- 0:33Speaker 2: Hey, good afternoon, and welcome to Welness Uncensored. My name
- 0:38Speaker 2: is Patty G. I'm your host here today to welcome

- 0:44Speaker 2: and Spirit. We tend to focus more on mental health issues,
- 0:47Speaker 2: but you can't have mental health issues oftentimes without physical issues.
- 0:52Speaker 2: And just to give all of our listeners a chance
- 0:55Speaker 2: to kind of tune in and get with us on
- 0:57Speaker 2: the program today. If you ever want to tune into
- 1:00Speaker 2: some of our prior podcasts, you can always tune into
- 1:03Speaker 2: iHeartRadio and pull up Wellness Uncensored with Patty G. So
- 1:07Speaker 2: I'm excited to tell you all today that I've officially
- 1:11Speaker 2: completed my doctoral program and so now I may change
- 1:15Speaker 2: my name to doctor Patty. We will see, but either way,
- 1:19Speaker 2: it's still great to be here and share all kinds
- 1:21Speaker 2: of tips and tidbits and wonderful things to help you
- 1:26Speaker 2: feel and be your best self as we go into
- 1:29Speaker 2: the holidays. You know, last week we talked a little
- 1:31Speaker 2: bit about people that might not necessarily be happy or
- 1:35Speaker 2: welcoming or celebrating the holidays, and so with that in mind,
- 1:38Speaker 2: we wanted to give you different ways to be able
- 1:41Speaker 2: to roll into the end of the holidays season and
- 1:44Speaker 2: kick off the new year, perhaps with some ways to
- 1:47Speaker 2: really help yourself heal your best self, be your best self,
- 1:52Speaker 2: and help you to heal your body in ways that
- 1:54Speaker 2: maybe you never thought were possible by different types of
- 1:57Speaker 2: technology and treatment and things that We've used in a
- 2:01Speaker 2: variety of different settings that I've worked in, and oftentimes
- 2:05Speaker 2: I do talk a lot about nutrition, physical wellness, healing
- 2:09Speaker 2: your body through nutrition and supplements. Today, I'm going to
- 2:13Speaker 2: talk a little bit more again about some of the
- 2:16Speaker 2: patches that I often will share with you guys when
- 2:18Speaker 2: we look at the Magnoliasell patch dot Com website, and
- 2:22Speaker 2: you can see them at the bottom of your screen now,
- 2:25Speaker 2: but the patches that we use, they can also look
- 2:28Speaker 2: at that. There we go, we're out of the sunlight today.
- 2:31Speaker 2: These patches have a variety of ways to help heal
- 2:35Speaker 2: the body, and if you were to take a look
- 2:38Speaker 2: Leucothion is something that your body naturally makes, and we
- 2:41Speaker 2: talk about it a lot because it's your body's main
- 2:45Speaker 2: master detoxifier and without the ability to detoxify your body,
- 2:50Speaker 2: your body would become very toxic. This is another great
- 2:53Speaker 2: one energy enhancement. And when we had the controversy about
- 2:57Speaker 2: thaile and all and pregnant women, I was actually excited
- 3:00Speaker 2: because it's not just thileinol for women. Every time you
- 3:04Speaker 2: use thileinol, you are turning off your body's main master detoxifier, lucothion,
- 3:10Speaker 2: and glucothion is produced using what we call nictyl cysteine.
- 3:17Speaker 2: Ncetyl cysteine is a precursor in your body naturally makes it,
- 3:20Speaker 2: but we can supplement the body using ncetyl cysteine to
- 3:24Speaker 2: help your body break down and reduce and eliminate different
- 3:28Speaker 2: toxins and thus also be more effective with the leucothione.
- 3:33Speaker 2: And so we actually have patches that can help you
- 3:35Speaker 2: with the production of that. So just a lot of
- 3:38Speaker 2: stuff to talk about today. I had had one of
- 3:42Speaker 2: our fabulous associates on Kathy, who's just an expert in
- 3:46Speaker 2: helping my patients get better with using the stem cell patches.
- 3:51Speaker 2: This one ice wave is phenomenal for pain, and I'll
- 3:54Speaker 2: tell you a little bit more about it, because while
- 3:56Speaker 2: it doesn't stop the pain and fix the problem, it
- 4:00Speaker 2: does give you relief, and in that way, it does
- 4:03Speaker 2: stop the pain for a period of time and gives
- 4:05Speaker 2: the body rest. And the body that needs rest is
- 4:08Speaker 2: also sometimes when you have pain, the inability to sleep.
- 4:13Speaker 2: So the patches that we use for sleep and the
- 4:15Speaker 2: patches that we use for pain sometimes can be very
- 4:18Speaker 2: helpful to give you that good night's rest that you've
- 4:22Speaker 2: not been able to get because you've been suffering with
- 4:25Speaker 2: different pain or different physical issues. The other types of
- 4:29Speaker 2: patches that we use, in fact, I've got them on myself.
- 4:32Speaker 2: I'm always using a patch or two or three. But
- 4:36Speaker 2: they provide a tremendous amount of energy. And I'll tell
- 4:39Speaker 2: you all about how it works in just a couple
- 4:41Speaker 2: of minutes. But a couple of things for housekeeping. Next week,
- 4:44Speaker 2: we are going to be kicking off a show just
- 4:46Speaker 2: to talk about gratefulness. Why we're so grateful for the
- 4:50Speaker 2: ability to be able to share talk, share great examples
- 4:53Speaker 2: of things that we have here on our podcast for
- 4:57Speaker 2: all of you. Why we're so happy to celebrate with
- 5:00Speaker 2: all of you the holidays season, because it is a
- 5:03Speaker 2: wonderful time to celebrate friendships and family and all those
- 5:07Speaker 2: things that do give us a great reason to come
- 5:10Speaker 2: together and just offer something of yourself, of your time,
- 5:14Speaker 2: sort of a give back. So we'll be doing that
- 5:16Speaker 2: next week. And I'm going to have one of my
- 5:18Speaker 2: guests on Matt who is an ex podcaster and on X.
- 5:22Speaker 2: He has brought up some wonderful different topics to talk
- 5:27Speaker 2: about live on X and we'll talk a little bit
- 5:29Speaker 2: with him next week and how you guys can tune
- 5:31Speaker 2: in why so you can have yet another way to
- 5:35Speaker 2: learn about what's going on besides what they tell you
- 5:38Speaker 2: to do on the mainstream media. But for today, you
- 5:41Speaker 2: know a little bit about the history of why we
- 5:43Speaker 2: do what we do. You know, mental health is something
- 5:47Speaker 2: I just heard on Fox News today actually as I
- 5:50Speaker 2: was driving back to take talk to some patients. And
- 5:53Speaker 2: more now than ever, people don't seem to be able
- 5:56Speaker 2: to find ways to get help and healing. And yet
- 5:58Speaker 2: for some of us, we think that it's right at
- 6:00Speaker 2: our fingertips to be able to help all of you.
- 6:03Speaker 2: You know, I see patients roughly seven days a week.
- 6:06Speaker 2: We've got the podcast, I've got a couple of books
- 6:08Speaker 2: out There's ways that you can connect online and we
- 6:11Speaker 2: can help you with different types of treatments, supplements, you
- 6:14Speaker 2: name it, we've got it for you. But yeah, there's
- 6:16Speaker 2: people out there that still just don't know how to
- 6:18Speaker 2: reach out and find ways to heal. One of the
- 6:22Speaker 2: big things that I think is so important. You can
- 6:25Speaker 2: have someone walk through the doors, but if they're not
- 6:28Speaker 2: ready and they don't want to partner with you, you
- 6:30Speaker 2: really have to be ready to take that first step.
- 6:32Speaker 2: So I encourage all of you to really do a
- 6:35Speaker 2: checklist as you go through the next coming days. Did
- 6:38Speaker 2: anybody think today is two weeks till Christmas? Two weeks today?
- 6:44Speaker 2: So I don't know if you've got your shopping doune
- 6:46Speaker 2: or not, but you better get ready because two weeks
- 6:48Speaker 2: from today we are going to be celebrating the Christmas
- 6:51Speaker 2: holiday with friends, family and all of those and we
- 6:55Speaker 2: most of us won't be at work. I know we'll
- 6:57Speaker 2: have a show on that day and it'll probably be
- 7:00Speaker 2: one of my prior shows. So we'll pick something good
- 7:03Speaker 2: for you for the Christmas Day. If you happen to
- 7:05Speaker 2: be tuning in. But mental health is something that you
- 7:08Speaker 2: really have to find yourself in the right mind space,
- 7:11Speaker 2: meaning are you really ready to do the work? Are
- 7:15Speaker 2: you really ready to make the change? You know? No
- 7:17Speaker 2: matter what it is. I can give you all of
- 7:19Speaker 2: the great tools and the tidbits of things. I can
- 7:23Speaker 2: give you patches, I can give you supplements, I can
- 7:25Speaker 2: give you medication. I can tell you all the things
- 7:27Speaker 2: you should do. I should even tell you all the
- 7:29Speaker 2: right foods to eat. But if you're not willing to
- 7:31Speaker 2: make a conscious decision to change, then really you just
- 7:35Speaker 2: have to decide am I ready? And there may be
- 7:38Speaker 2: things going on in your life that you cannot start today,
- 7:41Speaker 2: you can't start next week. So let's all just set
- 7:44Speaker 2: a goal that if we were to make something happen today,
- 7:48Speaker 2: our plan is to get it hardwired by the first
- 7:51Speaker 2: of twenty twenty six. And in twenty twenty six, planning, ordering,
- 7:57Speaker 2: calling with questions, or even getting set up with the
- 8:00Speaker 2: follow up appointment. These are all things you can do
- 8:02Speaker 2: in preparation, and in the first coming days and weeks
- 8:05Speaker 2: of January is certainly a good time to get started.
- 8:08Speaker 2: But let's just talk a little bit about things that
- 8:10Speaker 2: will help you know we often will talk about things
- 8:13Speaker 2: about nutrition and sleep and activity, and I can promise
- 8:18Speaker 2: you as much as I sit in front of you today,
- 8:21Speaker 2: I have people twenty thirty years younger than me, and
- 8:25Speaker 2: they are tired, fatigued, sad, low mood, super anxious, stress
- 8:32Speaker 2: and things going on in their life. And while I'm
- 8:35Speaker 2: in a different place today, it was with work, a
- 8:38Speaker 2: lot of work. It doesn't show necessarily in when I
- 8:42Speaker 2: talk and when I share things because I try to
- 8:44Speaker 2: be super positive. But it is a conscious choice. That's
- 8:49Speaker 2: the part about really making a change in your life
- 8:52Speaker 2: that I want you all to kind of understand and
- 8:55Speaker 2: be ready to make that change. Change doesn't come overnight,
- 8:59Speaker 2: it doesn't come easily, and you have to go about
- 9:01Speaker 2: it using several different modalities, so you have to be
- 9:05Speaker 2: all in and if you're looking to make change, while
- 9:08Speaker 2: you can't change everything overnight, you do have to take steps.
- 9:13Speaker 2: First off, start start with writing it down. Get yourself
- 9:16Speaker 2: a notepad or a journal and write down the top
- 9:19Speaker 2: five things that you think are really going to help you.
- 9:21Speaker 2: And these are all things that we have kind of
- 9:23Speaker 2: cultivated over the past year and different segments that I've had.
- 9:28Speaker 2: It starts with your nutrition. It starts with your sleep,
- 9:30Speaker 2: it starts with your supplements. Things like these patches, you know,
- 9:34Speaker 2: the patches that I use. These X forty nine and
- 9:37Speaker 2: X thirty nine patches are great ways to kind of
- 9:40Speaker 2: tap it and go. If you will try them out
- 9:43Speaker 2: for two or three weeks, put them on every day
- 9:45Speaker 2: when you wake up, they stay on your body twelve hours.
- 9:48Speaker 2: And what the patches will do are ways to actually
- 9:52Speaker 2: fuel in light waves into your bloodstream and helps to
- 9:57Speaker 2: create an energized environment using the act stem cells that
- 10:01Speaker 2: your body makes, and in that production of stem cells
- 10:05Speaker 2: will produce sort of a molecular improvement of how your
- 10:10Speaker 2: body cycles through if you go back to science, the
- 10:13Speaker 2: creb cycle an ATP and energy and the way your
- 10:17Speaker 2: body is energized. It also will help to release different
- 10:21Speaker 2: peptides in your body. So depending on which patch you
- 10:25Speaker 2: might want to start with, I always recommend the X
- 10:28Speaker 2: thirty nine and X forty nine because they're basically healing
- 10:31Speaker 2: patches that provide energy and really get your body stimulated
- 10:35Speaker 2: with stem cell production. We all make stem cells, but
- 10:38Speaker 2: about after the age twenty one to twenty five, we
- 10:41Speaker 2: don't make them as often as we used to so
- 10:43Speaker 2: in order to really produce more, you need a vehicle
- 10:46Speaker 2: to help you do that. Now you can get infusions.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Infusions of your own body stems can help you to
- 10:52Speaker 2: be healthier and be more energized, but those typically cost
- 10:56Speaker 2: thousands of dollars and you have to keep doing it
- 10:59Speaker 2: every every couple of months. These patches are roughly between
- 11:03Speaker 2: sixty to one hundred dollars a month, and sometimes you
- 11:05Speaker 2: can get a combo packet of them. We also offer
- 11:09Speaker 2: specials and you just put the patch on and you
- 11:11Speaker 2: let it get to work for you. In addition to that,
- 11:14Speaker 2: you know we talk about supplementation and good nutrition. These
- 11:17Speaker 2: are all things to help you change and to have
- 11:20Speaker 2: a good quality of daily living. You know, nothing comes easily,
- 11:24Speaker 2: but you have to fuel your body. And if you're
- 11:27Speaker 2: not willing to make those changes, you're not going to
- 11:29Speaker 2: get the results that you want. So where do I begin?
- 11:32Speaker 2: Everybody wants to know, Well, how do I get started?
- 11:35Speaker 2: What is that I have to do? First? That's why
- 11:37Speaker 2: I suggest start with writing it down. Developing habits is
- 11:42Speaker 2: an ongoing thing. You've probably heard twenty one days to
- 11:45Speaker 2: create a habit. It's very true. You can't do something
- 11:48Speaker 2: for three days or two days or even a week,
- 11:51Speaker 2: you've really got to show sustainability. So I would say
- 11:53Speaker 2: try to do it at the same time every day
- 11:56Speaker 2: when you write things down. It's always a good idea
- 11:59Speaker 2: to start a note pad or a journal. Where's a
- 12:01Speaker 2: good spot in your house or in whatever you do
- 12:04Speaker 2: throughout your day that you can be consistent. Well, let's
- 12:08Speaker 2: think about this. Everyone needs to normally go to the bathroom,
- 12:11Speaker 2: and everyone should try to get to sleep at a
- 12:13Speaker 2: reasonable hour, whether you work day shift or night shift.
- 12:16Speaker 2: If you put a notepad or a journal by your
- 12:19Speaker 2: bedside or in the bathroom, chances are with a pen
- 12:23Speaker 2: you'll have a moment or two to just make some
- 12:25Speaker 2: quick notes. This does not have to be a hard
- 12:29Speaker 2: study course. This does not have to be something where
- 12:31Speaker 2: you have to write a book or a paragraph. Just
- 12:35Speaker 2: want you to write down one, two, three, up to
- 12:37Speaker 2: five things what's your goal, and then tomorrow look at
- 12:41Speaker 2: it and say, I've done X, Y and Z, I
- 12:45Speaker 2: haven't done anything. This is what I'm going to do today,
- 12:48Speaker 2: and keep it simple. For those of you that really
- 12:51Speaker 2: get into the journaling, you can go on Amazon, you
- 12:54Speaker 2: can go on to different novelty stores and you can
- 12:57Speaker 2: get journals that actually have different words or different questions
- 13:02Speaker 2: to help prompt you. But find something to write down,
- 13:04Speaker 2: and let's start making this journey together, because we've only
- 13:07Speaker 2: got three weeks till the beginning of twenty twenty six,
- 13:11Speaker 2: and you may as well start now so that when
- 13:12Speaker 2: we start in twenty twenty six, it's going to be
- 13:15Speaker 2: the year of gratitude, the year of change. And these
- 13:18Speaker 2: are things that I want to help you to go
- 13:20Speaker 2: forward with. We're going to have some great guests on
- 13:22Speaker 2: coming January twenty twenty six, a lot of self care,
- 13:25Speaker 2: a lot of mindfulness, a lot of ways to really
- 13:27Speaker 2: help get your mindset in the right place. So these
- 13:30Speaker 2: next two to three weeks are going to be really important.
- 13:33Speaker 2: So if you haven't already grabbed a notepad, get one,
- 13:36Speaker 2: jot these things down, start making a list of things
- 13:39Speaker 2: beginning today. Put it by your bedside. We're in the bathroom.
- 13:42Speaker 2: Why do I talk about the patches because people often
- 13:45Speaker 2: ask me what is it that you do in your
- 13:47Speaker 2: routine that always gives you so much energy on a
- 13:50Speaker 2: regular basis, And it is not just one thing. It
- 13:54Speaker 2: is a lifestyle. But in order to create a lifestyle,
- 13:57Speaker 2: we have to get ways for you all to feel better.
- 14:01Speaker 2: And one of the things that I did back when
- 14:03Speaker 2: I was so debilitated with COVID, and it's in my book,
- 14:08Speaker 2: they call me Harriet. I've got that up there for
- 14:10Speaker 2: you guys too. You can hit the QRS code if
- 14:12Speaker 2: you want to really hear a story of a lifetime challenge,
- 14:16Speaker 2: an event of really coming as close to death as
- 14:19Speaker 2: I think I ever want to come to until I'm ready,
- 14:22Speaker 2: or until the Good Lord says I'm ready. It was
- 14:25Speaker 2: a very untimely moment for me, and so being in
- 14:28Speaker 2: the ICU, I needed to get a plan that if
- 14:31Speaker 2: I did get well enough to get out of the hospital,
- 14:34Speaker 2: I wanted to be sure that I had a way
- 14:36Speaker 2: that I was going to be able to heal. And
- 14:38Speaker 2: at the time, I hadn't known about the life wave patches.
- 14:42Speaker 2: These patches kind of came to me through different people
- 14:44Speaker 2: that I was collecting as I got home from the hospital,
- 14:47Speaker 2: and I was trying to find ways of people that
- 14:49Speaker 2: had successfully started to heal their body, heal their lungs.
- 14:53Speaker 2: I was in really great shape. I was doing my supplements,
- 14:56Speaker 2: I was doing all the things prior. But when you
- 14:59Speaker 2: get to that point, or you're either coming home from
- 15:01Speaker 2: the hospital, you're debilitated, you've had a life event, and
- 15:04Speaker 2: you don't feel well. These patches were just the most
- 15:08Speaker 2: amazing thing. I started with the X thirty nine and
- 15:11Speaker 2: the way the patch works. I didn't even really know
- 15:13Speaker 2: exactly what to do with it. But the person that
- 15:15Speaker 2: I had spoken to said, look, you know, you've been
- 15:18Speaker 2: telling people about your story. I've been seeing you online
- 15:21Speaker 2: different things. He had just been started working with these
- 15:24Speaker 2: patches too, And it's funny we were both in the Boise,
- 15:27Speaker 2: Idaho area, and that's where these particular the foundation and
- 15:31Speaker 2: the company is in Boise, Idaho or Meridian. Anyway, I
- 15:35Speaker 2: started using the patches and I said, you know, I
- 15:38Speaker 2: don't know if they're working, but I am starting to
- 15:40Speaker 2: feel a little bit better. And each day I would
- 15:43Speaker 2: put the patch on, let it just stay on my
- 15:45Speaker 2: body for about twelve hours, and I would take it
- 15:48Speaker 2: off and I would put another patch on, and day
- 15:51Speaker 2: by day, little by little, I just started to feel
- 15:54Speaker 2: a little more energy, a little less fatigued. Now. I
- 15:57Speaker 2: did do a lot of other dramatic things to try
- 15:59Speaker 2: to help myself to heart. You know, I always talk
- 16:00Speaker 2: about the NADNAD is a lot more expensive than you know,
- 16:05Speaker 2: a dollar a day for a patch. It's really it's
- 16:09Speaker 2: quite an investment. And if you just want to start
- 16:12Speaker 2: off slowly and not go get involved in getting you know,
- 16:15Speaker 2: expensive ivs and other treatment things that aren't covered by insurance,
- 16:20Speaker 2: the patches are a great way to go because you
- 16:22Speaker 2: kind of set it and forget it. You put it on,
- 16:25Speaker 2: and how many of you are struggling, how many of
- 16:27Speaker 2: you are struggling with sleep? So maybe you start out
- 16:30Speaker 2: with getting the patch for energy and then we talk
- 16:33Speaker 2: a little bit more. The patch is used at night
- 16:36Speaker 2: actually help your body to turn on all the different peptides,
- 16:40Speaker 2: including those like melatonin gabba by releasing the right light
- 16:47Speaker 2: energy into your bloodstream and you can lower yourself off
- 16:52Speaker 2: to sleep. I was shocked and how well each one
- 16:56Speaker 2: of these different types of patches actually works. About a
- 16:59Speaker 2: year we had Kathy on, So if you want to
- 17:01Speaker 2: listen to a prior episode dial Back, I think it
- 17:04Speaker 2: was in September of twenty twenty four that we had Kathyon,
- 17:07Speaker 2: who actually works with me to share the patches with
- 17:11Speaker 2: other folks and get them started with some samples and
- 17:14Speaker 2: really try them. Out. But for each issue that you
- 17:17Speaker 2: might have, we've got you covered. What I found phenomenal,
- 17:21Speaker 2: And like I said, I'm big on healing with nutrients.
- 17:26Speaker 2: But if you're in chronic pain and you're not getting relieved,
- 17:29Speaker 2: how many of you have been on the struggle for
- 17:32Speaker 2: pain medication. How many have been on pain medication and
- 17:35Speaker 2: trying to get off You're struggling with the addictive effects
- 17:39Speaker 2: and the you know, the painful, uncomfortable withdrawal effects of
- 17:45Speaker 2: coming off of different medications. For a lot of types
- 17:49Speaker 2: of different withdrawal symptoms, these pain patches can actually be
- 17:53Speaker 2: of tremendous help. You just take the patch and you
- 17:58Speaker 2: put it in the area where you're having the discomfort.
- 18:01Speaker 2: If it's all over your body, I usually recommend starting
- 18:03Speaker 2: on the abdomen, or the upper chest or the upper back,
- 18:07Speaker 2: and it can be very helpful to give you relief
- 18:10Speaker 2: of all those nerve endings that are creating and causing
- 18:14Speaker 2: that neuro pain event. When you put it together with
- 18:19Speaker 2: one or two of our other patches, it can last
- 18:22Speaker 2: up to twelve hours and then you can dig deeper
- 18:25Speaker 2: to figure out know how to heal some of those
- 18:28Speaker 2: pain issues. A lot of people experience pain relief and
- 18:31Speaker 2: the pain resolves. But if you've got something where it's
- 18:33Speaker 2: a chronic pain, it could be from an injury, or
- 18:36Speaker 2: from a back surgery, or from a back injury, a
- 18:39Speaker 2: lot of times further treatment and further evaluation is required.
- 18:43Speaker 2: But what happens when any of us have pain, It
- 18:46Speaker 2: affects our sleep. And if you have pain and you're
- 18:49Speaker 2: not sleeping, what more nerve racking than to have to
- 18:53Speaker 2: go hours and days without any kind of consistent sleep.
- 18:57Speaker 2: So using the pain patch and using the silent nights
- 19:02Speaker 2: to get you a better production of melotone and releasing
- 19:05Speaker 2: the neurotransmitter hormones to help you get that relief is
- 19:10Speaker 2: just incredible. So I encourage you guys to look us
- 19:13Speaker 2: up on magnoiasell patch dot com. You can type in
- 19:17Speaker 2: your information and we can reach back out to you.
- 19:20Speaker 2: You can get a starter packet all the pricing informations
- 19:24Speaker 2: in there, and then you can follow up and call
- 19:26Speaker 2: us and we can give you information. You can talk
- 19:28Speaker 2: to myself for Kathy, and we can help you with
- 19:31Speaker 2: whatever it is, whether it's pain, energy, focus, all those
- 19:36Speaker 2: types of things. And if you really want to jump
- 19:38Speaker 2: start and find a way to get more energy, especially
- 19:41Speaker 2: at this time of the holiday season. The energy enhancers
- 19:44Speaker 2: are fabulous. You just pop these two on. You put
- 19:49Speaker 2: one at either end of your body, usually in the
- 19:52Speaker 2: upper area of the chest and lower down towards the groin,
- 19:55Speaker 2: and they create this energy wave that goes through again
- 19:59Speaker 2: utilizing the light wave in there to help stimulate the
- 20:02Speaker 2: production in your bloodstream. They're all extremely safe. There's really
- 20:07Speaker 2: no side effects to them because there's there's no medication
- 20:09Speaker 2: in them. They're just creating a stimulation of energy through
- 20:14Speaker 2: your body. A lot of times people often will ask, well,
- 20:18Speaker 2: you know, what exactly is it that how do these
- 20:20Speaker 2: patches work? And ident Ideally, the best way to describe
- 20:25Speaker 2: it is to think of a light that passes through
- 20:30Speaker 2: your body and it creates energy and heat, and when
- 20:34Speaker 2: that happens, it creates stimulation, and that stimulation is what
- 20:37Speaker 2: creates the production of those types of peptides that can
- 20:42Speaker 2: be useful in helping you to feel more energized or
- 20:47Speaker 2: more relaxed, more focused, or distractable from your from your
- 20:52Speaker 2: nerve endings to decrease pain. So I love them. I've got,
- 20:56Speaker 2: you know, my own little repertoire of pain and energy
- 21:00Speaker 2: patches that I use. The other thing in addition to that,
- 21:04Speaker 2: I want to make sure you all know the importance
- 21:06Speaker 2: of hydrating. Hydration is something that I think we all
- 21:10Speaker 2: say we do, but do we really do it enough.
- 21:13Speaker 2: And in terms of hydration, you need half your body
- 21:16Speaker 2: weight in ounces every day, So do the math. If
- 21:21Speaker 2: you're one hundred and forty pounds, ideally you need about
- 21:24Speaker 2: seventy ounces of water day. Now that's a lot of fluid.
- 21:28Speaker 2: So if you're drinking a protein drink, if you're having
- 21:31Speaker 2: other other drinks you know, like coffee and tea, unfortunately
- 21:35Speaker 2: the hydration counts. But just know that if you are
- 21:38Speaker 2: not hydrating enough and you're drinking coffee or typically a
- 21:43Speaker 2: caffeinated tea. There are some decafs out there, but the
- 21:46Speaker 2: coffee and the teas, they are dehydrating. And if you're dehydrated,
- 21:51Speaker 2: you're further going to deplete the cells from their ability
- 21:54Speaker 2: to produce and create what you need in terms of metabolism, energy, calming,
- 22:03Speaker 2: your nerves, calming that anxiety. When you're dehydrated, you can
- 22:06Speaker 2: actually have anxious or symptoms of being anxious, and symptoms
- 22:10Speaker 2: of being sad or depressed, and that goes hand in
- 22:13Speaker 2: hand with nutrition, So keep in mind when you are hydrating,
- 22:17Speaker 2: you also need to be fueling your body. And these
- 22:20Speaker 2: are questions that come up so often with people just
- 22:22Speaker 2: about every day. I almost feel like I have to
- 22:25Speaker 2: remind you all on a regular basis, because are you
- 22:28Speaker 2: really hydrating and are you really getting the nutrients that
- 22:30Speaker 2: you need? Think about what did you have this morning
- 22:33Speaker 2: to eat or drink? And a lot of times folks
- 22:35Speaker 2: will say, well, today I was rushed and I didn't
- 22:38Speaker 2: really have anything to eat, and I wasn't really hungry. Okay,
- 22:41Speaker 2: well let's just go back a little bit further. What
- 22:43Speaker 2: did you have to eat last night? Do you even remember?
- 22:47Speaker 2: And so when I'm with a patient and they say, well,
- 22:49Speaker 2: you know, last night, I was kind of rushed and
- 22:51Speaker 2: I had you know, I had tacos. Okay, well, tacos
- 22:55Speaker 2: aren't bad, But think about what you've had over the
- 22:58Speaker 2: past five to seven days. Have you really been fueling
- 23:01Speaker 2: your body? And that's the part that people don't realize.
- 23:04Speaker 2: I'm not big on saying you need food, but what's
- 23:08Speaker 2: the difference between food and fuel? And fuel is what
- 23:12Speaker 2: we need to really optimize and energize the brain to function,
- 23:18Speaker 2: and a lot of times folks will often ask, well,
- 23:21Speaker 2: you know, how do I know if I'm optimizing my brain. Well,
- 23:25Speaker 2: if you're feeling anxious, if you're feeling jittery, if you're
- 23:28Speaker 2: feeling tired, it's luggish, if you can't concentrate. These are
- 23:33Speaker 2: always your body's trying to tell you. It's not that
- 23:36Speaker 2: it's hungry, but it's lacking fuel. And there is a
- 23:40Speaker 2: tremendous difference between food and fuel. Anybody out there like
- 23:44Speaker 2: Taco Bell or Pizza Hut or Chick fil A, anybody
- 23:49Speaker 2: like Stofer's Frozen Food or oh gosh, what some of
- 23:54Speaker 2: the other ones, Missus Smith, Missus Paul's, you name it right.
- 23:59Speaker 2: The box look really good. It looks like somebody took
- 24:02Speaker 2: the time to home cook for you and put it
- 24:05Speaker 2: in a frozen dinner and all you have to do
- 24:08Speaker 2: is heat it up and it's really healthy. Well, let
- 24:10Speaker 2: me tell you, if you look at the ingredients on
- 24:13Speaker 2: a lot of these processed foods and frozen foods, there
- 24:16Speaker 2: are so many fillers and chemicals. Why don't you just
- 24:20Speaker 2: take ingredients from the household cleaning section in the store
- 24:26Speaker 2: and consider what it would be like if you put
- 24:28Speaker 2: any one of those things into your body, you wouldn't
- 24:31Speaker 2: do it right. And that's really what you end up
- 24:35Speaker 2: doing when you start getting processed foods or foods that
- 24:38Speaker 2: are created in a fast food environment, because they put
- 24:41Speaker 2: so many fillers and things in these products. Even in
- 24:45Speaker 2: the fast food they may be making it quickly for you,
- 24:49Speaker 2: but everything that they're making quickly is because it was
- 24:51Speaker 2: already pre prepared. Now they're putting it on a grill
- 24:55Speaker 2: or in the microwave and they're firing it up. They're
- 24:59Speaker 2: microwaving it up, you are not really getting the nutrients
- 25:02Speaker 2: that you need in your body. So when you think
- 25:04Speaker 2: about it, if you wouldn't shop in the household cleaning
- 25:08Speaker 2: section to fuel your body to eat, why would you
- 25:12Speaker 2: not put freshly prepared foods in front of you when
- 25:16Speaker 2: it's time to fuel your body. Now, let's be realistic.
- 25:20Speaker 2: Sometimes we're in a hurry. We don't always eat that way.
- 25:23Speaker 2: But if you're going to have those kinds of meal
- 25:25Speaker 2: prepared things and the food's not fresh, you know, when
- 25:29Speaker 2: it's frozen or it's packaged or its fast foods, then
- 25:32Speaker 2: all the other times that you are caring for your body,
- 25:35Speaker 2: you need to fuel. And that's why I want you
- 25:38Speaker 2: to take a look at putting patches on to help
- 25:42Speaker 2: detoxify your body. You know, whether you use some of
- 25:45Speaker 2: the energy patches or whether you use some of the
- 25:50Speaker 2: detoxing patches like the glucathione. Using the patches can really
- 25:55Speaker 2: help jumpstart your body, and when you feel better, you
- 25:57Speaker 2: will pay closer attention to how you feel and what
- 26:00Speaker 2: you're putting in it. Start with the patches. Then let's
- 26:04Speaker 2: talk about what things can you do to supplement your
- 26:06Speaker 2: body so that you can at least break away some
- 26:10Speaker 2: of the toxic effects from the fast food and the
- 26:13Speaker 2: frozen foods. And this is where the protein drinks come
- 26:17Speaker 2: into play. This is where some of the other supplements
- 26:20Speaker 2: that we talk about come into play, Omega three vitamin
- 26:24Speaker 2: D using supplements like ANAC and NAD capsules. Now, I
- 26:30Speaker 2: often will tell you about the NAD capsules because it's
- 26:33Speaker 2: a great way to get started and feel the energy
- 26:36Speaker 2: and the turnover of what ANAC will do to fuel
- 26:39Speaker 2: your body. But when you can get it in a faster,
- 26:43Speaker 2: more effective method like a SubQ injection or through an
- 26:48Speaker 2: IV that you can get at one of the IV
- 26:50Speaker 2: shops that are probably around, popping up in different areas
- 26:53Speaker 2: where you live. You're going to feel the difference dramatically,
- 26:56Speaker 2: and that may be too fast for some people. So
- 26:59Speaker 2: I always recommend trying some of these things as a
- 27:02Speaker 2: supplement first, because when you use a supplement, you're going
- 27:06Speaker 2: to get a slower effect, a less profound effect. But
- 27:09Speaker 2: that's the other thing too. You've got to take these
- 27:11Speaker 2: supplements for twenty one to thirty days. You're not going
- 27:15Speaker 2: to get the effects of a supplement typically overnight. It
- 27:19Speaker 2: takes a minute for your body to start to feel it,
- 27:22Speaker 2: fuel it, and realize that, hey, this is a good
- 27:25Speaker 2: nutrient for my body. But again, I go back to
- 27:28Speaker 2: some of the precursors of why people will tune into
- 27:31Speaker 2: wellness and censored. Generally speaking, you are listeners that want
- 27:36Speaker 2: to feel better. You want to get results. You're tired
- 27:39Speaker 2: of not feeling great. You're tired of feeling sad, You're
- 27:42Speaker 2: tired of feeling rushed, you're just playing. Tired of feeling tired.
- 27:46Speaker 2: You don't have a lot of time. You're probably super busy, overworked.
- 27:51Speaker 2: Am I hitting a few people out there? You can't focus,
- 27:55Speaker 2: you're lacking cognition, you can't remember things, and you i'mplating, well,
- 28:01Speaker 2: you know, maybe there's something wrong with me, maybe I
- 28:04Speaker 2: have a diagnosis. And I want y'all to remember, while
- 28:08Speaker 2: we use diagnoses to help understand behavior and symptoms and
- 28:13Speaker 2: parts of the body and brain that aren't working optimally
- 28:16Speaker 2: or efficiently, you are more than a diagnosis code. And
- 28:21Speaker 2: so it's fascinating too because I'll have people come to
- 28:24Speaker 2: me and they'll have all their diagnoses lined up, and
- 28:26Speaker 2: they'll tell me, why have this symptom and this symptom
- 28:28Speaker 2: and this symptom. So I know that I'm just a
- 28:31Speaker 2: late bloomer with attention deficit disorder. And I'll listen to
- 28:35Speaker 2: what it is that they have going on in their life.
- 28:38Speaker 2: And they start their day at four or five am.
- 28:40Speaker 2: They get up and they work out because they just
- 28:42Speaker 2: have that's the only time a day they can work out.
- 28:45Speaker 2: They have to get their kids up and ready, hook
- 28:47Speaker 2: them something good to eat, take them off to school.
- 28:49Speaker 2: Then they hit their job. They either work from home
- 28:52Speaker 2: or work in a business. Then they drive back, they
- 28:54Speaker 2: pick their kids up, They get their kids to all
- 28:56Speaker 2: their practices or dance or you name it. Then they're
- 28:59Speaker 2: Russian home and trying to get a meal prepped, or
- 29:01Speaker 2: they'll they'll run out for fast food for dinner, and
- 29:04Speaker 2: then they will get their kids ready, they'll finish their homework,
- 29:07Speaker 2: they'll sit down after the kids go to bed, and
- 29:09Speaker 2: they've got just about fifteen minutes and they've got to
- 29:11Speaker 2: go to sleep and they're wired. Now. Was that not
- 29:14Speaker 2: exhausting to hear? That's because we're all trying to fit
- 29:17Speaker 2: so much into our day and fitting those kinds of
- 29:21Speaker 2: things into our day. Is it that you are not
- 29:23Speaker 2: effective or is it that you've just fit too much
- 29:26Speaker 2: into your day and it's not sustainable. So let's just
- 29:30Speaker 2: go with maybe you're not effective, and maybe you need
- 29:33Speaker 2: to look at what's really sustainable. But if you're not effective,
- 29:38Speaker 2: here's ways that you can be. Start looking at how
- 29:42Speaker 2: you start your day, start looking at how you end
- 29:44Speaker 2: your day. And if you can't sleep, instead of getting
- 29:47Speaker 2: something like a clonapin or a xanax or an ambient
- 29:53Speaker 2: or a balsorima or oh gosh, the name of lunesta,
- 30:00Speaker 2: if you're on those medications, any one of those that
- 30:04Speaker 2: I just named, you are at risk for early Alzheimer's,
- 30:07Speaker 2: early memory loss, and early cognition. Instead, why don't you
- 30:12Speaker 2: put something natural into your body, not even in it,
- 30:15Speaker 2: on it. That's the best part about them is you
- 30:17Speaker 2: don't even have to ingest anything. Try it out, and
- 30:20Speaker 2: if you find you get relief. It's not like you've
- 30:22Speaker 2: put anything into your body either. That's another plath because
- 30:26Speaker 2: a lot of folks that come across too, not only
- 30:27Speaker 2: do they not want medications, don't want to take supplements.
- 30:31Speaker 2: So I think I have cornered the market of ways
- 30:34Speaker 2: for you to heal and improve how you feel without
- 30:38Speaker 2: even putting anything inside your body. Let it work from
- 30:40Speaker 2: the outside. And let's start with sleep. So again, you
- 30:44Speaker 2: use something to try to help get you some better rest.
- 30:47Speaker 2: It may help you to reduce the side effects of
- 30:49Speaker 2: weaning or tapering down off of many medications, and you're
- 30:54Speaker 2: probably going to get a better night's sleep. So I
- 30:56Speaker 2: say start with the patches. You can get them, Like
- 30:59Speaker 2: I said, Magnolias, patch dot com is the fastest way.
- 31:02Speaker 2: If you want, you can text into nine oh four
- 31:05Speaker 2: three seven seven one one nine six and our staff
- 31:08Speaker 2: can have a little dialogue with you, or they can
- 31:11Speaker 2: call you back and we can talk to you about
- 31:13Speaker 2: how to get the patches, how to try them, out
- 31:14Speaker 2: for a month and see if you feel the difference.
- 31:17Speaker 2: I've not had anybody that's been doing the patches, and
- 31:20Speaker 2: I've been using them since twenty twenty and there's not
- 31:24Speaker 2: many days that go by that I don't have a
- 31:25Speaker 2: patch on it. And sometimes I'll use two or three,
- 31:28Speaker 2: depending on what the day is for me. But the
- 31:30Speaker 2: patches are phenomenal. Take a look at them, try them
- 31:33Speaker 2: for a month, and if you don't feel something different
- 31:36Speaker 2: or better, let's have a conversation. Now again, this time
- 31:41Speaker 2: of year, I really want to hit home. I've had
- 31:43Speaker 2: more people come in and see me that literally have
- 31:47Speaker 2: such an overwhelming sense of dread, despair, grief and the
- 31:52Speaker 2: holidays coming hard and heavy, and either they're overwhelmed and
- 31:56Speaker 2: they really do have a lot of things going for
- 31:58Speaker 2: them and they know it, but they just can't lift
- 32:00Speaker 2: their mood, or it's a really tough time of year.
- 32:03Speaker 2: They've had a lot of grief and loss and there's
- 32:05Speaker 2: a lot of dates that are hitting right now that
- 32:08Speaker 2: as they go through the holidays are a particular point
- 32:11Speaker 2: of traumatic pain and suffering and loss. We've got to
- 32:14Speaker 2: build up your resiliency to help you get through this.
- 32:17Speaker 2: And so what better way order some patches. Put them
- 32:21Speaker 2: on the directions are easy. You put them on the
- 32:24Speaker 2: meridian points that they talk about, usually right here at
- 32:26Speaker 2: the chest, or right on the back, or right down
- 32:29Speaker 2: in the lower part of the upper growing area, kind
- 32:31Speaker 2: of where you're usually where your briefs or underwear is.
- 32:36Speaker 2: And just notice if you just don't feel a little lift,
- 32:39Speaker 2: you feel a little better, you feel a little more positive,
- 32:41Speaker 2: you feel a little less sad, you feel a little
- 32:43Speaker 2: less anxious, and you don't have to ingest it and
- 32:46Speaker 2: worry about side effects. The second thing I want you
- 32:49Speaker 2: to do is really consider taking a moment each day
- 32:54Speaker 2: fifteen minutes thirty minutes, put yourself in a space away
- 32:58Speaker 2: from everyone else and just breathe, breathe, relax, put only
- 33:04Speaker 2: good thoughts in your head. Hopefully you'll have a little
- 33:07Speaker 2: notepad or a journal nearby, and I want you to
- 33:10Speaker 2: write down things from now until the end of the
- 33:12Speaker 2: year of how grateful you are four and you make
- 33:17Speaker 2: the list. Perhaps it's your pet, perhaps it's a roof
- 33:21Speaker 2: over your head, Perhaps that the paychecks have started to
- 33:24Speaker 2: come in. Perhaps that you're here today and you tuned
- 33:28Speaker 2: in and you're looking for a lifeline maybe there's a
- 33:32Speaker 2: lot of grief and sorrow within your family. Perhaps there's
- 33:34Speaker 2: a lot of grief and sorrow within you. I want
- 33:37Speaker 2: you to start finding ways. Write it down each day,
- 33:40Speaker 2: one or two things, try to get up to five
- 33:43Speaker 2: that help you feel better today. If you have thoughts
- 33:47Speaker 2: of sadness and doom and gloom and anything like that,
- 33:51Speaker 2: I want you to remember, we're a phone call away
- 33:54Speaker 2: and there's a crisis hotline. We talk about it all
- 33:56Speaker 2: the time. People just don't make enough use of this
- 33:59Speaker 2: hotline and really should, and it's nine eighty ninety eight.
- 34:02Speaker 2: Is a way to just dial up and talk to
- 34:04Speaker 2: someone on the other end. No one will come to
- 34:07Speaker 2: your door. It's safe. It's for you to just get
- 34:12Speaker 2: a hold of your thoughts and feelings and help you
- 34:14Speaker 2: to know you're going to be okay. Maybe there's a
- 34:17Speaker 2: lot of issues, maybe there's a lot of challenges, but
- 34:19Speaker 2: you're going to be okay. So the last two to
- 34:22Speaker 2: three weeks we're going to be focusing on movement. How
- 34:25Speaker 2: many of you out there don't make time for wellness
- 34:28Speaker 2: and exercise, You know it's often overlooked. If you put
- 34:33Speaker 2: on these patches, you're going to get some more energy.
- 34:36Speaker 2: There's no reason we can't start with a couple of
- 34:39Speaker 2: YouTube videos and the comfort of your own home. Pop
- 34:43Speaker 2: it in, type it in your computer, step back from
- 34:46Speaker 2: your screen, and just start doing some stretches, some movements,
- 34:52Speaker 2: simple things. Simply stretching is going to help your mood.
- 34:57Speaker 2: And if I talk to one more person, I know
- 35:00Speaker 2: I'm going to have them because I've got several patients
- 35:03Speaker 2: tonight after we get done here. If I've heard it once,
- 35:07Speaker 2: I've heard it a thousand times. I'm just so tired.
- 35:10Speaker 2: I'm exhausted. I don't know what more I can do.
- 35:13Speaker 2: Are you exercising? Are you walking? I just don't have time.
- 35:18Speaker 2: Make the time. If you have time to brush your teeth,
- 35:22Speaker 2: if you have time to sleep, if you have time
- 35:24Speaker 2: to go to the restroom, and some of you don't
- 35:27Speaker 2: even have time for that, isn't that bad. We've got
- 35:30Speaker 2: to do a reset in twenty twenty six. Make the
- 35:33Speaker 2: time now to get in the habit for the next
- 35:35Speaker 2: two to three weeks. I want fifteen minutes every day.
- 35:39Speaker 2: Stand up from your computer, stretch, roll your head, bend over,
- 35:44Speaker 2: stretch your knees, stretch your quads, lift your knees up
- 35:47Speaker 2: in the air, do a couple of pushups. You can
- 35:50Speaker 2: even half them and just get on the floor on
- 35:52Speaker 2: your knees and do some meat pushups. But do something.
- 35:55Speaker 2: It's that important, and every time you do it, you're
- 35:58Speaker 2: releasing dopamine and some serotone and it's going to give
- 36:02Speaker 2: you a natural lift. And then the second thing I
- 36:05Speaker 2: want you to do, actually the third. First is making
- 36:07Speaker 2: some notes about a couple of good things. The second
- 36:10Speaker 2: thing is to do some stretching and moving. The third
- 36:13Speaker 2: thing is I want you to look at your calendar
- 36:15Speaker 2: and as you go into twenty twenty six, schedule time
- 36:18Speaker 2: for you put in a fifteen or a thirty minute
- 36:21Speaker 2: block that you honor that time every day for you.
- 36:26Speaker 2: You can put it in wherever you want on the calendar.
- 36:29Speaker 2: You can put it in on your work calendar or
- 36:31Speaker 2: tag it on to the rest of your day and
- 36:33Speaker 2: your personal calendar. But make fifteen to thirty minutes, and
- 36:36Speaker 2: maybe start the first week fifteen the second week. I
- 36:39Speaker 2: want you to book thirty minutes and have it scheduled
- 36:43Speaker 2: out for the entire month of January, every day, including weekends,
- 36:47Speaker 2: and if you work out, if you go to the
- 36:50Speaker 2: gym anytime that you do anything that's a scheduled time
- 36:54Speaker 2: to work out or the gym that counts that you
- 36:56Speaker 2: get double points for that. Okay, last we're today, because
- 37:01Speaker 2: we're getting close to the end of time already, I
- 37:03Speaker 2: can't believe it. I want you to do sort of
- 37:06Speaker 2: a mental assessment of yourself now in the next couple weeks.
- 37:10Speaker 2: We'll be here next week to talk to you. You
- 37:12Speaker 2: have questions about anything, sadness, joy, Why do I feel
- 37:17Speaker 2: the way I do? What can I do to help myself?
- 37:20Speaker 2: I'll be on with Matt and I will be talking
- 37:22Speaker 2: to people again with questions, comments, concerns about it's a
- 37:26Speaker 2: stressful time for me. The world's an uncertain place, my
- 37:30Speaker 2: family's an uncertain place. I'm an uncertain place. What's going on?
- 37:33Speaker 2: So bring some questions, But I want you to take
- 37:36Speaker 2: some time to focus on what do you want from
- 37:40Speaker 2: twenty twenty six, What things will help you to make
- 37:44Speaker 2: twenty twenty six a better year for you. Some of
- 37:47Speaker 2: the things we can help you with, some of the
- 37:49Speaker 2: things we may have to guide you to look for
- 37:51Speaker 2: some answers. But I want to make the next couple
- 37:54Speaker 2: weeks really meaningful. So we don't just roll into twenty
- 37:58Speaker 2: twenty six. We move into twenty twenty six with the plan,
- 38:03Speaker 2: and I guess some of the things that we talk
- 38:05Speaker 2: about all the time, what things will help you to
- 38:09Speaker 2: feel better that we can help you with. You know,
- 38:12Speaker 2: we're always open to have folks on. If you've got
- 38:14Speaker 2: a great person that you know, you want to have
- 38:17Speaker 2: them on our show by all means, just give us
- 38:20Speaker 2: a jingle, drop us a line. I'm looking to try
- 38:22Speaker 2: to see a few other folks that are going to
- 38:24Speaker 2: be new for twenty twenty six. I'll give you the
- 38:26Speaker 2: lineup as we go into the new year. But I
- 38:28Speaker 2: always like to have other people besides myself too, because
- 38:32Speaker 2: even though I try to bring just a snapshot of
- 38:35Speaker 2: mental health, wellness, nutrition, mindset, positivity, motivation, that's really what
- 38:43Speaker 2: I love to share and talk with people about, but
- 38:46Speaker 2: we often will do a lot of things of ways
- 38:48Speaker 2: to feel to fuel yourself, not just physiologically, but physically
- 38:54Speaker 2: and mentally. So those things are going to be coming
- 38:56Speaker 2: in the next coming weeks, and I want you to
- 38:58Speaker 2: just send us the either on our next show or
- 39:01Speaker 2: if you want to reach out to us. Nine oh
- 39:03Speaker 2: four three seven, seven, one point one nine six, just
- 39:07Speaker 2: drop us a text and let us know what things
- 39:09Speaker 2: are important to you, so we can make twenty twenty
- 39:12Speaker 2: six at Wellness Uncensored something that is pertinent to you,
- 39:16Speaker 2: something that you'll like to tune into, something that you'll
- 39:19Speaker 2: like to save and share with your friends because there
- 39:22Speaker 2: are so many different things out there that we can
- 39:24Speaker 2: help you with. And again, we love sharing stories of
- 39:27Speaker 2: not just successes, but if you've been through a trauma
- 39:31Speaker 2: or something that you want to share. I've had many
- 39:33Speaker 2: folks on in the last three years because that's how
- 39:36Speaker 2: Wellness and Censored got started. In survival from the pandemic.
- 39:40Speaker 2: I survived a death sentence and many people lost loved
- 39:44Speaker 2: ones through a death sentence, a death sentence that no
- 39:47Speaker 2: one anticipated because they weren't treated the way they could
- 39:50Speaker 2: have and should have been, and many life saving drugs
- 39:53Speaker 2: were withheld from them. So you'll hear more of those
- 39:55Speaker 2: stories in twenty twenty six as well. But for today,
- 39:59Speaker 2: I want you guys to try something new. If you've
- 40:02Speaker 2: not heard of these stem cell patches, give us a shout.
- 40:05Speaker 2: You can either order them directly off of Magnoia Cell
- 40:08Speaker 2: patch dot com. It's Magnoia d E L l P
- 40:13Speaker 2: A t c h dot com order them up. I
- 40:16Speaker 2: always recommend starting with X forty nine or X thirty nine.
- 40:20Speaker 2: But if you're having trouble with sleep or you're having
- 40:23Speaker 2: trouble with pain, the pain one is ice wave and
- 40:27Speaker 2: to get some really good sleep, you put these silent
- 40:30Speaker 2: Nights on and within just a couple of days, if
- 40:33Speaker 2: not the first day, you will find that you are
- 40:36Speaker 2: doing much better with your sleep and your pain. Once
- 40:40Speaker 2: those patches are on, you're going to get some relief,
- 40:43Speaker 2: and if you find that you need something. In addition,
- 40:46Speaker 2: we're always here to help you with other ways that
- 40:48Speaker 2: you can talk to your providers about. My goal here
- 40:51Speaker 2: is to provide suggestions and recommendations without seeing you specifically.
- 40:55Speaker 2: I certainly can't make you know a diagnosis via the podcast,
- 40:59Speaker 2: but these are things for you to ask your local
- 41:01Speaker 2: providers about. We're always here to help you for consultation. Again,
- 41:06Speaker 2: that's the best way to get answers and solutions is
- 41:09Speaker 2: to reach out to people that are in the industry
- 41:11Speaker 2: and that really are here to help you feel your
- 41:13Speaker 2: best out. My goal is to help you optimize and
- 41:17Speaker 2: to be as healthy and as well as it can
- 41:18Speaker 2: be without long term use of medication, because your body
- 41:23Speaker 2: is a great tool. It's a wonderful, well equipped energizing
- 41:28Speaker 2: cell that can really do a lot of healing on
- 41:30Speaker 2: its own if it's got the right ingredients. And we're
- 41:33Speaker 2: always fighting against the environment. We're fighting against toxins, free radicals,
- 41:38Speaker 2: and all kinds of things. Even the use of computers
- 41:41Speaker 2: and cell phones. While they pose a lot of good stuff,
- 41:45Speaker 2: we also potentially give us some negative energy and we
- 41:49Speaker 2: have to clean ourselves from that. So there's lots of
- 41:52Speaker 2: stuff we can do. I hope you guys will tune
- 41:54Speaker 2: into our next couple of weeks. We will be live
- 41:57Speaker 2: next week, the week after the next two weeks after,
- 42:01Speaker 2: actually we'll be taken a little bit of a pause,
- 42:03Speaker 2: so we'll tell you how to tune into our shows
- 42:05Speaker 2: for that day, as well as how to tune into
- 42:08Speaker 2: some of our other podcasts. But I want you guys
- 42:10Speaker 2: to really have all your questions answered, and I really
- 42:14Speaker 2: want to make twenty twenty six a year that you
- 42:17Speaker 2: guys can kind of not just learn from what we share,
- 42:20Speaker 2: but really be optimized. Isn't that what it's all about.
- 42:25Speaker 2: Hydration is key. The three point that I always share
- 42:28Speaker 2: with folks is hydrate half your body weight and ounces.
- 42:32Speaker 2: That's the goal number. Every day. Protein your body weight
- 42:36Speaker 2: and grams. Protein in and of itself is extremely healthy.
- 42:40Speaker 2: But if you take protein and you layer in a
- 42:43Speaker 2: lot of extra carbs and starches and sugars, that's not
- 42:47Speaker 2: what we're going for. But if you lead with protein,
- 42:50Speaker 2: you will tend to fill up, so you only eat
- 42:52Speaker 2: the buckets of the other things in their correct quantities.
- 42:55Speaker 2: And you can't get the burn if you don't move.
- 43:00Speaker 2: And I generally tell people that requires three to four
- 43:03Speaker 2: times a week of good cardio and strength training. But
- 43:06Speaker 2: if that scares you, and just start with some good movement.
- 43:10Speaker 2: You know, everybody's got to start somewhere. And like I
- 43:13Speaker 2: always telling you, there's thousands of YouTube videos, do it
- 43:16Speaker 2: in the comfort of your home until you really feel
- 43:18Speaker 2: inspired to take a step out and try some of
- 43:21Speaker 2: these fitness classes that we're always telling people about. But
- 43:24Speaker 2: that's nutrition, hydration, movement, and then sleep and try to
- 43:30Speaker 2: set your clock to the same time of sleep just
- 43:32Speaker 2: about every day. I feel bad if you're a night
- 43:34Speaker 2: shift worker because that daytime sleep is really tough to
- 43:37Speaker 2: get a good sleep. It really messes with your circadian rhythm.
- 43:40Speaker 2: But if you not only tune in and get some
- 43:45Speaker 2: patches for sleep the Silent Nights, this book will change
- 43:50Speaker 2: the way you sleep. It's called Say good Night to Insomnia.
- 43:53Speaker 2: It's by Greg Jacobs. He's a psychologist. It is a
- 43:57Speaker 2: non medicinal way to get you some sleep. And if
- 44:00Speaker 2: you use that along with Silent Night Patches, which is
- 44:03Speaker 2: a non medicinal way to help set your clock to
- 44:07Speaker 2: get you back to sleep and get you off of
- 44:09Speaker 2: that train awake cycle, I think you'll be really pleased.
- 44:12Speaker 2: So for today, I think we have covered just about everything.
- 44:17Speaker 2: If you're interested in trying the life Wave patches, you
- 44:19Speaker 2: can always send me a text nine oh four three
- 44:22Speaker 2: seven seven one one nine six. The qres code is
- 44:26Speaker 2: up at the top of the screen. And if not,
- 44:29Speaker 2: you can actually use our website Magnolia sell cel patch
- 44:35Speaker 2: dot com or the qres code and order a month's
- 44:39Speaker 2: worth of patches and see what you think. Try them
- 44:41Speaker 2: for a month and let's chat at the end of
- 44:43Speaker 2: January and see if you don't feel better. It's great
- 44:45Speaker 2: having you guys on today. I can't believe another hour
- 44:48Speaker 2: has passed. I am now doctor pattyg pmhnp here to
- 44:53Speaker 2: help you to be your best self through mind, body,
- 44:55Speaker 2: and spirit. Look forward to seeing you guys live next
- 44:58Speaker 2: week as well, and then we'll talk to you through
- 45:00Speaker 2: the holidays. Take care of be well, have a wonderful weekend,
- 45:03Speaker 2: and thanks so much for listening in. Have a great one.
