- 0:00You may be rejected or even mistreated by people today.
- 0:04That doesn't mean your life is worthless.
- 0:07God may use that rejection for His own glory.
- 0:11And at the end, your life will become a symbol that will not be
- 0:15forgotten in generation to come. And while those who had it easy,
- 0:20those who were loved, those who had exceptional life, maybe
- 0:25among your contemporaries may eventually amount not doing
- 0:28anything significance that will translate to generations.
- 0:33And we have such examples even in the Scriptures.
- 0:36When you are looking at the critical space of Jacob, you
- 0:40know, he labeled for 14 years, 77 each for each of the
- 0:43daughters of Lebanon, and one was Leah and the other one was
- 0:48Rachel. Rachel was his beloved.
- 0:51He loved her so much, which eventually we saw how that they
- 0:56gave birth. But do you realize that despite
- 0:59everything that Leah did, Jacob never really loved her tea, the
- 1:03point of her death, why Richard was someone that was so
- 1:06accepted, was so careful. Just imagine your husband, no
- 1:10matter what you do, you give birth.
- 1:11Still it's not, you know, you're not the love of his life.
- 1:16Something like that. And Despite that pain, that
- 1:19rejection, because Leah kept on praying, Leah kept on doing
- 1:24everything possible to please him.
- 1:26Do you realize that God uses used the offsprings that came
- 1:31out of Leah and never really used anything that came out of
- 1:35Rachel? A critical example, the
- 1:37Levitical priesthood was from Leah and it's people like Moses
- 1:42and the rest. Do you realize that there was
- 1:45the, they were men that till this day they had an impact even
- 1:52till the end of this world? And another thing again is that
- 1:55every priest came through Leah as well, the only one that came
- 2:00out through them. And also every king came through
- 2:03Leah. So Jesus was from the lineage of
- 2:07Leah. So it means that everyone,
- 2:10anyone that's actually was supposed to do something
- 2:14significant, we didn't see them at all through the lineage of
- 2:20Rachel. The only person was who could
- 2:22have been Joseph. But Joseph impact ended in the
- 2:26Old Testament. He didn't translate into the New
- 2:28Testament and even into this. Of course, we can learn from
- 2:31him, but there was no point of salvation, redemption of man or
- 2:36anything that has to do with sacred things that was connected
- 2:39to him. Why did I say that?
- 2:40So if you were in their days, you will say, oh, I wish to be
- 2:44like Rachel, but God was saying I'm turning this rejection into
- 2:47something great. I'm trying to say today you may
- 2:50be rejected, abandoned by men, knocked down by circumstances.
- 2:54That doesn't mean God does not have something great through
- 2:57your life. I could imagine the elders print
- 3:00out only if I can switch position with racial.
- 3:03But in heaven it is recorded that no, there's a bigger plan
- 3:06we have for you. There's something much more we
- 3:08want to do through you. And that is the posture that we
- 3:11must maintain. And this posture will keep us in
- 3:14a place of advantage. So will it be easy?
- 3:17No, especially when you are rejected by your loved ones.
- 3:20I said it again and again, The betrayal especially hurt more
- 3:24when it's from someone that you love, when it's from a family
- 3:27member, when it's from someone that you really admire.
- 3:31But much more than that, God is doing something.
- 3:33God is building something to real life and that is where your
- 3:36focus should be. The moment you have this
- 3:38understanding is you push you to the place where you constantly
- 3:42depend on Him, you constantly trusting Him, and that is how
- 3:46you see the result. I hope this will bless someone
- 3:48this morning and this week. And may you run with the
- 3:53consciousness that you are not defined by your rejection, but
- 3:56you're defined by God's. Great.
- 3:58See you next time. This is the transformation.
