• 1:02
  Speaker 1: What's up?
• 1:02
Speaker 1: Angie Courtney in the building.
• 1:05
Speaker 1: Jonan Flower Power, melody.
• 1:09
  Speaker 1: What's up?
• 1:10
  Speaker 1: C-tuck?
• 1:11
Speaker 1: C-tuck says good morning Lindsay, patricia, everybody in the building, welcome back to the Flow Show.
• 1:22
Speaker 1: Like I said, I hope everybody enjoyed their weekend.
• 1:25
  Speaker 1: I sure did.
• 1:28
Speaker 1: I enjoyed my weekend greatly, got a chance to rest and relax.
• 1:38
Speaker 1: But it was an awesome time and just got to appreciate it all.
• 1:49
Speaker 1: Y'all Appreciate everybody in here, but the Diddy trial.
• 1:53
Speaker 1: He won a mistrial but he won't be getting in.
• 1:57
Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you how now.
• 2:01
Speaker 1: But y'all know this mistrial, all these desperate attempts for a mistrial.
• 2:06
Speaker 1: It ain't doing nothing but exposing Diddy and his team that they know that they're cooked and as confident as all the little Mohawk Diddies are trying to be in the comments and all the people saying the prosecution hasn't proven no case haven't proven, rico.
• 2:30
Speaker 1: You know it's easy to talk that, but you know, here, on the flow show no filter.
• 2:35
Speaker 1: Uh, on the flow show no filter.
• 2:39
Speaker 1: We don't believe in talk, we believe in receipts and actions.
• 2:43
Speaker 1: And actions are showing that the defense and Diddy are scared to death of that guilty conviction.
• 2:53
Speaker 1: We're going to get into all of that, the mistrial talk, the testimony on Friday.
• 3:02
Speaker 1: But we got to talk about the tea leaves.
• 3:07
Speaker 1: See if he was so confident.
• 3:10
Speaker 1: You know we in week five, the prosecution is supposed to be finished at week six and the defense is going to have a couple weeks, so a couple weeks to state their case.
• 3:21
Speaker 1: So at the end of the day, we got about three or four weeks away.
• 3:26
Speaker 1: We're about three or four weeks away from the end of this trial.
• 3:32
Speaker 1: And if we were only three or four weeks away from the end of this trial and Diddy felt strongly about being set free, why would he risk it?
• 3:42
Speaker 1: Going for a mistrial?
• 3:44
Speaker 1: Because, see on a mistrial, because, see on a mistrial, they ain't gonna do nothing but retry it, which means a mistrial could take another year or two, um to even get back on back into trial, back in the courtroom.
• 4:02
Speaker 1: Diddy does not go home on a mistrial, he stays in prison because he's not out on bail and he's been refused bail multiple times.
• 4:12
Speaker 1: So if you were a few weeks away from freedom, why would you risk it by going for a mistrial?
• 4:21
Speaker 1: And the judge can grant you the mistrial, and now you're staying locked up so you can't tell Flo anything, because Flo pays attention to it all.
• 4:30
Speaker 1: I don't lead with emotion, I lead with passion.
• 4:33
  Speaker 1: There's a difference.
• 4:34
Speaker 1: I'm going to say that again.
• 4:37
Speaker 1: I don't lead with emotion, I lead with passion.
• 4:40
Speaker 1: If the prosecution wasn't proving their case.
• 4:44
Speaker 1: That's what I will be preaching and telling y'all on this podcast because, like I told y'all, it don't change the fact that I think he guilty.
• 4:53
  Speaker 1: Y'all know that.
• 4:54
Speaker 1: But aside from me thinking he guilty, I gotta present y'all the facts and my opinions as they appear, and so you can't tell me, diddy can't tell me, Diddy can't tell me, the defense team can't tell me, and all the little Mohawk Diddies that come in my comments can't tell me that a case has not been proven, because you would not be talking about no damn mistrial when you were.
• 5:21
Speaker 1: Quote unquote only a few weeks away from freedom.
• 5:24
Speaker 1: When you were quote unquote only a few weeks away from freedom, let the diddy apologists, let them tell it Ain't been no case proven yet.
• 5:34
Speaker 1: We keep reaching for desperate mistrials.
• 5:38
  Speaker 1: They got nothing.
• 5:43
Speaker 1: Like Melissa said, he might ask for a plea.
• 5:45
Speaker 1: Someone said will he ask for a plea?
• 5:47
  Speaker 1: He may.
• 5:48
Speaker 1: Patricia, I'm not going to rule that out.
• 5:51
Speaker 1: You know I always give y'all my honest opinion.
• 5:56
Speaker 1: I wouldn't bet on it, but I wouldn't rule it out.
• 5:59
Speaker 1: But he's grasping at straws, like Melissa said, and it just proves it.
• 6:04
Speaker 1: Because y''all know we all got common sense.
• 6:06
Speaker 1: If you were three weeks away from freedom in your mind because you everybody's trying to say ain't no case been proven?
• 6:14
Speaker 1: Ain't rico ain't been proven, this just domestic violence?
• 6:18
Speaker 1: Well, why wouldn't you go ahead and say, okay, well, let me just ride it out, since they ain't proven their case, I'll be a free man in a few weeks.
• 6:25
Speaker 1: Nah, you want a mistrial, because they know this trial has been proven and I'm gonna tell you before we even get into it.
• 6:36
Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you how it's been proven.
• 6:39
Speaker 1: Because y'all know I've been cooking people in the comments and at this point I've been cooking them so bad.
• 6:44
Speaker 1: They actually been giving me my flowers, even when they come in talking stupid, because I present facts and receipts, I don't just present opinions.
• 6:54
Speaker 1: See, every piece of my commentary, I got evidence and I have the law and the indictment to back me up.
• 7:04
Speaker 1: That's the difference between me and a lot, a lot of the people out there, a lot of the podcasters, youtubers and whatever.
• 7:11
Speaker 1: So it's hard to debate me, because every piece of information or commentary I give you, I back it up with a concise explanation.
• 7:23
Speaker 1: That's a lost art these days.
• 7:27
Speaker 1: So when you're dealing with trials, what do they always do in trials?
• 7:31
Speaker 1: Trials are always compared to previous trials.
• 7:37
Speaker 1: That's why every ruling is important, because every ruling in a courtroom ruling is important, because every ruling in the courtroom affects rulings to come.
• 7:53
Speaker 1: How many times have you heard somebody say well, this should happen because of what happened in this case, your Honor in Brown versus Board of Education?
• 8:02
Speaker 1: It says segregation is X, y and Z.
• 8:03
Speaker 1: So that means this here.
• 8:04
  Speaker 1: Blah, blah, blah.
• 8:07
Speaker 1: So we have a conspiracy RICO charge with an entertainer.
• 8:13
Speaker 1: We have a conviction I mean, let me correct that we have a conviction of a RICO charge exactly like this one just a few years ago.
• 8:25
Speaker 1: We have an example Fuck my opinion, fuck the little Mohawk, diddy's opinions.
• 8:31
Speaker 1: We have one and it's called it's the R Kelly case.
• 8:35
Speaker 1: So let me break it down a little bit before we get into this, so I can explain to y'all why Diddy and his defense are scared as hell.
• 8:47
Speaker 1: See, a lot of people get caught up in the consensual sex and they like to say which I always bait them into this.
• 8:55
Speaker 1: I say what's the difference between R Kelly, rico Since you want to tell me you don't see Rico, what is the difference between R Kelly's Rico and Diddy's Rico?
• 9:05
Speaker 1: Then, because R Kelly was convicted and sentenced to 30 years and I already know what they're going to say, I'm baiting them into this.
• 9:13
Speaker 1: They say well, r Kelly's was dealing with minors and Diddy's is dealing with consensual adults.
• 9:20
Speaker 1: That's what I wanted you to say.
• 9:22
Speaker 1: That's what I wanted you to say.
• 9:30
Speaker 1: See, the sexual part of both of these cases are the actual, smallest part of the conviction.
• 9:34
Speaker 1: See, you can eliminate sexual exploitation, which is what r kelly was convicted of to go with his rico, and then you can eliminate sex trafficking from Diddy's case right now, just so we can clear it up and make it less complicated.
• 9:49
Speaker 1: Let's eliminate the sexual part of it real quick.
• 9:53
Speaker 1: See, rico was proven.
• 9:58
Speaker 1: When you operate a criminal enterprise and when you use different crimes and your employees to cover up those crimes, a lot of people don't know.
• 10:09
Speaker 1: The foundation to R Kelly's RICO conviction was forced labor and bribery.
• 10:17
Speaker 1: As you see, in this case with Diddy, they talk about forced labor and bribery.
• 10:24
Speaker 1: Let me tell you how simple the forced labor and bribery conviction came and what they said in the R Kelly case.
• 10:33
Speaker 1: They said they called it forced labor because they said that R Kelly used the video of the sexual encounters as a way to silence the victims, meaning he would tell the victims.
• 10:50
Speaker 1: If you go to the police, if you tell anybody, if you say anything, I am going to release this footage.
• 10:58
Speaker 1: Does that sound familiar?
• 11:01
Speaker 1: Is that not what we've heard Diddy said about Cassie or to Cassie?
• 11:06
Speaker 1: If you don't continue to do this, if you go to the police and don't continue to do these freak-offs, I am going to put this footage out.
• 11:16
Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, forced labor conviction in R Kelly's case mirrors the forced labor that the prosecution has presented in the Diddy case.
• 11:29
Speaker 1: Now, the second major foundation to R Kelly's conviction was bribery.
• 11:35
Speaker 1: Let me tell you how simple the bribery was.
• 11:39
Speaker 1: They simply convicted R Kelly because they said he bribed people to either keep quiet or he bribed people to suppress evidence, away from the police department and away from investigations.
• 11:55
Speaker 1: Doesn't that sound familiar?
• 11:59
Speaker 1: We have multiple examples in the Diddy case, but let's talk about the bribery that he did of the hotel of the Cassie footage.
• 12:09
Speaker 1: He bribed them, paid them $100,000 so it would never see the light of day.
• 12:17
  Speaker 1: That's bribery.
• 12:18
Speaker 1: Those two crimes alone are enough for a Rico conviction.
• 12:27
Speaker 1: That is why Diddy and his defense team are shaking in their mother effing boots.
• 12:36
Speaker 1: See, that's not my opinion.
• 12:37
Speaker 1: That's not just commentary.
• 12:39
Speaker 1: Those are facts that anybody who wants to look it up you can look it up yourself are facts that anybody who wants to look it up you can look it up yourself.
• 12:48
Speaker 1: So people are looking for these big crazy Rico with mob bosses and everybody getting on alive and kidnappings where you're tied up with the strings with your hands behind your back and you're carried away in white vans.
• 12:58
Speaker 1: That's not Rico and that's what people are looking for and that's why people keep saying this ain't Rico.
• 13:06
Speaker 1: I just explained to you, according to the letter of the law and according to a recent conviction in 2021 of R Kelly what they based Rico on.
• 13:22
Speaker 1: So, with all that being said, let's get into what the hell is going on like I tell them you're not rocking with them, mf, and best I research it and give you the facts.
• 13:37
Speaker 1: I don't just give you my opinion and shoot from the hip.
• 13:39
Speaker 1: I point you to cases, an exact mirror of this case.
• 13:45
Speaker 1: You can't run from that.
• 13:46
Speaker 1: But most people don't do the research and they don't even understand the R Kelly conviction Because they wouldn't say what they're saying.
• 13:55
Speaker 1: Diddy's is worse than R Kelly's, but let's get into it.
• 14:00
Speaker 1: So let's talk about what happened Before we get into the mist.
• 14:05
Speaker 1: So let's talk about what happened before we get into the mistrial.
• 14:07
Speaker 1: We got to recap what happened on Friday because today Jane Doe is returning to the stand and it was a crazy testimony.
• 14:20
Speaker 1: On Friday we heard about so many guys that were sex workers that were part of the freak-offs.
• 14:26
  Speaker 1: I couldn't keep up.
• 14:27
Speaker 1: It's Paul and some guy named Rico who I guess is Diddy's alias.
• 14:33
Speaker 1: So many guys I lost count of the name, but we're going to get into the article today.
• 14:41
Speaker 1: I'm gonna pull this from news nation um.
• 14:46
Speaker 1: Jane testified diddy did not allow condoms during the hotel nights that they call freak-offs, uh.
• 14:54
Speaker 1: A woman under the pseudonym jane returned to the witness stand friday in this trial against sean diddy Combs after alleging she performed days-long sexual acts at the behest of the disgraced music producer.
• 15:10
Speaker 1: Jane is identified as victim number two in Combs' indictment and has said she was in a relationship with him from 2021 until his arrest 2024.
• 15:26
Speaker 1: During her testimony, she said she participated in freak-offs at Diddy's Instruction.
• 15:35
Speaker 1: Similar to ex-girlfriend Cassie, jane said she met Combs while on a girls' trip with a friend who had dated him at the time.
• 15:48
Speaker 1: In 2020, she exchanged phone numbers with him after spending time on the yacht and it went from there.
• 15:56
Speaker 1: Now, on friday, jane doe took the stand for a second time.
• 16:02
Speaker 1: She said that the rapper referred to her as his little freak and she was expected to meet his sexual demands regardless of her comfort level.
• 16:15
Speaker 1: See, it's sad that so many people don't understand the lawulently force people and women into sexual just for your sexual pleasure, especially involving commercial sex acts flying in sex workers.
• 16:36
Speaker 1: It's amazing how many people don't understand how against the law that is, how against the law that is.
• 16:45
Speaker 1: This trial has exposed a lot of people and exposed us as a society that we need to get some fucking.
• 16:57
Speaker 1: Some some dignity about ourselves, some some pride, some some some some some integrity.
• 17:05
Speaker 1: We're becoming numb to some of the most foulest things in the world, but I'll continue.
• 17:14
Speaker 1: Jane testified that the entertainment entrepreneur did not want male sex workers to use condoms when she had sex with them.
• 17:17
Speaker 1: She said she would ask Combs to use protection.
• 17:19
Speaker 1: He would guilt, trip her and ignore her request.
• 17:23
Speaker 1: The prosecution played a recording for the court that was roughly eight minutes and 25 seconds long.
• 17:30
Speaker 1: The audio tape was a conversation between Jane Combs and a male sex worker.
• 17:39
Speaker 1: His name was Don.
• 17:42
Speaker 1: She requested that Don use a condom.
• 17:46
Speaker 1: Combs interjects questions what are they doing?
• 17:49
Speaker 1: And Jane said Don did not use protection during a sexual encounter.
• 17:57
Speaker 1: When questioned why she allowed Combs to dictate whether a male sex worker could use a condom or not, jane said she was afraid to agitate or disappoint her then boyfriend.
• 18:08
Speaker 1: She said that after she was sexually engaged with a male sex worker, combs would have sex with her immediately after.
• 18:17
Speaker 1: Jane testified she would not clean up the sex worker's body fluids.
• 18:22
  Speaker 1: This is nasty.
• 18:25
Speaker 1: Combs said she would play with the.
• 18:28
Speaker 1: Combs said Combs and she would play with the body fluids.
• 18:32
Speaker 1: Then she would shower and repeat the process.
• 18:37
Speaker 1: This is nasty stuff.
• 18:41
Speaker 1: Y'all Nasty, nasty stuff.
• 18:45
  Speaker 1: Good morning, kathy.
• 18:49
Speaker 1: Then former Combs girlfriend explained that there were times she was hungry, tired and in need of a break.
• 18:59
Speaker 1: But Combs would say you're not getting tired on me, are you?
• 19:03
  Speaker 1: Let's finish strong.
• 19:06
Speaker 1: She said I don't know when asked why she did not stop Y'all this is dangerously forced labor.
• 19:19
Speaker 1: See, people are looking for like volatile, violent.
• 19:21
Speaker 1: You know, put your hand around somebody's neck and force them.
• 19:27
Speaker 1: That's not what this case is about.
• 19:31
Speaker 1: I've pointed you to other cases to look at so you can know.
• 19:34
Speaker 1: You don't have to listen to me.
• 19:36
Speaker 1: Just listen to the court ruling in the R Kelly case.
• 19:39
Speaker 1: It's not as demonstrative as people think.
• 19:45
Speaker 1: This is why the prosecution is bringing up these points.
• 19:51
Speaker 1: They're not bringing up these points just because they're just doing anything.
• 19:57
Speaker 1: They're bringing them up because all of these point to certain aspects of RICO and certain aspects of sex trafficking.
• 20:05
Speaker 1: This is the forced labor part of it.
• 20:10
Speaker 1: Then you get into the drugs, the freak offs or as she called them.
• 20:15
Speaker 1: The hotel nights were fueled by drugs like ecstasy.
• 20:21
Speaker 1: Jane says she thought she and Combs were going to have a date night.
• 20:25
Speaker 1: However, it turned into an 18-hour freak-off with the male sex worker.
• 20:33
Speaker 1: This is when they say coercion or fraud.
• 20:39
Speaker 1: See, when they say manipulation and they say fraud.
• 20:44
Speaker 1: See, when they say manipulation and they say fraud, this is what they mean by fraud, meaning when you have someone and you act like it's one thing, hey, we're just gonna have a date night, and then the next thing, you know, there you throw them in a freak off blender and now they're doing an 18 hour illegal commercial sex act.
• 21:10
  Speaker 1: This is fraud.
• 21:12
Speaker 1: See, people don't want to look at the words for what they are.
• 21:18
Speaker 1: Quit, making them quit, making it more difficult than it has to be.
• 21:22
Speaker 1: This is fraud and this is what they're talking about when they talk about the coercion part of this case.
• 21:31
Speaker 1: Combs was planning to leave while she was still under the influence of drugs and she began crying.
• 21:39
Speaker 1: She said Combs was agitated by seeing her emotion and asked are you crying?
• 21:45
  Speaker 1: The fuck?
• 21:47
Speaker 1: Combs decided to stay.
• 21:52
Speaker 1: Now, on september 17, 2023, jane texts combs that she no longer wanted to participate in the hotel nights.
• 22:01
  Speaker 1: This is important.
• 22:03
Speaker 1: I don don't care what the guys playing video games, eating Doritos, couch surfing I don't care what they say is this ain't nothing, this ain't no big deal.
• 22:17
Speaker 1: See, they ain't in the court of law.
• 22:18
Speaker 1: They're not a judge, or are they a part of the jury?
• 22:21
Speaker 1: They're just jerks on a couch playing video games and eating Doritos.
• 22:27
Speaker 1: Everything that the prosecution is pointing out they are pointing out because it is relevant to this case.
• 22:37
Speaker 1: If you're watching this case and you think the prosecution is just throwing shit out, just to throw it out, then you're missing the whole point.
• 22:46
Speaker 1: You're missing the case.
• 22:50
Speaker 1: There's a reason why they spoke on Jane Doe texting Combs that she was no longer wanted to participate in these illegal commercial sex acts.
• 23:02
Speaker 1: Let's keep highlighting that these commercial sex acts were illegal.
• 23:08
Speaker 1: This is not a couple talking about hey, I don't want to have sex anymore.
• 23:15
Speaker 1: This is a victim who is being manipulated, who is being coerced, who is being fraudulently put in these illegal positions.
• 23:26
Speaker 1: That is the part a lot of people are leaving out when they try to defend Diddy.
• 23:32
Speaker 1: This isn't a husband and wife or girlfriend and boyfriend just talking about consensual sex, just between partners.
• 23:40
Speaker 1: This is commercial sex acts, bringing in a third party who is illegally performing sex.
• 23:51
Speaker 1: She goes on to say in a text I wish we could go back to how this was when we first started.
• 23:57
Speaker 1: She says I opened Pandora's box.
• 24:00
Speaker 1: This became the expectation box.
• 24:10
Speaker 1: This became the expectation.
• 24:10
Speaker 1: She explained how she felt obligated to keep participating in the sex acts with sex workers because Combs took care of her financially.
• 24:15
Speaker 1: I don't have to tell y'all I've already put up the definition of coercion.
• 24:21
Speaker 1: If you are telling someone or putting the threats out there that they must continue these illegal commercial sex acts, or you're going to take away rent payments or take away support, it's coercion.
• 24:42
Speaker 1: It don't matter what I say you say.
• 24:46
Speaker 1: The little mohawk ditties in the comments say it don't matter what.
• 24:50
Speaker 1: None of them say.
• 24:51
Speaker 1: This is the law.
• 24:53
Speaker 1: If you have a problem with the law, then you have to go vote and do something about the law.
• 25:03
Speaker 1: But right now, as it stands, that is the law.
• 25:07
Speaker 1: It's not an opinion.
• 25:09
Speaker 1: It's not what you think it should be.
• 25:12
Speaker 1: It's what it is.
• 25:16
Speaker 1: Then they went into the other part using your employees to move a controlled substance and your employees to move a controlled substance.
• 25:29
Speaker 1: This is another aspect of RICO.
• 25:32
Speaker 1: If it is proven that you use your enterprise and your employees and the people around you to move controlled substances, again, this is the law.
• 25:41
Speaker 1: This ain't what you want it to be or what you think it should be.
• 25:46
Speaker 1: This is the law according to US law.
• 25:50
Speaker 1: So then they went on to.
• 25:53
Speaker 1: Jane testified about smuggling drugs for Diddy.
• 25:56
Speaker 1: In addition to the hotel nights, jane testified that she smuggled drugs for combs on more than one occasion.
• 26:06
Speaker 1: And the reason why more than one occasion is important because another aspect of Rico is showing that things were a pattern, not a one off, not a one one time thing A pattern, one-time thing, a pattern.
• 26:29
Speaker 1: During a flight from Los Angeles to Miami she had pills in her suitcase on a commercial flight.
• 26:34
Speaker 1: She said that Combs' chief of staff, christina Corm, reassured her.
• 26:38
Speaker 1: When Jane expressed concern over transporting the illegal substances, christina Corm, diddy's chief of staff, said it's fine, I do it all the time.
• 26:51
  Speaker 1: Y'all.
• 26:56
Speaker 1: This is the most Rico and Rico that ever.
• 26:59
Speaker 1: Rico and I'm not saying that because I'm rooting for Diddy to go down, I'm saying it because it's facts.
• 27:10
  Speaker 1: It's facts.
• 27:15
Speaker 1: You got to understand what it's not.
• 27:18
Speaker 1: It's not when they think of moving a controlled substance for RICO, they thinking that you got to smuggle or send 100,000 kilos overseas in airplanes or through boats from Pablo Escobar.
• 27:34
Speaker 1: It ain't that Merely having employees and girlfriends moving pills across state lines when you're operating an enterprise and you're using your enterprise to do that, rico, it is what it is and it's another reason why Diddy and his defense team are desperately reaching for a mistrial, because all hell is about to break loose when Christina Corham has to take the stand, the security D-Rod Ruben, uncle Pauly if he's still alive I don't know where the hell Uncle Pauly is but they know this case is already over.
• 28:29
Speaker 1: But once Christina Korn missed, it's fine.
• 28:35
Speaker 1: I do it all the time.
• 28:37
Speaker 1: I smuggle drugs within the aspect of this enterprise that is supposed to be business.
• 28:45
Speaker 1: These employees are supposed to be promoting music, promoting fashion, setting up events, uh uh.
• 28:54
Speaker 1: Marketing uh the music, uh uh, marketing the brand of bad boy.
• 28:59
Speaker 1: That is what these employees are here for.
• 29:02
Speaker 1: But then if you use those same employees to smuggle drugs, to set up illegal, all this is illegal.
• 29:11
Speaker 1: I don't care what people think, if they think it's a big deal or not All of this is illegal.
• 29:18
Speaker 1: So if you're using them to smuggle drugs, if you're using your employees to set up these freak-offs, if you're using your employees to cover up crimes, if you're using your employees to intimidate and keep these crimes under wrap, ladies and gentlemen, that is RICO.
• 29:40
Speaker 1: And how you get to the RICO charge is just proven.
• 29:46
Speaker 1: Two aspects Whether it's bribery, whether it's kidnapping, whether it's extortion, whether it's arson, whether it's moving a controlled substance, whether it's sex trafficking you just need two.
• 30:00
  Speaker 1: See.
• 30:03
  Speaker 1: I research.
• 30:04
Speaker 1: I've been researching and covering this story for 12 hours a day for nearly a year.
• 30:08
Speaker 1: I know what I'm talking about.
• 30:13
Speaker 1: I'm not shooting from the hip, I'm not leading with emotion.
• 30:16
Speaker 1: I'm not saying these things merely because I just want to see Diddy go down.
• 30:21
Speaker 1: I am speaking facts about the case, based off the indictment.
• 30:27
Speaker 1: See, if you read the indictment, it's not about is this Rico or not?
• 30:33
  Speaker 1: You can't.
• 30:35
Speaker 1: If it wasn't, if what is being alleged in the indictment, if it wasn't Rico, we wouldn't be here.
• 30:43
Speaker 1: See, if you're on Diddy's side, I can understand you if you say Diddy didn't do these things and then it's up to the court to say that he did X, y and Z.
• 30:58
Speaker 1: But if you're saying this ain't a Rico case, this is dv, then you're undermining the whole federal, the judge, the whole system, because they've already they've already saying that it's rico if diddy has done the things that have been alleged in the indictment, so you have skipped a step.
• 31:22
Speaker 1: If you just come in here and say this is just a domestic violence case, no, they've already agreed that this is a rico case.
• 31:31
Speaker 1: People who have much more knowledge and experience than me, you and everybody in the comments have already agreed that this is a Rico case.
• 31:42
Speaker 1: What we are now trying to be decided is did Diddy do the things alleged or not?
• 31:50
Speaker 1: Not, if this is a Rico case, we passed that you behind.
• 31:57
Speaker 1: This is a Rico case, whether you see it or not.
• 32:01
Speaker 1: What we are trying to do is what they're trying to do is.
• 32:05
Speaker 1: What they're trying to decide is is he being lied on?
• 32:09
Speaker 1: And if the things being alleged are true, did he really kidnap Capricorn Clark and make her go to Kid Cudi's house?
• 32:20
  Speaker 1: Because that's kidnapping?
• 32:21
Speaker 1: Did he really do it Not?
• 32:23
Speaker 1: Is this a Rico case?
• 32:25
Speaker 1: So even in most of Diddy's supporters, they don't even know how to present and support him based on the facts.
• 32:36
Speaker 1: Why do you think the lawyers aren't saying certain things that are being saying in the comments?
• 32:48
Speaker 1: Because the lawyers know we have to attack the credibility of the witnesses and we have to try to say or prove that this evidence is not true and people are lying.
• 33:05
Speaker 1: That is what the defense job is.
• 33:08
Speaker 1: But if they just come on here and try to keep saying that this isn't a rico case, and that's their whole argument.
• 33:17
Speaker 1: He's gonna be having the same fate as R Kelly.
• 33:22
  Speaker 1: Let's continue.
• 33:23
Speaker 1: For the hotel nights, jane said she would book flights for the male sex workers crossing state lines, including one performer who was based in Atlanta, and flew him to Los Angeles and New York.
• 33:45
Speaker 1: Now let me find something right now, something that I also want to read for people who may not understand what the hell is going on.
• 33:55
Speaker 1: I have the definition of sex trafficking.
• 34:02
  Speaker 1: I told y'all I came from a school.
• 34:05
Speaker 1: You always had to source your work and have information, facts to back up your commentary, or it didn't register.
• 34:14
Speaker 1: So let's just go over real quick before I get back into that article, the definition of sex trafficking, not my definition, not the Mohawk Diddy crew, all the old people.
• 34:32
Speaker 1: This is just the definition.
• 34:34
Speaker 1: Sex trafficking is human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, of sexual exploitation.
• 34:46
Speaker 1: Perpetrators of the crime are called sex traffickers, people who manipulate victims to engage in various forms of commercial sex with paying customers.
• 34:57
Speaker 1: Sex traffickers use force, fraud and coercion as they recruit, transport and provide their victims as prostitutes.
• 35:14
Speaker 1: Sometimes victims are brought into a situation of dependency on their trafficker, financially or emotionally.
• 35:30
Speaker 1: Guys and gals, that is the definition of sex trafficking.
• 35:41
Speaker 1: When you listen, if you have ability to read and comprehend and critically think, when you listen, if you have ability to read and comprehend and critically think, that is everything that we have going on in this case.
• 35:57
Speaker 1: That is being alleged People who manipulate victims to engage in commercial sex with paying customers.
• 36:06
  Speaker 1: It's exactly what's going on.
• 36:08
  Speaker 1: It's exactly what's being alleged.
• 36:12
Speaker 1: Diddy is manipulating her and using different tricks to get her to engage in these illegal sex cracks that they are paying people.
• 36:19
Speaker 1: Diddy is using his quote-unquote girlfriends to fulfill his sexual illegal commercial act pleasures.
• 36:34
Speaker 1: Sex traffickers use force, fraud and coercion Force.
• 36:37
Speaker 1: We talked about what the force is.
• 36:41
Speaker 1: We talked about where the fraud is.
• 36:43
Speaker 1: That is why I tell people if you want to know what's going on, you can't be in your own way talking about this ain't no big deal, because you're missing the whole case.
• 36:56
Speaker 1: You have to take what the prosecution is presenting, take it at face, face value, and apply it to the definition.
• 37:05
Speaker 1: Fraud is diddy telling her we're gonna have a nice day, date night and flying her somewhere, and she's thinking it's gonna be a regular date with her and her boyfriend, and then when she gets there he turns it into an 18-hour illegal commercial sex act that she told him she did not want to participate in.
• 37:36
Speaker 1: That's fraud we already talked about.
• 37:42
Speaker 1: The coercion part is saying if you don't uh, engage in this commercial sex act, I'm taking your rent away.
• 37:48
Speaker 1: That's one example of coercion and the very end of this definition.
• 37:56
Speaker 1: Sometimes victims are brought into a situation of dependency on their trafficker, whether it's financially or emotionally.
• 38:09
Speaker 1: See, people want to run from that.
• 38:13
Speaker 1: People want to say it's no big deal, she did this on her own, she signed up for this.
• 38:19
Speaker 1: All of that could be the case in your own mind, but it's still illegal.
• 38:26
Speaker 1: If you use that victim's dependency on you for your money, your power, or using it emotionally, you have a case.
• 38:38
Speaker 1: And see, when you break down the facts based on definitions, based on law, based on prior court cases, then you know what the hell is going on.
• 38:55
Speaker 1: If I was trying to defend diddy, I would be attacking the witness, not attacking, attacking.
• 39:02
Speaker 1: But I would be addressing the witnesses and the victims and trying to find holes in their story and trying to figure out ways that they are lying.
• 39:11
Speaker 1: But the problem is is so much evidence and it's so many people corroborating each person's story, the defense don't have much to work with.
• 39:22
Speaker 1: This is basically an open and shut case.
• 39:25
Speaker 1: All you have to do is read the definitions, read the law, look into this case.
• 39:39
Speaker 1: But people don't want to do that.
• 39:41
Speaker 1: That's too much work.
• 39:42
Speaker 1: They'd rather just go into comments and just say whatever the hell they think in out of their brain and that's just not the case.
• 39:51
Speaker 1: It's not what you think, it's not what I think.
• 39:54
Speaker 1: It's what the law says and, based on what the law says, it's what the indictment says and based's what the indictment says and based on what the indictment says, it's what the judge says and based on what the judge says, finally, it's what the jury says and the jury gets their instructions from who?
• 40:15
  Speaker 1: The judge?
• 40:17
Speaker 1: Let's go on with the article.
• 40:20
Speaker 1: They even went into Diddy going off on his courtroom sketch person.
• 40:31
  Speaker 1: But let's continue.
• 40:38
Speaker 1: Have to directly specifically tell me to do things.
• 40:41
Speaker 1: If he said I can't wait to see what you want, what you have for me, or something along those lines, I knew what task was being asked of.
• 40:54
Speaker 1: During her testimony, jane was presented with images of herself with male sex workers from freak offs.
• 41:02
Speaker 1: The images have not been shared with the overflow or courtroom monitors.
• 41:08
Speaker 1: Her judges order to keep Combs' ex-girlfriend identity private from the media.
• 41:14
Speaker 1: Another thing people not realizing there's so much evidence that is being displayed and being shown to the court that we don't get to see.
• 41:26
Speaker 1: So that's another reason to combat the people saying I ain't seeing no evidence, I ain't been no real evidence.
• 41:34
Speaker 1: That's because we're not seeing all the evidence.
• 41:36
Speaker 1: Most of the evidence doesn't even make it to the articles.
• 41:40
Speaker 1: All we're getting is the commentary and what's being said on the witness stand verbally.
• 41:45
Speaker 1: But the exhibits that are being shown, most of them don't even make it to the article.
• 41:54
Speaker 1: Most of them don't make it outside the courtroom and me going to court which, by the way, all my Diddy VIP $23 membership customers.
• 42:03
Speaker 1: I put the link in the chat, but we will have more exclusive content coming up because I will be going to New York in about a week or so, so I'll be back at the courthouse giving you more firsthand accounts on the case If you want to be a part of it.
• 42:23
Speaker 1: I put the link in the chat.
• 42:25
Speaker 1: It's also going to be in the show notes.
• 42:27
Speaker 1: If you're listening to this on Spotify and Apple, it'll be in the show notes and it'll also be on Facebook in the description and on YouTube in the description the link.
• 42:37
Speaker 1: All you do is go to the Buzzsprout subscription link and get a $23 membership and that covers you for all the flow on the go exclusive content.
• 42:45
Speaker 1: When I travel to New York or I travel wherever the hell I need to travel to get the information we want, just to let y'all know.
• 42:52
Speaker 1: So look out for more exclusive content.
• 42:54
Speaker 1: Next week or so I'll be in New York again.
• 43:00
Speaker 1: Let's continue with this article.
• 43:02
Speaker 1: This article very detailed.
• 43:03
Speaker 1: I really love it.
• 43:04
Speaker 1: Uh, news nation put out a lot of the info that we need to hear or to recollect.
• 43:10
Speaker 1: So, uh, or recall, she said that after she was sexually engaged with a male sex worker, illegal, illegal combs would have sex with her immediately after Jane testified she would not clean up.
• 43:26
Speaker 1: We don't got to go into that again.
• 43:28
Speaker 1: I, we ain't talking about that again.
• 43:35
Speaker 1: Yeah, we don't want to.
• 43:36
Speaker 1: I don't want to dive back into that.
• 43:37
Speaker 1: Excuse me, we understand that part, so let's get back into it.
• 43:43
Speaker 1: Let's slide down a little bit.
• 43:44
Speaker 1: There was a hotel night and on this hotel night it was like 12 to 30 hours and it was crazy.
• 44:08
Speaker 1: Jane testified about a party at the Limeridge Hotel in Beverly Hills where she remained sober while Combs took ecstasy and okayed.
• 44:23
Speaker 1: That was the 12 to 18 hour freak off that caused her to vomit.
• 44:36
Speaker 1: Thank you, uh punk, uh girl.
• 44:37
Speaker 1: Uh, she said precedent.
• 44:38
Speaker 1: I know exactly what you're talking about.
• 44:40
Speaker 1: Each court ruling set precedent.
• 44:43
Speaker 1: People don't want to get into it.
• 44:46
Speaker 1: People just they don't even want to face the facts.
• 44:49
Speaker 1: But anyway, after she vomited she said.
• 44:53
Speaker 1: Combs just responded like that's good, you'll feel better, now let's go and let's get the third guy in here.
• 44:59
  Speaker 1: Come on y'all.
• 45:05
Speaker 1: She done vomited from an 18-hour freak-off session and all you say is that's good, you'll feel better.
• 45:15
Speaker 1: Now let's go, let's get the third guy in here.
• 45:18
Speaker 1: They're going to throw Diddy up under the damn jail.
• 45:26
  Speaker 1: Watch.
• 45:35
Speaker 1: Combs' ex-girlfriend told the jury she had several UTIs from her alleged Combs choreographed freak-offs, aka hotel nights.
• 45:39
Speaker 1: In November 2021, she was increasingly disappointed by Combs when she said she accused him of cheating on her with another woman that was posting Instagram photos at his residence.
• 45:57
Speaker 1: Although she knew he was dating another woman, she said she felt it's not him.
• 46:05
Speaker 1: He didn't really want her.
• 46:06
Speaker 1: In 2023, he took a woman to Turks and Caicos shortly after she had sex with three male sex workers at a free call.
• 46:17
Speaker 1: This displays that Diddy didn't give a shit about her and that means something that plays into the manipulation, the fraud aspect that a lot of people want to run from.
• 46:38
Speaker 1: She says it broke my heart because I just finished my birthday with these guys having sex with me.
• 46:46
Speaker 1: James, said Combs taking a woman to the place he once took her.
• 46:49
Speaker 1: She sent Combs a text that read it feels like you used me to get off and then go away for a week.
• 46:59
Speaker 1: Dr Chloe Carmichael, a New York-based clinical psychologist who does not treat Combsbs, said the rapper's hotel nights and freak off seem to have been his way of releasing pressure while also building his business, albeit in what appears to be a highly pathological man.
• 47:16
Speaker 1: We dealing with some deep stuff here.
• 47:19
  Speaker 1: Y'.
• 47:19
Speaker 1: They seem to have functioned as an environment where he could act out a fantasy of total power and control, while also feeling, in a very odd way, productive On a personal level.
• 47:35
Speaker 1: He was indulging in his darkest sexual fantasies while also inviting powerful people to celebrate.
• 47:42
Speaker 1: While also inviting powerful people to celebrate While the debauchery and, in many cases, normalizing the mistreatment and sexual objectification of women.
• 48:01
Speaker 1: According to Jane, she and Combs had their.
• 48:04
Speaker 1: This is just sad, sad, sad.
• 48:10
Speaker 1: This actual testimony had Diddy going crazy in the courtroom, y'all.
• 48:15
Speaker 1: He was talking, using all type of hand gestures, borderline yelling at all his attorneys.
• 48:22
Speaker 1: We don't know what he was saying, saying, but we know he was very animated.
• 48:27
Speaker 1: There's even been talk of some, this big uh youtuber who's been in on the courtroom every day and saying that combs looked at her and pointed in in a slick way and said I know who you are, or something, something like that.
• 48:48
Speaker 1: He has been going crazy in this courtroom, even down to going off on the hotel I mean the uh sketch person talking about the sketch artist, making him look like a koala bear and basically tell her can you draw me a little better?
• 49:06
Speaker 1: This guy is crazy.
• 49:09
Speaker 1: He is showing his lack of respect for law, lack of respect for humans, while this case is going on.
• 49:22
Speaker 1: It it says here that the judge warned the defense attorneys that Combs cannot engage, interact or try to interfere with the jury.
• 49:31
Speaker 1: If he was, the judge said he was going to kick his ass out.
• 49:37
Speaker 1: Remember, I told you all that.
• 49:39
Speaker 1: But on Friday Combs was actively engaged with his attorneys throughout the testimony, passing notes, whispering comments, using his hand gestures and basically seemed like he was having a heart attack.
• 49:54
Speaker 1: This guy is out of control, and real quick.
• 50:04
Speaker 1: Let me shout out someone who I forgot to shout out, one of my VIP customers, lisa Villafana.
• 50:11
Speaker 1: Lisa Villafana, thank you for the VIP membership, the $23 membership and anybody else.
• 50:18
Speaker 1: If you signed up for any subscription, whether it was $3 or $23 or anything in between, message me on Instagram, tiktok or Facebook and I will give you your shout out if I missed it.
• 50:32
Speaker 1: But thank you, lisa, for being a member and I apologize for missing your shout out, but here it is, lisa Villafana.
• 50:41
Speaker 1: Let's get back to the Diddy mess, the mistrial Aspect.
• 50:47
Speaker 1: Diddy is looking for a mistrial and can you Blame him because he knows he's basically Sunk?
• 50:55
Speaker 1: This is his second attempt At a mistrial and it's because Of some text messages between Cassie and Bonner.
• 51:07
Speaker 1: This comes from the international news.
• 51:11
Speaker 1: Diddy demands case be thrown out after Cassie's text exposed Sean Diddy Combs is seeking a mistrial after they claimed that the prosecution presented false testimony by his girlfriend and Bonner.
• 51:37
Speaker 1: Now the request centers on an explosive allegation from Cassie's friend Bonner, who told the court last week that Combs dangled her over a balcony before throwing her into patio furniture.
• 51:51
Speaker 1: Remember we talked about that.
• 51:54
Speaker 1: Vanna recalled the alleged incident from 2016, and there was a confrontation 2016,.
• 52:03
Speaker 1: And there was a confrontation, she said.
• 52:05
Speaker 1: Combs put her on top of the rail and shouted you know what I could effing do to you?
• 52:15
Speaker 1: Or do you know what you did?
• 52:16
Speaker 1: But Combs' lawyers say Cassie, who also took the stand early May, was wrong in claiming that she saw it happen.
• 52:22
Speaker 1: They pointed to a text message she allegedly sent at the time saying I just found out some crazy shh implying she hadn't witnessed the balcony incident herself.
• 52:32
Speaker 1: His team also argued that the photos of Baina were taken when Diddy wasn't even in Los Angeles.
• 52:44
Speaker 1: The judge has not yet ruled on the mistrial motion.
• 52:46
Speaker 1: It follows a similar request made two weeks ago after testimony involving Kid Cudi, which was denied.
• 52:55
Speaker 1: This is the basis of why they're asking for a mistrial.
• 53:01
Speaker 1: This is the basis of why they're asking for a mistrial Now.
• 53:06
Speaker 1: I don't know if the prosecution has addressed the Cassie text messages.
• 53:10
Speaker 1: I haven't seen it, but I know they addressed the pictures and there was an expert that came out and said that the pictures that she had the wrong date, that the pictures were actually from a day or two later, not the day that she recalled, which means Diddy wouldn't have been at a hotel in New York as opposed to being, I believe, in LA.
• 53:33
Speaker 1: So that part was already proven.
• 53:37
  Speaker 1: I haven't.
• 53:38
Speaker 1: I don't know for a fact that the prosecution has addressed, uh, the, the cassie text message.
• 53:45
Speaker 1: We'll see, but that's end of the day, that's not cause for a mistrial.
• 53:53
Speaker 1: Anyway, if you want to discredit because something that she said or whatever, that's one thing, but for a whole mistrial because of a text message saying one thing, and it could be implied so many different ways, like we said, that's grasping at straws.
• 54:16
Speaker 1: This case has hollywood in shambles, shambles.
• 54:19
Speaker 1: Ray j, if you've been keeping up, he's in shambles.
• 54:24
Speaker 1: More stories are coming out.
• 54:30
Speaker 1: Ray J has been on an apology tour trying to stand up for Diddy, like his life is dependent on it, exactly, diddy, like his life is dependent on it, exactly.
• 54:47
Speaker 1: Even if the date was wrong, it happened, it doesn't.
• 54:49
  Speaker 1: That's not.
• 54:50
Speaker 1: That's not cause for a mistrial and that's also could be easily Mistaken.
• 55:04
Speaker 1: Why is it that nobody can spell lying?
• 55:06
  Speaker 1: I guess that's that.
• 55:08
Speaker 1: That's how you know.
• 55:08
  Speaker 1: It's a bot anyway.
• 55:11
Speaker 1: Yeah, ray j ticks it off.
• 55:17
Speaker 1: Uh, andrew said your name would be dicky.
• 55:19
Speaker 1: Yeah, dicky and diddy diddy.
• 55:21
Speaker 1: Dicky would be Dickie.
• 55:22
Speaker 1: Yeah, dickie and Diddy, diddy, dickie.
• 55:24
Speaker 1: It all makes sense, everything makes sense, doesn't it y'all?
• 55:29
Speaker 1: It would be somebody named Dickie standing up for Diddy.
• 55:36
Speaker 1: We can't make this up, can we y'all?
• 55:38
Speaker 1: And of course they would spell lying, lean.
• 55:42
  Speaker 1: They're like putting a lean.
• 55:43
Speaker 1: They're going to probably put a lean on my house or lean on my car, or lean on the court, I don't know.
• 55:52
Speaker 1: Are they going to put a lean on the check?
• 55:53
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 55:54
Speaker 1: But uh, we're not going to.
• 55:59
Speaker 1: Hey look, all we know is so far.
• 56:01
Speaker 1: We know that the Diddy supporters we know that they Diddy supporters we know that they're not going to win any spelling bees anytime soon.
• 56:09
  Speaker 1: We know that.
• 56:10
Speaker 1: We at least know that.
• 56:13
Speaker 1: We know that they're not going to win no spelling bee anytime soon.
• 56:19
Speaker 1: That is a fact.
• 56:21
Speaker 1: They be like the first word I need you to spell time soon.
• 56:27
Speaker 1: That is a fact.
• 56:27
Speaker 1: They be like the first word I need you to spell is lying.
• 56:32
  Speaker 1: They be like L I E N lying I-E-N.
• 56:45
Speaker 1: Line you out of here.
• 56:48
Speaker 1: First round, you couldn't get past the four and five letter words Peace.
• 56:57
Speaker 1: But uh, yeah, hey look.
• 57:02
Speaker 1: And you said Dickie would get paid if he wasn't all up in flo's comments.
• 57:07
Speaker 1: Yeah, see, why can't the diddy supporters do the hard work and build their platform so they actually can help diddy, not creeping around with a name like Dickie on other people's platform, misspelling words and using all capital letters like serial killers.
• 57:28
Speaker 1: When you see all caps in the comments you automatically think serial killer, um uh uh, predator, predator, like.
• 57:46
Speaker 1: Build your own platform and put your message out.
• 57:49
Speaker 1: That would really help Diddy Not creeping around helping boost my content, which are all caps and misspelling and names like Dickie, this guy fighting for his life, for free costs.
• 58:06
Speaker 1: And he got Dickie running around helping put the dirt on the grave why his name couldn't be Brad or why his name couldn't be Michael or why his name couldn't be Michael.
• 58:26
Speaker 1: But when you're supporting Diddy, your name has to be Dickie, itty bitty Dickie, like somebody said.
• 58:37
Speaker 1: Dickie Lenard, helping to put the nail, the final nail, in Diddy's coffin your Honor, how could Diddy not be guilty?
• 58:50
Speaker 1: One of his main supporters' name is Dickie, your Honor.
• 59:01
Speaker 1: I rest my case Side note.
• 59:03
Speaker 1: He spelled lying lean, so let's add five more years on for that dickie over here sending my hey look, with all those comments.
• 59:12
Speaker 1: All he doing is sending my content out to more people, which we appreciate him for that the comments.
• 59:19
  Speaker 1: That's why I don't block them.
• 59:20
Speaker 1: Every comment helps to push my content, which is helping bury Diddy.
• 59:26
Speaker 1: Every comment that Dickie's doing is just sending out to more people.
• 59:31
Speaker 1: So let's appreciate Dickie.
• 59:32
Speaker 1: Let's give Dickie a round of applause for not being too bright and helping us bury Diddy.
• 59:40
Speaker 1: I appreciate him, but anyway, ray J is going crazy.
• 59:51
Speaker 1: We even have another story that I'm about to get into, where there's a gentleman who says another producer that says Diddy tried to hit on him.
• 1:00:01
Speaker 1: I don't know if y'all saw this, but there's another producer who just put out hey, look the first.
• 1:00:15
  Speaker 1: Hey, captain Obvious.
• 1:00:18
Speaker 1: We got another nickname for Dickie Captain Obvious.
• 1:00:22
Speaker 1: He tells us I'm'm no genius, like we needed him to say that.
• 1:00:26
Speaker 1: Hey, dicky is funny, dicky is funny, yeah, yeah, thank you, patricia.
• 1:00:33
Speaker 1: We that was a captain, obvious, we, we, not we.
• 1:00:38
Speaker 1: The way my jaw didn't hit the floor when you said that, dickie, my jaw stayed right up here.
• 1:00:44
Speaker 1: That was the most obvious thing that you could have ever said.
• 1:00:50
Speaker 1: So we're going to call you Captain Obvious.
• 1:00:55
Speaker 1: Dickie, I'm no genius, tell me something I don't.
• 1:01:02
Speaker 1: The whole chat didn't know.
• 1:01:04
Speaker 1: Oh my God, I'm glad the Diddy supporters aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer, because I'd be cut.
• 1:01:21
  Speaker 1: I'm no genius.
• 1:01:25
Speaker 1: That was a good one, because we all confused you for a genius until you gave us that revelation.
• 1:01:36
Speaker 1: Thank you for opening all our eyes up, because we all thought we were witnessing a genius, a savant, a prodigy man.
• 1:01:50
Speaker 1: Let me continue with this show.
• 1:01:51
Speaker 1: Man Dickie is funny as hell.
• 1:01:53
  Speaker 1: I'm no genius.
• 1:01:56
  Speaker 1: I can't finish the show.
• 1:02:04
  Speaker 1: Man.
• 1:02:04
  Speaker 1: Hold on, man.
• 1:02:05
Speaker 1: Let me get back into the show Because next thing you know he's going to tell me something else we already know.
• 1:02:13
  Speaker 1: So look.
• 1:02:13
Speaker 1: Another producer says that Diddy tried to put the move on him.
• 1:02:18
Speaker 1: Another producer See one thing about my chat.
• 1:02:28
Speaker 1: See, my chat is for the intellectuals.
• 1:02:29
Speaker 1: My platform is for the intellectuals, the people who like to think, are very smart, very wise and quick on their feet.
• 1:02:38
Speaker 1: And when you come at me, see people talk about how smart I am or how quick-witted I am, but they don't understand.
• 1:02:50
Speaker 1: The algorithm has brought all the smart and intelligent people all in my community because we all can't take all the other cheesy ditty coverage.
• 1:03:00
Speaker 1: So when you come in my comment section you normally get chewed up and spit out before I could even get to you, cause you got about a hundred to a thousand intelligent witty motherfuckers in that chat.
• 1:03:16
Speaker 1: This ain't, this, ain't the uh, you know this ain't that cheesy chat that you used to this, that this used to this, that smart chat, intelligent chat.
• 1:03:27
Speaker 1: We don't even have to get ghetto and violent and raunchy with you.
• 1:03:33
Speaker 1: We get you straight with wit and charm and I love it.
• 1:03:39
Speaker 1: We don't have to cuss at you, we don't have to even disrespect you.
• 1:03:44
Speaker 1: We just take your words and use them against you in a way that only a witty motherfucker can do.
• 1:03:51
Speaker 1: So that's why I love when people come in this chat, because you got about 100 smart asses on your ass in seconds and you quickly realize this ain't your average YouTuber chat.
• 1:04:05
Speaker 1: This is for the intellectuals.
• 1:04:07
Speaker 1: We here, we impressed by each other's brains in this chat.
• 1:04:13
Speaker 1: We ain't in here smoking mirrors and using clickbait and all that.
• 1:04:20
Speaker 1: We in here with pure facts, pure intelligence and pure hard work.
• 1:04:25
Speaker 1: So when you come in this chat, prepare to get your ass cooked, toasted and roasted In the nicest way possible, without one swear word, without even one form of disrespect, just wit and charm, and I like it.
• 1:04:43
Speaker 1: So let's continue chat, as we continue to cook crock pot and whoever, whatever else you want to call it, anybody that comes in this chat, you better come in here with your brain.
• 1:04:56
Speaker 1: You better have a nice IQ, because this ain't the average YouTube chat that you used to, because this ain't the average YouTube chat that you used to.
• 1:05:07
Speaker 1: Anyway, check out this.
• 1:05:07
Speaker 1: Another producer is claiming that Diddy put the move on him.
• 1:05:12
Speaker 1: They hooked on Ponex.
• 1:05:14
Speaker 1: He said this guy's hitmaker.
• 1:05:20
Speaker 1: His name was Young Bird.
• 1:05:21
Speaker 1: You might not know him, but trust me, he's a big name producer.
• 1:05:25
Speaker 1: He's been in the game for a while.
• 1:05:27
Speaker 1: His name is young bird, but he's he called him hit maker.
• 1:05:30
Speaker 1: Now, um, he said the.
• 1:05:35
Speaker 1: The title this is from sports kita and the title of this article is imagine.
• 1:05:39
  Speaker 1: I mean.
• 1:05:40
Speaker 1: Uh, they say did he say, imagine when I put my arms around your fine ass?
• 1:05:45
Speaker 1: This is a male producer who diddy hit on, hit on him at his home.
• 1:05:55
Speaker 1: Now it goes on to say record producer and former rapper hit maker claimed on his june 7th twitch live stream that sean mohawk, diddy combs, tried to flirt with him at his star island home in miami, florida, and the word is dickie got jealous.
• 1:06:15
Speaker 1: No, I'm just playing.
• 1:06:17
Speaker 1: I added that in there ain't an article.
• 1:06:19
Speaker 1: Did he was just?
• 1:06:22
Speaker 1: I mean, dickie was jealous.
• 1:06:23
Speaker 1: That's just something I made up, but let me continue.
• 1:06:26
Speaker 1: Hitmaker, whose real name is christian ward, was discussing combs with with ray jay.
• 1:06:33
Speaker 1: He told ray that he never told him the story of the bad boy records owner who was doing some real wild shit.
• 1:06:41
Speaker 1: While the one wish singer gave a shout out to, diddy, hitmaker continued that Combs reportedly told him something wild.
• 1:06:51
Speaker 1: Diddy, you, dickie, you might want to listen in on this because you might get jealous because, diddy, he was giving somebody else attention, hitmaker, he said he couldn't really even really say it on the stream.
• 1:07:09
Speaker 1: However, ray j pestered him about it.
• 1:07:12
Speaker 1: He said, bro, he was like come here, you little pretty mother effer.
• 1:07:19
Speaker 1: I was like we at his crib, we at star island.
• 1:07:24
Speaker 1: I'm like huh, he like yo.
• 1:07:26
Speaker 1: I made mother effers forget that such and such was this.
• 1:07:30
Speaker 1: Imagine when I put my arms around your little fine ass, to which young Bird said what Melissa says all the little dickies stick together.
• 1:07:49
Speaker 1: They all share their Tootsie Rolls.
• 1:07:51
Speaker 1: They all are bonded.
• 1:07:54
Speaker 1: They all bond together because they all share something in common.
• 1:07:58
Speaker 1: They all share the Tootsie Roll, and you know what the Tootsie Roll is about.
• 1:08:07
Speaker 1: So they got to come up with these big Dickie names and my name is Dickie so to overcompensate for the Tootsie Roll.
• 1:08:15
Speaker 1: They have to have names like Dickie and they have to call guys like the Punisher to come through and punish Sad, sad, sad Itty bitty with a little diggy.
• 1:08:33
  Speaker 1: Let's continue.
• 1:08:44
Speaker 1: Meanwhile Ray J shared how he tried to resolve the differences between Hitmaker and Combs but failed miserably.
• 1:08:50
Speaker 1: Diddy was putting the moves on all kind of people and all the little Mohawk Diddy's in the comments, all the little itty bitty Dickies in the chats, they all jealous because Diddy is hitting on everybody but them, he putting the moves on everybody but them.
• 1:09:12
Speaker 1: So they got to come in the chat and try to show their love for Diddy.
• 1:09:15
Speaker 1: And maybe Diddy will see this chat and see that he's sticking up for him and maybe he'll invite Dickie to the next free call sticking up for him and maybe he'll invite Dickie to the next free call.
• 1:09:26
Speaker 1: So Dickie with his all caps letters.
• 1:09:29
Speaker 1: Dickie comes into Flo's chat.
• 1:09:31
Speaker 1: He got all caps loaded.
• 1:09:33
Speaker 1: He needs these words to be big so they can overcompensate for his little itty bitty tootsie roll and he comes in with his big name and his dicky name and his big caps letters and he comes in and falls flat on his face because he don't know how to spell lying.
• 1:09:50
Speaker 1: So we all think he's talking about lean and the algorithm thinks that he's actually a mortgage page and there's just so much confusion because they don't know if it's, if it's a lien, if he's coming in the chat to give us some mortgage advice or what.
• 1:10:06
Speaker 1: He has the algorithm all confused but that.
• 1:10:10
Speaker 1: But he don't stop there.
• 1:10:12
Speaker 1: He continues in the chat.
• 1:10:14
Speaker 1: Rosa, we have Melissa or one of the chat People said all the itty bitty Dickie stick together.
• 1:10:23
Speaker 1: Flo talks about how the itty bitty Dickie stick together.
• 1:10:24
Speaker 1: Flo talks about how the itty bitty Dickie is trying to compensate for his Tootsie Roll and before you know it, dickie is sent on his merry way fried, basted and cooked and the only thing he accomplished was filling up the chat with a lot of comments, which pushes Flo's content out to more and more people to get the word out there that Diddy's ass is cooked.
• 1:10:53
Speaker 1: And Dickie learned and he will never come back in this chat again, I guarantee you, because he learned that I better stick to these little simple ass YouTube chats where I can get my little shit off.
• 1:11:06
Speaker 1: Because you come into this chat, you're going to end up sitting on somebody's couch, on some psychiatrist or some therapist leather couch, and they're going to tell you and you're going to tell them about I fucked around with flow and that ain't something you want to do, because I am the king of improv, I am the king of a smart mouth.
• 1:11:30
Speaker 1: I just don't use it to bully people.
• 1:11:33
Speaker 1: I use it more as a defense.
• 1:11:36
  Speaker 1: I'm a counter puncher baby.
• 1:11:39
Speaker 1: I'll never throw the first blow.
• 1:11:41
  Speaker 1: Why?
• 1:11:43
Speaker 1: Because I know that my mouth is not fair.
• 1:11:46
Speaker 1: This mouth is lethal, just like a boxer's hands is lethal.
• 1:11:53
Speaker 1: I know my mouth is lethal, so I'm not using it on people.
• 1:11:54
Speaker 1: But don't come in here because me in the chat will cook your ass like deep fried chicken with extra barbecue sauce on it, because we love it and I like it.
• 1:12:10
Speaker 1: So let's continue, because this is a hell of a Monday y'all.
• 1:12:14
Speaker 1: This is, you know, normally Monday is our little warm-up podcast, our little warm-up show, but thank you to all the free content that we get from the assholes like Dickie.
• 1:12:25
Speaker 1: No pun intended, assholes, dickie, you know no pun intended at all.
• 1:12:31
  Speaker 1: I didn't mean that.
• 1:12:32
Speaker 1: You know we don't disrespect on this show.
• 1:12:34
Speaker 1: Those words just kind of flow together.
• 1:12:36
Speaker 1: That's why they call me Flo, because even when I'm not trying, it just works.
• 1:12:41
Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I wasn't even trying to put that together.
• 1:12:43
Speaker 1: So excuse me and I apologize, because that's not my style.
• 1:12:47
Speaker 1: I like to serve people with all due respect, because it teaches lessons.
• 1:12:56
Speaker 1: Don't come here because you're going to leave worse than you came in here every time if you try to come on bullshit.
• 1:13:04
Speaker 1: So, that being said, let's talk about another aspect of this case, before we were so rudely interrupted by all the little Mohawk Dickies who need to get a life.
• 1:13:24
Speaker 1: So let's check this out.
• 1:13:29
Speaker 1: So now we're at the point where Jane Doe returns to the stand.
• 1:13:32
Speaker 1: Today she's got more to say yeah, this is an epic Monday.
• 1:13:38
Speaker 1: Hey look, let me go to that Somebody.
• 1:13:40
Speaker 1: Oh, hold on, hold on, hold on.
• 1:13:41
Speaker 1: I almost missed, but I'll do it at the end.
• 1:13:44
Speaker 1: I'll go through the list.
• 1:13:45
Speaker 1: If I miss your super chat, can y'all do me a favor If y'all send me a super chat or a super sticker?
• 1:13:51
Speaker 1: Send me a message in the chat right now so I can see it and go back to it, because it's a little hard for me to find it.
• 1:13:57
Speaker 1: And you know, I I love to shout out all my super chats and super stickers because y'all help me eat good, and I don't feel good if I can't give you all your shout out.
• 1:14:07
Speaker 1: So if you sent me a super chat or a super sticker, just say like I sent one or something in the chat.
• 1:14:13
Speaker 1: That way I can go back and find it towards the end and give you a shout out because I greatly appreciate it and I'll be eating up some shit.
• 1:14:21
Speaker 1: Six, three, two hundred and thirty some shit.
• 1:14:22
  Speaker 1: I'm 6'3", 235 pounds.
• 1:14:25
  Speaker 1: I eat.
• 1:14:27
  Speaker 1: I ain't no little dude.
• 1:14:29
Speaker 1: Y'all seen me in the video.
• 1:14:30
Speaker 1: In New York, every single person.
• 1:14:33
Speaker 1: I was taller than everybody at the fucking courthouse, except Gene Dill's big ass.
• 1:14:37
Speaker 1: Me and Gene Dill about the same height.
• 1:14:40
Speaker 1: He a little bigger than me, but we about the same height, but other than Gene Dill, I'm bigger and taller than everybody at the damn courthouse.
• 1:14:48
Speaker 1: So I need to eat.
• 1:14:52
Speaker 1: You got to feed this boy, that big boy that big, this a big boy.
• 1:14:56
Speaker 1: But anyway, she returns.
• 1:14:59
Speaker 1: Jane Doe returns today to begin her third day of testimony and who knows what she's going to get into today.
• 1:15:13
Speaker 1: But we know one thing it's going to be explosive.
• 1:15:17
Speaker 1: We've had the motion.
• 1:15:21
Speaker 1: We got to find out is there going to be a mistrial or what the judge is going to rule on that.
• 1:15:27
Speaker 1: All the Tootsie Rolls band together and try to make one big Tootsie Roll.
• 1:15:35
Speaker 1: They figured if we could put all our Tootsie Rolls together, we can make one big Tootsie Roll.
• 1:15:41
Speaker 1: These people are crazy.
• 1:15:47
Speaker 1: Let me shout out another subscriber.
• 1:15:49
Speaker 1: While I'm getting to this next point, I'm trying to make Punk Rocks Girl.

• 1:16:41
  Speaker 1: C-tuck, what's up Up here?
• 1:16:47
Speaker 1: Swiss Army knife fighting.
• 1:16:48
  Speaker 1: Yeah, c-tuck, they don't come.
• 1:16:51
  Speaker 1: They don't come.
• 1:16:51
Speaker 1: This the wrong chat to come in.
• 1:16:53
Speaker 1: If you ain't ready, you got to come in here with your thinking cap on.
• 1:17:00
Speaker 1: Remember, my granny used to always say put your thinking cap on.
• 1:17:03
Speaker 1: And a lot of these little trolls.
• 1:17:06
Speaker 1: They come into this chat before they put their thinking cap on and they get their ass roasted.
• 1:17:11
Speaker 1: It ain't my fault.
• 1:17:12
Speaker 1: I didn't ask them to come, I didn't send for them.
• 1:17:16
Speaker 1: They came on their own, but they just didn't realize where they were coming to.
• 1:17:20
Speaker 1: This ain't for the weak, just didn't realize where they were coming to, this ain't for the week, but anyway, we got a big day today, I think.
• 1:17:32
Speaker 1: Uh, jane doe is gonna be on the.

Speaker 1: Because of Ray Shell, I could eat a good meal today.
• 1:17:46
Speaker 1: I could put her money with my money and I can get me a nice steak, but we got to get to this diddy diddy, diddy, diddy, diddy stuff.
• 1:17:58
Speaker 1: 50 Cent has been in rare form because of you know, he keeps talking about his baby mama and putting her on blast and um, I think he got in trouble because he had to.
• 1:18:13
Speaker 1: Um and uh, let me address this tomorrow's leader.
• 1:18:19
Speaker 1: All thisay, the proof is in the courtroom, bro.
• 1:18:24
Speaker 1: That's what I keep trying to tell y'all.
• 1:18:26
Speaker 1: They are dropping proof every testimony, every time somebody testifies.
• 1:18:33
Speaker 1: They are dropping proof throughout the whole thing.
• 1:18:36
Speaker 1: Get you a plane ticket or, if you're in New York, go to the courtroom.
• 1:18:40
Speaker 1: You'll see all the proof.
• 1:18:42
Speaker 1: They're just not dropping the proof in the articles.
• 1:18:46
Speaker 1: So, like I said, even when y'all trying to defend them, y'all are defending them on false pretenses.
• 1:18:55
Speaker 1: If you even read the transcripts or even follow the actual testimonies, you'll see them say hey, we're dropping proof of text messages.

  Speaker 1: Here are pictures.
• 1:19:09
Speaker 1: Here are pictures of the freak off.
• 1:19:11
Speaker 1: But this case is so freaky they can't just put the pictures out here to the public.
• 1:19:16
  Speaker 1: It's a freaky ass case.
• 1:19:19
Speaker 1: Like Kendrick said freaky, freak.
• 1:19:22
Speaker 1: Yeah, stay your ass inside.
• 1:19:24
  Speaker 1: It's it ain't it ain't.
• 1:19:28
Speaker 1: It ain't the season to be no freak.
• 1:19:30
Speaker 1: I remember back in the day it was cool to be a freak and they thought all the freaks thought they was the most popular people around.
• 1:19:38
Speaker 1: Now all the freaks is arguing and mad because they finding out a lot of this stuff is illegal that they've been doing.
• 1:19:44
Speaker 1: And now they're mad at me and mad at y'all because they're finding out this stuff is illegal.
• 1:19:50
  Speaker 1: It's like dang.
• 1:19:53
Speaker 1: How are you going to be mad at me because the law said this whole freaky commercial sex thing you're doing is illegal and the pictures are so crazy they can't even put the pictures out to the public.
• 1:20:08
Speaker 1: Yet you see people talking about his hearsay.
• 1:20:10
Speaker 1: Yet did he just keep?
• 1:20:12
Speaker 1: If it's all hearsay, why don't did he just let it go through so he can get his little not guilty?
• 1:20:16
Speaker 1: Uh, he can get his not guilty verdict in a few weeks.
• 1:20:20
Speaker 1: See, it's easy, hey yall.
• 1:20:23
Speaker 1: It's so easy for the ones in the comments to keep talking about it ain't no case and ain't been no evidence.
• 1:20:30
Speaker 1: But they on the outside free and they ain't got to deal with the consequences.
• 1:20:34
Speaker 1: But Diddy and his team know it's more than hearsay, or they would let this thing play out and go ahead and take their not guilty verdict.
• 1:20:41
Speaker 1: So quit trying to act like it ain't no.
• 1:20:45
Speaker 1: Uh, this ain't no case like, because obviously diddy hired a hundred a hundred million dollar attorneys for a reason and they wouldn't be asking for a mistrial, because a mistrial only means it gets retried and Diddy stays his ass in prison for another at least year before they can even come back for the case.
• 1:21:11
Speaker 1: Do you think he would risk that if he knew he could be free in three weeks?
• 1:21:14
Speaker 1: Let's use a little common sense, because I'm sensing that common sense ain't so common.
• 1:21:20
Speaker 1: Let me say that again, I'm starting to sense that common sense ain't so common.
• 1:21:33
Speaker 1: Because if it's all hearsay and ain't been no evidence and ain't proved a case and everybody been lying, then why wouldn't you ride it out?
• 1:21:39
Speaker 1: You're only three weeks away from a not guilty verdict and going free, not a mistrial where you just get to do it all over again and stay your ass in prison and you get to regroup and start over again.
• 1:21:52
Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, no.
• 1:21:53
Speaker 1: You wouldn't do that.
• 1:21:54
Speaker 1: You would say this case ain't been proven.
• 1:21:57
Speaker 1: All this, like what y'all saying.
• 1:21:59
Speaker 1: It's all hearsay, everybody lying, the whole everybody in the world lying except diddy.
• 1:22:04
Speaker 1: That's what they want you to believe.
• 1:22:07
Speaker 1: So if everybody lying and it's perjury and all of that, you three weeks away from a not guilty verdict, diddy, what the hell are you doing?
• 1:22:15
Speaker 1: Because for some reason, all your little dumb mohawk ditties got way more confidence.
• 1:22:23
Speaker 1: That ain't been no case.
• 1:22:25
Speaker 1: They got way more confidence than the people actually in the courtroom, which is ditty and his defense team, because if they was as confident as y'all were, they would not be trying for no fucking mistrial.
• 1:22:39
Speaker 1: They'd be like shit, he three weeks away from a not guilty, slam dunk verdict.
• 1:22:43
Speaker 1: But they ain't doing that.
• 1:22:46
Speaker 1: It ain't as simple as comp as typing in the comments this ain't no case.
• 1:22:52
Speaker 1: It ain't that simple.
• 1:22:53
  Speaker 1: It's a case, baby.
• 1:22:56
Speaker 1: It's a case that require every time you look around, did he hire another attorney?
• 1:23:01
Speaker 1: You're not doing that.
• 1:23:03
Speaker 1: If it's not no case, if the prosecution wasn't proving shit and they was just falling flat on their face, you would just sit back and go ahead and let your not guilty verdict come in two, three weeks so you could go home to your kids and your family.
• 1:23:17
Speaker 1: But that ain't the case.
• 1:23:20
Speaker 1: They hoping to do this over again.
• 1:23:24
Speaker 1: That's how much they fear a guilty verdict.
• 1:23:27
Speaker 1: They three weeks away from the end and they trying because they want.
• 1:23:32
Speaker 1: Why do they want a mistrial?
• 1:23:33
Speaker 1: Because they know Christina Korn ain't even got on the stand yet.
• 1:23:38
Speaker 1: Thank you, ray Shell, for the 499 super sticker.
• 1:23:40
  Speaker 1: I appreciate it.
• 1:23:41
Speaker 1: Thank you, rayshel, for the $4.99 super sticker.
• 1:23:42
  Speaker 1: I appreciate it.
• 1:23:48
Speaker 1: They are ready to pack it up and get the hell out of here.
• 1:23:57
Speaker 1: They are ready to pack it up and get the hell out of here.
• 1:23:59
Speaker 1: Diddy and his defense team are ready to pack it up and get the hell out of here and try this all over again, just like Lil Dicky got the hell out of here.
• 1:24:07
Speaker 1: That's what Diddy and his defense team is trying to do.
• 1:24:10
Speaker 1: They realize it's too hot in this kitchen and they trying to get their ass outside, just like Lil Dicky.
• 1:24:23
Speaker 1: And did I miss anybody on the super chat?
• 1:24:25
  Speaker 1: I think I got Rachel.
• 1:24:26
Speaker 1: If I missed anybody on the super chat, please let me know so I can give you your shout out.
• 1:24:32
Speaker 1: Dickie is a puddle tree.
• 1:24:39
Speaker 1: Oh man, what a day.
• 1:24:44
Speaker 1: So this is a Monday y'all.
• 1:24:46
Speaker 1: We got a case coming up and we got a big day on the courtroom today Y'all.
• 1:24:57
Speaker 1: Dickie want a hug.
• 1:24:58
Speaker 1: Now Dickie want to be a victim.
• 1:25:01
Speaker 1: He's doing all the.
• 1:25:03
Speaker 1: He came in hot, but now he want to hug and now he want to be a victim.
• 1:25:09
Speaker 1: You know that's all the cycles of what they do.
• 1:25:11
Speaker 1: Once you get your ass cooked, now you want sympathy, he want to hug y'all.
• 1:25:15
Speaker 1: He realize this ain't the chat.
• 1:25:18
Speaker 1: You not going to win in this chat?
• 1:25:20
Speaker 1: So now he want to be the victim, and now he want to blame.
• 1:25:22
Speaker 1: And now he want to be the victim, and now he want to blame, and now he want to explain.
• 1:25:25
Speaker 1: He trying to mansplain but staying ten tall.
• 1:25:32
Speaker 1: Dickie, come in how you was, don't switch up on us now.
• 1:25:36
Speaker 1: Now you want to cry.
• 1:25:38
Speaker 1: You want me to play the violin as you tell us your sad story Because you came in hot.
• 1:25:50
Speaker 1: Now you want to hug.
• 1:25:51
Speaker 1: Now little dicky want to hug.
• 1:25:52
Speaker 1: Dicky lenard is what they called itty bitty dicky lenard.
• 1:25:58
Speaker 1: So again he wanted to take him shopping and melissa said no pity for dickie dick.
• 1:26:14
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, exactly, that's a good one.
• 1:26:15
Speaker 1: Go find secret service sam.
• 1:26:17
Speaker 1: That that's your type of guy.
• 1:26:18
Speaker 1: Go find him a clickbaiter, a liar, a manipulator.
• 1:26:25
Speaker 1: People who can't get women on their own merit or can't get views because they're intelligent and bringing good information.
• 1:26:35
Speaker 1: They got to get it by clickbait.
• 1:26:40
Speaker 1: They have to defend people like Diddy who have to get women to do crazy stuff by manipulation and intimidation, using money, because if they just depend on their heart and their brain and money was out the equation wouldn't no woman deal with.
• 1:27:00
Speaker 1: Speaking about Diddy See flow.
• 1:27:06
  Speaker 1: Don't use clickbait.
• 1:27:07
Speaker 1: Flo, don't even pander.
• 1:27:12
Speaker 1: If today the defense has a great day and the defense rips up some victim on the stand like tears, their testimony apart, y'all know, tomorrow morning when I come into the Flo show no filter live at 7 730 am, monday through Friday, I'm going to tell y'all the defense did they think yesterday?
• 1:27:29
Speaker 1: Because we truth telling on this platform, we're not pandering, we're not creating narratives.
• 1:27:37
Speaker 1: When you come here, you get what the hell happened.
• 1:27:41
Speaker 1: Whether I like what happened or I dislike what happened, I'm going to tell y'all what the hell happened.
• 1:27:47
Speaker 1: It's over for Diddy and it's damn sure over for Dickie.
• 1:27:59
Speaker 1: Itty bitty Dickie, what they call him, lenard Lenardo, lenard, lenardo.
• 1:28:04
Speaker 1: No, he won't walk.
• 1:28:10
Speaker 1: If he granted his mistrial, he's not going to walk, he's going to be on trial again.
• 1:28:14
Speaker 1: He's already asking for a mistrial himself.
• 1:28:17
Speaker 1: Dickie, I know that's kind of hard for you to grasp, but he doesn't feel he's walking because he's asking for a mistrial so he can stay in prison and do this all over again in about a year.
• 1:28:30
Speaker 1: So, although you may have confidence, but for some reason the actual people in the courtroom, the defense attorneys and Diddy don't have the confidence.
• 1:28:42
Speaker 1: Don't have the confidence, don't have the confidence.
• 1:28:46
Speaker 1: You can say it all you want, but the people actually with boots on the ground do not feel like he about to walk or they wouldn't even risk it with no fucking mistrial.
• 1:28:57
Speaker 1: Let's just be honest.
• 1:28:58
Speaker 1: As I said, they don't even like to deal with the truth like the truth is.
• 1:29:05
Speaker 1: You're not asking for a mistrial in the fourth quarter if you feel like you're about to walk and if everybody lying you're just not.
• 1:29:13
Speaker 1: You want to be home in three weeks or you want to be back on trial in a year.
• 1:29:19
Speaker 1: Which one would you choose?
• 1:29:23
Speaker 1: And on that note note, thank you, dickie, for pushing out this content.
• 1:29:27
Speaker 1: This is one of the most comments I've had in the chat in a long time and I've had some great days, but thanks to Dickie, this YouTube live stream will go out to more people than it's ever gone out to, and we got the Dickie who felt the need to tell us that he wasn't a genius.
• 1:29:46
Speaker 1: But let's shout him out for not only telling us he's not a genius, but showing us he's not a genius.
• 1:29:54
  Speaker 1: Thank you everybody.
• 1:29:55
Speaker 1: Much love, I love everybody.
• 1:29:58
Speaker 1: I'll see you all tomorrow.
• 1:29:58
Speaker 1: Same time, same place.
• 1:30:00
Speaker 1: We're about to hit an hour and a half.
• 1:30:02
  Speaker 1: I love y'all, but I'm out.
