- 0:28T at modern law ecosystems.com.
- 0:35Actually, there's no S on the end.
- 0:37Modern law ecosystem.com.
- 0:39We are very busy in that regard.
- 0:43Very, very busy.
- 0:44We are as, as civic outlaws is the
- 0:48primary, um, driver of all this, that is
- 0:52our charity charitable organization.
- 0:55And we go, uh, um, after we attack
- 1:00government overreach, that is what we do.
- 1:03Our websites are under development and I'm probably
- 1:05discussing it, uh, too, too early, but I'm
- 1:09excited about it.
- 1:10And so I'm, uh, I'm kind of like,
- 1:13you know, Christmas and you got to open
- 1:14your gifts at like noon on Christmas Eve
- 1:17instead of you can, you get one gift.
- 1:19When I was a kid, we always got
- 1:21one gift.
- 1:22Well, you know what?
- 1:24That's not even true.
- 1:25Uh, when, when I was a kid, it
- 1:26was a mad house.
- 1:27I'm talking about when I had kids and
- 1:29what we did on Christmas, I grew up
- 1:30in a family with 11 children and my
- 1:33best memories of Christmas are a house in
- 1:37Utah.
- 1:39I lived in Utah.
- 1:40We had a big side yard.
- 1:43We all, uh, you know, where we would
- 1:44do three on three baseball, all in the
- 1:47family would do three on three football.
- 1:50Um, there were about six of us, uh,
- 1:52out of the 11, always ready to go.
- 1:55And we had groups of children.
- 1:57So my poor mother, she had a child,
- 2:01uh, every year for like four or five
- 2:04years.
- 2:05She'd take a couple of year break, three,
- 2:07two, three, four years.
- 2:08And then she'd have three, four more.
- 2:10And then she did it again.
- 2:11And then the last one's kind of dribbled
- 2:13in.
- 2:14So I got, we have a various age
- 2:17bands if you want to call it.
- 2:19So what we would do, there were six
- 2:20brothers, uh, well, actually seven, but one of
- 2:23them was so smart.
- 2:25He would just sit in the middle of
- 2:26the, of the field and, uh, meditate and
- 2:30do, uh, do weird chanting.
- 2:32I remember him sitting in the middle of
- 2:34the floor or the football field with his
- 2:36knees crossed.
- 2:38And that's my Michael Clifford, Michael Trapp the
- 2:41third.
- 2:42And he was one of the smartest people
- 2:45on the planet.
- 2:46He was just a, an extremely smart guy
- 2:50and so smart that, uh, he skipped a
- 2:53couple of grades and so smart that he
- 2:57finished a college way back when he was,
- 3:01you know, he, he, he became a computer
- 3:03guy that would sit in his closet, you
- 3:06know, visions of my oldest brother sitting in
- 3:09the closet, doing what he loves best in
- 3:11power thinking over everyone else, because he really
- 3:15was an intelligent guy and he had five
- 3:18or six intelligent children and a very intelligent
- 3:22wife.
- 3:23Um, he, he provided my mother with a
- 3:26five or six grandchildren.
- 3:28I don't remember, but my mom's got somewhere
- 3:31in the neighborhood of, of, uh, 90 grandchildren
- 3:35and hundreds and great grandchildren.
- 3:39I don't know.
- 3:39She knows the number.
- 3:40I can't keep track and she sells everybody's
- 3:43stuff and we see each other from time
- 3:45to time and we love it when we
- 3:46do.
- 3:47Uh, but you know, we don't really get
- 3:49to all that often and we certainly don't.
- 3:51Unfortunately the only time we get together, all
- 3:54of us is when we're forced and it's
- 3:56somebody is at a death or something like
- 3:58that, which is a horrible time.
- 4:00And that's really the last time we all
- 4:02got together when my oldest brother passed away,
- 4:05uh, several years ago.
- 4:06Um, the, uh, unfortunately and uh, uh, you
- 4:10know, as we get older, those things are
- 4:12there, but he was one of the most
- 4:14interesting characters around.
- 4:16Um, anyway, I got a little bit sidetracked
- 4:18from where I was going, but growing up
- 4:20was fun.
- 4:20We would have those, uh, uh, those Christmas
- 4:23memories that I remember from that house and
- 4:26the mad house that Christmas was in that
- 4:29on the mornings in there where we had,
- 4:32it wasn't my ex wife, God lover.
- 4:34She's a wonderful person.
- 4:36She had this thing when we, when our
- 4:38kids were young, you opened one gift at
- 4:40a time and everybody who'd an odd over
- 4:43that gift.
- 4:43And then you went on to the next
- 4:45one and you know, somebody did it.
- 4:46And my, but when I, as a kid,
- 4:48it was a mad house.
- 4:50I'm not sure that it would be like
- 4:51that.
- 4:51And Chris, my dad, my dad did, you
- 4:53know, for having as many kids he did
- 4:55and for as poor as we made him,
- 4:57he did pretty well for us.
- 4:59You know, my mom never worked.
- 5:00And, uh, uh, I remember Christmases were being
- 5:03pretty much a joy as a, uh, young,
- 5:06child and, uh, just tearing stuff apart, you
- 5:09know, and it's easy to please kids too.
- 5:11And, uh, uh, and making Christmas a good
- 5:14thing for us was, uh, uh, a very,
- 5:16uh, big deal, you know, growing up as,
- 5:19as, as we did with so many children.
- 5:21And, uh, we, we, we did have so
- 5:23much fun.
- 5:24And, uh, uh, anyway, I encourage you to
- 5:26do that for your families and, uh, keep
- 5:29that stuff going if you do it.
- 5:31And, uh, Christmas time is here and, uh,
- 5:34I've been listening to a lot of, uh,
- 5:37of, uh, Christmas.
- 5:38I am going to get back to my
- 5:39topic on our, uh, my topic for today
- 5:41is civic outlaws in a modern law ecosystems,
- 5:44which we're going to get to.
- 5:45And I'm going to explain to you kind
- 5:47of the founding speech on new year's Eve,
- 5:49I suppose.
- 5:50And, uh, I don't really have any plans
- 5:52for new year's.
- 5:52I don't know what the hell I'm going
- 5:53to do.
- 5:53I might go somewhere.
- 5:54I might not.
- 5:55I'm not, you know, over the last five
- 5:56years I've gone out of the country and
- 5:58gone other places and spent time in other
- 6:00places this year.
- 6:01I was supposed to be in St. Petersburg,
- 6:02Russia.
- 6:03Um, and I want to see so badly
- 6:06a Russian new year and I, and I
- 6:08want to go.
- 6:09Uh, but it's, it's timing is off and
- 6:12it's not working.
- 6:13I'm going to have to go pretty soon
- 6:14because my visa to Russia expires.
- 6:16I found out February the 28th.
- 6:18And so, uh, sometime in the next two
- 6:20months, I'm going and I'm going to, you
- 6:22know, take a week and I'm going to
- 6:23go, I want to see Russia in the
- 6:25winter and probably 10 days I'll go, you
- 6:26know, and try to get something long going
- 6:28on and figure that out.
- 6:29But I'm going to do it.
- 6:31And I'm trying to get St. Petersburg and
- 6:33I want to do it in the winter.
- 6:34And I want to just wander around to
- 6:36some of the hermitage up there and see
- 6:38some other stuff.
- 6:39I mean, you know, take a train maybe
- 6:40somewhere else in the areas and see what
- 6:42we can do.
- 6:43Anyway, I'm really babbling today.
- 6:44I'm just, I'm on a roll.
- 6:46He's like butter friends and neighbors.
- 6:48He is on a roll.
- 6:51Get it?
- 6:51Uh, that was humor.
- 6:52Uh, and I really don't have all that
- 6:54much humor, but we're, we're gonna, uh, speak
- 6:57about, I've, I've really gone all over the
- 6:59map, haven't I?
- 6:59Maybe somebody will call in a, uh, narrow
- 7:02me down in my focus, but I think
- 7:05that the new year is going to be
- 7:07fantastic.
- 7:08When we talk about Christmas and we talk
- 7:10about new years, I w I wonder, one
- 7:13of the most interesting things for, for people,
- 7:16and what, this is what I wanted to
- 7:18experience.
- 7:18And I'm going to have to experience it
- 7:20next year.
- 7:21No, I think is, um, new year's Christmas.
- 7:27All of those things are the opposite and
- 7:29a lot of people don't realize it, but
- 7:31they are the opposite of what we have
- 7:35in the United States.
- 7:36And I've said this before, uh, you know,
- 7:38we start a Christmas season and Christmas comes
- 7:42first and Christmas is on same time every
- 7:46year.
- 7:46It's 25th.
- 7:47Doesn't matter what week it is, nothing like
- 7:49that or what day of the week it
- 7:50is.
- 7:50It's only, it's just Christmas and Christmas goes
- 7:54through, but we started basically at Thanksgiving and
- 7:57we have an entire, you know, December, you
- 8:00ain't getting nothing done.
- 8:02I mean, no work going on in December.
- 8:05Nobody's getting it.
- 8:06It's not true.
- 8:07I mean, people have to work and stuff,
- 8:09but things are, are different.
- 8:11Everybody of course enjoys that time of year
- 8:12or most of us enjoy that time of
- 8:14year.
- 8:14I bitch about it a lot.
- 8:16I bought Humbug.
- 8:17I Scrooge it a lot, but I love
- 8:19Scrooge the movie.
- 8:20I love the 1958 version.
- 8:22I have my, my own little Christmas rituals
- 8:25that I like to do.
- 8:26Most of them are, are, are just for
- 8:28me.
- 8:29You know, I like hanging out with, with
- 8:30family.
- 8:31This year I got to go to Wyoming
- 8:32to my son's house over Christmas and took
- 8:35another son in his family with me.
- 8:36It was a good time and it was
- 8:37quick, you know, a lot of quick, quick
- 8:40time to get back.
- 8:41And that's where I was last week and
- 8:42we didn't do show.
- 8:43Anyway, Christmas is the opposite in, um, in,
- 8:46uh, Provo Slavyansky, uh, um, uh, Russian Orthodox,
- 8:51you know, the people who are Eastern Orthodox,
- 8:53you know, whatever you want to call it.
- 8:55Uh, they are a little bit different.
- 8:56They have a different calendar and that calendar
- 8:59celebrates Christmas on the 7th of January.
- 9:02And so they have a seven day break
- 9:05between New Year's and Christmas as well, but
- 9:08it's the opposite, right?
- 9:09So New Year's starts their season.
- 9:12And God, I would love to be there.
- 9:14It's good.
- 9:14It's going on right freaking now.
- 9:17Basically the, uh, the celebrations where people are
- 9:20and Russians, they say the Russian country, you
- 9:23know, they're not all Russian in Russia, but
- 9:24in the country of Russia, they celebrate, uh,
- 9:28things like I remember being over there and
- 9:31driving in a car.
- 9:32I think I was in an Uber and
- 9:33we were driving down the road and, uh,
- 9:35it was, um, or no, we were with
- 9:37friends.
- 9:37I can't, whatever.
- 9:38We were driving down the road and, um,
- 9:41it was a victory day, May, May the
- 9:448th.
- 9:45Uh, and, and it was the day that
- 9:47they celebrate the, uh, the defeat of Nazism.
- 9:51And, uh, it was 10 o'clock at
- 9:53night, nine 30.
- 9:54We're going out to a late dinner, going
- 9:56out for drinks and whatnot.
- 9:57And, uh, swear to God, middle of the
- 10:00road.
- 10:00Now Brezhnev Chelny is where we were and,
- 10:02uh, in Brezhnev Chelny, which is a decent
- 10:04sized city.
- 10:05I don't remember the names, but it's east
- 10:07of Kazan probably an hour, maybe a hundred
- 10:09miles.
- 10:10I don't know.
- 10:11And, uh, it's, but it's a good size
- 10:13city.
- 10:13And in the, at nighttime, you know, we're
- 10:16out driving, we're driving, you know, all the,
- 10:18everything shut down when the fireworks started running.
- 10:22And I mean that everything, the cars stopped
- 10:25in the middle of the road, everybody stopped,
- 10:28everybody got out of their cars and stood
- 10:31there and watched the fireworks and celebrated the
- 10:33fact that they defeated Nazism, uh, 78 years
- 10:38earlier, however many years ago this was.
- 10:40And, uh, but they celebrate, they are some
- 10:42celebrating.
- 10:43They are very thoughtful for as a, as
- 10:45a, I hate to, you know, uh, what
- 10:47do you call it?
- 10:47Lump people all together in the same group,
- 10:50but they're very emotional people.
- 10:53There's, there, there are very centered people, very,
- 10:56you know, a lot of, like a lot
- 10:57of us, you know, we're centered.
- 10:59We have beliefs, we have core beliefs that
- 11:01you aren't going to interfere with.
- 11:03You're not going to do it.
- 11:04And they have them in Russia too.
- 11:06And, uh, and, and they have core beliefs
- 11:08and they're the same as ours, friends and
- 11:11neighbors.
- 11:12They are the same and they get out
- 11:15of their cars and they take a moment
- 11:17of silence and they, they celebrate the fact
- 11:23that they exist for God's sake, because they
- 11:28would not exist, but for the sacrifice of
- 11:33their country.
- 11:3626 million people that defeated Nazism way back
- 11:41when.
- 11:43And if that doesn't get you somewhat emotional,
- 11:46it freaking should.
- 11:47And it just, I tell you what, I
- 11:50want to experience a new year's celebration in
- 11:55the way that you can experience the 76
- 11:59or 80.
- 12:00It was 80 this last year.
- 12:02And I didn't get to see it.
- 12:03I wasn't there, but, uh, I was in
- 12:05Russia in September and, uh, you know, no
- 12:08holidays going on, unfortunately, but I need to
- 12:11get back there and I need to see
- 12:13these celebrations because it's the same as us
- 12:16people.
- 12:17And, uh, uh, and they're good people and
- 12:21they are thoughtful people.
- 12:22And it just, I think it's important that
- 12:25people realize that, especially with the new year's
- 12:28coming up, you know, tonight's the night we
- 12:31celebrate and it has nothing to do with
- 12:33anything except it's a personal holiday for trying
- 12:36to make yourself better for the coming year.
- 12:38I'm very, uh, I think that 2025 went
- 12:41on.
- 12:42Are there, is there crap and shit in
- 12:44my life?
- 12:44There sure is.
- 12:46And there's a lot of junk, but you
- 12:48know what?
- 12:49There's a lot of positive in the world
- 12:50too.
- 12:51There's a ton of positive.
- 12:52And, uh, uh, that positive is where the
- 12:56focus needs to be.
- 12:57And I think that the, you know, the
- 12:59Russians, uh, for the most part, you know,
- 13:02the people, the people, let's, let's, let's skip
- 13:05governments.
- 13:05Let's skip disputes between, you know, people that
- 13:09are trying to manage their nation.
- 13:12Skip that for a minute and get to
- 13:15just people, which is where you are in
- 13:17the Christmas holidays and the new year's holiday.
- 13:20Anyway, that is where you should be is
- 13:23celebrating your, uh, your life, your people.
- 13:28What is your goal for 2026?
- 13:31What is, what are you gonna do in
- 13:332026?
- 13:34I don't like the new year's resolution crap.
- 13:36I think it ought to be a life
- 13:37resolution and it ought to go every day,
- 13:40you know, and I try that, but you
- 13:41know, I failed miserably a lot.
- 13:43And, uh, uh, but I tell you what,
- 13:45staying positive is somewhat difficult in a, uh,
- 13:51world that has so much shit in it.
- 13:54And so much crap and people attacking each
- 13:58other and doing nasty, nasty things to each
- 14:01other.
- 14:02And that includes my first topic and I'm
- 14:05sorry to rant about that for a little
- 14:07bit.
- 14:07Seems like I've ranted about it for a
- 14:09little while and kind of got off on
- 14:11the, uh, on the, on the, uh, ethereal
- 14:14stuff.
- 14:14But I tell you what, ethereal, whoever wants
- 14:17to, you know, sometimes it's different.
- 14:19When Udrena is the word stress in Russia
- 14:22and I had a Russian, uh, teacher who
- 14:24was a great guy.
- 14:25His name was, uh, uh, Tenenbaum and Rudolph
- 14:30Tenenbaum, frigging awesome name and Rudolph Tenenbaum in
- 14:34my class.
- 14:34And, uh, I'm telling stories today, Rudolph Tenenbaum
- 14:38in my class learning Russian would say, uh,
- 14:41he called us comrade in, in Russia, in
- 14:43Russia.
- 14:43And the word comrade is, uh, and my,
- 14:47my name was trap.
- 14:48And so he picked a name of a
- 14:50famous author for me and he called me
- 14:52Trapinin.
- 14:54And, uh, so there was, my name was
- 14:56Stepan, not Sam and not Samuel.
- 14:59I was Stepan and, and Stepan was my
- 15:01name and my last name was not trap.
- 15:05It was Trapinin.
- 15:06And so I was Stepan Trapinin.
- 15:08And he was Rudolph, Rudolphovich Tenenbaum, but he
- 15:11was really his, he changed his last name
- 15:13when he came to America because his last
- 15:15name in Russian is Yolkin because Tenenbaum means
- 15:19Christmas tree.
- 15:20And Yolka is the same thing.
- 15:23It's Christmas tree.
- 15:24It's a, well, it's a pine, you know,
- 15:25huge pine tree Yolka.
- 15:26And so his last name was Yolkin.
- 15:28And he changed to Tenenbaum because his roots
- 15:31were German, you know, as well, but he
- 15:33came from Russia.
- 15:34Anyway, I really am babbling today, but telling
- 15:37personal stories and, uh, but I, but I
- 15:39have a lot of personal stories, you know,
- 15:41and Rudolph Tenenbaum would sit in that class
- 15:43and he would call me Tavarish Trapinin and
- 15:46he, you know, because Samuel, you know, uh,
- 15:49Comrade Trap, he'd, and he'd point a stick
- 15:51at you and go, Comrade Trap, uh, tell
- 15:54me this word.
- 15:54And you'd say the word and he'd go,
- 15:56uh, the stress, the, uh, and I'd say
- 15:59the word, and you don't get the joke
- 16:01if you don't speak Russian, but it's like
- 16:05taking the word, I would take the word,
- 16:07uh, syllable and I'd go syllable, you know,
- 16:11or, uh, and, and say the word is
- 16:13syllable.
- 16:13And I would do that in Russian too.
- 16:15And it would drive him crazy, but he
- 16:16was, he was very focused on making sure
- 16:19we knew stuff.
- 16:19And the word for Udrenia is stress.
- 16:22You know, the emphasis on a word, the
- 16:24emphasis, and it'd be like saying that put
- 16:27the emphasis on the wrong syllable.
- 16:29And, uh, it'd be a lot of fun
- 16:31to screw around with him like that.
- 16:32And which I did constantly.
- 16:34And, uh, he, he would give me a
- 16:36word to say it.
- 16:36And I'd say, I'd say, uh, uh, whatever
- 16:39the word and put the stress in the
- 16:41wrong spot.
- 16:41And he'd go, he'd go Tavarish Trapinin, uh,
- 16:45Udrenia, which is the word stress.
- 16:47And I'd say, Udrenia.
- 16:50He'd say, no, no, no, no, no, no.
- 16:52Udrenia.
- 16:53No, no, no, no.
- 16:54Udrenia.
- 16:55And that was, that was my way of
- 16:56having fun in that year long class where
- 16:58we learned, uh, very in depth knowledge of
- 17:02Russia, of Russian.
- 17:03And, and I very much appreciate those days
- 17:06and it's giving me a basis and a
- 17:08foundation for life.
- 17:09That's maybe a little bit different than everybody's
- 17:12basis and foundation for life, uh, in America,
- 17:15but it, it just, uh, uh, you know,
- 17:18I'm going to take a two minute, uh,
- 17:21silence break.
- 17:21I cleared my throat.
- 17:23And I don't want to be rude on
- 17:24the air.
- 17:24Hang on one second.
- 17:27All right.
- 17:28Friends and neighbors, I've, I've cleared my throat
- 17:31and we are back anyway.
- 17:33Sorry about that too, because I was on
- 17:35a roll.
- 17:36I needed to interrupt myself anyway, clear my
- 17:38throat.
- 17:38Uh, so, uh, anyway, it's the time of
- 17:40season and all for all of those things
- 17:43for joy, for memory, for reminding you that
- 17:46life really is a good thing.
- 17:48And I have plenty of great freaking stories
- 17:51of travel, of, of, uh, I don't know,
- 17:56conflict of everything and I've done conflict as
- 17:59an attorney and I'm, I'm, you know, I,
- 18:02I practiced law in, uh, uh, Lake Ozark
- 18:05in real, and well in the area, in
- 18:08the area of here, I practiced law in
- 18:10central Missouri for a fit 14 years.
- 18:12I have a targeting story where I was
- 18:14targeted by bad actors from the government and,
- 18:18uh, I've told that story before.
- 18:20It is out here on my webpage.
- 18:23I'm going to do it again.
- 18:24I'm going to tell that entire story, uh,
- 18:27here, coming up after the first of the
- 18:29year, I'm going to tell my story one
- 18:31more time.
- 18:32And, uh, I'm going to say, you know,
- 18:34what went on and why and how, and
- 18:37I want, and I'm going to talk to
- 18:39you about the organization that we have built
- 18:42and we're still in building process, but it's
- 18:47a life kind of sucks sometimes.
- 18:50And I think that right now, Donald Trump,
- 18:53this is going to sound weird, you know,
- 18:55to put this connection together that, but Donald
- 18:57Trump has, if anything, has made it acceptable.
- 19:05Let's call it that for his greatest accomplishment
- 19:09in my humble view is making it possible
- 19:13and believable to attack the bad actors in
- 19:21government everywhere.
- 19:24And to be more vocal about it.
- 19:27Everybody knows that on my show, I focus
- 19:28on morons like, uh, I don't know, versus
- 19:30Ursula von der Leyen and that idiot Kaja
- 19:33Kallis that these people are destroying the European
- 19:38community and destroying what they should be doing.
- 19:41And you know, I see that president Trump
- 19:45is being stuck in that same old churn
- 19:51of destruction that is called the, uh, military
- 19:57industrial complex.
- 19:58And we're, we are victims of that.
- 20:02The normal people who celebrate Christmas is the
- 20:06way that I have told you and talk
- 20:08about personal new year's benefits and keep those.
- 20:12Why don't governments have those sorts of things?
- 20:15The U S government absolutely does not.
- 20:20They can't work together, you know, to, I
- 20:23don't know, to build a freaking high speed
- 20:26rail train that goes across the country.
- 20:28We couldn't build that.
- 20:30You know why?
- 20:31Because we got assholes leading us.
- 20:34We got morons leading us just like everywhere
- 20:37else.
- 20:38Corruption all over Ukraine.
- 20:41There's two more stories that came up about
- 20:43that that I, you know, share with you
- 20:45all the time.
- 20:46But I, and I rail about this stuff
- 20:48a lot.
- 20:49And trust me, I rail about the right
- 20:52things I want to share with you and
- 20:54I hope to get to it today.
- 20:56I, uh, and I talked to another, uh,
- 20:58person who has a charity that was a
- 21:01fairly big, uh, realtor in this area that
- 21:04I remember from ages ago.
- 21:06And, uh, uh, I ran into her breakfast
- 21:08here in the Lake Ozark area and totally
- 21:14off the wall.
- 21:14I saw her, she saw me, uh, we
- 21:16were both alone and I joined her.
- 21:18And, uh, uh, it was, um, it was
- 21:21very interesting.
- 21:22Hadn't seen her in years.
- 21:23She hadn't seen me in years and we
- 21:25sat and we had a good conversation about,
- 21:26uh, her charity and, and, uh, what she
- 21:29is doing.
- 21:30And then I think it's mainly focused in
- 21:32the Florida area and I've wanted to get
- 21:34her on and talk about what she is
- 21:36doing and talk about what I am doing
- 21:38with modern law ecosystem and with civic outlaws
- 21:44.com.
- 21:45Now those sites are under development and they're
- 21:47being built.
- 21:48And I've already been sent a letter from
- 21:51the Missouri bar about coming after me for
- 21:53that shit in, uh, pardon my French, but,
- 21:56and, and more power to them.
- 21:57You know what?
- 21:58I am tired.
- 21:59I am done being a, uh, I don't
- 22:02know what a subhuman, I'm not doing it
- 22:04anymore.
- 22:05Screw them.
- 22:05Do I have shit in my life?
- 22:06I sure as hell do.
- 22:08And, uh, and some of it I'm proud
- 22:09of, you know, the fact that, you know,
- 22:12if someone's coming after me for stuff, they
- 22:14stole my life for God's sake.
- 22:16And it was the government that stole my
- 22:19life.
- 22:19I've written a book, you know, that I'm
- 22:2280,000 page words into 120,000 word
- 22:27book.
- 22:27And I'm almost done.
- 22:28And, uh, it is, I want to finish
- 22:31that book, but you know how hard that
- 22:32is and you try to find time for
- 22:37it to get it done.
- 22:38And I'm almost done.
- 22:39I was supposed to be done by September
- 22:41before I went to Russia and I had
- 22:43it all done.
- 22:43And I was like, Oh man.
- 22:44And I was really on a roll for
- 22:45the month of August and the month of
- 22:47September getting that shit done.
- 22:49And I'm so close.
- 22:50I need to finish it.
- 22:51And, uh, and get that book published because
- 22:54it's a tell all book and it's a,
- 22:56and it's a, uh, an indictment on our
- 22:59system, you know, here in Missouri, especially what
- 23:02a joke.
- 23:03And, and we, you know, I, I mean,
- 23:05I mean at the core level and, and
- 23:09the very core of power and corruption in
- 23:13Missouri is the Missouri bar.
- 23:17Everybody needs to understand that.
- 23:20And if you don't understand it, you need
- 23:22to, people say you have to be remembered
- 23:24and fix it from within.
- 23:25Screw that.
- 23:27You know, you want to come after me.
- 23:28They're coming after me now.
- 23:29Now that's kind of an interesting argument, isn't
- 23:32it?
- 23:32Let's take that argument.
- 23:34You're going to claim that you have some
- 23:36sort of jurisdiction over me to come out
- 23:39and say that you are after me.
- 23:42And I haven't even responded yet.
- 23:43This is so new.
- 23:45And, uh, you, I've gotten this letter and
- 23:47I, I just laughed.
- 23:49It's like, you gotta be freaking kidding me.
- 23:51It's a, you're going to come after me.
- 23:53Good luck.
- 23:55I've, I've, I've gone through the ringer.
- 23:58You want to start it again?
- 24:00Bring it on Bozo.
- 24:02And I'm telling you that is how I
- 24:04think about this government overreach.
- 24:06And today I'm, I'm, I'm really on a
- 24:08roll today.
- 24:08Sorry about that.
- 24:09But I'm going to expose this horse Pucky
- 24:15and I don't speak like that.
- 24:16I wouldn't speak like that cause I am
- 24:18a bad foul mouthed individual and have been
- 24:21for a long time.
- 24:22And when you get me on the attack,
- 24:24I got news for you.
- 24:26I will not stop.
- 24:28I am the person that continues and I
- 24:31do that against government overreach.
- 24:33I do that on a personal level.
- 24:35Sometimes it creates things.
- 24:36I had somebody have a conversation with me,
- 24:38very important lawyer in the state that I
- 24:40was speaking to and then we were in
- 24:42a room full of, you know, other important
- 24:44people in the state and they are, uh,
- 24:47you know, geez, he goes, yeah, I, well,
- 24:49you know, I remember talking to a judge
- 24:51about Sam years ago and there was a
- 24:54judge that I talked to.
- 24:54Oh, you know what?
- 24:55I'll tell you the whole story story.
- 24:56I'll tell you the real story.
- 24:58And in 2008 I got arrested by a
- 25:01corrupt cop in Missouri in a Lake Ozark
- 25:04guy was a piece of crap and he
- 25:06would chase me home every single night.
- 25:09I swear to God, this asshole would chase
- 25:11me home every night in a Camden County
- 25:13vehicle, Camden County Police Department.
- 25:16And he chased me every freaking night.
- 25:18And then one night he decided to get
- 25:20me and there is a corrupt highway patrol
- 25:22people, corrupt every, I've told this story before
- 25:25and I got arrested and I fought all
- 25:28the way.
- 25:29I was not driving intoxicated at what did
- 25:33not happen.
- 25:34Was I an asshole to them?
- 25:36Yup.
- 25:36I was.
- 25:37Sadly, that's my nature.
- 25:39When you come after me, when you attack
- 25:41me, you don't back me in a corner.
- 25:43I come out swinging, right?
- 25:46And that's just how it is.
- 25:48And it has created problems in my life,
- 25:51but I'm a very, very good person.
- 25:53But I think anyway, but I try to
- 25:56be, and sometimes I fail, you know, but
- 25:58there, there was a meeting years later with
- 26:03the lawyer that represented me whose name is
- 26:06Travis Noble.
- 26:07And he's the best attorney in the state
- 26:10for he teaches all the bar people.
- 26:12He teaches everything, you know, that, that, that,
- 26:15that they honor.
- 26:18He, I mean, he's the best, but he
- 26:20doesn't back down either.
- 26:22He does it for, I mean, you need
- 26:24lawyers like this.
- 26:26And I like to think that I was
- 26:27a lawyer like that.
- 26:28And they came after me for it because
- 26:30why I went after the government, I exposed
- 26:35the corrupt asshole who wanted me to attack
- 26:39Greg Williams and he attacked Greg Williams anyway.
- 26:42But he came to me, provided evidence to
- 26:44me, use the system to get me to
- 26:47try to attack Greg Williams too.
- 26:49And I wouldn't freaking do it.
- 26:50I wouldn't do it.
- 26:52And so what happened?
- 26:53He came after me and his words to
- 26:55me personally were, you're never going to practice
- 26:58law in the state of Missouri again.
- 27:00And I laughed at him.
- 27:01Yeah.
- 27:02Like you could do that.
- 27:04He sure can because I sit here today
- 27:06with no license.
- 27:08My life's changed.
- 27:09I made, you know, tons of money.
- 27:12I believe my last earnings in 2014 that
- 27:15I showed a earnings of as a law
- 27:18firm, like 1.4 something million dollars.
- 27:21I didn't get that, but that's, you know,
- 27:23that I believe that's what my tax return
- 27:25showed for, for 24.
- 27:26I don't remember, but it was a, it
- 27:28was a big number, right?
- 27:30And, and, uh, we had a lot of
- 27:32attorneys working for me, but if they want
- 27:33to take you down, they do.
- 27:36And they took me down, you know, the
- 27:39state of Missouri, the corrupt Missouri bar, the
- 27:42asshole at the office of chief disciplinary counsel,
- 27:44who's just a piece of shit.
- 27:46I mean, these are bad people in government
- 27:49and he, Oh geez, I'm not in the
- 27:51government.
- 27:52He would say, he told me he didn't
- 27:53work for the government.
- 27:55You know why?
- 27:56Because he's untouchable just like all of the
- 27:59Missouri bar a holes.
- 28:01They are untouchable.
- 28:02We don't work for the government.
- 28:03We're assigned by the Supreme court.
- 28:05I was like, what a freaking narrow concept
- 28:08of that.
- 28:09You think the Supreme court is in a
- 28:11state agency just because they create their rules
- 28:15and they have nobody looking over them and
- 28:17they give you the power to do things
- 28:19that nobody's watching over you.
- 28:22Cause by God, the Supreme court sure isn't,
- 28:24you know, they don't keep track of those
- 28:26guys.
- 28:26There's zero oversight on these a holes that
- 28:30want to come after you.
- 28:30And only in the practice of law is
- 28:33there zero oversight.
- 28:35Because remember you have three branches of government
- 28:37and all that other stuff, the branch of
- 28:39judiciary, and this is natural national.
- 28:42And I bitch about this all the time.
- 28:45This is a big deal.
- 28:47They have zero oversight except the budget, which
- 28:54means if the Supreme court assigns the office
- 28:57of chief disciplinary counsel, something, trust me, they
- 29:00forget about them.
- 29:01After that there is no overreach of OCDC
- 29:05by the legislature or by the governor's office
- 29:08because they are an independent arm of the
- 29:14Supreme court.
- 29:15A Missouri, which doesn't do a freaking thing
- 29:18to control these assholes.
- 29:20So you can have somebody come to you
- 29:22and if he, if they hate a particular
- 29:24lawyer, they will go after him.
- 29:27And this is what they've done to me.
- 29:29And they went after me.
- 29:30Little asshole named Sam Phillips.
- 29:33I hate to share the name with the,
- 29:34with the asshole.
- 29:35I really do.
- 29:36I hope he's retired.
- 29:37His name isn't on the letter they sent
- 29:39me, but I, you know, I said, I
- 29:41hope he hasn't retired.
- 29:43You know, I like to expose people like
- 29:45this and that is what civic outlaws is
- 29:49doing.
- 29:50And we are in the middle of some
- 29:53pretty big conflicts of what we are doing
- 29:54and I'm going to continue it.
- 29:56And I've done my rant for the morning.
- 29:58And you know, I want to continue in
- 30:00this rant and I would love anybody to
- 30:03call and quiz me on this.
- 30:06I don't care where you're from.
- 30:07This is public.
- 30:08I am coming out friends and neighbors and
- 30:11Sam's coming out party in new years 2026
- 30:16but we're coming out and the coming out
- 30:20party isn't because I'm queer.
- 30:22I'm not gay.
- 30:22I'm, you know, I don't, I don't wear
- 30:24gay clothes.
- 30:25I've done it once.
- 30:26There's a video of me somewhere dressed as
- 30:27a woman dancing to shake that ass by
- 30:30whatever group that was some charity function in
- 30:33Jefferson city when I was practicing law.
- 30:35I did my good deeds, you know, I
- 30:37did that.
- 30:38I was a decent person and to have
- 30:41a government actor come and say, I'm going
- 30:44to destroy your life and you go, yeah,
- 30:47right.
- 30:48And, but yep, yeah, right.
- 30:50He's absolutely right.
- 30:51They are untouchable these assholes and they are
- 30:54untouchable in the Missouri bar, the most corrupt
- 30:57organization in Missouri.
- 31:00That's what they are.
- 31:02And you know, um, I ought to, just
- 31:04when I answered this idiotic thing from the
- 31:07Missouri bar that, uh, if I told you
- 31:10the whole story, you wouldn't freaking believe it.
- 31:13It is a horror story that has been
- 31:16foisted upon me yet again.
- 31:19And, uh, and I'm going to have to
- 31:21fight for my very existence again.
- 31:24Why?
- 31:26Because I speak the truth.
- 31:28That's why.
- 31:30And do I have crap in my life?
- 31:32No doubt.
- 31:33You know, many people like the judge told
- 31:36Travis noble and the judge was judge Collier.
- 31:39And I liked judge Collier.
- 31:41I thought he was rather entertaining, you know,
- 31:43and I don't think he liked me because
- 31:44he told Travis noble, and this is the
- 31:46judge on my law on my, uh, uh,
- 31:48what do you call it?
- 31:49My DWI case in, uh, 2008, nine, 10
- 31:53dragged on forever.
- 31:55And, um, uh, with corrupt cops coming after
- 32:00me, stealing money from me when I crashed
- 32:02a Corvette in 2006, the same freaking cops
- 32:06are on the site when they're coming after
- 32:08me.
- 32:08I mean, there was some crap going on.
- 32:10I've had shit in my life.
- 32:12I've had personal attacks.
- 32:13Why?
- 32:13Because I go after government.
- 32:15Why?
- 32:15Because people are jealous of other people's success.
- 32:18Why?
- 32:19Because you have assholes who go, huh?
- 32:21I'm the government.
- 32:22And the government gets to come after you
- 32:24and attack.
- 32:25And you know what?
- 32:25You're supposed to lose most of the time
- 32:27when you fight the King, you're supposed to,
- 32:30the King is supposed to have some form
- 32:32of power and you hope that the King
- 32:34is correct.
- 32:35But the King with Donald Trump has told
- 32:38us, has treated us to the fact.
- 32:41And, and you know, I have my disputes
- 32:43with, with what Donald Trump does.
- 32:44Everybody knows that.
- 32:45I say what I believe.
- 32:46I don't care who, who believes it or
- 32:49not.
- 32:49I give a crap.
- 32:50If you believe the word that I'm saying,
- 32:52it doesn't matter to me, but Donald Trump
- 32:54has made people like me acceptable.
- 32:57That is the point.
- 32:59I am an acceptable human because Donald Trump
- 33:02has revealed, he's put a spotlight on the
- 33:06bullshit of government and he's put a spotlight
- 33:09on the corrupt corrupt legacy of corruption in
- 33:16the United States for the past 50 years,
- 33:20at least.
- 33:22And maybe even before that, the growth of
- 33:24the deep state of the career bureaucrat who
- 33:30shouldn't have any power, a career asshole bureaucrat
- 33:36can take down a lawyer because nobody has
- 33:41any oversight.
- 33:43And I'm not complaining about the, the discipline
- 33:48that I was required to have for the
- 33:52first part.
- 33:53I'm talking about his threat that you will
- 33:56never practice law in the state of Missouri.
- 33:58Again, after that, that is all straight corruption.
- 34:04The things that they came to me about
- 34:06in the beginning where they said in the
- 34:08beginning, you know, Oh geez, you know what
- 34:10I mean?
- 34:11I tell this story way too much and
- 34:13I'm not going to tell it.
- 34:14I'll tell it in its entirety again sometime,
- 34:17you know, this year, but, but, uh, because
- 34:20I intend to, but the, the, the basics
- 34:22of it all, the thing I actually got
- 34:25punished for is bullshit.
- 34:28It's stuff that every lawyer has done every
- 34:32day.
- 34:33You know, every, I guarantee you if you
- 34:37let me take the Sam Phillips spotlight and
- 34:40shine it on any other lawyer in the
- 34:42state, they would be guilty too because the
- 34:46rules were bullshit.
- 34:47And after me, they changed the rules.
- 34:50They knew they had to because geez, we're
- 34:52punishing this guy for rule.
- 34:53And then what they do, they change all
- 34:55the freaking rules.
- 34:56But, but when I was doing it, I
- 34:58was under the rules, but they decided that,
- 35:00uh, you know, geez, his interpretation of the
- 35:02rules is wrong.
- 35:02And then they changed the rules to make
- 35:04those rules more narrow and tell people what
- 35:07they had to do.
- 35:08But they don't tell you what you got
- 35:09to do.
- 35:09And then when you do it wrong, they
- 35:11go, that was wrong.
- 35:12But there were no instructions on how to
- 35:14do it.
- 35:15You know, now the rules are different and
- 35:18these assholes get to go and destroy your
- 35:21life.
- 35:22If I only had a year in Qatar
- 35:24because I didn't have a license and I
- 35:26went over there and it was like, well,
- 35:27you know what?
- 35:28Probably better off taking a job in Qatar
- 35:30for a year.
- 35:31And, uh, my brother talked me into it.
- 35:33It was a good, great experience.
- 35:35I loved it.
- 35:36I worked as a consultant in general counsel
- 35:38for a phone company over there.
- 35:41Pretty good size and I have a good
- 35:42relationship.
- 35:43Uh, I, I, I would love to go
- 35:44back to Qatar.
- 35:45I think I'm going to, uh, so when
- 35:47I take the trip to Russia, I'm going
- 35:49to try to go through Qatar.
- 35:50And it's usually pretty, pretty easy to do
- 35:53because American airlines uses Qatar airways.
- 35:55And so you, if you fly American, you
- 35:57go American to Dallas, Dallas to Qatar, Qatar
- 36:00to Moscow, Moscow to St. Petersburg.
- 36:02And they might have a direct to St.
- 36:04Petersburg, but that I want to do and
- 36:06I want to get there in the winter.
- 36:07I got to go before the end of
- 36:09February.
- 36:10And so I'm doing it, but I'm missing
- 36:11out on the new year's celebration.
- 36:13I'm missing out on the, the, the, the
- 36:16people, the beauty I want to experience.
- 36:20Because when I saw what the Russians were
- 36:22doing just for, and I'm just, it's a
- 36:25big holiday.
- 36:26And in America, we don't understand it because
- 36:28we didn't lose 26 million people that were
- 36:31on our doorstep, taking over our land.
- 36:35Then you know that same thing is going
- 36:37on in Ukraine right now.
- 36:39The Russians are in a fight for their
- 36:44existence.
- 36:44You will not defeat them the way that
- 36:48we're trying to defeat them.
- 36:49It's not going to happen.
- 36:51This is a principled war and there's zero
- 36:54principle on the Ukrainian side.
- 36:56That principle does not exist.
- 36:59And it's not there.
- 37:01They are corrupt as the day is long.
- 37:04They are killing an entire generation of Ukrainians,
- 37:09Russians too.
- 37:10But the Russians are fighting for their core
- 37:12belief.
- 37:13The Ukrainians are fighting for what we want
- 37:16to be part of Europe.
- 37:17What Europe is a show to friends and
- 37:21neighbors.
- 37:21And if that's what you, if that's your
- 37:23goal in life, you're just wrong.
- 37:25And you know, I'm not saying Russia's, you
- 37:28know, the answer to everything, cause they're not,
- 37:30they got their own fucking problems.
- 37:32Pardon my French.
- 37:33And they have some pretty big ones.
- 37:35I'm really going on a tear today.
- 37:37Somebody winded me up.
- 37:39And I think it was me, myself, and
- 37:41I that got me on a roll.
- 37:43But I've been thinking about this stuff for
- 37:45a good long time.
- 37:46And a good new year's discussion is, is
- 37:49this, you need to pay attention to what
- 37:53you're going to do in the year.
- 37:55And remember that Donald Trump, this is, this
- 37:58is off the wall for me to say,
- 38:01cause I'm not the greatest of fans.
- 38:03I like some of the stuff nationally.
- 38:04I like 90% of what he does.
- 38:06Right.
- 38:07But internationally, I think he's making horrible mistakes,
- 38:11you know, and then I talk about that
- 38:12frequently because that's usually my focus in life.
- 38:15And and I talk about that today's a
- 38:17little bit more centered on what's going on,
- 38:21you know, locally and what's going on personally
- 38:25with me because of the events of this
- 38:29idiotic Missouri bar coming after me.
- 38:32And I'm going to be very public about
- 38:33it.
- 38:34I'll read it to you.
- 38:35I'll tell you what the bullshit is and
- 38:37you're not going to believe it when I,
- 38:39when I read it to you, but I'll
- 38:40share it.
- 38:41I'll make it extremely public.
- 38:42Screw these guys and screw the government.
- 38:45You know, the government comes after you.
- 38:48You need to fight back because there are
- 38:51assholes like Sam Phillips who use the government
- 38:55as a weapon and you will lose 90
- 38:58% of the time because those people are
- 39:00extremely powerful.
- 39:02The powerful bureaucrat needs to be stood up
- 39:06to period end of sentence.
- 39:09And if they are bad actors or they're
- 39:13acting in their own best interests and not
- 39:17in the interests of what they're doing, remember,
- 39:21and God love them.
- 39:22You know, if you take a job like
- 39:24that, you know, I, I, I don't envy
- 39:28you your position either working as a government
- 39:30worker because there are good people that try
- 39:32to be good people and they are just
- 39:34mistaken.
- 39:35And some of the things that didn't, they,
- 39:37they act on these mistakes.
- 39:39And I think it's because there's not enough
- 39:41training going on in the, in the government.
- 39:43And these, nobody teaches you how to be
- 39:46a bureaucrat.
- 39:47You just become one, you know, and you
- 39:50do it because you always win.
- 39:52You're supposed to win.
- 39:54You're the government.
- 39:56And so you take your power and you
- 39:58consolidate it.
- 39:59There is no deviance because there's just a
- 40:02rule written on a paper.
- 40:03It's like, wait a minute, I need a
- 40:05deviance for my water line to run a
- 40:08here instead of here.
- 40:10And I need the water department to justify
- 40:12this.
- 40:13And you got to go in and spend
- 40:1410,000 trying to figure that out because
- 40:16the water guy only knows one thing.
- 40:19He knows one thing.
- 40:20There's a rule written on a paper and
- 40:22his interpretation of it is X.
- 40:24What if his interpretation is wrong and you
- 40:28got to go after him?
- 40:29Fighting the government is an expensive proposition.
- 40:32Fighting the government is usually a fail.
- 40:36You don't win because you're not supposed to.
- 40:40They're supposed to be the good guys.
- 40:43They're supposed to be looking out for us.
- 40:46And trust me, there are people that do
- 40:48that in government that do look out for
- 40:51us.
- 40:52But that doesn't mean that we as citizens
- 40:54don't question what they're doing.
- 40:58Do you remember my show from years and
- 41:00years ago where I called it question everything?
- 41:03Because I'm, I'm a questioner.
- 41:06Do you know I was in the military?
- 41:08I had a friend remind me of this.
- 41:10That's Sergeant question mark because he's got a
- 41:13question for everything.
- 41:14And the commanders of Noah's come.
- 41:16It's like, well, wait a minute, sir.
- 41:18Do you think we should really be doing
- 41:19that?
- 41:19That doesn't make a lot of sense.
- 41:21And it's not that I think I'm smarter
- 41:22than you.
- 41:23It's I have a different opinion or a
- 41:24different area and maybe a different experience than
- 41:27you have from a different perspective, which everybody
- 41:30has.
- 41:31And do I honor your perspective and your
- 41:33point of view?
- 41:33I absolutely do.
- 41:35But mine is X.
- 41:37Mine is this.
- 41:38And it just because you have a separate
- 41:40opinion from me doesn't mean I dislike you.
- 41:43Does it, you know, if you believe that,
- 41:44uh, I don't know that, that, that, uh,
- 41:46the one I like to argue about is,
- 41:48is to me an obvious, is it a,
- 41:50uh, you know, a man can't be a
- 41:51woman.
- 41:52Those are just immutable facts.
- 41:55That's a fact.
- 41:56You can be, you can dress up as
- 41:58a woman.
- 41:58All you like, you can cut off your
- 41:59penis.
- 42:00You can get one of those contract strat
- 42:02contraptions.
- 42:03They strap it around and pull it up
- 42:04into your butt crack.
- 42:05You can do that too.
- 42:07And they did that for years.
- 42:08And those who wanted to be a women,
- 42:10that's what they did.
- 42:10They wore whatever that, uh, I forget what
- 42:13they call them.
- 42:13There was a term for it.
- 42:14Um, that, uh, these things pull your penis
- 42:16up into your crack of your ass and
- 42:20you can dress like a woman and you
- 42:22can hide the bulge.
- 42:23You know, you can get rid of it.
- 42:24It, uh, uh, and dress up as a
- 42:26woman.
- 42:26All you want.
- 42:27Fine.
- 42:27Do it.
- 42:28But it's an immutable truth.
- 42:29You know, you're, you, you're bone structure.
- 42:32You're a man.
- 42:33I can, you know, that doesn't, it's not
- 42:35going to change.
- 42:36And, and you can't change that immutable fact
- 42:39regardless of how much perfume you put on
- 42:42or how much, uh, whatever, whatever women take,
- 42:45uh, whatever drug they take to make their
- 42:48boobs big, you know, the men take to
- 42:49make their boobs big, you know, or grow
- 42:51boobs or do whatever.
- 42:52I forget estrogen.
- 42:53I don't remember.
- 42:54But, uh, uh, here's something that they take
- 42:56that, that, uh, do it as the opposite
- 42:58for testosterone for men.
- 42:59You want to be manly, take some testosterone.
- 43:01It never did anything for me.
- 43:02I took some for about a month.
- 43:03It's like, this isn't doing anything.
- 43:05I don't, I don't get it, but maybe
- 43:07I don't know what the fuck I'm doing.
- 43:08Pardon my French, but, uh, maybe I'm, I'm
- 43:10really on a roll today.
- 43:11You get me worked up and pissed off
- 43:13and I'm coming after you and I'm worked
- 43:14up and pissed off over this idiotic letter
- 43:16I got from the idiots at the, at
- 43:18the office of chief disciplinary counsel coming after
- 43:21me.
- 43:21And how, where do you get the jurisdiction?
- 43:24You suspend my license, right?
- 43:26And you know why they suspend your license
- 43:28and they don't disbar you?
- 43:30So they can screw you the rest of
- 43:32your life.
- 43:33If they had disbarred me and I'm not
- 43:35disbarred, if they had disbarred me, they wouldn't
- 43:38be able to do a freaking thing about
- 43:40the organization I'm building.
- 43:42They're not going to be able to anyway
- 43:43and more power to you come to coming
- 43:46and trying.
- 43:46But, uh, uh, the fact is you can't
- 43:50do it.
- 43:51Where do you get any sort of jurisdiction
- 43:55to come after a guy whose license you
- 43:57permanently suspended and you won't give it back
- 44:00until I bow low to some rule basis.
- 44:04It's not even a rule.
- 44:05There's no rule.
- 44:06There's no nothing.
- 44:07It's a bunch of assholes sitting in a
- 44:10room that decide to permanently screw somebody with
- 44:13no grant of authority from any government agency.
- 44:17They were not granted authority by the governor.
- 44:20They were not granted authority by the legislature
- 44:23and they were not granted authority by the
- 44:26Supreme court of the state of Missouri.
- 44:27So where did they get the power?
- 44:33They just took it because they're bureaucrats with
- 44:37zero supervision.
- 44:39If you take a bunch of children in
- 44:41high school and you have no teacher, what
- 44:46are you going to get chaos and what
- 44:49do we have when we have no rules
- 44:52and no direction from anywhere in the Missouri
- 44:55bar freaking chaos as what it is.
- 44:59So that is, that is one of the
- 45:01arms and one of the topics that I'm
- 45:04going to go after on my, on my
- 45:06show and I, and, and I'm going to
- 45:08bring it locally quite a bit more because
- 45:11the time has come to attack government.
- 45:15The time has come to destroy the career
- 45:18bureaucrat.
- 45:19When we were talking this past year about
- 45:21what they did to Ike Skelton, that was
- 45:24horse crap.
- 45:26They did to him the same thing those
- 45:28assholes did to me when they arrested me
- 45:30for a DWI that I'm not guilty of
- 45:32and they forced two trials on me and
- 45:36judge Collier told Travis Noble tells him, and
- 45:40I like judge Collier.
- 45:41I always thought he was a funny good
- 45:42guy, but guess what he told Travis Noble
- 45:43tells me, here's what the judge told him,
- 45:45went back in.
- 45:46He goes, why are you representing that guy
- 45:47about me?
- 45:49He said, and he goes, well, he goes,
- 45:52why?
- 45:52Well, he's an asshole.
- 45:54You know, Sam trap is an asshole.
- 45:57Now that's the story Travis tells, you know,
- 45:59God love him.
- 46:00I love Travis.
- 46:00And by the way, I've always got the
- 46:02feeling the judge call you really didn't like
- 46:04me that much, but there were a lot
- 46:06of people that didn't really like me that
- 46:08much.
- 46:08And I always believed that people either loved
- 46:11me or hated me.
- 46:11And that's, it's a love, hate relationship.
- 46:14There's a lot to love friends and neighbors
- 46:16cause I'm really deep down.
- 46:18I'm a pretty good guy, but you fuck
- 46:20with me.
- 46:20I push back.
- 46:22Yeah.
- 46:23I don't believe something.
- 46:24I stand up for it.
- 46:26You say something that I disagree with.
- 46:28I'll tell you my opinion.
- 46:30That's why I have my own radio show.
- 46:32Cause nobody can interfere with me and go,
- 46:34well, you're full of shit.
- 46:35Well, great.
- 46:36I can be full of shit.
- 46:37I'm allowed.
- 46:38This is America.
- 46:39And, and, but I think you're full of
- 46:41shit too.
- 46:41And here's why, but that doesn't mean I
- 46:44dislike you.
- 46:45That doesn't mean I, I, I hate you.
- 46:47You know, if, if you won't, uh, uh,
- 46:50I don't know, at least consider, you need
- 46:52to honor the opinions of the other.
- 46:54You know how you settle disputes, discussion, compromise,
- 47:01bringing things into the light, talking about the
- 47:04crap down below, talking about why we got
- 47:08here.
- 47:09One of my strengths in law school was
- 47:12what negotiation I went to the, uh, uh,
- 47:16American bar association.
- 47:18The national bar went to their negotiation competition
- 47:22and placed very highly.
- 47:24I was in the finals with my team
- 47:27for negotiation.
- 47:29Why root cause analysis.
- 47:32You get to the bottom of the problem,
- 47:35which means sometimes you got to dig deeper
- 47:37and offend people.
- 47:39And so when you dig deeper, people don't,
- 47:41they get defensive.
- 47:42They don't like it.
- 47:44And I'm the dig deeper guy and guess
- 47:47who doesn't like me and my type coming
- 47:50after them.
- 47:51The government, they don't like it, but you
- 47:55need to understand where you came from and
- 48:00why we are here.
- 48:02In order to fix and get to the
- 48:05best place for everyone down the line.
- 48:08And our government has been unsupervised like unsupervised
- 48:15children for far too long.
- 48:17And how, and there are many reasons for
- 48:19this.
- 48:19I could give lengthy lectures upon how and
- 48:22how this occurred and why.
- 48:24And, uh, and I think, I think I
- 48:26might, but, but, but I tell you what,
- 48:29I'm, uh, you can disagree with me.
- 48:32You can tell me I'm wrong, but guess
- 48:34what?
- 48:34That would mean we can discuss it and
- 48:37maybe you can convince me.
- 48:39You can convince me, but you cannot force
- 48:43me to believe something just because you say,
- 48:45I'm right.
- 48:46You're wrong.
- 48:47I wouldn't do that to you.
- 48:48And you have to understand when you're that
- 48:50type of person that, by the way, there
- 48:53are disagreements between people.
- 48:56My religion is, uh, you know, I'm a
- 49:00Catholic.
- 49:00Another religion is, I don't know, Mormonism.
- 49:03Do their tenants, uh, match?
- 49:07Do they follow up?
- 49:08Do the Catholics think the Mormons are wrong?
- 49:11Sure do.
- 49:11Do they hate them?
- 49:12I don't think so.
- 49:14And I don't think that's true.
- 49:15Vice versa.
- 49:16For the most part, you cannot hate the
- 49:19other side just because you disagree with them.
- 49:21You might not understand them, but you should
- 49:23at least listen to their points of view
- 49:25and take all of their points of view
- 49:27and put them in.
- 49:28And guess what?
- 49:28Every once in a while, you'll find your
- 49:30individual truth.
- 49:31That's what makes us so beautiful.
- 49:33We are beautiful.
- 49:35Everyone is beautiful.
- 49:37It's based upon the fact that you accept
- 49:40that person for who they are.
- 49:44You don't change them.
- 49:45You can't change them.
- 49:47Why should you?
- 49:48You should appreciate who they are for the
- 49:51what they are and recognize the huge strengths
- 49:55in that person and recognize the weaknesses too.
- 50:00That is compromise.
- 50:04That is peace.
- 50:06That is how people live together everywhere locally,
- 50:12statewide, nationally, and in the world.
- 50:16And you don't get to dictate what other
- 50:19people think in other parts of the world.
- 50:21And I have that rant.
- 50:23I really went on for a while.
- 50:24I really did.
- 50:26I'm going to, because I want to get
- 50:28into this.
- 50:28One of the things that we are fighting
- 50:30in, um, uh, in, um, modern law ecosystem
- 50:35and in civic outlaws is we are going
- 50:38after the, uh, alcohol and tobacco control folks.
- 50:44Okay.
- 50:45And they, I don't think they like what
- 50:50we are doing to them.
- 50:51I don't think they like it at all.
- 50:54And, uh, uh, and I'm a, a, um,
- 50:57member of that group that is going after,
- 51:00uh, what, what the, they are doing and
- 51:03taking government reach to the next level.
- 51:07Those of you who are not aware, let
- 51:10us get you to a key and root
- 51:13change in Missouri law and national law.
- 51:20And it is a, it's not a difficult
- 51:22concept.
- 51:23It makes sense completely, but you have to
- 51:27understand it to get to the core of,
- 51:31uh, of, I had of analysis of a
- 51:36state agency.
- 51:37Okay.
- 51:38There was something that the United States, and
- 51:42I'm going to talk about this first on
- 51:43the United States side, and then I'm going
- 51:45to bring it more locally back to Missouri
- 51:47because this is important and this is legal
- 51:49analysis.
- 51:50Okay.
- 51:50I'm not a lawyer.
- 51:51I don't play a lawyer on TV.
- 51:53I don't give legal advice.
- 51:56Uh, you know, I always give that caveat
- 51:58to everything I ever say so that assholes
- 52:01in the Missouri bar don't get to come
- 52:02back and go, Oh geez, he's proxy law
- 52:05without a license.
- 52:06Like they're trying to now bunch of assholes.
- 52:08Right.
- 52:08And, and they don't, they don't, we'll, we'll
- 52:11see if they listen to the program.
- 52:13We'll see if they get it, but you
- 52:15cannot, you cannot, how in the world do
- 52:18you have, I'm ranting again, how in the
- 52:20world do you get any jurisdiction over me
- 52:22when you take my license?
- 52:24You know, if you won't disbar me, you
- 52:25know why?
- 52:26Because then they can control me.
- 52:28That is what they think they can anyway.
- 52:30That is how you control Samuel trap.
- 52:34You take his license and you say he
- 52:36can't get a license in Florida and you
- 52:38say he can't, I can get him a
- 52:39broker license.
- 52:40I'm a, I'm a Missouri broker.
- 52:42How in the world can I be a
- 52:44broker and not be a lawyer?
- 52:47How am I ethical enough to hold people's
- 52:50money as a broker, both in Missouri and
- 52:53in Florida, by the way, but I can't
- 52:56do it in Missouri as a lawyer and
- 52:58nowhere as a lawyer.
- 52:59You know why?
- 52:59Because Missouri held jurisdiction.
- 53:03And how did they do that?
- 53:04How did they do that?
- 53:05They didn't disbar me.
- 53:07And this is the path to destroy people
- 53:11in Missouri and they know it and they
- 53:14don't just destroy you in Missouri, they destroy
- 53:16you everywhere.
- 53:19And I didn't know this because why it's
- 53:22in no rule of practice.
- 53:25It isn't in the Supreme court of Missouri's
- 53:28rule four or rule five that govern attorney
- 53:31conduct.
- 53:32It is not there and it is an
- 53:36illegal caption of what people are doing, right?
- 53:39It is, it is not good stuff.
- 53:43It looks like somebody's a, Oh, I'm sorry,
- 53:46I won't interfere.
- 53:48It was a computer screen next to me
- 53:49and suddenly lit up and I will not
- 53:52interfere with it.
- 53:53Uh, just so you know.
- 53:54Um, at any rate, the, they, they control,
- 53:57how do they control Samuel?
- 53:59They control him by keeping his license and
- 54:02they think that, you know, so I can't
- 54:04be a lawyer, right?
- 54:05And which means they think that they get
- 54:07to keep jurisdiction over me for something else.
- 54:09What, what gives them, let's see, is it
- 54:11illegal to practice law in the state of
- 54:14Missouri without a license?
- 54:16Yes, it is.
- 54:17You can't practice law in state of Missouri.
- 54:19So what do you do if you, if
- 54:20you're a guy who's got a law degree
- 54:22and you're a guy, they've destroyed you for
- 54:23life.
- 54:24I can't be a paralegal in some States.
- 54:26You know why?
- 54:27Because they change the rules.
- 54:28And why do they do it?
- 54:29They go after people like me who still
- 54:32have the knowledge, but they have to keep
- 54:33them under the thumb and they keep them
- 54:35under the thumb.
- 54:36How do they do it?
- 54:37They keep jurisdiction over them and they do
- 54:40not disbar them.
- 54:42They just destroy them for life.
- 54:45They, and then that person five years after
- 54:47your bar, your bar license has taken him.
- 54:49I may have gone for 11 and five
- 54:51years after it's gone, they lose jurisdiction.
- 54:55They can't do crap about you because you
- 54:58are now newly considered you're new.
- 55:01You're going to be a new applicant to
- 55:04the bar.
- 55:04Now, that doesn't mean that they aren't going
- 55:06to do the investigation.
- 55:07They will, but they have zero authority to
- 55:09come after you for the practice of law
- 55:11without a license.
- 55:12They're not a police organization.
- 55:14And that's, that's what civic outlaws is going
- 55:18into.
- 55:18And I really have rambled about this and
- 55:20the introduction of civic outlaws will, will be
- 55:23coming.
- 55:23The introduction of modern law ecosystem is on
- 55:26the way.
- 55:27And it is something we are going to
- 55:29build.
- 55:30And you know, it's something that I am
- 55:33deeply involved in and I, I'm not, I'm
- 55:36not coming out of it.
- 55:37You can disagree with what I'm doing.
- 55:39That's fine.
- 55:40I could lose ultimately and have to divest
- 55:42myself of the, some of the things I'm
- 55:44doing.
- 55:44I'm still going to work with them.
- 55:46You know, uh, what they have, what they
- 55:48have done to me is something that needs
- 55:50to be brought to light more.
- 55:52And I'm not against it.
- 55:54You know, maybe I'll convince these assholes when
- 55:56they cause the other asshole might be gone
- 55:58by now.
- 55:59Uh, the guy that was, you know, turbocharged
- 56:01into defeating me and you're never going to
- 56:04practice law state of Missouri again, or anywhere
- 56:06else, by the way, come to find out
- 56:08he really did have that power.
- 56:10Cause I'm a Supreme court and very sure
- 56:12as hell didn't look into me.
- 56:13They didn't do crap and they didn't do
- 56:15anything.
- 56:16And they answered my, and why, how they
- 56:19answer the question with one word.
- 56:20Can Sam trap have a license?
- 56:22No silence after that.
- 56:27More silence after that.
- 56:29Why?
- 56:30Why can't Sam trap have a license?
- 56:33How can he be ethical enough to have
- 56:36a license as a broker and a real
- 56:39estate agent in the state of Missouri, which
- 56:42requires you to be what a good citizen
- 56:47requires you to have a reputation in the
- 56:50community of, for fairness and good dealings, you
- 56:54know, whatever those flowery terms they have out
- 56:56there.
- 56:57Same thing in Florida.
- 56:58And by the way, when I got my
- 57:00broker's license in Florida, I had to submit
- 57:02to them that my law license was disciplined
- 57:04in Missouri and that I still have it
- 57:07because they keep jurisdiction over it by not
- 57:10disbarring me.
- 57:12They didn't have enough to disbar me, but
- 57:13guess what?
- 57:14They do have enough to do suspend me
- 57:16forever and then make allegations against me that
- 57:20are criminal in nature without proof.
- 57:23And then take that, that, uh, uh, you
- 57:26know, craziness and send the Missouri Supreme court
- 57:30in one word with no analysis of any
- 57:33kind.
- 57:34You just say no.
- 57:35They don't say no.
- 57:37They wouldn't do that to any other license
- 57:38on the planet.
- 57:39They can't, they would, they would say, well,
- 57:41wait a minute.
- 57:42So assume that the governor who controls all
- 57:45the other agencies and all the other licenses
- 57:47assume that that guy told me as a,
- 57:51a broker that, uh, you know, Sam trap
- 57:55submits his broker license.
- 57:56This is why I did it.
- 57:57In fact, to, to, to give the, the,
- 58:00the stupidity of it all and how, why
- 58:03the Missouri bar gets to control the application
- 58:06to law and nobody else gets to look
- 58:09into it.
- 58:09There's zero oversight from the legislature or for
- 58:13the governor.
- 58:13The legislature might be able to touch their
- 58:16budget, but that's it.
- 58:18And the Supreme court abdicated its responsibilities completely
- 58:21and they don't even look.
- 58:23They just, you know, some asshole in the
- 58:25Missouri, uh, the office of chief disciplinary counsel
- 58:28decides that this guy's an asshole.
- 58:29They don't have to read anything.
- 58:31They don't have to do anything.
- 58:32There's no hearing.
- 58:33There's no right to be heard.
- 58:35There's nothing.
- 58:36It's just a no.
- 58:38They would never allow the governor to do
- 58:40that on my broker license.
- 58:41If I didn't get a broker license, there
- 58:43would be a long list of why he
- 58:46didn't get it.
- 58:47He didn't get his license because he had
- 58:48a DWI in 2010 that he fought all
- 58:51the way.
- 58:52And another one later in life.
- 58:54And, uh, that one, he didn't fight because
- 58:56he was, you know, dead meat set dead
- 58:57to rights on that.
- 58:58And we can go after him for that.
- 59:00But there are a lot of judges, I
- 59:03believe, including some in Camden County had DWIs
- 59:07before.
- 59:08There are plenty of people that practice law
- 59:10that had DWIs and the, and, and I
- 59:13was a good citizen.
- 59:14I did everything that I needed to do.
- 59:16The only thing I didn't do was, was
- 59:19what they claim I did with the assholes
- 59:21at the corrupt Missouri bar with zero oversight
- 59:24by anybody creating their own high school musical
- 59:28uh, you know, groups, you know, uh, popularity
- 59:31contest groups because that's all the Missouri bar
- 59:35is, is a popularity contest.
- 59:37And if you don't get in there and
- 59:39kiss their asses and they come after you,
- 59:41you know, if you don't participate, if you
- 59:44don't rat out people like Greg Williams yourself,
- 59:47you're the problem.
- 59:48If you don't help them go after evil
- 59:51doers like Samuel trap, you are the problem.
- 59:54So what do they do?
- 59:55They write letters and tell how bad you
- 59:57are.
- 59:58They solicit stuff from people.
- 1:00:00You can find people.
- 1:00:01I mean, my God, if you gave me
- 1:00:02the ability right now, I'd write letters to
- 1:00:05everybody.
- 1:00:06Uh, you give me any lawyer, pick him,
- 1:00:08anyone.
- 1:00:08And I'll write them letters and say, if
- 1:00:10you say bad stuff about this guy, we'll
- 1:00:12give you some money.
- 1:00:14Let's do that.
- 1:00:15Why don't we do that?
- 1:00:16That is what your government is doing.
- 1:00:20Unsupervised kids.
- 1:00:22That is what's happening.
- 1:00:23And it's happening, not just in the Missouri
- 1:00:25bar, it's happening in the, uh, ATC alcohol
- 1:00:30and tobacco control.
- 1:00:31Okay.
- 1:00:32So I've been involved with this case for
- 1:00:34a while.
- 1:00:34I've been doing some research on it and
- 1:00:37you know, uh, I, I, I have done
- 1:00:39research and passed it on to the lawyers
- 1:00:41and, uh, um, you know, people involved in,
- 1:00:43uh, uh, lobbyists and stuff like that, because
- 1:00:47the law is in a state of horse
- 1:00:49crap right now.
- 1:00:50But what happened nationally and in the state
- 1:00:53of Missouri nationally, there's something called the Chevron
- 1:00:56doctrine.
- 1:00:57And what the Chevron doctrine said is that
- 1:01:01a court, when it considered a, an agency
- 1:01:05action by someone similar, what I've been ranting
- 1:01:08about forever, well, let's keep it to that.
- 1:01:11When, uh, they consider this action by an
- 1:01:15administrative agency, not the Missouri bar because they
- 1:01:17aren't an administrative agency.
- 1:01:18They're just completely unsupervised assholes, right?
- 1:01:21They don't have any oversight of any kind.
- 1:01:24There's nothing.
- 1:01:25They're just it.
- 1:01:26That's it.
- 1:01:27That's an immutable fact.
- 1:01:28But the ATC they have the head of
- 1:01:31the alcohol tobacco control reports to whom?
- 1:01:34The governor that is.
- 1:01:37And what, how do they get oversight?
- 1:01:38The legislature, is it a crime to not
- 1:01:41do your job as the, uh, uh, supervisor
- 1:01:44of alcohol tobacco control?
- 1:01:46It is a crime to not do it.
- 1:01:48It's a misdemeanor.
- 1:01:50You can be charged with a crime if
- 1:01:52you don't do your job and the governor
- 1:01:54can remove you from office.
- 1:01:55That's a, that's under a Missouri statute under
- 1:01:58311, chapter 311, which is where the enabling,
- 1:02:02the enabling power of ATC comes from chapter
- 1:02:06311 in chapter 407 of the revised Missouri
- 1:02:10statutes, right?
- 1:02:12And that is where they get their power.
- 1:02:14That's the only place they get their power.
- 1:02:17It's called an enabling statute.
- 1:02:20They get their power from the state of
- 1:02:22Missouri.
- 1:02:23How through this enabling statute and that is
- 1:02:26done in the legislature.
- 1:02:28They give the power, they discuss the statutes,
- 1:02:31they make the, uh, the statute and that
- 1:02:33statute goes into effect.
- 1:02:34Why?
- 1:02:35Because they've passed it.
- 1:02:36Everybody's agreed to it.
- 1:02:37And this branch to the governor signs it,
- 1:02:41stamps it, rubber stamps.
- 1:02:42It said, God bless you.
- 1:02:43This is the law.
- 1:02:44This now power is what the governor has
- 1:02:48to create the alcohol tobacco control.
- 1:02:50So he takes this alcohol tobacco control agency
- 1:02:53and he appoints someone to run it and
- 1:02:57that person has the power granted to them
- 1:03:00in chapter 311 and chapter 407 because that's
- 1:03:03tobacco.
- 1:03:04So they have the stuff granted in 311,
- 1:03:06but what they've been doing, which is what
- 1:03:08they do.
- 1:03:09This is administrative law.
- 1:03:11101 is expanding.
- 1:03:14They just take other sections of power and
- 1:03:17take it.
- 1:03:19They just take that power and bring it
- 1:03:21into themselves, but they don't have it.
- 1:03:23And somebody needs to stand up for that.
- 1:03:25And I am through civic outlaws.com.
- 1:03:29I should say we are through civic outlaws
- 1:03:32.com.
- 1:03:32We received our five Oh one C three.
- 1:03:34We are taking donations on our website.
- 1:03:38We are set and we want to hit
- 1:03:41the ground and we have plenty of things
- 1:03:42to go for.
- 1:03:43We are going to go after flock and
- 1:03:46these freaking cameras, you know, it's happening.
- 1:03:49I'm doing it.
- 1:03:50If I doesn't want to, I can hope
- 1:03:52you do come see me.
- 1:03:54But, uh, we, we're going after him.
- 1:03:56We need to go after these assholes.
- 1:03:58This is not how government is supposed to
- 1:04:01work.
- 1:04:01And Toronto Trump has made it acceptable to
- 1:04:04go after these wasn't acceptable when I was
- 1:04:07doing it.
- 1:04:07You know, the government is the answer.
- 1:04:09The government is not the answer.
- 1:04:10If you think the government's the answer to
- 1:04:12your problems, well, I tell you what, you're
- 1:04:17wrong.
- 1:04:18We will just have to agree to disagree.
- 1:04:20If you believe that government is the good
- 1:04:21guys, cause they aren't, they are not, they
- 1:04:24need to be questioned.
- 1:04:25We had, we had founders in this country
- 1:04:28who said that, you know, why you have
- 1:04:30the right to bear arms.
- 1:04:31It's not to defend yourself against the wacky
- 1:04:34Russians or some Canadians that want to cross
- 1:04:36the border or the Mexicans get want to
- 1:04:38run up.
- 1:04:38God love them.
- 1:04:39If you know, if they do, because every
- 1:04:40American is going to be armed, but we
- 1:04:42aren't armed to protect ourselves against Mexicans and
- 1:04:45Canadians.
- 1:04:45We are armed to protect ourselves against the
- 1:04:48government and the overreach of that government.
- 1:04:51That is why there is a right to
- 1:04:53bear arms because these people were leaving the
- 1:04:57oppression.
- 1:04:58The founders of this country were leaving the
- 1:05:01oppression of other governments and searching for what
- 1:05:06freedom.
- 1:05:07And now we're just as bad as every
- 1:05:10other country that we make fun of because
- 1:05:12our democracy is a sham in many, many
- 1:05:15respects because people don't fight the government and
- 1:05:19they need to fight the government.
- 1:05:21The overreach that is going on at ATC
- 1:05:23is unacceptable.
- 1:05:24It's unacceptable to me as a citizen and
- 1:05:27I'm not losing my ass financially for it.
- 1:05:31It's wrong what they are doing.
- 1:05:33And civic outlaws is gone out and we,
- 1:05:37well, we're taking it over because it's been
- 1:05:39a personal effort so far to date while
- 1:05:42we build.
- 1:05:43But now we got our 501 C three
- 1:05:45and we've created civic outlaws and we have
- 1:05:47ways we're going to go and their tools
- 1:05:49that we have to attack government and government
- 1:05:53overreach.
- 1:05:54And by God, we need you to support
- 1:05:56us.
- 1:05:57We need you to fund us and we're
- 1:05:59going after these assholes.
- 1:06:01And if you got a problem that you
- 1:06:03need us to look into, send me an
- 1:06:06email to Samuel T at civic outlaws.com.
- 1:06:10And for now you should copy it to
- 1:06:13Samuel T at international flavor because I've been
- 1:06:16having some email trouble at my civic outlaws
- 1:06:18and we're trying to get that set.
- 1:06:19We have, we have experts looking into that
- 1:06:21because it's over my head.
- 1:06:23I really have railed about a lot of
- 1:06:25crap today and I really wanted to get
- 1:06:27to this ridiculous nonsensical letter.
- 1:06:29And I think, you know what I'm going
- 1:06:30to do?
- 1:06:31I think I'm going to go straight to
- 1:06:32the letter.
- 1:06:33Okay.
- 1:06:34I'm coming out of the, coming out of
- 1:06:35the closet here a little bit, right?
- 1:06:39Because I do like to keep disputes among
- 1:06:41the groups that are, what do you call
- 1:06:45it?
- 1:06:45That are among the parties as it is,
- 1:06:48you know, but, but I've been involved with
- 1:06:50this, you know, for a while.
- 1:06:51I've been consulting and researching, doing legal research
- 1:06:56and working with attorneys, working with other people.
- 1:07:00And now the Missouri bar wants to come
- 1:07:02after me and claim that I'm a practicing
- 1:07:04law without a license.
- 1:07:05Well, screw you and keep on coming.
- 1:07:07Let's do it.
- 1:07:08Then get ready because I will fight you
- 1:07:11every step of the way because I've done
- 1:07:14nothing remotely similar to practicing law without a
- 1:07:17license because I always say to everyone who
- 1:07:20wants to listen to me that I'm not
- 1:07:23a law lawyer.
- 1:07:23I had a license years ago.
- 1:07:25I have no problem telling people that it
- 1:07:27was taken wrongly taken by a bad actor.
- 1:07:31I have no problem saying that because it
- 1:07:32was, I have no problem pointing out the
- 1:07:34corrupt a-holes in government because I know
- 1:07:36who they are and I have zero problem
- 1:07:39with that.
- 1:07:40And I never have.
- 1:07:41And but that doesn't mean I'm a bad
- 1:07:43guy.
- 1:07:43That doesn't mean I shouldn't be granted a
- 1:07:45license.
- 1:07:45You think there aren't lawyers that are bad
- 1:07:47guys?
- 1:07:49I got news for you.
- 1:07:50There are, and there's, you know, there's assholes
- 1:07:53out there.
- 1:07:53I may be one of them.
- 1:07:55So what you can't, you know, that is
- 1:07:57you are just a government employee.
- 1:08:00You know, remember that from a, uh, one
- 1:08:02of my favorite Tom Cruise movies was one
- 1:08:04of his very early ones and he was
- 1:08:07a high school football player, um, named Steph
- 1:08:11Georgievich, I think Georgievich, I don't remember, but
- 1:08:15whatever.
- 1:08:15He was a kid playing football in a
- 1:08:18steel town in Pennsylvania.
- 1:08:20The movie's called All the Right Moves.
- 1:08:23And I love that movie.
- 1:08:25I remember seeing it in high school and
- 1:08:27I liked it.
- 1:08:27And one of the key lines was when,
- 1:08:30uh, uh, Tom Cruise was, uh, and this
- 1:08:32is stupid because why am I taking these
- 1:08:34movies?
- 1:08:34They do that to create these things.
- 1:08:37And here I am remembering it 30, 40
- 1:08:39years later, right?
- 1:08:41This movie, Tom Cruise and I are roughly
- 1:08:43the same age and he was a kid
- 1:08:45back then when I saw the movie the
- 1:08:47first time.
- 1:08:48All the Right Moves.
- 1:08:49It's a good movie.
- 1:08:49And it's a teacher, a teacher who's also
- 1:08:52the football coach who got promoted to be
- 1:08:55a, a, a college football coach.
- 1:08:59And he got into a dispute in high
- 1:09:02school with this kid who, uh, did some
- 1:09:05bad acts and probably he should have been
- 1:09:08punished, but you don't destroy a person's life.
- 1:09:11And this, uh, coach instead of saying that
- 1:09:14he was a good kid and a great
- 1:09:16football player, he blacklisted him.
- 1:09:19And I remember when they get into the
- 1:09:20dispute at the end, and this is how
- 1:09:22I feel like when I just say, you're
- 1:09:23just a bureaucrat, you're just a, a government
- 1:09:28worker.
- 1:09:29That's what you're doing.
- 1:09:29Sam Phillips, you're just a guy appointed to
- 1:09:32take power and you're stretching it.
- 1:09:36You're going on or you're doing things that
- 1:09:38you shouldn't be doing with that power.
- 1:09:40And what Tom Cruise says in the line
- 1:09:42to him, he says, he's running away, you
- 1:09:45know, and he's finally had his say and
- 1:09:46he's accepted the fact that his life is,
- 1:09:48is, is a screwed up.
- 1:09:51His life is fucked.
- 1:09:52Pardon my French, but his life is screwed.
- 1:09:54I've accepted that my life is screwed and
- 1:09:57that these assholes will never change their opinion.
- 1:09:59Well, that's the same point that Tom Cruise
- 1:10:01was in all the right moves.
- 1:10:02And I remember him running down the street
- 1:10:03and looking back at his, uh, at his
- 1:10:06coach.
- 1:10:06And he finally accepted that he's just going
- 1:10:08to be stuck in a steel mill doing
- 1:10:10work.
- 1:10:10And he says, uh, you're just a high
- 1:10:13school typing teacher.
- 1:10:15And he takes off.
- 1:10:17Well, that's how, and it's, you're not God.
- 1:10:21You know, you're, you're just X.
- 1:10:23And, uh, you know, why are you fucking
- 1:10:25with people's lives for God's sake?
- 1:10:28And you don't even listen to the other
- 1:10:31side.
- 1:10:32And that's my problem with bureaucracy is they,
- 1:10:35they get so entrenched in what the rule
- 1:10:38says.
- 1:10:38Here it goes.
- 1:10:39Anyway, I've really rambled and I'm not going
- 1:10:40to get to my key point.
- 1:10:42And the key point is this Chevron doctrine,
- 1:10:46which said that the Chevron doctrine usually there's
- 1:10:51so the, the legislature creates a statute.
- 1:10:54That statute is blessed and stamped by the
- 1:10:57governor that enabling power in that statute is
- 1:11:01given to the director of alcohol and tobacco
- 1:11:04control.
- 1:11:05And that's where it comes from.
- 1:11:07And that the only power, the only power
- 1:11:11that this person has is in the grant
- 1:11:14of authority given to her in the enabling
- 1:11:18language of the statute, the enabling power of
- 1:11:21chapter three 11 limits alcohol and tobacco control
- 1:11:26to enforcing only chapter three 11, or they
- 1:11:32also got some enabling language from chapter four
- 1:11:34Oh seven regarding tobacco.
- 1:11:37Right?
- 1:11:37And so you have tobacco on one side,
- 1:11:39alcohol on the other alcohol, three 11 tobacco,
- 1:11:42four Oh seven, the grant of power given
- 1:11:45in three 11 and four Oh seven is
- 1:11:46the only power that they have.
- 1:11:49They can't go out and hunt other statutes
- 1:11:51that say something else somewhere else and bring
- 1:11:55it in.
- 1:11:55However, the Chevron doctrine allowed that arguably.
- 1:12:00And the Chevron doctrine said that when a
- 1:12:03judge, so, so now you get a dispute,
- 1:12:05you get a guy going to dispute the
- 1:12:08language and alcohol and tobacco control.
- 1:12:10That tobacco statute doesn't give you authority to
- 1:12:15do blah.
- 1:12:16You know, it doesn't give you that authority.
- 1:12:18And then this dispute comes up and the
- 1:12:20dispute is decided by who the third branch
- 1:12:25of government, that's how it's supposed to work.
- 1:12:28So the governor says, here's the statute.
- 1:12:30I've, I've approved what the legislature put forward
- 1:12:32and bless you.
- 1:12:33ATC head, here's your power.
- 1:12:36Bing.
- 1:12:37You go outside of that or somebody says,
- 1:12:38look, they're not doing it.
- 1:12:40They're guilty of the misdemeanor that is inside
- 1:12:42three 11 that attacks only the, the, anybody
- 1:12:45that works at ATC and charges them with
- 1:12:47a misdemeanor.
- 1:12:48And that is where that power comes from.
- 1:12:50We have a dispute.
- 1:12:51We say you're breaking the law that way.
- 1:12:52We say you're acting outside of your power.
- 1:12:54We say you've, you've created other areas and
- 1:12:58you stolen it from other statutes that don't
- 1:13:01apply to you.
- 1:13:02And you go for the dispute.
- 1:13:03The Chevron doctrine said back when, and this
- 1:13:07is nationally.
- 1:13:08Okay.
- 1:13:08This is anytime an agency federal for the
- 1:13:10most part, but usually they, they trickle down
- 1:13:14as it is.
- 1:13:15And Reagan said, you know, he didn't say
- 1:13:17that, but that's accusing him of they, they
- 1:13:18trickle down and that power you know, that's
- 1:13:21that stuff goes to the States too.
- 1:13:23And it came to Missouri and I'll share
- 1:13:24that with you.
- 1:13:25But the Chevron doctrine said that you, that
- 1:13:29when a question came up of the interpretation
- 1:13:32of a statute taken by an agency, that
- 1:13:37the court would defer to the agency interpretation
- 1:13:42to the, because the member of the agency
- 1:13:44is the governor's side of the fence.
- 1:13:47Governor has taken that power through the leader
- 1:13:49of the ATC, but the governor has only
- 1:13:51been given the power in three 11 and
- 1:13:53four Oh seven.
- 1:13:54You step outside of that, you have a
- 1:13:56dispute and you, and who resolves it?
- 1:13:58The courts, the judiciary, the judicial branch, the
- 1:14:02judicial branch, because now we got a dispute
- 1:14:04between the legislative branch and the executive branch
- 1:14:07because the legislature said, here's your power.
- 1:14:10And you're acting outside of your power governor
- 1:14:12and somebody well through the, through the ATC
- 1:14:15head.
- 1:14:15And so now this, the jurisdiction, judicial branch
- 1:14:18has to solve it.
- 1:14:19Okay.
- 1:14:20Judicial branch had the rule under the Chevron
- 1:14:23doctrine that said they would defer to the
- 1:14:26administrative interpretation taken, you know, as long as
- 1:14:29it was something that was, you know, that
- 1:14:31could be that way.
- 1:14:32Okay.
- 1:14:32That was the Chevron doctrine in 2024 the
- 1:14:36Supreme Court of the United States in a
- 1:14:40case called Loper bright Loper bright versus, I
- 1:14:43don't remember, but it's a Loper bright L
- 1:14:46O P E R bright spelled as bright.
- 1:14:48And so Loper bright where a couple of
- 1:14:50people came and said, agencies can't do this.
- 1:14:52And that this quote in the Supreme Court
- 1:14:55of the United States looked at the Chevron
- 1:14:58doctrine and said, well, that's bullshit.
- 1:15:01That's not right.
- 1:15:02We're, we've been doing this incorrectly for years
- 1:15:06because we, you know, how in the world
- 1:15:10could you interpret that some asshole bureaucrat gets
- 1:15:14to, they didn't say it this way that
- 1:15:15some asshole bureaucrat gets to interpret as they
- 1:15:17see fit.
- 1:15:18And the court is supposed to say, no,
- 1:15:19this is the court saying, nah, we're God,
- 1:15:21not you.
- 1:15:23We get to interpret.
- 1:15:25And so what they did is they said,
- 1:15:26now you Loper bright overturned the Chevron doctrine.
- 1:15:31Loper bright now says that courts cannot defer
- 1:15:35to an interpretation by an agency.
- 1:15:38Okay.
- 1:15:39So now what does that do?
- 1:15:41Loper bright is national and it applies to
- 1:15:44any federal agency.
- 1:15:45And you can't, you can't have an agency.
- 1:15:48And by the way, this is a presidential
- 1:15:50power that's been limited as well because he
- 1:15:52can't say to the head of ICE say,
- 1:15:57can't, can't say that.
- 1:15:58Well, geez, you have to defer to ISIS
- 1:16:00interpretation of what it means to be an
- 1:16:03immigrant.
- 1:16:03Nope.
- 1:16:04The judiciary is doing that.
- 1:16:05And it has to have been in the
- 1:16:06enabling language given by the Senate, by, you
- 1:16:11know, by the legislative branch, right?
- 1:16:13It's the same thing nationally that they have
- 1:16:15done and that was done in the Loper
- 1:16:17bright decision, overturning the Chevron doctrine.
- 1:16:19Okay.
- 1:16:20And so what that has done in the
- 1:16:23United States has me, has meant that it
- 1:16:25trickles it down.
- 1:16:27It brings it down to the state level
- 1:16:30and the state of Missouri are a bunch
- 1:16:33of assholes.
- 1:16:33Here's what they did.
- 1:16:34And this is actually a gift that everybody
- 1:16:37should know about in, in Missouri.
- 1:16:40And we know about it and we're attacking
- 1:16:42the ATC on this case based on chapter
- 1:16:49536.140 RSMO revised statute state of Missouri.
- 1:16:53And let me pull it up so I
- 1:16:54can share it with you completely.
- 1:16:56R S M O five three six dot
- 1:17:02one four zero.
- 1:17:05Look that up, you know, friends and neighbors
- 1:17:07go to revised statutes of the state of
- 1:17:09Missouri chapter five 36 paragraph one four zero
- 1:17:14and especially sub part three, but I haven't
- 1:17:16opened it yet, but we're going to get
- 1:17:17to what Missouri has done.
- 1:17:19And this took effect August 28th.
- 1:17:22Okay.
- 1:17:23And this is important because bureaucrats have stolen
- 1:17:28power across the state of Missouri and we're
- 1:17:32going after them as civic outlaws.
- 1:17:34And if you want to be a civic
- 1:17:37warrior, that website is going to be up
- 1:17:39in here and there.
- 1:17:40We are going to have all kinds of
- 1:17:41snatch key, which are little things to pass
- 1:17:43out pins, bumper stickers, bullshit like that.
- 1:17:46You can buy t-shirts, mugs, that kind
- 1:17:48of thing.
- 1:17:48We're going to have a merge page and
- 1:17:50all of that because what we're doing is
- 1:17:52we're attacking government and we're doing it everywhere
- 1:17:54by the way.
- 1:17:56And we have several that we're going to
- 1:17:57do.
- 1:17:57We're going to attack flock cameras.
- 1:17:59Number one, we followed very closely that case
- 1:18:01in Richmond, Virginia, and we're keeping track of
- 1:18:04that.
- 1:18:04We think there should be a companion when
- 1:18:06here, the people should be attacking the same
- 1:18:08bullshit here that I got screwed.
- 1:18:10Heck, I'd like to go after the people
- 1:18:12that attacked Ike, even though I know her
- 1:18:14personally.
- 1:18:15I, and I always liked her, but that,
- 1:18:18that needs to, we have a disagreement.
- 1:18:21That don't mean I hate you.
- 1:18:22That means I disagree with you.
- 1:18:24And so what, you know, it doesn't mean,
- 1:18:26you know, we shouldn't share a drink together
- 1:18:27sometime and you know, or whatever.
- 1:18:30I don't drink that much anymore, but Oh,
- 1:18:32I'm running out of time though.
- 1:18:33So we got to share with you a
- 1:18:35five 30, five 36 dot one four zero.
- 1:18:38Okay.
- 1:18:39This talks about administrative review of by the
- 1:18:44judiciary's review of administrative decision.
- 1:18:46Okay.
- 1:18:47And basically it says when there's a dispute,
- 1:18:50the court shall hear the case without a
- 1:18:52jury means the judge is in charge.
- 1:18:54You don't get a claim.
- 1:18:55You don't get to have a jury on
- 1:18:57this, except as otherwise provide in subsection four,
- 1:19:00which we'll get to it.
- 1:19:01And we probably won't, we'll probably just get
- 1:19:02to three.
- 1:19:03And I'll ramble more about this tomorrow.
- 1:19:04They shall hear it upon the petition and
- 1:19:06the record filed as stated.
- 1:19:08This inquiry may extend to a determination of
- 1:19:11whether the action of the agency, here's the
- 1:19:14violations that they had, that the court has
- 1:19:17to address when attacking an agency for violation
- 1:19:20of, you know, from outside of its authority
- 1:19:23that was granted to it in the enabling
- 1:19:25statute or enabling language of their power structure.
- 1:19:28And you're, so the inquiry is into whether
- 1:19:30the violation whether what they've done in the
- 1:19:34agency is a violation of constitutional provisions.
- 1:19:37One is an excess of statutory authority.
- 1:19:41That's the enabling language of the statute.
- 1:19:43And this is when they mostly take power
- 1:19:45that doesn't belong to them.
- 1:19:46That is an excess of statutory authority or
- 1:19:49the jurisdiction of the agency.
- 1:19:50Three is unsupported by competent and substantial evidence
- 1:19:54like the action they've taken.
- 1:19:55There's no evidence of it.
- 1:19:57One is, is it constitutional?
- 1:19:58Two is it, do you have the authority
- 1:20:00and jurisdiction granted to you in the statute?
- 1:20:03Three is this lay evidence that you're giving
- 1:20:06against whoever's violate, you're claiming the violation if
- 1:20:09it says substantial evidence.
- 1:20:10And is it for any other reason unauthorized
- 1:20:13by law?
- 1:20:14Maybe there's another statute says you can't do
- 1:20:16it is made up of an unlawful procedure
- 1:20:18or without a fair trial, meaning that you
- 1:20:20you've attacked somebody as an agency and you
- 1:20:22haven't given them a chance to defend yourself
- 1:20:24is arbitrary, capricious or unreasonable.
- 1:20:26That's number six or involves an abuse of
- 1:20:28discretion, meaning you're taking action just because you
- 1:20:31don't like somebody.
- 1:20:32That's an abuse of district discretion.
- 1:20:34Sam Phillips, who's the OCDC guy.
- 1:20:37So in the scope of judicial review in
- 1:20:39all contested cases, this is what our legislature
- 1:20:42passed here in Missouri.
- 1:20:43Okay.
- 1:20:44And the scope of judicial review in any
- 1:20:46contested can taste wet case, whether or not
- 1:20:48subject to judicial review.
- 1:20:50And in all cases in which judicial review
- 1:20:53of decisions of administrative officers or bodies, whether
- 1:20:56state or local is now or may here.
- 1:20:59And after be provided by law shall in
- 1:21:02all cases be at least as broad as
- 1:21:04the scope of judicial review provided for in
- 1:21:06this subsection, blah, blah, blah, provided that nothing
- 1:21:10shall in any way change their corrective provisions
- 1:21:12otherwise granted.
- 1:21:13Right.
- 1:21:14And.
- 1:21:15That is what that is.
- 1:21:17The, the basis of what the judiciary, the
- 1:21:20judiciary is basically said in that, in that,
- 1:21:23well, the legislature is basically said in that
- 1:21:25section, that judiciary gets to make these decisions.
- 1:21:28This isn't an agency thing.
- 1:21:30Okay.
- 1:21:30And the governor, you don't get interpret.
- 1:21:32If you do, it's going to be reviewed.
- 1:21:34And since Chevron is overturned, you, you don't
- 1:21:37get to do it.
- 1:21:37And in Missouri, Missouri is codifying, making code,
- 1:21:41what making statute, what this Chevron doctrine said,
- 1:21:45right?
- 1:21:45The Chevron doctrine says on a national level
- 1:21:47that, you know, what courts control the interpretation,
- 1:21:52the interpretation, the statute is written by the
- 1:21:54legislature, gives you the power, the governor and
- 1:21:57annex that power through the person doing this
- 1:22:00is, you know, civics 10th grade and the
- 1:22:03judiciary interprets.
- 1:22:05The interpretation isn't going to be given to
- 1:22:08the agency to interpret because they're professional bureaucrats.
- 1:22:11No, the interpretation will be interpreted by the
- 1:22:14courts.
- 1:22:15So there is oversight of a bureaucrat extending
- 1:22:19their authority beyond what they're granted.
- 1:22:22That's what's been done when you turn over
- 1:22:24Chevron in the state and the state of
- 1:22:26Missouri, this is a good, this is a
- 1:22:27good deal.
- 1:22:28I'm for this is a, and especially sub
- 1:22:31chapter three or I'm sorry, sub paragraph three,
- 1:22:35whenever the agency being reviewed does not involve
- 1:22:40the exercise by the agency of administrative discretion
- 1:22:43in light of the facts, but involves only
- 1:22:45the application of the agency of the law
- 1:22:46to the facts, the court may upon application
- 1:22:50of any party, conduct a DeNovo review, right?
- 1:22:56This is a, what it, what it was
- 1:23:00saying before now.
- 1:23:02Okay.
- 1:23:02That the biggest change in this now comes
- 1:23:05to this, right?
- 1:23:06Then the sub paragraph now says an interpreting
- 1:23:09the statute rule regulation or other sub regulatory
- 1:23:13document, a court or an officer hearing an
- 1:23:16administration shall not defer to a state agency's
- 1:23:23interpretation of the statute rule regulation or other
- 1:23:26document.
- 1:23:27This is powerful change that just came about.
- 1:23:31This enables the court to determine the, in
- 1:23:37fact, it instructs the court to determine an
- 1:23:39agency, whether the agency was acting in it.
- 1:23:44It's no longer a deferral to the professional
- 1:23:47bureaucrat.
- 1:23:48This is strong.
- 1:23:50Okay.
- 1:23:51And it says that any agency interpretation of
- 1:23:54any statute rule regulation or other document and
- 1:23:59shall the court shall interpret the meaning and
- 1:24:04effect and effect and whatever resulted from it.
- 1:24:09In other words, DeNovo and the DeNovo basically
- 1:24:12that's Latin for as new as, as it
- 1:24:16was, as if it was never heard before,
- 1:24:18as if it was a new issue, meaning
- 1:24:20the statute must be interpreted by the court,
- 1:24:24right?
- 1:24:25So in actions brought by or against a
- 1:24:27state agency, after applying all customary tools of
- 1:24:30interpretation, the court or hearing officer key word
- 1:24:34shall decide any remaining doubt in favor of
- 1:24:38a reasonable interpretation.
- 1:24:39And this is extremely powerful.
- 1:24:41This is even more powerful in Missouri than
- 1:24:43the Chevron doctrine being overturned nationally because it
- 1:24:46says shall favor a reasonable interpretation that limits
- 1:24:52agency power and maximizes individual Liberty period.
- 1:25:01That is powerful.
- 1:25:04No longer do we bend over and kiss
- 1:25:06the ass of the bureaucrat that doesn't happen.
- 1:25:10No longer is the court going to defer
- 1:25:12to decisions made by bureaucrats.
- 1:25:15They must do it.
- 1:25:18DeNovo.
- 1:25:19They must start as new in interpretation.
- 1:25:23Now today I have weaved a tale and
- 1:25:27gone through all of this stuff.
- 1:25:28I hope you've enjoyed it.
- 1:25:30I've enjoyed saying it and coming out of
- 1:25:32it in my somewhat disjointed, partially disorganized, but
- 1:25:36this needs to come out.
- 1:25:38People need to understand people need to focus
- 1:25:42our movement and our movement is to control
- 1:25:46limit government overreach.
- 1:25:49That is my mission in life.
- 1:25:52And, uh, you know, I enjoy it.
- 1:25:54Obviously I do because I can ramble about
- 1:25:57it for an hour and a half with
- 1:25:59no script idea where I suppose I went.
- 1:26:03I did weave tales of woe all the
- 1:26:05way through it all.
- 1:26:06I apologize for that, but this is talk
- 1:26:08radio.
- 1:26:09Um, and if you enjoy it, come back,
- 1:26:11listen, again, I put all of my shows
- 1:26:13to save them out on international flavor.com.
- 1:26:16You want an idea of who I am
- 1:26:18and what I stand for.
- 1:26:20Tell you what, I'm an open book.
- 1:26:22Go back and listen to me in my
- 1:26:24own words.
- 1:26:25Talk about stuff.
- 1:26:26You disagree with them.
- 1:26:27Fine.
- 1:26:28You want to target me because of them.
- 1:26:29Great.
- 1:26:30Bring it on.
- 1:26:31You want to, uh, uh, listen and learn.
- 1:26:34I would appreciate that.
- 1:26:35You want to correct me.
- 1:26:37Correct.
- 1:26:37I didn't say that right.
- 1:26:38You want to correct me.
- 1:26:39Fine.
- 1:26:40I will listen.
- 1:26:41I, I, I can listen.
- 1:26:43I can be convinced.
- 1:26:44I cannot be dictated to.
- 1:26:46And trust me, that's America.
- 1:26:48That's Russia.
- 1:26:50That is everything that a normal person believes
- 1:26:54in.
- 1:26:54And in the new year, I truly hope
- 1:26:56that we all go that route.
- 1:26:58I hope that we honor the opinions of
- 1:27:02other people.
- 1:27:03I hope that we try to learn from
- 1:27:06the opinions of other people.
- 1:27:08I don't have any celebrations planned for the
- 1:27:11last five years.
- 1:27:11I've gone to other countries.
- 1:27:13Um, and I, I am not going to
- 1:27:15be able to pull that off this year.
- 1:27:16Um, I'm, I'm not sure what I'm going
- 1:27:19to do.
- 1:27:19I might, I might, um, go watch the
- 1:27:22ball drop on TV somewhere.
- 1:27:24I don't know.
- 1:27:25But I don't drink much anymore.
- 1:27:26You know, it, uh, doesn't appeal to me
- 1:27:29to go out to a club and, uh,
- 1:27:30shake my little booty, um, you know, or
- 1:27:32anything like that.
- 1:27:33It's not little anymore either.
- 1:27:35But, uh, uh, that's beyond the point.
- 1:27:37But I hope you enjoyed the show.
- 1:27:39Um, I would encourage you to go out
- 1:27:41to internationalflavor.com and listen to, uh, my
- 1:27:45rants on various topics, which are, uh, well
- 1:27:49-documented.
- 1:27:50And, uh, I intend to read letters.
- 1:27:54I intend to show some ridiculous a-hole
- 1:27:57moves by the alcohol-tobacco-control people.
- 1:28:01I am going to share that in its
- 1:28:04entirety and, and as a, as one of
- 1:28:06the latest attacks and one of the first,
- 1:28:09in fact, the first attack against government overreach
- 1:28:13by civic outlaws.
- 1:28:14If you can want to support, which I
- 1:28:16hope you do, my movements, the movement, uh,
- 1:28:20civicoutlaws.com, we'll accept cash, we'll accept donations,
- 1:28:25we'll accept anything because it is expensive to
- 1:28:28get 3,600 pages of, of, uh, Sunshine
- 1:28:31Law requests.
- 1:28:32We have spent 6,000-some-odd dollars
- 1:28:35to get that information to destroy these people
- 1:28:40and their overreach.
- 1:28:42But it's a huge tool that needs to
- 1:28:45be taken, and, uh, Civic Outlaws is taking
- 1:28:48it.
- 1:28:48Our work is expensive, our time is valuable.
- 1:28:52Uh, hope that you support us and bring
- 1:28:54it out.
- 1:28:55And, uh, I'm gonna use this show in
- 1:28:57part as a platform for that, but we
- 1:29:00won't forget my international focus because I love
- 1:29:03talking about those things, I love travel.
