O’Flynn Construction is set to transform a vacant lot in Ballincollig into a vibrant, 157-unit apartment complex across three buildings, ranging from two to six stories tall — designed to meet diverse housing needs with 77 one-bedrooms and a mix of two-bedrooms for three or four people.
