Latest / Host Planet: Airbnb, Holiday Let, and Vacation Rental Insights / Agentic AI Will Disrupt Airbnb & OTAs in 2026 | Shahar Goldboim (BOOM) on the Future of STR
Transcript
- 0:00So definitely be open to it. Don't like do that because AI is
- 0:05here and it's going to change our life if we want it or not.
- 0:09For me AI is going to make us super humans and going to
- 0:14replace people no doubt about it.
- 0:17But The thing is, the 8th there always will have a place.
- 0:22What is a gentic AI and how is it going to change the short
- 0:27term rentals industry? Will the big OTAs be taken over
- 0:31by lots of smaller booking platforms?
- 0:33Will AI help you to create a direct booking website in
- 0:37seconds? And what can hosts and property
- 0:39managers do now in order to prepare for this evolution?
- 0:44Shahar Goldboyne from Boom is the special guest on the House
- 0:47Planet podcast, and he'll be answering all these questions
- 0:50and more on today's show. Shahar, thank you for joining us
- 0:58on the Host Planet podcast. Now to prepare for our chat, I
- 1:02asked ChatGPT to come up with some agentic AI predictions for
- 1:07the STR space over the next year.
- 1:09But First things first, explain to us what is Agentic AI.
- 1:15We'll do James. First of all, always pleasure to
- 1:17be with you, always enjoying the conversation.
- 1:21As for what agentic AI, I like to to look at stuff in really
- 1:25easy way. So a genetic AI is like imagine
- 1:29that you're talking to your employee and you can ask him for
- 1:33any information that you want about what's going on in the
- 1:35business. You can ask him for any
- 1:37suggestions that you want to what you need to do, and you can
- 1:40ask him to do any actions that you want.
- 1:43So that's kind of like what a genetic AI is.
- 1:47So your own personal agent, now we're going to run through these
- 1:51predictions and apply them to the short term rentals industry.
- 1:56So the number one prediction is that AI will become the primary
- 2:01discovery layer for travel. What do you make of this?
- 2:06So imagine it like that, like in the end, it's who you put your
- 2:10trust in, right? So now as a traveler, what do I
- 2:14do? I trust Airbnb.
- 2:16Why do I trust Airbnb or booking.com?
- 2:18Because I know when I will open the app, I will be able to get
- 2:23inventory almost anywhere around the world.
- 2:25So if I'm going to Chicago or if I'm going to New York, or if I'm
- 2:28going to London, I can go into an Airbnb and basically see it
- 2:32over there. That's one of the reason why I
- 2:34will do it. The second reason, if something
- 2:37happened, I have like kind of like somebody in between that
- 2:40will be able to help me in this kind of case.
- 2:44So, so, so it's where my trust basically stay.
- 2:48Now if I have like an agent that I can talk with and he can
- 2:52already screen for me everything and I don't need to do the
- 2:56negotiation and know where I want to go.
- 3:00So I trust him. So once I trust the agent, I
- 3:03kind of skipping the broker which is Airbnb, outbooking.com
- 3:10now as to where the inventory will fit, what kind of like
- 3:15understanding the AI will get like from like a certain
- 3:18territory in matter of review. That's something that will
- 3:22evolve, but definitely we're going to see it.
- 3:26Also I feel that the search itself right now we are
- 3:30searching in matter of I want to go to Miami in between like for
- 3:36Christmas because I want somewhere a lot.
- 3:38So I will put I want to come from December 22nd to January
- 3:421st. I want to go to Miami and I want
- 3:45like something that will be less than $5000 for the
- 3:49accommodation. So I will put in the price, I
- 3:52will put how much I want to put per night and then it will show
- 3:56me all of the availability. I feel that the agent is the one
- 4:01thing that we talked before. But on the search aspect, it
- 4:05will be much more of an open text, right?
- 4:07So I will write, I want to get to somewhere hot in Christmas
- 4:12time, in between the 22nd to the 1st.
- 4:16I want it to be less than two hours flight away from where I'm
- 4:21at. I want it to be, I want to have
- 4:24a view to the ocean and I'm coming with my two daughters.
- 4:28So I would like to have a lot of activities for kids around the
- 4:31hotel, preferably a walking distance.
- 4:36And we're actually going to bring the dog as well.
- 4:38So we need like dog friendly place and in in reality it will
- 4:42be much more of an open text, much less structured and it will
- 4:47give me the best option for me in a certain place.
- 4:52Yeah. So very basically here rather
- 4:54than you're not going to go to booking.com or Airbnb or any
- 4:58other travel website, you're going to go and ask, you know, a
- 5:03large language model or an AI tool.
- 5:06This is exactly what I want and trust the AI tool to to give you
- 5:11the the best options. OK then so.
- 5:14When you're looking also more to the future, when you're thinking
- 5:19about if the AI will not know a lot about you.
- 5:21So he will already present you something that you like based
- 5:26upon everything that he knows about you.
- 5:29So cut the option of you need to look.
- 5:32It's yeah. And the whole point there is
- 5:34that, you know, with the eugenic AI is that in future you're
- 5:38going to get to the point where you trust your agent so much
- 5:42that it's going to book for you and it's going to have got the
- 5:46best rate, the best location. It's it might even have booked
- 5:49direct to get you the the best possible price and experience
- 5:52and all that kind. Of thing, yeah, 100% think about
- 5:54it like you're talking with your wife, right?
- 5:56So you're like, OK, we want to go to vacation.
- 5:59Then she's bringing a lot like she would bring like three
- 6:02options there. We have this, we have that or we
- 6:04have that. What what do you feel like?
- 6:06So it will be kind of like a conversational, right?
- 6:11Like, but already with understanding, already with
- 6:13presenting options and and you pick.
- 6:18It's easy. OK, real talk now for all you
- 6:20hosts out there, you know that moment when your guest messages
- 6:23you again with, hey, what's the Wi-Fi code?
- 6:27Or you're staring at 5 different calendars wondering if you've
- 6:30accidentally double booked the cottage.
- 6:33Yes, we've all been there. That's why here at Hostplanner,
- 6:36we recommend Housefully. It's basically your rentals
- 6:40Control Center. It handles bookings across all
- 6:43the big platforms, syncs your calendars this to ensure there
- 6:46are no double bookings or to makes guest messages, and even
- 6:49creates these really slick digital guidebooks that stop all
- 6:53the repeat questions. Honestly, it just makes your
- 6:56life easier and keeps your guests happier, helping you
- 7:00achieve those all important five star reviews.
- 7:03And here is a little bonus. If you're a House Planet
- 7:06listener, you can get $500 off on boarding for House Fullies
- 7:10property management software and 30% off digital guidebooks for
- 7:14life. Just hit the link in the show
- 7:17notes and use the codes Planet 500 for the PMS and House Planet
- 7:22GB for the guidebooks. And if you'd like a proper
- 7:25walkthrough, there's also a link to book a demo with Frank Bosey
- 7:29from Housefully. He will show you how it's all
- 7:32works. Less stress, more bookings
- 7:35sorted with Housefully. Who do you trust more to pick
- 7:39the best vacation spot? Your wife or the agentic AI?
- 7:44It depends. I'm answering my wife or I'm
- 7:45answering you. OK, so prediction #2 dozens of
- 7:53new AI driven booking channels will emerge.
- 7:57What do you think? Yeah, Yeah, he's going to in the
- 8:00end, it's, it's a change of infrastructure, right?
- 8:04Like it's a change in everything that we know.
- 8:07Think about AI like water, like electricity, like Internet.
- 8:13It's an infrastructure and AI becoming the infrastructure of
- 8:17intelligence. And to that infrastructure of
- 8:20intelligence, we will connect all kind of devices, right?
- 8:24Like when you have electricity, you have TV, but you have AC1 is
- 8:29like watching and 1 is like cold air.
- 8:32So a lot of new product will be developed and obviously the ones
- 8:39that will stay behind will stay behind.
- 8:41So obviously this technology will also think about like, for
- 8:45example, Blockbuster and Netflix, right?
- 8:47What happened over there? You had like you had like a lot
- 8:51of stores selling DVD's with Blockbuster.
- 8:53They were all over the United States and then a Netflix game.
- 8:59And with the infrastructure change of Internet, it's become
- 9:03streaming. So why would they go to a store
- 9:06to get the DVD, get it to my home?
- 9:09It's a time consuming. I have to pick now I can just
- 9:13press. So a lot of development will
- 9:16happen everywhere. This point here is saying dozens
- 9:22of new AI driven booking channels and one thing it's
- 9:26suggesting here is that for hosts this means bookings may
- 9:30come from many smaller channels rather than Airbnb, booking.com,
- 9:36VRBO and maybe direct. Is this something you see
- 9:40happening quite quickly? You think we're going to see
- 9:42lots of AI generated booking channels?
- 9:47It's more like an agent rather than the channels.
- 9:50So it's like a direct like so people would go to Che GPT and
- 9:54ask him where should I go? And then they will get an answer
- 9:57or now with like Google as the way they are coming.
- 10:01So the ability to to find a product will be more dependent
- 10:07on what the value that it's bring to the end consumer rather
- 10:13than youth marketing budget. So when you look at independence
- 10:16compared to really high brand, it will make them more equal,
- 10:21right? Because it depends on the values
- 10:24that they give rather the sounds that they make.
- 10:27So if that makes sense? That leads us nicely to
- 10:33prediction #3 which is the playing field will level for
- 10:37independent hosts. Because agentic AI does not care
- 10:41about your brand size, your marketing budget, your OTA
- 10:44ranking, who pays for ads. It cares about fit,
- 10:48availability, accuracy, and guest intent.
- 10:52And it's suggesting this might be the biggest shift in decades.
- 10:55What do you make of this prediction?
- 10:59I think it's 100% truth because in the end of the day it's
- 11:03measure value and it will be able to measure the value in in
- 11:06a lot of ways that it's really hard for us.
- 11:09You will go to Urbinbay, you will go to home away.
- 11:12You won't go to like 100 different site.
- 11:14You won't go into the site of the of the company.
- 11:18You won't like read all of the review, understand how the
- 11:21review applying to you compared to your travel.
- 11:25So the ability to, to understand the value for a specific will be
- 11:32huge. And again, it's not just like in
- 11:34travelling, even in education, your kids, the way they study
- 11:39right now, they study with all of the group with all of like
- 11:43their class, right? But the way learning is going to
- 11:47be is it will be based upon the person and, and from that
- 11:51understanding, what's the level of education that you need in
- 11:55which like department and and and, and, and that aspect will
- 12:00go everywhere, not just to travel.
- 12:03Your short term rental business is evolving fast, but how do you
- 12:07keep up with the latest regulation, tax changes and
- 12:11industry trends? The answer is to attend the
- 12:14House Planet Roadshow, which is coming to a city near you in
- 12:172026. This is the UK's premier event
- 12:21for holiday let professionals, supported by the Short Term
- 12:25Accommodation Association, Price Labs and the Women in Short Term
- 12:29Rentals community. This is your essential
- 12:32opportunity for learning, networking and expert insights.
- 12:36Starting in Cornwall on the 5th of February, you'll spend a full
- 12:40day mastering compliance, optimizing your revenue
- 12:43strategies and sharing lessons learned with your peers.
- 12:47After Cornwall will be in Portsmouth on the 4th of March
- 12:51and London on the 23rd of April. That's the day after the Short
- 12:55Stay Summit. Later in the year we'll be
- 12:58heading to Nottingham, Bath, Chester and Edinburgh.
- 13:01So don't navigate the complex 2026 market alone.
- 13:06Learn from the leaders driving the industry forward and shape
- 13:09the short term rental conversation in your market.
- 13:13Tickets are just £40 each and available now from our website.
- 13:18Head to Houseplanner dot Club for further details.
- 13:22I'm sure there'll be hosts and property managers out there
- 13:24thinking how can I make sure that when somebody makes a
- 13:29prompt on ChatGPT or Gemini or anywhere else, how can I make
- 13:33sure that it's my brand, it's my properties that are getting
- 13:36visibility? And I imagine you're thinking
- 13:39about this from your company's point of view as well.
- 13:41You want somebody when they go in, which PMS should I use?
- 13:45You want to be recommended, right?
- 13:47So how can businesses make sure they are getting recommended by
- 13:50these large language models? So it's, it's how you understand
- 13:55value, right? You understand value from the
- 13:58data. So the data needs to be
- 14:00structured so the AI will be able to to read it and
- 14:04understand and understand what you give.
- 14:08It's your ability to put into the text what people actually
- 14:13enjoy and love so he will be able to capture it and
- 14:17understanding it's specific to a person.
- 14:20In regards to the PMS, it's like a lot if he's on review sites
- 14:28that are in that you want to be high over there in matter of
- 14:33scores. It's all about validation and
- 14:37value, right? Like it's like how much I trust
- 14:40and what's the value that it bring me.
- 14:43And once these two are combined, it give me the ability to
- 14:46decide, hey, you know what? That's the place.
- 14:50Yeah. Makes sense.
- 14:54How is this going to affect OTAs?
- 14:57Because prediction 4 is that OTA influence will decline but not
- 15:03disappear. Where do you see the future for
- 15:07airbnbbooking.com, VRBO, and others in a world of agentic AI?
- 15:13No, it's, it's really, it's really hard to know to be
- 15:17honest. And I'm not 100% sure I, I'm, I,
- 15:24I do sure that trust is a big thing.
- 15:27And for them it will be a challenge how they build the
- 15:31trust in a way and how the agentic AI not passing them as
- 15:37as a broker, but also they're getting a lot of the information
- 15:41from the OTA. And also I see another thing
- 15:46that coming up which is paid within the LLMS.
- 15:53So it will be a mix of like when you think about SCO, so you have
- 15:58the organic and you have the paid and it might be also a
- 16:01combination with the AI that will play into that.
- 16:06So I think that we, again, the movements that we see is
- 16:11unpresidential, meaning it's, it's, it's the biggest change
- 16:15that humanity have ever seen, right?
- 16:17When we look at like industrial revolution, industrial
- 16:20revolution happened like people were like basically farmers.
- 16:24They were thinking like how we actually produce food.
- 16:28And then after industrial revolution took around 150 years
- 16:31for people to change position, right?
- 16:33So we were farmers, we moved into factories, the factories
- 16:38created accounting legal and basically like we build
- 16:42basically all the professions that we know today.
- 16:45And with AI, everything that all of the fundamentals that we know
- 16:51are going to be changed, but not in a period of time of 150
- 16:54years, in a period of time of 10 years.
- 16:57So it's, it's, it's, it's hard to predict everything that we
- 17:02see where we are going. That's that's for sure.
- 17:06How do you think advertising is going to change the landscape?
- 17:10You know when large language models start accepting fees for
- 17:14getting more visibility? Advertising also going to be
- 17:18like a total different animal, right?
- 17:21All of the AB testing, all of the changes, your ability to do
- 17:25multiplies. Try when AI is basically pushing
- 17:29emails, doing AB testing, like get the understanding what
- 17:34works, what's not working. Again, every field is going to
- 17:39change bottom to top and we need to understand how to use the
- 17:45tools ought to be better and in the end of the day, give us the
- 17:50power to be like super superheroes like for real, even
- 17:56think about yourself for the preparation to this podcast,
- 18:01right? You went and you asked your
- 18:03GPTA. You know what I'm going to do a
- 18:05podcast and such and such. Shoot me like all of the all of
- 18:09the question and something that used to take you probably two to
- 18:13three hours. Now you change into like a 5
- 18:16minutes process like you review, you optimize, Tak Tak Tak, I
- 18:20have it and that in every action that you do.
- 18:24Yeah, 100%. These next two predictions that
- 18:29I think we're probably already seeing this, you know, STR
- 18:32operations are going to shift from automation to autonomy and
- 18:37AI will become the new revenue manager.
- 18:40It feels like that's already happening in in real time.
- 18:44What? What do you make of?
- 18:45That yeah, we are at boom. We, we are working on this
- 18:51change for the last 2 1/2 years. It's something that we, we, we
- 18:55saw really clearly and I like to call it automation of automation
- 19:05and, and 100% in all level in level of communication.
- 19:09Now we already eliminate 80% of the communication of our like
- 19:14customers like meaning now they need to deal with 20%.
- 19:18They can focus much more on, on the problem rather on the TDs.
- 19:24Like in matter of sales, you can be available 24/7 in matter of
- 19:30dispatching like now you know the KPI of each person, you know
- 19:34the cleaner, the cleaning the fastest, how much they like
- 19:37what's the score that he's getting with better to send
- 19:41where based upon GPS location in matter of like accounting
- 19:49reconciliation to do against the bank pretty easy to AI.
- 19:54So for me it will it will go in every level.
- 20:01Now also with a genetic AI that sits on the top like for example
- 20:06I used to go. I used to have a property
- 20:08management company, pretty big one and we, I used to go to the
- 20:13utilities after it, they transfer it to somebody and I
- 20:16would like to see, hey, you know, what if you the water bill
- 20:19went more than 10% a month, I might have a leak.
- 20:22I should take a look at it. And it's something that, and now
- 20:26you're just telling the agent AI, you know, what if the if
- 20:29the, if the price going more than 10% the utility bill of the
- 20:34water. Please send me notification and
- 20:36let's do it every the 15th of the month and from now on every
- 20:4015th of the month you will do it.
- 20:42If you want an extra step, you know it already, send like a
- 20:45handyman to check it and let's see if we can fix it or what the
- 20:50problem is. And again, you can do it with
- 20:53everything. So everything change into a
- 20:57playbook with triggers to when it needs to be done.
- 21:01Yeah, automating automations. I like that.
- 21:03I like that explanation #7 prediction then, and I think
- 21:07this is very relevant to you. So the the STR tech stack will
- 21:12compress instead of 10 tools or whatever it might be, hosts may
- 21:16rely on a much smaller amount of technology.
- 21:19What do you reckon? First of all, 100% also
- 21:25something that we saw for the last two years and we are like
- 21:29we are pushing on it because the way technology used to be built,
- 21:34when you're thinking about it, think about SAS, think about the
- 21:37model. So the model was supposed to fix
- 21:40the solution to somebody in your company.
- 21:42So let's say you want a company, your bookkeeper working on
- 21:46QuickBooks, your handyman working on Monday, your a
- 21:51marketing person working on HubSpot.
- 21:53And the way it used to work that the people on top of that tools
- 21:56were talking in between them to run the company, meaning your
- 22:00bookkeeper now doesn't have an invoice what he will tell them
- 22:03and hey, send me the invoice, right?
- 22:06If it's through emails, through text or whatever it is, we
- 22:10really believe that the world moving into a world of Bath,
- 22:13which is business as a software where all of the tool combines.
- 22:17So everything talking with everything, right?
- 22:20So think about that. Let's say I have a PMS and the
- 22:23PMS, I have a plugin of AI. And now your guest, you come
- 22:29again and you ask me, can I do an early check in a simple
- 22:32question, right? But how can as an AI can give
- 22:35you the answer if it doesn't know the task?
- 22:38Meaning if I need to fix the toilet or I need to fix the
- 22:41shower or the cleaning was done or there was a late reservation,
- 22:46my ability to give you the information based upon the data
- 22:50that I have in order to give it to you.
- 22:53So in the middle of tools, when I have an API connection, I have
- 22:59some data, but I don't know to answer like you.
- 23:03So for example, me and you have some API integration, meaning I
- 23:08know where you're living, I know a little bit about your history,
- 23:12I know where you worked, I know how you got into the space.
- 23:16But if somebody will ask me a question like he's asking you,
- 23:19no way I will be able to answer like you because I don't know
- 23:23your childhood, I don't know your parents, I don't know like
- 23:26how you translate certain stuff that happened to you.
- 23:30So in order to really answer like a business, I need to have
- 23:35the whole. And if the whole combined to a
- 23:38lot of places, I won't be able to.
- 23:40So I'm definitely yeah on that. Yeah, data access, Yeah, all
- 23:46these things are going to become more.
- 23:49Execution So execution is also a big thing, right?
- 23:52Because now I want to open a task.
- 23:54Now I want that task to to move into payment to this contractor.
- 23:59Now I want to do reconciliation in the bank against that
- 24:03payment. Right now it's need to go to the
- 24:05PNL of the owner. Now it's not you go into the
- 24:08trust accounting of the company to create the flow.
- 24:11So. So everything that you do need
- 24:14to have the complete cycle to all of the action in order to
- 24:19the system to work right? 100% direct booking websites
- 24:24then. So it says direct booking
- 24:25websites will become AI first. We've seen actually a friend of
- 24:30both of us, Richard Vorton did a quite a long piece recently
- 24:33about the fact that he thinks that AI is going to make it so
- 24:37simple and a lot cheaper to create high quality direct
- 24:41booking websites. Is this something that you see
- 24:45and and how much of A boost is this going to be for
- 24:48independence out there? There's 1000% like on that.
- 24:53So your ability is to talk with the software rather than use the
- 24:57software. So you will be able to talk with
- 25:00it and explaining what you want and how to do and why to do what
- 25:05we talked about LLM going to find directly as the the direct
- 25:15booking site because it will be cheaper.
- 25:17So if you have enough validation on your booking site that the
- 25:21guest will get like same experience or better experience
- 25:24than Airbnb and the AI will trust that, then it will present
- 25:28your property rather than the Airbnb property because it has a
- 25:33level of trust also in the level of what it's presenting to a
- 25:37certain guest. That coming to the website, how
- 25:40you adjust the website based upon the user that coming to
- 25:44your website so that it will be changing as you go.
- 25:48So you will see something different than me because we
- 25:51look at stuff differently in matter of like how to close it
- 25:55so. So in all kind of level it will
- 25:58play. Wow, a completely dynamic
- 26:00website which will change depending on on what that person
- 26:04wants. That's that's amazing.
- 26:09You mentioned there trust and that brings us quite nicely to
- 26:13the next point, which is trust will shift from platforms to AI
- 26:17interpreters. Guests won't trust Airbnb
- 26:20reviews anymore. You could argue that guests
- 26:23don't trust a lot of Airbnb reviews right now, but they will
- 26:27trust their personal AI to tell them what's reliable, what's
- 26:30safe, what's good value. So potentially trust becomes
- 26:35personal and decentralized from platforms like Airbnb,
- 26:40booking.com, where where it currently is.
- 26:42What do you make of that? I'm trying to think about it
- 26:46because like with Airbnb, the the reviews are pretty meaning
- 26:51like it's pretty good the way they are analyzing review who
- 26:55they allow to leave review my assumptions that say I will read
- 27:01and will build the trust on the review itself and and know to do
- 27:07the analysis in the best way in order to present you the best
- 27:12reviews that relevant to you. If it's makes sense.
- 27:16In the end, everything in life is trust, right?
- 27:19You're doing business with people that you trust or it's
- 27:25all about trust in any relation in any business.
- 27:30It's what my trust in you. Yes.
- 27:34In a world of AI, how does that fit?
- 27:37If we're trusting agentic AI and this human element is taken out
- 27:43of it to A to a large degree, how does that fit?
- 27:48In what? What kind of content I'm trying
- 27:50to understand. I mean, I'm trying to think here
- 27:52as well. I mean, I guess I'm trying to
- 27:55run it back to short term rentals.
- 27:57But I guess if, if we just completely trust the AI, then
- 28:01we're not so worried about looking at a direct booking
- 28:04website and finding the about page and seeing who we're who
- 28:08we're booking with. So yeah, everything boils down
- 28:11to trust and ideally those personal relationships, but
- 28:14maybe those personal relationships that they're not
- 28:16going to be as visible as they as they previously were, right?
- 28:19It's built up to a trust. So let's say it's a gently Ki
- 28:22pick like 3 places and let's say you pick the place and let's say
- 28:25you're going and you're not enjoying and then you're going
- 28:27again and you're not enjoying and then you're going.
- 28:29Yeah, you're not enjoying, you lost the trust.
- 28:32So it's all about like create the values that you will build
- 28:38the trust rather than like not. And I believe that we'll build,
- 28:44we will live in a world that's a trust just will get more and
- 28:49more concurred. Yeah.
- 28:51So finally then host to prepare now will win big.
- 28:57So so the host and property managers out there who know that
- 29:01agentic AI is coming in a big way, how can they prepare to
- 29:06future proof their businesses? Understanding how to implement
- 29:10AI in their organization. Understand.
- 29:12Look at every department and see how they can optimize it.
- 29:17How they can install AI mentality within their
- 29:22organization, small things that they can do, they can tell their
- 29:28people don't ask nobody question before you're asking Che GPT to
- 29:32see if he can answer that just a small thing, right?
- 29:36And already you're losing 6070% of the questions that people
- 29:41have just from doing it. And then like understanding how
- 29:46to do automation of automation, search for tools that will make
- 29:50them better and open your mind to it.
- 29:53Meaning when your mind is open, when you're looking for stuff,
- 29:56stuff are coming, but it's starting from the openness.
- 29:59So definitely be open to it. Don't like do that because AI is
- 30:04here and it's going to change our life if we want it or not.
- 30:10And for me, AI is going to make us superhumans and I'm going to
- 30:17replace people, no doubt about it.
- 30:21But The thing is, the A player always will have a place.
- 30:26And you can have organization full of a player rather than the
- 30:29B and the C, and you can create much more scalability with your
- 30:35business. So yeah.
- 30:39And also giving your people much more work life balance right?
- 30:43Like being a property manager is all right working 24/7, 365 days
- 30:49a year. It's non-stop.
- 30:51And the ability to to do more with less is huge.
- 30:55And it's not that AI is going to replace people, companies not
- 30:59using AI going to be replaced by ones that do.
- 31:02So definitely put efforts and implement it within your
- 31:08company. Big changes coming people.
- 31:12OK then Shahar, before we head off, then give us the lowdown on
- 31:15Boom. What are you guys up to at the
- 31:18moment and where can people find out more information?
- 31:22So Boom is the ball at the moment release BAM and BAM is
- 31:26the business agentic AI of Boom which allowing you think about
- 31:33it this way. So from a software perspective,
- 31:36you have end to end solution to run all of your business under 1
- 31:40system. To that we have AI agents that
- 31:43will answer customer support, sales, accounting and so on and
- 31:48so on. And on top of that, we have them
- 31:51which is a genetic AI that you can ask any question to any data
- 31:55that you want. So it doesn't have to be a
- 31:57structure data. I can even ask him what are the
- 32:00best metrics in my company and if you go to the review,
- 32:04understand the people that basically enjoying it.
- 32:07So you can ask any information that you want.
- 32:10You can ask any suggestions that you want, meaning how can I
- 32:14increase sales, where is my leakage and so on and so on.
- 32:19And you can do any actions that you want like in the system, in
- 32:24any trigger points that you want.
- 32:26So it's it's a really a game changer in the way you manage
- 32:30company. Fascinating.
- 32:32And if people want to find out more, where should they go?
