A tense standoff unfolded in Magnolia, Delaware, Monday night when armed state troopers confronted 37-year-old Kristopher Glanden, reportedly suicidal and attempting to enter a home where his ex and family resided. When officers commanded him to stop, Glanden ignored orders and pointed a handgun at them—prompting two troopers to fire, fatally wounding him. Paramedics arrived but could not revive him.
