- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Just after 6 o'clock on this Monday morning. Thank you
- 0:05Speaker 2: for starting this week with us. It's going to be
- 0:07Speaker 2: a good one. Ricky's right here with those three things
- 0:09Speaker 2: presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 0:11Speaker 3: Rumors are flying that actress Dakota Johnson has moved on
- 0:14Speaker 3: from singer role model. Dakota and role model broke up
- 0:18Speaker 3: about a month ago, and now she's been spotted out
- 0:20Speaker 3: with MGK. So they were seen having a casual night
- 0:23Speaker 3: out in New York City and eventually making their way
- 0:25Speaker 3: to Taylor Swift's apartment in Tribeca, which is currently vacant, apparently.
- 0:29Speaker 3: they met at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey's wedding. MGK
- 0:34Speaker 3: and actress Megan Fox were engaged until late 2024 when
- 0:37Speaker 3: they broke up.
- 0:38Speaker 4: So both of them are single. This may be a thing.
- 0:40Speaker 4: Maybe it's not. We're just going to have to wait
- 0:42Speaker 4: and see.
- 0:43Speaker 3: Friends of Warner Parks is throwing a hummingbird happy hour.
- 0:46Speaker 4: This is so cool.
- 0:47Speaker 3: So it's an annual event that they throw during the
- 0:50Speaker 3: height of hummingbird migration season. They do it at the
- 0:54Speaker 3: Warner Park Nature Center. They have cocktails, appetizers. Hummingbirds just
- 0:59Speaker 3: buzz around you. They check out all the flowers and
- 1:01Speaker 3: the feeders while you're hanging out. Tickets are $ 75 per person,
- 1:06Speaker 3: and it will benefit Friends of Warner Parks and Warner
- 1:09Speaker 3: Park Bird Program, which is Bird Information Research and Data Program.
- 1:13Speaker 3: Just a really cool thing to be a part of
- 1:15Speaker 3: and a really great way to give back to the
- 1:17Speaker 3: park that obviously is always improving and always making places
- 1:21Speaker 3: better inside the park.
- 1:23Speaker 4: It's one of my favorite places to go.
- 1:26Speaker 3: And Drew Barrymore is getting her own limited edition schmear
- 1:29Speaker 3: at Pop-Up Bagels. It's called Drew's Barrymore Butter. Obviously, the
- 1:36Speaker 3: play on words there. I figured that would get all
- 1:38Speaker 3: the dads that like those.
- 1:39Speaker 4: Dad kind of jokes like Kevin.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Put a big smile on my face.
- 1:42Speaker 4: It's light pink.
- 1:43Speaker 3: It has a sweet tart flavor from gooseberries and other berries.
- 1:46Speaker 3: First 53 packs at each Pop-Up Bagels location will be
- 1:50Speaker 3: gifted to customers starting September 17th. And it's going to
- 1:52Speaker 3: be around for a limited edition time. So September 17th
- 1:56Speaker 3: through the 30th is when you can try her very
- 1:58Speaker 3: specific Drew's Barrymore Butter.
- 2:01Speaker 1: I love it.
- 2:02Speaker 4: I'm Ricky Sanchez, and those are the three things you
- 2:04Speaker 4: need to know.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Appreciate you, Ricky. Thank you for that. We've got Lil
- 2:07Speaker 2: Wayne tickets on the way for the first caller of
- 2:08Speaker 2: the day. It's going to be at Bridgestone later this month.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Heck yeah, Lil Wayne tickets if you want them. Stick
- 2:14Speaker 2: around about 10 minutes.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning.
- 2:17Speaker 2: Happy Monday, friends. Welcome to a new week. It's 107.5
- 2:20Speaker 2: The River. We've got Drew Hill on the line. Drew
- 2:23Speaker 2: Hill in Hendersonville. That rhymes. Drew, what are you doing, buddy?
- 2:26Speaker 5: Wow.
- 2:27Speaker 6: I'm on my way to work.
- 2:29Speaker 2: What do you do, Drew?
- 2:31Speaker 6: I'm a chef downtown.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Ooh, where do you cook?
- 2:34Speaker 6: Well, I've been a couple places, but right now I'm
- 2:36Speaker 6: down at Goodfellas in the Gulch.
- 2:38Speaker 2: I love Goodfellas.
- 2:39Speaker 4: We know Goodfellas, yeah.
- 2:41Speaker 3: Yeah, you're actually very close to our studio.
- 2:44Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm not too far down the street.
- 2:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:46Speaker 7: That's cool, man.
- 2:47Speaker 2: What time do you start?
- 2:49Speaker 6: I'm usually rolling in there about 6.30, you know, prep
- 2:51Speaker 6: and all that kind of stuff, getting ready for the day.
- 2:53Speaker 4: When do you guys actually open if you're prepping at 6.30?
- 2:55Speaker 4: We open at 11 every day.
- 2:58Speaker 3: Okay, so yeah, that's quite some time to get everything together,
- 3:01Speaker 3: but I'm guessing you're just slinging so many pizzas, you've
- 3:03Speaker 3: got to make sure that everything is exactly how it
- 3:05Speaker 3: needs to be.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Oh, you know, chopping.
- 3:07Speaker 6: Veggies, rolling dough, none of the fun stuff behind the scenes,
- 3:09Speaker 6: you know what I mean?
- 3:10Speaker 2: Just prepping, just prepping.
- 3:11Speaker 4: It sounds fun to me.
- 3:12Speaker 6: Yeah, just murdering veggies back there.
- 3:16Speaker 2: Are you alone when you go in there this early
- 3:18Speaker 2: to start doing that? Are you just, like, alone in
- 3:19Speaker 2: there by yourself?
- 3:20Speaker 6: Yeah, just kind of cruising by myself for the first
- 3:22Speaker 6: couple hours, and I get a little help in there. But,
- 3:25Speaker 6: you know, I kind of dig it, just kind of
- 3:26Speaker 6: doing my own vibe.
- 3:27Speaker 2: That kind of sounds really peaceful.
- 3:29Speaker 6: It's your own little meditation, you know what I mean?
- 3:33Speaker 6: You've got your own, like, little bootstraps, and you go
- 3:35Speaker 6: in and just do your thing.
- 3:36Speaker 3: Drew, do you, like, listen to music while you're doing it?
- 3:38Speaker 3: Do you have, like, a playlist that you like to
- 3:39Speaker 3: start your day with or anything like that?
- 3:41Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 3:42Speaker 6: It goes from Teddy Swims to some, you know, Death
- 3:45Speaker 6: Metal to some rap.
- 3:47Speaker 4: To some Lil Wayne, maybe?
- 3:49Speaker 6: Lil Wayne, some 3-6, some Project Pat.
- 3:52Speaker 4: Well, Drew, you're going to love this.
- 3:53Speaker 3: You are the first caller of the day this morning
- 3:55Speaker 3: on 107.5 The River. You're getting tickets to see Lil
- 3:57Speaker 3: Wayne at Bridgestone on September 25th.
- 4:00Speaker 8: No way, guys.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Thank you. You're welcome, buddy. We appreciate you starting your
- 4:04Speaker 2: day with us. We'll swing in there and say Haiti
- 4:07Speaker 2: at some point because it's really super close.
- 4:09Speaker 9: Yeah, I love it.
- 4:10Speaker 6: Anytime you guys want to come by for a pizza,
- 4:12Speaker 6: you come holler at me. I'm there every morning until
- 4:14Speaker 6: about 2 or 3, so come see me.
- 4:16Speaker 5: Awesome.
- 4:16Speaker 4: Thank you so much for hanging out with us, Drew.
- 4:18Speaker 4: We appreciate you.
- 4:19Speaker 2: No, I appreciate you guys every morning.
- 4:20Speaker 9: I'm always listening.
- 4:21Speaker 6: I was like, man, $ 1 to get through, but hey,
- 4:23Speaker 6: today was.
- 4:23Speaker 2: A good day. Today's your day.
- 4:26Speaker 8: Today's your day.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Hang on so we can get your info. We've got
- 4:28Speaker 2: more of these tickets same time tomorrow.
- 4:30Speaker 6: Appreciate you guys.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning.
- 4:33Speaker 3: I'm going to tell you guys a story. And it's
- 4:35Speaker 3: not going to surprise you at all what I have
- 4:38Speaker 3: to say. It's 107.5 The River. I do have a
- 4:41Speaker 3: defense for my case, though, even after I tell the story,
- 4:44Speaker 3: because I know the.
- 4:45Speaker 4: Two of you are going to attack me.
- 4:47Speaker 7: I already know this is not going to go well
- 4:49Speaker 7: if you've had to think about and line up a defense.
- 4:51Speaker 3: I had to, because I know that you're both going
- 4:54Speaker 3: to make this worse.
- 4:56Speaker 4: Than it seems.
- 4:56Speaker 2: I don't have any idea what this is about, but
- 4:58Speaker 2: how dare you?
- 4:59Speaker 1: Yeah. Hey, just wait.
- 5:01Speaker 4: You'll see.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Right after Olivia Rodrigo, we are going to jump all
- 5:04Speaker 2: over Ricky on the river.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning.
- 5:08Speaker 5: On 107.5 The River.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Here's what we know so far. Ricky is back, freshly
- 5:13Speaker 2: back from a trip out to New Jersey. She was
- 5:15Speaker 2: back in Jersey for a wedding, and she has a
- 5:17Speaker 2: story to share with us. And she already has a
- 5:20Speaker 2: defense in place because she knows that we're going to
- 5:22Speaker 2: attack her. Ricky, what happened?
- 5:25Speaker 3: When this happened, the second thing that I thought of was, oh,
- 5:28Speaker 3: my God, if I tell them this story, they're going
- 5:31Speaker 3: to lose their minds.
- 5:32Speaker 2: Oh, I can't wait.
- 5:34Speaker 4: I got ready. So AJ was in the wedding.
- 5:36Speaker 3: AJ was in the wedding along with a bunch of
- 5:40Speaker 3: our friends, our guy friends, because it was the guy
- 5:43Speaker 3: side that we were all close with.
- 5:45Speaker 4: The groom side is who we were all close with.
- 5:47Speaker 3: So all the girls that are with the guys that
- 5:49Speaker 3: are in the wedding, we all got together beforehand to
- 5:53Speaker 3: get ready and have a drink or two together.
- 5:56Speaker 4: You know what I mean?
- 5:57Speaker 3: Get it started beforehand because they were gone. So We
- 6:01Speaker 3: did that, and as we did that, I, in my defense, guys.
- 6:06Speaker 1: What?
- 6:08Speaker 2: What did you do?
- 6:09Speaker 4: I was the first one ready.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Uh-huh.
- 6:11Speaker 4: Out of everyone.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Somehow, someway, I was the first one ready. We missed
- 6:16Speaker 3: the entire ceremony.
- 6:18Speaker 1: What? Ricky, how?
- 6:20Speaker 4: We were so late to the wedding that we missed
- 6:23Speaker 4: the whole ceremony.
- 6:25Speaker 1: How?
- 6:25Speaker 3: We didn't get there until cocktail hour.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Wait a minute. Were you guys aware of this in
- 6:30Speaker 2: the moment when you were getting ready? Were you like,
- 6:32Speaker 2: we got to go? Like, was anybody watching the time?
- 6:34Speaker 3: Sir, this is where I'm saying, I know you guys
- 6:38Speaker 3: are not going to believe me when I'm telling you this.
- 6:40Speaker 4: I was ready. I.
- 6:43Speaker 3: Was the one who had you ask one of the
- 6:45Speaker 3: girls to get in the shower. Because I was like,
- 6:47Speaker 3: it's really, we're running out of time.
- 6:49Speaker 4: You gotta get in the shower. And she was like, yeah,
- 6:52Speaker 4: you know, in a few minutes, in a few minutes.
- 6:54Speaker 3: And it just, it was one of those situations where
- 6:57Speaker 3: you try your best to like politely and nicely They
- 7:01Speaker 3: were going to be late without being like over the top.
- 7:05Speaker 3: And we were late. We missed the whole ceremony. We
- 7:07Speaker 3: didn't get there to cocktail hour. And it was not
- 7:09Speaker 3: my fault.
- 7:09Speaker 2: You could have just left them.
- 7:11Speaker 4: It was not my fault.
- 7:12Speaker 2: You could have gone to the wedding and seen your
- 7:14Speaker 2: husband in the wedding.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:16Speaker 3: But why would I leave them if we're all supposed
- 7:18Speaker 3: to go together?
- 7:19Speaker 2: Because they were so late.
- 7:21Speaker 7: And you were there for the wedding to celebrate other
- 7:23Speaker 7: people's love and like celebrate them and be excited for them.
- 7:26Speaker 4: We celebrated.
- 7:27Speaker 2: We just missed the ceremony. You missed the important part.
- 7:29Speaker 7: You're the worst wedding guest ever of like, I'm just
- 7:32Speaker 7: going to show up for the free food and drink.
- 7:34Speaker 4: First off. Not my fault. I'm going to say it again.
- 7:38Speaker 4: Not my fault.
- 7:39Speaker 1: I was ready.
- 7:39Speaker 3: I was literally fully dressed, hair, makeup, shoes, everything. And
- 7:44Speaker 3: at one point was laying on the couch. And I said, guys,
- 7:47Speaker 3: if we get an Uber now, it says it's going
- 7:49Speaker 3: to take 11.
- 7:50Speaker 4: Minutes to get the Uber. Should I order it now?
- 7:53Speaker 2: Nobody answered.
- 7:54Speaker 7: Ricky, I hate to tell you that as a 34-year-old
- 7:57Speaker 7: grown adult, you do have autonomy over your own body.
- 8:00Speaker 2: So you could have left.
- 8:01Speaker 1: I didn't.
- 8:02Speaker 4: I stayed with the girls.
- 8:03Speaker 2: How far was this hotel or Airbnb or wherever from
- 8:06Speaker 2: the actual wedding?
- 8:07Speaker 3: It was actually very close to the wedding, which was
- 8:10Speaker 3: why I originally was like, okay, it won't be that bad.
- 8:12Speaker 3: We won't be that late, even if we are later
- 8:15Speaker 3: than I would like to leave. Because also, typically, weddings
- 8:18Speaker 3: don't start exactly on the time that they say. They
- 8:20Speaker 3: give you a buffer, like a little bit of a buffer.
- 8:23Speaker 3: So I was like, okay, we're going to be, a
- 8:25Speaker 3: little bit of that buffer is going to be used,
- 8:26Speaker 3: but we're going to be okay.
- 8:28Speaker 4: And we were not okay.
- 8:29Speaker 10: No.
- 8:30Speaker 4: We were not okay at all. We missed the whole thing.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Did the bride and groom notice?
- 8:33Speaker 5: No.
- 8:34Speaker 2: Okay, that's the only redeeming qualities that they didn't notice.
- 8:36Speaker 4: Of course they're not going to notice. They're just happy
- 8:38Speaker 4: to get married. They're not going to notice every single
- 8:41Speaker 4: person that's sitting there.
- 8:42Speaker 2: Well, we don't know how big this wedding was. We
- 8:43Speaker 2: don't know how many people were there. If it was
- 8:44Speaker 2: just a smaller group, of course they're going to notice
- 8:46Speaker 2: all you ladies missing.
- 8:48Speaker 3: Well, yeah, if there was only 10 of us, then
- 8:50Speaker 3: clearly they would notice that we're missing.
- 8:51Speaker 4: And at that point, I would have left them because
- 8:53Speaker 4: I'd be like, they're going to know.
- 8:54Speaker 3: Nobody noticed, but all of our guys did.
- 8:58Speaker 4: Because they were looking for us, obviously, and they were like,
- 8:59Speaker 4: where are they?
- 9:00Speaker 3: And then they got nervous and they thought something bad happened,
- 9:02Speaker 3: but they didn't have their phones because they were up
- 9:03Speaker 3: there standing.
- 9:04Speaker 4: Next to the groom. It was a whole thing, guys.
- 9:05Speaker 2: Yeah, how'd your husband feel?
- 9:07Speaker 4: He knew it wasn't me.
- 9:08Speaker 9: Uh-huh.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Ricky, I'm with Zach on this. I mean, you should
- 9:11Speaker 2: have just left on your own. I think that would
- 9:13Speaker 2: have been the thing to do, but you didn't.
- 9:15Speaker 4: I didn't, but it wasn't my fault that we were late.
- 9:17Speaker 2: That's just, I guess, women in New Jersey are all...
- 9:22Speaker 2: chronically late because if you were the early one then
- 9:24Speaker 2: that's not.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Good i was the early one i was prepared and
- 9:28Speaker 3: i was ready to go.
- 9:29Speaker 5: Three things you need.
- 9:31Speaker 2: To know recover from that dramatic top dog law commercial
- 9:33Speaker 2: we just heard but here we go just after seven
- 9:35Speaker 2: o'clock ricky's got those three things presented by mark spain
- 9:38Speaker 2: real estate what's happening ricky.
- 9:40Speaker 4: Lady Gaga is a mom. Her and her fiance, Michael,
- 9:44Speaker 4: welcomed their first child together. The New York Post broke.
- 9:47Speaker 3: The news Friday night because they posted photos of them
- 9:49Speaker 3: in Northern California. And it looked like Lady Gaga was
- 9:52Speaker 3: holding a newborn. The couple hasn't revealed any details about
- 9:56Speaker 3: the baby's name, the gender, or birthday.
- 9:59Speaker 4: But she's always been very.
- 10:00Speaker 3: very open about wanting to be a mom. Just last year,
- 10:03Speaker 3: she was with Stephen Colbert and she was talking about this.
- 10:05Speaker 3: And she said that she had all these things that
- 10:07Speaker 3: she wanted to do. All these things are open quote,
- 10:10Speaker 3: but what I really want is to be a mom.
- 10:12Speaker 3: That's my next starring role.
- 10:14Speaker 4: I hope so. Congrats to her and her fiance, obviously
- 10:17Speaker 4: on this new step forward.
- 10:19Speaker 3: To parenthood, I can only imagine everything they're about to learn.
- 10:23Speaker 3: I don't have any kids, but I know Kevin's smiling
- 10:26Speaker 3: because he knows all the things that he learned.
- 10:27Speaker 2: When he became a dad.
- 10:28Speaker 1: I miss him, man.
- 10:29Speaker 2: I want a baby. Zach, what's that baby's first word
- 10:31Speaker 2: going to be? Oh, probably a curse word. No, come on.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Gaga.
- 10:35Speaker 4: It was right there. It was right there.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Week one of the NFL season had the Titans go
- 10:42Speaker 3: up against the New York Jets yesterday at Nissan Stadium.
- 10:44Speaker 4: Titans lost 23-10. Rough start for the Titans.
- 10:48Speaker 5: Mm-hmm.
- 10:49Speaker 4: I'm sorry that I'm excited about it because I am
- 10:51Speaker 4: a Jets fan.
- 10:52Speaker 3: We can have one week where we actually have something
- 10:56Speaker 3: that we're excited about. Okay, so you got to let
- 10:58Speaker 3: me have this one. But I'm hoping, you know, next
- 11:01Speaker 3: game the Titans win. I'm hoping they win their next game.
- 11:03Speaker 3: I'm hoping for the best for them. And McDonald's, they're
- 11:06Speaker 3: giving away double cheeseburgers on National Cheeseburger Day, which is
- 11:10Speaker 3: this Friday is the National Cheeseburger Day. So the deal
- 11:13Speaker 3: is for customers who spend at least a dollar on
- 11:15Speaker 3: September 18th and order through the McDonald's app with your
- 11:19Speaker 3: rewards membership. And then you'll get yourself more cheeseburgers than
- 11:23Speaker 3: you could ever imagine. I'm Ricky Sanchez, and those are
- 11:25Speaker 3: the three things.
- 11:26Speaker 4: You need to know.
- 11:26Speaker 2: Thank you so much, Ricky. Let's play Ariana Grande. Here
- 11:30Speaker 2: she is right after the song we are learning on
- 11:32Speaker 2: this Monday morning. Time to dust off the old brain.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Put your thinking cap on. Zach's Facts next.
- 11:38Speaker 5: Class is in session.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Zach's Facts, brought to you by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 11:44Speaker 5: On 107.5 The River.
- 11:45Speaker 7: Did you guys know that you can cook raw chicken
- 11:47Speaker 7: meat just by slapping it?
- 11:49Speaker 4: What are you talking about?
- 11:51Speaker 7: So apparently, according to like perfect physics math problem, it
- 11:55Speaker 7: takes 23,034 slaps to convert enough energy to heat and cook.
- 12:00Speaker 2: A raw chicken.
- 12:01Speaker 4: You'd have to do that so fast.
- 12:03Speaker 2: Yeah, you better get to it.
- 12:04Speaker 7: Apparently, the human hand weighs about 0.88 pounds. And so
- 12:07Speaker 7: you have to slap it 23,034 times. So just slapping
- 12:11Speaker 7: it would cook it. Yeah, apparently so. It creates enough
- 12:14Speaker 7: energy to turn it into heat.
- 12:16Speaker 4: Please nobody try this at home.
- 12:18Speaker 2: And there's your fact of the day.
- 12:20Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning.
- 12:22Speaker 2: It is a Manifestation Monday here at 107.5 The River.
- 12:26Speaker 2: We want you to use these airwaves of ours to
- 12:29Speaker 2: put out your good vibes, attract whatever it is you're
- 12:33Speaker 2: looking for.
- 12:33Speaker 4: 615-737-9107.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Manifest.
- 12:37Speaker 4: We will help you manifest. We're better together.
- 12:40Speaker 3: We're going to make your dreams come true.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Tell us what you're looking for. Let's go. 615-737-9107.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning.
- 12:48Speaker 5: On 107.5 The River.
- 12:50Speaker 3: Michael in Nashville, welcome to 107.5 The River. It's Manifestation
- 12:54Speaker 3: Monday around here. So what is it that you're looking
- 12:56Speaker 3: to manifest?
- 12:58Speaker 1: Well, thank you and good morning. I am looking to
- 13:00Speaker 1: manifest full-time work in voiceover. Oh, fun!
- 13:05Speaker 4: That's exciting.
- 13:07Speaker 3: I love the idea of doing that. I always said
- 13:09Speaker 3: I wanted to voice a cartoon character.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Come on.
- 13:13Speaker 8: I feel like you kind of, you have that tone already.
- 13:15Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 13:16Speaker 4: Thank you. I appreciate it, Michael.
- 13:17Speaker 3: You have quite the lovely voice yourself.
- 13:19Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 13:20Speaker 9: Z1075, the river.
- 13:22Speaker 2: Oh, you're close. Take off the Z. Just say 107.5.
- 13:24Speaker 8: I'm just kidding.
- 13:26Speaker 6: My hometown in Wilmington is exactly that.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Oh, okay, okay. You said full-time work where we're, you know,
- 13:32Speaker 2: sending out the good vibes, hoping that comes your way.
- 13:34Speaker 2: But do you do part-time work in this space?
- 13:37Speaker 1: Oh, absolutely.
- 13:38Speaker 9: I'm willing to, you know, crawl before I walk.
- 13:41Speaker 4: Absolutely.
- 13:41Speaker 2: But, I mean, I've already got, like, the reel together.
- 13:43Speaker 1: I've got the, you know, I've got the experience with.
- 13:47Speaker 9: Microphones and recording.
- 13:48Speaker 2: I just need, like, a little bit of a plug here.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Okay. And I'm ready to rock. All right.
- 13:52Speaker 4: We're manifesting it, Michael.
- 13:53Speaker 3: We are manifesting full-time voiceover work for you.
- 13:56Speaker 1: Come on.
- 13:57Speaker 9: I appreciate you guys.
- 13:58Speaker 2: I like your voice so much.
- 14:00Speaker 7: I'm picturing you as a cartoon character, and I feel
- 14:03Speaker 7: like you'd be a really fun dad.
- 14:05Speaker 9: Son, before we get going on this camping trip, I
- 14:08Speaker 9: need to talk to you for a minute, bud.
- 14:09Speaker 6: We're going to have to have, we're going to need
- 14:11Speaker 6: a flashlight.
- 14:12Speaker 8: We're going to need a tent.
- 14:13Speaker 9: We're going to need some, you know, we're going to
- 14:15Speaker 9: need a little.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Bit of everything.
- 14:17Speaker 2: See, he writes the script as he goes.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Ricky, be the son.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Be the son. Respond to him.
- 14:22Speaker 4: I'm going to be the son?
- 14:23Speaker 2: He said son. I don't know. You're the other voiceover
- 14:26Speaker 2: artist here.
- 14:26Speaker 1: Well, Dad, what about.
- 14:27Speaker 4: The bug spray?
- 14:30Speaker 2: Well, now it's not that time of the year yet.
- 14:33Speaker 8: We're still in the fall, so we ain't got to
- 14:35Speaker 8: worry about that just yet.
- 14:37Speaker 2: You're not really yes-anding it. But, hey, we're sending out
- 14:40Speaker 2: the good vibes. We're manifesting this for you. You're going
- 14:42Speaker 2: to be big one day.
- 14:42Speaker 1: I promise. Woo! I can't wait.
- 14:45Speaker 4: Have a great day, Michael. Thank you so much for
- 14:47Speaker 4: calling in this morning.
- 14:48Speaker 9: Thank you.
- 14:48Speaker 1: See you, buddy.
- 14:49Speaker 2: I'm going to manifest something right here, too, okay? Will
- 14:51Speaker 2: you guys give me a moment to have the floor?
- 14:54Speaker 2: Go for it, Kevin. Okay, my wife's birthday is a
- 14:57Speaker 2: couple days away, and I have zero planned on it.
- 14:59Speaker 2: I'm manifesting something great will come our way, and it's
- 15:02Speaker 2: just going to be an awesome, awesome birthday.
- 15:04Speaker 4: That's not really how this works, Kevin.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Ricky, send out the good vibes for me.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Manifest it.
- 15:09Speaker 3: Would you avoid doing something, though, for so long?
- 15:11Speaker 4: You can't just then manifest that it's going to fall
- 15:13Speaker 4: in your lap.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Please manifest it for me.
- 15:16Speaker 4: The work has to be there, too.
- 15:17Speaker 7: I'm sending positive thoughts and vibes your way, Kevin, and
- 15:20Speaker 7: I just know that you're going to figure something out,
- 15:22Speaker 7: and it's going to turn out great, and she's going
- 15:24Speaker 7: to be so happy.
- 15:25Speaker 2: Thank you, Zach. Ricky, just forget I brought you into this.
- 15:31Speaker 1: 615-737-9107.
- 15:32Speaker 2: If there's something you'd like to manifest, we are here
- 15:35Speaker 2: for you.
- 15:35Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning.
- 15:37Speaker 2: Pamela in Murfreesboro is on the line right now. What
- 15:40Speaker 2: is it, Pamela, for you?
- 15:41Speaker 4: Well, good morning.
- 15:42Speaker 9: I actually am a biscuit maker. And I've been making
- 15:46Speaker 9: biscuits for 50 years to the point that I'm about damn.
- 15:50Speaker 3: Sick of them.
- 15:52Speaker 4: Pamela!
- 15:52Speaker 9: I would like to try and maybe get these things
- 15:56Speaker 9: out there on the shelves because they've been such a
- 15:58Speaker 9: hit with my family and for people that I meet.
- 16:02Speaker 9: And certainly, you know, biscuits could be good on the river, too,
- 16:05Speaker 9: like we are on right now. But I just really
- 16:09Speaker 9: want to try to get them out there for people
- 16:11Speaker 9: to know about them, and I think this is the
- 16:12Speaker 9: way to do it.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Okay, Pamela.
- 16:14Speaker 9: Now, every biscuit's made with love. Every biscuit tells a story.
- 16:18Speaker 9: Every biscuit gives God glory.
- 16:20Speaker 8: So there you go.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Wow. I want a biscuit now.
- 16:22Speaker 4: You are so sweet, Pamela.
- 16:24Speaker 2: Has it been the same recipe for 50 years?
- 16:27Speaker 9: No, we've mixed it up. Some years I put cornmeal.
- 16:30Speaker 9: Other years I put less love when people had me
- 16:32Speaker 9: angered at them.
- 16:33Speaker 2: It's amazing.
- 16:37Speaker 9: But these days, everybody gets the same dose of love.
- 16:40Speaker 4: I love it so much. This is fantastic, Pamela.
- 16:42Speaker 3: We are manifesting that it is going to go out
- 16:44Speaker 3: to the shelves. Your biscuits are going to be known
- 16:47Speaker 3: by everybody, Pamela.
- 16:50Speaker 9: Some biscuits, but should I call you back and figure
- 16:52Speaker 9: out what kind you guys like? I've got raspberry. I've
- 16:54Speaker 9: got nut muffin.
- 16:56Speaker 4: Absolutely.
- 16:57Speaker 1: Girl, yes.
- 16:57Speaker 2: You don't even have to ask. Just come by whenever.
- 17:00Speaker 2: You said biscuits.
- 17:01Speaker 4: I'm in.
- 17:03Speaker 9: Oh, you guys are so lovely. Thank you for what
- 17:05Speaker 9: you do.
- 17:05Speaker 6: Help me manifest this, okay?
- 17:07Speaker 4: We're manifesting. Thank you so much, love. Thank you.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Bye-bye. Bye.
- 17:14Speaker 4: Marcus, tell us what you want to manifest right now.
- 17:17Speaker 3: Great health.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Prosperity. And peace for everyone.
- 17:22Speaker 2: Oh, for everyone.
- 17:23Speaker 4: That's nice.
- 17:24Speaker 2: That is very kind.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not going to be selfish.
- 17:28Speaker 9: The way life is going for everybody right now, I want.
- 17:31Speaker 1: To push that on everybody.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a tall order right now, but we will
- 17:34Speaker 2: do our best to put that out there and attract
- 17:36Speaker 2: that for every single human being. Thank you, guys.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Y'all have a good morning.
- 17:40Speaker 4: You too, Marcus. Thank you for calling in.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Take care.
- 17:43Speaker 2: If you want to manifest some Pentatonix tickets for yourself,
- 17:47Speaker 2: we can make that happen, too. We've got those coming
- 17:49Speaker 2: up next with the Game of the Day. If you
- 17:51Speaker 2: want them, hang tight. They're coming. Here's Zara Larson.
- 17:53Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning.
- 17:56Speaker 5: On 107.5 The River.
- 17:57Speaker 3: Pentatonix is at Bridgestone Arena on December 9th. If you
- 18:00Speaker 3: play and win Kevin Mano's Game of the Day, presented.
- 18:03Speaker 4: By Genesis Diamonds on 107.5 The River. then you're getting
- 18:06Speaker 4: tickets to see them.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Pentatonix, famously, they make all the music with their mouths.
- 18:11Speaker 2: It is all acapella. So we are playing Name That Tune,
- 18:14Speaker 2: acapella edition this week. We're going to play you some
- 18:17Speaker 2: raw vocals of a popular song, a song that we
- 18:20Speaker 2: probably play here on the river. You just have to
- 18:22Speaker 2: tell us the artist and the song title. The first
- 18:25Speaker 2: person to do that gets these tickets to go see Pentatonix.
- 18:28Speaker 2: Ricky and Zach, you have not even heard this yet today.
- 18:30Speaker 2: So I think... We're going to try to start a
- 18:33Speaker 2: little bit easier on a Monday just to ease into
- 18:34Speaker 2: the game, but it's a 10-second clip. You have to
- 18:37Speaker 2: identify the artist and the song title. Here is your
- 18:40Speaker 2: clue today. We don't hear that, Kev. Okay, Ricky and
- 18:52Speaker 2: Zach only caught the last bit of that, but everybody
- 18:54Speaker 2: else heard the whole thing.
- 18:58Speaker 5: 615-737-9107.
- 18:58Speaker 2: If you can identify that artist and song title, you're
- 19:02Speaker 2: going to see Pentatonix. It's game time, baby.
- 19:04Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning.
- 19:07Speaker 5: On 107.5 The River.
- 19:09Speaker 3: It's Kevin Mano's game of the day on 107.5 The River.
- 19:11Speaker 4: We're playing Name That Tune.
- 19:13Speaker 3: Acapella Edition because we got tickets for you to go
- 19:16Speaker 3: see Pentatonix at Bridgestone Arena on December 9th.
- 19:18Speaker 2: Yes, we have Kristen in Murfreesboro on the line right now.
- 19:21Speaker 2: How you doing, Kristen?
- 19:23Speaker 4: I'm doing good.
- 19:24Speaker 8: Just dealing with traffic.
- 19:25Speaker 2: Dealing with traffic. Where are you?
- 19:26Speaker 4: I'm on 24 right now.
- 19:28Speaker 7: I don't know why 24 always has the worst traffic. So, Kristen,
- 19:31Speaker 7: thank you for hanging out with us. We're going to
- 19:32Speaker 7: keep you company while you hang out in traffic.
- 19:35Speaker 9: I appreciate it.
- 19:36Speaker 2: Everybody else, just move out of the way. Let Kristen through.
- 19:38Speaker 2: We're going to play the clue for you one more time.
- 19:40Speaker 2: It is the raw vocals of a song that we
- 19:43Speaker 2: play here on the river. If you can tell us
- 19:45Speaker 2: who it is and what song it is, you get
- 19:47Speaker 2: these pentatonic tickets okay yes okay here we go one
- 19:49Speaker 2: more time i feel like we're kind of starting easy
- 20:02Speaker 2: on this monday morning but kristin who is that what
- 20:04Speaker 2: is that.
- 20:05Speaker 9: Uh lewis capaldi someone you love Nailed it.
- 20:10Speaker 4: Nice job, Kristen. Congrats. You're getting tickets to see Pentatonix.
- 20:15Speaker 6: I am so excited and I love that song.
- 20:17Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a good song. And when you hear these songs,
- 20:20Speaker 2: just vocals only, I mean, what an incredible voice, incredible singer.
- 20:24Speaker 7: That's what I was going to say. I'm genuinely impressed
- 20:26Speaker 7: with just like the raw vocals. He sounded so good.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Well, congrats.
- 20:29Speaker 2: You're going to see Pentatonix, their holiday show. We're going
- 20:31Speaker 2: to put you on hold to get all your info, okay?
- 20:33Speaker 8: Hey, it sounds good.
- 20:34Speaker 9: Thank you so much.
- 20:35Speaker 4: Three things you need to know.
- 20:37Speaker 2: It's past 8 o'clock here on this Monday morning. Thank
- 20:39Speaker 2: you for starting your day with us. Ricky's got those
- 20:40Speaker 2: three things presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 20:43Speaker 3: Reba will honor Dolly Parton with a special tribute.
- 20:45Speaker 4: At the Emmy Awards.
- 20:47Speaker 3: Details about what she's going to perform have not yet
- 20:49Speaker 3: been revealed, but in case you're unfamiliar of Dolly's connection
- 20:52Speaker 3: to TV, she host a two different variety series, the
- 20:55Speaker 3: syndicated Dolly in 1976, and later she did ABC's Dolly
- 21:00Speaker 3: in 1987. Dolly also earned five Emmy nominations throughout her career,
- 21:05Speaker 3: winning Outstanding Television Movie in 2021 as an executive producer
- 21:09Speaker 3: of the Netflix movie Dolly Parton's Christmas on the Square.
- 21:11Speaker 3: The 78th Emmy Awards are happening live tonight, so we
- 21:15Speaker 3: will see what Reba does to honor our favorite lady,
- 21:19Speaker 3: Dolly Parton.
- 21:21Speaker 4: The heat continues in Middle Tennessee.
- 21:22Speaker 3: I hate that I feel like this is a constant
- 21:25Speaker 3: thing I have to say, but there is another heat advisory.
- 21:27Speaker 3: It's in effect for most of our area starting at
- 21:29Speaker 3: 11 a.m.
- 21:29Speaker 4: Today. It's going to last through 8 p.m.
- 21:31Speaker 2: Tomorrow.
- 21:32Speaker 3: Temperatures in the upper 90s will feel as hot as
- 21:36Speaker 3: 109 degrees. The highest heat is going to come Tuesday,
- 21:40Speaker 3: and then we're going to still have a lot of
- 21:42Speaker 3: high temperatures throughout the week, mid to upper 90s.
- 21:45Speaker 4: They are going to feel like temperatures over 100 degrees.
- 21:48Speaker 3: So again, I know I'm like a broken record player
- 21:51Speaker 3: at this point, but make sure you are drinking.
- 21:53Speaker 4: A ton of water. Stay in the shade if you can.
- 21:56Speaker 3: Make sure you're checking on the elderly, children, and your
- 21:58Speaker 3: pets because it is just so hot outside.
- 22:01Speaker 4: If you can stay inside, do so.
- 22:04Speaker 3: And you can now get a pumpkin spice latte casket.
- 22:08Speaker 4: You know, if that's your thing. It's a Titan casket.
- 22:11Speaker 3: That's the name of the brand. It's selling for.
- 22:15Speaker 4: $ 1, 600.
- 22:15Speaker 3: It's orange pumpkin spice casket. It is basically like their
- 22:19Speaker 3: regular casket, but it's got a white interior and an
- 22:22Speaker 3: orange outside. The whole idea here is it's designed to
- 22:26Speaker 3: get more people comfortable talking about funeral planning and their
- 22:29Speaker 3: rights when buying caskets.
- 22:31Speaker 4: And honestly, it looks really nice.
- 22:32Speaker 3: I know it's a weird thing to say about a casket,
- 22:34Speaker 3: but it looks very nice.
- 22:35Speaker 2: So it's really, it's the color scheme. It's not like
- 22:37Speaker 2: scented or anything.
- 22:38Speaker 4: Nope, not scented. It's the color scheme. It's orange on
- 22:40Speaker 4: the outside, white on the inside. It looks just like
- 22:43Speaker 4: a pumpkin spice latte would look like.
- 22:45Speaker 2: The pillow looks really comfortable.
- 22:47Speaker 4: It looks nice. I know it sounds so weird to
- 22:50Speaker 4: say that, but it does, okay?
- 22:51Speaker 2: Get one.
- 22:52Speaker 4: I'm Ricky Sanchez, and those are the three things you
- 22:54Speaker 4: need to know.
- 22:55Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning.
- 22:56Speaker 2: Let's see if you can relate to Ricky here. It's 107.5
- 22:59Speaker 2: The River. She brought up her emotional support coffee cup.
- 23:02Speaker 2: It is a coffee cup in her apartment with AJ.
- 23:05Speaker 2: She and her husband both have their own, and the
- 23:08Speaker 2: coffee just tastes different, just the feel of the cup,
- 23:10Speaker 2: everything about it, very specific.
- 23:12Speaker 3: It is very specific. I have two, okay? One for
- 23:15Speaker 3: tea and one for coffee. It depends on which drink
- 23:17Speaker 3: I'm about to drink.
- 23:18Speaker 1: Okay.
- 23:19Speaker 4: But the teacup that I love is actually from my.
- 23:22Speaker 3: Husband, and it has a sassy sasquatch on it.
- 23:27Speaker 4: And it says sass... Squatch. That's cute.
- 23:29Speaker 2: Because he's a sassy Sasquatch. Yeah, I like that.
- 23:31Speaker 4: And I love that. And that is my teacup.
- 23:33Speaker 3: But when I'm drinking coffee, I have to have it
- 23:36Speaker 3: out of this bright yellow mug that one of my
- 23:39Speaker 3: best friends, Anthony, got me for Christmas once.
- 23:42Speaker 4: And it says, Ray of Beep Sunshine.
- 23:46Speaker 2: On the cup. Okay.
- 23:48Speaker 4: Because after I drink my coffee, I'm a lot happier.
- 23:50Speaker 3: Once I get that caffeine in me, I feel a
- 23:53Speaker 3: lot better.
- 23:53Speaker 7: It's a reminder of what's about to come for the day. Like,
- 23:55Speaker 7: I'm going to be in a good mood after this.
- 23:57Speaker 4: There's something about the yellow cup, too, you know?
- 23:59Speaker 2: It's the only one you'll drink coffee out of at home?
- 24:01Speaker 1: Yes.
- 24:02Speaker 4: Yes.
- 24:02Speaker 1: Okay.
- 24:02Speaker 5: Yes.
- 24:03Speaker 2: And what is AJ's coffee cup? His emotional sport coffee cup?
- 24:06Speaker 4: He just recently switched his coffee cup.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Okay.
- 24:09Speaker 4: Because he found one off of this website.
- 24:11Speaker 3: I don't remember the website right now, but it's like
- 24:14Speaker 3: those old school diner mugs.
- 24:16Speaker 1: Oh, cute.
- 24:17Speaker 3: Where it's like thick. And it just it feels different
- 24:20Speaker 3: when it hits your mouth, like the.
- 24:21Speaker 4: Way that the cup is and the way that it
- 24:22Speaker 4: holds heat and everything. It's just different.
- 24:24Speaker 3: But it's like a very old school diner mug that
- 24:27Speaker 3: has like this emblem on the front of it.
- 24:28Speaker 4: That's a nature emblem.
- 24:30Speaker 1: Shocker.
- 24:31Speaker 7: I was about to say your husband loves nature in
- 24:33Speaker 7: the woods and hiking. I was picturing like a cup
- 24:35Speaker 7: made out of bark.
- 24:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 24:37Speaker 4: No, like a tree.
- 24:38Speaker 2: It wouldn't hold heat. Well, he whittled himself. So what
- 24:41Speaker 2: would happen if, let's say, he couldn't find his cup
- 24:43Speaker 2: and you came home one day and he was drinking
- 24:45Speaker 2: out of yours? No, no.
- 24:47Speaker 1: I would. No, no.
- 24:49Speaker 4: He's not. Unless he asked me.
- 24:51Speaker 3: First and I knew that I wasn't going to have
- 24:53Speaker 3: coffee that day or something.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Fine.
- 24:55Speaker 4: Then you may use it.
- 24:56Speaker 3: And vice versa, too. If I used his mug, he
- 24:59Speaker 3: keeps saying this to me. Keep saying it's our mug.
- 25:01Speaker 4: I know he's lying.
- 25:03Speaker 3: He's lying because if I use that mug and if
- 25:05Speaker 3: it's dirty for the next day for him to use it,
- 25:08Speaker 3: he's going to be devastated.
- 25:09Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 25:09Speaker 2: I don't mean to keep putting these thoughts in your head.
- 25:11Speaker 2: But what if he's doing dishes one day and he
- 25:13Speaker 2: breaks your mug?
- 25:14Speaker 3: This is a fear that both of us genuinely have, like, wholeheartedly,
- 25:18Speaker 3: to the point where we don't really wash each other's.
- 25:20Speaker 4: Stuff like that.
- 25:20Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 25:21Speaker 3: Like, those things that we know are our things, we
- 25:24Speaker 3: won't because... It's this fear.
- 25:26Speaker 7: I mean, yeah, honestly, I would hate to be the
- 25:29Speaker 7: one to be like, I am so sorry, but I
- 25:31Speaker 7: broke your favorite coffee cup.
- 25:32Speaker 3: Just imagine me over the sink. I'm short, so I'm
- 25:35Speaker 3: on my tippy toes over the sink, holding this mug,
- 25:39Speaker 3: like grasping it with dear life, trying to wash it
- 25:42Speaker 3: and make sure it doesn't fall out of my hands.
- 25:45Speaker 1: No, no.
- 25:46Speaker 2: Accidents happen yeah it's smart to just wash your own
- 25:48Speaker 2: to not to not mess with this.
- 25:49Speaker 4: We avoid if.
- 25:50Speaker 2: You have an emotional support coffee cup like ricky and

- 26:15Speaker 6: I need to chew on a power line.
- 26:16Speaker 4: I want that cup.
- 26:20Speaker 2: That is very funny.
- 26:22Speaker 5: That is absolutely amazing.
- 26:22Speaker 8: It's my favorite cup, and I get mad if anybody
- 26:24Speaker 8: else uses it.
- 26:25Speaker 4: Because it feels different, right?
- 26:27Speaker 3: Like, the way it feels in your hand, the way
- 26:28Speaker 3: that your coffee tastes out of it, like, for whatever reason.
- 26:31Speaker 4: It just hits you different.
- 26:32Speaker 9: Yes, that is my cup.
- 26:34Speaker 2: You're very funny. How many cups have you had already
- 26:36Speaker 2: this morning?
- 26:37Speaker 7: I'm working on my second one now.
- 26:39Speaker 1: All right.
- 26:39Speaker 2: You go get it. Thank you for calling. Thanks for
- 26:41Speaker 2: sharing with us. And we won't touch your cup.
- 26:44Speaker 9: Okay.
- 26:45Speaker 4: Thanks for calling in, love. Have a great day.
- 26:46Speaker 9: You too.
- 26:47Speaker 5: Bye.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Bye, Maria.
- 26:49Speaker 4: Sharon, tell us, you're in Laverne right now.
- 26:51Speaker 3: What is your specific emotional support coffee mug?
- 26:55Speaker 8: So I got a coffee mug from the Hilton. And
- 26:58Speaker 8: it's just this big, almost soup mug. But you can
- 27:01Speaker 8: use it for coffee. And I just like how big
- 27:03Speaker 8: it is because I like to frost my oat milk.
- 27:06Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 27:06Speaker 8: So some of the smaller ones just don't fit.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Wait, did you steal it?
- 27:11Speaker 8: No, I didn't steal it. I work there part-time bartending.
- 27:14Speaker 2: So, yes, you stole it.
- 27:15Speaker 3: So, yes.
- 27:17Speaker 8: Actually, if they're listening, no. I think it was given
- 27:22Speaker 8: to me. But I have so many other mugs and they.
- 27:25Speaker 3: Just never fit right.
- 27:27Speaker 8: They're not the same. It's like halfway overflowing.
- 27:28Speaker 1: Sure. No.
- 27:29Speaker 3: And you start your day off right when you know
- 27:32Speaker 3: you have that mug, right? Like you know that your
- 27:34Speaker 3: day is going to be so much better with that one.
- 27:35Speaker 3: If you don't have it, it's like a devastating moment.
- 27:38Speaker 1: Yep.
- 27:39Speaker 8: And it was clean this morning because I ran the
- 27:41Speaker 8: dishwasher and I'm going for my seven mile run.
- 27:43Speaker 4: Seven miles?
- 27:45Speaker 2: Good for you.
- 27:45Speaker 8: Yeah, I'm in my midlife crisis where I'm training for
- 27:48Speaker 8: a half marathon.
- 27:49Speaker 2: Hey, I did the same thing recently. That was my
- 27:52Speaker 2: midlife crisis.
- 27:52Speaker 7: I just feel like you're going to make record time
- 27:55Speaker 7: with this soup-sized coffee cup.
- 27:57Speaker 4: Heck yeah. It's great.
- 28:00Speaker 3: Sharon, thank you so much for calling in this morning.
- 28:01Speaker 4: We hope you have a great run.
- 28:03Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 28:03Speaker 2: Have a good day.
- 28:04Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning.
- 28:06Speaker 2: It's time for the Daily Double Tap. Every day about
- 28:08Speaker 2: this time, we play some audio from a video that
- 28:10Speaker 2: one of us finds online. Ricky found this. And if
- 28:13Speaker 2: you don't like bugs, this one's for you.
- 28:17Speaker 3: Basically, it's the whole idea that whenever somebody says the
- 28:19Speaker 3: bug is more afraid of you than you are of it,
- 28:22Speaker 3: this is how you react.
- 28:24Speaker 1: Okay, here we go.
- 28:25Speaker 10: A bug is more scared of you than you are
- 28:27Speaker 10: of it. Real question, did the bug tell you that?
- 28:30Speaker 10: Then why is it crawling towards me?
- 28:31Speaker 2: You know what?
- 28:32Speaker 10: Scratch that. Why is it flying towards me? Roaches with
- 28:35Speaker 10: wings should not exist. If it's more scared of me
- 28:39Speaker 10: than I am of it, then why is it trying
- 28:41Speaker 10: to square up? If it's more scared of me.
- 28:43Speaker 2: Than I am of it, then why did it choose
- 28:46Speaker 2: my bedroom? Why did it choose my house? Yeah, trying
- 28:49Speaker 2: to square up. That's very funny.
- 28:50Speaker 4: All so very valid.
- 28:52Speaker 7: I feel so vindicated hearing that, because I'm like, no,
- 28:55Speaker 7: you honestly think that you are underestimating how terrified I
- 28:58Speaker 7: am of these bugs.
- 29:00Speaker 4: What's your least favorite bug?
- 29:01Speaker 2: Probably a mosquito.
- 29:03Speaker 1: What?
- 29:03Speaker 4: Oh, they hurt.
- 29:04Speaker 7: They hurt, and then they're itchy for days afterward, and
- 29:07Speaker 7: they're just like, they fly so erratically.
- 29:09Speaker 2: And you can get West Nile. Like, there's so many
- 29:12Speaker 2: things that could go bad.
- 29:12Speaker 4: And you can get West Nile, he says.
- 29:14Speaker 2: I haven't heard much about West Nile these days.
- 29:16Speaker 10: Wowza.
- 29:18Speaker 2: I just googled because of that do cockroaches have wings
- 29:21Speaker 2: and yeah i didn't even really realize that because you
- 29:23Speaker 2: never see them fly.
- 29:24Speaker 4: Yes you do you do you've never seen them.
- 29:26Speaker 2: Fly it's terrifying i just see them crawling on the
- 29:29Speaker 2: ground oh my.
- 29:30Speaker 3: God well that's the thing you see them crawling on
- 29:32Speaker 3: the ground and then the first time that you ever
- 29:34Speaker 3: see a cockroach fly.
- 29:35Speaker 4: You go it has wings it's.
- 29:37Speaker 2: Terrifying i don't even think i realize that.
- 29:40Speaker 3: Well, that's why it's terrifying, because you don't realize.
- 29:42Speaker 4: It until you see it happen.
- 29:43Speaker 2: Oh, I hate that so much.
- 29:44Speaker 3: Imagine thinking a bug doesn't fly, and then it flies
- 29:47Speaker 3: right at you.
- 29:48Speaker 7: That is a horrifying feeling.
- 29:49Speaker 2: I have goosebumps all over my body right now. I
- 29:52Speaker 2: saw you react, Zach. You started shaking like there was
- 29:54Speaker 2: a bug on you.
- 29:55Speaker 1: My arm hair is.
- 29:57Speaker 2: Standing straight up right now. We apologize if we're doing
- 30:00Speaker 2: this to you as well. If you're feeling like you
- 30:02Speaker 2: got creepy crawlies on you, sorry.
- 30:03Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 30:04Speaker 2: Yeah, it is one of those feelings. It's hard to shake.
- 30:07Speaker 4: I'm sorry, kids.
- 30:08Speaker 2: I'm loving it.
- 30:09Speaker 3: Straight up his entire arm is one big goosebumps.
- 30:11Speaker 2: It is awful.
- 30:13Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and Mano in the morning. On 107.5 The River.
