I-8 Closure, Convoy Parking Changes, Tijuana River Sewage Crisis
A large portion of Interstate 8 in the East County is closed this weekend for construction. Changes are in the work for parking in the Convoy District. Mexican leaders have turned on another pump to keep sewage from flowing into the U.S., but South Bay residents say more still needs to be done.
