- 0:08Speaker 1: This is the podcast that comes after the podcast. Welcome
- 0:12Speaker 1: to Disgraceland, the after Party. Welcome to the Disgraceland bonus episode,
- 0:30Speaker 1: a little thing we like to call the after party.
- 0:33Speaker 1: This is the show after the show, the party after
- 0:35Speaker 1: the party, the bridge to get you from one full
- 0:37Speaker 1: episode of Disgraceland to the other, the backyard to dig
- 0:41Speaker 1: into the dirt. On this bonus episode, we are talking
- 0:44Speaker 1: about this week's subject of the Disgraceland full episode, Sigourney Weaver.
- 0:49Speaker 1: More from the wild, Wet, moved up, Disgusto world of
- 0:52Speaker 1: Sean Diddy Combs Special Blink one E two tommed Along
- 0:56Speaker 1: live stream storytelling event that I'm staging on October ninth
- 1:00Speaker 1: that You're going to buy tickets for see what I
- 1:01Speaker 1: did there, And of course we are diving into your voicemails,
- 1:04Speaker 1: texts and more and as always, a whole lot of rosie.
- 1:08Speaker 1: All right, disc goes, let's get into it. Shawn Combs
- 1:23Speaker 1: subjected victims to physical, emotional and verbal abuse to cause
- 1:27Speaker 1: the victims to engage in freakoffs. Combs maintained control over
- 1:32Speaker 1: his victims through, among other things, physical violence, promises of
- 1:37Speaker 1: career opportunities, granting and threatening to withhold financial support, and
- 1:42Speaker 1: by other course of means, including tracking their whereabouts, dictating
- 1:47Speaker 1: the victim's appearance, monitoring their medical records, controlling their housing,
- 1:52Speaker 1: and supplying them with controlled substances. During and separate from freakoffs, Combs,
- 1:58Speaker 1: among other things, hit, kicked through objects, at and dragged victims,
- 2:04Speaker 1: at times by their hair. These assaults often resulted in
- 2:09Speaker 1: injuries that took days or weeks to heal. Combs also
- 2:13Speaker 1: threatened victims careers and livelihoods, including if they resisted participating
- 2:18Speaker 1: in freakoffs. Victims believe they cannot refuse Combs's demands without
- 2:23Speaker 1: risking their financial or job security, or without repercussions in
- 2:27Speaker 1: the form of physical or emotional abuse. Combs also used
- 2:32Speaker 1: the sensitive, embarrassing, and incriminating recordings that he made during
- 2:37Speaker 1: Freakoffs as collateral to ensure the continued obedience and silence
- 2:42Speaker 1: of the victims. Okay, I am obviously quoting from the
- 2:46Speaker 1: Sean Diddy Combs federal indictment that came down last week.
- 2:50Speaker 1: If you need to know what a freakoff is by
- 2:52Speaker 1: now you're not paying attention. Freakoffs are these? I guess
- 2:56Speaker 1: you could just call them an orgy, but it still
- 2:58Speaker 1: it's much more than that. It's much more than that.
- 3:03Speaker 1: I guess. You know, when we're talking about a freak off,
- 3:05Speaker 1: we're talking about a party at Ditty's and of all
- 3:08Speaker 1: sex with a lot of different people, alleged celebrities, lots
- 3:12Speaker 1: of prostitutes who were trafficked across state lines, flown in
- 3:16Speaker 1: for these parties, specifically for the purposes of sex, which
- 3:20Speaker 1: is illegal on a bunch of different counts. Okay, So
- 3:23Speaker 1: that was just a quote that I read from the indictment,
- 3:26Speaker 1: Like I said, that came down last week. That's just
- 3:28Speaker 1: the smattering of the charges it's in that paragraph. Charges
- 3:31Speaker 1: also include racketeering, sex trafficking that I just mentioned, and arson.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Hello kid Cuddy. All right, I've been trying to figure
- 3:38Speaker 1: out how to think about this case. On the one hand,
- 3:42Speaker 1: you have one of the most salacious indictments in the
- 3:44Speaker 1: history of the entertainment business, in the history of our culture. Okay,
- 3:49Speaker 1: that's a big thiss is this is real Sodom and
- 3:51Speaker 1: Gamora stuff come to light with one of the biggest
- 3:54Speaker 1: names in entertainment. And there is zero hyperbole in the
- 3:57Speaker 1: statement that I just made. That the facts laid out
- 4:00Speaker 1: not only in the indictment, but in the evidence that
- 4:02Speaker 1: we've seen already, namely the Cassie Ventura video where Diddy
- 4:05Speaker 1: is savagely shown beating her. So you get that. You
- 4:10Speaker 1: have the video there, you have the indictment here, and
- 4:12Speaker 1: then we have the pre indictment civil claims that were
- 4:14Speaker 1: brought against Ditty by Rodney Little Rod Jones and a
- 4:18Speaker 1: couple of others, claims that seem to be at the
- 4:21Speaker 1: heart of this indictment, which is causing all of us
- 4:26Speaker 1: who are watching this case to believe that Little Rod
- 4:29Speaker 1: and perhaps Cassie Ventura and a couple of others who
- 4:33Speaker 1: filed civil claims are cooperating with the Feds. Now. The
- 4:38Speaker 1: reason I say that is because you can tell when
- 4:41Speaker 1: you go through the indictment and you're looking at the
- 4:42Speaker 1: charges and you're looking at the evidence that the federal
- 4:44Speaker 1: government claims to have, it aligns very neatly with the
- 4:49Speaker 1: civil claim against Ditty from Cassie Ventura and as well
- 4:53Speaker 1: as a couple of other civil suits that have been
- 4:56Speaker 1: brought against Ditty before this federal indictment. Again, they look
- 5:00Speaker 1: like they're of a piece, okay, And that is very damning,
- 5:04Speaker 1: and it makes me believe that the likelihood that these
- 5:07Speaker 1: accusations in the indictment are real are true, It's a
- 5:14Speaker 1: highly probable thing. As far as I'm concerned, I think
- 5:17Speaker 1: Diddy is guilty. I think he's guilty of everything that
- 5:20Speaker 1: he's accused of in the indictment and probably a little
- 5:23Speaker 1: bit more. And I think the Feds think so too.
- 5:25Speaker 1: So then back to how I'm trying to figure out
- 5:28Speaker 1: what to think of this case overall. On the one hand,
- 5:32Speaker 1: you have the indictment, like I said, and on the
- 5:34Speaker 1: other hand, you have TikTok in the public's reaction to
- 5:38Speaker 1: the Ditty news and the wild wild one more wild
- 5:43Speaker 1: wild conspiracy theories that are out there, everything from accusations
- 5:47Speaker 1: that Ditty's freak offs we're all part of some elaborate
- 5:52Speaker 1: financial scheme with the Kardashians, to accusations that did he
- 5:56Speaker 1: sexually abused Justin Bieber when he was a kid. Accusations
- 6:01Speaker 1: that Diddy had his ex kimporter killed because she got
- 6:04Speaker 1: her hands on highly compromising video, to accusations that Diddy
- 6:08Speaker 1: and jay Z murdered Becky with the Good Hair because
- 6:11Speaker 1: she was pregnant with hers and Jay's illegitimate love child.
- 6:15Speaker 1: And then there is the whopper of a conspiracy theory
- 6:18Speaker 1: involving a former ex president that I'll get into in
- 6:21Speaker 1: the all access portion of this bonus episode. These theories
- 6:24Speaker 1: aren't just standalone theories though, Okay, like I said, I
- 6:27Speaker 1: mentioned TikTok. In some cases they're backed by visual and
- 6:30Speaker 1: audio evidence. Don't search Ditty and meek Mill on TikTok,
- 6:35Speaker 1: by the way, not unless you want to be absolutely
- 6:37Speaker 1: horrified and disgusted with the so called video and audio
- 6:40Speaker 1: evidence that I'm referring to here. As compelling as it
- 6:43Speaker 1: may be to some people, it does not prove the conspiracies. Okay,
- 6:48Speaker 1: I'm sorry, it just doesn't. Just because jay Z partied
- 6:51Speaker 1: with Ditty, that doesn't prove the conspiracy that they're talking
- 6:55Speaker 1: about with jay Z. Just because a random ebook on
- 6:59Speaker 1: kim Porter, supposedly by kim Porter, how does that work?
- 7:02Speaker 1: She's dead? Just because that book was published on Amazon
- 7:05Speaker 1: a couple days ago, it doesn't prove the conspiracy. Just
- 7:07Speaker 1: because Ben left Jen, it doesn't prove the conspiracy just
- 7:10Speaker 1: because Justin Bieber is depressed, it doesn't prove the conspiracy.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Here are the facts. There is nothing in the indictment
- 7:17Speaker 1: about rape. There is nothing in the indictment about murder.
- 7:22Speaker 1: There is nothing in the indictment about abusing minors. Okay,
- 7:27Speaker 1: the indictment and the charges here are sensational enough. Here's
- 7:34Speaker 1: where I'm stepping off the train with a conspiracy theorists.
- 7:36Speaker 1: We don't have to go there. We don't have to
- 7:38Speaker 1: weave all these insane stories of which there is no
- 7:42Speaker 1: proof right now. And you know, I mean, you can
- 7:45Speaker 1: talk about it politely, I guess offline at parties at
- 7:50Speaker 1: the bar in the all access portion of this Modus episode,
- 7:55Speaker 1: which I'm going to do. But being out there representing
- 7:58Speaker 1: it as truth is I just feel like it's irresponsible,
- 8:02Speaker 1: even for somebody as deplorable as Diddy Devil's advocate. Though Okay,
- 8:07Speaker 1: there are let's call them Ditty whistleblowers, even though that's
- 8:10Speaker 1: not the right term. But there are people from Ditty's
- 8:12Speaker 1: orbit who are out there on a limb, like I
- 8:15Speaker 1: just mentioned, meant making these conspiratorial allegations. There's an ex
- 8:18Speaker 1: security guard, He's got a lot to say and of
- 8:21Speaker 1: course there's our MB singer Jaguar Wright, who was accusing
- 8:23Speaker 1: Diddy of everything from murder to blowing up the Space
- 8:26Speaker 1: Shuttle in eighty six. Okay, maybe that last part up
- 8:29Speaker 1: just to be a conspiracy theorist as well, but to me,
- 8:33Speaker 1: Jaguar Wright seems to be batshit crazy. However, and here's
- 8:37Speaker 1: the Devil's advocate part. To the best of my knowledge,
- 8:41Speaker 1: Diddy jay Z neither have taken legal action against Jaguar
- 8:45Speaker 1: Wright to get her to stop talking. Okay, so that's
- 8:47Speaker 1: potentially telling all right. Conversely, Kim Kardashian's attorney has been
- 8:51Speaker 1: handing out season desist letters over the past week, like
- 8:54Speaker 1: Meek Mill passing out baby oil at a freak off,
- 8:56Speaker 1: which is to say, that's a lot of season desist
- 8:58Speaker 1: letters to so called internets loose out there accusing Kim
- 9:01Speaker 1: of being part of the Diddy conspiracy, which tells me
- 9:04Speaker 1: that Kim was not part of the conspiracy. So in
- 9:08Speaker 1: the end, in the final analysis, what I think we
- 9:11Speaker 1: have here is exactly what the indictment says. That we
- 9:14Speaker 1: have a bad, bad, bad dude who did horrific things
- 9:17Speaker 1: to people and who yes, has created a massive video
- 9:22Speaker 1: archive of lots and lots and lots of people having
- 9:25Speaker 1: lots and lots and lots of sex. And yes, when
- 9:27Speaker 1: these videos come out, and I believe some will, they
- 9:30Speaker 1: will be embarrassing for some and not so embarrassing for others.
- 9:35Speaker 1: I mean, come on, it's twenty twenty four. Is anyone
- 9:38Speaker 1: going to be that shock to see Kim Kardashian having
- 9:39Speaker 1: sex we already have? Or Jay Z or any other musician.
- 9:42Speaker 1: These are hip hop stars. That debauchery is baked into
- 9:45Speaker 1: the cake. They admitted all in their lyrics. Yes, maybe
- 9:49Speaker 1: certain executives, maybe certain New York City local politicians or whoever,
- 9:54Speaker 1: don't want their little filibusters waving out there in the
- 9:56Speaker 1: wind on video or whatever. But that's not really as
- 9:58Speaker 1: bad as what's being bandied about on take Talk murder rape.
- 10:03Speaker 1: I could be wrong, but I just don't think so.
- 10:05Speaker 1: I think if they had ditty on either, they would
- 10:07Speaker 1: have included it in the indictment. Now, a former president
- 10:11Speaker 1: having sex with men on video, I doubt that too,
- 10:14Speaker 1: But I can make the conspiracy theorist case. I'm the
- 10:16Speaker 1: timing of this whole saga relevant to that specific conspiracy theory,
- 10:20Speaker 1: But you'll get that later in the all Access portion
- 10:22Speaker 1: to this Ponus episode, And I promise you it's a
- 10:25Speaker 1: novel idea that you're not going to get on TikTok
- 10:27Speaker 1: or anywhere else. But in the end, I think Aukham's
- 10:30Speaker 1: razor is at work here. The most likely of scenarios
- 10:32Speaker 1: is the truth again, a bad guy doing really bad
- 10:35Speaker 1: things with some bad friends, caught up in an embarrassing situation,
- 10:39Speaker 1: more embarrassing for some, less embarrassing for others. But on
- 10:43Speaker 1: those friends. Here's something that's really pissing me off the
- 10:45Speaker 1: more that I think about it. Like I said in
- 10:47Speaker 1: last week's episode, that everyone remotely connected to the business
- 10:51Speaker 1: of pop culture and entertainment knew at least a little
- 10:54Speaker 1: bit about Ditty's behavior, just like we did with Weinstein,
- 10:58Speaker 1: just like we did with Cosby. Okay, I said that
- 10:59Speaker 1: last week, and I believe it. It's so with that
- 11:02Speaker 1: it's no stretch to say that those who knew him
- 11:04Speaker 1: and who partied with him knew about his behavior, knew
- 11:08Speaker 1: more about his behavior. Right, So where are they now?
- 11:11Speaker 1: Where are their tweets condemning Diddy? I'm talking mainly about
- 11:17Speaker 1: those APEX celebrities who seem to always be the first
- 11:20Speaker 1: to spout off at the mouth on Twitter when something
- 11:22Speaker 1: outrageous happens in the world, to dictate to us pleaves
- 11:26Speaker 1: what is right and wrong, to condemn those doing the
- 11:28Speaker 1: outrageous thing, whatever it is, and most importantly, to demonstrate
- 11:31Speaker 1: to us how fucking righteous they are by comparison. There
- 11:36Speaker 1: are numerous examples I could pull from, and honestly, I
- 11:40Speaker 1: could fill the whole episode with the self righteous hypocrisy
- 11:42Speaker 1: of dim winded mainstream celebrities, but I'll focus for now
- 11:45Speaker 1: anyway on a man who literally calls himself King Lebron James,
- 11:51Speaker 1: you fucking fraud. I always thought he was a fraud
- 11:54Speaker 1: on the court, but now we know he's a tower
- 11:56Speaker 1: of empty suited virtue signaling bullshit. Lebron king James as
- 11:59Speaker 1: he I'm pretty sure he had to put that on
- 12:02Speaker 1: his driver's license, But I digressed. Lebron as recently as
- 12:05Speaker 1: twenty twenty, was quoted as saying about his friend Ditty,
- 12:08Speaker 1: ain't no party like a Diddy party. Okay, I got
- 12:12Speaker 1: no problem with that. There's no evidence Lebron James got
- 12:15Speaker 1: up to anything bad at Ditty's, and I don't believe
- 12:17Speaker 1: that everyone who did attend the parties, took part in
- 12:20Speaker 1: the freak offs the orgy. So I don't begrudge Lebron
- 12:23Speaker 1: for going, or for having a good time, or even
- 12:26Speaker 1: for bragging about it, but I do have a problem
- 12:29Speaker 1: with this. In August of this year this year, last month,
- 12:33Speaker 1: Lebron announced that his non profit was launching an initiative
- 12:36Speaker 1: to focus on women's rights, saying about women quote, their
- 12:39Speaker 1: voice is the most powerful right now. We need to
- 12:41Speaker 1: get behind them. I encourage y'all to join the fight
- 12:44Speaker 1: with us, led by these great ladies. And more than
- 12:46Speaker 1: a vote. More than a vote is Lebron's nonprofit.
- 12:50Speaker 2: HM.
- 12:52Speaker 1: Where was Lebron back in May of this year when
- 12:55Speaker 1: his friend Ditty was seen dragging a woman across a
- 12:58Speaker 1: hotel floor by her and beating the shit out of
- 13:01Speaker 1: her with his fists and his feet. Lebron had no comment.
- 13:06Speaker 1: And you know what I get it. Lebron doesn't want
- 13:09Speaker 1: to enter the fray. I wouldn't want to either if
- 13:11Speaker 1: I were him. But then I will leave you with this.
- 13:13Speaker 1: I will end where I began, which is actually a
- 13:16Speaker 1: ditty thing. Did he believes in starting the day with
- 13:18Speaker 1: a song or an artist and then ending the day
- 13:20Speaker 1: with the same artist. I don't know that's always stuck
- 13:22Speaker 1: with me for some reason. So I'm going to follow
- 13:24Speaker 1: that approach with this block of the Bonus episode and
- 13:26Speaker 1: end it where I started with a pull quote from
- 13:28Speaker 1: the indictment for King Lebron James to contemplate again. Combs
- 13:36Speaker 1: maintained control over his victims through, among other things, physical violence,
- 13:41Speaker 1: promises of career opportunities, granting and threatening to withhold financial support,
- 13:45Speaker 1: and by other coercive means, including tracking their whereabouts, dictating
- 13:50Speaker 1: the victim's appearance, monitoring their medical records, controlling their housing,
- 13:55Speaker 1: and supplying them with controlled substances during in separate from
- 13:59Speaker 1: Freakastar homes, among other things, hit kicked through objects, at
- 14:04Speaker 1: and dragged victims, at times by their hair. These assaults
- 14:08Speaker 1: often resulted in injuries it took days or weeks to heal.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Combs also threatened victims careers their livelihoods, including if they
- 14:17Speaker 1: resisted participating in freak offs. Victims believed they could not
- 14:21Speaker 1: refuse Combs's demands without risking their financial or job security,
- 14:25Speaker 1: or without repercussions in the form of physical or emotional abuse.
- 14:30Speaker 1: Combs also used the sensitive embarrassing and incriminating recordings that
- 14:34Speaker 1: he made during freakoffs as collateral to ensure the continued
- 14:38Speaker 1: obedience and silence of the victims. Who do you think
- 14:43Speaker 1: the victims were here? They were women, Yes, they were men,
- 14:47Speaker 1: but they were also women. Lots in, lots in lots
- 14:51Speaker 1: of women. On top of Cassie Ventura, Sean Combs is
- 14:55Speaker 1: a walking hashtag me too monster and Lebron James fucking
- 15:00Speaker 1: so so why hasn't he come out on behalf of
- 15:02Speaker 1: more than a vote to condemn his friends violence against women.
- 15:06Speaker 1: That's what a real leader would do. I'll tell you why.
- 15:09Speaker 1: Because he's a fraud, a fraud who couldn't hold Larry
- 15:12Speaker 1: Bird's jock, never mind Michael Jordan's or Kobe's. But that's
- 15:15Speaker 1: another story. More on Diddy in the coming weeks. I
- 15:17Speaker 1: don't know how much of it, guys, that I'm going
- 15:19Speaker 1: to continue to hit on these bonus episodes, maybe if
- 15:22Speaker 1: new information that is credible comes to light. But I'm
- 15:24Speaker 1: going to cover this story for the most part, in
- 15:26Speaker 1: the same way that I cover any story, which is
- 15:28Speaker 1: to say, a lot of research and attention to storytelling detail.
- 15:32Speaker 1: I'm working on an episode now that is based on
- 15:34Speaker 1: the indictment and the legally filed civil complaints. Okay, I
- 15:38Speaker 1: hope to have that out to you by the end
- 15:40Speaker 1: of the year, and I think perhaps one or two
- 15:41Speaker 1: more episodes throughout twenty twenty five, depending and again, like
- 15:45Speaker 1: I said, if anything wild breaks, I'll hit upon it here.
- 15:48Speaker 1: If any of these conspiracies prove to be true, I
- 15:50Speaker 1: will come on and ecro But I'm not going to
- 15:52Speaker 1: be chasing the conspiracy theorists except for later today and
- 15:55Speaker 1: the all access portion of this bonus episode, because I
- 15:57Speaker 1: do have a hot take and I want you to
- 15:58Speaker 1: hear it where I get into the theory of a
- 16:02Speaker 1: certain ex president's alleged relationship to Diddy, as well as
- 16:05Speaker 1: touched a little bit more on the alleged jay Z
- 16:07Speaker 1: murder theory. In the meantime, I'll be back in the
- 16:10Speaker 1: Flash with your voicemails, texts, and dms. Was Tom DeLong
- 16:33Speaker 1: from Blink one Eity two really contacted by aliens? What
- 16:37Speaker 1: evidence has the government actually shared with Tom DeLong proving
- 16:40Speaker 1: the existence of life on other planets? Is Tom DeLong
- 16:44Speaker 1: a government sciop meant to disinform American youth about the
- 16:47Speaker 1: true nature of the UFO phenomenon. These are some of
- 16:51Speaker 1: the questions I had about the Tom DeLong from Blink
- 16:54Speaker 1: one eighty two story before I began researching it to
- 16:57Speaker 1: bring it to the virtual stage in a live stream
- 16:59Speaker 1: for you guys that I am hosting on October ninth.
- 17:02Speaker 1: I want to know what questions you guys might have.
- 17:06Speaker 1: And it's because this live stream is a little different.
- 17:08Speaker 1: It's not a one way street with me on screen
- 17:11Speaker 1: just telling you a story. Sure, that's part of it,
- 17:14Speaker 1: but it's also me on screen while I'm telling you
- 17:16Speaker 1: the story, engaging with you in the chat and answering
- 17:19Speaker 1: your questions. Imagine that you were listening to a Disgraceland
- 17:22Speaker 1: episode and I said something and you had a question
- 17:25Speaker 1: about it, and you could just ask me and I
- 17:26Speaker 1: could just answer you right there in real time. That's
- 17:28Speaker 1: what I'm talking about, Okay, But this is going to
- 17:31Speaker 1: be a full episode of Disgraceland with video with images,
- 17:33Speaker 1: almost a little documentary type thing, but with me in
- 17:37Speaker 1: there with you in the chat, answering any questions for
- 17:39Speaker 1: you that might arise as you're learning about the story.
- 17:42Speaker 1: That is the experience that we're going to have on
- 17:44Speaker 1: October ninth as part of the Disgraceland live stream, and
- 17:48Speaker 1: I want you guys to be as much of a
- 17:49Speaker 1: part of the event as I am. So I thought that, Yeah,
- 17:51Speaker 1: it'll be cool to be live in the chat together
- 17:54Speaker 1: on October ninth, But it would also be cool if
- 17:55Speaker 1: you guys shot me any questions you have in advance
- 17:58Speaker 1: about this story subject. It can be anything related to
- 18:01Speaker 1: Tom DeLong, Blink one eighty two, UFOs, the UFO phenomenon,
- 18:05Speaker 1: or Tom's work in this field. But most important, I
- 18:08Speaker 1: want to talk about your experiences with UFOs, any sightings
- 18:14Speaker 1: you've had, or sightings that friends or family might have had,
- 18:18Speaker 1: or any phenomenal experiences whatsoever. A few of you have
- 18:22Speaker 1: already shared in the Patreon chat, but I want you
- 18:25Speaker 1: guys to give me a call six one seven nine
- 18:27Speaker 1: oh six six six three eight, send me a text,
- 18:30Speaker 1: let me know about any UFO experiences you've had, or
- 18:33Speaker 1: any questions at all you may have had relative to
- 18:36Speaker 1: this subject. We're going to get into all that in
- 18:39Speaker 1: the chat on October ninth during the show. And that's
- 18:41Speaker 1: just the main part of the show, all right. We've
- 18:44Speaker 1: also got the after party portion of the show that's
- 18:46Speaker 1: happening after. Okay, we' I'll be doing a version of
- 18:49Speaker 1: this bonus episode after the fully streamed live stream version
- 18:54Speaker 1: of the of the Tom DeLong Story. Okay six one
- 18:57Speaker 1: seven nine oh six six six three eight send me
- 18:59Speaker 1: your question moment dot co slash disgrace slant to get
- 19:01Speaker 1: your tickets. Okay, speaking of calls and text, let's check
- 19:04Speaker 1: out this voicemail from the three one oh, who's combining
- 19:07Speaker 1: a couple questions of the week. Here with his answer,
- 19:10Speaker 1: best TV show of all time, which grew out of
- 19:12Speaker 1: the Matthew Perry episode we released last week, and my
- 19:14Speaker 1: question about the best alien movies in television that came
- 19:18Speaker 1: out of the Sigourty Weaver episode that we released a
- 19:20Speaker 1: couple days ago. Here we go play the three one oh.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Jake, This is Muri from the three one oh.
- 19:27Speaker 3: Just listen to it. Which one was that? Oh yeah,
- 19:33Speaker 3: the Friends episode and sad I'm sorry, I try to
- 19:36Speaker 3: block that stuff out anyway. Best TV show ever? Best
- 19:41Speaker 3: TV show ever Babylon five Okay, sci fi from the nineties,
- 19:47Speaker 3: but it was the last. It lasted five seasons. It
- 19:50Speaker 3: was planned for five seasons. The creator of the show
- 19:54Speaker 3: wrote ninety two or ninety three of the one h
- 19:57Speaker 3: ten episodes of the show, if followed the arc that
- 20:01Speaker 3: he made for it. He had trap doors for people
- 20:04Speaker 3: who wanted to leave the show, and he could pick
- 20:07Speaker 3: up where their character arc left off. The man was
- 20:10Speaker 3: a genius. He doesn't get enough credit for it. Seasons
- 20:14Speaker 3: two through four or probably some of the most spell
- 20:18Speaker 3: binding TV I've ever watched. And I really enjoyed that.
- 20:22Speaker 3: So loved the episode. Like I said, sorry, sorry for
- 20:26Speaker 3: blanking out there, but I do. I try to, I
- 20:28Speaker 3: try to blank out some of that sad stuff, but
- 20:32Speaker 3: I really I really did enjoy it in the moment,
- 20:34Speaker 3: and I like the little epilogue that you put in there,
- 20:38Speaker 3: tell him exactly how things are going now with the
- 20:41Speaker 3: case and how it is being handled. So thank you
- 20:44Speaker 3: very much. Appreciate the hard work, Appreciate all the work
- 20:47Speaker 3: you guys do.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Have a good depth. Wow that that showrunner, that execution,
- 20:53Speaker 1: that creator. That sounds amazing. I had no idea Babylon
- 20:57Speaker 1: five though, always reminds me of an inappropriate Joe from
- 21:00Speaker 1: joke from David tel which I'm not going to repeat here.
- 21:04Speaker 1: I've never been a sci fi guy. I think you
- 21:06Speaker 1: know that, but I'm becoming sci fi curious, so you're
- 21:10Speaker 1: I'm gonna I'll check out some of Babylon five. Might
- 21:13Speaker 1: not get to it right away, but this is a
- 21:14Speaker 1: strong recommendation from you, so I appreciate that. Stoke for
- 21:17Speaker 1: the call and also stokey Doug Matthew Perry episode. Thank you.
- 21:21Speaker 1: All right, let's check out this from the seven to
- 21:23Speaker 1: six sub Jake.
- 21:24Speaker 4: This is Jerio from the seven to six. Oh down
- 21:28Speaker 4: here in Soco Baby. I just listened to your episode
- 21:32Speaker 4: The Freak Ops about Sean Ditty and now all that
- 21:35Speaker 4: fun stuff. I want to recommend you a fun sci
- 21:39Speaker 4: fi horror movie though, that I think a lot of
- 21:41Speaker 4: people would agree on would be Events Horizon. It was
- 21:45Speaker 4: star Sam Neo, Laurence Fishburn, a couple other recognizable faces,
- 21:51Speaker 4: mid nineties horror movie. It's not just only like a
- 21:55Speaker 4: real fun movie to start off to kind of get
- 21:58Speaker 4: her booky loud. It's also really cool because they're all
- 22:02Speaker 4: the behind the scenes information of the practical effects and
- 22:06Speaker 4: the way the script was originally supposed to.
- 22:08Speaker 2: Play out, this and that. But it's also just.
- 22:11Speaker 4: A fun fun movie to watch, especially if you want
- 22:14Speaker 4: to be freaked out about deming then space and whatnot.
- 22:18Speaker 4: So definitely check it out Event Horizon. I recommend it, all.
- 22:22Speaker 1: Right, lad all right, dude, lots of res on Event
- 22:27Speaker 1: Horizon a lot. Okay, So I'm gonna watch it. I'm
- 22:30Speaker 1: gonna try to watch it this weekend with my wife.
- 22:32Speaker 1: We can find time. Sometimes. What's going on lately is
- 22:35Speaker 1: just like the kids. Our kids are staying up later now,
- 22:39Speaker 1: especially on weekends. And it used to be we get
- 22:43Speaker 1: them down pretty early, around like eight o'clock on a weekend,
- 22:45Speaker 1: and then we sort of have the night to ourselves
- 22:47Speaker 1: to just kind of hang out, watch a movie, do whatever.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Now it's like they're staying out way later. They go
- 22:54Speaker 1: to bed and I just crash out. And I don't know.
- 22:58Speaker 1: I don't even know why I'm telling you guys this.
- 23:00Speaker 1: I'm going to try to make I guess because I'm
- 23:01Speaker 1: I'm I don't want to commit to watching a movie
- 23:04Speaker 1: this weekend. But if I if I am going to
- 23:07Speaker 1: watch a movie this weekend, I think it's going to
- 23:08Speaker 1: be Event Horizon. I gotta I gotta talk my wife
- 23:12Speaker 1: and do I don't know, Maybe I can is it
- 23:13Speaker 1: appropriate for ten year olds? Maybe I can talk, Maybe
- 23:15Speaker 1: I can watch it. With my son if my wife
- 23:17Speaker 1: won't watch it with me anyways, all right, let's check
- 23:19Speaker 1: out the seven to one to three.
- 23:21Speaker 2: Hey, Jake today from seven and three.
- 23:24Speaker 3: Man, that back of Perry one was harsh.
- 23:27Speaker 4: I'm at work.
- 23:27Speaker 2: I'm a hard deadline getting out or crazy hours.
- 23:30Speaker 3: Had to take a walk.
- 23:31Speaker 2: That one really hit me.
- 23:32Speaker 3: To the hell of a job man, Friends of the
- 23:35Speaker 3: episode I used for show I used to watch all
- 23:37Speaker 3: the time.
- 23:38Speaker 4: And that one just hit me.
- 23:39Speaker 3: He's just a fantastic job love mankind to walk away.
- 23:43Speaker 2: I had tears of my eyes. Good job, man, keep.
- 23:45Speaker 1: It up seven one to three. Thank you for the call.
- 23:48Speaker 1: I appreciate that. Sorry, we've made you cry. It's gonna
- 23:50Speaker 1: happen sometimes. Guys. If you haven't heard the Matthew Perry
- 23:53Speaker 1: episode yet, go check it out. All right. As you
- 23:57Speaker 1: guys know, this week we featured in incredibly weird episode
- 24:01Speaker 1: on Sigourney Weaver, star of the Alien franchise. So I
- 24:04Speaker 1: want to go to Lee here and I think Memphis?
- 24:08Speaker 1: Where is Lee at? Play the nine on one?
- 24:11Speaker 2: Hey, Ja, Lee out of Memphis? Which is the nine
- 24:14Speaker 2: zero one? Hey, real quick, I heard your talking about Prometheus,
- 24:21Speaker 2: fantastic movie. I recently crammed for Romulus by watching Frommetheus
- 24:27Speaker 2: and then Covenant by my side. So he and I
- 24:29Speaker 2: went and saw Romulus. I thought Covenant was fantastic. Romulus,
- 24:34Speaker 2: on the other hands, was not as good. It's kind
- 24:37Speaker 2: of a little bit disappointing. But you need to see
- 24:40Speaker 2: it to see what I mean. As far as a recommendation,
- 24:44Speaker 2: there was a movie that came out nineteen ninety three
- 24:46Speaker 2: called Fire at the Sky, had DV. Spleen in it,
- 24:50Speaker 2: and it's a boy an alien abduction based on true story.
- 24:54Speaker 2: Check it out. Thanks what you do and for being
- 24:56Speaker 2: so available for your listeners.
- 24:59Speaker 1: Taught you later back Wow, Lee, great recommendations on the
- 25:03Speaker 1: alien franchise stuff. Like I mentioned, I saw Prometheus a
- 25:08Speaker 1: little bit ago and I really dug it. But I
- 25:10Speaker 1: want to get into the rest of it as well.
- 25:13Speaker 1: But I'm really excited to hear about this Fire in
- 25:15Speaker 1: the Sky recommendation. Never heard of it, and it sounds
- 25:17Speaker 1: worth checking out. Ninety three, I think you said sweet
- 25:20Speaker 1: spot for nineties movies. All right, let's do.
- 25:24Speaker 5: Some texts, all right.
- 25:25Speaker 1: First text here at the top of the feed again,
- 25:28Speaker 1: Fire in the Sky comes from the seven two seven.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Just Fire in the Sky based on a true alien
- 25:32Speaker 1: abduction awesome movie. All right, I'm feeling it. Four one two,
- 25:36Speaker 1: writes in Jake, A great episode would be Eddie van Halen,
- 25:40Speaker 1: drug addle genius, one of only two people that change guitar,
- 25:44Speaker 1: created gear and guitars, great songwriter for one two. Dude,
- 25:51Speaker 1: I couldn't agree more. I agree with you so much
- 25:55Speaker 1: that we already wrote and produced and created and released
- 25:59Speaker 1: in episodeisode about Eddie van Halen, about the creation of
- 26:03Speaker 1: his own gear and guitars, his songwriting prowess, his drug addiction,
- 26:09Speaker 1: all that it's there and it's waiting for you in
- 26:12Speaker 1: the archive. All right, van Halen, go get it. I'm
- 26:15Speaker 1: gonna do a part two van Halen next year, I think,
- 26:19Speaker 1: because there's so much and we only got this a
- 26:21Speaker 1: little of it. Four three seven right saying, hey, can
- 26:24Speaker 1: you do an episode on Alice Bag from the Bags

- 34:58Speaker 1: diddy was dressed as the For halloween and approach someone
- 35:02Speaker 1: else famous who didn't realize who it, was and there
- 35:05Speaker 1: was nearly a, conflict and the person doing commentary was
- 35:08Speaker 1: saying how Dangerous ditty is and people don't realize that
- 35:10Speaker 1: he's still a gangster and that it's not an. Act
- 35:13Speaker 1: AND i would say that this is part of that
- 35:16Speaker 1: sort of anecdotal stuff that is all over, TikTok but
- 35:20Speaker 1: it's also anecdotal evidence that has sort of been all
- 35:22Speaker 1: over pop culture and in the. Zeitgeist AND i read
- 35:26Speaker 1: that for a. Reason it's because it reinforces some of
