- 0:21Speaker 1: Make yourself all nice and cozy in your bed and
- 0:26Speaker 1: close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, then slowly
- 0:33Speaker 1: and gently Let the breath out. Again, deep breath in.
- 0:43Speaker 1: And slowly and gently, let that breath out. One more time.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Deep breath in. And slowly and gently, let the breath out.
- 1:01Speaker 1: And just relax. Relax. Now imagine yourself surrounded by a
- 1:09Speaker 1: beautiful white light. A light so bright, so pure and
- 1:15Speaker 1: so powerful. And it's a light of protection and peace
- 1:20Speaker 1: just for you. Breathe in this white light. Feel it
- 1:27Speaker 1: as it enters your body completely, making you feel all
- 1:31Speaker 1: warm and so very safe. Now imagine yourself sitting on
- 1:39Speaker 1: a very large rock. Half of it is on a
- 1:44Speaker 1: beautiful sandy beach, but the other half is in the
- 1:49Speaker 1: deep blue ocean. You can hear the gentle lapping of
- 1:56Speaker 1: the ocean waves as they roll up and onto the
- 1:59Speaker 1: rock you are sitting on. Take a deep breath and
- 2:04Speaker 1: breathe in the fresh ocean air. It feels so peaceful here.
- 2:13Speaker 1: And the sun is high in the sky with just
- 2:16Speaker 1: a few small fluffy clouds drifting by. And you can
- 2:20Speaker 1: see shapes. You can see the shapes they make as
- 2:23Speaker 1: they drift on by. And you feel very peaceful sitting
- 2:28Speaker 1: on your rock, listening to the sounds of the waves.
- 2:32Speaker 1: And it makes you smile with happiness. But as you
- 2:38Speaker 1: sit there, You notice movement in the water below you
- 2:43Speaker 1: and you wonder, hmm, what is it, you think to yourself.
- 2:49Speaker 1: You see the water moving in a strange way and
- 2:51Speaker 1: there are little bubbles forming too. What on earth could
- 2:55Speaker 1: it be? As you watch the swirling movement of the water,
- 3:00Speaker 1: a head pops up with very long flowing blonde hair.
- 3:06Speaker 1: And you see it, a young girl who looks just
- 3:09Speaker 1: about your age. She gives you a big grin and
- 3:12Speaker 1: her blue eyes sparkle with fun. She tells you her
- 3:17Speaker 1: name is Imogen. And she is a mermaid. Wow! A mermaid!
- 3:27Speaker 1: She gently lifts her tail out of the water for
- 3:29Speaker 1: you to see. Oh my! She really is a mermaid.
- 3:37Speaker 1: So you introduce yourself to her and you tell her
- 3:39Speaker 1: your name. She is very pleased to meet you, she says.
- 3:44Speaker 1: She says she's never met a land walker before. Some
- 3:48Speaker 1: of the older mermaids have, but this is her first time. Puzzled,
- 3:54Speaker 1: you wonder what a land walker is, so you ask her.
- 3:58Speaker 1: She tells you a land walker to all mermaids are
- 4:02Speaker 1: human beings. They walk on the land, whereas mermaids mermaids
- 4:06Speaker 1: can't hmm this makes sense to you now Imogen tells
- 4:12Speaker 1: you that she is a very special mermaid a mermaid
- 4:19Speaker 1: very few humans have ever seen she is a flying
- 4:23Speaker 1: mermaid which means that not only can she swim under
- 4:28Speaker 1: the sea she can also fly like a bird oh
- 4:33Speaker 1: my goodness me a flying mermaid Imogen asks you if
- 4:39Speaker 1: you would like to see her wings. Well, of course
- 4:42Speaker 1: you would. Imogen raises herself up and the top half
- 4:47Speaker 1: of her body is free from the water. And as
- 4:51Speaker 1: you watch, very slowly and gently, wings start to sprout
- 4:56Speaker 1: out of her back. You watch as the glorious wings
- 5:01Speaker 1: begin to spread out around her. Incandescent, the colours are
- 5:06Speaker 1: so beautiful. Her wings are like beautiful rainbows and they
- 5:13Speaker 1: are dazzling in the sunlight. They shimmer and they shine
- 5:17Speaker 1: with the most beautiful colours you have ever seen. Can
- 5:22Speaker 1: you see them? Imogen asks you if you would like
- 5:30Speaker 1: to fly with her up into the clouds. Well, obviously
- 5:34Speaker 1: you say yes. She tells you to climb up on
- 5:38Speaker 1: her back And hold on tight. So you do. And
- 5:42Speaker 1: you give a little laugh because your feet are still
- 5:44Speaker 1: dangling in the water. Imogen raises herself up even higher.
- 5:49Speaker 1: And her wings spread out even further still. Then she
- 5:54Speaker 1: begins to gently flap her wings. And as she does.
- 5:58Speaker 1: You see that you and she are already out of
- 6:00Speaker 1: the water. And you both rise higher and higher. And
- 6:07Speaker 1: you are now. Flying with Imogen. How exciting. Her wings
- 6:15Speaker 1: move faster and you go higher. And before you know it,
- 6:19Speaker 1: you are high in the beautiful blue sky. There are
- 6:26Speaker 1: fluffy white clouds everywhere. You've never seen clouds up close before.
- 6:33Speaker 1: They look like little balls of mist. Well, Some of
- 6:37Speaker 1: them are little and some of them are very big.
- 6:41Speaker 1: And they look so soft too. Imogen tells you that
- 6:48Speaker 1: she can, if she wants, fly to the stars. But today,
- 6:53Speaker 1: she's just flying in and out of the clouds, making
- 6:56Speaker 1: shapes and having fun with you. She says that if
- 7:01Speaker 1: you come back another time, maybe she will take you
- 7:04Speaker 1: to the stars and back. Now that really would be amazing.
- 7:09Speaker 1: So you promise to yourself that you will definitely come
- 7:13Speaker 1: back here again. You really would like to see the stars.
- 7:19Speaker 1: As you look around, you can see for miles and
- 7:23Speaker 1: miles and miles. It truly is amazing up in the sky.
- 7:29Speaker 1: The things you can see, the wonderful sensations you can feel.
- 7:33Speaker 1: You can feel the wind on your face. You can
- 7:36Speaker 1: feel it rushing through your hair. You can feel your
- 7:40Speaker 1: clothes blowing in the wind too. It feels truly exhilarating.
- 7:46Speaker 1: And astonishingly, you pass a flying unicorn. And what's more,
- 7:54Speaker 1: you recognise her. It's the princess unicorn. She gives you
- 8:00Speaker 1: a beautiful smile and she waves to you as she
- 8:03Speaker 1: travels back to Unicornia. You wonder where she's been. But
- 8:09Speaker 1: for now, spend a little while flying with Imogen as
- 8:14Speaker 1: you hold on to her tightly. Where will she take you?
- 8:19Speaker 1: What will you see? Enjoy flying high up in the
- 8:23Speaker 1: sky with Imogen. Thank you.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 9:55Speaker 1: You Now it's time for you to return back to
- 10:41Speaker 1: the rock. Imogen swoops down back into the sea so quickly.
- 10:50Speaker 1: You climb back onto your rock and you watch as
- 10:53Speaker 1: Imogen's beautiful rainbow wings fold back into her body. Wow!
- 11:01Speaker 1: What an amazing experience you've just had. Where did you
- 11:05Speaker 1: go with Imogen? What did you see? You will always
- 11:12Speaker 1: remember this time with her because you had so much
- 11:15Speaker 1: fun flying with her Oh, but you feel so happy now.
- 11:21Speaker 1: So at peace, so calm. You just feel like giving
- 11:25Speaker 1: a huge hug to everyone in the whole wide world.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Just before Imogen leaves, she gifts you your very own
- 11:38Speaker 1: wings with her very, very special mermaid magic. But you
- 11:45Speaker 1: can only use them when you come back to see
- 11:48Speaker 1: Imogen Imogen tells you that you are a very special
- 11:54Speaker 1: person she tells you that you have so much love
- 11:58Speaker 1: inside you that you need to share it with the
- 12:01Speaker 1: world she also tells you you are the kindest and
- 12:07Speaker 1: most beautiful land walker she has ever seen and she
- 12:12Speaker 1: is so very very happy that you are her friend
- 12:19Speaker 1: Imogen moves further out into the water now and you
- 12:24Speaker 1: turn to look at her and she is waving to
- 12:27Speaker 1: you with her tail in the air. You give a
- 12:30Speaker 1: great big grin and wave back to her as she
- 12:32Speaker 1: jumps up into the air and then suddenly dives deep
- 12:35Speaker 1: under the water. Wow! What an adventure! What an amazing creature!
- 12:44Speaker 1: And she is your friend. But just remember, you can
- 12:51Speaker 1: come back here to speak to your mermaid friend anytime.
- 12:56Speaker 1: You can fly with her too, as you now have
- 12:58Speaker 1: your own very special rainbow wings. And with Imogen, you
- 13:05Speaker 1: are always safe. You are always loved. And you are
- 13:10Speaker 1: always protected. But now it's time to come home. And
- 13:18Speaker 1: you find yourself back in your very own bed. And
- 13:23Speaker 1: you're so comfortable that you find yourself starting to drift
- 13:28Speaker 1: just a little into dreaming and sleeping. Your eyes are
- 13:34Speaker 1: closed and your body is feeling very heavy now but
- 13:38Speaker 1: you feel so happy and content. So for now, just rest.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Have a good night. peaceful night's rest and when you
- 13:49Speaker 1: wake in the morning you will feel so refreshed so
- 13:54Speaker 1: renewed so alert and so very very happy now imagine
- 14:05Speaker 1: you're in a lush green field filled with flowers dotted
- 14:09Speaker 1: all around you and you can smell how fresh the
- 14:14Speaker 1: grass is can you smell it You can smell the
- 14:20Speaker 1: aroma of the beautiful flowers too. Can you smell it?
- 14:25Speaker 1: It smells so wonderful. Up ahead of you, you see
- 14:33Speaker 1: a spiral staircase and it's going upwards towards the sky.
- 14:38Speaker 1: How interesting. You wonder where it goes. So you decide
- 14:45Speaker 1: to go and have a look and see. you begin
- 14:49Speaker 1: to climb the staircase. And as you stand on each step,
- 14:54Speaker 1: it lights up with lots and lots of little fairy lights.
- 14:58Speaker 1: And they twinkle so brightly, it's mesmerising. As you continue upwards,
- 15:06Speaker 1: you look around you and see the field below you.
- 15:11Speaker 1: And you see the trees in the distance. You can
- 15:14Speaker 1: even see mountains that are so far away, they look
- 15:18Speaker 1: really small but you know that they are not. You
- 15:23Speaker 1: reach the top of the stairs and to your absolute amazement,
- 15:28Speaker 1: you stare onto what looks like jelly. Very soft and
- 15:35Speaker 1: very wobbly. Jelly. Wow. You can walk on the jelly
- 15:44Speaker 1: because although it's soft, it's also very firm for your feet.
- 15:49Speaker 1: So you try it. You tap your foot around. And
- 15:53Speaker 1: you only sink into it a little bit. And this
- 15:56Speaker 1: makes you laugh out loud. It's like walking with big
- 15:59Speaker 1: soft cushions on your feet. How cool is that? And
- 16:03Speaker 1: you continue to walk. It's sort of like a bit squidgy,
- 16:08Speaker 1: but not really. Like a sucking sound. It's like the
- 16:13Speaker 1: jelly's trying to stick to your feet. But you continue walking.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Up ahead, you see some buildings. Orange ones. Yellow ones.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Purple ones. In fact, they are in every colour of
- 16:31Speaker 1: the rainbow. It looks wonderful. So colourful and so bright.
- 16:36Speaker 1: You see a little dog come out of one of
- 16:40Speaker 1: the buildings. And he's bright purple. And when he walks,
- 16:47Speaker 1: he wobbles. Oh my goodness me, you realise that the
- 16:52Speaker 1: little dog is also made of jelly. You look around
- 16:59Speaker 1: you and see other animals also all made of jelly
- 17:04Speaker 1: and all in different colours too. It's then that you
- 17:08Speaker 1: see some people and yes, they too are made of jelly.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Everyone is wobbling along Some of them are carrying the shopping.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Also made of jelly. Some of them are drinking slushies.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Also made of jelly. Bit strange, but okay. Some of
- 17:32Speaker 1: them are eating sweets. Yes, that's right. Made of jelly.
- 17:37Speaker 1: But every one of them is a different colour too.
- 17:42Speaker 1: The colours around you are absolutely amazing. You wonder... Where
- 17:50Speaker 1: on earth you are? Well, you're not on earth anymore.
- 17:57Speaker 1: You are in wobbly jelly land. You see a big
- 18:02Speaker 1: sign saying, welcome and we hope you have fun with
- 18:05Speaker 1: us today. Wibble wobble, wibble wobble, wibble wobble. You see
- 18:11Speaker 1: that the plants and the trees are made, yes you've
- 18:16Speaker 1: guessed it, jelly. Even the clouds in the sky are
- 18:22Speaker 1: made of jelly. The whole place is made of jelly. Everything.
- 18:28Speaker 1: The flowers, the leaves and the trees. And you think
- 18:32Speaker 1: this is a most wonderful place to be. Just there,
- 18:38Speaker 1: a little boy and a girl walk up to you
- 18:40Speaker 1: and say hello. They tell you that their names are
- 18:44Speaker 1: Robin and Jessica. And they too wobble. Quite a lot, actually.
- 18:51Speaker 1: They ask you if you would like to play with
- 18:54Speaker 1: them and they will show you all around Wobbly Jellyland. Well,
- 18:59Speaker 1: of course you say yes. So off you go with
- 19:03Speaker 1: Robin and Jessica to explore their homeland. They tell you
- 19:09Speaker 1: that they have the most amazing play area where the
- 19:13Speaker 1: swings are made of jelly. The climbing frame is made
- 19:18Speaker 1: of jelly. The slide is made of jelly. But what
- 19:22Speaker 1: their favourite thing of all is, is the water slide.
- 19:27Speaker 1: And that too is made of jelly. But the best bit,
- 19:33Speaker 1: they tell you, is that the water is also made
- 19:37Speaker 1: of jelly and you get to go whoosh right into it.
- 19:41Speaker 1: They tell you it's so much fun. It's much better
- 19:44Speaker 1: than sliding in water. So for just a little while,
- 19:50Speaker 1: Go and play with Robin and Jessica. Explore everything. See
- 19:56Speaker 1: what else they have. That is also made of jelly.
- 20:00Speaker 1: But don't forget. To have a go on the water slide.
- 20:04Speaker 1: Or should we say jelly slide. Go and have some fun.
- 20:08Speaker 1: And whoosh. straight into the water.
- 21:10Speaker 2: Thank you for watching.
- 22:38Speaker 1: That was such good fun so much fun that you
- 22:44Speaker 1: think that even you are wobbling now wibble wobble on
- 22:48Speaker 1: your legs Robin and Jessica ask you if you'd like
- 22:53Speaker 1: to sleep over with them in their house of course
- 22:56Speaker 1: you do so you go off to the wobbly yellow
- 23:00Speaker 1: house wibble wobbling as you walk behind them where everything
- 23:05Speaker 1: is also made of jelly. Even the pictures on the walls,
- 23:12Speaker 1: the flowers outside the house, the light bulbs, also made
- 23:16Speaker 1: of jelly. When you enter the house, they show you
- 23:22Speaker 1: to your very own bedroom with the biggest and most
- 23:26Speaker 1: wobbliest jelly bed you have ever seen. They're all a
- 23:33Speaker 1: bit tired and you're a bit tired, so you all
- 23:35Speaker 1: decide Now's the time for bed. Robin and Jessica say
- 23:41Speaker 1: goodnight to you and go off to their own bedrooms
- 23:44Speaker 1: because they are really sleepy now too. And you get
- 23:49Speaker 1: to sleep on a bed made of wobbly jelly. You
- 23:55Speaker 1: climb up onto your bed and it's not easy because
- 23:58Speaker 1: you keep slipping off the wobbly jelly. Eventually you make
- 24:02Speaker 1: it and you lie down. And your pillow is simply fantastic.
- 24:08Speaker 1: So soft and so smooth. And of course, made of jelly.
- 24:15Speaker 1: You think to yourself that you've seen some amazing things today.
- 24:20Speaker 1: Very wobbly things and very colourful things. And you have really,
- 24:24Speaker 1: really enjoyed being here. But you do realise that you
- 24:30Speaker 1: are feeling very sleepy. So you snuggle down even deeper
- 24:35Speaker 1: on your big jelly bed with your big soft jelly pillow.
- 24:42Speaker 1: Your eyes begin to feel heavy now and your eyelids
- 24:47Speaker 1: are beginning to droop. But your body feels so peaceful,
- 24:53Speaker 1: so relaxed, so calm, but very, very heavy now. You
- 25:01Speaker 1: feel so happy and grateful to have met Robin and
- 25:04Speaker 1: Jessica today. You like them very much. You've seen how
- 25:10Speaker 1: the jelly people live. They all live so peacefully together,
- 25:16Speaker 1: albeit very wobbly together. You have also seen how they
- 25:21Speaker 1: all help each other and how kind they are to
- 25:24Speaker 1: each other. And you think that kindness is a very
- 25:29Speaker 1: wonderful thing. And you decide that from now on You're
- 25:34Speaker 1: going to be like the wobbly jelly people. You're going
- 25:38Speaker 1: to be kind to everyone. You begin to drift deeper
- 25:45Speaker 1: into sleep now. Deeper and deeper into the most wonderful
- 25:52Speaker 1: night's sleep ever. So turn over onto your side and
- 25:58Speaker 1: snuggle down in your wobbly jelly bed. And you feel
- 26:04Speaker 1: so safe and protected. And you feel so very, very happy.
- 26:12Speaker 1: And when you wake up in the morning, you will
- 26:15Speaker 1: feel completely refreshed and ready to begin the new day ahead.
- 26:22Speaker 1: And remember, you can always come back to Wobbly Jelly
- 26:26Speaker 1: Land whenever you want. And you can see Robin and
- 26:32Speaker 1: Jessica Once again. But now, just rest. And just sleep.
- 26:42Speaker 1: Night night. Now imagine that you're walking on a beautiful
- 26:48Speaker 1: beach with the most glorious white sand. It's so white
- 26:52Speaker 1: it sparkles in the sunshine. And with each step you take,
- 26:56Speaker 1: you feel more relaxed. You feel more calm. You feel
- 27:01Speaker 1: more peaceful. It also feels like you're walking on air
- 27:06Speaker 1: and you feel so happy. You look around you as
- 27:13Speaker 1: you walk and you notice the beautiful big blue ocean
- 27:18Speaker 1: and the sunlight's bouncing off it like a million tiny
- 27:22Speaker 1: fairy lights. It looks so amazing, so dazzling. Then you
- 27:27Speaker 1: look ahead of you and you see some shapes in
- 27:29Speaker 1: the distance moving towards you. As they get closer, you
- 27:34Speaker 1: see that they are actually unicorns heading your way. Six
- 27:39Speaker 1: of them. How wonderful. Now you've seen unicorns before, but
- 27:47Speaker 1: not like these ones. These ones are in two colours.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Some of them are all blue and some of them
- 27:55Speaker 1: are all pink. But all of them have amazing horns
- 27:59Speaker 1: on the centre of their heads. And each horn is
- 28:01Speaker 1: a brilliant white colour with golden sparkles glittering all over them. Oh,
- 28:07Speaker 1: and they all look so beautiful. They trot up to
- 28:12Speaker 1: you and say hello. They ask what you're doing here.
- 28:17Speaker 1: You tell them you are just having a peaceful, quiet
- 28:21Speaker 1: walk along the shore. They ask if they can come
- 28:25Speaker 1: with you. Well, of course, you would be delighted for
- 28:27Speaker 1: them to come with you. So you take off your
- 28:31Speaker 1: shoes and set off on your walk with the unicorns.
- 28:36Speaker 1: One of the unicorns, a big blue one, tells you
- 28:39Speaker 1: that all of the pink unicorns are girls and all
- 28:42Speaker 1: of the blue unicorns are boys. He tells you that
- 28:45Speaker 1: his name is Peter. He introduces you to the rest
- 28:49Speaker 1: of the herd. And he tells you that they are
- 28:52Speaker 1: all brothers and sisters. The other two blue unicorns are
- 28:56Speaker 1: called Philip and Robin. Pink unicorns are called Rebecca, Josephine
- 29:02Speaker 1: and Lily. So you tell them your name too. He
- 29:09Speaker 1: tells you that their golden horns are very special. He
- 29:13Speaker 1: says they are very magical too and they can do
- 29:16Speaker 1: so many things with them. He tells you that they
- 29:20Speaker 1: can heal anyone who is poorly with their horns because
- 29:24Speaker 1: they're so magical. He then tells you that you too
- 29:29Speaker 1: can heal. He says all you have to do is
- 29:33Speaker 1: send them positive thoughts to help them get better. But
- 29:37Speaker 1: you must do this with your heart filled full of love.
- 29:42Speaker 1: Peter says that if each and every one of us
- 29:45Speaker 1: filled our hearts with love, we could probably heal our
- 29:48Speaker 1: world with our thoughts. Because our thoughts are energy and
- 29:52Speaker 1: they can travel a very, very long way. You continue
- 29:59Speaker 1: your walk with the unicorns and they're all chatting too.
- 30:03Speaker 1: They tell you that they live here on this wonderful
- 30:05Speaker 1: beach and that they have a lovely big beach hut
- 30:08Speaker 1: that they live in. And if you like, after your
- 30:11Speaker 1: walk they will take you to see it. Yes please,
- 30:14Speaker 1: you say. As you walk, you can feel the way
- 30:19Speaker 1: the dry sand moves under your feet. So you try
- 30:24Speaker 1: walking on your heels for a while, pressing them deep
- 30:26Speaker 1: into the sand. Then you walk on your toes and
- 30:32Speaker 1: it feels so different. And as you look behind you,
- 30:35Speaker 1: you see that your footprints have changed. How wonderful. You
- 30:42Speaker 1: see some very large rocks as you walk and you
- 30:45Speaker 1: notice the different colours they are. And you notice the
- 30:49Speaker 1: different types of rocks there are. Some of the rocks
- 30:53Speaker 1: look like they have crystals embedded in them. They are
- 30:55Speaker 1: so sparkly and shiny. Robin, one of the blue unicorns,
- 31:01Speaker 1: who is very gentle, says, why don't we all stop
- 31:05Speaker 1: for a bit and have a little paddle in the
- 31:06Speaker 1: beautiful sky blue ocean? Oh yes, please, you say. So
- 31:11Speaker 1: you all go in for a little paddle in the
- 31:14Speaker 1: lovely water. You all splash each other with water. You
- 31:18Speaker 1: even take a little swim together. So for a few moments,
- 31:23Speaker 1: just play and swim and splash in the ocean with
- 31:26Speaker 1: the unicorns. Have some fun together. Just you and them.
- 31:55Speaker 1: Thank you. Well, that was fun. Now you all come
- 32:45Speaker 1: out of the lovely cool ocean, all dripping wet, but
- 32:48Speaker 1: the sun is so warm it dries you instantly. Robin,
- 32:55Speaker 1: the gentle blue unicorn, tells you that they have to
- 32:59Speaker 1: go home now as their mum and dad are making
- 33:01Speaker 1: a barbecue for the dinner tonight. He asks you if
- 33:05Speaker 1: you would like to come too. Well, who would say
- 33:08Speaker 1: no to that? Certainly not you. So you all set
- 33:11Speaker 1: off for the beach hut where the unicorns live. After
- 33:17Speaker 1: a short walk, you come to the beach hut that
- 33:19Speaker 1: they live in. It is beautiful. It's surrounded by the sand,
- 33:25Speaker 1: but it also has a decking area that's filled with
- 33:27Speaker 1: lots of flowers and tubs of all different sizes. Peter
- 33:31Speaker 1: tells you that it's his mum's garden and she's forever
- 33:34Speaker 1: planting new flowers. It's then you hear a voice saying,
- 33:39Speaker 1: so there you all are, it's about time. The voice
- 33:44Speaker 1: belongs to a wonderful pink unicorn with the most amazing
- 33:48Speaker 1: and loving smile on her face. Then she notices you
- 33:53Speaker 1: and she says, well who is this you've brought to
- 33:55Speaker 1: see us? Robin tells her your name. The lovely pink
- 34:01Speaker 1: lady unicorn tells you that her name is Petulia and
- 34:04Speaker 1: that she is their mum. She asks you if you'd
- 34:08Speaker 1: like to stay for dinner. In fact, she says, would
- 34:12Speaker 1: you like to have a sleepover with your new friends? Wow,
- 34:16Speaker 1: oh my, just wow, how wonderful is that? Of course,
- 34:20Speaker 1: you say yes. There is a big table at the
- 34:25Speaker 1: end of the deck with lots of chairs all around it.
- 34:29Speaker 1: A bit further away on the sand is a very
- 34:32Speaker 1: large blue unicorn with an apron on, cooking food on
- 34:36Speaker 1: a barbeque. He turns around and gives you a big grin.
- 34:41Speaker 1: To all of you. And Petulia introduces you to him. Welcome, welcome,
- 34:46Speaker 1: he says. My name is Frank. Nice to meet you.
- 34:50Speaker 1: I hope you are hungry as I seem to have
- 34:52Speaker 1: made an awful lot of food and I really don't
- 34:55Speaker 1: want it to go to waste. So you all sit
- 34:58Speaker 1: down at the table to have your meal. It's very
- 35:02Speaker 1: noisy because everyone is chatting all at the same time.
- 35:06Speaker 1: But this makes you smile. And feel ever so happy
- 35:08Speaker 1: to be here with these wonderful friendly unicorns. You look
- 35:14Speaker 1: around you feeling so glad to be here. You look
- 35:18Speaker 1: at the waves coming in and breaking on the shore.
- 35:22Speaker 1: And you notice the way they smooth out the sand.
- 35:26Speaker 1: You can see small shells and pebbles dotted all over it.
- 35:31Speaker 1: So sit with your new friends for a while and
- 35:33Speaker 1: enjoy your meal with them. Enjoy the stories about their
- 35:37Speaker 1: lives together that they're going to tell you all about.
- 35:40Speaker 1: And maybe you can tell them about your life too.
- 35:45Speaker 1: But don't forget to enjoy your meal. Thank you.
- 37:05Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 37:59Speaker 1: Thank you. After you finish your meal, Frank, the unicorn's dad,
- 38:37Speaker 1: gets out his guitar and plays a song for you all.
- 38:40Speaker 1: And he has the most beautiful singing voice. But Julia's
- 38:45Speaker 1: wife joins in with the singing too. And the way
- 38:49Speaker 1: they harmonise together is simply pure music to your ears.
- 38:55Speaker 1: It makes you feel uplifted and very happy. And you
- 38:59Speaker 1: think if you knew the words, you would join in
- 39:01Speaker 1: with the singing too. Their two voices together make your
- 39:06Speaker 1: soul sing with joy. After the singing is finished, Petulia
- 39:13Speaker 1: says it's now time for bed, as the night sky
- 39:16Speaker 1: has set in. You were having so much fun, you
- 39:20Speaker 1: didn't even notice that it had gone dark. She gets
- 39:24Speaker 1: out the biggest beanbags you have ever seen and lays
- 39:27Speaker 1: them down on the deck. Robin says that as you
- 39:31Speaker 1: are their guest, you can pick one first. This is
- 39:36Speaker 1: what you're going to be sleeping on. You will be
- 39:38Speaker 1: sleeping on the deck with all the other unicorns, sleeping
- 39:41Speaker 1: in the beautiful, warm night air. So you pick your
- 39:48Speaker 1: favourite beanbag and snuggle down. You don't need a blanket
- 39:53Speaker 1: as it's lovely and warm. All the other unicorns snuggle
- 39:57Speaker 1: down too on their beanbags. But Julia, their mum, lights
- 40:02Speaker 1: lots of tiny candles. They make the beach hut look
- 40:07Speaker 1: as if it's surrounded by stars. It's almost like you're
- 40:12Speaker 1: sleeping in the sky. How amazing is that? Everyone says
- 40:19Speaker 1: goodnight to each other and then it all goes quiet
- 40:23Speaker 1: as you all settle down for the night. Your beanbag
- 40:27Speaker 1: is very comfy and you think about the day you've
- 40:31Speaker 1: had and smile to yourself. You're so happy to have
- 40:34Speaker 1: made new friends. They are so very kind and loving.
- 40:40Speaker 1: But as you listen to the sounds of the waves
- 40:43Speaker 1: gently lapping on the shore, you begin to feel your
- 40:47Speaker 1: eyes closing You are so grateful to be here with
- 40:52Speaker 1: your new friends that you realise you really do have
- 40:57Speaker 1: a wonderful life. Even if it does have its ups
- 41:01Speaker 1: and downs, it really is a wonderful life. So for now,
- 41:08Speaker 1: just listen to the rhythm of the waves as they
- 41:12Speaker 1: gently begin to lull you into a beautiful, restful sleep.
- 41:18Speaker 1: Just listen to the waves As you slide deeper and
- 41:22Speaker 1: deeper into sleepiness. Wonderful sleepiness. Your breathing has slowed. And
- 41:31Speaker 1: you feel so happy. So peaceful, so calm. And remember,
- 41:38Speaker 1: you can come back and visit your new friends. Anytime
- 41:42Speaker 1: you want to. Oh, your eyes are heavy. So you
- 41:48Speaker 1: don't bother opening them now. You just drift into a
- 41:53Speaker 1: wonderful sleep. You feel so tired. Beginning to drift deeper
- 42:01Speaker 1: and deeper into a beautiful, beautiful sleep. So peaceful. So calm.
- 42:12Speaker 1: So safe. Good night, sweet one. Now imagine a big
- 42:27Speaker 1: old house somewhere. The sort of house that Grandma used
- 42:32Speaker 1: to have. And you go inside it and take a
- 42:37Speaker 1: little wander around. Slowly moving from room to room. And
- 42:45Speaker 1: each room that you visit you can feel yourself becoming
- 42:50Speaker 1: more and more relaxed. Deeper. and deeper. You can even
- 42:59Speaker 1: recognise some of the furniture in those rooms too. And
- 43:06Speaker 1: every time you step through a different doorway your body
- 43:12Speaker 1: becomes that little bit heavier and your movements become a
- 43:18Speaker 1: little bit slower. You even yawn a little too but
- 43:25Speaker 1: you feel ever so happy here. Now in that house
- 43:33Speaker 1: there's a staircase and that staircase has ten steps and
- 43:42Speaker 1: you now find yourself at the very top of that
- 43:45Speaker 1: staircase and slowly in a moment you will begin to
- 43:52Speaker 1: go down those steps And with each step down, you
- 43:58Speaker 1: become more relaxed, more calm and more peaceful. And with
- 44:07Speaker 1: every step you take, your feet will become so very,
- 44:13Speaker 1: very heavy. And they will start to feel as if
- 44:20Speaker 1: they have big weights attached to them. So begin the
- 44:26Speaker 1: walk down the steps. Ten. You step onto the first
- 44:34Speaker 1: step down. Deeper and deeper into relaxation. Nine. Deeper still.
- 44:51Speaker 2: Eight.
- 44:53Speaker 1: Feeling so peaceful now. So calm. Seven. Down and down
- 45:04Speaker 1: the steps you go. Deeper and deeper down. Six. Feeling
- 45:15Speaker 1: as if you are lying on a fleecy cloud. Just
- 45:20Speaker 1: allowing yourself to drift and float. Five. Deeper and deeper.
- 45:34Speaker 1: So calm. So relaxed. And your feet feel so very heavy. Four.
- 45:48Speaker 1: So very peaceful. So very calm. Three. So Very, very relaxed.
- 46:01Speaker 1: And your arms feel so very heavy now. Two. One
- 46:11Speaker 1: step left. And when you step off that last step,
- 46:17Speaker 1: there is only zero. You go through the center of
- 46:24Speaker 1: that zero. Right through the very middle. Through and into
- 46:31Speaker 1: a black space of emptiness. And your mind is completely
- 46:39Speaker 1: relaxed now. You don't have to do anything at all.
- 46:47Speaker 1: You don't have to think. You don't have to listen.
- 46:53Speaker 1: You don't have to do anything. Just enjoy that beautiful
- 47:01Speaker 1: feeling of deep, deep relaxation. And just allow that relaxation
- 47:13Speaker 1: to travel through your whole body. Feel your body giving
- 47:27Speaker 1: up all the tension of the day, all of your worries.
- 47:36Speaker 1: You are so very relaxed now, so calm and so very,
- 47:45Speaker 1: very peaceful. And you notice that starting at your feet,
- 47:54Speaker 1: You can feel a beautiful wave of relaxation and it
- 47:59Speaker 1: flows upwards from the soles of your feet, up through
- 48:04Speaker 1: your ankles. And you can feel it coming up through
- 48:10Speaker 1: your lower legs, up into your thighs and into your hips.
- 48:18Speaker 1: And it feels so warm, so gentle. And with each
- 48:25Speaker 1: breath you take you go deeper and deeper into pure relaxation.
- 48:35Speaker 1: And this wonderful feeling of peace travels through your tummy
- 48:41Speaker 1: and into your lower back. And it feels so nice.
- 48:51Speaker 1: And now you feel it. it flows up the rest
- 48:55Speaker 1: of your back and into your shoulders and feel this
- 49:01Speaker 1: gentle wave of relaxation enter your arms and it goes
- 49:08Speaker 1: all the way down into your hands it even tingles
- 49:12Speaker 1: as it enters your hands can you feel your hands
- 49:17Speaker 1: tingling can you feel how warm and safe this beautiful
- 49:24Speaker 1: wave is feel the deep relaxation and warmth enter into
- 49:35Speaker 1: your neck And feel it travel all the way through
- 49:40Speaker 1: your head and your face. Now just allow your entire
- 49:48Speaker 1: body to rest and lay still. You can feel this
- 50:07Speaker 1: beautiful wave of relaxation moving so gently on your scalp
- 50:17Speaker 1: like a gentle, warm and loving massage. Feel it relaxing
- 50:25Speaker 1: your eyes. Feel the little muscles around your eyes gently
- 50:33Speaker 1: start to soften You are so very, very relaxed. So peaceful.
- 50:53Speaker 1: So calm. And you are so safe. Just enjoy feeling
- 51:00Speaker 1: so calm. Enjoy feeling so peaceful. And enjoy feeling so very,
- 51:12Speaker 1: very relaxed. Now in your mind, say the words quietly
- 51:27Speaker 1: to yourself. I am so sleepy now. So sleepy. Say
- 51:40Speaker 1: it one more time. I am so sleepy now. So
- 51:48Speaker 1: very sleepy. And you are so deeply, deeply tired now.
- 51:59Speaker 1: And your body feels so heavy, but so very comfortable.
- 52:10Speaker 1: And ever so gently, you start to fall asleep. And
- 52:16Speaker 1: you start to drift off into the most wonderful dreams
- 52:24Speaker 1: your dreams, whatever you want to dream about. And in
- 52:31Speaker 1: the morning, a long time from now, you will find
- 52:38Speaker 1: yourself waking up, feeling very bright and alert after having
- 52:47Speaker 1: the most wonderful, peaceful sleep. But for now, just snuggle
- 52:57Speaker 1: down into a comfortable position and sleep.
- 56:05Speaker 2: Amen.
- 57:16Speaker 1: You Thank you.
- 58:45Speaker 2: Amen. Thank you.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: Thank you. Thank you. Amen.
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: Thank you. Thank you.
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: Thank you.
