 6: of the FBI and is loaned to your agency. It
- 52:40Speaker 6: and its contents are not to be distributed outside your agency. Now,
- 52:45Speaker 6: there is something attached here. That Lee Harvey Oswald was
- 52:52Speaker 6: walking west on East 10th Street which would have been
- 52:57Speaker 6: in the direction of the 324 East 10th Street address.
- 53:03Speaker 6: The records of the Dallas FBI office reflect no information
- 53:08Speaker 6: identifiable with Max Allen Long, also known as Maxie Long. Now,
- 53:18Speaker 6: this is a Dallas Police Department Intelligence Division report, subject
- 53:22Speaker 6: Max Allen Long. Born 1-25-19 on August 10th, 77, submitted
- 53:29Speaker 6: by Stevens. Their source is Confidential Informant 167. Again, we
- 53:35Speaker 6: don't know who the informant was. Subject has a criminal
- 53:40Speaker 6: arrest record that dates back to 1945. Subject lives at
- 53:45Speaker 6: 324 East 10th Street with his mommy, Mrs. Bessie Long.
- 53:50Speaker 6: Source stated that at one time, Long was a rated boxer.
- 53:54Speaker 6: And after his fighting career, he operated a motel bar
- 53:56Speaker 6: type of business in New Orleans. Source stated that Long
- 54:00Speaker 6: appeared to have a great deal of money during this time,
- 54:02Speaker 6: but has fallen on hard times due to marital problems.
- 54:08Speaker 6: I hear you, Max. That'll do it. Source stated that
- 54:11Speaker 6: he has known Long for a long period of time.
- 54:14Speaker 6: Source stated that he is fairly close to Long and
- 54:16Speaker 6: Long has confided in him on several occasions. Source stated
- 54:21Speaker 6: that he was at Long's house and they were drinking.
- 54:22Speaker 6: They were getting fucked up. Source stated Long was intoxicated,
- 54:27Speaker 6: but not extremely drunk. Source stated they began talking about
- 54:31Speaker 6: the assassination of Kennedy, and Long related the following story.
- 54:36Speaker 6: Source stated that Long told him that the club he
- 54:38Speaker 6: operated in New Orleans was backed by one Clay Shaw.
- 54:42Speaker 6: Shaw was a central figure in the Jim Garrison probe
- 54:45Speaker 6: in New Orleans. Long also told the source that he
- 54:48Speaker 6: knew Lee Harvey Oswald and that Oswald spent several nights
- 54:51Speaker 6: in an apartment or hotel over where Long was living
- 54:55Speaker 6: in New Orleans before the assassination. Source stated that Long
- 54:59Speaker 6: showed him several photographs. Source stated one of the photographs
- 55:03Speaker 6: was a picture of three men. Source stated that Long
- 55:06Speaker 6: identified the three men as being Clay Shaw, himself, and
- 55:10Speaker 6: David Ferry, all in the same picture. Source stated another
- 55:14Speaker 6: photograph was a picture of Long and two persons who
- 55:17Speaker 6: Long identified as being Jack Ruby and Lee Harvey Oswald.
- 55:22Speaker 6: Source stated a third photograph was a picture of Long
- 55:25Speaker 6: and two persons identified by Long as being Clay Shaw
- 55:28Speaker 6: and Lee Harvey Oswald. Source stated that Long keeps the
- 55:32Speaker 6: pictures in a cardboard beer box in the living room,
- 55:36Speaker 6: as one does with important shit. Source stated that he
- 55:40Speaker 6: knew Jack Ruby. and was able to identify him, but
- 55:43Speaker 6: he was not sure on the identification of Clay Shaw,
- 55:46Speaker 6: David Ferry, and Lee Harvey Oswald. Source stated the pictures
- 55:50Speaker 6: are black and white and poor quality. Source stated Long
- 55:54Speaker 6: told him that the FBI had harassed him on numerous
- 55:56Speaker 6: occasions when he was in New Orleans, and at one
- 55:59Speaker 6: time they had taken several photographs away from him. Source
- 56:04Speaker 6: stated Long told him that he'd refused to tell the
- 56:06Speaker 6: FBI anything of importance. I ain't telling them shit! So,
- 56:20Speaker 6: interesting if true, love to see them three pictures in
- 56:28Speaker 6: that cardboard beer box in that dude's living room. I
- 56:35Speaker 6: don't know if they ever followed up on this or
- 56:38Speaker 6: ran long down and asked to see these pictures or anything,
- 56:42Speaker 6: but One would think that they would have, just don't
- 56:48Speaker 6: have the documents. Damn it. Gosh, damn it. So, let's
- 56:58Speaker 6: see where 324 East 10th Street would be, shall we?
- 57:12Speaker 6: All right, here we are, deep inside Google Maps. And yes, folks,
- 57:17Speaker 6: this X on the ground here, painted by Matt Douthit,
- 57:21Speaker 6: is on East 10th Street and the location of where
- 57:25Speaker 6: Officer J.D. Tippett lost his life on November 22nd, 1963. Now,
- 57:31Speaker 6: of course, this street does not look the same as
- 57:35Speaker 6: it did back then. Lots of houses have been knocked
- 57:39Speaker 6: down and rebuilt differently. At least on this side of
- 57:43Speaker 6: the street. That's probably an original OG house. We can
- 57:51Speaker 6: go back down the street here a little bit. That
- 57:53Speaker 6: looks some kind of newer. Maybe built a little on older.
- 57:57Speaker 6: I don't know. I don't know why it's blurry here.
- 58:01Speaker 6: I don't know what they don't want us to see.
- 58:02Speaker 6: What the man don't want us to see. Look, there's
- 58:06Speaker 6: an empty lot where a house used to sit. Bunch
- 58:08Speaker 6: of shit on the sidewalk. And if you go down
- 58:13Speaker 6: to the corner here. Again, I don't know why this
- 58:19Speaker 6: house is blurred out. But that's probably an original house
- 58:24Speaker 6: right here on the corner. Can't see this house because
- 58:29Speaker 6: it's blurred out. But if you go down here to
- 58:31Speaker 6: the corner. We are at the corner of 10th and Denver.
- 58:37Speaker 6: Right here.
- 58:38Speaker 1: Now.
- 58:42Speaker 6: If we were to go around the corner and go
- 58:47Speaker 6: down Denver, there is what used to be a Greyhound
- 58:58Speaker 6: bus station. It is now the Tornado Bus Company. Likely
- 59:07Speaker 6: some kind of a Mexican thing. bus company because it's
- 59:12Speaker 6: in Texas and there's lots of people wanting to take
- 59:16Speaker 6: buses back to Mexico because they don't drive. But a
- 59:23Speaker 6: lot of people speculate that Oswald had came from to
- 59:30Speaker 6: this here bus station to try to get out of
- 59:36Speaker 6: town and either they were closed or didn't have anything
- 59:44Speaker 6: immediately available so he walks down the street here to
- 59:54Speaker 6: 10th street and hangs a left And starts walking down
- 59:59Speaker 6: the street here on the sidewalk. When Officer J.D. Tippett
- 1:00:08Speaker 6: comes up on him. Right about here. Again, I think
- 1:00:15Speaker 6: Tippett is traveling this way and Oswald is walking this way. Allegedly.
- 1:00:29Speaker 6: So again this is 408 East 10th Street. We're looking
- 1:00:36Speaker 6: for 324. This is 404. 411. Now of course this
- 1:00:49Speaker 6: does not look like it did back then. This whole
- 1:00:53Speaker 6: entire street was taken out. We have the Officer Tippett
- 1:01:01Speaker 6: plaque right here there's some tennis courts that they built
- 1:01:08Speaker 6: I don't know if this is a construction company it
- 1:01:11Speaker 6: looks like it over here but if you come over
- 1:01:20Speaker 6: here this is where it put me When I went
- 1:01:31Speaker 6: looking for 324 East 10th Street. There's no more houses
- 1:01:37Speaker 6: down this way. The street's been stopped right here at
- 1:01:41Speaker 6: this fence. It appears to be a school. Has co-opted
- 1:01:45Speaker 6: all of the grounds, if you will. This has razor
- 1:01:51Speaker 6: wire on top of it. Looks designed to keep somebody
- 1:01:58Speaker 6: in or out. Don't know what's going on there. And
- 1:02:06Speaker 6: then this is Patton Street where Oswald allegedly ran down
- 1:02:17Speaker 6: cut up this alley here ran over this way Did
- 1:02:26Speaker 6: he cut up this way? He may have cut up here.
- 1:02:44Speaker 6: And then, allegedly... Did he stay in the alley longer?
- 1:02:53Speaker 6: I'm not sure. But anyway, ran down here. Past the O'Reillys.
- 1:03:17Speaker 6: Past the Hardy Shoe Store. And then finally ending up
- 1:03:27Speaker 6: here at the Texas Theater. Allegedly. So what can we
- 1:03:41Speaker 6: make of that? I don't know. It's interesting. I had
- 1:03:44Speaker 6: never heard it before. Maybe some more research needs to
- 1:03:48Speaker 6: be done into Max Long and his alleged New Orleans
- 1:03:52Speaker 6: connections with Clay Shaw and all of that. An interesting story.
- 1:03:59Speaker 6: Either way. But probably all it is, a story. A story. Anyway,
- 1:04:06Speaker 6: That's some random research ramblings about your weekly drama report
- 1:04:13Speaker 6: from the Triple B. I'm sure there'll be more to
- 1:04:17Speaker 6: come at a later date. There was a little fuckery
- 1:04:24Speaker 6: going on with the live show Friday night. As soon
- 1:04:28Speaker 6: as it got done. I mean, immediately. Immediately. after the
- 1:04:35Speaker 6: live ended, I got dinged with a copyright claim for
- 1:04:43Speaker 6: both the Lauren Hall interviews that I had in there,
- 1:04:45Speaker 6: the one on video and the one on audio. And
- 1:04:48Speaker 6: it was dinged by Killing Oswald, the Shane O'Sullivan documentary,
- 1:04:54Speaker 6: and the company behind it called E2. Now, Doug took
- 1:05:02Speaker 6: mighty offense to this happening. and decided to email Mr.
- 1:05:06Speaker 6: Shane O'Sullivan, uh, thankfully on, on my behalf and call
- 1:05:12Speaker 6: him out for it because I literally showed no parts
- 1:05:18Speaker 6: of the documentary. It was just the Lauren Hall random
- 1:05:23Speaker 6: interview and a snippet from a phone call with AJ
- 1:05:26Speaker 6: Weberman that has, can't really be sourced back to killing
- 1:05:31Speaker 6: Oswald and neither can the interview. It's in many different
- 1:05:34Speaker 6: places other than in this guy's Shane O'Sullivan's documentary. Um,
- 1:05:41Speaker 6: but for it happened to that, for it to happen
- 1:05:44Speaker 6: that quick, uh, obviously either somebody was watching and tipped
- 1:05:52Speaker 6: him off or he was watching and, and, uh, filed
- 1:05:55Speaker 6: a claim. It was almost immediately after the live was done.
- 1:05:59Speaker 6: And for those of you who don't know how it works,
- 1:06:01Speaker 6: so once a live is done, it gets processed into
- 1:06:06Speaker 6: a VOD, video on demand. A VOD. It's what the
- 1:06:11Speaker 6: industry insiders call it, a VOD. You know, and then
- 1:06:17Speaker 6: it takes a little time for the web crawlers, the
- 1:06:21Speaker 6: scrapers of YouTube to analyze a video for copyright claims.
- 1:06:35Speaker 6: Sometimes it can take months, weeks, sometimes even years. Like
- 1:06:39Speaker 6: I'll get a copyright claim for something that, for a
- 1:06:42Speaker 6: video that I've had up for like 10 years. Then
- 1:06:45Speaker 6: all of a sudden one day I'll just get it
- 1:06:47Speaker 6: out of the blue. Like really? Really? But, uh, You know,
- 1:06:57Speaker 6: what are you going to do, man? What are you
- 1:06:59Speaker 6: going to do? Anyway, that's it for me. Y'all have
- 1:07:06Speaker 6: a great week, and I'll see you soon for a
- 1:07:08Speaker 6: book review. Gosh damn it. Until then, keep reaching for
- 1:07:17Speaker 6: the stars, and don't call people mentally challenged. For Christ's sake.
- 1:07:37Speaker 3: Hey there, pull up a chair Rob's got a question
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: to share Started with a last red card and a
- 1:07:54Speaker 3: note and a note and a margin thin. Then a
- 1:07:57Speaker 3: side road turned to three more roads and here we
- 1:08:00Speaker 3: go again.
- 1:08:01Speaker 4: A photograph, a witness, a date that doesn't quite align.

- 1:08:40Speaker 1: Rob's got a theory, but he's checking them out. No
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: final answers, just a notebook and a grin.
- 1:08:49Speaker 5: Tooling for the question.
- 1:08:53Speaker 2: And the rabbit hole within. Random research ramblings with Rob.
