The United States Senate Rejects the Idea of a Maxwell Pardon (7/30/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. The US Senate unanimously has agreed to oppose
• 0:08
Speaker 1: a pardon or a potential pardon for Glainne Maxwell if
• 0:13
Speaker 1: one is brought to the table, And that's all fine
• 0:16
Speaker 1: and well, but the fact that we even have to
• 0:19
Speaker 1: have that discussion is a problem unto itself, Like, how
• 0:24
Speaker 1: could there even be a sentiment or a thought at
• 0:28
Speaker 1: pardoning somebody like Glaine Maxwell. I just can't wrap my
• 0:32
Speaker 1: mind around it. Anybody who looks at the facts of
• 0:36
Speaker 1: the case and looks at what Glaine Maxwell was not
• 0:38
Speaker 1: only accused of, but was convicted of, and thinks she
• 0:42
Speaker 1: should be pardoned has a mental condition and they should
• 0:46
Speaker 1: seek immediate help, because if anybody deserves their sentence, deserves
• 0:51
Speaker 1: more of a sentence with harsher terms, in my opinion,
• 0:55
Speaker 1: it's Glainne Maxwell. So today we have an article from
• 0:59
Speaker 1: the New York Post and the headline Senate unanimously agrees
• 1:02
Speaker 1: to oppose pardon for Epstein accomplice convicted sex trafficker Glenn Maxwell.
• 1:08
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Zoe Hussain. The Senate unanimously
• 1:14
Speaker 1: agreed on Wednesday that socialite and convicted sex trafficker Glenne
• 1:17
Speaker 1: Maxwell should not be allowed a presidential pardon or a clemency. Socialite, really,
• 1:23
Speaker 1: that's what we're calling her. How about bipedal sertment, fellow
• 1:28
Speaker 1: child abuser, general, all around scumbag? Much more fitting. The
• 1:33
Speaker 1: resolution was introduced by Senator Jackie Rosen to prevent the
• 1:37
Speaker 1: President from granting a pardon, commutation, or any other form
• 1:41
Speaker 1: of executive clemency to Maxwell, the accomplice an occasional girlfriend
• 1:45
Speaker 1: of dead pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The fact that this conversation
• 1:49
Speaker 1: needs to be had, let me reiterate, is ridiculous. Glene
• 1:53
Speaker 1: Maxwell shouldn't be pardoned. That's it. That's the whole conversation.
• 1:57
Speaker 1: We're going to go re litigate it all. Well, see
• 2:00
Speaker 1: what had happened? Was? I mean, come on, enough is enough?
• 2:08
Speaker 1: The resolution is not binding, but signals to the Trump
• 2:11
Speaker 1: administration that Senate Republicans and Democrats oppose clemency for Maxwell
• 2:16
Speaker 1: sixty four, who is currently serving a twenty year federal
• 2:20
Speaker 1: prison sentence after being convicted in late twenty twenty one
• 2:23
Speaker 1: on charges including sex trafficking, conspiracy, and trafficking of a minor.
• 2:30
Speaker 1: Why is this discussion being had. We don't have better
• 2:35
Speaker 1: things to talk about, you know, like the people who
• 2:38
Speaker 1: enable Jeffrey Epstein, or the NPA, or the fact that
• 2:42
Speaker 1: there's no special counsel. Yet it's frankly horrifying that Trump
• 2:45
Speaker 1: would entertain the idea of clemency for even a second
• 2:49
Speaker 1: for a convicted sex trafficker, Rosen said in a speech
• 2:52
Speaker 1: on the Senate floor. According to The Hill, while she's
• 2:55
Speaker 1: right about that, not exactly A big fan of Jackie Rosen.
• 2:59
Speaker 1: She is a senator from my state, but I'm not
• 3:02
Speaker 1: a big fan of her. But she's right here. And
• 3:05
Speaker 1: guess what, when you're right, you're right, and she happens
• 3:08
Speaker 1: to be right about this. I find it immoral and
• 3:12
Speaker 1: disgusting that this is even a topic of discussion. If
• 3:17
Speaker 1: Republicans advanced Todd Blanche's nomination tomorrow in the Judiciary Committee,
• 3:21
Speaker 1: this is the least they can do to make their
• 3:24
Speaker 1: opposition of a Maxwell pardon clear. She said, yeah, it's
• 3:27
Speaker 1: non binding. Words are wind. They'll say one thing and
• 3:32
Speaker 1: then do another. I mean, look at how all these
• 3:34
Speaker 1: Republicans were so gung ho before the election to get
• 3:38
Speaker 1: to the bottom of Jeffrey Epstein's crimes. Now though, Nah,
• 3:42
Speaker 1: come on, I mean, I'm old enough to remember when
• 3:45
Speaker 1: Sean Hannity used to talk about Jeffrey Epstein. But now
• 3:49
Speaker 1: crickets not a word. And why well, because it's politically
• 3:54
Speaker 1: damaging the same reason he was trying to utilize it
• 3:58
Speaker 1: against his enemies and the same people people like Sean Hannity.
• 4:02
Speaker 1: They've been paving the road to get Glaine Maxwell some
• 4:05
Speaker 1: clemency for whatever reason. Maybe they think that helps out
• 4:09
Speaker 1: their boy, maybe they just want to remove another damaging
• 4:12
Speaker 1: piece from the table. Whatever the motivation, it's not good.
• 4:18
Speaker 1: A vote to confirm Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche as
• 4:21
Speaker 1: Trump's pick to replace former Attorney General Pambondi was deriled
• 4:25
Speaker 1: by two Senate Republicans on Wednesday. Not over Epstein, though,
• 4:30
Speaker 1: has to do with the IRS and the fund that
• 4:33
Speaker 1: Donald Trump allegedly was setting up to pay people for
• 4:37
Speaker 1: government issues or whatever. You know, government screwed them. Here's
• 4:41
Speaker 1: a fund, get some money from it. But of course
• 4:44
Speaker 1: it's not what it seems, just like everything else this
• 4:46
Speaker 1: government does. Blanche, who oversaw the rollout of the Epstein
• 4:53
Speaker 1: files as Deputy Attorney General, has said he wouldn't recommend
• 4:56
Speaker 1: a pardon for Maxwell. White House officials have repeatedly denied
• 5:00
Speaker 1: that clemency for the convicted sex trafficker is under consideration. Well, look,
• 5:06
Speaker 1: that would be insane, honestly, even for Donald Trump. Imagine
• 5:11
Speaker 1: giving Glane Maxwell a pardon. Do you know what the
• 5:13
Speaker 1: news cycle would be like. I mean, he'd have to
• 5:17
Speaker 1: drop a nuke in Iran to change the news cycle.
• 5:20
Speaker 1: And YO, real talk. I don't put it past them,
• 5:22
Speaker 1: I honestly don't. I mean, what kind of president gets
• 5:25
Speaker 1: up there and talks about, We're gonna beat the shit
• 5:27
Speaker 1: out of so and so. How about some decorum? How
• 5:30
Speaker 1: about not letting our enemies know what's coming. Trump, however,
• 5:36
Speaker 1: has previously been coy when questioned by reporters about whether
• 5:39
  Speaker 1: he's considered granting Maxwell a pardon. I haven't even thought
• 5:42
Speaker 1: about it. I haven't thought about it for months. Maybe
• 5:45
Speaker 1: I haven't thought about it at all, the President said
• 5:48
  Speaker 1: in November. But I don't talk about that. I don't
• 5:50
Speaker 1: rule it in or out. The month before, Trump had
• 5:53
Speaker 1: said I will speak to the DOJ. I wouldn't consider
• 5:56
Speaker 1: it or not consider it. I don't know anything about it.
• 6:00
Speaker 1: Oh sure you don't. Sure you don't know anything about
• 6:02
Speaker 1: Glene Maxwell and her prison sentence, and sure you didn't
• 6:06
Speaker 1: unleash Todd Blanche to go make a deal with her.
• 6:09
Speaker 1: I'm sure that was all organic, right. The Supreme Court
• 6:14
Speaker 1: rejected Maxwell's appeal of her sex trafficking conviction this past October.
• 6:19
Speaker 1: Maxwell appeared virtually before the House Oversight Committee from the
• 6:23
Speaker 1: minimum security Texas prison camp in February, where she was
• 6:27
Speaker 1: moved shortly after an interview with Blanche last summer. No answers,
• 6:33
Speaker 1: nobody stepped up and said, hey, this is why we
• 6:35
Speaker 1: moved her, this is what it was based on. Of course,
• 6:39
Speaker 1: they just say it's protocol. It's in the hands of
• 6:41
Speaker 1: the BOP until your loved one gets in trouble and
• 6:45
Speaker 1: they send them across the country and they tell you
• 6:47
Speaker 1: to go get fucked. But if it's Glene Maxwell, a
• 6:50
Speaker 1: come on, not only are we going to sit down
• 6:52
Speaker 1: with her, but we're gonna move her to Camp Brian
• 6:55
Speaker 1: and we're gonna hook her up whatever she wants, puppies,
• 6:57
Speaker 1: chick fil a, extra computer time, hoodies, whatever it is.
• 7:03
Speaker 1: Does that sound like the treatment a human trafficking child
• 7:07
Speaker 1: molester should get. And people can talk all the bullshit
• 7:11
Speaker 1: they want about anybody else try and pass the buck.
• 7:14
Speaker 1: Who's in charge right now? Who made that deal with
• 7:17
Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell? Well we know who made the deal, Donald
• 7:21
Speaker 1: Trump and Todd Blanche And those are just the facts.
• 7:25
Speaker 1: And if you want to be mad about it, be
• 7:26
Speaker 1: mad about it, but be mad at Trump. He's the
• 7:29
Speaker 1: one who is in control here. He's the one behind
• 7:33
Speaker 1: the sticks. And in my opinion, this whole entire cover
• 7:35
Speaker 1: up originated in the White House. She invoked her Fifth
• 7:41
Speaker 1: Amendment right against self incrimination during the deposition. Her defense lawyer,
• 7:46
Speaker 1: David Oscar Marcus, said she was eager to testify that
• 7:49
Speaker 1: President Trump and former President Bill Clinton were innocent of
• 7:52
Speaker 1: any wrongdoing despite ties to Ebstein in the nineties and
• 7:56
Speaker 1: two thousands. So how could she know that? I thought
• 7:59
Speaker 1: Glaine Maxwell was nowhere near Jeffrey Epstein after about two
• 8:02
Speaker 1: thousand and four, two thousand and five. What happened, Glaine?
• 8:06
Speaker 1: Did you lie? You would never do that, right, the
• 8:09
Speaker 1: world's biggest liar telling lies? Who would have ever expected it?
• 8:13
Speaker 1: What's next? I'm gonna have a big mouth. The absurdity
• 8:17
Speaker 1: of it all, folks, the fucking absurdity of it all.
• 8:21
Speaker 1: And I can't even believe this conversations happening. I know
• 8:23
Speaker 1: I keep saying that, but I'm truly in disbelief. I
• 8:27
Speaker 1: thought that when Glaine Maxwell exhausted her appeal attempts and
• 8:31
Speaker 1: the Supreme Court told her to get stuffed, that would
• 8:33
Speaker 1: be the end of it. But when you got enough money,
• 8:35
Speaker 1: enough power, and enough dirt on people, maybe, well, I
• 8:39
Speaker 1: guess the rules change. I guess there's that two tier
• 8:43
Speaker 1: justice system we all love so much, one set of
• 8:47
Speaker 1: rules for them, another set of rules for people like us.
• 8:52
Speaker 1: And then you have her lawyer, David Oscar Marcus, who
• 8:55
Speaker 1: is just absolutely ridiculous. Now, look, I get it, you
• 8:59
Speaker 1: have to pue for your client right, you have to
• 9:02
Speaker 1: passionately defend them and do everything you can to get
• 9:05
Speaker 1: them out. I get that, but some of the ridiculous
• 9:08
Speaker 1: nonsense that comes out of his mouth is just absurd.
• 9:12
Speaker 1: It's like the stuff Andrew Tates lawyers are saying. Does
• 9:15
Speaker 1: anyone really believe that Andrew Tates the reason had Donald
• 9:18
Speaker 1: Trump got elected? What? Like? Come on, you really think
• 9:22
Speaker 1: that guy has that much pull, that much power. He doesn't.
• 9:26
Speaker 1: But it's the same nonsense with David Oscar Marcus talking
• 9:28
Speaker 1: about Glenn Maxwell, like she's some kind of victim, Like
• 9:31
Speaker 1: she wasn't convicted by a jury of her peers, Like
• 9:34
Speaker 1: that conviction wasn't upheld by the Second Circuit, Like that
• 9:37
Speaker 1: conviction wasn't upheld by the Supreme Court. So who you
• 9:42
Speaker 1: trying to kid? Some of us actually know the story.
• 9:47
Speaker 1: Some of us have actually looked at the court documents,
• 9:50
Speaker 1: and what those court documents tell us, Well, they tell
• 9:53
Speaker 1: us that Elaine Maxwell is exactly where she belongs. Well,
• 9:57
Speaker 1: she was until her buddy Todd Blanche moved her. But
• 10:00
Speaker 1: if anybody deserves to be behind bars for what happened
• 10:03
Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein, for what they did in association with
• 10:07
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, for the pain and suffering they caused on
• 10:11
Speaker 1: their own, then well, folks, it's not other than Gallainne Maxwell.
