- 0:18Hello, and welcome to episode 310 of the All Systems Go sports
- 0:24Betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 0:27I'm your host, Josh Applebaum. What's going on everyone?
- 0:35Happy Tuesday, another day here in the arena, guys.
- 0:38More importantly, welcome to the month of July.
- 0:42That's right, we turn the page from June, June to July.
- 0:45We're getting into the dog days of summer, guys.
- 0:47It's another hot 1 here in New England.
- 0:49If you're like me, we're back into the 90s.
- 0:51So here I am trying to stay in the AC and bet on sports and
- 0:54stay cool but also stay hot in the in the sports betting arena
- 0:59which is hopefully sign of things to come as last night to
- 1:03finish off the month of June a nice little sweep, bust out the
- 1:06brooms and not only was it a three and O but it was a three
- 1:09and O + 3.31 unit night because we had some dogs that were
- 1:13barking for us last night. Guys had a great hit there with
- 1:16the Toronto Blue Jays getting it done public was all over the
- 1:20Yankees. If you look in the sports
- 1:22betting Hall of Fame and look up reverse line movement, that's
- 1:25going to be in a picture of Toronto from yesterday, which
- 1:28because if you look at kind of the the betting splits and the
- 1:30way that line moved 72% of bets from the Yankees, but the
- 1:34Yankees fell -150 down to -135 So why did the line move toward
- 1:39Toronto if everyone's playing Yankees?
- 1:42Well, it's good. Smart money.
- 1:43Had Toronto and the Jays nailed it down.
- 1:45I got nervous because Mr. Hoffman who was blown I think 22
- 1:49saves for us this year, I'm like, OK, you better not blow
- 1:52this one. Luckily shut the door.
- 1:54So thank you Hoffman. Toronto was a nice plus money
- 1:56winner and then had Arizona late night.
- 1:59The snakes, who are very hard to to understand.
- 2:03They just they when they're big favorites, they lose.
- 2:05And then last night you're kind of an unpopular dog and you win
- 2:08another sharp RLM play plus 135 down to around plus 1:20.
- 2:12And then we also had a dog to pick them or even slate dog to
- 2:16fave sharp line move with the Pirates.
- 2:18Pirates were a nice 17 nothing again.
- 2:21They went from plus 110 to -110 so anytime you get a three and O
- 2:26hey, you'll take it, but especially with some plus money,
- 2:28even bigger payout. So great end to the month of
- 2:31June. Hopefully a good omen as we
- 2:34shift into the month of July. Now looking toward today guys
- 2:37going to get right back to Major League Baseball.
- 2:39A three pack I have lined up for you here, including a couple big
- 2:43favorites as well as a very, very kind of short, modest
- 2:46favorite. But as always, we're going to
- 2:48try to go 2 in one each out of winning day.
- 2:50That is always the case and always the goal.
- 2:53So with that being said, without further ado, let's get right
- 2:56back to doing what we love to do.
- 2:57Breaking down sharp reverse line moves, steam moves, bet split
- 3:01system matches in the sports betting world, specifically when
- 3:05it comes to betting baseball and grinding baseball.
- 3:08So first one on the board that caught my eye, 7:15 PM Eastern
- 3:10Time. First pitch tonight let's go
- 3:12down to Atlanta where the Braves are hosting the LA Angels and an
- 3:16interleague series matchup. So setting the stage for this
- 3:19one. The Halos are 41 and 42 did just
- 3:22lose two or three against the Nats though they lost the series
- 3:25finale on Sunday 7:00 to 4:00 and extras as a -130 home
- 3:28favorite. Similarly, the Braves 38 and 45
- 3:32on the air. They just cannot seem to get
- 3:33back to 500 just lost two or three against the Phils They
- 3:37lost that series finale 2 to one as a -165 home favorite on
- 3:41Sunday. So pitching match up here.
- 3:43This is interesting because originally so here, let me
- 3:47phrase it this way. I guess the pitching matchup is
- 3:50the Angels going with the lefty Tyler Anderson two and five 4.41
- 3:55ERA and the Braves are going to go with the ready Grant Holmes
- 3:57four and seven 3.7 O ERA. But that doesn't tell the whole
- 4:01story because originally we saw this line open Atlanta around a
- 4:05-, 160 home favorite Los Angeles Angels, a + 135 row dog.
- 4:11However, originally we thought that it was going to be the
- 4:14Braves going with the ready Didier Fuentes, who's O and two
- 4:17with a 10.8 OERA. When I went to bed last night,
- 4:20he was expected to be the starter.
- 4:22But then there was a tweet that came out if you guys want to
- 4:26follow and you don't follow me yet, I think the best Twitter
- 4:29follow from Major League Baseball starting lineup.
- 4:31So they come out pitching changes.
- 4:33All that kind of stuff is underdog MLB.
- 4:36It's just at underdog MLB. They do a really good job of
- 4:39giving the line UPS immediately. Scratch starting pitchers.
- 4:42I just saw a tweet right before the pod started, you know,
- 4:45Padres, Phillies expected to be postponed Tuesday due inclement
- 4:48weather. Just a great Twitter follow if
- 4:50you're not following yet. But anyway, we thought it'd be
- 4:52Fuentes, but then we saw a tweet at around 9:00 AM saying, Nope,
- 4:56it's going to be Grant Holmes. So as soon as we saw that switch
- 4:59from Fuentes to Holmes, a massive, massive overload of
- 5:02steam, big smart money across the marketplace got down hard on
- 5:06the Braves, steaming the Braves -160 all the way up to now as
- 5:11high as -198 at FanDuel. Some shops -200 some shops -2 O
- 5:175 SA huge steam move here. I got Atlanta -190 little bit
- 5:21earlier today. I believe that was a bet MGM, I
- 5:24think -198 at FanDuel might be your best price.
- 5:27Try to find anything sub -200 if you can to remember if you're
- 5:31going -198 FanDuel, you're not risking 1.98 units to win one
- 5:35unit. You're just risking your one
- 5:37unit trying to get a little more than 1/2 unit back.
- 5:40But aside from that huge steam with the pitching change in
- 5:42favor of Atlanta, we have some really good bet splits at Circo.
- 5:45This one really kind of jumped out to me.
- 5:47Only 13% of money line bets at Circa in Vegas are taking the
- 5:52Braves, but it accounts for 82% of the money.
- 5:55So Publix probably saying hey, Braves have kind of stunk this
- 5:58year. LA is close to 500.
- 6:00It's a big number, might as well take the plus money Angels.
- 6:03But Nope, low bets, higher dollars.
- 6:05That discrepancy in Vegas is really showing up in favor of
- 6:08the Atlanta Braves. I have 11 system matches on
- 6:11Atlanta here. Some of the top ones both teams
- 6:14coming off a loss, which is the case here.
- 6:16The team receiving $0.10 of line movement or more in their favor
- 6:20has gone 32 and 19 this year, 63%, 9% ROI.
- 6:25Home favorites who made the playoffs the previous year
- 6:27taking line movement in their direction, 182 and 8768 percent,
- 6:327% ROI. Both teams coming off a day off,
- 6:36the favorite is 84 and 4665% with a 5% ROI.
- 6:41Then you have just some classic interleague favorite betting
- 6:44system, match value on Atlanta, lack of familiarity benefiting
- 6:48quote UN quote the better team. Now I'm going to bank on the
- 6:50Braves hopefully get to Anderson here tonight.
- 6:53The Braves are hitting 258 at home this season.
- 6:56That's 10th best in baseball. Angels only hitting 2:30 on the
- 7:00road, that ranks 25th. Basically bottom of the barrel.
- 7:03And if we dig into these pictures a little bit more,
- 7:05Anderson who actually pretty pretty good year last year,
- 7:09Remember he had a really good year with the Dodgers and sign
- 7:11with the Angels. He started this year pretty good
- 7:13as well, but he's really struggled here.
- 7:15In the month of June, he made 5 starts in an ERA of nearly 76.93
- 7:20to be exact. And if you look at at home, he's
- 7:23pretty good, 2.66 ERA, but on the road, 6.26 ERA.
- 7:29So he's been bad in June and bad on the road and hey, he's on the
- 7:32road tonight. Meanwhile, Holmes has a 3.51 ERA
- 7:37posted in five June start. So he pitched much better last
- 7:40month and he has a three-point O 8 ERA at home versus 4.46 on the
- 7:44road. By the way, LA 21 and 22 on the
- 7:48road, slight losing record. Atlanta 23 and 17 at home,
- 7:52decent winning record. Lastly, I popped open the Juice
- 7:55Reel app and it's nothing huge, but I did notice a 5% sharp mush
- 8:00edge in favor of the Braves. That tells me that people who
- 8:03have downloaded Juice Reel, synced up their sports books,
- 8:06made real bets with real money. They're leaning in favor of
- 8:10Atlanta here, which is where I want to be.
- 8:12I was going to be with the sharps and with the sharp line
- 8:14move. So even though this line has
- 8:15kind of gotten pretty high here, hopefully, maybe if you sign up
- 8:18to get the all systems go best bet picks for $4.99 a week on
- 8:23Juice Real, You would have gotten this alert when I put it
- 8:24in earlier at -190 again, if you want to play it now, I think
- 8:29FanDuel -198 might be your best bet.
- 8:32But let's go Braves next one for you.
- 8:35Let's go to Wrigley Field, 8 O 5:00 PM Eastern Time First
- 8:38pitch, the Cleveland Guardians visiting the Chicago Cubbies.
- 8:42Now the guardians come in 40 and 42 on the year just got swept by
- 8:45the Cardinals. They lost that series finale 7
- 8:48to nothing as a -1 O 5 home dog. Meanwhile, the Cubbies 49 and 35
- 8:54just lost two or three against the Stroh's.
- 8:56They lost that series finale 2 to nothing as a + 110 a road
- 9:00dog. Now for tonight's interleague
- 9:02series opener, Guardians are going to go with the ready Gavin
- 9:05Williams. He's five and three, 3.68 ERA.
- 9:08Cubs are going to go with the lefty Matthew Boy.
- 9:10He's been really good, seven and three, 2.65 ERA.
- 9:13What have we seen across the market here?
- 9:16Well, if you like Atlanta, you like the Cubs.
- 9:19Cubs have had some massive steam in their favor.
- 9:21They open this game -165 Cleveland around plus 140.
- 9:25We've now seen the Cubs get steamed up -165 up to now -185
- 9:31some shops even as high as -190 once again sign up for those
- 9:35best bets on Juice Real support the pod because I put the Cubs
- 9:39in at -180 earlier today. Shop round.
- 9:42Looks like ESPN Bet and Bet MGM currently have your best prices
- 9:46at -185. But aside from that, Steam Cubs
- 9:49have a really good bet split at circa 79% bets, 87% dollars.
- 9:54So a low bets, higher dollars, good pro and Joe split and
- 9:58figure of Chicago from the sharps out in the desert.
- 10:00And then I have 7 system matches on Chicago.
- 10:03Here's some of the best ones. Both teams are coming off a
- 10:06loss. The team with $0.10 of line
- 10:08movement in their favorite or more.
- 10:09This just match with the Braves, 32 and 1963 percent, 9% ROI.
- 10:15Both teams are coming off a day off favorite is 84 and 4665
- 10:20percent, 5% ROI. And then in particular, if we
- 10:23isolate the Cubs in the spot, they've been very, very good to
- 10:26bet on. Cubs are 39 and 1868 percent,
- 10:3011% ROI as a favorite. That makes them the best chalk
- 10:34team in baseball. Chicago was also 24 and 875
- 10:38percent, 33% ROI off a loss. That makes them tied with the
- 10:43Astros as the best quote UN quote bounce back team in
- 10:46baseball. So when they're laying a minus
- 10:48number and when they're coming off a loss, they're winning, you
- 10:51know, 2 out of 3. Three out of four times.
- 10:54Cubs also have in the league favorite value, lack of
- 10:56familiarity benefiting the better team.
- 10:58They also have some correlative betting value to say low total
- 11:01of 8. I do see a couple shops juicing
- 11:03up the under under 8 -, 115. So fair amount of expected runs
- 11:07scored. More likely to come from quote
- 11:09UN quote that better team. If we look at the offense or the
- 11:14respective offenses of these teams.
- 11:16Hopefully the Cubs can get to to Cleveland because Chicago is
- 11:19hitting 256 on the year, 124 home runs, 453 runs scored.
- 11:25Cleveland hitting 226, only 81 homers, only 303 runs scored.
- 11:31Dive into these pictures a little bit more.
- 11:33I really want to back Matthew Boyd.
- 11:35Boyd has a reposted a 1.78 ERA in five June starts.
- 11:40He was really good in the month of June.
- 11:42Hope that continues here as we put the page to July.
- 11:46But in particular at home, he's 6 and O with a 2.41 ER as pitch
- 11:50very well at Wrigley Field. Meanwhile, with Cleveland going
- 11:54up against a lefty, you might say, how do the Guardians hit
- 11:57against southpaws? Well, they're pretty bad.
- 11:59They ranked 28th in baseball, only hitting 220 against
- 12:02lefties. So I want to back Boyd,
- 12:04especially at home. I want to fade Cleveland doesn't
- 12:07hurt. The Cubs are 25 and 15 at home,
- 12:09one of the better home records in baseball.
- 12:12Guardians only 20 and 22 on the road.
- 12:14Slate losing record. And oh, by the way, pop open
- 12:17Juice Reel. Nothing huge, but 3% sharp mush
- 12:21edge in favor of the Cubbies, 3% more of the winning batters who
- 12:24have downloaded Juice Reel and synced up their apps to the
- 12:27sports books. They they're going Cubs.
- 12:29That's where I want to go. So again, you like Atlanta, you
- 12:32like Chicago. Very similar opening, opening as
- 12:35a relatively heavy favorite, becoming an even heavier
- 12:37favorite. But maybe you jumped on this
- 12:39little bit earlier -180 that's what I got the Cubs at sharp
- 12:43round looks like -185 again, is your best price on Chicago at
- 12:47bet MGM and ESPN Bet. Last bit of the night.
- 12:50Let's go out to the Pacific Northwest.
- 12:52Let's get some sushi. I tell you what guys, one of my
- 12:55one of my bucket list is to go to a Red Sox game when they
- 12:59visit the Seattle Mariners and I would love to try.
- 13:02This is like so cliche, But you know how that you go to the fish
- 13:05market and you like hold a a big piece of I don't even know what
- 13:10is it like wrapping paper or, or, or, you know, like paper.
- 13:16I don't even know what it is, but they throw the fish and you
- 13:18got to catch it at the fish market.
- 13:20I want to do that one day. I'd like to catch it and not let
- 13:22it hit the floor. Anyway.
- 13:24Side note, Kansas City Royals visiting the Mariners 9:40 PM
- 13:28Eastern Time tonight. Let's set the stage.
- 13:30I'll give you my play for this one.
- 13:32Mariners come in 44 and 40 on the year.
- 13:35They won the series opener last night against KC, six to two,
- 13:39took care of business as a -165 home favorite.
- 13:42So in tonight's rematch, the Royals, who are 39 and 46,
- 13:45they're going to go out, send out the ready Michael Lorenzen.
- 13:48He's four and eight with a 4.91 ERA.
- 13:51Mariners, meanwhile, going to go with Emerson Hancock, fellow
- 13:53righty. He's three and four with a 5.4 O
- 13:56ERA or 5.3 O, excuse me, ERA. What have we seen across the
- 14:00market here? Well, if you like Atlanta and
- 14:04you like Chicago, I think you like Seattle.
- 14:06It's not quite as expensive of a price, but it's another home
- 14:10favorite becoming a bigger home favorite.
- 14:12So we open this game Seattle -130 at home, Kansas City plus
- 14:16110 on the road. We've not seen the Mariners get
- 14:18steamed up -130 up to around -140 or even -145.
- 14:24I jumped on Seattle -136 at FanDuel.
- 14:28I believe that is still available at FanDuel, but again,
- 14:30check cuz some shops as high as -140 -, 145.
- 14:34But aside from that, steam in favor of the Mariners, about 10
- 14:37or 15 cents. Circa has a really good bet
- 14:40split on the Mariners. They're only getting 44% of
- 14:43money line bets, but 73% of money line dollars.
- 14:47That's a pretty good low bets higher dollar split in favor of
- 14:50Seattle at home once. I've a few system matches here,
- 14:53but the one I really like sweet spot home favorites.
- 14:57If you're between -130 and -150 and you're playing an opponent
- 15:00who made the playoffs the previous year.
- 15:02Those teams are 50 and and 2765 percent 12% ROI thought there to
- 15:09me is a little bit the angle that really makes it a winning
- 15:11system is that you got to play a team who made the playoffs.
- 15:13So maybe it's a little bit of a contrarian angle like, hey, you
- 15:16know, that team's good. Maybe it also, you know, gets
- 15:18you motivated to play well at home when you're expected to
- 15:20come through. But that's been a good system
- 15:23this season. 12% ROI. You also get non division home
- 15:26favorites who won the opening game of the series.
- 15:28They've gone on to go 64 and 3763 percent, 2% ROI.
- 15:33Nothing crazy, but profitable in the second game of the series.
- 15:37Now the Seattle Mariners aren't an interleague favorite, but
- 15:39they are a non division favorite.
- 15:41Lack of familiarity benefiting quote UN quote the better team.
- 15:44They're also offering some correlative betting value
- 15:47favorite in a low total game with a total of 8.
- 15:50So fair amount of expected run scored more likely to come from
- 15:53quote UN quote that better team. I'm going to bank on Seattle's
- 15:56offense hopefully getting to Lorenzen tonight.
- 15:58Seattle has the more explosive offense between these teams.
- 16:01They've hit 110 home runs. Obviously we know Cal rally the
- 16:04big dumpster guys incredible here.
- 16:07I actually saw he's got like the fourth most home runs ever prior
- 16:10to the All Star break. But 110 homers, 386 runs scored
- 16:15for Seattle, Kansas City, only 58 homers, 279 runs scored.
- 16:21Excuse me now, Hancock numbers. Hancock's numbers aren't
- 16:24amazing, but Lorenzen, he's been a little bit worse.
- 16:29If you'll get Lorenzen 6.31 ERA and five June starts and on the
- 16:33road he's only two and five with a 5.68 ERA.
- 16:37A little home Rd. splits Mariners 21 and 19 at home.
- 16:40Nothing crazy, but slightly winning record Royals 19 and 22
- 16:43on the road and oh, by the way, pop open juice reel again,
- 16:47nothing huge. That's kind of the theme of the
- 16:48day. 5% sharp mush edge on Seattle. 5% more of the winning
- 16:53players who have synced up their their sports books to the app
- 16:57are going Seattle here. So we got a line move.
- 16:59We got some good bet splits. We got some good system matches.
- 17:03I'm going to see if hopefully Seattle can come through tonight
- 17:05in the Pacific Northwest. So again, I got Seattle -136
- 17:09shop around some books as high as -140 -, 145 S the Braves, the
- 17:14Cubs and the Mariners. We find a way to get 2 out of 3
- 17:18and go 2 in one each out of winning night.
- 17:20That is of course the goal. So that about does it for
- 17:23episode 310 of the All Systems Go Sports Betting podcast
- 17:27powered by Rhythm. This is the part of the pod
- 17:29where we wrap things up and I start first by saying thank you.
- 17:33Thank you for taking the time out of your day, out of your
- 17:35busy lives. I know it's the dog days of
- 17:37summer. You got a lot going on with the
- 17:39fact that you guys, TuneIn, find a way to give you give yourself
- 17:4220 to 30 minutes to put on headphones or listen in the car
- 17:46in the train or the bus, whatever.
- 17:47And when you're making dinner or coming home from work to listen
- 17:51to the pod. It really does mean a lot to me.
- 17:53So thank you. Thank you for listening.
- 17:55If you do enjoy the pod, if you enjoy the breakdowns, whether
- 17:58you pick, tail fade, pick and choose, sit back and just like
- 18:01the breakdowns, whatever the case may be, if you want to help
- 18:04me to grow the pod, would you consider giving it a five star
- 18:07review on Spotify or iTunes? If you want to leave a nice
- 18:11comment under the review section or click the follow button or
- 18:14recommend the pod to a friend, that would all be very much
- 18:18appreciated. Next, if you enjoy the style of
- 18:21bedding breakdown, data-driven, sharp contrarian bedding.
- 18:25Again, we're not making bets based on what we think or want
- 18:28or hope will happen. We're going into every day with
- 18:30an open mind and saying, OK, let me see what the market, how it's
- 18:34reacting. And let's try to identify smart
- 18:36bets by piercing the the puzzle pieces together.
- 18:39All the clues. I remember that game clue.
- 18:42It was Mr. Mr. Mustard with a hammer in the in the bathroom.
- 18:45And we're looking for clues trying to figure out where the
- 18:47smart money's at with hopefully no bias involved.
- 18:51But if this style of betting, you've kind of seen some fruits
- 18:53of the labor, it's helped you to make some some smart bets.
- 18:57Maybe you never would have played, you know, Pittsburgh
- 18:59last night or Arizona or Toronto, but you saw those sharp
- 19:01line moves and they came through.
- 19:03Well, if this style of betting has appealed to you, you want to
- 19:06learn more about data-driven betting.
- 19:08You have a friend or colleague or someone who is maybe looking
- 19:12to break into betting but doesn't know even know how to
- 19:14start. Or maybe you know someone who
- 19:16likes to bet and loses a lot and they could really use some
- 19:19data-driven tips. Well, if any of those are the
- 19:21case, I'd love for you guys to go to Amazon.com and type in the
- 19:25Everything Guide to Sports Betting.
- 19:27That's the first book ever wrote.
- 19:28I'm very proud of it. That's got everything I've
- 19:30learned in the industry. How lines are set, how and why
- 19:33they move, how to read line movement, how to locate sharp
- 19:35action, how to place a bet in person or online, how to shop
- 19:39for the best line, how to set up a bankroll management plan, how
- 19:42to go contrarian chapters, and all the major sports.
- 19:44It's all included in the Everything Guide to Sports
- 19:47Betting. So while you're getting the
- 19:48everything guide on Amazon, don't just X out and log out.
- 19:51Stay on Amazon and then at that toolbar at the top, type in the
- 19:54NFL sharp betting playbook. That's my second book.
- 19:58Very proud of this. It's calm before the storm about
- 20:01to hit the the book sales or the bookstores, but you can
- 20:05pre-order my new book, the NFL sharp betting playbook on
- 20:07Amazon. Make me very happy, make my
- 20:10publisher triumph books very happy.
- 20:12And who knows, maybe I'll see you at a book signing event and
- 20:14and I'll sign it for you, but I'll sign.
- 20:16I'll meet you at the sports book.
- 20:18You can bring the everything guide in the Sharp Betting
- 20:20playbook. I'll sign up for you.
- 20:21Buy a beer or ginger ale. We'll get some nachos and sweat
- 20:24some games together. Sounds pretty good to me.
- 20:27Next, have you downloaded Rhythm and Juice Reel yet?
- 20:30My two favorite sports betting apps on the market.
- 20:33They're all about the data and they help me win.
- 20:35And I'm pretty confident they're going to help you win.
- 20:37I considered Juice Reel and Rhythm as just another toolbox
- 20:40to check off when you're when you're trying to figure out
- 20:43where the smart money's at when you're building a case like a
- 20:45lawyer, like Slip and Jimmy, you know, trying to, trying to,
- 20:48trying to, trying to convince a jury and the jury is you
- 20:51yourself deciding whether or not to place the bet.
- 20:53Have you built up a strong enough case of evidence to to
- 20:57warrant making a play? But if you haven't done it yet,
- 21:00download rhythm. Great for their AI backed models
- 21:03and predictions for game bets and player props.
- 21:05Obviously we have baseball and WNBA live in the rhythm app and
- 21:10then also go download Juice Reel.
- 21:12Juice Reel has so many great different features, but of
- 21:15course this is a part of the pod where I'm going to pass the hat.
- 21:17If you have a $5.00 bill, you'd like to support the pod.
- 21:21Again, this pod is free. It cost you nothing.
- 21:23If you had some good winters last night or the pod has helped
- 21:25you to become a sharper, better, drop in a $5.00 bill by signing
- 21:29up to get the All Systems Go Best Bet picks exclusively,
- 21:32officially and only on the Juicer lap.
- 21:35You can only get the best bets two ways by listening to the pod
- 21:39and by if you don't have the time to listen to it or you just
- 21:41want to support the pod, get them from from Juice Reel for
- 21:45$4.99 a week. Hopefully you'll get some better
- 21:47numbers like Atlanta and the Cubs today.
- 21:50But aside from that, you're going to get the Robo Jackson
- 21:52best bet picks, the sharp mush indicators, the arbitrage plays,
- 21:56the shop for the best line futures.
- 21:58Sync up your sports books to the app.
- 22:00All those great features available when you downloaded
- 22:02Juice Reel. So download rhythm and download
- 22:04Juice Reel. Give them a five star review in
- 22:06the App Store next. Do you have a live odds page?
- 22:10If you don't, man, I don't know how you're betting every day
- 22:13because it's very hard without a live odds page.
- 22:15You're pretty much going blind. It's like if I tell you to drive
- 22:18cross country and you don't have GPS or a map, you're not going
- 22:22to get that far. Or maybe you will get far, but
- 22:24it'll be in the wrong direction. But anyway, as better as the
- 22:27first thing we got to be able to do if we're data-driven betters
- 22:30is have access to data and track the market because the market is
- 22:34so important to tell us, you know what the line opened at how
- 22:37it's moved, which direction was there a point of buyback?
- 22:39What's the juice leaning one way or the other, especially with
- 22:43totals and spread sports baseball getting the best money
- 22:45line price. But the best live odds page
- 22:48around is is odds logic. Odds logic is going to give you
- 22:52all the books, even the books you may not have an account at,
- 22:54but our big market setting books that when they move, you know
- 22:57your books about to move. That would be pinnacle, Chris,
- 23:00Bookmaker, circa or even bet online.
- 23:04But also the page gets lit up in red as soon as anything changes.
- 23:07Soon as a you know what the team gets steamed or a number of
- 23:10moves, it gets lit up in red and then I think it's or yellow and
- 23:14then green. But it's shopping for the best
- 23:16price, getting live scoring when the game gets going, getting
- 23:20live in game wagering odds and just having your live odds page
- 23:23up. Like when I'm sweating my games,
- 23:25I'm watching the game and I have my Odds Logic live odds page in
- 23:29front of me tracking it, seeing if there might be an end game
- 23:32betting opportunity. If I bet, you know, a team at
- 23:36-120 and they're up 3, nothing, and now they're -400 on the live
- 23:39line, hey, that makes me feel better.
- 23:41Obviously sometimes it goes the other way and you don't feel as
- 23:43good, but it's all about tracking the market and being
- 23:46able to get the best price and that's what Odds Logic allows
- 23:49you to do. So I'd love for you guys to give
- 23:51Odds Logic a shot. You can just go to the special
- 23:54link Odds logic.com/josh 123. Make sure it's slash Josh 123 at
- 24:01the end. That way you get a 7 day free
- 24:03trial and then 50% off your first month of service.
- 24:05So what about does it for episode 310 of the ASG pod on a
- 24:10big Tuesday? Last two final thoughts.
- 24:12One, whether I see you at the Borgata in Atlantic City, Twin
- 24:16River in Rhode Island, the Brooklyn, New Hampshire,
- 24:18Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun down in Connecticut at the Encore in
- 24:21Boston or Plain Ridge Park Casino or MGM Springfield and my
- 24:25neck of the woods in around Boston.
- 24:28Or of course, out in the desert where the true grinders get down
- 24:30or Billy Walter sends his number runners where the lowest true as
- 24:33possible is found at the South Point or sweating sharp
- 24:35contrarian plays jumping in the stadium swimming pool.
- 24:38When you cash a big ticket at Circa, wherever it may be,
- 24:41you're going to walk up to me and we're going to we're going
- 24:43to see each other from across the the sports book.
- 24:46We're going to both pop open the janitor's closet, bust out the
- 24:49broom, do a little dance like Fred Astaire.
- 24:52Show me an Arizona Snakes ticket, Toronto Blue Jays
- 24:55ticket, Pirates ticket. First one's on me guys, next
- 24:58one's on you. We'll post about the book,
- 25:00hopefully grind out some winners here for tonight.
- 25:03So as always, 3 and OO and three, two and one, one and two,
- 25:07get great night sweeping the board.
- 25:09Terrible night, you know, getting swept somewhere in the
- 25:12middle. Hot, cold, you know, when we're
- 25:14red hot, whenever as good as we think, when we're ice cold,
- 25:16whenever as bad as we think, we're always somewhere in the
- 25:18middle. And we can never let a good or
- 25:20bad day talk us into or out of a bet the next day.
- 25:24I know we're all human. We have emotions, we have
- 25:25biases. We just got to stick to the
- 25:27state of driven model guys and play it long term, Manage our
- 25:30bankroll, flat betting, risking 1 unit 3% per play.
- 25:34If we can do that, bet games with our head and not our heart
- 25:37and bet on games that fit the model and then just avoid the
- 25:40games that don't, then I think we're going to be successful
- 25:43sports bettors. So at this at this point, you
- 25:46might have it down now, but it's games that are simultaneously
- 25:49against the public with the house, with the pros, Flat bet,
- 25:53avoid parlays and get that CLV again.
- 25:55If we can do that, we're going to be successful betters.
- 25:58So have a great Tuesday night, everybody.
- 26:00Happy first day of July. I'm still looking at the hot dog
- 26:03contest. Joey Chestnut still 71 1/2 under
- 26:07-125 still leaning under there. But we will.
- 26:10We'll see how that moves between now and 4th of July, which is
- 26:14what I think it's on Friday. Yes, it is.
- 26:17But anyway, guys, have a great night.
- 26:18I will see you tomorrow for Episode 311 of the All Systems
- 26:22Go Sports Betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 26:25Good luck everybody and have a great Tuesday night.
