- 0:00Speaker 1: At the age of 21, when I had the heart attack,
- 0:02Speaker 1: it scared me straight. I wanted to live and I
- 0:04Speaker 1: couldn't afford another bad food. I couldn't afford another.
- 0:07Speaker 2: What's the biggest thing that you had to stop eating
- 0:10Speaker 2: or consuming for your health to improve?
- 0:12Speaker 3: Meat is not made for my digestive system.
- 0:14Speaker 4: Why is meat bad?
- 0:16Speaker 3: We chew. Meat eaters don't chew. They literally rip, tear
- 0:19Speaker 3: and swallow.
- 0:20Speaker 1: And it'll be processed and be out of their bodies
- 0:22Speaker 1: within a couple of hours or 24 hours to two days.
- 0:25Speaker 1: You can eat a steak and that same steak will
- 0:26Speaker 1: stay up in your system.
- 0:27Speaker 3: For like five years, man.
- 0:29Speaker 1: Then the chemicals that they putting in it, they lying
- 0:31Speaker 1: on the labels like they will literally retag the meat
- 0:34Speaker 1: if it don't get sold.
- 0:35Speaker 4: What should you be eating?
- 0:36Speaker 3: We are literally made to eat fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts,
- 0:40Speaker 3: seeds and grains.
- 0:41Speaker 5: When you travel, like how do you view foods as
- 0:44Speaker 5: you go?
- 0:44Speaker 1: How can I eat the same thing here in the Americas,
- 0:47Speaker 1: but I go somewhere else across seas, eat the same thing,
- 0:50Speaker 1: but I have a different biological reaction from it. I
- 0:53Speaker 1: think they monetizing off of our death, man, because everything
- 0:56Speaker 1: that benefits them kills us.
- 0:57Speaker 2: We have the greatest epidemic of chronic illness, and it's
- 1:01Speaker 2: because of ultra processed foods.
- 1:02Speaker 3: We go get ultra processed foods, then we eat it,
- 1:05Speaker 3: and then we ultra process it again through our biology.
- 1:08Speaker 3: And that's the reason why we get nothing from it.
- 1:09Speaker 1: And then it starts changing our DNA and changing our
- 1:12Speaker 1: cellular structure. So whenever you eat an ultra processed food,
- 1:15Speaker 1: you're eating the digestive part.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Of the food.
- 1:17Speaker 4: We're seeing an uptick in childhood obesity. We're seeing ADHD.
- 1:20Speaker 2: We're seeing diabetes. it's an epidemic and it's only seems
- 1:24Speaker 2: like it's getting worse.
- 1:25Speaker 1: I think it's the screen time and those blue lights
- 1:27Speaker 1: because blue lights do make you fat that slows your
- 1:30Speaker 1: metabolism oh man slows it down majorly man.
- 1:35Speaker 2: All right welcome back very important educational episode absolutely we
- 1:40Speaker 2: got the good brother yaki awaken What's up, my brother?
- 1:43Speaker 5: How you doing?
- 1:43Speaker 3: Feeling good. Good to see you, brother's faces, man.
- 1:46Speaker 5: Yeah, this one's long overdue.
- 1:48Speaker 3: Yeah, definitely, definitely, definitely.
- 1:49Speaker 2: So we did Blackout, and obviously you was at InvestFest,
- 1:53Speaker 2: but I want to talk about, let's revisit the origin
- 1:58Speaker 2: story before we talk about everything else that you got
- 1:59Speaker 2: going on. Like I said, we touched on it on Blackout,
- 2:02Speaker 2: but let's get the full version of it.
- 2:04Speaker 4: I know you're from St. Louis, Missouri.
- 2:06Speaker 3: From St. Louis, Missouri.
- 2:07Speaker 4: You had a heart attack. At the age of 21.
- 2:08Speaker 3: At the age of 21.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Okay, so yeah, so for the people that may not
- 2:11Speaker 2: be familiar with your story, kind of tell them how
- 2:14Speaker 2: you got here.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Well, so at the age of 21, I attacked my heart.
- 2:18Speaker 1: I'm going to use that terminology. Drinking, smoking, doing recreational drugs,
- 2:23Speaker 1: not sleeping, being in the music industry, traveling, touring, just
- 2:28Speaker 1: never getting no sleep and eating everything under the sun
- 2:31Speaker 1: and just doing a bunch of recreational drugs and just,
- 2:34Speaker 1: I mean, just, man, living a horrible life.
- 2:37Speaker 3: So cholesterol was high.
- 2:40Speaker 1: My kidneys, I was having kidney issues since I was
- 2:42Speaker 1: like 17. All that drinking I was doing, I had
- 2:46Speaker 1: my first bottle when I was nine years old. So,
- 2:49Speaker 1: you know, I grew up in the streets around street dudes.
- 2:52Speaker 1: So it was introduced to me super early. I remember
- 2:55Speaker 1: smoking my first blunt when I was probably like 10.
- 2:57Speaker 1: So just getting addicted to that type of lifestyle and
- 3:01Speaker 1: all of that accumulation and toxicity was in my body.
- 3:05Speaker 1: And then I ended up attacking my heart at the
- 3:07Speaker 1: age of 21. At the age of 21, when I
- 3:09Speaker 1: had the heart attack, it scared me straight. So what
- 3:13Speaker 1: I did was I got home. I said, I'm going
- 3:15Speaker 1: to change my whole lifestyle.
- 3:16Speaker 3: I threw away everything.
- 3:17Speaker 1: I kicked up on my medicine because I was on
- 3:20Speaker 1: hypertension medication when I was 21. For a whole year,
- 3:23Speaker 1: I couldn't even get an erection from the side effects
- 3:25Speaker 1: from the medication.
- 3:25Speaker 4: But you were still on the streets at that age?
- 3:26Speaker 3: 21.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:28Speaker 3: Yeah. Yep.
- 3:29Speaker 1: So I was up into the streets all the way
- 3:32Speaker 1: until 21. I was dibbling and dabbling even after I
- 3:35Speaker 1: had that heart issue. But, you know, I was pretty
- 3:38Speaker 1: much done with it. I was pretty much done with
- 3:40Speaker 1: it at that time. But at that time, I had
- 3:43Speaker 1: turned on YouTube. I was looking up natural ways to
- 3:46Speaker 1: cure erectile dysfunction. And a Caucasian man popped up. I
- 3:51Speaker 1: couldn't really like vibe with what he was saying at
- 3:53Speaker 1: this time. He was using all the big words I
- 3:55Speaker 1: didn't know at this time. I wasn't studying that. I
- 3:57Speaker 1: was in the streets.
- 3:58Speaker 3: So after that, YouTube had just came out with a suggestion.
- 4:02Speaker 3: And Dr.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Sebi popped up, man, a bald head man, skinny with
- 4:06Speaker 1: a gray beard. Talking about he healed sickle cell anemia, leukemia, diabetes.
- 4:11Speaker 1: You know, looking at that at first, I was like,
- 4:14Speaker 1: he got to be lying. It's got to be a gimmick.
- 4:16Speaker 1: You know, some of the stuff he mentioned is incurable
- 4:19Speaker 1: so-called diseases. But as I kept listening, I started really
- 4:24Speaker 1: vibing with him and I could connect with him synergy synergistically.
- 4:28Speaker 1: So I'm like, man, let me listen to this stuff.
- 4:29Speaker 1: And I end up staying up for like 48 hours
- 4:32Speaker 1: just listening to all his videos. He inspired me and
- 4:34Speaker 1: it just it lit a fire in me that's still
- 4:37Speaker 1: burning till this very single day.
- 4:39Speaker 5: So when you're.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Heart attack. Well, you attacked your heart. I attacked my heart.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Nobody has a heart attack. Always attack your own heart.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Most of the time we have any type of cardiovascular
- 4:50Speaker 1: issues is because what we put in our bodies or
- 4:53Speaker 1: the environmental pollutants that we are allowing in our micro environment.
- 4:57Speaker 1: So nobody have ever had a heart attack. You always
- 5:00Speaker 1: attack your heart.
- 5:01Speaker 5: You attack your heart. That's the first catalyst. Then you...
- 5:04Speaker 5: to watch and seeing Dr. Sebi on on YouTube this
- 5:07Speaker 5: is the second catalyst so it's changed really changed plus commitment.
- 5:12Speaker 3: Yeah so it was changed.
- 5:15Speaker 1: It was changed mentally but my body wasn't there yet
- 5:17Speaker 1: okay you know because I was still in the streets
- 5:19Speaker 1: hanging with the bros I was hanging with going over
- 5:22Speaker 1: to East St. Louis Illinois doing things I wasn't supposed
- 5:25Speaker 1: to be doing But then I just as I started learning,
- 5:29Speaker 1: as I'm learning, I'm seeing what I'm learning about in
- 5:31Speaker 1: real time when I'm with the people that I'm with.
- 5:34Speaker 1: So that's when it started to change because it was like,
- 5:37Speaker 1: how is this benefiting us? You know what I'm saying?
- 5:40Speaker 1: I'm seeing people around me dying, getting shot. They gave
- 5:43Speaker 1: my brother a hundred years, hundred years, blew my mind.
- 5:47Speaker 1: And at this time, you know, plows was out.
- 5:49Speaker 3: A hundred years.
- 5:50Speaker 1: So I'm like, man, this happening everywhere in America when
- 5:53Speaker 1: it comes to people like us. And I'm like, I
- 5:55Speaker 1: understand that a lot of stuff is orchestrated, but we
- 5:58Speaker 1: are fueling the fire with our actions and the things
- 6:01Speaker 1: that we doing. So after I attacked my heart and
- 6:05Speaker 1: I started learning, me starting to learn herbology and stuff
- 6:08Speaker 1: like that got me deeper into other things. Mind you,
- 6:11Speaker 1: my mama was a Muslim. All of my uncles and
- 6:13Speaker 1: everybody was Hebrews. So it ain't like that I wouldn't
- 6:16Speaker 1: get told this stuff. But until I had that traumatic experience,
- 6:20Speaker 1: I didn't want to even go back and listen to
- 6:22Speaker 1: the basics or go back to what they was trying
- 6:24Speaker 1: to tell me when I was younger. So it made
- 6:26Speaker 1: me go back. So now when I'm, you know, what
- 6:29Speaker 1: am I stealing for? Why are we shooting each other for? Like,
- 6:31Speaker 1: what are we doing? And we dismantle, we dismantling our own,
- 6:35Speaker 1: our own people. So, man, I, I went full force
- 6:39Speaker 1: with that, man. I started teaching. I always had people
- 6:41Speaker 1: following me around. I always been a leader even when
- 6:43Speaker 1: I was in school. So once I started changing, a
- 6:46Speaker 1: lot of people started changing with me. So I did
- 6:48Speaker 1: 120 day juice fast, man. 120 days. Lost so much weight, man.
- 6:53Speaker 1: I was looking crazy. Everybody thought something was wrong with me.
- 6:56Speaker 1: And then after I healed myself after 120 days, I
- 6:58Speaker 1: didn't have no more scar tissue on my heart. My
- 7:02Speaker 1: liver wasn't messed up. I had bad fatty liver with
- 7:04Speaker 1: visceral fat on my liver. That wasn't messed up. My
- 7:07Speaker 1: kidneys was functioning completely properly. I seen so much stuff leave.
- 7:12Speaker 1: I mean, I used to look in the toilet, see worms, pinworms, hookworms, tapeworms, everything.
- 7:17Speaker 1: So I'm just detoxing and getting all of this stuff
- 7:19Speaker 1: out of my body. But I didn't realize that while
- 7:22Speaker 1: I'm doing it to my body, my mind was.
- 7:24Speaker 3: Detoxing, too.
- 7:25Speaker 1: So once I once I once everything was negative and
- 7:28Speaker 1: everything was cleared, I was already a new person, a
- 7:32Speaker 1: new being.
- 7:32Speaker 3: I didn't even look at life today.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Differently like i didn't even look at life the same
- 7:36Speaker 1: what's crazy is when you talk to the bros that
- 7:39Speaker 1: i used to run with back then they say i
- 7:41Speaker 1: look totally different sound totally different talk totally different they
- 7:44Speaker 1: say it ain't even me.
- 7:46Speaker 2: So you had that the health scare with the cardiac
- 7:52Speaker 2: issue you already had knowledge as far as like you
- 7:57Speaker 2: had a baseline of knowledge you said already from your
- 7:59Speaker 2: family definitely had but you just wasn't implementing that you
- 8:02Speaker 2: was in the street.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Well, so my mama, my mama, when she heard me,
- 8:06Speaker 1: so my father was never really in my life.
- 8:08Speaker 3: I don't know why.
- 8:09Speaker 1: You know, I know it's always two sides to the story,
- 8:11Speaker 1: especially when I get older and talk to him every
- 8:14Speaker 1: now and then. It might have been a little bit
- 8:15Speaker 1: of my mama, but he wasn't in my life. My mama,
- 8:19Speaker 1: she was doing what she was doing. So she left
- 8:22Speaker 1: me with my grandma and my big sister. And then
- 8:24Speaker 1: I had, it was one house, six bedrooms, but it
- 8:27Speaker 1: was 22 people in one house, literally. You know, my
- 8:30Speaker 1: grandma Viola, she had 16 children. All of her children
- 8:33Speaker 1: had children. And all of our mamas was basically leaving
- 8:37Speaker 1: us with my grandma. My grandma was Christian. My uncles
- 8:40Speaker 1: was all Hebrews. Or at that time, they weren't saying Hebrew.
- 8:43Speaker 1: They were saying black Jews. And then my mama was Muslim.
- 8:46Speaker 1: So I never ate pork or nothing like that. But
- 8:49Speaker 1: it's just since my mama wasn't there, my father wasn't there,
- 8:52Speaker 1: my uncles in the streets real hard, even though they
- 8:54Speaker 1: know exactly who they are. They're still in the streets.
- 8:56Speaker 1: They know they're Hebrew. They know their origins and they
- 8:59Speaker 1: know the literature. But they're still in the streets. So
- 9:01Speaker 1: I looked up to that.
- 9:03Speaker 4: So, okay.
- 9:04Speaker 2: So, but when you had the cardiac issue, I'm just trying,
- 9:09Speaker 2: what was the deciding factor, not only to change your health,
- 9:12Speaker 2: But to say I'm leaving the streets alone.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Because I realized that being in the streets is what
- 9:17Speaker 1: messed with my health. You know, the street mentality come
- 9:20Speaker 1: with a culture.
- 9:21Speaker 3: Culture come with certain actions and traditions.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Just like you have an African culture where at 12
- 9:27Speaker 1: they go through their rites of passage. You have gang
- 9:29Speaker 1: cultures where you go through your rites of passage. You
- 9:31Speaker 1: earn your stripes. You got gang culture.
- 9:33Speaker 4: You were in a gang? yeah okay so so so.
- 9:36Speaker 1: When you involved in that you still i mean we
- 9:38Speaker 1: still a cultural tribal people we just was doing it
- 9:42Speaker 1: for the wrong reasons but we still had that epigenetic
- 9:44Speaker 1: inheritance you know in inside of us so being in
- 9:49Speaker 1: the streets came with those traditions those traditions shaped the
- 9:52Speaker 1: culture of the streets and then that lifestyle impacted my
- 9:56Speaker 1: biology do.
- 9:56Speaker 2: You think it go hand in hand as far as
- 10:00Speaker 2: can you be a healthy gang member? Does that even
- 10:01Speaker 2: make sense?
- 10:02Speaker 1: Don't make sense at all because I know gang members
- 10:04Speaker 1: are They got six packs that looks good, sculptured up.
- 10:08Speaker 1: You can't whoop on them. I mean, a hard, hard,
- 10:10Speaker 1: real God bodies. But they mine is still stuck in
- 10:13Speaker 1: a gutter and stuck in the streets in order to
- 10:16Speaker 1: be healthy.
- 10:17Speaker 3: Help. When you look at health, health is a holistic word.
- 10:20Speaker 1: It is not necessarily the body. And we know that
- 10:23Speaker 1: the mind is really what influenced the body. Like if
- 10:25Speaker 1: you any biological exchange that happened in your body, it
- 10:28Speaker 1: happened mentally first. If you angry, that's epinephrine or epinephrine.
- 10:33Speaker 1: If you are scared, that's adrenaline. You see what I'm saying?
- 10:36Speaker 1: If you in love, that's oxytocin. Like if you stressed out,
- 10:41Speaker 1: there's cortisol. So these are energy, energy and motions are
- 10:44Speaker 1: what you call emotions that have a biological change on biology.
- 10:49Speaker 1: So if if you don't change your mindset, then it's
- 10:54Speaker 1: it literally changes. It makes up your reality, man. And
- 10:57Speaker 1: that's what it did with me. So until I was
- 10:59Speaker 1: able to leave the streets, I couldn't look at stuff different.
- 11:02Speaker 1: I started looking at things different. And I was identifying
- 11:04Speaker 1: with stuff as the streets like, dang, hold on. We
- 11:06Speaker 1: ain't supposed to be doing this. I just read in
- 11:08Speaker 1: the Torah or in my Bible. Thou shalt not steal.
- 11:11Speaker 3: But we we planning on going to rob something. You know,
- 11:14Speaker 3: thou shalt not kill. We having one of the biggest
- 11:16Speaker 3: gang wars in the Midwest. Thou shalt not commit adultery.
- 11:20Speaker 3: We we bragging and making some songs about sleeping with.
- 11:24Speaker 3: Married women, you know, everything that we was doing was
- 11:27Speaker 3: going against.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Everything that keep us collectively together in thriving as a people.
- 11:32Speaker 1: So I had to make a decision because I wrote
- 11:34Speaker 1: I realized living that life was. Well, that's what was
- 11:38Speaker 1: impacting my body the most, man, in an unhealthy way.
- 11:41Speaker 3: All of the meat eating.
- 11:42Speaker 1: You got two different diets. You got a diet in
- 11:44Speaker 1: Genesis chapter one verse verse twenty seven on down. It said,
- 11:48Speaker 1: I have given you every fruit bearing seed after its kind. OK,
- 11:52Speaker 1: that's a frugal for plant based diet. Once I went
- 11:54Speaker 1: to that diet, my body healed. I quit bragging about
- 11:58Speaker 1: sleeping in. I quit bragging about sleeping with with women
- 12:02Speaker 1: that had men and I stopped doing it. Now I'm
- 12:04Speaker 1: saying that gave me a different type of respect for myself.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Stopped doing all of the stuff that was harming me.
- 12:09Speaker 1: And then when I was done, I was a complete
- 12:11Speaker 1: whole human being looking at life different. Now I'm going
- 12:14Speaker 1: into the same neighborhoods with the same brothers doing the
- 12:17Speaker 1: same thing that I was doing, getting them up off
- 12:19Speaker 1: of it, too.
- 12:20Speaker 5: That was going to be my thing. As you're having
- 12:22Speaker 5: this clarity in your life, how are you being perceived
- 12:26Speaker 5: from the people who used to be around you? Even
- 12:30Speaker 5: up to this point where they're watching this ascension, is
- 12:33Speaker 5: it something like, oh, I need to replicate that or
- 12:36Speaker 5: I need to figure out internally how I get to
- 12:37Speaker 5: that level?
- 12:38Speaker 1: Man, so at first they was calling me, man, you
- 12:40Speaker 1: done went Muslim on us or you done went soft
- 12:43Speaker 1: on us. A lot of them didn't like it at all.
- 12:46Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying? And then me. I'm a teacher.
- 12:48Speaker 1: I always been a teacher. Nothing changed about me, except
- 12:50Speaker 1: what I was doing. I just changed it into something positive,
- 12:53Speaker 1: but man, it was, yeah, man, it was talking about
- 12:56Speaker 1: me bad. A lot of them quit messing with me. Uh, but,
- 13:00Speaker 1: After everybody turned their back on me, ironically, probably about
- 13:03Speaker 1: like seven years ago, a lot of the same brothers
- 13:06Speaker 1: reached back out. I just did my grand opening at
- 13:08Speaker 1: my school and a lot of brothers popped up at
- 13:11Speaker 1: the school calling me every day now asking, what's the program?
- 13:15Speaker 1: What we getting on? Is we doing any type of
- 13:17Speaker 1: Bible studies? Any studies on commit? Because I study all
- 13:20Speaker 1: religions and I extract what we need from them and
- 13:23Speaker 1: I apply it to the people. So, you know, the
- 13:25Speaker 1: same thing. The same brothers that turned their back on
- 13:27Speaker 1: me because they didn't understand what I was doing or
- 13:29Speaker 1: where I was going, they actually calling my phone now.
- 13:32Speaker 1: And a lot of them showed up to my grand
- 13:34Speaker 1: opening at my event, man, which warmed my heart up
- 13:37Speaker 1: real good because it let me know, like, man, you
- 13:38Speaker 1: ain't been doing this in vain.
- 13:41Speaker 2: So what's the biggest thing that you had to stop
- 13:44Speaker 2: eating or consuming for your health to improve?
- 13:48Speaker 5: Meat.
- 13:48Speaker 2: Okay.
- 13:49Speaker 5: Okay.
- 13:51Speaker 4: Talk about that and what kind of, every type of meat?
- 13:54Speaker 1: Well, I did every type of meat. And the reason why,
- 13:57Speaker 1: so we talk about the blue zones a lot. I
- 13:59Speaker 1: talk about, cause I used to think just meat was
- 14:01Speaker 1: just super, super unhealthy. I still think it now, but
- 14:04Speaker 1: if you can, if you can find some grass fed
- 14:07Speaker 1: meat that you raised yourself or that don't have any
- 14:10Speaker 1: environmental pollutants and you, you basically lessen the amount that
- 14:15Speaker 1: you eat a month. Like for instance, in Okinawa, they
- 14:18Speaker 1: eat two pounds of meat a month. We eat 25
- 14:22Speaker 1: pounds of meat a week and we see why we
- 14:24Speaker 1: have colorectal cancer. All of the cancers got thyroid cancer,
- 14:29Speaker 1: liver cancer, fatty liver disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, all
- 14:33Speaker 1: from the consumption of their meat. But they eat meat,
- 14:35Speaker 1: but they eat it at a very less frequency. And
- 14:38Speaker 1: what they eat in small portions. way smaller portion and
- 14:42Speaker 1: it's clean there's no clean food in america man i
- 14:46Speaker 1: know it sounds crazy but it's not there's no clean
- 14:48Speaker 1: food in america and then the ones that do have
- 14:51Speaker 1: the clean food we see that the government is either
- 14:54Speaker 1: making them burn their farms or shut their farms down
- 14:57Speaker 1: and then they they buying up all the land to
- 15:00Speaker 1: keep basically giving us this stuff that's killing us so
- 15:04Speaker 1: Me personally, just from a moral point of view, from
- 15:07Speaker 1: my cultural eye, because I know everybody look at morality different.
- 15:12Speaker 1: But from a moral point of view, I'm not supposed
- 15:14Speaker 1: to be eating anything that bleeds, that have eyes, and
- 15:17Speaker 1: that potentially have a consciousness.
- 15:20Speaker 5: So you went from 120 days of juicing.
- 15:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 15:24Speaker 5: After 120, what's the next thing? What are you now?
- 15:27Speaker 5: Because I know human... restoration is the thing yeah yeah
- 15:30Speaker 5: so so what comes after the juicing.
- 15:32Speaker 1: So after i did my 120 day juice fast i
- 15:34Speaker 1: went on fruits this one i was pushing the frugal
- 15:36Speaker 1: void diet super super hard i did a year just
- 15:39Speaker 1: nothing but fruits then i did another year with nothing
- 15:42Speaker 1: but fruits and vegetables then i started easing into what
- 15:46Speaker 1: they are called the alkaline lifestyle but man once i
- 15:50Speaker 1: got on the alkaline lifestyle i started eating a lot
- 15:52Speaker 1: of cooked foods again and that got me into a
- 15:55Speaker 1: bad vegan binge i've I ate bad vegan food for
- 15:59Speaker 1: about like four years. And that's how if y'all look
- 16:02Speaker 1: back in my older videos, I was I was I
- 16:04Speaker 1: was a heavy vegan. So then I had to check
- 16:07Speaker 1: myself and be rebirthed again. And it's a constant check
- 16:10Speaker 1: or a constant rebirth because I'm like, hold on. I'm
- 16:13Speaker 1: on here teaching y'all how I heal myself. I'm teaching
- 16:17Speaker 1: y'all to live this lifestyle, telling y'all to stay away
- 16:19Speaker 1: from this and stay away from it.
- 16:20Speaker 3: But I'm here.
- 16:21Speaker 1: I'm out here eating the bad vegan stuff that I'm
- 16:24Speaker 1: teaching y'all not to eat.
- 16:26Speaker 3: You see what I'm saying?
- 16:26Speaker 1: So then I had to rebirth myself again and fast
- 16:30Speaker 1: again and lose all of their weight. So it's just
- 16:32Speaker 1: a constant. It's just a constant rebirth. And man, a constant. Yeah,
- 16:37Speaker 1: it's just a constant rebirth. So after that, I went on.
- 16:41Speaker 1: So I did 120 day juices. Then I did about
- 16:43Speaker 1: a year on nothing but fruits. And I did about
- 16:45Speaker 1: a year or two on fruits and vegetables. And then
- 16:48Speaker 1: I got into that. That this one, I really started
- 16:50Speaker 1: following Dr.
- 16:51Speaker 3: Sebi cookbook.
- 16:53Speaker 1: And I'm like, man, they can have this. They can
- 16:54Speaker 1: have spilt. I'm like, man, let me start eating. I
- 16:57Speaker 1: went from that, man, and I went wild. We was
- 16:59Speaker 1: traveling around the world just to eat bad vegan food, literally.
- 17:03Speaker 5: Talk about the discipline that it takes to do something
- 17:07Speaker 5: like that. I think most people feel like it's attractive, right?
- 17:11Speaker 5: They feel like that's something, oh, I can do that.
- 17:14Speaker 5: And then they get to like day six and it's like,
- 17:16Speaker 5: all right, I'm not sure how this is going to
- 17:18Speaker 5: work out for me.
- 17:19Speaker 4: What's up, earners?

- 18:00Speaker 1: Somebody just asked me that on the last interview I
- 18:03Speaker 1: did about the discipline and I can't give credit to discipline.
- 18:06Speaker 1: I have to give the credit to I wanted to
- 18:08Speaker 1: live and I couldn't afford discipline. Another bad food. I
- 18:12Speaker 1: couldn't afford another blunt. I couldn't afford another shot of
- 18:16Speaker 1: liquor Hennessy. So my discipline was I just couldn't do
- 18:20Speaker 1: it no more because I've been beating on my body
- 18:22Speaker 1: for so long. You know, I'm saying I'm not I'm
- 18:24Speaker 1: still young and I was doing all of this stuff.
- 18:26Speaker 1: I started when I was young because I started in
- 18:28Speaker 1: the streets at nine. just follow my uncles around and
- 18:31Speaker 1: who they was hanging with and drinking and smoking all
- 18:34Speaker 1: the way up, you know, from the projects. So, uh,
- 18:37Speaker 1: it ain't necessarily the discipline for me. It's about me
- 18:40Speaker 1: wanting to be around long and see my children grow
- 18:42Speaker 1: up and, you know, make change and an influence on
- 18:45Speaker 1: the world. And knowing that if I do this, this
- 18:47Speaker 1: can potentially be my last time doing something wrong to
- 18:50Speaker 1: my body because I didn't afflicted it so long. So
- 18:53Speaker 1: I would say loving myself and really want having that
- 18:57Speaker 1: will and that passion to live and, It's what kept
- 18:59Speaker 1: it going. But through all of that, though, I had
- 19:01Speaker 1: my slip ups, man. Like I said, I went four
- 19:03Speaker 1: years on eating bad vegan food during my 120 day
- 19:07Speaker 1: juice fast. I slipped up on that about three times.
- 19:10Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying? But now I'm just at
- 19:11Speaker 1: the point where I just I'm not doing that, man.
- 19:14Speaker 1: I'm so used to it now. And I'm so this
- 19:17Speaker 1: is my lifestyle.
- 19:18Speaker 4: So let's talk about the meat. Why is meat bad?
- 19:23Speaker 2: Explain everything as far as like the chemical that they
- 19:26Speaker 2: put in it, what it does to your body, how
- 19:27Speaker 2: it causes cancer. Because everybody eats meat. Not everybody, but
- 19:32Speaker 2: a large portion of the population.
- 19:34Speaker 3: A very large portion.
- 19:35Speaker 2: They eat pork. They eat steak, chicken, turkey. And then
- 19:41Speaker 2: we're going to get the fish later. But let's talk
- 19:42Speaker 2: about poultry, red.
- 19:45Speaker 4: Meat, and pork.
- 19:46Speaker 2: And if you want to break it up into different sections,
- 19:48Speaker 2: you can do that as well.
- 19:49Speaker 3: Okay.
- 19:50Speaker 1: So meat in general, the reason why I don't technically
- 19:53Speaker 1: for so-called melanated people, black people, the reason why I
- 19:56Speaker 1: think that that's not our meat. And when I specifically
- 19:59Speaker 1: talk about us, I'm talking about African-Americans. We have a very, very,
- 20:03Speaker 1: very unique culture. biological makeup, even different from our brothers
- 20:09Speaker 1: and sisters in Africa. And this is proven. I got
- 20:12Speaker 1: a whole book on it, got all the studies in it.
- 20:14Speaker 1: But the reason why I think that meat is bad
- 20:17Speaker 1: for us is for one, the hydrochloric acid in our
- 20:20Speaker 1: stomachs is not hot enough to truly, truly break through
- 20:23Speaker 1: the protein or what you'll call complex amino acid structures
- 20:27Speaker 1: to break it down. That's the first thing. So it's
- 20:29Speaker 1: messing up our gut lining and It causes a bunch
- 20:32Speaker 1: of leaky gut. A lot and a lot of people
- 20:35Speaker 1: say meat causes high cholesterol. I don't believe that. I
- 20:38Speaker 1: think meat is very, very acidic. The uric acid that
- 20:41Speaker 1: comes from the meat cholesterol is a healing agent. It's very,
- 20:44Speaker 1: very alkaline and is used as a buffering mechanism. So
- 20:48Speaker 1: whenever you eat meat and you're not eliminating properly, your
- 20:51Speaker 1: cholesterol will produce itself more to go neutralize and buffer
- 20:54Speaker 1: out the acids. And that's the correlation between meat and
- 20:57Speaker 1: high cholesterol. It's not necessarily that you eating the cholesterol
- 21:01Speaker 1: from the meat or from the grease because your body
- 21:03Speaker 1: makes 100 percent of all of its cholesterol. So that
- 21:07Speaker 1: that issue, the cardiovascular issue. The gut issue, the leaky
- 21:12Speaker 1: gut that it causes, the complex amino acid structures. When
- 21:16Speaker 1: you break up the word amino acids, the N word
- 21:18Speaker 1: is acids. It's very, very, very acidic to the body.
- 21:22Speaker 1: And then when you break this meat down, the oil
- 21:25Speaker 1: base from the meat literally coats the arteries and it's hard.
- 21:28Speaker 3: It's not blood flow, everything.
- 21:29Speaker 1: So then the chemicals that they put in it, a
- 21:32Speaker 1: lot of it, they put in this stuff to keep
- 21:34Speaker 1: to preserve it.
- 21:36Speaker 3: They lying on the labels.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Like, for instance, if you go to the store right now,
- 21:39Speaker 1: this just just came out two years ago. They have
- 21:42Speaker 1: a meat on there that didn't get sold. They will
- 21:44Speaker 1: retag it.
- 21:45Speaker 4: Oh, wait, wait a minute.
- 21:47Speaker 1: So they tag it. So meat's supposed to die, right?
- 21:50Speaker 1: It has a shelf life.
- 21:51Speaker 4: It putifies.
- 21:52Speaker 3: It has a shelf life. They will literally retag the
- 21:55Speaker 3: meat if it don't get sold.
- 21:57Speaker 4: Retag. What do you mean? Like have an expiration date
- 21:59Speaker 4: supposed to be the 13th. Yes. They'll put the 27th.
- 22:01Speaker 5: Yes.
- 22:02Speaker 1: And then all you got to do is and then
- 22:03Speaker 1: they can't peel the sticker out. So they are retag
- 22:06Speaker 1: or or put another expiration date on site on top
- 22:09Speaker 1: of the date that was already on there. So it's
- 22:11Speaker 1: just stuff like that. And then a lot of us
- 22:14Speaker 1: is not growing this meat. We don't know the origins
- 22:16Speaker 1: and we don't know where it come from. And then
- 22:17Speaker 1: let's not get into Bill Gates and what he's doing
- 22:19Speaker 1: to a lot of this meat. Then we got vaccinations
- 22:22Speaker 1: in the meat. I mean, a lot of stuff coming
- 22:24Speaker 1: out that a lot of people was calling conspiracy theory.
- 22:26Speaker 2: Is it the meat that's bad? Or is it like,
- 22:28Speaker 2: for instance, if you have your own farm and you
- 22:30Speaker 2: grow your own chickens.
- 22:32Speaker 3: Right.
- 22:33Speaker 2: Is it the actual eating of an animal that's problematic?
- 22:36Speaker 2: Or is it the American system that's putting all these
- 22:40Speaker 2: chemicals and all that?
- 22:41Speaker 3: Good question.
- 22:41Speaker 1: So the first one I will say morally, from my perspective,
- 22:45Speaker 1: that's what's wrong with it. Because you literally are killing
- 22:48Speaker 1: something to eat it. Then people are getting to where
- 22:50Speaker 1: you're killing... the actual plants to eat it.
- 22:52Speaker 3: I get that. You know what I'm saying?
- 22:54Speaker 1: What is more for my body? When you look at
- 22:56Speaker 1: the anatomy of us, our teeth, we don't have canines.
- 23:00Speaker 1: These little sharp things are not for ripping or tearing
- 23:03Speaker 1: meat from the flesh. The hydrochloric acid inside of our
- 23:06Speaker 1: stomachs is not hot enough to truly break down the
- 23:10Speaker 1: actual amino acids that come from meat. Another thing is
- 23:13Speaker 1: when you look at meat eaters like carnivores, their digestive
- 23:16Speaker 1: tracts don't get no longer than 12 to 15 feet.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Ours get up to 36 feet, right? Another thing is
- 23:24Speaker 1: when you look at how predators that hunt and only
- 23:26Speaker 1: kill meat, look where all of the parts of their
- 23:29Speaker 1: reproductive system are in the back. Ours are in the front.
- 23:32Speaker 1: That's the reason why they got those bold chests. They
- 23:34Speaker 1: lay low. They can crouch. They got tails. They can
- 23:37Speaker 1: get up to 60 miles an hour to track down
- 23:39Speaker 1: these preys. They got claws that can literally rip and
- 23:42Speaker 1: tear meat from the bone. We can't do none of
- 23:45Speaker 1: this in order for us to kill that same animal.
- 23:48Speaker 1: We have to use things that's not a part of
- 23:50Speaker 1: our biology to do it. We got to make tools.
- 23:52Speaker 1: We got to get guns. We got to make arrows.
- 23:55Speaker 1: But all of the predators, this carnivores, they eat meat.
- 23:58Speaker 1: They naturally are born and created with all of these
- 24:00Speaker 1: tools to get the meat that they get. Now, then
- 24:03Speaker 1: we got to get into the mechanisms. We chew. Meat
- 24:07Speaker 1: eaters don't chew. They literally rip, tear and swallow.
- 24:11Speaker 5: Right.
- 24:12Speaker 1: They hydrochloric acid is hot enough where they can rip,
- 24:14Speaker 1: tear and swallow and eat that. And it'll be processed
- 24:17Speaker 1: and be out of their bodies within a couple of
- 24:19Speaker 1: hours or 24 hours to two days.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Or as we eat a steak.
- 24:23Speaker 1: You can eat a steak and that same steak will
- 24:24Speaker 1: stay up in your system for like five years, man.
- 24:27Speaker 1: Don't even putify and breaks down. Then they go through
- 24:30Speaker 1: something called putifaction through their digestional track. We go through
- 24:34Speaker 1: something called fermentation. So they're not even fermented. We are
- 24:37Speaker 1: literally made to eat fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts, seeds and grains.
- 24:41Speaker 1: That's what we made for. And carnivores are made to
- 24:44Speaker 1: eat nothing but eat nothing but meat. And then when
- 24:47Speaker 1: you see a carnivore. Ninety nine percent of this diet
- 24:50Speaker 1: is meat. If they stomach hurt, they do grass. They're
- 24:53Speaker 1: probably graze and braise on some grass every now and then.
- 24:55Speaker 1: But other than that, they eat nothing but meat. You
- 24:58Speaker 1: know what I'm saying? We eat everything else. So they
- 25:00Speaker 1: call us omnivores. But when you look at our nails,
- 25:03Speaker 1: we got nails. We don't have claws. We got teeth.
- 25:05Speaker 1: We don't have long canines. our digestional track get up
- 25:09Speaker 1: to 36 feet. There's only 15 feet. We can't run
- 25:12Speaker 1: up the speeds of 30 miles an hour unless you're
- 25:14Speaker 1: a pro athlete. No one even think they getting up
- 25:16Speaker 1: to there. You see what I'm saying? So everything that
- 25:17Speaker 1: comes wild biology is to bend, to pick, to lift,
- 25:22Speaker 1: to pull. We are made to pick fruit and to
- 25:25Speaker 1: pick vegetables, man. That's what we made for. So when
- 25:28Speaker 1: I think about it in a scientific way, I'm like,
- 25:30Speaker 1: hold on, meat is not made for my digestive system.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Then when I look at it from a moral standpoint,
- 25:35Speaker 1: I ain't supposed to be killing the things that's supposed
- 25:37Speaker 1: to be helping me cultivate the land anyway. Now, as
- 25:40Speaker 1: far as what you're saying, you got a valid point, though.
- 25:43Speaker 1: If you grass fed your chickens or you grass fed
- 25:46Speaker 1: your cows and you raised them and you never got them,
- 25:49Speaker 1: you never got them vaccinated. They didn't put any sexual
- 25:52Speaker 1: chemistry or hormones and stuff like that in them. And
- 25:55Speaker 1: you ate only about two pounds a week or a month.
- 25:59Speaker 1: Would that harm you? I don't truly think so. Because
- 26:03Speaker 1: every all of my data is based off of American meat.
- 26:08Speaker 1: And this was the issue when I started teaching this
- 26:11Speaker 1: to the world and I started researching outside of America.
- 26:15Speaker 1: It was evidence that conflicted what I was teaching. And
- 26:18Speaker 1: I had to ask myself why. And then the reason
- 26:21Speaker 1: was because all of the meat in America have all
- 26:25Speaker 1: of these chemicals in them.
- 26:26Speaker 3: Right.
- 26:27Speaker 1: And then when you look at the meat that was
- 26:29Speaker 1: in these blue zones, they didn't eat as much. And
- 26:31Speaker 1: it was clean meat that they actually raised. They knew
- 26:34Speaker 1: the mother and the father to the meat that they
- 26:36Speaker 1: was eating.
- 26:37Speaker 4: We don't know.
- 26:37Speaker 1: It's packaged inside of these coolers when you go into
- 26:41Speaker 1: the store or you can go to a farmer's market
- 26:44Speaker 1: and they even be lying at the farmer's market. They
- 26:46Speaker 1: just caught somebody at the farmer's market taking some strawberries
- 26:49Speaker 1: that they got from the store.
- 26:51Speaker 3: Take it out.
- 26:52Speaker 1: She she recorded the whole thing and put it on
- 26:54Speaker 1: the table like she took it from her farm.
- 26:56Speaker 3: So it's just the trust, man. It's the trust. We
- 27:01Speaker 3: cannot trust our own people, man.
- 27:03Speaker 1: These people are feeding us anything and our bodies or
- 27:07Speaker 1: the cost of it is just not.
- 27:09Speaker 5: Worth it, man. Let me talk about the biology part
- 27:12Speaker 5: for a sec because this is important. You brought up
- 27:14Speaker 5: leaky gut. Gut health has been, I mean, it feels
- 27:17Speaker 5: like it's everywhere on social media. Yeah. There's good bacteria,
- 27:20Speaker 5: there's bad bacteria, right?
- 27:21Speaker 3: Well, no such thing as bad bacteria.
- 27:23Speaker 5: Okay. Because that's why I want to go to probiotics
- 27:26Speaker 5: and things of that nature.
- 27:27Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 27:27Speaker 1: So you got prebiotics, you got probiotics, and you got postbiotics.
- 27:30Speaker 1: Prebiotics is the fibers. That's what the probiotics eat. The
- 27:33Speaker 1: probiotics is the microbiota, the glycocalyx. These are these little
- 27:38Speaker 1: organisms that's inside of your gut. They eat the prebiotics.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Once the probiotics eat the prebiotics, they give you postbiotics
- 27:46Speaker 1: and the postbiotics can be anything that they yield from it.
- 27:49Speaker 1: The utilization of minerals, the utilization of amino acids, the
- 27:53Speaker 1: rebuilding of cellular structure, bringing more oxygen, releasing more nitric
- 27:57Speaker 1: oxide into the cardiovascular system. So there's really no such
- 28:01Speaker 1: thing as a bad bacteria. Like, for instance, you talk
- 28:05Speaker 1: about a yeast infection or you talk about an infection period.
- 28:08Speaker 1: We know that most of the bacteria love to eat
- 28:10Speaker 1: acids inside the body and they're a great part of fermentation.
- 28:14Speaker 1: Whenever you fermentate something, you break it down. That's a
- 28:17Speaker 1: natural process of literally breaking something down or turning a
- 28:21Speaker 1: sugar into a using energy or what we call ATP
- 28:25Speaker 1: once you when you really get done with it.
- 28:27Speaker 4: So.
- 28:28Speaker 1: Somebody that got an infection, they must have something in
- 28:31Speaker 1: their body. And that culture of bacteria must populate themselves
- 28:35Speaker 1: or overgrow themselves to go and break down whatever they
- 28:38Speaker 1: need to break down. And that's why I teach people
- 28:40Speaker 1: to don't eat for taste, eat to eliminate. Because we
- 28:43Speaker 1: in America, just by breathing, you can be in the
- 28:46Speaker 1: most beautiful place with the cleanest air. But just by
- 28:49Speaker 1: talking and breathing, you are creating metabolic waste. Everything we
- 28:52Speaker 1: do and even your thoughts, it uses energy. Whenever you
- 28:55Speaker 1: use energy, there's a combustion process. Whenever there's a combustion,
- 28:58Speaker 1: there is a byproduct. So just us living and breathing,
- 29:01Speaker 1: we create in bad waste byproducts. So we need to
- 29:04Speaker 1: open up our elimination pathway. So if we know just
- 29:07Speaker 1: by living and breathing, creating waste, then we in this
- 29:10Speaker 1: very toxic world, especially in America, creating all this waste,
- 29:13Speaker 1: breathing is all this waste. Anything that we breathe that
- 29:16Speaker 1: we bring into our body needs to be opening up
- 29:18Speaker 1: our our eliminative pathways. To make sure we detoxify. So
- 29:23Speaker 1: now I teach eat to detox. Don't eat to feel good.
- 29:26Speaker 3: Don't eat. You can feel good from the sun. You
- 29:28Speaker 3: can feel good by working out.
- 29:29Speaker 1: You can feel good with the adequate amount of water,
- 29:31Speaker 1: making sure you got your right electrolytes in it. But
- 29:33Speaker 1: if you're going to be eating, focus on I know
- 29:35Speaker 1: you need your building material and stuff like that, but
- 29:37Speaker 1: focus on elimination.
- 29:39Speaker 3: Eat more bitters. Eat more things that's going to send
- 29:41Speaker 3: you to the actual bathroom. Like the soursaps. Soursaps is
- 29:45Speaker 3: very good. Bitter herbs, arugula is good. Parsley.
- 29:49Speaker 1: It's very good for the kidneys. They help open up
- 29:51Speaker 1: the nephrons of the kidneys for elimination. Cilantro helps bind
- 29:55Speaker 1: and chelate heavy metals out of the body. So when
- 29:57Speaker 1: you build your plate now, know where you at. Know
- 30:00Speaker 1: that it's heavy metals from the chemtrails in the sky.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Know that it's heavy metals from the contaminated water that
- 30:05Speaker 1: you're drinking. Know that you got microplastics. So for my microplastics,
- 30:09Speaker 1: I'm going to choose me a good mushroom. You know,
- 30:12Speaker 1: I might do lion's manes. That's known to break down microplastics.
- 30:16Speaker 1: For the heavy metals, I'm going to make sure for
- 30:17Speaker 1: my salad, I put cilantro in it i know i
- 30:19Speaker 1: need my kidneys online for it to filtrate i'm gonna
- 30:22Speaker 1: make sure i put parsley inside of it so now
- 30:25Speaker 1: i build my plates off elimination just not for it
- 30:28Speaker 1: to taste good of course we wanted to taste good
- 30:30Speaker 1: but the main reason of me eating is to keep
- 30:32Speaker 1: my detoxification pathways open.
- 30:35Speaker 2: So the former head of the fda i don't know
- 30:37Speaker 2: if you saw it but he said that um america
- 30:40Speaker 2: We have the greatest epidemic of chronical illness, and it's
- 30:43Speaker 2: because of ultra-processed foods.
- 30:45Speaker 3: Man, killing us.
- 30:47Speaker 4: The meat is one thing, but everything really is ultra-processed.
- 30:49Speaker 1: Everything, including the meat, is ultra-processed. And processes, if it takes...
- 30:55Speaker 1: So we got something called from soil to table. If
- 30:58Speaker 1: you can't go get it from your soil... And wash
- 31:01Speaker 1: it off And put it on your table Then it's
- 31:03Speaker 1: processed Any Process between That is processed Then you got
- 31:07Speaker 1: to talk about The footprint Where is it coming from
- 31:10Speaker 1: That's a very big difference How many hands Have it
- 31:12Speaker 1: passed How many tanker trucks have it been in how
- 31:15Speaker 1: many contaminated baskets has been in then a lot of
- 31:18Speaker 1: them are freezing then unfreezing and refreezing the food and
- 31:21Speaker 1: then adding the adjectives and preservatives in it and that's
- 31:24Speaker 1: why i say whenever you eat a ultra processed food
- 31:27Speaker 1: you eat in the bowel movement whenever you eat anything
- 31:30Speaker 1: processed you eat in the bowel movement if i take
- 31:32Speaker 1: a potato and i chew that potato and i heat
- 31:35Speaker 1: it up the first thing i'm doing my digestive system
- 31:37Speaker 1: is going to heat it up right Then I'm chewing
- 31:40Speaker 1: and I'm shredding it.
- 31:41Speaker 3: I'm breaking it down.
- 31:42Speaker 1: Then in the duodenum of my stomach, I'm extracting all
- 31:45Speaker 1: the phytonutrients and the phytochemicals from it. Then it passes
- 31:49Speaker 1: through my jejunum, through my ileum. It goes through my
- 31:52Speaker 1: transverse colon all the way down to my anus and
- 31:54Speaker 1: I pass it out. That's the same thing from taking
- 31:56Speaker 1: a potato and turning it into a potato chip. So
- 32:00Speaker 1: my body already ultra processed the food naturally. So what
- 32:04Speaker 1: we do is we go get ultra processed foods, then
- 32:07Speaker 1: we eat it and then we ultra process it again
- 32:09Speaker 1: through our biology. And that's the reason why we get
- 32:11Speaker 1: nothing from it. And then to start changing our DNA
- 32:14Speaker 1: and changing our cellular structure. So whenever you eat an
- 32:17Speaker 1: ultra-processed food, you eating the digestive part of the food.
- 32:20Speaker 2: So for people to understand, an ultra-processed food would be what?
- 32:23Speaker 2: Anything that has more than two ingredients, three ingredients?
- 32:25Speaker 4: Anything.
- 32:26Speaker 1: To me, a processed food is anything that have more
- 32:29Speaker 1: than one ingredient.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Anything that has more than one ingredient is a processed food.
- 32:32Speaker 1: An ultra-processed food is anything that have more than three
- 32:35Speaker 1: or four ingredients with them long words that you can't understand.
- 32:38Speaker 1: That's the adjectives and the preservatives and it's packaged in
- 32:42Speaker 1: a bag. If it's packaged and sealed off, It's ultra processed.
- 32:45Speaker 4: That goes for juice too.
- 32:46Speaker 1: That goes for juice too. Yeah, definitely juice. And I
- 32:48Speaker 1: would never just eat a juice that's on it, drink
- 32:50Speaker 1: a juice that's on the shelf. If I ain't freshly
- 32:53Speaker 1: pressed it and I can't drink it within the six
- 32:55Speaker 1: hours that I pressed it, I won't even mess with it.
- 32:57Speaker 4: Even if it's freshly pressed in a store?
- 32:59Speaker 1: If it's freshly pressed and you see it in a store,
- 33:01Speaker 1: then yeah, that's cool. But then now you got to
- 33:03Speaker 1: talk about is it organically pressed? is they pressing the
- 33:06Speaker 1: same fruit with the same other fruit that's not that's
- 33:09Speaker 1: non-organic see it's just a whole game here and that's
- 33:12Speaker 1: why that's why i don't even like to really get
- 33:14Speaker 1: into it now it's just at the point where we
- 33:15Speaker 1: in america everything is stressful all the food is bad
- 33:19Speaker 1: we have to start growing our own food then we
- 33:22Speaker 1: got to get into the soil because the soil is
- 33:23Speaker 1: depleted depleted all of the microplastics is in the soil
- 33:27Speaker 1: now they got all this contaminations in the soil so
- 33:30Speaker 1: now you got to do raised beds now what you're
- 33:31Speaker 1: going to do the raised bed with The more and
- 33:33Speaker 1: more you require this knowledge, the more and more just
- 33:36Speaker 1: keep you secluded and cut off from everything. And now
- 33:39Speaker 1: you got to come up with, hold on, what would
- 33:40Speaker 1: be the plan? And truly the whole plan is to
- 33:43Speaker 1: create a mini micro blue zone in America until we
- 33:47Speaker 1: can all gather or move somewhere outside of this country
- 33:51Speaker 1: where the earth ain't just been raped of everything, man.
- 33:54Speaker 5: I think when you, I mean, we travel a lot,
- 33:55Speaker 5: but I'm sure, obviously I know you travel. Do you
- 33:58Speaker 5: feel the same way about foods as you travel? I
- 34:00Speaker 5: know we always say like when we go somewhere else,
- 34:02Speaker 5: The food tastes different. It makes us feel different. We
- 34:05Speaker 5: feel lighter when we go to these places and you
- 34:06Speaker 5: come back and you're like, wait, something's not right. People
- 34:10Speaker 5: haven't really experienced that. But when you travel, how do
- 34:15Speaker 5: you view food as you go?
- 34:17Speaker 1: The exact same way as you. You can eat bread
- 34:19Speaker 1: from here. Their bread will blow you up. You'll be
- 34:21Speaker 1: gassy from their bread. The gluten in it will mess
- 34:24Speaker 1: with you. You can go into Africa, eat the same
- 34:26Speaker 1: bread with the same gluten and you don't feel the
- 34:30Speaker 1: same way and you don't gain the same weight.
- 34:32Speaker 3: Same thing with a potato. Same thing with legumes. Same
- 34:35Speaker 3: thing with everything, man. I don't know.
- 34:38Speaker 1: It's it have to, the common denominator is what they
- 34:40Speaker 1: put in the food. Cause how can I eat the
- 34:43Speaker 1: same thing here in the Americas, but I go somewhere
- 34:45Speaker 1: else across seas, eat the same thing, but I have
- 34:49Speaker 1: a different biological reaction from it. People go out of
- 34:52Speaker 1: town and lose weight. People go out of the country
- 34:55Speaker 1: and lose weight. I mean, people come back here, eat
- 34:57Speaker 1: the same thing and blow up, man. It's just, I
- 34:59Speaker 1: just think, uh, America is just too lenient, man. Like,
- 35:04Speaker 1: how is it that 90, 90, it's 93 things right
- 35:09Speaker 1: now that we can eat in America that is banned
- 35:11Speaker 1: from like 60 other countries, though?
- 35:14Speaker 3: How is that even like how is that possible?
- 35:17Speaker 1: Like it's it's it's a lot of stuff here that
- 35:20Speaker 1: is welcome here that we can eat that you cannot
- 35:22Speaker 1: eat in the UK.
- 35:23Speaker 3: You can't eat in Africa.
- 35:25Speaker 1: You can't eat in Singapore like it's banned. But these
- 35:28Speaker 1: things are allowed in our food. Like that red dye.
- 35:32Speaker 1: Where they just banned that. Or the stuff that they
- 35:35Speaker 1: was putting on our french fries. They have something called
- 35:37Speaker 1: peel french fries now.
- 35:38Speaker 3: It's a peel.
- 35:39Speaker 1: That you can throw this little clear peel into grease.
- 35:42Speaker 1: And then a bunch of french fries appear out of nowhere.
- 35:45Speaker 1: That's not a bad.
- 35:47Speaker 5: Look it up, man.
- 35:47Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying?
- 35:48Speaker 1: How is that even approved here? So when you start
- 35:51Speaker 1: looking at what's approved here and what's being banned everywhere else,
- 35:54Speaker 1: like in Russia and North Korea and the things that
- 35:57Speaker 1: they don't allow their citizens to eat, but we allowed
- 36:00Speaker 1: to eat it here is you only can come up
- 36:02Speaker 1: with one conclusion, man. They are killing us for monetary
- 36:05Speaker 1: gain for profit. We die from it.
- 36:08Speaker 4: Okay.
- 36:08Speaker 2: So some of her solution standpoint, the, Chemicals are in
- 36:14Speaker 2: the fruit and the vegetables.
- 36:16Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 36:16Speaker 4: We talked about the meat.
- 36:18Speaker 5: Okay.
- 36:18Speaker 2: Let's, let's, let's go into this whole chapter. What should
- 36:22Speaker 2: you be eating? Let's start there. What the average person
- 36:25Speaker 2: that's trying to do, right. They may not have access
- 36:29Speaker 2: to a farm and they want to start. What should,
- 36:33Speaker 2: what should they be eating?
- 36:34Speaker 3: Good question.
- 36:35Speaker 1: So I say, uh, fruits, berries, melons, herbs, vegetables, nuts,
- 36:41Speaker 1: and seeds the only grain i think that people should
- 36:44Speaker 1: eat is teff.
- 36:45Speaker 2: But even what you said the fruit but even i
- 36:47Speaker 2: saw something where they was like this certain brand of
- 36:50Speaker 2: strawberries was causing.
- 36:51Speaker 1: Cancer yeah yeah so i'm just laying out my list
- 36:54Speaker 1: first so fruits berries melons vegetables herbs seeds nuts the
- 36:58Speaker 1: only grains will be teff the only uh potato will
- 37:01Speaker 1: be the sweet potato whether it's the white the purple
- 37:04Speaker 1: or the orange sweet potato and uh That's where I
- 37:07Speaker 1: truly will leave it. And now, of course, you got
- 37:09Speaker 1: your lagoons, your lentils, you got your quinoa and your chickpeas.
- 37:13Speaker 3: I eat that every single day.
- 37:14Speaker 1: And the beautiful thing about quinoa, quinoa have every essential
- 37:18Speaker 1: amino acid that you need in it. All essential amino
- 37:20Speaker 1: acids that you need is in your quinoa.
- 37:23Speaker 3: So that's what I eat.
- 37:24Speaker 1: Now, how would I eat it if I'm not growing
- 37:27Speaker 1: my own food, which I eat about 70% of my
- 37:30Speaker 1: own food that I grow. It's certain things that I
- 37:32Speaker 1: still go to local farms around me to get, but
- 37:35Speaker 1: I got my own farm. So I'm you know, I'm
- 37:37Speaker 1: I'm fortunate enough to eat a lot of my own food.
- 37:39Speaker 1: But when I'm traveling, I can't bring my phone with me.
- 37:42Speaker 1: You know, so right now I'm fasting. But if if
- 37:45Speaker 1: you go to the store, try to buy organic as possible.
- 37:48Speaker 1: Get everything that starts with a nine. If it start
- 37:50Speaker 1: with a nine, usually it's organic. Stay away from the
- 37:54Speaker 1: things that starts with a four.
- 37:55Speaker 4: What do you mean start with a nine?
- 37:56Speaker 1: So you have these numbers on the actual fruits. And
- 38:00Speaker 1: based off the numbers, it's a code. You can Google
- 38:02Speaker 1: that code and it'll tell you if it's organic or not.
- 38:06Speaker 1: If you start with a nine, usually 99% of the
- 38:09Speaker 1: time is organic. If it don't start with a nine
- 38:12Speaker 1: and start with a four or five, it's not organic.
- 38:15Speaker 1: But then you start getting into the things like this
- 38:17Speaker 1: where they will have organic form, right? And then you
- 38:20Speaker 1: go six miles out and there's a non-organic form, but
- 38:23Speaker 1: they neighbor in each other. So even though this is
- 38:26Speaker 1: an organic form, this form that's right next door is
- 38:30Speaker 1: spraying herbicides, insecticides, and pesticides. Then they got a river
- 38:34Speaker 1: or they got a creek that run through that connects
- 38:36Speaker 1: both forms. So now, even though I'm buying organic, I'm
- 38:39Speaker 1: still getting all of the poisons and all of the
- 38:42Speaker 1: chemicals that's coming from the non-organic form, even though I'm
- 38:45Speaker 1: trying my hardest to grow my stuff organically. So again, Man,
- 38:51Speaker 1: eat as best as you can and have it and
- 38:53Speaker 1: have it in your mindset.
- 38:54Speaker 4: What's the ideal? OK, I wait.
- 38:57Speaker 2: Ideal day. When should you eat? How many times a
- 39:01Speaker 2: day should you eat? And like, just give us like
- 39:03Speaker 2: an example of like this is the perfect meal.
- 39:06Speaker 1: So the perfect meal for me, I will wake up
- 39:08Speaker 1: when I wake up, I drink water. When I wake
- 39:11Speaker 1: up and I drink my spring water, I make sure
- 39:13Speaker 1: that I add some salt into it. Just to remineralize
- 39:16Speaker 1: my body, I add probably a squeeze of lemon or
- 39:20Speaker 1: lime in there just to re-alkaline myself and get my
- 39:22Speaker 1: digestive system moving.
- 39:23Speaker 3: After that, I hit the gym. I work out. I
- 39:26Speaker 3: work out in the fastest state.
- 39:27Speaker 1: The reason why I'm working out in the fastest state
- 39:29Speaker 1: is because my human growth hormone will triple in its
- 39:34Speaker 1: amount if I'm doing it in the fastest state. Probably
- 39:37Speaker 1: around 12, between 12 and 1, I break my fast.
- 39:40Speaker 1: I'm going to break my fast with my heaviest meal.
- 39:42Speaker 1: And the reason why I break my fast with my
- 39:44Speaker 1: heaviest meal, I can spend the rest of the day,
- 39:46Speaker 1: the rest of my day literally breaking down my meal
- 39:49Speaker 1: and just snacking or doing little small things here and there.
- 39:52Speaker 1: A lot of people want to do their largest meal
- 39:54Speaker 1: at six or do it at night. And then when
- 39:56Speaker 1: they sleep, their body is trying to digest their food
- 39:58Speaker 1: and it can't. So now they can't even go through
- 40:00Speaker 1: a state of autophagy where the body is naturally detoxifying
- 40:04Speaker 1: while you sleep.
- 40:04Speaker 3: That's why it's called rest. Rest stands for restoration.
- 40:07Speaker 1: You can't restore the cells if all of the energy
- 40:09Speaker 1: in your body is trying to break down the food
- 40:11Speaker 1: because you ate too late. So I'm going to eat
- 40:13Speaker 1: my biggest meal around 12. My biggest meal is going
- 40:16Speaker 1: to consist of probably two cups of lentils, a cup
- 40:21Speaker 1: of quinoa, a cup and a half of chickpeas, a
- 40:25Speaker 1: salad with all the things I said, my cilantro, with
- 40:29Speaker 1: my parsley, things in there for my kidneys and stuff
- 40:31Speaker 1: like that. And then I'm going to do my nuts.
- 40:34Speaker 1: I'm going to do my seeds and stuff like that
- 40:36Speaker 1: throughout the day. So around four o'clock, I probably have
- 40:38Speaker 1: a real big acai bowl. I love big bowls, acai bowls,
- 40:42Speaker 1: or I do a Buddha bowl. And all a Buddha
- 40:44Speaker 1: bowl is everything I just said I eat at 12,
- 40:46Speaker 1: but it's just in small portions in one bowl. And
- 40:49Speaker 1: then I create a sauce for it. I literally only
- 40:51Speaker 1: eat two times a day. I eat at 12 noon
- 40:54Speaker 1: and then my last meal is no later than six.
- 40:56Speaker 1: And then I just snack in between the whole time.
- 40:59Speaker 1: So I eat in a six hour window.
- 41:01Speaker 3: It's called the 18-6 rule. You ever heard of that?
- 41:03Speaker 3: So for 18 hours out of 24 hours, you fast.
- 41:06Speaker 4: So it's like intermittent fasting.
- 41:07Speaker 1: Intermittent fasting. Now, of course, out of the 18 hours,
- 41:10Speaker 1: eight of those hours you sleep anyway.
- 41:11Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying? That's why they call it
- 41:13Speaker 3: fasted asleep.
- 41:15Speaker 1: And then for the, for the remaining 10, you just
- 41:18Speaker 1: purposely focusing on that fast, but you're not really tripping
- 41:21Speaker 1: off of it. If you busy like us or you
- 41:23Speaker 1: in your purpose on purpose, sometimes I forget to eat
- 41:25Speaker 1: because I'm so busy.
- 41:26Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying?
- 41:27Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure y'all probably do that a lot too.
- 41:29Speaker 1: So when you, when you doing it like that, you
- 41:31Speaker 1: notice that you lose weight. you notice that your body
- 41:35Speaker 1: start responding to food and workouts faster.
- 41:38Speaker 3: Your energy increases.
- 41:39Speaker 1: So 12 o'clock, break your fast with your biggest meal
- 41:42Speaker 1: snack all the way to six, six, have your last meal.
- 41:44Speaker 1: And then always do a 15 to 20 minute walk
- 41:47Speaker 1: after each meal.
- 41:48Speaker 3: Just to aid digestion.
- 41:49Speaker 4: I didn't even tell you this.
- 41:51Speaker 2: Um, when I had you, when we had you on blackout, um,
- 41:54Speaker 2: after that, I started to actually implement some things. I
- 41:56Speaker 2: lost 15 pounds from changing. I, one meal a day, really.
- 42:02Speaker 4: And, um, I started to walk.
- 42:03Speaker 5: Yeah, see?
- 42:04Speaker 1: And man, it aids your digestion system so much. So
- 42:07Speaker 1: what we do is I tell all of my clients
- 42:10Speaker 1: that come to my facility, do 10 to 15 minutes
- 42:12Speaker 1: after they eat. But I do 30 minutes before I eat,
- 42:15Speaker 1: I walk for 10 minutes. And then after I eat,
- 42:17Speaker 1: I do 20 to 25 minute walk. And I ain't
- 42:19Speaker 1: walking fast or nothing. I'm just walking, man. As soon
- 42:22Speaker 1: as you're done, you'll go straight to the bathroom.
- 42:23Speaker 2: Why is that so hard for people? Because even it's like...
- 42:26Speaker 2: What's that drug that became really popular that all the
- 42:28Speaker 2: celebrities was taking?
- 42:29Speaker 3: You talking about that Ozempic?
- 42:30Speaker 4: Ozempic.
- 42:31Speaker 3: Man, you know, people thought I was on Ozempic, man.
- 42:33Speaker 5: Yeah, so... Man, it hurt my heart.
- 42:35Speaker 4: I'm like, me?
- 42:37Speaker 3: On Ozempic? They say he on that O-Pack.
- 42:39Speaker 4: I'm like, what's that O-Pack?
- 42:40Speaker 5: The O-Pack.
- 42:41Speaker 4: So, like, from what I was told, it... it doesn't,
- 42:44Speaker 4: you stop eating so much, right? Yeah. And even back,
- 42:46Speaker 4: remember there was like tying people's stomachs up.
- 42:49Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah. A lot of people still getting that too.
- 42:51Speaker 4: The stomach.
- 42:51Speaker 3: Yep, the gastric bypass. Yep, the gastric bypass.
- 42:54Speaker 2: And I don't want to be insensitive because I understand that,
- 42:56Speaker 2: you know, everybody's body is different. But for me, I
- 43:00Speaker 2: was always thinking, why don't you just stop eating?
- 43:03Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.
- 43:04Speaker 4: Or start eating less.
- 43:05Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 43:06Speaker 4: Because if you, people that are starving, they, like extreme cases, right?
- 43:10Speaker 4: When you're starving, you're skinny.
- 43:12Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 43:12Speaker 4: So it's like, I've never seen a person that was
- 43:14Speaker 4: starving that was fat.
- 43:15Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 43:15Speaker 2: So it's like, you don't want to starve yourself, but
- 43:18Speaker 2: I just never understood why that wasn't a light bulb moment.
- 43:20Speaker 6: Of like, Just eat less food and you'll lose weight.
- 43:25Speaker 6: It's not really rocket science. And the benefits of fasting
- 43:28Speaker 6: is amazing, man. Autophagy is something else, man. It's literally
- 43:31Speaker 6: auto stands for self. Phagy means eating. It's literally when
- 43:34Speaker 6: the cells go through and start breaking down all the
- 43:37Speaker 6: stuff that they need. Getting rid of all of the fats,
- 43:40Speaker 6: burning the fats as ketones, which you're not even using
- 43:44Speaker 6: glucose no more. You're using ketones because there is all
- 43:47Speaker 6: your glucose storage is gone. And your body literally starts
- 43:50Speaker 6: consuming itself from all the bad stuff that you ain't
- 43:54Speaker 6: supposed to be there. I mean, visceral fat leave. You
- 43:57Speaker 6: start using all the ketone energy. You just feel good, man.
- 44:00Speaker 6: Blood circulation increases. And it all by fasting and fasting
- 44:04Speaker 6: is amazing, man. I just think everybody do it. And then,
- 44:07Speaker 6: you know, everybody do it anyway. You just doing it
- 44:09Speaker 6: while you sleep.
- 44:09Speaker 4: Are you sleeping? What's the fat? Like talk about fasting.
- 44:16Speaker 4: There's intimate fasting, right?
- 44:17Speaker 1: You got, so you got, you got into let's. So
- 44:21Speaker 1: let's start off with, with the food first. Cause even
- 44:24Speaker 1: your food is a fast now, because what we eating,
- 44:26Speaker 1: if we stop, if you stop eating meat for three days,
- 44:30Speaker 1: if you eat meat every day, that's a fast. So
- 44:32Speaker 1: you have, if we're going to go to our highest one,
- 44:35Speaker 1: you have liquidarianism, well, breatharianism, where people just breathe.
- 44:39Speaker 4: Not eating or drinking anything.
- 44:41Speaker 1: Not eating or drinking anything. So you got breatharianism. Breatharianism
- 44:45Speaker 1: go into liquidarianism. Liquidarianism go into frugivores or fruitarianism. Frugivores
- 44:51Speaker 1: go into your vegetables where you literally just a herbivore,
- 44:54Speaker 1: you know, nothing but But vegetables and stuff like that.
- 44:57Speaker 1: Then you go into vegan. Hate to say the word vegan.
- 45:00Speaker 1: So I'm a place say plant based because I was
- 45:02Speaker 1: a vegan and I was a fat vegan. Show you
- 45:04Speaker 1: that veganism is not a really healthy movement unless you're
- 45:06Speaker 1: eating the right things. Then you go from that to vegetarianism, vegetarian, vegetarian.
- 45:11Speaker 1: They eat a plant based diet, but they allow to
- 45:14Speaker 1: have dairy and stuff like that. Then you go from
- 45:16Speaker 1: vegetarianism to omnivore diet where you just eat a lot
- 45:21Speaker 1: of stuff. But you are clean when it comes to
- 45:23Speaker 1: like you're not eating bottom feeders and stuff like that.
- 45:26Speaker 3: Like you would choose a red snapper over a catfish.
- 45:28Speaker 1: You eat a fish that's not that don't clean off
- 45:31Speaker 1: the ocean floors or clean off the lakes or the
- 45:33Speaker 1: sea floors because they eat and poop.
- 45:34Speaker 3: You won't eat crabfish. You won't eat crawfish.
- 45:37Speaker 1: You won't eat none of that because they full of poop.
- 45:39Speaker 1: They literally are the trash cans of the sea. And
- 45:41Speaker 1: then after that, you just got the people to eat whatever.
- 45:44Speaker 1: Same thing for your fasting. So you have a dry fast,
- 45:47Speaker 1: a dry fast, which, in fact, today is a feast
- 45:50Speaker 1: day in Hebrew. It's called Yom Kippur. And Yom Kippur
- 45:54Speaker 1: is basically where you afflict your soul for 24 hours.
- 45:56Speaker 3: You don't eat or drink anything.
- 45:58Speaker 4: So are you Jewish?
- 45:59Speaker 3: No.
- 46:00Speaker 1: So I don't want to call it Jewish. So you
- 46:02Speaker 1: got two things. You got two different types of people.
- 46:05Speaker 1: So Jewish, the ish on the end, that's like saying,
- 46:08Speaker 1: you know, this shirt blackish. So if it's blackish, it's
- 46:10Speaker 1: not black, you know, reddish. That's not really red. So
- 46:14Speaker 1: Jewish means, you know, you partaking in the the Jew culture.
- 46:19Speaker 3: But ish is like you don't come from there.
- 46:21Speaker 1: So when I say I'm a we call ourselves the
- 46:24Speaker 1: original Jews or the Hebrew.
- 46:26Speaker 4: Hebrew Israelite Hebrew Israelite, your Hebrew Israelite.
- 46:29Speaker 3: That's what I would identify with.
- 46:31Speaker 4: Identify with. Yeah. That's your original Jew.
- 46:34Speaker 3: Original Jew. Yeah.
- 46:35Speaker 1: And I believe that we all are. But, you know,
- 46:38Speaker 1: we're not only the original Jews, we're the original everything.
- 46:41Speaker 1: You know, at one point, the whole entire planet was melanated.
- 46:45Speaker 1: They all looked just like us.
- 46:46Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying?
- 46:46Speaker 1: The only thing that separated us was our traditions, our
- 46:49Speaker 1: language and our culture. So if I'm going to tap
- 46:53Speaker 1: into something that stimulates my mind, something that got me
- 46:56Speaker 1: out of the streets, something that had me like really rooted,
- 46:59Speaker 1: grounded and doing the beautiful things for the community, it
- 47:02Speaker 1: would be the Hebrew movement. But don't get me wrong, though.
- 47:04Speaker 1: I believe that there's all good things that you can
- 47:07Speaker 1: extrapolate from every other culture or spiritual science.
- 47:11Speaker 3: It's just Hebrew is mine.
- 47:13Speaker 5: You said something in terms of your day. I've heard
- 47:16Speaker 5: this before. The first thing you do is you drink
- 47:19Speaker 5: water when you wake up.
- 47:19Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 47:20Speaker 5: But I've heard some theories that maybe not drinking something
- 47:24Speaker 5: right away is more beneficial because your body at night
- 47:28Speaker 5: might be getting rid of inflammation and that might be
- 47:31Speaker 5: the first thing, right? So before you consume anything to
- 47:33Speaker 5: bring down, bring the inflammation up. What's your thoughts on
- 47:36Speaker 5: that theory?
- 47:38Speaker 3: That's a good theory. Yeah. So this is what I say.
- 47:40Speaker 1: If you if you eat the way I just said
- 47:43Speaker 1: to eat and you stop your last meal at six o'clock.
- 47:45Speaker 5: Right.
- 47:46Speaker 3: Your body.
- 47:47Speaker 1: So from six to nine, that's three hours. Your body
- 47:49Speaker 1: is digestion is digestion. Once you go to sleep at nine,
- 47:53Speaker 1: nine thirty, if you follow that clock, some most of
- 47:56Speaker 1: the time I can't even follow that clock.
- 47:57Speaker 3: I'm so busy. But that's the that's the blueprint. God
- 48:00Speaker 3: got his own clock.
- 48:01Speaker 1: And then we got our own clocks because we're doing
- 48:03Speaker 1: things to go against God, to be honest with you.
- 48:05Speaker 3: So we on our own clocks. But if you own.
- 48:06Speaker 1: God timing or what we call the biological circadian rhythm timing,
- 48:11Speaker 1: you're supposed to be asleep by nine. So from six
- 48:14Speaker 1: to nine, you should have a bowel movement before you
- 48:16Speaker 1: get into bed. Now, when you sleep through that night,
- 48:20Speaker 1: your body go through autophagy and you're detoxifying. So all
- 48:23Speaker 1: of this stuff is being released into the plasma to
- 48:26Speaker 1: the blood plasma. It's going to turn into to to
- 48:30Speaker 1: urine and everything else. So when you wake up, what
- 48:32Speaker 1: I do, the reason why I drink because they drink.
- 48:34Speaker 1: insist me you're going to the bathroom to urinate because
- 48:37Speaker 1: the only way to get rid of metabolic waste is
- 48:39Speaker 1: by sweating or urination. It's not coming out the tailpipe
- 48:43Speaker 1: because what comes out the tailpipe or through your digestive
- 48:45Speaker 1: system is what you will call macro waste. We need
- 48:48Speaker 1: to get rid of the micro waste because that's what's
- 48:50Speaker 1: killing and congesting our cells and bringing on these inflammatory responses.
- 48:55Speaker 1: and inflammation is a healer not a killer i want
- 48:57Speaker 1: to i want to you know make sure we state
- 48:59Speaker 1: that the whole thing is when you stay in inflammation
- 49:02Speaker 1: that's when you start seeing all these symptomologies that we
- 49:05Speaker 1: call disease but all inflammation is the localization of what
- 49:09Speaker 1: they will call a issue the body swells up it
- 49:12Speaker 1: gets red it gets red because it's increasing blood circulation
- 49:15Speaker 1: you see what i'm saying the increased blood circulation it
- 49:17Speaker 1: heats up it gives you a fever then when you
- 49:20Speaker 1: when you put the body uh the body in a
- 49:21Speaker 1: fever state you produce more neutrophils more basal fields these
- 49:25Speaker 1: are white blood cells that help you come more natural
- 49:28Speaker 1: uh killer cells which is white blood cells or what
- 49:30Speaker 1: you'll call leukocytes these are the things that help engulf
- 49:34Speaker 1: the cells and break these bad things down and get
- 49:36Speaker 1: them out of the body so inflammation is really a
- 49:38Speaker 1: healing response It's just that we never change our environment
- 49:42Speaker 1: or we never change our diet into a livid. So
- 49:45Speaker 1: inflammation stays. And then these same type of symptoms keep
- 49:48Speaker 1: coming and coming and coming. And then our body is
- 49:50Speaker 1: home from it. But when you look at any initial dis-ease,
- 49:54Speaker 1: it's actually a healing mechanism. It's just that we never
- 49:57Speaker 1: change things up. So this disease then consumes the body.
- 50:01Speaker 5: Yeah. What about water intake?
- 50:03Speaker 4: Because.
- 50:03Speaker 5: And that was something even like studying water.
- 50:06Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 50:06Speaker 1: Right.
- 50:06Speaker 5: Like, oh, water is not created equal.
- 50:08Speaker 3: It ain't relative.
- 50:08Speaker 5: Like all these brands are not created. Yeah. Alkaline water that,
- 50:11Speaker 5: you know, there's all types.
- 50:13Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 50:14Speaker 5: Every time I try to change, I realized that the
- 50:16Speaker 5: pattern of me, urine, it changed as well.
- 50:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 50:18Speaker 5: Facts.
- 50:18Speaker 3: Just because how the bodies react to it. Break it
- 50:21Speaker 3: down so people understand. So, so water, you got, you
- 50:24Speaker 3: got two waters, right? And I want to put it
- 50:26Speaker 3: out there that we are saltwater creatures, right? That's why
- 50:29Speaker 3: we have minerals and salts inside of our plasma. Our
- 50:33Speaker 3: water is full of salt.
- 50:34Speaker 1: The moment that our water is not full of salt,
- 50:36Speaker 1: you will see a bunch of symptomologies that we'll call
- 50:39Speaker 1: disease that happen from it. And that's the reason why
- 50:41Speaker 1: if you get dehydrated or if anything happened to you,
- 50:44Speaker 1: you go to the hospital. The first thing they do
- 50:46Speaker 1: is they put you on salt and sugar water. They
- 50:48Speaker 1: hook you up to an IV to have dextrose in
- 50:51Speaker 1: it and a bunch of sodium chloride in it. And
- 50:53Speaker 1: they pump all of this salt water and sugar water
- 50:56Speaker 1: back into your blood because you are salt water species.
- 50:58Speaker 1: We're not freshwater species at all. But I'm and I'm
- 51:02Speaker 1: saying that to say this. So the first the best
- 51:04Speaker 1: water is spring water. That's your real salt water, because
- 51:07Speaker 1: minerals is salt at the end of the day. That's
- 51:10Speaker 1: what they are. And I know we call it fresh water,
- 51:12Speaker 1: but it's really still salt water if you look at
- 51:14Speaker 1: it from a biochemistry standpoint.
- 51:16Speaker 3: So I say spring water.
- 51:17Speaker 1: If you're doing a cleanse and you want to cleanse
- 51:20Speaker 1: the body out and you don't herbal teas, I would
- 51:22Speaker 1: say distill water. But it will always be spring water
- 51:25Speaker 1: after that. So I say my first one will be
- 51:27Speaker 1: spring water. My second one in choice will be ground water.
- 51:31Speaker 1: Like the water I survive off of or live off
- 51:33Speaker 1: of is groundwater. We have a seven hundred and thirty
- 51:36Speaker 1: feet well dug in on one of our lands. That's
- 51:39Speaker 1: the most of the water I consume. After that, it'd
- 51:42Speaker 1: be distilled water. I never I never do city water, man.
- 51:46Speaker 1: I just can't do it. I just can't do it, man.
- 51:49Speaker 1: So those are the water. Now you got a different
- 51:51Speaker 1: water that's in your fruit from your watermelons and the
- 51:54Speaker 1: vines and they pulling all of their groundwater or rainwater up.
- 51:58Speaker 1: you got it in the trees where the trees pulling
- 52:00Speaker 1: all their water through the branches to give to the
- 52:02Speaker 1: fruit and they call this h302 which is a real
- 52:05Speaker 1: structured water the water inside of our body is called
- 52:08Speaker 1: h30 and then you got h20 that you get from
- 52:10Speaker 1: the spring so any of them will work any of
- 52:12Speaker 1: them will hydrate you but i think the best hydrating
- 52:15Speaker 1: water is the water from your fruit so we say
- 52:17Speaker 1: drink your fruit.
- 52:19Speaker 4: Um But how much water should you be drinking a day?
- 52:23Speaker 3: It really depends on, I say for your, your average person.
- 52:26Speaker 1: If, and what I mean by average, I say about
- 52:28Speaker 1: 150 to 170 pounds at five, six to five, eight, about,
- 52:34Speaker 1: about 45 ounces of water a day.
- 52:36Speaker 3: If he, if he eating his fruits, if he not
- 52:39Speaker 3: eating his fruits.
- 52:39Speaker 1: And vegetables and getting his water from there, we'll take
- 52:42Speaker 1: it up to about 50 ounces a day. So 45 ounces,
- 52:44Speaker 1: 45 to 50 ounces a day.
- 52:47Speaker 5: Okay.
- 52:48Speaker 4: How much was that? It's like a gallon.
- 52:52Speaker 3: Down there?
- 52:53Speaker 5: Just under it, but yeah.
- 52:54Speaker 3: Yeah, down there a gallon.
- 52:55Speaker 4: So you could reverse anything.
- 52:59Speaker 3: I believe you could.
- 53:00Speaker 4: Not everything, but you could reverse.
- 53:02Speaker 1: Well, I think you can reverse everything except for traumatic experience.
- 53:05Speaker 1: And even if that happened, your liver get cut and have,
- 53:08Speaker 1: it'll grow back in 17 months, fully regenerate itself.
- 53:11Speaker 3: So just like you.
- 53:12Speaker 4: All right, so talk about this.
- 53:14Speaker 2: You could reverse, because that's something in America.
- 53:17Speaker 4: You get sick, you go to the doctor.
- 53:19Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 53:19Speaker 2: And they prescribe you medication as a coping mechanism to
- 53:23Speaker 2: deal with the situations that you have.
- 53:25Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 53:26Speaker 1: So the, so the medications, the only, the issue with
- 53:29Speaker 1: the medication is it's petroleum oil back chemicals. So, and
- 53:35Speaker 1: then we, we got to realize that medicine is only
- 53:38Speaker 1: 150 years old. Like mainstream medicine is only 150 years old.
- 53:43Speaker 1: We act like it's been around for thousands of years,
- 53:45Speaker 1: but it's not. When you look at the pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical company.
- 53:49Speaker 1: It's a new company and it came from the oil industry.
- 53:52Speaker 4: Practice of medicine.
- 53:53Speaker 1: They're still practicing. It's not even 200 years old to
- 53:56Speaker 1: be honest with you. So does everything relate back to
- 53:58Speaker 1: your gut? I've heard this before. They said almost everything
- 54:02Speaker 1: relates to gut fat.
- 54:05Speaker 2: If you have a six pack, nine times out of ten,
- 54:08Speaker 2: you're not going to have so many different issues.
- 54:11Speaker 3: I can agree with that.
- 54:12Speaker 1: I say about 98% of the things because if you
- 54:14Speaker 1: look at your gut, your gut is where everything's at.
- 54:17Speaker 1: Ninety six percent of your immune system is in your gut.
- 54:21Speaker 3: Right.
- 54:22Speaker 1: Ninety six percent of y'all can Google this right now.
- 54:25Speaker 1: If you look at your lymph nodes, which is a
- 54:26Speaker 1: part of the lymphatic system, 98 percent of all your
- 54:30Speaker 1: lymph nodes is in your gut. And mind you, we
- 54:32Speaker 1: only got about 800 to 1000 lymph nodes. A lymph
- 54:35Speaker 1: node is a septic tank.
- 54:36Speaker 3: To the body.
- 54:37Speaker 1: It connects to lymphatic vessels and this is how you
- 54:39Speaker 1: break down your macronutrients and disintegrate it down to be
- 54:42Speaker 1: able to urinate out the metabolic waste when you wake
- 54:45Speaker 1: up in the horizon or throughout the day. That's in
- 54:47Speaker 1: your gut. You have something called the glycocalyx, which is
- 54:52Speaker 1: the micro, the glycocalyx, the microbiota. These are this gut
- 54:58Speaker 1: and sugar and fermenting type of, they like live in
- 55:03Speaker 1: like a symbiotic relationship.
- 55:06Speaker 3: All of them were in your gut.
- 55:07Speaker 4: All of them.
- 55:08Speaker 3: They help you break down your food. They help you
- 55:09Speaker 3: bring nutrients through the blood capillaries to make it into
- 55:12Speaker 3: the bloodstream. And then you have this nine inch intestinal
- 55:16Speaker 3: track that's connected to your stomach and your small intestines
- 55:19Speaker 3: where all of any type of thing you eat or drink,
- 55:23Speaker 3: it extrapolates through there. And that's how it gets through
- 55:25Speaker 3: your body. If we talk about from our mouth to
- 55:27Speaker 3: our anus is actually a hollow tube on the outside
- 55:30Speaker 3: of our body. That's in our body.
- 55:32Speaker 1: So the only way it makes it into your actual
- 55:34Speaker 1: bloodstream is through this nine-inch intestinal tract. Other than that,
- 55:38Speaker 1: you can eat something. If it comes straight out, it
- 55:40Speaker 1: never goes into you. Then it wasn't in your body
- 55:42Speaker 1: in the first place.
- 55:43Speaker 5: You talking about the duodenum?
- 55:44Speaker 3: Yep, it's called the duodenum. Yep, yep. So the duodenum
- 55:47Speaker 3: is this small. Everything comes through there.
- 55:50Speaker 1: Inside of there, you got trees of bacterias where fermentation happened.
- 55:53Speaker 1: Gases are being exchanged. Blood flow is being exchanged around it.
- 55:57Speaker 1: You got the immune system. You have all of these
- 56:00Speaker 1: lymph nodes that's helped breaking things down, keeping everything moving out.
- 56:03Speaker 1: So if you can keep that clean and you know
- 56:06Speaker 1: if it's clean or not, all you got to do
- 56:07Speaker 1: is check somebody's stomach size. But then you got skinny
- 56:09Speaker 1: fat people, too. People look skinny, but their organs have
- 56:12Speaker 1: a bunch of visceral fat on it.
- 56:14Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying?
- 56:14Speaker 1: But usually skinny fat people don't have a six pack either.
- 56:17Speaker 1: So I think what you said is a good way
- 56:19Speaker 1: to look and see if somebody healthy or not.
- 56:21Speaker 2: Because the core. No, I learned the core thing when
- 56:23Speaker 2: I went to... I used to play basketball, so I
- 56:25Speaker 2: went to prep school and they always... It was core everything.
- 56:31Speaker 2: I pulled my groin and it took me like five...
- 56:34Speaker 2: I had like four months of recovery from my groin.
- 56:37Speaker 2: And one of the main things they was doing for
- 56:39Speaker 2: my groin recovery was core exercise.
- 56:41Speaker 3: Core strength training.
- 56:42Speaker 4: And I was.
- 56:44Speaker 2: like to me, it didn't seem like a direct correlation.
- 56:46Speaker 2: And they was telling me that the core is the
- 56:49Speaker 2: most important part of your body. And when it, when
- 56:52Speaker 2: it's not strong, Even something like your knee, it throws
- 56:56Speaker 2: off and now you're overcompensating for that.
- 57:00Speaker 1: You know what you're getting into now? You're getting into embryology.
- 57:03Speaker 1: So I did embryology for two years in school. And
- 57:06Speaker 1: what I learned about embryology is embryology go through three phases.
- 57:10Speaker 1: You have the endoderm, the ectoderm, and the mesoderm. All
- 57:13Speaker 1: of these different dermis tissues or cells come from something
- 57:16Speaker 1: called a primitive gut tube. And the primitive gut tube,
- 57:20Speaker 1: along with the nervous system, is the first two things
- 57:22Speaker 1: that's created in During the embryonic stage So when you
- 57:27Speaker 1: When that egg get hit And it's igniting And it's
- 57:29Speaker 1: fertilized And then boom Boom Conception happen The first thing
- 57:33Speaker 1: that's produced Is the actual nervous system And the gut
- 57:37Speaker 1: the primitive gut tool. And out of that primitive gut
- 57:40Speaker 1: tool grow all the limbs, grow all the organs, grow everything.
- 57:43Speaker 1: It all grow from the gut tool. So, I mean,
- 57:46Speaker 1: literally every part of your being, every skin and cell
- 57:50Speaker 1: of your body stimulates from your gut. And this is
- 57:53Speaker 1: simple embryology. So what would be the best way to
- 57:56Speaker 1: keep to do Dundum clean, right? Obviously we want to
- 58:00Speaker 1: make sure that that passage is clean because you said it,
- 58:03Speaker 1: sometimes it can be clogged.
- 58:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 58:04Speaker 5: Is it the probiotics? Is it kombucha? Like what are
- 58:07Speaker 5: the things?
- 58:07Speaker 1: So fermented foods, uh, that would be second on my list.
- 58:11Speaker 1: The first on my list will be fasting, intermittent fasting. Mm-hmm.
- 58:14Speaker 1: And washing it out with a bunch of water. But
- 58:16Speaker 1: you will notice that the water can't get the mucanoid
- 58:18Speaker 1: plaque off the wall. And then you have parasites that
- 58:21Speaker 1: sucks on. I mean, they suck on to the cell
- 58:24Speaker 1: of the duodenum and they hold on to the intestines
- 58:26Speaker 1: for dear life.
- 58:27Speaker 3: So you got to paralyze them.
- 58:28Speaker 1: So I would do probably I started off by doing
- 58:31Speaker 1: a three day fruit fast for my three day fruit fast.
- 58:35Speaker 1: I go into a three day vegetable and fruit fast.
- 58:38Speaker 1: And then after that, I go back to fruit for
- 58:40Speaker 1: three days and then boom, I do like a six
- 58:42Speaker 1: day water fast. And while I'm doing a six day
- 58:44Speaker 1: water fast, I make sure I'm.
- 58:45Speaker 3: Getting clothes, fresh clothes in ginger, fresh ginger in.
- 58:50Speaker 1: I definitely do some wormwood just to paralyze those parasites,
- 58:53Speaker 1: to get them off my intestinal wall.
- 58:55Speaker 5: So wormwood.
- 58:56Speaker 3: Yeah, I do wormwood. I do wormwood. I do clothes
- 58:59Speaker 3: and I do Paul D.
- 59:00Speaker 4: Arco.
- 59:01Speaker 1: These are some parasite killers and they paralyze them and
- 59:03Speaker 1: get them out. And then as I'm doing that, for real,
- 59:07Speaker 1: if it's too extreme in there and I'm not seeing
- 59:09Speaker 1: that come out, I go get a colonic, man. A
- 59:12Speaker 1: closed system colonic. Sometimes you just got to put some
- 59:14Speaker 1: pressure and some water up in there to really get
- 59:16Speaker 1: that gut moving because that plaque be so built up.
- 59:19Speaker 1: And then you got something called biofilms. Have you ever
- 59:21Speaker 1: heard about biofilms? So a biofilm is basically this thin
- 59:26Speaker 1: layer of yeast and mucus, man, that crystallize like a
- 59:30Speaker 1: glaze on. Over the encotes your wall, your intestinal wall.
- 59:34Speaker 1: And now you can't get any of your nutrients in
- 59:37Speaker 1: because remember, in order to get the nutrients in, a
- 59:39Speaker 1: lot of the bacteria takes most of the phytonutrients and phytochemicals,
- 59:42Speaker 1: amino acids and minerals, and it takes it to blood capillaries.
- 59:46Speaker 1: And that's how it makes it into the body. Other
- 59:48Speaker 1: than that, it's in the tube. And the tube is
- 59:50Speaker 1: in our body, but it's not in our body. It's
- 59:52Speaker 1: a hollow tube. So you can have this little glaze
- 59:55Speaker 1: of sugar. If you take sugar and if you take
- 59:59Speaker 1: sugar and mix it with a little water and put
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: a fire to it, it caramelize. It turned into like
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: this sticky glaze substance.
- 1:00:06Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: Like how you got a glaze donut. That's sugar and
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: water under heat. when we take, when we eating a
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: bunch of sugar and we got this, this water in
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: us that's stagnant and not moving. And then we got
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: the heat through the hydrochloric acid of our stomach. And
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: then the temperature, the basal temperature of our body, that
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: sugar becomes caramelized and it literally glaze and become pasty
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: and it goes over our intestines. So once that sugar
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: stayed there, cause you constantly eating the same things, it
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: will literally, it won't ferment. It'll literally crystallize itself. So
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: now all of the goodies that we eating, um, We say,
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: I would just want to change my life and start
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: eating good. I won't see a immediate change because I
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: haven't removed that plaque.
- 1:00:44Speaker 5: Can it be absorbed?
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: So now my absorption is messed up.
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: And that's, that's why my book, I talk about these,
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: these signs of detoxification. The first one is called the
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: cephalic phase. The cephalic phase is ingestion before the bite.
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: How do I think about my food culturally?
- 1:01:01Speaker 3: That's all.
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: That's automatically going to tell you what I eat based
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: off my culture, how I was raised. whether I'm going
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: to be diving deep into fried chicken, whether I want
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: me some Southern food, usually people that love Southern food
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: or what from the South, you know, people that like
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: pieces and stuff usually go up North. People that like
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: hot dogs and stuff like that. You usually catch them
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: Midwest Chicago. So based off of my cultural perspective, that's
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: going to influence my cephalic phase.
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: And that's how I choose my food. That's culture.
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: That's a mental thing. Then after that, that's called ingestion.
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: Then after that is digesting. Can I digest my food?
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: Digestion starts in the mouth. Am I chewing my food right?
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: A lot of us, we chew super fast and we
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: swallow like we meat eaters and we not. So a
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: lot of the food, we not even digesting it and
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: breaking it down. So when it goes down our esophagus
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: and hit our stomach, it takes too long for the
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: hydrochloric acid to break down. So it shoots until I
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: do with duodenum and it's just fermenting right.
- 1:01:53Speaker 3: You see what I'm saying?
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: So now I got to fix my digestion. After digestion
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: is absorption. The absorption is a very, very critical part.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: And a lot of people don't realize that they're not
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: absorbing because of these biofilms. So you got to get
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: the biofilms out, the muconoid plaque out. You got to
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: get all the parasites out. And I just gave you
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: all the herbs to do that. But now if your
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: kidneys and your adrenals not working, you can absorb all
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: you want because guess what? Utilize biofilms. All of all
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: of the things you absorb, the kidney and adrenals, that's
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: called utilization. And that's the bloodstream. If my bloodstream is stagnant,
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: if I got all this clunky blood and my blood
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: is not thin and it's building up now, all of
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: the goodies are on the train in the train. But
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: now we got this whole roadblock. So now you're not
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: even utilizing. Then after you utilize, if the body utilize
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: it properly, now you got to eliminate because a combustion
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: come because you create an ATP or what you would
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: call identity and triphosphate for energy. from all the constituents
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: you just ate. A lot of us have elimination pathway
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: block up too. So our ingesting is wrong because we
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: culturally look at food in the wrong way. Our digesting
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: is wrong because we're not super chewing our food. The
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: hydrochloric acid in our stomachs is not hot enough. Our
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: absorption is wrong because we got biofilms, we got parasites,
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: and we got all types of stuff going on inside
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: of our guts with latent fermentation and yeast bunging and
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: what you'll call diamorphic mold. Fungi built up crazy, especially
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: candida albicans. That's a whole nother issue. Then our utilization
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: is wrong because half of our kidneys and adrenals are
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: not working properly. And then our elimination is wrong because
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: we say we congested and we cannot poop. Our cells
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: can't poop, nor our digestive system can't poop because we
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: so backed up from the things that we eat.
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: This bring on something called congestion.
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: Congestion brings on what you will call adaptation because your
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: body have to adapt to survive for all the stuff
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: that you've been doing to it or putting into it.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: And the adaptation always equal mutation and mutation is what
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: we call disease.
- 1:03:44Speaker 5: So that's a lot. That's a lot. And just following
- 1:03:47Speaker 5: it and correct me if I'm wrong.
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:03:49Speaker 5: If to do that, dudendum is blocked and film is
- 1:03:52Speaker 5: on it. then it can't be absorbed. If you can't
- 1:03:55Speaker 5: get absorbed, then the bloodstream can't get its nutrients, which
- 1:03:57Speaker 5: means that you don't have the energy. If you don't
- 1:03:59Speaker 5: have the energy, it's why people feel tired after they eat.
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: Adrenal fatigue.
- 1:04:02Speaker 5: So this is what we call itis.
- 1:04:05Speaker 3: Itis, yep. What they call nigga itis.
- 1:04:07Speaker 5: This is what it is.
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what the itis is. All itis is is inflammation.
- 1:04:12Speaker 3: Any itis.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: And it's inflammation and inflammation, again, is a healing response,
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: is a healing mechanism to increase blood flow, to increase
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: oxygen and to get things moving.
- 1:04:23Speaker 5: Yeah, because most people think, oh, I ate now I'm tired.
- 1:04:26Speaker 5: It should be actually happening the other way. I ate
- 1:04:28Speaker 5: now I'm energized.
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: So and that's what we talk about. The spiritual definition
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: of food is energy for the human being.
- 1:04:35Speaker 3: That's the spirit.
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: The real definition of food should be energy for the
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: human being. So if you eat it and it don't
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: give you energy, it wasn't food.
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: So you opened up a clinic.
- 1:04:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:04:46Speaker 4: And a school too?
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: So talk about that.
- 1:04:49Speaker 3: So I had the clinic first.
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: We had 18,000 square foot clinic, but I had two
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: clinics before that. But the biggest one was an 18,000
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: square foot clinic that we had right down the street.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: And then we just- St.
- 1:04:59Speaker 5: Louis.
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: In St. Louis, Missouri. So I just bought a school.
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: We did the opening of the school last month on
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: the 4th, the 6th, and the 7th.
- 1:05:06Speaker 3: It was amazing, man. Congratulations. Man, thank you. The whole St.
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: Louis came out and supported me. We moved- the actual
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: clinic inside the school. We got a full laboratory with
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: some of the dopest microscopes up in the school. We
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: have a PNA physiology and anatomy room. We have a
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: botanical science room. I mean, anything you can think of.
- 1:05:27Speaker 4: What school? Who will go to the school?
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: So anybody can come to the school.
- 1:05:32Speaker 4: Adult learning.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: Yeah, it's adult learning, but we got a children's section
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: too that we're working on right now. We're getting the
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: curriculum approved by the board. So it's anybody can come
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: to the school. It's required that you come to the
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: school at least three times a year. But most of
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: it can be done virtually because a lot of people
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: that's going to be coming is won't be from St.
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: Louis because all of my millions of followers are scattered
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: across the world, of course. So you can come on
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: there and you can take all the courses and classes
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: and all of this to be done by the end
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: of November.
- 1:06:01Speaker 4: So, OK, explain this. So is it like a six
- 1:06:05Speaker 4: week program?
- 1:06:06Speaker 5: Is it?
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: Oh, no, no, no.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: The the shortest program we got is like four and
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: a half months.
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: It's real. It's real extensive learning and training.
- 1:06:15Speaker 4: What are you learning?
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: You learn how to heal the body. You learn in physiology, anatomy.
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: You learning about neurocognition. You learn in a month. Man,
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: we learn in a whole body. And then what we
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: do is we put in spirituality here and there in it.
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: So it's holistic learning. We teach you how to clean
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: up your household, what ingredients to have, what cleaning ingredients
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: to have. If you got this specific type of issue
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: going on, this is what you do for that. And
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: then we connecting it all to a cultural, spiritual background, too.
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: So it's holistic.
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: I am.
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: My sister is a hair herbalist. Her name's Sierra. She's
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: a hair herbalist there. My little sister, she's a medical assistant.
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: She's teaching everything with the babies. My auntie, she got
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: so many degrees. She's super dope. I mean, she's super smart.
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: She's going to help me teach the anatomy and physiology room.
- 1:07:02Speaker 3: It's about eight of us.
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: So it's an in-person learning and then it's being broadcasted
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: to the world.
- 1:07:07Speaker 3: Yes, it's an in-person learning that's being broadcast to the world.
- 1:07:10Speaker 3: That's exactly how we did it.
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: You know, I would say killing two birds with one stone,
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: but my vegan, my pro-vegan son be like, killing two birds,
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: so I can't say that.
- 1:07:19Speaker 5: That's pretty honorable, right? When you think about your story,
- 1:07:22Speaker 5: you're now healing a community which once kind of looked
- 1:07:26Speaker 5: like we were part of the destruction in a sense.
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: That's why I didn't leave St.
- 1:07:30Speaker 5: Louis, too. I think that makes it even more honorable,
- 1:07:32Speaker 5: the fact that you're still there. But what was, I mean,
- 1:07:35Speaker 5: when you're trying to teach people, when you're trying to
- 1:07:38Speaker 5: liberate people from a health standpoint, there's always roadblocks, right?
- 1:07:42Speaker 5: So like, I wonder when you had the vision, what
- 1:07:45Speaker 5: kind of feedback, what kind of pushback, what kind of
- 1:07:49Speaker 5: sacrifices that you have to make to get this off
- 1:07:51Speaker 5: the ground?
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: Well, I paid for this out of pocket. I didn't
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: do no loans or nothing. Nobody helped me with this.
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: This was all, it's a family owned business. A family
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: funded business All this came out of my pocket And
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: me just saving up From all of I sell a
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: lot I sell millions and millions Of products And health
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: and wellness products And we do a bunch of Consultations
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: and therapies With state of the art Equipment Y'all seen
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: one of them The hyperbaric chamber That we had That
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: we couldn't use We didn't.
- 1:08:16Speaker 3: Use it, y'all.
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: We appreciate you. So we got we got state of
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: the art equipment. So, you know, we got a good
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: income coming in every year annually. So what I do
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: is a lot of people put 10 percent into, you know,
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: they stuff 10 percent into their investments and then a
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: 90 percent they keep for themselves. I invest 90 percent
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: back into my business and I keep 10 percent and
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: do what I want to do with it. And me
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: doing it, man, I just accumulated a bunch of stuff.
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: So it's beautiful because we did it all by ourselves, man.
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: We did it by ourselves. We didn't get no help.
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: We didn't ask for no help. We never asked a
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: person for a dollar. My whole career, you can never
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: see me anywhere asking anybody for money because I got
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: a service. So I put I provide a service you
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: pay for my service for the money that you give
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: me for my service I'm putting it back into the
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: community so man it feel good and uh just being
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: from St. Louis being a part of the destructive mechanism
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: that that destroyed a lot of stuff that was there
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: to be the same one picking up the pieces and
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: rebuilding uh just it feel good but the pushback I
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: got man didn't nobody want to sell me the building
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: at first we looked at like six schools schools man
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: i was willing to pay four million cash then they
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: didn't want to give it to me so we had
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: to get strategic why i just think because who i
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: am i'm just be real i just think because who
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: i am and owning that much real estate and mind
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: you already own i probably got about 20 properties out
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: there i'm out there buying up everything and they know
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: it and i don't think I don't think they like that.
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: I'm buying up all the St.
- 1:09:44Speaker 3: Louis. I love real estate. I realize the asset part
- 1:09:47Speaker 3: of it.
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: I realize the tax part of it, owning that asset.
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: You can borrow against it tax free. So, you know,
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: I'm out there learning the literature to this stuff.
- 1:09:54Speaker 4: So I'm like, hold on.
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: I'm instead of buying some Gucci's and buying this and
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: buying that, spend a hundred grand. I got about two
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: million in watches.
- 1:10:01Speaker 3: I'm like, I'm tripping. Let me slow down to start.
- 1:10:04Speaker 3: Let me start putting this stuff into actual assets.
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: That's going to make me money. And I started doing
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: it was good when I was doing it. But when
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: I started buying properties and fixing them up and, you know,
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: giving back to the community and flipping houses and, you know,
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: really getting on my tax strategy, that's when I started
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: getting all the blowback. A lot of people think that
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: it was from. You know, me healing a community. It
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: really wasn't from that. It's when I started learning how
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: to use money properly, when I started giving out a
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: black glass from the community. So they wouldn't sell us
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: the schools. We went through six schools. They all told
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: us no. So me and I be sat down. We said, man,
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: we got to get strategic with it. And we got
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: presented with a church school, 38000 square feet. The church school,
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: it's a sanctuary side. The whole other side of it
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: is nothing but all classrooms. And I sit down and
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: talk to him. His name, Glenn, shouts out to him, man.
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: And he the person who I got the 18,000 square
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: foot clinic from. And I'm like, man, I want to
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: do this deal. We came up with a good deal,
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: a good price. I bought it from him and we
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: took it to the board. They tried their hardest, man.
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: It was well, it was two people on the council
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: that said no, but they out the rest of the
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: council outvoted them and they let.
- 1:11:10Speaker 3: Us open it.
- 1:11:11Speaker 4: Why did they say no?
- 1:11:12Speaker 3: I'm not doing nothing illegal. I'm not selling pharmaceuticals. I'm
- 1:11:16Speaker 3: not a physician. You know what I'm saying?
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: I'm not a physician at all. So I'm not claiming
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: to be a physician. Everything I'm doing, I got my
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: license for. I got all of my certifications for it.
- 1:11:25Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying?
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: So they couldn't really say no. I just think owning
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: that much real estate and property in places like that.
- 1:11:32Speaker 3: I just think that I'm young, too. I'm like, hold on.
- 1:11:36Speaker 3: I think they think I was getting ahead of myself
- 1:11:37Speaker 3: a little bit.
- 1:11:38Speaker 2: So like the Better Business Bureau, it was like complaints
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: about like shipping, stuff like that?
- 1:11:41Speaker 5: Yeah, ship.
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: And that's my only complaint because it takes 30 days
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: to get it. Sometimes it takes longer than that to
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: get the herbs because we sourcing the herbs. They wildcraft
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: it from the land of their origin. And then once
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: we get it, we process it. We get the herbs raw.
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: When we get the herbs raw, we drying it, we
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: cutting it up, we doing all of the stuff like
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: I have a real full functioning warehouse. If y'all y'all
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: can go look at my video where we did the
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: walkthrough through the school. The warehouse is in the school now.
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: We take you. It's a 10 step process before you
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: get your product. And we don't have products on the
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: shelves because we want to guarantee the potency of the herbs. So,
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: you know, a lot of our people, they don't read.
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: So when they go on the website, it's big as
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: day in red. shipping takes up to 30 days but
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: you know our people they they eager to buy they
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: trying to heal themselves they don't be reading it but
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: them are most of it you got a few more
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: things to talk about customer service or people felt like
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: we could have talked to them better and which we
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: work on every day it just it's going to always
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: be it's a business everybody's not going to agree with
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: your business if you went on my reviews and everybody
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: said it was good business then i'm paying for them
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying? This is a part of
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: the world, part of what go on, man. We do
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: good business. We wouldn't make millions and millions of dollars
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: a year if we was doing bad business. It's just
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: you surrender to certain people that don't like the way
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: you do business. And I'm I'm cool with that. We
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: got think tanks, though. And we look at our reviews
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: and we change things around. We get better with certain stuff,
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: especially if we see a large percentage complaining about a
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: certain thing.
- 1:13:04Speaker 4: Hold on.
- 1:13:04Speaker 3: It's time to fix that. We didn't see that. Let's
- 1:13:06Speaker 3: get ahead of that. You know what I'm saying? But
- 1:13:08Speaker 3: that really was it. Our main complaint was the shipping.
- 1:13:12Speaker 5: We, you touched on Zempic earlier and we've seen, I
- 1:13:17Speaker 5: guess some of the benefits of it, right? From the
- 1:13:19Speaker 5: terms of people obviously losing weight, which brings down blood pressure, cholesterol,
- 1:13:24Speaker 5: all those things. Obviously we don't know the long-term negative
- 1:13:27Speaker 5: effects yet. But peptides have become the thing.
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: They do know the long. You see what's been happening
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: with that ozemic? People have been going blind and eye
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: issues and kidney failure.
- 1:13:35Speaker 5: From a case study. In practice, right? 10, 15, 20 years.
- 1:13:39Speaker 5: What are the long term in that sense? But peptides
- 1:13:42Speaker 5: have become something that have equally as popular and going
- 1:13:46Speaker 5: to become even more popular.
- 1:13:47Speaker 3: But them peptides turn people's kidneys up.
- 1:13:49Speaker 5: I want to know the science on peptides. Your thoughts
- 1:13:51Speaker 5: behind it.
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: So, I mean, peptides is good. You got peptides. I mean,
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: they good. You got the amino acid structures, peptides. People
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: are losing weight and looking good off of it. But
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: what we've been seeing is that the peptides are messing
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: with a bunch of people kidneys. And this is the
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: reason why I'm saying do I got conclusive evidence saying
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: that it's the peptides?
- 1:14:09Speaker 2: No.
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: But do I have hands on clinical experience showing that
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: everybody that took the peptides is coming in and they
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: blow your nitrogen numbers are off? and their EGFR numbers
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: is off and they're leaking protein through their urine. Yes,
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: everybody that comes to us from the overuse of peptides
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: have the same thing. So is it data or am
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: I running it through centrifuges and spitting these numbers out
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: saying that it is the actual peptides? No, I can't
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: say that. But it is a common denominator that people
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: that are using these peptides and work out their bodies
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: looking good, but it's messing with their kidneys. But what's
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: crazy is a lot of bodybuilders come to us with
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: the same exact issues where their kidneys start malfunctioning Because
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: of all of the amino acids and the heavy proteins,
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: that's what the peptides are doing.
- 1:14:50Speaker 3: It's messing up the kidneys.
- 1:14:52Speaker 2: What about your blood type? Because people say, like, depending
- 1:14:54Speaker 2: on your blood type, that should determine your diet.
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: To me, only one I've seen that really resonate with
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: me would. Where I was like, hold on, he got
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: something here. It's with O positive. O positive blood. I
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: noticed when O positive blood do go more on a
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: heavy protein diet, they do good. But all of the
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: other ones, I can't really I can't speak for that.
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: And then, you know, I talked about this in my
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: last podcast that blood type can change.
- 1:15:23Speaker 3: I know it sounds crazy. Y'all can look it up.
- 1:15:25Speaker 3: They say is rare.
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: But if somebody got a chronic disease, say, for instance,
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: we had a woman with multiple myeloma.
- 1:15:34Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: She had multiple myeloma. She had blood flu. She has
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: sister schistostomal blood flukes inside of her blood. And, you know,
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: they diagnosed her with multiple myeloma. But when I looked
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: at her blood under a microscope, I seen schistostomal blood flukes.
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: When we got rid of all the blood flukes, she
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: went from a positive to a B. Her blood changed.
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: But that's that's not the only that's not the first
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: time that happened with me, though. That happened with me.
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: I've been doing this about 15 years now. Then it
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: happened like six times, though. So six times in 15 years,
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: y'all saying is very rare. Six times in 15 years
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: to me is as I encourage. That's that's that's something
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: that's deep to me. So if your blood type can
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: change based off of the so-called disease you have and
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: then you alkaline in the body. And you change the
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: environment of your body and then you see this rare
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: blood change because they call it rare.
- 1:16:21Speaker 3: But it does.
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: Then how how is eating for a blood type really
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: a real thing? But I do see evidence of those
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: old positive eating what he say, eating the book. And
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: they get in a bunch of a bunch of good
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: results from it, though. But I haven't really seen it
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: in nobody else. Once I see people eat, switch to
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: a plant based diet, I see them thrive and do good.
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: But there are certain people that switch to a plant
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: based diet in the detoxification crisis that they have from it.
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: They feel like they die and they look malnourished. They
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: get the bones in their face. They get the sunken
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: in eyes. They just look very malnutrition. But I don't
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: think that's because they're going through the vegan diet. I
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: think that they since they are switching over to plant based,
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: they're going through extreme detoxification.
- 1:17:02Speaker 3: And those are the symptomology. Or they're not eating. Or
- 1:17:05Speaker 3: they're not eating enough, which still is the same thing
- 1:17:07Speaker 3: because you're still fasting.
- 1:17:09Speaker 4: What about fish?
- 1:17:10Speaker 3: Fish. Fish to me is meat.
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: But if when I before I went completely plant based,
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: I went on two months of fish. I used to
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: make some wild-caught salmon, boil some pineapples on it. I
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: made some of the best. So that's what the Okinawans eat.
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: They eat mostly fish. When you look at most of
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: these tribes, even these tribes in Papua New Guinea, where
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: they eat nothing but fish and a bunch of carbohydrates.
- 1:17:33Speaker 3: They love potatoes. they the most healthiest.
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: They don't have no diabetes, no cardiovascular issues, no high
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: blood pressure, and they main diet is fish and potatoes.
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: So when you start like really studying people that eat fish, man,
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: they be healthy people. And I get your omegas and
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: all of that in there. But what I'm going to
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: do is I'm going to go to what the fish
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: is eating. I'm going to go to the seaweed. I'm
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: going to go to all the things that the fish
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: is eating, just like I'm going to go through all
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: the things that the cow is eating to get my proteins.
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: I'm going to go through all of the fruits that
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: the gorilla is eating to get all of my minerals.
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: So I just I'm I don't like a middleman. So
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: I'm a pass up the middleman and go straight to
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: the source because that's what they're getting it from. And
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: then when you start looking at the oldest animal, the
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: oldest animal is what the turd is plant based. The
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: strongest animal we can say the silverback gorilla plant based,
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: the largest animal, which is the elephant plant based. So
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: when you start looking at the strongest, the largest and
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: just the biggest and who live the longest, they're all
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: on plants. Then you start looking at meat eaters, especially
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: like a lion and tiger tiger. If a tiger make
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: it to I mean, a lion make it to 30.
- 1:18:37Speaker 3: He's an old man.
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: They dine at 21 and they sleep up to 17
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: hours a day because they body have to break down
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: all of those astringent amino acid proteins soon as they
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: eat they got to lay down for the whole day
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: and that's the reason why like you said that itis
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: man they're a very very inflamed but they run it
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: off they run fast they tear they rip they don't
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: chew they have the hydrochloric acid to break this stuff
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: down and we and we don't so if i'm saying
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: fish i say fish is a good transition But from
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: my stance and what I've been teaching, I just I
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: can't promote meat. But I don't see meat. I don't
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: see meat destroying a community, though. I don't see I
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: don't see fish.
- 1:19:14Speaker 3: Let me say fish. I don't see fish destroying a community.
- 1:19:17Speaker 5: I don't. Is there ever a time where the approach
- 1:19:22Speaker 5: would be modern medicine or is it always holistic? Where
- 1:19:25Speaker 5: have there ever been scenarios where it's like, all right,
- 1:19:27Speaker 5: we have to go.
- 1:19:28Speaker 3: I get shot right now. Pharmaceutical painkiller. Yeah. Stretch me out.
- 1:19:34Speaker 3: Put me to sleep. Get this bullet out of me.
- 1:19:36Speaker 3: Stitch me up.
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: Thank you, doctor. Job well done. So I'm not extremist
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: at all. I'm not extremist at all. But where you can,
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: you know, they they are very good at diagnosing. They're
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: very good with imaging. They're very, very good with keeping
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: up with your imaging. And they're very good with surgeries.
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: I cannot take that from no doctor whatsoever. What they're
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: not good at is what they haven't been taught. They
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: haven't been taught how to reverse surgery. so-called diseases they
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: just haven't been taught that they're taught to sell petrochemical
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: drugs they're taught surgery that's what they taught so they
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: they the best at what they do they just don't
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: do what we do and what we tend to do
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: is to prevent you from having health issues or bring
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: you back from health issues and what they are for
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: is for your extreme measures so for extreme measures go
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: to the house we got it on our website if
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: you if you doing this you have shortness of breath
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: this and that do not call dr yaki call 9-1-1.
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: What about um Children. Because we've seen an uptick in
- 1:20:31Speaker 2: childhood obesity. We've seen ADHD. We've seen diabetes.
- 1:20:36Speaker 3: Yeah, diabetes everywhere.
- 1:20:38Speaker 2: It's an epidemic and it's only seemed like it's getting worse.
- 1:20:42Speaker 2: Even kids that, I know kids that play sports.
- 1:20:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:20:45Speaker 2: And they still, like before it was like, at least
- 1:20:47Speaker 2: when you was a young kid, you was skinny. And
- 1:20:49Speaker 2: then when you got older, you got big. Cause you stopped,
- 1:20:51Speaker 2: you stopped, you stopped playing sport. You stopped playing basketball.
- 1:20:53Speaker 2: You stopped playing football. Now these kids is playing basketball
- 1:20:56Speaker 2: and they still fat.
- 1:20:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:20:58Speaker 2: So it's like overweight, overweight. How important is it to
- 1:21:04Speaker 2: get these kids on a healthy diet? And how, as
- 1:21:09Speaker 2: a parent, how can you get your child, Because they
- 1:21:12Speaker 2: go to school, they're going to eat bad food. They're
- 1:21:15Speaker 2: going to go to Chipotle. They're going to eat pizza.
- 1:21:17Speaker 2: They're going to have snacks. They're even more around bad
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: diet than adults a lot of times. How can we
- 1:21:24Speaker 2: get these kids on a healthy lifestyle when they're not
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: thinking like a responsible adult?
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: Make health popular because the children are going to follow
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: the trend. So make it popular. And unfortunately, you're going
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: to have to lobby for the school meals to change.
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: And if you can't, then you got to take them
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: out of school or homeschool your children. You're going to
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: have to.
- 1:21:45Speaker 4: I mean, me, you will homeschool them. That would be
- 1:21:48Speaker 4: a reason to homeschool a child.
- 1:21:50Speaker 3: Definitely, because diet molds and shape biology. Yes.
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: But I think I don't even think it's necessarily the
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: diets that's messing with our children. I think it's the
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: screen time and those blue lights. Because blue lights do
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: make you fat. You know, blue lights slow down leptin receptors.
- 1:22:05Speaker 4: Looking on your phone.
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: Yes, looking on your phone. Doom scrolling like they do
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: a lot.
- 1:22:09Speaker 3: That slows your metabolism down? Oh, man, slows it.
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: Down majorly, man. They got studies on this with rats.
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: When they introduce rats, they feed the rats, introduce rats
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: to blue lights, and the rats will swell up, get inflamed,
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: and gain weight. But then they take the rats on
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: the same diet and take away the blue light and
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: introduce the rat to red light and put it back
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: on a circadian rhythm and the rats will lose weight.
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: Y'all can look this stuff up. So definitely, man, when
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: you start looking at light, blue light, it's information. And
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: this information distorts the cells. Blue light is man is
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: it blue light will mess up your it increases your
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: cholesterol because cholesterol try to come help and save you.
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: It shuts off what you call the circadian rhythm. or
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: the biological, rhythmatic clock of the body because your body
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: burns fat at a specific time. Your body does everything.
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: Every cell in your body have a clock, an awakening,
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: a sleep pattern. And what disturbs that pattern is blue light.
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: Imagine it's nine o'clock and you're supposed to be sleeping.
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: Your body is supposed to be burning fat and breaking
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: down cells. But your child is watching TV because she's
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: addicted or he or she addicted to the radiation or
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: the blue light because you have blue light addiction where
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: they can't go to sleep without the TV. So your mind-
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: Blue light, the phone is The phone, technically any screen
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: that you're looking at is blue light.
- 1:23:21Speaker 3: It's blue light technically.
- 1:23:22Speaker 5: There's glasses that block it though, yeah?
- 1:23:23Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: You got blue light blocking glasses. You got to get
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: the real ones though. But back to what I was
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: saying though. So check this out. Just check out the
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: mechanism of this. When the sun comes up, you get
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: blue light. Blue light is not bad when it's at
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: the right time of the day because the sun got
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: blue light in it. The beautiful thing about the sun
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: is the sun not only have blue light, but they
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: have red light, green light. They have the whole spectrum,
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: the whole UV spectrum inside of it. What's coming from
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: my phones is strictly blue light. So blue light comes
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: around 6 a.m.
- 1:23:50Speaker 3: To 10 a.m. That's your blue light. That's supposed to
- 1:23:53Speaker 3: wake you up.
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: It pushes cortisol in the blood because blue light brings
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: on your stress hormones. It's nothing wrong with being stressed.
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: You're supposed to be stressed when you wake up. But
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: that stress and that cortisol is supposed to lessen itself
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: throughout the day. What's happening is we go to sleep
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: with blue light. We wake up with blue light. We're
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: using blue light throughout the day. That increases cholesterol. When
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: you increase cholesterol, you become insulin resistant. The moment you
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: become insulin resistant, you hold on to what your sugar
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: sugar stand in the blood.
- 1:24:21Speaker 3: You get fatty liver.
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: You get inflamed because the insulin is not acting as
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: a key mechanism to unlock the membrane of the cell
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: to allow glucose into the cell for you can burn
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: it and use it as energy. So once you start
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: seeing what blue light is doing to us, it is
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: tricking us. We thinking that is light outside all day.
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: It's pure dark. It's 12 o'clock. But we got them
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: on the weekend watching blue screens are in a tablet.
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: So their bodies thinking the sun is still out. So
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: their body is not doing what it's supposed to be doing,
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: which is sleeping, burning fat, detoxifying the cells and everything else.
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: So now they become insulin resistant. They start building up
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: visceral fat and then they get fat off the blue light. Now,
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: put that on top of the diet you're talking about.
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: But the blue light, I think the blue light is
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: destroying our children first. Then I think it's the diet
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: that's destroying them second. And then thirdly, it's just the
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: poor education. Half of us are busy. We live in
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: our lives trying to take care of them. So we're
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: not spending that much time with them to teach them
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: and to teach them the right way because we work
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: in nine to fives. Then when we work nine to five,
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: we sleep anyway. So we get off work and we
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: let our we let the blue light in the tablets
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: raise our children. So I think I think what's harming
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: our children is the blue light.
- 1:25:23Speaker 4: And they're less active.
- 1:25:24Speaker 3: Very less active. They in the house all day.
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: And then like even if you see and then what
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: I noticed was if you try to make them go outside,
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: they'd rather be on a tablet.
- 1:25:34Speaker 3: I got I want to play my Xbox. I want
- 1:25:35Speaker 3: to play my Nintendo. They think going outside and running
- 1:25:38Speaker 3: in the grass is foreign. Try to get a child
- 1:25:41Speaker 3: to take their shoes off and put their feet in
- 1:25:42Speaker 3: the ground. I don't want to get bit. So, man,
- 1:25:46Speaker 3: it's crazy. Like, man, we used to be on. I
- 1:25:48Speaker 3: used to be a biomex on my bike. I'm building
- 1:25:50Speaker 3: trash cans with ramps. They don't do none of that
- 1:25:53Speaker 3: no more. And they just did this study. And I
- 1:25:56Speaker 3: seen it on Instagram where they was talking about in
- 1:25:58Speaker 3: the late 80s. And they showed outside.
- 1:26:00Speaker 4: Yeah, I saw that.
- 1:26:01Speaker 3: Man, it broke my heart. They all out. They beating
- 1:26:04Speaker 3: the trunks. They got their trunks open. Listen to Beast.
- 1:26:06Speaker 3: The children riding around. Touch football.
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: They doing touch football. The woman was doing hopscotch and
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: double dutch and jump rope. And then it said Millennium Babies. Man,
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: it was nobody outside, man. The streets are clear.
- 1:26:17Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: Because everybody inside consuming blue light and false information.
- 1:26:23Speaker 3: And that's what's happening to our children. And but it's
- 1:26:25Speaker 3: all artificial.
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: We got artificial noise, artificial lights, artificial ultra processed foods,
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: artificial languages, all of everything inside. Everything is artificial, artificial
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: liquids and drinks. Now we got you got I never
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: you have something called man enhanced or mineral enhanced alkaline water.
- 1:26:43Speaker 3: I thought water was naturally alkaline.
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: So you strip everything from the water, then you put
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: your own minerals in it, then you put man-enhanced alkaline water.
- 1:26:51Speaker 5: What was the point?
- 1:26:52Speaker 3: So it's like, it's a diabolical plot, man.
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: I think, I don't think they, I think they're, I
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: think they monetizing off of our death, man.
- 1:27:01Speaker 3: Because everything that benefits them kills us. Everything that benefits
- 1:27:05Speaker 3: us make them.
- 1:27:05Speaker 2: What do you think about, all right, last question, because
- 1:27:10Speaker 2: we could go for eight hours, but what do you
- 1:27:11Speaker 2: think about this uptick in kids that have autism?
- 1:27:17Speaker 3: Can I say that on here? What I think it is? Yeah.
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: It's definitely the vaccine. I mean, the vaccine. The vaccinations
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: are giving our children autism. The microplastic, the estrogen-like molecules,
- 1:27:29Speaker 1: and the heavy metals, and the mercury, and the contaminants
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: from the water are giving our children autism. When we
- 1:27:37Speaker 1: was looking at children's blood under the microscope, what I
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: noticed with the children with blood under the microscope that
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: was on the spectrum, all of them had heavy metal
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: contaminants Inflammates inside of their blood, which is diamorphic fungus
- 1:27:51Speaker 1: and a bunch of heavy metals.
- 1:27:52Speaker 3: Diamorphic fungus and heavy metals.
- 1:27:54Speaker 4: Heavy metals come from where does heavy metals come from?
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: You can get heavy metals from contaminated water. You can
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: get it from textiles of your clothing. A lot of
- 1:28:01Speaker 1: people don't realize that a lot of the color.
- 1:28:03Speaker 4: Fast fashion.
- 1:28:04Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:28:04Speaker 4: Fast fashion.
- 1:28:05Speaker 3: Fast fashion. Man, I love using it. Fast fashion.
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: And the dye is called azo dye. and azodine have
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: tectiles so a lot of people don't realize what makes
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: up all these colors that they dye in our clothes
- 1:28:16Speaker 1: and have heavy tectiles and metals in them and then
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: the children start sweating and your skin is one of
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: the largest absorption factors of your body it's a eliminative
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: it's a eliminative organ too but it absorbs more than
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: it eliminates you.
- 1:28:28Speaker 5: Can see like sometimes if you wear like denim you
- 1:28:31Speaker 5: won't see it on your skin but if you look
- 1:28:33Speaker 5: on your white shoe.
- 1:28:34Speaker 3: Yeah it all be on it you'll see dye all
- 1:28:36Speaker 3: over your shoe so if that's.
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: On the tongue of your shoe then what is it
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: doing to your skin and you have trillions and trillions
- 1:28:42Speaker 1: of pores of your skin so heavy metals is coming
- 1:28:45Speaker 1: from the clothes heavy metals is coming from the water
- 1:28:48Speaker 1: heavy metals is coming from the the food and last
- 1:28:51Speaker 1: but not least and y'all can look this up to
- 1:28:53Speaker 1: have have y'all heard of smart dust Smart dust is
- 1:28:56Speaker 1: what the government is, what the government allowed the military
- 1:29:00Speaker 1: to do in U.S. cities where they can go around
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: and spraying this dust has been patented. You look at
- 1:29:05Speaker 1: what's in this dust in 2021. There was a fog.
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: I remember the fog in 2021 where.
- 1:29:10Speaker 3: It went in Florida. It was everywhere. Everybody started getting
- 1:29:12Speaker 3: their throats was hurting and all of that. You don't
- 1:29:14Speaker 3: remember that.
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: Man look this stuff up in a blow your mind
- 1:29:17Speaker 1: but now the the actual patent is out on it
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: where you have smart dust and then you have chemtrails
- 1:29:23Speaker 1: where they just they're pumping us with so much metals
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: man they just putting it in the sky then bill
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: gates got this new technology where he's trying to block
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: out the sun due to you know this carbon thing
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: that's going on and environmental pollutants and climate change where
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: he's trying to block out the sun we're putting more
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: metals inside of it and i need people to understand
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: that minerals or metals we be trying to separate minerals
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: like they're not metals like when you look at calcium
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: you look at copper you look at iron these.
- 1:29:52Speaker 5: Are all metals yeah on the periodic table on the.
- 1:29:54Speaker 1: Period these are metals that we need but then you
- 1:29:56Speaker 1: got other metals that interfere with these metals because these
- 1:29:59Speaker 1: other metals every metal have a charge to it it's
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: either a cation or anion this is a positive positive
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: or a negative charge. It's a conduit and it produces electricity.
- 1:30:08Speaker 1: So when you start looking at what these metals are doing,
- 1:30:10Speaker 1: they're pulling frequencies and hertz from our bodies. We are
- 1:30:13Speaker 1: electrical bodies. And that's why we are salt water species,
- 1:30:16Speaker 1: because that salt helps keep that conduit of electricity flowing
- 1:30:19Speaker 1: through our body for we can produce ATP, adenosine triphosphate.
- 1:30:23Speaker 1: So when you look at what these metals doing, they're
- 1:30:25Speaker 1: keeping us from producing energy and you cannot heal or
- 1:30:28Speaker 1: detoxify without that energy.
- 1:30:31Speaker 4: My brother. It's always an honor and a pleasure, man.
- 1:30:34Speaker 4: We got to go.
- 1:30:35Speaker 2: But please tell the people where to follow you, the book,
- 1:30:38Speaker 2: the school, all the information.
