Speaker 1: then try to apply the Word of God in our lives. Amen.

Speaker 1: And we are here just continuing to just have faith

Speaker 1: and believing that God's gonna move in an incredible way,

Speaker 1: that we have a supernatural God that we serve right, Amen.

Speaker 1: And whatever we can't do in the natural, God will

Speaker 1: do both in the natural and in the supernatural. He

Speaker 1: will empower us to do exactly what His word says

Speaker 1: as we are able to do. And today I just

Speaker 1: want to talk about helping each other. Helping each other Christians.

Speaker 1: Christ's follow us are called to support one another through

Speaker 1: hardships when we're going through hard times as part of

Speaker 1: living out our faith in love, compassion, and community. If

Speaker 1: we don't have the love, if we don't have the compassion,

Speaker 1: if we don't have the community, then we have something missing. Amen.

Speaker 1: Because God wants us to help each other, and not

Speaker 1: only each other. Amen. And I'm talking to the inside

Speaker 1: of the church, the body of Christ, but also to others.

Speaker 1: So we need to help one another in Christ, help

Speaker 1: each other in Christ, and help others as Christ would

Speaker 1: have help others through us. Amen. So help each other

Speaker 1: today in the morning Devo, We're going to be in Romans,

Speaker 1: chapter number twelve, Verse number fifteen. Romans twelve and fifteen.

Speaker 1: and love and community. Amen. Togetherness. There's power and agreement, Amen,

Speaker 1: you've sent us a comforter, a helper. You sent us

Speaker 1: a leader to lead us into all truth. I thank you,

Speaker 1: Lord God that you're not looking for leaders, You're looking

Speaker 1: for followers. And as long as we're following you, Lord Jesus,

Speaker 1: we could ask other people to follow us, follow us

Speaker 1: as we follow Christ. Cut it to your word. I

Speaker 1: thank you, Lord God for your scriptures, your word, which

Speaker 1: is all true, all your promises are all yay, and Amen,

Speaker 1: I pray Lord God. That you would inspire us to

Speaker 1: go ahead and help each other in love, with compassion,

Speaker 1: with zeal, with purpose intentionally, and that we will be

Speaker 1: united in one body, one faith, one Lord, one Christ,

Speaker 1: one kingdom, and we would go on one mission to

Speaker 1: go ahead and help each other out. And for all

Speaker 1: those outsiders that are outside of the Kingdom of God,

Speaker 1: when they see us slow God helping one another, loving

Speaker 1: one another, in communication with one another, in communion with

Speaker 1: one another, and unity with one another, that they Lord God,

Speaker 1: I pray they on the outside we want what we

Speaker 1: have on the inside. So I pray peace. I pray unity,

Speaker 1: I pray wholeness. I pray healing and faith. I pray

Speaker 1: Lord God, strength to our bones, help to our bodies,

Speaker 1: and a powerful name of Jesus. I prayed the hedge

Speaker 1: of protection over myself, my wife, our children, our family,

Speaker 1: our grandchildren, every single person that's connected right now, their

Speaker 1: families as well, from the youngest family member to the oldest,

Speaker 1: and every single person in between, my friends, and every

Speaker 1: single person that decides to listen to these sessions. I

Speaker 1: pray peace, be still, I pray healing. I pray the

Speaker 1: community of God to be engulfed by a holy spirit God,

Speaker 1: to go forth in victory knowing that we are able

Speaker 1: to do every single thing that the Word says we

Speaker 1: can do. And Jesus Holy Name, I prayed it's by faith.

Speaker 1: of God working among us and working through us. It's

Speaker 1: an amazing ability that we have when we trust in Jesus,

Speaker 1: who gives us the availability to do what he wants

Speaker 1: to do through us, and the ability to do what

Speaker 1: he wants to do through us. Amen. Nothing we could

Speaker 1: boast about. Everything that I have that's good comes from

Speaker 1: the Father of lights. Amen. And everything you have that

Speaker 1: is good comes from the Father of lights. Nothing we

Speaker 1: could boast about. It's nothing we have done that we

Speaker 1: could say, Oh I did this, and I did that.

Speaker 1: Without the power of God, you didn't do nothing. I

Speaker 1: we're still in the dark. So let's give God his credit,

Speaker 1: he deserves the glory, honor, our worship, and our praise daily,

Speaker 1: not just on Sundays, Wednesdays, Tuesday, Thursdays, whenever you attend

Speaker 1: lot of people mourning deaths and losing loved ones and

Speaker 1: all that is happening, Man, I see it all the time.

Speaker 1: Every day, we need to be helping each other in

Speaker 1: love and compassion. That's what drew me to this word

Speaker 1: this morning, to this morning Devo. Amen. I wanted to

Speaker 1: really know what to do when my friends and my

Speaker 1: family are going through things, Amen, not just to be

Speaker 1: like oh man, that's I don't want to have a

Speaker 1: pity party with nobody. I want to be able to

Speaker 1: encourage somebody. Amen. I want to be able to inspec

Speaker 1: all right, somebody look ahead and help somebody else. And

Speaker 1: is right here, Romans, chapter twelve, Verse number fifteen, Apostle

Speaker 1: Paul says, rejoice with those who rejoice, Let's have a

Speaker 1: good time. Man. I was at a kid's birthday party.

Speaker 1: I was invited, Amen, and I like to have fun. Laugh.

Speaker 1: And my daughter, my ten year old, looks at me,

Speaker 1: stop dad. And my wife looks at me and said,

Speaker 1: what are you doing? I like to have fun. We

Speaker 1: need to stop being so lemon face, right, Let's have fun,

Speaker 1: let's dance, Let's be joyful, just like we should be

Speaker 1: the most joyful people on the planet Earth. So I

Speaker 1: don't want to be serious all the time. My wife says,

Speaker 1: why don't you act your age? And so I don't know.

Speaker 1: I've only been this age one time. Amen. I'm trying

Speaker 1: to be joyful because I know that the joy of

Speaker 1: the Lord is my strength. I'm not trying to be

Speaker 1: weak out here. Rejoice with those who rejoice. That's the

Speaker 1: first part, sharing each other's joy. But this part is

Speaker 1: where I think I miss sometimes I don't know about you, man,

Speaker 1: maybe I'm missing this. And weep with those who weep,

Speaker 1: sharing others grief. And I'll be the first to admit

Speaker 1: it's hard for me to share with others grief because

Speaker 1: it reminds me of my own grief and my past grief.

Speaker 1: But the scripture is here. I want to deal with it.

Speaker 1: I want God to deal with me with the scripture.

Speaker 1: And weep with those who weep. A lot of people

Speaker 1: are hurting out there. Man. We need to be one

Speaker 1: on one accord, one oneness and unity. Amen. To rejoice

Speaker 1: with those who rejoice, and weep with those who we

Speaker 1: two sides of it, and both sides are beautiful. When

Speaker 1: you allow Holy Spirit God to work this out through

Speaker 1: you and through me, it causes a sense of community.

Speaker 1: It causes a sense of love from one another. It

Speaker 1: causes community and compassion, It causes faith and love, and

Speaker 1: ultimately we help each other out. Amen. And we glorify

Speaker 1: the Lord because we're showing, because we're showing others that

Speaker 1: we love God through us. The hope of glory is

Speaker 1: being shown a man, and Baba says, the hope of glory,

Speaker 1: Holy Spirit, God lives in every single one of the

Speaker 1: Lord's children and man. And we're here on purpose. We're

Speaker 1: not here by accident. We're not primary mordial slime or

Speaker 1: whatever some atheistic scientists are saying. We're not an accident

Speaker 1: that happened. We are here on purpose. God was intentional

Speaker 1: when created us, Amen, So we should be intentional with

Speaker 1: one another. Right. We have the perfect example of a

Speaker 1: god man, Jesus, that was intentional with every single situation

Speaker 1: he had. When he encountered somebody else, Amen, encountered somebody else.

Speaker 1: sometimes the greatest gift is simply showing up. Sometimes the

Speaker 1: greatest gift you could give to somebody is simply being there.

Speaker 1: Sometimes the greatest opportunity you have to inspire is just

Speaker 1: to be present. Sometimes the greatest gift and the simplest

Speaker 1: thing you can do and just be a listening ear

Speaker 1: when somebody is going through a hard time, when his

Speaker 1: hardships out there, when it's lost, when there's a disease,

Speaker 1: or when there's sickness. Sometimes their presence is all that's needed.

Speaker 1: Why Because when we show up as the kingdom people,

Speaker 1: when we show up as children to God a man,

Speaker 1: we're bringing the heaven with us a man, We're bringing

Speaker 1: the wholes of angels with us. We're bringing the glory

Speaker 1: with us, We're bringing inspiration with us, We're bringing love

Speaker 1: with us. Amen. So sometimes simply being there is the

Speaker 1: greatest gift you could give to somebody else. And that

Speaker 1: helps people. I know it helped me, and it helps

Speaker 1: me when I'm going through situations and people just show up,

Speaker 1: Amen and dare to dive into my situation. That just

Speaker 1: helps me tremendously. So we need to help each other

Speaker 1: scripture says what we read and Romans twelt fifteen rejoice

Speaker 1: with those rejoice, mourn with those who warn. Right. So

Speaker 1: what we're offering, we're offering a safe, judgment, free spe

Speaker 1: to talk. When you allow people to talk, let them

Speaker 1: talk and listen. Amen, Let people talk. I listen, Amen,

Speaker 1: And sometimes when I respond, people don't like my response.

Speaker 1: But at least I listen. Amen. At least I listen.

Speaker 1: And I think I'm learning more to listen more and

Speaker 1: speak less. So my comments are short. My commentary is

Speaker 1: shorter than usual. Amen, because I'm trying to listen. I

Speaker 1: want to know what's going on. Amen. When people come

Speaker 1: to me with issues or with ideas or whatever. I

Speaker 1: try to be mindful, Amen, and listen more than I speak.

Speaker 1: Because you let people talk enough, you'll realize what's really

Speaker 1: going on behind the scenes. Some people go with it.

Speaker 1: I like to be around people filled up with a

Speaker 1: tremendous amount of joy. You let them talk, you get inspired.

Speaker 1: And people who are filled with anger or hatred, or

Speaker 1: they're going through a hard time. Allow them to speak,

Speaker 1: listen to what's going on. Let them speak enough. You

Speaker 1: start realizing their story. You start understanding their story. And

Speaker 1: you know what's really behind it. So we need to

Speaker 1: be mindful of that. I know I need to be

Speaker 1: mindful of that. Right. So offering a safe, judgment free

Speaker 1: space to talk and sitting in silence, right, Sometimes you

Speaker 1: don't have to always have something to say, sitting in

Speaker 1: silence with those grieving or those that are overwhelmed. Just

Speaker 1: sit there, man, be there. I've done it. People have

Speaker 1: done it with me when I've been grieving and they're

Speaker 1: just there silently there, and man, it's an amazing thing

Speaker 1: that happens. I remember when I first started attending on

Speaker 1: Transformation Church Amen years ago. I think it was a

Speaker 1: two thousand and okay what year was. But I was

Speaker 1: going through a hard time and it's it's a brother there.

Speaker 1: His name is Brother Wilbuiz, right. He just has love

Speaker 1: on him all the time, and I forgot what I

Speaker 1: was going through. I was going through something and he
17:03
Speaker 1: just came and he helped me a man, And that

Speaker 1: embrace meant a lot to me. That embrace, Amen, was

Speaker 1: I felt the Lord. I felt God's embrace. Amen. So

Speaker 1: there's moments like that that really mattered when we're going

Speaker 1: through grief, when we're going through hardships. When we're going

Speaker 1: through hard times, amen. And at the same token, when

Speaker 1: we're going through good times. Man, it's good to laugh

Speaker 1: for our brothers and sisters and the Lord. It's good

Speaker 1: to laugh. It's good to have joy, it's good to

Speaker 1: have peace. A man is good to have unity. So

Speaker 1: we have both ends here. We have rejoicing and we

Speaker 1: have mourning. Isn't that life? Sometimes we're happy, sometimes we're sad.

Speaker 1: Sometimes we're going through good time, sometimes we're going through

Speaker 1: a hard time. The Bible doesn't shy away from life.

Speaker 1: I know a lot of people think that the Bible's outdated, antiquated,

Speaker 1: that doesn't make sense anymore, that it's irrelevant. That it's like,

Speaker 1: I don't know where people I don't know what people

Speaker 1: are reading, because when I read the scriptures, it's a

Speaker 1: today word. When I learn about my God, God is

Speaker 1: a now God. He's a present God, not a yesterday God,

Speaker 1: not a has been God, not a make believe god,

Speaker 1: not a god of Greek mythology, none of that. He

Speaker 1: is the Great I am. He is present here, never

Speaker 1: has gone away, never will go away. He's been here yesterday, today,

Speaker 1: and forevermore. He's present He's the Great. I am right,

Speaker 1: So think about it. This is a today time, a

Speaker 1: today word right, a now word, a relevant word. Amen, right,

Speaker 1: Holy Spirit to flow in Jesus Mighty name. Yes, Jesus

Speaker 1: will have his spirit flowing according to his word over

Speaker 1: our lives and through our lives. God is amazing. Thank

Speaker 1: you for the comment. Spiritual accountability and guidance. Christians lovingly

Speaker 1: help each other. Why because we want to stay on

Speaker 1: track spiritually. I want to stay connected to the body

Speaker 1: of Christ. I don't know about you. When I feel disconnected,

Speaker 1: I look at myself first. I don't blame people or whatever.

Speaker 1: I look at myself first, a man, what's going on?

Speaker 1: Why do I feel disconnected? And sometimes there's reasons. Other

Speaker 1: times it's just me a man, to be honest. But

Speaker 1: helping each other means that we need to stay on

Speaker 1: track spiritually. We need to stay on course a man.

Speaker 1: Stick to the script. Like my brother Reech Johnson says,

Speaker 1: stick to the script. When we have the Word of

Speaker 1: God touching our hearts, we could apply what touches our

Speaker 1: heart and help others with the same application. When you

Speaker 1: sense the presence of the Lord. You could share that

Speaker 1: presence with somebody else. Probably you're helping somebody else, and

Speaker 1: you might not have to say a word. I'm telling you,

Speaker 1: showing up your presence when you have holy spirit living society,

Speaker 1: your presence means so much more sometimes than a sermon,

Speaker 1: than a speech, than a cliche saying, than a prophecy. Amen.

Speaker 1: A lot of people want to prophesy when people are morning.

Speaker 1: That's on them. If that's what the Lord wants to

Speaker 1: do at that moment, Amen, go ahead and do it.

Speaker 1: B I feel like sometimes you just have to just

Speaker 1: show up. I don't like going to funerals. I don't

Speaker 1: know if anybody does, but for me, I don't like

Speaker 1: going to funerals. It just takes me back more so

Speaker 1: many memories come right back, flooding back into my life.

Speaker 1: But I go to show support. I go to mourn

Speaker 1: with those who on morning, Amen, according to the scriptures.

Speaker 1: So I will remove myself and how I feel out

Speaker 1: of this situation. And I go, and sometimes they ask

Speaker 1: me to speak. I'll say a couple of words, Amen,

Speaker 1: and love and respect. But I don't want to be there.

Speaker 1: I think nobody wants to be there because death wasn't

Speaker 1: supposed to be right. It happened because the Genesis chapter three.

Speaker 1: But if you think about it, God then created us

Speaker 1: to die, created us to live. So for those who

Speaker 1: believe that you have to die to self daily, Amen,

Speaker 1: think again. I think you have to deny yourself, deny

Speaker 1: your flesh, and God wants you to live daily, not

Speaker 1: die daily. Amen. That's just me. If you find scriptures

Speaker 1: that support that we have to die daily, that Jesus

Speaker 1: Christ died for us to die again, just rethink it

Speaker 1: or look at some scriptures and if I'm wrong, just

Speaker 1: show me some scriptures about it. But we'll call to

Speaker 1: rejoice with those who are rejoicing and to mourn with

Speaker 1: those who are morning. We have to be alive for

Speaker 1: both things. We have to be alive in Christ. If

Speaker 1: I was just worried about dying to self, I'm going

Speaker 1: to be ministering to anybody. So hold on. I got

Speaker 1: to die to self, so I can't really do nothing

Speaker 1: because I'm dying. Come on, man, let's be alive in Christ.
